We are in a fifth generational conflict.
For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
Deliver us from evil.
In the face of President Biden's threat to withhold weapons from Israel, Prime Minister Netanyahu is staying the course.
Saying, if we have to stand alone, we will stand alone.
That response exacerbating tensions between Israel and the White House.
The president warning Netanyahu not to invade Rafa, where more than a million civilians have sought refuge.
Police swarmed the campus of the University of Pennsylvania shortly before sunrise to disband that encampment of pro-Palestinian protesters that had grown over the last two weeks.
Stormy Daniels in my view represents an unnecessary risk for the prosecution.
Here's why.
I can't think of any piece of evidence that they got from Stormy Daniels on the prosecution that they couldn't have gotten or didn't already get from other witnesses.
horrible.
It's no longer justice.
And it's a tremendous abuse of the New York judicial system in particular.
As the great Lawrence O'Donnell says, Eugene, the bribe is implied.
She wants to be on the Supreme Court.
She thinks she can get on if Donald Trump wins.
She's going to kill this case.
It's a catch and kill, as one might say.
I know, but alien Canada, the Supreme Court, come on.
I mean, you know, I know, I know.
Trump's more ahead than he's ever been.
Fewer people think January 6th was any kind of what it was, an assault on the temple of democracy, I don't know what else you want to say.
It's going the wrong way.
It's not working.
Everything that we're throwing is spaghetti at a wall and none of it is sticking.
Me included.
What is Donald Trump's vision?
Retribution and to be a dictator on day one.
So that is what this election is about.
This is not a regular run-of-the-mill situation.
Donald Trump is telling us what he is going to do and it is scary.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, here live, Washington, D.C.
Today is May 10th, 2024.
Anno Domini.
So, I gotta talk a little bit about this latest from, I was so terrified, I was so upset, I was beside myself this morning, reading this story, as I do every morning, in the Huffington Post, over a nice cup of avocado toast that I like to, I liquefy my avocado toast and I sip it every morning.
It's quite delightful.
But I saw this headline, and if we could throw it up, it says, there's a GOP plan for an execution spree if Trump wins the White House.
Oh my gosh, oh my goodness, oh no, whatever could happen?
This is so terrible.
Who is Trump going to be executing that evil, that terrible, that mean, mean old man Trump?
You see here, Jessica Schulberg has dug up for us, buried on page 554 of the plan, is a directive to execute every remaining person on federal death row.
Oh my gosh, oh no.
And then dramatically expand the use of the death penalty for what they say Our non-homicide crimes.
She said it was non-homicide.
Can you believe that?
Horrible non-homicide crimes.
And so we went to look and I said, you know, I just feel so bad about the non-homicide crimes and the non-homicide criminals.
And I said, the poor, poor non-homicide criminals, who will speak up for them?
Jessica Schulberg, apparently, and the Huffington Post are the ones who will speak up for the non-homicide criminals.
I wonder what crimes it was.
So I go to page 554 of the document and lo and behold, what do I find?
Particularly heinous crimes involving violence and sexual abuse of children.
All right.
The Huffington Post is very, very upset.
They're bothered.
They're getting emotional.
They're quite disturbed.
They're shooketh that President Trump's allies want to execute pedophiles and child sex abusers when he returns to office early next year.
And so here's my question.
What is it about leftists, and particularly journalists, that makes them so excited?
To cheer for the rights of pedophiles and rapists and murderers.
What could it be, would you say?
Because I'll tell you something right now.
Anyone who commits child sexual abuse should be, I don't know, probably first in line for the death penalty or depending on the severity of what happened.
You know, or at least the very rest of their life in prison.
Definitely chemical castration.
I mean, these are very obvious solutions.
And you see, folks, sometimes for problems like this, which are old problems, you don't need new solutions.
You need the old solutions.
And what can I say?
When it comes to child pedophiles, I'm all for the old solutions, and I'm glad that President Trump's allies are talking about bringing this all back.
Stay tuned.
We'll be back too.

Very excited now to have on our next guest Darren Beatty, Revolver News, and like a dog with a bone, Darren Beatty is here to remind us that the pipe bomber has not yet been caught.
You know, Darren, it's, it's interesting because it feels like, you know, you'd think the FBI would have some, just, just take a step back.
