Deliver us from evil!
Why are white rural voters a threat to democracy?
They're the most racist, xenophobic, anti-immigrant, anti-gay, geodemographic group in the country.
Second, they're the most conspiracist group.
QAnon support and subscribers, election denialism.
First of all, this invasion rhetoric is just absolutely disgusting.
It's xenophobic, it's racist.
Go to Ukraine.
You'll see what an actual invasion looks like.
The funeral for Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny is underway in Moscow.
Navalny died in a Russian penal colony on February 16th.
A record 8.6 million migrants have crossed into the U.S.
since President Biden took office.
The Border Patrol Union telling us Mr. Biden should not have reversed Trump border policies.
Today is a day of an extraordinary contrast.
We have President Trump back in the state of Texas, literally on the border itself, a place that he's been to many times, talking about all the things that he's done to secure the border.
At the very same time, we have President Biden down in Brownsville, Texas, which was an obligatory visit by him.
He'd never been to the border.
In fact, I don't think he's on the border itself right now.
It just goes to show that Biden does not care about either Texas or the border and what's going on.
As a result, you see a disaster.
The idea there's no such thing as climate change.
I love that, man.
I love some of my Neanderthal friends who still think there's no climate change.
Mr. President, do you bear any responsibility for Lake and Riley's death?
Just one week ago, a beautiful 22-year-old nursing student from Georgia was barbarically attacked, almost unrecognizable, while she was out on her morning run.
The monster that's charging the death is an illegal alien migrant who was led into our country and released into our communities by crooked Joe Biden.
Joe Biden will never say Lakin Riley's name, but we will say it.
Today's edition of Human Events Daily, live from Washington, D.C.
Today is March 1st, 2024.
Anno Domini.
So we've got a tale of two presidents, one legitimate, one illegitimate, down at the border.
One of which has allowed our border to become completely overrun.
One of which has allowed our border and our people to be absolutely brutalized by the migrants that he refuses to deport, these migrant criminals.
And then, Then you've got another president who knows that the answer to all of this is very simple.
Build the wall.
Deport them all.
It's so easy, folks.
It's so simple.
The answer is right there.
But when you look at some of this, when you look at some of the numbers, I want to give a thank you to the Wake Up Right newsletter.
Huge shout out for them.
Look at the numbers they put together.
Illegal aliens arrested by ICE in 2023.
Assaults, 33,000.
Homicide and murder, 1,700.
Robberies, 3,000.
Sex crimes, 4,300.
Burglaries, 6,900.
Homicide and murder, 1,700.
Robberies, 3,000.
Sex crimes, 4,300.
Burglies, 6,900.
Weapons crimes, 7,500.
In just the last month alone, there's been an accelerating rate of the high-profile violent crimes.
Jose Antonio Ibarra, the Venezuelan national who brutally murdered a 22-year-old nursing student while she was jogging.
Nelson Trejo Grandos, an El Salvadoran national who shot and killed a 2-year-old boy in Maryland as he was walking along with his mother.
Renzo Mendoza Montes, a Venezuelan national, raped a 14-year-old girl in Virginia.
Stefan Claude Radigan, a Jamaican national, shot three DC police officers not far from the studios where I sit right now.
And finally, Angelo Matias Castellanos Orellana, A Honduran national raped a 14 year old girl repeatedly stabbed another man during a robbery in Louisiana.
Wait, one more.
Jesus Alejandro Rivas Figueroa, a Venezuelan national, shot a tourist in New York City.
Joe Biden, you can go down to the border every single day between now and November 5th, but it will not undo these crimes.
It will not protect the girls who have been raped.
It will not bring back the children who have been murdered.
And let me say this.
Let me say this to the people who want to talk to me about, oh, the rates of violence in America, and they try to play these statistical games.
I got a statistic for you, okay?
100% of migrant crime is preventable.
100% all of it is preventable.
These people have no right to be here.
They have no right to be in our country.
They have violated our borders.
They have violated our sovereignty.
They have violated our own very citizens.
And it's very simple.
The rights of the American citizens come first before the rights of anyone else in the world.
Stay tuned.
The Trump campaign press secretary, Caroline Leavitt, will join us next.

Very excited and honored, as always, to have on from the Trump campaign, the Trump campaign's National 2024 Press Secretary, Caroline Levitt.
Caroline, how are you?
Hey, Jack.
I'm doing great.
Thanks so much for having me.
We love the show.
Now, appreciate it.
