The CIA is now offering buyouts to its entire staff, the latest move in President Trump's push to downsize the government.
They're not forcing anyone out.
These are voluntary buyouts.
They're voluntary, and the CIA is voluntary.
Every USAID employee in the country and the world.
Yes, they are reorienting the soft power bureaucracy, but that's different than the buyout program.
They're not making anyone take a buyout.
It's very, you're out of order.
You know you're out of order.
You know the rules of this committee.
There's been a motion.
Mr. Elon Musk is out of order and dismantled.

Upon coming out here to the briefing room, I was made aware of the funding from USAID to media outlets, including Politico, who I know has a seat in this room.
And I can confirm that the more than $8 million taxpayer dollars that have gone to essentially subsidizing subscriptions to Politico on the American taxpayer's dime will no longer be happening.
The Doge team is working on canceling those payments now.

The White House, which ended only a few moments ago, we here in Real America's Voice are going to be working to get you Brian Glenn, who was there and asked a very interesting question regarding Politico.
And in fact, Zero Hedge also has information that not only was Politico taking money from the United States government, from the taxpayer, it was propped up by millions of dollars.
The press secretary is saying right there that $8 million in taxpayer money was going to subsidizing subscriptions to Politico on the taxpayer dime.
So think about it.
It was Politico that came after the Hunter Biden laptop story all the way back in 2020, five years ago.
It was Politico that leaked, and this is from Sean Davis pointing it out, that leaked the Dobbs decision that Nearly caused the assassination of Supreme Court justices back in 2022. Are we supposed to find out that we've actually ourselves been paying for Politico this entire time?
This is a massive scandal.
A massive, massive scandal.
And of course, Max Tani yesterday from Semaphore had the tweet up that said, Politico's payments haven't gone out on time.
The staffers there haven't been getting paid.
What's going on?
What has our government been paying for?
What have they been doing?
This is crazy.

And I think if you dig a little deeper, Jack, we're going to find that they may not be alone in all of this, but great.

Look, I check my monthly subscription bill every month and I don't remember spending $8 million on subscriptions.
I think my wife would be a little upset about that.
Yeah, I think maybe if you peel the onion back further, there might be more details on that.
I would imagine that.
That there are.
Now, I have noticed some other media outlets coming out and saying, hey, just for the record, you know, we have not accepted any type of government funding.
So, Jack, I'd like, on behalf of Real America's Voice right now, saying that we have not and we will never accept government funding for our network.
Jack, I would imagine Zoom and Events Live, can you say the same thing about your media outfit as well?
No, that's exactly right, Brian.
Once again, I'll have to go check with the producers here and the money folks, but pretty sure that, no, we are, look, certainly we have our advertisers.

Of the Kamala Harris interview that that does, we expect to come down later today because when it comes down to it, these are actually stories that are not just news.
These are interference and influence in our election processes and they do actually become illegal in-kind contributions.

Roger, have you ever heard of something like this, of the federal taxpayer dollars going to fund?
Jack, I haven't heard anything like this since the whole Mockingbird Project by the CIA was uncovered, ironically, by Carl Bernstein.
You see, when Woodward and Bernstein, the famous Washington Post journalists who supposedly gave us the breaking news of Watergate, a narrative that you and I have really decimated here on your show.
Woodward tried to cut Bernstein out financially.
Woodward had invested his money in real estate and other investments, while Carl, I think, put his money into hookers and blow.
And he wrote a seminal piece for Rolling Stone exposing the fact that many, many mainstream media outlets were on the payroll of the Central Intelligence Agency.
Now, I think what we've seen...
Because actions by USAID don't require a presidential finding, unlike CIA operations, that we've stumbled on the slush fund of the deep state.
I think we're just scratching the surface.
Not only are they paying for mainstream media, I suspect they are involved in toppling governments.
I'm not going to be surprised to see them involved in the lawfare campaign against President Donald Trump.

