And I will see you down in Florida this July 15th and 16th for the greatest assemblage of patriots this country has seen since Valley Forge.
We are in a fifth generational conflict.
For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
Happy birthday to a great American patriot, amazing father, and one-of-a-kind businessman, Michael Lindell.
One of the most disturbing problems in our world today is human trafficking.
Go see Sound of Freedom.
French officials are urging calm in response to overnight protests over a police shooting.
One officer is in custody and could face a murder charge after he allegedly shot and killed a 17-year-old boy during a traffic stop.
The leader of the rebellion, Yevgeny Prokhorin, talked to top Russian military officers and other leaders in Moscow before the mutiny, possibly seeking their help in that uprising.
Affirmative action has been blocked both for private and public colleges.
This is in the UNC case and in the Harvard case.
They've said in both cases, college admissions cannot consider race as they try to diversify their student bodies.
F*** the suburbs.
Because they don't know a damn thing about how life is in the city.
President Biden, how involved were you in your Chinese shakedown text message?
Were you sitting there?
Were you involved?
No, I wasn't.
I don't know.
Were you?
No.
That was a warning shot.
The press finally hit a nerve and Joe Biden just sent a message.
Don't you ever ask me that question again.
Guess what?
Bidenomics is working.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board.
Today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
Today is June 29, 2023.
I know Dominic wanted to bring on our first guest here, Mike Davis.
Now, originally, Mike, we were going to chat about something else.
I want to get to that in the next segment, but we just got the news a few moments ago, the strike down, essentially, of a huge swath of affirmative action in universities, but also breaking news The Supreme Court area itself has been evacuated due to a suspicious package coming right on the heels of this new release of the Opinion 6-3 strike down by the Supreme Court.
We're going to follow that as it continues.
Mike Davis, what does this mean going forward for the program of affirmative action in other parts of the government and at universities?
What it means is these elite universities cannot continue their illegal discrimination against poor, more qualified Asian applicants in favor of the elite, well-connected black applicants.
And that has been systematic racial discrimination for too long.
And the Supreme Court has finally held that this is unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
When they consider applicants, they should look at factors like poverty instead of race.
Well, so I guess the question going forward is, what will be the enforcement mechanism?
Because we know that some of these university administrators, they've been trying to hide this in the past.
You saw the University of Michigan years ago.
So, will there open up a channel for people to be able to sue?
Will there be ways for people to actually dig into these programs?
Well, that's a very good question, Jack, because Harvard University immediately put out an email that I posted on my Twitter where they're essentially telling the Harvard students, faculty, staff, alumni, wink, wink, nod, nod, we're going to keep discriminating against Asian-Americans, poor, less connected, more qualified Asian-Americans in favor of the elite.
Less qualified black applicants.
And so they're going to continue to do it the way that you're going to have to enforce this, unfortunately, is plan whack-a-mole.
And you're going to have to file lawsuits against these schools under the, you know, Title 7 and the 14th Amendment.
It's not going to be an easy slog because as we know, these leftists are so subversive and they'll come up with every trick they can to take care of their elite friends.
Well, I think that's right, because we have to understand, too, that this, it goes beyond a program that was implemented by the government and other administrators when it came in.
And we're coming up on our break here, but I want to hold you over because we need to understand that this is an ideology that has taken root in these organizations.
This is an ideology.
Look, they've all got their diversity czars.
They've all got their equity and DEI emplacements, etc.
If you think that this is just going to go away, Because of some ruling at the Supreme Court, which I'm sure, by the way, that they all disagree with, then you don't understand what time it is.
You don't understand what part of the movie you're in.
But that's why we're on today here, Human Events, with Mike Davis to break down for us exactly what's going on right now.
Someone who understands exactly what part of the movie we are in.
Because we are gonna have to do the work, ladies and gentlemen.
This is not the time for the sunshine soldiers, right?
And the Summertime Patriots.
No.
We need to dig in.
We need to dig in hard.
Look, this is Valley Forge time.
We're winning.
But it's going to be a hard fight.
And you need everything you've got if you want to take this country back.
We're celebrating victory today, and we're going to continue with Mike Davis.
Alright folks, just had to go chop some trees for a second.
A lot of wood to chop, but we're back.
If you think you won't need emergency food, think again, because the federal government recently did something very rare.
They revealed the truth about the impending food shortages.
According to the USDA, countless crops in America's breadbasket states will not be harvested this season.
