This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
Christ is king!
Overnight, Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that his country finalized its ceasefire and hostage deal with Hamas.
The agreement, which was brokered by Qatar, Egypt and the US, is expected to take effect early next week.
When it comes to the involvement of President-elect Trump's team, it has been absolutely critical in getting this deal over the line.
The justices have ruled unanimously to uphold the ban on TikTok set to take effect this Sunday.
The ban will take effect on Sunday unless the platform is sold by its Chinese parent company, ByteDance.
What we are told from sources familiar with the discussions is that the Trump team has looked into possible ways, including an executive order, to keep TikTok available.
We don't really know what Trump could do there.
The one suggestion is that Trump could tell his Justice Department not to enforce the law.
or Googles.
President Biden is issuing more prison commutations.
The AP reports he's granting clemency to nearly 2,500 people convicted of drug offenses.
This move gives President Biden the record for the most individual pardons and commutations.
I'm here at the White House, and as you can see behind me, It's security all over the place.
Absolute lockdown.
What you can see, this is the parade reviewing stand for the president when he arrives.
We're here in Lafayette Square Park.
You can see Lafayette right there on his horse.
And please excuse the disruption.
The District of Columbia is coordinating with the National Park Service, constructing the 2025 Presidential Inaugural Parade Reviewing Stand.
So this is the stand the parade's going to walk by.
You can hear music playing in the background.
And just lots of security.
The entire area is on absolute lockdown.
There's going to be even more lockdown as this begins.
President-elect Donald Trump and his vice president will take the oath of office indoors in the Capitol Rotunda.
That's according to our colleagues at ABC News.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
We are here live, Washington, D.C. Of course, you have all heard by now.
The news.
The news stating that President Trump's inauguration will no longer be held outside.
The outdoor portion of the inauguration, as currently stands, has been canceled.
Now, we remain to hear whether or not that could change.
I am hearing some chatter that that might go back, but...
As it stands right now, it has been canceled.
I was just over at the ticketing area, by the way.
They were doing a fantastic job over there.
Shout out to all of the volunteers.
And this is a huge unsung part, but there are volunteers that are spending their time.
And their effort going through and ensuring the safety, security, well-being, as well as the just smooth processing of everyone who's trying to come to the inauguration.
So we had a great time over there.
I was, you know, people saw me.
They pulled me aside.
They said, I'm going to escort you right to the front, Posobiec.
That was really nice.
Then afterwards, there was another section we went as well.
Got to say, though, only just a few hours after I left, really just a few minutes after I left, the entire thing was shut down.
A stop work order was put in place.
And so from what we know right now is as follows, that President Trump's inauguration will take place within closed doors, and this is due to the extreme cold.
By the way, I'd love to hear how CNN is going to spin the fact that global warming is due to the cause for extreme cold.
40 degrees, if you include the windchill, almost 40 degrees colder than it was at President Trump's first inauguration eight years ago.
And I was even looking back at some of my photos from that day.
I was just wearing a sweater.
I was pretty much outside.
It did rain a little bit, so it certainly wasn't snowing or sleeting or anything like that.
And then the parade will actually be converted into basically a performance that will take place within Capital One Arena.
So if you had planned to come to D.C. this weekend, number one, keep your head on a swivel.
Watch out for infiltrators.
Watch out for agitators.
Be wary.
Be vigilant.
Film them.
Just be smart.
Be smart and maintain your situational awareness.
And at all times, stay frosty.
That's number one.
Number two, if you go to that Capital One arena, that's where you're going to be able to see the majority of the performances of the parade.
And again, this is just...
Fresh off the presses, information that I have as of the last couple of minutes, because all of this is in flux.
All of this could change by the end of the show, but I'm trying to do the best that I can for the people that are coming here to Washington, D.C. to enjoy this historic, ceremonious event.
An event that is, in fact, a regime change, which will take place on Monday, which they cannot change.
Donald J. Trump and J.D. Vance taking their oaths of office.
and turning power in this country back to you, the people.
You talk about influencers.
These are influencers.
And they're friends of mine.
Jack Pesovic.
Where's Jack?
Jack.
He's done a great job.
All right, folks.
