	California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill yesterday, which could give Democrats an advantage in that state's congressional races.
	He says it's all an effort to balance a similar measure that helps Republicans win extra seats in the state of Texas.
	President Trump is claiming total victory in the reversal of a 2024 judgment, finding him liable for business fraud.
	It comes after a ruling yesterday from an appellate court.
	The original judges the original judge said the president and his company issued false financial statements as a way to get low interest loans.
	That judge ordered Trump pay more than half a billion dollars, but yesterday the appellate court reversed the ruling saying the fine should be dropped.
	Holands Security Secretary Kristy Noam says the number of unauthorized immigrants in the U.S. has dropped by 1.6 million since President Trump's immigration crackdown.
	She credits deportations, self-deportations, and even an ad campaign urging undocumented immigrants to leave.
	NBC News reports Secretary Kristy Noam is pushing to secure a new fleet for ICE.
	Sources tell NBC, NOME wants Homeland Security to buy, own, and operate its aircraft.
	ICE hires planes as needed, partnering with commercial airlines through its air operations program.
	A former ICE chief of staff says chartering planes under the Biden administration allowed about 15,000 removals per month.
	To double that, ICE would need 30 more planes or to operate its own.
	Chaos as school begins at Villanova University outside Philadelphia.
	As far as responding to the law school, there's a report of a subject with an automatic rifle.
	Pennsylvania authorities are investigating a false alarm warning of an active shooter.
	What happened here looks like it was a hoax.
	I think a lot of Republicans right now just wish Cash Battell, Tulsi Gabbard, and a number of other Trump nominees would just go away.
	The breaking news of just a few moments ago, FBI agents have raided the home of former Trump national security advisor, John Bolton, early this morning.
	A source familiar with the matter tells NBC News that FBI agents were sent there as part of a national security investigation in search of classified records.
	Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition Human Events Daily.
	Today is August 22, 2025.
	Anno Domini.
	Earlier today, and folks have seen this throughout the as the days progressed and the afternoon, agents of the FBI raided former National Security Advisor John Bolton's also former UN Ambassador John Bolton's home and a lot of questions about whether or not this had to do with classified information.
	Well, Human Events reported all the way back in March of this year.
	that John Bolton was known for his yellow legal pads.
	He would have these yellow legal pads whenever he was in meetings to include National Security Council meetings, to include meetings with the President of the United States, President Trump in his first term, as well as with world leaders.
	And he was known for taking those pads home at the end of the day.
	We reported that back in March and said, hopefully all of the information that you put on those was unclassified.
	So this was a pattern that had gone on and we had reported this months ago.
	into the National Security Advisors seemingly mishandling of classified information.
	Here's how classified information works.
	It is not the document itself that is classified.
	A piece of paper is not classified.
	It's just a piece of paper.
	What's classified is the information that is written on the paper, that is projected on the paper, printed, photographed, whatever it might be, as well as the classified source.
	So the chain of custody, the method of extraction of that information is also classified.
	So even though if it seems germane, the fact that it was obtained in a classified sensitive manner makes it classified.
	So all of these things are leading towards the fact that when you talk about John Bolton and his legal memos on the Yellow Legopod, then when you also talk about James Comey and these little memos that he would write, little note cards or whatever they were, and he passes them off to a friend and then has that friend turn around and pass them to the New York Times or the Washington Post.
	That's still classified.
	If it was a conversation with the President of the United States held in a classified setting, that's classified.
	It doesn't matter if you just walk out with it.
	It's still classified.
	Same deal with Comey.
	when he did these memos, same deal with Bolton.
	And I reported back in 2020, at the time I was going back looking at my own reports, that John Bolton's book in the room, the room where it happened was leaked to the New York Times.
	Excerpts of it were leaked with seemingly classified information before it was done the pre-review process.
	So they're supposed to go through a summary process with the intelligence community to make sure there's no classified information in this book.
	Yet sources of it were leaked at some point.
	So the question is, what did he use to prepare his book?
	Well, more than likely, it's those yellow.
	legal pads that we told you about first here on human events back in March.
	So John Bolton, sure he has a lawyer, definitely needs one at this point.
	And the question is whether or not, because we're also seeing reports that perhaps this has more to do, more to do than just classified documents, because we're also hearing, and I was able to report this on War Room this morning, I'll say it again here, that CIA Director Ratcliffe, according to an individual familiar, provided U.S. intelligence to Cash Patel at the FBI.
	prepare the probable cause for that warrant that was used at John Bolton's office.
