A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran...
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
The major development in the Middle East, the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah took effect overnight.
The Israel War Room is saying that ceasefire may have already technically been breached within hours.
The page stating, quote, the IDF reports multiple vehicles carrying suspected terrorists entered a restricted area in southern Lebanon, violating the agreement.
Clearly, Putin has a type.
He likes narcissists and egomaniacs that he knows as a case officer he could easily pander to and manipulate to do his dirty work.
We are under attack.
Russia has been using different levers, whether that's corruption networks.
In this case, it's influencers like Donald Trump, like Elon Musk, to really kind of sow discord.
President-elect Trump's threat to impose tariffs on America's neighbors already prompting a growing fight with Mexico and Canada.
Mexico's new president threatening to retaliate with tariffs of their own if Trump follows through on his pledge to impose 25% across-the-board tariffs on both countries.
According to a nationwide poll by the website FiveThirtyEight, Vice President Kamala Harris does lead former President Donald Trump.
How deep was the hole that she had to climb out of?
I mean, I think it surprised people because there was these public polls that came out in late September, early October showing us with leads that we never saw.
I just have to remind you, don't you ever let anybody take your power from you.
You have the same power.
That you did before November 5th.
The Trump ban's transition team saying that some members or potential members of the incoming administration are facing serious threats.
The team issuing this statement, quote, last night and this morning, several of President Trump's cabinet nominees and administration appointees were targeted in violent, un-American threats to their lives and those who live with them.
These attacks range from bomb threats to swatting.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live with the Mar-a-Lago editions continue on Human Events Daily.
Today is November 27th, 2024. Anno, Dominic.
Yesterday, I sat in this chair.
Sat right here yesterday, and I told you that more threats were coming for the left.
We, in fact, did the entire program on it yesterday.
With fish on, I was talking about when prophecy fails, I gave you all homework, and I hope that people actually went out and read the book, maybe even read a summary of it, because I told you that they would be getting more feral, and I told you that they would be getting worse.
Now we know that Lee Zeldin, And a number of other Trump nominees, I've gotten a bunch of names, and I'll just say these are families with children.
I'm not going to put the names out, but these are families with children.
They're at home, and they've been swatted.
Well, what is swatting, boys and girls?
It's what happened to my family last year, specifically my parents.
And I'll just say the ones that came after my parents last year and tried to rain this on them, They were dealt with.
And they thought that being overseas at the time would save them.
It did not.
So what are we hearing now?
Folks, the harsh truth is that swatting is not some harmless game.
It's a tactic deployed by radical elements within these left-wing cults designed and emboldened over the years to provoke a law enforcement response, putting lives at risk.
It's a game of Russian roulette with real bullets.
We remember the two assassination attempts on President Trump this year.
That was this year.
This pattern is cut from the same plot.
The same violent cult mentality.
Go read Unhuman.
The same hatred.
The same refusal to accept the outcome that is driving these acts.
The targeted harassment.
The echoes of violence.
the left's actual war on the status quo in our country.
And when you can't win at the polls, you attack the players.
This is a strategy born out of desperation and a belief that their right to power overrides the basic rules of law and basic human decency.
Look, they were swatting my family last year Now they're swatting members of the incoming Trump administration, and they know they can't get them at, say, Mar-a-Lago or West Palm Beach Golf Course or the transition office.
So what are they going to do?
Oh, now they're going to go after your home.
Now they're going after your family.
Now they're going after your children.
This is a wake-up call.
The left's violent cult mentality has been unchecked for too long.
They've gone from words to actions, from protests to riots to swatting, and from that to outright assassination attempts.
So right now, we need to demand justice.
Because justice is the only thing that's actually going to change anything else.
Here.
This is about preserving the peace and safety that all Americans, regardless what side of the aisle on, you deserve.
And when justice comes, it will come and swing down as an ang of hammer.
This was an act of terrorism, and it will be dealt with.
Be right.
You know, they talk about influencers.
These are influencers.
And they're friends of mine.
Jack Persovic.
Where's Jack?
Jack.
He's done a great job. - All right, Jack Persovic back here at live Human Events Daily.
