Music playing So, I just want to say that I'm here with Matthew Hazen, and we're going to be talking about Dr. Robert O. Young, and he has been incarcerated suddenly.
Actually, I thought it was rather suddenly.
We're going to get the straight story from Matthew, who works with him on what's called Masterpiece, where I actually have an ad on the front page of my website.

So, Matthew, welcome.
Could you please give yourself a short background?
And I mean short.
And then let's launch into the actual story.
Absolutely. So, my name is Matthew Hazen.
I'm a very simple, normal, average, everyday guy from Kansas.
And I am compelled by my heart and the awareness of what's going on in the world to do my part individually.
I'm a part of a big group.
The company is called Human Consciousness Support.
Some really amazing, beautiful humanitarians and scientists of our time, such as Dr. Robert Young, is a part of our group.
We're doing very unique.
First and only, unprecedented, truly, tests on human bodies taking their blood, urine, and hair levels for heavy metals, environmental toxins, things that we know are the main contributors to our health decline.
But today's show is absolutely more importantly about Dr. Robert Young and the injustice and really the bigger question, Carrie, as if what type of What country is America anymore?
What type of presidences are being made?
Because we all better take a real serious look right now before our country and all the freedoms, civils, and liberties that we have been brought up in a very patriotic nature to know made us special, made our country unique, made us lucky to be born here, is what we were all told growing up because of things such as Freedom of choice, right?
What do you do to your body?
Are you allowed to do that to your body?
Whatever it is.
And the freedom of speech.
Whether I agree with what you say on your platform or not, Carrie, should you be arrested if you don't say what I think you should say, depending on if I have more power and control over you?
And so these bigger answers are all at play with the Dr. Robert Young's case, and there's so many layers, and we're going to do our best to unpack it in a very short amount of time.
But I want to say before we begin this, Kerry, you reposting Patriot Street Fighters video the way you did needs to be given a special recognition.
You need to be recognized because we need more women in our world right now.
To participate and support in the bringing out of truth and to the facts of different things that are going on that do things in a more selfless manner like you have proven yourself to some really great guys in the last few weeks with the way you want to support this cause because Robert Young, he's 73. That makes him old.
More importantly, he's a very innocent man.
He's the most innocent man.
He's absolutely America's most famous and well-received all-natural health practitioner and opponent against the broken, medical, allopathic, Rockefeller-driven medical system.
And for you to, in today's times, where so many people with platforms like you have are censoring themselves and are truly scared to say anything and everything that they want, which is what has built our country.
You stand tall above the other platforms.
I don't want to say women, because I don't feel sexist, but what I'm saying is, thank you for still having that in you, where you are helping us, because we need to not just free an innocent man here, we need to preserve a country that we thought we still had.

Now, I know my, if anyone's watching this from my audience, And I assume there will eventually be quite a few.
Dr. Robert O. Young is someone that I have been interviewing now for over five years.
And so I have so many interviews with him on my website.
If you just search his last name Young, they will all come up.
And they're all on Rumble and also probably on Odyssey at this point because it goes back so many years.
But actually, you can find them on my website.
So he is a very conscientious individual.
He's a very principled individual.
And I can testify to that after having...
Many long conversations, both on and off the record, even during the COVID days when he really stepped forward to clarify a lot of the misconceptions around that whole debacle.
And medical freedom is...
Front and center, as far as I'm concerned, for us, for humanity, for us to move forward into the future.
We cannot be turned into guinea pigs like the Nazis did with individuals and continue that process.
We are sort of the guinea pigs of the elites, and that just cannot continue.
So I just want to really stress that.
That is the spirit in which this interview is being done.
And so what I want to do right now, though, is get into specifically what happened, if you know the blow-by-blow, of how he ended up being incarcerated, which just sounds insane.
Totally. And so we need to drill down on those specifics of the Robert Young case.
But we also, before we do, we have to have a better scope and perspective of the total of what's really going on.
And me and you, Kerry, you know we had no pre-talk before today's discussion, correct?
And so you just right now a minute ago touched on where we actually need to start.
And so let's get some facts clear in terms of just reminding the audience as to indisputable history facts.
