And he is a new witness to this incident.
And it's more than just an incident.
I mean, we call it an incident, but it's actually a series of things that are quite amazing.
And I think that the military aspect of this is very, very important because it highlights...
How our governments are really dealing with these things.
You know, what they're trying to hide from the public.
And, you know, just like that UAP hearing that I was talking about earlier.
So, evidence of violations of what we call national security.
And I think this is something that everyone needs to be concerned about.
So I bring you Kaz Clark and Jacob Coleman.

Oh my, you seem to have filled the house today.
It's good to see everybody.
Well, firstly I have to say I apologise.
Some of you have never heard about the Pentook UFO incident.
It's not surprising to me as I've been shadow banned for the last seven years in an attempt by the authorities to prevent this information from getting out.
But they have failed.
This is probably the biggest UFO incident in the UK.
And it's unfortunate that I cannot talk in detail about the incident today because of time constraints, only to say that the military knowingly and expectantly set an ambush for a huge interdimensional pyramid UFO that jettisoned smaller craft and shot one down,
one of the smaller craft, and recovered it in the Llan Tristan area of South Wales on the 26th February 2016.
Since this event happened to me and not by choice, my life has changed completely.
This incident is so serious and of such magnitude, silence is not an option.
There comes a time when you have to do the right thing, no matter the cost to yourself, and it is honestly one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make.
But it needs to be said.
I've been placed in a position where I've been forced to defend myself many times, and today will be no different.
I am greatly saddened, shocked, sickened and angry that this is going on without our knowledge or consent.
What our military forces are doing directly reflects on all of us as a race, because whoever these people are, they are shooting down.
We'll not differentiate between the common man and the military if a conflict were to start.
And that, for me, is very much in the public interest.
Someone asked me quite recently, Cals, will there ever be an end to this?
You know, what did I want out of this?
Will I ever be satisfied?
And the simple answer is yes.
There will be an end to it when the UK government join with the other countries across the world and instigate a process of disclosure in this country because they know about non-human intelligences.
A petition for disclosure will be launched in the very near future, in fact, in the next couple of days, and enough public awareness has been raised because there are strict time limits in this country for petitions of just three months.
Which is why petitions, most of them, don't get off the ground.
And Gary and I have worked for the last two years to gather as much public awareness to this petition.
Because I want 100,000 signatures, not 10,000 signatures.
10,000 signatures gets me a question raised in Parliament.
And after the way they laughed at Rendlesham, and Cameron and his crew all laughed with him, that's not going to happen with this case.
I want 100,000 signatures so I can place that petition in the hands of the Prime Minister himself and ask for a change in the law.
Gary Jones and I have spent the last seven years gathering the evidence, exposing the lies and the cover-up in order to bring you the truth.
There are many presentations online, of course.
The book called The Pentoke Incident, The Greatest UFO Cover-Up of Modern Times, which covers the first five years of the investigation, which is absolutely free on Amazon.
But if you need a physical copy for the book, there is a printing cost, but it is non-profit.
The official story was that this was just a military exercise.
And I can assure you today, nothing could be further from the truth.
Huge explosions that shook people's homes and the hospital.
Broken trees, strange men and women in white forensic suits who were armed.
And 3.8 billion pounds worth of equipment in the air.
And all at the same time, in what the military call silent hours.
This presentation is an update of new information.
With new primary witness testimonies and a first-hand account from another primary witness who is here today, Mr Jacob Coleman.
You will hear evidence of the conspiracy to cover up this incident by the mainstream media, South Wales Police, the Ministry of Defence, the Royal Air Force, the Royal Mint.
And I do not use these words lightly.
And today, I'm going to prove it.
This was put out by the Daily Mirror.
I think you all know who the Daily Mirror are.
And terrified neighbours in a country village wake during the night to sounds of explosions and fighter jets.
Villagers were terrified when they woke to sounds of explosions in the sky.
Remember that.
In the sky, not on the ground.
Wells Online also put out their cover story.
Again, how military training planes and helicopters kept parts of South Wales awake.
Well, after what I saw, I couldn't help myself and made a comment on Wales Online.
This is on the morning of the 26th of February 2016.
Thank you for sharing this, but I can categorically state this was no exercise.
Last night, I saw absolutely everything and what they were chasing.
We're not planes.
I will take a lie detector anywhere for anyone.
But what I witnessed last night will stay with me for the rest of my life.
What is more, the military knew they were coming and had a spotter plane in the air for two days waiting for the event.
And when it came, four planes chased the green object whilst a spotter plane circled approximately six red oval objects which formed a pyramid shape.
Several red spheres hovered silently above the fields until the helicopters come.
Well, I did have two debunkers, and actually I haven't presented this for five years, Kerry.
One of them called themselves The Spoking Man, who used a fake Facebook profile.
LOL, good one.
And the other one called himself Agent Fox Mulder, because they liked their play on words, believe me.
And because I do like a bit of sarcasm, I did say it was good.
In fact, it was amazing.
You should use the name The Smoking Man.
After all, isn't it his job to debunk real events?
Answer this.
When do they use live ammunition in an exercise in a residential area?
Answer? Never.
And one other thing.
They may have chased and shot down the green object, but they didn't get the red ones, did they?
Because they were all still here.
Now, I'm bringing up these comments.
These are some of the comments made by some people on Wales Online.
Some of them saying, yeah, we don't know if the plant's caught on fire, maybe.
I could smell burning after the first bang.
All talking about the explosions, very loud explosions.
And this one's important, because not only are they talking about the explosions and the helicopters over Llan Tristan Common, but the bottom comment.
It's by Wells Online.
They were still currently working on a story about this.
This is at 3.39 in the morning of the 26th of February, 2016.