The Mar-a-Lago editions continue.
It was over at Mar-a-Lago last night.
Got to see the president.
Got to see some other members of the incoming administration.
And I just have to say, It's so impressive.
So impressive seeing the operation that they've put together, the people that they're bringing together, the in-depth process that is going on in terms of vet people.
Hats off to everyone that's involved in the transition, everyone that's there.
Sergio Gore, of course, who is really kind of the referee in charge of all of it.
Absolutely top-notch operation.

So folks, look at what we're dealing with.
Look at what is going on in this country.
The threats against our lawmakers, the threats against the nominees, the threats against their families.
This is ridiculous.
Now, Kenny, I know you've got your big piece up about the confirmation process.
can you can you give us a little response about how the left reacted latest uh and it's an attack and i'm just going to call it this was a terrorist attack on the trump but absolutely is and i i You know, it actually connects to the article in part.
You know, this is the reason why they need to be confirmed, is these nominees pose a threat to the cultural Marxist left.
It poses a threat to those who want to commit terrorism against us, and this shows How much of a threat they actually are.
And we're not just talking about the firebrands like Tilsey Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, and Robert Kennedy, but people like Lee Zeldin who have been targeted.
Somebody who was mostly universally led by the GOP and by the New York State when he almost beat Kathy Hochul in the governor's race there.
So they view not only the ones they're deeming as radical, like Kennedy, Gabbard, and Hexsef, the ones they want to target the most, they are targeting even establishment picks and even those who are favored among even the most moderate Republicans.
People like Zeldin, like I just referred to, if they think Lee Zeldin is a threat, Imagine what they think about Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Robert Kennedy, the new NIH director, those Trump administration officials that he's going to have around him, people like Stephen Miller.
Imagine what threat that they posed to the cultural left that has now targeted us through terror attacks.
This just proves that it doesn't really matter who you are, if you are vocal, if you are just vocally MAGA, firebrand, fire-breathing conservatives, or you're just somebody who is willing to help out The administration, this just proves if you align with Donald Trump and you align with the GOP, they view you as an extremist right threat, a Republican threat to democracy.
And when they are really the ones who are threatening democracy at this standpoint, they're the ones who are conducting terrorist attacks and evil actions against us.
So we have to be willing to address that and call it what it is, which is domestic terrorism.
No, it clearly is an act of domestic terrorism.
I certainly hope that it's investigated, prosecuted, and the people who did this are convicted immediately and given swift justice.
Kenny, walk us through, though, and you're right, it does tie back to your article about why the GOP must confirm Trump's nominees.
You mentioned Tulsi Gabbard.
JFK, Jay Bhattacharya, a guy who actually went and signed the Great Barrington Declaration, who came out totally against Fauci.
It was like Fauci's arch nemesis is now getting Fauci.
Well, the job of Fauci's boss would have been his boss, Francis Collins, as director of the NIH. So, Kenny, talk to us about this situation where we're really getting in sort of the inverse of the government we had before.
Well, I think that's the entire purpose, and that's what the American people have demanded, as we are getting the inverse of the Biden administration and the Kamala Harris administration.
These picks are a complete rejection of the deep state, a complete rejection of the establishment, and a complete rejection of prior administrations past.
And that's why they need to be confirmed.
Do you really think that the same people who are going to vote against Hexeth, Gabbard, or Kennedy would have really, you know, had a conscience and said, hey, well, these Democratic picks that Biden in Point put up are not qualified, or they have had allegations against them in the past, the same way Republicans like Susan Collins and others are doing right now.
Republicans finally need to be party-lined.
We've got to step up and confirm our president's nominee because the American people have mandated it.
This is not something where a popular vote has been lost, a narrow electoral victory, or what have you, where we can afford to say, hey, this person has false allegations, or this person has been on a no-fly list, or, you know, Robert Kennedy has said crazy things on a podcast, whatever.
They need to step up and actually confirm the mandate that has been proposed by the American people.
These people is no time to be centrist, it is no time to be moderate, it is no time to be electorally viable.
It is time to confirm President Trump's nominees for the administration that he has got a mandate by the American people for.
