	We are here today with Deborah Tavares, Dr.
	Katherine Horton, and Alexandra J.B., and myself, and we're going to be having a roundtable discussion about how the legal system interfaces with things like Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030.
	So that is what our discussion is going to be about, and I'm going to switch screens here And bear with me as I've been having some weird computer issues, and so I'm going to have to go buy another computer, but this one is going to have to survive for the moment.
	So, and so as I say, we've got on the screen, Deborah Tavares is not on the screen, just so you know, because she is having computer issues at her end.
	And is on the phone with me, with us.
	And Debra, say hello to everyone so they can tell that you're going to be here.

	Please say hello and introduce yourself briefly, Catherine.
	Hello.
	So I'm very honoured to be again on this roundtable.
	Just briefly before we start, I can hear quite a lot of background noise.
	Is that my microphone that's giving me feedback?
	Because otherwise what I'll do during the show is I'll just mute myself when I'm not talking.
	So I just wanted to say hi.
	People probably know me less than everybody else.
	I'm fighting secret service criminality and the legal implanting of people and the use of Directed energy weapons on the civilian population, so that's me.
	Okay, and actually I'm going to ask you everyone to give a bit more information in just a minute and Alexandra, could you also introduce yourself?
	Hello, I'm Alexandra and I have a website from Illusion to Reality and three small YouTube channels in three languages and I'm really happy to be here and discuss also about,
	I hope we are going to discuss also the California fires that actually has been used, weapons of mass destruction on US population, which is quite a dangerous thing for us all.
	Okay.
	I mean, you are a nuclear power and your government or your military is attacking you with weapons of mass destruction and killing you.
	Yes, yes, quite.
	Okay, before we get into the discussion, though, what I want to do is I'm going to go around one more time.
	And this time I'm going to ask each person to give a bit more about yourself.
	In other words, because obviously we're going to be having the discussion and I think Maybe in the past we haven't been quite so good about talking about who you are so that people have an idea.
	They may have heard your name, they may even have seen you do various shows, but they may not know much about you.
	And that goes for everyone actually here except maybe me because I think perhaps my audience is going to know who I am.
	So let's start again with Debra Tavares.
	And Debra, or Tavares, sorry if I say your name wrong.
	Tavares is correct, yes.
	Tavares, okay.
	And so, Debra, if you could talk about your background a bit, how it pertains to the subject matter at hand, maybe, and whatever that means to you.
	So go ahead.
	Yes, absolutely.
	Okay, I'm Debra Tavares.
	I run StopTheCrime.net and also PrimaryWater.org, as well as SmartMetersMurder.com.
	And my evolution into being able to discuss what I am right now was coming out of the ether of the disinformation.
	It was very shocking, very disturbing.
	And as I like to say, it presented itself with a tremendous amount of truth trauma.
	I've spent many, many years in figuring out the system more or less from the documents that I build my discussions from that are all criminal.
	They all lead to genocide and they are adopted in all of our cities and communities worldwide.
	What do I mean by they as part of the conversation for today and not entirely would be the climate action and resilient action plans that are plans discussing the use and types of directed energy weapons through weather weapons that are going to be used on everyone worldwide and are and I Built from understanding these diabolical plans that were adopted years back in our city,
	in Santa Rosa, here in Northern California.
	And when I found and learned that those plans will be curtailing our water consumption and access to water, as well as all resources.
	The plans identify petroleum as fossil fuels, again building upon disinformation, scientific fraud, Because petroleum never came from dead dinosaurs or plant material.
	An excellent YouTube is the origins of oil.
	Also, the reality of water, because water is being transitioned into a killing machine.
	And what I mean by that is we have primary water.

	Understand that water is the renewable created down below the mantle of the earth.
	and comes up underneath all the poisons and toxins that are being presented to us in the atmospheric rain and snow melt levels of water and then the capturing of water in reservoirs and it's dire that everyone understand where water comes from because now this is going to be used for additional mind control and dumbing down and murdering the populations and what I mean by that quickly because I know that we have many legal
	issues to discuss and the lack thereof of a legal system that you're having today.
	But there is a document that describes the blending of wastewater treatment which is literally your poop and your urine and other biologicals and chemicals that are in the wastewater treatment systems.
	And this is going to become one of the predominant delivery systems with the illusion of lack of water and we have to reuse our waste.
	And what is happening with this is they are going to be injecting this poison toxic water in the streams above the reservoirs and creating a blend.
	That will be tested according to our Department of Water Resources And it will be observed as to the level of illnesses that the young and old suffer from this toxic mix of weapons that are now being delivered in our water system.
	This has been, of course, greatly financed.
	We see here that also the president of USA, Inc., our CEO-in-chief, has signed on to the idea That we need to spend billions and billions of dollars on wastewater treatment systems and desalinization.
	This is all part of a soft, slow kill.
	And it is being harnessed now.
	And it has been in play for quite some time.
	And so we're going to talk a little bit more about that.
	But my discovery into all of these things...
	came out of documents and as I continued to expand my world with the documents that I was looking at as a builder of many decades in Southern California and the family operated business and I started to see the curtailment of being able to do business wherein there were policies within the cities that were just not conducive to building housing as we had been able to I
	didn't understand that at the time, and it was when we stopped building, we're forced to stop building because we just couldn't get things to pencil out, that I started looking into all of our reality and ended up also flying to Washington, D.C., going into the records department to look up certain documents for verification.
	When we verified some specific documents that allowed the Department of Defense, according to congressional records, to use chemicals and biological weapons systems on the American civilian population without our knowledge or consent, of course I was horrified.
	Since then, I have looked at a number of CIA operations that have been occurring all over the world.
	And I would say that right this minute, besides all of the soft kill components that we face as a global society, immediately is the rollout of 5G and the frequencies and what we're discovering about the elimination of free will.
	And literally, when I look at that NASA war document that we've had on StopTheCrime.net for a number of years, that is entitled Robots, cyborgs, and it's about eliminating humans.
	And so this is clearly what we face in an illegitimate, corrupt legal system where evidence is not oftentimes allowed, and many of the realities that exist are not even observed.
	For example, chemtrailing is not happening.
	Vaccinations and death and autism increased rates is not happening.
	Many realities that are killing us solely and rapidly, according to this corrupt legal system where attorneys have bar cards, British Accreditation Regency, have been set up by the overlords, literally, to advance the soft kill mechanisms throughout this world.
	And we'll talk about that a little bit more.
	But then, of course, I got into smart meters and the assaults and attacks that now have resulted in In many in-home devices and of course we're now seeing the smart meters involvement in the fires here in Northern California and elsewhere because the smart meters were a militarized deployment through the military via the utilities that are run by Rothschild and other corporate structures and
	when you look at the way in which the meters were rolled out and this was all part of my journey when I was seeing people that were protesting that were targeted individuals had already been struggling with effects of consequences of ELF low low frequencies and were already damaged and then were resisting the deployment of smart meters for example in the Midwest
	here in the United States and During the mid-freezing temperatures of winter a few years ago, a number of people individually that were not obliging the deployment of a smart meter on their property, the utility companies turned off their power at the power pole.
	And that goes to show the brutality, the lack of concern for what is right, and that has been the journey That I have witnessed through the documents and through the deployment apparatus of a variety of different types of soft-kill weapons systems with frequencies.
	And I continued...

