Hi, everyone. everyone.
I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot, and I am here today with Penny L.A. Shepard.
And she is a super soldier.
She claims to be a victim of MKUltra and has quite an interesting story.
So we're going to bring her on the screen here.
And I've actually brought her on the show with very little sort of...
background information but we did have a chat and she she actually sounds like the real thing she's got quite a family line as well so welcome Penny you're on the screen now so say hello to everyone hello everybody how you doing all right so at this point could you introduce yourself and say something about your background how you What your understanding is about becoming, in essence, a super soldier.
Well, basically, when somebody tries to introduce an M.K. Ultra, they always use the terminology victim.
And I actually don't like that terminology because if you were a victim, then perhaps it wasn't from birth.
And this was something that was chosen before my birth.
So, I don't look at myself as a victim.
I look at myself as somebody that was genealogically predisposed to this particular MKUltra venture, so to speak.
Okay, and now you call yourself, I think you say, you're a Draco.
Is that right?
I don't think, I don't know if I am or not.
I know that my handlers and my brother is straight up Draco.
And myself, I don't actually know how they made me.
I know I'm a Mengele.
I look like Irene Mengele.
And he looks like Joseph.
And my murdered brother David look like their son, Rolf.
Okay, very interesting.
Now, do you have recall of past lives in which you might have been, I guess, the wife of Mendele?
I actually do.
I I saw myself in Germany living with him.
I saw the Civil War, and when I started ascertaining some of my memories, I couldn't discern as to whether the Civil War memories that I was retrieving were from the prior Civil War, or from the current one, which is going to transpire in 2020.
Alright, so do you consider yourself a precog as well?
I think that, again, that's another kind of nebulous kind of terminology.
I look at it as though we're time travelers and that we have a genetic memory, if that explains it.
Okay, well, to me a precog is very specific, meaning you see the future or parts of the future.
Right, that's why I'm saying in terms of the term precog, I know that I'm a time traveler because I know that the people that I'm with time traveled so I look at it as my terminology would be that I was a person that was a time traveler that was a dimensional traveler and that's how I ascertain the information regarding the future events if that makes sense.
Fair enough.
So, in terms of your childhood, can you tell us something about your childhood and how you, whether you're also, whether you think your family line, you said you were related to this image that we have on the banner, actually, is something you sent me and says you're related kind of through various people to the Bushes, to Marilyn Monroe, To various people.
So what is your childhood in terms of your family life?
The childhood that I that I recollected is not the childhood that I actually had.
Both memory syndrome that the psychiatrist attribute to memories that didn't occur is actually the falsity that you had a normal life.
And that's what I recalled when before I started ascertaining my memories was that I had a normal life, but I didn't have a normal life.
When I started regaining my memories, I slept in my car.
I traveled across the United States twice.
When I went by the NSA, I was very angry.
When I went by NASA, I was very angry.
When I went by Langley, I thought I was going to break the steering wheel in my car.
My head was going to spin off.
And then when I started recovering memories, I started interviewing people.
I started asking them about their lives, and that's how I was able to make some of the connections.
Now in regards to, I believe that I'm a Rothschild because the Rothschild's name is actually Bowman.
One of my brother's names is Bowman.
And then my grandmother's name was Edith Irene Baumgardner.
Now the Baum is Baumann.
B-A-U-M-A-N. Baumann is Bowman.
Same name.
Okay.
And you, I think you told me you're of German descent and you're Celtic as well?
I believe so.
As far as I have been able to ascertain from my research, I'm related to Albert Spears, the Eichmanns, the Menelays, and somebody else.
They're all, oh, Hitler.
How could I forget that?
All right.
Okay, now do you have, again, past life memories of this sort of thing in your background?
In other words, connection to, I think even in this picture you sent me, Vlad the Impaler, I think you said, is on this, in this sort of, I don't know what you call it, a family line type of imagery.
One of my handlers told me, This is when I was starting to research.
He said, yes, I knew you in the 1800s.
I'm like, right, sure you did.
And he says, no, really.
And I'm like, at that point, I don't even believe in aliens, okay?
I'm still researching.
And he says, yeah, I knew you in the 1800s.
I say, really?
Okay, Gio, what was my name?
He says, your name was Mina.
