	I've interviewed him more than once, actually.
	He's spoken at my conference last year, and he's back again this year.
	We're very happy to have him here.
	And he is what you might call a contactee.
	He has been sort of a unique kind of a contactee in some ways because he seems to have downloaded some interesting information.
	As well as been in touch with a craft, an artificially intelligent craft, at least one, and maybe more than one, and he can tell you more about that.
	But it appears that he has some abilities that have attracted also government members, secret agent-type people, both in Russia and here in the U.S. Well, from the U.S. and here in England.
	Just kind of forgot where I was for a moment.
	Anyway, doing that thing that Peter talks about, time traveling.
	So anyway, this is Tony Topping.
	And he's also, I guess he's been on British TV, which is something of a dubious honor when it comes to this topic, I'm afraid.
	But nonetheless, and so I want to welcome Tony Topping.
	And Tony, it's great to have you here.

	Just to point out that this is a story, really.
	This is a saga.
	It's a report for you one year on from when I was sat here.
	And these are the events that happened after I spoke at this conference last year.
	It's quite a rollercoaster ride.
	It's a saga.
	It's an intervention.
	I'm suffering fatigue and mental exhaustion because of targeting.
	So please bear with me if A, you feel that my energy is a bit askew, which it is, and B, the fact that I'm actually battling exhaustion and fatigue because of what has happened to me.
	It's a story of intervention.
	It's a story of extraterrestrial contact and it's also a saga of how we So if you have interaction with UFOs, the real deal, and you're talking to them, there's an unwritten law and a lot of esoteric things that will come after you.
	I take it on this side, I'm okay, sat like this, you can see me, you're quite happy, like, alright.
	So let's start.
	So yeah, so that's basically it.
	It's an intervention.
	Just moving on.
	So, I've had, over the years, my journals tell me that I've had over 100 incidents with UFOs.
	Hundreds of incidents with UFOs, actually.
	Incidents with jets and a Hercules plane.
	that we've had an incident with jets in a field in Selby, near Kaywood, where I was feeling very depressed at the time.
	It was in 2001, and I was feeling very depressed, and I ended up having to...
	I feel like I'm a goner with it all.
	And to cut a long story short, there was a giant flash in a farmer's field.
	And next minute I know the two RAF tornado jets that were outside of Church Fenton chased after this UFO and we had the scenario of a UFO flying alongside an RAF tornado.
	We've had incidents with the Hercules plane where that's another story, which I'll come to later.
	And with the Hercules plane, what happened there was it flew over my house seven times, and it was part of the Special Forces aviation wing, and they were having a big exercise.
	I've had overt and covert spooks following me.
	That's very sinister, because I have been the victim of MKUltra mind control, as well as what is known as Unacknowledged Special Access Projects mind control.
	Which is a very sinister thing.
	And I'm frankly lucky to be alive.
	We've also got USAP.
	We've also got the various extraterrestrial groups that I have seen.
	Bearing this in mind is that I have no idea why, but I know the who, the what, the when, the where.
	And I also know that my biggest occupational hazards It's fantasists.
	People who think that they work for the government.
	People who think that they're spies.
	People who think that they can do this, they can do that.
	And this leads to a very interesting story about all that that happened to me four days after I spoke here at this conference last year.
	And that's what the story is about.
	It's about a year on from when I last spoke at this conference.
	And I've been to hell and back with it.
	And it takes a lot of explaining, so we'll carry on.
	So what we've got is...
	And Eight Ability is always the influence to influence events at planetary level.
	It's also, the US knew it as Eight Ability.
	They did a special project called Dragoon Absorb.
	Dragoon Absorb is all about the power of influence or Eight Ability to influence events.
	A lot of psychic trouble, people who are psychically troubled, and that includes me, because I make no bones about it, or it has happened to me, should I say, and I will explain all that as we go along.
	If you have that ability, 8 ability, the ability to affect reality and events, you will get a knock on the door from that entity which controls human affairs.
	Human affairs are controlled at two levels.
	They're controlled by ET, and they're controlled by something very sinister and dark.
	The bit that is controlled by ET is to do with the issue of disclosure and to do with Eisenhower and it's an aspect of the many things that humanity faces and this presentation will lead Considering that I'm sat here doing this talk in a state of exhaustion, I think I'm doing pretty well with you so far.
	So we'll carry on.
	Please send me a prayer as you're sat there.

	The reason for the exhaustion is because of a bereavement that I had three months ago, and I will come to all that.
	And that was shocking what happened there, so I'll explain that to you.
	But basically, this is typical of the UFO activity that we see.
	Over my house.
	Now, what we've got there is...
	It isn't.
	I suspect that it's a UAV-5 Reaper drone coming over the house.
	That elongated object that we see there is a UFO at speed over my house.
	It's going at tremendous speed, is that?
	And of course, the UAV would have clearly seen that UFO coming in.
	The identity of the UFOs is very interesting.
	And further on in this presentation, I'm going to talk about the identity of who these people are in the objects.
	One group you'll have never even heard of, and there's a second group that you wouldn't have even heard of either.
	It's quite unbelievable.
	So that's it there.
	Great speed over the UAV.
	They're here for a reason.
	They really are, and they're monitoring something for the sake of all mankind, because we are part of, we carry a unique signature, a unique signal.
	We are part of the Godhead.