Extreme weather shortages and worldwide fertilizer shortages wiped them out.
That means food will become scarce and expensive.
Is your family prepared for that?
If not, now is the time to stock up on emergency food from our friends at MyPatriotSupply at discounted prices.
But hurry, this is a limited-time offer and it expires soon.
Go to PrepareWithPoso.com to save big on each 4-week emergency food kit that you need for your family.

Go to preparewithpozo.com.
Now I got a note in from...
A friend during the break here, he said, you think you've won, but it's just a moral victory.
They will find every way to keep pushing the Marxist agenda.
Progressive implies always moving.
We have to become a progressive conservative.
Interesting.
Don't stop until these freaks that want to ruin our country are completely out of options.
And I think that's right.
I think we can't stop, guys.
We have to think about this as a never-ending battle to win back our country.
Now, Mike Davis, before the break, we had you on and we were asking about this.
They're not going to keep pushing this.
They're not going to keep fighting it.
And let me ask you this question as well.
Is there one person that above, look, I understand that getting a Supreme Court nominee across the finish line, which obviously was something that you were the quarterback of multiple times, but all of that flows from the person who's making the nominations that's in the White House.
Isn't that right?
There is no question that President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was his transformation of the 5-4 left of center court to the 5-4 Clarence Thomas court.
And conservatives have been talking about making changes to these liberal laws for decades.
It was President Trump who actually delivered.
Roe vs. Wade.
Affirmative action.
Case after case after case.
This is President Trump's legacy right now for his first term.
Well, and I think, too, because you have so many of these people, these naysayers, who were conservative in name only, right, or rhinos, you know, is another term, but I think conservative in name only is actually better because, and it's funny because I've been locked in horns with these National Review guys over the last three days, apparently, all over this analysis of the Trump indictment, the Presidential Records Act,
That normally, and I'll ask you a question about it in a second, but it's the same exact people who were undercutting Trump every step of the way in 15 and 16.
If they had had their way, Hillary Clinton would be there today.
She would be there today, and we would have potentially six, three rulings in the other direction.
What would that be like?
Well, we would lose our God-given rights to speak, to associate, to worship, to protect ourselves.
We are not playing with our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party.
These are not liberals who love America.
These are leftists who hate America.
They are Marxist.
And like every Marxist revolution, they play for keeps.
They are subversive.
And like you said, Jack, they never give up.
They keep going.
And they will keep going and keep going and keep going.
What I want to say to conservatives, Republicans, right-thinking Democrats, Trump is going to be our nominee.
Alvin Bradd guaranteed that.
Jack Smith probably guaranteed that Trump is back in the White House.
Why do we want to undermine him and make it more difficult for him to get back in the White House?
Do we want President Trump or President Biden replacing conservative Supreme Court justices?
And that is the easiest question to answer.
And for these people who are trying to take down Trump now, they need to understand the primary is already over.
Well, look, I've got to ask you, because full disclosure, I'm drafting off of the Mike Davis legal analysis when it comes to the Presidential Records Act, when it comes to everything else that's going on that got me in this fight with Andy McCarthy, of all people.
And all I did, by the way, was pull up his old columns from when he was at PJ Media before he was at National Review, not the National Review line, where now it's become this whole human events versus National Review thing, which of course is funny, because that's what it's been for, what, 70 years, when you think about it.
Is he saying that No, no, no, it was totally fine for Obama to authorize the release of the Stuxnet intel information through General Cartwright, who later, by the way, was charged with perjury in the investigation, but Obama pardoned him.
That was totally fine, even though he didn't follow any formal process.
And I pointed out that what's very different from the things that you and National Review are saying today, he writes a 5,000-word column responding to me last night in a very strange manner, making all sorts of claims that I didn't make.
When I point out some of his false claims, he said, well, I'm sorry, I'm on vacation right now.
I wanted to ask you about a salient point in there because he said that even under the Presidential Records Act that President Trump doesn't have the authority to take these because he didn't document the collection of these documents.
What's going on there?
Look, I like these guys at National Review.
We were allies on the judicial fight confirming Trump's judicial nominees, including three justices on the Supreme Court.
They just don't like Trump, and they are letting their opposition to Trump cloud their legal judgment.
The Presidential Records Act is very clear that any document created or received by the president or his White House staff is a presidential record, and it does not matter whether they are classified agency records or not.
They're trying to say that classified agency records sent to the president to advise the president are not presidential records.
