I'm the hardest worker, but we have no patients left.
They've all been put into the United States.
And he wasn't saying it as a wise guy.
He just saying, you know, we don't have any patients.
Our patients have already they've been let.
And some of these people, he said, are very, very sick.
These people have been taken out of the institution and put.
And he's saying, you know, I have first time in my life.
I have a lot of time.
Because we don't have patience.
They've all been removed to the United States of America.
How stupid is this?
And forget about good politics.
This has to be the worst politics.
But how can we do that?
How can we let this happen?
And no country can afford this.
And you're seeing the signs of it already.
And you look at some of these areas and some of the crime areas.
And some of these people are staying in luxury hotels paid for by cities.
Luxury hotels.
Our great veterans are sleeping on the streets with no benefits.

These people are being treated.
They're given cell phones, and they're given treatment.
People are greeting them off the bus.

I will immediately sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children.
As I said, I will keep men out of women's sports, and I will sign a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states.

These guys are looking, they're saying, and women, they're looking at him, they're saying, what the hell kind of questions are they asking me?
And it's turning them off and they're not signing up.
Our military is having a hard time signing people.
This is what we must do to restore our country to greatness.
The USA is a mess.
Our economy is crashing.
Inflation is out of control.
China, Russia, Iran, North Korea have formed together as a menacing and destructive coalition.
Our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard.
The way it's going, we're going to lose our Currency is the world standard, which will be the single greatest defeat for this country in 200 years.
That will be catastrophe.
It won't happen with me, not even a chance, just like Russia would never have invaded Ukraine and China would not have even thought about Taiwan, as I said.
If you took the five worst presidents in the history of the United States and added them up, They would have never done the destruction to our country as crooked Joe Biden and the Biden administration have done.
Nobody's done damage to this country like this.
Our country is a failing nation.
We are a failing nation.
We're a nation in decline.
And now these radical left lunatics want to interfere with our elections again by using law enforcement this time.
The other is going to be harder to do.
So they want to use corrupt law enforcement.

I think surviving for another short period of time, another year, is very tough.

I mean, you have to see these fields.
They're like junkyards.

Most expensive energy anywhere in the world, by far.
They're all made in China.

And you look at some of these fields, and your energy costs are zooming, zooming.
They're going through the roof.
It's so destructive.
All electric, all electric, everything.
Now they want to take away your gas stoves.
Does anybody like gas better?
You cook a lot more than I do.
Because I have a lot of friends that are really into the cooking thing, and they say gas is better.
But they want to take it away.
They want to take away your washing machines and your dryers.
They don't want to give you any water for the washing machine, even though you have so much water.
You don't know what the hell to do with it up here.
It flows out into the ocean.
But this is the final battle.
This is really the final battle.
With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state.
We will expel the sick, crazy warmongers.
They are warmongers from our government.

And this would be a nuclear war, a war the likes of which this is not two army tanks running around shooting at each other.
These are weapons that are so powerful.
That's why our country right now is in the most dangerous time in the history of our country, but in the history of the world, because of the power of the weaponry.
And we have a man who's grossly incompetent, As the head of the United States of America, which could lead all other countries.
I led all other countries.
Some of them liked me, some of them didn't.
But we were the boss.
I led the countries.
We have none of that now.
They go for trips to Saudi Arabia, where he needs something.
You know what he needs?
Oil.
Because he refuses to take it from under our feet.
And he gives a fist bump to the future king of Saudi Arabia, who happens to be a wonderful person.
You know what a fist pump is?
That's, don't shake my hand because your hand is dirty.
That was greatly insulting.
He travels for 20 hours on Air Force One, spewing lots of fumes if you're into that world.

In other words, he insulted And he got nothing.
But these are people that are stupid people that are leading us.
These are people that don't know what's happening.
And these are people that have put us in the most dangerous position in the history of the world right now because of the power of weaponry.
We will drive out the globalists.
We will cast out the communists, the Marxists, the fascists, and we have them in our country.
That's what's doing all of this stuff with the Department of Justice and with the FBI.

All right, President Trump there, wrapping up Barnburner's speech this afternoon up in Now, as we were talking about with Richard Barris yesterday, remember New Hampshire was the place where he won his first political victory ever.
In his political career, the New Hampshire primary 2016.
Now, Iowa, of course, is first.
We know Iowa's the first in 2016.
It's the first 2020.