Interestingly, and I've done a lot of research into this, there must be a press briefing for an exercise, but I'll get into the rules and regulations.
Matt C., this is an excerpt from his testimony.
He was a nurse working at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital that night.
I was working a night shift at the Royal Glamorgan.
I can't be certain what time it was exactly, but there was a loud bang that shook the whole hospital.
I ran to the window, for I thought something had crashed into the side of the ward I was in.
Shortly following, the smell of like sulphur was coming through the vents, which seemed to linger all night through the corridors of the hospital.
I went outside to try and puzzle what had happened.
Smoke seemed to be misting through the air.
It seemed to come from towards the common at the time.
I thought a factory might have had an explosion of sorts.
There were helicopters circling that night, throughout the night, from the early hours right up to six-ish, maybe that morning.
The only explanation we got later on was from the news to say that the army were on a training exercise.
The hospital told us they told their stuff.
Well, clearly they didn't.
Well, shortly after the explosion, an Apache helicopter had to do an emergency landing at Cardiff International Airport, where you wouldn't expect to see an Apache helicopter.
And such was the size of the explosion that had registered on the Richter scale 40 miles away in Monmouthshire.
So we asked the Ministry of Defence what targets were fired upon during the operation.
Oh, no light ammunition was used, therefore no targets were fired upon.
Really. What was the cause of the two explosions that were heard by residents?
The explosions were controlled detonations of simulated munitions to assist the exercise.
I'd like to see them place one in the air.
Well, moving on.
We'll stay with the Ministry of Defence.
Because one of the things they did was they conducted a meticulous metal search on Plantris and Common using troops on the ground, Chinook helicopters and black helicopters that circled using spotlights at 4.30 in the morning in what the military calls silent hours.
So we asked them, why did they conduct a meticulous metal search in the early hours of the 26th of February 2016?
Aren't lunches in common?
And what were they searching for?
And the Ministry of Defence's response was, this information is withheld under Section 26, not in the public interest.
Defence. National security.
This is bits of old bike and bits of old washing machine.
Been on the common for years.
So I highly recommend the next time you throw out a washing machine.
You phone your local MOD and let them know there's a national security problem at the end of your street.
Well, whilst I was on Plantris and Common witnessing all of this metal, I spoke to two dog walkers there who told me that the first explosion was an air explosion and the second one sounded like something landed or crashed into Smilog Woods.
And this is where it gets particularly interesting because I knew the trajectory of...
The green object.
This is the green object they shot down that night, which we can now prove.
The Forestry Commission felled all of the trees within the debris trail.
So I asked Gary, who's been an absolutely fantastic investigator in this case, to contact National Resources for Wales to find out why it was they felled these trees.
And they told us...
That they'd undertaken felling of larch infected with Phytothora remoram and that they'd had a plant health notice.
Well, rather than ask National Resources for Wales for a plant health notice, because that would be the equivalent of asking the Bank of England for a £10 note because they make them, I found their management strategy meetings.
And this goes from 2010 to 2018.
And this is every single one.
Every single plant health notice issued on Wales for those eight years.
Now, I know it looks a bit busy.
The map on the far left is color-coded for the years that you can see.
At the bottom here, I think I can point it out, this road here, the A4119.
And this road is shown in its entirety.
And at the top, we've zoomed in a bit more.
To show the location of the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and Smilog Woods.
And there has never been a plant health notice issued on Smilog Woods at that time.
Ever. So because I know the truth, we dug a little deeper.
Now this map on the left-hand side is of Smilog Woods.
And the brown area are the areas outlined for felling.
The red circle is where the cross site is and the debris trail.
And would you believe?
It was never outlined for felling.
Ever. But they felled it anyway.
Now interestingly, what they should do for large disease is what they call a sanitized felling.
Which means that all the wood must be removed.
Because this pathogen is so harmful, it's already infected over 150 different types of plants and trees.
And it's a very real danger of wiping out our ancient forests.
So they have to be very strict with this thing.
They must watch all their equipment.
Every precaution must be taken so it's not to spread this pathogen off-site.
They must erect warning signs.
And they must leave the land free and fallow for a minimum period of three years.
Well, I found a place in Birmingham in the UK.
And it's called Licky Hills Country Park.
And they really did have larch disease.
And they turned this beautiful woodland walk into this.
A barren wasteland.
Because every branch, every tree, every stump has been removed.
And they put up warning signs.
We ask visitors to help us in our efforts to stop this disease from spreading by observing any closures and cleaning your shoes, wheels, and dog's paws so as not to spread this pathogen.
And that's what they did in Smilog Woods.
Tell me, does that look like a sanitized felling to you?
And they've replanted it already.
All of the saplings.
I've outlined here in these white lines in these clay-covered hills are new trees.
They planted in amongst all of this debris.
That is not a sanitized felling.
Well, shortly after the event, we had some very strange men and women come and camp in the fields of Pentook.
We've never had people camp there before or since.
And they turned up and announced.
And I only knew they were there because they'd given different stories to different people in Penturg.
One group were told that they were a fracking survey team, which didn't go down well in the village at all.
And then they said that they were Vodafone doing field research.
Well, this tweaked my curiosity, so I went out to see who these people were.
And believe me, if it weren't for these few photographs, there would be no evidence whatsoever Those people were ever there.
No exercise has ever been listed for them, and they lied about their identity.
Well, this is one of the things I wanted to get to the bottom of, because I'm pretty clued up when it comes to the military and what they should and should not do.
So, we sent a Freedom of Information request in to the Ministry of Defence, and it's dated the 24th of October 2018.
Local residents were told they were conducting a military exercise in case of an emergency situation.
Why were the residents not told the military were conducting an exercise there?
And the Ministry of Defence told us that they hold no records in the scope of our request.
Really? Now, because I know the truth, we dug again.