You know, when Oklahoma City, the federal building was bombed, Merrick Garland himself was put in charge of the task force.
And yet we had a situation in Washington DC where the headquarters of not one, but two, both of Well, it's an excellent question, and I think, you know, additional context for that.
Remember, the regime was trying for a long time, basically every day for the past, you know, three years plus, they've been shoving down our throats this idea that January 6th was an event of domestic extremism.
Now, these pipe bombs were the only thing that come remotely close to what we would ordinarily associate with terrorism.
And yet the fact that Kamala Harris was in the DNC building when the pipe bomb was there and as the pipe bomb was found and being used, that in the context of the regime's narrative, she came within a hair's width of losing her life to the MAGA pipe bomb.
And yet she hasn't said a word about it.
In fact, she studiously covered up the fact that she was in the DNC at all on that day And it's very bizarre.
What should be the regime's number one talking point in relation to January 6th, namely that Kamala Harris almost lost her life to these explosives, is really their most closely guarded secret.
And when we compound this with other bizarre things, for instance, the surveillance footage indicating that Kamala's Secret Service detail clearly knew in advance somehow that those bombs were not harmful.
They allowed kids to walk right by them before going through the spectacle of getting a bomb safe robot to defuse it.
And then, of course, all of the synchronicity and timing of the bombs being discovered within a 15-minute window that happened to perfectly coincide with the unfolding Ray Epps orchestrated attack on the west perimeter of the Capitol.
So many infinitesimally implausible events compounded upon each other in order to get us this sham official story.
And it's really a scandal that gets to the heart of the lie of January 6th.
So, Yeah, right.
And I'd like to throw I just like to throw an additional piece of context there because every time we hear about January 6, it's the violent January 6, the fatal January 6, the bloody January 6.
But you notice that in all of the insurrection, domestic terror narrative of which the pipe bomb was, I would say, meant to be an integral part.
You don't actually hear the mainstream establishment talk about the pipe bombs at all anymore.
It is not part of the narrative that's included.
It was not part of this, the huge J6 hearing that we saw with the fake commission last year.
It's something that they've just kind of left on the cutting room floor, like a deleted scene from, you know, everyone's favorite movie.
And the question is, why was it deleted?
And that's the question that you, Yes, I mean it's a very uncomfortable thing for them clearly and I would like to, you know, take some credit for the fact that they're not touting it anymore because People think of the pipe bomb now in the context of January 6th being a hoax, much like Ray Epps, which they dealt with somewhat differently for a variety of reasons.
Doing lawfare, threatening Tucker Carlson, threatening myself, suing Fox News, and so forth.
So Ray Epps and the pipe bomb, I've always said, are the twin smoking guns of January 6th.
And we're at the very end stages of actually exposing what went on with the pipe bomb.
Our last major piece on the pipe bomb You know, this never happens in the context of media these days.
We named a name.
We named the name of Ashton Benedict.
And the amazing thing is Ashton Benedict is the current head of Dignitary Protection and Intelligence at the Capitol Police.
And he initially came into my purview as someone who in a closed door meeting explained away the fact that the Secret Service and other agents were standing around this pipe bomb.
They clearly knew it was fake, but they stood around it, let children walk by it, etc, etc.
His explanations for that was, oh, they let a bunch of kids walk by it because they didn't want to cause panic.
Now, that's clearly A bull crap answer, if I could say that.
But it's interesting that this is an answer given by the current head of dignitary protection.
The guy currently in charge of the safety of all members of Congress gave an answer saying, Oh, yeah, you can let people walk right by a bomb if it serves the interest of preventing panic.
Now, clearly, that's a crap answer, because he knows it looks bad.
He knows it's a flagrant violation of protocol.
And that's his You know, nothing, excuse type of answer.
So that was our previous piece.
Now we have another puzzle piece.
And this is a major, major extensive bombshell that just dropped at Revolver.
It explores another interesting individual called Donnell Harvin.
Now Harvin is a deep state never Trumper, whose office is responsible for the most remarkably accurate January 6 prediction in existence.
His office, and this all comes from a puff piece from Washington Post, the narrative here being there were so many warnings about January 6th.
The feds are just incompetent.
They dropped the ball.
But there was one clairvoyant genius who saw it all coming.
