Now since Syrian President Bashar al-Assad appears to have issued his first statement since the fall of his regime over a week ago.
A statement was posted to the social media account of the Syrian presidency.
It claims Assad was moved from the capital of Damascus to a Russian airbase in Syria on the morning of December 8th as the rebels moved in.
He claims the base came under, quote, intensified attack by drones before Moscow ordered an immediate evacuation that evening.
He also says that at no point during the events did he consider, quote, stepping down or seeking refuge.
Donald Trump calling for a criminal investigation into Liz Cheney over witness tampering after a report from House Republicans singled her out, accusing her of colluding with a witness on the January 6th committee and recommending she be investigated for possible criminal prosecution.
Congressional leaders say they have a plan to avoid a government shutdown this weekend, but the bill has some Republicans angry with House Speaker Mike Johnson.
This plan unveiled last night appears to have support for both Democrats and Republicans in the Senate and the House.
It moves the funding deadline from Friday to March 14th, giving almost $100 billion in disaster aid, much of that for FEMA's relief fund.
The Small Business Administration's disaster loan program had helped for farmers.
Many Republicans sound frustrated that this plan does more than just continue the budget.
They want time to reread it, they say, while others complain they didn't have enough input.
You know who also does not like this?
Elon Musk, the world's richest man, just tweeted, this bill should not pass.
Lawsuit to President-elect Donald Trump was planning against the Des Moines Register and his pollsters has now been filed.
He accused a paper of, quote, brazen election interference for a poll that claimed Kamala Harris was leading in Iowa by three points just days before the election.
What media are you talking about that's anti-Trump?
You're not familiar with the anti-Trump media?
You're not familiar with the fact that you guys control everything from podcasts?
I mean, of all the things I've heard you say out here, that might be the nutty of you.
Ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events daily today is december 18th 2024 anno domini folks we've seen the cr that's come out in the house right now we've seen johnson push this we've seen the entire thing go forward you say oh it's it's all about the government shutdown we gotta avoid the government shot they do this every single time explain to me Explain to me how you can have all these people sitting up there and say Doge
and we're gonna cut this and we're gonna cut that.
Everybody wants to cut spending until it actually comes time to cut spending and then suddenly Nobody wants to anymore.
Suddenly, they say, oh, we've got to go through with all this.
We've got to do it.
I hope that Elon Musk watches this.
I hope that Vivek Ramaswamy watches this.
I hope they look at it with clear eyes.
And they remember the fact that all of those people That were lining up with them, hanging out with them, sitting there on a plane, going to the UFC with them, having a great time, taking pictures, snapping selfies, selfie, selfie, selfie, selfie on the shelfie, sitting there saying, we're going to be with you, and we're going to do a doge, and we're going to get rid of this wasteful spending.
And then they turn around, and they push bills full of wasteful spending.
Do you get it?
Are you paying attention yet?
I hope that Elon and Vivek get this.
And I certainly hope, look, one thing that I really admire about Elon Musk is that he is someone who just, he cuts through the BS. He cuts right through the BS. He says, how much are you willing to spend, yes or no?
And if you tell him one thing and then you turn around and do something else, he is going to put you in a category in his mind of a liar.
Because when you tell someone you're going to do something and then you do the opposite, that means you told a lie.
That means you are deceitful.
And yes, boys and girls, there are Republicans that do this just as much as Democrats.
In fact, I'm not even talking about the Democrats right now.
I'm talking about the Republicans.
And the fact of the matter is that Republicans are not willing to cut spending.
They never were.
They only wanted to cut spending when it comes to entitlements, when it comes to actual programs used by the American people.
But when it comes to congressional programs, no.
Not interested.
Not interested at all.
Elon Musk is the guy who fired 80% of the people at X NX got better!
Well, let me tell you something.
I want to do the exact same thing to the government.
I don't just mean the government writ large.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
I've got specifics.
I'm talking about all of the operational elements.
I'm even talking about the intel agencies.