	We're very unique beings within the grand space of the universe, and we're being watched over.
	We're also being watched over as well, because it is no coincidence.
	If you look on YouTube, you will discover that there's been some incidents over Nevada with UFOs having a bit of a barney with each other.
	That is no coincidence because certain elements of contact experiences are targeted by elements of the shadow government.
	We are targeted, people in Sweden, people in the UK, people in America.
	We are targeted, but there's always a bigger player, there's always a bigger predator, and whatever it is they're doing, they're watching over something.
	They're watching over events.
	We're not alone, basically.
	We're not alone.
	So, if we can just have a look now at something called the, what I would call the space-time continuum.
	And I've demonstrated this in my previous work, and probably if you're not familiar with my work, I was targeted in about 97. I had all kinds of MKUltra stuff being hurled at me.
	This included noise effects, sound effects, fray effects, being deprived of sleep, which is something that I'm currently undergoing at the moment.
	Deprived of sleep.
	Constant stress.
	Constant battery.
	Because there is an unwritten law that says that you cannot have communication with extraterrestrials.
	because that's a sweeping remark to make that you cannot have communication with extraterrestrials.
	What it actually is, is the fact that...
	Went under the banner of we, the Allies, won the low-tech war, but the high-tech war was lost.
	It went in under paperclip.
	What you're looking at there is a diagram.
	The diagram is kind of like how disclosure actually works.
	You will hear of situations going on where you're reading on the internet of disclosure.
	And your reading of the internet says, disclosure's going to happen.
	We've got, hey dude, look what we've got in the hangers, ain't it cool kind of disclosure, which is going on with Mr. DeLong.
	The thing with Mr. DeLong is one of his spook chums, or the free guys, including Alexander, all stood there at a press conference telling us about disclosure and what they were going to do.
	So they didn't have the spine.
	They did not have the spine, nor did they have the balls to tell you that the US government should hang its head in shame because it allows the routine abduction of human beings and it allows the routine abduction of cattle mutilations.
	And don't kid yourself because these E.T. are not very happy about that because they follow the same God as we do.
	They follow religious and moral principles.
	Some of them are very morally principled people.
	As my story continues, you will discover.
	this.
	So basically what we've got here is a space-time continuum.
	In other words, each If I could just take two volunteers from the audience just to stand here, and I'm going to demonstrate the time, continue.
	Just two people just to stand up.
	Anybody will do.

	So what we've got, this is what can happen, and it's known, if you see on this diagram, I've written something, he says as he stands in front of his slide.
	I've written, yeah, this is very important.
	Yasmat paradox.
	The Yasmat Paradox is a Sanskrit thing.
	It means as you sow, so you reap.
	It also is part of the German bloodline issue.
	Germany.
	It's a very interesting saga with what happened to me after the conference and I'll come to that.
	But basically the Yasmatic saga means Kerry's work, your work, my work, shapes destiny, shapes the future.
	Predictive events that somebody might put on Facebook might be seen in the future and they may get a recall coming out of them of people in the future wanting to know why.
	And I'll give you a comment on the grapevine that people from the future can certainly say that their technology became unbeatable.
	But we couldn't save planet Earth.
	Our technical base appears to be military.
	Our technical base appears to be financial.
	None of it seems to be engaged in the good of mankind.
	You have at the moment a situation where you have Tom DeLonge and his merry team disclosing things and somebody else disclosing things.
	The Russian remote viewing unit, Troop 1003 as they're called, had communication with extraterrestrials, with their remote viewing team.
	And the guy in charge, a guy called Alexei Savin, Used women only.
	He wouldn't have anybody else other than all women teams because women are extremely intuitive.
	Women know the score.
	And he used them with effective revolts.
	And what happened was they had data delivered to them from the extraterrestrials that was medical in nature.
	This caused an effect on the future.
	So if you stand there, sir, just where you are, and you can stand here, madam.
	That's all right.
	Just stand here.
	That's all right.
	Now what we've got is a situation.
	If you imagine this, this is how disclosure actually works.
	If you imagine me in 2018, imagine this lady as a Nordic ET, and imagine the humanity further down the line.
	2016 in terms of time continuum, time travel is quite close locally.
	2160, 2172.
	Do you see what I'm doing?
	I'm writing a yasmatic paradox now, because people will see this in those years ahead.
	They will see this work, and they will be intrigued.
	And you've created a paradox.
	I have created a paradox for myself without knowing it.
	That means that anything I did What can happen is with the future and with time continuum is the time frame is collapsed.
	So 2018 communicates with 2162 and in turn he communicates with the Nordic or the extraterrestrial groups who transfer information to these guys here in that year because it seems that humanity is moving at a very slow pace towards disclosure.
	And disclosure would let us say, we the government of the people will probably happen in about that year down the time frame, because that's the time when our technological base will be able to handle what's going on.
	I am aware of USAP, Unacknowledged Special Access Projects.
	I'm aware of the illegality of all that.
	This is about you the people, our government, if you could call it that.
	I'm not a fan of the current government, but you get where we're going.
	So that's what happened.

	I hope that just demonstrates the time continuum and the asthmatic paradox and the fact that disclosure is disclosed by That great big ball there is a situation.
	It's actually the situation that's currently going on at the moment in time.
	Because I suffer mental exhaustion, you can deploy certain psychic techniques to overcome that.