This created an artificial bellwether to say, oh, were people actually not going to get behind Trump?
But a lot of people miss the fact that Trump, Cruz, and Rubio really carved up that 2016 race there in Iowa.
And if you go back and look, and it's about 27% to 24% to 23% all the time I had to pull the actual numbers point being as though that is The situation that we're looking at right there fantastic speech by the way Really appreciated some of the wedge issues that came up.
We received, at human events, excerpts of the speech before he ran it.
Now, of course, that's excerpts from the prepared remarks, not necessarily the, you know, of course, as we know, Donald Trump likes to go off script.
So we got a little bit of the script, but not necessarily all of it.
The piece, though, that I want to bring up for you and highlight, let me pull it here, he said, Ron DeSantis opposed my China tariffs very simply.
He sided with the communists in China.
I fight for the workers of America.
Excuse me.
And when China targeted our farmers and lobstermen, I gave them 28 billion dollars straight out of the tariffs China was paying.
So really getting into really getting into this question of tariffs, the ability of the use of tariffs, not only to to enact a leverage on our global competitors, like the Chinese Communist Party, but also also to use them to directly benefit American workers.
Of course, the fact that he's talking about farmers, the fact that he's talking about lobstermen, that is a direct appeal to some of the biggest industries in New Hampshire, that being of course farming, the lobstermen there.
This is a targeted speech, but it also goes and speaks to a larger picture of how tariffs on China can directly benefit the workers of America.
And if you don't think that that's the same type of argument that he's going to be making across the Rust Belt, when he goes into Western Pennsylvania, when he goes up to Michigan, when he goes to Wisconsin, when he goes to Ohio, when he goes to Minnesota, okay, he's going to be making the same exact pitch as you heard there.

When that information was leaked to the press, if the leak was done with the approval of President Obama, it's not really a leak.

Could have been released very quickly by Joe Biden.
It could have come out right away and yet he decided not to do it.
Decided to sit on it.

Well, Republicans at the time, just to go back, were arguing that they should appoint a special counsel to investigate Barack Obama.
At the time, Andy McCarthy wrote, and I quote, I'm quoting you verbatim.
I'm not going to change a word of this.
Special counsels... Screaming for a special counsel is dumb.
Special counsels are unconstitutional for reasons outlined by Justice Scalia, whose brilliant Morrison v Olson dissent has repeatedly proved prescient since he wrote it in 1988.
Prosecution is an executive responsibility and the Constitution vests all the executive power in the President.
If the Constitution is appointed, the prosecutor appointed, Well, well, well, Mr. Andy McCarthy.
of the executive branch, he cannot investigate credibly.
But if he is independent of the executive branch, he cannot investigate legitimately.
And the constitution aside, the institution of the special counsel or an independent prosecutor has been a catastrophe, dogging administrations of both parties, substantially undermining their capacity to govern.

First time we've had her on the show.
It's Evita Duffy, a writer over at The Federalist, and on one of the same topics that we've actually been talking about here on the show.
And of course, I was blasted for, you know, for bringing this up because I talked about the fact that the media and the White House
We're actually using stories and pushing different stories, different narratives out there, because they didn't want to talk about the fact that the son of the President of the United States got this massive sweetheart deal from the Department of Justice, the very same Department of Justice, that is going after Trump supporters, that is going after Catholics, that's going after pro-lifers, with an extreme Extreme level that we've never seen before anywhere in U.S.
politics or even U.S.
history.
But when it comes to crimes like this, not only was Hunter Biden never even charged for flagrant FARA violations, for obvious counterintelligence operations, he was never even investigated!
The FBI never even opened an investigation into counterintelligence.
They never followed up on these allegations of bribery.
By the way, Incredible allegations that came from an FBI source.
This is not from, this wasn't from Human Events, this wasn't from Steve Bannon, this wasn't from War Room, wasn't from Dan Bongino, Charlie Kirk, etc, etc.
It was from the FBI's own source.
So I wanted to bring up Evita Duffy here today to walk through her article and lay out the case.
And I will tell you right now I think she's right.
Evita, thank you for joining us here at Human Events.