At the beginning of when Hitler and the Nazis were beginning their procession of trying to help the world, the reason why they garnered and harnessed so much support is because they told the world in 1938 and 1939 they were going after the bankers, the Jewish bankers, the controllers.
They were going after the deep state.
Are you with us, everybody?
And so, of course, everybody got with them.
And so as Hitler would go from one country to the next, he would introduce propaganda into that country that would say, hey, we're here to save you.
We're here to help you.
We have 200,000 tanks.
We're about to come into your country.
We don't mean you any harm.
And they would come in with 10 tanks instead of 200,000.
Everybody would welcome them in and would say, our saviors are here.
Fast forward to the end of the war.
Germany knew the Nazis couldn't take over by force the way they were, and the tides had completely turned against them.
And what they did was they refocused or gathered up themselves, and they knew they had lost the war.
And what they did is they made an agreement with a country.
To put their highest level assets, their most intelligent scientists, and their highest military generals, and transplant them into that government.
We know this today as an indisputable fact of history called Operation Paperclip.
We all know Operation Paperclip.
We all know that it was over 1,500 of Nazis' most highest-level people.
And this is the realist conversation that pertains to Dr. Robert Young's case, and as importantly or more importantly to every single listener here and every single American who thinks they have America, the land of the free, still working.
When these 1,500 of the highest level power-secured Nazis came into America, we know they immediately started groups like the CIA, which is the most dark, nefarious...
Operating under cloak and dagger.
We know they do tests on our beliefs, our programmings, how to broadcast and control and lockstep and move the masses.
We know that the Nazis did that in America.
They started the CIA.
They started NASA.
NASA is all about controlling what our beliefs are about what space and everything in between us and space is.
We know these things.
We know that they have been putting their plan together.
Now listen to this.
Benjamin Rush, this is very important, everybody.
One of the 56 signers to the Declaration of Independence, who is one of the four medical practitioners who signed in the Declaration of Independence, gave us this well-known dire warning.
And it was this.
If we don't put concessions and facts into our Constitution, Which will protect people's sacred freedom of medical choice.
What you do to your own body, if we didn't preserve that choice, Benjamin Rush said, there would be a cloak, private, secretive group of men that would take away They knew our breaching point, or what you would call a checkmate move, would be to take our medical freedom of choice.
So if we look at, and I sent it to you right before the show, Kerry, but I know you've had a lot going on.
It's actually on your messages between me and you on WhatsApp.
I put this actual quote by Benjamin Rush there, and it's been said throughout centuries now, throughout the last three centuries.
And what it says is this, folks.
If America allows ourselves to lose our freedom of speech or our freedom of choice to our bodies, that our country will be sacked.
It's a breaching point.
If they can get in through there, it's widespread.
So when Operation Paperclip came into America, they transplanted.
This is the way the deal worked, guys.
They went to the FBI director at the time and a couple other bureaucrats and high-level people and they told them this.
We offer you and your family lineage unlimited power.
We want to infect and transfect ourselves into the American government so that we can take over.
We are now eight decades into this.
I will say this, people.
If you think America has been America since Operation Paperclip, I will tell you this.
Before World War II, America didn't fight in any war unless they were brought into it and had to defend themselves.
After World War II, America has funded both sides of every war.
They have been the war dominating country that has gone across seas.
To blow up people's women and kids.
And we have been the war starting country since Operation Paperclip.
Yeah, I've got to slow you down there.
Okay, so we have limited time today because of everything that's going on.
And so what I'd like to do, my audience is very familiar with this.
Yes, yes.
I can fast forward.
I can fast forward for us if we want to.
What I'd like to concentrate on is Robert.
Yes. Yes.
Yes. Yes.
And I don't even know what his sentence is.
So can you elaborate?
Absolutely. Absolutely.
He has four counts that he's been convicted of them.
They are all predicated on what's called practicing medicine without a license, which is a complete oxymoron abomination because Robert Young in America has been the biggest Opponent against the medical practitioner system.
So for them to say he is posing or pretending to be a medical practitioner is completely fabricated evidence.
It makes no sense.