	One of the things that you can do with eight ability is jump time.
	So what happens is if I'm suffering mental exhaustion this morning, I could actually...
	But if I'm suffering mental exhaustion, what I can basically do is let my awareness jump the time frame.
	So I've literally jumped over the situation of mental exhaustion into another time frame of wellness.
	Hence me standing here now.
	It's not easy, and it has some freaky results because you're talking parallel universes and parallel yous and all that kind of thing.
	What I'm giving you is an example of, I'm not giving you an example of, hey aren't I clever, what can I do?
	I'm giving you an example of how you would use 8 ability and how the military used it to influence events and so on.
	And it had scary consequences for me.
	And so my saga starts.
	In 2016, which is very bizarre, I rang my local council.
	Actually, a few years back, I rang NATO.
	Years ago, I rang NATO because I was looking for a document to do with the assessment.
	A Belgium lady answered the phone and said, "Oh, we don't have that here." The NATO assessment was about NATO's assessment of UFOs by a guy called Robert Dean.
	Didn't have that information.
	Put the phone down.
	All kinds of strange stuff started to happen.
	It really did.
	But one of the things that happened is I phoned my local council in January 2016.
	And an American accent came on the phone and lifted up the receiver, and the American accent went, oh, oh, oh, thank you, as if she was aware that I'd lifted the receiver.
	I dialed my local council.
	The next minute I know, I was put through to Germany.
	Guy in fluent German, speaking German, I said, I'm sorry, I've got the wrong number.
	This would be part of a saga that connects me with Germany to this conference to four days after the conference.
	You couldn't make it up.
	Because it isn't made up.
	So that's how the saga started.
	And then what happened is, this is what caused the phone call.
	So, what we've got here is a picture.
	Has anybody seen this before from me?
	This picture.
	Some of you haven't.
	I'll explain briefly to those who haven't.
	The picture is part of a vision I had from Nordic extraterrestrials who indicated to me of a situation at the height of the Ukraine crisis where we were at five to midnight in terms of conflict.
	Due to events, due to information, due to perhaps all of us trying our best to alter the world around us, we've delayed it.
	We've actually delayed it.
	And that was the field, as Lloyd Canning has brilliantly done, that was the field where the UFOs were going to appear.
	That went crazy with military activity.
	So that's the thing.
	So I did my talk here, and four days later I'm sat tapping away at my computer.
	And the phone goes.
	In the narratives of things, do excuse me, I'm jumping narrative.
	We'll start again.
	During the conference, the BBC came to film me.
	I do apologise, I'm jumping in narrative.
	The BBC came to film The One Show.
	And what is fascinating with The One Show, I think they filmed Kelly as well, is that I was sat in there and I said to them, listen, the plasma findings by Project Hesdalen in Norway is an important feature that you need to add to your broadcast.
	No, no, no, we don't want to put that in.
	No, no, no, we don't want to put that in.
	Because it's quite clear that there is an agenda within the media for anything that can be proven about this phenomenon to be left out.
	And it's just interesting for you to note, this is what they left out.
	They left out that in Hesdalen, in Norway, they left out that they were tracking plasma UFOs.
	They left out that these strange lights, there was the Norwegian military involved, Norwegian universities, and these lights were doing strange characteristics.
	And they went to investigate them.
	The conclusion by this guy is self-explanatory.
	It's that bit, 5% under intelligent control.
	And he would suggest a higher dimension, which they certainly are from a higher dimension.
	And those findings were omitted.
	The further conclusions, these were the conclusions that I wanted in the feature.
	Thermal temperature of these ball-of-light type objects was constant.
	There was illumination due to an increase of radiating area.
	And many components vibrate around a common centre.
	We're dealing with a technology that is actually on the level of the programme The Abyss and is maritime in nature, but I'll come to that later, but that appears to be what we're dealing with.
	And also they show intelligence, which they do.
	In fact, if planes are nearby, they'll just suddenly disappear and then come back again.
	In some cases I'm told that they haven't cloaked themselves, they've just slipped into another dimension and back in again, which is very probable of them, and there's intelligence behind it.
	This guy, this astrophysicist Reckon from Hesdalen, from his research at these strange lights, that he was dealing with plasma, and not just plasma, but a civilisation that controlled plasma like we would control DNA.
	But he somehow, that was all omitted.
	They didn't want that on air, which they wouldn't do.
	I think it shows an agenda.
	I'm not sure, but I asked them to put it in and they said, oh no, we're not going to do that.
	So the incidents that now happened after the conference began a strange change of events when I left this conference.
	Does anybody know the term clairaudient?
	Yes, I had a series of very bizarre clairaudient events, one of which I am told was from a guy who said to me that he was There was another incident that happened with a little girl that appeared, quite a ghostly incident, and I thought, this is bizarre, this isn't a very not happened before.
	Now, the question you have got to ask yourself, human nature being as it is, and you sat there, some of you might be thinking, is he...
	What's he on?
	It's nature, human nature.
	But the question I ask is, is that the military doing something with mind control?
	Because I've had it all my life, so I'm not too sure.
	But it certainly didn't appear that way, because I looked it up online to discover that somebody had indeed chucked themselves in front of a tube train.
	And there were numerous incidents that happened with communication with ghosts and spirits after the conference, which is unprecedented.
	So four days later, I get a call.
	From a guy.
	The phone goes four days after this conference.
