Deliver us from evil!
Hunter Biden has been indicted on nine tax charges in California.
The indictment alleges the President's son earned large sums of money from foreign entities and quote, spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle at the same time he chose not to pay his taxes.
I'm not going to comment on it.
I did not.
And it was just a bunch of lies.
He didn't interact with any of his citizens?
I did not.
They're lies.
Now they're covering the laptop.
Now they're covering attacking the dog.
Now they're covering, you know, all of his senility.
All the corruption, the Chinese spies.
Attacking a dog?
What a pig he is.
But yeah, he is completely out of his mind.
He wanders around for the entire two and a half years, it's getting worse, naked in the White House.
I will say to you, they're not going to stop what is happening on a global basis.
This economic transformation is going to be the biggest transformation in human history.
It's bigger by far than the Industrial Revolution, and it is going to happen.
And a new disturbing lawsuit against MEDA, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram.
New Mexico's attorney general is accusing the social media giant and its CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, of enabling child sex abuse and trafficking on its sites.
The presidents of Harvard, MIT, and the University of Pennsylvania are under fire for their responses on how to handle calls for Jewish genocide on campus.
Calling for genocide is wrong.
Leaders should make that quote.
I understand that, but how did... I mean, it came from somewhere.
You don't think the progressive left has any culpability in driving us to this point?
IDF troops continue intense close quarter combat with Hamas terrorists in Khan Yunis and in the north as we continue to dismantle the Hamas terrorist state.
Ladies and gentlemen, friends and family, Owen Schroer here.
And yes, it's official.
I have been released from federal prison.
And man, do I have a lot of stories to tell.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, live from Washington, D.C.
Today is December 8th, 2023.
Anno Domini.
As you saw there that last minute, Owen Schroyer, my good friend, has been released from federal prison.
Now, I haven't been in touch with Owen.
Other than that, we saw early this morning, about 7 a.m.
Eastern, Norm Pattis, Owen's lawyer who we've had on here, said that he had been released.
We now Owen is out.
He said he read 15 books in 45 days.
So that's about one book for every three days.
But folks, what this really means and what we need to understand here is something that we've talked about for a while.
We're living through an era of regime politics.
Take a good look at Owen Schroer right there.
Owen Schroer is and was a political prisoner of the United States.
Derek Chauvin is currently a political race prisoner of the United States.
And we're going to be talking to Liz Collins here in just a couple of minutes later on the show all about The fall of Minneapolis, this documentary, the 22 stab wounds that Derek Chauvin took from a member of the Mexican Mafia, what's really going on with that case and whether or not the FBI leaned on the medical examiner there to force his conviction at trial.
But now Hunter Biden indicted again.
So what does all of this mean?
I'll tell you folks, it's very simple.
The regime cares more about its own safety than it does about protecting Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
They will throw Joe Biden and his entire crooked family under the bus the minute they feel that he has become expendable to them.
You've already seen him do it to Zelensky.
Alright, so Zelensky has already been thrown under the bus.
There are going to- I'm going to tell you right now.
The regime is going to blame everything that's gone wrong in Ukraine on Zelensky.
They're not going to talk about NATO expansion.
They're not going to talk about the failed counter-offensive.
They're not going to talk about the fact that he sent hundreds of thousands of people into that meat grinder in Bakhmut.
No, they're not going to talk about any of that.
What they're going to talk about is they're going to say it's Zelensky's fault, he's the one, he didn't listen, it's all on him.
Which puts Zelensky in a precarious position.
But here's the dirty little secret, is they'll do the exact same thing to Joe Biden.
They'll do this to Hunter Biden.
They'll do it to Dr. Jill Biden.
Because guess what, Dr. Jill?
You're in the emails, too.
Jill Biden, I've seen you in those emails.
I've seen you, Dr. Jill Biden, going through and directing Hunter Biden where to send the money, when to send the money, who to send the money to, demanding he send the money.
That's Jill Biden.
The fact that Jill Biden has been implicated in all of this and always was from the very start all go all the way back to 2020 when I was reporting on this.
The fact that she's in there It is the exception that proves the rule.
This was the family's money.
And the entire family is about to go down.
Because the regime is on the ropes.
They know that Trump is on the way back.
They know that Hunter is expendable.
Joe is expendable.
They're all expendable.
