The Poso Daily Brief.
This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
There are no tariffs.
There's a pause on this because, as has been reported by CNN and every other news outlet, both Mexico and Canada have reached agreements today with Donald Trump to do what we want them to do.
The point of this exercise today, to me, had less to do with trade and more to do with saying to our neighbors, you need to be better neighbors.
We're more important to your economy than you are to ours.
As President Trump stands down for now on Canada and Mexico, a trade war could be heating up with China.
China is imposing additional tariffs of 10 to 15% on a range of U.S. imports, including coal, liquefied natural gas, crude oil, farm machinery.
I move that the committee favorably report the nomination of the Honorable Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of California to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Is there a second?
Second.
Mr. Chairman, the final title is...
14 ayes, 13 nays.
The vote was 14-13.
The nomination is reported favorably.
Multiple sources tell NBC News there is growing concern in the White House and among Republicans that Tulsi Gabbard's nomination for Director of National Intelligence could be in serious trouble.
After extensive consideration, conversations with her in my office.
Attending the hearing, questioning her there, and listening to her in the closed session, I decided to vote that I will vote for her.
The future of USAID, that's the U.S. Agency for International Development, is uncertain.
After Elon Musk said President Trump has agreed to shut it down.
In shutting down, which we're in the process of doing, shutting down USAID, the reason for that, as opposed to simply— You know, trying to do some minor housecleaning is that as we dug into USAID, it became apparent that what we have here is not an apple with a worm in it, but we have actually just a ball of worms.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily Live, Washington, D.C. Today is February 4th, 2025. Anno Domini.
RFK passed through committee.
Tulsi Gabbard will be voted through in committee within minutes.
We're going to be monitoring this because I want to make sure that there aren't any little hiccups that all these senators, if they need to have their hands held, if they need something, oh, just a little bit taken care of, that everything will go perfectly fine for them.
Don't worry.
Boys, don't worry.
Everything will be okay.
Everything will be good.
You just follow along.
You follow along with the president and you follow along with his nominees.
You give him the cabinet that he voted for and that the American people Voted for.
Remember, Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard were at every single stop with President Trump along the way.
So, by the way, was Elon Musk.
People say, I didn't vote for Elon Musk.
Yes, they did.
They absolutely did.
Because President Trump couldn't have made it more abundantly clear that Elon, Bobby, and Tulsi would be on the team.
Which means, boys and girls of the United States Senate, that when they're on the team, they're on the team.
You don't get to kick them off the team.
You can have your conversations.
You can have your advise and consent.
Remember, advise and consent.
Advise and consent.
Okay.
All right.
We've taken your advice.
We've gotten your consent.
And now it's time to move past this process.
And we're going to move to the process of making America great again.
You think USAID and taking down that behemoth was big?
You think that was big?
You just wait.
You just wait and see what comes next.
We're talking U.S. Department of Education, the National Endowment for the Arts.
You will see horrors beyond your wildest imaginations because buried deep down within the bowels of these things is truly the stuff of nightmares.
And yes, I'm talking about the intel community.
We'll be right back.
Human Events Daily.
And what America first truly means.
Welcome to the second American Revolution.
All right.
I want to welcome in all the Charlie Kirk listeners on the Salem Radio Network.
We are now carried coast to coast right behind Charlie in the third hour.
This is Jack Posobiec, the host of Human Events Daily.
And as we're waiting right now, the Tulsi Gabbard vote imminent in the United States Senate Intel Committee.
By the way, just realize the reason that we can't get a live feed is, of course, they're holding this vote behind closed doors.
We're looking for this and suddenly, oh yes, that's right.
Can't get a live vote of that.
So with that being said, we've got sources on the ground there at the United States Senate and we'll be getting that vote to you momentarily.
As we await the news, Mike Benz, the executive director of the Foundation Freedom Online, joins us today.
Benz, how's it going, man?
Great, Zach.
How you doing?
Well, I just wanted to say, Mike Benz, I want to be clear about something.
You are of sound mind.
You're here of your own volition.
You are witting.
You are not on the influence.
You love your life.
You don't have any reason to want to do something untoward going forward.
Because Benz, man, these people, they are going to come for you after what you did to USAID, brother.
Well, I've always said I fear USAID much more than I fear the CIA. USAID is how the CIA actually gets things done.
And it's actually these swarms of USAID tentacles that have a sort of dark arts mask behind their institutional veneer that are how people get attacked.
USAID funds hit peace journalists.