And the Freedom of Information references are on the top of this slide.
And you can go on whatdothenow.com and type that in and the Freedom of Information request will come up for you.
So we asked again, why did you send a cleanup crew after the event?
What were they searching for?
And why were they carrying guns?
And the MOD stated in its response in the earlier Freedom of Information request, as stated in the MOD's response dated 24th of October 2018.
No information is held in the scope of my request.
A further surge has been conducted, and I can confirm the Ministry of Defence holds no information.
Really? So we asked them again.
If this was just an exercise, why use the filter Penturk when Sunnybridge is just up the road in his MOD land?
Because this all happened on private land.
And why were the residents not notified this was happening in advance?
And then they changed their story.
As stated in the MOD's response dated 24th of October, some of the information is held in the SCOPIA request.
This information is withheld under Section 26, Defence.
Well, they actually told us that they held no information, which they double-checked and confirmed they held no information.
They did not say they held some.
So we wrote again, this time, Joint Ops Forces Command.
Why were the soldiers carrying automatic weapons that did not have yellow caps in the end of the barrel, implying they were carrying live rounds?
These guns didn't look like they'd been dragged around on exercise anywhere.
They looked like they'd been stripped and oiled that morning.
Information is withheld under Section 26. But went on to say, due to provide advice and assistance, you may wish to be aware.
That military personnel were issued with blank simulated ammunition for this exercise.
No exercise has ever been listed for these people.
Men wearing white forensic suits were seen searching the field.
So if there was a risk to contamination to the team, was there not also a risk to local residents?
The MOD doesn't hold any information about that.
And lastly, why were the military in the field to Penn Turk?
Not Vodafone, not a fracking survey team, the military.
Information is withheld under Section 26, and these people were armed.
So I wanted to know why they lied about their identity.
And initially, they skirted over the question, thinking I wouldn't notice.
Well, they don't know me very well, do they?
If this was just an exercise, why did they lie about their identity and give a fake cover story as to their presence?
And what were they doing in the fields of Penturg?
When approached by local residents, they impressed upon them that they were civilians, even though some were dressed in military attire.
No planning permission had been granted for the campsites in those fields, but they were civilian tents and vehicles, not military.
Again I ask, why did they lie about their identity?
If this was just a military exercise.
And the MOT says,"A search for the information has now been completed within the Ministry of Defence, and I can confirm that some of the information in the scope of your request is held.
However, all of the information falls entirely within the exemptions provided for Section 26, Defence." Well, I was pretty sure this wasn't right or proper.
And I found this wonderful document.
By the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
Training over private land.
Because this didn't happen on Ministry of Defence land.
This happened on private land.
Behind my house.
And it's for the Ministry of Defence.
And these are their rules and regulations.
This is why I love the military.
Because you don't break the rules.
You take your life in your hands if you try.
And the first thing I looked up was identification.
Section 26b.
All members of the services must disclose their identity and that of their unit, if asked to do so, by landowners or officials of National Parks or Forestry Commission.
It may not always be possible for landowners and officials to be readily recognised.
But any persons questioning personnel on private land must be assumed to have a valid reason for doing so.
Therefore, the utmost courage must be extended to them.
Parties of service personnel or individuals are not to avoid any person attempting to question them.
But they did.
And they lied.
And they were armed.
So I wanted to know what else they're supposed to do for an exercise of this magnitude, because they had £3.8 billion worth of equipment in the air that night.
So these are some of their rules.
There must be a ministerial briefing about large-scale military exercises involving extensive areas of the UK, including training over private land.
The period of the exercise, including weekend activities.
The time of the exercise, including night-time activities.
Or driving over bank holidays.
A number of troops, vehicles, helicopters and outsized vehicles, for example.
Any intensive out-of-hours helicopters or fast jets activity.
Any foreign forces involved.
The military and NATO were involved.
Details of open days and media briefings.
Well, we know the media weren't briefed.
And a draft letter for the minister to send to members of parliament and members of devolved legislators whose constituents are likely to be affected by the exercise activity.
Okay, so this is what they're supposed to do.
So we wrote to the Welsh government and the Welsh government neither manages exercises in Wales nor holds a record of military exercises.
So they didn't know.
So, okay, perhaps local government would know then, because this happened over people's homes.
I'm researching the incident on the night of the 25th and 26th of February 2016, which involved the supposed military exercise which took place in the area of Hunter St. Common to Penterk, an area in which the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and the Royal Mint are located.
Did the council have prior warning that the exercise was taking place?
And if so, how much notification was given?
Surely they would know.
We refer to your Freedom of Information request in respect of the instance on the night of the 25th and 26th of February 2016, which involved the supposed military exercise, which took place in the area around Clentras and Common to Penturk, an area in which the Royal Grimorgan Hospital and the Royal Mint are located.
The authority was not made aware of any exercises in this area on these dates.
It's not where.
Aware of any council property being damaged.
And we certainly know there wasn't a press briefing because Wales Online was still working on a story about this at 3.39 in the morning.
We wanted to know who else knew anything.
Surely the fire service would know.
There was huge explosions going off.
So we asked the fire service, could you please provide me what information or notification did the Welsh fire service receive from the military about this exercise?
What procedures did the Welsh Fire Service do, especially for the area of Lantra St June, exercise chameleon?
And following an investigation, the Fire Service holds no information, so they weren't told.
We asked the hospital, could you please provide me with what emergency measures, service procedures were undertaken?
And information passed to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and military personnel during the time of this explosion.
And no emergency measures, service and procedures were undertaken as no information was passed to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
The hospital shook.
Patients were physically shaken awake in their beds.
God forbid they were doing neurosurgery.
So one of the other things I wanted to find out about was the use of ammunition and pyrotechnics, as they've admitted now on two occasions.
