This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posovic.
Christ is king.
A federal judge said the Justice Department can publicly release investigative materials from a sex trafficking case against Gheelane Maxwell, the longtime confidant of Jeffrey Epstein.
The Justice Department is stating that it can publicly release investigative materials from a sex trafficking case against Gheelane Maxwell.
That is according to a federal judge who decided on this this morning.
The mystery over why it took the FBI five years to finally nab the suspect accused of planning pipe bombs right near the DNC and RNC.
The suspect, Brian Cole Jr., lived with his mom just minutes outside D.C. His family says he's borderline autistic.
And yet, our next guest point out, he evaded President Biden's FBI despite footage of him on the phone, less than a half mile from the scene the night of the crime and would ping him right there.
If you're filling up your car on the way to work this morning, gas prices are at their lowest level in more than four years.
Let's talk about what's happening in Ukraine as they prepare to present a revised peace plan to the White House after President Zelensky ruled out making any territorial concessions to Russia.
No land for Russia.
That is what President Zelensky has said overnight.
In terms of that peace proposal that Ukraine could submit.
No details yet, but we are understanding at least from one wire news agency, the AFP, that we could get details as soon as today.
If you don't share our values, contribute to our economy and assimilate into our society, then we don't want you in our country.
We don't want you.
I mean, Elon Omar and the people from Somalia, they hate our country.
And they think we're stupid people, which actually, when they allow that to happen, they are.
That's headed by Governor Walsh, one of the dumber people around.
No, but he's given, but think of it.
He's given not like Peanuts, billions.
These are people that don't work in their own country.
Their own country is a failure.
They have no money.
And yet they come into our country and seal tens of billions of dollars.
How stupid are we to allow that to happen?
All right, Jack Pesopa Curry are live.
Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice, December 10th, 2025.
Anno Domini.
Now, we here at Human Events, we've been working very hard on a number of pre-tapes for some stuff, a series that I'm going to be releasing.
We're going to be releasing teams very excited about for later this, you know, later this Christmas break that's going to be coming out.
And so the way we do it every year.
So we're working on those.
And I happen to see that my friend, Erica Kirk, someone who I talk to almost every day and see all the time, spent the whole weekend with down at the galas, has gone on Fox News and she's doing this, the media tour for Charlie's assassination and the fact or following Charlie's assassination because he can't do it himself.
His book is out.
It is number one on Amazon.
And he can't go out there because three months ago, today, Charlie was murdered by a gay communist furry who shot him on top of from on top of the Losey building there at Utah Valley University.
And Erica went on today and responded to a number of people.
who have come after her for a variety of things, saying that she was in on it, saying that she planned it, saying that she's profiting from it, saying that she and her team are involved in it.
And she just went off, just totally went off.
And we saw it on Fox News.
It was absolutely there.
Do we, guys, do we have that clip of Erica?
All right.
You know what I thought?
I thought these people are human.
We are all grieving in our own way.
And they are trying to find the answer to something that happened that was so evil.
They are trying so hard.
And I get that.
We're doing the same.
Anytime we hear a lead or anytime we hear anything, we send it to the authorities.
Please dig into this.
No rock will be unturned.
I want justice for my husband, for myself, for my family more than anyone else out there.
And look, I just have to say bravo to Erica, to someone who is a friend of mine, someone who's been a friend of mine for years and someone who, gosh, I'm just going to say, I can't even imagine.
I can't even imagine what it's like to have to live through something like this, to be in public, to take the reins over of Turning Point, and then also to deal with just these fantasies, these absolute fantasies about herself and the team.
And, you know, I look at some of those theories too, and I say, well, if all of these guys were in on Charlie's assassination, why were they all standing in the line of fire?
I mean, just basic logic would dictate.
It's like, wow, I guess you guess you really trust that gay communist furry's marksmanship, right?
Because you're all standing right there.
And, you know, look, I'm going to sit here and say that I'm not going to say that I don't have any questions about whether or not Tyler Robinson was working with other people.
And I think it would be silly not to, and it would be silly not to ask what was going on in those Discords.
And we here on the show have asked that question many, many times.
But it's absurd completely to think that Erica might be involved in this.
