This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
A commentator, international social media sensation, and former navy intelligence veteran.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
Deliver us from evil!
The U.S.
has carried out a self-defense strike targeting and destroying multiple projectiles that the Houthis were preparing to launch at commercial ships just in the last hour.
Instagram also displayed the following warning screen.
To individuals who were searching for child abuse material.
These results may contain images of child sexual abuse.
And then you gave users two choices.
Get resources, or see results anyway.
Mr. Zuckerberg, what the hell were you thinking?
In what sane universe is there a link for see results anyway?
Migrants are storming our beaches, literally, at Marine Street Beach in La Jolla, California, where a group of suspected illegal immigrants approached the shore.
The group then jumped onto the sand and ran off into the residential area.
It is a war zone down there.
I was the first governor to deploy National Guard to our southern border three years ago.
We have to let the word out that when you come to New York, we're not going to have more hotel rooms.
We don't have capacity.
So we have to also message properly that We're at our limit.
A group of migrants in New York City are arrested after attacking NYPD officers in Times Square.
Five were arrested, and four are already released without bail.
This isn't Republican or Democrat.
That's a terrible bill, 5,000 people a day.
That's a lot.
That's like record-setting stuff.
Uh, no.
We just had a meeting with the Teamsters, and one of the biggest problems they have is millions of people are pouring into the country.
And that's a killer for the Teamsters, and I'm gonna stop it.
Donald Trump's legal problems don't seem to be impacting his poll numbers.
In fact, a New York Times poll released over the weekend showed the former president leading current president Joe Biden in five of six key swing states.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Defense Daily.
We are live from Washington, D.C.
today.
Today is February 1, 2024.
Anno Domini.
Send Black Pillars to the Gulags.
Send every single Black Pillar out there to the Gulag.
I'm done.
I'm absolutely done with the Black Pillars.
I see them on my timeline, on social media.
I hear them on the news from time to time.
I hear these commentators.
Just get rid of them.
Because, folks, let me tell you something right now.
We're winning.
We are winning, and we are going to win.
Put the polls up.
Look at this.
President Trump is now leading Joe Biden in every swing state.
And this isn't like the Human Events poll.
This isn't a Fox News poll.
This is a poll from Morning Consult.
If anything, this is a poll that's anti-Trump.
Look, You got North Carolina, 10 points.
Nevada, 8 points.
Georgia, 8 points.
Wisconsin, 5 points.
Arizona, 3 points.
Pennsylvania, even my home commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 3 points.
You realize how up we are right now.
Joe Biden's bottom has fallen out when it comes to American workers and particularly with Gen Z who will be voting in this election.
18 to 24 right now.
If you're 18 to 24 and you're looking at Joe Biden and you're watching these TikTok videos, you're saying this guy is a doddering old...
Can't say that word on air.
A doddering old idiot.
We're not going to say the R-word.
We're not going to say the R-word, ladies and gentlemen.
It wouldn't be nice.
It wouldn't be prudent.
So, this guy is a moron.
He's got us into war after war around the world.
The economy isn't getting any better.
People are trying to figure out how to work.
And they're saying, you know what?
I don't like this guy, number one.
I'm not going to come out for him.
I don't support him.
And what does that do?
So, even if Even if they're not crossing over to Trump, and many are, by the way, but even if they're not crossing over to Trump, we've also found out that that means that Trump supporters will win.
This is going to be a marginal election, ladies and gentlemen.
And people have been— I've been taking so much crap for talking about low-propensity voters and various celebrities and influencers who have the ability to get out those low-propensity voters and saying, oh, but Jack, what about this?
What about this?
You're gonna make him mad at you.
Oh, oh, you're gonna— There's no emotion here.
There's no emotion here.
I don't particularly care about any of these influencers or celebrities.
What I care about is their ability to drive out low-propensity voters in the swing states that I just mentioned.
That's what this game comes down to, boys and girls.
It's not the 1990s and the Rock the Vote era anymore.
What we have is a ballot-harvesting-style election.
80,000 votes in those swing states is the difference between freedom and full-on totalitarian communism, which will be instituted.
You want more people locked up in the gulags?
You want more Republicans and more patriots to be locked up with the J6ers?
Then fine, don't worry about any of this stuff.
But if you actually care, If you actually care about the direction of this country and the direction of our future, then maybe you will wake up and pay attention to the system of government and the system of politics in this country and also understand that guess what, boys and girls?
We're winning.
Gavin Mack, Shows and Steps.

Jack Persovic back here, Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C.
For 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and when I say only, trust me, they are the only one.

Okay, I see people in the comments and they're saying, they're saying, Poso, what do you mean black pillars?
What's a black pillar?
What is the black pillar?
PatriotMobile.com/Poso.
That's PatriotMobile.com/Poso.