I'm like, seriously, my name was Mina.
I go, so are you telling me that Vlad was my boyfriend, Dracula was my boyfriend?
He's like, yes, he was.
So at that point, I dropped it.
But then, when I'm researching and I find out one of my grandmother's names, one of my uncle's names was Norman, and the feminine of Norman is Norma.
Her last name was Baker.
All the Bakers are related from what I've ascertained from genealogy.
Pretty much most of it, just like history, is a fallacy.
And so I realized, then I looked at some pictures of myself, and I looked at some pictures of Marilyn, and we look a lot alike.
And when I found out that I was related to her, I cried.
And that was the link that led me to, because one of my handlers, they've been tossing me these little tidbits to tell me who I am.
And one of the tidbits that they gave me was Elton John, letting me know that I was related to Di, letting me know that I was related to the Queen, which all of the legacies are.
They all intertwine and they go back to that.
So the Marilyn Monroe thing, which I just found out a couple months ago, I cried, you know, because I know that she was extremely intelligent, very high IQ. They drugged her.
They threw her in mental institutions.
They made certain that no one believed her, that they thought that she was stupid, and that she was an alcoholic, and she was none of those things, and then they murdered her.
Okay.
Very interesting.
So, in terms of While you're coming forward at this time, can you tell us a little bit about how you uncovered your memories?
Was it a process over time or was it sudden?
No, it's actually when I left my CIA husband in 2016 and then I went and I stayed with a family member and then I started writing a little bit and I started researching and I started writing A book, a pastor had prayed over me to write my life story, and I'm like, seriously?
I'm not that interesting.
And I started writing a book that I called Bradford and Valentine.
Brad Bradford's an FBI agent.
His best friend is Thaddeus Jones.
All these names that I thought that I made up, they were absolutely true and relevant to my life, and they still are in my research.
Laura Valentine is me, but she had too much character for one person, so I split her up into three people.
Faith Valentine, who's a reporter, investigative reporter, which I am, and also Chance.
Chance thinks that things happen to her by chance, but they don't.
Everything's strategized.
And she's a singer.
And Laura Valentine's best friend, she's a DEA agent, but her best friend, her partner, is a white shepherd named Cooper, who wears a vest because he doesn't want to get shot.
And when I start ascertaining my memories and I start researching, Each step takes me deeper down the rabbit hole, and I realized that I knew, I always cry when I say this, I realized that I knew Bill Cooper.
Okay.
And that was who my character, the dog, was based upon.
The dog was a shepherd, and Bill was a shepherd, and he coined the phrase sheeple.
Okay, yeah, Bill Cooper, a wonderful man.
He was shot in Eager, Arizona.
That's right.
Sorry.
That's okay.
So, why do you think you're a super soldier?
Can you tell us about that?
Well, I confronted one of my relatives.
They put me in a behavioral facility for a year, and he said, why are you here?
And I said, because John triggered me on my phone.
I said, I know I'm an MKUltra, and I know that I have technology inside of me, Because they triggered me, and I went into a facility guided by my family, signed myself in, they took my glasses, they took all my clothing, and the next thing I know, I'm signed in, and I don't even know where I am.
I'm signed in, and he verifies, yes, you are a super soldier.
And then he also verifies that my ex-husband, Steve Zenos, who purportedly is dead, I think he just moved to another zip code, verifies that my handler, Uh, is my brother, John.
Okay, and you didn't know this?
No, they, um, Malay, you know, was like the, the big guy that did the MKUltra, although it's been going on for centuries and centuries and centuries, been going on since enslavement of man, but, um, From the German time.
So I would say that I've had the Hitlers, the Eichmanns, the Spears, they're the best.
So they made certain that when I started cracking in my, you know, at 17 I was bionic and Gary Shanling tried to come and tell me that I was bionic.
When I started cracking I always had the best MK handlers to ensure that their secrecy was kept.
So I'm 58 and I just now started Breaking through and ascertaining the memories.
Okay.
Are you familiar with Duncan O'Finian that I've interviewed?
No.
Okay.
So why do you think you started just recently getting your memories?
What was a sort of incident in particular that might have done that?
You know, they definitely want me to know because one of my first handlers, let's call him Brad, invited me back.