	Okay, so Catherine Horton, would you please speak as to how you got on this journey along those lines and also who you are.

	What I wanted to say is I can segue straight from what Debra was saying into my story, which will end up precisely with these heart meters.
	However, my journey was a totally different one.
	I used to be a high-energy physicist.
	I was a particle physicist first at the German electron synchrotron, Daisy in Hamburg, then at CERN in Switzerland.
	So I worked at CERN as a high-energy physicist on the biggest experiments, on the Atlas experiment.
	And I was stationed at CERN for a year and a half, and I was employed all throughout, you know, by the University of Oxford.
	I had many years in particle physics.
	I then changed to medical physics for a very short time.
	I saw what I considered to be very, yeah, quite shocking corruption.
	I didn't understand at the time.
	And two of my projects were literally ripped apart.
	So I submitted a complaint to...
	Oxford, the University of Oxford, and the biomedical department there.
	And I complained about my treatment, and I witnessed even more irregularities.
	And the senior tutor at my college also said, do not put in a complaint, or they will crucify you.
	I didn't know at the time what it meant.
	But then what happened is I saw so many irregularities, which these days I would call the First things of corruption and organized crime that I decided to study complex human systems and figure out why are they so corruptible?
	And why are all the systems that we see around us just so bad?
	So I changed basically from particle physics to brief students in medical physics and went straight into studying the physics of complex human systems.
	And this field in itself exists kind of in the area of systems analysis, but it's not really studied that much.
	So I basically went out on a limb and I first studied the English legal system.
	So I spent about a year at Oxford studying the English legal system, then economies and white collar crime and the financial system and currency systems, but from the point of view of physical systems.
	And through that, in my very first case study, I attended a high court hearing that was very famous at the time in London.
	It was Verizovsky versus Abramovich.
	And when I went into the high court, I started stalking me.
	And for years, I thought MI5 began at that court hearing.
	And this is what I first presented live in public.
	But then I launched an investigative team.
	I investigated secret service crimes for a year and a half.
	And then I discovered secret services, generational targeting and lifelong targeting starting in childhood or starting at university or at school.
	So I was in the current state of pathology that I started to be targeted and also to be sex trafficked.
	By Oxford and MI5 when I first went up as an undergraduate.
	So this is how I got in.
	I suffered years of gang stalking, systematic terror by the Secret Service Networks across Europe.
	I was also trafficked to VIPs.
	I experienced stalking by a UK Supreme Court judge.
	He then also stalked me 50 meters from my home in New York.
	So I started to be attacked With directed energy weapons, and I didn't even know what they were.
	And then in the year 2017, I discovered that I was implanted with microchips and advanced technology.
	And I discovered that Oxford is actually a leading research center for medical devices.
	It sounds very interesting and very blue-skinned.
	But I think it's an actual fact, enslavement and mankind.
	I journeyed in and I discovered, just like Deborah Tavares said, that we are facing a global Holocaust, the actual genocide programs.
	And I discovered that our smart meters are radiating an insane amount.
	And these smart meters, I measured my own and I discovered that smart meters are emitting a pulse every couple of seconds that basically pulses through the entire home.
	It passes through several walls.
	You can easily irradiate an entire two-story building and every room of that using just one smart meter.
	And I also discovered that these smart meters can be used for indoor surveillance, for 24-7 3D surveillance of people inside.
	They can also be used to give them cancer.
	And also, I believe, they can be used to interface with covert body implants that can then be used to mind control, to neurotech people.
	So this is my current status of knowledge and with that I would like to pass the bat on.
	Okay, I have worked in Sweden as a medical doctor for many years, neurologist and After that, also as a psychiatrist.
	And in 2012, I attended a court with eight medical doctors.
	And the judge has removed the weaknesses and totally re-made.
	The case.
	And it was so corrupted, she could go to jail for eight years for that.
	And after that, after this experience, I stopped working as a medical doctor because I didn't want to pay the taxes for this.
	And I decided to write a detective story.
	But what happened is that on 27th of February, In 2013, I happened to be in Czech Republic and I sent an article to Czech television about two spies, British spies who were murdered.
	One of them was Williams, Gareth Williams, that Catherine actually talked about also.
	He was found in a suitcase.
	I wrote about it to Czech television.
	It was also in connection with Julian Assange.
	And there was a link to a Swedish or another spy from the United States who happens to live close to Stockholm in Sweden.
	And he described how the British...
	Secret Service are really highly criminals and that the chief of the MI5 by then Jonathan Evans is a specialist on doing terrorism and the chief of MI6 that he's a specialist on overthrowing all foreign governments.
	And after that, my friends called me that English-speaking men are searching me in Sweden, where nobody would know that I live there in the flat of my friends.
	Yes, I can appreciate that.
	Certainly this information is not intended to go out, right?
	I didn't.

