Time Text
Did you ever think you would make it?
You wouldn't hustle on something such a chase sweetie discovery.
I know this life may afford me.
Adam, what you hear?
The future looks bright.
And Jay, good is better than anything I ever saw.
You are a one-on-one.
I don't think I've ever said this before.
Okay, gang.
Hope you had a good weekend, episode 579.
We got a different voice here today.
Me and Tom have a very unique voice here today.
You'll hear it when Tom starts speaking as well.
This is when Tom's voice gets like this.
He doesn't spend a lot of time at the office.
He likes to go home and talk to him.
Very quite weak.
He likes to go to Kim and talk dirty to her.
Maybe not something we want to talk about publicly, but that is what it is.
He loved and made love.
That's right.
Anyways, a lot of crazy stories that we need to go through.
You know, we have, let me see which one I want to go through this.
By the way, I've got a couple clips.
We got to play that clip of the twins in Australia that you're talking about.
Probably one of the first twins that's gone viral.
Gone viral.
We'll play that and see if anybody, maybe you and Adam can recite it or Tom and Adam.
I don't know.
White House pushes lab league theory on new COVID website.
Congresswoman's profane supermarket argument with a constituent caught on camera.
Is this with what's her name?
Rob, who is that with the clip?
Nancy Mates.
Nancy Mates.
That's right.
She crushed it, by the way.
And something else happened to her yesterday at a town hall that I have, and you're going to die laughing at me.
She needs full security.
Security, yeah, more comedy coming.
Trump's studying if removal Powell is an option.
Hassett said Trump's administration demands Harvard disclose foreign funding, escalating feud.
This is not looking pretty right now.
So they said they're going to defund him.
Harvard came back suing them.
Trump's coming back asking this.
It almost seemed like Harvard's about to get in trouble if they keep going back and forth like this.
And next thing you know, new intel comes out.
The rest could be history for Harvard.
Harvard could be in a troubling place if we find out what they're really doing behind closed doors.
Three ex-presidents denounce the current one in a two-week stretch.
So obviously they're on the same page with what they got going on.
Conor McGrath blasts mass migration as a genocide in Ireland.
I got a couple clips I want to show you about that, which is kind of weird.
Why U.S. men think college isn't worth it anymore?
JP Morgan details exactly how it thinks Trump's trade war will play out and what investors should do.
That's probably going to be the first story we'll go through.
Ben Affleck came out and said some things about California.
He's not accustomed.
I'm not used to hearing Ben trash California, but when you get to a point that Ben is not happy with California, you are doing a lot of things wrong.
And the next story goes to Gavin Newsom, catching heat again as LA's 2028 Olympics in peril and faces criticism after granting clemency to 25 criminals.
And we'll get into that.
Trump says mineral deal with Ukraine to be signed next Thursday.
JD Vance this morning talked about how the trade deal with Modi and India is getting closer.
I think you shared that with us this morning.
Justin Bieber in bad shape.
Shannon Sharp has just got to make a decision to change the types of women he's...
I mean, the kind of text messages he was getting was, I don't know if we'll even cover it or not.
It's a crazy story.
Trump's administration, I rate out Harvard, plans to pull additional billion dollar in funding.
That's a Wall Street Journal story.
GOP leader asks Attorney General Pam Bondi to prosecute Andrew Cuomo.
Interesting.
Them judge in New Mexico steps down after men with alleged trend that Agua ties found in his home.
By the way, did you see Kilmar's wife being asked by Michael Strahan, hey, what happened in 2021?
Is it true that in 2021 you call the cops?
Did you see this clip?
I have not.
Oh, you have to see that.
That's his wife?
That's his wife.
And yeah, we'll talk about that.
We'll talk about that.
And the tattoo, you know the tattoo.
What that means.
Yes.
Yeah, okay.
We'll cover that as well.
Interesting.
Anthony Fauci, fortune doubled to $15 million between 2009 and 2023.
Watchdogs finds during worst of COVID lockdowns.
This guy's a great investor, or maybe something was going on we don't know about.
Zuckerberg reportedly cozied up to Trump so he could settle his FTC lawsuit for $450 million instead of $30 billion.
Tom's got some thoughts on that.
I think, Vinny, you got some thoughts on that as well.
Gen Z Gratz says their college degrees were a waste of time.
That's one too many stories with college degrees being a waste of time.
Oh, yeah.
And money as AI infiltrates the workplace.
Okay, so we'll cover those stories.
I got a few other things that I want to show you guys as well that I brought in.
There's one thing I want to show that has to do with Gary Player talking about what Tiger Woods did that prevented him from being the greatest of all time, that he could have had 20 or 22 masters.
I just really like what he had to say.
And there's a stat talking about man needs two nights a week with his guy friends.
Why it's necessary to be two nights a week with his guy friends.
Men need that.
And we'll address that as well.
Folks, last time we did this, when the Yetis came out last time, I had no idea what was going to happen with the Yetis.
I had no idea.
When our team said, Pat, they're not going to last.
Like this, all of it was gone.
Next thing you know, we were swamped by messages of Pat, can we get additional Yetis to do collaboration with Value Taman and Future Looks Bright?
The next one is here.
Now, keep in mind, these will go very fast.
Rob, if you want to play this clip, we got different ones.
These are based on what many of you guys asked.
This is the Future Looks Bright Yeti, whether it's a pink one, whether it's the red one, whether it's the Tiffany Blue or the White.
This one seems to be absolutely sick.
Yeah.
Or even a smaller one that you got.
And on top of this, Rob, if you can also go to the website, there are, I think it's 10 coolers that we got.
A couple of people asked me.
Only 10?
I just got 10 of them.
We're like, let's just see if there's a market.
I guarantee you that they'll be gone before we're up there.
I said, let's get 10.
Let's see how it does.
Look at that.
Look how sick that is with Future Looks Bright right on top of it.
So VTMerch.com, go place your order.
Be the first to get it because these things will go very quickly.
Again, it is limited supply and they're absolutely sick.
When you go to work and you have this Value Taman logo and a Future Looks Bright, it looks insane.
Okay.
Again, go to VTMerch.com, place your order with the Yeti collaboration.
All right, so let's get right into it.
Tom, I'm going to go right into business economy because right now, a lot of people are concerned with what's going on.
Yesterday, the market had another, what is it, 2.5%, 3% correction, give or take, whatever the number was.
Here, JPMorgan Chase details exactly how they think Trump's trade war will play out and what investors should do.
Okay.
So let's see what the story from Insider is saying in regards to Chase's predictions with Trump's tariffs.
Okay.