That is just not the law.
They are absolutely dead wrong about that part of the law.
And under the Presidential Records Act, the president himself gets to decide whether these are personal records that belong to him.
And go look at the Clinton-Socctor case when Clinton had eight years of highly classified audio recordings, including conversations with foreign leaders and his national security officials that he took from the White House and he put in his sock drawer.
And an Obama judge in 2012 said the mere fact that Obama took those White House tapes that was recorded by the deputy White House president, The Chief of Staff for Operations took those White House tapes with him when he left, deemed them personal under the Presidential Records Act.
He owns them.
They're not presidential records.
Alternatively, they are presidential records which are owned by the government, but under the Presidential Records Act, the former president can access his presidential records anytime he wants.
So can his designated representative.
At best, At best, this is a bureaucratic dispute, a civil lawsuit with Biden's librarians and other bureaucrats over presidential records.
This is not espionage.
Ask these people, Jack, do they want President Trump to die in prison because of an espionage charge because of Trump's fight with Biden's and other bureaucrats?
And the answer they will probably tell you is yes, because they fear that Trump's going to win in 2024.
Well, Mike, I think that's exactly right.
And I'll just say, you know, without naming names, I've had a lot of people in Washington, D.C.
reach out to me and say, that's exactly what's going on here.
Maybe not specifically with with McCarthy, but some of these guys, it's it's all about keeping Trump from going back into office.
It's all about preserving what they view as the integrity.
of the Department of Justice, the same one, people that were pushing all of the hoaxes for all these years.
Stay tuned, we're gonna come right back with Mike Davis' Article III project here on Human Events on this stupendous and historic day that affirmative action has been destroyed at the university level.
Bidenomics doesn't work.
Bidenflation is getting worse and worse and worse.
Well, right now, there is a way to get up to $5,000 in free silver on a qualifying purchase when you visit ProtectWithPosso.com.
This is the way that we can fight back against the inflation, against the spending, against the Federal Reserve, everything that's being pushed by the Biden administration that's coming after you, that's coming after your family.
You just head on over to ProtectWithPosso.com Today, you go there right now, and folks, up to $5,000 in free silver on a qualifying purchase.
Again, that's ProtectWithPosso.com.
Mike Davis, we were chatting about this on the back end there, and this is what... I went and pulled the photos, okay?
They were loading those boxes.
into that truck from the White House on on January 14th.
We got it in Newsweek.
This was obviously done in public.
Let's show the photos guys.
There they are.
And so if you know, it just follows or this is a common sense argument.
It follows that if they're loading the boxes on the 14th that the designation would have happened prior to the 14th the designation of the documents where they're supposed to go which documents go where etc, etc.
And so Why do they keep sidestepping this situation where they say, oh, who was president in 2021 to now?
I said, well, that's not the point.
The salient point is who was president when it came down.
Also, which I found kind of amusing, also, Andy McCarthy has argued for years that presidents cannot be prosecuted for obstruction while carrying out their constitutional duties, which I just thought was hilarious.
Yeah, I mean, Jack, you didn't see the Trump derangement exception to the Commander-in-Chief Clause in the Constitution.
Yes!
That's right.
They stuck it in there.
The president can declassify anything he wants for any reason he wants in any manner he wants, except for Trump.
You didn't see the Trump derangement exception in the Presidential Records Act, that presidents can take their presidential records when they leave office.
And you didn't see the Trump derangement exception in the Espionage Act, that the president can't be charged with espionage unless you're Trump.
Right, right, right.
So that's exactly it.
Because when you look at any of these situations, even when they claim, by the way, the Espionage Act is a great example.
So this was one of the other arguments they were making, saying, oh, well, it's the retention of the documents.
It doesn't matter if they're classified or not.
It's the retention of NDI.
Well, okay, these are not originals.
These are not original documents that he took from the White House or the government and is squirreling away in his home because the Espionage Act was written during World War One.
The systems were a little bit different back then because you actually had things like original documents versus copies.
Nowadays, that's not how it works.
And I can say that this part I know because I can talk about it from my intel hat.
Obviously, I can't talk about specific systems, but the idea that the president of the United States is going to be given an original document and not a printout for a briefing and that the government loses their access to the original document.
That's the problem with their whole theory.
obviously sitting on US government held computers.
This isn't some document that they were prevented from getting because he had it down at Mar-a-Lago.
That's just not the case. - And how can you unlawfully retain a record he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act?
