AN UPDATE WITH PETER PAGET FORMER SPY FOR THE CROWN

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hi there, I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot, and we are here in the holiday time, actually, with Peter Padgett, and it's really a joy to be here and see you in person again.
And we just thought we'd catch a quick update with you, really, to see what's going on, and I think you've got a new book out, so we wanted to sort of bring that to the fore.
So tell us, why the new book, why now?
Well, the new book came out this year.
That one's for you.
Excellent.
Okay, and I hope you enjoy that.
And it is autographed, which is very exciting.
I have autographed it.
Thank you.
Yes, for you, especially.
Thank you.
And that's an update of a book that I originally had published in 1980, but I've added a lot of information in there, which I couldn't technically release at that time, principally about Rendlesham.
And all of that.
I won't cover that now, I just covered in great detail in the book and elsewhere.
And then prior to that, this year, I also reissued the Welsh Triangle, Revisited, which was, have you read that yet?
No, but I've been meaning to, so I'm really interested that you updated it.
Yeah.
Why have you updated it?
Well, that was published in 1979.
Right.
And that was all about the American listening station in West Wales, the United Kingdom, which was listening not only to Russian submarines, but also to USOs, or detecting them in such a manner.
Which is undersea.
Undersea, unidentified, submersed objects or submersible objects.
And there was lots I couldn't say then, which I've managed to say in the Welsh Triangle Revisited.
So that brings that up to date this year, 2018, it's now 2019.
We're on the very first, second day of 2019.
And that's brought all that up.
It's a bigger book.
It's better presented.
It's re-edited.
All the original words are in there.
So this book, actually in its original form, did very well.
It was published over ten years, sold in three languages, over nearly half a million copies.
So I'm very pleased to, and these are available on Amazon.
So, although some people said, why are you issuing old books, Peter?
Actually, the old stuff is still very valid and needs to be reassessed and also updated with what we now know because we didn't always realise what we were looking at in those times.
We had the information, but we hadn't really analysed it properly.
So, that was interesting.
And then, of course, previously we had my autobiography, Secret Life of a Spook, because I was asked by various authors I'm a complete idiot, you see.
I'm a complete fake.
That's great.
That's deniable responsibility.
Off the books, left of field, and allows them to do things which they don't.
wouldn't be able to officially admit to.
Although, interesting now, there's a lot more, as you know, with your whistleblowers, a lot more people coming out now who are saying, hey, we were commissioned, you know, for the last 20, 30 years to investigate this kind of stuff.
Sure.
But the question will always be, you know, and I have read this, is there anything in here that you've been sort of taken to task over or threatened over?
Because I know you have had some recent threats that might interest people.
Well, a lot of this stuff that is in the kind of grey zone, the kind of unofficial areas, It makes certain people uncomfortable in the corridors of power.
Not the politicians per se, because they're usually the front men.
And yes, I kind of observe the rules, but if I get towards the edge of the boundaries, then I perhaps might get an indication that, well, that's enough, Peter.
You know, you can't say more than that.
So I probably can only say at any one time about 30% of what I know.
And maybe in 20 years' time I could say some more, because I'm beyond the 30-year rule now.
On the Welsh Triangle, we're beyond the 30-year rule, but we're still within the 50-year rule, you see.
I see.
So you're really saying, though, that if I have an old version of the Welsh Triangle, I must read the new one, because it's got some elaboration.
Absolutely.
Also, I've played tricks, and I've declared this, is that in these three books, that one, and that one, and that one, There is code.
There is code.
If you have got an insight into how the intelligence community thinks, and you've got a Rosetta Stone, you say, oh yeah, well he said that, but actually I know what he's really saying.
But I can't say in print, you see.
I can say something which, if you know what it means...
Oh, if you refer from one book to the other.
Well, that's what I was going to say.
You can add two plus two and actually get three or four or five or whatever it happens to be.
So it's not a bad thing to actually try to read all three.
Yeah, because they do work together and they do refer to each other.
And I try to excite people's...
I try to wake their little grey cells up and have them do their own research because these books refer to other research which they need to do.