So JPMorgan Chase predicts Trump's tariffs will lead to some deals with trade partners with the effective tax rate rising to 10 to 20 percent compared to 2 percent earlier this year.
The firm noted this represents a meaningful increase in imports duties, but lands within Wall Street estimates pre-liberation day.
Expect an economic growth to slow unemployment and inflation to rise, but the U.S. to avoid a full recession.
The bank recommends structured notes for investors stating they can simultaneously provide defensive exposure to stocks while delivering income through options premiums, upside, offering a strategy to navigate the tariff, including market uncertainty.
JPMorgan Chase advises incorporating hedge funds into diversified portfolios, noting that volatility will allow hedge funds to exploit market mispricings and relative value play across asset classes, Tom.
Well, Business Insider is covering JPMorgan, and JPMorgan had a big letter that came out a week and a half ago.
And one of the things that people noted in there is they seem to be having or trying to have like a calming effect on investors.
Like they're saying, hey, we think the tax rate will be 10 to 20% of some of these tariffs compared to 2%, which is what we estimated pre-Liberation Day.
So what they're trying to say, Vinny, is, hey, what we said before Liberation Day when the market started going crazy, and that was April 2nd, hey, it's happening.
It's happening about that way.
So they're trying to have a calming effect.
And then what they're mentioning to people is, you know, structured notes.
And I won't go into deep detail.
Adam could probably talk about it too.
But a structured note is basically an investment vehicle that allows you a little bit of downside protection and a little bit of upside protection.
And you get a little coupon in there.
So what they're saying is there are other investment products that are designed for times when the markets and the financial instruments are volatile.
And I felt like, Pat, that what Business Insider was covering, but they missed the headline.
I think they blew the headline.
It would be, JP Morgan recommends calm and consider alternative investments as the tariff situation, trade war plays out.
And we think it's going to land 10 to 20% tax on certain goods, which is what we said before Liberation Day.
And I think they missed the headlines.
I think that's what JP Morgan is.
That's exactly what they're saying here.
And oh, by the way, call JP Morgan because we can help you buy some of these things.
Operators are standing by.
Adam.
I guess, you know, for those of us that support Trump, you know, many of us in this room, including myself who voted for Trump, at what point are we going to sound the alarm and say, I don't know, is this actually working out?
I think we all understand the need for tariffs.
I think we all understand the need for taking on China.
I think we all understand the need for not kicking the can down the road.
But at the same time, when are we going to say, is this actually working?
I think it's totally fair to ask questions.
You know, this is the, Tom and I were talking about this earlier, the number one story in the Wall Street Journal was the following.
The Dow is now headed for the worst April in 100 years as investors send a no confidence signal to the market.
Now, we all said brace for impact.
We kind of have to have a short term, take a couple steps back in order to take 10 steps forward.
But the market is getting a little fearful.
You know, as Warren Buffett always says, be fearful when people are greedy, be greedy when people are fearful.
I'm still investing in the market.
I'll always bet on America.
But if you go to the Fear-Greed Index, which we tend to take a look at on this show, right now, people are in extreme fear.
So, you know, I don't want to be, this is not a joke, but on Liberation Day, April 2nd, like the only thing that's been liberated so far is trillions of dollars of wealth from the U.S. stock market.
And I don't want that, nor does anybody want that.
But since then, since it's the potentially the worst April in almost 100 years, the Dow is down.
The stocks are down.
The S P is down.
The dollar is down.
U.S. treasuries and bonds are down.
Consumer sentiment is down.
Gold is up because that's obviously a store of value.
The VIX is up because that's volatility index.
And the fear and greed index is very fearful.
At what point do we say, look, Trump, we're rooting for you, bro?
But hopefully, this thing turns around very quickly.
Is three months too early?
And I get Adam, trust me, I'm with you 100%.
But isn't this something that we have to go through as a nation because of how horrible everything?
What a $30 trillion, $37 trillion in debt.
Nobody respects the Trump debt.
Just I'm going to answer this and then I'm going to let you get your thing.
The debt is obviously one thing, but the tariffs are a totally other thing.
I understand what Doja is doing.
But if Trump, who is very mindful of his legacy and how things are talked about in the news, even if he doesn't trust the mainstream media, this is the lowest SP has ever been since inauguration for any president in 100 years.
So this is not a good look for Trump.
We're all rooting for this to turn around.
But my simple question is: at what point do we sound like Lauren Basil?
Yeah, I don't know.
Let me tell you what I did yesterday.
So for me, yesterday, I looked into a couple things.
I went and looked into, and it's so funny you were saying that.
You were kind of headed in that direction.
Rob, can you go pull up the following?
What are the longest any trade deals took?
Go on Chat GBT and ask the question: what is the longest any trade deal took?
Okay, if you pull it up, here's what you'll notice.
I wanted to find out what's the longest.
Okay, the longest trade deals ever.
Doha Development Round, WTO, 23 years.
It's still going.
EU Mercosur Agreement, that's EU, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, 1999 to 2019.
Okay.
And it's still not ratified.
Okay.
Then you got TT Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, 13 years.
WTO General Agreement on Trade and Services, 10 years.
Canada-EU eight years.
And then I want to put the fastest.
And here's what I found with the fastest.
U.S. Jordan FTA, four months.
This is in 2000.
U.S. Australia FTA, a trade agreement, fastest trade deals, one year.
USMCA, one and a half years.
That's U.S.-Mexico-Canada, 2017 to 2018.
U.S. Singapore, two years.
So even the fourth fastest was two years.
Okay.
By the way, people who are watching this, they're shaking right now.
You understand what I'm saying?
They're kind of like, what are you talking about?
It's going to take minimum to go through this.
That's what you think is going to take place.
Well, if this is truly something that's a dramatic, dramatic change that we're going to be making, you know, this is something we have to go through.
So now, I then looked up to see what companies were taking a hit.
Okay.
And there's two different types of deals: bilateral trade deals, two countries.
It takes one to five years.
Multilateral trade deals, three countries plus, takes five to ten years.
Okay.
But in the China trade deal, there are a lot of companies right now in China that are taking a hit because to them, they're just shutting down.
They're telling employees, go home, we have no work for you.
And this is real.
That's happening.
Okay.
And some parts of America as well.
Some places are shutting down, saying, we don't have work for you.
We can't afford to have work for you.
So the pain is there as we're going through it, right?
You're hearing some small business owners talk about, you know, I financed my mortgage.
You know, I've taken money out of my mortgage to be able to do this and all the stuff that they're talking about.
So the pain is definitely there.