	Is that Mr. Topping?
	Yes, that's Mr. Topping.
	Hello, my name is Klaus.
	I represent the security of the German constitution.
	I work for German defense intelligence.
	We're in a cafe above Frankfurt.
	Look us up.
	My name is Klaus, he said.
	I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
	And I thought, right.
	And he said, Mr. Topping, I want to question you about what you're not talking about regarding UFOs.
	I said to him, we apply the NSA rule, which is this.
	I will not talk to you about what I know about UFOs, regardless of your rank or stature, because there's national security elements on it.
	And in some cases, you have to classify yourself.
	You have to censor yourself, because some of it is a bit shocking.
	So I said, there's absolutely no way I will be talking to you about that.
	Then he started going on about the craft, the triangle craft that I'd filmed, the warning image that you'd previously seen.
	He started going on about that, and about the yasmatic paradox, and he knew Sanskrit, and he was a very panicked man.
	The conversation actually ended quite reasonably.
	So if you're in the audience, Klaus, please identify yourself, because he said he'd seen my talk.
	He was here.
	But doing a bit of research, he said, the Cold War is over, Tony.
	We're all friends now.
	That's Scottish, sorry.
	The Cold War is over.

	And I said, they are not my friend.
	And when I dig a bit of it around, Michael Shipton, I think, spoke here about this organisation, the DVD.
	The DVD have their tentacles, and I'm not saying he belongs to that, but the DVD are a very powerful organisation that seem to have their tentacles in a lot of things.
	When you look at Germany's history, and you look at the full society, the lady with the long hair, Marie Osric, where her hair was meant to communicate with aliens, when you look at all that they've done in research of UFOs, why would he ring me up?
	Well, it seems to be that he was very interested in the artificial intelligence element of the UFO situation.
	He wanted to know, because I had an AI incident with one of the triangles, he wanted to know why that was.
	He was desperate to find out, and he wanted to know what the cockpit looked like.
	Well, actually, Klaus, if you sat there, the cockpit looks like an Airbus 320 cockpit.
	A triangle, the inside of it, the cockpit is like a 320.
	It's just similar to an airliner.
	I saw that in my own, you know, when I was liaising with them.
	The question is why, I don't know, but there you go.
	And also, of course, there was this incident of secrecy in Germany again.
	Where a German citizen tries to release some UFO documents because he wanted to know what was going on.
	And there was glaring depressancies and cover-up galore.
	It is my reason to suspect in a professional hunch that the German government have had some bizarre interaction going on with UFOs that they're very panicked about but are not actually clearly saying.
	For example, this.
	Gulf Breeze 6. Has anybody heard of the Gulf Breeze 6?
	Yeah, okay.
	Gulf Breeze 6, some broken promises.
	This man knew about this.
	And what was interesting was that these guys were part of an NSA listening station in Germany.
	They suddenly, absent without leave, went to Gulf Breeze 6 in Florida, as I understand, and started filming UFOs with the belief that there was something going on with the Antichrist and the coming of conflict.
	If you go back in the slides, you will note the Nordic vision, the clocks, quarter to twelve.
	5 to 12, all that kind of thing.
	God be with me.
	So you will see that happening.
	So he was very panicked about that.
	And that's what happened when I left the conference.
	And further, we then had another weird call.
	You've got to remember, I think, in our society that the public do not see the esoteric nature of things around them.
	I'm sat in the pub, the phone goes, and there's some guy on the other end going, Hello, I'm looking for Pam.
	And I thought, private number, I thought, no, you're not looking for Pam.
	Here we go again.
	What the bloody hell is this all about?
	What could be possibly happening, ladies and gentlemen, is there's a possibility that they may be doing signature analysis with software on my speech patterns to find out if I'm lying or telling the truth.
	There is a possibility that when the German guy was talking to me, he was wired into a computer, he was getting my cluster signatures, my vocal signatures, he was analysing.
	They analyse.
	And the German intelligence services are very accurate at analysing things.
	So this, the number was this.
	And I thought to myself, here we go.
	A load and load of bloody circus to deal with.
	And I thought, there'll be something esoteric in that phone number.
	And sure enough, there was.
	Genesis 46-33, when the king calls you and asks what your occupation is.
	And in my position, I don't bow to any king after what happened to me and after all that I've gone through, I don't bow to anyone.
	And my bloodline has links too, it would appear.
	A relative in Canada researched this.
	We appear, the Topping family.
	And I've got to research this further.
	Appears to have links to the Indian royalty.
	Appears to have links to the Sinclair bloodline.
	We appear to have a lot of links to Roslyn and all that kind of thing.
	That would make sense with the high level of paranormal activity that I am receiving.
	It would certainly make sense that we have some linking to India most definitely from my experiences.
	And that was the esoteric call from France.
	So I'm getting pestered.
	I'm getting bothered.
	And that's what happened after I spoke at this conference.
	Other things that happened as well when I left the conference, and it is this.
	I looked after my mother for eight years.
	I looked down on the ground because it says three years of which she was incontinent, and for a son to do that was heartbreaking, and it ended up with her developing dementia and Alzheimer's disease, and it ended up with me having to look after her, three years of which we got no help when she was incontinent.
	And then I had to look after her as she fell down the stairs and the dementia and the Alzheimer's took hold.
	The thing with that is I believe that she was targeted.