But because he's like a poor minority guy from the D.C.
offices, all the feds ignored him.
You know, basically the hidden figure of January 6th.
That's how they're trying to portray it.
But in the context of this pub piece, they said, Donald Harvin, he knew January 6 would be such a big deal.
He knew it would be a mass casualty event.
He was calling hospitals, warning them to get extra body bags, so forth and so forth.
Somehow, despite all of this urgency, he assigned the most junior analyst in his office to do a threat assess on January 6.
And the junior analyst came back with something amazing.
The junior analyst came back with a quote unquote worst case scenario, which was Someone might plant explosives near the Capitol, and those explosives would serve as a diversion, diverting resources away from the Capitol, thus enabling a mob to storm the Capitol.
Now, that is a remarkably specific prediction that corresponds perfectly to the pipe bombs.
Now, what I find so bizarrely specific and unlikely about this prediction is I can see someone being worried about explosives, but you would be worried about explosives for the destructive impact of the explosive.
You'd be worried about explosives because they blow up and they kill people.
Maybe someone plants explosives at the Capitol.
You're worried about the immediate destructive impact of explosives.
Yeah, and for anyone who spent time at the Capitol, this is a daily occurrence.
This is a routine, it's at airports, it's at sporting events, it's at anything that's deemed a high terrorist threat, DHS level event.
Explosives are the number one first-line order of thing that the DHS or anyone in on the Capitol Hill complex would be worried about.
That is a routine daily event because these types of low-level Explosives are so easy to construct, of course as the Tsarnaev brothers and potentially a third individual taught us at the Boston bombing.
Right.
And so you would anticipate, OK, there could be explosives and so forth.
Although their date and time, there's another thing that our date and time of location of concern was U.S.
Capitol, January 6th, 1 p.m.
So there's a very specific area and time of concern.
They say we're worried about explosives.
OK, I guess I can get there.
But again, my point is, If you're worried about explosives, you're probably going to be worried about the destructive impact of the explosives.
You're not going to have this convoluted concern of, I'm worried about explosives, but not because they could blow up and kill people, but because they could divert resources away from the Capitol and allow people to storm the Capitol.
But that turned out to be the exact way things transpired.
And it transpired that way only because, as it turns out, the pipe bombs were planted the evening before with an hour-long kitchen timer.
So they probably weren't intended to go off.
They were intended to distract resources.
Of course, that requires them being found in this precise time window, which is never explained how they were found in that window.
But for the junior analyst to make this prediction that configures perfectly with the bizarre way the pipe bombs actually transpired is an amazing thing.
And what's still more amazing is Donnell Harvin, who quits his job at the DC Fusion Center and then does the victory rounds, He does a victory lap in the media.
All sorts of media do segments on him as effectively the Nostradamus, the hidden figure of January 6th.
And yet, curiously, this most remarkable prediction is simply omitted from every single one of these segments.
That is very bizarre.
First that there would be this crazily accurate prediction, and then that he doesn't take credit for it in segments designed to give him credit.
For his prescience about January 6th.
I've got a lot of questions about Mr. Harvin.
We're going to have them answered, hopefully, here in the next segment.
Stay tuned.
Stay tuned.
We're speaking with Darren Beaty, who may be one of the only men in America who's still investigating the January 6th pipe bomber.
And Darren, you know, going back, why was it and why is it that, you know, and we should dig back a little bit here because Why is it or actually, no, I even ask you this way.
Is this the first time that we've seen elements of the federal government attempt to paint the populist right as domestic terrorists?
Well, obviously not.
I mean, you you mentioned, I think, a pretty good antecedent for all of this in Merrick Garland and the domestic terrorism portfolio and the Oklahoma City which is a very deep rabbit hole to get into.
But it's not only that the US government has been involved in these kinds of operations, but they have the same people.
In many cases, they have the same people.
Merrick Garland is one of the key figures in all of this, who is obviously the current Attorney General.
Eric Holder is actually another one.
So you see these people, in particular the people, if you're in the roster to become an Attorney General, typically that means you're one of these top tier janitors, I call them, because their job is to mop up some of the dirtiest stuff that the government's involved in.
And that certainly corresponds very well to the career trajectory of Merrick Garland.
And Oklahoma City is another huge, you know, it's a huge can of worms.