Why do we need 18 of these things when all they do is conspire against the American people again?
Please explain that to me.
Please walk me through that.
Yeah, I see you intel agencies and you're going to be hearing from me very, very soon.
We'll be right back.
These are influences and they're friends of mine.
They talk about influences.
Jack Persovic.
Where's Jack?
Jack.
He's done a great job.
All right, Jack Persovic, we are back live here at Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C.
I'm very honored that once again we have Senator Ron Johnson from the great state of Wisconsin who is joining us.
Senator, how are you today?
I'm doing well, Jack.
Merry Christmas to you and your listeners.
Merry Christmas as well.
Senator, we've just been poring over this continuing resolution since really last night and into this morning in addition to some of the other stories.
Can I get your take on this latest spending bill out of the House?
Sure.
Yeah, I don't know what congressional leadership doesn't understand about a clean CR. You know, what's the difference between this 1500 page CR loaded with pork And an omnibus spending bill for three months.
Again, 1,500 pages.
Nobody's seen it.
We're only going to start getting the details.
I'm sure there are things that are going to be overlooked that are pretty nasty in this as well.
So if this passes, it's certainly going to pass without my support.
Again, it's just disappointing.
Well, and can you contrast that a little bit with this?
And we've been talking about how Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy have come up there and said they were having this Doge meeting and Department of Government efficiency and we're going to cut spending and all of these leaders are running over to Elon and saying we're going to do all this and then it feels like they turn around and do the exact opposite.
They do.
Talk out of both sides of their mouth.
You know, just to give you some numbers, in 2019, we spent $4.4 trillion total.
Last year, this year, you know, we haven't closed out the books totally, but the fiscal year that ended September 30th, we spent $6.9 trillion.
So spending increased 55% over five years, while population only grew 2%.
If you would have just grown spending from 2019 At the rate of inflation and population growth, we'd be spending about $5.7 trillion.
And the extent that we spent over that reasonable baseline represents about $8.8 trillion of excess spending.
Plus, you know, everybody says, well, it's mandatory spending.
It is, okay?
We've increased other mandatory spending.
Now, that's not including Social Security, Medicare, or even Medicaid.
But other mandatory spending, which is the game they've been playing, they transfer discretionary spending into what they call mandatory accounts.
So it's kind of off the books, just gets spent automatically.
We've increased that by about $680 billion per year Since that 2019 baseline.
That represents about $6.8 trillion of spending cuts over 10 years, at least to evaluate for spending cuts.
And yet, we're spending these enormous sums in the CR. No, it's just disgusting, Jack.
You can hear the frustration of my voice.
Well, I certainly can, Senator.
And what is it about this, then?
I mean, you hear and Republicans typically run on these ideas of cutting spending, certainly cutting wasteful spending.
It was a huge part of the 2024 election.
And then you get bills like this that are dumped on the congressional laps and were told, you have to sign this, you know, buy close of business or else the government's going to be shut down and you're going to get blamed on you.
Well, the problem is you have Democrats in lockstep that all they ever want to do is spend money we don't have, mortgage our children's future, and we don't have enough Republicans that are willing to dig their heels in and say, we can't keep doing this.
We've got too many Republicans that are afraid of their own shadow and realize that, boy, if I don't increase spending on this priority by hundreds of billions of dollars, I'm going to be accused of starving women and children.
Or they just have to spend more money on defense or, you know, fill in the spending priority.
I didn't hear this directly, but I've heard Mitch McConnell, for example, say, show me one member of Congress who ever lost the election because they spent too much money.
I think that's pretty much the prevailing attitude around here.
You don't get in trouble for spending too much money, mortgaging your children's future.
You get in trouble if you vote against something that some constituency wants and will scream about and put political pressure on you to support.
And now then, is that then basically how many of these, and I'm not going to ask you to necessarily give out any private information, but is that the same type of sentiment that you hear from your colleagues when it comes to these bills?
