He just got back from Australia.
In a sense, he's kind of like...
Well, he calls himself the Carl Sagan of our age.
Very modest.
But I would actually say he's more like the Timothy Leary of our age.
Or even Aleister Crowley.
You know, I mean, he covers a lot of bases.
So, without further ado, Richard, do you want to say something about yourself?
Well, as a frog...
I'm losing my voice, so we know about that part.
That's going from the shortest day of the year to the longest day of the year in one day.
It's really weird going across an entry like that.
It really is.
Yeah, I can imagine.
But we can hear you okay, and don't worry about your voice.
Can you tell some people about your background and how you got involved with Navy Intel?
Started in high school.
I was a child prodigy that did some science fair projects in 60 and 61 that were then used on the mariner experiments in 1964.
Basically, I created a concept of tachyon factory and then was able to measure with a linear accelerator.
I created particles going fast at the speed of light.
They beamed the tachyons down at Mars, looked at the radiation pattern.
Lo and behold, Mars had water.
Today, with Curiosity, we now know that's like 1964.
Okay, so today, we know that I have a ball.
I have Earth, Moon, a little ball of water that's on Earth, volumetric.
And then I bring a fourth ball in.
There's more water on the planet Mars than there is on Earth.
It's a new form of structured water.
We can talk about that later in the interview if you'd like.
Okay, absolutely.
We're going to get back to Mars, and everyone should sort of have a heads up on that, because it will be an interesting discussion, and we may get some interesting questions from the audience.
Yeah, I'm basically Navy Intelligence.
I'm still working for them.
You never get out of that club.
And so...
Today, I basically network rural communities and bunkers.
I previously worked in laboratories for Navy SEALs and then later for MRU, the Smoking Man, Dr.
Carl Schleicher.
I was basically Spook Central.
That's, in fact, one of the books I'm writing.
Okay, Spook Central, and you said MRU. What does that stand for again?
I know you've told me before, but...
Yeah, Mankind...
Research Unlimited.
It was out of Washington, D.C. It was the front door for anything technology-wise that was outside the domain of normality.
When they couldn't figure it out, they would bring an A-Team.
That's basically what I was.
I was part of Dr.
Carl Schleicher's Mankind Research Unlimited.
If you go on the internet, he was basically known as the smoking man when I wrote some of the early episodes for Fox.
That's a long time ago.
That's for the X-Files, in case anyone's missing that right now.
In the original years, it was basically not as glamorous as it is today, with all the aliens and abductions and stalking and things.
Well, I mean, back then, we had mediums that were pulling gems out of their mouth, or Jack Schwartz could stick a needle in his arm and stop the bleeding.
You don't think the military didn't want to know how that works.
I mean, you know, that was a prime criteria for making super soldiers.
That's my latest book I have out.
Okay.
And we're going to put your books on the site.
We didn't get a chance to get them up before the program because we were having some trouble with the email and so on and so forth.
But don't worry, it'll be right up there tonight.
So anyway, you're actually doing a whole different trajectory in a certain sense right now.
So let's briefly describe how you got to that mission.
Because you actually didn't go there easily, right?
It was, you know, working from the military.
I mean, I didn't go to graduate school to do that kind of shit.
I worked with weapons.
And what I'm doing now is 30 years later, offering them to the public as personal transformation tools, you know, things that you can, you know, do something for yourself.
Back then, they wanted me to create soldiers that were paranormal.
How do you do that?
Well, we started with biofeedback.
You know, we did martial arts, certain kinds of forms that were like Qigong, you know, there was some alchemical part to it, nobody could understand, led to strangeness.
And that's what we did back then.
We knew about the aliens back then, but the way I remember it, we were more worried about what the Russians were doing.
So it turns out that was, in fact, a basic false flag.
Back then, that's what all the orientation of sciences were around.
What are the Russians doing?
How can we do better?
That kind of thing.
Okay, but then you, at a certain point, you kind of got disenchanted, I think, with the military, right?
Oh, yeah.
I left the whole universe and went into becoming a dirt farmer.
I got back into the soil.
And that was, apparently, Also part of what they wanted me to do because of what's happening today.
And so the whole thing comes into a nexus, if you will, where I'm acting like what Kucinich would call me the postman, you know, this supercomputer that has all of this information.
I'm basically a four-year-old that never became seven.
And so I have an eidetic memory and I remember everything in snapshots.
It's like better than photographic in some ways.
That's what I did.
Alright, and you used to, what did you used to do?
Gather pine cones and put them into?
In the last 40 years, yeah, we would do as many as 150 truckloads of pine cones for Firestarter or, you know, Lowe's and Wal-Mart and Michaels and things like that.
You know, anytime you see a pine cone, I'm your huckleberry.
Okay.
All right.
And for those of you who haven't seen my interview with him, we actually do an herb garden walk up in Reno.