Now, did you get to go down on the border visit with President Trump yesterday?
Unfortunately, I was not in Eagle Pass, Texas.
My colleague Stephen Chung, who is a notorious flamethrower, was on the trip yesterday.
But of course, we were all watching from the headquarters here in West Palm Beach, and we're so proud of the President and our team, because we absolutely won the day yesterday.
The American people got a two-person, two-shot of Joe Biden, the weakest commander in chief in American history, who has opened our border to an illegal invasion, versus President Trump, who is so strong and so ready to secure the border and fight for this country again.
So it was a great day for our team and for the president, for sure.
There's a photograph of President Trump and he's there with the entire entourage.
Greg Abbott is there and he's got the National Guardsmen and it looks like some local, I'm not sure if it's Border Patrol or sheriffs, but you can't see their face.
That's why usually I'd read the uniforms.
But they're actually turned, looking across the border, looking across the Rio Grande And it looks to me as though President Trump is actually waving at a group of illegals that's on the other side.
I said, my goodness, you should hang this up in the Louvre.
This is incredible.
It was a great shot, and I can confirm that was not part of the agenda.
It was not in the script.
The man did that himself, as most of the most iconic- You didn't arrange for the illegals to be there when he came by.
I wasn't sure if that was, I don't know, a group of interns or something, maybe.
No, those were real illegals waiting to cross the Rio Grande River, waiting to illegally break into the country.
The president gave him a wave.
He gave him a fist pump.
And it was another iconic moment, as most moments with this president are.
That's why people love him.
Everywhere he goes, he's just himself.
He tells it like it is.
So that was a funny moment for sure.
It certainly made for an iconic photo for years to come.
And I think if there's any U.S., not current official, but let's say any U.S.
politician or figure that you know that everybody in the world is going to recognize it, certainly.
I wish I could get somebody, I'll have to ask Ben Burquham.
Guys, let's ask Ben Burquham if we can find that actual group, if he goes on the other side, and just get a response from them.
What did you think when you got to the border and Donald J. Trump was there waving at you?
It's unbelievable.
I'm not even really sure what to say.
I couldn't even possibly fathom something like this happening.
Well, that's exactly part of the reason why the president and our team chose to go to Eagle Pass, right?
Because we knew that this is the epicenter of the border crisis.
There's been thousands of illegal people crossing there every single day.
Just a few hours before the president arrived, there was a body that was actually sadly pulled out of the river, a man who was trying to illegally cross and drowned.
And so the president wanted to go there to see these illegal migrants attempting to break into our country.
He wanted to see the chaos that has ensued at the southern border created by Joe Biden's policies.
Unlike Joe Biden, who went to Brownsville, Texas, which, thanks to Governor Abbott and the local and state law enforcement, On the ground there has been largely secured.
There's only been double digits numbers of illegal crossings there in the past week.
And so that's why Joe Biden went there.
He didn't want to see what's actually happening at the border.
He didn't want to see the invasion President Trump did.
And that's why he went to Eagle Pass yesterday.
I really goes to show you that you can just walk down there in broad daylight on a on any day of the week on a on a Thursday afternoon.
And there you go.
They're streaming across.
Do you think that so?
So Biden going down there the way he did.
What do you think your, you know, obviously your counterparts on the other side of the aisle there in their campaign, do they understand or does this really show an understanding of just how bad this issue has become for them?
Well, this was a last minute insincere attempt by the Biden White House because obviously Joe's handlers realize that he is underwater on this issue in a big way.
Immigration has now become the number one most important issue to all Americans in every single state because every state is a border state.
We see tragic headlines out of Pennsylvania, out of Florida, out of Virginia, of course, out of Georgia.
God bless Lake and Riley today.
She is being put to rest.
Her death was caused at the hands of an illegal monster who entered the country because of Joe Biden's policies.
His handlers realize that their policies are having consequences and the American people are fed up with them.
That's why they chased President Trump down to the border yesterday.
We announced the president's visit to Eagle Pass a week before the Biden White House said they were going to go.
And it didn't work out very well for them.
Joe Biden, as usual, was shuffling around.
He was staring into the abyss.
He was fumbling over his own words.
He actually asked some of the agents that he was walking alongside, where should I go?
Where am I supposed to stand?
Oh, I should be standing on this tape, or this X made of tape on the ground.
I mean, this man does not have it together.
He is not fit enough to lead.
People see that, and obviously they're feeling the repercussions of his policies as well.