To Arizona and I stayed with him in Arizona and then he took me to remember California.
Now I lived in California for 38 years and he took me over to where John's business was, where John's house was.
They wanted me to remember.
I don't know what their methodology is.
They murdered me in San Diego with a mega protocol, just a suicide protocol, and they brought me back.
This is their game.
I don't understand.
Or claim to understand what their reasons are for bringing me back and for wanting me to know.
Okay, when they murdered you in San Diego, how old were you?
That was like in 2014, so still in my 50s.
Alright, not that long ago, okay.
So are you still an actress and a singer, or were you an actress and a singer?
No, I was my entire life.
I've been singing since I was eight months old.
I had my own studios, my own bands.
I was theatrically trained.
I went to North Miami Beach Senior High School, which was a performing arts high school.
Then I went and studied under Stella Adler, who was Marlon Brando's teacher.
And then Marilyn Monroe's teacher was Lee Strasberg.
That's right, yes.
And they both worked in conjunction with one another.
Right, that's true.
Okay, and did you spend time in New York if you were trained by Adler?
Yes, I most assuredly did.
I lived there, and I was taken to Montauk, and we time traveled in Montauk.
Now, I don't retain any actual memories.
I would call them shadow memories.
I remember some events that transpired when I was with my handler, Brad, and he kept asking me when I was with him, In Arizona, do you remember this?
Do you remember that?
I'm like, no, I don't.
Do you remember the Catskills?
No.
Do you remember the house that we lived in?
And he gave me the address of the house.
It was 653 Greens Avenue between Long Branch and Elbron.
I lived there.
I lived with him for five years of my life.
When I was 17 until he handed me off to Steve Zenos, who was a geneticist, and their family His name means stranger, the last name, and then they also were the inventors of Xenotransplantation, which is the transplantation of genetic materials from one species to another.
And they experimented on me from in utero to, you know, I'm anticipating that they're never going to stop.
Okay, so are you trying to gain your life back at this time, would you say?
You know, I don't know what the future actually has for me.
I do know that a huge pastor activated me out in Chicago with the words, there was a man sent from God, his name is John, meaning my John, John X. And they have some further missions for me that I don't know what they could possibly be, but again, it's not my agenda.
They're permitting me to ascertain my life.
And I don't know why.
They sent me to Branson twice, and I saw the Civil War.
They want me to write.
I've been writing, but they're kind of, they're worse than bipolar.
Most of these people are actually, they're actually the insane ones.
We're the same ones, and they're just literally insane.
Okay, so you mean your programmers, the people that...
Yes, yes.
These people are just, you can't even use the word bipolar, because whatever their agenda is at the moment, and then they have a strategized agenda, but you know, these are straight-up Dracos, and I can't claim to actually understand them or their motivations.
Okay, now you said a few things to me on our chat initially.
One of the things you said, which I thought was quite clever, was that this is a military world run by the Draco.
I think that was your phrase.
Yes, they raised us in deep underground military bases from infancy.
It's my understanding that there's something very strategic between, I believe that John is my twin, but he's three years younger than me.
Meaning that I think that they split the zygote and however they made us, they made us like polar opposites.
You know, and I don't know what kind of DNA that they, you know, puppy dog tails and whatnot.
I don't know what kind of DNA they put in me and what kind of DNA they put in him to create him.
I know that we are polar opposites.
I try to achieve kindness and love and light And they are not about that.
They're not about telling the truth.
They're about deception.
Like the CIA's main, their book, their program that they learn from is called The Art of Deception.
That's right.
Okay.
All right.
So you have a long history.
Do you know what kind of incidents you might have been involved in as a super soldier?
Do you have any recall in that way?
I, again, shadow memories.
I'm pretty sure that I was involved in 9-1-1 because I lived 14 minutes from the terrorists.
Probably a sex thing because that's what we're good at.
I also lived 39 minutes from Heaven's Gate.
So, you know, I mean anything that you can imagine that occurred In California, and then let's add the component of that they took me off base, and I know that I am the little girl from Stranger Things, so whatever she did, right?
You know what I'm saying?
I actually sent an email to Brad and said, I know I'm that girl.
I know for a fact that that girl is me.
I even have the same dress.
Okay.
Are you able to move things with your mind, that sort of thing?