In this trial, the details, if we tried to break it down in the next 20 minutes, would not make any sense because this was the most politicized Weaponized court case in the last century.
There's absolutely no real evidence of Robert Younger, the co-defendant, committing any type of crime.
What the sole main investigator from the very first day when they kicked in their door They took $600,000 in cash out of their safe and never wrote it down, so they started off stealing from them, and they overlooked a million different proofs that Robert Young and his co-defendant were completely innocent of any type of wrongdoing.
Case in point, All the client-patient forms, all the internet, every email, every product they sell with the PH Miracle products.
All of it shows we are not medical professionals.
We don't try to treat, cure, prevent any disease.
All the normal type of things.
Disclaimers, yes.
Yes. And this is also, we're trying to talk about a three-decade-long witch hunt between the same prosecuting attorney for the San Diego office, which is Gina Darvis, who has been at the front of many cases.
And I'll tell you, this is how deep it goes.
In the last case, in 2017, for a woman had her IV in her, and they did not remove the IV.
It was still there.
Robert Young, at the end of the day, because no one else was there, unscrewed it so she could leave, and he got 48 months in the state of California prison system for that.
Now, this same exact woman, In today's case, in the current case that we are talking about, where he has been convicted, in the court transcripts, it has come out that the district attorney, Gina Darvis, assistant district attorney, her paralegal, the alleged victim of this whole case, his daughter, and the sole investigator, they have...
Testimony and text messages, which are easily subpoenaable and have been subpoenaed, and they don't turn them all over because they show a lot of collusion and corruption.
They have admitted they have a very million-dollar documentary video and book deal where the alleged victim's daughter, now I'm trying to say a lot, right? I know I'm saying a lot.
Robert Young's most famous book, The PH Miracle, has sold well over 10 million copies.
The woman who wrote the foreword in the PH Miracle book for Robert is the woman who pushed this case.
She is what she calls in her biography a professional storyteller.
So she has wrote ongoing books about the things in her life.
She was the early show with Bryant Gumbel, the producer on that show, for 20 years.
She has a deep background and is very famous, and she wants to be regarded as the woman who took down Robert Young, not out of truth, but just out of pure fame and opportunistic of how sick so many other people like her and other people are in the world.
And what we're actually looking at, unfortunately, and the reason why I spent a little bit of time giving the whole backdrop of the whole Nazi thing, is this.
This case here, Carrie, the sole alleged victim is a woman named Jane Sr.
She has been friends, personal friends, With Robert Young for over four decades.
She has come to Robert Young her whole life asking for advice.
Listening to him with what part she wanted to, not listening to him and others.
She's still seen medical doctors for the last four decades, so she obviously didn't buy in all the way to what Robert Young told people, like, you know, abandon your doctor, you know, your food is your medicine, your medicine is your food type thinking.
And so the sole alleged victim...
Of this court case and this trial, which has an entire America country's freedoms on the line, is a woman who's still alive right now.
And she was never allowed, never allowed to be cross-examined by Robert's attorneys, by the defense attorney.
Think about this, folks.
Think about a crime.
That supposedly happened, practicing medicine without a license, robbing a bank or any other example, in an American court system.
And the only alleged victim doesn't have to come to court and testify.
They get to testify from home, which is what the sole alleged victim in this crime did.
And she was never allowed to be cross-examined by Robert Young's attorneys.
Why not?
Why not?
Great question.
Well, it's because she probably, you know, we would have to make assumptions at that time point because we obviously don't have her there to say, but I can tell you it's never happened before that anybody can think of an example.
We get to face our accuser.
In the American judicial system, we get to face our accusers.
They got to come to court, they got to get on that stand, and they got to say they've seen us do something.
That we were the one that did something to them.
That is the way it goes.
So there's very few exemptions of where a person doesn't have to come to court and actually testify.
And it can be that they're very old and they're not healthy enough to fly, which is what happened in this case, which is good.
But she got examined by the prosecuting attorney and recorded at her home.
Two years ago, and she's still alive and conscious today.
She could have still been cross-examined today, as we say this interview.
And so, yeah, it's that bad.
Okay, what was the actual, I don't know, date of the trial, per se?
Was there a trial, and did it have a date?
