Colorado's Supreme Court cited a section of the 14th Amendment which prohibits someone from holding office if they engaged in insurrection.
Trump's legal team argues that it's up to Congress, not state courts, to decide who is eligible to be president.
We'll just read again from the filing, because this could be right out of a political thriller.
The nation would have no recourse to deter a president from inciting his supporters during a State of the Union address to kill opposing lawmakers to ensure that he remains in office unlawfully.

Got a lot of problems coming up, in my opinion, with the famous island with Jeffrey Epstein.
A lot of problems.
Hundreds of pages of Jeffrey Epstein's court documents now unsealed.
This deposition that's now been released by Epstein accuser Joanna Schoberg.
So the question from an attorney was, did Jeffrey ever talk to you about Bill Clinton?
And she said that he said one time that Clinton likes them young, referring to girls.

Award-winning, by the way, award-winning episode that we We did two years ago, detailing his ties to Harvard, his ties to Israeli intelligence and Ehud Barak, his ties to the pharmaceutical industry, his ties to Bill Gates, Steven Pinker, we broke it all down.
And we also get through the fact that it's very clear what's going on here.
Everything that you've seen since 2015 to today, It boils down to this.
It's the Patriots versus the pedo ring.
And it's been the Patriots versus the pedo ring ever since.
Because when one man who was not on that list, a man who couldn't be bribed, a man who they didn't have blackmail on, stood up and decided to run for president, then everyone you see on that list Turned against him.
And did everything they could to stop him, and they've been doing it ever since.
That man's name is Donald Trump, and guess what?
Trump knew that he wasn't on the list because he knew that he didn't do anything.
That's why he didn't seem worried about this.
And I saw people out there from both sides of the aisle, I should say, people that are supporting other candidates in the primaries lying and saying that Trump would be on the list, saying that his name would be redacted, saying all of this stuff.
The liberals, of course, claiming that he was on there.
But guess what, folks?
Even in depositions, witnesses say he was never at any of Epstein's houses, he was never on Epstein's Island, he never participated in any inappropriate contact with any of the girls or any of this stuff.
Investigated more than, I think at this point, Trump has been investigated more than anyone else on the planet.
The cleanest guy in New York business, the cleanest guy in New York real estate, the cleanest guy, the only clean politician, because he isn't a politician, in modern American history.
You can read it in black and white, folks.
The prosecutors bring up Trump.
They said, what about Trump?
Can you tell us about Trump?
Come on, give us the dirt on Trump.
We don't want to talk about Clinton.
No, no, no.
We want to talk about Trump.
What did the girl say?
Nothing.
Nothing happened with Trump.
Nothing was there.
Jeffrey mentioned him a couple of times, popped him up, wanted to talk big, said, oh, we're going to go to the casino.
But guess what?
Nothing ever Happen.

Now, I want to bring in Richard Barris here, the People's Pundit.
Rich, I know, look, it might be a little bellicose what I'm saying right now, but I gotta say, there are some of us who have spent the last eight years being smeared For daring to say there was an elite pedophile ring operating within American politics at the highest level.
I've been smeared by this.
People have gone after my family.
We were swatted twice.
My parents were swatted twice over the Christmas holiday, including, by the way, on Christmas Day itself, my parents' home.
Not to get into the law enforcement there, but we're working on it.
Now the Epstein files come out, now the list is out, and look, guess what?
We were exactly right.
I wish I was wrong!
By the way, I wish I was wrong about Epstein and the Clintons and all of it.
I wish I was wrong.
Rich, doesn't this really confirm that everything that we've seen since 2015 has basically been this?
I just keep saying it's the Patriots versus the Pitot ring.
That's everything you see falls into this.
I still, Jack, and always thanks for having me on, I still remember a so-called documentary that had you in there, that maligned you over this.
And back then, you know, what are we talking about now?
Almost 10 years later.
But back then, you were a conspiracy theorist to push something like this.