We're back here in snowy Washington.
D.C.
This weekend, the inaugural weekend, has begun.
Boots on the ground in Washington.
President Trump's patriots have begun to arrive.
I'm already just driving around this morning.
I've seen cars with American flags.
I've seen patriots in red hats getting ready.
I've seen the volunteers for the inaugural committee getting ready.
So it's a wonderful thing to see.
And let me tell you something.
The soy betas of D.C. are already running scared.
You can see them kind of looking over their shoulders as they turn corners.
You can see them.
Carefully peering into cars to see what's going on.
Washington, D.C., the imperial capital, is terrified because we, the American patriots, are back.
Well, folks, while we may have won the election, the fight to restore our great nation is only just Now is the time to take a stand and Patriot Mobile is, of course, as always, leading the charge.

And I was at the War Room Party last night with Steve Bannon and Raheem and Natalie Winters, and we had tons of reporters coming up to me, and all the reporters, and they're texting me today and all this.
They're saying, well, so this is your big victory.
This is your big victory.
I said, no.
No.
Victory cannot be defined when President Trump wins the election.
Victory is not defined when President Trump takes the oath of office.
Victory can only be measured on President Trump's last day in office looking...
Backwards to make sure that we have achieved all of our deliverables, to make sure that we have achieved all of our goals, and that America has, in fact, been made great again.
Someone who's coming on now that I'd love to join us from humanevents.com.
He's a columnist there.
It's Kenny Cody.
You guys know him.
You guys love him.
What's going on, Kenny?
Hi, Jack.
How are you, brother?
You're absolutely right with everything that you just said.
And I'm glad we were in light-minded spirits heading into the inauguration on Monday.
Well, look, you know, people say, you know, oh, it's party time.
It's, you know, it's we've won.
We're never going to lose again.
It's the sky's the limit.
And okay, fine.
That's great.
Let's pop the champagne.
Of course, we should celebrate our victories.
But at the same time, we have to look to the fights ahead.
Isn't that right, Kenny?
Yeah, I mean, we can't pop the champagne bottles until the policies are done.
I mean, there are still people in the deep state that are trying to ruin, you know, the incoming presidency, the incoming administration.
You know, you have senators probably in the U.S. Senate that are trying to stop some of President Trump's nominees.
That's why we need to keep the pressure on.
There's going to be bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. still trying to stop President Trump's agenda.
Neocons in the House, neocons in the Senate, all those who President Trump defeated in primaries, still a little bit petty, still trying to stop his agenda from happening in 2025. We have to absolutely carry out the agenda and ensure that President Trump's nominees get through.
We have to give him a good surrounding cast.
We have to ensure that Bills like the Lincoln Rally Act that are going to be past the U.S. Senate and heading to President Trump's desk when he gets inaugurated next week are going to come to fruition.
And we have to ensure that we're not caving on the principles such as mass deportations, tariffs, and other policies that are going to reform the deep state and reform the executive branch and every branch within the government.
We have to assure that we are getting those things done and setting him up for victory, setting him up to enact policies that are going to change this country, that are going to change the government, and not just...
Celebrate for weeks upon any, because he's not going to do that.
He's going to do things on day one, signing executive orders and bills on day one, and the movement around him cannot just keep on celebrating for weeks upon months.
We have to have action right now.
Celebrate for a day, and let's continue the fight on January 21st.
And Kenny, look, here's the thing, too.
And people want to talk about this all day long.
They say, why are you doing this?
Why are you setting this up?
Look, we're doing this because this is not political.
It is not partisan.
These are the necessary steps to save America.
These are the things that must be done.
And we have to have the resolve.
The resolve and the determination to actually see these things through.
And they're going to be hard times ahead.
They're going to be absolute hard times ahead.
Because the pain will increase before things get better.
I want people to understand that.
And I want people to understand and embrace that.
The media will come at you nine ways from Sunday.
The establishment will come down at you.
The lawfare will continue.
There will be ways at the state level or not.
By the way, Steve Bannon goes on trial in one month's time, folks.
One month's time, Steve Bannon goes on trial.
So let's cut with the Mickey Mouse Club and actually get down to brass tacks.