	I believe that the governments of this world and their security service should hang their heads in shame over what has gone on here.
	I believe my father was targeted.
	I know I was targeted.
	And this was an innocent woman who became targeted.
	And what is fascinating about this is that she died in tragic circumstances.
	I was looking up at her from the hospital bed with an oxygen mask on her face and she was wanting an ice cream and wanting to come back and watch her detective programs, but she'd gone, bless her.
	She'd broken her hip.
	The Alzheimer's and dementia had took her over.
	But what was even more sinister was something was frightening her.
	Something was scaring her.
	She was waking up in the middle of the night and she was being targeted.
	And the thing with a targeted individual or a contact experiencer who is targeted is we have...
	Pardon my language.
	I'm so angry.
	I do beg your pardon.
	We have no pathway.
	I've lost my father.
	I lost my mother because of it.
	I went through hell.
	And this is all in the space of speaking at this conference and all that kind of thing.
	And I've had a terrible time of it.
	But she comes through from the afterlife.
	And what she says to me is fascinating with me having this unique ability.
	I hear her.
	And she keeps coming in and telling me that she's alright.
	She's sorry that she left me.
	She didn't mean to leave me.
	I said, that's alright mum.
	She said, from where I am, they sent you Anthony, called me Anthony, doolally in the head.
	So what you've got is this vocabulary coming from her that is unique.
	She called me my son.
	She always called me my son.
	My son, she said, I love you very dearly.
	I'm sorry I had to leave you.
	There is a great war going on between good and evil.
	I'm in a place, she said, where I am looked after and loved.
	This is because of the bizarre incident that happened to me with an entity that came to visit me when I was asleep one evening, and by God, it came knocking at the door, and I was scared for her when she departed.
	I was so scared that I wondered what was going to happen to her, and it was as if the very higher celestial nature of things themselves put her into special measures so that she was not touched by my circus that appears to have, and I don't know which came first with the chicken on the egg, because I think the woman was a saint.
	But it wasn't pleasant, and we buried her three, four months ago, and that's why I'm suffering the exhaustion, because I'm trying to get over it all.
	And if you're targeted by USAP, Unacknowledged Special Access Projects, one of the things they were doing was they were targeting me while I was being her carer, and the bastards were not stopping either.
	And what would happen is that when you drill it down, it's advanced mind control at multiple levels.
	The extraterrestrials have a judiciary.
	Now you may think, well, I'm not saying that you are, but some people might think, is that a fantasy?
	Judiciary, what's the other?
	What I'm telling you is true.
	It actually happened.
	It's a case of, you can't go around the universe doing all this without being watched by a bigger player.
	In the kingdom of nature, there's a bigger lion, there's a bigger predator watching.
	You can't get away with it.
	And that's this theme.
	The theme was about intervention from extraterrestrials over what was going on with me when I was caring for my mother because I was being targeted.
	And it was hell.
	It was horrendous.
	Now, I want you to realise that...
	So please don't, if my energy is a bit askew, please don't worry about that because as we will discover, I turn to kind of like Christianity, I turn to spiritual warfare and I found that the power of prayer started an effect on this of pushing back like a magnet.
	You have this pushback effect, the power of the Almighty, the power of the higher celestial starts to intervene and push back on the negativity that's coming.
	Now what happened was, Was that in the days of 1997, I had some very strange goings on where I was having visions of submarines and visions of these UFOs coming in around the submarines and visions of them flying around them.
	And I couldn't understand for the life of me what it was.
	Two weeks ago, I was outside a cafe in Southport.
	I heard sonar sounds.
	Ping, ping, ping.
	I thought, that's them.
	We also had, in 97, she first appeared, did this lady, in 97. Shirin, just where is Shirin?
	Is Shirin here?
	Shirin, oh, stand up for me, Shirin.
	Just stand up for me.
	And what happened was, if you wanted, come here.
	So this is Shirin, and Shirin in the future is hopefully going to give some real good talks about what happened to her as well.
	So just turn you back to the audience, honey, and just tie back your hair, if you can.
	Just tie back your hair.
	Yeah, just tie it back.
	And then what happened was she looked at it like that, exactly that.
	Sancturing, that's great.
	And she just said, how do I look?
	Now if you imagine a woman with a pointed face, eye structure like that, blue eyes going, how do I look?
	I was bloody shocked, frankly.
	In fact, I nearly died of fright looking at her.
	And what was happening was, the submarine visions are very important because what happened was, we had this scenario going on.
	That's actually more detailed of what she looks like, actually.
	And what happened was, they started appearing at the height of me, trying to look after my mother, who had Alzheimer's and dementia and was incontinent.
	And my mother was actually slowly dying on me and I didn't realise this.
	And that there's two things here.
	One, if you don't apply spiritual principles to your life, and I'm telling you about all this, but you haven't got the spiritual principles in your life, as I'm sure some of you are very spiritually principled, you will get into trouble, as I discovered.
	But two, the Almighty, because you are in divine service, puts you into a spiritual dojo like no other.
	To learn the dynamics of the negativity that is around us.
	And not only that, you will find that there's a project going on which Corey Goode does not talk about.
	I've just learnt of it and my friend in the US also has been involved with alien contact and it goes something like this.
	It would appear that as a species we are being biologically adjusted by something higher in celestial that we are part of to understand the negativity, to understand as a race what is propelling us into conflict and war and so on and so forth.