Caroline, we've heard from the Biden campaign surrogates and their allies in the media that, you know, we shouldn't actually care about migrant crime or migrant violence because they, they throw statistics out there.
They say, oh, the statistics are different from where they used to be.
Don't worry about these high profile crimes that have gone on.
So you look at, look at these numbers.
Shouldn't the numbers make you feel better?
To me, this seems a little bit tone deaf, but I wanted to hear if the campaign had any response to that.
Oh, we most certainly do, and we dealt with a few of the first of many mainstream media stories this week pushing the White House's narrative that migrant crime doesn't exist, which is completely false.
We had NBC Fake News come out with a story yesterday saying that the migrant crime wave is not real, it's not as bad as President Trump is saying.
And they said that there's no data to prove it.
First of all, there is no data to prove it because Democrat sanctuary cities don't categorize crime by immigration status.
So when an illegal immigrant rapes or murders someone in a Democrat-run city, they don't know that that person is an illegal alien.
So it's functionally impossible to calculate the real data on this.
What we do know is is that arrests by ICE of illegal criminals in this country have skyrocketed over the past two years.
What we do know is that violent crime in Joe Biden's America has skyrocketed by 44 percent since 2021.
And what we also know is that one American life lost at the hands of an illegal person who has absolutely no right to be in this country in the first place is one too many.
President Trump believes that.
Clearly, Joe Biden doesn't.
If he did, he would have shut down the border a long time ago.
And that's exactly why the American people trust President Trump on this issue, to secure our borders and our communities and to revert back to the policies that were incredibly effective.
But the mainstream media is going to continue with this narrative.
That migrant crime isn't real.
They don't want us to believe our own eyes, but we know better, right?
I mean, you think about what happened to Lake and Riley.
You see the stories about young women being raped in Virginia and Minnesota by illegal immigrants.
Just imagine if that was your loved one.
Soon enough, it very well could be if we don't have a change in leadership and a change in the White House.
And speaking of the Lake and Riley situation, I saw this press conference, and I'm sure you watched it as well, of the mayor of Athens, Georgia, saying that it's very important for us to respect the dignity of migrants in this time and that we need to make sure that we're welcoming to people from all over the world.
defending his own policies of turning Athens into a sanctuary city possibly by the way the reason that Jose Barra actually went to this area's brother was working there but he may have also known that because of these policies it would be less likely for him to be picked up you know you work as a national press secretary Caroline does it
What possibly was he thinking in making a almost, I'm not going to say it, but it almost felt like a political self-immolation when he made a press conference like this?
It was just honestly infuriating to watch Joe Biden stand up there on that podium and then watch the mayor of Athens, Georgia, basically say that we should have respect for the illegal criminals that are committing these heinous crimes.
And to defend his sanctuary city policy and good for the residents of Athens who showed up to that press conference, who spoke out, and who confronted him to his face and said that he should resign.
He should resign because he has blood on his hands and Joe Biden has blood on his hands for the death of Lakin Riley.
This was an entirely preventable tragedy.
This illegal immigrant was not only welcomed into our nation by Joe Biden's open border policies, and then flown on the American taxpayer's dime to New York City, where he was arrested for injuring a child, and then once again released because of Democrat leaders who don't believe in law and order and just let lawlessness and chaos to ensue.
He then made his way to Georgia, was tracked by local police again, and was released into the community.
And then he committed this heinous and brutal act.
And so there are multiple Democrat officials in multiple places who are responsible for Lakin Riley's death.
and he should absolutely resign.
And it's too little, too late for Joe Biden and these Democrat officials to come out and say, we're so sorry.
Our condolences go out to the families of those who have been impacted by migrant crime.
Too little, too late.
Republicans and President Trump especially have been saying that these types of policies do not work.
They will lead to chaos and bloodshed.
And now that's exactly what's taking place in every community across America.
Joe Biden just had one of the most absolute worst weeks of his entire presidency.
And that's saying something because I can't tell you the last time that he actually had a good week.
Quick break coming up.
Caroline Leavitt, when we come back, we'll finish this and also do a quick preview.
Super Tuesday coming up as we return.
Caroline Leavitt, National Press Secretary of the Trump campaign here, Human Events Daily.
You talk about influences.
These are influences.
And they're friends of mine, Jack Prasovic.
Where's Jack?
Jack, he's done a great job.
All right, back live, Human Events Daily here, Washington, D.C.
