	We're going to go live now to David Zier, our correspondent for Real America's Voice, who is on the scene in New Hampshire ahead of Trump's remarks, which are set to begin any minute now.
	David, what's the scene down there?
	What are people talking about?
	I think we are.
	We had David for a second there.
	I think we just lost him.
	We're going to work on getting him back up, though.
	We know, though, at the current moment, President Trump is expected to give remarks at 2.30 p.m.
	Eastern, so about 30 minutes time, though we know that sometimes the president isn't He's exactly on time with his remarks, so we're going to make sure that we're going to keep the show rolling until then.
	We're going to work on getting David back up, but folks, I need to tell you about a situation that's developing right now in the courthouse in Portland, where Andy Ngo is on trial.
	We had a reporter for the Postmillennial who was just attacked, actually attacked, by Antifa, threatened by them, while Antifa are on trial, Andy Ngo's lawsuit against Rose City Antifa.
	And so, the situation is very grim.
	One of them just testified, was forced to testify in this case, admitted to attacking Andy Ngo, admitted that he was doxxing, admitted that he was working with so-called Antifa-friendly journalist Sergio Olmos.
	But we need to understand that these are the networks that exist all over the country.
	Journalists working hand-in-glove with Antifa agitators.
	Journalists giving cover to Antifa, saying that they don't exist.
	While a post-millennial reporter, Katie Davis Court, confronted by an entire mob of Antifa in the courtroom, the jury has just broken for deliberations in the case, in this lawsuit, They were screaming at her, calling her a fascist, saying, get in the elevator.
	Get in the elevator with us.
	Confronting her inside the courtroom itself.
	We're told police, law enforcement, didn't do anything.
	They stood by and waited.
	So we're gonna work on seeing if we can get Katie on later with us, but this is going on inside the courtroom right now in Portland.
	No one is talking about this, exactly how these Antifa networks, and that's what they are.
	Mark my words, they are networks.
	They are orchestrated across the country in every single one of the major American metro areas.
	They work with professors, they work with journalists, they work with doxing organizations, left-wing organizations all across the country.
	And then, so Producer, let me know, how are we with New Hampshire?
	Do we have New Hampshire back up?
	Alright, let's go back.
	David Deer, you were just coming on with us.
	I think we had a little hiccup there.
	Tell us, what's the scene on the ground?
	What are people talking about?
	There's a crowded auditorium here at Wyndham High School.
	A couple of thousand people showed up.
	There's more waiting on line outside.
	It's Trump's fourth visit for the Republican presidential primary in 2024.
	A very important state.
	He won the 2020 primary here with 86% of the vote, 35% in 2016.
	So he's gained a lot of momentum here.
	People here are concerned.

	People here are concerned, gas prices.
	The Northeast heavily reliant on home heating oil.
	Who knows where that's going to go.
	Four, five, six dollars a gallon.
	A cold winter is predicted here again.
	People don't like what they see with Trump with the double standard.
	I did a lot of man on the streets on the ground today.
	They're all upset.
	The Democrats get away with challenging the electoral process and nobody gets indicted or Prosecuted.
	Hillary said it was rigged and the machines were hacked and nothing happened.
	But for Trump, it's the other way around.
	There's a lot going on here.
	A recent bill in the legislature a month or two ago got defeated, which would have given parental rights the right to know what's going on with their children in school and an advance heads up on the curriculum for the school year.
	And now they're not allowed to do it.
	And five Republicans, it's a 201 to like 197 Republican majority, but five Republicans defected to come to the other side and vote against the bill.
	Very damaging to the parents here in New Hampshire.
	A lot going on on the ground and we expect Trump to come on about 2:30 today.
	So President is expected to deliver those remarks soon.
	David Zieres, stay on the ground.
	Let me just ask you real quick, we're about to go to a break here, but David, what's the energy level like there?
	Because I see people, I see a whole crowd that looks like they're ready to go.
	But I was told, wait a minute, this guy's indicted, he can't ever take office again, people are going to be losing him.
	Is that what you're feeling right there in that room?
	No, it's having the reverse effect among Trump supporters and probably independents.
	He's leading independents by 18% in national polling.
	But I think people see what's going on.
	What's happening is definitely a two-tiered justice system.
	And I think it'll propel him going forward.