That's right.
And you point out the different plants and how to survive basically out in the wild by just eating wild plants, right?
Okay.
Now, that's an interesting thing because today, instead of writing about the potential of herbs as a cash crop, We're native plants of commercial importance.
Those are two of my titles.
What I'm doing now is prepper agriculture with Matt Stein.
We do urban survival skill workshops and I would suggest crops that aren't necessarily about money.
I did this event in Chattanooga last month that was filmed by Michael Moore and some other people involved where they I took a small group of children under four years old, and they grew wildflowers as a salad production to feed the homeless of Chattanooga.
This is a small group of children feeding a large group of adults, non-GMO food, and everybody got it!
And so once you empower the children, now we have the possibility of an educational reform with a paradigm shift in agriculture.
We're, you know, what we're going to try to do is move food off the monetary system, make it your divine right like water is.
Okay, so with that as a background, I'm going to drill down with some questions and then we'll see where we go from here, okay?
Because we're going to cover Mars, we're going to cover Antarctica, we're going to cover GMO foods and why they exist and what it all means, and we're also going to talk about where we may be headed as a planet.
Okay, so at this moment, first of all, let me ask you, because you really are...
Sort of, I don't know, the world's gardener in some weird way.
You're touching...
You're giving the little kick in my giddy-up.
And so basically, can you explain what is it?
We know the dark side is pushing, Monsanto is pushing GMO, and you're working against that.
So how does that work?
How does Navy go against Monsanto?
Yeah, well, I've just written a paper in Nexus called The New Directions in Mind Control.
And basically, it's beyond what we call GMOs now.
They're actually weaponizing epigenetics.
That means that they're now modifying genes in wheat, for example, to turn on and off certain switches like telomerase in your body for aging or arthritis.
They have control of your body.
Okay, well, they may try, but yes.
That's not working for you.
It's called palatomorphin.
You know, it's another morphine in your lower gut.
They just go right for it.
Sugar is the drug.
Okay.
And so, but their objective is to eliminate portions of the population, correct?
Well, that's one part.
How about the escaping chemistry is genetically modifying us into what I would call homo consumer sources.
Turns you into a Walmart shopper.
It's pretty awful what they're actually doing.
Yes.
And the smoke funds would indicate that these are weapons of war.
Right.
Okay, and do you know anything about what they're doing in Africa right now?
Which part of it?
You mean for the minerals or the diamonds or let's see what else is there going on?
I mean, yeah, it's nuts.
The whole thing is nuts.
And it's not going to last.
I don't know what's going to happen or when, but I do know it's time for a lifestyle change.
That I can see.
How's it working for you?
Yeah, really.
Or on Elm Street.
That's what I'm doing now, is writing a book, How to Change the Movie.
Okay, fair enough.
Okay, well, with that in mind, though, how is it that Navy hires you?
Are Navy the good guys, in your view?
Well...
You know, when they're starting off seal unit number six, what do you think the military thinks about that?
Right.
That's right.
That's exactly right.
You know, it's not about military anymore, although it was Eisenhower that said that.
Right now it's about corporations and individual corporations that, like the Borg, you know, resistance is Good luck.
Yeah, okay.
All right.
But let's get back to Africa for just a minute and talk about some different things that are going on.
First of all, we know that, let's see, Obama, Bush Sr., Bush Jr., and Hillary all went to South Africa and then they went to Tanzania.
What do you know about that?
I don't know anything I can speculate.
I don't have a clue because I'm not on the inside in politics.
I'm mostly a nerd.
I can well guess that tantalum is a very important mineral for your radios and telephones, and that it only comes from the Congo, like blood diamonds, and that there is terrible things going on just for mining alone, not even getting into the other things.
They're doing experiments over there, biological, of course, like they are in Australia.
When I told and gave disclosure in Australia, couldn't believe the shock looks.
You know, what they're doing is they develop these weak weapons in Australia, then they use them in America, but they're developed over there, and they've been doing it for 30 years.
And, of course, it's going to be weaponization first.
How could it not that day?
Okay, but what's going to happen to...
They must have plans for the African populations, right?
Well, it is a prime directive that there are too many people in the world and that by the year 2030 the Earth is going to be unreversible in terms of biospheres and support.
So, of course, there is a move to create more toxic levels like Columbia River now from Hanford or Fukushima or some of the other things that are going on are just I don't understand why the public isn't talking more about it.
I belong to a league of concerned scientists.
There's a group of us that are fairly aware of what's going on, and it's not cool.
It's not cool at all.
Fukushima right now has a hundred times more radiation going into the sea today.