And even though so much of it had been known already, and it's also worth noting that the only way a lot of this came out and a lot of these, like the downfall of Epstein, Was that Social Dilemma?

Brilliant move by some people on the right to say, We can use this angle with Trump's labor secretary now because because of Costa being in the Trump administration.
We can use this angle now.
And these idiots will think we're just trying to attack him and attack Trump.
And they use that.
So now here we are.

I'll throw it out.
And I've said this on Twitter.
I said it on Twitter, and I'm going to say it here again.
It was Mike Cernovich in 2017 who initially filed for this with his lawyer Mark Randazza.
Then, as you say, in 2019, that's when the Miami Herald and the Acosta angle came up.
Secretary Acosta.
Uh, got involved and then it all became, which by the way, what did, and Rich, I know you know this, we didn't pre-plan this folks, what did Secretary Acosta say during his Senate confirmation when he was asked about why he didn't move against Jeffrey Epstein?
Do you remember?
And why they gave him the sweetheart deal?
You know, I, wait a minute, refresh my memory, because no, I don't remember.
He said, he said, he said, I was told, because this came up very briefly, he said, I was told that Jeffrey Epstein was tied to intelligence and that's why we should go easy on him.
That's what Acosta said, because remember, he had been in the DOJ down there in, I believe it was the Southern District of Florida, um, on the original case on this, which, oh, by the way, Let me remember, who was the FBI director during all of this time and the original investigation into Epstein?
I'll give you a second bite at the apple there, Rich.
Who was the director?
His initials were R.M.
I'm trying to remember the guy's name.
innocent men to rot in jail in New England, to let his buddy Whitey Bulger run free for as long as he did.
Yes.
We're talking about Robert Mueller, folks.
So, you know, I mean, this did long history this and it makes sense, Jack, as to why, because by the way, Cernovich has a great thread he put out.
I think it was late last night or this morning on this.
You know, there's so much we are not ever going to get to see because the FBI did allow, I mean, the Justice Department, the FBI did allow Ghislaine Maxwell to get rid of the real dirt, Jack.
I mean, the real juice.
For people who know, he had obviously, or thought he had, you know, insurance.
And a lot of this stuff is just never going to be found because they gave her the opportunity to get rid of it.
I've heard all sorts of tales.
It's buried off the island.
It's in the water.
I mean, it's gone now.
It's gone.
And it's sad because, I mean, if the roles were reversed, they would dredge the entire, you know, they would dredge You know, the channel between England and Europe in order to find that.
Jack, they would dredge everywhere, but it's gone.
You know, so sadly, we're going to have to accept what we have is what we have, at least for now.
Unless someone speaks.
Yeah, one day until we win.
Because we know all this, the Pamela Anderson Stiles text tapes that do exist, when they were blackmailing politicians, right?
And Tommy Lee, right?
We remember all of it.
Those Stiles tapes do exist.
They have the names on them.
The FBI confiscated them.
They've never released any of it.
And by the way, we want the tapes released.
We want the list of the clients Yeah, nobody wants to see it.
There's a couple of names in this, but this was not the full client list.
That is under lock and key.
That's down there with like the Ark of the Covenant in, you know, the secret Smithsonian archive, you know, basement, double basement room.
Yeah, you need to go Raiders of the Lost Ark on this whole thing because that's where that is if they haven't destroyed it.
And I don't think they will destroy it at this point, by the way, because you have to understand, and not to get in too much of it, Rich, but we can't really understand the processes of geopolitics until we understand the level and the leverage that blackmail plays in these operations.
What it's referred to, folks, is a brownstoning operation.
A brownstoning operation is when a young politician gets into Washington, D.C.
By the way, Jake Tapper wrote a novel about this.
Kind of interesting.
But Jake Tapper wrote a novel in which, this is the plot, a young politician or maybe a member of the media gets into Washington, D.C.
and they're, you know, they're bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and they want to get in and they want to change something and all of a sudden they go out to a party and suddenly they, you know, they get offered something at the party And then one thing leads to another, they take a drink of something, they don't realize what's in the drink, and they wake up in bed with someone that they've never met before.