Or again, that people who were standing in the line of fire were involved in the murder of their friend, their boss, and in Erica's case, her husband, someone that she'll never see again, who her children will never see again.
And so it's on.
What can I say?
It's on.
It's begun.
And the trial will happen.
And Tyler Robinson will be found guilty.
Stand in our way and our golden age has just begun.
This is Human Events with Jack Pasovic.
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
Welcome to the second American Revolution.
All right, Jack Posovic, we're back here, Human Events Daily.
And today is December 10th.
It is exactly three months from the day that a leftist assassin murdered our friend Charlie Kirk.
And Charlie's book right now, which has been released posthumously today, is now number one on all of Amazon, Stop in the Name of God.
And it's incredible that it's out there and it's doing so well.
But today is three months to the day.
Now, here in this program, for those who remember that at 2.32 p.m. Eastern, we were live when all of this happened.
And when I got the news initially of the incident, before we knew exactly what was going on, and during that live interview, when we got the news that Charlie had been shot and reached out to people, you know, the team that was on the ground to find out exactly what was going on, we were actually on the interview with Senator Ron Johnson.
So it's only fitting that here on this three-month anniversary, Senator Johnson rejoins us on the program.
Senator, how are you?
I'm doing well, Jack.
And listen, I'll never forget that moment, a very sad, sad moment.
But, you know, I think I was waiting prior to the show and basically said, you know, Jack, you don't have to do this.
I knew how well you knew Charlie, what a good friend he was, how this was going to impact you.
And it was just very unnerving.
So it was a different interview.
And I say I'll never forget where I was when I heard the news.
I heard it on your feed.
Yeah.
And, you know, it was one of those ones.
And I'll say as well, too, that whenever, you know, whenever we have an event going on on campus, it's not the first time that we got a report of an incident.
Sometimes you get bomb threats.
Sometimes you get, you know, report of a shooting.
And most of the time, it actually turns out that it's not true.
And so one of the very first things that I wanted to do before we said anything publicly on air was just to verify the veracity of these reports that were coming in.
And I was getting comments in the live stream and on Twitter from viewers, people saying, saying, you know, what had happened.
And of course, then the video comes.
And so we're still trying to really just verify everything before we put it out because I was certainly hoping that it had been one of those that it was just, oh, this was a false alarm or some idiot had called in a threat, something like that.
And for once, obviously, as we know and found out, pretty short order thereafter, that it was not.
And I realized that we hadn't had you on back since that took place to really just talk about what it meant, what Charlie meant, and how important it is that we continue his work and his mission.
I think your first instinct actually was to pray and to ask your audience to pray.
I know after you signed off with me, you said the Lord's Prayer.
And I think that's really the legacy of Charlie Kirk.
I had a town hall shortly after and had a pastor from Wisconsin basically chide me for calling Charlie Kirk a martyr.
I mean, how can you deny that Charlie Kirk was a martyr?
I mean, he gave, set the example in terms of how you engage in civil discourse.
And he obviously was promoting freedom and the values that made this country great.
But he was an evangelist for Christ.
I mean, he was, he died telling people that they need to embrace Jesus, that they need to embrace the ideas of loving your neighbor, loving your enemy.
He died a martyr, and he's had the impact of a martyr as well.
You see the growth in the turning point organizations around this country, high schools, colleges, some of the resistance in some of these institutions to these things.
But this is a movement that is growing after his death.
That's the very definition of a martyr, somebody whose impact on society even grows once they're no longer here on earth.
So, no, he was definitely a martyr.
A tragic, tragic day.
I know because you were such a good friend, impacts you.
I don't know Erica.
I mean, the level of grace that she has shown in the aftermath of this tragedy just, again, speaks to the power of faith, but also speaks to the legacy of Charlie Kirk, that he would found such a strong partner in life that would carry on his evangelical mission after he was gone.
So, no, it's, again, tragic, but out of that kind of tragedy, we just see an awful lot of good because of who Charlie was.
Well, and I remember in the immediate aftermath, and I spent a day kind of being the face and hosted Charlie's show the day after and then flew out to Phoenix.