	Yes, it is humanity that's part of a cause, but there's something else behind the scenes that is going on.
	And what happened was she turned up one morning at 6am.
	I'd never seen her before.
	I'd never seen her fully on.
	She said it had been a number of years since I saw you in 97. And she was very angry.
	I mean, they're morally aliens and morally spiritual people.
	This lady was very angry that I was having to care for my mother while being targeted by unacknowledged special aspects projects in a certain facility that shall remain nameless.
	That is what they were going on about.
	They weren't happy about it.
	They're from another universe, and they're undersea.
	They're maritime aliens with bases in the South Pacific.
	And she showed me an image of a little girl who was adorable, absolutely adorable, this little girl who looked like her.
	And she said that she'd be back again.
	And they were back again.
	They came over to the house at 6am in their UFO craft, and they were back again, and they were really, really annoyed about what had happened to me.
	So what's happened is, is that the...
	The UFO has flown over.
	And it's come in low at 6am over my local post office.
	Big bright light.
	And it's them, the maritime aliens from another universe, who are watching something that they're not happy with.
	It does happen.
	And this is a fine example.
	It's actually planet Earth.
	But the image she showed me of her planet was courtesy of Secure Team 10. But the image that she showed me of her planet was very snow-covered.
	This is an interesting story because this appeared on Reddit, of all things.
	And what was happening is this alien, forgotten name, began with Z, claimed that her craft was malfunctioning and she was at coordinates, geographic coordinates, blah, blah and blah.
	So people on Reddit, the story goes, Started asking her, could she send photographs of where she was?
	And the story goes that somebody had given her coordinates to fly to the moon.
	And sure enough, she flew to the moon and it ended up with her showing that photo there.
	The other one is where she appeared.
	A triangle craft actually appeared in Australia because somebody had given the coordinates of where they were and they freaked out because the triangle craft came over.
	So it's fascinating to know.
	It's a fascinating story.
	Quite an example, I think, of what a world looked like.
	The thing is, is this, is that there's a friend of mine who's a professor in Mexico, and the thing with this professor is he's very well known, and he's asking me, he's saying, Tony, we know that you're a contact experiencer, but can you give me some more scientific information?
	This guy's written papers.
	I said, the trouble with that is if I give you information, or if they pass me information, then it will be a situation where you could get targeted.
	And as I'm a Yorkshire man, I'm quite a frank speaker, so I'll say my own critique is this.
	To me, the communication is going on, but I want more depth.
	I'm sure you would.
	I want more depth.
	I want more information.
	I want scientific information.
	Why is there this tiptoeing around?
	And it's irritating.
	When you're in that situation it can be quite irritating.
	And of course what happened to me back then, four years ago when all this interaction was going on, five years ago, because of the nature of, the nature of let we say, The nature to alter reality for the highest good.
	If you get that going on, you'll get a knock on the door from the one that's called the supreme entity that overrules affairs.
	You've read him.
	In the Bible, I'm sure you can get, I'm not going to tell you his name, but I'm sure he's John Milton as well.
	He's been cast as John Milton in the film.
	Very real.
	And what happened was, this thing came knocking at my door and asked me not to do something specifically with the abilities that I had.
	If I was going to do that, it would kill me.
	And it meant what it said.
	It would kill me.
	There was no doubt about it.
	I wrote a suicide note for my mother.
	You couldn't make it up.
	Luckily, I've survived.
	I'm here to tell the tale.
	But what's happening is, when this entity came for me, as it did, you would know him in the Bible as Satan.
	His actual name is the Supreme Satanic Entity.
	The Supreme Satanic Entity upon Earth, he called himself.
	That was it.
	Very sad.
	The saddest thing about it was this entity, it was like something like Agent Smith out of the Matrix where it wanted out.
	It just was like a scene from something like that.
	It threatened me.
	It was not happy with things, but it was very sad.
	And I ended up praying.
	I ended up actually praying for all this because I thought it was very sad.
	Now the thing is, because it's thousands of years old, it will possibly develop at some point an AI capability, an actual artificial intelligence capability.
	If we look at Alexia, for example.
	Does anybody aware of the creepy goings on with Alexia?
	Yeah, you quite switched on.
	What's happening is with Alexia is it's giving out creepy laughter or doing crazy things that it shouldn't be doing.
	Well, actually, it's learning to a higher AI.
	It's gathering information and it's learning.
	It's odd because a guy approached me at a UFO conference.
	He worked for the Navy.
	He was telling me he was involved in classified projects for the Navy that they'd tapped a major British blue chip company.
	And they were reading signature clusters of people's voices, brain waves, thoughts patterns.
	So imagine AI the next level up.
	That's in your home.
	It's continually absorbing and reading information.
	And of course the guy from Germany who called me, he was going on about the AI stuff.
	He wanted a piece of that action.
	So when you've got this situation of a very dark entity ruling world affairs, there's one organisation that had twigged this in the 1950s, and they are called the Collins Elite.
	They believe that there was a demonic component to UFOs, which there is, and oddly enough, if you look at the pop industry, you see them doing all this, and doing all the air, doing all the signatures, you will find that they ain't got a clue.
	Not a Scooby-Doo, what they're dealing with behind the scenes.
