We've learned that they actually got a tip from someone at a nearby McDonald's in that area who said, hey, this guy looks like the person that's in all those photos that have been circulating.
The jury has reached a unanimous verdict in the case of Daniel Penney.
He's been found not guilty on the charge of criminally negligent homicide.
I had enough of this.
The system is rigged.

This is huge news out of New York City.
Massive, absolutely massive news, but also just minutes ago, minutes ago, A person of interest was ID'd in the assassination of the healthcare CEO, Brian Thompson, United Healthcare, and this person who was ID'd was arrested at a McDonald's, which we heard just a little bit ago here in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Was ID there.
His name that's come out is Luigi Maggioni.
And this individual, we're told, was a University of Pennsylvania student.
And so I don't know if he graduated at this point, but what I do know is that it's been reported that in his backpack was found in his belongings Several pages which appear to be a manifesto and that manifesto is extremely anti-capitalist railing against the healthcare system railing against the idea that we have healthcare for profit in this country and that this individual himself obviously
comes from a very wealthy background Obviously comes from someone who is highly, and I would go so far as to say, over-educated.
He was in the Ivy League.
He was sent to some of the most prestigious schools in the entire country.
And then goes and potentially, alleged, alleged, alleged, Commits an attack like this, of course, we're told that he had the gun on him and that the fake ID that was found on him also matched the ID, the fake ID that was given at the hostel.
So it appears there is some pretty good evidence that, just based on early reports, that connects him with the shooter in this case.
This is what we told you in Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions and How to Crush Them, that these are the types of people that you would look for to commit left-wing violence.
Highly educated, affluent children of rich families who become very bored, become overeducated, and then go on to believe that they are the ones who are the masters of society.

So this, the latest out of CNN, says the manifesto found on this individual Who, again, is still the person of interest, a strong person of interest, we're told.
Luigi Mangione from University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League student, had a manifesto and in his manifesto wrote, it had to be done and these parasites Had it coming, I do apologize for any strife and trauma, but it had to be done.
And that's according to CNN and a document railing against the healthcare industry and suggesting that violence is the answer.
Davis, does it surprise you that it was a spoiled rich kid who did this?
No, I mean, it's, I mean, what do they think is going to happen when you indoctrinate these little spoiled brat Rich kids in these elite schools and then you indoctrinate them with this woke nonsense and justify violence on the left.
I mean, look, we have our FBI, our law enforcement at every level, including in New York, going after political opponents and they're letting violent criminals roam the streets.
It's lawless.
You have this guy with a man of...
I mean, how the hell do you go to shoot someone dead On the street in New York City.
It's just unbelievable that we've devolved into this dystopian hellhole in New York.
And maybe New York's Alvin Bragg and the left-wing Marxist on his staff should start focusing on real crimes.
Instead of going after Trump, instead of going after heroes like Daniel Penny, they should focus on real crimes and real criminals.

You and I have talked about it for a long time, but I've got to get into, so I'm reading Politico Playbook, which I do all the time, by the way, over the weekend and all these times because I like to see, you know, what the adversaries are talking about.
And I go through here and it says, I think this was yesterday's.

Mike Davis, the former top Senate GOP aide, who is perhaps Trump's fiercest legal defender, is something of an outsider, and he's mobilizing the Article III project to become the tip of the spear in building pressure from the base on Republican senators.

To sift through the backgrounds of the Senate GOP holdouts.
And I believe the overall headline of the email was, The Right Don's Brass Knuckles for the Pete Hegseth Brawl.
Davis, are we putting the brass knuckles on, man?
I think we are, Jack.
I mean, I go on your show.
Let's go.
Let's go.