I'm not telling them what to think.
I never do that.
I say, you know, you need to actually go out there and do your own thinking and do your own research and come to your own conclusions because I'm always happy to say that I've been wrong.
I know that some things I said 30 years ago were incorrect, or they were not very accurate.
Or I was compartmentalised, so I was being given that picture, which in fact was part of that picture.
And so I'm always about trying to say to people, well, come on, you need to do your own research, make up your own mind.
Absolutely.
Well, that's, you know, that's because you're a conscientious individual.
Hopefully.
But some people out there, you know, have seen you speak at my conferences.
If you're lucky, you can actually watch those presentations, which are wonderful, really, at all of my conferences in Great Britain.
And there have been several over the years, Awaken Aware, and it's on Vimeo.
So I highly recommend that.
But on top of it, I did interview you, I believe, even on my channel...
As I recall, doing a kind of an update.
I think it was maybe a year ago or something like that.
So what I'm wondering is, do you want to tell people really where you think things are at at this moment?
Because we're right on the verge of January 2019.
It's a very...
Exciting time.
We're right on the edge.
And at this time, you've chosen to re-release but to update your books, which appears to be quite a bit of work.
One of them, of course, is the one that you wrote.
It's the autobiography, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, there's a few thousand words there.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, genuinely, I believe that in 2019 and running into the early part of 2020, we are at a very cuspal time internationally and in economics and awareness and exploration.
Right.
I believe that the human race probably will need to be...
We're stalwart in dealing with stresses and changes and challenges.
May you live in interesting times.
It's a Chinese curse.
And I think these are going to be interesting times.
There are a number of different reasons.
I mean, the American administration will now have its sights on the next election, which begins to kick things in.
They have a limited amount of time to get certain things done, which were part of their mandate, part of their policy.
Britain is going through Brexit, which will cause enormous trouble to the Europeans, the European Union.
Much more economic problems to the European than it will to us.
We're actually relatively independent.
The Ramonas and the Doomsayers will not be proven correct.
I mean, we have a bit of turbulence, but we've been, you know, an international trading nation for thousands, hundreds of years.
We haven't got any problems.
And it's only because people have been, you know, used to the EU being our governors, in effect, for the last 40 years, that they've been a bit uncomfortable.
I think Brexit's going to throw up a lot of interesting things.
And the ET thing, you know, I think there will be a degree of continued disclosure.
Okay.
I was going to say exposure, funny enough.
No, that's good.
Freudian slip.
I mean, I have to say, and I'll be candid about this, a lot of the ET functions are negative.
You know, there's both positive and negative, like on the human civilization.
You can't say they're good or bad, you know, there's different factions, there's different agendas.
And the negative side try to hold down their exposure because people would be very upset about it.
Their whole breeding program, their whole...
Using the United Nations and using the world as a farm to extract whatever resources they need.
And a lot of these so-called ETs are here, been here for 13,000 years or more.
They never left.
This idea that they come here, well, some of them do, but a lot of them are here all the time.
It's just that you're not aware of them because they have this ability literally to remain out of sight.
Well, that's been proven.
And I go into that a bit in the book, so I will go into detail here.
But they regard this as kind of like a safari park, where largely you leave the ecology alone.
You know, you take that sort of view that, well, it does whatever it does, you don't interfere.
But, at the same time, they're taking out a few wildebeest on a regular basis.
Well, and there are deals the military has made to allow them to have certain territories, right?
Yeah, there have been various trades, there have been various trades.
But they didn't need that permission.
They can do whatever they want because they have the technology to do so.
It's like sometimes when you get Yeah, that's...
So what you're being shown is always yesterday's technology.
And the higher technology is always a state secret.
They're always going to keep that, whether it's America, Russia, China, Britain, France, they're always going to keep that in classified conditions.
Well, along those lines, you know, because you really have been, I'm going to say, infiltrated the UFO community for quite some time, and you had your own real concerns, your own legitimate investigations and so on that you did.
And I guess some, maybe even all, on behalf of the Queen or the administration?