That's the problem with their whole theory.
They're trying to say, again, that classified agency records sent to the president to advise him are not presidential records.
That is just completely wrong.
I promise you that's wrong.
There is case law that that's wrong, but they want to ignore that.
The agency records that are not subject to the Presidential Records Act are agency records, original agency records that are subject to FOIA, right?
The Freedom of Information Act.
Classified agency records are exempt from FOIA.
And like you said, Jack, these are copies.
These are not original.
Maybe other than the love letter from the North Korean dictator to Trump, maybe Trump kept his love letter.
He said it's personal under the Presidential Records Act and it's mine.
I'm keeping Kim Jong, whatever the hell his name is, his love letter.
Great, whatever.
Yeah, there you go.
But even then, it would be hard to argue that that's not a personal record.
It's a love letter.
Of course it's personal.
This argument is BS.
And remember, there's no criminal component to the Presidential Records Act.
The disputes are resolved through negotiations and civil lawsuits, not illegal home raids and espionage indictments.
Look, Mike, you're going to be proud of me because I actually went last night and I was digging up the statutes.
I was looking at them, not just the Presidential Records Act, but even went into the former President's Act, the FPA, which is sort of a follow-on to all of this, where it delineates how the records are supposed to be used.
And, you know, Mike, here's the thing.
These acts, they don't have any timeline on them.
It doesn't say anything about He ceases being the former president seven months after, eight months after, and then all of it has to be returned.
It's just not in there.
It's very ambiguous.
And it specifically speaks to the idea that, obviously, presidents and former presidents are busy people.
And you hear President Trump actually referring to this in that interview that he did with Bradbury.
He said, you know, we didn't have time to go through it yet.
And it seemed to me, And that is how it works.
I worked in the Bush 43 White House.
was very similar to the actual language of the statute itself.
And I wondered perhaps if he was, that was the legal advice that he was given because they're looking at the statute and saying, yeah, Mr. President, this is how it works. - And that is how it works.
I worked in the Bush 43 White House.
I learned the Presidential Records Act inside and out during Kavanaugh's confirmation because he was the White House staff secretary.
And we had to go through millions of pages of records from the Bush 43 White House.
And we had to navigate the Presidential Records Act to do it.
President Trump is absolutely right as a matter of law.
They all know this, right?
Why don't they walk down at the Biden Justice Department?
Why don't they walk down the hall to the Office of Legal Counsel, OLC, and get an opinion before they had Jay Brat, this partisan operative, Go to this biased judge, magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart, to get this unnecessary, unlawful, unprecedented home raid.
Why did they not even cite the Presidential Records Act when they did this?
Because they know they are wrong.
Again, we've been saying this from August, Jack.
The whole point of this raid was to get Trump's declassified crossfire hurricane records.
He was getting ready to go into a civil lawsuit versus Hillary Clinton.
on the Russian collusion hoax on crossfire hurricane.
He had these declassified records via presidential memo the day before he left office.
These are so damning for Obama, Biden, Hillary, the FBI, the AG, the CIA.
A lot of people in the federal government would have been destroyed if these records became public in that civil litigation.
That's what this raid is all about.
Everything else is complete BS.
And if they actually cared about our national security and espionage, why do they not care about Biden's five sets of stolen classified records moved several times accessible by their Chinese agent and almost certainly used by Hunter as the bag man for the Bidens to secure millions and millions of dollars, tens of billions of dollars in corrupt Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian and other foreign corruption and bribery.
Well, that's exactly right.
And they ditched that over to an IRS investigation.
There's no CI investigation that's opened.
There's no FARA investigation opened.
None of it.
They're not even looking into the bribery.
Any public corruption investigation?
None.
None whatsoever.
No national security investigation.
But I want to ask you about that as well because, you know, I heard as well through my own sources at the time that this was all about Crossfire Hurricane.
And that's something that's now been completely reported.
Certainly one of the first here at Human Events.
Obviously, you were also one of the first on this at War Room and everywhere else at Article 3 that you've been putting this out.
Those Crossfire Hurricane documents, though, as far as we know, have not actually been recovered in any of these raids.
Do we know that?
Do we have any clarity on it?
Well, maybe they just grabbed the documents and they didn't put them in the inventory when they grabbed the documents.
That could be.
Because remember, Back, I think it was like August 18th of 2022, Bill Orkin, I think it was, at Newsweek reported a leak from the Biden Justice Department that that was the intent of the raid was to get back the crossfire hurricane documents.