	And while it's more than likely this is all pertaining to that book, it seems that he was able to verify this in the probable cause statement before the FBI went in.
	So again, we're still waiting to see more official word from this.
	We want to see word from the White House, word of course from Attorney General Pam Bondi and others at the DOJ and Cash Patel himself to figure out exactly what's going on.
	And does this relate to those grand juries?

	going to well they're going to go bankrupt And this is so disappointing for me.
	I actually drove to Montana yesterday, filmed with him.

	And it's hard to believe that Brian Massard, who is the rancher who's been advising RFK for one year, and Brian is the rancher who is responsible for flipping the dietary guidelines that's been the same for the last 50 years.
	And that's, he's solely responsible for this as a rancher.
	And he is going to have to file bankruptcy in the next 30 to 60 days.
	Well, I want to dig more into this.

	I'm getting like word from the underground people that if a farm like Brian Massards who produces 7,000 head of livestock that go to slaughter every year wants to transition to regenitive or he gets in the way of modification fight, which I'm in, then there is somebody behind the scenes that leans on these banks and tells them not to refinance.
	Now, I'm not going to say it's Baron Monsanto, but I'm just saying somebody's doing that.
	And I want to let you know that the head of the SBA, Jeff Patterson, called me yesterday on the way to the ranch because I've been to DC.
	I've spoken there many times.
	He said, Steve, we're working on it, but right now our hands are tied.
	I can't believe it's so disappointing that President Trump, HHS, USDA, SBA cannot do something to help this rancher who is the guy that...
	Well Steve, we've got a lot of listeners here on Human Events Daily that are in the administration, folks that are in the White House, even some of the SBA from time to time.
	If you had a message for for any of them, what would that be?
	Well, I told them the other day, if you want to make America healthy again and make America great again, is I wrote a farm plan to create one million new 40 acre farms.
	And I said, you just need to throw the bank at small ag.
	And Brian is the larger side of small ag.
	I said, somebody behind the scenes is hurting these ranchers and trying to put them out of business.
	I said, we don't know who they are.
	I said, just pay them out of debt.
	Because if you did this, if you paid all the ranchers in America out of debt, then I'm not talking about family farms like Cargill.
	Okay, let's face it.
	We know those are corporate farms.
	I said, if you pay these guys out of debt and you create one million new 40 acre farms and you start my farm corps as the war plan, if you do this, you're going to create 370.
	and 75% ancillary jobs, not only that, you're going to heal, if you heal one third of the children between the ages of 1 and 17, okay, that have a chronic disease, there's $1.3 trillion there okay so that pays for that we have 129 million people in america that are adults that are with chronic disease which is 1.9 trillion so if you throw the bank at agriculture and you you recrank the agrarian society in america let it run right along the side
	of ai we know that's coming Rebuild the agrarian society.
	Throw the bank at this.
	You're going to make America strong.
	You're going to make America healthy.
	And we're importing 25% of our food.
	And what that does is that cuts the hands off those who are putting their finger on that are making these ranch suffer.
	And listen, agriculture is tough enough as it is.
	And we're losing ranchers and farmers, I mean, daily.
	So that's what I've asked them to do.
	Throw the bank at it.
	Well, certainly.
	And when it comes to the Department of Health side, HHS.
	Is there more that can be done there to help to promote the ranches, the ranchers that are still open and help to keep them in business and keep people wanting to be in the business?
	Well, here's the thing rfk you know he came to my ranch uh because i wrote a farm plan for the for the entire united states and i also me and my team wrote the mystic bill to stop weather modification in all 50 states hhs i i actually got to visit with rfk for like seven minutes in my truck we drove the top of potato field so i got to visit with him he and i talked about these issues and this is what i told him he he has a lot of the power But let me just tell you this,
	Brooke Rollins is not doing anything for small ag and these large, even these, you know, 7,000 head is a lot of cattle, but that's really considered to be a small ranch in these terms of today.
	And so, you know, President Trump needs to get on this.
	USDA, where's Brooke Rollins?
	Brooke Rollins has been absent.
	I've been to DC twice.
	How is it that me as a small fifth generation farmer who's written a plan to completely transform America in five years and Brooke Rollins hasn't even contacted me?
	And I know that Ms. Rollins is meeting with Brian Massard on the September 2nd.
	This should be the first topic in the meeting.