That they use simulated munitions, that blank firing ammunition.
Special attention is to be paid to any restrictions imposed by the landowner.
I'll get to the landowner in a minute.
About blank ammunition or pyrotechnics.
When permission has been given, the use of live ammunition or pyrotechnics, units must warn the local police.
And on no account should red flares be used for any Training purpose.
And I'll repeat that.
On no account should red flares be used for any training purpose.
Because my not-so-learned friends have said, that's what I saw, flares.
We're not watching an air show with parachutists coming down with flares on their ankles.
You'll only see smoke on the parachutist's ankles in an air show.
But we'll get there.
They must do a detailed recce and must have written consent.
Decide upon the suitability of the area, obtain the owner's written consent before the brigade can authorise training.
They can't authorise it without the landowner's written consent.
And the landowner, in this case, was National Resources for Wales.
So he wrote to National Resources for Wales.
I'm writing in respect.
Your follow-up request for information dated 23rd of February 2018.
Why was Smilog Woods closed to the public during this time, February 25th and 2016?
What exactly is the reason for the military being in Smilog Woods during this time?
Whose authority was it to close the woods to the public during this time?
And why were the roads closed down in the area of Llan Tristan and Smilog Woods during this time?
And they wrote back to us.
There was no permission, no permission granted to the military to close the woodland and the public paths and to let off explosives in the woodlands mentioned during these dates, or in fact, any dates.
So we have no records.
This type of activity would have required permission.
Therefore, If it had occurred, we would have had a record.
Therefore, Regulation 12.4a, Environmental Information Regulations, 2004 applies.
Information not held.
And without permission from the landowner, no exercise could ever take place.
Well, this lady, Miss Martin, wrote to the Ministry of Defence Joint Command.
To find out whether or not flares were used.
And this lady did this independently.
I don't know who she is.
I would like to request information regarding exercise chameleon that took place in Penturg, in South Wales, on the 25th and 26th of February 2016.
Can you tell me, were any aircraft flares let off during this exercise?
If so, what time were they set off?
And if so, what location were they set off?
And a search for the information has now been completed within the Ministry of Defence.
And I can confirm that no information is held in the scope of your request.
Because they're not allowed to use flares.
No flares were used.
Well, the only people that actually said that they received prior notification was the Royal Mint.
And there has been an attempt to backfill since this investigation came out.
And they told us, whilst they received prior notification of a training exercise we refer to, from the Welsh extremist counter-terrorism unit, the Royal Mint had no involvement in respect to this exercise whatsoever, and our premises were not used in any way.
The exercise had no impact on our security systems or alarms, and any road closures had no effect on us either.
Okay? Show us proof that you have prior notification.
This is the Royal Mint.
The most protected building anywhere in Europe.
We have no paperwork.
Or documented evidence.
We were informed verbally.
And given the passing of time and lack of written notification, we're unable to be more specific as to the time of the notification.
This is the Royal Mint.
There are military-grade explosives going off outside, and nobody checked.
Nobody. Are they trying to tell me?
All you've got to do is phone them up and tell them, there's an exercise going on to let off military-grade explosives, and not one person checked.
I don't believe them.
But we'll get into that, because I don't think they thought that the police would answer us.
So, we wrote to South Wales Police.
Eleven times we put this request in, and eleven times they tried to hide behind the same two exemptions, which really don't apply.
I wish to request information pertaining to training exercises.
Could you please confirm whether you were or weren't conducting a counter-terrorism training exercise in Lantrescent or the local vicinity of South Wales between the 25th and 26th of February 2016?
Reasonable question.
What times did these exercises take place?
Did these exercises take place?
And for roughly how long?
Were the local population informed that a counter-terrorism exercise was taking place during the requested time above?
Can you please give any details to what equipment was used and how much these exercises disturb the local population?
Well, after 11 times of asking these questions and 11 times getting the same response, Gary and I did go to town on them a little bit, but this is their response.
I'll read it very quickly.
South Wales Police can neither confirm or deny it holds any information with regard to your request.
In the duty of Section 11A, the Freedom of Information Act, actually, confirm or deny is a heading.
You either have to confirm you have the information or you deny you hold the information.
But you cannot say we can neither confirm or deny or no Freedom of Information request would ever be answered.
Anyway. They hid behind the same two exemptions, Section 24.2, National Security, and Section 31.3, Law Enforcement.
And they wrote, the security of the country is paramount importance to South Wales Police, but not divulge whether any information is held as this would undermine national security or compromise law enforcement.
The threat of terrorism cannot be ignored.
It should be recognized that the international security landscape is increasingly complex and unpredictable.
The UK has faced a sustained threat of violent terrorists and extremists.
And more recently, the threat has increased.
Yeah, probably to me.
But we gave them enough rope.
And they really did hang themselves.
So this was my response.
And rather than read out the whole thing, this was my response to them.
Dear South Wales Police, thank you for your response to my Freedom of Information request.
Whether or not you conducted counter-terrorism exercises on the 25th and 26th of February 2016 in the Lantrescent area of South Wales, you quoted two exemptions, national security and law enforcement.
Having given your exemptions some consideration and wholeheartedly agreeing that national security should be a priority, I do not agree that your exemptions are valid in this case.
You state to disclose whether or not the information is held would undermine the forces' capabilities, which consequently would be detrimental to their ability to deal with the ongoing terrorist threat.
It would be counterproductive to place any information into the public domain about any counterterrorism exercises, which would inform the general public, especially those with malintent, that counterterrorism tactics, techniques and procedures would have been on display or will be in the future.
Counter-terrorism operations, by their very nature, are fundamental to the safety and protection of the country and the public at large.
Therefore, to confirm or deny this information is held negatively impacting tactics, techniques and procedures, which is not in the public interest.