Kudos, by the way, to Elon Musk for ferreting this out and bringing the truth to the American people and to the president for having the courage to shut down something that was not created by Congress, Jack, but created by an executive order signed by John F. Kennedy.
Now, Roger, I have to ask, USAID, you bring up Operation Mockingbird, are there any agencies of the federal government that USAID has been associated with or accused of being associated with?
Not that I'm aware of, but again, I think this is a breaking story, and we're just beginning to see the various elements of the dirty business that they've been involved in around the globe.
I mean, Jack, the important thing here, I think, is that first that Donald Trump has the will to shut this operation down, and Elon Musk has the platform to expose their epic, epic...
National and international corruption.
I've never seen anything quite like this.
This was supposed to be aid for developing nations, like third world nations, but it's morphed into something far more evil, far more sinister, far more political, and they've been able to hide it.
What's really amazing is that the officials at USAID don't believe they're accountable to anyone.
They don't even believe that Elon Musk has a right to see their books.
They don't believe the President of the United States has the right to direct their activities or examine their activities.
The arrogance level here is really beyond belief.
No, it really is.
And certainly when we're talking about Operation Mockingbird, we do have to ask questions as to What else?
What else could it have been that those $8 million were for?

And we're breaking down this massive political story.
Bombshell coming out that U.S. federal taxpayer dollars in a move reminiscent of Operation Mockingbird were in fact flowing to the tune of $8 million a year to Politico.
Roger, you and I were chatting during the break.
It's been years since we've seen anything like this, these direct payments from the federal government to a media organization.
It's certainly It goes back to questions about the Washington Post in years past or folks like Ken Delaunian over at NBC allowing the CIA to get the first edit on his draft stories before they were released.
But Roger, when it comes to these questions regarding Politico, do you think this rises to the level of something that perhaps Brandon Carr, the new FCC chairman, could potentially look at in terms of illegal in-kind donations?
Well, it's a very interesting question, Jack.
I mean, now, if you go back on my Twitter feed, I'm very grateful to Elon Musk for having it back because I was one of those who was decapitated in 2017 because of my support for Donald Trump.
On numerous occasions, I would say specifically, Politico is not a news outlet or a journalistic enterprise.
It is a propaganda front for the deep state.
And indeed it is.
And now it all makes sense.
Thinking back to my trial, you covered my trial, Jack, when Mike Cernovich uncovered the fact that the jury forewoman in my case had lied during jury selection under oath and during the trial.
Claiming she was unfamiliar with me, unfamiliar with my past, unfamiliar with the case, she was lying because she had been attacking me on Twitter and Facebook for almost a year prior to being chosen as a juror in my case.
But Politico never covered that story.
Then I think back to when BuzzFeed sued the Department of Justice to get the full, unredacted Mueller report released.
Remember, the judge was supposed to review it and give us relevant sections, but we learned that there was a section she didn't give us.
It was a section in which Mueller couldn't sugarcoat the fact that, while in my case he had found no evidence of Russian collusion or WikiLeaks collaboration, or by his own admission, any other crime, said the bearers to my prosecution for anything more than...
Misleading Congress were factual because there were no facts.
They didn't cover that story either.
Now I understand exactly why.
This is shocking, but I think we're just scratching the surface, Jack.
I think the nefarious deeds of USAID, both nationally and internationally, this is going to be a story that will roll out over the next two weeks.
I think we need to be prepared to be shocked.
I think they're involved in the toppling of a legitimately elected democratic government in Ukraine, which led to the events there today.
That's just one example of where they took the place of the CIA in these illicit activities.
Well, Roger, I think this may actually be true.
And, you know, we're seeing things like, we're seeing things that 34, by the way, I'm seeing this out of Liz Wheeler over at The Blaze, that it wasn't just $8 million that Politico received from USAID. It was 34.3.
If you actually go out to all political spending, or excuse me, all governmental spending from the U.S. government, that yes, from USAID was the $8 million, but total $34.3 million in 1,349 transactions.
And we're looking at...
I'm seeing Department of Homeland Security, Department of Education again and again.
Roger, something stinks in Denmark.
Yeah, we have discovered the slush fund for the deep state.
This is where they were doing all of their deep black ops rather than the CIA. This is just going to get worse and worse.
Thank God once again for Elon Musk for not only ferreting this information out, but...
But essentially, you know, broadcasting it to the world, as well as the courage of President Donald Trump just to shut the whole thing down.
This is one of the most shocking revelations, I think, in American history.
And again, I think we're just scratching the surface.
We're going to find more dirty deeds here where they were running political operations to not only buy coverage for their false narrative.
I've got to go back and look at their coverage of the Hunter Biden laptop.
I think we're going to find that, for example, very interesting.
You're doing the same thing I'm doing, which is to say, searching online for some of their most outrageous stories.
And Jack, it's not what they said when they covered things.
In many cases, they don't cover the news because it's inconvenient to their narrative.
That's the other way.

