We are in a fifth generational conflict.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
Deliver us from evil!
It's nothing short of a miracle that J.D.
Vance is a household name.
Or a United States Senator.
Or our next Vice President.
But here he is.
Born into poverty.
His family torn apart by drug addiction.
No money.
No prospects.
No future.
J.D.
joined the Marine Corps, used the GI Bill to attend college, then went to Yale and earned a law degree and shared his heartbreaking story in a best-selling book.
Only in America is this story possible.
But today, for many families, the American dream is now gone.
And this is the team tough enough to bring it back.
J.D.
Vance understands that working families have become the forgotten families.
Under Biden, wages are going down while prices skyrocket, forcing the majority of Americans to live paycheck to paycheck.
Working families will have J.D.
Vance fighting for them.
Seniors, J.D.
will have your backs, too.
No more deciding between putting food on your table and paying for the prescriptions you need.
As a husband and father, J.D.
knows the importance of fighting for a parent's right to protect their children.
And you can count on this Marine to stand up for our soldiers who put their lives on the line for their country every day.
J.D.
Vance's story is one of perseverance, of duty, of commitment to what's right.
It's an American story, and it's just getting started.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard to a very special edition here on Human Events Daily, because there's been a lot of talk lately about the selection of Donald Trump's pick, J.D.
Vance, as the vice president.
A lot of forces, a lot of machinations, a lot of factions that were against him, many that were for him.
How did this all play out?
How did this all work out?
Well, guess what?
Here at Human Events, we've got the inside story, and we're going to give it to you here today.
This is part one of the inside story of JD Vance.
Were you in the arena when Donald Trump entered?
So for folks at home, we're in a slightly... There's all these different configurations.
Yes, these different configurations.
So where we are is just adjacent to where Donald Trump walked in.
The place was, I mean, beyond electric.
I mean, I was tearing up.
I mean, when you see that bandage, you're like, you're two inches from that man being in a morgue.
And I mean, it's just like, it comes to life.
And next to him was Byron Donalds, Tucker, JD Vance, who's the VP, which we're going to celebrate.
Did you hear about that?
That JD is actually going to be the VP?
We've had a long day.
So yeah, I got caught in the news cycle here.
We should actually tell people who have only been watching this some of the news that broke today.
Oh, it's huge!
So we have the news.
During the RNC speeches, it came out that Elon Musk is going to be donating an estimated $45 million dollars.
Alright, so here's a question.
Per month.
Does November count?
Does November count?
Is that a month?
We're gonna make it count.
It's prorated.
It's a full month.
It's every calendar month.
Every calendar month that has a day since his announcement.
You know how they push recurring donations now and it's $45 a month?
Ethan was like, I'll do that.
But then, you know, I don't know, maybe his finger slipped.
This is really important, everybody, because how long, Blake, have we been It really is what's totally different about this race, is in 2016, there were a few people who supported Trump.
Very few of them did it openly.
Very few elites would really just step up and say, I like what Trump says, I like what Trump wants to do for the country.
But in the last year and a half, you've seen this seismic shift where Way more people in Silicon Valley are coming out and saying publicly, I support Trump.
You and I both have sometimes had conversations with people in that world, and they'll say, in private spheres too, at parties, people will just say, oh yeah, I'm voting Trump this year.
Totally different.
And now we're seeing that money line up to back him.
Yeah, and Elon was supporting Trump behind the scenes.
It's kind of like getting there, but something, Jack, I want your opinion on this, something set off in Elon's, like, mind as soon as he saw Donald Trump get shot.
It was like complete no rules.
I do know a little bit about this, and I'll just say, in the same vein, I've heard from talking to people in that world, I've only spoken to Elon ever once, and it was in a public setting, I've never met him, I've never spent time with him, but I've been told that assassination plots, kidnapping for his many children, security is something that he just takes paramount, this was like, For example, the whole thing with his private jet.
I'll give you that example.
When he banned the guy who was tracking and doxing his private jet, people thought that he was being, you know, flippant or that he was being, you know, like, acting like a diva or something people were saying.