Because the American people have seen through the lies.
And you know what?
We're coming for you.
In 10 months time, it's all done.
Stay tuned.
We've got a huge show today.

These climate treaties that we seem to find ourselves in, this pervasive, you know, you really want to call this a grift, you want to call it a conspiracy theory, a psy-op, we continue to find ourselves plugged and pledged into this.
This is the climate change operation which has now been continuing for more than 20 years.
20 years ago they used to call it global warming.
But now the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP28, is going on in Dubai.
And, of course, the real question that we're hearing about the threat of climate lockdowns, Hillary Clinton, none other than herself, coming out talking about the deaths associated with climate change.
Well, we might even get a, you know, she's actually trying to push for us to have climate change associated with cause of death.
I can't even understand this, but the masters of the universe are meeting together in Dubai, and someone who can understand it is one of, I should say, one of the masters of this particular universe, Daniel Turner from Power of the Future.
Daniel, how you doing, man?
It's good to be on with you, Jack.
Thanks for having me.
So, walk me through it.
We're hearing climate homicides, climate lockdowns, and they're all meeting in Dubai.
What is going on in this COP28?
Yeah, COP28, it's the 28th annual conference, and they always happen in these glorious cities.
Last year it was in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt, which is a resort on the Red Sea where Moses crossed a couple thousand years ago, and the year before that it was in Scotland.
You remember Joe Biden was seen falling asleep on camera.
They always have them in these glorious resorts, and 40,000, 50,000.
This year it's around 70,000 people are attending.
This year it's around 70,000 people are attending.
Nothing ever gets accomplished, right?
They're meaningless conferences.
They're symbolic.
But what happens is there's an enormous transfer of wealth and power under the guise of protecting the environment.
And, you know, you talked about this in the past and people would think you're crazy and now calm down.
It's a conspiracy.
But then people, the American people, the world really saw what happens when you quote unquote weaponize crises.
Right.
When you say the science says We are all at risk of dying and therefore, and what I'm talking about clearly is COVID, right?
You can't go to church on Sunday because of COVID.
You have to stand six feet apart.
You can't go to school.
You can't go to work.
You have to stay locked in your apartment.
They want to do the exact same thing under climate because, not that because there's a crisis, but because it is the greatest way to control people and movement, maybe influence the election in 2024.
And if you can scare enough people, and this is why I argue all the time when people say, well, the science says, the science says.
Well, I mean, that was the science that told us if you stay seated in a restaurant, you can take your mask off, right?
But if you stand up, you have to put it on.
That was science.
That wasn't being weaponized, right?
That was science that said that if you go to a Black Lives Matter protest or an Antifa protest, by the way, I always have the Antifa book over my shoulder.
I proudly put that on every time I'm on TV, Jack.
I got your book over my shoulder.
If you go to an Antifa protest, the Center for Disease Control said you were actually helping the cause to stop COVID from spreading, and that didn't seem to make a lot of sense to us.
So science is always weaponized.
Science is clearly for sale.
Climate is just the newest arena to have this larger control over your liberty, your property, your freedom, and push this globalist agenda.
Well and so one of the big things that I've seen and many of the speakers at COP28 themselves were lockdown advocates during all of COVID because we keep hearing this again and again and of course every time I tweet about it I get fact-checked or I get hit on something like this because they've said again and again that they want to take the lockdown model.
And this is the model which, by the way, China turns this on and off every once in a while.
We've seen them do it just even in the past couple of months.
They've turned on in Shanghai.
They'll use it again.
They'll turn it off.
They'll turn it back on.
They're now telling us that they want to take this climate lockdown model, the COVID lockdown model, and apply it to climate change.
Are you seeing some of that come out of this conference?
Oh, absolutely.
And this is the type of language that the World Economic Forum likes to talk about.
Because look at the results that it got, right?
I mean, when you can cripple the church, when you can tell people they're not allowed to practice their religion because of a crisis, well then your limits to power are non-existent.
And so of course you're looking for the next crisis.
The very first document to come out of COP28 called on the West to eat less meat, right?
It didn't call on China to produce less.
90% of the ocean plastic comes from China, right?
We have banned plastic straws.
We pay five cents for plastic bags.
90% of the ocean plastic comes from China.
More than half of the world's emissions.
If you want to play the emissions game, I don't believe in emissions, but that's the metric we use.
