And she's going to be talking about crimes against humanity, which is really her area of investigation.
So I'm going to bring her on the screen here.

Yes, Carrie, I am, and I want to thank you so much for having me on your show today, because what we're finding here in Northern California and throughout the world is necessary for people to plan in advance.
And it's just not enough for me to continually explain the diabolical documents that we find that tell us what the plans are.
It's also needing to understand what we now know and what we must do in order to harden up against a variety of assaults that we're all going to face.
And we're going to cover that towards the end of the show, how to harden up.
And I'd like to refer everyone to our website, StopTheCrime.net.
We've been very busy here in Northern California, Carrie, and elsewhere, filming live events as they're unfolding and explaining the diabolical aspects of these events.
And some of the latest YouTubes were put up just even only four hours ago.
Anyway, between the last week, we've put up a number of YouTube videos, and I'll explain a few of them right now, but that's not where I want to go in the program necessarily today.
So, one of the most recent YouTubes that we've put up on StopTheCrime.net is entitled Fires.
Pacific Gas and Electric Fail to Do the Work to Reduce the Fire Risk.
Now, you're going to see crews, ground crews, you're going to see actual filming where Pacific Gas and Electric is going around the neighborhoods and trimming back vegetation from the exposed wires, electrical wires, because of this season of fire season.
And we're also facing massive blackouts where PG&E and Southern California Edison, in fact all of the utilities worldwide, are creating blackouts and that's intentional.
This is a weaponized blackout facilitating the reduction of the economy and we're going to get into that as well.
So in that first video you're going to see Confessions of ground crews.
And you're going to see an article running through the video talking about how Pacific Gas and Electric was caught yet again falsifying documents about tree trimming.
So that's the latest video.
The next one is how we are now, as a global population, being made blind.
I mean, eyesight being intentionally assaulted.
So what do I mean by that in the simplest definition?
We know that the Department of Energy here in the United States, USA Inc., is requiring elimination of our original incandescent light bulbs.
In fact, now many building departments and planning departments are requiring only LED lights.
And LED lights cause blindness, and that's the intention.
They're also weaponized battlefield frequencies with phased array for direct targeting.
And I have a YouTube that we've just posted called Virtual Reality Headsets, where you're going to see me interviewing a company That is selling virtual reality headsets for visually impaired and soon-to-be blind people.
It's in the course of becoming and losing your eyesight that you can wear these virtual reality headsets.
This is a way to maneuver us into the virtual reality headsets and also the The other plans of virtual augmentation, etc.
This is one method through tools as a result of becoming blind.
And I received and got this information and you'll see us filming this and touring a blind institute here in Northern California where there are exhibitors of tools for visually impaired and blind people And these people, some of which have flown in from Atlanta to present their tools.

This is different than the first 5G Apocalypse It does, however, still have me at the beginning opening it up.

And then it goes on into streetlights and the battlefield deployment of the LED lights and how children now in Gateshead in London are and have been getting nosebleeds and even bleeding from their eyes.
I was thinking about, many of you may be wondering also, what really is the most lethal attack set upon all of us?
And there are so many all simultaneously now.
It's difficult to determine which is the most lethal.
Certainly it would depend on where you are with some of the frequencies that are now already deployed in your communities, particularly in cities.
But very important to understand the broader sense of what we face so that we can make some decisions.
And again, as I mentioned, we will be talking about some decisions we can make knowing what we face.
Another recent YouTube we've posted is called Blinded by the Light and how society is becoming blind.
And this is a plan.
Make no mistake.
We are intentionally blinding Being made blind because the LED lights caused blindness.
A couple of years ago, I posted to YouTube, LED lights, a stealth silent weapon.
And that came about because I found a trifold in the ophthalmologist's office about how LED lights will, of course, cause cataracts, macular degeneration, other types of eye damage.
A vision lost, ultimately blindness, but it also, the LED lights also cause obesity, reduce the melatonin, so when we sleep and need our rest, we're not getting it.
It's causing hyperactivity in kids and many, many other silent weapons effects from the lighting, and the corporate structure knows that.
that.
This plays into the overall plan to reduce the population, but certainly to have takers of the augmented reality as we are put upon, set upon.
Another interview that we have that's also recently posted that was as a result of going to the Earl Baum Blind Foundation where we were filming.

I would highly, highly recommend that you watch it.
At first, when I walked up to him, I didn't realize he was blind.
And he was originally an ophthalmologist and lost his sight only about four years ago.
And he is now involved in augmented reality and also virtual reality.
And he calls his benefit the last 50 feet.
In other words, when you are blind and you have an Uber drop you somewhere and they drop you curbside, where do you go from there as a blind person?
You don't know how to get to a door, but all of this new wireless tech that you will supply massive amounts of individual data to We'll guide you to the door, to the handle, inside the building, and even help identify the male and female restrooms so that a blind person gets into the correct restroom, and much more.
This is an augmentation now.
This is a platform and tools now for the blind, and this is how they will certainly massively roll out this type of We also found that the smart cities now will be for disabled people.
So for many of you that were wondering about autonomous vehicles, vehicles without drivers, certainly we can see that we're all going to be disabled because certainly the autonomous vehicles with the LIDAR,
which is a military frequency weapons system, the LIDAR, is going to dispose of people as they get certainly hooped into these human settlement zones.
So we have many YouTubes.
We also will be posting within the next 24 hours a community meeting that we held about fires and power outages.
And how we harden up against this type of warfare.
Make no mistake, this is war.
And we can't sit here and just be pummeled.
We have to take action.
That's where we are now.
We must recognize that we do not have a government on the federal, state, or local level.
And the fire departments, sadly, are now being regionalized.
And what that means is your local guys Your firefighters who had local vested interests are now being combined with firefighters that are coming in from out of the jurisdiction.
And they don't even know their way around the cities.
So we're being taken down.
I am working on some information.
I do post quite a bit of information.

So I would highly recommend that you look at that as well.