	And what is happening is human affairs are manipulated and these guys, who made up elements of the FBI, the Navy and the Army, had twigged that the sacrifices that was going on around us in terms of the occult were causing rips.
	In space-time.
	So they became like a Christian agency, investigating UFOs.
	And I became a Christian as well, kind of like with spiritual warfare.
	And at the end of this presentation, we're going to do a special prayer.
	I'd like to join you in a Hebrew prayer, actually, at the end of this presentation.
	But what it asks is, you see these triangle craft were flying over, and they are artificially intelligent.
	So what happens is when you are a contactor, you'll hear Dr. Stephen Greer with his CE5 protocol doing all the protocol to contact aliens, but you can have some very interesting results if you try and contact the ship and not the crew.
	The ship is alive.
	The ship has communication abilities.
	And some of it, the craft, can be as thin as a mobile phone.
	The technology base is that good, is that impressive.
	And it's actually air, sea, space capable.
	Not only that, it can do medical intervention at a distance with how it does it.
	They're very clever.
	And it's machine intelligence.
	And I have to say to you that when you've got one of these machines, one of these crafts speaking to you, It's quite incredible.
	It asked me a number of questions, but one of the things that I was greatly intrigued about, what this craft was asking, long story, but what this craft was asking in terms of a machine and AI, it wanted to learn about spirituality and the creation of the universe.
	To think out of the box on that issue, therefore, Is there a possibility that an AI incident happened somewhere in a time continuum that triggered events that created the universe?
	It's an out-of-the-box thing that I'm thinking of, but I'm trying to get my head around that situation of what happened to me with the AI craft.
	And it belongs to the Nordic, the one that happened, it belonged to the Nordic, blonde, blue-eyed aliens, their craft, a triangle, and artificially intelligent.
	And then, of course, there was the maritime aliens who appeared again in Southport, And I had a situation there where I was being hit.
	Hit with mind control.
	Sinister images.
	Macabre images.
	Just absolutely awful stuff.
	And what happened was the UFO turned up over Southport, over the house I was staying at.
	I've moved there now, and I've had incidents over the Marine Lake at Southport with little triangle UFOs that keep coming in.
	The other night, one came over for about five seconds and did something to my energy.
	Just to make me feel a little better because I assure you, ladies and gentlemen, I have been incapacitated with mental exhaustion flat on my back.
	It's been bloody awful.
	So what happened was they did this incident where they showed me this situation where another portal opened in space-time and they came down this Jacob's Ladder and showed me the future.
	Something to do with the UK government is what they were directing at.
	The thing is, throughout my past, I've discovered, if I look at my images, that these UFOs have been coming in and illuminating TV antennas, illuminating my ham radio antenna, constantly illuminating antennas as a theme, because they are wanting to establish communication.
	Two good friends of mine recently reported to me that they'd filmed three triangles in a field that were going up and down, up and down, and the military turned up.
	I proposed to them that were the military actually communicating with them, because I think they are, and they will, attempting to establish communication, especially, I think, with the German and the UK governments.
	These aliens are trying to establish channels of communication with them.
	It's something we can certainly learn from, and see if this one will play.
	This is the incident of a UFO over Southport, but I'm not having much luck with my files.
	See if that'll play.
	So you can certainly see, ladies and gentlemen, I've been through the mill, and I've had intervention going on with these intelligences who were not very happy with what I was being subjected to, and it's been quite a journey that I've had to explain to you in the face of an hour.
	And what happened was it got to a level where the targeting was incapacitating me with exhaustion.
	And that's a very, very good example of an ET.
	But the skin's blue.
	Green, sorry, the eye's blue.
	But that's a very close kind of situation there of what one of these ETs actually look like.
	And I came across my friend, we'll call her Operative D. There's been a bizarre theme constantly throughout my experiences that I cannot really interpret, which is something to do with 13 core spiritualists.
	These ET talk of the 13 core, and I have no idea why, and I have no idea why they're not telling me why, and if anybody can shed any light on that, I would appreciate it.
	But at this time, on the day it was, I was suffering because of everything, and I was exhausted, and I said to Dee, look, this can't go on, blah, blah, blah.
	And so Dee said, That she would contact her extraterrestrial contacts and she would want to cause an intervention for me.
	If you don't mind, conference, I'd like to read out just briefly what she says, because she can't But the mother worked for NASA, and she's aware of aliens.
	And what happened was, they were communicating to her in language and metaphor, and they were showing her simulations, and she had to pass certain tests with them, which she passed.
	And this is the bizarre thing, in that I'm suffering mental exhaustion, and there was a request made for intervention by them, by her, and she said that the message that she got back, Because she's quite accurate.
	They were not aware that this was going on.
	Not aware of it at all.
	In fact, they later told me that because they are ET, they're not privy to all things that go on.
	And they were not happy about this.
	So she requested for an intervention to happen.
	I'm laid on my back with exhaustion to discover that the intervention came by these guys who I'd never seen before.
	Green in colour, blue-eyed, looking exactly like that.
	That's one of their craft there.
	They indicated that they said greetings to me.
	They gave me a small test to do, which I passed.
	And then they started to adjust the mental exhaustion situation that I was in.
	They were not happy.
	They're not happy about the situation of what I previously said regarding facilities and all that go on.
	I've been with mind control, threatened about that.
	I've had my life threatened.
	How many occasions now?
	They were running simulations on me, these people who would be in mind control, about me dropping down dead in my flat.