	I want to bring in now Darren Beattie of Revolver News.
	Darren, you've been slicing and dicing this indictment of President Trump, the latest one out of Jack Smith, and I caught you on War Room earlier today.
	And you laid out your theory of the case that what's really going on here is that the federal government is setting themselves up not only as the arbiter of truth through the disinformation censorship complex, but also now through the courtrooms.
	By doing this through the judicial system, essentially setting up an entire edifice, whereby if you disagree with them, you won't just get banned online.
	This isn't just the FBI and Elvis Chan lying, by the way, to Jim Jordan and the Weaponization Committee, though that's an arm of it, about the Hunter Biden laptop suppression.
	It's also essentially criminalizing dissent if we allow this to continue.
	Is that basically what your theory is?
	Yes, and really it's not a theory, it's an obvious conclusion from a careful look at the charging documents, not only against Trump, but as people will see when they go to revolver.news and read the whole piece, which is right on top, it's also reflected on the civil side in none other than Ray Epps' lawsuit against Fox News for Tucker and me basically talking about
	So, just to break it down in summary, there are kind of two components here.
	The first component is, it's clear that the indictment against Trump here is about criminalizing his so-called election denial.
	The very first paragraphs make it very plain that their real complaint with him is that he denied the official account of the 2020 election, but not only denied it, which In any context is First Amendment protected speech, or at least it should be and was until the DOJ attempted to codify the disinformation scam into criminal law.
	So this should be First Amendment protected speech no matter what, but they add something in order to have a charge of deception.
	They say Trump knowingly lied.
	Not only did he say what they object to, but they claim, you know, Irrigating to themselves the power to read his mind effectively, which is the only way you could really say that he lied, but they maintain he lied.
	And they say that over and over again, knowingly lied, knowingly lied, knowingly lied, which raises the question, how would they presume to know that he lied?
	Well, they can't despite what they want us to think, they can't You know, use Neuralink or something like that to get into his mind, what he was actually thinking.
	We don't have that technology, at least not yet.
	Give it another five years and maybe we will.
	So they have to make an inference that he's lying.
	And here's where it really gets dark.
	And frankly, it really gets ridiculous.
	They say, basically, they can't say for sure that he lied, but they say he must be lying because he heard the correct view presented to him by authoritative voices who were, quote, in a position to know the facts.
	Now, here's where it really gets amazing when I tell you who these authoritative voices are.
	Who are so unimpeachably correct, just by definition, that for them to tell you something is tantamount to you believing it.
	And if you stray away from what they told you, you must be lying because deep down, you know, they're so authoritative, they must be right.
	These authoritative voices include Vice President Pence.
	Dork.
	Loser.
	Scum.
	Senior leaders Of the Justice Department, snakes who have been working to sabotage Trump from day one.
	Director of National Intelligence, spook, fake position to begin with.
	Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
	Now this one is the goldmine.
	This one is the goldmine.
	It's one thing to invoke Pence, Senior Justice Department people and Director of National Intelligence All worthless, all hacks, and say these people are so authoritative you have to believe them, otherwise you must be lying.
	But for them to invoke the Department of Homeland Security, CISA organization, that's just been put through the ringer by the Twitter files, and in fact has been subject to a thorough, detailed report by the House Subcommittee on Weaponization of Federal Government,