	They have attacked my computer, and then the British didn't want to have the information out, so they have done cyber attacks, a DDoS attack on Against Czech Republic media and the server in four days.
	It was between the 4th and 7th of March 2013.
	Then I continued to...
	These spies have done the same thing with attacking...
	Didus attacks on both South Korea and North Korea and wanted to provoke a conflict.
	I saw it and I tried to stop it because I could see that they were prepared to take down North Korea and take their resources.
	And it was how I got in to fight Against the top of Illuminati, the boss of Illuminati.
	He communicated to me like five years later, in the middle of March 2018, that now we have anniversary of our fighting.
	And what I have done After that, I have learned that the Illuminati use a language in mainstream media, which is coded.
	I believe it was invented in California or in your country, Kerry and Deborah, that they use.
	And it's not like handshakes only that we know from the Freemasons.
	This is like a language that they say the head of Illuminati alone gave orders.
	For example, on 16th of April 2018, we will do During Full Moon, a nuclear attack on Abu Dhabi.
	And they can see it, all of them.
	You cannot see it because you don't know their language, code language.
	I can see it.
	So on 15th of April 2018, I revealed it.
	I write it to both police, United States, to Swedish Secret Service, to Russian...
	And I write to all of them that I am sending this to all of them, also to Kerry and others.
	And the meaning is that they are prevented by that, because I also write, if it happens, it's the head of Illuminati, William Mandaun, who is responsible, and the other Illuminati, Evelyn Rothschild, And then the usual thing is that they don't do it.
	And I describe also how if they will use submarines, nuclear submarines, how they describe or they will use Some rocket, so I can see it also, and I describe it, so they cannot do it simply.
	And what they do, for example, in this case with Abu Dhabi, they killed DJ Avicii, who is...
	I have lived in Sweden for a long time, and I live now in Czech Republic.
	So on 20th of April 2018, They murder Avicii, because he was in Oman, which is close to Abu Dhabi.
	And they sent to me a picture like, this is him we killed because you stopped this false flag.
	And it's like this, it goes like...

	And next day, I have to start to evaluate what is next.

	I think that there would be a lot of questions with regard to some of the things you're saying we'd need to clarify.
	But I appreciate what you're saying.
	So what we need to do now, I think, is...
	I'm going to skip over myself simply because I think it is known what I do.
	And we will elaborate a bit later.
	Now, I do want to go back to Dr.
	Horton because we were having trouble with what she has to say.
	And so if you can stand by and I will try to bring her here on the camera.

	So if I understood correctly, people couldn't hear me.
	So I'm going to summarize what I just said as quickly as possible.
	So my career started as a particle physicist.
	I studied and I did a PhD at Oxford and I became a research fellow there.
	And I worked as a particle physicist at the German electron synchrotron in Hamburg.
	And subsequently at CERN and throughout my time at CERN I was employed by Oxford but I was also stationed out at CERN. So after that I decided to leave particle physics because I wanted to do something that's more applied and directly useful to people.
	So I changed briefly to medical physics and I was trying to launch my own projects but two of my projects were sabotaged essentially and just ripped apart.
	So I had to pull out Out of both.
	And I was so shocked.
	I submitted a complaint to the University of Oxford about the first project.
	The second one was at the Institute of Cancer Research in London.
	And I wasn't allowed to conduct any of the two projects.
	And then when I submitted a complaint, I was told by a senior tutor, who is, by the way, I think a good guy.
	He really meant well.
	But he said to me, do not submit a complaint or they will crucify you, not sacrifice, crucify you.
	That's what he said.
	And I didn't understand what it meant at the time.
	So I realized that I can't get my projects back.
	So I also left medical physics where I only, well, I was trying to work in there for a year.
	And then I changed to the study of the physics of complex systems because I wanted to understand why all of our systems in our societies are just so corruptible.
	And I'm just not functioning anywhere.
	In Britain, the medical system isn't functioning, the legal or the police system, none of the systems are functioning, not even the computer systems in many cases.
	So I decided to study that systematically, and I spent my remaining time of my fellowship at Oxford To study, for example, the English legal system, economies, currencies, finance, and all these different things, and also white-collar crime.
	And my very first case study was actually a famous court case at the time.
	It was Berezovsky versus Abramovich.
	It was very well known, and I picked it because it was a very long-running case, and it was in the press every single day.
	So I traveled down to the High Court in London, and during me attending that court case as a court observer, MI5 started to stalk me overtly.
	And for a very long time, I assumed that this is when my targeting started.
	But then I did some research.
	First, I was trying to ignore the gang stalking and the Secret Service terror, which followed me several years.
	And eventually, when I started to be attacked by direct LNG weapons, I first tried to have a court case against MI5 and MI6 in Britain, which I believe was also sabotaged.
	And then I was trying to just bear the electromagnetic weapons, and in the end, when I really failed for my life, I went public on the Richie Allen Show.
	And Richie Allen was the only journalist to this day to actually allow me on, the only kind of alternative but yet mainstream radio show host in the UK. And after that, I founded an investigative team and I was investigating Secret Service criminality for a year and a half.
	And through talking to other victims and investigating cases, I discovered that typically the Secret Services, first of all, yes, they do use directed energy weapons.
	Yes, they are an organized crime syndicate, which is global.
	Yes, they also do chip people serially.
	It's their standard operating procedure.
	And yes, they also traffic children and they chip children and they do human experiments on everybody they can.
	But I also discovered that the Secret Services typically do generational targeting.
	So in many cases, the victims' parents are also victims in turn and so on.
	And what I'm now investigating is where did all this start?
	And I believe it all goes back to already the Nazi concentration camps, to lists of victims they had there.
	And lists that were kept, for example, by IBM, who managed the data management system for the Holocaust and so on and so on.
	And I think what we are all looking at is actually an ancient system.
	So Alexandra has talked about the secret language.
	I am not an expert like she is.
	I'm just trying to decipher what I call cartel signaling.
	But I traced it back to the architecture that's, you know, centuries old.
	So it seems to me that we're dealing with one big organized crime network that has been with us for hundreds of years.
	It has its own secret language, and it has been doing the toppling of governments and the genociding of people for hundreds and hundreds of years.
	And I believe that now what we're seeing with these smart meters that Deborah Tavares mentioned, and also with, by the way, the genocide treaties that she knows a lot about, I think what we're looking at there is the same genocide plans that they had and have been executing for hundreds of years,
	but this time it's applied to us in Europe and in the US. And Europe has seen already one big genocide in the Second World War, and I also believe the same genocide plans were also the communist genocide in Russia and the communist genocide in China.
	And I think the smart meters are now the more technology-enabled version of this, but I see a lot of parallels.
	So this is how I got into the whole thing.

	I know it's been a bit tedious here.
	There are a lot of things happening, believe it or not.
	Behind the scenes with my technology, they are preventing me from doing certain things that normally I can do with no problem.
	So I was trying to get at least a picture of you on the screen.

	Debra, you can kind of bounce off what Catherine was just saying and also what Alexandra referred to.

