We are imposing a complete siege on Gaza.
There will be no electricity, no food, no water, no fuel.
Everything will be closed.
There were rallies across the U.S.
today, both in support of Israel and in support of the larger Palestinian cause.
It comes as security was ramped up at synagogues and mosques nationwide.
Iran has unfortunately always used and focused its funds on supporting terrorism.
The six billion dollars that the Qataris are holding, is that money now going to be re-frozen?
That money can be re-frozen at any time.
Doesn't that seem like a good time to do that?
We won't hesitate to make that decision if we feel we need to.
The people who did this, they are not fighters, Jonathan.
They are not militants.
And I'm looking right at the camera.
They are terrorists.

Let's get the map up, boys.
Last night, yesterday on the program here, we were one of the first
Media outlets anywhere in the West to report the kibbutz murders, the horrific atrocities that took place that would be discovered in these remote farming villages settlements really in Southern Israel, a place where, and I've said, I brought my family just one year ago to this area, not far away from where that music festival, that rave took place.
But as horrific as this situation is, as insane as this situation is, the bombing of Gaza now, strategic bombing, I've called for a humanitarian and civilian corridor for the people to get out.
The Biden administration has done nothing to de-escalate the situation.
The Biden administration has not called upon Egypt to open up a civilian corridor.
The Biden administration instead has sent another, or they're in the process of sending another U.S.
aircraft carrier to the region amidst calls for strikes on Tehran, the capital of Iran.
If we get involved in a war with Iran, this will end with your children coming home in flag-draped coffins.
Understand that!
How long has it been since the images of Abbey Gate?
How long has it been since we saw the images coming out of Afghanistan?
And these people want to open up another one?
These people want the U.S.
to get involved in another one of these wars in the Middle East.
And there's a reason we call it Endless War.
Because that's all they have.
The neocons have no reverse mode.
My God.
I've never seen more bloodthirsty bloodlust in my life.
Neocons must be stopped from ever returning to power in the United States or anywhere in the West.
This includes Neolibs, the whole rest of them, the Uniparty.
Mearsheimer's warning.

What happens when the U.S.
We've already, we're already losing one proxy war to Russia right now in Ukraine.
And they've decided to pull a DC switcheroo on us and say, oh, nevermind.
Let's go to war with Iran instead, just after we lost a war to Afghanistan.
And I don't want to hear any copium.
The Taliban is in control of Afghanistan.
Wake up and smell the poppies.
This took place on Biden's watch.
That's clear.
There is a way out of this that doesn't involve all of us being killed.
There is a way out of this and it's not Joe Biden who, by the way, White House staffers are now reporting that Joe Biden is mixing up the wars in briefings, that he keeps bringing up Ukraine when they're talking about Israel.
No war with Iran.
No U.S.
military strikes on Tehran.
No U.S.
sons and daughters going off to die for their wars.
I won't have it, and I'm not gonna let it take place.
Hamas, wipe those inhuman scum off the face of the planet.

Folks, we're seeing horrific images of the atrocities come out that were clearly perpetrated by Hamas.
There's no question about that.
And here in Human Events Daily, we reported it yesterday in real time, long before anyone told you anything else on Fox or CNN.
We were one of the first The very first platforms to report on the horrific Kibbutz murders that went on.
But at the same time, we must be steely-eyed because we cannot allow the American people to be walked down the primrose path of generational genocide in the forever wars Or even the tip-off of a third world war.

How many aircraft carriers do you think are going to be at the bottom of the Taiwan Strait when that happens?
The world's changed a lot in the last 18 months.
Hypersonic missiles, naval drones, kamikaze air drones.
Made by who?
Oh, that's right, Iran.
You think China doesn't have those?
You think Iran's not going to give those to Hezbollah and Hamas?
Think again.
That's one aircraft carrier, that's 5,000 American sons and daughters in harm's way.
You send two, that's 10,000.
That doesn't even count all the support ships.
Couple of hits.
Couple of hits with Those drones.
One drone swarm.
One hypersonic missile.
Boom.
5,000 Americans dead that fast.