There was not a popular vote loss.
This was not an electoral slide by, a narrow electoral margin.
This was a mandate by the American people that carried the Senate over, that carried the House over, and gave Donald Trump back the White House.
So if we really want to make an impact and reject the very administration that has imposed authoritarian threats to democracy and to the Republican Party, we need to confirm these We should be able to confirm these nominees easily, And I hope we see that from the Senate GOP because we need to see that the mandate is proposed and confirmed.
Look, I agree that completely.
We have to build a very simple and it's a very simple proposition.
The idea is the American people have chosen this.
And yes, I'll certainly agree that these are unorthodox nominees.
Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy, Jay Bhattacharya, people who are former Democrats.
People who aren't necessarily part of the system.
But America chose people who were unconventional.
America chose this unconventional team of outsiders, of a broad coalition, of people from across the ideological spectrum because they all shared one belief, that Washington is broken and that the Beltway bandits in there have been stealing dollars and stealing sucker from the taxpayers.
Why is it That the richest counties in America are all situated around Washington, DC. Shouldn't that money exist out elsewhere in the country?
Shouldn't that money that was taken from the people of the United States belong to the people of the United States?
Understand, this goes back to what Michael Moore said all those years ago, that Donald Trump is a weapon that is being used by the people of this country, that they are lobbying directly into the heart of Washington, D.C. on purpose, like Russia and Putin firing a missile, politically speaking, into Washington, D.C. Kenny, that's what's really going on, isn't it?
100%.
I mean, the blue card and working class of this country are the ones that put Donald Trump back in office, and they're the same people who want to see the supplemented change that is going to happen from people like Kennedy, Gabbard, the new NIH director, They may be unconventional, but Donald Trump is an unconventional president.
The MAGA movement is an unconventional political strategy and a political movement.
That's what the American people want.
They don't want establishment politics.
They don't want politics that caters to the upper class.
They don't want politics to contribute to the deep state.
They have voted in change.
They have voted in the inverse, as you said earlier, of the prior administration and the way politics have been done in Washington, D.C. for far too long.
And they even want an inverse of what 2016-17 through 2021 was with Donald Trump.
And Donald Trump knows that.
He is selecting people that he is not beholden to.
He is selecting those administration officials that are actually going to facilitate change instead of just keep the status quo.
This is a rejection of the normalization of the deep state.
They have been in control of Washington D.C. The Uniparty has been in control of Washington D.C. for far too long and it's time to put back in power those who have been loyal to Donald Trump, those who promised to facilitate change and that know what they're doing.
These people are qualified.
Kennedy, Gabbard, Hexeth, and others are so qualified to be doing what they're doing and any kind of curve or path off of that is simply a cave to put some of these people that are refusing to confirm these nominees back in office For once, these people like Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, and others should be willing to put their necks on the line for the American people because that is what they have been mandated to do.
We want the popular vote, the Electoral College, and put the Senate and House majorities over the line and over the threshold.
And they have to vote to confirm these nominees or are really not going to have the true change that America needs.
kenny's article is up at humanevents.com kenny cody the gop must confirm trump's nominees that he is keeping his gold on his crosshairs and by the way kenny i've seen a lot of people don't know this but i've seen down here at the transition office the nominees are involved in the actual uh in the actual interview process they're vetting people who might potentially come in with them i mean this is just an incredible incredible job that they are doing Kenny, where can people go to follow you?
Where can they get more info on your writings?
They can go to at katiecodytn on Twitter or xandtruthsocial and they can find me on muckrad.com for my article on Cops.

Richard Barris, the People's Pundit, is our next guest here on Human Events Daily.
Richard Barris.
Now, this is a guy who so many people wanted to say all year, Rich, they want to say that you're wrong, that you have no idea what's going on, that you're completely out of it, that you're making it up, you're a fraud, you're a nutjob, you know, your polls are all over the place, and yet Poll Watch just came out last night.
Poll Watch 2020 came out last night and said, drumroll please folks, da da da da, top pollster ranking for the 2020 national popular vote.
Number three, Atlas Intel.
Number two, Wall Street Journal.