We're going to do the same thing with Pete Hexen, but I'll tell you why.
The president, of the United States gets to pick his cabinet.
Trump won in a landslide.
He has a mandate for change in Washington.
He won 312 electoral votes.
He won the popular vote.
He won all seven swing states, and he gets to pick his cabinet.
And the Senate, particularly Senate Republicans, must vote to confirm all of Trump's qualified cabinet picks.
Pete Hegseth is clearly qualified.
He is a Warfighter.
He is a reformer.
He's someone who President Trump trusts.
And Trump does not pick Senator Stavs, and they shouldn't pick his, so long as they're qualified.
Now, if they're going to say that Pete Hexeth is somehow disqualified because of his personal misconduct, the opponents of his nomination need to come forward and testify publicly With clear and convincing evidence that a qualified cabinet pick is disqualified.
And if they don't do that, they need to put up or shut up.
We went through this MeToo presumption of guilt with Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation.
And I think my biggest contribution to America was saying, hell no, we are not going to have this MeToo presumption of guilt.
We're going to have the American presumption of innocence.
President Trump gets his cabinet he wants unless they're disqualified.
And if someone's going to say that Pete was a womanizer or he drank too much in his past and therefore he's not qualified to take public office, I think then there are a lot of senators who would be disqualified under that standard.
So if they want to be hypocrites, we'll call them out on their hypocrisy.
And not only will we call them out, we'll put people up to primary them.
Well, you know, I noticed that, you know, you mentioned people up to primary.
You yourself, by the way, hail from the great state of Iowa and Joni Ernst, the senator over there.
Now, I'm going to give her a little credit.
I will give her a little credit because she was posting up on Twitter earlier today that she had a great meeting with Tulsi Gabbard and a great meeting with Kash Patel.
And I think, you know something, Senator Ernst?
That's Wonderful.
That's the type of behavior that we love to see.
And I believe she's going to be having another meeting with Pete Hegseth here in a couple of days.
Is that what you're hearing as well on the Joni Ernst front, Mike?
Look, I know Joni Ernst, and I like her.
She's my home state senator.
Sometimes she gets bad advice from people.
You know, when these senators go to Washington, when they surround themselves with Trump-deranged DC insiders, Sometimes they offer bad advice to these senators.
And so, number one, I would recommend these senators actually hire people who are in touch with their constituents back home.
And then number two, I would say this about Joni.
She is going to do her job and fully vet these nominees.
And at the end of the day, after she does her homework, I think she will vote to confirm Pete Hexeth.
And that is the right thing to do.
Again, we don't have a MeToo presumption of guilt.
There are a lot of holes in this story that I've heard from this accuser.
These allegations are very serious.
If a cabinet pick actually raped a woman, he should not get confirmed to anything.
But I don't think that's what happened here.
I think the police investigated these allegations and declined to bring charges.
So that raises a big red flag.
If you can't even get California law enforcement to take this allegation seriously.
Maybe it's not serious.
Well, and of course, this is the same type of stuff that we saw happen with Brett Kavanaugh.
We saw that prior to him, even with Clarence Thomas, which, of course, was spearheaded at the time by none other than Joe Biden.
So, Davis, walk us through what can people do to support the Article III project's efforts to put on the, let's say, political brass knuckles in this sense?
Yeah, we need to.

Are these senators going to keep taking the military contractors' money And do their bidding, or are they going to listen to their constituents back home and vote to confirm Pete Hex says we can bring changes to the Pentagon and make it the premier warfighting organization to prevent wars from happening in the future instead of the woke DEI nonsense that we see in the Pentagon under President Biden.
We need warfighters, not Transgender Awareness Day.
It's as simple as that.