And I just, I'll never forget the amount of vigils, the amount of prayerfulness, the amount of worship that people threw themselves into and the gatherings and the fact that they were all self-organizing.
And it always struck me that Charlie would have loved the fact that people were organizing themselves.
There was no big, you know, text message campaign or, you know, the typical sort of political stuff that we do on the grassroots side to get people organized or chase ballots or that type of thing.
And this was all just people getting up off the couch and saying, we are going to gather together.
And I really do think that the only way you can speak about it is in spiritual terms, because everyone knew that they wanted to gather together, that they wanted to be with like-minded individuals, and that they wanted to gather in prayer.
And yet nobody told them that they had to, but they all felt that that's what they should do.
And there's, you know, for the non-believers out there, there's something to that.
You know, I think that's a testament and I think that's a message that there is perhaps something, something greater than all of us that's animating this world.
Well, I'm often not the most uplifting character because I'm talking about the dysfunction in Washington, D.C. and 38 cityology.
But what we witnessed in the aftermath of his assassination, I think basically gives me hope because the vast majority of people are good.
They're just by nature good.
And I know we're born with original sin, but we also innately understand what is good, what is evil.
And most of us gravitate, the vast majority of us gravitate toward good.
We want to be good.
We want to conduct ourselves in the light.
And it's people like Charlie Kirk that helped bring that out in us and help the rest of society see that that's where we should be.
And don't just hide it.
Come out, get involved, spread your goodness.
Let your light shine.
Again, Charlie Kirk was an extraordinary individual in history, not just in our time.
I mean, what he accomplished in his short life, the movement he created that is carrying on beyond it.
This is something extraordinary, extraordinary.
Very few figures in history have done what he has done, attracted the kind of following he had, had as great an impact as he's had.
And you see it, you know, we've had these events that have gone on ever since.
And I certainly hope that we'll go back to Wisconsin.
I'm a little bit privy to some of the operations up there and plans to expand the Wisconsin operations and plans for state chapters all really in all, maybe not all over the country, but in many parts of the country where not only are the, not only from the, I should say, not the student chapters and colleges and the Club Americas and high schools, which are just expanding and really tripling, I think is the number that we're starting to see,
but also state action chapters where people can get involved, perhaps even on a more permanent basis, that were just inspired, inspired by Charlie.
And, you know, he's got the new book out, Stop in the Name of God.
And I certainly hope that everybody picks up a copy.
I got my copy.
And it's one of the last messages that I think that he left us is for as busy as he was.
And anyone who knew Charlie knew that this was a guy in a hurry.
And he was always running from one thing to another, traveling, like traveling more than I think President Trump even in 2024.
The only person that I think could make that claim.
And yet he would still take every Saturday off.
He would take every single Saturday off and say, I'm off my phone.
I'm kicking it up.
I'm going to spend time with family.
I'm going to spend time with grace.
And I think there's an importance to that, an importance to unplugging that he certainly taught me that lesson.
I'll put it that way.
Well, family comes first.
Take it from a guy who's now 70 years old.
You have young children.
Cherish them.
You will not believe how fast time flies.
I mean, we've got grandkids now, which are a true blessing, all the joy, a lot less responsibility.
I see really how difficult it is being a parent.
It's not easy raising even the best of children.
It's a hard thing to do, which is why we need to value parents who devote time to their children.
But again, for all of your listeners, trust me, the time just flies by.
Raising kids is a pain.
There is not an easy task.
It's a challenge, but it's a worthy challenge.
And I'm just telling you, cherish it.
Cherish every minute.
Don't let any of that go unnoticed.
Well, I couldn't agree more.
Senator, I wanted to just say thank you for sharing that moment with me.
And that's something that's one of those things.
Where were you?
I was like, well, I was talking to Senator Johnson.
And that's how it is.
And I just appreciate that everything that you and the team have done ever since to uphold Charlie's legacy.
And we're going to do everything we can to do so as well.
Let me know how I can help out.
God bless you.
Have a very good day.
Absolutely.
We'll get you plugged in.
And of course, Merry Christmas to you and the entire family.

All right, folks, we are still digging in on everything that's happening.
The Erica Kirk response to these theories about her husband and alternate theories as to whether or not Tyler Robinson did it.