Yeah, I mean, right now we are probably going to pass, unfortunately, the Social Security Fairness Act.
Now, there's nothing fair about it all.
There's a problem.
There's a problem with Social Security, no doubt about it.
It needs to be fixed, but we can fix it probably for about $25 billion.
Instead, we're going to pass something that's going to cost $200 billion, bring the insolvency of Social Security Trust Fund forward by about six months.
But it's going to be done on a bipartisan basis.
And unfortunately, President Trump is supportive of this right now, which is going to be a determining factor.
This will probably pass unless we can talk him out of it within the next 10, 15 minutes.
Well, I think that is exactly right.
And Senator, I understand that you do have to be going.
Is there anything you can tell us just very quickly about the Trump nominees?
I understand you've had a number of meetings.
How do you see them proceeding on the Hill?
Well, I think most Republicans realize President Trump won a convincing election, deserves the staff of the administration, people he want.
These are smart people.
They are fighters.
That's exactly the kind of people President Trump needs to dominate these agencies so he isn't sabotaged and undermined by the government.
He's going to try and govern.
Well, I think that's exactly right.
Senator, thank you so much for your time.
I understand you have to get going, but let me just say to you, Merry Christmas and hope to see you soon.
Merry Christmas to you.
God bless you.
Merry Christmas.
God bless.
So folks, that's Senator Ron Johnson graciously giving us a little bit of time there to hop on the show and really get into this CR. Obviously, we haven't all had a lot of time to dig into it, but that's the point.
The point is that we shouldn't run a government this way.
And when Elon and Vivek and so many people want to pop up and say, hey, this is the way we should do things, then really that is the issue, isn't it folks?
The issue is, do you want to cut spending?
Do you want to actually do something to reduce the, not just the size of the government and the idea of the government, but reduce just the absolute waste?
And by the way, The power that is represented in this money, okay?
And the State Department Global Engagement Center, by the way, that's something that gets extended for, I think, a year.
Something that I know Mike Benz and many others, this censorship apparatus that still sits there, it was set to be killed.
It was said to be killed and now it actually gets extended in this bill.
See, you have to look for specific things in these bills.
So you could have one spending bill where it looks like it's being cut and then the next, which is the NDAA, and then you get the next spending bill pops out and suddenly it's like, oh no, it is being returned to life again, like some sort of weird Dr. Frankenstein creation.
Now, that said, there are a few options.
Potentially, I don't know, what would it be like if you kept it open, but you took a guy like Mike Benz and put him in charge of it?
I'd be open to those discussions.
I'd zero out the budget, but I'd be open to those discussions.
I'm just saying.
I want to know where exactly it is that all the bodies are buried.
But...
The question before us here is, will this set up a leadership fight for Speaker Johnson?
And I think a lot of people are now saying this.
Stephen K. Bannon said that this morning.
And we know.
We know that this is something that, quite frankly, that he promised.
That he promised that we would do government efficiency.
He promised that we would cut spending.
And now we get a bill like this.
So it's really up to a lot of people.
I'm willing to see where the president goes with this, but I'm also willing to see what does Elon have to say about this?
What does Elon Musk have to say about the fact that he was lied to to his face?
What did you get done today?
Remember that text?
Remember that text that he sent Parag, the former CEO of Twitter Now X, before he fired him?
What did you get done today?
Don't sit there and complain to me and don't lie to me and do all this.
You know, in the military we used to have an expression, what's the maximum effective range of an excuse?
What's the maximum effective range of an excuse?
The maximum effective range of an excuse is zero.
It is zero feet, zero meters.
None.
There is no effective range because excuses don't do anything.
And so all you're going to get back is excuse.
How much did you cut?
How much did you cut?
Well, and then you get the Washington two-step.
You get the Washington two-step.
And then you're jumping into the swamp with two feet and the alligators are swimming around and the toads and the reptiles and the crocodiles and the snakes are all slithering right up to you.
And so I wonder what Elon thinks about that.
I really and truly do.