Where are they?
Right.
And so this this becomes an interesting question, because if you notice that that was all the rage when this thing first happened, everybody was talking about it.
It made it to Newsweek.
Then suddenly we start hearing us about nuclear facilities.
There's this talk about Iran.
Then, of course, the Iran map is essentially mentioned in the in the Jack Smith indictment.
It's page one.
But if you dig through CBS is reporting out now that they never recovered any Iran memo.
And it is not one of the 31 counts of of retention of NDI that he's even being charged with.
So this whole thing about the tape and Trump was waving the documents back and forth.
It seems like it's becoming more likely that what he was actually holding was a copy of The New Yorker from that week where General Milley had leaked information.
And when he's talking about leaking and highly classified in secret, he's just referring to what Milley had done a few days prior, five days prior in the pages of The New Yorker.
That's exactly right.
Remember, Jack Smith is the Democrat prosecutor that Democrat attorneys general bring in to take out Republican presidential candidates like Jack Smith did for potential Republican presidential candidate, Virginia Governor Bob McDonald back in 2012.
Jack Smith got a bogus corruption charge against him, took him out as a presidential candidate.
The Supreme Court later in 2000, I think it was 15, ruled unanimously, eight to nothing.
It would have been nine to nothing, but Justice Scalia died.
It must have been 2016.
It was eight to nothing that Jack Smith's legal theory was completely bogus.
It is hard to get overturned by the Supreme Court on a criminal conviction.
It is nearly impossible to do it unanimously.
Jack Smith found the way.
But guess what?
He doesn't care.
Jack Smith is a political scud missile to take out Republican.
Presidential candidates because the damage was already done.
Mission accomplished.
Who cares if the Supreme Court reverses?
Same thing here.
Mike Smith, Mike Davis, excuse me, Jack Smith, Mike Davis, and also I'm Jack as well.
Thank you so much for joining us here, Human Events.

I'm very excited to welcome back to the program Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Judge, thank you so much for taking time to join us here at Human Events.
It's always a pleasure to be on with you, Jack.
Thanks for having me on your show.
Well, I don't know if you've seen, but the neocons over at Neocon Review, I mean National Review, have been very, very upset with me lately.
I've Just really raining down on human events, so I'm sure that my UK coverage may have part of that.
Before you even tell me why they're upset with you, it's a badge of courage and honor that they're upset with you, it doesn't matter why!
I think that's exactly right.
Well, we've been, I mean, we've been covering this, we're calling it l'affaire des Purgosines, right?
The Purgosian affair, looking at everything, the ins and outs, the moves of The Wagner Group, the situation there, and now all of a sudden, in the midst of all of this, we just got breaking news right before we went to air today, that Mike Pence, the former vice president, now presidential candidate, has arrived in Kiev and is meeting directly with President Zelensky.
What do you think about that?
I think this is the first time we've had a presidential candidate make a trip to Ukraine like this.
I didn't know there were any voters in the Republican primary in Kiev.
He should spend his time in New Hampshire, where Donald Trump is beating him by 51 percent to 5 percent.
I would think that that would be a more efficient use of his time.
Look, I understand what these photo ops are worth.
And I've known Mike for 30 years since we were on radio together.
Before he was governor of Indiana, before he was a congressman, long before he was vice president.
I happen to like him very much.
I don't think he's going to be a Republican nominee and I don't think he's going to be president of the United States.
But I understand the value of photo ops.
Not so sure this will help him in New Hampshire, where we'll probably be knocked out of the box by Donald Trump's 51 percent and Ron DeSantis' 20 percent.
I mean, right now he's neck and neck with Chris Christie for Third place.
Well, I think that's right, and you do also have a situation in the primary where there seem to be so many people getting into this, and yet I'm not sure, for some of these guys, what lane it is that they're looking at that they think they can grasp onto, other than potentially this idea of Trump getting knocked out of the race due to some of these legal battles that he finds himself in.
I'm sure that that's what they hope.
Governor Christie and I have been friends for 30 years.
Donald Trump and I have been friends for 35 years, so I know them both.
I know them well.
I think Governor Christie, his game plan is based on Donald Trump being disabled from running for office because of a conviction that will cause Republicans to recoil.
Now, a conviction on the Mar-a-Lago documents case, you were just discussing this with your previous guest, would not automatically disable him from running.