	For knowingly violating constitutional rights, for putting pressure on the big tech companies to censor information leading up to the election, and then covering it up, and then getting caught red-handed.
	This discredited organization that was caught violating the Constitution and covering it up is cited by the DOJ as a source that's so authoritative that Trump must have believed them.
	And for him to deviate from their narrative is a lie because any thinking person would simply believe them by virtue of their authority and steadfastness.
	So this is quite amazing because as I said, there's this report about CISA, but the founder of CISA, Chris Krebs, he's got a whole rap sheet when it comes to violating the First Amendment.
	But one of the best ones was he doubled and tripled down on the Hunter laptop.
	He maintained over and over again, This was Russian.
	This was Russian.
	This is Russian.
	And then finally when it was proved beyond any doubt that it wasn't Russian, and you mentioned Elvis Chan, these guys knew from the beginning it wasn't Russian.
	But finally when it was proved and he couldn't even maintain publicly that it was Russian anymore, he simply said, we don't care if it's Russian.
	It's still an important thing to censor the material anyway.
	And this guy and this guy's organization is what the DOJ cites As the source that's so authoritative that you can't be taken seriously as few claim not to believe them because they're just the arbiters of truth.
	That's what's really dangerous.
	First of all, they're codifying the disinformation scam into lie.
	You should be able to say whatever you want about the election.
	But secondly, for them to claim that Trump is lying because he didn't listen to this discredited hacks and snakes in the DOJ and the three letter agencies that have We've been trying to sabotage him from day one and now that we know a million times over have violated the Constitution in every angle imaginable, and to not believe these people is tantamount to lying, and now lying from the government's point of view is criminal in Trump's case.
	And just to quickly wrap it up, we see this on the civil side too, because in Ray Epps' lawsuit against Fox, Which is really a way of going after Tucker and me, you know, after they're going to shake down Fox.
	They claim that Tucker knowingly lied in his reporting on Ray Epps.
	Well, how would they know that he knowingly lied?
	Well, because he was told otherwise by very authoritative voices.
	What were those voices?
	There was a corporate hack at Fox News, but even better than that, Mr. Carlson, quote, also ignored the findings of the January 6th Committee, making clear that EPS was not working on behalf of the government.
	So the January 6th Committee is such an authority that for Tucker Carlson to deviate from their narrative is effectively lying from this legal point of view.
	And just as the cherry on top, which is, you know, would be insulting if it weren't coming from such jokes, is they say, Tucker acted with reckless regard for the truth by citing and amplifying the reporting of Revolver News' own Darren J. Beatty, known by Fox to be a discredited conspiracy theorist.
	So I'm such a discredited conspiracy theorist that for Tucker to even entertain me means that Tucker's lying because I'm just off the bat someone who's discredited, which is of course ridiculous as a lot of Revolver's reporting on January 6 has been vindicated by the same hack sources that claim we're conspiracy theorists.
	The New York Times has vindicated our reporting on informants.
	The former head of the pipe bomb investigation has come forward and basically admitted that the entire investigation is a sham that defies any innocent explanation.
	And thirdly, As was released by National Pulse, the former head of the Capitol Police says, yeah, Ray Epps is very suspicious.
	But it doesn't matter, because if you don't believe they're experts, and if you don't shun the people they claim are conspiracy theorists, not only are you subject to being bankrupt, but now in the case of- We've got a heartbreak right here.
	Just hold that thought.
	You talk about influences.
	These are influences.
	And they're friends of mine, Jack Prusovic.