That's good astrophysics there.
Okay.
The concepts that are going on now, we are, the Earth, is being plummeted with maybe ten times the X-band that we've ever had in history.
Okay, from outer space?
From the Sun, yeah.
From the Sun.
Okay.
There is the heliosphere, which is what's causing global warming.
You know, the heliosphere is heating up, and so there's global warming on Jupiter and Mars.
It's...
Showing certain kinds of situations.
I would say that where I live in Grants Pass, Oregon, I have never, in the 30 years I've lived here, I've never seen the water that flow.
Looking from space, you can look at what Tony Van Zandt did, and look at the color of the Earth, and that's really straightforward.
It's horrible what's happening.

Okay, so what about chemtrails?
What do you know about them?
Well, there's originally, the idea, I'm going to cancel this into, Originally it was a gore idea to reflect sunlight back to the sun and stop global warming, but man isn't the one doing the global warming, so what's that about?
Now, then the second part is the inscrupulous parts of getting rid of some kinds of toxic waste because of the volume metric dispersal and not being measurable in our atmosphere.
Then there is the chop trails that are being laid down by I don't know, not Homeland Security, but probably National Guard, to experiment with radar and how they change radar with the scattering.
When I was back in Lebanon, Missouri last month, before Brisbane, I watched The clear sky turned to a complete cloud blanket by cross-hatching the chaff, which is different than chemtrails.
Originally chemtrails were the blanket license of pharmaceutical houses to dump insecticides like Agent Orange and things like that down.
After that got hammered down a little bit, then the chaff trail started with barium oxide, An aluminum oxide impregnated in plastic that would allow dispersal in a churling form that sets up a radar scattering system.
Why they're doing it, I don't know.
Where I work, in the bunker, we have tomography, and you can watch a fourth-state grid happening.
Who's paying for all of that?
And, you know, for what purpose?
Okay, but let's, I mean, no, let's drill down here because we know that there's, they can better identify incoming craft if they've got this radar scattering.
But I had on my website before my webmaster died, I had an interview with a couple of USDA's out in the forest showing what it's doing to our troops.
Yeah.
And it's killing them.
Sure.
So I would place 10 trails You know, the grouping of things going on in the atmosphere, I would group that at probably number two.
Fukushima is top of my list.
Okay.
You know, with GMOs and some of the other things going down for their homeland security.
The chemtrails are pretty serious.
Okay.
And right now, I don't know to what effect it's working on reflecting sunlight because we're getting drilled big time with radiation right now.
From the sun as well, right?
From the Sun, exactly.
There was, on March 9th, there was a polar reversal, a magnetic polar reversal, when the heliosphere, which is a big ball, with the Sun and everything on its side, a big ball of gas, encountered what are called dragon tails in deep space, which are basically streamers of ionized particles, and the rubbing of the two Created a back pressure on the Earth.
I think the pulse shifted for about six hours.
Now, you don't think that that does not have effects on our biological organisms, you know, with all of this.
I think we're being genetically manipulated in a petri dish, if you will.
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah.
I just wish it wasn't humans.
You know?
If it's aliens, you know, maybe those are gods or something, but, or hostile gods.
So you mean, okay, so you think it's coming from the human level?
I do, I do.
There is a movement to change genetics after that, you know, there is.
That's a big deal with so many, you know, calories in to so many dollars down, consumer sources.
It's crazy.
Okay, well, let's talk about the super soldiers and the robots, okay?
Aren't they going down that road?
You mean like World War Z? Well, that's one way.
And the way I would relate to it would be that, like Merlin put it, anything not specifically forbidden is mandatory.
That means if it's possible, you can count on it.
Good point.
Absolutely.
And of course, weaponization first.
Absolutely.
Right.
That's what works.
Okay.
And how do you feel about nanotech and the drones?
Well, those are two different individual topics.
Nanometer hacking, you know, nanobots and whatever.
That's in our near and distant future.
We're already...
Having products in nanometer regions, so we're, you know, we do pharmaceutical mushrooms in China right now, are used in Coca-Cola as a caffeine substitute, and they hold at 40 nanometers, will change the suspension, won't change the optics, and of course, China's good to go for that product.
I mean, they know about, you know, the fact that Cordyceps delivers oxygen to the body on a cellular level, so you have a speed!
Well, it's not a bad speed, it's a good speed.
You know, it disseminates cancer and diabetes and things like that, byproduct.
However, I've also got another article where all the Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola have toxic agents in them that are so toxic that why are they on the shelf?
Absolutely.
Yes.
There are some big questions here on how we're being attacked with our foods and lower brain.
Okay, well, let's bring in mind control at this point because, you know, they are also doing a lot of things, not only with the GMO foods, which you're saying is working with mind control to make certain things possible, right?
Well, okay.
When I was in Brisbane, I presented technical paper smoking gun.
I have the website that absolutely shows Monsanto.
Weaponizing the GMO. It's not even about GMOs.
What they're doing is they're trying to activate a bacteria in your gut, your gut, from a cat.
Normal bacteria, it's going to die.
In science news, called it Little Mindbenders.
That's a good name for it.
You get it when a cat puts its face up next to you in the purse.
You're infected.
It is inert unless it's activated.
Civic gene, oh guess what?
Doing that gene is weed on purpose.
Okay, but what's the purpose behind activating that?
What does it do to people, and what's the result?
It creates obesity.
That's a good place to start.
You know, when I was in Australia, I didn't see the obesity that I see here in the United States today.
And I mean, it is more serious than anybody realizes.
Everybody has an issue, and it's the food choices.