	How can we get you emergency funding?
	I mean, they're absent.
	And so what I'm doing is I'm taking this into my own hands and I'm calling out to the people of America.
	I'm not asking for free money.
	I don't make a dime off this.
	Buy this box of stuff.
	I need 25,000 of them sold by Tuesday.
	And so it sounds like the meeting's taking place.
	There's definitely obviously you mentioned work done from SBA, but who, so you mentioned potentially Monsanto.
	Do you have any idea?
	Why is it then?
	Why want to drive out small ag?
	Okay, I don't know if you're aware of this, Jack.
	Are you watching how fast lab-grown foods are coming on scene and how they are FDA approved?
	I'm seeing a lot of that, yes.
	yeah well i believe by 2035 lab-grown foods will completely take over agriculture and they do not need a rancher and they don't need a farmer of any kind and that's what's going to happen 2035 the rancher and farmer will not be needed lab-grown food will completely take over america so lab-grown food comes in and then what do they use the ranch for Well, they don't need them.
	They have the cellular cultural lines that are called scaffolding cellular cultural lines.
	And just a heads up, folks, you know, Costco put in billions and billions and billions of jars of tallow last year?
	Well, I know for a fact that there's not enough tallow or beef fat in America.
	It's all spoken for.
	So guess what?
	There's a lab in Spain that lab grows beef fat, pork fat, and chicken fat only.
	And I can't prove it, but they have to be getting that lab grown fat and rendering it.
	And that's what you're getting, folks.
	It's lab grown.
	You're not getting tallow.
	There's not enough cattle, folks.
	It's impossible.
	Now, there's labeling games that they play too, right?
	Where I think I've seen this with the FDA where they call it natural, even if it's lab grown.
	100%.
	So you won't even, you wouldn't, I remember hearing an interview about that so you could be getting something that's lab grown but you don't even know and the label says natural because technically there's no definition that it's not natural even if it is lab grown well they are they actually are using the cellular structure of fat to make the tallow but let's face it folks do you want it off a beef cow or do you or a hog or do you want it coming out of a test tube I'll take the real thing for my kids.

	I do want to get into some more what we're seeing regarding the situation with John Bolton.
	I believe we have a clip of President Trump, and I want us to go through this a little bit.

	addressing the raid earlier today.
	And he's very bad at what he does, but he worked great for me because every time he doesn't talk, he's like a very quiet person., except on television, and he could say something bad about Trump.
	He'll always do that.
	But he really doesn't talk.
	He's quiet.
	And I'd walk into a room with him with a foreign country, and the foreign country would give me everything because they said, Oh, no, they're going to get blown up because John Bolton's there.
	He's a not a smart guy, but he could be a very unpatriotic guy.
	We're going to find out.
	I don't know anything about it.
	I just saw it this morning.
	They did a raid.
	Do you expect the DOJ to break you on this?
	Yeah, they'll break me.
	Probably today sometime.
	And foreign minister, I don't want to.
	I tell them and I tell the group.
	I don't want to know about it.
	You just have to do what you have to do.
	I don't want to know about it.
	It's not necessary.
	I could know about it.
	I could be the one starting it.
	I'm actually the chief law enforcement officer but I feel that it's better this way.
	All right so folks understand what we're seeing right now this John Bolton and what he represents in terms of the Uniparty in terms of the neocon establishment and what's what's interesting is John Bolton at one point had tried to separate himself from the neocons and say that he wasn't into nation building he was just into the war side of it And I certainly remember hearing him saying that, look, we all know what's going on here.
	This is someone who's tried to play the game.
	Then when he realized that the Iraq war was a complete disaster tried to do as much as he could to cover his behind from it.
	What we're looking at right now in terms of this raid, as well as when you see the peace talks, you have to tie them together to the peace talks between the United States and Russia, which is what the Neocons project has been about stopping for 30 years, about 30 years of stopping the United States from actually being a nation state and a strong republic, Fortress America.
	And instead, they want us to be the global hegemon, the global power that takes over every single nook and cranny of the world, not through deals, but through bayonets, through bombs, through all the rest of it.
	And of course, it is American bombs and American material and American funding that has gone to prop up the proxy war in Ukraine.
	That's why the US and Russia sitting down is a threat to this axis, this axis that John Bolton plays an incredibly large role in.
	So this raid is a direct attack on their power.