And then all of a sudden someone says, you know what, I got photos.
And guess what?
Now I own ya.
Because I can make those photos.
It's called brownstoning and it's been going on for a hundred years.
Yeah, I think that, you know, we have to, I hope that this generation is the generation that deals with politics as it is in reality and not as, um, you know, this, it's projected to be by the media, you know, in production news.
It's funny, Tapper wrote a novel about it, but he spends his entire actual hard anchor career covering up for it.
Newhouse, one of the Trump- I have theories about that, by the way.
I'm not going to say that publicly, but I got theories about that one.
I got theories about that, Jay.

I smell what you're cooking.
One of the last impeaching Republicans in Congress right now.
It's like an open secret that there's a tape about people in his office.
There's a bunch of footage from apparently, you know, some disgusting old white men running around with girls they didn't know who they were.
This is real.
This is how this, sadly, how this works.
And as far, why does this matter now?
Because I think that the Trump presidency should have taught us actually a valuable lesson because they tried the Hoover model on Trump.
They did it to Obama.
He caved like a, you know, he folded like an omelet.
That's how it's been going for decades and decades.
And we get literally one president who doesn't fold.
I heard you when I was waiting in the green room talking about this must be the cleanest man who's ever done business in New York City.
As someone who's from New York City, I'm stunned they didn't find anything real about Donald Trump.
We all thought there'd be a couple of things, a couple of bad deals, right?
We thought, come on, all right, this guy was in real estate in New York City, by the way, going back to the 70s, okay, the 70s.
Right.
This is why his father, Fred, always said, son, don't do business in Manhattan back then, back in the 70s.
Don't do this.
Don't get in there.
You don't know what you're going to get in with.
And then when he made Trump Tower able to sell condos to LLCs, that turned into a whole thing.
He was the first guy who did that in business, by the way.
It's why Trump Tower sold out so quickly.
And all this goes, you know, people can go read books about it.
But the fact of the matter remains.
that he knew enough, he knew enough not to get caught up in any of these.
I had a guy at Trump Tower tell me this one - Clearly. - Speaking of that.
Where they said- - Clearly, Jack. - And if something was in there, we would have known in 2016.
We would have known it from Miss Universe, we would have known it from his business deals.
We wouldn't have needed Epstein stuff.
It would have all come out.
I had a guy at Trump Tower.
It was, this guy was like, was just one of the guys who worked on the resident side.
You know, he said to me, he said, Mr. Trump, don't ride the elevator by himself.
And he definitely don't ride the elevator with just himself and another woman.
He said, I've never seen it.
He said, Mr. Trump, don't do that.
And Mr. Trump never would, because this specific type of operation that we're talking about is called a, it's not a blackmail operation.
It's called a brownstoning operation.
People need to understand that in brownstoning operations, this is what you do.
You take someone like that who gets to DC, and if they don't accept a bribe, if they don't accept money, then okay, you find another way to get them on your side and put them in your control.
And if Hillary Clinton had gotten into the White House, then through her husband, Jeffrey Epstein's network would have been in control of the U.S.
government.
That's what they wanted, and that is what Trump prevented.

Jack, he's done a great job. - All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here live, Washington, D.C.
They're calling for snow this weekend in Washington, D.C., so I don't know if I'll be sledding with the boys or making snowflakes or snowmen or whatever it is, but I know that the snowflakes are currently melting here in this town because they know what's coming for them beginning in about a week and a half in Iowa.
Then 60 days from now in on Super Tuesday and then followed up in November when Donald J. Trump wins the election and they're melting down so bad that I want to play this clip again that we have of Ari Melber from MSNBC just to show you how bad they're losing it.
Just read again from the filing because this could be right out of a political thriller quote The nation would have no recourse to deter a president from inciting his supporters during a State of the Union address to kill opposing lawmakers to ensure that he remains in office unlawfully.