Personally, I'm not sold.
Tyler Robinson, to me, seems to be the one who did this.
And it's very clear.
It's very clear that Tyler Robinson is the killer because again, his parents were the ones that turned him in.
It's really as simple as that.
You don't have to go any further.
You don't have to listen to the FBI.
You don't have to listen to government.
You don't say, hey, just listen to his parents.
Just go listen to his parents.
His parents are the ones who turned him in.
That's why I keep saying it over and over and over because none of the other theories make any sense beyond that point.
His parents turned him in.
If your parents believed you did something, they would turn you in if they're good people.
Now, if they were bad people, they wouldn't turn you in.
So just think it through logically.
It's really as simple as that.
We're going to go into Benny Ray Harmony here.
She's down, our congressional correspondent for Real America's Voice.
Benny, how are you?
Jack, I'm good.
How are you doing this morning or afternoon?
I'm doing well.
Now, I know that today we've been digging in.
You and I were over at the Pentagon last week and we've been digging in on this story regarding the Pentagon's investigation of Mark Kelly, Senator Mark Kelly, who's also a retired Navy officer and still subject to the UCMJ.
Today was the deadline and I know you've been working really hard behind the scenes.
You've also accompanied Secretary Hegseth this weekend.
So tell us, what are you hearing regarding the Mark Kelly investigation?
Well, Jack, yeah, yesterday we were at the Rapid Response Capabilities Conference that was just over in Navy Yard here in Washington.
And we are awaiting a response from the Secretary of Navy, like you mentioned.
Today was the deadline to see that review.
Now, Department of War Secretary Hegseth, on our trip to California and even in the days that followed, he has been very specific that he wants severe discipline for the actions that the seditious six and that these senators did.
And so I think a lot of Republicans, I spoke with another Republican from South Carolina this morning, and he said that he does have faith in our members of the military and intelligence communities to see through this stunt.
That was William Timmins of South Carolina.
And we also are hearing that the Senate judiciary is saying that they are going to take up this matter.
But like you said, today was the deadline.
So, I mean, I believe we can expect this review and this report at least.
I mean, I'm hoping tomorrow we see that.
So definitely I'm going to keep doing the groundwork here and reaching out to some of these committees and these members and see if I can get some more information for you guys on that.
But what they did, they should have never crossed this line.
These members are not, just because they have a position doesn't mean they're not accountable for their actions.
And I think that's what this cabinet and this administration is really trying to put forth with this is accountability.
Well, and it is about accountability because, Benny Ray, we're looking at this, and I'm prior service Navy intelligence officer and many other people who serve and continue to serve.
And this isn't really about political ramifications one way or the other, is it?
This is actually about upholding good order and discipline within the Genie Command, isn't that right?
Yeah, the issue is, is that politics and military shouldn't necessarily cross, right?
This was a political stunt by these members as a slap to President Trump and to this administration.
And military, you were in the military.
You know this.
You know, there is that code.
And no matter what, when you join the military, you take an oath and you, there is a chain of command.
And they literally broke that chain of command by going behind and telling active members to defy the orders of their commander in chief, Jack.
I mean, it is absolutely absurd.
So I really am praying that these members don't just get a slap on the wrist and don't just get a little discipline.
I think that they need to be called upon for their actions and held accountable for those.
I really wish I had some more information for you right now, but this whole situation is just absurd in my opinion.
No, it really is.
And it's something where, now, I will say that when I spoke there, and you and I were there last week at the Pentagon Press briefing, there was questions about whether or not that he would be court-martialed or would it just be an administrative, a punishment, perhaps a reduction in pay, perhaps reduction in rank?
Were there any, you know, in the conversation that you had, did any of that come up?
Yeah, absolutely.
And I mean, even when I was speaking to some admirals yesterday, they kind of gave that same, that same, I don't want to say vibe, but vibe when it comes to this.
Everybody that is in the military world knows that something like this is not okay and that if they did this, they would not get away with it.
And so I think it's these members are relying on their positions in Congress to get away with doing something like this.
And even Mark Kelly said to PBS that he will not be silenced.
And so the question is, is what route are they going to go with this?