I'm sure I can, but you know, when they erase you, like I was telling you about the iPhone and the technology, I used to have my own studio.
I used to record.
I wrote songs.
They stole everything that I had.
They stole my books.
They stole my poems.
They stole my artwork.
They stole my photographs.
I have nothing to actually, because I'm a remote viewer, so when I look at the photograph, I'm like, ah, right?
I see things in the photograph, so they won't let me have anything that I had that was mine.
I mean, You know Brad was telling me yes, I have these shoes because I helped him in Arizona move all this stuff and he says I've had these shoes for 30 years I'm like seriously, I don't even have any underwear that I had for six months ago All right, so in your everyday life back in the day when you were sort of I guess you were moving in Hollywood circles is that correct?
New York, Miami I sang in Miami.
I don't know whose albums I recorded on.
I'm probably the unknown voice.
My niece said to me, oh, Aunt Penny, you told me that you sang with In Vogue.
I'm like, okay, I'm not going to say anything because she's drinking right now, and I don't want to embarrass her in front of her fence, but I wouldn't make a lie like that.
And then she says, no, no, you told me you sang with them in Miami before they became famous, right?
So I'm erased.
I can't remember.
But if I told her that, then I told her the truth.
So I don't know how many people Albums I recorded on for free.
I was just an unknown mystery voice.
Right.
So, is there anything you can tell us about mind control and the process that you went through?
In other words, I guess, you know, the basic question would be, were you tortured as a young child?
And do you have memories of that?
Yes.
Now, as my memories are coming back, my handler, Geo, I text John because I find out that Carlo Gambino is my grandfather and I'm mad and I say, I'm pissed with like 5,000 S's, one T. And then he texts me back one word.
Why?
And he knows that's going to make me even matter.
And I'm in a Starbucks, I'm researching and I've been praying all day for a tornado.
Okay, whatever.
And so I start reading from Supernatural and every time I read from that, something really bad happens.
And I tell my handler, you know, I'm very, very upset.
I've been praying for a tornado all day, and the people in Starbucks know that.
And then I'm reading from Supernatural to him from the script, and all of a sudden, Capital Boulevard gets shut down.
Of course, Capital, right?
And the police come, the fire department come, and an ambulance comes.
So I pack up my stuff and I say, I think I have to go now.
And I get in the car, but I'm so upset because I've literally lit up the entire sky of Chicago.
I don't actually like thunder, so it's lightning.
And I'm on the freeway going towards my handler and he calls me and he says, Penny, did you start the storm?
And I say, I don't know.
And I'm crying.
And I say, I want the planes to fall from the sky.
And then I take my hand and I go like this.
And I say, I want all the cars off the freeway.
And all the cars go off the freeway.
And then I say, I can't stop this storm.
I'm upset.
And I say, I want John to be drowned and revived and drowned and revived and drowned and revived, just like me.
And he says, slow the car down.
I say, I'm not going over the speed limit.
And I say, you have to stay on the phone with me because I can't stop this storm.
And then when I get to him, I give him the keys to my car.
And then he takes me to get something to eat and the storm stops.
And he says, I knew it was you because I fell down on my knees and I saw the lightning and it was so comprehensive.
I knew it was you.
That's the first time I knew that I could start storms because maybe I knew that when I was a baby, but I forgot because it erased me.
I see, but that actually wasn't quite my question.
I was wondering about how you were treated that might have created the, you know, alters, so to speak, that you talk about.
Well, that's the standard operating procedure, SLP, for every single MKUltra, which my feeling is that everybody goes through this program and they're all in the SST, which would be the mind fracturing and the isolation The electrocution, the drugging, all of those things.
My head was shaved until I was in seventh grade.
They shaved my head.
They kept cutting my hair really short.
And the kids around me, I couldn't have a boyfriend because the kids around me called me the boy.
So I know that these things weren't being done to me because I facilitated my memories with actually watching Stranger Things and knowing that that little girl Was me.
So anything that you see that actually happened to her is sanitized in regards to what actually happened.
Okay.
So where did you grow up exactly?
I grew up at 1255 Northeast 202 Street, North Miami Beach, Florida.
All right.
And you said something about Johnny Depp in our conversation.
I can't remember what the reference was.
You went to high school with him.
