In some ways, well, very bizarre, strange, and this is not even the usual problems.
We have all kinds of usual problems, but This is even stranger than usual.
So I have Linda Moulton Howe on the phone here.

Very smart, very credible man who, when he worked for McDonnell Douglas, was even asked in his team to try to come up with an understanding of the propulsion system of unidentified flying objects or the new quote-unquote Hillary Clinton says the nomenclature should be unidentified aerial phenomena,
UAPs, and that When Bob Wood, inside of McDonnell Douglas in the 80s and back to the 70s, was dealt with the challenge, how would you understand the propulsion system of one of these UFOs based on eyewitnesses and inside military lingo?

It later became the White Sands Missile Range.
So now we're going back to the 1941 time period.
And in these documents that Bob Wood negotiated with Timothy Cooper in the mid-90s, one of them is called the Majestic 12 White Hot Establishment of 1947, and this was written after the three retrievals in Roswell.
Why I am starting here is because it's all tied together in this white-hot Majestic 12 Intelligence Assessment dated September 1947.

Now, let's go in to the Cape Girardeau 1941.
Recently, in March of 2016, a brand new book came out called MO41, that's Missouri 41, The Bombshell Before Roswell by Paul Blake Smith.
He and I did a three-hour recorded phone interview about what he has researched in this new book that just came out.
And he has done archive research, White House research, FDR, Truman research, everything going back to 1941.
So now what I'm going to unfold is some of the information from his new book.
The time is 8 p.m.
April 12, 1941.
A Baptist minister A Reverend William Huffman, H-U-F-F-M-A-N, receives a phone call at his home from the...
...a testimony from his granddaughter...
...has the police come to the house and the police take him to a location that, on a map, Cape Girardeau is about 117 miles southeast of St.
Louis and about 8 miles south of Cape...
C-H-A-F-F-E-E There Were military police,
fire, and a man with a large camera at the time in 1941 that had a big flash and it was flashing on a crescent-shaped craft that was silver on the ground and pieces.
Three bodies that later that night when the Reverend got home, he told his family, what I saw We're three identical bodies as if you would...
And here's what happened.
So very close.
The man who was in charge of that entire operation was General Charles Burton Root.
He was a flight instructor and a squadron commander and was so respected and he eventually became A appointed man by people in Washington, but he was in charge, this is very important, because the gathering on the night of April 12, 1941 appears to have been done at the bodies and the craft by this Sykeson Institute for Aeronautics.
All right, so we know that the military came in and got this material, but what about that It was not only with a large camera, but with a small camera that the man put in a shirt pocket.
So the reverend saw the photographs being taken, both with the large camera and the small camera.
Two weeks later, the man recognizable who had been taking the photographs showed up one evening when they heard a knock on the door, opened it, And here is the man that the Reverend recognized was the photographer.
And the photographer without any explanation to the Reverend Huffman says, I think that you are owed a photograph from two weeks ago and hands him a photograph that later the granddaughter would sketch because she saw it.
And I'm going to come to what happened to this photo.
The photograph in the sketches that are at my news website earthfiles.com and have been there for about a decade show two men in shirts.
One is in short shirt sleeves and the other is longer shirt sleeves and they have on either side they have their human hands under the armpits of a gray being about four feet tall from the bottom of its feet to the top of its head.
The Head is large, shaped, not round, and not precisely oval, but an odd shape that comes a little narrower down.
The eyes are quite large.
The Reverend said they were three times larger than human eyes, but not the way ours come horizontally.
These were slanted.
The nose was drawn in the sketch as just two little slits, a slit for a mouth, no ears, thin neck, thin body, apparently four fingers, and the feet were not clear.
And as I understand it, the photograph never showed exactly clear the bottom of the being's feet.
But nevertheless, here is a sketch that Charlotte Mann The granddaughter of Reverend William Huffman, had started drawing for people in the 1990s, and all of us had seen the drawing and heard her.
And the problem was, she was not born on April 12th, 1941.
She would be born years later when the Reverend's son, Guy Huffman, moved to Kansas.
The story needs to be told here about what happened before we get to Washington, D.C. The Reverend stayed in Cape Girardeau.
His son moves with the family and the new baby Charlotte to a town in Kansas.
One day, when Charlotte was a young girl and had seen the photograph that was described by her family as an extraterrestrial from outside of this planet being held up by two humans at the grandfather's when he was asked to go there,
the son had a man named Fisk working for AIG. The same insurance company, quote-unquote, that was involved in the collapse in 2008, the financial collapse in the United States.
And what we know about AIG in the 1940s is it was being used for intelligence people to be embedded because AIG could go out to towns on alleged Legitimate insurance inquiries and talk to people anywhere in the United States on all kinds of subjects and that appears to be what happened between Reverend Huffman's son and this AIG
man named Fisk, F-I-S-K-E. Fisk crosses Guy Huffman's path and somehow they end up talking about what happened in Cape Girardeau And Guy tells Fisk, who our suspicion is,
Paul Blake Smith's, mine and others, Fisk was sent as a mission to track down the photo and that the people in Cape Girardeau knew that the reverend had given the photo to the son.
The subject and the Fisk man says, Oh, I'm an expert in photos.
Please give it to me for a day or two.
I want to analyze it and I promise to bring it back.
Well, this man Fisk not only never brought it back to Guy Huffman, He disappeared from the town within two days of the discussion in taking the photo.
This reinforces the idea that Fisk was on the trail to get this photo and to take it out of any possibility of being shared with reporters and people about this Cape Girardeau story.
Now, with that as background, that there really was a photo, that there were other people who have testified having seen it, And why we don't have it.
Let's go back to April of 1941.
...everything.