This is a real fight.
The fight has done.
Go look at the Maha.
Look, go look at Maha with the billions of dollars that's coming against them.
And they think that RFK is just going to be able to walk into the United States Senate and get confirmed or Jay Bhattacharya or Marc Marquet or any of them.
And they say, oh, it's great.
It's going to be wonderful.
Look, guys, and I say this with love.
I remember the Tea Party days.
That's exactly how we felt in the Tea Party back in those days before we came to D.C., started getting people elected, and then suddenly, oh gosh, gosh golly, none of the policies that anyone espoused were actually getting enacted.
Why?
Because that's not how the imperial capital works, is it, Kenny?
No, it's not at all.
I mean, there's a reason that the movement in 2016 and 2015 It has sent such a shockwave to Washington was because it was actual change.
But we still didn't get the change we wanted because of the bureaucrats in Washington and the deep state establishment that was ridden in Congress, in the bureaucracy, and in state governments.
You know, President Trump doesn't just need support from Washington.
He needs support from red states, needs support in states that he helped governors and state legislatures get over the finish line.
He helped U.S. Congressional members get over the finish line.
He has to have help at all fronts.
This battle is not over.
It's just like you just said with the Tea Party.
Everybody thought in 2010 to 2012 that all of a sudden things were just automatically going to change.
And people did get elected.
They got in office.
And we had some sort of facilitated change in defeating Democrats.
But some of the worst enemies that we're going to have in our movement are going to be those who are nonpartisan with, quote, Look, Kenny, I understand what you're saying.
completely out and we.
I think we're having a little connection issue with Kenny there, guys.
Let's see if we can get him back up.
But look, what we're talking about here is that just because you win an election does not mean the fight is over.
Just because you were successful at the ballot box, and we've been more successful than we've ever...
Winning the popular vote, winning the presidential election, and winning all the swing states, that is the trifecta.
It is the triple mandate.
You've got the triple mandate coming in here, and that is the key to actually securing victory.
First of all, securing legitimacy and the cultural legitimacy that we have by now being a part of the firmament of America.
The way that we always were, by the way.
The way that we always were.
Take a look at the Maha movement again.
I said this to a reporter last night.
We won talking about health.
That used to be a Democrat issue.
That used to be a left-wing issue.
By the way, you know what else used to be a left-wing issue?
Immigration.
Immigration was a left-wing issue.
Immigration and borders.
Bernie Sanders in 2016 was saying that open borders was a Koch brothers policy.
That open borders was something the Koch brothers wanted.
Why?
Because they were talking about cheap.
The same kind of cheap labor that you're hearing from this whole Panda Express debate that's going on raging across the internet.
And I'll just throw my two cents in on that.
Look.
If you want to speak to Zoomers, if you want to talk to people that are within the country that are coming up this way, you have to understand the situation that they are coming of age in.
It is not the same as 20 years ago.
It is not the same as 30 years ago.
It's not the same as 10 years ago.
So stop telling them to just suck it up and work hard and you're going to be fine.
No.
Actually admit the conditions have gotten worse in this country.
They can get better.
We are working to make them better.
But don't sit there and try to act like it's the same as the 1980s or even the 1990s.
Because guess what?
It ain't the 80s anymore.
It ain't the 90s.
Can they come back?
Yes.
But only if we make them come back.
Kenny, do we have you back here?
Speaking of coming back.
Yeah, coming back here.
That was the deep state establishment trying to get us on top of that.
It was the deep state establishment trying to cut off Kenny Cody.
Kenny, last two minutes to you, man.
Close us out.
Yeah, man.
I mean, on Monday, we can't just sit on our hands and wait and just have pop champagne bottles and have some sort of celebration on Monday.
That's sort of fine.
Get all the receptions out of the way.
Celebrate in the balls and the receptions that we're going to have next week.
But we really need to actually facilitate change going into the 119th Congress, going into reforming the deep state establishment, kicking all of the deep state establishment out that have tried to kill President Trump, have tried to jail his supporters and put him in jail and prevent him from being the nominee.
We have to deport illegal immigrants.