No, no, no.
Like he was actually concerned for the safety, not just of himself, but of everyone he with that could potentially be put a threat by that.
And so I always knew that that was something that he thought about a lot.
And I'll put it this way.
I was surprised but not shocked when Elon point out that in in the wake of that.
That I think he said something in the last six months that he had had two attempts on his life that that his security actually deemed credible.
Deeply personal.
Yeah.
And again, Elon to his great credit is now forking money over.
All right, folks.
We're back here at Cuban Events Daily.
I gotta tell you, the world is in flames, and Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster.

usha vance you Good evening.
Good evening.
When I was asked to introduce my husband, J.D.
Vance, to all of you, I was at a loss.
What could I say that hasn't already been said before?
After all, the man was already the subject of a Ron Howard movie.
J.D.
has shared much of his life through his own eloquent words.
In his book, Hillbilly Elegy, During his Senate campaign, and now as a sitting United States Senator, it occurred to me that there was only one thing to do.
To explain, from the heart, why I love and admire J.D.
and stand here beside him today, and why he will make a great Vice President of the United States.
I met J.D. in law school when he was fresh out of Ohio State, which he attended with the support of the GI Bill.
We were friends first, because who wouldn't want to be friends with JD?
He was then, as now, the most interesting person I knew.
A working class guy who had overcome childhood traumas that I could barely fathom to end up at Yale Law School.
A tough Marine who had served in Iraq, but whose idea of a good time was playing with puppies and watching the movie Babe.
The most determined person I knew with one overriding ambition, to become a husband and a father and to build the kind of tight-knit family that he had longed for as a child.
My background is very different from JD's.
I grew up in San Diego, in a middle-class community, with two loving parents, both immigrants from India, and a wonderful sister.
That JD and I could meet at all, let alone fall in love and marry, is a testament to this great country.
It is also a testament to JD, and it tells you something about who he is.
When J.D.
met me, he approached our differences with curiosity and enthusiasm.
He wanted to know everything about me, where I came from, what my life had been like.
Although he's a meat and potatoes kind of guy, he adapted to my vegetarian diet and learned to cook food from my mother, Indian food.
Before I knew it, he had become an integral part of my family, a person I could not imagine living without.
The J.D.
I knew then is the same J.D.
you see today, except for that beard.
And his goals in this new role are the same that he has pursued for our family.
To keep people safe.
To create opportunities.
To build a better life.
And to solve problems with an open mind.
It's safe to say that neither JD nor I expected to find ourselves in this position.
But it's hard to imagine a more powerful example of the American dream.
a boy from Middletown, Ohio.
Raised by his grandmother
through tough times, chosen to help lead our country through some of its greatest challenges, I am grateful to all of you for the trust you've placed in him and in our family.
And with that, it is my great privilege to introduce my husband and the next Vice President of the United States, J.D.
Vance.
Guys, 48 hours a-sh ago, Donald Trump was exiting a hospital.
That feels like two months ago.
I want you to think of everything we've lived through since Saturday.
Saturday afternoon, I remember.
Was I the first person to text you about that?
I was pretty quick on the draw because I have a funny story about this.
How did you find out?
Because I broke Shabbat halfway through the morning.
What?
Because someone contacted Erica saying, um, do you want J.D.B.
Vice President?
And so I said, do I really need to break Shabbat?
They said, we need you to turn your phone on.
And so that's a big deal for me to break Shabbat, right?
Yes.
And so, uh, I, I, I sent some input.
All right.
And then, and so then anyway, I had my phone open for the rest of the day and Erica, could you not, it was like, she said, I think God wants you to have your phone on today.
I was like, she really said that.
She said that.
I had the text.
Because I, so I got the call and the first thing I started doing was looking for Eric's number because I didn't know that.
Yeah, I had that.
And I'm like, why do I not have that?
I oddly called Charlie and picked up and I didn't think he was going to pick up.
And then I called Andrew and he was like, Charlie already knows.