What in God's name?
The DOJ just said that Trump might go to the State of the Union address if he is re-elected and call for the murder of opposition politicians during the State of the Union address.
Which, by the way, every time they try to attack Trump they make him sound cooler.
Rich, Why are they getting so desperate?
And that's not just Ari Velver.
That's in a filing from the Department of Justice against Trump.
Why are they getting so deranged?
Jack, this is going to get really bad this year.
All through the next 10 months, 11 months, people need to expect just open ridiculousness like this and dangerous stuff.
You know, I mean, this is that kind of thing right there is insane.
You would never expect I don't want anybody from the Department of Justice to write something like that and then not care that other people are going to read it and see it and report on it.
Because why?
Ari Melber is going to go in front of a camera and actually talk about it like it's a credible concern or something.
This is going to get bad because, as a numbers guy, I'm telling you they know what they're seeing.
They know what I'm seeing.
They're in a lot of trouble.
This is not a normal... I wrote this right before the break and I just wrote something else right after the break.
This is not a normal one-year-out woe for an incumbent president who can recover.
We have other presidents we can compare Biden to, folks.
He's in a worse position than Trump was, ever was.
He's in a worse position, far worse, than Obama who recovered.
But Obama had hit 50% approval once in a while.
He never fell into the 30s the way that Biden is now.
He never was plagued by low 40s at best.
And then, of course, Herbert Walker Bush was another one who was defeated, but he was falling all the way from, no kidding, three quarters of the country approving of him.
He was falling very quickly one year out, and he had been down to 50%, and that was on his way down.
So, they know, historically, the mountain.
That they have to climb here.
And it's even worse.
It's compounded by Trump being a former president who has a record.
And now you even have people at the New York Times writing articles saying that Trump could be seen as the return to normal candidate.
So they're going to try to do everything they possibly can to make Trump a scary candidate, a scary person, because they cannot go record for record against him.
They can't.
And Rich, what you're just saying totally ties up with what—look at Biden's plans for this week.
First, he's going to where?
Valley Forge.
Okay, Valley Forge, where I got married with Tanya Tate, a little church right there at Valley Forge, and it's actually where we proposed at Washington's chapel.
Well, I proposed to her.
She didn't propose to me.
We are conservatives, after all, folks.
Traditional gender roles.
I was just going to say!
I know, I know, I know.
I was going to say we got engaged, but it came out the way it came out.
And he's going to be giving a major speech, again, the same way using the trappings of 1776, the same way he did at Independence Hall, famously to talk about white supremacy and MAGA extremism, the extremist MAGA movement.
And then he's going to talk about how if MAGA gets in control again, this is going to be the next coming of Adolf Hitler.
It's going to be the next coming of Mussolini and all the evil dictators of the past.
And you need Biden in power because they want to do everything they can to make Trump seem dangerous, where all Trump has to do is really come out and say, Are you better now than you were four years ago?
And talk to me about the return to normalcy argument.
Why is that so powerful in politics?
Which has been used, by the way, for over a hundred years in American politics.
And that's, I mean, it has.
And, you know, Ronald Reagan was trying to tap into that, you know, when he was being reelected.
And he said, are you better off than you were four years ago?
Trump has an even shorter phrase that he can use.
It's four words.
I told you so.
There will be numerous instances when he said, I told you about this.
I told you about energy, Pennsylvania.
I told you about inflation, rich people.
I told you, you know, I mean, it's just so much.
I told you, by the way, I wouldn't start a war, and he would.
I told you, I told you, I told you.
And people at this point, presidential elections are A-B tests, and you're going to hear a lot of headlines about how the country doesn't want this rematch.
Obviously the country does, in some capacity, want this rematch, otherwise they would not be getting it, and they're going to get it.
So let's just get over the delusion hump, I think, in a A little bit.
We'll be past that.