Kenny, I wanted to talk to you originally about Syria and some of the stuff that's going on.
Daniel Penny, of course, was a huge story.
But man, this case with Luigi...
Let me get the name right again.
I don't want to say it wrong here.
This Ivy League student, Luigi Mangione.
Is something that I think that a lot of people need to pay attention to.
And I think something that you could also help elucidate for us and help to explain.
So this guy, he was found, and again, suspect, person of interest, all that.
The fact that he had this manifesto saying these parasites, someone had to do something about them.
The fact that this is an Ivy League student.
So, you know, let's say it's shaping up to be, and I'm just going to say it.
This is shaping up to be a left-wing domestic terrorist assassination on the streets of New York City.
Kenny, do you think that I'm right in calling it that?
I had my suspicions last week, now we've got more evidence.
Does that seem what it's like to you?
And what does that mean for where the left is?
Yeah, it's definitely what it's like to me, Jack.
I mean, I think I saw Elon Musk tweet today that academia is the offset of the culture that the Marxist left and the cultural Marxist of our current progressive political culture have caused.
And I think this is an offset of that.
When they're being told that corporations are evil, they're being told that You know, capitalism and venture capitalism, all those that are on Wall Street are their enemies and they want to kill their grandparents, want to kill their parents, they want to deny them health care at every single opportunity.
I think that this is a great example of the offset.
You know, this guy was Ivy League educated, I believe, if we're getting all the details correct.
He was a grad student at an Ivy League college.
I'm not sure which college that is as of yet, so you may have already said it, but You know, these colleges and these universities are employed 132 or 130 to 1, liberal to conservative, because they're being taught a mindset that they're all victims, whether that's of academia, whether that's of social aspects, whether that's in culture, Democrats versus Republicans, whatever, that they're all victims.
And I think that this violent rhetoric that so many professors in academia have been teaching Has led to this, and it's a big issue at the university level, and I think that you're seeing now that there is, you know, that shift of Republicans that end up voting for Donald Trump of the young age of those 18 to 25. It isn't the case anymore that the universities are matching the student equivalency, right?
Like, these new students are liberal, so they need to have liberal professors, and that's changed over the last few years.
Now we need to kind of even the playing field because when violent rhetoric like this is taught at these universities, I think that needs to be called out.
And I'm glad people like Elon Musk and others are calling it out because this is the result.
This violent rhetoric, this indoctrination at the post-secondary education level is the reason a lot of this stuff is happening in our country.
I mean, we've seen the indoctrination of people like Audrey Hale in the Nashville Manifesto shooting, and now we have This of the UnitedHealth CEO getting killed because of the rhetoric that he's likely being taught at the universities and by the culture around him.
So we need to be willing to call it out, willing to call out how indoctrination has led to these things, because if we do not call that out, more things like this are going to happen.
No, I think that's exactly right.
I do think that being doctor and keep in mind that we're still in the fog of crime around this as at the moment, but it appears looking at the dates of his time as a student at the University of Pennsylvania.
An Ivy League school, one of the best schools in the nation in terms of its prestige and in terms of just getting hard to get in there, that low admission rate, that he was there during 2020. So he was there during the peak woke, as you would call it.
He was someone who was there during the time for all that rhetoric, for that color revolution that was run in the United States.
Look, I sat and wrote a book earlier this year with Joshua Lysak explaining that this is what was going to come.
And we specifically talked about spoiled rich kids with their prestige, who are very bored, who are running around and believe that they're the masters of the universe and they are the ones, and you had movies like this one, we talked about it on Thoughtcrime the other night with myself and Blake Neff, that the movie Parasite in 2019, which also came out around that time, Totally focused on these ideas that the rich are evil just because they are rich.
And that movie won the Academy Award.
It won a ton of Academy Awards.
And it was promoted despite the fact that quote unquote killing the rich or as they like to say eating the rich, eat the rich, was the major theme of the book.
And then here you are just a couple of days later and we find That his manifesto had the phrase parasite in it to begin with.
And so, Kenny, let me ask you this question, and this is a tough question.
So, just because we don't support the devolution of social order with street assassinations, that doesn't necessarily mean we're going to sit here and defend everything an insurance company does or everything that Obamacare does, right?
I mean, I think it's a complicated question.
I think it's a pretty easy question.
I mean, Republicans have been very pro-working class.
They've worked, you know, like with the Teamsters, you know, with the Secretary of Labor.
Chavez has been one of the most, you know, pro-working class, you know, working people.
The same kind of rhetoric again, you know, calling out these corporations for doing things like I'm sure this guy had complaints about.
But We're not advocating for the death of CEOs just because we want negotiations to happen, just because we want to fight for the working class in this country.
We're not going to promote violent rhetoric like Taylor Lorenz from the Washington Post does.
I mean, we're not going to call for the assassination of CEOs.
We're not going to call for violent rhetoric.
We're just going to say, hey, be human.
You know what I mean?
Like, be human.
And I'm sure that there are some shared ideologies between this It's this exploitation of violent rhetoric.
They're encouraged to be violent.
It's not a debate about ideas or a battle of ideas to these people.
It's the promotion of violence.
It's the promotion of assassinations.
I mean, we saw it with Donald Trump this year.
Not that he's, you know, he's the one that's been willing to go out to the libertarians, to the Teamsters, to the Bitcoin advocates and have conversations with them.
But when the left wants to have conversations about this, they solve it with violence.
And that's what's being taught at the post-secondary education level.
And I don't really understand why more people are not willing to call it out.
When we've seen these studies, again, done by universities themselves, of those who identify as Democratic or Republican, when it's 132 to one at Ivy League schools and universities across this country, And we've had a few killers now that have been college educated and have been taught these things.
And this guy's been reading the Unabomber.
I mean, how are we not questioning a little bit about how, you know, this rhetoric that's been promulgated by these assassins, these violent people who have shot Congress members, who have sent anthrax to Congress members, who have attempted to assassinate the president, and now assassinated the UnitedHealth CEO, Why are we not asking the questions about what's happening at the university levels in this country?
We need to be willing to have conversations about the indoctrination levels at that level because, I mean, I think far too often, even on the conservative side, we're oftentimes concentrated on what's happening to young minds in K through 12, but we also need to have a concentration on what's happening after high school and after public school.
We need to be willing to have the conversations of what's happening in the classrooms and the universities around this country Because if this keeps happening, our young people are not going to want to go to college at all.
And like I said, maybe that's a good thing.
But for those that are going, they don't need to be indoctrinated to the point where they're absolutely insane to the point where they're literally killing corporation CEOs in this country and are being told that they are victims and that they need to fight back against the man.
We can have conversations about the elite and have the debates about how to You know, crush down the elite in this country and have conversations about anti-elitism in this country without having violent rhetoric.
Like you said, we're not defending insurance CEOs, but we're also not advocating for them to be killed.
We're advocating for the working men to be promoted in this country.
And that's the conversation we need to be willing to have, not these violent attacks and assassinations on the people who just disagree with us.
And that's what the left is promoting, is violence and assassination over simple debate and discourse.
And we've got to a point where, folks, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, was nearly assassinated a couple of months ago by an ActBlue donor, now an Ivy League student, shoots and kills a healthcare CEO on the street.
We are, in fact, seeing the rise of left-wing violence.
And as their political movement Gains less power.
As their political movement falls out of power, as they've lost the House, they've lost the Senate, they've lost the White House, what is going on?
Well, they are becoming more and more feral.
They are becoming more and more violent as the nationalist populist movement arises.
And so this bodes a lot for, look, we're going to talk about this in the next segment, for President Trump's movements, for his family, for his son, by the way, Who goes to school up in New York City, as well as for the inauguration that's happening here in just a little over one month's time.