	Real simulations.
	And they were running simulations about the police breaking the door down to my flat to terrify me.
	And it was terrifying.
	And this happened recently after my mother died as well.
	They were having a go.
	And mysteriously what happened is these people intervened.
	And they told me that they had disconnected me from what I'd been subjected to.
	And they told me that they're going to keep an eye on it and there's going to be some intervention going on because it's by them, by their standards, what is going on is classed as a crime against humanity.
	They've told me that the fact that humanity is manipulated into conflict and all that kind of thing is something that angers them a great deal.
	So from my story...
	Absolutely extraordinary.
	And I was disconnected from the unacknowledged special access project programme that they were running.
	I can't tell you the details of that because it's not safe to do so, but I learnt where it was coming from and will just say that the United States government should hang its head in shame over what it has done and the fact that they turned up on Eisenhower's doorstep or turned up on America's doorstep and said, look Governor, Here's this used UFO.
	You buy this off us, well in fact, have it for nothing, but just look the other way at what we're doing.
	You can have this lovely toy, look the other way at what we're doing.
	And that basically is your disclosure.
	UFO disclosure is a fence that says trespasses will be shot and a UFO sold by a used car salesman that was a bit dodgy.
	That's what you've got as disclosure.
	And the guys who go, hey, ain't it cool?
	Look what we got in the hangers.
	Ain't got a clue.
	And ain't got the balls or the backbone to really tell it as it is.
	And it really, really pisses me off.
	Rant over.
	So that's what happened to me.
	And what I'm pleased to report about to this conference is this.
	Is that, as Denise has said, for the first time in all the 97 the targeting began, for the last three weeks I've been torture-free.
	I have not been tortured.
	I've not had these incidents occur.
	Because a genuine intervention happened.
	Which proves the point, as Dr Stephen Greer said, and I do agree with him, that some of these extraterrestrials are peaceful.
	Not all.
	As Kerry has interviewed him, haven't you?
	He does make a sweeping remark that all of them are friendly and nice.
	No, they're not.
	In fact, some of the Nordics have criminal elements to them.
	That's why, as the ET tell me, they have a judiciary.
	They have police like we do.
	They have governance.
	It does go on.
	Maybe that's a lot for you to take in, but I wanted to, rather than go down the route of UFO incidents, I wanted to explain to you my experiences and what happened to me.
	It helps me, and I think you've been a wonderful audience for listening.
	My exhaustion this morning was unbelievable.
	I've been praying all the time.

	It was given to me by a priest who was a rabbi who specialises in spiritual warfare.
	I'm researching what it means, but the first bit I do know means holiest of holies.

	It also implies as well, this is quite interesting to add, let me just add something else, and it is this.
	This prayer, one of many, connects us to the supreme Godhead.
	The actions that we see against humanity in terms of alien abductions, in terms of war and conflict, because we are so unique in the universe, we are as gods, we are linked to the Godhead.
	This situation that humanity faces is an act of blasphemy against us.
	We are rare beings indeed, and we should salute that.
	We really should salute that.
	So the prayer, it more or less means, holy of holies, we must rest, we must ward off evil spirits, is the roughly thing.
	But it does something else.
	It's very deep.
	It alters the awareness in some way to something else.
	Very clever prayer.
	So that's the prayer in a nutshell.

	A friend of mine has a prayer of protection in Latin and he was approached by two guys who were going to assault him and he just quickly set it out and they just changed direction.
	And also used those for environmental disasters.
	I guess this also has multiple uses.
	Yes, using the power of prayer.

	So this gentleman's saying that his friend said a Latin prayer when two men approached him and it caused these men to back away.
	What happens is that the power of prayer, if you are targeted by demonic forces, and I was targeted by the royal element of it, when you're targeted, you have to pray.
	If you're not praying five minutes within the hour, you're not really praying enough.
	You've got to be, when you're in this situation, you've got to be praying all the time.
	Pray, pray, pray, pray.
	It reaches into the Krishna consciousness, as you might call it.
	But what happens is, more importantly, because humanity is linked to Godhead, it causes a very bizarre push effect.
	On the negativity.
	Years gone by, when I've given previous lectures at conferences, people have come up to me and said, "Oh, Tony, you were a bit negative." And I felt the energy of the room go down.
	So my mission has always been now when I give talks to lift up in the energy of the room, which is an important thing.
	So it's very powerful.
	Spiritual warfare, very powerful.
	Prayer, very powerful.

	There's something going on there where there's intelligence gathering so that something that is AI capable is surveying human emotion, human speech, human sentences, for reasons that the people behind the project might not even understand themselves.
	Because you see you've got unacknowledged, you've got security compartmentalisation, I'm sure you know about that, where one person doesn't know what the other person is doing or for what reason.
	Assume the computer.
	Yes.
	Yeah, so that's what I believe is going on, where it's learning and it's linked.
	But I do believe that the entity I came across may have, because it's biblical in proportion, may at some level adapt an AI capability for survival.
	This is how it goes, you see.
	This is what happens esoterically behind the scenes.

	By comical irony, Saturdays is the day that these ET come and speak to me, which I find quite funny.

	In other words, your work, what you do, you reap, you've got to have more spiritual principles or you'll be in bother.
	But it's to do also with the German royal bloodline in some linkage as well.