Look, I've said a lot about this.
I do feel very strongly as well about a civilian corridor coming out of Gaza.
Look, at the end of it, I think with the IDF it's very clear what they're going to do.
I think they're going to go in and they're going to remove the ability for Gaza to be self-ruled.
I think that they're going to throw this completely out the window And it looks as though they're going to, and they've said publicly, they will remove Hamas from power.
I think they will restore full Israeli control over the Gaza Strip.
And I think that's going to happen.
And it's clear, it's very clear.
And I'll say it, and I want to say something very clear and on the record about this before we bring our guest on.
When I'm talking about a humanitarian corridor, that only applies to humans.
So that would exclude Hamas and the butchers and the animals that inhabit it.
I want to bring on now our guest, legal expert, commentator, Viva Frye.
Viva, walk us through, you've had some very strong reactions to this whole situation.
Am I wrong to say that we are facing down the double barrels or potentially triple barrels of a third world war right now?
Jack, there's, look, I'm speechless in a way.
It's sickening beyond words.
That something like this can happen and, you know, it's nice.
They're gonna go and destroy Hamas.
I mean, it feels like this cycle repeats every 10, 12, 20 years.
I said I'm old enough to remember the first Intifada, the second Intifada, this cycle of violence.
This seems unlike the last two times, but I'm a little older now and maybe the world looks a little different and darker.
It's incomprehensible how something like this can happen.
This is...
This is not like a lone gunman, a lone guy with a backpack gets on a bus.
This was a coordinated attack.
It wasn't a spontaneous attack either.
It coordinated and sustained before apparently any meaningful pushback hours on end of orgiastic slaughter at a festival.
Four hours there before there's any meaningful forces coming in.
Reports are 12 hours in some of these villages.
It's incomprehensible how it can happen.
That it's perpetrated by Hamas, an existential enemy and threat to Israel.
Israel knows that.
And presumably that's what the Israeli government is there to protect against, not get lax on.
So I see this and it's horror beyond horror.
And the question is, who did it?
We know.
There's no hiding that.
How could it have been allowed to happen?
And that question has yet to be answered.
But there seem to be indications of how something like this can happen.
And it goes back to, you know, when a government is distracted fighting its own internal corruption, fighting its own internal battles and struggles for power, and it neglects its most basic duty.
And this is not, you know, it's one thing to talk about a border between the U.S.
and Mexico that allows illegal immigrants to come in.
These are border towns on areas which are, to say they're known for conflict, it's an understatement.
It doesn't make any sense how it could happen, and they'll go into Gaza, and they'll level Gaza, and in so doing, you know, they will probably get their targets, although this has been done before, but they're going to get a lot more than just the targets, and they think they're going to be killing one generation of terrorists, and then potentially just breeding another generation of terrorists.
They go through this over and over again.
The question is, you're living next to an existential threat, an existential enemy.
How could the Guard have been let down To such a degree, for such an extended period of time, to allow for such incomprehensible slaughter, the government has to answer for that in addition to, you know, doing what it was there to do in the first place.
Scott, when we see these reports that the Egyptian government is putting out saying that they shared intelligence with the Israelis as much as a month before these, how much credence do you pay to that?