More than half of the emissions come from China.
China didn't get a mandate to lower their emissions.
No, the West got a mandate to eat less meat.
So you realize, oh, this is not about the environment.
It's not about climate change.
It is about punishing the West.
It is about a much larger and more nefarious agenda.
And the COVID model set the stage.
And that's why It stays in the American people's psyche, and I'm glad it does.
That has to still be traumatic to you.
When you were burying your loved ones on a Zoom call, unless of course you were a member of Congress, then you were allowed to have an enormous public funeral.
When you were told you can't go out of the house unless of course you're Nancy Pelosi getting your hair cut, when you saw that level of just abuse of power, I want the American people to still be traumatized on that, because they will gladly do it again.
Climate is just the next most obvious opportunity, and it's the same language, right?
The science is what says this, and we're not doing this because of us.
No, no, no, this is science.
And one thing that I've always noticed, you know, going back and forth, and people can have the debates about, you know, is climate change happening or not?
You know, I've always said, sure, climate change has always happened.
If you go read anything about history, the dinosaurs experienced climate change, but it wasn't because of humans.
It was because of giant asteroids.
So the Earth is always changing.
Sure, fine.
But I've always noticed and you know you you mentioned the thing with the meat so okay we want to ban or at least decrease the consumption of meat and they want world governments to work to decrease this well then you go and turn around and look and suddenly they've got all these new companies and all these new products that they're trying to sell No, not at all.
that every time you hear when Joe Biden meets with Xi Jinping and says, oh, we're going to work on sustainability agendas.
Well, that means solar panels that are built in China are going to be paid for or at least subsidized in the United States and you're coming over.
So they're always trying to sell you something and get the and typically the U.S. government involved when it comes to this.
There's never just some altruistic meaning behind it, is there?
No, not at all.
And the dangerous thing that's happening now, which I think makes the current situation a little more precarious and it is unprecedented, is that at the end of last year before the Congress flipped and the House was going to go to the Republicans, they passed the Inflation Reduction Act, right?
And of course, they lied about what it was.
They said it was to reduce inflation because inflation has been punishing the American people for years.
But as soon as it passed.
then they said, actually, this is the greatest investment in climate change in history.
The reason why I'm bringing up that specific piece of legislation, Biden and the Democrats brag about how there's hundreds of billions of dollars for quote-unquote green investment, and all of it is controlled by John Podesta.
And so this is the largest unappropriated slush fund in history.
And now, if there is any need to buy solar panels to rescue a failed EV manufacturer, a bug manufacturer, right?
We have to eat the bugs.
Those people have to get money from somewhere.
The free market isn't going to finance these companies because no one wants their product.
Well, that's how they skirted the issue.
They gave John Podesta $385 billion and he can keep these companies afloat and then they can lie to the American people in the media and say, look at how successful this is, right?
Look at how these companies are, look at the jobs that we're creating and we're not creating it.
It's Keynesian economics on steroids for a very, very evil agenda.
John Podesta, everyone's favorite.
Noted art collector.
Noted Washington, D.C.
art collector.
You know, when we're looking at this, we've got a break coming up here, Daniel, so let's hold on because I want, when we go back into this, I want to not only talk about the... So, of course, we understand the U.S.
money that's being pushed through here, folks, that's your taxpayer dollars, okay?
Why did your Thanksgiving cost twice as much as it did last year?
It's because of policies like this and the Inflation Reduction Act.
Which was going to these outlets like John Podesta and others.
But we also want to talk about who is behind this year's UN Climate Conference.
Who is behind COP28?
Who is Sultan Al-Jabbar?
And coming up next, Daniel Turner is going to explain that very fact to us.
Stay tuned.
Human Events Daily continues.
You talk about influences.
These are influences.
And they're friends of mine.
Jack Poselbeck, where's Jack?
Jack, he's done a great job.
All right, Jack Poselbeck back here live, Washington D.C., Human Events Daily.

So, when I last left you, I said that we were going to talk about Sultan Ahmed Al-Jubeir.
Now, Daniel, you know, it used to be in the past that we would find that a lot of these climate industries and a lot of these greeny outlets were funded by foreign oil or funded by Gulf interests.
And, you know, things like the Matt Damon, you know, that docudrama, you know, those anti-fracking, all this stuff.