We have to reform our economic policy and have tariffs and hold others responsible and creating responsibility for the paybacks that other countries have put us behind the wheel on.
We have to bring and frack and ensure that we're bringing the most economic prosperity that we can bring through policies that Trump's willing to enact on day one and ensure that he's getting the change and the agents that are going to bring him the right amount to make America great again.
And we're going to actually, you know, facilitate change and ensure that policies that he wants to enact on day one are at least feasible within the first weeks and months of his presidency and ensure that we're giving him the right tools, the right personnel, and the right people around him to facilitate that change.
Celebrate for one day and then let's work.
All right, Kenny, Cody, go follow him and his work at humanevents.com.
We'll be right back here.
I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
All right, Jack Posobiec back here live in snowy Washington, D.C. Folks, I've got to tell you about the latest reliefs from Blackout Coffee.

That's blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO. Be awake, not woke.
I wanted to bring on one of my favorite commentators from PragerU, Alexis Wilkins, someone who also is incredibly well-informed and familiar with the music industry, to give us a little bit of a preview of what we're hearing about the music for President Trump's inauguration.
Alexis, how are you?
I'm doing well.
How are you?
And so let's walk through.
The latest that I'm hearing is that the parade, of course, a selection typically of each state sends up their own entry into the parade, as well as the various military bands and the ceremonial bands will play for the president.
What I'm being told now, as of the latest, that those bands and those performances, instead of being on the parade route, will actually be held indoors inside Capital One Arena.
Is that what you're hearing as well?
That's what I'm hearing and I think that it could shape up to be one of the most interesting and historic in arena concerts of all time.
Why do you say that?
Well, if you're taking an inaugural parade and inserting it into an arena where people can have a more intimate view of what's going on, you know, I'm a huge fan of standing on a parade route.
I like the things the way that they are, the way that they normally go.
I'm not a huge fan of change, but if it has to change for the safety of everyone and the temperature, then I think putting it into an arena could be a very interesting and historic way to go where everyone gets to see everything instead of kind of cherry-picking where to go and having it pass.
Well that's right and so talk to me as well about some of the I guess pop artists and really it seems like a lot of country western artists that have been selected by President Trump to make those special performances at the inauguration.
Yeah, we're seeing a lot of artists jump in here, and I think that it's great that the culture is kind of catching up with where the actual culture of America is standing.
I'm happy to see these people speaking out.
We've seen kind of one by one.
I think the first one that dropped was Carrie Underwood singing America the Beautiful.
I'm, of course, very excited to hear that.
It's going to be beautiful.
And then a lot of other artists, you have Jason Aldean, you have Parker McCollum, I think, is doing a set at one of the balls.
These people are putting their name down.
For President Trump, and I think it's incredible, and I commend them.
I have a long time been a supporter, as you know, of President Trump, and I think that speaking out about the things that you believe is something that, even when it's not cool, which it wasn't for a very long time, I feel like we need to kind of remind people of that so that we don't let it happen again.
When you speak out about the things that you believe, you have the opportunity to shift culture, and what we saw here on November 5th wasn't just a political shift, it was a cultural shift.
And I think that right now we're seeing the work that the American people did show up in the celebrity form.
And I think it's great.
Well, let me ask you about this.
So when it comes to, I guess, the idea of performing at a presidential inauguration, you know, it used to be that we lived in a country where we could understand that performing at the president's inauguration was not something that was partisan, that it was, in fact, an official event that takes place every four years.
This is what we're told by the Democrats all day long, all night long, peaceful transfer of power, peaceful transfer of power.
Our democracy.
Well, isn't it part of our democracy respecting that process even when it doesn't go our way?
And that would extend, of course, itself to the musical acts.
But of course, it hasn't been that way because Trump or anyone supporting Trump have been so denormalized in society that the idea of simply performing at the president's inauguration could almost be some kind of an issue.
So has there been much, you know, It's interesting because I've seen some things come up on Twitter specifically about Carrie Underwood singing at the inauguration and it's fascinating because she's always been Patriotic.
She's always been pretty unifying, I believe.
She has worn American flag clothing.
I don't think that that's partisan, but the liberals tend to, so here we are.