Guys, I think we have, we'll close it out.
I think we have an ad.
I want to get to one of our sponsors.

Okay, very excited for our next guest, ladies and gentlemen.
We've got Kenny Cody from humanevents.com, great columnist joining us.
Kenny, what's up, man?
Hey, Jack.
How are you, brother?
All right.
So, Kenny, this thing that I got to talk to you about, man, it's President Trump's nominees, and I understand you've got this great new column up about Pete Hegseth and the Hunter Biden, but the one that they're really going after all of a sudden is Tulsi Gabbard.
I don't know if you saw, there was this story out of Reuters late last night that dropped eight senators.
Eight senators secretly, you know, have Problems with Tulsi Gabbard.
And I started calling around.
I said, well, what are the issues?
First of all, no one can tell me who the eight senators are, not a single person.
And I'm like, OK, so that right there tells me that that's an issue.
But the other thing is, what is the issue they have with her?
What are the problems?
And they say, oh, well, it has to do with the 702 Pfizer surveillance.
It has to do with the 702 Pfizer surveillance, because as it turns out, that Tulsi Gabbard actually wants to do something to curtail the surveillance capabilities of the national security state on the American people.
Kenny, I've realized that this is the new tactic, and I think that we need to take time to see how they're changing tactics on Tulsi Gabbard.
See, they've dropped the idea that she's a Russian asset or an Assad plant or any of this nonsense, of course, which doesn't make any sense because she's a lieutenant colonel who's currently serving in the Guard and has It wasn't catching.
There were too many veterans, myself included, that came out to support her.
So now they're saying, oh, she doesn't know the job.
She doesn't understand how important we are.
Kenny, why should we trust the national security state over someone that President Trump has picked?
Well, we shouldn't.
And it's basically as simple as that.
Tulsi Gabbard wants to get in and reform our intelligence community.
She wants to get in and give the rights back to the American people, those that were trampled on by the Patriot Act, those that neoconservatives and Democrats for nearly 25 to 30 to 40 years have impacted the American people in robbing them of their surveillance, robbing them of their privacy.
And, you know, the NSA, the National Intelligence Agency, every director of national intelligence that hasn't been under Donald Trump All want to spy on the American people.
They want to rob and take away the right to privacy.
They want to rob and take away the right to not look at what the government's actually doing and trying to infiltrate the lives of the American people instead of actually looking into foreign adversaries or even domestic adversaries of those who have actually committed crimes against the United States that don't care about the American people.
They don't want us to look into what the government is doing.
And basically, just the adversaries that they're refusing to take on And they're making an enemy of the American people.
They're not looking into foreign adversaries, into foreign countries.
They're not looking into cultural Marxism.
They're not looking into communists within our country, the unhumans of our country.
They're looking into the patriotic Americans that have voted in Donald Trump, that support people like Tilsey Gabbard, that want to see an abolishment of the deep state, and want to see Things like the NSA, the CIA, the FBI, all be shrunk down to the minimalist possibility that they will infiltrate on the lives of the American people.
That's why we're seeing this, you know, the tossing of her that she's an Assad sympathizer, that she's a Russian sympathizer.
We're seeing that all be thrown out the window and just be straight up honest and saying, hey, we don't want Tulsi Gabbard to look into the incompetency of our own government and the infiltration on privacy rights that we're having on Americans.
So you should oppose her nomination.
And I don't believe for a second that eight senators opposed Tulsi Gabbard.
Maybe Lisa Markowski, maybe Lindsey Graham, maybe Susan Collins.
But I think the eight number is nonsense.
They've probably taken some quote out of context.
And there's only a few no votes there to get.
And the rest of them are scared to oppose Donald Trump and the MAGA movement.
And we're seeing that be basically delved out into the American public right now.
So let me break this down for people.
So, and I'll put my intel officer hat on here for a second.
FISA 702 is different from your FISA Article 1 situation.
So Article 1 is when you go to the FISA court and, you know, when you're the FBI, you lie to the FISA court.