Okay, I see people in the comments and they're saying, "Poso, what do you mean black pillars?
What's a black pillar?
What is the black pillar?" Okay, very simple.
So we were doing the Matrix references yesterday and we walked through the woman in the red dress.
And I said, when I talk about Taylor Swift, I was like, people are forgetting the lesson of Morpheus and the lesson of the woman in the red dress, the distraction.
The phrase red pill also, of course, comes from the Matrix, the red pill versus the blue pill.
And so there's actually a meme on this, and I'll walk you through it.
The blue pill, right?
Remember, the blue pill means you remain in blissful ignorance of the illusion around you.
You don't learn about the matrix.
The red pill is that you embrace the sometimes painful truth of reality, that you are in a matrix.
Now, there are different subclasses of what happens after you take the red pill, and these have been referred to as other pills, but it's really just sort of a state of mind.
The white pill is an optimistic subclass.
Everything you do matters.
You have the power to change things.
Existentialism.
You need to find the purpose, right?
That you have purpose, that you have task, that you have duty.
This is the war room ethos.
This is the human events ethos.
But then there's the black pill.
The black pill is this pessimistic subclass, the nihilists.
Nothing you do matters.
Humans are meant to suffer.
There's no purpose to anything.
This hopeless nihilism creates low morale and that low morale, I'm sorry, puts you in the same camp as the people that we're running against, puts you in the same camp as the regime, puts you in the same camp as the GAE.
So what I say to this is, look, you know, maybe not gulags, maybe labor camps, maybe labor camps for black pillars, you know, we can work it out of them.
So give, you know, a couple of years of hard labor and you will be fine.
They're trying to scare people.
And look, folks, don't forget the legalese.
They're trying to shape a margin of victory surrounding Trump getting convicted, and we need to win above the margin of fraud.
But let me go through something for you, and this is from the great Shipwreck Crew over on Twitter, who is a good follow.
He's a very good follow.
Let's check the score.
DC Trial.
Off the calendar, not certain when it will return yet.
Florida Trial.
Lots of pre-trial issues that will make trial in 2024 almost impossible.
Georgia Case.
Fannie and Wade can't be contacted as their cruise ship is beyond cell service.
The New York Stormy Case.
Those are misdemeanors at best and the statute of limitations expired in 2021.
Gavin Wax joins us next from the New York Young Republicans.
Gavin, we were told that these cases would destroy Trump's presidency.
This was Ron DeSantis's entire, the only reason that Ron DeSantis could ever find for why he was running was to say that the cases would take him out.
Kind of looks like the clock is getting run out on these cases.
Trump's not being taken out.
In fact, the indictments only served to bolster Absolutely not, Jack.
We are on the verge, the cusp of a major political upset and victory in this country, and we have to keep morale high.
We have to stay optimistic.
That's half the battle.
But we also should play like we're 10 points behind, like we're 15 points behind.
That was President Trump's mentality in these primaries, where he was being outspent.
Despite that, he still came up victorious, both in Iowa and in New Hampshire, and he's going to go into another victory very soon in South Carolina.
And you mentioned these cases.
Again, these cases were designed, they were designed to basically knock President Trump's re-election chances out the window.
Instead, he's only become more battle-hardened, he's turned into a martyr of sorts, and this is only sort of, you know, You know, energized his base and woken up many people across the country who really were asleep at the wheel and didn't realize the depths to which our institutions have been corrupted and the depths to which our institutions have fallen.
He's winning these cases, he's winning these primary states, he's winning many of these general election states, these swing states based on the polls, so we need to stay optimistic but let's still play like we're 10-15 points behind and the Black Pillars and the Nihilists and the Doomers be damned.
Well, you see these Doomers, right?
You know, Doomer is another name for it.
Maybe people understand that one a little bit better.
But you see these people all the time.
They say, voting doesn't matter.
We can't vote our way out of this.
Trump's never going to be allowed back in office again.
And it's number one, like, guys, you're blowhards.
But number two, I would say, Being a Doomer is the epitome of cowardice.
You're actually being a coward.
Because if you say the situation is hopeless, that means you don't have to fight.
So what it tells me is that you're actually scared of the fight.
You're actually scared of getting out there, getting your hands dirty.
You gotta get your hands dirty.
If you're gonna throw some punches, you gotta be willing to take some punches.
And there's a lot of people in this game that are not willing to do that.
They say, oh, I'm so scared.
Don't leave Taylor alone.
Don't go out there and protest Alvin Bragg.
Don't go out there for Trump.
He's too controversial.
Stay away from the controversy.
You're going to get in trouble.
People might get mad at you.
Oh, boo-hoo.
Well, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry, ladies and gentlemen.
But that is not, you know, some sort of esteemed ivory tower view.
And maybe it is an ivory tower view.
What it is, is actually cowardiceness masked as aloofness.