	President Trump about to take the stage.

	Essentially, we'll turn over the show to President Trump.
	But while we're here, I want to get on with Darren Beatty, because Darren, we're looking at these New Hampshire polls.
	You're breaking down everything the regime is throwing at not only President Trump, Trump supporters, people like Douglas Mackey going to prison on these extremely flimsy pretexts, and then you got a guy like Ron DeSantis, who the new polls come out this morning.
	In the state of New Hampshire, showing that he's at single digits now, 9% tied with Chris Christie up there in the Granite State.
	And I think that it's because people can generally sense that we are up against a crisis, that we are up against the millennium crisis.
	We're still in the millennium crisis.
	Yeah, I mean, they're just completely different categorically.
	say it started with a global financial crisis, paralleling the Great Depression, as Neil Howe lays out in the fourth turning.
	But when you're in a crisis situation, people don't want a policy debate.
	They want someone who's going to stand up and fight back.
	Yeah, I mean, they're just completely different categorically.
	And for that matter, on top of the fact that Trump is sort of a once in a generation, if not even rarer, quality of leader, his policy proposals throughout this campaign have been superb.
	So I think he's kind of dominating on all fronts here.
	But you're absolutely right.
	That's the crux of it.
	Politics at this moment, more than ever, is about far more than policy it's you know what's what's needed is oh darren uh we he is uh president trump is up i'm being told so we uh we are effectively being bumped turn it over now to president trump who's coming up on stage thank you again darren everyone go read that analysis at revolver.news thank you for your time darren thank you all right we