But the part that I like on what happened, Rob, if you want to pull this up, the JD Vance Modi clip with India, if you can pull that up, I think Vinny sent it this morning.
In the chat, Robbie.
Yeah, in the chat.
So if you pull that up, What the president and the administration is doing, which is the right thing to do, is they're saying, look, you can take your time all you want.
We're going to the one country that you probably don't want to see be the next China, which is India.
Okay.
And here's what just happened.
This is how long ago, Rob, was it this morning?
Yeah, I think so.
Yeah, April 22nd, 8 or 3 a.m.
Go for it.
Go for it.
Watch this, folks.
As many of you are aware, both of our governments are hard at work on a trade agreement built on shared priorities, like creating new jobs, building durable supply chains, and achieving prosperity for our workers.
In our meeting yesterday, Prime Minister Modi and I made very good progress on all of those points.
And we are especially excited to formally announce that America and India have officially finalized the terms of reference for the trade negotiation.
I think this is a vital step.
I believe this is a vital step toward realizing President Trump's and Prime Minister Modi's vision because it sets a roadmap toward a final deal between our nations.
As many of you are aware.
Tom, how important is this?
Excuse me?
How important is this?
This is really important because I think what he's saying when he says the points of reference, I think what he's saying is basically LOI.
Here's a letter of intent.
It's not a contract, but it's a letter of intent.
And inside the letter of intent, it says, okay, these are the five things that we're going to work through.
So basically, that's a big deal to say that we've, because, you know, they get together, they stand in front of the flags and they say, boy, what a productive day.
Nice to see you.
Nice to see you as well.
Do you like the gift?
I love the gift.
Thank you very much.
Love the beef jerky.
Thank you so much.
And thank you very much for the curry.
And, you know, they do that.
And it's kind of just a handshaking back and forth.
This seemed, and you heard the people applauding, very specific.
I talked to the prime minister.
We've got points of reference.
So to me, it's like an LOI that says, hey, guys, we're around first base and we know exactly what we're going to be talking about and we know exactly where we're going to go.
And when trade deals in our negotiation phases, usually what they do is they mutually pull the heat off each other.
Like when two countries are at war, they say, we're going to have a ceasefire and our guys and your guys are going to meet in Geneva, Switzerland, and we're going to talk about it.
You know what I'm talking about?
They have a little ceasefire.
That's how usually international deals happen.
So likewise, they usually turn down the heat on it.
I think the market is probably going to like this today because the poor stock market is bouncing like a yo-yo on sentiment.
Yeah, so I asked the question, how is this impacting?
Rob, can you go to ChatGPT Type and how were the tariffs impacting Chinese manufacturing?
Just type that in.
It's funny you're saying that, Pax.
I saw a tweet by Mario Nafalma.
I'm looking for it right now on how we're talking about us, right?
You're nailing it.
China is not doing well right now.
Factories are closing.
It's hitting the fan over there as well.
People think it's all good.
That's right.
And that's a great point.
So it says Zheji, province factory closure.
Over 50% of export-oriented factories in Zheji, a major manufacturing hub, are expected to halt production temporarily following the imposition of 145% U.S. tariffs.
Many companies are extending their labor holidays indefinitely due to a sharp decline in U.S. orders.
And then this continues, by the way.
It's not getting any prettier.
Let me see what this other region is.
Give me one second.
Let me see this one here.
Yeah, many companies on the plastic manufacturing sector risk.
Chinese plastic plants face potential shutdowns as tariffs have disrupted the imports.
U.S. ethane, a critical raw material for plastic production.
The increased costs and supply chain disruptions have made operations unsustainable.
U.S. companies shifting production.
David's bridal reduced China's based production from over 50% to 30%, shifting operations to countries like Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and India.
So companies are moving away from China to places like Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and India.
And then Stanley's Black and Decker decreased reliance on China manufacturing from 40% to 15% over the past seven years, planning future reductions and reallocating productions to other parts of Asia and possibly Mexico.
Now, keep in mind, we can talk like this and be like, oh my God, China's struggling.
They're going through a hard time.
They're going to have to do a deal.
Nobody knows because in China, their media is saying U.S. is getting destroyed.
The Chinese media is saying U.S. economy is in shambles.
They don't know how they're going to handle it.
They need China.
The same thing Americans are saying is the same thing the Chinese are saying about how the U.S. economy is in shambles right now.
Tom, thoughts.
Yeah, well, and I'll tell you, the India thing, we talk about sentiment.
The market opened one minute ago.
It's 9.31, right?
So S ⁇ P 500 up 55.
Dow up 400.
NASDAQ up 190, excuse me, 182, just moving right here live.
So it's an early bounce.
The day is young.
There's a lot of things that happen in the market, but the market is jumping a bit on sentiment.
And you got to believe that hearing about India is part of this because it calms the market.
The market just wants to know everything's going to be okay and things are going to come down a little bit.
And I think that, you know, the volatility that's out there right now, we have the volatility of words.
What do you mean?
Well, the volatility of words.
Yeah, the volatility of words that go back and forth that causes the market to get a little concerned.
And then, you know, people are making research and Wall Street Journal today, as Adam pointed out, saying, hey, this could be the worst April since the Great Depression.
That's a fair headline based on historical facts.
But those words make the market nervous.
But trade deals, you know, are things that now go the other way and will calm the market.
But we need more days like this morning.
Well, it's very hard to compete with China just because they cheat.
You know, China is the world's warehouse that makes everything.
And we've been shipping away manufacturing jobs for a few decades now.
You know, how many times you look at any good you buy and it says made in China, made in China, made in China.
You even see videos of like people trying to call Trump out for things in Trump MAGA world that are made in China.
I don't know the validity of that, but they're like this factory of a billion plus people that just never sleeps.
And it's very hard for smaller countries or even America to compete with these people when you have low cost, they're cutting out competitors, undercutting competition.
The CCP is heavily subsidizing many of these industries, just like Trump has done with some of the farmers and some industries here.
They pay low wages.
They have zero environmental regulation.
They have low standards for the workplace.
They don't give a shit if kids are working and chopping out fingers.
They don't care.
They don't care about their people.
All they care about is keeping the CCP in power, which leads me to the final point.
We covered this on the town hall, the live podcast we did the other day, where you have Xi right now, where China was alienated just a short six, 12 months ago.
Now she's going on, what do they call it?
Like this charm offensive going around the world.
Hello, good to see you.
Vinny said he wouldn't eat Chinese food for the next six to 12 months.
And I'm not.
Exactly.
So the guy on whatever, there was like one of their foreign ministers or whatever was talking about calling us peasants.
So China was alienated.
Now they're sort of back in the fold.