Yes, it was at the very end of January of 2025, and it went through to about February 7th of this year.
Okay, and so you're saying she was cross-examined originally?
In 2021.
No, she was questioned by the prosecuting attorney, recorded at her home in Texas.
Not in San Diego, California.
And the defense had never got to cross-examine her, ever.
Okay. All right.
So there's a number of, well, what we would consider rights being violated here.
And in terms of the fight, which I assume somehow, was there a jury involved?
Yes, yes.
We have the bailiff of the court case who has watched trials there for 26 years who said he had never seen anything like it.
I gotta tell you, Kerry, if you think you know the word cognitive dissonance, it took a whole other layer of watching.
Okay, every bit of evidence that they had That they tried to say was a piece of evidence.
I'm sorry, this means evidence.
Every piece they had was shown to be manipulated, tainted, fabricated, and most of the sole, main, only investigator of the entire case, Michael Brown, I think his name's Brown, the only investigator, Most of his testimony on the stand was impeached.
It was...
So, my point is, going into sending the jury away to come up with a verdict, everybody, Robert, even Robert Young, his co-defendant, who is very pessimistic as a whole and very realistic, She is a woman who knows languages, 10 different languages.
She is a certified medical doctor in multiple countries.
She runs and operates technology that in today's world only NASA is using because it checks interstitial fluid and infrared ultrasound, thermography, and all types of viewpoints of a live human body all the way down to a cell.
She's the only one.
they target her because of this, but she doesn't want me to say her name ever, and so I honor and respect her for that, and I don't go to that whole thing, which is a whole other part of this case.
I just let me slow you down one second.
Isn't this case in the public record?
Yes, we have printed off the entire court case and we have recorded inside of the court.
Case, like the closing arguments, they were live recorded.
They didn't know we were recording it, and we were.
And they have changed some of the transcriptions.
We have word for word where they've changed some of what was said, so they went back in this court case.
The only part of this entire court case, which is over 5,000 papers that was sealed, Carrie, was when they took Robert Young back into the private chambers of the judge.
The judge took off her court robe, which means they were now a man and a woman, common law, instead of the admirable maritime public crap law that everybody thinks is the only law, but there's a lot more important levels.
And they sealed that entire conversation because they knew Robert was getting help from...
I was coordinating a bunch of law scholars and people who know how to file motions, exhibits, ESQs, not bar attorneys, not bar attorneys.
And we were forcing them.
We were telling them, you must declare mistrial here.
We're sending you...
A client-attorney agreement between you and Robert Young.
Robert Young's asking you to consider his constitutional rights and representing him during all aspects of this trial above any other allegiances, your bar or anything else or anything that could...
And you tell us you can't sign it because it's a conflict of interest?
With the engagement letter, you've already had Robert Young signed, which means you're saying you can't protect his constitutionally protected, sacred, religious, political rights, and you need to alert the judge and the other officers of the court because that's what you call conflict.
It's a Brady violation if they don't do it, and they didn't do it, and we have full proof of it.
That's only one thing.
We have like 10 things in this, Kerry.
That are not going to go away.
I've got to tell you, one of our most kindest, gentlest, greatest scientists of our time, certainly our most published, peer-reviewed scientist of our time, with over a thousand blinded peer-reviewed publications, which he can't even get them published in America because America is rigged and corrupt.
Robert Young published a cancer study with 384 people, and the American Journal he published with, the funders came in and said, take it down now!
And any time after that he publishes in America, they remove it right away.
But he's the most published scientist of our current era.
I mean, it's amazing.
So what you were saying was there's a doctor who, I guess, testified on his behalf.
Is that correct?
Yes, there was.
But he has a co-defendant who is a doctor and then some, yes, that is involved but does not want to be...
She doesn't want her name brought up because she was brought up in communistic Marxist countries in Ukraine, and she can see how these people have politis weaponized this case.
And she thinks that she'll get less than a year in jail, and she doesn't want to provoke them by me saying her name and all that.
She has a million dollars.
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, you're kind of substantiating that.
Her wishes are to keep herself out of the case.
But the fact is, again, the court records...
Yes. Yes.
Okay. Yes.