Is Mark Kelly going to continue to try and push his position to break that chain of command?
I'm really not sure.
But the other thing, Jack, is I watched this video before we came on because I really wanted to kind of go through it a little bit further.
And in this, Mark Kelly and all of them say that you can refuse illegal orders.
But the situation is, is what illegal orders were given?
You know, you were in the military.
Tell me, did you see any, you know, has anything that Trump has done been illegal like Mark Kelly and this edition six are saying?
Because in my opinion, and Benny Ray, incredible recording.
We're just out of time for this segment here.
We'll get you on as the story deal abs.
Where can people follow you in the meantime?

All right, folks.
So, you know, we're not playing games anymore.
We're not beating around the bush.
It's really simple.
Okay.
It's really simple.
Erica Kirk did not murder her husband three years ago, or excuse me, three months ago today.
Charlie's staff did not murder their boss three months ago today while they were all standing in the line of fire.
That's something that just simply didn't happen.
That doesn't even make any sense.
Charlie Kirk was murdered by a gay communist named Tyler Robinson.
All the evidence points to this, and not a single shred of information has been brought up that denies or debunks any of this.
Not one.
Not one.
Hasn't been done.
I haven't seen it.
No one sent it to me.
And believe me, people have sent me all sorts of stuff to say, oh, but what about this, Jack?
Oh, what, what about?
But hold on, but what about?
And Charlie, somebody was eating a pizza pie down the street.
No, no, guys, guys, very clear about this.
It comes down to the fact.
And I get, I get, I totally get why Erica did what she did on Fox today, but it still comes out just logically.
We got to follow the facts.
We got to use reason.
Tyler Robinson was turned in by his parents.
Why would they do that?
Why would they do that if they thought their son was not guilty?
Why would they do that if they thought their son was innocent?
It wasn't Kash Patel who told you the name of Tyler Robinson.
It wasn't Dan Bongino.
It wasn't, it certainly wasn't me.
It wasn't Erica.
It wasn't Mikey.
It wasn't Blake.
It wasn't Andrew.
It wasn't producer Foz.
It wasn't producer Russ.
Okay.
It wasn't Brandon Tatum.
It wasn't anyone.
It wasn't any of these people.
It wasn't any of them.
Okay.
And I'm not, I'm not defending any of them other than Erica, but I will say this, that it was his, just the facts of the matter are this.
Tyler Robinson was turned in by his parents.
His parents identified the gun.
His parents identified him.
Unless you can somehow break that logic chain, then the most obvious answer here is that it was Tyler Robinson.
Okay.
There's not some like FBI secret special forces plot that involves Tyler Robinson's parents identifying their own son.
There just isn't.
Sorry, the world isn't that interesting.
There's a lot of crazy stuff in the world.
Believe me, I know.
But look, we've had transgenders shooting up schools.
One that just happened two weeks prior to this.
It was the Minneapolis Catholic school.
Then we had the trans shooter over in Nashville.
You got trans shooters all over the place, a trans shooter that tried to take out Scott Besant that nobody talks about except us and Rawig nationalist, a few other people.
And so is it really that hard to believe?
Is it really that hard to believe that someone who'd be involved in the trans community, a homosexual who was involved with communism, leftism, who wrote on the bullets, Bella Chow, who wrote on the bullets, hey, fascist catch, would be involved with a furry, be involved with a trainee, and be the one who shot Charlie.
Like, is that really that hard to swallow?
Is that really that hard to fathom?
Because that's what happened.
Okay.
It's literally the same thing, the same pattern that we've seen over and over and over and over.
We see it at Luigi Maggioni, right?
Remember, people forget this, that Luigi Maggioni got beat up by a bunch of ladyboys in Thailand.
There's your trans connection.
Yeah, you didn't think I would have one, but I did.
That was that one.
Thomas Matthew Crooks hanging out on DeviantArt.
You get this Brian Cole guy who's all obsessed with my little pony, the bronies, the furries, the deviants, the trans.
Guys, wake up.
You are in an irregular Marxist revolution.
You are in a red color revolution.
You are facing asymmetric warfare.
We don't have time.
We don't have time to sit there and play these games.
These people want to kill you.