Number one, Richard Barris, the big data poll.
Only off by 0.1%.
A statistical anomaly is the only bit you got off.
Rich, I don't understand.
How can you get named the top pollster for the national poll when you're a complete fraud?
Please explain this to me.
Do you know, because I always laugh when I hear you say it all.
Fraud, he makes the numbers off.
Do you have any idea How lucky somebody would have to be, the odds, to get as close as we got this year and also in several of the key states in Pennsylvania.
Jack, we were Trump 50.3, Harris 48. You know, in North Carolina, Trump 51.1, Harris 47.1.
I mean, these are decimal points.
By the way, you got to send me those numbers.
I want to put that all together.
To see what your final numbers were for each state as well.
Because, I mean, guys, like folks, we've had Rich.
We have had Rich on this program at least once a week, the entire year round.
And you told us from the start what was going on.
And I remember even when the great, not to get super into it, but when the great Ann Seltzer put her poll out, I could hear Rich Barris in my ear and I called you that night and we had like a 40 minute conversation about response bias and all of these other issues and then she goes on Mark Halperin The next morning, and she doesn't explain anything regarding response bias, or she's not weighting it based on people who just really want to take her polls or any of this.
So, Rich, kudos to you, man.
Congratulations.
And just walk us through, though, a little bit about what makes Big Data Poll different from all of these mainstream polls.
And we're going to talk about them in a second as well.
You know, one thing, and I think this is the foundation of it all, is that I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth.
My industry is dominated by elitists and wannabe elitists.
They lean heavily left, and I know the people that I'm talking to, Jack.
I know the country.
It's not that I've just traveled.
I've been on both sides of the tracks.
I guess is the best way to state it.
I don't think anyone in my industry has stepped foot in a ghetto, right?
Like an American ghetto.
So how would you know what black men in barbershops were saying throughout urban areas around the country?
You have to know not only people, but also historical...
Look, you know, the historical nature and ethnicities of this country.
And it's like, I would ask, I would tell people this.
How could you handicap or how could you try to predict the outcome of the Super Bowl if you don't really know any of the players on either of the teams, right?
You don't know anything about them.
You don't know about the, you know, what drives them, what their strengths are, what their weaknesses, what their interests are.
You don't know anything about them.
Maybe you know a little bit about the game, but how could you predict the behavior of people you don't understand?
And then, you know, that is the base, the foundation of it all.
Because when you go to build out your methodology from there, you have to know when you see a response bias and you have to be honest with yourself.
Whether it's one that, look, all pollsters have views, right?
We pretend like we don't.
You have to just cast that aside.
Stop insulting the intelligence of the American public and the people who consume polls.
They know you either lean right or you lean left.
Stop pretending that you're a robot who's impartial in the middle.
You're not.
So your methodology has to guard against your own biases.
This doesn't happen in this industry.
It simply does not, unfortunately.
And I wish it did, but some people at best were subjected to that response bias and I think is worse.
I think she got a response bias and she allowed her own bias.
to further inflate the result of that poll.
She goes on Mark Halpern, and she's probably one of the worst examples of this.
Her explanation, Jack, did not actually make sense to the criticisms of the poll, all right?
This idea she found all these educated young women Who came out for abortion.
Abortion wasn't even the number one issue in her poll, Jack.
Protecting democracy was.
I remember, Rich, I remember you said that night, you tweeted it, and you came on the show the next day and said it as well.
You said, what, did she interview the entire line at the local Starbucks or something?
Starbucks in Des Moines, bro?
This is not reflective of where people in the mood of the country are.
It's just not reflective.
And I remember hearing it as well, and I was saying, look, I'm not going to count out abortion completely, but the idea that that was going to be the sole driving factor in a state like Iowa, and I remember we just kept saying, why is it then that they haven't deployed Tim Walz to Iowa?
When he's the governor of the next state, his state borders Iowa.
Wouldn't he be there?
He'd be camped there.
It doesn't make any sense.
It never did.
Especially since he supposedly had this regional working class blue collar appeal.
Why isn't he down there getting it, right?
I'm sure Politico is going to write articles about it too.