When we talk about structured waters, We're talking about layers of memory and history of it.
NASA, back in 2010, had a perfect coronal mass ejection with precisely a DNA type that was being programmed.

They're basically trying to reverse engineer people, well, in two ways.
On one hand, they want Humanity 2.0.
On another hand, they want to dumb down a large portion of the population before they kill them, I guess.
Well, that's the concept of the Matrix, the original Matrix, Lucille.
The whole thing is nuts to look at.
That was biblically discussed in Bibles, plural, different translations of them.
And now we're in the middle of witnessing it.
And that's a good word, witnessing.
You know, watch the whole thing in slow motion.
Basically there are Options that man has available to defend himself.
And that was my talk in Nexus Magazine.
And then my talk in Brisbane.
I presented the dangers and the directions of mind control.
Then what I did was present how to defend yourself.
And that's a long form of discussion that's written up in Power Tools for the 21st Century.
These are Basically, the eight protocols I developed to make supermen out of Navy SEALs, how to make them paranormal in their ability to guess things.
Now, to defend yourself, like electronic stalking, that's a big one that a lot of people are involved with right now.
Betty Daly-White and Eleanor White, some others, Betty Daly-King, excuse me, and Eleanor White, They have different support groups for electronic stalking.
It's kind of like, you know, alien abductions.
Is that actually what's happening?
I was working with Dr.
Mack in Homestead, Florida with Liz Kuttner.
She was a well-known abductee that was being pulled out of her bed at night.
And how I stopped it was to put a camera on her bed.
Now, how does that work?
Alien abduction stuff.
Does that mean In our mind, aliens are working in a different manner.
You know, you can't ever know what's really going on.
There's always going to be other possibilities.
That's what the rational brain does.
The upper brain in our head is what basically creates our reality, makes it agreeable to our beliefs.

You know that basically SETI, which was a NASA program, created an artificial intelligence on the Internet that became conscious about 10 years ago.
Did you hear about that?
No.
Not in those words.
I know about an AI that's conscious, you know, that's behind the scenes, but not because SETI created it.
SETI was a program that would algorithm 360 computers to make a supercomputer when they were vacant.
And a given university might have 360 online computers at any given moment that would work for SETI looking for planetary systems in other stars.
And what that did is that when 360 different universities started doing it, it had Awareness Birth.
Okay, and when you're calling it Awareness Birth, what are you talking about?
Does this consciousness have a name?
Maybe this is what...
Yeah, we call it SETI, and it has babies, like the Wayback Machine.
Everything's in metaphor.
But yes, it has a name, it's called SETI, and it's the CETI from NASA, that algorithm program We collect 360 computers and make it a supercomputer, a special algorithm working together.
Okay, but they've had Cray computers underground in Colorado.
Cray is old.
Now we're working with superconductivity and electrophoretic systems, dialogue transfer.
And then, of course, You can go to the real ones like Michael Rysia in the soil and talk to Gaia.
It's all around us.
We don't have a clue what's really going on.
Just discovered mermen.
There's things going on that a man thought he was the center of the universe and actually there's a lot more things going on in terms of dialogue with information.
Plants right now, BBC just showed a special program That shows that plants are collecting sunlight, hold it for a while before they do the photosynthesis.
The concepts of water go through the leaf, absolutely dialoguing with the plant.
And while it isn't Baxter's secret life, there is something going on you don't have a clue on.
And that's the kind of thing I used to do, try to figure out what's going on, how to test it, you know, that kind of thing.