Is that it?
No, I was researching myself and I was trying to find a picture of myself because in sixth grade, I wrote a book called Albert the Shy Dragon.
Now, apparently that was about Albert Spears being a Draco.
And in seventh grade, they took the book from me and they erased me.
And I know that that happened because I actually physically got my yearbook and I took a pencil and I took the eraser tip and I erased my picture out of it so that when I started remembering again for the, you know, Millions times that I would remember that I was actually erased.
So I'm going back to try and find pictures of my ex.
He went to Patrick Henry High School in San Diego, and I'm trying to find pictures of myself.
When I'm researching Henry D. Perry Middle School, I see I graduated in 76.
Deaf graduated in 76 from that same school.
And I'm like, why does Johnny Deaf go to my school?
I wasn't there at his school at the same time, but he went to my school, and then he also went to Miramar High, which my family was located in Miramar, which is a strategic military region, because military intel is all over the place in Florida.
And so I'm like, why did Johnny Depp go to my...
So then further research, and then I remember that he's in Hollywood, and he...
He has a band called the Hollywood Vampires.
And then I also go back to the 90s where they raised me again.
And he owns the Viper Room.
And River Phoenix is working on a movie with him.
But River Phoenix and his brother Joaquin came from the Children of God cult.
And so you know that they were MK Ultras as well.
Everyone in Hollywood is, but it's also a global endeavor.
And when I'm researching, I start crying because now it all comes To fruition, and I remember it.
I remember John taking me to the Roxy, where I played for three times, which is a two-minute walk from the Viper Room.
I remember my sister being out there and going over to the Viper Room, which I don't know.
That was in the 90s.
That was like 92.
It was pre-Johnny at the Viper Room, but that was some kind of a strategic hang for Satanists or something.
I don't know.
But then Johnny owns it, and then he buys a drink for River, and he owns it.
So he tells the guy, hey, and the guy makes a speedball, and then he snorts whatever is in the cocaine, which is another elixir that they work in a component with one another, and he stumbles out on the sidewalk and dies, and everyone in Hollywood knows that Johnny killed him, and he's also a vampire.
Okay.

Like I say, anything that I say, go ahead and research it on your own.

So in terms of, again, your meetings with some doctors that were, in essence, mind controlling you and your view, did you meet with a Dr.
Green?
Are you familiar with that being Mengele coming over from Nazi Germany?
I know that when I was 12 that my tooth was pulled by him.
And my family are Mengele's.
And everyone I've shown John's picture to are like, and all over the world, they're like, yeah, he looks familiar.
And one of these girls told me, yes, he was my doctor.
Every single person that I've had in my life as a handler has been a doctor.
And they've been the best.
The best of the best of the best.
Of the Hitlers, of the Eichmanns, of the Spears, of the Mengele's.
All the best.
Okay, so what about the corporations that you might have interacted with?
Do you recall any corporations?
Yes, I worked, as I say, I was a technologist, and I worked as a temp, meaning that I worked for hundreds of humongous corporations.
The last firms that I worked for where I was actually employed, I worked for Forrest and the Morrister, I work for Sheppard and Reichter and Mullen, those are all German names, and I work for Lewis, Ford, Hamilton and Scripps.
And they're all humongous law firms that are internationally based.
Right.
Now, people will be wondering, because this is, you know, obviously we're kind of jumping around and this is not very coherent.
So are you writing a book, you know, sort of in a chronology where you can tell your story a little bit more succinctly?
Are you in the process of that?
Well, I started doing a little bit of writing and, you know, you're talking about Recovering 58 years of memories on this planet and off this planet.
So there's going to be a lot of jumbling and a lot of things that as I'm learning them, I try to write about them.
I haven't written since August because I tried to secure a place just to live.
And that's difficult enough in and of itself.
I'm not actually certain that I'm in a safe place right now.
But I'm hoping that I will be able to stay where I am right now.
And that, you know, for a period of time, I had to live in my car, and then they incarcerated me, and then they put me in a behavioral facility, and they walked away.
They don't actually care about any of us.
They want to make sure that we're either out of the way or that we're chemically reduced, we're financially incumbent, where we don't have any finances, where we can actually fight back.
And that we have some kind of a record that it says that we're crazy.