These people want to kill your family.
These people want to kill me.
All right.
We don't have time.
We have to smash these networks right now.
And I wish to God that more was being done about this.
I say it every day.
I wish to God more was being done.
I wish they were a joint task force right now that all they were doing was being set up and empowered by President Trump to go after these networks.
And I really wish it was happening.
I really wish.
And I wish that the right would have been able to stay together and say, you know what?
We are going to fight and smash every single one of your networks because you took out Charlie Kirk and that is not going to stand.
We will smash everything that you have built.
We will salt the earth.
We will go scorch earth on everything you have ever constructed in the name of this because that's where I'm at.
And for three months, I haven't left that place.
Okay.
And I'm done.
I'm just done.
All the infighting, all the, oh, he said, she said, I'm done.
Okay.
I'm really done.
I'm really done.
And I'm not going to make this about personalities.
I'm going to make it about facts.
And the fact of the matter is that the Marxist left is coming to kill you and trans your children.
And they will hand your children over to pedophiles if they're given the chance and if they're given power again in this country.
That's where we're at.
That's the truth.
And Charlie Kirk will not be spending Christmas with his family.
Charlie's family, Erica, the children will not be spending Christmas with their dad, with their father, because of a gay communist who was on the roof in Utah.
Kenny Cody joins us now, Human Events Opinion Editor.
Kenny, what do you say, brother?
How are you, Jack?
Good to see you, man.
I'm good.
I'm taking a chill pill.
I'm hanging out, relaxing, vibing, moist, moisturized in my lane.
Love that.
I love exactly what you said.
You know, I think there is a lot of those on, you know, those grifters in the middle that are trying to divide the conservative movement.
They're trying to divide the rot that took out the guy who united us the most.
Charlie Kirk united every conservative, every Republican, and everybody on the MAGA movement more than anybody else.
They took him out and you're seeing the division that the Republican movement is currently going through.
And these conspiracy theories are starting to get floated around and have been floating around for three months.
And the target and the enemy needs to be on the progressive left that propped up this gay race communist that assassinated Charlie Kirk.
That's who the enemy is.
Those are the networks that we need to continue to go after.
And Eric Kirk was 1,000% right to call those people out on Fox News.
Look, and I get it.
I get why she did it.
I mean, Kenny, I'll ask you, right?
I'm not going to put words in your mouth.
Have you seen a single shred of evidence that, and you, yo, carte blanche in your answer?
Like, if like, I'm not going to hold against you.
If you have questions, that's fine.
I don't have it against anyone, actually, if they have questions.
But have you seen any actual evidence to suggest that someone other than Tyler Robinson was the one who shot Charlie?
Absolutely zero.
And so walk me through this, right?
Have we seen violence from the left?
Have we seen violence from the trans community in the past couple of years?
Yeah, I think everybody can connect the dots that a transgender leftist that literally went after Christian children in my own state of Tennessee in Nashville nearly two years ago.
Like we are forgetting the violent events that the progressive left has caused and that transgender leftists have caused over the last two years.
Charlie was literally talking with an audience member at the time of his assassination about exactly that, about exactly school shootings and violent leftism.
Literally when he got shot, that's what he, the topic that they were talking about right before the assassination happened.
I mean, Charlie knew that this was, this was the threat.
You know, it's a threat.
The entire MAGA movement knows that it's a threat.
And we need to ensure that the target is on the progressive left for us to go after them and hold them accountable for Charlie's assassination.
Again, he was the man who held us all together, that united the Republican movement, that united the conservative movement and made sure that MAGA stayed afloat amongst some of the most progressive ideologies that are going after people like him, people like me and you, and people like President Trump.
We need to ensure that we're knowing who our enemies are, knowing where the enemies are, and knowing the time that we're currently in and knowing that we can't divine each other through conspiracy theories and things like that.
Like you said, it's fine to have questions, but there's not been a shred of evidence to prove that Erica Kirk, any of Turning Point USA, any of those around him caused his assassination.
This was done by a progressive, violent, gay communist, and that needs to continue to be the target that everybody needs to keep in mind.
Folks, it's okay to oppose the left.
It's okay to ask questions, but it's also okay to oppose the left.