And so for people who don't know that Charlie is usually completely incommunicado, completely dark on Saturdays.
And it just so happens because there was this other thing going on that you happen to be on your phone on this Saturday when you're never on your phone on Saturdays.
And so I go to the gym, all of a sudden I see this, and you know what's amazing?
Two-year-olds have amazing instincts.
Yes.
I had my two-year-old, all of a sudden she was like clinging on to me.
Like she could feel the energy in the room as soon as I was like, something's wrong.
She was like, you know that sensation with a two-year-old?
And she was like, like daddy's not, you know, necessarily confident what's happening.
I was literally had to like claw her off and give her to Erica as I kept walking.
I kept walking across the gym closer and closer I was like holy crow he shot yeah and I mean at that moment I felt as if I was watching Kennedy Malcolm X MLK because understand like yeah Trump was defiant and everything he's still wound that he didn't realize right yeah so adrenaline there was a lot okay so yeah we talked about this by the way I'm you know I'm not gonna like pat ourselves on the back but I know there were a lot of stories that came out and a lot of fog of war in the midst of that so I think we were what
We came to the live stream within, what, 45 minutes of us all getting the news.
And by the way, shout out to all the folks at the Turning Point, at the Turning Point, at the Charlie Kirk Show, and the team, unbelievable, that put that together.
You guys get free in and out within minutes.
You know, came in on a Saturday like that.
Not a single person complained, everybody knew what we had to do, and I really think that we did a good job of keeping things grounded, but also understanding of the potential for future threats.
Thank God it didn't happen, but as we've learned more and more, a lot of the things that we brought up seem to have have borne out.
So anyway, that was Saturday.
I think it was 6, 16 p.m.
or so that it happened.
Are you guys, when you go to sleep, think about this relentlessly?
Tyler, are you with me?
That when I'm closing my eyes, I think about Donald Trump's brains getting blown out?
Non-stop.
I know that sounds really graphic.
I thought about that before that though.
Because I was really worried because... No, I was, I've been super worried about this.
No, it's been, because we've talked about many times.
We've talked about it openly.
This is the only thing that they've got.
So, so for me, it's, it's, it's interesting because actually, um, and I'll, so when I first got the call, I was in a, so I was out, we're at the swim club and not far from where we live, but it's sort of like a low cell, you know, low signal area, which I kind of like because you're, and you can just have fun, and you don't feel as obligated to be on your phone.
You're like, oh, there's no connection, so I'm just going to go around.
We were playing pickleball, actually.
We were playing pickleball.
And, you know, I get the call, and at that point, people weren't sure if he was shot in the ear or shot in the neck.
And for a second, I could feel that emotion just sliding up that everything about to, is the ground about to fall out completely.
And then, but I'll just say that it's, you just kind of do that sort of, I know it's cliche, but you do that military thing where it's like, okay, you just put that on the shelf, and you just get to work.
So then, today, history took Sunday off, I think.
Had to hit pause.
Just take a breath.
Today, the cases were dropped against Donald Trump.
Out of the blue.
I don't think anyone expected that.
He re-enters a convention with literally like missing part of his ear.
I mean, Elon Musk pledges that he's going to give 250 million dollars-ish.
Two to 250 million dollars-ish.
Quarter of a billion dollars.
Quarter of a billion dollars.
One of the largest political donations ever.
And I'm actually, I'm missing, there's other news that I'm missing.
There was the whole vice president thing.
The Vice President was chosen, Charlie.
I'm not being cute.
And we're not talking about how... And we didn't know who it was going to be.
We're not sure Trump knew who it was going to be.
We were talking about this... Listen, Charlie, we were... Can I tell these stories now that it's done?
Yes.
We're not talking about how... Do it!
Do it.
Should Charlie tell the stories?
Do it.
Do it.
I will tell you.
I can tell you this.
Within 15 minutes before Donald Trump's truth social post, J.D.
Vance did not know he was going to be the VP.
Suspicion.
Yes.
Not a single senior staff to their credit leaked.
And they were like, hey, DJT's gonna call you.