They're going to write about his connection with the worker class people and veterans and military members.
And you can go and look at any of his actual election data and you would see that that's not how he polls at all.
He would get the big blue urban centers and that's it.
He's not connecting with like the Mike Lindell voter or the MyPillow employee in Shakopee, Minnesota.
It's just not there.
Not even close.
And this is something you and I actually talked about on your show when she chose him as the nominee.
If you go and look at who these voters were who elected Shapiro versus those who elected Waltz, you know, Shapiro got nearly 20% of voters who backed Trump in 2020. And I'm not saying they would have voted for Shapiro because of that.
There are Republicans or Trumpers who do vote like that if they're not like Democrats.
But Walt's very different, very typical, very left-wing Democratic map, relies on the Twin City burbs, relies on the, I wouldn't even say the word educated, the credentialed professional fanatical class that votes on ideology in high numbers.
He didn't connect with anyone.
In the iron range.
He didn't connect with anyone outside of Olmstead in the southeastern part of the state.
He was a very typical, very generic democratic appeal.
And that's it.
And I would just say this too, you know, when it comes to that Iowa poll, again, I mean, this is a culmination of some bad behavior that we had seen from Seltzer going on now for a couple of years.
I mean, Jack, I remember 2020 like it was yesterday.
September, live polling on my show.
It was never tied in the state of Iowa, and yet she had this race tied between Biden and Trump, and of course Trump ran away with it.
This time, far, far worse.
Ladies and gentlemen, the last couple of weeks, I combined all of our responses from Iowa, whether we were doing the Rust Belt poll or the national poll, and barely waiting, Jack, just for simple gender, right?
Very, very light weighting variables.
And it was almost dead on to Trump's margin.
It was almost identical.
So I don't even believe that she got a response bias that dramatic here.
I think she got a modest one, which she then created and turned into what she wanted.
And this has got to stop with this industry.
It's got to stop.
Now, you know what?
If they want to continue doing it, they can.
Because it's just, you know, bright days ahead for people like me.
That's it.
And it's something where it's like, I saw this post yesterday, and we talked about it on the show as well, but this business owner, some guy, I think it was a tech guy, and he was on X, and he said, I canceled all my mainstream media subscriptions.
And he said, why is that?
Do you disagree with them now?
He said, no, look, my politics haven't changed, but these guys are clearly incompetent.
The biggest political tectonic plate shift in his entire lifetime, and they all We all missed it.
And this went over into the polls as well.
Every single one of them missed it.
Then they wanted to say all along that the race was closed.
We'll get into that in the next segment here in a second.
But they all missed what was going on right in front of their eyes.
And it's their job to know what's going on in the country.
That's part of the divide that we have.
Again, I don't know how you would expect Nate Cohen at the New York Times, who spends most of his life in a New York City cubicle, to understand how the voters of Beaver County, Pennsylvania are going to vote.
I don't know how we would expect him to understand how Yeah, the Ohio River Valley has shifted in the last 10 years, or most certainly in the Trump era.
Why would we expect him to have the competence and the ability to do that?
Because he's got an Ivy League education?
That is not what it takes to be successful in this industry.
And unfortunately, you do have to.
We were always saying this and it's forever true and we haven't said it enough recently that polling is of course part science but it really is part art form and without what I'm telling you you know this understanding of the subject matter and in this case it's people it's the American people without an understanding of them then you cannot do this and frankly they have a hard time listening to people You know, I like to talk.
I'm a jabberjaw.
But when I'm doing my job, Jack, it's time to shut up and listen.
I may not like what they're telling me, but that's not my job, is to shut up and listen to what they have to say.
They'll tell you how they're going to vote and why.
Sounds simple.
It sounds simple.
And yet, a bridge too far for so many in corporate media.
Stay tuned.
We're going to be back on more with Richard Barris to talk about something that was a little bit of a secret, but maybe not so much in the 2024 election.
Jack, where is Jack?
Where is Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting politicians.
All right, Jack, we're back live here, Cuman Events Daily, Mar-a-Lago Editions.
So...