Gavin, is this the kind of fight that we can win without getting our hands dirty?
No, absolutely not.
We need to look to some great American heroes like Teddy Roosevelt, you know, man in the arena, time to roll up the sleeves, get in the arena, get dirty, get in the trenches and fight.
And I'm sick of all these people on the sidelines, you know, dooming and glooming, you know, whining, complaining, kvetching, acting like a bunch of yentas, and they don't want to get out there and actually do the work that needs to be done.
They don't want to protest.
They don't want to rally.
They don't want to get votes.
They don't want to register new voters.
They don't want to build organizations.
They just want to complain, whine, and just kind of go through life miserable and just let the forces of history and the forces of politics and current events just sway them left, right, and center, rather than going out and charting their own course and being a part of a movement, being part of rather than going out and charting their own course and being a part of a movement, being part of a political force that is These are the types of people that weren't born for greatness.
They weren't able to rise to the occasion.
And sadly, our political class, our donor class, our consultant class, the Beltway elite, they're all sort of in the same mold.
And you made a great point in the monologue that the doomers and gloomers on our side, their nihilistic worldview is effectively the same nihilistic worldview of those in power.
Those in power have the same worldview, they just happen to be in positions of authority where they're able to basically just bring all of society down to their level, which is a quite low moral level, it's a quite low level in terms of their outlook on life in general, their very anti-life.
Uh, but it's all kind of stemming from the same root, which is this nihilism that all is lost, the West is lost, the country is lost, what difference does anything make?
Let's just roll over and surrender.
And if you don't have that view, if you have a little bit of vitality left, a little bit of a backbone, maybe high tea, if you will, uh, you'll be able to push back and fight on and, uh, you know, maybe make history.
And I think we're on the cusp of making history with this election, Jack.
Look, I have zero respect for cowards.
I have zero respect for cowardice.
And I will always have respect for people who step up and fight.
Like, if you're gonna come at us, come at us.
If you're gonna come at MAGA, please, step up and throw your best punch.
Don't run around saying you're not really running, it's just a national book tour, you know, while you're raising all this money.
Step up to the plate.
Step up to the plate.
Swing the baseball bat in my face.
I can take it.
Let's go.
Let's throw it out.
Let's throw it out.
And so these people...
I sit there and say, the people say, well what about, what about the, you know, if you're, look, if you're upset about January 6th, if you're, and the treatment that's been done to the people, if you're upset about the pipe bombs, if you're upset about the pro-lifers who just got 11 years, 11 years in jail for protesting abortion, Guess what, boys and girls?
There's an answer to all of these problems.
You know what that answer is?
It's called endorse Donald Trump and do everything in power to get him into office.
This is the way through.
I don't care if you don't like him.
I don't care if you don't like the tweets.
I don't care if you like his hair.
I don't care if you don't even ever listen to a single one of his speeches.
I don't care.
Because if you're upset about one of those things, I'm sorry, but there isn't any other way out of this.
Period.
There's no office in the land that has the national leverage with the ability to do this.
And oh, by the way, for the people who say it's the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court's been great, how do you think that we got those justices up there?
And look, I'm upset about the Texas decision as well, but again, this is our fighting chance.
If you want to roll over and die, you can do that.
But, you know, you're not going to we're not going to sit there.
And, you know, I hear these people, they say, just run away from the fight, you know, go off and live in like the, you know, go live like a peasant in the pastures.
And don't worry, the regime will never come for you.
It's a joke.
It's an absolute joke.
You need to be engaged.
You need to be fighting the regime on every front.
Don't go down as a pathetic Kulak, you know.
Stand up and fight for yourself, fight for your family, fight for your country.
And, you know, this mentality is just going to lead us astray.
And this is the type of mentality that the regime loves.
This is the type of mentality that really just demoralizes any sort of opposition.
And we need to have The same sort of mentality that President Trump has, you know, he's going in there, he's getting attacked from all sides, prosecutions left, right, and center, the deep state, the media, the RNC, the DNC, everyone's throwing everything they can against him, you know, now he's up against birdbrain Nikki Haley, and, you know, he still comes out winning, and it just goes to show that if this man can go through all this and keep winning, we should continue to stand by him, we should endorse him, you know, he could go live a great life at Mar-a-Lago had he never chose to run again for re-election,
They would have left him alone, but he's choosing to give up the good life and fight for this country, fight for what he believes in, the same principles and rhetoric and talking points that he's been espousing for the last 30, 40 years.
So let's continue to fight for him and fight for this country.
Quick break, coming up, Gavin Waxman.
Let's talk about Rolling Stone Magazine in the next segment.
You talk about influences.
These are influences, and they're friends of mine.
Jack Poselbeck.
Where's Jack?
He's done a great job.
Alright, Jack Poselbeck back live, Human Events Daily.
60% of U.S.
pork production comes from one company.