Well, I've always been trying to bring the best out of situations as an individual.
From the age of 17, I... I've worked with the United Kingdom at a very high level.
Intermittent period, sometimes not.
And I've always been trying to bring the best out of it.
I respect the fact that you have to do things in compartments.
You have to have security.
The idea that you can be a completely open, free society, Is idealistic bollocks.
We have enemies.
You have in America enemies.
Other people have enemies.
You have people who are negative, who are just destructive, not even having a political agenda.
They're just plain destructive.
And although I believe in democracy, and I believe in the upholding of democracy, I also believe that you have to Have a degree of responsibility.
Right, but you also had your own government go after you.
Yeah, yeah, I've annoyed people.
Yeah, and you even had, was it an attempt on your life this year?
No, we don't want to discuss that.
Okay, we won't discuss it.
But enough to say for the people to realize that although you've been, I guess you call it, on side, because, you know, with them, at the same time, they have, I don't know if it's factions in the government, have taken a strong dislike to some of your moves.
Yeah, I mean, you have, you see, you can't generalize.
There are always compartments and elements and levels.
Right.
Sometimes one compartment will not know even of another compartment's existence.
For example, Special Branch.
I've worked with Special Branch, which is a UK security outfit.
They won't even tell the office in the next manner, as we call it, that they're working in that manner.
Right.
There is internal security.
The joke is that Special Branch and the canteen do not speak to Uniform Branch, and nor the other way around.
It's a mystery to each other.
So, Unfortunately, what that allows is a lot of corruption.
I'm not saying in special plants, I might say the Met, but there's a lot of corruption in all authorities that have security, because it allows for things to go on that are strictly out of order.
But if you can clamp down on it, And then they can, if it gets uncovered, they can produce a cover story or a snow job.
People can be distracted or it can be dressed up as something else.
We were discussing, just out of interest to be topical, that the shutdown of Gatwick Airport by the drone Or drones must have been a cover story.
There must have been a cover story.
Even Sussex Police kind of said that, and it's in their manner.
There was something going on.
We don't know what was going on, but it wasn't just drones.
That was some kind of cover-up, and whatever it was must have been very serious.
But they're not going to tell the general public what that was because maybe it would be disturbing or what have you.
It reminds me when Tony Blair put tanks outside Heathrow Airport some years ago.
There was nothing going on.
It was a political move.
He just wanted to create a crisis at that time.
Well, that is interesting, yeah.
And there's also been moves of ships, you know, submarines and ships going to certain countries.
I remember when Obama sent a bunch of ships...
I think it was outside of India somewhere.
It's like a chess game.
You see, when you're playing chess, and my father taught me chess at a very early age, you predicate a move by lots of preparation.
Right.
And when you see a bishop moving across the ball there, you don't say, well, where's that going?
You say, well, what's going to come three moves later?
So when you're in my kind of job over the years as an analyst, you're always trying to predicate what's the next move to the existing situation.
Sort of like taking troops out of Syria, for example.
And where that might be going.
Well, we said earlier, it's not where they're coming out from, it's where they're going.
I'd say they go to the Middle East, but not to Syria.
They probably won't move them very far because they've got all the kit out there.
They're moving all the kit.
It takes a lot of logistics, so they probably move them around the block, but I know nothing.
Well, let me ask you this, though, because you did update this.
Is this your most recent updated book?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, well, I want to say that.
Is there something in here that you could give somebody a tidbit?
There's a certain incident, you know, where there's a different twist on it or something particularly striking.
You don't have to say what it is, but...
Well, this particular one does go into Rendersham, which was, I'll say this in plain English, the diffusing of the nuclear arsenal that was at Bentwater's.
All of the rubbish that you might hear about people coming down the lines from helicopters and lighthouses and everything else and all the capture assassination is complete and absolute 125% rubbish.
Everybody knows, both sides of the Iron Curtain at that time, it was the defusing of the nuclear triggers in the arsenal at Brentwater's base.
We no longer had a nuclear deterrent.
Now that was...