So, walk us through your theory of the case.
The media used the failed Russia coup to knock the bombshell Biden scandal off the front page.
What went down?
Yeah, I mean, so first of all, these two IRS whistleblower testimonies are explosive.
You can go and read them or read about them at TheFederalist.com, but you can also read them from the House Ways and Means Committee.
They're absolutely insane what these whistleblowers are alleging, that they wanted to investigate Hunter Biden In 2018, and the DOJ was slow walking it, not allowing the investigators to do their job, wouldn't give them a search warrant, they had tons of probable cause, and then eventually actually suspended the whole investigation ahead of the 2020 election because it could hurt Joe Biden.
And then once he was elected, they re-did, they re-upped the investigation, but were again hindering it every step of the way.
The IRS investigators wanted to do a consented search of Hunter's home.
They wanted to do some really key interviews.
And before they were going to do it, the FBI actually tipped off people really close to Joe and Hunter before their day of action, basically thwarting the entire thing and then eventually then ending the whole investigation.
So twice they did that.
So this is an explosive story that is implicating Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and then, of course, the deep state, which has been protecting them all along.
And in the midst of all of this, we have this giant story.
Suddenly we have this Russia coup hit the headlines and it's been This is what the media does all the time.
We already know that they don't want the American people to know about these IRS whistleblower testimonies.

And I think it's- and this is- people will say, oh, you're a conspiracy theorist, you're crazy.

Every Democrat on the House Ways and Means Committee voted to not make them public.
So this is textbook behavior.
And I'll say this about the coup.
I think that attempted coup.
I think that it's a serious matter.
I think it has a place in the world news section.
It's not that it shouldn't be covered.
It's that it shouldn't dominate the headlines when we have a Biden bribery scandal and potential DOJ interference in the rule of law in our country.
And this is so serious.
And it's not being covered by a media that is continuing to protect the president and show preferential treatment to one side of the political aisle.
Well, I think you're right.
And look, you know, I'm not going to ask you to, to, to co-sign like the theory that I threw out last week, but this, to me, the fact that this submersible was known to have been imploded, that they had that information.
The U S nation's.
Navy, which of course would have, and look, I say this as a former Navy officer, a guy who's had stuff that was in the president's daily brief, I'm intimately aware of how presidential daily briefs are run, This idea that President Biden didn't know about the fact that the Navy had detected the implosion on day one and yet was running out there and HumanEvents.com, we ran down the entire timeline of when they knew versus what they were saying.
They were telling us, the admirals were coming out there from the Coast Guard, you've got this many hours, I've got 24 hours left, you've got 10 hours left.
It was a horrible story and the entire world was pulling for them and praying for them.
And yet, they knew all along that this thing had detected an implosion.
It was in the same area of the Titanic, which is obviously a known area.
There's only one submersible operating in that area.
Do you think, and I'll put it to you, and if you disagree with me, that's totally fine, but do you think that this played an element into it, the fact that they knew That the whistleblower testimony was coming out that week, the fact that they knew that the Hunter Biden plea deal was also coming out that week, which obviously, look, I'm not going to be, I don't, I think we can be adult here and know that the president would know when his son's plea deal is coming out with his own Department of Justice.
It boggles my mind to think that the White House didn't cynically use this as a PR opportunity when literally Every single operation in Washington, D.C.
would have done the same thing, both sides of the aisle.
100%.
I mean, and it's always speculation, right?
So I'm not going to say definitively that this is what's happening, but it's very suspicious.
And I 100% agree with you on that.
And I wrote this in the article.
They had countdowns for this submersible.
We were all on the edge of our seats.
watching, hoping, praying, just like you said.
And then lo and behold, we find out actually they knew all along that it had imploded and that this whole search was really in vain.
And what they were projecting, what they were portraying to the public was really very untruthful.
And I think it's a very convenient coincidence for the president that you had these two stories really blow up in the media sort of I think unjustifiably in the midst of these testimonies and then of course also the charges with his son.
So a hundred percent of the people who are 100%.
I also think, you know, we have to talk about what we know, right?
We know that the FBI, that the DOJ, that they are a corrupt entity.
We know that President Biden, he's made a career out of lying.
So to say all of a sudden, No, we have to believe them, that they're straight shooters all of a sudden, I think is ridiculous.
From this IRS testimony, they're actually alleging that the FBI knew that the infamous Hunter Biden laptop was, they had authenticated it, knew it was real almost a full year before it was broken onto the scene by the New York Post, and yet the FBI still tried to tell them To censor the story because it was Russian disinformation, even though they knew it was real.
These are not straight shooters.
They're constantly lying to us.
They made a career out of lying to us.
And so just to say that now we're going to trust them, I think is very foolish.
I got into a debate down in Austin with Destiny, the left-wing Twitch streamer, about this very subject.
It actually got down to the point where he was arguing, well, okay, maybe some of the FBI knew that it was real, but maybe other parts of the FBI didn't know it was real, and therefore they could have been operating in good faith because maybe one hand wasn't talking to the other at the FBI.
I think everyone in the room was basically giving him this look and yeah you're shaking your head exactly the same as that like bro it's it just stop trying to defend these people stop trying to carry water for them we all have questions as to what our government is up to and why oh why
After all these years of lies, every conspiracy theory that we were told up front, oh that's a conspiracy, this is a conspiracy, we found out not only were we actually right, but also the government knew we were right at the moment.