Well, I give them a B + for that.
That was a good effort, but not good enough.
Because on the 28th, this is what I wrote to them.
On the 28th of June 2016, in the Lantrescent area of South Wales, you did indeed conduct a police counter-terrorism exercise in St. Disuse warehouses adjacent to the Royal Mint and Lantrescent Common.
A letter was issued and sent to all residents of Lantrescent and the surrounding areas to warn of this exercise in advance.
Posters were also erected, giving notice of this aforementioned exercise.
Did the rules for national security or law enforcement not apply then?
Or indeed, the public interest?
This is just one example of police counter-terrorism exercises being announced in advance, where they were advertised by the mainstream media, on television, on local radio stations.
Surely notifying people in advance, sometimes months in advance, would be a risk to national security?
I'm asking you about an alleged exercise that took place seven years ago.
And would in no way impact national security or your techniques and procedures.
Police counter-terrorism exercises have always been announced in advance in every major city in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
They've also been announced on a Europe-wide counter-terrorism exercise in advance.
This subject has never been a secret until now, for these two dates specifically.
You mentioned several times your tactics, techniques and procedures.
I'm not asking you for any of those, but here's a link to a video on YouTube where a senior police officer is giving a running commentary of your police in action during one of your counter-terrorism exercises.
This is in London, and it just happens to be the assistant commissioner herself.
I feel you are deliberately trying to avoid my question, which is reasonable.
And if national security or ability to police did not apply in the country's capital and in every major city in the United Kingdom and across the whole of Europe and the rest of the world, why then will you not answer any of my questions regarding the 25th and 26th of February 2016 in the Plantresen area of South Wales?
If you do not answer my request, I will ask for an internal review, providing more evidence if necessary.
If that fails, I will lodge a complaint with the Police Complaints Committee and my MP.
In the famous words of the late great president, JF Kennedy, the very word secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society.
The law requires that you answer me, and the exemptions you have given have never applied.
Police counter-terrorism exercises have always been announced in advance on the mainstream news, in the media, on the internet, and on the radio.
I would appreciate a very quick and timely reply.
And not leave me waiting the lawful time allowed.
It's a request that can be dealt with in quick time.
In quick time, they did deal with it, which is an absolute record for South Wales Police.
We did ask for an internal review regarding this alleged police counterterrorism exercise in the local vicinity of Lantrescent on the 25th and 26th of February 2016.
And they wrote back to us, having upheld.
Their original response and internal review has been conducted in a fair and impartial manner.
Nothing's fair and impartial by a police force that is self-governing.
And I have said for a very long time, South Wales police need to be answerable to a higher authority.
They also went on to say, if you remain dissatisfied with the response, you have the right to direct your complaint at the Information Commissioner's Office using the attached contact details.
Well, someone forgot to action that because those attached details didn't work.
So Gary and I went to the Information Commissioner's Office directly to hold South Wales Police in contempt.
And that's contempt of court.
That's them facing criminal charges of either two years in prison, a £5,000 fine for each individual that answers these Freedom of Information requests.
Or both.
And the Information Commissioner's Office don't take on everybody's case.
But they took on ours when we submitted our evidence to them.
And South Wales Police indeed were investigated by the Information Commissioner's Office.
And they did indeed have to answer us.
And would you believe?

This is the So there were no police counter-terrorism exercises on those dates.
So why the hell did the Royal Mint say there was?
Well, I've just put these two...
Witnesses in, these are just excerpts from their statements, and it's a Sarah W and a Lisa E who were walking their dogs in Smilog Woods.
And they confirmed that the lanes to Smilog Woods and Bather were closed on the 26th, and the main roads appeared to be open, but the back roads did not seem to be.
Lisa E stated that the Common was busy with aircraft and was blocked off, and that no one could get into Smilog Woods.
Later in that area, it had a sulphur smell in the air, and Sarah W. also confirmed that the sulphur smell was present for many days, and it was after the time of the explosion.
So, we are South Wales Police.
Well, I'm on the subject of them, because I haven't let them go just yet.
A number of roads were closed off during the exercise in and around the Royal Grimorgan Hospital in Smilog Woods.
Who exactly gave the order?
Why was it necessary to close the roads?
And whose job was it to close the roads?
Well, initially we got a vexatious reply, which is too much trouble or worrisome to people.
We're asking about road closures and they're telling us that's worrisome to people.
Seven years ago.
So we asked for an internal review.
And this is hilarious.
We have been unable, quote, To locate any information in relation to any road closures on the date specified.
The officers involved have since left the organization and other inquiries have been unsuccessful.
How do they know who's involved?
If they can find no information, how do they know who's involved?
We're going back to this.
Training over private land because I'm not finished with the MOD either.
These are some of the rules, and I'll just go through them quickly.
I've got a couple that I want to read out, but it's important because I'm getting to a witness testimony.
Training over private land is military training carried out by virtue of written permission from the private landowner that they didn't have.
The use of privately owned land by the military personnel is not an entitlement, and the continued use for training is dependent on maintaining good relations with both landowners and local communities.
Or perhaps they'd like to explain to the residents of Llan Trescent and Pontyclean and Bather why they were hovering their helicopters low over their homes at half past four in the morning and letting off huge explosions.
Those wishing to carry out any training over private land are not allowed to do so without the approval of the Defence Training Estates and an agreement from owners and occupiers.
Disruptive activities, including helicopters and the deployment of large groups of personnel and vehicles by day or night, require a greater degree of planning and notification.
Units must pay particular attention to the prevention of noise, especially in silent hours.
And similarly, exercises are not to be planned in areas where disturbance would be caused to local inhabitants in their homes or in holidaymakers or caravan sites and campsites.
But the biggest one that they broke was what the Ministry of Defence called their avoidance policy.