Luigi Mangione, 26, the person of interest in the UnitedHealthcare team.
CEO shooting originally from Towson, Maryland, Baltimore area apparently hated the medical community because of how it treated his sick relative.
So, you know, a case where there's a personal connection which led him to want to go after and which a lot of people saw A direct line there that potentially this is what happened, that you have this political killing because of what he saw as a direct complication to a family member.
And this is how this stuff happens, folks.
And look, I'm not going to sit here and say the healthcare system in this country is perfect.
I'm not going to sit here and say that any of the systems in our country are perfect.
That's why we've been leading this populist nationalist revolution that we've been calling for it and we've been at the forefront of it.

Go find any time that I ever called for violence, that President Trump ever called for violence or anything like that when it came to reforming our systems.
And let me get Kenny Cody back in here because, Kenny, This is exactly what's going on is you've got people in the far left who are seeing the rise of the populist nationalist movement, the rise of president, by the way, make America healthy again is a direct, a direct impact on the healthcare industry and on big pharma.
But apparently that wasn't good enough for this guy.
Apparently that wasn't good enough for him No, no.
He wanted to be the hero.
He wanted to be Mr. Tough Guy.
He wanted to be the one who got the accolades.
He wanted to be writing his manifesto.
He had no interest whatsoever in peaceful means, even though we just scored this massive victory because he's not on this side.
So you've got people from a political perspective that are looking at this saying, we want to tear it all down.
He does have an anti-capitalist background, as you say.
Kenny, this comes directly from his academics at the University of Pennsylvania being there during peak wokeness.
Talk to me about how...

