	A guy literally, the last manect I just did, I'm not going to read his name, but this fellow sends me a manect and says the following to me.
	He grew up a Muslim in Iran.
	He says, hi, Patrick, my name is, I was born in Iran to a predominantly Muslim family.
	Though my parents were never really religious, my parents and I immigrated to the U.S. when I was an infant.
	In 04, we returned to Iran where I attended an international school in Tehran and spent my teenage years before moving back to the States in 09.
	I went on to complete my education, mention, became a doctor.
	For most of my life, I was never a religious person.
	Faith wasn't something I pursued or thought much about.
	But recently, I believe I watched a man be crucified before the world for his faith, and it awakened something in me I didn't know was there.
	It steered a part of my soul that had been asleep.
	As I've reflected, I've come to see that this is no longer about politics.
	It's about something much deeper.
	It's about good and evil.
	Many of the people I look up to and respect, including yourself, have chosen to follow Christ.
	Where should I begin?
	Are you kidding me?
	This is the last manect I did once I walked in.

	Isn't that amazing on what's going on right now?
	Let me tell you, all because of a guy had the audacity to go out there and talk to young kids and try to inspire them and talk about God and America and the Constitution.
	And, you know, I had my kids.
	I got my kids on a whole program right now to learn everything and anything.
	All my kids are, my oldest son is very much interested in politics, but I got a full program right now that I'm offering them a scholarship, some kind of a victory if they pull it off.
	Incentive to learn more about what makes America the greatest country in the world.

	Last night I got a text message from a good friend of ours.

	And then here, these people have been living in the cancer, the cancer, the tumor that's in their soul of hatred since the cancel culture of the BLM riots.
	They wanted to cancel everybody else, fire these people, take their jobs, things like this.
	And now it's coming back to a little thing called at-will employment.
	And Vinny, you know what at-will employment is, right?
	You run a business, people are at will.
	You could say, listen, economy's not doing so good.
	I got to lay you off.
	It's not a union job.
	You could say, you're not very good culturally with the rest of your employees.
	You seem to upset people rather than just getting your job done.

	And what I think is going on is these people just are so indoctrinated.

	What crushes my soul, Pat, is when I see those little kids.
	Those kids are being raised in a home where things are being said and their first reflex.

	And look at the glee in their voice.
	They're being taught that.

	And if you think that there's a difference there and the Muslim clerics that radicalize the kids that did the subway bombing so many years ago in London, you're wrong.
	There's no difference.
	It's the indoctrination of hate.
	And people are coming out and it's showing.
	But even greater, it says, Bible says that love will conquer hate, that earth will not be your paradise.
	Heaven is your paradise.
	But love will win.

	And I see the response of people coming out to that.
	And that's what gives me hope.
	And I also hope that somewhere, someplace, there are neighbors that see those little girls that can start working with them or start having an influence on them.
	Because those little girls, they're innocent.
	They're being raised in this home and they're being taught that way.
	That just kills me.

	It is the radical left.
	The radical left has been possessed.

	When you see, there's another story of someone that went to go to Office Depot.

	We were cycling in agents, evidence response technicians, hostage rescue technicians, and special operators in and out of Utah, cycling evidence back and forth on these FBI planes as soon as we could so that there was no delay.
	And what we did once I got there, along with the deputy, on the ground around 5 p.m. local on September 11th, was walk the entire crime scene, including the foots the suspect himself took.
	And what we learned was there was evidence, DNA evidence that could be collected and had been collected, including a screwdriver that was found on the rooftop.
	Also, we went over to the scene in the wooded area where the firearm was discarded and the firearm had a towel wrapped around it.
	It's important.
	I'll get back to that later.
	I even walked into the wooded area in the ravine so I knew from my investigative experience what I could bring to the table and what decisions I needed to make.
	And having the support of President Trump and the full support of the White House was what we needed for these resources to happen.
	And I can report today that the DNA hits from the towel that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA on the screwdriver are positively processed for the suspect in custody.

	So now that's what we're being told.

	What do you think about when you see this story that Cash has said this?

