Hi everyone, I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot and very happy to be here today.
I have been setting up a few extra items, so it took a bit of time.
So I have some wonderful guests here, which is Locky, is what we call him, because his full name is a bit difficult to pronounce.
I believe he's from Serbia, if my memory serves, and Tim Sanders, who is from the UK. His name is a little more easy to pronounce.
So we've had both of these gentlemen on my show before, and very happy to have them back again.
So I'm going to bring them on the show here and see if we can get both of them on the screen.

So what I'd like to do is have you introduce yourselves.
And for those that have not gone to my website, projectcamelot.tv, and seen the paper that is written that is going to be discussed today, that's on the website as well as bios for both gentlemen, which is fairly involved.
But let's start with Tim Sanders.

So Tim, if you could introduce yourself, I think that would be best.
It is not true and we are living now, we are experiencing now an amazing time, an amazing era where we are waking up and becoming aware of who we are.
And there is one discovery in quantum physics The whole universe is a perfect hologram.
An amazing feature of a hologram is that each part of the whole contains the whole.
That part contains the whole.
That is not easy to understand because people usually have in mind something that is finite, like taking an apple and then cutting in parts and then taking one part and saying that that is not equal to the whole apple.
That's true.
But the universe is infinite and eternal.
And the Creator is infinite and eternal and created us in His image that you can find even in religions.
So when you divide infinity and eternity To any finite number, then you get infinity and eternity.
That is simple mathematics.
Infinity and eternity divided by 7 million or 7 million million people or 7 trillion souls.
So, the result is again infinity and eternity.
So we all are actually infinite and eternal beings, what is called normally angels.
Yeah, we are angels and when we incarnate, when we take body, we become daughters and sisters and we become consciousness.
And that is clear answer to what is consciousness, because so many people are talking about consciousness and giving such un-understandable definitions, and not understanding what it is.
You are consciousness, I am consciousness, every human being who incarnated as a body is consciousness.
And consciousness means that we are aware of that who are we and we are aware of our experiences.
So, we as conscious, as spiritual beings, we are moving mentally perception of our body or anything else so that this event here is our imagination.
It looks like real for our senses, but I tell you that our senses are deceiving us mightily, and that is the main reason why all laws in the science are opposite of truth.
We'll talk later about it.
But our senses are made so that they divide one direction of motion into two opposite effects.
And it looks like, for us, real what our senses are perceiving because they are also limited and they cannot see the whole 4P angle, so to say, but just a small part of the spectra,
visible spectra, and we pretend That we build an amazing civilization, trusting our senses, which are dual, which deliver wrong, upside-down information, and which, by the way see just a whole part of that what is available.

What I'd like you to do, actually, before we get into the details, is introduce yourself a bit more.
I know that you started, I believe, in Serbia, and you also worked in Russia in the early days.
Is that right?
No, I never worked in Russia.
I got my PhD doctorate degree in physics over atomic physics and plasma physics at the University in Belgrade, in Serbia.
And then I went for six years in Germany, my postdoc at the University in Düsseldorf and at Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics in Garching by Munich.
And I've worked on plasma fusion machines which are promising still today to solve the problem of the energy on a global scale.
There are machines which use magnetic confinement to confine the plasma and then produce fusion of deuterium and tritium or something like that and solve the problem of the energy of this civilization by placing Huge fusion reactors all over the globe.
And I've worked on that project for six years and was extremely successful.
And I got a position on JET, joint European Taurus in Calum by London.
And then I realized something that caused me to take the decision not to join the JET team.
Because I have realized that in physics, in science, in those laboratories, everything was so complicated, so many cables, measuring devices, theories and everything else.
And when I go out in nature, I see everything simply and everything working perfect by us in laboratories and still today also nothing works that perfectly.
So I have realized that simplicity is a main principle of creation which was not present in that science.