And this is so serious.
It involves royal households.
In practice, Military low-flying is not conducted in certain areas.
In particular, our aircraft do not conduct low-flying within the controlled airspace surrounding civil airports and also to avoid over-flying centres of population with more than 10,000 inhabitants.
In addition, there are restrictions placed on the over-flight of specific industrial, medical and other key establishments.
Cardiff International Airport was just up the road where the Apache had to do an emergency landing.
The population of Llan Tresent is 13,264.
The Royal Mint sits on an industrial estate.
And forgive me if I'm wrong, but it's the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, not a medical facility.
Please tell me what part of that avoidance policy that they ignored that night, didn't they break?
Now, the public right-of-way, and this is important because I'm getting there, please bear with me.
Service personnel on foot are entitled to use the public facilities in the same way as civilians, but must not monopolize the area.
If a public right-of-way crosses an area of private land for training of a private land, it must remain open to the public.
There is no legal mechanism to close a public right-of-way.
If you want to sit down and have a picnic, In the middle of one of their exercises, while they're shouting bang-bang at each other, you can.
So sick of their lies, I wrote to the Ministry of Defence because I wanted some answers.
What person, organisation or public body did you receive written permission from to conduct this exercise over private land?
The Ministry of Defence holds no information.
What information was given to the local community or local government for such a loud and disturbing exercise?
Over a congested area?
Well, the Ministry of Defence holds no information.
Were any restrictions placed upon you by the landowner, organisation or public body prior to this exercise?
The MOD holds no information.
What written permission did you have to land your helicopters in silent hours in a congested area?
The MOD has no information.
And can you supply a copy of the detailed recce, including a photocopy of the map and routes?
And would you believe the Ministry of Defence don't have a single piece of paperwork for a multi-billion pound operation that they conducted over a residential area next to a hospital in what they call silent hours.
Now there's been a big thing made about...
This NOTAM that was posted.
A NOTAM is a notice to airmen.
And it's what my not-so-learned friends have been hooked up on to say, well, there was a NOTAM.
They're absolutely right.
There was a NOTAM.
But it was never planned.
This NOTAM was inserted in 9pm that night.
Never planned.
There is no commencement date.
This is listed on the Ministry of Defence's own website.
At 9 o'clock that night, they added it.
And they went into some detail about the boundaries of this NOTAM.
And let me tell you, they're not allowed to fly within three nautical miles of the boundary of a NOTAM.
But they exceeded it by over 50 miles that night, endangering other aircraft.
Something they would never do in an exercise.
The yellow pins in the map are complaints.
From members of the public about helicopters hovering low over their homes.
One woman had the tops of her trees cut off and could eyeball the pilot as she looked out of her bedroom window.
Now, I've added this one because these are the two aircraft that were circling Penturk.
For three days and three nights continuously before this event started.
And the reason why I'm adding it now is because it took the ministry defense over nearly three years.
Two years and six months I've not received or been notified of any reply which you're lawfully obliged to do after 20 to 40 days.
Three years it took them to answer.
Military planes were seen circling on the 23rd and 24th of February 2016 in Tlantris and Pentook areas.
Why was no NOTAM issued for these aircraft?
And the Ministry of Defence holds no information within the scope of our request.
So we asked again, please can you tell me?
While your plane, ZZ418 Hawker Beechcraft, was spotted by witnesses flying in circles and figure-eight formations in Pentook, South Wales, from the 22nd of February 2016 to the 26th of February 2016.
This plane was also identified on a public internet flight radar website.
And eventually, three years later, we get information is withheld under Section 26. No NOTAM has ever been issued for those aircraft to this date, and no exercise was ever listed.
We're getting back to the NOTAM, the one for the night now.

When you're forced into a vehicle against your will and driven off into the night and you've no idea where you're going.
You've no idea if you're going to live or die.

Well there obviously we were coming down there and climbing up trees and trying to be quiet and sneak in.
And we were making items in maybe 34 feet still up in these trees.

And so did the other side with this incident.
And then we decided to go from thinking it was a crash for babies.
I heard a car playing crash for a bit.
So we were looking down and we could see loads of vehicles.
And they're all parked up.
They're parked up that whole year and there.
And I can only describe the millivating sort of ship this, I assume, what it looked like.
And people have been explaining that they don't wear school.
They're like all in one ship.
Hazmat. Any
wings or tail sections?
Could you see any shape to it at all?
Any colour?
Anything like that?
What I could see when we were waiting in the woods when we walked out was like a trail, maybe so far behind it, not a long trail from what it was, the object, but it was debris.
But I can't specifically remember seeing wings.
I'm not saying it's not a propeller, but it had a trail that sort of meant the end of the day.
I could see damage wings.
Yeah, I saw that on the day we went up on the morning of the 26th.
Yeah. I
I do, yeah.
When we pulled up on the station, I can only describe it, we sat there for like a minute before they even let us out.
There was no words, they didn't say anything.
We were just sat there and one of them was still inside and everyone was looking at him and pointing the sign towards the driver.
And then they opened the door and they opened the door and let us out.
And they were turned down our phones.
And then, obviously we didn't check our phones first of all, but we had pass codes on them.
But like, obviously we were, as soon as we got out of the big clock, we were like, what the heck?

The military are not allowed to monopolize an area for an exercise.
There's a public right away that goes through there.
They kidnapped those men and took them miles away.
And they had to walk back because their vehicle was there.
Kidnapped. And the military had an absolutely No permission to be there.
Now we have another primary witness from Penturk.

I hate this because some people said, you know, anonymous witnesses are sketch.
They're not sketch when they're protecting their professions.
These people are professionals.
They don't get any military gain from coming forward, but they had the decency to write us a statement.
And here is my statement, not mine.