	You know, see, some people say yes, but they hate to say it because it doesn't make sense to do it if you're leading by so much, but they like it for entertainment value because they're selfish.

	We worked hard with the veterans and we've had a fantastic relationship and This is a very big and important veteran state.
	I probably learned more about the veterans from dealing in New Hampshire than any other state.

	Wow, that's a beautiful lot of times.
	I'll say whatever group it may be, please stand.
	And, you know, you have like two people stand up.
	I say, well, it's not too much.
	Let's change our speech.
	But when I came into office in 2017, our government had a disgracefully Horrible situation going on.
	They betrayed its solemn pledge to America's veterans.
	You know that better than anybody.
	I learned a lot about it from your leadership in this state under the Obama Biden administration.
	The V.A.
	was plagued by one horrific scandal after another.
	Remember, you turn on the news and you just see these horrible scandals having to do with the veterans.
	You didn't hear any of it.
	For four years, you literally heard that very little.
	And we did things that were really amazing and I'm proud of.
	Thousands of veterans were put on secret medical wait lists, and many of them left to die without receiving any care or any aid under Obama.
	Some very bad people were abusing veterans in VA hospitals, including sadists.
	You had sadists They were hitting the veterans when the veterans weren't in primetime, okay?
	They wouldn't have touched them in primetime, believe me, but they were hitting them when they were in trouble.
	And a lot of sadists, we got them all out.
	The VA employees were even caught stealing drugs intended for the treatment of our sick and wounded warriors, and they were stealing them and using them for themselves and selling them.
	But all of that changed when we arrived at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
	We went from the absolutely worst, Brian, you know that.
	We went from the absolutely worst to, I mean, that was the worst presidency for the veterans, the previous presidency.
	Wonderful people.
	You're not allowed to even say that.
	It's not politically correct.
	I'll say it.
	To the greatest champion the veterans ever had in the White House.
	And it was very much promises made, promises kept.
	And a couple of the really big ones, just as I promised, I proudly signed the VA Accountability Act, allowing us to quickly terminate VA bureaucrats and bad people who mistreated our vets.
	We told more than 10,000 bad, corrupt Incompetent VA workers, people that were sadists, and they couldn't get rid.
	You couldn't get rid of them.
	You had no right.
	They could steal.
	They could beat people up.
	You couldn't do a damn thing, and we got it so you could fire them.
	And I said, you're fired!
	Get out!
	Out!
	Out!
	Out of here!
	10,000.
	Sounds like a lot, but it's a big system.
	And we got 10,000 really, really bad people out.
	Very, very evil people.
	They knew who they were.
	They couldn't do a thing about it.
	It was amazing.
	So we got that passed in Congress, if you can believe it.
	They were trying for 30 years to get it passed.
	I also signed Veterans Choice and made that permanent.
	We got that passed in Congress also, which was really a A big deal.
	That was a big deal.
	You have choice.
	You could go out.
	If you're not getting the treatment, you go out.
	But thanks to this landmark reform, 3 million veterans have been able to get care as needed and when they wanted it.
	You know, they'd wait in line sometime for weeks and months.
	And, you know, they have some great doctors in the VA.
	They have really good That was a great thing.
	You couldn't get to them.
	You couldn't get to them.
	People would wait for many months.
	They'd become terminally ill waiting.
	Something that could have been fixed easily, they'd become terminally ill.
	And I got it so that you go outside, you get a doctor, we pay the bill, and you get taken care of immediately if you had to wait more than a short period of time.
	So it was a great thing.
	That was a great thing.
	That was a great thing.
	That was very important.
	They've been trying to get that, by the way, That went 52 years, Brian.
	They were trying to get it for 52 years.
	They couldn't get it done.
	I — you know, it just made so much sense right from the first time I heard it.
	And I heard it first up here from your people.
	Under the Trump administration, we secured record funding for the VA.
	We slashed VA waiting times by more than 33 percent.
	And even now, there's a new chart that came out from our last period that it was 57 percent.
	That's a lot.
	And almost all veterans reported major improvements at their local VA facility once I became president.
	In fact, we hit an all-time record high of VA satisfaction of 92%.
	92% Nobody has even come close.
	And I got angry at my people.
	They say he's not a nice guy.
	Some people didn't like me too much, as you probably heard, because we were tough.
	We were tough.
	But they said, why?
	Why is it 92?
	Why isn't it 100?
	And they left the room.
	They said, this guy's very difficult.
	But we really mean it.
	But we hit the highest approval rating we've ever had.
	And I have to tell you, that approval rating now is not doing so well.
	You know that.
	You know that.
	A lot of bad things are happening over there.
	What they're doing to dismantle that system That was so good.
	But to help combat veteran suicide, we delivered same-day mental health care at every VA facility in America and made great strides until Biden came along.
	Till he came along.
	In a few short years, we turned the VA from a national embarrassment into a national example of devotion and service and loyalty to the American veteran.
	It was amazing, an amazing thing and an amazing success.
	So we got it done.
	Pretty quickly, once we got the legislation passed, I would say it moved along very quickly.
	Sadly, crooked Joe Biden, and that's what he is, he's a stone-cold thief.
	Crooked Joe Biden has been a disaster.
	For American veterans, as one of his first acts in office, Biden gutted my historic VA reforms.
	He gutted them out, making it easier to remove bad VA employees from the job and in a shocking act of betrayal of America's veterans, as well as the tens of thousands of dedicated professionals.
	And you do have great professionals at the VA.
	Crooked Joe Biden is in the process of not removing people, but reinstating 5,000 of the 10,000 people that we fired, who were fired for good reason, including sadism and this, who were fired for very good reasons.
	And they want to give them back their full pay.
	They want to give them their jobs back.
	And we were very careful about that.
	We didn't get rid of people haphazardly.
	We got rid of people That we're not doing their job.
	Some really in bad cases and some they just weren't doing their job.
	They didn't care.
	They didn't show up to work.
	And he wants to put at least half of them back, the same people.
	And it'll cost over $200 million to do that.
	I'd rather give the money to you directly.
	It's a lot better.
	It's amazing.
	I mean, it's amazing.
	It breaks your heart.
	It breaks your heart.
	That was such a big thing.
	And now they want to put a lot of those people back.
	Joe Biden puts bureaucrats first.
	I put veterans first and I put America first.