If we have that clip from earlier today, let's play that now.
So we've got the BLM out there just outside the Daniel Penny trial earlier today, just moments ago.
We need some black vigilantes.
People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud?
How about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us?
I'm tired.
And there it is, Kenny.
The left is not going to go away without violence, are they?
They're actually going to become more violent as they fall out of power.
Well, Jack, this is exactly why me, you and others have said, just because we have won, just because Donald Trump won on November 5th, just because Republicans won the House and the Senate, does not mean this fight is over, because now that the Democrats have lost, They are not going to go away quietly, and they're not going to go away peacefully.
They're going to advocate for violence.
They're going to advocate for force against Republicans, against white people, against conservatives, and against the Trump movement.
That's exactly what they're going to do.
I mean, you just saw that guy say it.
He said that we want vigilante justice.
That's exactly what we want.
We want to force them to accept us.
We want to force them to pay for, you know, reap what they're sowing or what they view that we're sowing.
They are not going to go away quietly and they're not going to just have conversations and discourse and debate.
That's why we don't need to You know, just bow down to Democrats when the slightest bit of opposition comes up is because they're not going to meet us with the same or afford us the same peace that Republicans have given the Democrats.
We have to be willing to fight.
We have to be willing to stand up for what's right.
Any Republican or any even moderate Republican that did not support Daniel Penny in New York City as that man was just ranting about, shame on you.
Because the reason that Daniel Penny was in the court in the first place was because of a weaponized judicial system and a weaponized law enforcement in New York City accusing a man who was innocent and solely just standing up for his fellow man just because the homeless man who was mentally psychotic was threatening those around him.
Daniel Penny is a hero.
He is not a vigilante.
He is not a racist.
He is not some sort of KKK member.
He is a hero, and that's what he needs to be hailed as.
Anybody who did not stand up and say that should be ashamed of themselves because it's created the rhetoric like this guy who went after the United Health CO and killed him, like those who went after Donald Trump and tried to kill him, and like those who tried to imprison Daniel Penny, they're all under the same cloth, the same people who are indoctrinating our young people in colleges and universities and in K-12 education are the same people who want to promote the same sort of rhetoric.
You have vigilante judges to go after those who are simply just standing up for what is right.
So that's why we can't be infighting.
We can't not get behind the right MAGA movement mandate in this country because the left is coming after us, guys.
I don't know how else to put that to the viewing audience Republicans, moderates, conservatives, libertarians, I don't know how to make that message any more clear, but they're coming for us because now that they have lost, their last resort is going to be force and violence because they have no leg to stand on.
So we have to be ready for it, we have to be prepared for it, and we have to be willing to stand up for conservatives, stand up for heroes like Daniel Penny, and stand up for people like President Trump who are fighting the route fight with the MAGA movement.
And in fact, by the way, President Trump, who he himself is a victim of this level of violence.
President Trump, who's got to live the rest of...
It's going to be the rest of his life.
It's going to be the rest of his life with the threat of this hanging over him and his family, his children, his children's children, his grandchildren, all right?
I don't know if he has any great-grandchildren yet, but I'm sure some of those are probably on the way.
Look, this is...

And we have to look at the fact that President Trump has sacrificed so much, so much for us to be able to even get to this point and continues to do so on a regular basis.
We're not talking, by the way, about, oh, somebody's going to write a mean article about you in the Washington Post or the New York Times or something like that.
No, I'm talking about somebody coming up and we've all saw the video the other day.
That's what they would do to every single one of us.
To every single member of the Trump family, that's what they did to the Romanovs, that's what they did to the leaders of France, that's what they did to every single person.
And by the way, and I would say this too, and I'll throw it to you as well for the close, but to anybody out there on the right who thinks, oh, this is funny, oh, haha, he got what he wanted, guess what?
They would do the exact same thing to you and your children in a heartbeat.
Last minute, Kenny Cody.
If they think the UnitedHealth CEO was their enemy, imagine what they think about Donald Trump supporters.
Imagine what they think about actual capitalists.
Imagine what they think about the MAGA movement.
If they think that the UnitedHealth CEO getting killed is somehow funny or somehow he got what he deserved, they hate you too.
And like Jack just said, they would come after you and ruin your life or end it or end your child's life if they could because that is the kind of people that we're up against.
We're up against unhumans.
We're up against vigilantes.
And we're up against people who prefer violence over debate and discourse.
And that's why we have to be willing to fight, not fight with each other, against the cultural Marxist and neoconservative right that we're fighting against in this country currently.

I wanted to bring you down to what's going on regarding these migrant flows as President Trump prepares to take office in about one month's time.