They're kind of playing with a little house money right now.
The bottom line is, it's going to be very hard to decouple from China.
It's not like we're just going to cut off all our manufacturing.
We have very cheap labor and cheap goods that came from China.
I don't think these jobs are necessarily coming back to America.
So Trump needs to navigate this relationship.
But Americans, and this is the real question: are Americans willing to go through some pain to stop that shit?
Because guess what, Adam?
You nailed it.
Kids' labor can't like slave labor can't for kids to have cheaper phones.
If you're really about people, you're really about America and you care about the children, then we need to break off and it's going to hurt.
And I'm just, I'm one of those Americans that's America first.
And guess what?
If I have to pay a little bit more not to deal with these you-know-whats, then so be it.
What I say all the time is, I believe the children are the future.
I know.
You teach them well and let them lead the way.
By the way, it's going to happen when you're saying that, when you're saying that, okay?
And we can say that.
But there's a lot of people that can't, don't have that luxury.
There's a lot of people that are four weeks away from shutting down their businesses.
There's a lot of people that are two weeks away, six weeks away.
They're very scared.
There's a lot of scared people in America today.
Okay.
And you know who the scared people are?
Here's a crazy stat for you to be thinking about.
In 19, I want to say 40, 82% of all jobs in America were created by small business owners.
Okay.
And that's the 1940s.
About 40, 20 years ago, it was 55%.
Now it's 45%.
So the number of jobs being created by small business owners is getting less and less.
And the more the jobs are being created by who?
The big government or the big company?
No, no, big companies.
So small business, companies with less than 100 employees.
Used to be 82% that would employ the American people, right?
But now we're relying on these behemoth companies.
You need the small business owners to stick around.
You need the small business owners to have a fighting chance.
You need the small business owners that risk their savings, their 401k, they take some crazy risk to get a business going just because they have a small dream, or maybe some of them have a big dream.
So we have to understand that it is very valid the pain that they're going through.
And if you're a business owner out there, I feel your pain that you're going through.
When you're in it, it absolutely sucks.
There's nothing like it when you're going through it.
It's so scary.
Anxiety at night, fighting with your wife and kids, fighting with your husband, trying to take your kids out of private school.
Can't pay $1,500.
You're back three months because you're trying to put the money into business.
We're going through it.
However, I'm still optimistic that they're going to accelerate this process and get the negotiation going.
I'm still optimistic.
And I think if we are able to get India to scare the crap out of China a little bit, that can go away from you, this is good.
Okay.
They need a little bit of good news.
Now, let's go to the next thing here: minerals.
Tom, I'm going to come to you with this one here.
Trump says minerals deal with Ukraine to be signed next Thursday.
This is very, very important if they pull this off.
Rob, is this it?
Is this the clip?
Go forward, buddy.
He said we could see a minerals deal signed this week.
Is that well?
We have a minerals deal, which I guess is going to be signed on Thursday, Scott, and next Thursday.
Soon?
And I assume they're going to live up to the deal, so we'll see.
But we have a deal on that.
No, I have no comment on that.
I have no idea.
That's his statement, not mine.
He doesn't seem too confident about it.
No.
Okay, let me read the rest in time.
I'm going to give it to you.
So, President Trump announced in the Oval Office of Prime Minister George Maloney that an 80-page mineral deal, what you claim will be signed next Thursday, though.
Secretary Scott Besson clarified it would likely occur on April 26th with the U.S. reducing its repayment demands for Ukraine and its fight against Russia from $300 billion to $200 billion.
Ukrainian President Zelensky, after meeting with Trump administration, said good progress has been made.
And a memorandum of understanding could be signed at any moment.
But Besant revealed Zelensky was supposed to sign that during his February visit, instead bypassing it for the big deal, which Zelensky refused, causing the televised Oval office confrontation, which we've all seen that.
Tom, go ahead.
So there's the what and there's the how.
Here's the what.
Rare earth minerals are important.
Lithium, cobalt, things like that.
They're in your phone.
They're in the batteries for EVs.
They're in batteries on your phone, as a matter of fact.
And they are critically important.
And they're called rare earth minerals because they're very rare.
They're only in certain areas around the world.
Just like gold is only in certain areas around the world.
Oil is only in certain areas around the world.
So are these.
That's the what.
We need that to keep driving a technologically advanced economy.
And we need lots of that.
We need a supply of that.
And when we were dependent on the Middle East for oil in the 70s and early 80s, that was bad.
That's why drill, baby, drill, because we have oil.
We have it.
Well, for rare earth minerals, it's not dig, baby, dig because we don't have them everywhere.
And so we need partners.
And recently, China has said that as part of this trade war, that they are embargoing us and saying you don't get the rare earth minerals.
This is exactly what Trump feared.
And that's why, before everyone understood the how, why Trump was there at the Oval Office back with Vance and Zelensky when that whole thing happened, you know, going at each other there.
And he then refused to sign the minerals deal because Trump said, I got a great idea.
I'll give you a little discount on what you owe me back, but then you can pay me a rare earth minerals that I need for my economy.
The art of the deal, that was good.
And that slipped.
Well, now we need it even more.
And it appears, there's no word of whether this was in there previously, but it appears that what's on the table now, and they call this a memorandum of understanding, MOU, that we're going to reduce what you owe from 300 to 100, and you're going to pay with the rare earth minerals.
If we get it done, this is a good thing for the U.S. economy to get access to the rare earth.
How much do you think Zelensky knows that the U.S. desperately needs that minerals deal and he's intentionally delaying it?
I think he knows it a lot.
And I think he's a player.
And I don't think he really cares about his country.
I think there's a lot of things going on.
Why would he delay it?
Give me three reasons why he would delay it.
Is it one?
One has given a middle finger to Trump.
I get that.
What else?
What are you doing?
I think he wants more.
I don't think he wants a discount.
I think he wants cash because that's always what he comes looking for.
And they take the cash, they skim it, then they send some of it to, ironically, back to U.S. companies, and they buy arms and stuff.
And I think he wants cash.
I think that's what it is.
That's why he's manipulating it.
And I think he also looks over his shoulder and saying, yeah, and I noticed you don't have a deal with Greenland yet.
You only have this negotiated detente with Greenland where Greenland is slow rolling China.
Because remember, China's trying to get a deal with Greenland to dig rare earth in Greenland.
So addition to their own rare earth and to have their rare earth, they're trying to, China's trying to play the monopoly game and get all the yellows because a set of yellows is rare earth minerals, which means they control any technology economies because they control that supply.
That's what's going on.
And Greenland, you know, would be a big help.