We don't have to entertain that nonsense anymore.
They're going to get this rematch and they're going to have a choice to make.
That is an A, B test.
A or B. It's that simple.
And Jack, I'll tell you this.
The January 6th argument, they better hit it hard because everyone has data.
The Wall Street Journal, everybody has been polling this a year after year.
And you know, once upon a time when it first happened, it may have been a very potent argument.
Even still during the midterms, it may have still been a somewhat potent argument.
But at this point now, the country has learned a lot more about January 6th.
And despite the protests from people at CNN against Vivek and others, you know, the truth has leaking through.
They've seen the tapes through Tucker.
They've seen the tapes that Speaker Johnson released.
There have been people like Julie Kelly out there hammering the pavement.
The sentiment is just not the same.
Rich, you're right.
But let me throw this on you real quick, just because we have a few minutes left.
If I can get you to shift gears.
I promise everybody, I want to get your handicap.
What happens in Iowa, and then what happens going through the next 60 days?
Because here's what I'm seeing start to kind of bubble up through my sources and things I'm hearing.
There's people saying that we don't know if Trump's win in Iowa.
And they do think he's going to win, but they don't know if it's going to match the polls.
And so then the reading is, oh, the DeSantis campaign is planning for a campaign of, and again, this is from my sources, that what they're going to say is Trump underperformed in Iowa.
We have a lane.
We have a lane that we can get into as long as we can make it to Florida on Super Tuesday, which is 60 days from tomorrow.
By my calculation, 60 days, 61 days.
So is this what you see, you foresee, or do you think that it's going to be a monumental win and everything just collapses?
You know, I've been talking to people that know Iowa, that live there, and everyone seems to be expecting a historic turnout at the caucus.
And if that's the case, then we know it.
We've polled it.
Other people have polled it.
First-time caucus goers can only serve to increase Trump's lead.
I mean, his ground game turned out to be a lot more formidable than people expected it to be.
I would say this.
There is always a polling miss in Iowa.
There's never a 30-point polling miss, okay?
There could be a 5.1, an 8.1.
No matter what, they will say that Trump underperformed.
I'm telling you.
I mean, that's just, that's the only move they have to make.
So, Trump is up by 30.
If he wins by 20, they're gonna pretend like the chicken little sky is falling and that there's a lane.
They're gonna do that.
Nikki Haley, He plans to use the results of a fake primary in the Silver State to try to give her momentum going into her own home state.
The fact is, nobody has had a lead this big and not had the nomination, Jack.
And there's a lot more complicated things going on with Iowa versus the New Hampshire.
You know, who picks the nominee?
I think we're in the middle of a transition right now.
Trump did not run in the ideological Puritan lane.
So him winning Iowa really can't blunt his momentum going into New Hampshire.
It sounds ridiculous.
To even expect that.
He underperformed in 2016, yet he still went on to win New Hampshire.
He was supposed to win the Iowa caucuses, folks.
Remember?
So, you know, I mean, again, we're getting to the realm of ridiculous.
$200 million buys you delusion, apparently.
And this is just crazy at this point, Jack.
It's crazy.
So this is really interesting to me.
And here's what I'll say, folks.
They'll say Trump underperformed out of Iowa.
I just, I think they'll say it because they'll say he didn't get 60%.
He didn't get 50%.
They'll throw up some ridiculous number, even though nobody historically in a contested primaries ever, or contested caucus, since we're talking Iowa, has ever won Iowa with more than like, what, 12, 15, maybe at the most.
Anything beyond really double digits would be a historic win in Iowa.
Ted Cruz, of course, people remember him winning Iowa in 2016, but it was really a three-way split between Cruz, Rubio, and Trump at the time.
They were all kind of in the 20s.
And then going forward, so it doesn't look like DeSantis will perform well, so Haley might do better in New Hampshire.
Again, she's not going to win, right?
None of these guys are going to win.
Then she'll go to South Carolina.