	The entire structure of the world geopolitical architecture is predicated on the idea that America will fund everything, America will do everything everywhere.
	So when you look at this, that's why when the Russians, when the Chinese, when the rest come in, they get told what to do.
	There's no bilateral anything, and there hasn't been for a long time.
	So this worked to an extent until the empire got over its skis.
	until the empire stretched too far.
	Of course, we saw that in Iraq, then in Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, again and again.
	We were pouring trillions and trillions of dollars down these holes.
	And then so, think about this.
	Less than one year, only a few months after it was August of 2021, right, when Kabul fell.
	Then it was February 2022 when the Ukraine war started.
	Do you really think that's just a coincidence that the Ukraine war started just after the Afghanistan war ended?
	Don't be ridiculous.
	Don't be ridiculous.
	And Putin came out there and said it as well.
	President Trump has said again and again, the escalation that took place by the Biden administration was on their side and the war never would have started had they or had Trump been in office had they not been there.
	Now that's not to say that the Russia didn't fire the first shots and that's not to say that Russia wasn't ultimately the aggressor but the Biden administration knew what they were playing with.
	Victoria Newland knew what she was doing when she set up that meat grinder.
	She wanted the meat grinder and so Victoria Newland and all of the others who have wanted this for a long time for the United States to be in this proxy war with Russia, they finally got what they wanted.
	It became the self-fulfilling prophecy.
	So here we are now asking ourselves, is there another way forward?
	Is there a way forward to choose peace?
	Is there a way forward to choose prosperity?
	Rapproachment.
	That doesn't mean agreement.
	That doesn't even necessarily mean friendship.
	It means approaching world affairs from the perspective of a good faith actor and the perspective of what is best for our country and our sovereignty and our people first.
	And that doesn't mean that we have to get into every single border dispute everywhere around the world all the time.

	We're also putting it within context of President Trump's other moves this week regarding international policy and the fact, of course, John Bolton, former UN ambassador, as well as prior national security advisor, wanted to bring on someone who's something of an expert on FBI raids.
	It's Roger Stone.
	Roger, how are you?
	It's great to be with you, Jack.
	I must say I'm a little disappointed that there wasn't a full news crew from real.
	real America's voice 25 feet from John Bolton's front door that would have made it even greater but it's amazing what goes around comes around my supposition here is that war criminal John Bolton a man who as you recall was a cheerleader for the war in Iraq which they lied us into by saying that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction they didn't or that Iraq played some role in the attack on America on 9-11,
	they also didn't, was probably retaining classified documents either at his home or his office which was also raided in violation of the law so uh it is it's nice to see uh that we're finally getting some justice and i think this is just the beginning now uh i'm sure you saw this uh bolton put out a formal statement saying that his mustache was not stolen from one of the members of the
	village people i was glad that he clarified that just kidding Well, I thought the raid was actually provoked by the village people.
	They were trying to get the original mustache back.
	That's one of the things, you know, I do know Cash Patel, but what Roger was interesting is actually CIA Director John Radcliffe, we got a report from an individual familiar with the situation that he provided some of the intelligence to the FBI that really became and built the predicate.
	for the probable cause to go towards this mishandling of classified information.
	And I'm sure, by the way, of course, that the DNI, with everything that she's been doing, Tulsi Gabbard over there, in terms of watching for leaks and hunting for all of this, I'm sure she was well involved as well.
	Well, look, here's one thing you can be sure of.
	Unlike Christopher Wray, unlike James Comey before him, if Cash Patel authorized an FBI raid on the home of John Bolton and his office, then he actually had some probable cause.
	This was not political theater, as you saw in my case.
	By the way, Jack, I saw you in the presidential pool on the trip to Alaska wearing a suit and tie.
	You look very, very good.
	I think you should maybe start wearing it for the show.
	Here we go, folks.
	Here we go.
	You and my dad are always telling me the same thing.
	But of course, if it's Roger, you know he's going to come in.
	No, it's a point.
	It's a point well made.
	And when it comes to it, I've been hanging out with Charlie Kirk too much, I guess.
	The situation here is, and I think a lot of us are looking at this, is does this potentially relate to other investigations that we've heard regarding the Russia collusion hoax where we know that John Bolton was tied to a number of these individuals who were involved with this thing and certainly has become more associated with them even after he's left office.