By the way, Caroline Leavitt, you're joining us from the Trump campaign, 2024, and so we have a lot of talk about how it's white rural rage is destroying democracy in America.
Everybody on MSNBC spent about 24, possibly 36 or even 48 hours telling us that it's the end of democracy if Donald Trump is allowed to be on the ballot by the Supreme Court or by just allowing people to vote for him is the end of democracy.
And so I get up at CPAC and I give this speech saying, well, you know, if I were going to end democracy, here's what I'd do.
I'd strip the main opponent off the ballot.
I would arrest him four times before the election, demand that the election be held prior to, or excuse me, demand that the trial be held before Election Day.
I would take away people's ability to vote in person or at least add in numerous low integrity options for voting, not that I, and take away voter ID, censor people online, lock up protesters.
And I said, you know, if I were going to take away democracy and democracy, that's exactly what I do.
But it's funny that the media doesn't quite write it up that way, do they?
Well, they don't understand, Jack, that you're describing exactly what has happened under Joe Biden's administration over the past four years.
We've actually seen two journalists being targeted by the Biden DOJ in the last week.
Catherine Herridge from CBS, another brave reporter from The Blaze who was covering no other story but January 6th.
And now they are literally arresting the man and they seized Catherine Herridge's assets.
They said that she was being held, or they held her in contempt of court.
This is what communist regimes that want to end a democracy do.
Target independent journalists.
Shut down any type of free thinking or free press.
Go after your political opposition.
All of that is happening in America today.
And oh yeah, the other hallmark of every great republic failing is inflation.
Record high inflation that pinches the middle class.
So that you end up with a really, really wealthy elite who do not live by the same rules as the rest of us, who are all crippled into poverty.
And that's exactly what we slowly but surely seeing taking place in America today.
And that's why it's just so important that we get President Trump reelected.
And there's a reason they're going after him, because he serves as a unique threat to their plan to end democracy and destroy this country as we know her and love her.
It's truly amazing.
It's truly amazing to me that I make a speech like this.
And of course, they take the one part but don't give you the punchline or anything else.
But hey, we're used to it at this point, aren't we?
I do have to ask though, so going forward, we're talking about these real and true threats to our republic, our very system of government.
These people trying to take away just our right to vote.
How much of a danger could it be to allow someone to stand up and be on the ballot and vote?
Well, we do have one of those voting exercises in the Super Tuesday states coming up.
Can you give us a preview of what the campaign's plan is for this?
I know there's a big rally coming up tomorrow, Richmond, Virginia.
Actually, you know, fun post effect, my very first Trump rally was in Richmond, Virginia.
I was on deployment for most of 2016, but when I got back, That was the first one I was ever able to attend.
It was really great.
Got to shake his hand.
What is the plan for Super Tuesday?
Do you feel confident going in?
Do you think Nikki Haley is going to make a showing anywhere on the board?
No, absolutely not.
We are very confident that Super Tuesday is going to be an avalanche of delegate gathering for President Trump, and it will help him get one step closer to being the official nominee of the Republican Party.
As you mentioned, he will be in two Super Tuesday states on Saturday.
He'll be in Richmond, Virginia, followed by a big rally in Greensboro, North Carolina.
So if you live in either state and you're interested And going to see the President speak, go to our website, DonaldJTrump.com.
Click on events.
You can still sign up for tickets.
Doors open early.
Get there early.
These events are so much fun.
If you want to be surrounded by like-minded people who are so fed up with the Biden regime and want to make the country great again, we encourage you to get out on Saturday.
And then, of course, vote on Tuesday in your respective Super Tuesday state.
While we're confident President Trump will wrap up this nomination soon, It's still so important that we get out and vote in record numbers, as we have in Iowa, in New Hampshire, in Nevada, and in South Carolina.
President Trump has broken records in every single state, and we want to keep that trend moving, not to send a message to Nikki Haley.
We're over her, okay?
She doesn't have a chance in hell.
What we want to do is send a very strong message to the Democrats and to Joe Biden, because many of these states up for battle on Tuesday and Super Tuesday are going to be battleground states that we must win in order to achieve victory in November.
And President Trump is leading in general election polling in many of them.
So if you're in these states, get out and vote.
Make your voice heard.
Just obviously to help President Trump receive the delegates he needs, which we're confident he will, but also to send a very strong message to the radical Democrats that we're coming for them in November in all of these places.
That's a great point you mentioned.