That's all they said.
By the way, he was calling Rubio and Burgum too.
And JD's like, well, I think I have good vibes.
And we, I have big disagreements with Senator Lindsey Graham.
He was the one that was on the plane yesterday with Donald Trump heavily lobbying against JD Vance.
Yes.
The announcement would have happened before then if it wasn't for that.
Welcome back to Human Events Daily, folks.

Your God-given freedoms are up for the taking.
Even worse, those doing the taking are the same people who've sworn to defend your freedom.

Who's blessed?
Thank you.
Thank you, thank you, please.
Wow, wow.
Thank you.
First of all, I'm not a lucky guy.
Isn't she lovely?
Isn't that amazing?
Greetings, Milwaukee.
My fellow Americans and my fellow Republicans, my name is J.D.
Steve Vance from the great state of Ohio.
Tonight-- - No state, no Ohio!
No state, no Ohio!
O-H-I-O, O-H-I-O.
You guys, we're going to chill with the Ohio love.
We've got to win Michigan too here.
So.
My friends, tonight is a night of hope.
A celebration of what America once was, and with God's grace, what it will soon be again.
Yeah!
Yeah!
And it is a reminder of the sacred duty we have to preserve the American experiment, to choose a new path for our children and grandchildren.
But as we meet tonight, we cannot forget that this evening could have been so much different.
Instead of a day of celebration, this could have been a day of heartache and mourning.
For the last eight years, President Trump has given everything he has to fight for the people of our country.
He didn't need politics, but the country needed him.
Now prior to running for president, he was one of the most successful businessmen in the world.
He had everything anyone could ever want in a life.
And yet, instead of choosing the easy path, he chose to endure abuse, slander, and persecution.
And he did it because he loves this country.
I want all Americans to go and watch the video of a would-be assassin coming a quarter of an inch from taking his life.
Consider the lies they told you about Donald Trump, and then look at that photo of him, defiant, fist in the air, when Donald Trump rose to his feet in that Pennsylvania field.
All of America stood with him.
And what did he call us to do for our country?
To fight.
To fight for America.
Even in his most perilous moment, we were on his mind.
His instinct was for us, for our country.
To call us to something higher.
To something greater.
To once again be citizens who ask what our country needs of us.
Now consider what they said.
They said he was a tyrant.
They said he must be stopped at all costs.
But how did he respond?
He called for national unity, for national calm, literally right after an assassin nearly took his life.
There was this very interesting, I'm not going to name all the names because some of these people are friends and I have to work with them for the next 10 years until, but if you Team JD, you were under the age of 50, you were very interested in the ideological part of politics, and you also were sick of endless and foreign wars, neoconservatism, neoliberalism, ...and or you don't necessarily have a political background.
You come from business, finance, and just the way things are operating don't make sense.
If you are on the team of the others...
There was this conglomeration of people that were a little bit older, people that were part of the kind of permanent Washington, and they just floated from one non-J.D.
choice to the other.
Is that a fair summary, Blake, would you say?
Yeah, definitely saw that the business world really liked J.D.
They liked the energy that he brings to the Senate.
The tech world loves him.
Yeah, I guess I should say that a lot of the classical business world that you think of like pro business Military industrial world the Chamber of Commerce guys.
No You know, it's really interesting about that is the JD now Elon fusion intersection.
Oh, yeah Well, it's just that's the story that will be told I think that will go in part of the That would be a massive chapter, I think, in the W, right?
So that's going to be really interesting and good for America.
I'll put it this way, though.
I think from the outside that people looking at the JD and the Elon thing kind of happening in conjunction, and yet you can't say that the assassination attempt Same here.
no role, but it just kind of changed the pallor of everything.
I mean, imagine if Trump died.
What would this this week, Tyler?
The only the only and I actually know what I would have tweeted.
And I after condolences, all the, you know, I would be like tragic, like for the political tweet, it would have been it's nomination and a discussion.
Same here.
It's the only way you realize it would have been like freaking World War four here.
I think I think it would have.