	Deciphering the scene of a crime that is being investigated by the perpetrators here in many of the California wildfire areas.

	For example, the report from Iron Mountain And that report from Iron Mountain discusses the determination, the minimum and optimum levels of destruction of life, the destruction of property, and the destruction of natural resources.
	So what I discovered when I was looking at that was the deliberate intensification of the air and water pollution as part of the program that they claim will lead to peace.
	And the long-range planning and budgeting of the optimum number of lives to be destroyed annually in overt warfare.
	So we know that the wars were always part of a genocide program, hence they allowed women to participate on the battlefields as well.
	And they go on to talk about in this report that I would recommend everyone download and read, To understand what we face as a global human population and humanity.
	And they say, because of the unusual circumstances surrounding the establishment of the group that formed and created this report from Iron Mountain, that it was not recommended that the report be released for publication.
	However, they decided that such action Because they decided that such releasing of this report would not be in the public's best interest.
	Of course not.
	So let's talk about smart meters, frequencies, and mind control, and understand largely of what we're seeing with many of the protests, for example, in Paris.
	We have been, of course, informed by some of our intel providers that this is all part of the frequency Enhancement, that the leaders are already undermined control, advancing increasing taxes on a struggling population.
	And just like Operation Crimson Mist, the operation in the mid-90s that was used on the Hutu and the Tutsi tribes in Central Africa that initiated into the Rwanda genocide, frequencies are being used now on a massive basis to foment The types of outrageous protesting that we're seeing.
	These are directed energy weapons to exacerbate people's anger, which they rightly have the anger over the taxes that they cannot pay.
	But this is being exacerbated by psychotronic weapons systems.
	And we're going to see this expand because it is expanding.
	And we're seeing the use of directed energy weapons being used in the fires in many of the storm systems, of course, because it is directed energy.
	It doesn't just only rely on 5G or the smart meters or the fact that the waves in our oceans are now being used as a weapons system because they're harnessing the energy of the waves.
	But we're looking at a myriad Of energy systems that are being used against us.
	And, of course, Dr.
	Ronnie Kilby certainly tried to bring forth the targeted individual aspect of which I've covered immensely as well.
	And I can only say, having had my share of targeting, that it is a crime just like tin trails that is not being acknowledged.
	Just like vaccinations that kill, it's not being acknowledged.
	And it's important to note that we have lawmakers that are re-elected despite facing criminal and corruption charges.
	We have to ask ourselves, why?
	And then we also, I would really recommend this book for everyone that's listening.

	And it is a very important book by Melvin Stamper who was an attorney and was involved in government substance use discovery and cover-ups.

	He was CIA He's an intelligence source and an industrial engineer, a law professor, a legal researcher, a private investigator, and an ombudsman for the Department of Defense.
	And he discovered the unthinkable as he was living his life in his career.
	And just as I think all of us discover the evils that surround us as we're living our lives, we're seeing How we are being targeted, but I want to jump back into what Alexandra said about exposing and getting forward false flags,
	and I think that's an important discussion because certainly in the plan to burn up Northern California, which many areas have been burned up, there was the exposure of the Mendocino area, thousands and thousands and thousands of acres in this gorgeous northern portion of California that has not yet burned.
	And by all accounts, based on what has happened with all the dead trees and the kindling that has been intentionally created there, it certainly Would have made sense that it would have burned and to date it has not yet.
	It doesn't mean that it won't because we're now being told in all of the documents that because of the increasing temperatures that are a result of weather weapons and increased microwaves that the earth is going to become more combustible and it is earth on fire.
	And that's what we're reading in the Climate Action and Resilient Plans.
	But getting back to Northern California in Mendocino County, when we disclosed in the YouTube plan to burn up Northern California in the two-hour version that was an hour radio show on each topic of Pacific Gas and Electric and their involvement with weather weapons and that discussion, then we talked about the plan in Mendocino.
	And I think because of that disclosure, who knows?
	We also recently disclosed, and we have on StopTheCrime.net, in our email blastout, an alert about earthquakes.
	Because I know, Carrie, you and I are likely, I'm certainly hearing, many advertisements about earthquake coverage here in California.
	And the statistics that many people do not have earthquake coverage.
	So I was recently looking at an article in the San Francisco Chronicle, and in that article, it discussed, and again, it's about earthquakes, and it's an early warning about San Francisco because they were saying there are 68 San Francisco high-rises that have flaws and are prone to cracking in a quake.
	And in this article, It says this earthquake landmark report includes building locations and maps.
	And what has happened is the weld joints in the steel construction of some of these high-rises that were built in the mid-70s are showing the ability of fracturing in a quake.
	So this is literally It's really broadcasting the fact that these are the buildings that will be likely brought down.
	We also are looking at a recent article, well not really recent, April 12th of 2016, entitled, now for those of you that are listening overseas, this is about San Francisco.
	And the Embarcadero is an area along the inland area of San Francisco, the waterway.
	And the article is entitled, The Embarcadero in San Francisco's seawall could cost billions to shore up against an earthquake.
	So what we have is directed energy weapons exacerbating, in many cases, natural responses in the earth, but that are creating earthquakes.
	And they're talking about how they're going to need to spend billions and billions in San Francisco to shore up the roadways around the bay.
	Because they say that shoring up will cost billions and take maybe up to 10 years.
	And they talk about this is disaster capitalism.
	This is how our new economies are being formed.
	Through disasters, it's a false economy based on the illusion of climate change, which is the use of directed energy weapons that are being used on us.
	And it is a global disruption, it's an economic takedown of every country.
	Because as we are seeing here in Northern California, the resilient teams of Rothschild and Rockefeller have moved in, and they are taking over through advisory groups and other agencies, they're taking over the rebuilding of the properties that were lost in the fires.
	And many areas are not even able to be rebuilt upon.
	And in Paradise and the surrounding areas in Butte County that was torched, and those fires started on November the 8th of 2018,
	they're facing a monstrous task because when we look at how Those fires were literally a house-to-house burnout with the trees remaining, the canopies remaining.
	And as I said in the broadcast, we certainly have evidence that the smart meters were involved.
	And it's a cover-up and it's an economic hit.
	And this is, of course, all being laid on the hands of climate change.
	And our papers, and perhaps your papers in Europe would be interesting to have you comment on this.
	But our newspapers here in Northern California and through the New York Times and the San Francisco Chronicle cover these continuous articles about greenhouse gases.
	And here's the most recent article that is extremely frightening because they're telling us this.
	Greenhouse gases raise wildfire risk.
	Nationwide.
	Drought, warm weather getting worse.
	Fires contribute to carbon emissions.
	A warmer world makes for a more combustible country.
	That is the conclusion in the most comprehensive assessment of the effects of climate change in the United States released by the Trump administration just weeks after the deadliest and most The world on fire that I was talking about.
	And there are many meetings now where the Luciferians are these meetings, such as the Commonwealth Club here in Northern California, which Pacific Gas and Electric, aka Rothschild, is involved, and talking and planning about the burning because of the illusion of climate change, which is weather weapons systems.
	So we have an enormous assault system upon all of us on top of being assaulted by frequencies that in many ways disable us and certainly add to our literal dumbing down with all the delivery systems.
	We're looking at the food and we were talking earlier about the water and how they're going to be using our Our waste, our human waste and treating that with other chemicals and poisons and injecting that in the uphill streams above reservoirs and blending that into our water system.
	All of this is criminal.
	It's all a soft kill.
	There isn't any mechanism of a delivery system that is not intended to be a soft kill or an immediate kill.
	And so I look at what we face and I'm very happy that we're discussing this And that we're linking up across the oceans here to discuss the kinds of systems that we see as we're learning more of what is occurring.
	Because I'm certain that there are layers that we're unaware of.
	For example, we also know that there are sleeper cells used in many of these instances that we face with chaos, rioting, even with the fires.
	There has been some information leaked out by some super soldiers that super soldiers and the sleeper cells are being used on the ground.
	So that would be very similar to the Rwanda genocide when the CIA moved in on the ground and helped to exacerbate the anger between the tribes.
	So when they did what is called Operation Crimson Mist, With the use of microwaves that were mounted in that Hercules C-130 plane, and they beamed it onto the Hutus, they fomented anger that, as I said, initiated the slaughter of a million people, babies, children, because of the use of microwaves that take over and bring down free will.
	And I interviewed Barry Trowell a number of years ago, All part of my journey was understanding the enormity of what we face.
	And literally he was saying back then that he could turn any of us, they could turn any of us into an assassin in three days.
	Well, now with the energy systems being further advanced and certainly all the cells that are being augmented throughout our communities, including now the smart water meters.
	The smart water meters are now in full deployment here in California and elsewhere.
	And you can discover where that deployment is in your city by going to your building department or your city building and asking about the smart water meters.
	That is a situation that we have observed here now in Northern California as an example.
	This is an important example.
	In Santa Rosa, California, where we were hit with the fires and lost 5,800 homes, they are now almost fully deployed with the wireless smart water meters.
	We've seen them out.
	The collector sites for the frequencies from these meters are only in four locations in the hills.
	So imagine the meters are in our sidewalks, and the pell-melling of these frequencies through our cities Finding the collection site and the increased layer of frequencies on top of the towers, the cell towers, the smart meters, the overhead aerial satellites, and all of the other types of frequencies that are being used on all of us is now being layered.
	And when we first found out about the electric smart meters, we knew that the electric smart water meters were on the heels.
	That is all part of an increased weapons system.
	So my concern is the false illusion of a justice system, because it is just us.
	That's what the system is.
	It's just us.
	And it is most important for us to articulate our circumstances, let other people know about our circumstances, so that people can take and make their own decisions and come up with solutions because all solutions are only going to be based on what people understand the problem is at the time that people are learning about what they face and there are things that people can
	do and would want to consider doing and we do have a solutions page on StopTheCrime.net and we would appreciate any contribution To the solutions, we are working on equipment.