I'd love to pick up on that where there are a number of potential battleground states and definite battleground states that will be up in Virginia.
I'm glad to hear that the campaign is going to be using this to build out the infrastructure for the general Virginia being right on the top of that.
There was I believe it was.
There was a polling firm that came out earlier today and showed that even in the state of Virginia, a state that's gone blue presidentially for the past several cycles, it shows that Biden is only up by three, four points in that state.
Do you think Virginia is a battleground state and some of these others, like even Minnesota, Michigan, that obviously is trending?
Does the campaign believe that these states that are typically kind of Nevada, that are just beyond reach, are now going to be in play because of Joe Biden?
Yes, absolutely.
We believe that all of the states that you just mentioned are in play.
We will continue to reach out to every voter in every corner of America regardless of race, religion, or past voting history to ensure that they hear our message, which is very simple.
Are you better off today or were you better off four years ago in Donald Trump's America?
And any logical, rational, sane American, and there's some that are not so logical and rational, Jack, and we understand that, but the majority of Americans are.
The majority of Americans want safe communities.
They want a secure border.
They want an economy where their wages are keeping up with the pace of inflation, and they're actually saving money.
They're actually putting money into their pocketbooks at the end of every week, not spending it all and putting the rest on credit cards because they can't afford their same quality of life that they had just a few years ago under President Trump's leadership.
By every single metric, on every single issue, President Trump was better for the American people, regardless of who you are or where you come from.
And so we're gonna continue to make that case.
The president will lead the charge on that.
And we're seeing the results of it already, because people feel the tangible consequences of Joe Biden's radical agenda in their lives.
That's why President Trump is leading in every single battleground state there is, and he leads on the issues that matter most.
The economy, immigration, crime, national security, and foreign policy.
Now, we're going to have a couple of segments after you run.
We're going to get into the legal lawfare that President Trump is up against.
We talk about ending democracy as we're living through it, but you're not allowed to say it.
You're definitely not allowed to say it, as I found out.
A lot of these cases seem to have been delayed As opposed to the Bragg case in Manhattan, does the campaign view any one of these particular cases as pressing?
I know there's going to be a hearing down in Florida on this documents case about these classified or unclassified documents from the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Does the campaign still view lawfare as a significant challenge, or does it seem as though this will be taken care of before the, or I should say, Well, first of all, the Democrats obviously want President Trump in a courtroom rather than on the campaign trail, because they know when he's out on the campaign trail sharing his winning message with voters, he's winning them over.
And people are realizing that their lives are not better under Joe Biden's leadership, and they want to reelect President Trump.
Now, we are doing everything we can to fight all of these cases tooth and nail.
President Trump has the best legal team in the business.
And the truth is slowly but surely unraveling in all of these cases.
The Supreme Court, we're very confident that they will rule correctly on both the ballot interference cases that we saw come out of Colorado and take place in many states across the country.
We're confident that the Supreme Court will rule rightfully on the side of presidential immunity, not just for President Trump, but for all presidents.
And that will serve as a huge detriment to Jack Smith's witch hunts that are coming out of Washington, D.C.
And then you see the truth unraveling in this case down in Fulton County, Georgia, with the alleged criminality and corruption of Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade, which is just unbelievable to witness.
So the good thing is this.
We have truth on our side, and ultimately truth always prevails.
We are very confident.
That it will before November the 5th.
And President Trump remains laser focused on not only revealing the truth and the corruption that is at the core of every single one of these cases, but continuing to fight on the campaign trail to win over the American people and win this election on November the 5th.
Caroline, I have to ask, how strange is it that on one hand, you're sitting in this position where you've got reporters yelling at you all the time saying, are you trying to end democracy?
Are you trying to end democracy?
And then the very next question out of them will be, how do you respond to President Trump being taken off the ballot in Illinois?
How do you respond to this trial?
How do you respond to that trial?
It's like, wait, isn't what you're doing the most undemocratic strategy that we've ever seen in any presidential race?
It blows my mind.
It totally blows my mind.
If you saw the amount of requests that we receive from the fake news media on this campaign every single day, I mean, it's unbelievable.
Everything that they point the finger at and accuse President Trump of is exactly what Joe Biden is doing.
When they say President Trump is a threat to democracy, Joe Biden is threatening democracy again by censoring and silencing Independent journalists who don't work for the legacy media and just push his White House's talking points by persecuting his political opposition, by allowing this mass invasion of our border.