She'll do well there, obviously, but I still don't think she'll win even in her home state.
Then it will come down to see where they'll look to see where to put the money.
The big money will look at which one of these horses is the best lead, and then you'll see all the money slide, I think, all the big money, anti-Trump money, into either Haley or DeSantis.
DeSantis right now is doing anything he can to just stay alive until Florida.
Yeah, listen, DeSantis made a deal with the devil.
They abandoned him.
They went to Haley, obviously, all those big donors.
That's what happens.
That's who these people are.
So I would tell you that it's all going to be noise.
It's just noise.
And that they have plans to drag this on for as long as they can, no matter what, because they never believed they could beat him at the polls, Jack.
They're the same people who are funding Nikki Haley, or funding the effort to remove Donald Trump from the ballot.
Listen, Republican voters, the last thing I have to say is this.
You better get right in your head real quick, because you really don't have a whole lot of time.
If you think it's only Democrats trying to remove Donald Trump from the ballot, then you live in a fantasy world.
They are all going to try to rally.
Like you said, it's either going to be Haley or DeSantis, but I just think that they're not going to go back to DeSantis from Haley.
They already left him.
That's what they do.
They're not going to go, you know, with their hat in their hand, you know, begging to go back.
Plus, DeSantis doesn't really have a lane, even if he does better in Iowa than people expect him.
He ran the Hail Mary strategy.

Folks, We're talking about Jeffrey Epstein.
We're talking all about, all about the rings within our government.
Sam Harris called it the circles that matter.

Jake Tapper wrote a whole book, a fictional novel, all about sex rings operating at elite levels in Washington D.C.
Now we have the Epstein files.
We don't have the complete list out, but Our next guest, Alan Mashburn, who is the American First Candidate for Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina.
He's also a contributor at The Blaze.
He's written an op-ed up at The Blaze talking all about how the regime must go for the Republic to endure.
Alan, what I would say, and I see there's a lot of pieces up on The Blaze today about Epstein, as really across human events and post-colonial as well, I think that Epstein represents something that was and perhaps still is an integral part of the regime, of the ruling class, that took over this country and moved it away from its original roots.
The original American And I just did a whole New Year's Day special with Steve Bannon about this, because basically it's, look, if you won't take the money, if you won't take the bribes, then we've got six waves from Sunday to get back at you.
So if you won't take the bribes and go along with all this, then we'll blackmail you and we'll make you go along with us.
And I've talked about Robert Mueller's efforts to cover up the Epstein rings.
I've talked about the fact that Secretary Acosta said that when he was at the DOJ, that Epstein was told to him.
He said that Epstein was a member of intelligence, that he was an intel asset at some level.
We talked about Ghislaine Maxwell and her father and the intel connections there.
So, not to get too into the weeds on all of it, but I wanted to bring you on to talk about the nature of the regime and the nature of how DC is basically able to force these or entice, shall we say, these politicians to do their bidding.

When I wrote the article, I had no idea that the Epstein list would be coming out at the time that it did.
But it segues very well because it represents, this regime represents the corruption.
That we have had that Donald Trump and his presidency only highlighted and shown up to the surface.
So.
They are very well connected in the sense of evil.
I think I've heard you say and and and report to several times over and over in your in in my listenings to you about where we are in an evil society.
This is an evil regime.
And if we really want our republic to last, we've got to change our mindset.
You can't deal with anyone who has intentions, evil intentions, to destroy you, your values, your family, your way of life.
This is exactly, human trafficking is exactly what we're seeing here with this Epstein list.
There's no telling how many people we have that will be implicated.
There's no telling how many people that will be redacted.
They love to redact documents.
I know for one thing, you and I are not on that list.
No, and what's amazing is that we also saw, and I just reported at the Post Millennial yesterday, that the Sound of Freedom, you mentioned human trafficking, child trafficking, so Sound of Freedom, the movie, comes out last year.
It went, and they attacked this thing six days from Sunday.