And maybe, I don't know, maybe we can do like a series on it or something.
Cause I think the public with January six, actually one of the, um, auspicious things about our coverage of January six and people's understanding generally that the narrative is false is people are more receptive to learning still more uncomfortable truths about other types of events, including Oklahoma City.
And so, I think that can of worms needs to be explored a bit more extensively.
But back to the current can of worms, which is Donald Harvin, because we have this guy.
His office makes the most remarkable prediction about January 6th, happens to be about the pipe bomb.
He goes on a media victory tour lap of everyone saying, oh, this is the guy who got it right.
And curiously, the most amazing prediction that came out of his office is nowhere to be seen.
It's not heard.
This mysterious junior analyst who made the prediction is unheard of.
Nobody talks about it.
Very strange indeed.
And just to get a sense of who this guy Harbin is, of course, he's one of the most vigorous and vapid Never Trumpers I've discovered.
He has a long litany of op-eds stating, among other things, that Donald Trump is the number one national security threat to the United States and his supporters.
He states explicitly Donald Trump's more of a danger to the United States than China.
Interesting perspective from Deep State Donnell.
He's of course very anti-Tucker because Tucker played a part in releasing some of the January 6th tapes.
He's on record as finding Elon beyond the pale.
Why?
Because once Elon shared a meme of Pepe the Frog.
I'm not making this up.
And he's a big fan of the ADL.
Which has designated Pepe the Frog a hate symbol, and the OK sign is a hate symbol, which Donald Harbin also endorses.
This is the head of intelligence for the D.C.
Fusion Center, formerly, and he's endorsing the idea that the OK sign is a, he says, for those not familiar with this hand gesture, the ADL is an amazing resource used by professionals to contextualize these hate symbols.
And then, oh yeah, he wants Steve Bannon in jail.
He says, wishing you well in the clank, Steve.
And I gotta say, most offensive of all, I can't believe he puts this into the public domain.
He puts out a tweet of his feet getting a pedicure.
He says, gents, get your feet right before Valentine's Day.
The ROI will be worth it.
Absolutely disgusting behavior from him.
So I'm sorry for those who read the piece.
There's kind of a through line of that type of behavior and that type of mentality when you think about like the Malcolm Nance and Harry Dunn.
you remember the the Capitol police officer who was sort of the star of the January 6 hearings who was crying up there and I think he's trying to run for for uh the Congress now in Maryland and it's it's something about the the daintiness but at the same time I'll never forget when Malcolm Nance you know he like joins the Ukrainian military rides around on a truck at one point and says that he's you know combat um you know combat veteran now
and and meanwhile he comes back to the United States saying, "The Civil War is going to be in your neighborhoods.
You might have to kill your neighbors.
Your next door neighbor might be the enemy.
Like, oh yeah, Malcolm, you're really going to be the guy to go after the neighbors when the big one kicks off.
You know, it's a very strange mentality.
It's either that or Danelle Harvin was posting an invitation to the CEO of Chick-fil-A.
For people who understand the reference, there was an unfortunate video about that.
But yeah, he's a vigorous never-Trumper, which sort of adds to the context of this is the guy, deep state guy, whose office made this remarkable prediction.
But then there's a third and really remarkable section of the piece that explores the fact that This guy is in emergency management.
You won't believe this, but he was actually one of the first responders of 9/11.
I think he was responsible for the collection of the debris around the World Trade Center, which is, I mean, he's like a where's Waldo of emergency management.
He was a first responder at Sandy Hook.
He was a first responder at 9-11, I think, collecting the debris.
I could be wrong on that.
So he's everywhere.
He is like a Forrest Gump type figure when it comes to major disaster events.
And he's here as a guy whose office makes this amazing prediction about the pipe bomb, which is, of course, never spoken of again.
And he just happens to be viciously anti-Trump in this comical And almost caricatured fashion.
And as the last part, this emergency management community is very interesting.
And I'll end this by pointing out that the random pedestrian who found the RNC pipe bomb, these pipe bombs were planted the evening before sitting undiscovered for over 17 hours, then randomly found basically perfectly synchronized to the unfolding Rayups breach on the Capitol.
A random pedestrian found it at this remarkably specific and synchronized time.
That person is Karlyn Younger.