I mean, I'll cite yesterday again, the fake news NBC shills that were covering up for Biden and illegal criminal murderers and rapists.
I couldn't believe it when I read the inquiry in my inbox.
They're trying to say migrant crime is not an issue.
Tell that to the family of Lakin Riley.
Tell that to the family of Kayla Hamilton, another young woman whose life was taken at the hands of an illegal immigrant who should have never been here in the first place.
Tell that to the mother of the beautiful two-year-old boy who was just killed in Maryland in a gang shootout where an illegal immigrant was involved.
Or tell that to the parents of the 15-year-old girl in Minnesota who was gang raped by a group of illegal immigrants.
In her home.
I mean, these people are unhinged.
They have no moral compass.
They don't care about this country.
All they care about is pleasing their editors.
And what do their editors care about?
They care about appeasing Joe Biden and the Democrats.
The greats.
We have one state of the art in media in this country.
Just about out of time there.
The great Caroline Levitt.
Good luck this Super Tuesday.
Hope you get out to the campaign trail.

Mike Davis of the Article 3 Project joins us now.
Mike, I gotta say, I'm loving all of these Media Mattlers articles going after me and you, talking about the future devastation, the most undemocratic administration that's coming in 2025.
I always read them and I'm like, so your name, there's my name, there's all these names, and then I go, well wait a minute, aren't you guys kind of admitting that Trump's gonna win then?
And I would say everything that they fear is going to come true.
Are you going to be the defense secretary?
I can't remember what they have you, but I don't want to be the acting attorney general anymore.
I want to be the DC viceroy Yes.
Oh, that's a good one!
Oh, I should have thought of that, man.
Now, I really wish I had thought of that one, because now I can't do that.
She'll be the DC voice.
Look, what I've said is, look, I'm not interested in a position, but for Media Matters, since you asked the question, all I want to do, and I could do this as a volunteer.
You don't even need to pay me.
I don't even need a title.
I just want to be the guy that hands out the pink slips.
I just want to be the guy that walks around, giving the blue badge, whatever I need, and just say, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you.
And they're going to start crying, they're going to start wailing, saying, no, no, what about my transgender children?
What about this?
What about that?
And I say, you know what?
You should have put America first.
And now you'll have much more time to spend with your children because you're not going to be around here.
Well, I want you to be the gallows master general, Jack.
I think you would be very good at that.
You would do it very efficiently, and you would provide a great service to our country.
What can I say?
I have a list.
But Mike, when we're looking at these cases, I think the big one this week, the Supreme Court coming in to pick up presidential immunity.
By the way, It was so surprising to me that you've been on here week after week saying that the Supreme Court was going to take that up, but the mainstream media, particularly MSNBC, seemed absolutely shocked and apoplectic that they would do so.
Here's what's so stupid and transparently political about the other side's argument here.
Back in December, Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department filed a petition with the Supreme Court asking for the extraordinary relief of having the Supreme Court take up the issue of presidential immunity, even before the federal appellate court, the D.C. Circuit, even before the federal appellate court, the D.C. Circuit, ruled because Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department said presidential immunity is so important that only the Supreme Court can decide this matter.
And then here we are two months later after the Supreme Court said, no, go to the D.C. Circuit.
And Jack Smith got two Democrat judges and a dumb Republican judge to go along with the position.
Now the Biden Justice Department and Jack Smith.
And all their zombies on the outside are saying, oh my gosh, how could the Supreme Court take up this case?
Well, it's because Jack Smith said it was so important back in December that they had to.
So now that they are—and if you think about it, Jack, why wouldn't they?
Members of Congress have immunity from criminal and civil prosecution for their official acts.
Not their private acts, their official acts.
So do federal judges.
Why wouldn't the President of the United States?
And if he doesn't have immunity from criminal prosecution for his official acts, I can't wait for the Trump 47 Justice Department with Gallows Master General Jack going after Obama and indicting him for capital murder for drone striking two American Citizens including a minor and also going after David Barron who was Obama's legal advisor and is now a federal appellate judge in Boston.
Maybe both of them can stand trial for capital murder if presidents are not immune from criminal prosecution for their official acts.
And it really seems as simple as that, and I've said to, you know, take the partisan side out of it, is that it's very obvious why presidential immunity should exist, and it's also very obvious why the Supreme Court would want to take this up, because it clearly has a direct effect on the conduct, again, Not just of Donald Trump, but on every president of the United States going forward.
This is a direct, it's a separation of powers issue.