Right now, this would be burning.
No, I'm not kidding you.
This high school gym that we're in would be on fire right now.
It would have been like literally pitchforks.
You would have had people claiming Trump, like they knew Trump's VP choice.
This is correct.
So then Burgum would have said, I got the nod, but it wasn't official.
It would be as close to Game of Thrones.
I was the successor, but he didn't name me.
Yeah, yeah, Trump told me.
And there's like a note, and like Natalie Harp actually had the draft.
Oh my gosh.
Or truth social.
Let's now talk about what we saw at the actual convention.
I thought it was beautifully scripted.
I thought it was well written.
Amber Rose backstage has a very mixed history.
You guys going to be TikToking together soon?
I don't think so.
By the way, she said she was a big fan.
And she has, you know, a very colorful past.
We all believe in new eras and new day.
I thought it was terrific.
I don't know if you guys caught it.
I thought it was a 10 out of 10 speech.
We could see it, we couldn't hear it.
She has a tattoo on her forehead.
I don't know what to make of that.
It's against the Greer Pledge, right?
She's like a walking, violating Greer Pledge.
There are several violations of the Greer Pledge.
However, I will say this.
There's a lot of that vibe going around.
That viral post yesterday.
There was that viral post.
Oh that post was unbelievable.
There's been so many posts.
Can you pull that up, Jack?
I want you to read it without the swear words.
Yeah, I think I will.
the way she delivered it and I thought it was perfect there's a lot of that vibe going around if you follow that viral post yesterday there was that viral post oh that past so many you pull that up Jack I want you to read without the swear words that have been yeah I think I think I will that it's just been lack of a better term that's the vibe right now is that there are a lot of people saying you know what why did I you know why did I believe the media and why didn't I just look into it for myself an interesting take
I've heard from several people is if you're so Certainly this is not all of them, but a lot of middle-aged women who found Trump really off-putting, they actually have really liked his response to the assassination attempt.
How could you not like it?
It's one of the most magnanimous... Holding firm under fire is such an appealing characteristic in any potential leader.
Well, I mean, just so we're clear, he simultaneously, in one moment, one five-second interval, increased his numbers with men.
And I hate to be like a little bit like tribalistic, but if you're an American man after you saw that and you vote for Joe Biden, you have to turn in your man card.
I'm sorry, like you're not a man anymore.
I'm sorry, like you're something else.
You're not a man.
Tyler, am I wrong by saying that? - It's really simple.
We just talked about this earlier.
This is now Trump, Vance versus Kamala, 'cause there is no Joe Biden.
This isn't Trump versus Biden.
This is Trump, Vance versus, and it's not even, it's Kamala.
So, you're not a Trump supporter anymore if you're... I love that.
If you're not voting for Trump because you're voting for Kamala.
Again, if you're like, anyone who has testosterone in your body and you see a human being get shot, literally shot, not just shot at, shot, okay?
Weir gets nearly blown off and, you know, and he comes up there and he's just like defiantly pushing back his secret service agents to fight.
I just, it's hard to even capture that energy.
So I had Nick Adams on the show today on Human Events.
Mr. Massive.
Mr. Alpha Male.
Alpha Male.
By the way, fastest guest approval I've ever done.
So producer Fahs sent over, hey, Jack, do you want this guy, nigga?
Yes.
Do you want to?
Yes.
Yes, we want him on.
Jack, he's the greatest alpha male.
The greatest alpha male understands courage under pressure.
And so he put him on.
And I said, he said, he said, Jack, to an alpha male, it's instinctual.
And I said, you know something?
You're actually right about that.
For Donald Trump, that response was instinctual.
That was obviously not something that he had thought about.
He had no clue that that was coming.
He had no clue whether or not he was shot or injured in other areas.
He talked about the Secret Service tackling him.
So he was in immense pain, potentially, at that point.
There's a line in Sun Tzu where Sun Tzu said, bring a man to the brink of death.
That is the moment when you truly need that.

He remembered the victims of the terrible attack, especially the brave Corey Compertori, who gave his life to protect his family.