Did you know this?
And it's owned by the Communist Chinese.
Now those hogs are given something called racopamine, which is banned in 160 countries, including China.
Yet when you find it every day in your grocery aisle.
Well, there's a better way, folks, and it's brought to you by today's Human Events Daily sponsor, Moink Box.

Spelled m-o-i-n-k box dot com slash poso.
That's m-o-i-n-k box dot com slash poso.
Gavin Wax, I got a question for you and also kind of a theory.
So, we've been, you know, seeing, if people have been online lately, they see this guy Will Stancil who's running around and, you know, he's from the Midwest and yet he acts as like a complete lib.
And there's this phrase that, you know, we've used here on the program called Hicklib.
And these are these people who sort of have the aesthetics of, you know, someone who's from the Midwest or the South or Appalachia and yet they're a full-on lib.
They're just complete lib-tarded.
And I was trying to think, what would the inverse of a Hicklib be?
Is there anything like that on the right?
And really, one of the critical features of the Hicklib is that they absolutely hate everyone they live around who is conservative, supports conservative values, goes to church, has families, etc.
And I came upon it and I was like, you know what?
The corollary to the Hicklib is the inverse, I guess you could say, is the Urbancon.
You know, the Urbancon, this is somebody who, I don't know, maybe somebody like From the Philly area, or from New York City, or from L.A.
like Stephen Miller, or obviously Donald Trump himself coming from New York, where you have the aesthetics of someone who's from the more urban world, the city world, and when it comes to politics, your main driving motivation is law and order.
Because we've seen the destruction of our great cities before us.
And I see this through line in the Rolling Stone piece that was just written about, All About You, this great book that you have coming out.
This is really a big difference that's changed the new right from the old right, isn't it?
Oh no, amen!
I think you bring up a lot of great points there.
I mean, the only difference I would say is, well, the Hicklib, it's, you know, they're a self-loathing creature.
They hate everything around them.
They hate where they come from.
Uh, and they, they take on this sort of left-wing ideology as a form of classism to elevate themselves from those around them.
Uh, and I think the urban con, you know, people like yourself, people like me, Stephen Miller, whoever may be coming from urban America, you know, I love New York.
I think you love Philly.
You love where you come from.
We're just sad and displeased with the way our states and cities have been run into the ground by this, you know, one party, uh, all powerful Democrat machine that have basically destroyed Uh, the fabric of urban America for the next few generations, unless we really reverse course drastically.
Uh, and I think the urban conservative at the same time is, uh, you know, keenly aware of the future of our country because all the future of our country could really be seen on the streets of New York, San Francisco, Kensington and Philly, wherever it may be.
Uh, you can see the hordes of zombies on drugs, the migrants, the crime, the homelessness, the trash.
You know, the destitution, the boarded-up businesses, that's the future of the United States, and it'll come soon to a suburb near you, it'll come soon to a rural town near you, maybe a very well-to-do urban, sorry, rural town, say in Vermont, that votes maybe 80% liberal.
You know, they're living the good life, they're actually shielded from a lot of the voting, a lot of the consequences of their voting patterns, but it's coming across the country if we don't stop this invasion on our border and the rest of these societal ills that we've allowed to plague Our citizens for far too long, and I think, you know, this new movement, this new right-wing movement that's ascendant, many of the main thinkers and drivers of it are these sort of urban conservatives, these urban populists.
They at least have an understanding that this new political realignment, this new emerging populist majority, is a blend of the urban and rural vote.
It's kind of like a reverse FDR coalition, which is something we discuss in, or I discuss in my book, The Emerging Populist Majority.
And this is really what's driving A lot of the change in this country, and hopefully we'll see that change result in a massive political win in November so we can bring about real policy change.
But understanding the roots, understanding the direction, understanding what's happening in urban America is key to actually being able to chart a cohesive path forward.
Well, I think you're exactly prescient on that because when we talk about the economic concerns and economic populism, economic nationalism of the populace, you'll say, well, hold on, wait a minute.
You know, people have said fiscal conservative, economic conservative for years.
There's a difference between an economic populist and an economic conservative.
An economic conservative is someone who says, well, the country should serve the pleasure of the GDP, that our jobs should be outsourced, migrants and H-1Bs.
Should fill our factories and our tech centers and our corporations.
Our corporate world should all be filled with this.
These programmers from India and wherever else they're coming from.
And so the difference between a populist economist is populist economics says, how do we do things better for the people who live here right now?
And you see this right now.
In a lot of the media, because they're saying, oh, the stock market's up, obviously because they're predicting that Trump will win, but they'll say the stock market is up, so how can you say the Biden economy is bad?
And it's like, well, because a populist will say, we care about the workers, we care about working class wages, and the fact that the only time in recent history that working class wages actually saw a real increase was during President Trump.