On Friday the 26th of February 2016, I was woken up in the middle of the night by a loud aircraft noise and very bright lights.
I looked out of the bedroom window towards the fields behind the primary school in Tinicoid Woods.
I was concerned as the lights were so bright and the noise so loud, I thought an aircraft was crashing in the fields due to the low height.
I continued to watch from the window the bright lights combination of very bright white lights and red lights trying to work out what was happening when literally the lights went and the aircraft went.
I couldn't decide if they went to ground or flew off.
It happened quickly where I was and looked as if one went to ground.
I couldn't make out any amount of aircraft as the lights were blinding but there were a few by the different engine noises.
I stayed still watching, waiting for signs of a crash to decide whether to go out and help, but I could not see any smoke or signs of a crash.
It was bizarre, as we have very little sleep in our house, but the children wake to this and slept all night.
It was the only night since 2007 that I've not had a child awake.
This is something that still stands out.
It's been very odd to this day for us, as it's still the only night Our children didn't wake.
This lady has three disabled children.
Something else was going on that night.
And that'll tell you how low those aircraft were that she thought they were going to crash into the fields.
Because the military broke every aviation law that night, both in minimum heights and minimum safe separation distances.
We have the Carl Winston witness.
This is the public statement.
A family living in Colwynston, a village in a rural setting southeast of Bridge End, not far from Pentook, was awoken just after 2am by the house vibrating.
The house felt like it was shaking, and the noise, never heard it in my life, a very strange noise, almost felt like it was static feeling.
Her dog was barking and was described by witnesses as bonkers behaviour, which is not characteristic.
Through the window, The witnesses saw a large object flying over the house, roughly west to east, just over the rooftop.
The object displayed a row of orange and red lights, and its underneath surface had a light green hue.
A green light glow was seen leaving the main group of lights, and this descended into the fields in the area southeast of Cole Winston.
During this time, the witness managed to get several photos on his mobile phone.
And yes, we do have them.
About six to seven minutes later, several aircraft were heard flying overhead.
Bright lights were seen.
And what were thought to be Apache helicopters were heard flying around, but which were dark and did not display any navigation lights at 2.33am.
These were heard circling the area where the green light had gone down for five to six minutes.
The aircraft then headed off to northeast, roughly in the direction of Lantres and Panturk.
Then all went quiet and the witnesses went back to bed.
Following the incident, the official explanation that this had been a military exercise had persuaded the witnesses that this had been the case.
But recently, on learning of the incident at Panturk, the witnesses checked the dates and times on the photographs and realized that the incident that they experienced was on the same night and therefore must be linked in some way.
Now I want to introduce you to a very brave man.
This is the first time he has ever spoken publicly in his life.
He's a primary witness to some of the events that happened in Lantrisent at the other end.

Reminded me of a few things I totally forgot about, so it's going to be a bit different.
Just another normal night, that's who I thought.
I used to travel back and forth, where my girlfriend lived, about 10 miles outside of Cardiff, and it was a regular commute, two, three times a week, maybe more.
Right, so this night, we left my house, we leave the back wing.
As soon as we got down the end of the path, I'm looking towards...
Lantricent area, and there's a very low, very bright green light in the sky.
Totally out of place.
Never seen before there.
Never. So, right, we're getting in the car.
We're driving.
So let's check it out.
Let's get closer.
Let's have a look at it.
Now, we took a different route than we usually took, which I forgot about.
We went right into...
Sorry. As we left the house, sorry.
The light was on the left.
It was on the left of me, about four miles away in Land Trescent.
So as we're heading towards it, I'm trying to get my phone out.
I'm getting closer and closer.
I'm trying to film.
My phone's going on and off.
Nothing. As soon as I'm driving towards the light, while I'm the passenger, and as we're getting closer, I see other lights around it.
Smaller lights, flashing lights.
I'm still trying to film at this point.
Until nothing.
Phone keeps going on and off.
And as we're getting closer to the traffic lights, I realised that they're Apache helicopters.
So you've got this green light to the left of me, an Apache helicopter there, and one there.
Now, we stopped at the lights, and that's the phone's dead.
We couldn't do anything.
Neither of our phones, we couldn't film nothing.
There was nothing going on.
So, I took a right then, onto the link road.
Green light's still on the left of me.
So I'm driving away from it now.
Looking behind.
No one.
There was no traffic.
Nobody. There was quite a built-up area.
This was like half nine in the night.
And I was expecting to see traffic.
People. I mean, it was that low and that bright.
I was expecting to see people pulled over in their cars.
And out pointing, looking at it.
That is how visible it was.
And we went through.
This is half nine in the night.
And we went through.
To the Link Road.
And we didn't see a soul.
We didn't see anyone.
No cars.
Every traffic light we stopped at.
We were the first ones there and the only ones there.
So I go onto the Link Road.
We take a right.
I'm driving away from it now.
So it's behind us.
Looking around.
Behind there's nothing there.
There's no one around.
We then take a left lane onto the Link Road.
The green light is on the left of me.
With the Apaches.
As I go up the link road, it goes up a bit, so I've got a better view.
So I'm looking left, and I can see the Apaches and the green light, and I'm looking and looking, and I'm going between each one.
The light, the Apaches, the Apaches, the light, and I'm going round, and I'm looking on the floor, and there's no lights coming, shining down.
Nothing. Now, by that point, I'm starting to realise that these Apaches are facing this light.
They're on the light, you know?
At this point, I'm looking just at the light.
I'm just getting a view of the light by now.
And this is exactly what I saw.
It was flat on the top, flat on the bottom, curved on the sides.
It was moving like this.
Two steps to the left, two steps to the right.
Like that.
In the sky.
And with Apaches in front of it.
We continued driving back home towards Cardiff.