And you tell them that Donald Trump is a Russian agent and that George Papadopoulos and Carter Page are Russian agents.
And then you obtain your FISA warrant on them.
And by the way, Roger Stone, which the New York Times reported on the day of President Trump's inauguration in 2017, which of course has never been followed up on by anyone.
Boy, I hope Kash Patel gets to the bottom of that.
But that includes an actual court with an actual warrant, even if the warrant is obtained through lying to that court, as the FBI does.
Then, when it comes to 702, 702 is a little bit different.
So 702, which is a section of the FISA Act, which requires reauthorization, and kind of just like the CR, it just always gets reauthorized, even though so many Republicans always say they're going to do something about it, but never do.
That 702 is when you're supposed to be spying on overseas adversaries.
And so the issue with that is, let's say you're, oh, I don't know, the ambassador to Russia and the US government is spying on you.
But then the ambassador to Russia calls someone who is the president-elect's incoming national security advisor named, I'm just going to pick a random name out of my hat here, like, I don't know, Mike Flynn.
And now the U.S. government can hear Mike Flynn's phone calls because they're listening to the Russian ambassador.
And here's the best part.
There's no warrant needed warrant.
Whatsoever.
There's no information needed.
They can listen to it to their heart's content.
This is most likely, by the way, how Tucker Carlson's communications with Russia were leaked back when he tried to interview Putin for the very first time, and he talked about this So 702 collection, by the way, that information on Mike Flynn, those transcripts were then highly illegally leaked to the Washington Post and their columnist, the sonographer for the CIA over there named David Ignatius.
And so that leak, which, you know, I don't know, Susan Rice, who could possibly have done that or...
Jake Sullivan would know who...
I'm sorry, just coming down with something.
It's that time of year.
I suppose, folks, get your mucinex in that has never been charged.
No one's ever looked into that.
So, Kenny, when it comes to something like 702, when Tulsi Gabbard is saying, look, we need to have some kind of protections in this process, does it really make sense for Republican senators to try to say that she should be held up on this?
It's not conservative senators, but it does make sense for neoconservative senators.
They want to uphold the deep state.
They want to oppose the Trump agenda.
This whole new reform that Elon Musk, Vivek Ramoswamy, Tulsi Gabbard, Robert F. Kennedy MP, Hex Seth want to upend and turn on its head is the same ones that these neoconservatives want to oppose.
And the reason that they're going to all these news agencies and saying, well, we have doubts and we have concerns, they're trying to create a movement against Tulsi Gabbard because they're not willing to come out in public and say it.
You know, there are plenty of neoconservatives that are US senators in the United States Senate that would not dare speak out against Donald Trump, that would not dare speak out against these nominees because they're afraid to get primaried and they're afraid of the MAGA movement.
But it makes complete sense that these neoconservatives want to uphold these FISA laws.
They want to uphold these parts of this policy that allow spying on conservatives, that allow spying On those who oppose the deep state, like you're saying, like with the examples in Russia, on Tucker Carlson and Mike Flynn, these things have 100% happened in our American government over the last two decades.
They have taken advantage of these policies that have been passed by the old country club neoconservative Republicans and not the MAGA conservatives that are wanting to reform it.
And I think that's what we have to keep in mind.
The press is getting leaked these rumors because they want to And they don't want to oppose and don't want to risk their own political hide and political careers by risking a primary, by voting no on Hegseth, by voting no on Gabbard, by voting no on Kennedy, because they're cowards.
And we have to be, I wish that these press, if there are actual US senators, not just staff aides, not just connections, if there are actual senators texting the press, just be open and out about how you oppose Tulsi Gabbard or that you oppose Kennedy.
And let us primary you and be out and be cowards like you have been your entire tenure.
Just be upholding of the same neoconservative country club principles that you have continued to uphold over the last two decades.
Don't lie.
Don't pretend to be a MAGA conservative.