It is, it's an issue about the, about, again, a direct Article 2 issue on the, of the Constitution.
It, it, it beggars belief that the Supreme Court would try to get out of a ruling like this.
Yeah, I mean, think about this.
Could a Republican state attorney general or DA charge Biden right now for his illegal release of dangerous migrants into our country and they're committing murders and rapes and other violent crimes?
The answer is yes.
Under that standard, the answer is yes.
Yeah.
So if, you know, look, if Tish James and Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg, these local prosecutors, can go after Trump.
Why couldn't a, you know, the Oklahoma state attorney general or some DA in some Republican area indict Biden right now for a murder or a kidnapping or a rape from one of these migrants who Biden's illegally letting into our country.
Right.
So this is an issue with federalism.
And of course, at the very end of it, in the same way that executive privilege exists as a form of immunity, the reason being is that it strikes to the heart of why you would have an executive anyway.
So, you know, not to get to not to get all federalist papers on everybody, but this is why you have an executive is some that.
An executive who has the ability to take actions for the good of the country that are within the executive's remit under the Constitution.
That's why we have one in the first place.
If you want to strip away all those powers, then you might as well just shred- I could just walk over to the National Archive and shred Article 2 because you wouldn't even have it anymore.
Yeah, I mean, here's the question you have to ask.
Can a private citizen order the D.C.
National Guard to put down A riot at the Capitol.
Can a private citizen decide to fire his attorney general?
The answer is obviously no.
Those are obviously presidential actions, and the fact that Jack Smith included presidential actions as predicate facts in his bogus January 6th criminal indictment of President Trump shows you how dumb Jack Smith is.
He got hoisted by his own batard here.
It's really amazing, and the nutjobs over on MSNBC have been really, which is hilarious, because of course, as we said in the earlier segment, the very same people have all been screaming at me for making a statement about how I'm going to end democracy by stripping the candidates off the ballots and locking up opponents and locking up journalists and protesters, but of course, no, no, no, no, no, we are the ones who are allowed to do that, not you.
Yeah, nothing screams democracy like impeaching the president twice, indicting your political opponent, who's the likely president again, four times for non-crimes, illegally, unconstitutionally gagging him several times, When that backfires, we're trying to bankrupt him for non-fraud in New York and with Gene Carroll's nut job defamation case.
And then when that all backfires, when the American people want to put Trump back in office on November 5th, 2024, nothing screams democracy like just taking him off the ballot because Democrats fear American voters.
And it's not even your contention that you're saying that.
We've got about a minute to the break, but we had Democrats, these two professors, I guess, from the University of Maryland, who go on MSNBC with Mika Brzezinski yesterday saying that one of the biggest threats now to democracy in this country is, oh, the threat to democracy.
Okay, so you're worried about the voting systems, you're worried about When I hear threat to democracy, I think election integrity, they say, no, it's white rural voters.
You got these people that don't want to vote the way that we want, and they're a bunch of racists, and they're a bunch of conspiracists, and they're a bunch of extremists, and they won't vote the way that they're told.
And all you angry white rural people are dangerous to democracy if you're allowed to vote.
I said, wow.
You know, it's like you guys took the lesson of Hillary calling everyone deplorables, and you said, you know what?
We're going.
You know what?
Hold my beer.
We're going to do one better.
Coming back next, Mike Davis, Human Events Daily. - In long hours, I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec. - All right, Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Washington, DC.
Look, Mike Davis, I'm not even sure what needs to be said at this point.
But Fannie Willis, the goose is cooked in in Fulton County at this point.
It's it's kind of just sitting back and laughing.
I mean, this this thing seems like it's completely over.
Am I missing anything or is that basically the case down there?
Big Fannie is in big trouble and she's toast.
Down in Georgia.
This case is done.
She had an illegal financial stake in a criminal prosecution which is absolutely unethical and illegal.
She lied about it.
She had her boyfriend Nathan Wade lie about it.
They submitted a false affidavit to the courts where they had eight other attorneys from the Fulton County DA's office put their name on a filing when Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade knew that the affidavit was false.
They are toast.
Not only should they get disqualified and their office get disqualified, Fannie and Nathan Wade should be disbarred.
They should be prosecuted.
This is unacceptable what they've done here.
They have politicized and weaponized their office to take out political opponents and they've gotten rich off of it.
$700,000 and counting has gone to Nathan Wade.
She paid Nathan Wade to meet with the Biden White House, including the White House counsel, before they brought this bogus RICO indictment.