There was no Pentagon in April 1941.
There was no CIA, NSA, DIA. There was no Area 51.
Most of what we recognize, for example, people think of Wright-Patterson.
The only thing in Ohio that existed in April of 1941 was called Wright Field.
It had not become Wright-Patterson until much later.
Therefore, part of the story that Paul Blake Smith is beginning The Archive say about Chief of Staff George Marshall,
his Secretary of State Cordell Senator in charge of S. Truman.
Those are the men on the night of April 12th Currently we're getting together to discuss what to do.
You must now keep in mind.
The President of the United States was a 33rd degree mason.
His secretary, his chief army chief, His secretary of state Cordell Hall was a 33rd degree Mason.
Those men at the top of the United States government in 1941 were also bound together by secrets.
The Masonic tradition secrets.
Those men were used to relating to each other as promising secrets.
What Paul Blake Smith suggests in this new book, based on his research of archives, that the only safe place That
is what we know today as Capitol Hill.
The nation's Capitol constructed on a hill in Washington, D.C. and was not completed until 1800.
Now, where would they put three bodies, craft, and debris in the nation's Capitol?
Well, it turns out I've done my own research after interviewing Paul Blake Smith.
The Department of the Interior in 1911, on the record in paper, is talking about how the Department of the Interior is now going to move material in 1911 out of these sub-basements to give more room for other things to be stored.
What Paul Blake Smith has come up with is that they Sub basements with only the 33rd degree Mason part of the government,
the president, his secretary of state, the chief of his army, and Harry Truman.
Being brought into the discussion and they would be the only ones knowing that that's what happened.
Now, is there any other information and evidence that supports this?
Paul Blake Smith has a fascinating section in the book about the testimony on the record of the three daughters to another reverend.
It is a name that people get confused with Huffman.
It is Holt.
H-O-L-T Reverend Holt was the cousin of the family of the family of the family of the family of the family of the family of the family of the family of the family
I think it's a very good thing.
And they go down into the river and told his daughters.
They didn't have all of the security machinery as they do today.
And the Cordell Hall shows his cousin, the Reverend, three large jars with liquid in the jars.
And inside of each jar is a body, gray, small, thin, and each of the jars in the bodies look identical.
And Cordell Hall tells his cousin, he tells his daughters, these are creatures not of this world.
And the daughters testified to this, all three, in the early...
The whole story of the crash in Cape Jordan and the retrieval of three identical bodies today we would call clones becomes even more significant when you read the white-hot majestic paper that would be written six years later because of the Roswell crashes.
The document talks about and is backed up by Nathan Twining's own Report, two weeks after the Roswell 1947 to Truman, at Truman's specific request.
Now, what I'm going to talk about are two tracks here that are really important to understand historically.

It references a Neutronic propulsion system.
And it says that the Neutronic propulsion system was handed over to Robert Oppenheimer for the development of the Manhattan Project.
Right there in those words means Oppenheimer began the Manhattan Project at the beginning of the 40s, not 47.
47 is two years after we were out of the war.
47 is two years after we tested the atomic bomb at White Sands and we dropped in August of 45 on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
So that means When they reference Robert Oppenheimer, the physicist who created the Manhattan Project specifically to develop the atomic bomb, and that he had a neutron propulsion system for the Manhattan Project, there can only be one place of any of us that we know.
It must be Cape Girardeau in Missouri.
So that establishes another need to the White Hot Project that comes in The first week of July, 1947.

Going into that fall election, 1944, and plucked Harry S. Truman.
Not only plucked, we know from archives, he begged.