Just be out and upfront about the lying pieces of garbage that you are that are trying to go against Trump's nominations And just be honest.
Don't run the NBC, CNN, MSNBC, or any of those noise organizations, or The Hill, or any of those Washington publications that you have these sources to.
Be upfront about your criticisms, be upfront about your critiques, and be honest about who you actually are as conservative, and don't actually lie to the Republican Party, or to the Trump movement, or the Trump supporters that voted you, the House of Representatives, and Trump back into office.
Look, it's real simple.
Donald Trump won the mandate.
Donald Trump's nominees deserve the chance to get in.
And someone like Donald Trump, who was a victim himself of 702 abuse and FISA abuse, I think is the perfect person for this.
Kenny, Cody, where can people go to follow you, brother?
At KDKOTN on Truth Social and X, and you can find all my articles archived at muckrack.com.
I appreciate you, Jack.
Thanks so much, man.
Of course.
And Kenny, by the way, Merry Christmas if I don't happen to see you, man.
Absolutely better.
Merry Christmas to you and your family, man.
All right, take care.
All right, folks, we'll be back in the next segment here with Mike Davis because we're going to have a little chat, a little chitty chat about the IG report that just came out.
See you soon.
Where's Jack?
Where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting politicians.
All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here, Human Events Daily.
We're working on getting Mike Davis on here, but breaking news, just before we went to air today, or just after, the Federal Reserve's Jerome Powell just announced cutting interest rates by 0.25% to 450. You know, it is a small cut, but it is a cut that is certain, absolutely certain, To have an effect going in.
And I'll just say this, you know, going into the holiday season, the Christmas season, and then also, you know, Zero Hedge just tweeted, remember when the Fed panicked and cut 50 basis points less than three months ago?
And so, yeah, they're talking about A potential for a recession in 2025. They're talking about the fact that Trump will be blamed for this, even though, of course, it's not Trump's fault.
And the next debt step function will be 15 trillion in debt to current baseline to expect 50 trillion in two years.
And basically, this is what's going on.
Kiss the 2% inflation target goodbye forever.
The new question is, when does the Fed admit that 4% inflation is the new baseline?
And that means, of course, they are trying to inflate away the $36 trillion in debt.
So good luck with that.
What's going on here?
What's going on here is this is a less aggressive cut that they were planning to do, that they were hoping to do.
And the unemployment rate, they're saying, probably basically unchanged from that.
The inflation data is, you know, probably not going to change as much as they would have hoped.
Either.
And so, folks, as we go into this Christmas season, you've got to understand that.
You've got to understand that times feel good right now, but there's a lot of, and I'm just going to put it out, I'm just going to put it out, there's a lot of signal, and Producer Faz here on the program has been chatting about it.
There's a lot of information that's been put out about uncertainty in these financial And that uncertainty, by the way, would have been the same way if Kamala Harris had been there, but it has to do with the insane printing and inflation that's come out of the Fed over the last couple of years to the point where, yeah, you know, what are we going to do with this debt bubble that we've got, a debt bubble that the CR isn't going to be helping at all?
They're going to try to inflate it away.
They're just going to try to inflate it away.
The money printer is going to go burr.
And unfortunately, the people who could be on the hook are us.
And so I'm just going to say to your families and to everyone else, you got to be ready for that and you got to be ready from a personal level as well.
Now, for the country, of course, it's going to be rough.
It's going to be rough.
This is certainly going to have an effect on midterms.
The question is, Can President Trump and Scott Besson?
So Scott Besson is going to, by the way, and I'll just tell you, I've talked to Steve Bannon about this.
I've talked to him specifically.
I say, look, a lot of these finance guys tell me there's this debt bomb that's going to go off in early part of 2025. Are you guys ready for that?
Do you understand that?
What does that mean?
Is it going to help people or not?
Jerome Powell definitely doesn't seem like the right guy.
And Bannon has always said to me that he believes Scott Besson is the guy to get that done.