And haven't heard words about Greenland recently because we've been trying to get that deal done.
So I think Zelensky knows.
I think he wants cash.
He always wants a little more, always wants a little more.
Always wants a little more.
Let me ask you, who can help in this situation?
Because Putin's also not helping, right?
Putin's also not helping the fact that he's not wanting to come to the table.
You know, it's almost like he's trying to say, hey, Trump, mind your own business.
I'm dealing with my kid here, Ukraine.
This is none of your business.
Leave it alone.
I'll let you know when we want to do something.
You don't dictate the terms.
Is that kind of the vibe you get from Putin?
That's the vibe I get.
And there are two words that would, um, that the rest of the world would probably flip out at.
But there's two words that Trump could utter to Putin to help move that forward: Crimea and Dornbus.
And say, tell you what, we draw the new line, Crimea, Dornbus, we call off the war, we do all this.
Do you see what I mean?
And I think, remember, Russia feels that that is historically theirs.
They feel that the creation of Ukraine stepped on their historical territory and they've been upset about it for, you know, as long as Ukraine has been separate.
And so I think that's what Putin also has his desires and its territory and what he says is legitimate, you know, Russian historical source.
Does Ukraine have a deal with China at all?
Rob, can you check that?
Does Ukraine have a deal with China on minerals?
Do they have a mineral deal?
I don't think they need them, but let's just see if there's anything.
I haven't heard of one.
Yeah.
China said to engage in Western nations.
Okay.
Yeah, this is a pretzel, and this is really important.
This is an important deal to get.
I don't know, Tom.
There's 20 different ways you can get good news for the economy.
Okay.
So new jobs report.
All right, cool.
Low unemployment.
All right, great.
Inflation.
Okay, it's going down.
Okay.
Hey, the stock market's doing well.
All right, cool.
You know, hey, crypto's up.
All right, cool.
You know, we lowered our national debt.
So, so far, none of those we have.
We brokered a new trade deal.
Okay.
What else?
What else can you say?
Yeah, the trade deal thing, like India.
Like, hey, we're progressing with India.
You know, I changed my mind.
We're going to move interest rates down.
Right.
I changed my mind, Jerome Powell.
Okay.
Taxes are going down.
The new tax plan is ready.
It's going down.
Especially for the middle class that already is maxed out on credit cards so that they can actually spend a little bit.
Right.
Sales spending, consumer confidence is up, right?
What good news do they have right now?
Right now?
Right now.
What good news do they have right now?
Literally, JD Vance at the podium has been the best news that I've seen in about a week since the jobs report came out that showed February was pretty strong.
That was like a hard, remember that?
That was like a hard number victory.
Hey, people are hiring things.
But since that, you know, we're looking for not sentiment, but looking for signatures and numbers.
That's what I'm waiting for.
Signatures and numbers.
Adam.
So what's the question?
Or do you want me to comment on what comment on what we just talked about?
What would be good news for the economy?
A war, war for good.
For the economy?
Overall, I mean, everything's being disrupted right now.
I was just, I sent this to Rob.
You know, I'm a fan of this guy for read Zakarium, and he coined something called the post-American world.
And how essentially, whether it's Trump sort of being the disruptor or whether it's the world sort of reacting and basically no longer necessarily relying on America, I could argue this is a good thing.
I could argue that this is a bad thing.
But the basic premise is now that the Trump administration has basically had this revolution on foreign policy, you know, economic nationalism, basically freeing ourselves from all these trade agreements, World Health Organization, tariffs, everything that he's doing.
how every country is now going to seek independence from their dependence that they've had on America for the last 70 years, whether that's through protectionism or economic advancements or whether that's through literally us protecting them with our troops, our bases all around the world.
But there's a part of this, I don't know if you can show this clip, Rob, or actually show the part of it, but they singled out the, at the very beginning, they talked about how there's the, I think, the foreign minister of Singapore and basically they're pro-American, but they're also on Chinese side of the world.
And they basically have to balance, there it is right here.
He said, basically, how America has changed from great liberator to great disruptor to now a landlord seeking rent.
And, you know, that's sort of a jab at Trump basically saying, time to pay up.
It's payback time, which I understand.
But now if you kind of go on this clip, the EU is now basically saying, all right, what's going to like, what's going to, the world is no, the U.S. is no longer prepared to underwrite the global order.
This makes for international environment far less orderly and predictable.
And there's probably one more quote that you can find from the EU right here.
If it's coming up right here, here it goes.
This is from Germany's likely next chance.
So they say, Frederick Mercks, he says, that's Tom's accent if you want to do it, Tom.
My absolute priority would be to strengthen Europe as quickly as possible so that step by step we can really achieve independence from the USA.
I never thought I'd have to say something like this, but after Donald Trump's statements, it is clear that the Americans, at least this part of the Americans, this administration, are largely indifferent to the fate of Europe.
So I'm actually okay with some of this, but I also understand why this is a great disruption.
Because we can't be the world's policemen.
We can't just take care of everybody.
Because if America, in my opinion, if America at this point was, if I could find an avatar for who America is, it'd be a rich, fat, bloated person like someone like J.B. Pritzker.
Handing out cash to spoiled children.
Exactly.
We're rich.
We got everything going on, but we're also very fat and bloated.
So something's going to have to give.
And indifferent to the fate of Europe?
Let me translate that.
Willing to pay 70% of the cost of NATO.
So let's make sure we understand what some of these statements are.
And by the way, this guy's a Democrat.
It's not like he's going to be a pro-Trump guy.
Frederick Mertz is a guy that's a Biden guy.
He's not a Trump guy.
So he's going to make the company.
However, however, you're right.
The one thing to be thinking about is the following.
Very simple.
You're in a room.
You're negotiating a contract with a carrier.
You got one guy here.
You got one guy here.
One of them has been a partner for you.
The other one, you don't trust at all, whatsoever.
I remember one time I brought a guy who was doing a nudity for me.
I won't say the company's name, but it had to do with annuity marketing.
Are you saying annuity?
Annuities.
Yeah.
I thought you said something else.
I was getting a little turned on.
What did I say?
Annuity.
They said nudie.
Oh, no.
He said it was annudity.
I was like, I'm like, hey.
So check this out.
So this guy comes in, and I told him, I said, look, we have one basic rule.
When you talk to my agents, you're a wholesaler.
You don't get to talk contract and commission on all that stuff.
He said, we would never do that.
That's a code in insurance.
We'd never do that.
At my event, he goes to one of my guys, gives a number, does a side deal with him.
I went up to him.
I told him, I said, you and I can never do business together for the rest of your life.