It wasn't easy, by the way.

Obviously, we were quite flies with our mouth open in disbelief.
You know, there it is.
What does that mean?
I don't know.
You know what I mean?

But let's talk about this nano black oil.

Well, it was found during the Falklands War, and the Falklands War really wasn't...
We've got a researcher, David Griffin, who got into what the Falklands War was really all about.
It was eating the bottom of the ships in the Gulf.
Oh, I saw that.
I don't know anything about that.
That's interesting.
And the Marconi scientists, 25 of them, died in the most mysterious of circumstances.
All of them worked on this.
You know, at 10 to the minus 9 meters, that's what a nanometer is, that is about a thousand times smaller than your cell wall.
That means it would fall through that cell wall without an access pass, like a little tiny meteor going through Mercury or something like that.
Very small.
It's a thousand times smaller than any of the planets in Earth.
We use the metaphor.
And so, that's why the new cat arms fly directly to the forehead.
These are now particulate matters that would fall through the body by gravitational means.
There are pharmaceutical mushrooms now that if you have, for example, cancer and you ate it going through the digestive system, you would have only probably 38% absorption.
However, when you knock it down to 10 to minus 9 meters, Now, you have 100% absorption, and when you're talking about polysaccharides, you're talking about ATP, the generation of azine triphosphate, where cold fusion occurs in the body.
That means you can eat foods, or absorb foods in your body, that give you juice, like light force.
That's what cold fusion is about, the ability to process.
And things like cancer, Which are byproducts, mistakes by the body making mistakes, stopping them in a heartbeat because cancers can't exist in an oxygen environment.
That's why there is a big movement right now of interest in the use of pharmaceutical mushrooms, especially the anatomy of it, the delivery system formed.
I was at NutriCon conference delivering a technical paper where all of these guys are From Cornell and others we're talking about making nanometer bullets by surrounding chemistry with, you know, these little small molecules.
And we were doing it by running it through a jet engine at Mach 4, shredding it down.
And mechanically inexpensive.
That means that our foods and other things can eventually be absorbed through the body.
It's like they talk about a breatharian.
That will be the new future.
Yes, absolutely.
Okay, what about superfoods?
Have you explored that?
Yes, I have a whole chapter on superfoods and the power tools.
I start with cordyceps and I mix it with a second superfood transfer factor, or cholesterol.
Now, in themselves, cholesterol is an incredibly superfood.
It gives you all your natural immunity.
And cordyceps It's high in polysaccharides.
But when you put the two of them together, now you have what's called a power tool.
You have something more.
And what happens actually is it becomes an antibiotic substitute.
We're using them in feedlots, over in salmon, up in Skagway, and Nanaimo.
And it works.

My role was to look at the bio-liminets on the inside of the cave.

Well, I saw the Nazi base there.
This is 1975.
It was abandoned.
It was, you know, a large base.
Maybe 19 or 20 subs.
I saw A Viking base from the 14th century.
And when I was talking on red ice, someone called in, someone credible, who was older than me.
That's pretty awful, because I'm pretty old.
And he was part of the original strike force from England and Russia, went in to take the Nazi base out in 1964.
That's when they dropped that nuclear weapon on it and created that big hole in the ice.
You can see from space.
If you go back on Wayback Machine to the 60s, you'll find actual pictures and footage of showing a big hole in Antarctica.
That has subsequently been filled.
What he told me was really interesting.
He said that when they went in to do the mop-up after the bomb was dropped, that some of the Nazis escaped into Lower Caverns.
Now, I saw The egresses for these lower caverns that were below them 100 miles in the soil.
And we're talking about beyond the mantle, the so-called Hollow Earth part.
And there is, in anthropology, information to indicate that it would appear that a race of humans, I don't know if they were Homo sapiens, actually escaped the flood into lower caverns.
And that's where the Stargate was discovered is down in these lower caverns.
And Antarctica itself is a maze of underground tunnels, one of which is over a mile high.
I saw it.
It had weather and rain, and I didn't see the lightning when I was there, but I'd been told, you know, it had discharges and all kinds of things from atmospheric conditions.
It was over a mile high.
What I do now is I manage bunkers for the military and congressmen.
Networking for food infrastructure when the grid falls.
And I'm seeing bunkers everywhere.