So what I want to cover first, I think, and foremost, is how on earth did we get this way?
And that's why I did that five-part YouTube video series that is a compilation of the talk that I did in London.
Gosh, it's already, I think, Carrie, it's been about six months ago, I think.
And I have that five-part YouTube video series up on StopTheCrime.net, and it's entitled, Genocide Documents and Murder is Legal.
And I go through how it happened, why we are now where we are.
And I feel that it's necessary for me to say a few paragraphs about that, and for all of you that are listening to certainly go and look at some of the YouTubes that we have up.
But it's most important to understand, and I want to say this right now, because I'm mourning the loss of a very dear friend of mine that was instrumental in working with me on understanding the information because I'm mourning the loss of a very dear friend of mine that was instrumental in working with me on
And she had a radio show called In Defense of Humanity, and she passed away months back, and her name was Al Whitney.
So this is for Al, because Al and I discuss this every time we did a show together, Carrie.
And this is probably one of the most important fundamental realizations that people have to make in order to take the leap into what is happening.
Then to understand what is happening, And then to look at ways in which we must now defend ourselves.
And what I mean by that, and I like to line up my conversation about a boat because I lived on a boat and I lived in rough seas and nearly died in the Bay of Biscay back in 1966 when there was a horrific storm.
But I think about what we've been told about surviving heavy seas.
And we need all types of equipment if we want to survive, if the boat capsizes or we flander and start to sink, all kinds of things that can happen out in the water.
And we had life rafts, we had flares, we had life vests, food, all kinds of tools in order to survive out at sea.
We are now out at sea, figuratively speaking, but we're on land.
And we're going to need many, many tools in order to survive because we have storms pummeling upon us in a variety of ways.
Of course, we know the fires, the floods, the droughts, the hurricanes, the dry lightning strikes, I could go on and on.
I think all of you understand the variety of kinds of weather events.
So in understanding where we are, we're going to need to get tools to survive and have more equipment.
But Senate Report 93549, in the beginning of my understanding of the fact that we didn't have a government, we were run by the corporation, A corporation, a not only USA Inc.
corporation, but an Earth Inc.
corporation.
And we're the enemy.
And all the government has ever needed to do and has done is to continue to have public opinion on their side.
And if they can keep public opinion in a sufficient degree, which they've been doing, on the side of the illusion of a government, Statutes, laws, and regulations, and most importantly, executive orders, can continue to be passed.
And the Constitution then has no meaning.
It has had no meaning.
The Constitution has been suspended.
It's been buried under these types of statutory rules, regulations, and executive orders.
And it has been for many, many decades, 80-plus years.
So we're not under law.
Law has been abolished.
And we're now under an annually stated presidential emergency powers.
Every single year, every sitting president extends the Emergency Powers Act.
And we are the enemy.
So And then to back it up just a little bit and to say a little bit more about this and you can do more research because I want to get into some of the things that we're facing right now in real time.
Not that we're not facing this all in real time.
We are.
But the Trading with the Enemy Act is important to get a handle on to a certain extent because it will help you with that foundational understanding that what we're witnessing right now with the Blue and red states, the right and left, the Republican, Democrat, the impeachment.
All of this is theater.
I know many of you listening understand that.
It's a puppet show.
And it is to sidetrack us by, while monstrous things are coming down on us, as we're facing one direction, we're being consumed by the other direction.
So, just a little summary.
On March 9th of 1933, the United States was in a declared national emergency.
And there are now in effect, since then, four presidentially proclaimed states of national emergency.
And in addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, There was also the national emergency proclaimed by President Truman in 1950 during the Korean conflict, and states of national emergency declared not only by President Nixon in 1970, but then also in 1971.
And executive orders and the New World Order have all come into formation because of that.
The introduction of Senate Report 93549 By the 93rd Congress, the first session summarizes the situation that we're all facing right now, except for right now, since 1973.
Our reality is far worse.
And so that's just a little bit about the fact that we are the enemy.
And it's pretty obvious because we're being destroyed as humanity.
And yes, I am most definitely in defense of humanity and I just want to thank Al Whitney for the years of her service in explaining all of this to everyone else and so with that I'm going to go into some of the executive orders so that all of you understand what we face because we do face all of this.
Now currently some of the executive orders Are most recently by the CEO, which is Trump, of USA Inc.
Just the CEO of a corporation.
Now, for those of you that stumble with this a bit, I would recommend you watch this YouTube called The Swamp.
The Swamp.
And it is a series of three short YouTubes.
And it shows three newly elected congressmen.
who are in their offices in Washington D.C. and their goal of course is to do what they promised and the reason that they were elected and they found that Washington D.C. was run by the staffers and that's the same reality in our state and local governments the staff runs everything because of course there's voting in and out of the puppets in the puppet show But the staffers and the
United Nations, the RAND Corporation, all of the Rothschild, the bankers' plans are all run through all of the agencies, the corporate government agencies, by staffers.
So when you watch the swamp, you will not only see the disillusionment of these newly elected congressional members, but then you will see how...
Their discouragement and their fight against what they're saying turns into several of them being heavily targeted.
And I mean gang-stalked, their life career outside of that elected position being ruined, etc.
Very important to understand the enormity now of the retaliation against anyone that is trying to oppose the illusion of the state.
And we'll talk about that also here in a bit.
But I want to talk about some of the executive orders so that you are aware, because we face these.
The most recent ones, and I say this, back in 2015, when I was on the radio network with RIMS, I discussed the executive order issues about vaccinations and discussed that all people in the United States, adults and children, are planned to be vaccinated.
Now, the sad reality is that we have many people that understand that the vaccinations are deadly, and I'm not going to go into this, I'm not going to debate this, other than to say that when you add monkey tissue and diploid human tissue,
and other types of viruses etc to the vaccinations you may not want to be injected by this but it is an executive order that we all be vaccinated and it's coming through the real ID and the real ID will identify everybody individually through the microwave through the microwave chipping process of not only how you vote because the need to continue to require voting Is your consent,
even though voting is an illusion, and even though all of the policies are already in place, and even though you are told you can come in and there are advisory groups that are being formed and you can participate in creating a variety of different policies.