You know, all these things were done to my mother.
All these things were done to my brother whom they murdered.
And that's just, again, SOP, Standard Operating Procedure for MKUltra, probably is written by Ewing, Donald Ewing Cameron.
Okay.
And what do you know about the name Cameron?
I don't like that guy, that's for sure.
He actually established the American Psychiatric Association in the United States.
And also, Kim, he established, he was an MPA alter and a CIA agent.
They're saying, oh no, he wasn't, you know, CIA. Yeah, he was.
And then he also established the Allen Institute, which is in Canada.
And then he also assisted in the writing of the DSM. So he broke the mines.
And then he decided that he was going to find out that they're going to make money off of the broken minds and they were going to assign maladies to each of the conditions and then with Big Pharma, then they were going to sell the products that fixed them,
only what they're actually selling in many of the pharmacological We're good to go.
Okay, very good.
So, where do you want to go from here?
Are there areas that you want to talk about that I haven't asked you about or that you have some, you know, fleeting memories of or that memories have started to, you know, emerge?
I just know that the big significant thing for me as I'm finding out when I, I call it my coma, when I woke from my last coma, that Everything that I thought that I knew was not the truth.
And the truth that I'm ascertaining now, I take steps every day to clarify, to make sure, hey, is that a truth or discernment is everything?
So, you know, you have to weigh all of that.
Is that an actual legit truth?
Because everyone will tell you to the contrary.
No, you're crazy.
You're a conspiracy theorist.
Every day something new happens like I go to meet different super soldiers.
I try to talk to them about the impending civil war that's going to occur and I went and visited this one guy in Colorado and I left September 6th.
I traveled through Dulce.
I was going to Las Cruces.
When that happened I actually saw a ship Which was cloaked and I see the cloaked ships and most of the super soldiers do see the cloaked ships.
I saw it on my left hand side and it looked like this big mountainous white cascading waterfall behind something with blocks behind it.
I kept looking at it and I kept saying that's a ship for sure.
But I know I need to get to Las Cruces so I can't stop and take a picture.
There was hardly anyone on the highway.
It was on this side and then all of a sudden it moves very slowly and then it's in front of me.
I'm like, I know that's a ship.
I know that's a ship.
But I didn't take a picture of it.
And then the following day they have the closure at Sunspot.
And then I'm supposed to go and see a super soldier in Alamogordo who disappeared.
And people tend to disappear or get murdered after they talk to me.
So I went up to go find out what happened to her.
On my way back, I stopped at the White Sands Monument.
And I talked to three people.
I get in my business cards.
One is Chinese, one appears to be American, and the other are two CIA people that are out there on their bikes with this beautiful RV. And they're very wealthy, but they're out there for a reason.
And then days later, a German shows up dead.
At the same site.
Okay.
Now, you're talking about a civil war that you think is coming in 2020.
Why do you think that?
What have you seen?
Well, I was...
You have to remember, I've been married to basically the government.
I'm a government asset.
I've been a government asset before my birth.
I've been married to the CIA, pretty much, and to the biggest MPI ultra-handlers.
And when I... John Titor went back in 1975 to retrieve some technology that apparently NASA said they didn't have the coding for anymore.
He went back and retrieved a 5100 standalone word processor with a floppy disk or something on that technology that he needed.
And apparently he did something also to avert Y2K, which never transpired.
Now myself, I was also, of the many things, I had my own businesses.
I was also a legal word processor.
I worked for a company called NBI, and they were most assuredly CIA-backed.
I acquired a 4100 NBI stand-alone product.
I don't know what happened to that technology, but my family acquires it because there was something instrumental that they needed.
I don't know what it was.
It was 10 years after John Teeter goes back.
I believe that the line whatever John Titor did that I'm on his timeline and maybe that's why they brought me back to San Diego because they need me you know I don't care what condition I'm in but they need me alive for this particular timeline.
So everything that he said that was going to transpire let's just take it and let's advance it a decade.
He said in 2004 that we were going to see some civil unrest around an election.
In 2014 Trump was being Was running his campaign, we certainly saw civil unrest.
He said in 2008, the people were going to start becoming aware, but that didn't happen.
But in 2018, you and I are talking right now.
People are becoming aware.