	And I think there's some serious questions as to whether or not there's perhaps a bigger play here, including those grand juries, which again, we've been told are impaneled outside of Washington, D.C. I think one of the key things that's important for your listeners and viewers to understand is that There was a continuing seditious conspiracy to engage in treason that began in 2016,
	continued into 2017, also operated in 2020 in regards to that year's presidential election.
	Also the same cast of characters in 2024 manifesting itself of course in the raid at Mar-Lago.
	That means that the crimes committed can be examined by grand juries in Florida and South Florida as well as other places.
	Also means that ultimately once those who I believe will be charged, which I would not limit to the potential of Joe Biden, the vice president, he has no immunity for actions he took as vice president, James Comey, the FBI director,
	perhaps the architect of this entire seditious conspiracy, John Brennan, the CIA director, Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor, who knew there was no actual legitimate legal rationale for his appointment or his investigation,
	Andrew Weissman, the de facto head of that investigation, Andrew McCabe, the deputy director of the FBI, Susan Rice, of course, who was in the room on July.
	5th of, I think it was 2017 when this seditious conspiracy was born.
	All of these people may be targeted in the grand jury.
	They may all yet be arrested at six o'clock in the morning.
	Although frankly, I think that unlike what was done to me, they'll be given the courtesy of turning themselves in since none of them have any known prior criminal records.
	In my case, of course, the FBI hit my home at six o'clock in the morning.
	29 heavily armed FBI agents in full SWAT gear, wearing night goggles.
	all brandishing M4 fully automatic assault weapons surrounded and then swarm my home.
	They claim that I had to be arrested in this manner because I was a flight risk, which is of course absurd because I had no valid passport at that time.
	And thanks to CNN, most Americans know exactly what I looked like.
	You'll recall, Jack, that two amphibious units pulled up to the dock beside my house because I lived in the aisles in Fort Lauderdale at that time, where frogmen.
	also carrying M4 assault weapons jumped out on the dock.
	They arrived in 17 armored vehicles.
	There was a government helicopter overhead.
	All of this claiming that I had to be taken down this way, sending more men than they sent after bin Laden or El Chapo for that matter, because I was a flight risk when they knew that I wasn't.
	But more precisely, five hours later, when I was arreigned, they required no cash bail.
	So in other words, I wasn't a flight risk at all.
	All of this was theater for the benefit of the CNN audience.
	And I guess to pressure me to bear false witness against the president, which, as you know, because we prayed over it together and you were there to support me during my trial, I refused to do.
	Well, I certainly do recall that and I recall every moment of that really dark time and everyone remembers what it was like during those days.
	Roger, we've got a couple more minutes with you before you have to run, but I wanted to also mention because you've got, you've had this huge story that just came out a couple of days ago regarding Carlos Jiménez and Cuban intelligence presence.
	Can you break this down for us really quickly?
	Yes, it's very simple.
	There's a major defense contractor based in Florida called Crowley.
	Crowley has a multi-billion dollar contract that allows them to go in and out of the Mario port in Havana.
	Now this I think risks, this poses a very serious national security risk.
	We don't know whether they're getting data from those ships, whether they are monitoring us through those ships.
	But what's interesting is that Carlos Jiménez is the subcommittee chairman of the maritime security subcommittee of the House Transportations Committee, has the executives from Crowley before him in a hearing, asks them extensively about communist China, never mentions their activities in Cuba.
	Mario Diaz-Balar, a nominal Republican congressman.
	He was a Democrat, head of the Miami Dade Young Democrats, right up until the day he filed to run for Congress as a Republican.
	He was on the committee.
	He's taking campaign contributions from Crowley's pack, but he never asks them about their very dangerous activities in Cuba.
	This has turned out to be a much, much bigger story than I thought.
	And now I've determined that there's a Cuban research institute at Florida International University that is receiving funding from the regime.
	Carlos Siménez's district, of course, includes the university he's asked no questions about that we have pictures of fiu professors hobnobbing with high level members of the cuban communist party yet there's nothing from congressman jimenez he seems to have no interest well i think it's exactly right roger where can people go to follow you to get everything that you're putting up Go to stonezone.com.

	And when you start talking about supply chains, electricity, the grid is so fragile.
	I mean, power outages happen all the time.
	People lose hundreds of dollars in their refrigerator.
	It's always a nightmare.
	I've been around the world as a military person.
	I've seen what happens when people have nothing, they lose everything.
	And it happens here in the U S as well.
	You're talking floods, any kind of big natural disaster, even if it's non-political.
	And to me, electricity is super important.