USAID is the reason they took down Rudy Giuliani.
It was USAID who paid Journalists $20 million to dig up dirt on Rudy Giuliani and his work in Ukraine, and then used that as the basis of lawsuits, even the impeachment of Trump in 2019. USAID who paid journalists to dig up dirt on Paul Manafort, write false hit-piece news stories about him having a connection to Julian Assange and the Russians.
This is stock and trade, and, you know, the CIA would have nothing to play with.
There weren't USAID assets in the past developed them to liaise with, coordinate with.
So, you know, what we're staring into right now is the eye of Theron.
Well, no, I think that's exactly right.
I'm just checking here as well with the U.S. Senate regarding this.
But, Ben, here's the thing.
Is USAID something that we've realized in terms of the response to this?
Here come you, and you've been talking about this organization for years.
You, of course, dealt with them in the 45 administration when you were at the State Department.
That's really when you got your first brush with how this really turned into this black box, not just for...
And by the way, I get that it goes viral and people talk about, oh, there's this DEI program and this woke program and the Guatemalan ponchos down in the rainforest, etc.
But the real danger with USAID... It's actually been that this organization is at the forefront Of the United States globalist forces around the world.
That's what they're really upset about, because USAID was the cover organization for the lifeblood of all these institutions, of the funding that was going to them, many of which, by the way, are running directly to, as we're finding out, the neoconservative and the neoliberal think tanks.
Of course, of course.
And, you know, that is one element of it.
And there's an argument to be made about different policy schools of thought for how the U.S. Empire should operate abroad in terms of, you know, how dirty should our deeds be?
You know, the Color Revolution playbook, the infiltration of foreign institutions, the manipulation of foreign governments.
I mean, USAID has in its charter the determination to influence the judicial, you know, to control judges and control legislatures.
The rise and fall of laws.
But what I found, I wasn't really as unseemly as I found that all.
I never really made a crusade of USAID until it became so apparent during Trump 1.0 that they were taking that same Department of Dirty Tricks toolkit they have to control foreign governments to control our own.
And that's really when the argument ends about You know, whether to do these dirty deeds abroad, how dirty is too dirty?
What we're seeing right now is an equivalent to the debate that was had over the Smith-Bunt Act, where you had foreign propaganda that the CIA, the State Department, and Voice of America, and Radio Free Europe,
and Radio Liberty would produce from the 1940s into 2013. When the Smith-Munt Act was destroyed through an amendment, it passed through the NDAA, and that broke this foreign domestic firewall around U.S. lies printed to advance U.S. interest in foreign newspapers and allowed them to disseminate CIA and State Department propaganda at home.
What we've seen with USAID is a parallel story, which is that operation, institutional capacity building, It's a
democratically-elected populist president of the United States.
No, I think that's exactly right.
By the way, Ben, I want to hold you over for one second.
But first, I want to go quickly to talk about one of our sponsors here on the program.
Because folks, did you know that seven banks failed in just the last two years and your money has 20% less purchasing power than it did?
Just four years ago.
Now, the Human Events audience knows to expect the unexpected, especially when it comes to the economy, which is exactly why we've partnered with today's sponsor, Allegiance Gold.
Gold has been the one commodity that stood strong for thousands of years.
Through wars, recessions, financial collapses, gold has stood the test of time.
Because gold doesn't depend on Wall Street, politicians, or the value of paper money.
It's real, it's tangible, and it holds its value when everything else falls apart.
I partnered with Allegiance Gold because they can show you how to diversify your savings with gold and silver and protect what you have worked so hard for.
Go to protectwithposo.com and Allegiance will give you up to $5,000 in free physical gold or silver to get started.
Plus, no setup fees if you choose a gold-backed IRA. The time is now.
Take control of your financial future.
Go to protectwithposo.com right now.
That's protectwithposo.com.
And so one of the things that we're really digging into here, Ben, one of the things that we're really trying to understand with USAID and really writ large around these programs is that the U.S. government has been using this to fund basically their dirty operations, their black operations.
And it's not just USAID, but it's other programs as well.
Isn't that right?
90 seconds to the break.
Yeah.
Well, USAID occupies a sort of senior spot in a whole umbrella and consortium, a labyrinth of supporting organizations and adjacent organizations.
For example, the National Democratic Democracy has come under a tremendous amount of fire in recent months and years for doing the exact same thing that USAID does.
And the National Democratic Democracy is, of course, very famous, notorious CIA cutout.