Legally, it's public domain.
So I don't say her name, but I would write that we have a link to the case for my viewers who can look into it and see who this person was.
But he has a codependent.
I mean, a co.
uh, Defendant. And she is accused of what exactly?
Conspiring with him.
She was found guilty of three counts after the jury trial.
Of conspiring to practice medicine without a license because she showed up with Robert to give the sole alleged victim an ultrasound.
I thought you just told me she was a medical doctor.
She is a medical doctor.
She's not a licensed medical doctor in America.
She was a licensed medical doctor in two previous countries.
Her education...
Is on a level that you don't interview people.
Her level of education is insane.
She's fluent in over 10 languages.
She's been a certified medical doctor.

Theft of an elder for over $950 because this woman had bought PH Miracle product supplements.
And when they gathered up her stuff at her apartment, they took pictures.
It was such a dolled up joke.
It's going to sound ridiculous when I tell you.
They had 30 products that they got out of her cupboard and took pictures.
Half of them were PH Miracle products, and they all added up to over $950, which can be elder theft in the state of California.
It's a misdemeanor.
But didn't she buy them voluntarily?
Absolutely. Of course.
What's the third count?
Was, um, re, Related to practicing medicine.
Everything started with practicing medicine without a license.
It wouldn't be elderly abuse unless it was practicing medicine without a license.
It wouldn't be elder theft unless it was practicing medicine without a license.
Elder abuse would have been the third charge.
I'm sorry.
And what country is this woman doctor from?
Ukraine originally.
Yes. Ukraine.
Most of her life.
And she's fluent in...
Over 10 languages.
I understand, but was she trained in the Ukraine to be a doctor?
Yes, and certified in multiple countries, but not America, but not America.
I understand.
Yes, ma'am.
Okay, so what is Dr. Young charged with?
Practicing medicine without a license, conspiring to practice medicine without a license because they have Galena.
I'm sorry, you got to edit that out.
And then elderly theft of over $950 and then elderly abuse.
It is rubbish.
It's like if you were for the truth, Carrie, obviously your platform.
It'd be like me trying to tell you that you are going to jail for being against the truth.
Been for the truth your whole life.
It's literally, this man has been on podiums on every continent in the world, speaking out against the medical system in every way.
And now they're saying he was pretending to practice medicine without a license.
And they twist and turned it in the trial so that they made him like he would poke up at a town and act like a doctor.
And it's like, no, they completely don't bring up and talk about things like Every paper that a client signs says they understand he's not a medical practitioner.
He's not going to treat, cure, diagnose you of anything.
He's going to teach you else.
And then they literally go into everywhere if you go look for Robert Young.
Or his co-defendant.
Everywhere has a medical disclaimer.
I'm not a medical doctor.
They never pretended to be it.
There are opponents against it.
Okay, so this sounds like a rigged deal.
And, you know, I'm not sure.
So does Dr. Young, because I don't know this, live in San Diego County?
About 45 minutes north, in between L.A. and San Diego, yeah.
In there, yes.
And that's where his old healing ranch was.
And I hope, you know, we're going to get too confusing.
I don't want to do that.
But years before this alleged crime scene of this woman happened, three years before that, they had already taken his $5 million ranch and seized his healing ranch where people would go to get healing.
This woman, Forced her way, badgered him, text messaged him, flew across the United States to come to him and he said, hey, I don't have my ranch anymore.
But they shared the same faith of the Latter-day Saints.
He had a very close bond with her.
Robert Young is great-great-grandsons to Brigham Young.
Brigham Young University.
Brigham Young University is Mormons.
They're Latter-day Saints.
This was a 40-year friend that had flown to him every time she needed to get well, and he was doing the same things with her he had done for 40 years.
And all of a sudden, it became a crime this time, because all of a sudden, this woman's daughter, who is a professional opportunist, fame, big celebrity, big famous person, really thinks big, evilly, and she thought, wow. I'll take them down.
We'll do this, make a book deal.
And she's been doing it for three years.
So if you, for three years, if you, if something happens to your mama, Carrie, and you go sit there and spend, and you call the district attorney over it and say, this is da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da-da, and it's the same district attorney that's already tried him before.