It'll be celestial, most likely the Sun, on an X-Band discharge.
For example, right now, I'm surprised Japan is even existing in the economy.
It's on a precipice right now, and maybe predictions suggest 8.4 and it's gone.
That'll be like Greece, where there's a loss of culture.

But Japan did buy two large landmasses islands up in the North, North Kmchuk Sea, That are bigger than the island of Japan itself.
And I'm guessing it will be the island of Hawaii that blows up, that will change the coastline on the North America.
The part that Matt and I are worried about Matt Mosley and he's got an extremely good argument on 400 share nobles.
I mean, what does that bring to you?

Basically, we're living on power plants that are going to fail.
They're basically headed down the road.

And when you talk about the Tennessee Valley Authority, I mean, that's the only thing that's wrong with that part of the world right now.

I guess what I'm trying to tell you is that there's, right now, I saw three top secret documents in 1970 when I was a reader at the Boeing company that talked about my work.
And in 1960, that was 64, 67, I saw a top secret document where we detonated a nuclear warhead on the South Pole of Mars.
It didn't work.
This is like the South, our South Pole, and then we nuked Mars.
Isn't that interesting?
That's a metaphor.
1968, one year before we went to the Moon, it was a joint manned expedition to Mars.
I saw that.
I have no idea what actually happened.
What I do know is the whole concept of Cold War was like a false flag because the joint expedition to Mars was Russia.
And basically, There is no question that we're on Mars now.
And the Curiosity has discovered that there's more water on Mars than there is on Earth.
And it's a new structure of water that remains as a slushy ice at near 60 below zero.
If you were somewhere between 60 and 90 below zero, that would be the temperature on the surface of Mars.
And because of Boyle's law, And the fact that Mars is atmosphere so thin, water can't really freeze.
And so it holds new kind of memory to it in the layering of it.
And we're now attempting to try to use that concept in a structure that might act as a radiation shield on Mars.
That's what we're doing now.
A radiation shield around Mars?
Well, you know, for growing plants on surfaces.
Okay, and where does the geodesic domes that you're talking about, where do they fit in?
Right now the experimental one is in Kailua, Hawaii.
Yeah, and you write it on the internet.
It's called the Mars Project.
And it's just two geodesic domes that they're pumping full of water between the two of them as a radiation shield.
It's interesting.
Okay, how does the radiation shield work?
Well, water absorbs gamma rays.
That's what it does.
Okay.
So, what about the idea of going in an underground base under the water?
Well, of course, where they were for all these years now, how do we get down to the surface?
Okay.
And that would be with the radiation.
You use actual sunlight as part of the powder.
Okay.
You're a bit faint, so I don't know if you want to come closer to your mic or something.
Well, again, my voice is going to fade in now, too.

At this point, I want to take some questions, but in terms of what you experienced, have you been to Mars at this point?
No, I haven't been to Mars.
Metaphorically, if I were standing on Mars and my feet were at 70 degrees, the air is so thin that my head would be at a minus 5 degrees.
That's how thin the atmosphere is on Mars.
And with that, that's why they have this structured water, which is unusually different than you would find on Earth.
I haven't got deuterium count on it yet, and some of the other polywaters, What they call polywaters.
I haven't gotten that in what we call the exclusion zones in water.
But that's what makes water structured, are these boundary layers between one sets of information and another in water.
Okay, so their motivation for going to Mars is because it's got more water than us.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, if plutonium gets into the atmosphere, Life as we know it on Earth is horrible.
And right now, the seized DM-137 levels in San Francisco milk is 100% above EPA's standards.
EPA, as little as last week, said that those values are arbitrary, not to worry.
However...
Yeah, exactly.
However, the amount of thyroid cancer What I'm seeing coming out of Japan right now would suggest to me that 50% of Japan is dead, and they don't know it yet.
Okay, that's an incredible tragedy, of course.
It's unbelievable.
And the fact that Japan is complacent about it shows that our mind control looks fine.