It was received by CIA Director William Casey under Ronald Reagan in order to get CIA's old powers back, but simply move it outside the CIA to a CIA-liased nonprofit.
That nonprofit received 100 percent funding from the U.S. government directly accountable to the U.S. Congress.
And what it does is it does the sort of operations arm of the organizations that USAID funds.
USAID, as it draws this fire, all the adjacent organizations like the National Endowment for Democracy, U.S. Institute for Peace, Freedom House, the whole spindle work of both direct government grantees and then the subgrantees, the thousands, tens of thousands of subgrantees that they themselves fund.
And what we're doing here, what Elon is doing with Doge, is he's going directly to the head of the snake.
And Mike Benz has the receipt.
We'll be right back here on Human Events. - Today, you know, they talk about influencers.
These are influencers.
and they're friends of mine, Jack Posobiec.
Where's Jack?
Jack, he's done a great job.
All right, here we are, Jack Posobiec, back with Human Events.
I want to thank Charlie Kirk as well and welcome his listeners on the Salem News Radio Network for allowing us this opportunity to broadcast live to you.
By the way, breaking news during the break there, I should say, that RFK is being moved forward through the committee.
Committee hearing has been scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m.
Senator Mike Rounds, he of South Dakota, just came out and announced one minute ago that he will be voting for Tulsi Gabbard as DNI. Again, that vote taking place behind closed doors.
So we're not exactly sure what's going on within the committee just yet, waiting to get a readout of it from sources that I've got there in the well of the Senate and all through the various Senate.
We've still got a couple of minutes left with our great guest, Mike Benz.
So Benz, when it comes to USAID and this head of the snake that has been lopped off, I mean, you pointed to it, President Trump and Elon Musk and their team swung the sword.
But that said, the nature of government is different than that.
You can't just take out one thing and the programs all go away.
It's a little more complicated, isn't it?
A lot more complicated.
Yes, that's right.
And my concern is that it, you know, this has been a, make no mistake, what's happening right now is absolutely historic.
And it is really the first time that the foreign policy establishment has had to respond in a serious way to the concerns of the American people that funded.
This has never been done before.
And, you know, there were attempts, actually, in the 1990s to do this.
There were attempts to do this with the intelligence community in the 1970s, but this looks to be the most serious one in American history.
At the same time, we should be rejoicing and cheering it on, but we cannot make the mistake that the Brexit movement did in June 2016 when everyone popped the champagne at the moment of that referendum, but Brexit, in fact, was thwarted in terms of Brexit in practice by all the layers.
Of subsequent pushback and resistance that effectively 180'd the whole reason for Brexiting in the first place.
And today, the UK is run by the UK Labour Party, which is the most tyrannical government perhaps in the entire world right now.
It's arresting people for clicking the retweet button.
And the same thing could very well happen with this current...
Reform of USAID if stewardship of it is not aggressive to the hilt to the very, very end of this.
And in particular, it's worth noting that while there is a so-called funding pause on USAID, USAID is fully funded through Q1, which means that the overwhelming lion's share of USAID activities will continue to be financed until the end of March.
In that time, much could happen.
It's very easy, you know, and I've been saying this, but I'll keep repeating it.
Killing USAID does not end USAID. It's moving over to state, and state is going to be inheriting a USAID herpes infection.
It is very easy to take those same grants and those same operations and move it from USAID's Democracy Rights and Governance Division into state's Democracy Rights and Labor Division.
There's parallel offices for state and USAID. In almost all respects, this is the same reason that it wouldn't make that much of a difference to shut down the CIA and simply park the CIA out of the State Department, which was the initial plan in 1948. And you heard Marco Rubio acknowledge this himself, that much of this will be carried over, but the trench warfare is going to be on what to keep and what to cut.
And every step of the way, you are going to have a solid block of congressional Democrats, plus a critical Component of defecting blob Republicans who are going to want to keep that rift going.
Many of the key Republicans, their donors and constituents are on USAID payroll and they will fight for their political lives in order to save USAID in function.
That's exactly.
Even if it's in fact, which means we need pressure, pressure, pressure.
I say monitor the Republicans on this even more than the Democrats.
Because all it takes is a handful of congressional and Senate Republicans to team up with the Democrats to kill this whole thing, whether now or in the months and years ahead.
And they need to be primaried.
And I would like to see a solid statement right now from Mike Johnson and John Thune on this.
Where are they in this?
How come I have not seen them leading this crusade?
I'd love to hear that.
How come the Freedom Caucus for all these years has never seemed to mention at once?