Well, now it turns out that they're just buying UN summits.
This is a joke, right?
Like, this is like a Babylon Bee headline.
The head of the COP28, United Nations Climate Change Conference, currently going on right now, the president of it, is the CEO of the Sultan in charge of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
I've got to be reading that wrong.
That's got to be a lie.
It's brilliant when you think about it, right?
I mean, as an Eagles fan, and I'm a Giants fan, and we look at our seasons, would you not host the Giants to a conference if it brought us and all of our sponsors To Philadelphia, and you'd be like, yeah, we'll fill up Philadelphia's hotels.
You can fill up Philadelphia's restaurants with giant fans.
We lost the Army-Navy game this year.
We lost the Army-Navy game to Boston.
Not that I can blame them, but I'm just saying, all things being equal.
We'll take all of your revenue, we'll take all of your fans, and we'll try to convince you that we're better.
And that's what they're doing with this conference.
I mean, America's oil and gas industry is under perpetual attack from Joe Biden.
And so the sultan is saying, you know, he's got a lot of oil.
We do.
And so why don't you buy ours?
He and Mary Robinson, the former president of Ireland, who's also a bigwig in the climate movement, had a very nasty exchange at the end of last week, live on stage, because he was trying to push the narrative that we need oil.
And it's good for everybody.
And it's good for the environment.
And she must have been scratching her head saying, we're at a climate conference.
We're not allowed to say those things.
And so, yeah, this is a guy whose whole job is to sell his kingdom's oil.
And he's selling it.
And he's using the climate conference to do it.
It's kind of brilliant when you think about it.
But it also shows you what a load of crap this whole conference is, that these climate folks would go to Dubai, right?
I mean, like Alcoholics Anonymous is not going to go to the Kennedy compound for their next meeting, right?
They understand who their enemies are.
And so having it in Dubai, even they realize, like, this is all one gigantic joke.
They realize this is all one huge conference grift.
And sure, Dubai has great hotels, great restaurants.
Let's hold a conference there.
So just walk me through his agenda, right?
So his agenda, of course, and he's the sultan of the company, right?
His job is to sell Gulf oil.
That's his job.
If I was the head or you were the head of ExxonMobil, your job would be to sell oil from ExxonMobil.
Oil, natural gas, petroleum, etc, etc, right?
That's your job.
So what he's decided to do is to say he's going to make his oil more competitive, Gulf oil more competitive, by getting the United States and the West to restrict their own energy production.
And they're just doing this blatantly.
They're not even using a front group.
They're just doing this out in the open.
Out in the open, and what a great opportunity that every world leader minus Joe Biden Luckily, Kamala was there in his place, but every world leader was in attendance.
So in sidebar meetings, you grab the president of Italy, she was there, you grab the president of France, he was there, you grab Trudeau, and you have these sidebar conversations.
Look, let's put it in another light.
Ever since the war in Ukraine broke out and the West announced that they were going to have sanctions on Russian oil, Russia didn't stop selling It's oil.
It just had sidebar conversations and sold it exclusively to other countries, probably at a premium.
So China is still buying Russian oil, right?
India is still buying Russian oil.
South Korea is still buying Russian oil.
So Putin is like, yeah, that's fine.
Okay, you guys are going to sanction me.
I'll find another avenue.
That's exactly what the Sultan is doing.
Actually, Daniel, there was even reporting from Bloomberg this very morning on Russian oil that I happened to see, I don't know if you saw that report yet, but there's actually a report that the U.S.
Navy, through intermediaries, is currently purchasing Russian oil.
I did see that report, but I did see that European countries were buying Russian oil vis-a-vis India.
And so India was loving it, right?
They bought it and they added a markup and they sold it for France.
And everyone gets to virtue signal and say, we're sanctioning Russian oil.
No, you're not, right?
And so the Saudi president of the oil company, excuse me, the sultan there, the head of the UAE oil company, He's doing the exact same thing.
He's finding creative avenues with one-on-one meetings, and he's using a climate summit to do it.
It's brilliant.
Now, let me ask you this, because I constantly hear this from the Biden administration, and maybe you can dispel this a little bit.
I think that I know what's going on, and I think that there is a net versus gross kind of argument here, because every time I say the Biden administration is restricting U.S.
oil production, they'll say, Yeah, they're playing a little fast and loose with the numbers.