	What we are discovering are the types of assaults we face and the magnitude of the assaults we face and the documents that tell us The assault we face.
	And one more thing before I turn it back to the others, is I researched the Climate Action Plan in Butte County in Northern California.
	And why I'm bringing this up is because everyone needs to research your own climate and resilient plan in the country or city where you are, because they're fully adopted through United Nations plans of massive energy control.
	and land definition and use and reduction of water and reduction of travel and reduction of farm animals and agriculture because all of that is considered sprawl and unsustainable and in the Butte County Climate Action Plan they had adopted this plan in 2014 and they pledged to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions Back
	down to 1990 standards.
	And it said in the plan something like this.
	It said that no matter how Butte County reduces their climate action or their greenhouse gas and CO2 emissions, it will not stop climate change.
	And that Butte County will see increased fires, flooding, heat events, and reduced water resources so in every climate action plan it will state the kind of weapon that will be used in your community if you don't reduce your co2 or your greenhouse gas emissions which is an illusion that is all an illusion so when you're
	looking for your idea of a safe place to move to Look at that Climate Action Plan and determine which type of weather assault you feel you can survive under.
	Because every plan discusses heat events.
	And I just read to you out of the newspaper about the global heating and how warmer world makes for a more combustible world.
	And this is a world on fire.
	And this is what the plans are saying.
	And it's horrific.
	And I will look forward to more conversation, but now I will acquiesce to the others.
	Okay.
	If I may, actually, you know, I had a quick note.
	I can completely corroborate what Deborah's saying about the legal system.
	I have experience of it myself, and just to follow the litigant myself.
	And also in observing and supporting other court cases, I personally consider the legal system to be a bottleneck.
	So my experience with the targeted individuals who are greedy, they should be called Holocaust victims.
	Because these people are being literally shot to pieces in their own homes, shot outside when they're driving their cars, and they are being gunned with modern electromagnetic machine guns.
	So these guns do not fire bullets.
	They fire electromagnetic pulses that rip through your tissue and can give you cancer and strokes and any sort of bodily damage you can imagine.
	Now, the people I'm dealing with are those who are being, and this includes me by the way, I'm being shot 24-7.
	I'm being tortured with the chip implants which are in my body and are basically used to burn me from the inside out if they're turned on or carcerific pain.
	So, that is a This is, as far as I can tell, the high-intensity end of this battle.
	It's like smart meters and 5G on steroids.
	Because smart meters and 5G are another form of these directed energy weapons, really.
	They are deployed at a lower intensity, over time just as deadly.
	And the people I'm dealing with are on the high-intensity end.
	Now, I tried to...
	Funnel my case through the courts and other cases through the courts and I can maybe share this experience because I believe that we only have so many options.
	The police seems to be entirely captured and they are typically the first people to be captured along with the Attorney Generals.
	So there is no support from these two sources in any country that I can see.
	And once we don't have the police anymore, the only other way we can affect the government and our systems are through the courts.
	So my personal stance is that the courts are the last stop before all-out military action or before civil war.
	So I'm very, very keen on getting the court avenue to work.
	Now, my experience was the following.
	I went into the High Court and I requested an emergency injunction Against my personal electromagnetic gunning.
	And this happened in 2016.
	And I stood as a pro-save litigant before three judges.
	Out of those, two were absolutely horrified to hear what I reported.
	And this was just 2016, so this is not that long ago.
	And at the time, I have to confess, the only reason I knew about directed energy weapons is because they were applied to me.
	Had they not been applied to me, I would have been totally oblivious.
	And maybe worse than that, having been brought up in, you know, I have a very classical physics education.
	I was in fundamental research.
	And I have to say that the weapons surprised me.
	They have, you know, they have shown me phenomena that I didn't know were possible, which is not too surprising.
	I'm not working.
	I didn't used to work in the energy regime where these weapons operate.
	But I also think that a lot of physics was kept hidden from me.
	And I just didn't need it for my work and I wasn't taught it at Oxford.
	But my point is that there still are judges who are willing to support us.
	And my personal experience was that out of three judges, two were perfectly willing to support me.
	The third one, I have to say, was behaving so oddly, I think he might have been compromised or put under pressure or brought in to battle the case.
	I spoke to the journalist Janet Fallon who wrote a book or did some research famously on corruption of the judiciary in the US and she discovered that judges are paid off and she managed to prove it by proving that they paid off ludicrously large mortgages in a very short amount of time.
	So certain judges would for example get a multi-million dollar mortgage and pay it off within two or three years.
	The question is, where did the money come from when the income is something like $250,000 or $300,000?
	So, that indicates the size of the bride.
	And I think there's an interview with her that people can see right now on RT. I think it's called Watching the Hawks with Sean Stone.
	And I encourage everybody to have a look and also research her work because it goes right to the heart of the matter.
	If we are now approaching the courts with these cases of genocide, what are our chances of success?
	And I would say that...
	So Janet Fallon also came to the conclusion that I believe...
	She said I think a third of the US judges are corrupted.
	It kind of tatties with my personal experience.
	And it also kind of matches up with the experience I had supporting other cases.
	So the key is now that we make sure...
	That our cases do not get that 33% of corrupt judges.
	We have to absolutely put, basically, we have to put more pressure on the judge than this global mafia is putting on the judge.
	Only then will they decide in our favor.
	Now, what I can bring to the table is the insights that the judges might not know, but if their children were born after the late 1980s in the U.S., they are very likely chipped.
	So I think we have to pull all the information together and we have to show a judge that he's not just deciding a fringe case of maybe some homeowners in California.
	He is literally deciding the future of his child.
	Is his child going to be sex trafficked, tortured, remote-controlled, mutilated, and then killed by a space-based weapon or smart meter?
	Or will this child grow up to have actually the same, you know, long life and fulfilled future as the judge might have?
	And I think to be able to be successful in court, we have to really put the gravity of the situation across to judges.
	And I just want to say that my personal experience is that, you know, two out of three judges will listen, they will support, and they will be absolutely shocked to hear this.
	Well, it may be shocked, Catherine, but your targeting hasn't changed.
	I'm imagining that your targeting hasn't increased as a result of your court case, and I think what's important for the population to realize is that here in the United States, and applicable to you as well, but the federal and state governments are not real.
	They are all privately owned corporations called governments, and the judges are privately employed administrators called judges, and the law is nothing more than their corporate regulations called statutes.
	And what I personally have certainly seen, and many other people that have gone into the court system, believing that they would get some kind of satisfaction after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, and thinking and believing and being told they had an ironclad case,
	fully documented, indisputable evidence, but only to discover that the courts are not about justice, and that evidence is controlled by the judges And whether or not that's even admitted into court as evidence.
	And again, it goes back to the fact that the judges have bar cards, British Accreditation Regency.
	The judges in our judicial system have been set up to only benefit the overlords and not to benefit us.
	So my research, through the many years that I've been researching this and looking at court cases as well, And looking at the relentless attempts of targets here in the United States to bring this evidence before the various branches of our government fall onto deaf ears and absolutely invalidate them as just literally conspiracy theorists.
	And so what we really do have is a system that is a lawless corporate system Running on statutes and that only we're just being indebted and enslaved further and Again the corporate laws and regulations are called statutes and their effect and control over all of us is deceptively obtained by consent through civil contracts so we
	have seen when we enter in to the corporate buildings you're consenting to Under a statutory framework that is not set up for our benefit.
	And while there may be people that are sitting as judges and looking horrified at some of the information, sadly after putting together a case or getting this known, the benefit of that is of course collecting the evidence and getting it out.
	To the public, so that people are aware of the types of targeting that is occurring, as we're doing right now.
	But to understand, we do not have a court structure that is set up to serve any of us here, particularly in the United States.
	And we're USA Inc., and we're also Earth Inc., so the same system.
	We have the overall control.
	And I'm just concerned about the illusion of...
	There are opportunities in a criminal court structure that is based on statutory laws and not on laws for the people.
	And the United States is a government only and name only.
	It does not exist as a voting government by the people and for the people.
	And I think that's evidenced across All countries, when we are all being flown over by aerosol and toxins and certainly all the smart dust and the poisonous water food supply, none of us have a system that is concerned about our well-being.
	It is all based on reducing the population and global genocide.
	And what we saw in Paradise, California after the fires is an outbreak of the norovirus, N-O-R-O virus.
	That is being covered up.
	They are flu-like symptoms and all of those symptoms are the same types of symptoms that people have when microwave radiation has been used in their area or amped up.
	And I can tell everybody that our immune systems are being jammed by these increased frequencies.