Congratulations, by the way, though, to you, Mike Benz.
You called the shot.
The shot has been taken.
Where can people follow you, brother?
Follow me on x at Mike Benz Cyber and read all of our work about USAID at foundationforfreedomonline.com.
Mike Benz, the man's got the receipts.
We'll be right back.
Jack Posobiec with Human Events.
And Jack, when is Jack?
Where is Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back here, Washington, D.C. Want to thank Charlie Kirk as well and welcome in his audience on the Salem Radio Network here for his third hour and us on human events.
By the way, just getting a word here from the United States Senate that the vote is not yet done for Tulsi Gabbard, but also...
Oh, wait, wait.
Wait, I just got word.
I just got word that the vote was 9-8.
Tulsi Gabbard has the votes 9-8 in the United States Senate Intelligence Committee.
Waiting to see if that's public.
Yes, it is public.
Tulsi Gabbard has officially been voted Out of the Intelligence Committee, Lieutenant Colonel Tulsi Gabbard passing a key, a key checkpoint on her way to becoming your Director of National Intelligence.
More on that.
In one quick second, of course, I am obligated to work with our partners because we could not do this work.
We could not do this work without the help of our partners, and that's why I implore you to go and support them as well.
Folks, AI is in the news practically every day, and it's not always good news when it comes to your privacy.
This past summer, Elon Musk openly stated that if Apple integrates OpenAI in its operating system, his companies will ban Apple devices.
As a matter of fact, if you walked into the X office or a Tesla factory, you'd have to check your phone or tablet in a Faraday cage.
Silence Faraday products block all incoming and outgoing signals so that your devices are invisible and safe from the outside world.
From the backpacks, phone sleeves and even pants, patented signal blocking technology blocks wireless signals, giving you the peace of mind that your data doesn't end up in your wrong hands.
Just place your device inside, close it and that's it.
You're safeguarded from unauthorized access.
Between the government, big tech, corporate America, and its criminals, your privacy is compromised 20%.
There's no option.
You have to protect yourself.
That starts with silence.

Lieutenant Colonel Tulsi Gabbard just won!
She just got passed through the United States Senate Intelligence Committee.
They said it couldn't be done.
They said it wasn't possible.
They said she wasn't going to be able to do it.
They said that she couldn't have it.
They counted out Tulsi.
They counted out the lieutenant colonel.
And don't you ever count out the lieutenant colonel.
Don't you ever count out the lieutenant colonel.
How dare you count out the lieutenant colonel.
Tulsi Gabbard there showing everyone.
Showing the entire world how you get it done and how you get the job done.
And yes, there were a couple senators that needed a little bit more conversation than others.
And there were a few senators that needed just a little bit more of that conversing.
But there you go, boys.
There you go, boys.
That's how it works.
9-8.
Now she advances down to the full United States Senate.
And there will be challenges on that Senate floor for herself, for Bobby.
Bobby Kennedy, and yes, Kash Patel, who I expect will be voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee come Thursday morning at 10.15.
But I just want you all, I just want you all to take a step back and savor this moment.
Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, the MAGA, MAHA movement, the standard bearers, all coming together today.
Officially confirmed.
By the U.S. Senate committees, the Committee on Finance and the Committee on Intel moving forward, these impossible, the impossible nominees, they said it's not possible.
There's no way that they could ever be done.
And now here we are, folks.
We actually stand on the precipice of being able to reform our country, to save our republic, and to be able to bequeath the United States of America to our children that they...
It's incredible.
It's absolutely incredible.
Congratulations to Bobby.
Congratulations to Lieutenant Colonel Gabbard.
Congratulations, of course, are owed to President Donald J. Trump.
I want to bring in here...
We've got Kenny Cody from humanevents.com.
Kenny, you wrote a whole op-ed talking about the importance of these nominees.
I'd like you to reflect on that piece and also the fact that the news just came down breaking within the last couple of minutes.
Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard both respectively confirmed by their Senate committees.
Well, it's huge for our movement.
It is huge for the Trump administration.
We are getting the change agents that the MAGA mandate asked us to implement.
And that took pressure from the MAGA movement.
Listen, Todd Young, Bill Cassidy, and all these others, Susan Collins would not have voted for it, had people like Jack Posobiec, Human Events, and other MAGA change agents been advocating for the change that the Trump administration actually wants.
They called Pete Heckseth impossible.
They called Tulsi Gabbard impossible.
Bobby Kennedy, Kash Patel, they are too radical.