She worked at the time for FirstNet Authority, which does broadband services for the first responder community.
And she was actually in charge of public-private partnerships and investing relationships for FirstNet.
So she would have been very much in the mix within the first responder community.
That would include Don L. Harvin and people from his office at the Homeland Security Emergency Management Agency.
And in fact, we have extensive documentation of people from Harvin's office, Harvin's very colleagues, celebrating the company that Carlin Younger worked for, for its work providing broadband services on January 6.
And so, again, this doesn't necessarily mean anything in and of itself, but compounded with all these other things, it's certainly interesting that the person whose office is responsible for this most remarkable pipe-on prediction, and the woman who, against all odds,
Finds the pipe bomb at this amazingly specific and decisive time are both within this same emergency management universe in Washington, D.C.
So I'll leave it at that for now and save the rest for the next explosive piece.
But this is a major piece of the puzzle to add to our previous piece, pointing out Ashton Benedict as one of the key cover up operatives.
And he's currently the head of Dignitary Protection at the Capitol Darren Beatty's pieces on the pipe bombs are, ironically, far more explosive than the actual pipe bombs themselves ever were.
And, you know, Darren, it's quite interesting to me that, you know, in a situation like January 6th, and we just have a couple of minutes left, where, again, We're sold this narrative of violent insurrection, violent insurrection, yet there was no widespread use of firearms from the so-called insurrectionists.
no.
And of course, I think we could probably all agree that Trump supporters are by and large one of the most well-armed columns in society in America.
So the idea that people weren't bringing guns, that weren't bringing arms, people weren't bringing knives, I think like one or two people, there was like an off-duty federal officer who was found with a handgun and the left tries to bring that up saying, oh, see, there was somebody, you know, but he didn't even go inside.
And so the idea that they would suddenly one person out of all of this would show up with pipe bombs the night before, even, and this is the biggest part of it.
And I'll never forget this, that it wasn't until the middle of Donald Trump's speech where he said anything about marching to the Capitol or marching toward the Capitol.
This was not something that was planned beforehand.
That actually did come out.
So I'm not sure if anyone reads the January 6 reports.
So somehow there was an individual that predicted these movements even before the vast majority of Trump supporters knew what was going to go down.
And apparently someone within DHS did as well.
They're so confused.
The timeline has always been the hardest part for them to justify because it doesn't stand up to any scrutiny.
Well, remember, one of our other classic pieces, sort of the Meet Ray Epps Part 2, which wasn't just about Epps, but it was about that initial breach at the West Perimeter.
All of the key players involved in that breach, many of whom haven't even been identified, like the Scaffold Commander, these people were all pre-positioned right at the West side of the perimeter at the Capitol before Trump even began speaking, let alone before he finished.
Most of these people were positioned there before he even began.
And before, of course, the Proud Boys got there and the Proud Boys are sort of the fall guys for that initial breach.
The key players were before that.
So basically, I say the two smoking guns, the Ray Epps orchestrated breach and the pipe bomb.
And sure enough, the discovery of the pipe bomb corresponds in perfect synchronicity to the unfolding breach.
They're connected inextricably.
These two lies, these two pillars of the January 6 lie, if those two are fake, January 6 is fake.
And the whole edifice that they're using right now to put Trump in prison and take him off ballots is crumbles before our very eyes.
And could possibly implicate Kamala Harris, who still covers up the fact that she was in the DNC building.
Where is Jack?
Where is he?
folks.
Go follow him revolver.news.
Roddy Gantt, where is Jack? Where is Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulitzer's.
All right, Jack Posobiec, very excited to have our next guest on.
It's Riley Gaines.
You guys know her.
She's the founder of the Riley Gaines Center.
She's got a ton going on.
She's got a new book out that we definitely want to talk about.
But also, there's something I want her to respond to.
But first, Riley, welcome to Human Events Daily.
Well, thank you so much.
I am thrilled to be on with you.
You're someone I admire the work that you do, the platform that you've built.
So thank you.
Thank you, Raleigh.
I appreciate that.
So I do have to ask, though.
So President Biden, it's almost like he knew that we were doing the show today because this morning, I'll say his staff, because we know it's not him actually tweeting these things, got up this morning at 930.