I want to go back now to Roger Stone.
Roger, as we're digging through this information, millions of dollars, way more, by the way, than they claim these are for subscriptions, but I've never seen any subscription that cost $14,000 a year.
No, it's clear something else is going on here.
With all these questions regarding the deep state, the intelligence community, the national security state, this really goes to show that President Trump's emphasis on choosing individuals I think that's exactly right,

Tulsi Gabbard getting out of committee with a positive recommendation.
Very touch and go at the end.
Frankly, those talking about primarying Susan Collins, I think, would be making a gigantic mistake.
She's acted very reasonably here.
I've known her back to the Reagan days.
We don't agree on many things, but there is no other Republican who can win in Maine, and I'd rather have a Republican than a hardcore leftist Democrat.
And then Senator Todd Young of Indiana, I believe the president, actually responsible for getting his vote, and a phone call, as I understand it.
It's also interesting, Jack, that J.D. Vance himself is running the vote count, the whip operation, on each one of these vital nominees, RFK, Kash Patel, and Tosi Gabbard.
And you know this, Jack.
Her appointment just...
Sends the deep state, the intelligence agency, into overdrive.
The idea that they would have somebody at the nexus of that position who can look at all of their dirty laundry and all their misdeeds, this really makes them apoplectic, which of course proves why she's exactly the right person for the job.
I was talking to the president the other night, and I told him, in my opinion, Tulsi Gabbard will be the first woman president of the United States.
And I stick to that prediction.
You can write it down now.
I'm not saying this is going to happen in 2028. I'm saying it's going to happen someday, but I have no doubt about it.
Roger, I remember you saying that the other day, and look, a command performance with Lieutenant Colonel Gabbard, of course, there at her hearing, as well as being able to show that she had the ability to pull those votes in.
Now, we know Kash Patel will reportedly be going up for a vote tomorrow at 10 a.m.
in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Also, though, we're being told, and I see reporting, that the Senate Democrats on the committee are trying to pull cash in for another hearing.
I think that's ridiculous.
I think that they subjected him to all of the questions.
And by the way, had the opportunity to subject him to any question they wanted.
It's not Kash Patel's fault that they wasted their time with him on frivolous nonsense and memes in the first hearing.
No, if they wanted a hearing, they had their chance.
It's over now.
It's time to take a vote.
But Roger, from what I hear, is that Kash Patel...
I believe that's true.
I'm a little concerned about Senator Grassley.
That has to be monitored very quickly.
I have great admiration for Senator Grassley, but I'm sure my information is correct.
Kash Patel played rope-a-dope with these guys in the hearing.
They didn't lay a glove on him, although they certainly tried.
You know what's amazing, Jack, about the left is it doesn't matter how completely debunked, disproven, discredited one of their false narratives are, they always return to them and try to recycle them over and over again.
Was the 2020 election stolen?
Were the events of January 6th an insurrection?
The American people voted on that.
That's a decided question.
The American people decided that in the last presidential election.
The answer was no.
But they keep recycling the same garbage.
I thought Cash put these guys to shame.