The only time since the 1960s that we've seen an actual decrease in the foreign-born population Oh, absolutely.
This is all music to my ears.
and the numbers were already trending down even before COVID.
Again, all of these things are intrinsically connected.
So, so Gavin, there is a direct tie, I would say to actual real economic growth for the people who live here, as opposed to this kind of fake wall street economic growth of the Paul Ryan Mitt Romney class.
Oh, absolutely.
This is all music to my ears.
I mean, if you take these so-called conservatives, they're really just neoliberals masquerading as conservatives and they worship the GDP and their entire worldview comes down to the
You know, when you worship at the altar of the GDP, you don't care about families, you don't care about quality of life, you don't care about borders, you don't care about God, you don't care about culture, tradition, you don't care about the nation, because ultimately, if you're just driving to get that little green line as steep as can go and as high as it can go, and all you care about are corporate returns and corporate earnings, everything is for the taking.
Everything can be thrown off the table.
And you sacrifice everything at the altar of profit.
And compare that to the populists, or the National Conservative, or whatever other title you want to use, we actually view the economy not as the end, but as a means to an end.
We want to uplift the individual, uplift the family, uplift the nation.
We believe in borders, we believe in culture, we believe in tradition, we believe in things that are deeper than just sort of rampant consumerism and commercialism.
And the dollar we want to actually elevate people to a transcendence.
You know, we're not going to mock a woman or a young woman or a young man who is struggling, you know, with the 50 40 hour work week in a cubicle where they just feel like they have no meaning or purpose in life.
We're not going to ridicule them.
We're going to try to find ways to make their life more meaningful for them to have a sort of spiritual awakening and a transcendence that goes beyond just slaving away.
At a corporate job where they could be expended at any moment, and they'll have no savings, and they'll have no benefits, and they worked basically for nothing.
I don't think that's conservatism mocking people who definitely have an ill feeling in their stomach about all the supposed perks of modernity.
Nikki Haley has come around and said not only is, and I haven't heard her say whether or not she supports E-Verify, which is a system, and to his credit, Ron DeSantis did say he supported this, actually make it a crime to hire illegal immigrants, to give an illegal immigrant a job ahead of an American.
It's just so obvious.
You want to turn off the flow.
At the border, this is the second thing you have to do after you actually shut down the border.
And then number two is that Nikki Haley said she wants to raise the retirement rate to 70 as the U.S.
life expectancy is dropping to the mid-70s.
It's ridiculous this idea that you're telling young voters, Gen Z and Millennials, that you can only get about, what, four or five years of retirement before you die.
Again, this is the epitome of worshipping the GDP Rather than actually caring about Americans.
And that's the difference that your book is outlining.
Yeah.
Amen.
It's these Wall Street corporatists.
You know, we're all becoming sicker.
Like you said, our life expectancy is dropping and the quality of our lives, the amount of free time people have is declining.
Depression's on the rise.
Suicides on the rise.
Drug use is on the rise.
All of these indicators of a failing society, criminality, single parent homes, you know, poverty, unemployment, everything's up.
You know, they'll massage the data.
They'll lie about the data.
But then, of course, if the stock market goes up, everything's good.
Everything's dandy.
And both Republicans and Democrats are making that stupid assertion.
But at the end of the day, we don't need to be cutting the retirement age.
We need to be doing we need to be introducing policies that reward people that create families, that reward people for bringing life into this world.
We need to be supporting people with with jobs that are not just jobs on paper, but jobs that actually are meaningful and jobs that actually have an increasing, you know, purchasing power associated with it.
And that's why migration, this mass migration crisis is the problem of our time, because not only do you destroy the culture, not only do you flood the nation with new votes, but you also suppress the wages of those that exist that live here and work here.
And all of a sudden, everyone's poorer, you're inflating the currency, they can't afford the life they once lived, and we're turning everyone into a new peasant.
And everything's going to end up like California, where you have this neo-feudal technocratic state, where you have these super-rich tech bros, and you have this giant inland population of poor people that are basically just running on welfare, running on scraps of the service economy, Because manufacturing's been gutted, decent jobs have been gutted, the economy's been gutted, but it's all been gutted in a sort of corporate-style takeover like Mitt Romney did through his entire career, where they sell all the assets to the highest bidder, to the lowest bidder, they just liquidate everything.
They're liquidating the entire country, and Americans are getting the short end of the stick.
China's succeeding because of it, Wall Street is succeeding because of it, everyone's laughing at us, and the conservatives are too busy making fun of regular Americans who understand there's a problem.
We're just about out of time.
Where can people go to get a copy of your book?
Absolutely, Jack.
Thank you for having me on.
You can get The Emerging Populist Majority on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, wherever books are sold.
It is now out.
It's hit the shelves.
Grab yourself a copy.
Please leave a nice review.