Thank you.
God bless him.
And then President Trump flew to Milwaukee and got back to work.
Now that's the man I've gotten to know personally over the last few years.
He is tough, and he is, but he cares about people.
He can stand defiant against an assassin one moment and call for national healing the next.
He is a beloved father and grandfather, and of course, a once-in-a-generation business leader.
He's the man who was feared by America's adversaries, but two nights ago, and I'll share a moment, said goodnight to his two boys, told them he loved them, and made sure to give each of them a kiss on the cheek.
And I will say, Don and Eric squirmed the same way my four-year-old does when his daddy tries to give him a kiss on the cheek.
Sorry guys.
He is all those things, but tonight we celebrate he is our once and future President of the United States of America.
I want to respond to his call for unity myself.
We have a big tent in this party, on everything from national security to economic policy.
But my message to you, my fellow Republicans, is we love this country and we are united to win.
Now I think our disagreements actually make us stronger.
That's what I've learned in my time in the United States Senate, where sometimes I persuade my colleagues, and sometimes they persuade me.
And my message to my fellow Americans, those watching from across the country, is, shouldn't we be governed by a party that is unafraid to debate ideas and come to the best solution?
That's the Republican Party of the next four years, united in our love for this country and committed to free speech and the open exchange of ideas. united in our love for this country and committed to Thank you.
There's always this sort of lie that would be told about Trump.
There's a lot of fantasies where people would imagine like Donald Trump begging for his life.
This is the end of the Civil War movie.
It's literally the end of the Civil War movie right now.
The president, who is depicted as Donald Trump throughout the film, crying at the bottom of the Resolute Desk as, you know, the team comes in and like begging them not to kill him.
That's their view of Trump.
Yeah, they all, like, they had this fantasy of Trump as this fake, this coward who's just exploiting everyone, and he really did blow it up.
It's not as simple as Donald Trump survived the inauguration.
It's that Donald Trump was put through a real-life test of character.
I totally agree.
That almost no one ever actually goes through.
This was Maggie Haberman's whole book, by the way.
Conman, The Showman.
Again, I watched MSNBC's Steve, the great Steve Bannon, who's still in federal prison.
Hey, Joe Biden, you want to unite the country?
Give a pardon right now to Steve Bannon, get him out of prison.
you go up in the polls but i'm not kidding like how are we gonna have unity if joe biden issued a commutation for steve bannon right now and peter navarro i mean peter navarro is getting out of prison i think tomorrow and coming from here yeah but he's not gonna be wednesday by the way again if joe biden wants to score political points why doesn't he fire the secret service director i mean there's a fire one bureaucrat just fire a single one by the way that was one of trump's best best lines and and i think actually direct hits on him and trump didn't hit biden really hard during the debate but one of his best hits on him was you haven't fired
you didn't fire when anyone after Zero.
Zero.
And that was just something that it became instantly relatable, I think, to kind of everyone in the country, especially this business community that we're talking about.
How do you not fire anyone after a massive failure like that?
I totally agree.
And so the, I'll just kind of go back to, I want to complete the thought.
If you are a man and you vote for Joe Biden, you're something else.
You're not a man.
You're not a man.
I'm sorry.
I can now confidently say that.
Now, if you vote for RFK, Okay, like you shouldn't, but at least there's something there.
Well, if you want to talk RFK.
Well, there's RFK news today, too.
RFK might endorse Trump.
And like, that would be, I'm telling you, it could happen.
Wait, Charlie, does that mean Tyler ends up being right over our longstanding RFK debate?
I think he should stay in the race.
I think he should stay in the race.
I think we need him in the race.
It confuses their ballot chasing.
Yes.
From a tactical standpoint.
From a tactical standpoint, we need him in the race.
So let me just put a thought.
But Donald Trump also simultaneously boosted his numbers with women.
Because women are so sick of the hyper-feminization of American men.
Okay, read the tweet without the swear words.
Yeah, I will.
This is incredible.