That was in 2010.
You know who we were in 2010?
Nothing.
You know how much leverage I had in 2010?
That's very little.
This much.
You know what the guy said?
Who the hell are you?
Do you get what I'm saying?
You called it bluff.
He's like, don't tell me what's going on.
Yeah, who the hell are you, bro?
You're small at a company.
Now, five years later, it's a different story.
Now it's not who the hell are you?
Now it's like, no, man, whatever you guys need, we got to make you happy.
So today, America is not who are you?
America is still America.
Fully American.
nobody trusts China.
So to me, this is a messaging issue that I think everybody needs to be on the same messaging over and to say, here's how China is as a partner.
Hey, everybody in the EU in the Middle East, this is how China negotiates.
Just so you know, we saw them under COVID.
We saw how they negotiate.
They'll steal everything from you.
They will never keep their commitment on their contract.
They're not going to do it.
So that's that.
Do you want to partner with somebody like that?
Or do you want to partner with somebody like us?
Who do you want to partner up with?
And that doesn't mean U.S. is a perfect, like, we don't have any stuff that we bully and we challenge and we expect and all that other stuff.
But that kind of comes with the territory when you got a good business.
Can I tell you, I so much agree with you because what I've said so many times here is that Donald Trump is one of the most brilliant marketers we've ever had.
But for some reason, when he's rolling out policies, he doesn't use his marketing skills as much as he should.
Like he should be basically explaining, guys, here's the plan.
Here's what we're doing.
You know, I've said this a million times.
Drain the swamp, lock her up, build the wall.
All these great three-word terms got him elected.
So if you want to get a rate cut with Jerome Powell, cut that rate.
If you want to deal with China, make China pay.
It's so easy, but there's so much uncertainty in the marketplace.
My one request for Trump is just be very clear on your messaging and America be with you.
There's so much uncertainty and you're adding to the chaos by not being clear.
I think he could do better on the messaging.
Yeah.
We'll see.
We'll see what's going to happen there.
The reality of it is that we're still in the thick of things and it doesn't look like a deal is around the corner yet, specifically with one country everybody's looking at, which is China.
And all the markets love the Indian news today.
Let's bring green, green, green.
So let's go to the next one.
Trump's studying if removing Powell is an option.
Tom, is there anything new with this here of him removing Powell?
No, it's just statements.
You know, I'll remove you.
And everybody goes, how?
Trust me, I'll figure something out.
But he can't do it.
No, he can't do it.
And I think that's a little bit bluster.
You know, I'm supporting the guy I voted for, but you know what?
Powell says I don't see the facts that would lead me to cut the rate.
And I know you don't like that, but I don't see the facts.
Inflation's head out of control.
People aren't being laid off.
So I'm not going to cut the rate.
Great.
Okay.
So that one, we'll see.
We'll see what happened there.
Let me go to the next story here.
White House pushes Lab League theory on new COVID website.
Rob, if you want to get that clip ready, Vinny, I'm going to come to you with this one here.
The newcovit.gov website, redirecting from COVIDtest.gov, promotes the lab leak theory claiming COVID-19, claiming, this is Forbes magazine, the way they wrote it, claiming COVID-19 emerged from an accidental league at the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory.
It draws from the Republican Led House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic report.
After action review of the COVID-19 pandemic, the lesson learned and a path forward, this contract with a March 2020 National Nature Medicine report, which states, we do not believe that any type of laboratory-based scenario is plausible, supporting the Wuhan market origin.
And then there's a bunch of other guys.
The update said critiques of Biden's administration pandemic response stating vaccines undoubtedly saved millions of people's lives by diminishing likelihood, severe disease and death, but were exaggerating effectiveness.
It also claims masks, mandates, social distancing, and lockdowns cause more harm than good.
Is this a clip, Rob?
This is Anthony Fauci, the first time that he publicly denied that the COVID virus originated from the Wuhan lab and says it could have only come from nature.
Go for it.
Yeah, please, Mr. Bricklin.
I wanted to ask Dr. Fauci, can you address the suggestions or concerns that this virus was somehow man-made, possibly came out of a laboratory in China?
We studied this virus.
What are the prospects of that?
There was a study recently that we can make available to you where a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists looked at the sequences there and the sequences in bats as they evolve and the mutations that it took to get to the point where it is now is totally consistent with a jump of a species from an animal to a human.
That's just an awesome thing.
Oh my God.
You know what I'm saying?
We can make even an eighth grader analysis to that, and the BS alarm goes off.
You have to get it.
What do you know about this?
And if you don't mind, Pat, because I'm going to kind of combine Cuomo and everything.
Oh, yeah.
Well, basically, and again, who are we just talking about?
Who's our biggest threat, Tom?
Adversary, whatever you want to call him with trade.
China, right?
This is, again, China being able to do whatever the hell they want to do with zero accountability.
So in my opinion, that when people say deep state and all these players inside to keep them shielded, that's what it is.
And we already know about Joe Biden and his relationship with China and Hunter and all that stuff.
But basically, you know, they're basically, it came from a lab.
All right.
I'm sick.
I'm tired of this whole still lab leak theory.
Okay.
At what point are we just going to say, we know that it came from there, but the real question is going to be, did you guys do it on purpose?
Were you guys pissed at Trump?
Did you guys want to shut down the world against trade?
Who did it?
Because this freaking Fauci, it drives me crazy because he said.
Tell me the facts.
Let me stick to facts.
What do we know?
So here's where we go.
I'm going to start with Cuomo, too.
Is that okay, Pat?
Yeah, Como.
So Andrew Cuomo, by the way, the author.
Andre Cuomo or Andrew Cuomo?
Andrew Cuomo.
Author of the book, American Crisis Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
He's been referred to the DOJ for criminal charges.
He's being hit for obstructing a congressional investigation into COVID nursing home deaths in New York.
And this is all alleged.
His office covered up the true death toll, altered state reports, and lied to the DOJ and the public, all while pushing a policy that forced COVID-positive patients into nursing homes, leading to deaths of thousands of innocent seniors.
Now, the oversight committee chairman, James Comer, has been referred this to Pam Bondi, and he said, and I quote, Andrew Cuomo is a man of history of corruption and deceit, now caught red-handed lying to Congress during the select submittee's investigation into COVID-19 nursing home tragedy in New York.
Let's be clear, guys, that's lying to Congress is what James Comer is saying that this is all happening, right?
And then right in the middle of all this, these are facts.
Anthony, Mr. Anthony Fauci, while America was shut down and locked in and scared to breathe, his net worth doubled.
All right, guys, going from $7.6 million to over $15 million between 2019 and 2022.