A conviction on the indictment that hasn't come yet, the January 6th indictment, that would disable him from running because the Constitution prohibits anyone holding public office who's been convicted of having anything to do with an insurrection.
I happen to think that the First Amendment protects He said on January 6th, but we'll see what a grand jury and what a jury thinks.
But yes, I do believe that all of those Republicans expect him to be wounded by these indictments and what may follow.
In the Republican primary, in the polls, the opposite has been the effect.
Every time he's indicted or every time there's some evidence against him, whether you believe the evidence or not, it seems to push him up in the Republican polls.
Well, I think that does seem to be the situation as well.
It's sort of a galvanizing effect, but we'll see.
Now, going over to Ukraine, though, obviously it's an opportunity to try to burnish foreign policy chops, etc., but at the same time, you're not getting that same sense of a call for, and by the way, this has been, RFK Jr.
has called out the war in Ukraine, the conduct of it, as well as I would say the motivations for it.
John Mearsheimer had a huge piece this week talking about how everyone seems to have these Manichaean views on it, where in the West it's now become democracy versus autocracy.
And at the same time, you're not hearing very many people actually discuss the prospect of peace on the ground in Ukraine.
Do you think that that's something that could also play a role in this?
Well, the American government is not in favor of peace on the ground.
I am sure that President Zelensky would go to Geneva and meet with President Putin or send their number two or number three persons, their foreign ministers or defense ministers.
But Zelensky's American masters, Victoria Zulin, Tony Blinken, Lloyd Austin, Jake Sullivan, and to the extent he knows what's going on, the president himself, Simply won't allow that.
They don't have an off-ramp for this disastrous, unconstitutional, illegal, immoral war that we are fighting there.
My column out this morning, pending upon where you get it, one title is Bloodshed and Honesty, the other is War and Honesty, talks about how Congress cannot declare war on Russia because Russia does not pose a military threat to the United States.
We pose more of a military threat to Russia Well, like Bill Clinton, it depends on what the meaning of is, is.
It depends on what the meaning of troops on the ground is.
Joe Biden and Lloyd Austin and Tony Blinken have sent military equipment there that only Americans can operate.
So do we have troops on the ground?
Well, like Bill Clinton, it depends on what the meaning of is is.
It depends on what the meaning of troops on the ground is.
If by troops on the ground, you mean Americans wearing boots and in fatigues and a helmet and carrying offensive weaponry, no.
But if by boots on the ground you mean Americans in civilian clothes who are full-time military, operating American military equipment, pulling triggers or pressing buttons and control booths that are sending projectiles to kill Russian-Americans, then we do have troops on the ground.
And without their uniforms on, which is a violation of the Geneva Conventions, They're fair game.
They can be captured as spies and legally executed summarily, that is without trial, because they're in a war zone shooting at Russian soldiers and they don't have uniforms on.
All because Joe Biden wants to run for re-election as a wartime president.
When they start to come home in body bags, the American public will begin to pay attention.
Right now, the public is not paying attention because the media In America, not you, not me, but most of the mainstream media is mouthing exactly what MI6 and CIA want them to say, which is that Putin's a monster and we have to protect Zelensky because if Zelensky falls, all of Eastern Europe will fall.
And that, of course, is nonsense.
There's no basis for that at all.
That's the neocon mantra, which they have been spouting for years and years and years.
They're bitter that the Cold War is ended.
and they want to use Ukraine as a battering ram.
They think somehow they can drive Vladimir Putin from office.
They tried last weekend, and when Yevgeny Purgosyan knew that he was about to be slaughtered by 10,000 Russian troops by air and ground, he turned around.
Judge, we are coming up on a quick break, and I think that's exactly right.
I I think this was, was Brigogian.
People say, oh, was, was he in on it?
They say, no, no, no.
This was a, this was part of a thing that Putin was behind.
No, I, I disagree with that.
I think this was a real attempt.
I think this is about the regime change in Russia.
I think that's exactly what they are trying to push there.

Don't go and spend money to this woke piece of crap Indiana Jones movie that Disney is pushing, where they're gender swapping everything, where they're making Indiana Jones look like he's a bumbling fool, where he's going to be dodging around Harrison Ford, oh, I'm here to pick up my paycheck.
No.
Put your money into something that matters.
Put your money into something real.
And that's called Sound of Freedom.
I watched that video, that whole movie.
I sat there with Caviezel, with Ballard, with Eduardo, and with my wife Tanya Tay.