This, of course, being the reason That President Trump eventually gave him the pick.
President Trump, of course, the man of the year.
And so when it comes down to this, we really do have to ask the question, all right, what ways are the regime going to strike back?
And this idea Of a debt bomb going off being totally blamed on President Trump.
By the way, that's why you should be cutting spending now, to show at least that you are not trying to be on the same side as the massive profligate spenders that got us into this situation in the first place.
And they don't care.
Joe Biden is pulling the ladder up behind him.
He's saying, oh yeah, I sent all that money to Ukraine, and my son Hunter was able to rake off whatever he could in the middle, and who cares?
Who cares?
Because I'm getting out of office.
I'm getting out of dodge.
You guys are going to be the ones holding the bag.
And of course, President Trump would be blamed.
And then going into midterms, you know, if you have any economic issues in place, you're going to have that.
And look, this is also going to create issues for supply chain because of President Trump saying, look, we're going to do anything with tariffs.
Then people are going to blame the tariffs.
They're going to blame everything that President Trump does rather than what's actually going on.
Guys, we're working on Davis.
Do we have Davis?
Mike Davis, how are you, man?
Guys, I don't think we have Davis' audio.
Let's do an audio check before we...
Are we there?
Oh, there we are.
Davis, just a couple of minutes on this.
You know, the huge Liz Cheney story that dropped yesterday.
What kind of legal repercussions could she be facing?
And even potentially Alyssa Farah, who seems to have played a role in this, someone who is, you know, a very high profile member of The View in her own right.
So the text messages and other evidence strongly suggest that Liz Cheney worked with Cassidy Hutchinson and maybe Alyssa Farrow to change sworn testimony before Congress.
And if that is actually true, if they conspired together to provide false testimony to Congress, change testimony, you have many potential federal crimes.
Subrenation of perjury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, conspiracy.
These are very serious federal crimes that could be occurring here.
And I would suggest to Liz Cheney that she should probably lawyer up because as she used to say all the time during these January 6th proceedings, nobody's above the law.
It's as simple as that.
No one's above law.
Look, I understand that America vs.
Legal has already filed a bar complaint in Washington, D.C. over this.
I mean, this is like 101-level stuff in law school, right?
This is like law school year one kind of stuff.
Yeah, I mean, one of the things that Liz Cheney, an attorney, did that, if true, is very unethical, is she knew, allegedly knew, that Cassidy Hutchinson was represented by an attorney.
And as an attorney, you cannot go around another attorney's back and go talk to their clients without disclosing that to the attorney and getting permission to do that.
And so that is a very serious ethical lapse By Liz Cheney, if that ends up being true.
So not only would Liz Cheney face potential criminal exposure, she could face bar discipline up to and including disbarment.
So disbarment, that's the first one.
But I mean, we're talking witness tampering, we're talking potential conspiracy against rights.
We're talking destruction of evidence, by the way, which would pertain to that.
I mean, these are crimes, if I'm correct.
Yeah, absolutely.
And if you're destroying evidence that helps a defendant, then you're exposing yourself to civil liability for violating that defendant's criminal rights.
And you have to ask, we have this potentially exculpatory evidence That the January 6th committee had, that they've doctored, that they've changed, how is that not obstruction of justice?
How, when the Biden Justice Department is working with the January 6th committee and they're not turning over this exculpatory evidence to these defendants, that is a Brady violation, another very serious misconduct by federal prosecutors and agents.
No, this is, and look, when it comes, look, Davis, and just last minute, because unfortunately we have a short time, but this is basically what President Trump was talking about.
We have to review the lawlessness that was done by the lawfare wielders.
Yeah, I would strongly recommend that Attorney General Pam Bondi open a criminal probe and a grand jury down in the Southern District of Florida, the Fort Pierce Division, a special grand jury, to investigate this entire lawfare and election interference against Trump.
His top aide, Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, who went to prison.
His supporters on January 6th.
What happened here with this January 6th commission with Matthew Graves in D.C., Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Tish James, Fannie Willis?