Okay.
He made $4 million in salary and government perks, raked in $2 million in royalties and speaking gigs, and pulled in another $1.6 million in investment gains.
Oh, and by the way, his wife, who was recently stepped down or let go of Robbie, I don't know if she was fired or not, she brought in $1.6 million from her own government job, all while Americans lost their businesses, buried family members, and were silenced if they spoke up, all right?
And he was the highest paid federal employee in the government.
And then, think about it, Joe Biden, yes or no with the pen, if it was auto-pen or not, Pat, gave this guy the green light to walk and never be prosecuted or nothing to happen to him.
I think that there needs to be a full investigation.
Please find out if that auto-pen was actual auto-pen and go after them.
Because this is what pisses me off, Pat.
And this is one for, I want everybody to know this.
Are we going to let them slide for what they did?
Are we going to let Fauci, Biden, the White House, that, Cuomo, or even Chris?
And I love Chris together.
Do you remember the video that Chris put out, Pat?
Chris Cuomo put out a video on CNN and he said, you know what the biggest threat to enemy to America is?
It's the fellow Americans.
How are we going to let, like, you mind if I play this?
Play this clip.
Think about this.
In a world of threats and tyrants and terror, you know what our biggest enemy is in America?
Our fellow Americans.
The pandemic is just positive proof of that.
The number of new COVID cases going down.
Deaths.
Did you know that deaths this year already surpassed 2020s?
352,000.
Now we're higher than that.
And we have vaccines.
How can we be dying more after we have what keeps you from dying?
Okay, Robert, you can stop it because it keeps going on.
How are we going to let everything that they did to us?
They destroyed the country.
They destroyed the economy.
They locked us down.
They were telling us, get the vaccine, like get, put this freaking experimental drug in your body.
Fauci was behind all of it.
All of them.
And then everybody's going to walk.
Nobody's going to be held accountable.
Like, I don't want, I want us to stop and say, no, no, no, before we move on to the next thing, I want accountability.
Gain of function.
Fauci lied in front of Congress over and over and over and people are dead because of him.
Okay.
And we're just supposed to say, okay, because he got a preemptive pardon, he's going to walk.
And even Andrew Cuomo, all these people, they all lied and people lost their lives.
And like, it pisses me off that people are just on to the next thing.
Like something has to be done, Pat.
And if that is auto-penned, if Pam Bondi and they're referring and James Cuomo referring, find out if that thing was actually happening and undo the freaking Fauci pardon and go after him.
I think, Tom, isn't that only fair?
Yeah, and I think the original topic here, the White House pushing lab leak, the site, and putting facts and history and items and then criticizing the Biden administration, criticizing the response.
And I think the lab leak, the White House has put out, the White House is not kicking the can down the road.
Now they've published, this is our point of view.
And now the question is, will there ever be, you know, investigations, hearings, or prosecution?
Well, the guy at the middle of it has got a pardon.
So what do you do with that guy?
Yeah, but let me ask you a question.
This lab leak theory, when are we going to stop and say, okay, we know it came from Wuhan?
Well, we're making progress, though.
Yep, but this is going to get held accountable, Pat, even if they say it came from this.
Let me tell you.
So let me tell you what.
Okay, so do you think China is going to be held accountable for it?
Nope.
Tell me why.
We owe them too much.
They have all these people, all these deep state people are in their pockets.
Why else?
Why won't they be held accountable?
Right now.
I mean, to me, those are the two things.
They're protected in our government.
They're protected.
They were promised they're never going to get in trouble.
And we owe them too much money.
What else is it, though?
We're also in the middle of a what negotiation?
Yeah.
So to me, the timing of it.
Now, one angle to think about it is If you get 10 whistleblowers from the Wuhan lab, you bring them out, and you call China and you say, hey, I just want to let you know, the world is about to lose trust in you.
I got 10 whistleblowers.
They're protected.
They're here with me.
I'm not going to give you the names.
They're all about to go alive next week.
Stuff like this happens with politics, by the way.
I'm not telling you anything that's like out of the ordinary, right?
So I don't know.
If there is a way to use, you can never let a crisis go to waste, right?
Ram Emanuel.
If they can use this crisis as a negotiating point, you know, to help the economy or help in next deal, but you really need some proof.
You really need some guys on the inside.
You really need some recon, sending some CIA folks to get in there and get some real intel.
If you have that, that's big.
Like, you know, when Trump, you know, tied with relationship Roy Corn and some of these other guys, that's what their specialty was.
Their specialty was what?
Blackmail.
Bribery.
Blackmail.
Some of these guys.
So I don't know.
I think you can use this crisis as a way to further advance the agenda of negotiating with China.
I just don't know if we have all the intel or not.
I'm not on the inside.
I'm just a business guy, Adam.
I love what Vinny's saying because, you know, you talk about this all the time, that how everyone has a hill they're willing to die on.
I don't wake up every day thinking about what happened during COVID.
If anything, I'm like, oh, we're moving past that.
But I appreciate that people like Vinny are like, no, no, no.
What's going on here, buddy?
Mr. Fauci, not Dr. Fauci.
Because I totally understand why people have such a lack of respect and appreciation for this guy.
Now, he's a darling of the left.
I still see it.
Tell me if you see this.
I still see people in masks, zombie walking these streets.
What is happening?
As if that mask is doing anything for you, Bill.
So I totally appreciate that.
I remember speaking of the lab league.
I remember when it was just a crazy kooky conspiracy theory.
And then this thing happened.
Can we play this?
Can you ride it or no?
We can.
We're commenting.
All right.
So Jon Stewart goes on.
I remember that.
Stephen Colbert, after Stephen Colbert did a mariachi Samba dance with all the vaccines.
And mine's your sole thing.
And before you play it, remember, guys.
So what year is this when we play this?
This is 2022, I'm assuming.
What year is this?
And remember, if you talk about 2021.
2021.
And remember this.
If you, like, what we're doing now, if we did this during COVID, they would shut down the channel.
Think about that.
They would shut down the channel.
Which it boggles my mind that they were suppressing it, and now they're getting away with murder.
We used to have conversations about, should we talk about this?
Should we not talk about this?
I was like, can't say this.
I mean, hopefully, guys, everything okay?
We're having a discussion.
But I remember this dance from Stephen Colbert.
Oh, look how uncomfortable he is, right?
Watch this.
Go ahead, Stephen Colbert with Jon Stewart.
We owe a great debt of gratitude to science.
Science has in many ways helped ease the suffering of this pandemic, which was more than likely caused by science.
Here we go.
Look uncomfortable.