And I have decided...
There's a bit of an interruption there.
Could you finish your last sentence again, please?
So I have seen that in nature, everything works simple, everything works perfect.
And in our laboratories, nothing works perfect, far from perfect, and everything was complicated.
So I have concluded there must be some simple way To provide energy, and there must be some simplicity also available, and I went on my own way to search for that simplicity.
So, 10 years later, it was in 1991, and 10 years later, I went out of official science, official institutions, and started my own I research my own investigation to find out the principles and laws of simplicity,
laws of creation and the real concepts because I was, how to say, I disagree with all main scientific concepts.
I disagreed with the concept of electricity.
I knew that negative charge is absolute nonsense.
It is illogical to add two by subtraction.
That is what negative charge means.
And that electron as a negative charged particle cannot exist.
Also, some other laws like Coulomb law, the main law in physics, which say opposite attract each other.
It sounds so illogical to say that opposite attract each other, opposite oppose to each other.
That is why we call them opposites.
But they see in the science plus and minus going to each other and they define the opposite, attract each other.
In my opinion, that is absolutely a huge hypnosis with the obvious untruth.
So I have decided to find out why and to find out reasons and to find out the ways how to apply the real concepts and the real laws in order to solve not only the problem of energy but to solve many other problems.
It is a pity that our civilization Which is based on electricity, still does not know what electric current is.
And the concept of electric current in official science is wrong.
It's not true.
Because they have AC, which Tesla discovered, and they have DC. Everybody who contends that there is DC does not know what electric current is.
So, and then I have started my own investigation, and at that moment, I was ready, and I got my teachers.
It is always like that in your life.
When you get ready, you get a teacher.
When a student is ready, the teacher comes.
So, I became a wonderful and amazing teacher, Walter Russell.
Walter Russell, the man who is...
The most important incarnation of all times on this planet because he brought knowledge.
He brought knowledge.
And he has three immortal books, immortal works.
The Universal One, The Secret of Light and The Atomic Suicide.
Those are amazing words and he received that everything in the state of being where he was not able of his body but existing just as a spirit and receiving that amazing teaching.
And I suggest everybody who Who is really serious about it to learn knowledge, to study Walter Russell.
I spent years and years and days and there were years where I didn't do anything else but studying Walter Russell.
Every day, 15, 16, 18 hours.
So finally I understood a lot and then started also my own concepts.
So that was the process I call, I went through that process, self-dehypnotization.
Because I had been, I had been hypnotized with all these wrong things.
Concepts and laws in the science and I succeeded to de-hypnotize myself and went into the truth.
So that is really a hard process, not that easy.
I had also many troubles because when you decide to be different than the others, then you lose your friends and lose the image and credibility and everything.
But when you trust yourself, and when you are really serious about it, then you break all the barriers and go forward.
And I have succeeded, really.
I'm today the happiest man...
Because of what I know, what I have discovered, and first and foremost is that self-discovery.
I know that I am a spiritual being, that I am a mental being, an immortal being, that I cannot die, that I know everything, that I am omnipotent, omnipotent, omnipresent, and as my Father, God, Creator.
And I know my relation to my body.
I know today, like everybody, that I know perception of my body and that I am the boss of my body.
So that is my relation to my body.
That is also a huge discovery.
That is everything hidden in this civilization.
We are taught through religion and through science and Through media, that we are bodies, that we are mortal, that there is only one life, and when we die, that is forever, never more, and something like that.
That is all not true, that are all big, fat lies.