Someone on his staff went to the Twitter account and wrote, As a nation, we need to support women's sports by showing up in person and watching on TV with more sponsorships and programming, not just during championships, but all year round.
Let's grow women's sports and continue inspiring the nation.
So Riley, you know about women's sports.
Could you respond to Joe Biden's support and championing of women's sports?
If I was his advisor, I would tell him that the easiest way to support women's sports is by keeping men out of them.
I mean, this is just insane.
But of course, this is no surprise that we are seeing this from President Biden, his handlers, his administration.
Las Vegas Aces, the WNBA champions, come down to the White House.
He was able to present them with awards yesterday, speak to the importance of women's sports and growing women's sports and how incredible these athletes are.
All of the things that you can imagine, I mean the tweet you just read.
But what they failed to mention at this press conference, or this honoring they did for the aces, was what he had just done in his administration in the Department of Education to Title IX.
Because they've abolished women's sports as we once knew it, as implemented under President Nixon 52 years ago.
By rewriting Title IX entirely, equating now sex with gender identity.
And so it cracks me up, almost, the virtue signaling that we see from President Biden and his administration.
I mean, clearly they've proven themselves to be sellouts who are pandering to get votes, and that's obvious to anyone with any amount of brain activity.
So look, that's what this is.
It's sad that it has to come at the expense of women's opportunities, women feeling safe in private spaces such as locker rooms, many women who have now even been injured in their sport.
It's sad that they have to be President Biden's sacrifice as a way to pander.
Well, you know, Riley, something that I haven't really talked about, but I've had people reach out to me over email comments since this Title IX decision came out a couple, I guess it was a couple of weeks ago now.
And I have coaches of female teams and parents reaching out saying they can't believe what's going on.
And the flip side of it, of course, is that when they speak up, they're terrified to do so because they know they're going to be punished just like these girls were in this middle school and like so many others would be because that's another layer to all of this, isn't it?
Oh, a hundred percent.
That's why there are so few people speaking out.
I'll share from my experience in competing against a male, a very, I mean, a less than mediocre male at that, at our national championships back in 2022 of collegiate division one swimming.
I am not the minority in sharing how I feel.
These thoughts, these feelings that I have, understand this is how the overwhelming majority of us felt.
Speaking specifically to my team, I was the team captain of a team of 40 girls, and 38 of them felt the exact same way that I'm speaking.
And it's not because we had 38 staunch conservatives swimming at the University of Kentucky.
No, we had 38 girls who didn't want their opportunities stripped from them by someone who merely claimed the identity of a woman.
So, yes, the fear, the intimidation, the risk that people face, it's real.
I mean, the risks are real.
And so I have a hard time, you know, I feel sympathy for these people who don't speak out, people with families, with jobs, with kids.
I understand to a degree.
But at what point does silence become complicity?
Because I think we've reached the point now, as we see the trajectory of this continuing on, ultimately becoming more severe, more harmful, happening more often.
I think we've reached a point now where, I mean, silence it is complicity.
If you remain quiet, you're just as bad as the people who created and ultimately enforced these regressive policies.
And now that's a real question because as we are reaching an inflection point, you know, this isn't a, um, this isn't happening in a vacuum.
Joe Biden is on the ballot.
He'll be on the ballot, I think in, in less than six months time.
And this is something that I think, now I've heard this anecdotally, but you'd probably hear it no better than me.
Do you think this will have an effect on Joe Biden's standing, particularly with key female demographics, suburban women, suburban moms, as we go to the ballot box later this fall?
A hundred and ten percent.
And he knows that, too.
He knows that.
Speaking to, again, this Title IX rewrite, he specifically left a clause in there that said, well, this doesn't apply to sports.
Which, first of all, that's not true.
He said, well, we're going to keep sports sex-segregated.
But in the same rewrite, he says sex and gender identity are equivalent.
So, again, that piece is, it's him winking at the normal people.
He's standing on the fence here and he's winking at the normal people saying, hey, I'm with you.
But he's also winking at the crazy lunatics and saying, hey, I'm with you.
That's what he's doing.
So, yes, this will hurt him.
This is a losing issue.
Every poll shows it.
Of course, I mean nearly, I'm sure, 100% of conservatives or people who call themselves Republicans agree that men should not be in women's sports.