Do you think they had specifics?
Was it maybe just a general thing?
They knew that an anniversary was coming up.
As a prior Navy intelligence officer, I know that when I was at Guantanamo Bay and we were doing counter-terrorism, we always talked about upcoming anniversaries.
We know that radical Islam really places a high importance on anniversaries.
However, that being said, just because there's an anniversary, that doesn't always mean there's going to be an attack.
So, how much credence do you put on that report about the Egyptian intelligence?
Well, I'm a lawyer, analyst, commentator, call it whatever.
I mean, I read the news and you have to address everything with a certain degree of skepticism.
It could be Egypt trying to embarrass the Netanyahu government.
It could be Egypt trying to play politics to, I don't know, you know, sink the ship of the Netanyahu government.
Or it could be Egypt saying, We told you and we're being truthful about it, and in as much as Netanyahu denies it, I presume there are receipts somewhere if it did in fact occur.
The problem is, believe those reports or not.
I mean, I was just digging up, you know, some articles and some interviews from a while back to try to understand the internal crisis that the Netanyahu government was facing as relates to its overhaul of the judiciary in Israel, and I came across a 60 Minutes report from three weeks ago, where they were saying, you know, as a result of the internal strife within Israel, Reservists were not showing up to work.
And I think it's Leslie Stahl.
She says to Yaniv Levin, are you not afraid that this is going to cause some insecurity, some exposure for risk for Israel?
And his answer was, what's democracy?
I mean, they were warned internationally by 60 Minutes.
That there was risk, and they knew internally that they're at risk because of the internal strife and reservists not showing up to work, that the Egyptian government said or not almost becomes academic at this point.
They had to have known that there was risk.
Were their efforts being distracted on internal politics, on focusing on the West Bank?
Were they just distracted?
Who knows?
In addition to combating your existential enemy and protecting yourself against it, they're going to have to answer to how they allowed this to happen.
Because that is, it's not a question of victim blaming, period, full stop.
This was not just a one-off, this was a coordinated onslaught that went unchallenged.
There's no way.
There's no way that these Hamas terrorists were conducting paraglider operations without training.
We would have seen them training.
Anyone would have seen them training if you had ISR, if you had drones up.
How did you not catch the training for this?
It would have been out in the open, you know, we could, you know, paratroops and airdrops or something like this.
It's one of the most easy things to spot From the air.
It's just so obvious what they're doing.
They build jump towers, etc.
They have, you know, you would obviously have tested this.
I just, I can't for the life of me, we've got about one minute to the break, I can't for the life of me understand how it was missed.
Well, I should be careful.
I don't know if that footage that you just showed was contempt, was the attack itself, or there's a footage that's being circulated of paragliders that was apparently Egyptian training unrelated to.
How do you miss it?
They're gonna have to answer that question.
Well, that being said, even if that was training, then I will say, and I'll have a word with my B-roll team, but I'll even say, It's easy to see paraglider training.
That's my point.
So how was it that the IDF, the Mossad, how is it that this training was missed?
How is it that this was not something that was prepared for?
That it seems like these things were able to penetrate Israel's border with absolute impunity?