	And apparently this kid, Tyler Robinson, is not cooperating with authorities whatsoever.
	I know you showed an image of the Utah governor, Spencer Cox, I believe his name, who basically said, this is a watershed moment in American history.
	We just don't know if this is the end or beginning of a very dark chapter.
	I guess Tuesday is going to be the day that formal charges are going to be brought forward against this kid.
	But they have said that he lived with his furry or whatever.
	He's not transgender.
	And of course, is anybody shocked that the word trans magically popped up?

	So China throws Fit over Mexico playing ball with Trump on trade, which, by the way, for Trump to get Mexico to play ball with them on this, it's very interesting.

	And, you know, she says what she says about Trump.
	And then all of a sudden, 24 hours later, she does exactly what Trump wants him to do.
	China is lashing out at Mexico for considering tariffs on Chinese goods that would align more closely with Trump trade agenda.
	Bloomberg reported Friday, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said Mexico should think twice before imposing a planned 50% tariff on cars and other products made by China, according to Bloomberg's translational ministry announcement on Thursday.
	The Chinese government also seemed to imply that Mexico was merely caving to Trump's wishes and not exerting an independent trade policy.
	Any unilateral tariff increased by Mexico, even within the framework of the WTO rules, would be seen as appeasement and compromise toward unilateral bullying.
	The statement read according to Bloomberg, we urge the Mexico side to exercise extreme caution and consider carefully before taking any action.
	Mexican President Claudio Schaumbaum insisted the move was to protect domestic industry and did not seek to steer tensions between China and Mexico.
	According to Bloomberg, Trump has heavily employed tariffs in order to protect the U.S. industries, with China being one of Washington's main targets.

	So look, Mexico is an important trading partner with the United States.
	And you take a look, we've seen all the charts of how much it's increased over the last 10 years.
	And China is in there trying to disrupt the U.S. economically.
	They played a long game.
	They're also wanting to be big in EVs.
	And BYD, which is the second largest, now the largest, I think, on volume EV maker in the world is a Chinese company.
	And they have all their EVs that are named after, I think, like Oceans or Birds or whatever it is.
	But they had this giant factory that was in Mexico.
	And Trump starts rattling the saber.
	And all of a sudden, they're like, okay, we're going to postpone that.
	And then China's trying to bring imports into China into Mexico and then Mexico and the U.S.
	And now Trump's like, no, We're going to make a deal here.
	I'm going to make a deal with Mexico.
	I'm not going to do this.
	And China flips out because they want to have that BYD factory.
	They're playing a long game.
	They want that factory right here in our back door so they could just ship the cars right across.
	Now, if I was China and I was thinking about my auto industry, I would think that way.
	I would say, hey, we could get, could we get labor and land and everything and build the cars in Mexico and then ship them across?
	Yeah, let's do that.
	And then guess what?
	That'll get after Tussel.
	That'll get after General Motors.
	That'll get after Ford.
	They'll get after all of them.

	Then everything else.
	And by the way, there's also a dark side.
	The fentanyl coming through Mexico to the United States is Chinese fentanyl.

	China says we urge the Mexican side to exercise extreme caution and consider carefully before taking any actions.

	And so now the question comes up: is it fair questions to ask?
	Has China meddled in the political structure down there?
	Has China encouraged any of these interferences with campaigns?

	And so China throwing a fit, it's because they've got a big time play and they got many moves that were coming through Mexico.
	And this is just the beginning.