Our production barrels per day are what they were before COVID, and that's great.
Are they having fun with the numbers?
Because, yes, net oil is still down, even though gross production is up versus consumption.
Yeah, they're playing a little fast and loose with the numbers.
Our production barrels per day are what they were before COVID, and that's great.
But if that were the case, if that alone were true, then oil would be at those pre-COVID levels, and it's not.
It's a good $30, $35 higher per barrel than it was.
And so you realize there has to be more to the equation, and there is more to the equation.
All last year, for example, heading into the 2022 midterms, the Biden administration tacked on The Strategic Petroleum Reserves to the daily production numbers.
And they could say, look how much oil we're producing, but they just lied.
You know, they were buying 500,000 barrels a day, a million barrels a day from the Petroleum Reserves, excuse me, they were selling it, and then they were adding those numbers onto the production numbers.
And so, you know, it's the same thing, and I said this a while ago on TV, it's the same as we saw in the Obama administration when they would have the monthly jobs report and they would talk about jobs saved or created.
And you said, well, what does that statistic mean?
And they're like, you know what it means?
It means what we needed to say on the first of the month.
And so I don't trust a lot of the numbers coming out of there.
I know the barrels per production per day are good, but if they were what they claimed they were, prices would be a lot lower.
Right, and so this is what doesn't make any sense to me.
It's the same as when you hear the Biden administration talking about inflation.
They say, oh, inflation's actually good, even though... What did Biden say this morning?
He said, you know, inflation's actually doing better even though you don't see it yet, or even though it doesn't feel like it is yet.
It's like, all right.
If I know that this Thanksgiving dinner cost twice as much as it did last year, if people are going to the grocery store, or even when I take the family out for dinner, if we get... God forbid we eat any seafood right now.
I'm trying to tell you I love seafood.
You get the price, and it's sticker shock.
It's sticker shock every single time.
You're like, I didn't just pay for $100 worth of food.
What's going on here?
This is how people at home know that what the administration is putting out is complete crap.
We can see the impact of this.
We can see everything that's going on because At the end of the day, if the prices were down, if production were actually up, prices would be all the way down through the floor and we would not be feeling the inflation we are right now.
Isn't that right?
Yeah, 100%.
And it's one of the frustrating things that there isn't enough pushback from the media at the daily briefing when Karine Jean-Pierre says inflation is down.
The rate of inflation is coming down.
It's still going up, right?
But the rate is coming down.
But that is not the same as saying inflation is coming down.
Inflation has not dropped.
Inflation, if they say now it's 3%, it's come down.
Well, it's come down from 8% last year, which was 5% ahead of the year before that.
And that's cumulative.
So you add 8 and 5 and 3 all together, that's what inflation is currently.
And so I get really angry when the Biden administration lies about these numbers and lies to the American people.
I get really angry when they treat the American people like children.
And that's where we are.
And it's where we are with our energy industry as well.
It's where they are with a lot of these numbers, right?
Any American who goes to the grocery store and buys anything or fills up their car knows how expensive life is and so to have a politician or Biden or Kareem Jean-Pierre say actually the economy is great Don't you know don't treat me like a child We're not stupid people and and being lied to by our government is really infuriating in fact It's the stuff of revolutions.
We were lied to a lot back in the Mid-18th century late 18th century and people got fed up.
We are we've got to see it It's funny you mention that.
We've got a series that's going to be coming up over... I haven't even said this publicly yet, but over the Christmas break we're going to be running a series called Chronicles of the Revolution, and that's exactly what we're going to be going through.
We're going to look at the French Revolution, the Spanish Revolution, We're going to be going all around the world and focusing on these things.
And yes, of course, it is obviously those economic drivers that push people towards these forms of revolution and towards these extreme politics.
Daniel Turner, Power the Future.
Let people know where can they go to follow you to get more information, everything that you guys are putting out that's really pushing back finally on this climate agenda.
Well, thanks.

This climate stuff, it's kicking off.
They want more lockdowns.
They want to attribute deaths to this.
They want us to be able to even perpetuate war on the back of climate change, the climate agenda.
But here in the United States, we're going through, and we went through, A war.
On race.
And that's what we're going to be talking about next.
I hear about the boring people at your office.
I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

Rode it around with trains in Japan.
Pulled it right out of my travel bag.