And then all your text messaging, you guys don't turn it over?
And they're Brady violations.
They're Brady violations, which is hiding evidence.
And it's all text messages between this woman and the assistant district attorney and her assistant district attorney's paralegal and the sole main investigator.
And it's a big, corrupt pile of crap that is going to get subpoenaed and messaged and looked at.
And it's devious because we have...
In this case, in the crosshairs, we're talking about Robert Young.
You know like I know.
We're talking about America's most famous, beloved, not just best-selling author of the famous PH Miracle book, but the biggest known.
He's been on the Dr. Oz show.
He's been on Oprah Winfrey's show for telling people how to eat raw vegetables.
Now... For telling the same woman he's known for 40 effing years to do the same crap he's been telling her to do for 40 effing years.
And now he is facing 14 years in prison and he's sitting there at 73. Today, as we record this, a 73-year-old Dr. Robert O. Young is shaking in a county jail with a two-inch mat.
Underfed. He's lost 35 pounds in a month in an American judicial system who has failed everybody.
And it's not just him, because if they can get him like this, he's not just coming for you and me and our kids.
But I tell you, our country...
If we think that Benjamin Rush, who signed the declaration, didn't know a little bit, if we think that Operation Paperclip happened and that they were trying to take, if we can look at it all, it appears our country's been sacked.
Okay, I know you're very passionate.
Yeah. Okay, but I just have to sort of pull you back a little.
Okay. Because my audience is coming.
I'm going to assume that some of my audience are fresh.
To the story.
And so I want to keep you on track here.
And I'm not saying you don't have a great backdrop to everything.
And we know about the tyranny in our health system.
So let me ask you this.
So what about Robert Kennedy?
Is he aware of this case?
Yes. And before he had been confirmed, he had personally communicated with Robert Young and then said, hey, I need to get confirmed before I can kind of start moving on this other stuff.
And that was promising.
And also, Robert Kennedy's right-hand woman, so to speak, the CEO to his children's health defense, who is Mary Holland, she had actually done weekly, two-hour-long videos with Robert Young, where she was actually getting Robert Young's information on the synergistic and synergetic effects of the chemical and the radiation poisoning, because, you know, his science, Robert Young's science, is really top-level.
And she had tweeted twice in a week really supportive comments about Robert Young and being in there.
She did end up emailing me and saying that she had a California attorney that, you know, say, hey, it doesn't look like much they could do kind of deal because he'd been convicted already and is awaiting sentencing.
But they're looking more from a bar attorney angle.
They're not looking from like a common law, natural law.
They're not looking for conflict of jurisdiction, interest, conflict of law, ADA rights.
They're not looking.
There's a lot of motions and appeals and filings that would work in every type of case that our bar attorneys, no matter if you give them $20 million or not, will never ever file on your behalf.
And the reason is the bar attorney system is as rigged and regulated as it gets.
And if you do that...
That does not explain...
I mean, this seems like a gross miscarriage of justice.
It's the worst that anybody's ever seen who ever knows this case.
And so, again, I guess I'm asking, you're saying that a woman who works closely with Robert Kennedy not only did shows with Robert O. Young, Dr. Robert O. Young, but she knows him well.
So she obviously...
Could help this case, as could Robert Kennedy, bring it to the notice of, you know, I mean, we have lots of judges right now that are being, I guess, looked into for all kinds of fraud.
We know it's a collusion, collusion with the stop the vote, basically, you know, the steal, stop the steal, and so on and so forth.
So there's a movement, if you will.
At this time, a political movement, but it does involve, you know, judges that are compromised.
And this definitely looks like a judge that's compromised, okay?
As well as, I guess, a prosecutor and whoever else is involved here.
But, you know, this is a railroading and a setup.
I mean, that's how it sounds.
Is there anything else that we can...

The most brilliant, well-intentioned law team of all levels on this, and if we needed it, we would rely on Robert Young's Gibson Go.
So, once again, you saying that right there shows how, you know, thank you so much.
What I would say is, we are, there's national attention that's being brought to this case.
There's absolutely, it didn't, you know, the abomination inside of this case is so extreme that, of course, there's an investigation on this case specifically.