And become a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
This is from, even the name, Stephanie Tyler.
Have you looked at her Twitter post, by the way?
It's all of her wearing this weird lingerie and naked t-shirts.
Yeah, we're not going to do that.
It's very weird.
Graduated in 2012, so this is her post a few days after.
50 million views at this point.
Graduated in 2012 with a degree in women's studies.
Cried in 2016 when Trump got elected.
Lost touch with the Dems somewhere around me too.
Discovered entrepreneurship.
Updated my voter registration in 2018 but didn't tell anyone.
Told myself I was a single-issue voting centrist.
The last 6-12 months I believed I was going to abstain from voting in the upcoming election because the options were equally terrible.
But watching Trump survive an assassination attempt and act like a total effing savage just shifted me from some strange patriotic gear Into, excuse me, just shifted me into some strange patriotic gear that my fancy feminism, white men, bad, infected brain never showed me.
Like, the dude took a bullet and stood up with blood dripping down his face and rallied at an effing crowd while fist pumping, yelling, fight!
Sorry, but I'm voting for that.
And saying it out loud feels so freeing.
2012 Stephanie would be upset, but that's okay because 2012 Stephanie didn't know crap.
That right there, honestly, is Nature is Undefeated.
I was about to say, there's a lot.
She makes a comment, I think, right under it, she says, I also minored in biology.
So she kind of is referencing what you're saying right now.
It's literally Nature is Undefeated.
Did you see the Sticker Mule post?
The what?
So Sticker Mule, it's a big company.
You go online, you buy random stickers online.
Yeah, I've seen it.
So the Sticker Mule posted this today.
You ready for it?
I'm ready.
Donald Trump was shot.
I don't care what your political views are, but hate for Trump and supporters has gone way too far.
People are terrified to admit they support Trump.
Wow.
I've been scared myself.
Americans shouldn't live in fear.
I support Trump.
Many a stick or mule also do.
Many a stick or mule also support Biden.
The political hate needs to stop.
Today a bull almost killed Donald Trump.
He's got five kids, one still a teenager.
No one should have to die and sacrifice the happiness of their family to run for office.
If Donald Trump can risk that, the rest of us can do, at least do, is vocalize our support and end the helpless hate.
The more people realize that kind-hearted, compassionate people support Trump, the sooner the hate will end.
I'm speaking out today and I hope more will do so in the future to stop this insane political hate.
Awesome people all over the world love Trump.
Don't limit your friendships and diminish your happiness by indulging in political hate.
Vocalize your support.
Stop the hate.
So today was also a foreshadow into what we're going to see out of Biden.
You're going to see Biden unhinged.
The Democrat Party is abandoning him.
They're already hedging their ballots down ballot.
We called this last week in the chat and publicly.
Blake was in the specifics.
I was in the abstract.
Is that fair?
I think so, yeah.
I brought up the abstract.
Blake was, I said, I think they're going to go crazy and it's going to be based Biden.
Today, Joe Biden, by executive order, Said that we're pausing all rents increases by 5%.
Is this constitutional, by the way?
I think his plan, it actually is a plan that Congress would have to pass.
Did he do an executive order?
I think he just signed an executive order.
I'll double check it.
We've all been busy today.
So through executive order, no.
Yeah, yeah.
So we've been talking about Biden has some sort of, he has weird based energy because the media are trying to get rid of him and the Democrat elites are trying to get rid of him.
So he's doing these rallies where he's attacking the Democrat party elites.
We're, by the way, like, they're, they're like very much trying to like ape the Trump rallies, but they're sort of faking the size of it.
And so tonight, Mr. Chairman, I stand here humbled and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude to say I officially accept your nomination to be vice president of the United States of America.
Thank you.
Now, never in my wildest imagination could I have believed that I'd be standing here tonight.
I grew up in Middletown, Ohio.
A small town where people spoke their minds, built with their hands, and loved their God, their family, their community, and their country with their whole hearts.
But it was also a place that had been cast aside and forgotten by America's ruling class in Washington.