But over 75, I believe, of independent voters and over 60% of even Democrat voters agree that it's wrong.
They know intuitively that men and women are different.
And so I think we're waking up a different demographic here.
People who maybe would have considered themselves apolitical before.
They're understanding how Really, the gender ideology movement as a whole.
I mean, really, actually, a lot of these cultural issues that we're seeing, they have transcended beyond this political sphere and it has impacted their daily lives.
And so, parents are waking up, coaches are waking up, younger voters are waking up, and that will be obvious come November.
Well, that's incredible because this, of course, has been a huge shift.
People have said that, particularly suburban women, suburban moms, this was something that really delivered.
This was the demographic that they say delivered.
Now, not to get into all the election irregularities, but in terms of demographic shift, a lot of people said that it was suburban women that delivered the White House for Joe Biden, particularly in states that Republicans and Trump had won in 2016.
And so if he loses this demographic, there's a real chance that that means that the entire underpinning of the Biden administration could come down to this one issue.
And we have to say, it's really thanks to the work of yourself and others like you.
But I would say, really, you've been first and foremost in terms of bringing up this issue, not just in your particular sport, but in all sports, as someone who's just spoken out against the lies and said the truth.
Well, it's insane to me.
I mean, I think about it often.
I mean, really just how much my life has changed from where I thought I was going to be upon graduating college.
I mean, I was in dental school working to be a dentist, and so it's totally uprooted my plans I had for myself, and certainly that's God's doing, but it blows my mind to think about
The opportunities that I've had, the impact that's been had, the people you get to meet, the places you get to go, the doors that have been opened for merely saying something as simple and unprofound as there are two sexes.
I mean, it's wild, it's mind-blowing, but that's where we're at.
I mean, we have a sitting Supreme Court Justice, Jack, who can't even define what a woman is because she claims she's not a biologist, which Guess what?
I'm not a veterinarian, but I know what a dog is.
That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
And it's no surprise that this is the same Supreme Court Justice who, I think maybe two, three weeks ago at this point in an interview, She said she felt like our First Amendment rights were hamstringing the government, which precisely, that is precisely what our First Amendment rights are supposed to do.
And if our government can't understand or abide by that, that's precisely why we have this Second Amendment.
Taking a very quick break.
Riley Gaines will be with us after the break.
We're going to hold her over.
Thank you so much for staying with us, Riley.
We'll be right back here with Betsy Elliott.
...ear about the boring people at your office.
I'm trying to listen to the new Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Alright, Jack Pacific, back live.
We're talking about this ridiculous Biden tweet where he's talking about how much, oh, he's done for women's sports.
So much that he's done to stand for women's sports.
And meanwhile, if you can look at what's actually going on now, and even NBC has the story, over 20 GOP-led states are now suing the Biden administration over his Title IX stance.
Because it's very obvious that the current new LGBTQ, whatever you're calling it now, protections that they've changed, again, not under a law, not under legislation, but under a rule change at the Department of Education to get this expansion of federal civil but under a rule change at the Department of Education to get this expansion of federal civil rights rules, actually comes at the direct conflict and the direct demerit to the original Title actually comes at the direct conflict and
So let's go here.
The lawsuits filed the Education Department's expansion of Title IX federal civil rights rules last month, which will now include anti-discrimination protections for students on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
Among other provisions, the new rules would prohibit schools from barring transgender students from using bathrooms, changing facilities, and pronouns that correspond with their gender identities.
Check this out.
Or excuse me, gender identities.
Attorneys General in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia have sued the Biden Administration in separate lawsuits last week arguing that the Biden Administration's update to its rules is illegal.
The Attorneys General contended The Education Department has exceeded its authority in changing these regulations.
This obviously will go to federal court and then to the Supreme Court.
We've got Riley Gaines on.
We're speaking with her.
She's been absolutely the trailblazer and pioneer in speaking out on this issue.
Riley, can you comment at all?
Are you working with any of these lawsuits?
Are you involved with this?
Or is that just something you're kind of viewing from afar?
No.
Let me just say this.
I'm so hopeful by the amount of states who are now pushing back, 20-plus now, who have said, we are suing the administration.
This was an illegal administrative rewrite that ultimately undermines Title IX's original intent.