And we watched every second of it and it was so bad I was holding my rosary.
Throughout the film itself.
And we had a story.
And then they come out, by the way, so here's the thing.
So then Caviezel comes out and says, one of the reasons that they push conflict, one of the reasons that they do this is for organ harvesting and it's something they're doing in Ukraine.
And the whole media goes nuts.
They say this is crazy, this is QAnon, this is insanity, Caviezel's, you know, he's all in one again.
Well, look at the story that we reported here at humanevents.com yesterday.
A charity worker has been detained in Ukraine after he was caught trying to buy an 11-month-old baby from his mother and sell the child abroad.
The 43-year-old man was detained after allegedly giving a $1,000 down payment to the boy's mother, claiming that he would ensure a family in Europe would adopt him away to live away from the war in Ukraine.
The woman No, she was offered $5,000 for the charge, said it was an adoption fee.
He said, let me give you $1,000 cash, U.S.
dollars in cash.
So then they turn around.
He takes the kid, this little boy, this little blonde haired baby boy that, and I saw the photos and we had, you know, we dug into this from, this was in a release from the National Police of Ukraine.
And I gotta say, he looks just like my little two-year-old.
He looks exactly like little AJ.
And this is what the human traffickers do.
They target women that are in crisis situations.
They target these families.
They wave money in your face.
I've been to those trains.
I've been to those train stations.
Alright, coming out of Odessa, seeing the family, seeing the kids.
You get off the train, You get a bunch of kiosks.
You get a bunch of taxis.
Charity works.
You don't know what's going on.
You have no idea where you're going to sleep under your head.
You don't know where you're going to get your next meal.
And you have no clue what's going to happen to your kid.
You might not have any money.
And by the way, Dad is stuck back home.
He's stuck fighting.
He's getting sent to the front lines in the latest mobilization because of the martial law.
And then along comes a guy with a thousand dollars in US dollars, greenbacks, saying, Hey, I'm here to help.
We're going to take all your problems away.
Your child will have a better life.
And it said in that article, it said in that article that the reason they were targeting this guy, and there was a female accomplice that he had, we don't know if it was a wife, girlfriend, sister, et cetera.
The boy was rescued, but the man is suspected to have sold three other children under the same pretext.
They were looking for parents who are ready to sell their children for organs.
Law enforcement officers, you have to go to humanevents.com and see this story.
Law enforcement officers have operational information that this was not for adoption to the EU, that the child would have been sold on to illegal organ transplanters.
The organizations have seen teams and couples working together to lure Ukrainian refugees traveling to the border, the border in Poland, into their cars.
They're waiting.
They're seeing the women.
They're seeing the mothers.
They're distressed.
They're exhausted.
These are the same types of tactics.
And do you understand?
Interpol, by the way, has had tons of reports on this.
Organized criminal groups are known to be trafficking in human beings for organ removal.
A wide spectrum of actors involved in organ trafficking in North and West Africa, in many countries, notably in Asia and the Middle East.
Trafficking in human organs is done through a framework of complex networks due to the medical skills required, the logistics, healthcare facilities.
The vulnerable communities.
They specifically talk about this as targeting the Black Sea region.
This was even before the war.
Trafficking in humans for organ removal is not a new phenomenon.
It is underreported due to the clandestine nature of the crime combined with the lack of awareness by law enforcement agencies and the deficiency of information sharing channels between the medical and police sectors.
That's straight from Interpol.
That is straight from Interpol saying that this has been going on around the world.
Trafficking in organs.
Trafficking in children.
And you mean to tell me for a second That you got Mike Pence over there saying we got to continue the war, we got to keep going?
You got Joe Biden over there saying we got to keep going?
We have to fight no matter what?
When this is what's happening on the back end?
Look, I'm not saying that Mike Pence is complicit in this.
But let me tell you something right now.
These are some of the most disgusting and sick Depraved evil demons that walk the face of the earth.
And if you believe for a second that anyone could do something like that to a child like this, and is not being influenced or completely controlled by demonic activity, then you have no idea what's going on.
Everything in Sound of Freedom is real.
Everything that Caviezel said is real.
These monsters are out there.
And we know what will happen to them in the end.
But the real question is how much hate?
How much evil?
That they can spread, and how many children that get sucked up into their evil web.
And I can't be quiet about it anymore.
I'm not going to be quiet about it anymore.
I'm done.
I'm done being quiet.