And yeah, thank you for having me on and more to come.
All right, God bless Gavin Wax.
The Democrats want a permanent electoral majority.
That's why they're importing Democrats rather than trying to persuade people.
Well, someone who's a little less persuasive, Fannie Willis.
We're going to get into all of that next with Phil Holloway.
Jack, where's Jack?
Where's Jack?
Where is he?
Jack, I want to see you.
Great job, Jack.
Thank you.
What a job you do.
You know, we have an incredible thing.
We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting policies.
Alright, Jack Posobiec back here, live at Human Events Daily.
Folks, Fannie Willis, Big Fannie Willis is in big trouble down there, and the left is finally starting to go after this as well.
By the way, if you want to support someone who has been fighting Fannie Willis tooth and nail, it's one of the defendants in the case, his name is Mike Roman.
He's a guy that I've known for a very long time.
First met him about 15 years ago back working campaigns, election day operations in Philadelphia, fighting the fraud all those years ago, getting my teeth cut on the ground in Philadelphia politics and then Pennsylvania politics.
Mike Roman is one of the top election day operatives in the entire country.
That's why President Trump brought him up in 16 and 20 to help fight these cases.
Now, A guy with that very same, right, we're talking about urban cons in the past segment, a guy with that very same mentality of, if you come for me, I'm going to punch you back twice as hard, is going and getting the receipts on Fannie Willis.
And so, Philip Holloway, who we're working on getting on as our guest, he has this fantastic piece up at townhall.com.
The Fannie Willis Affair.
Will Fulton County's RICO case against Trump die a death of a thousand cuts?
And it goes through.
The legal and political worlds were rocked this month when Mike Roman brought this case.
Listen to this.
A clandestine personal relationship during the pendency of this case, which has resulted in the special prosecutor and in turn the district attorney profiting significantly from this prosecution at the expense of the taxpayers.
And so to be very clear, what came through here was that in order for her to put this case together, a lot of people said, why is she indicting so many people?
Why are they trying to bring all these cases at once?
And something that I've looked at, and it's very clear, The more people she indicted, the more amount of special funding that she was able to pull through her district attorney's office.
So the more people she indicted, 19 in total.
We haven't seen any other indictments like this anywhere in the country.
Only Fannie Willis.
The more people she indicted, the more money she was able to request for these special prosecutors.
And it turns out that the most special of the special prosecutors was none other than her own secret boyfriend, a man by the name of Nathan Wade.
And so she hires him, a man with no background in trying these types of cases whatsoever using the very same money that she requisitioned as again a special requisition from the taxpayers of Georgia.
We're also told by the way that there is a possibility That some of the money that she's paid to Nathan Wade could have come from COVID funds, unused COVID funds from the federal government.
That would make it a federal felony where the FBI should get involved.
Now, to be fair, I don't think the FBI is going to get very involved in this case.
But my big question is, where's AG Carr?
A.G.
Carr of Georgia.
Look, Brian Kemp, the governor, I'm sorry, I just don't think he's going to get involved and I think we all know why.
Because Kemp wants to help anyone who's running against Trump.
He hates Trump.
He's term limited out.
He's not interested in going for anything.
Carr, on the other hand, wants to run for governor of Georgia.
So if Carr thinks that he can run for governor of Georgia, he's going to have to stand before the voters of Georgia.
And here's a simple question, AG Carr.
Why have you not opened a criminal investigation into the most obvious RICO case in the world?
Most obvious on the planet.
Because we can all see what Fannie's done here.
We can all see the kickbacks.
A very obvious kickback scheme.
It isn't even sophisticated to be honest.
It's really not sophisticated at all.
She just hired somebody that she was having an affair with and the hilarious part of it is she didn't even try to hide her tracks.
You can find that he was buying all of their tickets together.
They're running around the country, running around the world, Napa Valley, going to the Caribbean, apparently going to Australia, some of these places, and the records are all coming out because, oh, by the way, he's still married, right?
He's going through a divorce, but he's still married.
That means his wife, his soon-to-be ex-wife, has access to all of the financial records in the divorce proceedings.
This is like the dumbest political scandal you ever heard.
If John Grisham, the great southern legal scholar, legal novelist, was going to write a novel about these guys, nobody would buy this.
They would say this is ridiculous.
Nobody would ever be that stupid.
But yes, unfortunately, this is what's actually going on.
And John Grisham, who loves to go in and blame white people for everything, and he hates the death penalty, and he thinks the death penalty is evil, and anyone who uses it is a big problem, and it's a big no-no.
Well, John Grisham won't write a novel about this because it doesn't fit the narrative, the left-wing narrative, that John Grisham likes to pretend in his novels.
So here's an actual case.
Of actual political corruption in the state of Georgia, in the Deep South.
But of course, Sean Grisham won't care about this because it's actually quite interesting, right?