Right out of the suitcase, threw it on.
Within five minutes, no wrinkles whatsoever.
Tonya Tay could not believe it.
I said, I love it.
I love my Roan shirt.
You will, too.
Something else I love, a fantastic documentary that I got the honor of being able to watch, and you can have the honor of being able to watch, is now out, and it's called The Fall of Minneapolis.
We are now joined by Liz Collins, the journalist behind it.
Liz, thank you so much for joining Human Events Daily.
Done.
Well, tell us a little bit about what happened when you went to put this thing together because I know a lot of people have talked about the George Floyd case, Derek Chauvin, but I don't know that anyone has gone quite as in-depth as you guys have.
You know, this has kind of been a long, long journey for us.
I was in the mainstream media when this all transpired back on May 25th, 2020, but I ended up leaving the mainstream media due to all of these lies, sort of pushing this propaganda and seeing this for myself.
It seemed like nobody wanted to tell the truth about this.
From the very beginning.
So I jumped over into independent media, worked for a place called Alpha News now in Minnesota, and they allowed me to put out a book to begin with.
It's called They're Lying, The Media, The Left, and the Death of George Floyd.
And then we went ahead and put out this documentary.
The book was self-published because I sort of knew that it was going to be an uphill battle getting anybody to back this thing.
And we put out this documentary for free, believing that the truth should be free, but really that this whole thing cost us all So much in the sense of our safety all across this country, and again, all the consequences we're living to this day due to these lies told right here in Minneapolis.
Well, and it's been really taking the, I would say, the internet by firestorm because, I mean, last I checked, you've got millions and millions of views up on Rumble right now.
I think it came out at a certain time where, when you really looked at this story, Derek Chauvin and George Floyd, We were not allowed to ask any questions about the narrative that went on in this case when it first happened, and it felt like almost immediately we were told what we were supposed to believe about the story, as opposed to, look, I always have this sort of rule of thumb, and I say whenever a viral video comes out,
And I say, I look at it and my first reaction, okay, that's horrible, that's horrific, that's so sad, but just being in this business and knowing social media the way I do, I always say, show me what happened 30 seconds prior.
Show me what happened, what was the context?
We weren't allowed to even ask that in this case, were we?
There were so many red flags from the very beginning that so much manipulation was happening here.
The very first time that Minneapolis police actually withheld the body camera footage from a critical incident.
I also had a unique perspective being married to a Minneapolis police lieutenant.
He was serving as the union president at the time.
So obviously I was privy to some of this information, but more so journalists had all of this in front of them, but they really weren't willing to push back or go after any of that.
So we talk about, you know, that's why we start the film, The Fall of Minneapolis, with the actual body camera footage and ask yourself, why weren't you allowed to see this?
It was about two and a half months later that it was actually put out.
But I think to this day, most people haven't bothered to, you know, take the time to look at this 18 minute interaction that's taking place with George Floyd.
Where you hear him talking about how he can't breathe long before Derek Chauvin arrives on scene.
He himself is asking to be put on the ground.
You have Thomas Lane calling for an ambulance 36 seconds after that happens, and nobody seemed to want to put that all together I do think that if they told the truth about all this from the beginning, including the autopsy, which I know you've been vocal on this show about as well, we simply wouldn't be having this conversation today.
Well, since you bring it up about the autopsy, I mean, I have to get right to it because this has been one of the most stunning, I would say, new pieces of information that came out of your documentary.
This reporting that potentially there was federal pressure on the medical examiner who wrote this autopsy report that we're now showing on the screen to essentially alter it so that fit with the public narrative.
Can you walk us through that?
Yes, so basically, this is also the first time that the FBI is called in to a case in Minneapolis within just a couple of hours.
It happens that quickly.
And you have George Floyd's autopsy complete within 12 hours of his death.
Obviously, they're waiting for toxicology results and such, but for the most part, everything is complete within 12 hours.
So instead of releasing that to the public, You have these meetings going on for nearly a week with prosecutors behind the scenes, including representatives from the FBI there as well.
And we include a lot of that in the documentary, what's taking place.
There is public documentation related to those meetings.
As you see, this narrative change a bit.
But you have three times the lethal limit of fentanyl in George Floyd's system, along with methamphetamine.
He clearly has a bad heart with 75 percent blockage in one artery.