The regime didn't want anyone to see Sound of Freedom.
That movie went on to do $250 million worldwide, so in the, I think it was the top 30 films worldwide, and here in the U.S.
domestically, it went into the top 10 movies of the year, and it actually beat Taylor Swift about this very same issue.
Now, I would say that in Sound of Freedom, they don't necessarily get into The blackmail or the brownstoning operations, those type of things.
But as you say, it does directly tie into the child trafficking issues, which to me seems like something that shouldn't be a partisan issue in any way.
Do you think there's a real hunger in this country to do something about that?
In the grassroots America, there is a hunger.
There is more than a hunger.
There's a fire in the belly.
We have no choice.
When I wrote this article, it came from my heart.
If we want this republic to stand and last for our children's, the generations of our children coming in the future, then we have no choice but to stand up and take the truth and to put it in their face and let them know we will not tolerate this.
I believe this Epstein list, I believe what we're seeing in the human trafficking area, is nothing more than a microcosm of what is to come, is to be unveiled.
And that's sad.
We're America.
It is time that we started acting like Americans.
But we have deception, nothing but deception going on in this country.
Nothing but evil.
These are the same people who would have you believe that men can be pregnant, and They have corrupt minds.
They have no logic.
They have fouled logic.
And they're in leadership positions.
So I connect them totally.
And this makes it more meaningful and more urgent to take a stand in this country.
Well, I couldn't agree with you more.
And I think that there's something about It is tied, I think, also to the wokeness that you talked about, how they are targeting our children constantly.
They're targeting them with grooming operations.
They're targeting them through children's media, companies that used to be sacrosanct, iconic American institutions like Walt Disney or Disney World, Mickey Mouse, using these trusted and honored symbols and icons to target our children and to push sexual ideologies and even sexual behaviors on them.
Then you take that a step further and you say, now we find out what was going on at the highest levels, This guy, this New York City financier, nobody could ever really tell you what he financed or, you know, what it was he was doing that made all this money.
So he's a financier, he's a financier.
And Wikipedia, by the way, still refers to, if you want to find out who runs Wikipedia, here's a question.
Why doesn't the Wikipedia entry on Jeffrey Epstein have the word pedophile in it anywhere?
They call him a financier and they, and you know what they say?
They say he was a sex offender.
Oh, a sex offender!
You know like he like he you know maybe got caught with a prostitute one time just a sex offender which by the way is what they did the first time in 2008 when they gave him the slap on the wrist down in down in Palm Beach and they said all right we're all right well we'll get you on a sex You know, they call it, you know, solicitation charge, and he had this, like, sweetheart deal to go in and out, and he was basically still in operation.
He didn't even have to sleep at the jail cell.
That's how bad this was.
Excuse me, he had to sleep at the jail cell, but he could leave during the day.
I had it backwards.
He could leave during the day for quote-unquote work.
He just had to come back at night.
So he was given day passes.
This is ridiculous.
So the fact that this guy was able to operate, right, as ridiculous as all this is, The fact that a guy was able to operate like this at the highest levels of a regime tells us something about the nature of our regime that, to your point, Alan, I think is clear.
We must face the truth of what it is that we're dealing with.
We have no choice.
You've just detailed a two-tier justice system.
If you want to see that really in play, look at the January Sixers.
You want to see it really in play, speak out in public your convictions, your principles.
If you want to see that play out, go speak at a school board meeting and read these inappropriate and pornographic books and see where it gets you.
It gets you in jail.
This is where we are in this country.
And why the left is not screaming against human trafficking and pedophilia is beyond me.
Actually, it's not because they're for it.
They would want they would legalize it if they had their chance.
And that's a chance we can never Let them have.
My opponent that I'm going to be facing here in November, Rachel Hunt, has voted for all of the things that we have talked about.
Voted for it by voting against the bills that would protect our children in this state.