I'm going to go back to Viva Frye here for a second.
Viva, my sense of this is, I think that you're right that this current dysfunction in the Israeli government, and people need to understand that the IDF, many of these border crossings, because there's so many hot border crossings, not like the U.S.
where we just have the South, and we know, of course, that we don't care about the border anymore.
They've got contested borders all the time, everywhere in Israel.
they're surrounded, except for the sea.
But of course, obviously you have to watch out for that as well.
So typically what will happen is that reservists will be on duty from, and we were just there last year, we met with a reserve unit and actually spoke about this up on the border of Israel and Lebanon, where they will come from different parts of the country.
They'll be on duty for 10 days, 12 days, maybe a month or two at a time.
And they do these rotations to monitor the border at specific areas.
What you're saying is that the current dysfunction within the Israeli government actually had an effect on the reservist rotations of the IDF on the border?
Is that what you're saying?
Well, I don't know this for a fact one way or the other.
I'm starting with the premise that what happened requires a serious explanation and shows a serious lack of security.
Obviously, it goes without saying.
This wasn't just a one-off breach.
This wasn't just rockets that someone came in a truck, shot them, and then drove off.
Coordinated, sustained.
This is supposed to be the highest-tech military in the world.
This is supposed to be the most secure border in the world, detecting underground movements for tunnels that are burrowed from the Gaza Strip underneath, where they occasionally come up and ambush IDF and kidnap them.
It's supposed to be, and is, in fact, so sensitive that animals will trip the devices.
And somehow, it's not just that one person got over.
It's not just that a half a dozen got over.
A coordinated attack sustained for hours, It makes no sense.
So starting with that premise, what could have allowed it?
Yes, you have an existential enemy.
Hamas has vowed.
We know what it's vowed.
They're there.
That means you would pay more attention to them, not less.
This could only happen if there was an egregious, egregious failure somewhere.
And then it's only in going back and rewatching Like Kierkegaard said, life can only be lived forwards but understood backwards.
You watch now, they were raising the flags to Israel at the time.
Mossad and internally were saying, with all of these reservists not showing up to work in protest for Bibi's aspirations with the government, the overhaul of the judiciary, it could cause problems.
Do I know if it did?
I know what happened, and I know that what happened cannot be allowed to happen and could never be allowed to happen in a country that is supposed to be as secure as Israel.
The breach itself and the delay to respond, it's not a far-off island where you have to get to with boats.
No helicopters.
I mean, whatever police force they had overrun for 4, 6, 12 hours.
Obviously something went wrong.
In addition to having a government that is a terrorist organization that has vowed to destroy you, something went wrong.
Now the question is going to be finding out what it was.
I'm only picking up hints and clues as I reassess what, you know, came before this incident.
No, I think there needs to be a very serious, very serious underpinning of everything that went wrong.
Clear intelligence failure.
And it's it's it's Bibi Netanyahu is currently look, he's in the chair.
All right.
He's the guy who's in the seat.
And so a lot of people are going to be asking.
And I'm certain that His response is going to be a major response.
There's no question that he is going to dial it up all the way, everything they can do.
My question is, though, that we shouldn't lose sight of the fact of the steps that led us to this situation.
But Viva, if I can get your take as well.
So it looks as though that we could be hours away at this point from a massive ground invasion into Gaza.
This is one of the most densely populated areas on the planet.
People who haven't been to the region, I don't think you can quite understand.
This is Gaza Strip.
The Gaza Strip itself, it's the size of Washington DC times two.
So it's two Washington DCs, but Three times the people.
You've got people on top of people on top of people in there.
Hamas, of course, uses this to their advantage by hiding their facilities in schools and hospitals or next to civilians, etc.
That being said, Urban warfare in a situation like this is going to be an absolute nightmare.
I've heard numbers a hundred thousand three hundred thousand and I say I don't even know if that would be enough to be able to take to really take full control of an area like this and then so that of course leads to more bombings more bombings lead to again more civilians more collateral damage that increases and ratchets up the propensity or the tendency for Other countries in the region to get involved.
Is my thinking making sense here?
What do you think of my thesis?
Do you see this as a potentiality for others in the region to get involved?
It's the same cycle every time this happens and every time there's a flare-up, but this is just by orders of, you know, by what is it?
Magnitudes of order worse than any prior attack.
You remember the massacre of the Fogel family back in 2005, I think?
There was the Passover dinner slaughter.
This is exponentially worse by magnitudes of order that are going to be reflected in the response because now, you know, it's going to be Every time they say, we're going to go in and take out Hamas, and this time they say, well, this time is different than every other time.
How do you possibly go do it?
A densely populated area, and you have people on the internet saying, well, this is what you get when you elect a terrorist government.
To some extent, oversimplifying or over-rationalizing the inevitable innocent casualties that are going to suffer as a result of this, because On the one hand, it's not like Hamas doesn't terrorize its own citizens into submission, which it does, and so these innocent civilians are caught between a terrorist organization that is running the government and the predictable and obviously anticipated response that is provoked when Hamas goes and slaughters a thousand innocent Israelis in their homes and on kibbutzes.