I'm still looking at the light and trying to take it all in what it is, but it was 100% nothing of ours.
There was no wings, no propellers, no cannons, no missiles.
There was nothing on it.
Nothing at all.
Just this pure energy.
It was like a luminous green light on the back and the sides.
The front of it was, like I said, flat on the top, curved on the sides, and it was exactly as Kaz described it, like a TV scrambling.
That was the actual, and this was what I'd seen, witnessed in the sky.
We continued driving.
Oh, at this point, that phone's still not working.
We continued driving, and my girlfriend said, actually, do you want to check it out?
Do you want to go and have a look at it?
And I said, oh, no.
But I said, let's just go home.
Do you know what I mean?
I said, let's just get out of here.
So we kept driving and at that point, I pulled my phone out.
I started filming.
I got footage of it.
We're trying to get it.
Still in the process.
But yeah, it was filmed.
I've got about three, four, five different videos maybe.
I'm not sure exactly.
But we continued then.
Keep going, carry on driving.
I was filming.
Then we've seen more helicopters, very low, 40 foot off the floor.
Carriage driving even more, and it was still more helicopters, very low, clustered together, just hovering above the ground.
I've also seen another light as well, slowly floating, which I did film.
We continued then to drive home.
And back to Cardiff.
And that was it, basically.
We've seen what I've seen in the sky.
But it's 100%.
I know it's what Kaz has seen.
I know it's what Kaz has seen.
100%. It's the same thing.
Exactly the same thing.
And like I said, nothing I've ever seen before or since.
And only yet on when I've seen the Parallel Moskala video two years ago.
When I heard Kaz describing, then I knew what it was.
Because when I'd originally seen it, I was dismissing it.
Like, you're not seeing this.
You're so unbelievable what you're seeing, you don't believe.
And I dismissed it, you know?
But like I said, I'd seen Kaz's video and it brought it all back.
And that's 100% is what I've seen, is exactly what Kaz's seen.

It took them seven years to answer us.

Or any office that would hold information pertaining to any day or night military exercises or day or night low-flying exercises for the area of South Wales for the time of February of 2016.
I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.
A search for the information has now been completed within the Ministry of Defence and I can confirm Then no information in the scope of your request is held.
There were no programmed defence air exercises in South Wales in February of 2016.
So why were they there?
And how did I know on the morning of the 26th of February that it was not an exercise?
Because I saw it.
And this is why they were there.
First I have to post this very briefly because that's just the permissions for me.
To release these photographs.
These are some of the objects the military were pursuing that night.
These are some of the objects that came out of the pyramid, that they herded up together, one of which they shot down in Smilock Woods.
The metadata is there, 26th of February 2016, at 2:33 in the morning.
Have a look.
Because there's nothing like anything we have.
And these things are about the size of a small car.
Now I have a small closing speech for you.
This could never have been, nor was it ever, a military exercise.
The evidence has shown the Penturk incident above and beyond any doubt was real.
I would never have pursued the authorities like no other witness before me and held each one of them accountable if this did not happen.
Together, Gary Jones and I have exposed the lies that we have been told and systematically took them apart because I know the truth.
I saw it.
And no lie, fake cover story or non-applicable exemptions will ever stand against the truth.
It gives me strength and a sense of hope to know the world is changing.
And in recent months, disclosure has been drip-fed to us.
But it's not enough.
I am disappointed with the American UAP Task Force, who call witnesses and people who have spent and worked tirelessly for their entire adult lives to bring us the truth, self-serving, when we're serving the people,
not ourselves.
Something that the government should be doing and should have done a very long time ago.
I have listened closely to their excuses, and quite frankly, they are avoiding the truth.
I find it hard to believe they do not already liaise with their allies, with NATO and the UK military, as they were there that night.
They filmed it, orchestrated it, controlled and witnessed the whole incident, yet can sit in Congress and still say they have never shot one of these craft down.
When that is categorically untrue.
If there are consequences, perhaps it should be directed at those who deliberately lie to our world leaders or hide behind the fact that it's not in their database when it should be.
Because in the age of information, ignorance is a choice.
I beseech them to show the footage for this case to Congress and to His Majesty the King.
Because if they do not know, they must be told.
Because it can, in no way, affect the national security systems they use to detect and track these grafts as the excuse not to.
This case is so serious, it affects us all.
There are some good people out there in positions of power who know the truth, who live it, and have been forced to hide the truth when they don't want to.
In today's climate of the highest-ranking whistleblowers, And the fact that Congress is still being deceived, and has been for nearly 100 years now, if ever there was a right time for these people to stand up for humanity, it's now.
We are one race, and we are one planet, and we may only have this one chance.
And I call upon those people to come forward and join the ranks to disclose what they know, because it's time to stand together as human beings.
What's the use of secrecy?
If we doom ourselves to destruction because of it.
And finally, and I must ask, because this has never been done before, to His Majesty the King of England, King Charles III, Your Majesty, I have been nominated on behalf of some of your people who have experienced this phenomenon first-hand,
including myself, to ask you to tell us the truth.
Regarding the existence of UAPs and non-human intelligences.
Your Majesty, we come directly to you because there is no higher authority.
You are our leader, our king, and we trust in you.
We have served you and protected you loyally for our entire lives.
We have fought for you and we have died for you, and we will follow you even to the end of the earth.

No. Not from the military, but we've not really started with the military yet.
They've hidden constantly behind Section 26 Defense.
They have a secret study called the Condine Report that they completed in the year 2000.
That, obviously, Parliament did not know about.
It was conducted by the Ministry of Defence.
Dr David Clarke was the man that discovered this document and within it, because I have read it, they state that UFOs are of no defence significance and are not a threat.
And if that is true, they cannot hide behind Section 26 Defence in this case.