I think it's because they know.
That if it proceeds to a full vote, he has the votes.

Who was a great Attorney General of Florida, is going to be a great Attorney General, confirmed by the full Senate yesterday.
So another piece of the puzzle in terms of having all the pieces necessary to rebalance the scales of justice in this country and return to having a one-tiered justice system in which only people who have actually done something wrong, something illegal, get prosecuted.
We're moving swiftly towards that.
So between Chelsea Gabbard...
Cash Patel and Pam Bondi, this is the dream team.
That is the Liberty League in terms of correcting the epic weaponization of the criminal justice system and the abuse of our intelligence systems as part of that.
Those days are soon going to be behind us.
But people like Norm Eisen, people like Andrew Weissman, people who know they have committed egregious federal crimes, including...
In the case of John Brennan, they're quicking their boots as they should be.
It's not, Jack, as you know, about retaliation or about revenge.
It's about the law being equally applied.
It's about recalibrating the scales of justice.
Well, and so, Roger, in regards to that, there's something I also wanted to ask you about because I know it's something that you have personally been involved in.
There's this question now of not only buyouts to all CIA officers and CIA analysts, but also this questionnaire.
That's been sent out to all of the FBI field offices, including the rank-and-file agents regarding their involvement with the January 6th cases.
Now, I know people who have connections within the FBI.
I'm told this story is completely correct, that that questionnaire has gone out, that people are being asked to fill this out regarding their involvement in the Jan 6 cases, and particularly as well as the Mar-a-Lago raid there in this classified documents case, raiding and particularly as well as the Mar-a-Lago raid there in this classified documents case, raiding the Roger, what is your sense of what the president is looking at and what he's going to go working through, Pam Bondi and then Kash Patel when they're there?
What is your sense of what the plan is regarding this questionnaire?
Look, I think that the president wants to get the facts because he's going to pursue justice.
I can't even tell you.
Jack, how many times my wife and I will be out and around socially, maybe at dinner, when retired agents will come up to me and say, you know, I was one of those agents at your home that morning at 6 a.m.
when the Washington office ordered us to storm your house.
I'm ashamed of the agency.
I'm ashamed that I was there.
It was wrong what was done to you and your wife.
It's happened more than once.
It's not just a one-time occurrence.
So I think those in the FBI who were involved in these politicized, baseless assaults on the civil liberties of Americans, like Donald Trump.
I mean, just as they raided his home, just as they went through his wife's underwear draw, they raided my home, they went through my wife's underwear draw.
They per-wife marched.
My 75-year-old wife out in her pajamas in handcuffs in front of my house for the CNN cameras.
I mean, Jack, she didn't do anything wrong.
I mean, I didn't do anything wrong.
She definitely didn't do anything wrong.
It was to humiliate us.
It was to pressure me specifically to bear false witness against the president, as you know, something I refused to do.
So, yeah, the rogue agents...
Who did that need to be held accountable.
You know, Jack, that when someone is charged with a first-time nonviolent crime and they have no passport and they don't own a gun, they're not a danger, they're not a flight risk, that you would normally just contact their attorney and say, look, your client's being charged, bring him in for arraignment.
But no, they insisted on tipping off CNN, which we can absolutely prove, and having 29 heavily armed FBI agents storm my home at 6 o'clock in the morning, all brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons.
Talk about over the top.
Talk about a waste of taxpayer money.
So I was talking to James O'Keefe about this last night.
We were sitting at the same table at a great tribute dinner for Ronald Reagan.
It was his birthday yesterday.
And I said, you know, James, this is a very special table because if you're indicted, you're invited.
That's exactly right.
Now, Roger, at the same time, you know, this was I did see that post, by the way.
This was a just a remarkable situation because not only, of course, did we see those images of you and your wife, of course, the coverage of the CNN crew who just happened to be down the street on a hunch.
Remember, they were on a hunch that the FBI raid might be taking place that night.
Just on a hunch, of course, CIA, CNN, definitely.
Not tipped off by the field office there by the FBI. Certainly have perished the thought.
But we've seen images are now going viral.
We've got a quick break.
But images have been going viral of Jan Sixers who were arrested at gunpoint with bulletproof shields being used, with children being marched away as their parents are taken in handcuffs all over someone walking around in the U.S. Capitol.
Clearly something went wrong.
Clearly something went very wrong in the course of this investigation and the course of this agency and what President Trump through Kash Patel and Pam Bondi are doing is attempting to set it right.