It's not true.
Advisory groups, as told to us by the World Bank, the Rockefeller, Rothschild Institutes, and the other controllers, the overlords of this world, have set this up as an illusion to allow us to think we participate, and we don't.
And I have to say, in the very beginning, Carrie, when I first met you and I was opposing smart meters, I honestly, honestly thought that there might be a way to slow down the deployment and maybe even stop it until there was an assurance through documents that the utilities had done their due diligence on the frequencies from the smart meters.
In other words, an environmental impact study.
That impact study was never done.
And it was literally through recognizing that they had not done that that I started to realize that this is very nefarious, very dangerous.
And as a builder, we paid thousands and thousands of dollars for environmental impact studies during the course of building new construction.
And it didn't make sense to me that they were doing a global deployment without any environmental impact study That would certainly outline the safety of the frequencies with people.
So I was made aware of the type of control that is upon us by realizing that could not be stopped.
It was a rollout.
And that was, of course, the global smart meter rollout.
And I started a website in the early days RefuseSmartMeters.com.
And that rolled into awakening because certainly we thought by going locally with many activists that many of you would know, I'm not going to name names, but in my area there were many, many well-known activists that really thought we could go to city councils, county board of supervisors, and prevent certain policies that we saw being implemented.
And we could not.
And still to this moment, there are many groups that are saying, go to your local legislators, go to your state legislators, write letters to your congressional representatives, both Senate, congressional, and write to all representatives that you can.
And we need to understand that has been a deception that sadly we haven't recognized.
So some of the most current and concerning executive orders, of course, is the one back in January 8th of 2018 when it was a rollout of all broadband across the United States and including all rural country areas of 5G. This is why we cannot stop the rollout of frequencies at a local level.
This is by executive order.
And it usurps all local authority.
There is no jurisdiction in the perception of local authorities, calling it the County Board of Supervisors, city councils, school boards, the public health.
All agencies are corporations working under United Nations policies of destruction.
Another executive order also was the implementation of the wastewater treatment plants.
In other words, reconfiguring our fecal material, our urine, and much of the pharmaceuticals, and literally creating potable, drinkable water.
Many places are drinking that directly from They call it tertiary water.
Let's call it as it is.
Tertiary water from a wastewater treatment plant is human fecal and urine.
Let's be very clear on that.
And I do have a YouTube up on StopTheCrime.net where we toured a wastewater treatment plant.
And you will hear them say that there are contaminants of emerging concern.
So we are being destroyed through the illusion Of running out of water.
And now we have to drink our fecal and urine.
This is an illusion and this is also something most important.
We are not running out of water.
But yet millions and millions of dollars through executive order is now being diverted into the building of more wastewater treatment plants.
Now you'll also see on StopTheCrime.net we toured The world's largest geothermal operation, originally run by PG&E, which is Rothschild, now Calpine here in Northern California.
Again, a subsidiary of the Rothschild and other agencies.
What the geothermal plant is now doing is we have 40 miles of wastewater treatment pumped up to the borehole's In the mountains here above the Santa Rosa area.
And this fecal and wastewater material is being injected into boreholes, some as deep as 13,000 feet.
The majority of the boreholes are around 8,000 feet.
And it's causing daily earthquakes.
Daily earthquakes.
This is like fracking.
They don't like me to say It's fracking when I go to the meetings, and they don't like me to say that there are earthquakes.
They would rather that I say that they are injecting.
But it is like fracking.
They're injecting a tremendous amount of tertiary poop, urine, and pharmaceutical waste in the holes there and causing earthquakes.
It's causing acid rain and many more Horrific types of situations on us up here, and I have a YouTube where I describe that in detail.

Most important now to understand, we're now being taken off of natural gas.
In all of our homes, natural gas is being eliminated.
In other words, your Gas appliances, your heat and air if they're gas, anything at all, your dryers if they're gas, any gas is now to be eliminated.
And we're seeing that now written into permanent code.
They're called REACH codes, codes that can quickly be approved.
And don't need to go through the normal process.
They're reaching further than the original codes.
And we're seeing now electrification only.
We have been talking about this on StopTheCrime.net for years.
That's why we have a tab called Kiss Your Gas Goodbye.
And we're not talking about just your natural gas.
That will require you to retrofit all of your current appliances, change out all your gas appliances.
I'll just add this right now, too.
When you change out your gas appliances, you need to get an electrician in to put in electrical hookups to the new electric appliances that are all connected to the Internet of Things through your smart meter and increasing The death sentence in your homes with electrification.
I want to add this right now because I have an acquaintance that is currently dying and dying of a brain tumor.
And I recently found out that they live in what is called a smart apartment building.
And I will describe that.
This is a building in Northern California, maybe about 40 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
There will be many of these buildings.
It's completely wireless.
And all you need is your smartphone to operate your locks on your doors, your appliances, your air conditioning.
All you need is your smartphone.
Now, there's an interesting situation that we've talked about over the years with the frequencies because Increased frequencies in the atmosphere create structural failures of buildings, and we've seen that happening.
We have seen structural failures of buildings.
We've seen how the failures present themselves in excessive plumbing leaks as structures fail.
This particular building has water leaks literally Spurting out of the ceilings and the walls where the plumbing is.
And the building manager of this large complex is promising fixing all of this.
They really are scratching their head.
They don't know what is going on.
But I'm going to tell you this.
We saw an insurance writer recently from State Farm saying that They are eliminating coverage on literally insurance premiums paid out on leaks due to plumbing for interior damage,
such as repairing the leaks of the plumbing in the walls themselves, the damage of any drywall that might need to be replaced, carpets that might need to be replaced, etc., State Farm is eliminating water leak coverage because they know there's going to be many water leaks as the increased frequencies literally become more in our communities.