They are too, they are too far-fought involved in movement.
They are far right.
They're not good enough.
They're not moderate enough.
They're not centrist enough.
Well, look what we have here.
They've been passed by all their committees.
Kash Patel will be passed.
Later on this week, and we are going to implement the change that the American people have mandated that the Trump administration take.
We did not vote for Donald Trump to get Mike Rogers at the FBI Director.
We did not vote to get a Washington bureaucrat as the Secretary of Health, and we did not vote for a deep state bureaucrat to be appointed as the Director of National Intelligence.
We are getting the change agents that the American people voted the Trump administration in to implement, and it will change the deep state.
We are past the 2017-2021 term of Donald Trump when he had to work with the establishment in order to get things done.
This lame duck term is going to be the most consequential administration in American history.
Passing Tulsi Gabbard, Hegseth, Kennedy, and Kash Patel are the first steps to make the change that the U.S. government and Washington, D.C. needs, and I cannot wait to see it this week and next.
By the way, Kenny, I completely agree, and go read Kenny's piece up at humanevents.com.
By the way, I'm going to be making sure to find out exactly who those nine senators were and who the eight senators were as well, because we don't do closed-door meetings around here.
No, not on human events.
That's not how I treat my audience.
That's not how the American people deserve to be treated, these closed-door, behind-the-scenes nonsense.
No, we're not going to be doing any of that.
We're going to be doing...
Full accountability, full transparency.
That's what President Trump called for, and so we are going to deliver on that, the change agents.
And, Kenny, I really wanted to ask you about something.
This came up a couple of weeks ago, and you and I were on the program together, and we were talking, interestingly enough, about the H-1B program.
And we were talking about this narrative that was out there where they said, oh, there's no talent in America.
There's just no, you know, we've got to bring in foreign programmers for AI. We're going to lose the AI space race if we don't bring in these imported programmers because the talent just isn't there.
And then I see that Doge has this kid named Luke Farator out of Nebraska.
Who comes in and is able to reprogram the entire US government using AI, using Python scripts that he's able to come up with, that he...
Got his sort of claim to fame from, oh, by the way, decoding Roman scrolls that were burned up in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in Pompeii, and he's actually found a way to read the charred scrolls for the first time in thousands of years.
Kenny, I'm confused because I was told there was no talent in America.
What's going on here?
I think the establishment is losing his control of the narrative.
They've been telling us for years how they want to squash the middle class.
There's no talent in the middle class.
There's no talent in these flyover states, such as the one that I'm from, from Tennessee or a state like Nebraska.
We've been told for so long that there is no American talent, that we need to import college students.
We need to import university graduate students to take jobs for real Americans.
But then you see a kid like Luke from Nebraska who is breaking down things that the American public very...
Listen, we have to be able to change the narrative.
The same narrative that we had to combat and that Gabbard, Kennedy, Patel, and Hegseth were not possible to leave federal departments.
We also have to combat the narrative that they want to keep the middle class down.
The middle class is what won Donald Trump this election.
The talent is in the middle class.
The talent is in America.
The talent is in these flyover state kids that go to universities, that go...
We have to go and work jobs, endless hours, payless internships in order to work in the fields that they want to work in, and to take down these narratives that American kids cannot get hired, that we have to bring in those from India, from China, from other countries that are our enemies, and for some reason bring their talent in to take over our talent, and for them to take over corporations, to take over government institutions, and to give benefits to other countries overseas.
Kids like Luke are changing that narrative.
People like the ones that we are getting confirmed into the Trump administration are changing that narrative.
We have got to change the mainstream media narrative and the cultural Marxist progressive left narrative that have controlled our universities, that have controlled our government, that have controlled our media, and those who are responsible for hiring these people on H-1B basis.
We've got to change that narrative into hiring Americans, into promoting America, and promoting American values in our government, in our economy.
And in our infrastructure and establishment, taking over the establishment narrative to benefit the American people for once instead of corporations, other countries, and the deep state that have controlled Washington, that have controlled our government, and controlled our media for far too long.
It's time to change that narrative, and I'm glad people like Luke, Cash Patel, Gabbard, and Bobby Kennedy are helping change that narrative.
The narrative machine has been completely...
Broken.
Guess what?
There is talent in this country.
America's greatest days are ahead of us.
We don't need to look to foreign borders.
We don't need to look to imported cheap labor.
We can look right here.
Nebraska.
A flyover state.
A flyover state of nobodies.
A state that nobody needs to care about.