We're finding agencies and departments and bureaus and all of these commissions that are sitting out there where your taxpayer dollars are going towards.
And the fact of the matter is that this is what leftists do when they get into any government.
They use it to fund their friends and punish their enemies.

Certainly these questionnaires are out there, but when it comes to what President Trump, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Tulsa Gabbard, this great national security team, John Ratcliffe as well, by the way, have put together, do you think that simply put...
Issuing these statements and saying there's going to be a policy change or some kind of reform.
Is that enough?
Or do you actually have to go in to the various cases and the various individuals and take action there?
Jack, I think, unfortunately, it is the latter.
I'm particularly disturbed about the case of Master Sergeant Green Beret, Jeremy Brown.
Jeremy Brown was approached by the FBI and Department of...
Homeland Security.
They asked him to become an informant on January 6th.
They wanted him to infiltrate Trump supporters and be a snitch, and he refused.
But he legally recorded those efforts.
They came to him twice.
He is not convicted on January 6th of any violent crime, didn't enter the Capitol, didn't assault a police officer, didn't destroy public property, and he's been fully pardoned by the president.
But because he exposed them, they had a D.C. magistrate order a search of his home in Florida.
Notice they didn't go to a Florida magistrate who probably wouldn't have approved it.
And it is very clear from the papers, the legal papers, that that search of his home, in which they planted fake evidence against him, which was not very serious.
He was January 6th related.
Therefore, he is fully pardoned.
He should have been released.
The Bureau of Prisons and rogue U.S. Marshals refused to release him.
And now he's being subjected to what they call diesel therapy, where at 5.15 a.m.
in the morning, they move him from prison to prison to prison.
So he's been moved from D.C. to Kentucky to Oklahoma.
Last I heard, he was in Atlanta.
We cannot leave.
Are wounded behind.
This guy's an American patriot.
Did nothing wrong.
The president has fully pardoned him, but they refused to release him.
So this is an important case.
I really hope Pam Bondi will do the right thing and call the head of the Bureau of Prisons and order his release.
There is no further legal action.
Some have said, oh, well, because of the search in his home and the things found there, by the way, he had two guns, that even if they were illegal, he should have paid a fine for having them.
And then some unspecified disc that they say was classified, which, by the way, doesn't have his fingerprints on it or any of the dog hairs.
You've got a lot of dogs, but clearly planted there.
They've never even specified what that is.
I suspect it's nothing.
So we cannot forget.
Jeremy Brown.

I think it's very important that the president pay attention to this case, that Pam Bondi pay attention to this case.
We must have freedom.
We must have the immediate release for Jeremy Brown.
And in the short term, Jack, we have to pray for Jeremy Brown, pray for justice in his case.
I'm not going to stop talking about this.
I've talked to as many people in the administration at the highest levels.
We're going to get justice for Jeremy Brown.
I refuse to give up.
Well, Roger, I commend you on that.
And look, when it comes to all of these cases, every single one needs to be looked at with a fine tooth comb.

I believe remains to be in question because we've seen all the lies that have been told by the FBI. We've seen all the lies that come down in the court cases.
We need to actually go through them, and I don't think we can take them at face value.
Roger, I saw, of course, what they did to you, not only there at your home when they raided you, but also in the courtroom when it felt like, honestly, I'm sure it must have felt like they were raiding you.
Every single day.