This is clear collusion with the Biden White House with this corruption, with this corrupt prosecution.
And that's the way I say it.
By the way, huge credit, by the way, to the great Mike Roman of Northeast Philly.
This is a guy, devout Catholic, eight kids up there, private investigator.
What can I say?
You don't mess with Philly conservatives.
This is what's going to come of it.
They say, I don't know if you heard this, Davis, but they say that Philly conservatives are not only The smartest, but also the best looking.
I don't know if you heard that before.
Well, I have a face for radio, so I can't argue with you on that one.
But the Smarters, you're probably right on that, too.
Now, when it comes to these cases, let's go a little bit north of Philly here for a moment, because one of the ones that we haven't heard a lot from the media or anybody yet is Alvin Bragg, and it seems like they're trying to sleepwalk their way into this.
As we said, today's March 1st.
That jury is supposed to begin selection this very month.
What are we to look for there?
Yeah, so that trial is starting on March 25th, I believe.
And remember, this is the worst case of them all, of the Democrat lawfare.
Even the Democrats are running and hiding from this one.
They have charged President Trump, a former president for the first time in American history, for the non-felony of a businessman settling a nuisance claim.
And they tried to trump those up—pun intended—and bring multiple felony charges under a bogus legal theory that the prior Manhattan DA, the Manhattan U.S.
Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Alvin Bragg himself declined to prosecute.
It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo got sent from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department to resurrect this zombie case against Trump.
This is part of the Democrats' lawfare And election interference.
But this is the biggest dog of them all, and they're starting with their worst case.
When the American people tune into this case and see how bogus it is, I think this is going to have even a bigger backlash than what we're seeing right now in the polls.
Democrats think they're going to imprison Trump, the leading presidential candidate, before November 5, 2024.
The American people are going to have a big say in response.
Now, I agree with you on that, and I certainly think that they've kind of shot their wad when it comes to these New York cases because you've already had this ridiculous case with Eugene Carroll, you have this ridiculous fraud case, and so this just kind of feels like it's another one in a series of ridiculous New York-related cases.
That being said, it is the first criminal trial, and I'm sure the media, the Democrats, are going to make much ballyhoo of this.
From a legal strategy perspective, look, I don't think it goes without saying that, you know, they're going to New York, they're going to get a liberal jury, it'd be the same kind of jury that Doug Mackey had in New York, the same kind of jury that any Republican, Peter Navarro or Steve Bannon or Roger Stone had here in Washington, D.C.
But as a legal strategy, Do you think there's a possibility, and I've heard some chatter about this, of them trying to knock off that felony charge?
Because it really seems like this felony charge is hanging by a thread and knock that down to a misdemeanor.
Yeah, I mean, they should do a dismiss on the felony charge because it's a joke of a legal theory.
It's a legal theory, like I said, that was not even considered before Trump was running For reelection in 2024.
This is lawfare.
This is election interference.
The American people are going to be very angry when they see Alvin Bragg, the Soros Fund at Manhattan D.A., trying to take away their choice from American voters.
The president of the United States by putting him in prison under a bogus theory that they've never brought in the history of our country, and they've never brought an indictment ever against a former president.
Like you said, Jack, look what they're doing in New York, the first indictment ever for this non felony.
They've changed the statute of limitations so Gene Carroll Who's lying through her teeth can bring a bogus defamation lawsuit to try to bankrupt Trump.
You had New York Attorney General Tish James, Big Tish, go to this Democrat Manhattan goofball, Judge Arthur Ingram, and he ruled before the trial even began, before any witnesses or any other evidence, that Trump somehow committed fraud when he paid back sophisticated Wall Street banks In full, on time, as agreed with interest.
And then they imposed—Tish James and Arthur Ingram imposed this nearly $500 million, half-billion-dollar penalty on Trump that is clearly unconstitutionally punitive.
This is big Tish, who inappropriately campaigned on the fact that she's going to get Trump.
And then she made Elise Stefanik did a bar complaint where Tish James made over 50 extrajudicial improper statements during the first five weeks of the trial before Elise Stefanik stopped counting.
This is lawfare.
Look, if the Supreme Court does not fix this lawfare, we're going to lose our country.
These are republic-ending tactics.
But remember, but remember, they're the only ones who are allowed to end democracy.
When I say I'm going to end democracy, oh no!
Everything blows up.
Everyone's hair goes on absolute fire.