And she has to come out with this statement about unity and the fact that we're working towards unity and that's why she's performing at the inauguration.
And the fact that she even has to come out with this statement.
To state the obvious and say that, hey, we're all getting together.
This is a bipartisan effort.
It's even led on the committee by Democrats.
It's not like Republicans are putting on a show and Democrats are standing idly by, except for the ones who are skipping, of course, the inauguration.
And so I just I think it's fascinating that they have to put this out.
I've seen some on Twitter about people wanted to post that she lost all these viewers, that she lost 1.5 million Spotify listeners.
Of course, this was immediately communicated.
I mean, I myself am singing the national anthem at a couple of the balls.
I'm very excited.
Very enthusiastic.
Happy to post about it.
Always have been.
And I think that it's something that we need to normalize moving forward.
We kind of lost sight of it when I think a lot of the industries decided to bend the knee to the woke mob.
And there are people who didn't.
And I think that we need to heed what they do.
And we need to move forward and never do that again.
No, I think that's exactly right.
And I think that actually what they're doing in terms of coming up.
Showing up, making their voices heard, providing their music.
It's actually going to go a long way.
I hope go a long way towards showing the country that we can actually put this stuff behind us.
And we don't have to politicize everything, especially when, look, the side of the country that refuses to expect.
It refuses to expect that you're allowed to wear a red hat that says, make America great again, or go around with an American flag, or a Gadsden flag, or anything like that.
That side of America, you're the minority now.
You are no longer the majority in this country.
And by the way, that doesn't, and I'll just say this, and I'll say it once, that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you.
That just means you were wrong about the election.
And so, what it also explains is, That you can have the opportunity to, guess what?
You can listen to music.
By the way, this is something...
Wait, Alexis, I gotta ask you this question.
Conservatives have had to deal with this our entire lives because every time you go to watch a movie, every time you go to listen to a song, you say, oh, did you hear what so-and-so said about this or so-and-so said about that?
And you're like, you know what?
I don't care.
It's a good song.
It's a good movie.
Why should I have to care about that?
And then all of a sudden, because they've politicized it so much, they want us to politicize it so much.
And it's like, guess what?
This shoe is a little bit on the other foot now.
And yeah, it is kind of uncomfortable, isn't it?
I'm glad you made this point.
I'm glad you brought it up.
I'm trying to be as positive as I can here, but I couldn't agree more.
You know, we've had a long time, I mean, not just the Trump era, but the Obama era, where conservatives are the silenced group, even though we are, in fact, the majority.
And like you said, we proved that November 5th.
And we've been here the whole time wearing our flags, trying to have friends, have families, have Christmas dinners without politics coming up, without losing aunts and uncles to a political argument, without having to sacrifice.
I mean, gosh, our jobs are not just the movies we watch, but there have been huge sacrifices.
I mean, I don't think I need to tell this audience that, but I just think it's fair to bring it up and say, I'm so glad that people are using their voices now.
I think that...
You know, if we would have had a wave of star power, honestly, besides the people, of course, I have to give them props, Jason Aldean, John Rich, the people who really have been there from the beginning and even have supported me, and I'm so grateful.
But if we would have had a wave of star power, I don't know that the culture would have gotten this far.
So I'm glad that people are jumping on now, and I say jumping lightly and very, very respectfully.
But I agree that it's kind of one of those things where we're just watching the liberals go through what we've been going through, really, as I said.
Since the Obama era.
So I think that it's going to take an adjustment period for them to get used to it.
But, you know, we've all canceled our Netflix subscriptions, changed the channel when a movie came on, not listened to some of our favorite songs because an artist decided to make their music about politics and furthermore make their music about hating people who believe what you believe.
So I think that this is a healthy 180 and I think that we're going to see a very interesting shift in culture in the next, gosh, Four years, but really even 100 days.
I mean, it's going to be pretty, pretty tectonic.
Well, I think it is as well.
And by the way, something I'd love to say to Zoomers out there is go and watch some of the old comedians.
Go watch George Carlin.
Go watch Robin Williams.
Go watch Gallagher, not just for the watermelons, but for the stand-up.
And comedians used to make fun of politicians on both sides.