...that Paul Blake Smith has looking at all of the things that were happening with FDR at the time.
A very popular president who hit World War II, who got us, got the United States involved in that war after Pearl Harbor, who rode at a very difficult time,
and if all of what I'm telling you is true, FDR reached out to his 33rd degree a sonic colleagues to help him keep One of those colleagues completely separate from the political considerations of the United States was because of their Masonic bond.
By 1944, that fall, what none of us knew was that Vannevar Bush and Oppenheimer,
FDR, Truman, George Marshall, they were all involved in discussions about the development of the atomic bomb which was this country's greatest secret.
We're now in the throes of World War II and Robert Oppenheimer apparently was Getting his clues about what to do with the atomic bomb from a piece of machinery that came from Cape Girardeau.
Now they're into the fall election.
FDR begs Truman to be his vice president.
FDR becomes president, but in 1945, on April 12th, 4 years exactly to the day of the report of Cape Girardeau, the crash, and the Three Beans.
April 12, 1941.
Now we're at April 12, 1945.
FDR is sick.
FDR leaves the White House and goes to South Carolina to recuperate.
The The fabric of the people who are trying to keep the United States government running include people who are the only ones that are sharing the ET craft secret.
They know in the discussions with Vannevar Bush and Oppenheimer that they have to do a test.
And that means by the time we get to April 12, 1941, that FDR and these men are already probably have decided that a day in July,
the middle of July 1945, the entire world for the first time will know that we have been able to split the atom And no one precisely knows what is going to happen, including Oppenheimer and Vannevar Bush.
FDR, according to Paul Blake Smith, in dozens of ways had lived his life around the number four.
Everything he wrote about, did, his life, the four terms as president, four in everything that was important to FDR came in Forbes.
Now we're at the very fourth anniversary, April 12, 1941, and not long before that day, this is another archive that Paul Blake Smith has found and contributed, FDR's secretary went on the record in later archival messages and letters and said,
not too long, Before April 12, 1941, FDR had asked her, the secretary, to bring him, without anyone knowing, a loaded gun.
The request was for a loaded gun.
This so shocked her.
She did it because he was president and she was secretary and worked with him.
On the day of April 12, 1941, He had closed off everybody and had gone into an office.
And the next thing were the reports that went around the world that FDR had died of a, quote, cerebral hemorrhage, close quote, on April 12, 1941.
The inside suggestion is, in many ways, that he took the gun and he killed himself.
By blowing a bullet into his brain, which would certainly be a cerebral hemorrhage.
This is reinforced by when his wife, they've been estranged for a long time.
Eleanor Roosevelt lived her life, FBI lived his life, he had had women who were his close friends, quote-unquote.
On this day, when Eleanor Roosevelt gets the message, That FDR has died in South Carolina.
She leaves New York immediately.
And the testimony of people who were there in archives is that when she arrived at the house, where his body was still in the same chair, they did not move her.
Some way, by phone, there was a request that Eleanor Roosevelt made that his body was not supposed to be moved or touched until she got it.
One of the secretaries said that Eleanor went into the room.
A doctor had been there and had put a bandage all the way around FDR's head several times.
That Eleanor Roosevelt removed the bandage, was seen looking at the head.
And from that moment forward, she closed the door.
No one was to come.
There was a closed casket.
His body went in a closed casket from South Carolina back to the funeral where they had it in New York, I believe.
And that no one in that room in South Carolina ever saw FDR again.
The question that Paul Blake Smith raises in the book As if Franklin Delano Roosevelt, not long before April 12, 1941, asked a secretary to give him a loaded gun, and not a single one of his 33rd degree Mason colleagues were at the funeral, and he was President of the United States.
In the Masonic tradition, any Mason who kills himself, 33rd degree or the masons in general will not attend the funeral.
This is a violation of a principle.
Eleanor kept it as a closed casket and the idea that has been raised is what comfort in the tight little circles having to do with UFOs and ETs That might have been weighing on FDR's mind as he was also wrestling with.
Are they going to explode that atomic bomb tank?
When they do, what is going to happen?
And he knew that what Robert Oppenheimer was using related to the crash on April 12, 1941, the atomic propulsion device.
Could it be That FDR did not want to be a lie.
When the test was done of exploding the atoms and his own first-hand knowledge that what they were dealing with was technology that was not from Earth and that whatever those clone beings were in those jars that the hypothesis is that he saw That he wanted to die.
He did not want to keep going.
This would not be the first strange death in our government related to E.T.'s forestall in 49.
Went out of the Bethesda hospital window after being, it was said that he lost his mind into deterioration and then his own family has suggested to me, I've met somebody in the forestall family, that James Forrestal, the first Secretary of Defense, had a lot of knowledge about the ETs and that something was happening that was an interaction between him and a non-human presence.
And he began to fall apart.
And was he pushed?
Did he kill himself?
But that was another strange death.
FDR to be his vice president in this fourth unprecedented term and when they called to get the vice president to let him know that FDR was dead in South Carolina
the archives say that they had to look and where was Harry S Truman on the equal talk of 1941, when the call came that the President had died?
He was in one of the sub-basements of the Capitol on Capitol Hill, and he had to hurry from the sub-basement back to the White House to become involved with all of the preliminary arrangements for the FDR funeral.
It doesn't prove That he was there looking at these beans in the jar.
But Paul Blake Smith raises the question in his book.
Of all the places, on April 12, 1941, the fourth anniversary of the retrieval, that Harry S. Truman, vice president, would have to be found there in order to get back to the White House because the president was dead.
It's a strange, strange weaving around that date.
And then, what President Harry S. Truman did from that point forward as President of the United States, gathering together his most trusted military, business, and science people into what we now know today as a group referred to as Majestic 12,
MJ-12, with a classification of N-A-J, not G, MAJIC and that this would be the trusted advisors to Harry S. Truman who would have had knowledge from Kate Gerardo up to FDR's death and everything else that began to occur.
The idea that Harry S. Truman was hit cold with those three Strange platform crashes in Roswell in July of 1947.
It doesn't hold water when you start getting into Cape Girardeau and carry, from my point of view, the secret space program, the atomic development, the hiding of all of the major non-human secrets in the archives of the Atomic Energy Commission.
And the Navy, it was the Navy and the Atomic Energy Commission were bound together in the early 1940s.
And no one has ever been able to file FOIA against anything in the Atomic Energy Commission and get an answer.
Those files are the biggest secret.
Reinforcing yet again that Cape Girardeau Before we got into World War II, our government, without having any...
FDR, George...
...the head of the...
...that was overseeing national defense...
...decisions.
As 33rd degree Masons all, we are keeping this a secret from Americans and from our enemies until we understand and develop this technology that Robert Oppenheimer did the first back engineering of understanding that Neutronic propulsion device and today When we hear what Lieutenant Colonel Corso wrote in the day after Roswell about
how he personally was told by General Arthur Trudeau in the late, or in the 1960s that Eisenhower, it was at the end of the Eisenhower administration, that Eisenhower wanted the army headed by General Trudeau, R&D, and Corso.
...the technology they had and start hand-carrying it to corporations, to only an individual per corporation, to get them back engineered in order to keep the technology out of the hands of the CIA.
Eisenhower didn't trust the CIA, and they wanted this technology.
And that they, by patenting and getting... - Linda, Linda, sorry to bother you.