When I was in the fourth grade, a career politician by the name of Joe Biden supported NAFTA, a bad trade deal that sent countless good jobs to Mexico.
When I was a sophomore in high school, that same career politician named Joe Biden gave China a sweetheart trade deal that destroyed even more good American middle-class manufacturing jobs.
When I was a senior in high school, that same Joe Biden supported the disastrous invasion of Iraq.
and at each step of the way, in small towns like mine in Ohio or next door in Pennsylvania or Michigan, in states all across our country, jobs were sent overseas and our children were sent to war.
I agree.
Every time you find a video that's actually from the crowd, as opposed to the mainstream media, that shows the crowd size, it's kind of the opposite.
It's always small.
It's like the opposite of the Trump rallies.
So we said, what could Biden do?
And our thought was, as we discussed, he has to go full populist, say, I'm running against the elites.
He's going to be Dementia Bernie Sanders.
By the way, that's why Bernie and AOC are his most fierce supporters right now.
And sorry to interrupt you, but Bernie and AOC are the ones giving him advice to do this.
Yes, exactly!
And so he said, I think, whether it was in EO or not, what he wants to do is basically, you can never raise rent more than 5% in a year, no matter, you know, even if, for example, if our inflation rate is 8% or 10% because I'm Joe Biden.
And so he wants to do that.
I bet we'll see him talk about like he was bragging with Lester Holt today about steamrolling the Supreme Court to try to forgive more student loans.
So I wouldn't be surprised if we heard a promise for total student loan abolition.
So he's now Bernie Biden.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's not.
He's Bernie Biden.
Yeah.
By the way, we should start calling him Bernie Biden.
By the way, anecdotally, so we had dinner a little bit earlier here at a place kind of off-site, and I was like, hey, we're in Wisconsin, we're in a swing state, and so we did the whole, you know, it was digital tip, so I couldn't take a picture of it, but I told the waitress afterwards, I said, you know, Well, he could do by executive order.
gets elected, he's going to do no tax on tips.
And her jaw dropped.
Her jaw actually dropped for a second.
Wait, he can do that?
And I said, he's pledging to drop that tax.
He's going to fight to drop that.
And she had never heard this.
So she's here at the RNC.
Well, he could do by executive order.
He could tell the IRS to stop enforcing.
He could do that.
That's true.
He can lax enforcement, which is why it's a fulfillable promise.
Because I had a waiter say he's not going to do that.
I said, wait a second, you look at Joe Biden's press release a year and a half ago.
He said, he didn't say waiters and waitresses, he said, we're coming after the cash driven industries who are tax cheats.
So he's literally instructed the IRS by his own mandate of the executive branch.
So Trump could say, honestly, turn a blind eye to it.
That's what he could say.
Wait, so Charlie, you see what's going to happen here?
- I don't care. - Just eliminate, just shrink the IRS.
And by the way, it's not just this too, and there's been discussion about also the taxation on the Venmo transfers and everything else that everyone's talking about. - Wait, so Charlie, you see what's gonna happen here is that there's gonna be like a populism arms race.
So there's gonna be a populism arms race on both sides.
And so Trump, no tax on tips.
Biden, you know, no cap.
I'm afraid it's going to be a Pyrrhic victory, though.
Yeah, this could end up badly.
A Pyrrhic victory, for those who don't know, is where you have such a terrible cost to yourself, it's actually not a victory.
Well, you win the battle at a great cost to yourself.
Yeah, it's like every soldier died and you're like, I won.
So at some point, Trump's going to be promising like every populist thing imaginable.
They're going to be outdoing one another, right?
And it's like, okay, we love populism, but it has to be within the framework of conservatism and constitutionalism.
J.D.' 's actually good about that.
He's the best!
By the way, let's talk more about J.D.!
J.D.' 's going to be vice president!
This is actually something where J.D.
comes in handy, because J.D.
is a guy where Trump will have this idea, which he just intuits these things, and then J.D.
will We would then be able to come in and implement Trumpism in the way that we've seen other administrations not be able to properly do.