There's there's a tumor that many have said required quite a bit more and more testing that that seemed to be a factor as well.
No strangulation marks, no bruising to his neck, no asphyxiation, things things along those lines.
But again, that received very little attention.
And so, you know, I'm not a medical examiner.
I don't have a medical background.
I was a Navy intelligence officer.
I've read autopsies before.
Typically, injuries don't show up post-mortem, do they?
So, if you're conducting an autopsy within the first 12 hours, any injuries would be readily available to you, especially if we're looking at externally caused injuries.
So, blunt force trauma, like, for example, I don't know, or pressure trauma, like, I don't know, a knee to the neck.
Yeah, and you actually have the federal government, I should mention, do its own autopsy on George Floyd.
And you have George Floyd's family, who has two medical examiners that they bring in to do an autopsy as well.
But we do know that Dr. Andrew Baker is the only one to actually physically examine George Floyd's body.
But you have George Floyd's family, that autopsy, released on the same day.
as the official autopsy.
And it's actually the one that the media, George Floyd's family, that autopsy, the media to this day continues to call that an independent autopsy.
That's how they referred to it.
And it's anything but.
Nobody wanted to be honest about any of this. - No, and look, a lot of people won't say this.
I'll say it.
Dr. Michael Baden is someone that we've talked about many times on this show.
That is the kind of guy where you can just basically pay him to say whatever you want.
He spent a little bit of time in the New York coroner's office and ever since then has been cashing in on it.
And you see this from time and time again.
Anybody who wants essentially a ruling that favors whatever their side is in a case, They said that we need some legal expert to come in on us, so they will bring in Dr. Michael Baden.
Whenever you see this guy, he is the one that you know his opinion is absolutely bought and paid for.
I'm not going to ask you to say that or not, but I will say that because I have followed him.
I've looked at case after case that he has appeared in, and never once did he give an opinion that I've ever seen that disagreed with With what the defense, or with whatever side that he was brought in on, asked him to give, basically.
He never once came in and said, well, actually, I disagree with this, and I think that maybe George Floyd, you know, wasn't murdered by Derek Chauvin.
No, of course, his opinion is paid for.
The documentary, folks, we've got a quick break coming up here, is The Fall of Minneapolis.
Finally, people are discussing this in detail.
These facts, some of which were out within 12 hours, many of which Have only now been uncovered by the intrepid journalism of Liz Collins.
She has faced so much pushback, and we're going to talk about a little of that, for simply standing up and doing her job when it wasn't popular, when it wasn't the fun thing to do, when people were pushing, when the wind was blowing in the other direction.
That's what happens to you.
When you actually stand up and do the right thing.
Everyone says they're going to swim against the current, but when you actually do, that's when you face real pushback and real consequences in this country.
Stay tuned.
One more segment coming up.
up human events daily long hours i'm always listening to human events with jack posobik jack posobik back here live washington dc human events daily we're We're talking to Liz Collin of Alpha News, the new documentary, The Fall of Minneapolis, which includes the true information, the true information about the Derek Chauvin case and what happened that day.
Now Liz, we know that Derek Chauvin, just as essentially the documentary was coming out, faced that attack in prison.
Do we know what is the current medical status of Derek Chauvin?
We're told that he was returned?
Yeah, we were obviously so troubled by this news.
It was nine days after we put this documentary out that this happened on the day after Thanksgiving.
But the latest with him, he's actually only been able to contact his family just a couple times since that stabbing two weeks ago.
He has been returned to the facility.
You're right, he's in kind of a medical area.
of the prison at this point after being stabbed 22 times.
I know that he was using a walker, obviously extensive injuries, and lucky to have even survived this horrific attack.
And we're actually told that when this attack took place, and I understand there's still some investigation into how exactly this person decided to target Derek Chauvin, this Mexican mafia member, which is just very strange.
A lot of questions there.
But that Derek was actually in the law library when this took place.
He was researching his case, wasn't he?
Yeah, he was actually making copies at the time and was attacked from behind, and he says that every time, as he told his family, every time that he would try to fight this guy off, he would be stabbed again by this makeshift knife that he was using.
He said that this was somebody who was relatively new to the facility.
He thought he didn't know him, but didn't have any sort of problem with him at all.
And, you know, this is really the first time that we've sort of raised this issue of the FBI publicly or, you know, in a public way such as this movie.