If you go to page 39 of the Epstein flight logs, You go all the way down, this is back in, it looks like it's the 90s, so 1995, 1996, and then you go to a certain entry, it's about halfway down the page, so actually New Year's Day, the first day of January 1996, Palm Beach Island, Teterboro.
And there's a name there.
It says Chuck Schume.
Chuck Schume.
S-C-H-U-M-E.
Chuck Schume.
Huh.
I don't know anyone named Chuck Schume, but I do know somebody named Chuck Schumer.
That's interesting, isn't it?
There's also someone there named Gwendolyn Beck.
Gwendolyn Beck, who later became the mistress of who?
Bob Menendez.
By the way, Chuck Schumer, wouldn't that be the same Chuck Schumer that was recently blocking on the Senate Judiciary Committee the release of Epstein records?

Well, and that's ridiculous from a number of facets, and not only to mention the fact that they're pushing everything to go green.
They're pushing the electric vehicle mandate, which President Trump has said that he would rescind day one, if and when he is reelected later this year and inaugurated in January of the following year.
And, you know, I look at some of this stuff, especially with the way they're trying to change over the way we drive, the way our vehicles are, forcing mandates on Absolutely.
And it is taking away from American jobs, the American economy.
that has a vehicle fleet, they're pushing these mandates on them and people are having to go out of business to turn this stuff over because it ain't cheap.
And guess what?
It's all made in China.
Absolutely.
And it is taking away from American jobs, the American economy.
It's being forced upon us.
Look, if you want to own an electric vehicle and let's call it what it is, it's battery powered, We don't go and buy an electric drill.
My electric phone, you know.
It's battery-powered, okay?
So let's call it what it is.
Batteries give out.
Batteries have a shelf life.
Batteries need recharging.
It's just not sustainable.
Batteries catch fire.
Batteries can't get wet.
You know, there's a lot of issues with batteries.
Then again, you have to realize the mindset, the logic of these people.
These are the same people who are OK with pedophilia.
These are the same people that are OK with killing the economy just so they can have their way and go head on and head strong toward globalism.
So we've got our work cut out for us.
It's all hands on deck.
We have got to turn North Carolina red.
No, I think that's exactly right.

Well, early voting starts here in North Carolina, February 15th.
If the Democrats had their way, we'd be voting year-round.
But February 15th is early voting.
March 5th is the primary date.
So far, we've traveled nearly 85,000 miles since March all over the state.
It is our plan to visit most, if not all, of the 100 counties of our state again within the next two months.
We have a busy schedule.
But my children's future is on the line.
It's that important to me.
It's that important to our team.
And it's looking great.
We have great grassroots conservative support.
They realize that we are America first, not America last.
And people get behind us.
We're having great crowds.
It's exciting.

Folks, I'm looking at some of the comments that we just got in during the show, and I saw people saying, when they were asking about, they said, wait a minute, if Jeffrey Epstein was under investigation, Then why does that mean he could have been an intel asset?
I said, you guys understand how this works, right?
You've got agencies upon agencies.
The investigation itself was covered up.
This was something that was so classified that not everybody knew what was going on at every level.
So he's an intel asset on one end.
They're investigating for the crimes on the other.
They looked the other way.
It's the exact same thing that Mueller did in the Whitey-Bolger case.
They let him off the hook so he could go and commit his own crimes.
This is what was happening.
And so they went over and said, look, how do we keep this quiet?
How do we make this go away?
And they said, it's simple, all right?
We'll let him have the sweetheart deal.
We'll let him have this, you know, state charges, not federal charges.
Why didn't the FBI ever go after Epstein during all this time?
Why didn't Mueller, as head of the FBI, not come out publicly and start talking about this and say, we need to go after this guy?
Why did Acosta, why did Acosta say when he was at DOJ that Epstein was an intel asset?
It's very clear, folks.
It's been clear from the start, and some of us who have been smeared, and have been maligned, and had a lot done to us, were right.
From day one, it's been the Patriots versus the Pedo Ring.
Which side are you gonna be on?