And we've seen, I think, four-ish states, governors in these states, so Governor DeSantis, Governor Abbott, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Governor Pillan in Nebraska, We've seen these governors say, "We simply won't comply with this law." That's huge.
And I think, again, it shows really how the tide has turned, because I don't think this would have been the response two years ago, which is great news.
To answer your question, if I'm working with these attorney generals, yes, absolutely.
I have been working with, just had a press conference with A.G.
Scrimetti of Tennessee.
I just had A.G.
Morrissey, he was also there.
This is the suit signed on with Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Indiana.
I myself am signed on to the lawsuit with the state of Florida and the state of Alabama with the Independent Women's Law Center.
Again, so amazing work being had.
I wish all 50 states Oh, this is amazing.
Now, is this something that you're running?
I understand you're now running the Riley Gaines Center.
Is this something that you're working on through your work at the Center and your ambassadors there?
Because this is a whole new level of programming that you're doing to reach out nationwide and fight on these issues.
Yes, the Riley Gaten Center, gosh, it's been fun to be on kind of the other side of things and to be someone who can help highlight the stories of other girls.
And so that's what the Riley Gaten Center is dedicated to doing.
And so you mentioned those girls, those five girls in West Virginia, middle schoolers who were brave enough, courageous enough, and willing to ultimately show their form of opposition of competing against a boy by conceding.
This was in a middle school track and field championship, throwing shot put.
They were set to throw against a boy.
These girls, five of them said, we're not doing that because we don't want to compete for second place.
We're worthy of being called champions.
So the Riley Games Center was able to, you know, we found out about this.
These girls reached out a few weeks before the event.
We were able to talk with them, really provide them guidance, offer them the support and resources if they needed them.
Those girls have been amazing.
Of course, this story got national attention, um, and has certainly inspired other people to, to take the same route that they did, uh, and saying, we won't participate in the farce.
And so again, uh, the Riley Gaines Center, that's the kind of work that we're doing, highlighting these stories, training people, uh, to be better leaders with it, because again, that's, That's ultimately why this nation is in decline in the way that it is.
One, we live in a godless society, but two, we have weak, weak leaders.
We do have weak leaders and this is a problem that I've been talking about for a long time.
I talk about it in terms of the church.
I talk about it in terms of the conservative movement.
I talk about it in so many terms because at some point, right, and we want to be, I understand people say, we want to be a tolerant people because you want to treat people with respect.
I actually do believe that and that's something that I teach my kids.
I say treat people with respect.
But that doesn't mean you should be tolerant of people who are doing wrong.
That doesn't mean, from a Christian perspective, that you should be tolerant of sin.
Christ didn't say, be tolerant of sin.
Christ said, I will accept you, but I will not leave you as you were.
I'll accept you as you are, but I'll not leave you as you were.
So it's a very basic, I think, misunderstanding that a lot of people in the West have somehow taken that being tolerant and respectful means that you should just tolerate everything that anyone does all the time.
And clearly, Riley, you're living proof of how far and how bad that can go.
No doubt.
You know, listening to you say that, we have a Creator who is such a perfect balance of grace and truth.
Um, and it's something I remind myself of, certainly, but listening to you say that, I thought of the Super Bowl commercial, right?
The He Gets Us commercial.
Yes!
Yes, exactly!
People washing the feet of sinners, which is, I mean, it's biblically accurate in terms of how Christ, I mean, He washed the feet of prostitutes and tax collectors and sinners, but what that commercial left out, but what, of course, the Bible does not leave out, And that's a perfect display of grace that our Heavenly Father shows.
But what that commercial left out was, at the end of every encounter in the Bible of Christ washing the feet of sinners, He says, now go and sin no more.
And that is the perfect display of truth.
And that has been long gone and forgotten in this society, which exactly as you said, that's why we're at the point where we're at now, where ultimately you're deemed the bigot, or in the case of the five West Virginia girls, they're banned from girls' sports, rather than they're banned from girls' sports, rather than the boy for standing up for themselves and for speaking the truth. - And suddenly you're a bigot for simply speaking the truth and saying that boys and girls should compete in different sports.
Riley Gaines, go support her.
Go see what she's up to.
Riley Gaines Center.
Thank you so much for being here.
I want to thank the chat.
I want to thank everybody on X. Happy Franco Friday.