I had been tweeting and reporting here on Human Events Daily as well as on X and Truth Social and Telegram all year round about Kamala's internal polls.
Kamala's internal polls.
And I kept saying Kamala's internal polls are really bad.
And I said they've never had her up.
They're never good.
Things are going really poorly for her.
There were even some times where members of Congress would get caught on camp.
We've got some of those tweets right there just from different parts of the year.
We were talking about this.
And there were even other Democrats who came out publicly running for Congress who would say, oh, you know, my internals have Kamala really behind.
My internals are really bad for Kamala.
And yet...
We were told by the mainstream media something else.
We were told that it was a horse race, that she was just ahead, or that it was neck and neck, and that it was going back and forth.
Well, it turns out that all of that may have actually been a lie.
And When I'm going to play this clip, I'm about to play this clip of a guy who was the campaign manager for Barack Obama and the senior advisor for Kamala Harris.
And I want you to take this clip and show it to every one of your friends who, we all have that one friend, who's like the, oh, the latest poll just came out.
I got to read the latest poll.
I got to read the latest poll.
I got to read the latest Nate Silver.
He's the aggregator.
He knows what's going on.
All right, guys, go ahead and play this clip from David Plough.
When we got in, my recollection is some of that snapped back, but, you know, we were behind.
I mean, I think it surprised people because there was these public polls that came out in late September, early October, showing us with leads that we never saw.
You know, I mean, it was just basically a race that in the battlegrounds was 46-47, 47-48.
So that's not where we started.
We started behind.
She was able to climb out.
I think even after the debate, we might have gained, what, 0.51?
It wasn't a race that moved a lot.
And so I think when you think about our own internal analytics, you know, if you have Wisconsin at 47-47 or Pennsylvania 48-47 Trump, let's say, which I think is where we had it at the end, you know, you've got to have undecided to break your way more than your opponents, and you've got to get a little benefit from turnout, which we weren't able to do.
Rich Barris, what's David Plough saying right there?
What he's saying is everything that you were told is a lie.
That's what he's saying.
All of the polling, all of the headlines, all of the Kamala Surge headlines, all of the Kamala Surge narratives were an absolute fabrication of bad media pollsters or media pollsters who were fabricating leads that she did not have.
But here's why it's so...
There's levels of disingenuousness here, okay?
David Plouffe, after especially, but he was in the final stretch, a voice who kept telling, and NBC and everybody ran with us, a voice who kept saying that our internal data shows that the late deciders are breaking for Kamala and it's giving us the lead and we're going into this thing, you know, with the momentum and we're finishing strong.
Jack, they never asked him for a data set, they never asked him for proof, and they just ran those stories.
Mark Halpern was then attacked for saying, where's the proof?
Because what I'm hearing is the exact opposite.
Our final national poll, that was so accurate.
Wait, no, no, wait.
This is the same guy.
Wait, wait, no, Rich.
It wasn't just, remember, it wasn't just the data set.
He was claiming that late-breaking voters were voting for Kamala Harris because of Kill Tony and the Puerto Rico joke at Madison Square Garden.
Because I talked to Halperin about this, and it was just like, How would you possibly have data on that?
Who's got that level of data in the entire universe of anywhere?
And yet all of these people who your favorite guy, Nate Silver, you have a slightly different name for him, I believe.
And Nate Cohen and the others, they were all running with it.
Nate Slimer was literally a creation of David Plouffe.
David Plouffe gave him Obama's polling data, which he then pretended was an election model.
This is an open secret.
Everybody knows this is true.
He was blogging under his little pen name and pretending as if he was some kind of polling guru.
It was all just David Plouffe giving him numbers that he just trusted.
He had nothing to lose anyway because he's a failed sports handicapper who had no job.
So he really had nothing else to do but pretend to be a polling guru and an election forecaster.
And David Plouffe and him were tight buddies.
So there's no way.
And think about the article he wrote about internal polls attacking Mark Halperin.
Internal polls aren't necessarily as good as public polls.
You remember that article he wrote?
Or it's not even an article.
It's on his.NET blog.
Do you remember that?
Leading to a narrative that basically Mark Halpern's making this up.