	Conferences that we've attended, but James Traficant Jr.
	wrote a book called America's Last Minuteman, and he talked about that we have a government in name only because of the bankruptcy.
	So we are in the crosshairs of massive depopulation and soft kill, and we really do need to focus on methods and ways in which we can survive.
	These attacks, because as you were saying, Dr.
	Catherine, is that the police have been taken over.
	Well, yes, they have.
	So have the sheriff, and so have the military.
	In fact, we have a YouTube app called Coast Lines Under Attack.
	And just as you were saying, they don't use bullets and gunpowder.
	The same energy is being applied to the coastlines with directed energy.
	And the low-lying coastal areas worldwide are under attack.
	And all of you can type in your search bar, coastlines planned retreat.
	And you will find, to your chagrin, that all military branches are involved in this and all governments.
	What is happening?
	It's an assault on our coastlines of magnitudes that are going to literally take down economies.
	And they say this in the Climate Action Plan.
	Because Shoreline Under Attack, which is our YouTube, Shorelines Under Attack, storm surges artificially created.
	This is the magnitude of the assault.
	This is economic ruin throughout the world.
	This is bringing us down to pre-Columbian living conditions and decimation of millions and millions of people, as are told in these Climate Action Plans.
	And the reason I underscore the Climate Action Plans and the Resilient Plans so much, I could certainly back into hundreds of years ago and talk about all those plans that were in play.
	But these are plans that are adopted right now in your community.
	They're United Nations policies and international banking policies.
	We've also recently discovered another layer of forced human confinement as we are literally forced into relocating because of the consequences of the weather weapons being used.
	And this is called 2030 Districts.
	That's 2030 Districts.
	And understand, this is a district network of planned communities.
	And they're using private-public partnerships to bring property owners and managers together with local governments and businesses and community stakeholders to provide a model for urban sustainability Through collaboration and leveraged financing throughout the world,
	we are being collapsed and we are being genocided and we are being hit with different layers and assaults by the use of directed energy weapons.
	And it is now time to look at ways in which we can survive.