Dana Carvey was excellent at this.
this.
Sirenate Live was good at this until about the Bush era, I would say.
And they didn't really take one side or the other.
They just laughed about the seriousness of it all.
They would make jokes.
I mean, that being said, when Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, SNL was pretty much in its heyday on that one.
There was an idea that you could make fun of politicians, and that was our right as Americans.
But something happened a long time ago, and I'm just going to call it like I say it.
It started with Jon Stewart.
Jon Stewart was the guy that made it that you had to pick a side, that you couldn't just be comedy on one side, that you had to make fun of one side but then support another side.
And like I always say, that's because Jon Stewart doesn't understand anything about politics.
Jon Stewart was picking up the shtick from a New York sports broadcaster and applying that to politics.
Alexis, tell us what you're most excited for over the next couple of days and where people can follow you.
I am so excited, honestly, for President Trump to be sworn in.
I'm excited for 1201 Eastern.
For, on January 20th, for all of these great things that we've heard about, these campaign promises that we know he will keep, these nominations that he's made to begin to go through, and for America to begin to change.
I'm really excited for the party.
I'm excited for the balls.
I'm excited for the well-earned victory.
But I think now is when the work begins and when, you know, we need to support the people who are involved.
We need to call our representatives.
You know, all of the things that we have been doing for the last, you know, however long we've been.
All right, folks, give her a follow.
Alexis Wilkins over on X.
Alexis Wilkins.
We'll be right back in the next.
Jack.
Where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
All right, Jack Posobiec back live.
Attention, American homeowners.
You already do so much to protect your home, but there's a hidden threat that you might not even know about, and it's called title theft.

And title theft is one less thing you should have to worry about.
That's why you need the protection, the crime the FBI calls house stealing.
The equity in American homes is the target.

Very excited to bring on our next guest talking about John Sommer.
John, how are you?
I'm doing great, Jack.
How about you, sir?
Doing very well.
Now, last time we had you on, we were talking about this idea, this concept of home theft.
And this, in fact, comes up, as we see here as well, in the California wildfires.
Can you explain to us what's going on?
Well, what a mess that is, Jack.
In fact, I just flew over.
I live in the central coast of California, and I had a family reunion down in San Diego.
So we flew from the central coast, which is essentially Santa Barbara area, down to San Diego.
And we flew over last weekend as the fire was still going on, Jack.
And it is just...
Such a tragedy because those are areas that I know so well.
I have family and friends in the Palisades and in Santa Monica and, you know, down toward Palos Verdes and that area.
And it's over, gosh, toward Pasadena and Altadena.
And it's just everywhere.
And it is the saddest thing because I'm sure you know.
with you and your followers that these things could have probably been prevented at least to the extent that they have been.
But what these people have lost are physical properties and perhaps their insurance will help them if they have insurance.
Many of these homeowners Have their insurance taken away from them because California has just not managed its liabilities as far as protecting its citizens from these things, these kinds of fires and so on, for a number of different reasons.
But what we're talking about today, Jack, is something a little different.
When you're talking about...
The crime of house stealing or deed theft or title theft.
You're not talking about something that insurance can replace if you're lucky enough to have it.
You're talking about somebody stealing the value of that property.
Whether or not there's a physical piece of, you know, a home or something on it or not, there is value to property, land, home.
Whatever.
And in this day and age, Jack, and we've talked about this before, with the internet and with artificial intelligence and all of the different ways that people can be or pretend to be somebody else, they can steal the value of your property and you can still have that house there and you would never know that somebody's taken a loan out on it or sold it to somebody or whatever.
And it's like you and I are spiritual people.
It's kind of like stealing your heart and your soul.
Because for most people, the value in their holdings and investment, the state and so on, most of it is in a piece of property.
Their home or maybe a cabin in the woods or something.
Maybe you have an Airbnb or whatever.
And if that is taken, they've taken everything.
That you own.
And the worst thing that can happen is that you have to go through the court system and try to establish rightful ownership.
And that can only be prevented with a company like Home Title Lock, which I use to protect you from that.
Well, I mean, this is something where, you know, even prior to owning a home myself, it wasn't even something.
And then when you do.