So we have personally experienced this for ourselves as builders.
We see this firsthand.
And we see how asset stripping in property ownership is occurring on many, many different levels because when you suddenly are springing leaks where you have to have leak detection teams come out and saw cut out concrete driveways to find the leaks and then repair and this is becoming more of a common occurrence.
Not only does the executive order, as I go back to the wastewater treatment plants, there's a recent executive order creating a massive rollout of biofoods.
In other words, GMO foods throughout the United States and internationally.
The food supply is being taken over.
We knew that.
We all knew that.
We've seen the farmers disappearing.
We've seen agriculture, large corporate agriculture, We've known that food would become a technology rather than grown by farmers in soil.
We've also recently looked at the thousands and thousands of acres of vineyards that we have here in Northern California and elsewhere.
We have certainly realized that because vineyards do not have covered crops on the soil, That soil washes, it causes severe erosion, washes into the streams and creeks,
adds to the silt buildup, and increases flooding conditions on our streets during intentional atmospheric river dumps overhead called storm and rain events.
We had a horrific flood here in Northern California in February of 2019.
It literally impacted a town where it wiped out a number of commercial buildings.
It also swamped a wastewater treatment plant where literally millions of gallons of fecal, urine, and pharmaceuticals untreated cascaded out of this wastewater treatment plant into a biologically sensitive area And then on in and down on to the Russian River, which flows along and near Bohemian Grove.
It destroyed thousands of homes, many of which were red-tagged, not allowing occupancy until they were dealt with.
And we don't know how that's being dealt with.
Other than now, we are being set upon in the country if you have a septic tank.
And what does that look like?
Again, you've got to keep in mind, this is a rural cleansing of the country rural lands.
This is forced relocation with weapons systems and also policies.
So it's a combination of the use of weather technologies and horrific weather events, as well as local policies coming through the UN, the World Bank, And other large corporations and many, there are many names to all of this.
We've named names of foundations over the years of the involvement of specific people.
And so we have a takeover now with the septic systems throughout this country and elsewhere, worldwide.
And we see that here in Northern California where the lower Russian River area Again, near Bohemian Grove is being set up on.
We're talking about 70,000 parcels that are now being identified as emitting contaminations into the river.
And they're going to have to comply to new septic system requirements, of which many of these very small lots will not be able to comply with.
Literally, this is a land grab.
These parcels are not going to be able to be sold.
And there will be nowhere for these people to go.
These policies were recently approved, and sadly, the people are unaware of the enormity of the plan.
And so, again, there are many current executive orders, but we can look back in time and we can look at Executive Order 10990.
Where the government can take over all modes of transportation and control the highways and the seaports.
And then we can also look at Executive Order 10995, which allows the government to seize and control all communication in the media.
Well, that's already happened.
The government controls all the media and communication.
And we're seeing further limiting of our YouTubes and of our programs, such as The ones that I know Carrie and I keep working hard to put out.
That's an executive order.
We're also seeing how, under Executive Order 10997, how the government can take over all electric power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.
Now that is happening too.
We see the transition not only from natural gas usage in our homes, but also from diesel and and gasoline for our cars that's the reason for the required transition to electric and hybrid vehicles because petroleum which they call fossil fuels again petroleum was never a fossil fuel it was never never from dead dinosaurs and plant material it's a renewable just like water but we're
seeing the petroleum being eliminated also in many cities in fact It is electrification only.
And I saw an article from Ireland where in just a few short years, you're not going to be able to drive a car that utilizes gas or diesel.
In fact, right now, there is a conversion of all commercial trucks to electricity.
Now, let's think about that.
That's going to destroy the small truck delivery services on every level as they try to sell their gasoline and or diesel vehicles to electric only.
And that's going to impact rural propane delivery services.
We are being shut down.
And again, it's a variety of assaults.
on every single level and what we have to realize is we need to be putting our energies in to getting the supplies we need in the middle of a storm that we recognize is occurring this is a storm and we need now equipment in order to survive so moving on to some more executive orders again seizing transportation Seizing cars and trucks,
which they're doing by seizing the very basis of how we operate currently, how we operate our vehicles with petroleum.
Now, we're not saying that petroleum is a clean source of energy.
We've been denied a clean source of energy.
We have been polluting the planet intentionally so that the overlords could profit not only from the additional pollution To then invent climate change and create mental illness in schools of the kids that believe that they only have 10 years left before the climate is so polluted they can't survive on it.
We're creating mental illness.
We as parents are sending our kids into schools.
They're being taught nothing but lies.
So I can only say that The executive orders, I go over that in my YouTube presentation on StopTheCrime.net, again, that I did in England, called Genocide is Legal.
I go over more executive orders, so I invite you to take a look at them.
Most important to understand that even the postmaster general is to operate a national registration of all persons.
Your post office is spying on you.
Operating all, taking over all healthcare, education, and welfare functions.
That's Executive Order 11001.
That's already happened.
Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports, aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
And then we have another Executive Order to take over and allows the taking over of railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities and it goes on and on and on so if you want to really find out how this country is operating and under what basis the rules statutory laws are coming from go to the
executive order the US government executive orders and take a look this is the reality of the operation of USA, Inc.
And don't be fooled by the puppet show of the blue-red-right-left argument because that is keeping many bright people from recognizing what we face and coming up with maybe, maybe, a few solutions to provide survival a little bit longer.
Now, I want to get into, just because I happen to see this right this minute, On the front page of my newspaper, and it's from the Washington Post, it's an article from the Washington Post entitled, Feds Expanded Exposure to Risky Loans.
So what they're talking about here right now is another collapse, which is planned.
It's being planned, and you're being told right now by this article.
This is a setup job.
It says the federal government has dramatically expanded its exposure to risky mortgages.
As federal officials over the past four years took steps that cleared the way for companies to issue loans that many borrowers might not be able to repay.