Which makes no sense because, by the way, internal polls...
So, okay, what I was just saying before about...
He knew about these internal polls.
I got them, Jack.
I gave them to you sometimes.
I would say, hey, look, here's Kamala Harris' internal.
Oh, we're revealing secrets now.
That's true.
So, folks, this has happened.
There have been times where, yeah, Rich has gotten the internals, and he's told me what he's seeing, and it does not match anything I'm seeing in media anywhere.
Anywhere.
Steve Gruber and I one day are talking, and we talked about this publicly.
He doesn't care.
We're looking at her Michigan poll.
She's down in Michigan, and yet there are all these articles from Nate Silver and others talking about how difficult it's going to be for Trump to really carry these Great Lakes states.
It's incredible, because if I saw it, the People's Pundit, who everyone views on that side as someone that really can't be led into their little circle, because I'll tell If I got it, believe me, the Nates got it.
And yet they went forward with those narratives anyway.
So that isn't getting it wrong, Jack.
That's not getting it wrong.
That's not having a mistake.
That's intentionally misleading people.
Intentionally misleading people.
And by the way, that time would Gruber?
I mean, he conducted a poll himself in Michigan.
All three polls had Harris down.
And Morning Consult had Harris up by 11. Remember that?
11. Come on, man.
Come on.
Give me a break.
And this is my message.
And I got friends who are like this.
They're like, I want to believe the New York Times.
I want to believe the Nate Silvers.
Because they want to believe in this world where anything you can go...
They believe in the written word.
They believe that they want to be informed.
They want to get things right.
And it's like, guys, even if you did have trust in these institutions, they're just wrong.
They're just wrong.
And they know they're wrong and they're working because they're We're hoping they could maybe get some kind of access in the future or they have their own internal biases or all of these various things that are going on.
But they're just flat wrong.
And this time around, whatever COVID nonsense that they were able to use to put their finger on the scale in 2020 didn't exist.
You got an accurate reflection of the voice of the people on Election Day.
And when that happened, oh look, everything that they were saying was wrong.
And Rich, this is what they don't get, is that you and I were not trying to sit here and wishcast what we thought was going on around the country.
We were actually analyzing what was going on around the country.
We've been doing this since, like, some of the real key points of this election, the highlights, the stories, the headlines of this election, you and I have been talking about since before the primary.
We identified the Trump or bus voter.
I came on your show.
We talked about it all the time.
The swing with young people.
Trump is making...
It's, like, cool to be a Trump supporter if you're young.
He's making the Republican Party...
Wait, and by the way, Rich, did you see the new...
I know you're not a huge exit poll guy, but the CNN exit poll that just dropped, Pennsylvania first-time voters, Trump plus nine.
You're welcome.
I don't know what to say.
With first time voters in Pennsylvania.
What do we tell you about low prop voters and no pro?
Rich Barris is the guy who came up with the phrase no prop voter.
A no prop voter.
Someone who has never voted before despite being eligible for multiple cycles.
He was like the no prop voters in Pennsylvania are gonna go for Trump and that's why we did the P.A. Chase the way we did and And Scott Pressler and everybody tailored their outreach the way that it was, and Trump Force 47 tailored it to reach these guys because we identified that someone who, for a variety of reasons, but these guys were Trump's biggest pool.
Last minute to you, Richard Barris.
I just want to bring up, too, that the media smeared those efforts, right?
You had Pressler, 10X Votes, Trump Force.
All of them had the strategy to go after those voters.
And turning point.
Yeah, and turning point action.
And I'm telling you, when we first started talking about this over a year ago, I mean, everybody pretty much laughs at the concept of getting these people to vote because they are so difficult to turn out.
But I will say this.
They missed something, and it's research that we did.
Donald Trump.
The one person they repeatedly told us could motivate them was Donald Trump.
I mean, it all just came together and they all missed it.
And it's unbelievable because it was all there.
It was right in front of them the whole time, Jack.
It was all there.
Give him a follow, folks.
Richard Barris, the People's Pundit, the number one pollster.
Jack is a great guy.
He's written a fantastic book.
Everybody's talking about it.