Purchase a home, finally you realize there's so many different things you have to work out for.
There's so many different little hidden fees and closing fees and all these other fees and then taxes come on top of that.
This isn't really something that people think of when they go into...
Buying a home, the fact that once you buy your home, you think you're good to go, you pay your mortgage off, you come up with your payment system on that, whatever rate and whatever plan is best for people.
That's usually where people think about it, but people don't realize that there's also a risk and an opportunity with those same mortgages.
Isn't that right?
Absolutely.
I mean, that is the problem.
You buy a piece of property or you sell it, then you'll purchase title insurance.
And what that does basically is it assures that the piece of property that you're buying or selling doesn't have any encumbrances on it, you know, a loan or whatever.
But once the transfer goes through, then they're done.
They don't.
No longer protect you.
What the problem is now is what happens after that.
And you could be sitting on a piece of property, Jack, or your mother, your grandmother, or whatever.
Maybe you have an Airbnb, which is where I stayed at with my sisters in San Diego.
And I tell you what, I could have very easily...
Taking that property, title of that property, anybody can in this day and age because of the availability of the internet and with artificial intelligence to be able to pretend that you are someone that you're not, to be able to file all of the proper documents through your local county clerk or whoever.
A lot of this stuff can be done online.
And the owner of the property would never know it.
Until it's too late.
And then maybe three months down the road, a loan company goes, you haven't been making payments on this equity loan or whatever you took out.
Well, I didn't do it.
Well, this says you did.
And that is what this crime is.
It's stealth, it's insidious, and it hurts the people that...
Have spent their whole life building, you know, their estate through their home and so on.
And now it's gone.
It's just an awful crime.
It is an awful crime.
And, you know, we've had people that we've interviewed here as well talking about how they were able to do it.
And people who were involved in this in the past and realizing that it's actually something that is quite simple that you can make.
Untowards amount of money at this and here we are moving into as they're making the rate interest rate adjustments In this season, that's going to give these types of thieves a new lease on this type of activity and being able to look at various areas, particularly like disaster areas that we saw in California that we're seeing there, as well as the disasters areas in East Kentucky, Western North Carolina that got hit by the hurricane, because so many of those areas are also under.
John, as we close out the show here, tell us again how to follow you and what your recommendation is.
Well, so my recommendation, Jack, would be to go to HomeTitleLock.com.
This is a company.
I've researched them all.
These are the pioneers.
I use them for myself, for my family, and for my children, and so on.
And basically what they do are three things.
Very critical.
HomeTitleLock.com.
You can go on their website, and I think you gave the code POZO, which ironically is the first four letters of your name, but P-O-S-O. But anyway, you can try a 30-day trial on there and see if it works for you.
Basically, what they do is, number one, they will monitor your title jack 24-7, which nobody can do, at least practically.
Number two, if something fishy They're going to let you know right away and they go, did you take out an equity loan?
Did you sell the property?
Whatever.
Number three, and this is most important.
If something happens and it actually goes through and it is easier and quicker than you think, before you even know it, somebody can steal the title, take out a loan on it, whatever.
Home Title Lock will work with you to restore your title.
So you don't have to go through the court system now.
Hire an attorney.
Sometimes this takes years.
It is a mess.
Older people in particular are vulnerable to this.
they can't physically.
Jack is a great guy.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make sure it's actually quite a good day.
Amen.
All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here on Human Events Daily.
And I wanted to bring John back to, he got cut off a little bit in the last segment.
We held him over because we're talking about this very serious issue of home theft.
And he was explaining to us why Home Title Lock is actually the company that you folks can use out there that can, number one, just learn about this issue.
But also, if you want to take action, this is your place to start.
Yeah.
Jack, thanks for having me back on.
I don't know where we left off, but I will tell you this.
I've spent the last year researching this new crime.
Relatively new crime called title theft or deed theft or home theft.
Basically, what the crime is is somebody can transfer ownership or the deed into their name or some entity.
Then they can steal the equity in that property.
It doesn't have to be a home.
It can't be anything.
And what you need to do and your followers need to do is to protect yourself with a monitoring service and the one that I use.
I've researched all of these.