A state that doesn't matter.
And right there you get a kid from Nebraska who says, You know, I used to just like to hang out and listen to podcasts about Roman history.
And then I play in a programming script and I decided to take that to the next level.
That's real talent.
That's real genius in this country.
We're going to be right back with more with Kenny Cody because we're talking about how America is being made great again before our very eyes.
Human Events.
We'll be right back.
Jack is a great guy.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
Amen.
All right, here we are.
Jack Posovic, 1776 at humanevents.com.
1776 at humanevents.com.
I'm going to put this out because we have our question of the day today.
And this is a big one.
USAID was cut.
So what do you think Doge should target next?
Because we saw the left losing their minds yesterday.
I mean, literally losing their minds yesterday because it was great.
You know, it was like Elon said, okay, how much money does the United States government spend?
And then they said, well, we don't know exactly.
And he said, well, who makes the payments?
Because surely they know.
So great.
Let's just go there.
1776 at humanevents.com.
1776 at humanevents.com.
What do you think should be the next up on the chopping block?
What do you think should be next up on that piece of it?
Not sure.
Not sure exactly.
But I've got a couple ideas.
Stay tuned.
Jack is a great guy.
He's written that fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make our country cry again.
Amen.
All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here.
Real America's Voice, Salem Radio Network.
And we're on with the great Kenny Coney from humanevents.com.
He's a columnist up there.
Kenny...
Walk us through this idea that America can actually develop talent within our country rather than bringing people in from foreign cultures that are not compatible with ours.
We need to bring people in to benefit our own American families.
You know, Jack, it's like this difference between thinking that America is a nation or America is an idea.
The people who believe America is a nation believes in benefiting American families and American workers, benefiting the American universities, the people who want to work in America.
I know I said America plenty of times there, but that's what we need to prioritize.
This idea that we had to bring in foreign talent, that we had to bring in overseas talent in order to fill American jobs.
There aren't jobs that are overseas that we're sending Americans to do.
These are American jobs made by American corporations and American governments that we're bringing in foreign nationals to come and accomplish.
We could hire somebody from these universities.
As long as these universities are supplying majors, supplying degrees that actually make a difference, they're not just liberal arts majors, you know, studying gender or something like that, we can hire the great minds from America.
We can promote people who know what they're talking about, promote people who are young as the kid from Nebraska, Luke, that you were talking about earlier, the 20-year-old who had a vested interest in a particular topic and expanded his knowledge to the point where he got hired by Doge to do things that hardly any other foreign national could 100% do on an H-1B visa.
We have to be able to find this talent.
Instead of just going and being lazy and hiring...
We have to find the talent in America.
Okay, in these flyover states, in these universities that the conservatives are slowly taking back over, both ideologically and in academia, we can find these talents.
I promise they're in these flyover states.
They are in Appalachia.
They're in Pennsylvania.
They are in red states.
They are in blue states.
They are everywhere.
There are conservative minds.
There are intelligent minds within our country that we can use to fill positions to help our country prosper and to help America.
To help American corporations prosper.
To help American families prosper.
This idea that we have to bring in people from other countries, especially countries that hate us like China, is insane.
And don't let people tell you...
That America isn't the shining city on the hill.
We are a nation.
We are not just this idea.
We are a nation that needs to give the benefit to Americans first, to American families first, and to grow American families first, and not prioritize illegal or legal migrants to come in here and take away American jobs and the American family prosperity.
Not only do I completely agree, but by the way, I'd be remiss if I did not say that during the show, Doug Collins was also confirmed as our VA secretary.
So over there, Veterans Affairs, the great Congressman Doug Collins, who is just someone who's absolutely fantastic out of Georgia, going in and is sitting up there at the Veterans Affairs.
I mean, talk about an organization that's in need of work.
By the way, I expect that He's going to be working very closely with Pete Hegseth because Pete has really made his focus, his entire mantra, is the Department of Defense needs to serve the needs of the warfighter.
And the needs of the warfighter obviously extend to not just when you're in uniform, but also when you get out.
Also, when you leave the military, how do you make that transition from military service to being in the private sector?
How do you deal with some of the PTSD issues that we've been having?
Tremendous PTSD issues that we've been having in the United States, especially with our combat forces, when they come back from these forever wars, these engagements that go on, people who don't come back, and then also those who have to deal with their friends not coming home with them.
There's a ton of that.
I really think that Doug Collins is the man to do it.
I know that he's going to be working closely with Pete Hegseth.