Now, I understand we're here at the Christmas season, but you guys are not taking any time off.
Tell us what it is that you're seeing down there and put it in the context of President Trump's imminent return to office.
Well, if you look, if I move out of the shot here, you can see this railroad track.
This is actually an active railroad track.
And on either side of it, all the way down, as far as you can see, is illegal alien migrant shelters.
It's basically a favela out here.
This is one of multiple across the city.
They have about 500 people living here right now, all waiting mostly for their CBP1 app to be approved.
But you've got 25,000, 20 to 25,000 other illegals in Mexico City.
You've got hundreds of thousands more throughout the country of Mexico, all hoping to get the CBP1 app.
Some of them, the rest of them are basically at the point now saying, okay, well, who do I pay?
What cartel do I pay to get across the border?
So as we speak every single day, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and this administration are still bringing thousands of illegals through on the CBP app, but there's going to be tens of thousands more that are left behind here, and we had a chance yesterday to talk to some of them.
Oscar?
Well, you know, this is a collateral effect in the Biden administration, what Mallorca has done.
Now you have a collapse of people.
There are hundreds of thousands that are waiting over here.
And the sad thing about it and the most dangerous thing about it is that now they're not even thinking about the CBP-1 app.
We see that on the south border of Tapachula, that they're continuing with these massive caravans.
Thousands have already been approved to be appointed to a pedestrian port of entry, also with the CBP-1 app into the United States of America.
But now the cartel, it is active, more active than it was before.
They're smuggling, they're smuggling, they're smuggling because they know of the necessity of the migrant trying to cross illicitly and illegally to the United States, Jack.
Now, are the people that you interact with down there in Mexico City, are they aware of Tom Homan?
Are they aware of President Trump's plans for illegal migration when he retains office?
Yeah, in fact, Oscar interviewed several yesterday.
I did as well.
And the message over and over was they understood President Trump was going to be ending the CBP1 app.
And actually, what's interesting is when asked that, they said they were either going to stay here in Mexico and try to make a life, or they were going to return to their home country.
Clearly, the impact of President Trump, the Trump effect, is already having an impact, but it also is having an impact on Mexico.
We actually see the Mexican president, who's a socialist, who actually is pushing for all the radical leftist policies, but because of the threats from terrorists from President Trump, she's actually disbanding a lot of the caravans that are coming up right now.
So you have a whole bunch of different variables that are playing into this.
And in between all of that, you've got the cartels that are looking for opportunities To take advantage.
And now we just get word that possibility of Joe Biden trying to grant some sort of parole or pardon to millions of illegal aliens.
You're just adding more fuel on the fire to have a mass rush at the border at some point between now and January 20th.
And so this mass rush, what about the Mexican president coming down saying that she was going to be putting some stop to it, that she was going to do anything?
Have you seen or heard of any potential moves by the Mexican National Guard or any other implements from their side to stop this flow in any way?
She has tried and she's trying, you know, but the problem is that Donald Trump is not in office yet, so there's still some policies that, you know, they're letting go.
We are under the global compact on migration.
Mexico is under it, so they're letting people transit.
The only thing that they're doing and being effective is that they're going through these hubs and they're actually detaining the criminals and the people that they are pushing kids on strollers, on caravans.
They've actually already dismantled three caravans.
One of them had 3,000, the other one had 2,500, and the last one had 1,500 individuals walking freely in the side of the highway in Tapachula.
So they're dismantling that, and they're detaining them, and they're returning them back to say, hey, you need to do your process correctly.
This is due to the threat of a tariff and the dialogue that elected President Donald Trump and the President of Mexico had just a few weeks ago.
Yeah, and on top of that, Jack, so there's this dynamic right now where they understand President Trump's coming into office, they understand there's going to potentially be mass deportations, but they also, it's like the golden ticket.
Well, if I can get in there, maybe I can hide, maybe I can be one of the ones that, you know, has a kid and And now that the mainstream media is trying to do this, separating families and all this nonsense, maybe I could be one of those that's protected.
And at the same time, you've got Joe Biden still inviting them.
They know that CBP-1 is still in effect.
So there's, although the Mexican president is acting, the National Guard was down here actually Todd Benson was doing some reporting down here and actually filmed some of the National Guard picking people up out in no man's land areas.
So that shows that they're actually doing something about it.
The problem is, as to Oscar's point, you still have the Global Compact of Migration, which allows free access of movement across the country, and you still have Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Catholic Charities, and The United Nations inviting people to come into America.
So it's, you know, it's that push and the pull of carrot and the stick where people are kind of caught in this middle.
Some are trying to make a rush for it.
Some of them are saying, well, the hell with it.
I'll just go home.
And in between now and then, it's just a ton of uncertainty that people are living with now.
Really, until President Trump gets into office, it's going to be a nightmare in every sense for the people that are stuck here with kids as well as, you know, what Border Patrol and we're going to have to deal with after the fact.
Look, and President Trump is absolutely clear on this fact that they will be sent back, and that includes families being sent down together.