You've got the political corruption on the side of Kemp.
You've got the political interests of A.G.
Carr who wants to run for governor, but he needs Kemp's support.
He's Kemp's man at the Attorney General's office, so he won't go for it himself.
And then you've of course got the actual corruption of Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade, who are stealing from the taxpayers with both hands.
Stealing from the taxpayers with both hands.
So there's a really good chance here.
And I spoke to, when I was at the RNC National Summit, now that's not the Ronna McDaniel one.
Ronna McDaniel, by the way, you want to talk financial corruption, we could talk financial corruption all day long with Ronna McDaniel.
Because I am not, I'm equal opportunity when it comes to this, and I'm more than happy to talk about Ronna McDaniel's financial corruption.
But when I say the RNC Summit, I'm talking about the Restoring National Confidence Summit that we held in Las Vegas on Tuesday of this week.
Myself, Charlie Kirk, so many people there with Turning Point Action.
And I was able to actually speak with some strategists and some people who are deeply sourced within the Georgia legal community and the Georgia political community.
Here's what they said.
They said to me, Jack, there's a really good chance here, there's a really good chance that Mike Roman's motion in this case, and he's subpoenaing people, he's subpoenaing people on Fannie Willis's side, he's going in deep on this, he's trying to pull people up, that
In that hearing, to dismiss these charges, the amount of receipts that he's put together, the amount of resources that he's put together on this, you actually could have a situation where the judge takes a look at this thing and throws it out the window.
And if the judge is then able to throw this thing out, guess what?
That means the rest of the cases are going to be thrown out as well.
That means that because of what she's done in the conduct of this trial, It's going to call the actual indictment itself into question.
And the Georgia legal community is going to sit there and say, look, there's no way we can take this case because there's no way you can separate, there's no way that you can separate the work of Fannie Willis from the work of what was done on this case.
Because if the entire thing, again, it's kind of like fruit of the poison tree, okay?
Because the idea is if this thing started out as a financial corruption scheme, a kickback scheme to begin with, a RICO scheme, where she was going to indict Trump and all of these electors and all of these people with the goal and the stated secret intention of trying to essentially pillage the public trough, pillage the public coffers that she was going to go in,
Indict as many people as possible, bring forward these special prosecutors, and always intended to hire her own lover boy to do it.
It's actually amazing, and I think for people who think, they say, oh Donald Trump's just lucky.
Donald Trump just has this ability to, you know, skate whenever these legal problems come up.
I say no.
I say not at all.
We are going up against some of the most corrupt, crooked people on the face of the planet.
And when you're going up people who are not operating in good faith, when you have people that are operating in bad faith like this, they will always make mistakes, they will always fail, they will always self-destruct.
And that's what you see Trump do time and time and time again.
He gets his enemies to self-destruct because they, in their zeal, in their hatred, in their triggeredness to go after him, they make mistakes.
They blow themselves up.
Or you're like Fannie Willis and, you know, quite frankly, you're just stupid.
You're someone who's just incredibly stupid.
You see the same thing with Letitia James.
You see the same, we saw the same thing with a lot of Kim Gardner and many of these Soros prosecutors around the country.
Alvin Bragg, by the way, who's trying to use this incredibly novel, just insane theory to go after Trump or something.
The Statue of Limitations is expired by almost three years.
Folks, Trump is gonna come out on top of this And you know something?
We're all going to win!
We're going to win, baby!
We're absolutely going to win in 2024.
That election night is going to be so amazing.
Stay tuned, we've got a little bit more for you after the break.
Human Events Daily continues.
All right, Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily.
Now, by the way, a lot of people may have seen over in Ukraine today a very interesting press conference was held.
Victoria Nuland just all of a sudden pops up out of nowhere and she's in Ukraine.
What is she doing there?
Why is Victoria Nuland in Ukraine?
And she's there by herself, strangely enough, She's got the ambassador there with her, but nobody from Ukraine, nobody from Zelensky's administration.
She's there telling everyone, everything's going to be fine, we're going to win, Zelensky's going to win, Putin's going to lose.
And here's the real rub of it.
When Victoria Nuland, when Vicky Nuland shows up, you know that the bodies are going to follow.
You know that things are about to get set in motion.
Why is Victoria Nuland popping up in Ukraine all of a sudden?
Well, it's very simple.
Because there's an ongoing crisis of leadership right now in Ukraine.
This is spilled over into a lot of the Western press regarding the leadership of Zelensky.
Zelensky essentially has been trying now for about a week to remove the current head of the Ukrainian military, General Zeluzhny.
He wants Zeluzhny out because Zeluzhny is seen, number one, as more popular and more trustworthy than Zelensky.
Zelensky is taking a lot of the blame for the fact that the Ukrainian war has become completely stymied.
It's become an absolute boondoggle.