And call me crazy, but that's what I'm going to do.
Not just because Charlie is my friend, but because that's what actually happened.
Right back to the events the other day.
Jack is a great guy.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make our effectiveness right again.
Amen.
All right, Jack Soaker back live here with Kenny Cody.
By the way, Kenny, I have to ask you a question.
It's a very important question, a very serious question.
And I'm afraid you have to be straight up with me, Kenny.
You ready?
Yes, I am, Jack.
All right, Kenny, did you kill Charlie Kirk?
I did not kill Charlie Kirk.
Thank you.
No, neither did I. That's good.
That's good.
Have you ever been to Utah?
I've actually never been to Utah.
No.
I've been once.
I've been once.
I had a good time, actually.
We got to visit the My Patriot Supply Center out there and drive an armored Jeep around.
But look, here's what I'm going to say.
Here's what I'm going to say.
And people are going to be hot about this.
They're going to say Erica went out and she's telling people and she's shutting people down.
And here's what I thought was interesting is that Erica actually said, if you find something, bring it to us and we'll give it to the legal team.
We'll give it to the prosecutors.
And I've certainly been doing that.
If I find anything, I've turned it over since three months ago today.
Any piece of information that I've had, either to the government, to the team, whatever it is, right?
Anything that I come along with.
And it's like, it's funny for me too, because not funny, but it's a strange situation, odd situation when you find yourself in a position like this, which I never thought I'd be in, where this is a story that it's like I know all of the eyewitnesses in many cases.
I work with these people, you know, they're people I've known for years.
They're people that I trust with myself when I go out on campus and I've done events with many of the same team that were down there.
And so it's so strange to me to all of a sudden have to, you know, turn around and realize that, oh, I can just go talk to them because they're the people that I know.
It's not like another situation where you've got to, you know, try to track people down and build a relationship and cold call them.
So it's like people want to talk to me.
I've had as much information on this than I've, you know, as anyone would have on a certain investigation or a certain story.
In like, like, we're not doing the true crime podcast thing around here.
This is real life.
These are real people.
Charlie was a real person that we all worked with.
I've seen people break down.
I've seen Erica in absolute tears, right?
You know, we were there right when she ended that first speech that she gave.
And people did, people saw what they saw, the resolve on camera.
Camera went off.
She collapsed.
All right.
I'm just going to say it.
She just collapsed in tears.
Tanya ran over, gave her a hug.
And, you know, it's like, it's like, guys, what do you want me to say?
What do you want me to say?
Okay.
One of our best friends got murdered on live stream.
And it's something that never goes away.
It's something that's completely raw.
But you know what?
I will say this to the people who are attacking Erica for the smile, the fact that she smiles publicly, the fact that she, you know, will go down and there's a picture of her and like Cliff Maloney and she's smiling, take a picture with her friend, right?
Don't stop smiling, Erica.
Don't stop smiling for your kids, for Charlie, for yourself.
All right.
And to the haters out there, no, these Robin Simpers, and that's what I'm going to call them, the Robin Simpers.
No, Tyler Robinson did this.
He did this.
Okay.
And if we're ever as just a group of people, group of friends, whatever you want to call it, I don't even know what you want to call it, what the words are for it.
If we're ever going to get through this personally, let alone the movement, the organization, et cetera, it's, you got to start with that.
You just got to start with that.
Kenny, you know, you guys, let me ask you this.
I'll ask you in a strange way, Kenny, that your community got hit by a tragedy as well because you got hit with those floods last year.
Talk to me about what it was like coming together as a community in the wake of that.
Yeah, I mean, it was a unification event, 100%.
I mean, you saw unity from all the churches, all the schools.
You know, we connected with state politicians, you know, federal politicians, those from our state government that came up and stepped up.
And probably, no, there's no probably to it.
The worst natural disaster Caucas County has ever been through and our community has ever been through.
And Jack, I like what you said about the smiling and the reaction right afterwards.
Erica deserved a smile.
And my community deserved a smile right after the floods.
And we did.
We had camaraderie.
We were trying to collaborate.
We were telling each other we love each other.
We were hugging.
We were shaking hands.