	Mortgage rate funds are fastest weekly payments in the year giving some relief to the strained housing market as economic conditions softened.
	The standard 30-year fixed rate mortgage dropped from 6.5% last week to ready 6.35% this week, the lowest rate since October of last year, according to data from government mortgage securitizers, Freddie Mac, demand for mortgage rose to a multi-year high with falling interest rates.
	Mortgage bankers observed borrower demand surged to a three-year high last week following a decline in mortgage rates to their lowest since last October.
	Tom, what is really going on here?
	Okay, here's what's going on.
	The Fed this week, we're down to hours now.
	It's going to be the exact hours.
	And if Rob can get the CME Fed Watch website, we'll look at the ticker right now.
	But here's what's happening: the Fed is going to lower rates in roughly 48 hours.
	Could it be a half a point?
	Probably not.
	But we are over 91% certain.
	And this isn't the business guys on Wall Street.
	These are the analysts and the people that follow Fed monetary policy.
	And it's two days, two hours, 53 minutes, and 48 seconds to be exact.
	And we're going to get the rate down.
	Well, so what's happening in advance?
	Why are the mortgage rates going now if the rates aren't going to be dropped until next week?
	Well, guess what?
	There are bonds that hold mortgages and there are bonds out there that help determine the interest rates.
	So, so, Vinny, this is not a math question.
	I'm just going to ask you, you own a bank.
	Don't mess with Vinny's head.
	I own a bank.
	You own a bank, and you have all these mortgages out there and they're at seven and three quarters, and some even eight, but around seven and three quarters, it's a big stack, and they're paying you interest.
	You're doing great.
	You're a happy bank.
	I'm happy.
	And all of a sudden, you hear that the interest rates are down at 6.3 and get down to 6.25 probably this week when this goes out.
	And suddenly, they're holding 7.3 quarter interest on your loans, and it could be down to 6.25 at a percent, percent and a half.
	That is a magic moment where you can refi and save meaningful on your payment.
	Now, what does the refi do?
	You may get the mortgage, but oh my gosh, Adams Bank may get the mortgage.
	You lose a customer and the rates come down.
	The bonds that are holding these are getting very nervous right now.
	They're waiting for the refi.
	So the value of the bond is based on the value of the interest rates.
	And so what's happening right now, the bonds have shifted down, which has also moved the 10-year, which has moved interest rates, which has actually exacerbated it because now people are picking up.
	So people with seven and a half to seven and three quarters are able to refi at 6.375, 6.25, which is the zone we're in right now.
	And that is good for homeowners.
	So homeowners that bought, Pat, in 2022, right after COVID, maybe they bought because they thought the home prices that were going up are going to keep going up.
	They jumped in and they bought.
	Now they're at a point where they can refi.
	So the refi market is starting to come to life.
	Now, it's more refis than we've had in, I think, two and a half years.
	However, it's not the all-time high of refis.
	We're still in a kind of a highly constrained market.
	No question about it.
	This is what you call little green shoots starting to peek up from the soil and looking that maybe the grass might grow.
	And this is good for Americans that will reduce their payments on homes they own.
	And it could open the door for home purchases, but we don't need a sudden shock.
	We need a long-term thaw.
	So they also think that there's going to be a quarter point come in November and a quarter point come in December.
	I think that's what's happening.
	And the CME watch group thinks that's happening too.
	So the answer to the question, if you think about refining, this might be a time to go out and check with your bank because you could get a six and a quarter and six and three H right now.
	And if you're holding a six and a seven and a half, there's a meaningful difference here all of a sudden.

	Well, everything is more expensive in America these days.
	So aside from your mortgages and what you're paying in housing, cars are more expensive.
	Gas is pretty damn expensive.
	College tuition is more expensive than it's ever been.
	You're getting less of an ROA than you possibly ever have.
	Healthcare is more expensive.
	We see what's going on in healthcare.
	Childcare is more expensive.
	Raising kids is more expensive.
	Your groceries are more expensive.
	Things are getting more expensive.
	At the same time, is our wages for the average worker going up?
	Very little.
	So what you have to do in your life is sort of determine where should you be spending your money?
	Where should you be saving your money?
	Should you be buying a house right now?
	Should you be getting a car right now?
	Should you be getting a roommate right now?
	Should you be having kids right now?
	Definitely not buying a car.

	You know, they talked about the American Dream is now no longer in case you ever need it.

	Dodge Ram cancels all electric pickup for U.S. amid slowing demand.