That Philip J. Corso, his testimony about his first-hand knowledge that General Arthur Trudeau, first hand-picked by General Eisenhower, who became president, knew Trudeau from World War II as a trusted military mind who was a PhD in electrical engineering.
And Eisenhower trusted him, put him in charge of research and development for the army, the first one.
And Trudeau knew Corso from the war.
And Trudeau reaches out to Philip de Corso and has him come to the Pentagon.
I talked to Corso about this in great detail.
And he said, here...
...over and opened them up piece by piece and said, this is extraterrestrial technology.
And I'm going to give it to you piece by piece, and I want you to hand carry, and Trudeau said he had made the contacts, Corso would carry the ET technology to various corporations with the idea that once they had extraterrestrial technology being back-engineered,
just like Cape Girardeau, the Neutronic propulsion device, was back-engineered, so to speak, by Robert Oppenheimer, They would do the same thing in American corporations so that the American corporations would develop the ET technology, keep it out of the hands of Germany, Russia, and our perceived human enemies, and...
...presence on this earth dealing with an alien presence.
Catch up, but as they began developing and trying they concluded that we were dealing with alien technology that was eons and another document says millions of years beyond us.
So that is the importance of Cape Girardeau and everything that followed and Roswell Okay.
Those three crashes were not the beginning.
Excellent.

Linda, while we're on the screen here, I've opened your Earth files and I actually have gone to your reports and I put, for example, a picture of the actual, well, right now we've got part three,
we've got a picture here from the, I guess, the Paul Blake Smith book, The Bombshell Before Roswell, a picture of FDR and They are saying that they can hear me loud and clear, so I guess the issue is really...
It's between you and me.