And it doesn't take much to see how filthy, like, the investigator.
For three years, looking through his bank statements, looking through his emails, every last email, looking at every last text message, and seeing how this guy is a saint.
He helps everybody for free from the kindness of his heart and then you have to overlook a million of those things and find some weird thing that is not evidence and twist it some up some crazy way and then tamper the jury just to make an outcome of a guilty and then to think that you can go that far into wrong manipulation.
I mean, to think that you have Absolute control, power, and can be like that as a team, which is what the district attorney's office did in San Diego, without it just happening to a man, a great humanitarian who I know you carry, and as long as anybody who has been around Robert Young knows he's a very special man.
Absolutely. And what moves him is, yeah, so for him to be facing 14 years for helping a lifelong friend and not even any new ways and for them to twist it, yeah, it's just terrible.
Let me ask you this.
You're saying he has a, if I understand it, a legal team who defended his court, right?
A law team, a law team, yes.
Okay, and...
Why did, you know, I know this sounds superficial, but why did they lose?
I mean, why weren't they able to supply a defense that was sufficient to stop this proceeding and to get it, basically, as you said, there's even evidence of Brady violation, being thrown out of court, and so on.
Are you saying?
Are you saying his legal team is somewhat incompetent?
Or are they very competent, but they were railroaded in other ways?
They're very competent like foxes.
And we're talking about a bar system that is completely in on it.
And in every way that a trial court in case could be rigged and hacked.
and set to have a preferred outcome, it was done in this case from jurors that were literally workers of the district attorney's office that worked with direct district prosecuting attorneys on this case.
And so they literally asked to be stepped down because they worked in that same day.
And we even paid $24,000 in that example for the jury consultation team who was supposed to handpick the good jury team.
The whole thing was so rigged.
Why would a company being paid $24,000 for a day and a half of work to pick out the right jurors?
Why would they pick jurors that worked in the district attorney's office?
Why would they go along with that?
We would want to find curious.
Truthful, all-natural people that are patriots because, like, hey, look, it doesn't matter what he says.
He gets to say, this is America, baby, freedom of speech.
That's the good thing.
It's to protect people like him from the person who's trying to control everything instead of, you know.
But we didn't have any of those type of jurors.
We, all of us.

Adam Young, his oldest son, Robert Young's oldest son.
The bailiff of 26 years who stopped us in the hallway.
Everybody that was there expected a five-minute acquittal.
We expected it would take five minutes for an acquittal to come back.
And in three hours, Robert Young for four counts, his co-defendant for three counts.
All seven accounts that were on the line came back guilty.
And the bailiff was even willing to do a testimonial thing saying, in 26 years, he had never seen a case like this.
This sets a precedence.
We're talking about a case that, I guess, I don't explain things the best I wish I could all the time.
This case in America, court cases take precedence.
It's called case law.
Badger me and harass me, Carrie, and you fly out to me, and I put you in a hotel like Robert Young did with this alleged victim, and I don't even have my healing ranch anymore, and we've been the same faith and friends for four decades, and I tell you to do the same old thing that I've always told you to do, and you're still alive right now as of today.
You're still alive no matter what, right?
And all of a sudden, That day it became some weird crime, and now I'm in county jail at 73, awaiting 14-year sentence?
What has happened in America?
They've taken freedom of speech, Robert can tell anybody anything he wants, and freedom of choice, the sole alleged victim, Jane Sr., can decide whatever she wants without fear of Robert going to prison.
Okay, well, it sounds like the alleged...
I don't know what you call them.
Victim? Plaintiff?
Yeah, right.
It sounds like that person needs a real examination of their heart, and it sounds insane.
They won't do it.
She never got to be cross-examined by the defense.
I understand, but we're talking about a collusion with, I guess you said, the daughter and others.
Yeah. All right, so I think we have kind of the gist of this.
I hope you can give me links to more detail that people want to delve into the trial and so on.
But I think that if anyone watching this has links to Robert Kennedy, As you say, it could set a precedence for being able to take medical practitioners who are on all, you know, with disclaimers and everything else, and just throw that all out and prosecute them regardless.