	I guess you might say, but then he actually disclosed to us under this made-up name, Henry Deacon, and then eventually got courage and came up out under his own name and actually has been on conferences with me.
	He initially also went on stage at the ExoPolitics And I think this was around 2009, if I remember.
	And he went on stage after Bob Dean had spoken, or, you know, with Bob Dean still on stage, introduced himself to the audience and said he'd been working on Mars for a good part of his career on and off.
	And the exo-politics organizers had invited him there after he had spoken very briefly at A conference in Switzerland just a week or two before that.
	They actually paid his airfare, blew him down, and then when we went on stage and he said that, they asked us to leave the stage, and they wouldn't let him speak.
	So he was able to speak a bit.

	He was brought into a meeting when he was a young man working for the U.S. military that said, they are the sheep and we are the wolves.
	And that was basically the premise by which they went forward.

	What I was basically saying is that there are several things we need to know.
	Number one is, you know, The way I explain it, because I know nothing about aliens and I haven't dealt with that topic, I just explain everything I can see.
	It's sufficient for me to just assume that psychopaths exist and what we're dealing with is globally networked psychopaths.
	So as much as pedophiles would form rings, psychopaths form rings and they do have The killing of others as one of their hobbies.
	They like to do it.
	They derive sexual arousal, many of them, from it.
	And this is why mass killing is always part of their program.
	It's the most fun that they can have.
	It's the most power they can have.
	But what we also need to know is that psychopaths have studied us.
	They know the differences and they understand it much better than we do because they know that they are different from us and we're still the majority.
	And one of the things that they figured out is that normal people have this sequence of instincts, which is freeze, flight, and then fight.
	But we always go through these three.
	So when you're first meeting this horrific psychopathy and child trafficking and human sacrifice, you typically freeze.
	And this freezing comes out of what's an instinct, but it's also cognitive overload.
	You just freeze.
	You just can't figure it out.
	And you're taken over by your emotions.
	And the freeze stage can last maybe, you know, minutes, hours, days, weeks, or maybe even years.
	Now, psychopaths do not have a freeze stage.
	They do not freeze.
	They do not have emotions.
	You know, they just continue.
	They either flee or they fight.
	And a lot of them, because they do not have a risk assessment, they just keep fighting, even when it's a lost cause.
	So that's why they are killing machines.
	They are fighting machines.
	They simply do not understand when they have lost, which is why you really need to totally finish them off in a battle because they will not let go.
	So, knowing this, one of the things I'm trying to encourage the non-psychopathic people to do is to quickly migrate out of the freeze stage as quickly as possible.
	And I want us also to understand that when we're thinking about protecting ourselves, we're thinking about how to shield, how to bunker down, how to do prepping and, you know, that's all good and we should do that because within our situation we might have to flee at some point.
	But our biggest strength, because we are the majority, is the fight world.
	And the more of us migrate as quickly as possible through the freeze, flight and fight thinking to fight, The more successful we will be, the quicker and the fewer of us will die.
	That's basically it.
	This is what I wanted to start with, but there's actually something that many people do not know that really plays in our favor.
	And this is ultimately network mathematics.
	And network mathematics, in its full implications, is only being worked out now by the mathematicians, as far as I'm aware.
	It's a very new field.
	And all the emerging phenomena and effects are not really fully understood and mapped by the mathematicians.
	But one of the things that's totally clear is that networks are massively unlinear, which means that when you are in a certain situation, a small change can have a huge difference, you know, maybe a week later or months later.
	That's what nonlinearity means.
	So when you deal with networks, you are always facing the so-called butterfly effect, you know, a butterfly just flapping its wings.
	You know, under very nonlinear circumstances, could trigger a tornado.
	But we are now, and this really is our salvation, I truly think that we are now in a globally networked situation where the majority, the non-psychopathic members of our population, are still in the process of coming online.
	They're still in the process of networking themselves up.
	Through social media, for example, but also networking themselves up through their information digestion and information exchange.
	And what that means is that we are still in this process where the nonlinear effects in our favor are still just turning on.
	Now, what this means concretely for us and for fighting these 5G and so on and so on is that we are in this phase where The last five years or the last ten years of really working hard to generate progress and informing the people will not be the same for the next coming five years.

	So when things turn non-linear, the time intervals become shorter and shorter and shorter, and they will decrease much quicker than you can possibly anticipate, in other words.
	Five years ago, it would have taken Kerry maybe, I don't know, several months to inform maybe the size of a large city through YouTube videos and so on.
	And I'm talking about new people who actually understand all this genocide.
	Now, these days, because Kerry is what's called a supernode in network mass, Kerry is a supernode in information space.
	And no matter what topic you are researching, you will end up on, you know, on Project Camelot sooner than you think.
	So more and more people find Carrie and quicker and quicker.
	So if it took Carrie, you know, maybe several months, a few years ago, to inform a large city, it will take her now maybe several weeks or maybe just several days.