And then you have this former FBI informant who goes ahead and does this.
You're right, though, so many questions still remain.
This is a medium security facility.
This guy has three years left on his sentence.
So obviously a lot to lose for him to To do this, one would think.
And it's also interesting, too, that I don't think the media has brought this up at all, especially here in Minnesota, but the person who actually gets the first update on Derek Chauvin's condition is the man who put him behind bars in the first place, and that is the Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison.
And he receives word about Derek Chauvin's condition days before his own family gets any type of call, and nobody seems to question that either.
This even being the fact though that he's still being held in a federal prison down in Tucson, so he's not even in Minnesota.
Right, he was transferred there and has been there for the last 15 months and again with no incidents.
15 months, no incidents, I'm just walking through this, and yet someone comes in who only has a couple of years left on their sentence, so their time, you know, obviously somebody who would stand to lose everything.
Owen Schroer, we were just talking about earlier, he has just left prison this morning.
This guy was on his way out, Derek Chauvin, someone who would, you know, unfortunately is not facing the light at the end of the tunnel anytime soon.
Um, isn't really a threat to anybody while he's in there.
I just can't get over the fact that there's so many questions regarding why this person did perpetrate this act.
Because, you know, people have suggested maybe he was looking for clout of some sort, which I guess, okay, could be possible.
But, you know, if that were so, why do that when you're already looking at a release date?
Yeah, and then you see the, you know, the very few details that have been released in the wake of this, and the charging document itself talks about how, you know, it's done on Black Friday because it has something to do with Black Lives Matter, and the Mexican mafia being symbolic of the fist raised in the air just seemed like, you know, kind of some ramblings that this John Tercek, is his name, was talking about that didn't seem to make much sense in the interview.
Yeah, because we all know how much the Mexican Mafia supports Black Lives Matter, of course.
I mean, those guys are just totally simpatico.
I mean, go look at L.A.
Yeah, I think there's a lot more to come here, but what's also concerning is just how, you know, radio silent the entire situation has been.
I completely agree with that.
You know, when I look, by the way, I have to give a huge shout out to Alpha News, their coverage, not only in terms of this documentary, but I remember going back to 2020, they were one of my go-to sources for Minneapolis, everything that was going on there when these riots first started.
And I just wish that we had an Alphanews Philadelphia, an Alphanews New York, Alphanews, you know, maybe some places in the South.
There's so many areas, Detroit, Chicago, etc.
There's so many places out there that are facing crime, that are facing these types of Really, in some cases, insurrectionary activity.
Seattle, Portland, for example, and yet we don't really see that same level of local journalism anywhere.
Is that something that you found moving from mainstream media to independent media?
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, our slogan at Alpha News, appreciate the kind words, but it's uncensored and unafraid.
I think there is a fear in the mainstream media that sort of permanates the day and often, you know, it's just a focus of, okay, let's, you know, make everyone feel better.
Here's a story about a puppy and here's a rainbow.
That was sort of my experience.
And I think there are so many things that are happening in the world around us and we are tasked with helping people better understand, in many cases, the evil that they're up against.
And there's sort of this ostrich syndrome where if you just stick your head in the sand, I felt like with the mainstream media that you can just ignore it.
And I will say, I think we're up to 5 million views now on the fall of Minneapolis.
And not one single, thank you, but not one single mainstream media company at this point has covered anything at all.
Has the true crime community been very open to covering this documentary and asking you to come on?
And this is something, this is just, I love beating up on these guys.
How about the true crime community?
Has the true crime community been very open to covering this documentary and asking you to come on?
I'm sure they're asking you on every podcast right now, right? - No, it's been there, yeah. - No, it's just amazing that we live in a time where true crime is this sort of like entertainment, criminal just phenomenon that's going on right now.
But if you ask them to talk about any actual crime, That's in the media, or anything that's focused on that direct involvement to their city, to their areas, they're just complete radio silence.
They want to find these completely obscure cases that they'll go all in on, or they'll find some element that fits the mainstream media narrative, or the Innocence Project, and Kim Kardashian's behind it.
But when we have something like this, that was the biggest crime of 2020, obviously the biggest crime Radio silence for the journalist who actually is going in on all of it.
Liz Collin, thank you so much for joining us here at Human Events Daily.