I think it's a bit confusing running a lot of concepts together, but you have a very interesting paper that...
Zeroes in on what you're talking about, and our previous interview did touch on a lot of these topics, especially with regard to, well, actually the radiation, what Omni, the product that you guys are selling.
So before we go too deep into this topic of the atom, which is the topic of today, Can we talk a little bit about the product and perhaps Tim you could get into that for us?
It comes in a sticker form a bit like that if you can see that and that's a sticker that you can put on any radiating device and it contains what we call conscious energy which we'll come on to a bit later I'm sure but ultimately There's a lot of...
What happens in a radiation field is that there's an imbalance and an unscentredness.
And what that conscious energy does is it meets the unscentredness and the imbalance in the radiation field and then brings it back to centredness and balance.
This is all based on the principle that the zero point is at the center of the atomic field, and that zero point is conscious, it's aware, it's a magnetic still point, and it holds the atomic field in place.
And so with that knowledge, and with Lackey's knowledge, he's about 20 years of studying radiation, We have been able to devise a patch that harmonizes the radiation, that meets the radiating device, and then creates almost like a kind of force field around you.
Once you're carrying that radiating device, where the radiation has been transmuted into a harmonious field.
Because not all radiation is bad for us.
Like the sun, for example, is the giver of all life.
And that is because it comes from the creator, it is balanced radiation.
Whereas man-made or artificial radiation, Radiation actually is characterized by this imbalance.
And so the central point of Lackey's paper, if I may be so bold and just preempt that, is that within that atomic structure is the zero-point field, and it's a magnetic still point within the atom.
And that's the light ring, which constitutes the atom or the The matter in the atom, the light ring goes into that zero point to pull out the energy to spin itself.
And then there's two phases of that spin, which I'm sure we'll get into.
Now, when that spin is in balance, you have a perfect toroidal-shaped ring of light moving around the zero point in the middle.
But when it's in balance, what happens when When we encounter radiation and radiation passes into our body or we contact radiation, then...
Then ultimately that effect gets taken into our bodies.
So the patch basically goes on a radiating device, meets the radiation, brings it back to centeredness and balance using conscious energy.
And I'll probably just pass over to Lackey to explain a bit more about conscious energy and also, you know, coming back to the central point of this talk, the zero point as well.
Most important To spread out the truth about human beings and to raise up consciousness because now, two days ago, I attended one conference in Amsterdam, Breakthrough Energy Movement.
We're looking for the solution for the free energy, and I said that there is no free energy for humanity because humanity is not ready for free energy.
Still, low level of consciousness.
You know, always consciousness decides about technology.
So, in order to make the free energy solution possible, we must raise up level of consciousness and get ready.
No, that is very important also in the science to understand deception of human senses which are delivering upside down of the truth And knowing on the mind.
So we have to link everything what we perceive with our senses to our mind to tell us the truth.
And then we will start to develop knowledge and science.
There is no knowledge in official science.
It is everything on the level of information.
Science is full of information.
Once again, upside down and get the truth.
Like with law, opposite attract each other.
Now you turn it upside down, same attract each other is the main universal law.
That's wonderful.
We need it to raise up the consciousness in order to get new technologies.
We cannot get solutions for free energy until we get ready.
We are not ready as humanity for free energy solutions and we don't have it for now.
So, now I come to my main discoveries which enabled this product.
And the first discovery is the discovery of the true Atom concept.
I gave the name Atom to that concept because God's name is Atom, A-T-O-N. It has a full meaning.
A is beginning, alpha.
T, tonal, this material universe, everything made of tones, different tones.
O is circle, and N stands for nothingness, for nagula, that is a circle from nothingness into tonal and back to nothingness, and so that is the creation.
And this article has been published recently in the International Journal of Science and Research, which is an Indian journal.
I've been trying for years to publish this article and was rejected from many journals, even from Russian journals.
They did not like to publish it and they did not like to think of it.
In a mixed god in the science, but in my opinion, the cardinal error in the science is omission of the god for his creation.
So that all concepts, that topples the whole scientific structure.
There is no creator of the matter.
If you see, for example, that official scientific atom model, you have just some particles there, electrons spinning around the nucleus, protons, neutrons inside, nowhere created.
Nobody knows who created that atom and how created that atom.
That's impossible.
We see in everyday life that every piece of matter must have created.
So that is now a big breakthrough.
In my opinion, it's a really big breakthrough that one scientific journal accepted in India.
People in India are more open to spirituality.
That is not accidental.
They accepted it.
So that now we have...
We have creator in his creation.
Now, the real true model of atom is that atom, cell and particle, All are made of light rings, rings of light, like donuts, like toruses, spinning around centering creator's mind, spirit, God's point, and borrowing energy from that centering point in order to spin, in order to rotate.
That is huge, huge breakthrough also for religion also, who is praying our Father in Heaven, not allowing our Father to be on Earth.
Of course, our Father is everywhere in each atom.
He is also on Earth as it is in Heaven.
And he is in heaven.
And in my opinion, that is a big, big breakthrough.
It opens one new era, opens the door for the new science, true science, based on the true concepts.
And I published also the next paper about right concepts.
My work is based on experimental confirmation.
So easy and simple done so that everybody, everybody, almost everybody can Repeat it and confirm that it is true.
So there were also some other measurements which I have interpreted properly.
And now I have so many evidence and proofs for that concept that nobody can deny it anymore.