	So in other words, you are recruiting people who can help you much quicker Then you did before.
	And the speed with which you recruit them will become quicker, quicker, if that makes sense.
	OK, so this is really the savior because what the cartel had to do to build up this new world order, which is really just the old world order, but now official, you know, it took them decades because they have to They have to rape young children to split their minds.
	They have to run MKUltra.
	They have to pay off the judges.
	They have to plant them.
	They have to migrate them through the judiciary.
	They have to put all the police officers there and yada, yada, yada.
	And they have to migrate people through the Masonic levels and pay them and just inform them.

	But when you have uncovered one corrupt judge, you can get the information that he's a corrupt bastard to pretty much the entire world within a day, if you just hit the right people.
	So now I ask you, in this situation, who's going to win?
	Is it going to be the people who will be, you know, who have to put their corrupt bastards in place with sodomy and MKUltra and directed energy weapons, or is it going to be the people who for the very first time in history discover that this has been going on?

	There are many more people who are massively outraged than people who are inside the systems.
	And when you look at the size of the government, whichever government, compared to the size of the population, It's vanishing small.
	You can crush a government within a day, and that's what they're afraid of.
	So it's not just the government.
	They have these tentacles.
	They have the police in every region.
	They have the military in every region.
	They have their sleepers and their informant networks in every region.
	And now the question is, how big do we think this entire corrupt network is?
	And the only number I know from history that's fairly well established is the East German Stasi and their informant networks.
	And towards the end, they managed to recruit, I think, one in six people.
	This is the number I heard several times.
	One in six people.
	Well, that's still five people against, you know, the six.
	Now, I think our way of moving forward is to work with templates, okay?
	Templates of How to remove corrupt police officers, templates of how to inform your community, and how to remove judges.
	In many countries, there's no mechanism to remove a judge, you know?
	So we need to put these things in place.
	And one very good example is talking about smart meters.
	For example, the InPower movement.
	They figured out how corrupted the judicial system is.
	They discovered it's all just based on contract.
	And what they developed was a template of cease and desist and notices of liability whereby they say to these corporate entities, we cannot stop you from doing what you're doing but we're notifying you that from today onwards you have the liability and we will sue you for the costs because we are also corporate entities and we can sue them for the damages we incur.
	So you can also play this level on the contract law level You can play it at any level, but you can also play it on the common law level, which is where I think we still have our human rights, you know, we're still people.
	But I would recommend that we look at these efforts, for example, the in-power movement, and we try to transfer what works as quickly as possible to other cases.
	We transfer it to the California fires, we transfer it to the directed energy weapon assaults on civilians, and once one template works, It works anywhere in the world because the cartel is operating across the same franchise, the same template themselves.
	And this is one reason why we can, you know, make progress across the world very quickly.
	There's another reason, and this is that the cartel is entirely structured in little pyramids.
	Now, little pyramids build bigger pyramids like, you know, the UN or countries and so on.
	But if you have a system where you tessellate little pyramids and you make up a big pyramid, what this means is you have one big fat fractal in maths.
	Now, when you have a fractal, it means a scale invariant.
	It means that the big picture looks exactly the same like the little picture.
	So a little team with a team leader looks very much like the big Illuminati with the head of Illuminati.
	It's the same deal mathematically.
	But in reverse, what it means is that if you find a way to recapture a little pyramid, that template works on any scale, more or less.
	To give you an example, which I do not advocate at all, I would like to say, but it's a very quick one, which the military uses and MI6 uses to topple countries, You just kill people.

	Now, you can kill the head of a team and take over a team, but MI6 can kill heads of countries and take over countries, and they do that.
	And they do the same template in pretty much every country because it works.

	I do advocate removing judges and also bringing trials against judges for the cover-up of humanity.
	And there are some very, very important tools that are already established in the legal world that we can use with huge effect.
	Number one, it's the concept of unconscionable contracts.
	Unconscionable contracts are so heinous that even if they are written down on paper and even if the parties believe that they have to hold themselves to the conditions, the contract is null and void.
	And then there's a clean cut and the parties just go their separate parts and the contract doesn't exist anymore.
	Right now, it's true, we are under a slave contract.
	We have been under a slave contract I think since the 14th century.
	Since the Vatican said they own us here, they own the land, the air, and our souls now and after death, and yes.
	Okay, well that's nice, but that's an unconscionable contract.

	When you see the technology, do you know the technology to do what we're doing right now should be widely available?

	And I did what was in my power, and other people did what was in their power.
	And now it's Like 2013, and in your country, Kerry, the big false flood that I personally have, like, so it was 4th of July,
	1st of October 2013, it was nuclear attack in, actually, California, and then on the east of the 17th of October 2013, it would kill certainly 100 million people, certainly.

	And so when you understood it, it was like people around you didn't know what's going on and they were And I saw the lightning coming,
	so it was like, do maximum to stop it, at least for the moment.
	And so I still live and nicely continue.
	And I can tell you that, of course, when you work against the head of Illuminati, who's watching what I'm doing, I'm watching what he is doing.
	And people believe, oh, he's so secret, he says nothing.
	He is these pop stars as impersonators.
	So he expresses feelings in there.
	Like, for example, Tyra Swift, about the reputation that she got.
	So that reputation is not about Tyra Swift, it's about him.
	Because I was talking about him all the time.
	You know, like cannibalism and all that he's doing.
	So his reputation worked like this in this certain, in this round of beliefs and beliefs.
	So you asked where he lived.
	He lived before in California and when he left Hotel California and he I believe it was 2016, before the Davos meeting in Switzerland, this economic meeting where he also was supposed.
	So a member of the population was murdered, assassinated.
	They had some hotel in California.
	So William Hondam left the hotel in California, so to speak.
	And he showed everybody who obviously the living is still at Rhode Island, and he was a living.

	I have a witness that was on my show a couple nights ago before the weekend.
	His name is Terry Loveless.
	He is a lawyer who kept quiet for 40 years.
	He came forward and talked about his abduction.
	He was a military part of the Air Force at the time and he had a companion who was also in the Air Force and has passed away, that this ruined his life.
	What happened to Terry after he was on my show was that night he started to get some kind of growth or whatever type of thing in the lower abdomen, and it turned into a softball-sized thing.
	He sent me a picture.
	It's quite horrific.
	He was then hospitalized, and I had put the call out around the Internet for people to send him Healing energy.

	I have asked certain healers to look in on him and so on.
	So perhaps he's recovering already.