This looks like a very serious criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. Section 241, and there must be consequences to this.
Consequences.
We're talking about actual justice for actual wrongdoing.
Mike Davis, thanks so much, man.
Make sure you're following Davis and the Article 3 Project.

So something interesting happened this week.
There was a TikTok that went viral yesterday of a liberal calling for an insurrection at Trump's inauguration.
Let's play that video.
And let's get our country back, right?
Next week, the Friday, I have a feeling this Executive Order 13848 will be implemented.
And if not, a month from then, December 20th to January 20th, the day of the inauguration, we, the people, Are going to have to show up in Washington and have this guy step down.
The 3% rule states that if you have 3% of a group of people's population, 3% of a particular population, if they gather in mass, they can change everything.
So we have 330 million Americans.
10% of that is 33 million.
And what's a third of that?
11 million.
11 million of us have to show up on Washington.
Wow.
Insurrection.
11 million liberals showing up on Washington.
Sounds really rough.
But then we found another video on Jerry Duran's TikTok.
Let's play that again.
I need some reassurance from you.
I'm a little distraught.
I saw the clip from the Eagles game and these two guys are walking up the stands with their MAGA hats and waving their MAGA hats around in a sea of green.
And no one did anything.
I mean, you know, what are you going to spend the night in jail, get a fine?
I would have taken their hats off and stomped on them.
Maybe mock wiped my a** with one.
And if they would have come at me, then I'd have to defend myself.
To walk up blatantly during a game waving around your MAGA hats, which you might as well wave around the Confederate flag.
I mean, half the country, more than half, doesn't want this character in office.
Now it's becoming normalized.
And I feel disgusted at that.
I mean, I'm disgusted that not one Eagles fan can grab those hats and step on them.
You didn't feel a certain way about that?
Everybody's just turning into sheep?
You know, I'm ready to leave this country, man.
The Eagles fans in my area, they allowed two clowns to walk up during a game waving around their MAGA hats and no one did anything about it?
Oh, Jerry!
Jerry's so upset.
Jerry's so sad.
He's so sad that he couldn't get the hats off of my brother and I's head at the Eagles game.
By the way, somebody did try to get the hats off of our head.
We went to Eagles Jail over it because we did defend ourselves.
You see, we were down there in Eagles Jail, but you see, we were sitting on the sidelines because we work for a living and we don't have to sit up in the 500 section where Jerry is, so I guess maybe that's why he didn't see us, although I do worry about Jerry because it's a little hard for him to get up there given the state of his physical nature right now.
I felt bad about what happened with Jerry.
I heard the music.
I felt so distraught.
So I thought, you know what?
Let's give Jerry a phone call right now to see whether or not we can make him feel a little better.
What do you say, folks?
Let's call him right now.
Here we go.
And we're calling.
Let's see.
Will Jerry answer the phone?
Come on, Jerry.
You can do it.
Come on, big boy.
Come on, Jerry.
Oh, you know you want to.
Maybe the phone's a little far.
Maybe Jerry's having trouble getting to the phone.
Oh, he's trying to hit the button right now, but his fingers are slipping because they're so greasy.
He was eating fried chicken.
Please leave your message for...
Jerry Doran.
Hey Jerry!
This is Jack Posobiec.
I saw your video about me and my brother at the Eagles game with our MAGA hats on, and I saw that you were very, very upset about that.
I heard the music and I just knew you were so distraught.
And so, Jerry, I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be at AmericaFest in Phoenix, Arizona.
I'm going to be there at the convention center all weekend.
I will personally pay for you to fly out from New Jersey all the way to Phoenix so you can try to get the MAGA hats off of me and my brothers And I'm more than willing to do this because, Jerry, I know that that has just been bothering you so much.
So tell you what, Jer, you've got my number now.
Give me a call.
You know folks, what can I say?
What can I say other than the MAGA hat stays on and the MAGA hat will always stay on.