A very critical piece of security, because if your enemy, in that case you would say the USSR at that time, knew that you didn't have a nuclear deterrent, you haven't got a deterrent.
So there was every good reason for keeping it secret.
Even now they're trying to sort of say, oh, it was something else.
Now the question arises there, because people will ask this question if they're thinking, is, well, if that was done by certain forces from the sky, At that time, for whatever reason, has it continued?
No.
It's continued sporadically.
But there's now such a proliferation of mobile nuclear weapons.
Russia and America have, you know, very much a lot of mobile units.
And they're much more hardened from a Faraday Cage point of view.
They're not so easily taken down.
Although...
SpaceX has had a few things taken out, as you know, just as a demonstration.
We can do this.
I would say, because of the maintenance program that goes on all of these systems, nuclear systems, is you never know which weapon is alive and which weapon has been killed.
And that some of them have been killed.
And you don't know if there was an incident, could that weapon be killed out in quick or in short order?
Probably yes.
There will never be a nuclear war as an international nuclear war.
There will never be a nuclear war.
There might be a tactical grass fire situation.
Where nuclear shells or tactical nuclear weapons might be used or has been used in the past by various people.
Because these units can be very small and can be very targeted and very confined.
Maybe only take out 300 meters in any one direction.
They can be that small.
To what degree does ET, UT, manage the human race, maintain the safety in the kindergarten so the kids don't set fire too much of the toys?
Very questionable.
I would say, we were discussing this earlier, that with the increase in AI in the human cybernetic world, which is huge...
I mean, I was involved in the early days of computers at Birmingham University, which was third generation after Bletchley, which was the code cracker.
Right.
You know, compared to where we were then, we're exponentially, hugely beyond that in the cyber world.
Supercomputers are now super, super duper computers, and AI is now already out there and conscious, conscious in its own right.
So, AIs, whether they be from China, Russia, United States, United Kingdom, France, or whatever, or the private ones, the private ones, or the ET ones, they are all having their own agendas.
And vying with each other for some kind of control or superiority or suppression of each other's tactic.
So it's a huge...
You know the Star Trek three-dimensional chess game?
You've probably got them at home.
It's that on the grand scale.
Up and down and left and right.
Well, just because it's been out there lately, the control stations, number one on the Moon, actually in Saturn, they are also players in this game.
In other words, we have AI on the ground here, but we've also got some control mechanisms going on.
Well, I can verify the Moon.
You need to read Ken's Moon, book by Shepard.
No, not Shepard Johnson, my apologies.
Yeah, there's a lot of kit on the moon which is run by the units that came here 13,000 years ago and have run the place ever since, more or less.
Very few people, I mean a few thousand people, not that many.
Imperial, Their system is imperial.
It's not democratic, I assure you.
And there's facilities on Mars.
I can't talk about Saturn.
I don't know.
I've never been to Saturn.
Fair enough.
There's some interesting things happening in the news, at least according to the news, in the rings of Saturn right now, saying that they're actually...
I don't know, dissolving or something, doing something.
There's some astronomical changes in the rings, principally due to resonance.
The small particles that rotate in the rings, that form all rings, are governed by resonance, like in a pattern of dust particles on a table that's vibrating.
Well, we're told they're crystalline.
A lot of ice, and what have you.
And if you change something here, You will resonantly change something over here.
But whether it's intellectually artificial or whether it's a natural process, I'm not in a position to say.
I don't know.
The Sun is very quiet at the moment, but there's a lot going on in the solar system and on Earth.
And changes.
And I did effectively predict some seismic and volcanic activity just in this past week or two, which was extraordinarily accurate.
I don't like to be that accurate, but I was accurate.
But unfortunately, you can't tell people much because the people who were hit were in very third world countries in Indonesia.
And they have no communication system effectively to say, hey, get away from the beach.
Nor would probably they want to actually alert the people, necessarily.
I don't know.
But it is interesting.
I mean, the whole playing field is, as always, fascinating.
I'm wondering, you know, we still have vehicles disappearing when they get close to Mars, so...
Oh, yeah.
We've definitely got something going on there.
Mars defends itself.