Now doesn't this sound reminiscent of the collapse in 2008?
Now it says in this article, I just added the 2008 collapse of the real estate market, but now in this article it says Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the Federal Housing Administration Guarantee almost $7 trillion in mortgage-related debt, 33% more than before the housing crisis, according to a company government data.
And because these entities are run or backstopped by U.S. government, a large increase in loan defaults will cost taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars.
Now, of course, this is my conversation right now.
This was set up by the money mongers, by the banksters.
And there is obviously going to be a collapse, a burst of all of this, and it's going to, as many have been indicating, be worse than any other recession.
It's not even going to be a recession.
It's going to be a quasi-collapse.
So they talk about the risk, and this is again in the article.
The risk is the direct result of pressure From the lending industry and consumer groups and political appointees who clamored for the government to intervene when home ownership rates fell several years ago.
And they say that numerous government officials starting in the Obama administration obligated mistakenly expecting that the private market would ultimately take over.
And in 2019, there is more government-backed housing debt That at any other point in the U.S. history, according to the data from this urban institute, taxpayers are shouldering much of the risk, while a growing number of homeowners face debt payments that amount to nearly half of their monthly income.
So what we have is we're on the brink of massive increased homelessness.
Which accounts for the reason that states are now implementing monthly rental caps against homeowners, property owners of multifamily housing and rental properties.
There's now a rent control cap and that's going to expand in all areas where weather weapons and warfare has been used.
Because as we see massive displacements and destruction of property and housing, people are going to flood into what is left in their area of rental housing, of which there is very little.
After the fires here in Northern California, as an example, in 2017, there wasn't any rental housing.
And the little bit of housing that was left, sadly, tripled or doubled, in many instances doubled, in its monthly rental fees to prospective owners certainly because many of these displaced people had insurance and the insurance is now over next month here in Northern California that is paying for some of the housing that people have had to rent since they lost their homes.
We also have to take into consideration Airbnb which is Alphabet, which is Google.
Airbnb is part of the takedown mechanism Where people are advantaging by renting out their properties through Airbnb.
They're making more money in a weekend or four days than they would if they rented it out month to month to local employees or workers in their area.
So that is an added displacement.
This is all intentional to absorb the housing so that there isn't any.
Deborah, thank you for everything, you know, and I've just been letting you go on.
But I do want to interject here that I actually think Airbnb is a very good thing.
And I think that there is, as you say, a displacement of peoples and that will continue around the world.
But what it does do is allow individuals.
There are corporations that are involved in Airbnb, but there are also individuals.
And they are benefiting from being able to move around, number one.
And number two, to make money off their places when they're not in town, etc.
So there's always two sides to every story.
Well, and that's true, Carrie, but the problem now is that locally, here in the wine country, where many private owners of property were creating an Airbnb-type arrangement, Outside of contractual agreements of Airbnb, the cities have come in.
They're literally going through the rental ads to see who's renting illegally so that there can be taxes on all of this rental and everything can be tracked.
So I understand what you're saying, but what Airbnb is also doing and other aspects of the policies, it's creating...
A reality where we own nothing.
And that is the goal.
And I explain that in my YouTube series on Stop the Crime that I've been talking about, the five-part YouTube series.
And I appreciate the idea that many people have had great experiences with Airbnb.
I know that here after the fires, Carrie, many people were moving out to the coast where there were many, many Airbnbs.
But those owners were under contract, and those contracts superseded the owner's ability to have the rights to their property.
And what ended up happening is we knew dozens of people that lost their expensive homes I actually did that.
I mean, I was kicked out during the fires, and that's exactly how we survived, is by finding we found the hotels very expensive, obviously.
And we, at the last, finally, we had to look very hard because there was a lot of demand at that time for Airbnb.
But we found, you know, a very great local place that was able to rent to us.
So I just, you know, again, I want to stress...
Yeah, I hear you with that.
There's the bigger program and then there's the individual story.
And there is also...
Right.
Individual owners are benefiting, again, from this.
I just recently...
Went somewhere and had an older woman who clearly was staying in a place, having her She had a second, you know, apartment, whatever you want to call that.
In this, it was a sort of hotel where she was renting that out and that was obviously financing her.
And she made her little place next door available for like dirt cheap, literally.
And so then we were able to go in there and save money.
So, you know, it is very positive in some ways.
Yeah, I understand that.
And Many people are.
Having second rentals on their property, turning garages into rentals, we're seeing that all around the county here.
There could be a crackdown.
I do understand that, and this is the kind of thing which goes on constantly.
You have the light pushing up, and then you have the dark pushing up, and then your light goes up in the dark.
It's a constant battle between light and dark.
It's never all one way.
That is absolutely true.
Just so people listening to understand there's a balance between Of sorts.
And yes, it's skewed on Earth, okay?
We know we're skewed towards the negative.
We're trying to right that wrong and bring it back to the middle, actually, because you're going to have the polarities operating here on Earth regardless of...
What goes on, okay?
And that's true.
So it's very important just to understand that.
I just want to interject here just because, you know, one thing after another and a lot of people listening, they may get overwhelmed.
I want people to understand that you know and I know that there is a battle between light and dark.
Actually, the light does, in the end, We are souls having a material experience.
This is part of the challenge of being here, etc.
And we default.
We default.
That's right.
We have a default into the light.
Yes.
But we may not like the battle and we may not physically like the journey of that battle.
And that's what we're outlining here.
Right.
Okay.
So go ahead with the rest of what you've got.
situation here and what was happening here after the 2017 fires with many people that lost their homes.
They were able to move into Airbnbs on the coast but in most instances they could only stay because of contractual arrangements with the rental program for a couple of weeks and then they had to move to another Airbnb and we had a number of friends that moved To maybe four or five various properties under the Airbnb contractual arrangements before they felt like vagabonds and were so
stressed out after losing their homes that that was no longer a viable emotional option for them either.
But I want to go into this, and I think this is also extremely important.