	That's why today I'm announcing a number of specific actions I'll take to fulfill our sacred duty to our great American veterans.
	On day one of my new administration, I will fully restore the use of VA accountability.
	We're going to bring it back in full force.
	Full force.
	And we already have the legislation passed, so I don't have to go through Congress, which really, that's why it took 52 years, because they couldn't get it passed.
	But we have it passed.
	All we have to do is make it work.
	So we have the hardest part is done, and direct my Secretary of Veterans Affairs to fire every corrupt VA bureaucrat who Joe Biden has outrageously refused to remove from the job or put back in the job.
	Then, instead of providing more than $200 million in back pay to VA workers like Biden is doing, I will ask Congress to take every penny of those funds to finally build a brand-new, state-of-the-art VA hospital right here in the great state of New Hampshire.
	Because I don't know if you know this, but We can say that no longer will New Hampshire be the only state in America without a full-service VA facility.
	You'll have it, and you'll have it done quickly.
	We have a great, we have a great group.
	Did you know you're the only one that doesn't have one?
	All right, that's what you get with the, that's what you get with those Democrats, that's what happens.
	At the same time, so you're gonna have a brand new, no, you're gonna have a brand new VA hospital, beautiful, state-of-the-art, top of the line.

	At the same time, we will fully maintain the VA clinics in the rest of the state and address the severe shortage of nurses and other healthcare workers at the home for the retired veterans in Tilton.

	I will once again make stopping veteran suicide a top priority of my administration.
	Terrible situation.
	I will ban the Department of Veterans Affairs from wasting a single cent to fund transgender surgeries or sex change procedures.
	Spend a lot of money.
	Those are very, very, you know, they are very, very expensive operations and You also know you have to go through tremendous drug therapy after that.
	I was always told in the military, if you take much more than an aspirin, you can't do it.
	But the tremendous drug therapy, it's a lot of problems.
	You know, we had it stopped, and then he came in.
	One of the first things he did is he started that up again.
	Those precious taxpayer dollars should be going to care for our veterans in need, not to refund radical gender experiments for the communist left.
	Communist left.
	I'll also restore the Trump ban on transgender in the military.
	We're going to end that.
	You know, we had it banned.
	We had it banned.
	You know, I went to generals.
	I said, General, off the record, what do you think of transgender, sir?
	Is anybody listening, sir?

	And then I'd say to another one, you know, they're all afraid to talk about it.
	But, you know, I have to do what's right.

	We will get critical race theory and all other woke lunacy out of the United States Armed Forces.
	And we will abolish every Biden COVID mandate and rehire every patriot who was fired from our military with an apology and with back pain.

	But to house illegal aliens and foreign migrants at expensive luxury hotels, the best hotels in the country in many cases, while more than 33,000 Americans who have served this nation in uniform are homeless on our streets, okay?
	On day one, I will sign an executive order to cut off Joe Biden's massive spigot of funding for the shelter and transport of illegal aliens, which our country can't handle.
	And I will redirect that money to provide shelter and treatment for homeless American veterans.

	Same man who's still running it.
	But when you think of that horrible, horrible event, leaving untold numbers of Americans behind, 13 dead warriors, 35 horrifically wounded, nobody talks about them, but horrifically wounded warriors, and $85 billion worth of the finest military equipment on the planet bought by me.
	You know, we rebuilt the military.
	I rebuilt the entire U.S.
	military.
	A lot of that equipment was brand new, bought by me.
	It was the single Most embarrassing day in the history of our country, in my opinion.
	I think it was and I think it probably was what led Putin to say, this is the time that country has had it.
	Because I guarantee you one thing, Putin was not going in with me and neither was neither was she going in in China into Taiwan.
	But Putin was not going into Ukraine.
	And we talked about it, too.

	No other president took in 10 cents.

	We gave, you know, I just looked at that, just said, look it up.

	What do we give Afghanistan?

	But let them give us back our equipment.

	You know, we're giving them $2.7 billion, and $3 billion, and $2 billion.

	But the numbers are astronomical, what we give to Afghanistan.
	So that should be a condition of the continued aid.
	I mean, I don't want to hurt people, but They took $85 billion worth.

	We left because we were fools.

	I remember a certain general saying, Sir, it's cheaper to leave the equipment behind, sir, because we were going to get out.
	But I would have kept Bagram because Bagram is one of the biggest air bases in the world.
	Bagram cost us billions of dollars to build many years ago.
	And Bagram is one hour away from where China makes their nuclear.
	Forget Afghanistan, where China makes their Nuclear weapons.
	It's in Afghanistan.
	And they left Bagram late at night.
	They left the lights on.
	They left billions and billions of dollars one hour away from what and now China will soon be occupying that incredible base that we built many, many years ago.

	I mean, these people are just horrible.

	So we did great in 2016.
	We actually did much better.
	As you know, we got millions more votes in 2020.

	When you look at that border and you see millions of people pouring through our border, totally unchecked.