It's the game plan for Hamas.
They want to kill Israelis.
They don't mind and weaponize politically when Israelis respond and kill Gazans.
And they don't mind sacrificing themselves for the war.
So the question is, how do you respond to something like this?
I don't know.
Bibi's going to go for the heavy-handed response, which is going to invariably result in the deaths of innocent civilians.
Some people will rationalize it and justify it and say, this is what happens when you support terrorists.
Others are going to say, this is evidence that the Israeli government doesn't care.
And it's going to breed another generation of terrorists, either within Gaza or without.
I mean, from outside of Gaza.
It's just horrendous.
But it's what happens when you have a people that are used as political pawns.
all around for decades.
And what can you do?
I mean, if they're going to do what they're going to do, and it's going to result in thousands, tens of thousands.
I mean, some of the wildly high predictions, who knows?
I've thrown out.
What is the alternative?
You know, I've thrown out.
It's very clear, by the way, if the Biden administration wanted to, they could be number one, refreeze the money to Iran.
They haven't even suggested they're talking about doing that.
Number two, you've got one aircraft carrier, you might be sending, they're talking about sending a second aircraft carrier, so that just those two platforms alone, those two vessels, 10,000 American souls.
Right there, those two vessels.
Uh, but use those as leverage.
Use those as leverage on Egypt.
Egypt has said they don't want a flood of Palestinians coming in.
Well, guess what?
This operation is coming whether Egypt likes it or not.
So, the US could be putting leverage On Egypt right now, you got the carrier right there, carrot and stick approach, you know, cut a deal with them if you have to.
You can set up areas for the civilians, for a civilian corridor, and as much as people don't like to say it, as much as people don't like to say it, this is what happened in many battles in Ukraine.
You saw humanitarian corridors set up like Bakhmut, like so many of the cities before this took place.
I'm not saying civilians weren't killed in Ukraine, but I am saying That this was a standard practice up there that we are now not seeing in this Middle Eastern conflict.
Is it perfect?
No.
Obviously not.
But I do think that if they want to try to get to the point where we can start to at least break this cycle, it could play a role.
This was such an egregious, horrifying attack that it almost has the international community in unison.
Everyone's condemning it.
Some a little bit more half-hearted than others.
But this is so horrific.
It's almost for the first time ever that you have the entirety of the international community saying, this is absolutely inhumane.
You could, I mean I'm not a military strategist, but you could say set up corridors, have temporary refugees going into Egypt temporarily, although it would be logistics to take care of, and you could have checkpoints and you could make sure that whoever is left in or stays back is a legitimate target and not going to be a casualty of the people who deliberately want those casualties to get caught in the crossfire.
But this was so beyond the pale of horror that the international community would, I mean, I presume, come together to some extent to allow for the total removal and annihilation of Hamas, so long as it's done in a way that ensures that innocent Palestinian civilians are not caught in the crossfires in numbers that are going to, in some sense, inflame the rest of the world to say, Yes, Israel, this was terrible, but no people are going to say that.
And it's the same cycle every time.
The fear of the reprisals from the atrocity itself then becomes the justification for new atrocities.
So there's a way to do it.
But it really, really, really seems, not to get really black-pilled cynical, that all the powers of the world right now are using these atrocities, these tragedies, as distractions from their own internal problems, so they can keep the world in a perpetual state of war, so they can maintain and cling to their own power.
That's exactly right.
They're trying to, they've seen the failure of the proxy war in Ukraine against Russia, and now they're switching all of that energy into the new current thing, which is war in the Middle East, and you're even seeing some of them go further, looking to the horizon, calling for strikes on Tehran, like Liz Cheney just did.

And in fact, there's atrocities that are going on every single day at the U.S.
southern border.

You know, I'm a creature of the system.
I use social media way more than I probably should.
And these things are going on.
And it's like, if you don't report it, and someone else doesn't, does that story get out?
And at the same time, if people are reporting something that's wrong, and you know it's wrong, and you want to correct it, you feel you almost have a responsibility to.
But at the same time, you have a responsibility to yourself.
You have a responsibility to your family.
You have a responsibility to be healthy.
Politicians, legacy media, corporations, intelligence agencies, globalists, whatever, all that stuff, they will use your emotions against you.
They will use emotional manipulation.
They will use emotional blackmail.
We've seen this in war after war, going back a hundred years.
That doesn't mean that these horrible things aren't happening.
They are.
And it's horrific.
But at the same time, you can control how it affects you.
You can control and decide what is best for your life, what is best for your health, what is best for your family.
Like, it'd be easy for me to sit here and say, you know, Wipe them out, kill them all, let God sort it out.
You know, just do the whole, you know, full-on pro-war, war drum kind of beat.
You know, and then after we go into Gaza, we're gonna go into Tehran, we're gonna nuke them too!

But you see stuff like this, and it just makes you think, where does that get us?
How many times do we have to watch this movie?