So I will proceed here.
Now, it's very, very interesting information.
It's a little confusing because there's so much.
So I want to back up a little bit and get to the Cape Girardeau crash retrieval, I guess you might call it.
Would you agree?
Yes, absolutely.
Okay, so in Cape Girardeau, this is where supposedly these three alien bodies were recovered and then put into jars.
Is that correct?
We know that we have testimony from the Reverend himself about the night going The Reverend talking about the bodies, the crash, later getting the photo, that's like one piece.
The Cordell Hull cousin telling the daughters that he at the Capitol was taken by Cordell Hull to see the jars with the bodies is another piece.
We're trying to take pieces and it is not I cannot say that there is, and Paul Blake Smith doesn't say, that there's hard proof that the Jar story relates to April 12, 1941.
But, at that period of time, the Army came in and gathered this up.
Everybody knows that.
There are facts and then there are speculation.
Sure.
And the very fact that Sykeston and that strong military man, those are the ones that appear to be the ones in charge, that people who knew Sykeston came in.
So we know that military came in and took the bodies and took the debris and took the crash.
Where, in 1941, keep that in mind, no Pentagon, no area...
...the entire upper part of the government were 30...
of America and then Blake Smith in his work to start doing archive research, finding certain
archives and dates that suggest certain people work together on certain days and that's why I can say that there were
this Clarkson, do I have the name right, is Coyle Hall was Secretary of State.
His cousin was the Reverend.
The Reverend was the father to the daughters, and the three daughters went on the record with that from their father in the night.
Okay, and did this new author, Paul Blakeson...
He lives in Cape Girardeau, was born and raised there, became very interested in just recent years He's a young man because of all of the stories about the reverend, the photo, all the stuff that I and others have been reporting since Charlotte Mann talked about seeing the photo.
It began being sort of trickling out and Paul Blake Smith has done the most research historically and that's why this book is so important.
Okay, and as far as The daughters, are they still alive and did he interview them?
He has not interviewed them.
They went on a statement for citizens against UFO secrecy.
Was it KAWS? It was KAWS or...
It was one of the East Coast.
Okay.
They went on the record for one of the UFO groups and wrote the story and then there was another All right, Now they estimate that this crash happened in
According to your report here, you say that he died on the same day, April 12th, only on you say that he died on the same day, April 12th, That's right.
Okay.
So he dies and chooses a very interesting date, right?
And prior to or around the Cape Girardeau sort of incident, Were there any other cross retrievals that you're aware of, in the public record at least, about any crash retrievals that happened between 1941 and 1945 at all aside from this particular one?
Paul Blake Smith at Eureka Springs last weekend came and we had a three hour lunch and he now thinks that there is somebody coming forward who's never spoken before Saying that on a farm, this was all farm country back then.
Just think of nothing but horses, cattle, and farms.
And that another family who had a farm about 12 miles from the Chafee location that we just talked about, that there may have been It was either a landing or a crash.
Now, we don't have anything at all yet outside of one testimony.
But the thing that's interesting to me, if this turns out to have substance, throughout the last 60, 70, 80 years of history around the world, very rarely have there ever been a singular crash.
Whatever is going on with the UAP UFO, they seem to always travel in groups like threes or something else, and that where there's one crash, there usually is another one or two.
Therefore, if it turns out that there is going to be evidence of something else strange in Cape Girardeau, it would just reinforce that cycle.
He didn't find it.
Somebody came to Paul Blake Smith.
He's now going through the process of trying to back it up.
So when you ask that, I'm just telling you honestly, there may be something else that we're going to be able to get some substance to and report.
If not, then Kate Gerardo of April 12, 1941, is the only known information about a crash and three identical beings anywhere in the literature in 1941.
Okay, now the Battle of LA that I note that you referenced in your report, do you know the year that happened?
Yes!
On the timeline.
We've been on April 12, 1941, December 7, 1941.
I have this, I keep it on my computer.
So April to December, Pearl Harbor.
And then from Harvard to declare war, the attack of Japanese.
By February 24th, going past England, the Battle of L.A. This is a fascinating piece because it's within months of Cape Verde and the Los Angeles above the fold headline It was a big photograph.
I, in fact, talked to the man who provided that photo.
And, uh, in December 7th, uh, what would that be?
December or January?
That would be two, approximately two and a half months before.
The Japanese had attacked Pearl Harbor.
We get into World War II. So, during that period of time, we had all kinds of military security at this gathering.
Into the Pacific.
That's why we had all this heavy army artillery.
There was worry by the government that the Japanese might try to attack Los Angeles, San Francisco, cities along the coast.

With this, I'm going to say the viewing, the sense that the universe is teeming with life.
That the intelligences that are at work in this universe would shock us.

And yet, from our point of view, we're in an eerie, silent universe.