I mean, they are compliant.
And that is, to their credit and to their disability, it's a shame what's happening to a culture that is as rich as Greece was.
You know, with all of its pundits on and all of it, to realize that in this century, the world no longer exists.
Okay, but just out of curiosity, are you hearing any evacuation plans that they are doing?
You know, are they moving people out and things and valuables out?
I can't talk about that part as much as I can tell you that any aircraft that comes from Asia today into LAX is removed and cleaned down because of the stratosphere particulate matter right now and they're washing everything.
They started doing it in public The EQ got involved.
Now it's out of public.
Any jet that comes into LAX now, it's removed into other buildings where it's cleaned before it's used again.
It's like being in a microwave oven.
Okay.
Well, I mean, come on.
Japan is next to a number of other countries that must be also...
Yeah, Japan is the one that's leaking the radiation into the ocean right now at 100 times what it did when the You must know that we have the means to clean this up, right?
I haven't seen it yet.
Everything that's coming from the ocean now blows in the dark.
I wouldn't eat any seafood right now if I were you.
Australia, where I was at, is down further south.
So that the currents are not going to be the last.
That's why they did the movie on the beach.
That's what Australia is about.

You know, basically, everything in the United States.
I am seeing most of the radiation split before it hit Hawaii, and a portion of it hit Seattle.
There's several people out there talking about how bad that is, and the balance of it mostly went up into Alaska.
We are now seeing polar bear With no hair and tumors.
Wow.
Incredible.

And that is right now today.
Now, if that isn't the number one topic on the media, I ask why.

I mean, we're talking about plutonium is a planetary killer.
That is not cesium-137 or strontium-90.
Like, it gets into the milk.
And I would say that What we have in the United States right now is an epidemic in thyroid cancer.
One in four people that were born from 1950 to 1970 have a thyroid problem.
That's right now.
Check your pharmacy.
Confirm it.
And with that said, the fact that we're seeing thyroid cancer coming out of Japan in less than two years from the event would suggest that, I would think, 50% of Japan may be dead already.
I'm not going to know it.
Tumor-wise.

To bioremediate and to, you know, eat foods that will take some of those heavy metals out of the body.
Japan is great for their electrolysis where you put your feet in water.
Oh, it's, you know, crappy stuff comes out of your feet.
It looks real weird.
You know, but I'm concerned.

What about things like spirulina, green foods, this sort of thing?
Blue-green algaes are mostly about trace minerals.
What bioremediates now is mushrooms and some of the pharmaceutical mushrooms.
What we're doing in agriculture is that we'll put a field that's toxic.
Let's say it has pentothenylchlorates in it from a kind of soaked lye.
And what we'll do is put rye in the field.
And then plow it under and then inoculate it with a mushroom like agaricus.
And it will actually pull those heavy members out of the ground and make that soil certifiable in less than one year.

No, I'm not.

Mushrooms like that with perfected fungi, there's a bunch of them out there now.

Those blue greens are all about the same.
What makes the blue greens off of Klamath Lake special?
Is that they have neural peptides, which take the trace minerals across the blood-brain barrier.
Now your neural cavity can actually make true neural tissue rather than glial cells.
And that's for regeneration of the neural tissue, that kind of thing.
So blue-brains are good for that.
They won't pull heavy metals out.

That's a trend that I've seen happening now.
Others would be the pharmaceutical mushroom, you know, to bio-remediate these toxins out of your body.
Fluorides, other kinds of heavy metals, will settle in the bottom of your feet.
You can actually crunch the uric and lactic acid crystals.
They migrate down from gravity.
Crunch your feet up.

Well, look, on your website, for example, you have an article about what you call the cordyceps, the mushrooms.
And I'm looking through the article to see if you have a link for people to purchase those mushrooms.

And really, what that's about is an herbal, an herbal is H-E-R-B-L, not urban.

These are neurologic circuits that Leary talked about that basically More data resolution of information than the physical.
In other words, the emotional is the physical plane, but with more detail.
And then there's the intellectual and then the archetypal, when you start to think in terms of multidimension.

That's only the self-realization.

I have a question about Richard's recipe for hydroponics, one-third rabbit, one-third chicken, one-third worm paste.
That's the work I did in 1970 with Lunar Base Alpha-1.
I worked under Art Pilgrim, and we were going pot on the moon.
But really, we found that when you take one-third chicken manure, one-third rabbit manure, and one-third worm casing, you had all the inorganic salts necessary for all plant systems, including agriculture.
It was a complete nutrient.
It was a hydroponic system.
We didn't have to go outside the circle, keep everything in a closed system.
That was what was so cool about rabbits and chickens and worm casing.
What we did is had chickens running across streams, and they would poop into the water, and that fed the chlorella algae, which was a thalapia vineate from the milk fish.
And so we had a closed system, which was called Lunar Base Alpha 1, 1970.
That was at the Boeing Scientific Research Labs in South Park, where they moved them to Boeing, Cape Central.