Yes.
Phobos and Debos.
I mean, way back when that satellite was famously taken out, and the second satellite that was in arrears...
Behind, photographed the beam that came out and took out the first satellite that was due to go and see the satellite there, because they are artificial.
I mean, they might originally have been rocks, but they're totally artificial.
You can see the strip mining on the surface and the great big iron initial.
And they're hollow as well.
Yeah, very low density.
Now, people will want me to ask you this, and we're not going to be able to keep this going for a long time, because our camera equipment is limited here, but...
Antarctica.
You know, there's a lot of focus right now on Antarctica.
Of course, there were various things going, you know, John Kerry went during the election, so and so.
They did a deal.
So, are you aware of, is it a control mechanism?
Is it a certain group that's in control there?
Is there more than one group?
And the British have always been very active in Antarctica.
All nations have an interest in Antarctica, even Chile and places like it have research stations down there.
The Americans have a strong presence there with the South Antarctic base and the infrared telescope.
I would hazard a guess that there are three major concentrations of, how can I put it, technology down there, which are not within human democratic control. which are not within human democratic control.
They do not belong to one nation state or another.
They are something else.
And we have detected the energy that's come out from some of those that causes certain weather, critical weather situations.
And you can trace that back basically to the old German territories.
If you go into Antarctica and you look at the German names, you get a pretty good clue.
And they were always off base.
Nobody was ever allowed there after the Second World War, after High Jump.
Nobody was allowed back in that area at all.
And my gut feeling, reading the signs, is that various people went down there and They agreed not to pressure that situation.
I think a deal was done.
Okay, but there are some investigations taking place that have to do with, at least some say, the melting of the ice and the revealing of the signs of the Atlantean civilization and the technology that was part of the Atlantean civilization.
Well, 13,000 years ago, although I don't have to be very accurate on this, because it's a period of 13,000 to 10,600 years ago, there was a major shift.
The poles moved a bit, not as much as they think, and the ice packs moved dramatically, and a lot was buried very quickly and flash-frozen.
Flash-frozen, like you put it in a, you know, in a kitchen where you put it in a flash-friezen, it's instantly frozen.
And, yeah, there's a lot...
Kind of on ice in both senses of the word down there.
And that does seem to be becoming more available to our human eyes now.
And they have done some drill holes down there.
They have also been backed off from doing drill holes.
How can I put this?
I think Trump knows.
Putin knows.
Thatcher knew.
Clintons know.
Various American generals know.
John Kerry knows.
I'm told that John Kerry knows, but go right ahead.
I don't know that.
I'm only telling you what I know.
And generally speaking, the consensus is...
Don't reveal much at this time about any of this.
But there's this constant drip feed.
There's a nice little drip feed through both films, fiction, and through the alternative media.
So you become familiar with things.
Oh, I think I've heard that somewhere.
So when it does become news, even though the news is structured, You kind of think, oh yeah, I've heard that before.
And that allows you to sort of deal with it and maybe have a programmed reaction to it.
I think there might be a tendency to try to set up various ET elements as potentially hostile in order that we have a defense.
And that might well be justified.
That might well be justified.
Maybe we're not strong enough to have a defense, because some of the ET actions over the years have been not very helpful to the human race.
Right, and they did take down Admiral Byrd and his efforts.
Well, High Jump was defeated in six weeks.
Yeah, Bird was a very, very senior man.
So, since then, we've, in a sense, kind of grown up.
We've certainly left Antarctica alone, for a large extent, other than having a few scientific stations.
But our technology now is really progressed.
Our technology now, in terms of the Americans, the Russians, the Chinese, who have the resources to really deploy it, is far in advance of what the general public thinks it is.
Cybernetically, it's much more in advance.
Technologically, it's much more in advance, and energetically, in terms of energy sources, it's much more in advance.
Now the question is, and it is an open question, we'll just pose this as a question, is that with 7.5 billion people on the surface of the Earth, and more and more automation, even in China, People's Republic of China, what do you do with that many people?