We're having forced blackouts now worldwide.
Where the controllers of the grid, now that the majority of the grid is smart metered, and the smart meters can be controlled remotely and turned off, and they can also turn off sections even before the smart meters.
And that's what we're experiencing.
And here in California and other areas too, we have what they call red flag fire warnings.
And we've just experienced this about a week ago.
And what that means is that weather conditions are such that our utility, Pacific Gas and Electric, that is a convicted felon, by the way, will turn off the power.
And a red flag fire warning is based upon the weather conditions, of course, which they create.
So the created weather conditions for the power outages are as follows.
They say severe heat, which we had three-digit heat about a week or more ago, winds, and low, low humidity.
Now they leave out the heavy chemtrailing.
So for all of you that are listening, when you see unusually high heat, you see heavy chemtrailing, you see low humidity, Lookout.
What we're doing now is we're having lookouts, literally physically lookouts.
I go back to my boat analogy because when I lived on a boat, we had to always have someone topside with binoculars to survey the horizon, make sure we weren't going to be encountering a freighter that didn't see us, for example.
Well, when we have these weather conditions that are being created and we know that fires are a weapon and now fire is a business, we need to look out.
We need to have lookouts and we're going to have, as I mentioned I think in the beginning of the program, Terry, a video posted about a neighborhood fire and power outage Preparation, and this again is being discussed with a 30-year retired fire captain with some excellent tips, and I hope that everyone sends this far and wide.
The purpose of this neighborhood meeting was not to bring in any of the outrageous realities that all of us know, most of us know, but to bring in Practical tips that even somebody that doesn't understand or recognize weather weapons or fire as a business,
but just to bring hardening up tips to talk about what each property owner must now have for fire protection.
And they're sensible.
They're expensive.
But if we're going to survive, we're going to need tools.
And what we're now also seeing is insurance coverages being canceled.
And at the end of the day, coupled with the weaponized fire events, insurance is going to be and flooding.
This insurance canceling is also going to apply to the low-lying coastal areas.
We know that in Del Mar Beach in Southern California, a low-lying, very wealthy beach community that was protesting the planned retreat agenda in their planning departments which meant as there was coastal shore erosion and or sea level rise that they were going to have to just walk away from their properties as they allowed them to be consumed by the sea and in many instances they would
have to demolish their homes and just walk away well they're wealthy property owners they didn't want their properties defined that way And so there was a legal battle.
They prevailed in not having that planned retreat in their building and planning codes.
But then FEMA came in and identified the area as a flood area.
And they're unable now to get flood insurance.
This is how the corporate bankster agencies are working together.
And so insurance is going to be the downfall for many who own property, particularly if you have mortgages because mortgages require coverage.
Mortgages are the bankers and the insurance are the bankers and they're working together so that there are foreclosures based on the inability to get insurance.
We see in Nevada City, California, for example, which is only 45 minutes from Paradise that was burned up and we're seeing that the property owners are not having their insurance extended.
So they can't sell and people can't buy unless they pay for cash and self-insure and don't worry about insurance.
So we're in a real interesting clash of a perfect storm with technologies and weapons systems and policies.
And it's coming at us from many directions.
And I think the only way that I think people can feel more comfortable is to continue to surround yourself with like-minded people that are growing in the understanding of reality so that you realize that you are with other people.
But before I continue with that conversation, I want to talk about this.
This is a solar alert.
Because of increased blackout worldwide, in other words, when they turn the power off, and because now here in California and elsewhere, solar panels are now required in 2020 in all new construction.
Now, the current setup for solar is a weapon.
It is a weapons system, and I'm going to explain it.
As people set up their solar, there's confusion, number one.
You'll see solar panels on people's roofs in your neighborhood, and you'll think, great, they're not going to experience electrical power shutoff because they've got solar from the sun.
That's not correct.
If the utility company or when the utility company turns off the power shutoff, Their solar is not operative, even in a sunny day.
And that's a big misunderstanding.
People need to understand that.
They must have battery backup in order to store the electricity that they create so that when the power is shut off, they can then rely on the storage of their batteries.
Now, the problem with the batteries is that they are Tesla batteries.
They require Wi-Fi connections and a wireless connection into Tesla.
This is horrific because it is connected to the Internet of Things.
Now going forward into the solar world, people need to look at different types of batteries because the Tesla batteries explode and shrapnel from those explosions fly everywhere.
And they start fires, and the fires are very, very difficult to put out.
This is almost like a suicide bomber walking into your garage where they recommend the Tesla batteries be installed in your garage and pulling the pin and blowing it up.
Many homes have burned down.
There's been much damage as a result of batteries blowing up.
You can type that in, lithium ion batteries and explosions, and see for yourself.
So the battery backups that we're being told to use, because they're saying that there will be cheaper batteries in the future, there will be more cost-effective, but this is the best we have right now, that's just a PSYOPs.
To not have you look at the options that are available right now and options of batteries that do not blow up and are not connected to Wi-Fi and to the Internet of things.
So I cast this out.
This is extremely important because what we also now know is there's a corporation called SunPower.
And it's consolidating the solar energy market.
And in the 90s, SunPower received initial funding from the associate venture investments and technology funding, an R&D contract, and the support and backup of the U.S. Department of Energy.
And we are quietly being forced into a new economic system by our own governments, which are corporations, which I've been talking about.
So the planned power outages will nudge people to install solar and battery backup and the power grid is being transitioned and we're being told different energy sources that are more sustainable are necessary to save the planet and reduce extreme weather events.
We're being told if we transition off of everything that we have had as far as resources go or reduce usage We can change the climate.
So what they're saying now is going to be the main renewable energy for electric sources are solar, because they're going to commandeer that.
I've just explained.
Wind also, which is, of course, unreliable because the weather is controlled.
Solar is also controlled, by the way, because of increased solar dimming.