Now yesterday I laid out my theory of the case and my biggest issue in all of this, the fact that why was only an IRS, as far as we know, only an IRS investigation opened up into this situation?
Were there tax crimes?
Sure there were tax crimes, but we know Because of the Durham testimony, the reporting, etc., that this same organization, the FBI, opened up a counterintelligence investigation into Donald Trump, predicated essentially on George Papadopoulos' comments in a bar that he made with Alexander Downer in London, all about stuff that was publicly known about WikiLeaks and about emails and the Hillary server, etc., etc.
They open up a full-on multi-country, multi-intelligence agency, counterintelligence, wiretapped FISA investigation, which included spies, actual spies that they tried to insert and did insert into the Trump campaign.
They do all of that on Trump in 2016 based off of this conversation in a bar, yet when it comes to Biden, the laptop which they had in 2019, Talking about the bribery.
They have the information from a separate source beyond the laptop about bribery.
They only open a tax investigation.
Where's the counterintelligence investigation?
Where are the FISA warrants?
Where's the FARA investigation for failing to register as a foreign agent?
Where are any of these things?
They don't exist.
So it seems like the IRS is actually pointing that they are or attempted at least these agents to go in and investigate what little they could and they still got blocked.
It's 100% such an indication of our two-tier justice system.
And this is what congressional Republicans have been saying for months now, is that, where's the investigation?
What are you guys doing about this?
And what they'll say is, oh, well, we're investigating it.
And then they're hiding information from Congress, from the American people, and essentially lying to us and saying, oh, we're doing something about it, when they're really not.
And they haven't been for years now.
And one of the things that was revealed, I think it was two weeks ago, that this Burisma executive has two audio recordings with President Joe Biden and multiple others with Hunter Biden confirming that the two of them were selling political power and influence over American foreign policy to these foreign companies and entities and enemies of America.
And we don't really know what the DOJ is doing about any of this.
What we do know is that they are hiding information about it from Congress and from the American people.
And there's really no accountability.
And I've been saying this for a long time.
My dad's a former congressman.
I'm like, what can we do?
about the deep state because are they going to investigate themselves?
They usually say that they're innocent, right, when there's wrongdoing among their ranks.
And so I think that there needs to be an act of Congress, to be honest, to break these agencies down, either abolish them or in the case of perhaps the FBI where there might be use that, you know, either abolish them or in the case of perhaps the FBI, where there might be use that, you know, for crime that crosses state borders and really bring it down to skeletal levels and really say in clear words what their jobs are,
because right now it's gotten completely because right now it's gotten completely out of control to the point where we might have a president that's compromised by enemies of America and engaging in blatant corruption and bribes that we are not able to address because of how secretive, how massive, monolithic and corrupt our federal government has become.

This is a situation that I've talked about when I was in the intelligence agencies where we have 17 agencies or 16 plus one depending on how you define the ODNI.
The British had a similar situation at the end of World War II.
That's why they paired it way down to just all the, and they had usually have, used to have MI1 all the way out to MI15.
They paired it all the way down to just MI5 and MI6.
They've specifically delineated lines for internal, for external.
They also have a SIGINT agency, that's GCHQ.
Not to say that they do things all that much better than us, but they at least took the effort to find some reform here.
That's what we need to do.
We need to get politics out of the FBI.
I agree with you.
I want the FBI to be going after child traffickers.
I want the DHS and ICE and etc.
to be going after border jumpers and anyone that's involved in trafficking.
Of course, we're huge supporters of Sound of Freedom.

These are elements that we want federal law enforcement doing, but we need to get politics out of it.
Do we need a specific agency?
Perhaps one option could be a specific agency just going after political corruption.
Of course, the issue with that once again becomes What happens if that agency is completely taken over by Democrats?
But I think you're right.
I think taking the FBI and then completely reworking it to just being an agency that goes after direct federal crimes, crimes against children, human trafficking, bank robbery, etc., one of the original crimes that it was going after, that totally makes much more sense.