We were ensuring that people were okay.
And Cliff and Erica were colleagues of Charlie's.
You were a colleague of Charlie's.
And I know that you and Erica and Cliff want answers more than anybody else and are opening up for evidence to be provided to you if there's any, if there is anything out there.
And in the same way here, we were open to solutions, whether that was working with churches, working with our enemies, working with people who have never lifted finger for us before.
We didn't care as long as there was a solution at the end.
And there was, there was collaboration.
We recovered.
We're still recovering.
And so are you all.
You all were his friends.
Erica was his wife.
I did not know Charlie personally, but I consider him a colleague at Human Events.
And even I was mourning.
I broke down in tears when I found out the news.
And I sit there and watch in horror for hours afterwards and for days afterwards.
But there comes a point with Erica that Charlie would want her to continue to lead this movement and to lead Turning Point USA and to have figures from Turning Point USA help her carry on Charlie's legacy.
And that doesn't mean being miserable.
And there's always going to be a hole in her heart.
She carries around tissues because she cries talking about Charlie in the same way that I cry talking about the flooding here in my community.
Like you said, and the tragedy that we went through here, in recovering from tragedy and recovering from an event that affects you so deeply, you have to ensure and progress the people around you, ensure that you are lifting up the people that are around you because that's your duty.
Erica knows and she has stated that her duty is to carry on Charlie's legacy.
My duty is to carry Hancock County's legacy and everybody that lives in my community.
And that is okay.
And I know that you and Erica, Cliff, and so many others, Andrew and so many others are working to get answers, are working to recover and continue Charlie's legacy on.
And that should not be portrayed or made fun of by progressive leftists that killed that pretty much led to the murder and the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
I'm not going to allow that to happen.
I'm going to stand up and say that you all are allowed to grieve.
You all are allowed to celebrate.
You all are allowed to laugh, hug, and love on each other because that's exactly what Charlie would want for this movement.
He doesn't want division.
He didn't want there to be division after his assassination.
He wants unity and we're not honoring that legacy by continuing to divide.
Yeah.
And look, I'm going to say this right now.
You know, this isn't about, and I'm not even trying to call out anyone specifically.
It's just, guys, let's use common sense and let's use common sense and actually follow the evidence.
If you were one of the people who said that you believed that Derek Chauvin did not murder George Floyd in the face of incredible amounts of social pressure that was applied on all of us, well, I said that right from the start because I watched the video and I followed the evidence and that's what the evidence stated.
The evidence stated that Derek Chauvin did not murder George Floyd.
The evidence showed that there were drugs involved.
The evidence showed that Floyd had a heart tumor that was kept out of the trial.
And the evidence showed that Derek Chauvin's hold position that he used was completely authorized by the Minneapolis Police Department.
So Kyle Rittenhouse, another great example.
Nick Sandman, another great example of where people have said one thing, but the truth was completely something else.
The truth was still the truth.
And so in this case, I'm going to say it again.
All right.
Charlie Kirk was not murdered by his wife.
He was not murdered by his own staffers.
He was not murdered in this, the way that has been presented other than to say that it was the gay communist on the roof who's banging a furry, was up there with his grandfather's rifle, who shot Charlie Kirk.
We all saw it on video and then we saw the left celebrate.
And if you think for a second that it's not those thousands and thousands of people who are the real threat to you, then you are not paying attention to what's going on.
Kenny Cody, where can people go to follow you, brother?
They go to follow me at KD Cody10 on X and True Social.
You'll find all my articles archived over at humanevents.com.
Go check them out, by the way, Kenny.
That cuffing article got a lot of comments on that.
I've been getting a lot of comments around DC and otherwise about that one.
They're flooding in, my friend.
I appreciate it, Jack.
Thank you for the idea.
Thank you for the inspiration, son.
Appreciate it.
No, it had to be said: all right, folks, let's be serious here for a second.
Let's be serious.
Three months ago today was the murder of Charlie Kirk.
You need to be on that line and you need to lock in because they want to murder you too.
And they don't care about you.
They don't care about your family.
They don't care about Christmas.
They don't care about any of it.
The violent left is waging asymmetric civil war against us, and you need to lock in.