You do your own due diligence.
Go on to HomeTitleLock.com.
Go on to their website.
And I think, Jack, you got a code, POZO, which ironically is the first four letters of your name.
And try it out for 30 days.
You know, do your own research.
And they can actually run a scan on your title to make sure everything is good on it.
But, and it's not expensive, the service is not expensive, but it's one less thing that you need to worry about in this day and age because with the internet and with artificial intelligence, anybody can pretend to be anybody else.
I can pretend to be you or any of your followers and I can steal their property, the equity in this property, and they won't know about it for two, three, four months down the road and it's too late.
Then you have to go through the court system.
You have to hire an attorney and so on.
Home Title Lock.
They have a 30-day trial.
They give you monitoring, alerting, and restoration of your title all in one complete package.
It's the way to go.
I completely recommend it and go on their website and check it out for yourself.
And it's as simple as that, folks.
Look, we're going into a new season here.
The Trump economy is going to be starting Monday.
And actually, so with President Trump coming into office, we saw Scott Besson yesterday at the hearing.
What did you think about Scott Besson at the hearing, particularly when he talked about the housing market and the changes that he can make?
We obviously saw he talked about drilling.
He talked about the ability for energy to actually be expanded in this country, how that's going to make changes in the housing market.
But then on the flip side, that's also going to mean more opportunities for this type of crime.
Are you asking me, Jack, my opinion on this?
Thanks.
Well, I don't see anyone else here.
Okay, good.
Well, I'll be glad to tell you.
I totally agree.
I mean, I think just, and again, I'm here on the central coast of California, and people have not, and I know the real estate business very well.
I've got some of my children are involved in it and also involved in financial advising and this sort of thing.
And I see a new optimism.
It's already happening.
I think everybody knows that because we see the common sense is starting to come back into play.
And up until now, people have been afraid in the real estate market to sell a home or to buy another home or to make moves or to make investments.
I think this is all going to change, and I think you probably agree with me.
But that doesn't take away those scoundrels out there that can take advantage of you, especially Especially if we start to see quick real estate transactions now where people are not paying attention as much as they have been in the past.
Maybe you have a home up in the woods, you know, there's a log cabin or an Airbnb or a rental property.
Companies like this company, Home Title Lock, can eliminate at least...
One of those concerns that we have moving forward in what I think is going to be an extraordinarily robust economy with new hope about living and moving forward in life and just taking advantage of this incredible country that we are blessed to be in.
So just check out for yourself.
And your brother and sister.
And let's move on because we've got good things ahead, I believe.
And I know your viewers do, too.
I certainly agree with that, John.
Thank you so much.
God bless you.
And here's hoping that everything goes well for you on Monday and for the years to come.
Hey, it will.
We're all in it together.
Take care, Jack.
That's what it comes down to.
Folks, look, when Monday comes around.
Understand, this weekend is going to be a weekend unlike anything that we've seen.
We've got the Coronation Ball on Sunday night.
This is the place to be.
I'll be speaking there.
Stephen K. Bannon will be speaking there.
Natalie Winters.
Where are we holding it?
The Watergate Hotel.
Why are we doing it at the Watergate Hotel?
Let me tell you something.
Because we're going back to the scene of the crime.
We're going back to the scene of the crime that was not a crime.
We are going to tell the truth about what happened at Watergate.
We're going to tell the truth about how it was a deep state operation that took Richard Nixon out, the most popular president in American history up to that point in terms of the presidential elections.
And then...
Then we are going to tell the story about how it was a populist who was taken out in 1963 named JFK. It was a populist who was taken out in Watergate.
That's why we're going back to Watergate.
And it'll be in 2024 where we change the tide of history.
Where we say the populists in this country are here and they're here to stay because you tried to take out Donald J. Trump.
You tried to take him out in 2016. You tried to take him out in 2020. You definitely tried to take him out in Butler, Pennsylvania.
But guess what?
He kept coming.
He never stopped.
This movement never stopped.
And on January 20th...
On Monday, at high noon, within the Capitol Rotunda of the United States Capitol, in the Congress and Senate, he will raise his hand, place it on the Bible, and become the 47th President of the United States of America.