Go get it.
And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
Amen.
All right, Jack Posobiec back live here, Human Events Daily.
Now, I've mentioned that I was going to be going to Thanksgiving here in Pennsylvania, and there was a story that came out of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania earlier this year, and it's an ongoing situation, particularly in an area called Conchahokan, which is, I mean, right next to my hometown of Norristown.
Where people have now, that auto thieves have had an influx of going into cars using the push to start feature by actually cloning their key fobs.
And someone who's an absolute expert on this and as well as ways to fight it is Aaron Czar of Silent.
He joins us now.
Aaron, what can you tell us about this wrath of car theft and auto theft that's going on because of the cloning of key fobs?
It's been a known epidemic, at least in my world, for many, many years.
Electronic theft is the new crowbar and no longer is arguably your most valuable asset outside of your home safe.
So by utilizing a simple signal blocking Faraday bag, you could protect that.
But it's a really big issue and it kind of rears its head every so often.
Clearly what you mentioned on the The news report is highlighting a significant issue that bubbled to the top.
But as far as law enforcement is concerned, this is happening every single day.
And it's an easy way to get your most valuable asset stolen.
So protect your key fob.
It's as simple as that.
Signal blocking.
I'll preach it till I'm dead.
And we have a beautiful product for that.
This is a bigger one for a phone, but all of our products, patented closure, drop in your key fob, your phone, your laptop, whatever it may be.
And it basically interrupts that signal to and from your car.
And so, yeah, actually, even in the article, they talk about how, number one, they say, first of all, it says the police are giving out steering wheel locks.
So it's like, oh, great.
You want to go back and use the old steering wheel locks like we used to in the 1990s?
Ridiculous.
So I want to go back to that to have to go back to that with all the tech that we have right now.
But I think an actual more elegant solution and one that isn't, you know, it's just not an eyesore when you sit there and have to put that on your car every time.
It's, you can have, and a lot of these Faraday cases and sleeves that you guys have, it's something you can put in your pocket, you can throw it in your bag, or sometimes your entire bag itself, that's probably the easiest option, is that if you've got a backpack, put it in the backpack, boom, you don't have to worry about it anymore.
Yeah, I think you're referring to the club.
I'm visualizing the yellow.
Yeah, remember the old club?
You remember the club?
And while that may be relevant today, the beautiful thing about silent products is they're very simple, they're physical, they're easy to understand, and it serves as a barrier to your privacy and security.
We're all feeling this.
It's underneath the surface.
And when we start to feel pain, we typically take action.
But what we're all about is getting ahead of it and having a bit of foresight into the world we actually live in, how thieves are here to manipulate and steal and be opportunistic for car theft just in itself is a big issue.
So we make a really sleek Small, carryable in your purse, in your pocket, leave it in your car.
And there's a lot of use cases around what is called relay attacks, where they're just mimicking the frequency of your key fob, like as if it's next to your car.
Another thing, like a simple tip, is just to lock your car manually rather than pressing the key fob in public in case someone's there to capture it in real time.
But that's just the tip of the iceberg.
If you adopt that, you're one step ahead already.
It should have you think, like, what about my cell phone?
What about my laptop?
Someone could do this with your key fob if you're just sitting there, if they're standing next to you and you're not even at your car, so they can get it from the frequency itself.
So they could be, I don't know, sitting in their car, for example.
Absolutely.
And I know some of these cases that are highlighted in the news are in parking lots or airports, but the one to really think about is at your home.
If you're leaving your key fob near your front door, it's still in constant communication with your car.
It doesn't stop.
That's just the way things work these days.
So by utilizing a key fob bag and a silent one, you're interrupting that signal so no one's going to be able to access your car unless they're breaking windows and doing it the old school way.
That's crazy.
So I know, of course, you know, here we are.
I gotta ask, by the way, so just a couple of minutes left.
Thanksgiving is coming up, and that, of course, means Black Friday is coming up.

The reality we know, and this is my rant last night that I think has got over two million hits, is that when you talk about the physicality of the early vote, the materiality of the early vote, We're in so much better position than I thought we'd be in.