He says in the following two years that you're actually going to see combat, handing in combat.
That would be 10 years from 2010, which would be 2020.
Now, let's just tie it all together with my address.
I was raised at 1255 Northeast 202 Street.
So the date that I've ascertained, and I'm not absolutely certain that this isn't going to change, but this is the best I can do at this time, is 2-0-2-0-2-2-0-2-0.
It'll be February 2nd, 2020, meaning that's Groundhog Day, and it's 2-0-2-2-0-2, which is my address repeating, and they like those numbers repeating.
That's what I've That's the information I've gleaned.
I'll proffer it to you.
I can't actually say that it is going to happen, but it's my feeling that it will.

So in terms of any, you have only a brother.
Did you have any other siblings?
Apparently, I have a lot.
Apparently, with this new acquisition of my actual biological brother, he has many, many brothers.
And so I probably have now maybe that I know of.
Twelve brothers.
I see.

Minus the one that's dead.
And do these...
He wrote a book called The Whistleblower, and they murdered him.
And what was his name?
His name was David.
Okay, so if we research, we'll find a book called The Whistleblower?
No, you will not find it.
I had the only copy of it.
It was on the copyright office.
I emailed one of my brothers and said, hey, here's Dave's stuff.
You know, you can get it, but they don't want that release.
That's why he was murdered.
And they also acquired his technology.
They made him homeless.
They said he was crazy.
They said he was an alcoholic.
They assassinated his character, even in death.
It's what they do to us.
They assassinate our character.
He may have drunk.
He was homeless because they made him homeless.
He went to San Diego and he lived amongst the homeless and interviewed them.
And he tried to reach me for two years before they murdered him.
He was 20 minutes away.
He could have walked that distance.
Right?
That's true.
So what about the other brothers?
Are they also MKUltra victims, if you want to call it that?
You know, I don't know.
I think, again, I think everyone is MKUltra.
Everyone's militarized from birth.
I think some of them were, they're straight-up Drago, so they just, they don't have that feeling.
They don't have that feeling of maternalness.
I've never seen any of the people in my family cry.
I cry.
I cry a lot.
I've never seen them cry.
I've never seen them express emotions.
We used to call one of my brothers Mr.
Spock and he's NSA and then everyone else is CIA which is you know they're all black ops and everybody knew everybody but until I was 58 I didn't understand that my first handler gave me to my second handler Who gave me back to John,
who gave me back to another handler who was a retired police officer and CIA. And the entire family are military and feds and police.
Okay, now this genealogy chart, you feel that you're related to the Bushes by how many cousins removed or whatever you want to call it?
I don't know.
I don't even know that.
I mean, I just found that out like a month ago when the Draco thing that came into my purview was when I recalled my handler, Gio, saying that I actually was related, that Vlad was my boyfriend.
And I'm like, seriously?
And then it made sense when I looked at the bigger picture, excuse me, and I found out that I was related to Marilyn Monroe through the Baker name.
Okay.
So I don't know.
I can't actually.
It's kind of a name game.
Where I started acquiring a bit of knowledge was I saw a picture with John with Liza Minnelli.
And so I started singing the Liza song, right?
It's Liza with a Z, not Lisa with an S, because Lisa with an S goes s, not the.
It's Liza instead of Lee, simple as can be, simple as can be, see Liza.
And that's when I realized that these people don't even share remotely the same last name and they don't have the name Mengele.
Some of them just changed it one initial and some of them are so far removed from whatever that name was initially that you'll never you'll never ever know who they were or who they are.
What about Henry Kissinger?
What do you know about him?
Not a whole lot.
I haven't actually researched him all that much.
Why?
What do you know?
Okay.
Just that there's a relationship there.

I would just say that for anyone, a lot of people out there don't actually even understand what the word erasure means and it's my feeling, my educated hypothesis that we've all been indoctrinated into this militaristic society in deep underground military bases and the erasure process has worked on just about everyone and so we're all in a state of denial,
we're all in a state of erasure And I would urge people to go and try and pursue themselves if you have any questions.

Do you feel that you have been triggered to do acts of violence?
Most assuredly, because they create all sorts of us as assassins and as sex slaves.
And then, according to Penny Bradley, we're taken off planet to places like...