So I'm adding that.
to the reality of solar, and we discovered also that most of the major countries, along with Rothschild, have a corporation in play called Solaren, S-O-L-A-R-E-N, where they're literally bypassing the land-based solar systems,
and they're going to be literally sequestering the sun from satellites, and then they'll be able to beam directly But then they're also saying solar wind, geothermal, and waves, ocean waves, are the way that we're going to supply the electricity of the future.
This is all necessary waste.
This is all unthinkable because everything is controlled by the weather.
And they're literally cutting us off from anything reliable at all.
As all these replacements are, other than geothermal, are reliant upon weather.
But geothermal, again, comes with its host of added detrimental health consequences and We talk about that in one of the YouTubes we have up on Stop Crime.net.
So they're telling us that we have to do all of this to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, to stop increasing weather events due to climate change.
Okay, Deborah, so I want to interject here that we also, the way climate originally comes about on planet Earth is through human emotions.
And our connection with the elements around us.
So nothing is actually operating like independent of the other.
So that means that we can actually turn all of this around.
And I think it is important what you do.
Obviously, I have you on my show.
I want you to talk about these things.
But I also want to balance it from time to time so that people remember who they are and what this is doing, what this sort of...
Boiling the frog, clamping down on humanity slowly, and the fight back by the light is giving us the opportunity to use our special powers that we have.
And we have more and more humans coming on the planet every day who will have access to these powers.
Yes, we do.
And we can change this scenario.
And we can also change it in our local areas and around each other if we...
Put out more positive energy and begin to use that energy to push away some of these very dark sort of diabolical plans.
And eventually, this is going to turn around on planet Earth because we have obviously a vested interest as do various other ET races, the ones that were involved in creating this vehicle.
They didn't create us or our souls.
They created the vehicle.
So they have a plan, they back us in certain ways, and all we have to do is work with them and work with the forces, or with the force, however you want to look at it, and begin to turn this around.
So I just want to say that that's what, you know, the message behind things like the X-Men movies really has a positive side.
So it's showing you the dark side, but it's also showing you the powers that you have access to.
It's simply Humanity is often stimulated by the negative to create, to come alive in a sense, and come into the positive as a reaction.
That's exactly right.
I agree with that, that we come alive when we realize what the darkness is.
And it's only by describing some of the darkness that people will understand.
Yes.
And correct thinking about understanding what the problems are, what the opposition is up to.
So what you do is a very important thing.
And service to humanity.
So I just want to clarify for people that during this talk, that we understand that we can fight back and we are fighting back.
And this is what our missions here as souls coming into a very, you know, as we say, polarized environment is to actually work against that, to take it as a challenge.
Rather than a defeatist kind of attitude towards the future.
Well, that's exactly true.
But I will add this.
Learning the dark in order to bring in the light, for me, has from time to time caused truth trauma.
And I think that's what's allowed me to really see the light and the dark and realize that's what it is.
And then to activate, as you say, activate and work hard to make a difference in defense of humanity.
Now I want to just talk about this right now too, because I find this to be of importance.
Well, two things.
There are many more than two things.
But back on the 20th, when they had the school strike on climate change, We went down to our local courthouse square and we filmed the kids that had walked out that day.
And we filmed the signs.
This will be up on StopTheCrime.net.
It's not up yet.
But what we saw in the sea of signs were children and kids that have been so, so traumatized by the threat That maybe they've only got 10 more years left until all the older people kick in policies of economic absolute destruction to save them because these kids have been psyopsed in school.
And it's a very dangerous place to send your kids.
And many, many parents now are unschooling.
Not homeschooling.
Unschooling.
And you may want to look into that.
Because what has happened is because parents are now working, the kids are occupationally orphaned in schools of disinformation.
And we are turning our children into mental basket cases.
We're creating massive mental illness in our kids that are too young to understand what is happening.
And they're seeing the older populations...
Not working as rapidly as they're being taught in school.
The work needs to be done or they die.
They die.
So that's an important thing to look at with what I'm going to talk about now in mind.
Now, this is illustrating only one such situation, but I'm going to go over this and you've got to expand this globally because this is what is happening.
We're seeing an increase in In counties that are requesting grants to support public safety mental health responses.
And an example is in Santa Barbara, California, the home of the rich and famous.
And Santa Barbara hosts many celebrities.
And Santa Barbara also hosts the acceptance of a $2.145 million grant to support mental health and co-response.
So they're thrilled about this funding.
But I want everybody, number one, to remember, grants are tax money.
There's nothing free.
And what we're watching in every single city, every single community, everywhere, is the economic hitman teams coming in and literally Co-opting our cities, putting them in such a state of payback requirements that cities are going to go under too.
But I'm going to talk about what I posted on StopTheCrime.net, and you can find this under email blastouts.
And we say, watch out, mental health support teams are coming after you, and they are.
Because many of you know that we've been exposing targeted individuals and we're all targeted.
So it's important to know that we're being labeled mentally ill if we do not agree with the illusion.
And so armed with grant money, which is of course our money, which is increasing city debt obligations, and this is happening not just with mental health money, but with all kinds of grants.
You can go onto your city website And inquire about the various hundreds of grants that they're taking on to literally bankrupt your city.
But the cities will hunt for more revenue as they are bankrupted by the grants that they're taking and make no mistake.
And our pockets will be reached into pickpocket style for additional taxes.
And this is going to continue to collapse the housing market and our ability to feed ourselves And the cost of living will go sky high.
And we will require mental treatment for being depressed and unable to survive.
And we're being asset stripped.
And if we crack under the stress of the economic hit teams, we will be restrained by mental health programs for our safety while being exploited and made homeless.
I don't know about you, but I see Hundreds and hundreds of homeless encampments all around Sonoma County.
And it is escalating all the time.
And this is another word that many of you are hearing.
It's the word resilient.
And we're being told that we must be resilient.
