Time Text
Good evening friends, this is Praying Medic and this is my news update for October 28th.
Welcome to the news.
We have a special broadcast today.
Last night we found out that the Racine County Sheriff's Department was going to hold a presser to describe evidence that they found which is proof of statewide election law violations.
We'll get to that in just a minute.
I'm just going to be scrolling through my telegram page here.
Today hundreds and possibly thousands of people showed up outside the home of New York Mayor Bill de Blasio to protest COVID mandates.
These are all supporting FDNY and EMS in New York and law enforcement.
So good to see people showing up who have some common sense.
All right, so I tuned into the live stream this morning on the Racine County Sheriff's Department, and listen to a sergeant who gave the briefing of what they found.
So the Racine County Sheriff's Department began an investigation about a year ago on a tip that was provided to them from the Racine County District Attorney's Office.
So he just said this is a nonpartisan investigation, It's simply a matter of upholding the law, as they do with any other case.
He said the election laws in the state were not just broken but shattered by the Wisconsin Election Commission.
Wisconsin Election Commission is a commission made up of six members who are appointed by the legislature.
And he said you're going to see evidence of members of the Wisconsin Election Commission openly talking about violating election laws.
Alright, so the primary complainant is a woman named Judy, whose mother lived at the Ridgewood Nursing Home in Racine County.
She eventually passed away.
After she passed away, Judy decided to check on her mother's vote.
This is after the election, and she learned that her mother's vote was counted.
Judy found that strange because her mother had cognitive decline that was pretty severe and she did not believe that her mother was mentally able to request a ballot or to fill it out properly.
Judy was told that the nursing home staff were permitted to fill out ballots for residents.
So, Judy filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Election Commission.
They refused to investigate.
They passed it on to the Racine District Attorney, and the DA then referred it to the Sheriff's Office, and a sergeant was tasked with doing the investigation.
According to the sergeant's investigation, he found that voting clerks reported a surge in residents voting at Ridgewood Nursing Home.
Normally, only a few residents vote in any election, but in 2020, there were many requests for mail-in ballots, much more than usual.
The Wisconsin Election Commission, it turns out, had instructed nursing homes to violate state law.
Telling them not to use special voting deputies to assist residents in voting.
So there's a state law that says if a nursing home has residents that want to vote and they're unable to vote, unable to fill out a ballot, unable to do that themselves and need help, they're supposed to request a special voting deputy who is trained, who comes in and assists them in voting.
According to the sergeant, Wisconsin Election Commission sent out written information instructing nursing homes around the state not to use special voting deputies.
The instructions were that employees of the nursing homes could help people fill out their ballots.
Wisconsin state law requires certification that a person is indefinitely confined if they request a mail-in ballot.
And there were, depending on the reports that you read, Possibly as many as 250,000 mail-in ballots requested in Wisconsin in 2020.
Normally, a fraction of that would be requested.
And that's one of the laws that was broken.
So, Wisconsin statute specifies the conditions under which a special voting deputy may assist a nursing home resident in voting.
Nursing home employees are not special voting deputies.
Wisconsin Election Commission, like I said, sidestepped the law, instructed nursing homes to tell their employees that they could fill out ballots for the residents and mail them in.
Now, the sergeant presented a timeline of events that is very suspicious.
We know last year, March of 2020, or on March 7th, that's when the nationwide lockdowns due to COVID began.
That's when the PGA Tour and a lot of professional sports decided they were going to hold games without fans.
Lockdowns began early March.
On March 10th, Wisconsin Election Commission suspended the special voting deputy provision in the election law.
They just decided, we're not going to have special voting deputies this year.
We're going to sidestep that part of the law.
On June 24th, the Wisconsin Election Commission extended the suspension of the special voting deputy provision of the election law.
And they just decided they were going to allow nursing home employees to fill in the role of special voting deputies.
They were just going to ignore state law.
Wisconsin Election Commission sent out flyers to nursing homes instructing employees how to assist residents in filling out their ballots, which was a violation of state law.
On January 15, 2021, so this is two months after the election, the Election Commission again voted to extend the suspension of the Special Voting Deputy law.
And now here's where it gets problematic.
In February, a month later, 2021, legislative council issued a legal opinion saying that the Wisconsin Election Commission did not have the authority to suspend the special voting deputy law.
And actually, the sergeant presented a video Where one of the Wisconsin Election Commissioners said they understood that, and this gentleman's name was Knutson, he knew that they could not suspend this special voting deputy law.
And he was concerned about the action that the commission had taken.
He essentially admitted to knowing that they were breaking the law.
Then the sergeant presented some information.