Mars, and we are indeed killed, like I said, when I started the storm.
We're killed over and over again, and then we work to death, and then we're brought back to life in sarcophaguses, or we're enmeshed in some kind of a liquid nitrogen where we revive, and then we go back and we do whatever it is that we're supposed to be doing, because I think everybody serves in the SSD. They all get erased, they all get regressed, and they all get brought back.
And, you know, there are people that are going to continue to be asleep, And as they start ascertaining some of the information that is relevant to them, they're also going to be fragmented.
And so when you talk to them, you're going to have to accept that they will not be able to tell their complete story in a kind of a logical, progressive manner, which is what I'm trying to do a little bit by little as I write on my webpage, but it's not all going to make absolute chronological sense, if you understand what I'm saying.
Absolutely.

Well, I actually wanted to contact him in regards to the Sunspot incident, and as more news comes out, I'm finding out that it wasn't just a sunspot incident because now there's a German guy that's dead and I was at that place too.
So, I mean, it's like I can't help but go to where these places are and then ask myself why was I led there?
You know, they say that John is intuitive and I believe it's a time travel thing.
You know, you were saying, what was the word that you used?
Well, I'm not sure in reference to what that you're asking me.
When we first started talking, I said that I don't like to use that word.
I like to say time travel because I think that we've seen the past, present, and future.
Yeah, I use the word precog.
That means, you know, you're precognitive.
You see the future before it happens.
Okay, so that would be the same term that I would apply to time travel because I believe that we've all time traveled as well.
So if that's the term that you're using, precog, then I would say, you know, yeah, I do see the future, and I see past events, and I see present events.
And one thing I did want to say is that I think I asked you...

You asked me what?
I think I asked you if you had M's on your hand.
Oh, yes, you did ask me that.
And I'm not exactly certain what that means at this point, but I ask everybody that.
I say, hey, look at your palm of your hand.
Take a picture of it.

Look at the front of your hand and tell me, do you have M's on it?
And more than likely, people are like, yeah, I do.
I do know that.
And I'm not exactly certain what it means.
I don't know if it means created by Mengele.
I don't know if it means messenger.
I don't know if it means MKUltra.
I don't know what the M means, but it's significant in regards to who we are.

Are there any underground bases that you're familiar with?
It's my belief that I was held at Langley for a very long time, and also I know I was held at Montauk, and I also know I was held at Area 51, and I can't remember all the stuff that happened to me, but I know for sure that I wasn't at all.
I lived in Vegas for a year.
I can't remember what happened there, meaning that I was probably off planet for a whole lot longer than a year.
And some of the things that I understand that actually transpire are You know, I don't know if I can actually say sex with greys, like a lot of them at the same time.
With other reptiles, you get sold here on this planet.
And I think my likeness has been literally sold by my handlers throughout the galaxy because people keep coming up to me and saying, Penny, you look familiar.
I know I've seen you.
And when I was at Los Alamos, there was a group of German people there.
And as I'm leaving Los Alamos, I'm going to my vehicle and I feel these eyes in the back of my head.
It's a group of like seven people sitting at a table.
So I turn around and I say, I introduce myself and I say, hi, I'm Penny L.A. Shepard, former singer, now a researcher.
I say, where are you guys from?
They say, we're from Germany, Benny.
I'm like, great.
Okay, then.
And then I say, so, do you know me?
And they're like, no, no, we don't know you.
And they were looking at me like they were mortified.
Like I just was a creature of the Black Lagoon.
And there's a hundred clones of me down, you know, that some failed that, you know, climbed up from a deep underground military base.
And I say, are you sure?
And I say, look, I know I look like Irene Mengele.
Is there a statue of me somewhere in Germany?
And they're like, yeah, Penny.
And they're shaking my head until I just talk to them for a little bit.
But I know for sure they've seen me.
And then there's an extraterrestrial that knows me too.

The chemtrails are engineered as is our water and our food, etc.
to turn us into super soldiers to even trigger that sort of development in us.
Those that can't handle it We'll die, and that's their objective, to take those people out.
Those that can handle it will progress, at least on the earthly plane.
And of course, nobody really dies, assuming you're not simply a clone.
If you're a real soul, you will continue regardless, and this is just one of your incarnations.