So, Lockie, can you explain how is your concept any different than zero-point energy that has been already discussed?
out in circles around the world, etc., and also being used by the secret space program.
How is your concept different than the concept of zero-point energy?
They talk about zero-point energy and keep in mind that that scientific concept of the atom, that there is no zero point.
That is impossible.
So if there is zero point, there must be also in every atom, every cell, every part.
And that is my concept.
So there is that zero point, that centering zero point, they call it zero point, because it is zero electric potential.
It is motionless.
There is no motion, absolute stillness, absolute balance, absolute harmony, and absolute peace.
That is what zero point is.
And that zero point is in the center of each atom.
So, we now spring into the era where we deal with both sides of equation.
Official science is dealing only with one side of equation dealing with effects.
Dealing with motion and trying to understand everything and describe motion.
There is no way, no chance, that any theory based on motion can explain creation properly because they eliminate cause.
And existence is an interplay between cause and effect.
So, and that is for the first time.
Now that I have introduced in my equations of creation Both cause and effect and the relation between that.
So, zero point, zero point energy, they talk about it, zero point is that centering point of each piece of matter, and that zero point is equal and is everywhere.
So, everything what is material is, first of all, to be known also as an imagined effect, an imagined effect, Product of imagination, of thinking.
Not real, not real, of course, imagination.
And every point of that is still universal trust, that zero point, you should imagine it is like a field of the points which are all the same.

There was no big bang.
Every piece of matter is created this way.
Huge volume of space.
is occupied by light rings, imagined, imagined light rings, which compress that huge volume of space into small volume of matter and then expand back into the space that small volume of matter.
And when we know that, then we understand that there is only that sequence, compression, expansion, compression, expansion, and everything in the universe, from the smallest atom to the whole universe, is compressing and expanding.
And that is what we call life.

Gravity is not that what is believed in the science.
In the science, they say gravity attracts from the center of Earth and that apple that falls to the Earth.
That is the concept of gravity in the science.

It acts from the outside to the inside, to inward.
From outside to inward, it is intensity of the desire for compression.

Gravity is a mental force, but it is not physical force.

According to that universal law, same attracts same.
You have an apple which is an electric potential.
Every piece is electric potential.
The weight of the apple or any piece of matter is the weight of its imbalance.
So, Earth is much, much bigger electric potential.

The apple falls down to the Earth.
And that is how, what is the real and true explanation.
Okay, so what you're saying, if I understand it, is you're saying that the apple falls to the Earth because it's attracted to the same.

Of course, because of the law, same attracts same.

I will explain first on the principle of the omni-radiation balance.
How it is possible to solve the problem of the balancing of radiation and to eliminate the harmful effects of the radiation by using both the right concepts and the new conscious energy?
Because we are talking now of the omni-radiation balancer.
So, understanding that radiation is expensive, There is a compressive phase of creation of everything and there is then expansion, compression, expansion sequence.

It has also that centering zero point in the middle of the dodecahedron.
Six pairs of the spirals, spiraling in and out simultaneously, going through that centering point in the center of dodecahedron, zero point, and creating one balanced unit.
That is unit of love or conscious energy.
New conscious energy is also love energy.
I can go into the state of forgetfulness of my body, connect to spirit, and into that state I can express my conscious intent and that radiation will be balanced because I will ask that new energy to move all those centers Okay,
Okay, so what you're suggesting then is that people, in dealing with 5G, they express their intent towards, let's say, they have a modem in their apartment or house, and it's operating 5G. they have a modem in their apartment or house, and
It's putting out a certain amount of radiation, or it's operating through the Internet of Things from a pole outside your house, let's say, that's radiating energy into the atmosphere and also connecting with other appliances in your house.
And what is it you suggest that people do to activate this sort of protection is simply through love and intention connecting with spirit?

That's absolutely possible.
But how many people, first of all, can connect to spirit and forget their body and can express that intent properly that it works.
Very, very, very few people can do it.
So that is why I suggest those people to take this technology which works for them.
And of course, each human being is omnipotent, can do anything.
But you must raise your consciousness to that level to be able to efficiently and properly express that intent so that it works.
So that is why we are helping now in this transitional phase with so simple and so cheap devices that they can be protected.
So not only from radiation, but also there are some other bad things all around us, like direct energy weapons and extremely low frequencies and many other things.
Absolutely true is that the power of the human conscious intent is unlimited, but expressed properly and expressed in that state of the Full connection with spirit within.
So, I would ask you, if you express your intent for protection in the morning and then forget it the whole day, would it work for you?
Of course not.
Would work as long as you keep that thought.
So, in essence, what you're saying is that the human is going into this center of the atom Connecting with Source and bringing this out into this realm around themselves, whatever.
And that's really what you're talking about.
Is that correct?
Because the center of the atom, by your description, is basically Source.
It's God, Source, Creator, is Spirit.
Source, God, Creator, call it what you will.
True.
That is true.
And when you address that point in the state of full connection with it, then you address yourself actually.
In that state you understand that you are that point.
That is you.
As long as you feel a kind of separation from it, your intent would not be efficient.
Because that is real you, my dear angel, my lovely angel.
You are that zero point, so to say.
Point of desire in that zero point.
That is the human being, unlimited.
That is what is called spiritual being and angel with a desire for creative expression.
And then it goes into manifestation, 100%.
But...
This is time of awakening, of waking up people so that they, with time, can really start practicing that connection with spirit within, I suggest, through conscious breathing.
And then in that state of connection, one can really materialize any intent.
That's what you have asked, for example, The materialization of the 3D forms is also possible instantly to manifest an apple out of the thin air and eat an apple, no need to plant it and to buy anywhere.
So that possibility exists, but we are beginning now with it, and that is the end goal, so that you can Manifest anything you wish.
Instant satisfaction of material needs.
It's possible, of course.