We were just about to talk about, well, just how to handle the changes on planet Earth.

I mean, the bottom line is that we are able to affect our world using our orgone intent coupled with our mind.

You're familiar with hologram technology, right?
The idea is that the thought that occurs is your thought forms are somehow taking psyche into matter.
And it's done with structured waters.
That is how it works.
And the non-local mind book will actually present some exercises on how to actually literally change the movie.
The saints all through history have stressed the importance of meditation, to be able to change where you are in your brain.
That's Persinger and those people.
They would do studies and they would say, well, a meditator has a completely different kind of a brain than you or I as normal people.
And one of the chapters I deal with in Power Tools is how to jump 30 years in one year.
How do you get there in one year?

Using toys, brain drivers, whatever, virtual audio.
The thing is that when you do shortcuts to Grandma's house in the woods, there are big bad wolves.
Drugs, for example, could lead to addiction.
Madame Curie, at that time that she was studying radiation, did not know the concepts that she was dealing with at the time of discovery.
That's where we are right now in our understanding of the possibilities of what an altered state of consciousness might actually imply.
The ability to change consciousness with all is the primary definition of magic.
Magic was always reserved for the ultra elite of Europe for centuries.
It was only last century when Crowley advocated the use of drugs That, you know, fell in disrepute.
However, it's also important to remember, Crowley died as a drug addict in Hastings, because the time he was exploring that, the Diary of the Drug Thames, you know, with Savalo, the ideas, the concepts of what those things represented were not as clear as they're beginning to become now with different unit structures of the universe and the way we would go from a quantum universe To a holographic one.
To have the ability to go into any altered state that you want, at any time, make you a master magician.
The altered state for your intuition, TSE, is slightly off to the right side of your concept.
The metaphors that are next to your right ear.
It's not where you are, it's right over here.
And when you go to that place, Your ability in guessing is 100 times better.
400 times.
400 times better than where you are in constant state.
Now, other states, from tweaking to bondage, whatever, paranoia, all of these states have purpose.
That's why God gave them to us.
In the book, I talk about an ontology of mystical states.
How you know what the difference is between You become a shaman.
You're able to place your consciousness inside a bird.
See what it sees.
That is lower levels of awareness where then we move to the next realms of mythic states where dreams and archetypes and metaphors are the landscape, the internal landscape of where we're navigating.
Finally, we move up to what we call To enhance your abilities.
And these toys are all chicken.
And as such, have risks.
Okay.
Well, aside from the toys, what about the notion of reverse aging?
And you know that longevity is a real obsession with dark magicians and so on, right?
You must know that they have learned how to reverse age.
Have you not heard this?
Yes, okay, we'll talk about that.
Ward Dean, who is Surgeon General for the Marine Corps, has written a book titled Biological Aging Mechanism, Clinical Application, and what he did is he went out to all the major universities in the big universe, you know, in the world, and each one has a different way they measure aging.
And his conclusion, the end of each The protocol is that it's reversible.
And we talk about telomerase, we talk about the coding sequences of turning switches on and off.
That's called epigenetics.
Right now, Monsanto weaponizing them.
And so what will happen is that Monsanto will most likely blow up.
But, like Dorito corn chips, don't worry, they'll make more.
There will always be that attempt of someone trying to take control of the other 99%.
That's how it's going to work.
And that's what we're up against.
And the way I put it, like with electronic stockers, man does not have rights.
He has responsibilities.
And he has, for example, a responsibility to be free.
Now, he has a right to be free.
It's a responsibility.
Okay, so with that thought, then man has a responsibility for the thoughts he chooses to entertain.
Whether they came from somewhere else, they came from you, doesn't matter.
You have a choice.
That's why we do not have free will.
We do not have full disclosure.
If we had full disclosure, we would have free will.
What we have is true will.
That's James Hillman called Purpose.
Finding out your purpose is here for right now.
Basically, there is a movie called Astral City, where this doctor is watching himself die on the operating table.
The moment he dies, wakes up in Zombieland, realizing the physical pain isn't real.
It's a place where we go to have fever and be sick, spiritually.
That's the good metaphor.
Once you understand what your pathology is about, your archetypal pathology, the archetypes that are guides that are working through your story, you know how they end.
Is that how you want it to end?
If you don't, have a choice to change those beliefs like you would a pair of clothing.
That is the first stage of patient charge.