We're also being told if we're not able to handle the continual loss of the economic hitman teams in our wallets or the weather weapons assaults that we will be given mental support which will include data tracking crisis intervention mobile crisis and intervention teams assisted by law enforcement so we must remain sane in this growing world of insanity or we will be restrained for our own safety So
this article, again, is posted on the email blastout section about Santa Barbara and the mental health grant that was recently accepted.
These grants are becoming a nationwide mental health institution as more and more people literally become unhinged.
And as you were saying, Carrie, the importance of us being here and seeing light and dark It's also the recognition that this is very difficult for many people emotionally to understand why their paychecks are shrinking,
why they can't buy the food they need or pay the rent and they have to move onto the streets or have to hunt for a roommate, which is, of course, a very good viable option, finding a roommate, but this is the kind of shrinkage that is happening.
That is creating emotional stress and literally the lack of self-esteem, the reduced self-esteem, as we see things disintegrate right from underneath our feet.
And that's what we do and what we attempt to do at StopTheCrime.net is to show the documents to understand what is happening so that we as contributing humans Can contribute to a better reality, a better today, a better tomorrow.
If we still march within the illusion of a voting system that is an illusion, we're losing lots of good people that are involved in elections, in arguments, in fighting, again, all intended to keep us divided.
So my hope is that we can Organize ourselves to the extent that we can help ourselves as best possible as we face technologies and weapons and policies that are literally on steroids coming down upon us.

But, you know, these kinds of things are all going to change the way we are able to operate.
So I just want to say in an encouraging way that we need to know what the opposition is in order to work against it.
And so we cannot be deceived.
There is also this individual called, I think her name is Greta, if I have it right.
Oh, that young woman that's leading the youth into the deception of false climate change rather than weather weapons.
But what you have is this very strange union of opposites going on so that people are unable to separate things out to understand what things really mean.
So we have a well-intentioned idea, which is to try to fight climate change, as they want to call it, But the reality is that climate change is being created not by our ineptitude, not by us damaging the Earth, but on the contrary, by much larger cosmic things going on.
We're going through different areas of the galactic center.
We're changing things.
What is going on here on planet Earth?
There's climate change on Mars and Venus and all of the other planets.
Richard Hoagland and David Wilcock wrote a very important paper on this.
But people do not have right thinking, so they don't understand where all this is coming from.
When they protest these children against climate change, what they really are asking Is that their governments step in.
When the government steps in, then you have repression.
Then you have basically Nazi Germany.
This is the kind of thing that they are asking for without realizing it.
They're asking for further holding back of our creativity.
And that's really what the bottom line of what's going on with the dark side.
The dark side wants humanity to have no creativity, to be under orders, to be restricted in all ways.
So this, unfortunately, these young people who are influenced by someone named like Greta, who's probably controlled by the Illuminati I believe she comes from an Illuminati family.
And this is the kind of thing where she will have...
As a child, okay, not necessarily diabolical intentions, but her good intentions will be turned to serve the dark.
And this is not an unusual situation.
It's a very public situation, but it's important to understand that our children, it's not to be blaming these children because they think wrong, because they're being told not how to think, but what to think, if you can kind of see the distinction.
Well, Well, that's absolutely true, and I think when you see the post that we'll be putting up on StompTheCrime.net of our summation of the climate walkout by the schools here on the 20th of September, I think you'll see the demonstration of these kids.
We chose, actually, and I want to add this because I think it's important, We as adults, I guess you might say, because in the newspaper it asked, would adults please attend the climate strike walkout?
And it was interesting, and you'll hear me talk about that while I'm there during the walkout, but they didn't really want adults to say anything other than what the kids had been told in school.
And because...
We have to recognize that these kids are traumatized into a belief system of, as you were saying, Carrie, asking for the government to help.
And they're horrified, and they really are in tears.
Many are in tears in fear of their life.
And so rather than to try to walk in and show weather weapons or climate change or geoengineering types of information, We walked in carefully around the peripheral, and we really just held up one piece of information.
And it was a former quote by William Casey, the CIA director, in 1981.
And it was large, and we saw kids taking pictures of this.
And it was...
Not threatening in the sense that we were opposing why they were there, but it said, well, no, our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false.
And that put a question out there without causing necessarily some face-to-face oppositional comments.
And then I guess the final thing, I guess we could leave this program on if you choose to, Terry, is a few of the words that John F. I've just heard that Stephen Kelly, Stephen D. Kelly has made a video in which he is accusing me of extremely outlandish, crazy stuff like child trafficking.
Which is so bizarre, but it does indicate that we are having a big impact out there, that the Mark Richards material is making waves.
I am going to be posting today a letter written by Mark Richards against some of his attackers.
And in my latest Mark Richards release that was released yesterday, you will hear some of his thoughts about this kind of thing.
The bottom line is that they don't want the ET reality shared.
Stephen D. Kelly has been a speaker at my conferences.
He has been a friend in the past.
I have no idea why he would be turning to the dark side at this date.
I am very sorry to hear he's also accusing Miles Johnson of this kind of thing.
And Miles, I have known over the years, you know, we are hardworking.
We have no time for these nefarious deeds that people accuse us of.
We both exist on very small budgets.
And, of course, we have an incredible love of humanity.
And I have been fighting against pedophilia and bringing guests on to speak about this regarding Epstein and other matters for many, many years.
And, of course, adore children.
So all I can say is that these kinds of accusations simply mean That the dark side is running out of ideas on how to shut us up, on how to shut my channel up, and that our growing subscriber list indicates that people are listening and are being influenced.

The people who can't handle the truth.
And this is what they do.
They serve the dark.
So please understand that.
And I'm very sorry to hear that such a person would be now turning against me out of the blue.
I've had no dealings with him for probably...
I did have him back on my show not so long ago.
I thought maybe a year ago or two.
So all this transition in his thinking has just, I guess, recently happened.
And that is what it is.
We are going to see others turning from the light to the dark.
Their minds are going.
Their minds are being influenced.
They're being taken over.
These are very real realities that can happen to people out there.
So keep yourself together, stay healthy, stay bright, and stay in truth.