Well, I think this has been around a much longer time than that, by far, but at any rate.
So, Tim, at this moment, is there anything that you are doing?
You wanted to do the show on the nature of the atom as he's creating, you know, sort of his conceptual work.
Is there anything in this that connects directly to what you're doing at the company level that you might want to talk about?
Sure, yeah.
Well, obviously, you know, we feel that we've got some of the answers to, you know, the radiation problem because we've got the correct concepts in science which allow us to understand what radiation is.
And then we've got, obviously, Lackey's discovery of a means by which we can bring it back to balance and therefore...
And then the next phase of that might be something where we could actually put interceptors that can meet all 5G fields out in the street or wherever and bring them back to balance.
But we've got to be a bit careful about what we talk about there.
But that could be the next phase because obviously what we do right now is we put patches on devices as in phones and everything else.
But as we all know, 5G towers are going to go out there and start killing everything, like trees, and we even hear that they're going to shake up buildings, and electricity pylons are falling down, and all sorts of things, because this is a crazy level of frequency.
We look at things in building blocks.
The first building block is just basically get your devices patched up, get them balanced so that you've removed that toxin in your life.
Second phase, we need to look and get validated lackey science, which we probably need to, you know, get some sort of serious, you know, physics professors around a table and explain to them exactly how we turn an imbalanced radiation field into a balanced radiation field.
And therefore that becomes harmless.
And then how we can do that on a grid level rather than a local level, just on a phone, for example, because on the grid level, then we ultimately, you know, don't pump out all of those toxins to the planet.
And then the other thing that we're with is another expression of the DECA in action, which is super exciting for me and for all of us, really, because it's going to prove that everything that lackey said is is true, is is evident. because it's going to prove that everything that lackey said
We are building that air conditioning or temperature control unit whereby we use all of the concepts in physics that Lackey's gained from Walter Russell and so on, understanding exactly what it is that changes the temperature in air and And we use the DECA technology to control the temperature of air in a room.
And that air conditioning, I'm going to call it air conditioning, but we also call it temperature control or conscious temperature control unit.
That will be something that doesn't require electricity or a battery or a cable or anything.
It will literally just be a standalone thing.
And once we've proven that that works, then we have something that people will take seriously and understand that Lackey is serious about this new era of energy, a new era of energy where we don't require on the grid, don't require on the...
We need that generation extraction payment model.
Take it off the grid, it's gone, pay for it, that sort of thing.
So it's a unit of energy that is perpetual.
It never runs out.
And I think we mentioned this earlier on, but the structure of the dodecahedron is that it's a 12-sided geometric shape.
And on the inside, there's 12 cones of spinning light.
And those spinning rings of light never run out.
So if we can get inside that DECA and then program it with our mental capacities, and this is something that Lackey spent the last 20 years perfecting, if we can get inside that DECA and actually communicate with it and then give it instructions to do what we want it to do, then we have a unit of energy which is at our service.
It is basically our servant.
And the one thing that I like about the way Lackey distinguishes these two types of energy is that we are slave to the electricity grid.
You know, we all go out and, you know, we get a job to pay the bills because we have to pay for electricity.
We take it off the grid and it's gone repeat, repeat, repeat.
But Now we have something that reverses that in this new era, which is that we tell the energy what to do for us.
So we actually meet it, program it, and say, will you please keep this room at 18 degrees?
And it does it.
And it does it forever.
And that's it.
And so therefore we've broken that system of payment, broken that system, everything.