He found that 899 people were allowed into the Ridgewood Nursing Home in Racine County during this time, including people cleaning the fish tank, people delivering food, maintenance people, delivering packages, other just random people coming in and going out.
Special voting deputies were not admitted to the nursing home because, well, that would be too much risk of COVID.
The sergeant explained that suspending the special voting deputies is a violation of Wisconsin statute 12.13 on election fraud, clause one, and he said it's a class I felony.
He said Commissioner Knutson acknowledged that Wisconsin Election Commission directing nursing home employees to fill out ballots is a violation of the law.
Called election fraud.
And there's a variety of different ways to violate this statute, but the first one, in my opinion, fits.
In the course of a person's official duties, or on account of the person's official position, intentionally violate, or intentionally cause any other person to violate, any provisions of chapters 5 through 12, for which there's no penalty listed.
And it just so happens that the penalty for violating this statute is a Class I Felony.
It's a felony.
I'm not going to go through all of these clips, but I actually took time to include some of the statements that blew my mind, where they basically just admitted to breaking the law.
I'm going to play two clips.
They're roughly 20-30 seconds of use.
This is Knutson, Commissioner Knutson, and I kind of referenced what he was saying before, but literally I want you to hear it from the commissioners.
I have had discomfort, and I expressed it publicly the day that I first suggested this, that we will be essentially telling the clerks to break the law.
So this information is being turned over to the District Attorney who initially assigned that investigation to the Sheriff's Department.
The Sheriff said they have a very good working relationship with the DA.
I'm guessing that we're eventually going to see arrests in this case because members of the Commission said that they knew that this was a violation of law.
So when you knowingly break a law, you can expect to be prosecuted.
The sheriff also said he reached out to the state attorney general's office early in the investigation.
They offered them the information they had obtained, but he said the attorney general's office was not interested.
The sheriff in Racine County believes that other sheriff's departments around the state are going to become involved because this didn't just happen in one nursing home.
This directive was sent out Probably to every nursing home in the state.
I'm sure that similar situations occurred in other nursing homes.
So this has a potential to affect thousands of people, thousands of votes, and we'll just have to see how this works out.
All right, moving along.
Zuckerberg has announced that Facebook is changing its name to Meta and he presented some creepy A virtual reality at a presentation today, which is just a bit strange.
Alright, what else we got going on?
Oh, New York Governor Cuomo, former Governor Cuomo, is expected to be charged and arrested next week with forcibly touching one of his aides.
In the last bit of news, this is from the Wall Street Journal, the Biden administration is supposedly in talks to offer immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration around $450,000 per person in compensation.
Now, after you get over the shock of that news, Set aside your emotions and think logically.
What is going to be the public's response if such a move is actually made?
If Congress and the Biden administration appropriate $450,000 for each illegal immigrant who was detained during the Trump administration, people are going to lose their minds.
I don't know that this will actually happen, but if it does, it'll go a long way toward exposing the actual agenda of the deep state.
And it'll be a major mistake.
Just another thing that the Biden administration will do that will wake up millions of more people.
Never interfere with an enemy while they're in the process of destroying themselves.
All right.
I think that is Never interfere with an enemy while they're in the process of destroying themselves.
And that brings us to a flashback.
April 4th, 2018, when there was a debate going on about sending troops to the border.
Q posted this.
Troops to the border.
Clown.
Black Ops.
Private funds.
Raised how?
So a lot of off-the-books black operations by the CIA.
How are they funded?
They're funded by money raised through weapons trafficking, child trafficking, drug trafficking that comes through the border.
Troops at the border does what?
Impact to who?
Democrats involved.
MS-13 and illegals, roadblock.
That's what Troops Hit the Border represents.
Sex traffic, roadblock.
Children, roadblock.
Drugs, roadblock.
Guns, roadblock.
China, Russia, pass through intel pool, roadblock.
Name we don't say, Arizona, roadblock.
McCain.
Jeff Flake, Arizona, roadblock.
Q is kind of implicating that both Flick and McCain when they were in the Senate, they were facilitating the trafficking through the Arizona border.
Big money.
Terminate.
The wall means more than you know.
The fight for the wall is so much more.
Now that President Trump is out of office, And we have a massive flow of illegals coming through the border again.
People understand how important the wall is.
Hopefully, when President Trump comes back into office, we'll finish that wall.
Actually, Carrie Lake said that when she is elected governor, she's going to finish the wall in Arizona, and I believe she will.
Alright, that is all the news I have for you tonight.
Please keep Denise and I in prayer.
Keep President Trump in prayer.
Keep Q and the team in prayer.
Thanks for tuning in.