	So, Stellantis, which owns Dodge, they own Jeep, Ram, and a bunch of other things, has canceled plans to bring all electric pickup trucks to market.
	The latest product shakeup after competitors' models failed to meet expectations, and Congress moved to eliminate tax credits for EV buyers.
	Antonio Filosa, who took the helm of the French Italian-American Auto conglomerate this year, is dialing back his predecessor, ambitious EV sales target and prioritizing hybrids and gas-powered vehicles, seeking to stop a multi-year sale decline in North America, key profit engine for the company.
	The CEO is also taking advantage of the Trump administration push to roll back emissions standards that imposed major costs from penalties and credits in previous years.
	Tom, what is going on here with this?
	Well, we'll make it super, super simple.
	It says gas is very inexpensive right now.
	And it has been for the year for we're not at all time high on gas.
	Gas is actually a lighter percent of expense of the consumer wallet right now.
	And so, gas prices are lower, especially if you're not in states where they put a bunch of taxes on top of them and everything to pay for failed policies.

	And what's happening is now people are buying, you know, gas-powered vehicles.
	And also, electric vehicles are losing their $7,500 discount that was being paid for by the taxpayers.
	And, you know, electricity, people are saying that it's getting more crowded at certain places to go charge your vehicle.
	And so people are saying, wow, where's all this real benefit in electric cars, Pat?
	And so people are saying, maybe I don't want an electric pickup.
	Maybe I'll get this pickup right over here that's gas powered and gas isn't so expensive and everything.
	So I'm going to do that.
	And that's what's going on.
	And the Ford F-150 Lightning, which if you read the car magazines, that was like a premier truck.
	It was like an electric truck done right.

	I'm just saying this is what auto analysts say.
	Ford did a good job.

	You know, people have had enough.
	They've awoken a sleeping giant.
	And we've seen it in the UK this week with Tommy Robinson's event.
	We've seen the vigils and the memorials all around the world in the UK and Australia and France and Germany and Israel and Italy and Hungary and Spain all paying respect to Charlie Kirk.
	Do you want to factor that in?
	Why did 90 plus percent of NFL teams take a moment of silence for Charlie Kirk?
	The five that didn't, you have some explaining to do.
	So in America today, there's one flag that reigns supreme.
	It's the American flag.
	It's not your BLM flag.
	It's not your Palestine flag.
	It's not your LGBT woke trans flag.
	All these people on the left, the Don Lemon crew, they're raising every single flag other than the American flag.
	Charlie stood for one flag, and that was the American flag, and they hate him for it.
	Yeah.
	And they're disgusting.
	And by the way, you know, to be fair, cancel culture can happen on both sides.
	Like for us, if you think about what I'm saying right now, when you go back and look at the Federalist paper that was written by, I think 60% is written by Hamilton, if I'm not mistaken, on the Federalist paper.
	And one of the things he talked about, he says the one thing that they realized where they went from a monarchy, Tom, correct me on any of the stuff that I'm saying here after they went from a monarchy where a guy is saying, I need you to do this.
	I need you to pay for everything.
	Monarchy, right?
	So you have to imperialism, monarchy, to then a democracy, which is what?
	Well, let's see what everybody wants to do.
	Okay, no, we need you to pay for it, Rob, because you're the rich guy.
	So democracy, the individual wasn't protected.
	And then you go to the Republic.
	It's like, wait a minute, guys.
	Hey, I'm going to work harder.
	Can I be protected?
	And the leak that they found in democracies was man's ambition and what happens when they get power.
	The more and more they studied history and they give the examples in a Federalist paper is the fact that you keep seeing examples of people not knowing how to manage power.
	The moment they get it, they want to control.
	And this isn't a left thing.
	Just so you let you know, this is a left, right, center thing.
	If a man, this is why Marcus Aurelius was loved as much as he was, because he was a great leader.

	But let me tell you, though, you laugh at it.

	I don't know if you remember that commercial from 15 years ago.
	Dwayne said, no, no, make me seem like bigger.

	Don Lemon just puts the clips up and it makes him look horrible.
	And he still does it.
	You got to respect him for it.
	He shows his losses.
	His wins and his losses.