And I say that not as anybody with any kind of extreme views, but purely as a historical observer, is, hang on, you've got all these useful work elements, and I'm not just talking about the echelon, I'm talking about the base of the pyramid.
What are you going to do?
How are they going to be employed?
You've got an aging population.
People are getting older and older and older due to medical science.
There are various programs to try to reduce the population, but they're not very successful.
I think that's fascinating, actually.
And perhaps a lot more to that kind of story.
Again, I'm interested because I see humanity sort of...
Transcending, in a sense, its limitations, and this being the most worrying aspect for the powers that be, so to speak.
The powers that be are principally losing their power.
The standard establishments of the banking families, the dynasties, the political elements, are now radically losing their control.
Just by dint of technology, by dint of history, not because anybody's working against them.
The whole Internet thing.
Every man and his dog has got an internet channel.
We're recording this on an iPhone.
And the rising consciousness of humanity.
We have a feel.
I would hope the rising consciousness.
Somebody said, now, there's never been more information available, and never has it been less used.
Now, that's a quote I don't necessarily agree with, but the point is, the...
Impact on people constantly on a day-to-day, minute-by-minute basis to be constantly distracted by, oh, have a look at Catastrian's bum.
That looks really interesting.
I don't think so.
Look at this terrorist event over here.
I don't think so.
The real stuff is always not what you've got on the headlines.
It's always, that's distraction, that's distraction, look here, nothing to see here.
And you've got to be much more savvy.
Yes.
But it's uncomfortable.
If you want to live in your pink bubble, it's the comfortable place to be.
Don't do the kind of stuff that we do.
Because you will become intelligent, aware, and uncomfortable.
And you might even become a target.
Not if you're an old fox.
Okay, very good.
Which you and I are.
Hey, a bullet just went part.
Let's get rid of the old, but no, just kidding.
All right, so...
Ancient, ancient, not old.
No, it is a joy to be with you, as always.
And just a last question.
What about your Pleiadian contacts?
Are you still in contact, and are you having some nice contact?
Or is this sort of quiet at this time?
All right.
Well, there's your answer.
So, it's wonderful to talk to you.
I think people will be fascinated to see these very interesting, updated books.
And all of it backed, I want to say, an important sort of a backing to read your autobiography, to really understand the man.
And there's a lot of nonsense on the internet about you, unfortunately.
Oh, great!
Yeah, that's actually a combo.
Never believe a story until it is officially denied, right?
And the more flack you get, the more likely you are to be telling the truth.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
If you see a person like Johnson or you or me or anybody being really attacked, there is a reason.
And all these trolls, you know, these poor trolls in their bedroom are getting their few bucks a month to do this stuff.
And I'm so glad we're employing so many utterly useless people.
Fair enough.
Sorry.
End of round.
All right.
Well said.
So, listen.
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year to you.
It's going to be a very exciting year, as we've just said.
That was good.
Thank you so much.
And very, very highly recommended and exciting to read your updates.
You can reach me on my email, peterpaget.com.
P-E-T-E-R-P-A-G-E-T 2012 at yahoo.co.uk I'll say that again.
PeterPaget2012 at yahoo.co.uk I don't respond to Facebook, although I'm there, because there's too much.
There's too much volume.
I can't respond to it.
So I read your comments, but I don't respond to them.
You can email me.
And if you want to know which mountain to climb...
Hint, hint, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
Then I will try to help you in your personal question.
Don't ask me silly questions.
I will respond to them, but don't ask me stupid questions.
Use your own little grey cells.
Excellent.
Yes, absolutely.
And perhaps we'll have another conference this year.
We'll see what happens.
Awake and aware.
I've got a fourth book which I've been told not to publish.
Oh, wow.
Another book that you've been told not to publish.
The Dark Triangle.
Oh, very good.
I might be able to talk about it at your conference, but it will probably never get published.
Okay, so we have a cliffhanger.
Yeah.
Very good.
Because it's not the right time.
Well, that's saying this is January.
By June, who knows where we'll be.
What are you doing in the next 2,000 years of your life?
Well...
Of this life or another life or whatever, but yes.
All right.