And once we've done that, then some of these principles, which might seem very far-fetched to everyone...
Some of these principles will really start to be taken seriously because obviously we live by the mantra that the proof is in the pudding.
We've already proven that radiation can be balanced and the test results that we get are on our website.
We've got some really exciting test results coming through using a product called Dynamica which measures the heart rhythms.
Because we know that heart rate variability is heavily affected by mobile phones because of, like we said, they're incredibly powerful electrical appliances which produce imbalanced electrical energy.
And that imbalanced electrical energy meets the balanced energy of our hearts and starts to disrupt our heart rhythms.
So we found a machine that shows That actually, when you put the omni-irradiation balancer on the phone, then our hearts go back to their normal rhythms and everything is then balanced within the body.
And that's a significant finding for us.
We haven't published those results yet, but when we do, that's another proof that we've used this conscious energy to actually change the state of a radiation field.
So the next phase after that would be, can we use this conscious energy to change the state of the air in a room, you know, to change the temperature?

And, you know, at some point we'll be able to turn the lights on in the room with conscious energy and so on and so on.
And as Lackey has said before, possibly in your other show, we can use it to, you know, fuel cars, you know, we can use it to drive airplanes and all sorts of other things.

Because everyone just cannot get their heads around the idea that energy could be served in any other way than, you know, a plug in a wall delivering light and heat down an electrical cable, right?
That's the only form of energy that we understand.
But we're here to say that in the electric universe, which Lackey has described there, which is that basically every atom is a spinning ring of current with a centering zero point in the borrows the energy from the zero-point field to spin itself and that spinning ring of light is electrical current therefore every atom is Therefore,
we are in the electrical universe of motion, where everything that's moving or tangible or material is a spinning ring of light, a spinning ring of electrical current.
So, that is the explanation for the electric universe.

You occupy volume, big volume of space in your thoughts.

So just to be really clear about that is when the atom is in motion, it borrows the energy to spin and compress itself into matter, and then it basically expands itself.
So it's like living, dying, living, dying, living, dying, living, dying, repeat, repeat, repeat so fast.
That we can't even sort of measure it.
And that's the frequency that we're talking about in terms of the atom, right?
That is the oscillation between the compression and the expansion is the frequency of the atom.
And we, just to underline the point about divine intelligence being at that zero point, We have different frequencies going on in our body, right?
Our liver is going on at a different frequency to our brain, to our heart, to our kidneys.
This has all been measured.
And this is divine intelligence at work in your body.
It's the operating system of your body.
So, you know, I often say the example of, you know, we don't know how our fingernails are growing, right?
They are just growing.
We don't know how our food digests itself or even how our body takes oxygen and then serves it up to all of our cells.
It just happens.
That's kind of divine intelligence in action.
So what we have is minds that can also, within this body, go and walk up the stairs or go and punch someone or go and hug someone.
And we're making those decisions all the time.
But all we see is the electrical outcome of what we decide to do.
But in the concepts of the atom that Lackey has, there is a counter to that, which is an expansion of the materialized result.

But what we deal with is much more of the bigger threat, as we perceive it, because there's nothing that radiates stronger in your hand, right?
So if you're walking, you know, 20 meters away from a face in your hand, because radiation is all about proximity.
So what we do is we put the patch on the radiating device that is in direct contact with your body, And that has a harmonizing effect that we've proven in structured water and in live blood analysis where we reverse Rouleau syndrome and get the blood back to its perfect donut toroidal shape.
As we mentioned earlier on, the atom is a torus field of spinning light and the blood cell looks exactly like that.
So, you know, these are all sort of You know, expressions of nature at work, and as Lackey was saying earlier on, everything is actually a lot simpler than, you know, all of the scientists would have you believe, with theory layered upon theory layered upon theory.

A very interesting scientist who basically used to swim in pools full of radiation and claimed that that was a scam, that they were trying to sell people.

Which is radiation?
Well, I don't know, actually.
You'd have to go and investigate and find the video for the person who is out there.
He's a very unusual person.
There's not that many people saying radiation is healthy.
It's important to understand that programming is a big part of the human condition.
And so this individual, what he did most likely is deprogram himself, or maybe he was never programmed to begin with.
So that he didn't have that obstacle.
So he wasn't approaching radiation in quite that way.
There's also, I have a witness that talks about artificial intelligence, and it's sort of a similar thing.
If you approach it from a non-aggressive and antagonistic standpoint, then it does not act properly.
Sort of negatively upon you, but if you come at it with an aggressive or a negative attitude, that affects the way it approaches you.
So this is an interesting relationship that we have with matter, in essence, and very likely with bringing towards a new frontier here with humanity, and there are going to be more and more people that are able to Basically, affect with the way they think about the world.
In essence, that's the essence of what Lackey is talking about.