The counter-offensive last year was a complete failure and they're putting this on Zelensky.
He's saying that we need more counter-offensives.
We need to push for more counter-offensives.
We need to do more counter.
More people need to go and die in these trenches.
More people send them to the Channel House of the East.
Well, they don't want to do that, and Zelensky has been telling him no.
So Zelensky goes over to Zelensky, the head of the military, and says, I want your resignation.
You must resign immediately.
Here's the problem, though.
Zelensky says no.
Because Zelensky wanted to put this other guy up there who was willing to go incredibly more aggressive, a guy by the name of Budanov, who was going to go so much more aggressive, who was going to absolutely just conduct terror operations and all sorts of things on Russia and on these Russian areas.
Well, here's the problem.
Zelensky refuses to resign.
Now here's the other issue.
And Budanov says he don't want the job.
He said, I'm not interested in going in on this.
A lot of palace intrigue as the entire Ukrainian situation is spiraling out of control.
And so here's the question.
What Victoria Nuland is over there trying to figure out is, which side does she take?
Does she continue to prop up Zelensky?
Because remember, there's a lot of equity.
There's a lot of brand equity into him.
This is the guy who is the new Churchill.
He's been over here.
He's been feeded.
But you know what?
This has happened before in U.S.
history.
Where has it happened?
South Vietnam.
No Dinh Diem.
If you go back to the late 1950s, Ngo Dinh Diem, the head of South Vietnam, oh this guy was, he's getting ticker tape parades in New York City, he's getting to meetings with Eisenhower, he's doing great, and then all of a sudden what happens in the early 60s when things start going wrong for him, when it looks like the Soviets and their proxy forces in North Vietnam are winning Ho Chi Minh,
Well, Ngo Dinh Diem didn't get on the last truck out of Saigon and he ends up with one in the head and being dumped at a train station.
That's where that guy ended after being the ticker tape parade joy boy of Vietnam.
So Zelensky, here's the question for you.
Do you really want to trust Vicky Nuland?
You know, it's kind of sad that you're in a situation like this in what's supposed to be an election year for Ukraine, but oh, that's right!
You canceled the elections because you said that elections shouldn't be held during wartime because elections create division and you want unity.
Well, now you got a problem on your hands because you shouldn't have trusted Victoria Nuland.
Vladimir Zelensky right now is hanging by a thread.
His entire presidency is on the ropes, and he is in grave danger.
Actual grave danger.
And folks, let me just say what happened.
It's very simple.
It's very simple.
When you get in one of these situations, look all throughout history, including, by the way, the history of this region.
If you have a president that you can't vote out of office, a leader you can't vote out of office, and he loses the support of the military...
What's the next thing the military does?
That's right, boys and girls, that's what we call a military coup, where Zelensky will be frog-marched out of office, and hopefully that's the only place he's frog-marched to, and told that he's not allowed to be president anymore, and then the military comes in and installs whoever they want.
Probably Petro Poroshenko, the guy who, oh by the way, was the last president of Ukraine before Zelensky, an oligarch in his own right, someone who has been working with The military of Ukraine and, oh by the way, oh by the way...
Someone that is more than willing to let to let Zaluzhny and these other organizations do what they want.
By the way, Poroshenko, the same guy who was installed by, who was it?
Who was it that installed him as president the first time?
Let's see if I can remember.
It was just so long ago.
Did my tongue can't?
Oh, right!
Victoria Nuland.
The same Victoria.
You gotta understand the, the, the familial anger that Victoria Nuland, and when I was on with Alex Jones, we talked about this recently.
That her family were Trotskyites that were run out of Russia, the Odessa area, when Stalin took power.
So her family was kicked out of Russia, and so she hates Russia because of this.
And her family started the partnership with the New American Century, which is one of the leading neocon Trotskyist organizations in the entire country.
And you have to understand, the neocons are Also communists, okay?
They're Atlanticists.
They're obsessed with Russia, but they hate Russia.
It's an actual, a familiar, a historic hatred of Russia, but it has nothing to do with being pro-freedom.
It's just that they're the other side of the communists who lost in the 1930s and got kicked out.
This is why they're obsessed with Russia.
And you wouldn't tell me, you wouldn't tell me, oh, oh, you're putting on a show.
The entire Maidan coup.
She's done it before.
She'll do it again.
Victoria Nuland.
When she shows up in your country, you better know that the bodies are about to start hitting the floor.
The same way that bodies were burned, protesters were burned in Odessa, all the way back during the Maidan coup.
The way that people were shot by, and it's, you know, it's been blamed that they were shot by Yanukovych down in Maidan Square, but we're not exactly sure who was pulling those triggers.
Maybe Vicky could tell us all what was going on.
Ladies and gentlemen, we got a lot of stuff going on today, but I want to tell you something right now.
All of these things All of these things can be fixed.