All right.
Look uncomfortable here.
Because he works for the machine.
And that's kind of...
Hold on a second.
No, no, no, no, no.
Hold on.
Listen, listen.
Very uncomfortable.
It's coffee.
I wouldn't do that to you.
I wouldn't do that to you.
What do you take, Spot?
What do you mean by that?
Do you mean like this perhaps there's a chance that this was created in a lab?
There's an investigation.
A chance?
Well, I'm going to go to the next one.
Oh, my God.
There's a novel respiratory coronavirus overtaking Wuhan China.
What do we do?
Oh, you know who we could ask?
The Wuhan novel respiratory coronavirus lab.
The disease is the same name as the lab.
That's just a little too weird.
Don't you think?
And then I asked those scientists, they're like, How did this?
So, wait a minute.
You work at the Wuhan Respiratory Coronavirus Lab.
How did this happen?
And they're like, a pangolin kissed a turtle.
It was a bat that I was eating in a wet market.
The name of your lab.
If you look at the name, look at the name.
Can I let me see your business card?
Show me your business card.
Oh, I work at the coronavirus lab in Wuhan.
You can pause it right now.
Such a good take by Jon Stewart.
And you nailed it, Pat, like for negotiation for the trade thing.
But I feel, my opinion, that one of the reasons it was released was because Trump was being so hard on them on trade and putting their foot to the fire.
I don't disagree.
Yeah, and it just drives me crazy that we've gotten all these promises from Epstein's list.
By the way, Trump was shot in the head.
We know more about that FSU guy in two hours than we know anything about Thomas Crookes, guy with six cell phones, communicating with Ukraine.
Same thing with Ryan Rolf, Ukraine, all these connections.
All right.
No COVID answers, no nothing answer.
It's just, it's just, as the average American, it really, really disappoints me that these people are getting away with it.
I just fully agree we need to hold China accountable.
Like I said before in the previous segment, make China pay.
The one thing I will say that COVID did do for me, you know, everything like this is that it completely pierced the bubble that I was potentially living in, where I was like, what do you mean the mainstream media would lie to you?
Yeah.
Let's go to this next one.
What do you mean about that?
All right.
So is this congresswoman is in a supermarket, Rob, if I'm not mistaken, right?
And she starts recording this guy who is, you know, being a little bit obnoxious to her, and she just records it.
Watch this exchange.
You're talking about Nancy Mace.
Nancy Mace, yes.
Watch this, focus.
Congressman South Carolina.
Nancy?
Yes.
When are you going to host a real town hall for the people?
Did you miss the 15 I had last year?
No, that wasn't a town hall.
When are you going to host one this year?
I've already had one, and we'll have a dozen more.
The town hall you hosted this year was not a town hall.
It was a town hall, and I do them every year.
Every year.
You want to keep going.
I'm not going to do any more this year.
You want to keep going.
I'm harassing this.
I'm asking if you're going to have me.
I'm going to host a dozen town halls last year.
I asked if you're doing any more this year.
It was one simple question.
Are you doing a town hall?
Are you doing any more this year?
It was a simple question.
You're always invited.
Okay.
Well, look up for an actual invitation.
I voted for gay marriage twice.
What does that have to do with it?
I'm just saying.
It has to do everything to do with you.
You think everything about me has to do with gay marriage?
That's your first stance when you speak with me.
There's no other humane thing.
If you want to get my exchange talk about me, there's no other humane thing you can talk about me to say, oh, I support gay marriage.
Way better video because I don't know that.
I know, but the other video doesn't show the entire interaction.
It shows where Nancy Mace picks up and starts recording.
Got it.
So now you, yeah, can you show the other video?
Because it'd be important to see what the other guy looks like.
You also see her.
Yeah.
And while he's doing it right now, Rob wanted to get the low agenda.
No, no, no, no.
But what he's trying to do is because this is how it started because the guy's recording her because he knows he wants to get into a confrontation with her because she's anti-tropid robot.
30 seconds, I think.
Yeah, right.
That's good.
Go for it.
Do you think everything about me has to do with gay marriage?
That's your first stance when you speak with me.
Absolutely.
If you want to get in my face about town halls, you should have shown her to me last year.
Because you're getting in my face about a town hall.
You could have gone last year.
Would you like if you have any plans to have Word Towns Hall this year?
I have town halls every year.
I have over a dozen every year.
Great.
That was my entire question.
You didn't have to go into this.
You could have come to any of them last year.
I had over a dozen.
Where were you the year before that?
Or the year before that?
It was a simple question.
Oh, because you know what?
Because you people on the left are crazy.
You're absolutely fucking crazy.
I'm absolutely fucking crazy.
You are.
And get out of my face.
We are insane.
Goodbye.
You're insane.
Fuck you.
Fuck me.
You're going to be voted out so fast this year.
I can't.
I'm not.
I'm not.
I won by so much.
You're a disgrace to the state.
That's what you are.
You're a disgrace.
I ask you a simple question and you just go on this tirade and tell me, fuck you.
Yeah, fuck you.
Disgusting.
Get out of my face.
Get out of my face.
Try it again.
What's your name?
You're insane.
Absolutely.
Get the fuck out of my face.
Now.
Fuck you.
You couldn't take me on, baby.
Stay the fuck away from me.
Guys, let's, by the way, for the people that don't know, and I'll tell you right now.
And Rob, Rob, can you play the one that I want Pat's reaction?
It's one of the fun.
It's the second funniest thing that we're going to show.
The one where it's the transgender.
She's doing this.
I think it was later that day or yesterday with Rob?
With Nancy Mace?
Nancy Mace is doing a speaking engagement and a transgender is saying something about her saying the word tranny.
Now, Pat, listen.
I thought this was a female at the beginning.
It's a guy dressed as a girl.
And listen to the voice deepen.
It's not only scary, it's hilarious.
And let's just really fast.
Nancy Mace is the congresswoman who doesn't want men to go into women's bathrooms, especially in Congress.
And now that whole LGBTQ LP, whatever, L M L P community is going after it, Pat.
This is, I think, I believe yesterday.
And listen to the voice change.
Rob, if you could put it up so Pat could hear it.
Oh, hi, Rob.
Does your husband call you babe?
How do you have a marriage?
Okay.
I'm even better.
And I don't.
I don't care.
Okay, so I want my free choice.
That's a girl.
No, it's not one.
Apologize for saying Tranny.
Look now.
Of course, the bucket.
Go back.
Go back.
Look at Pat's face.
Look at Pat's face, bro.
Do it again, Rob.
Second.
Is this tranny derogatory?
Well, yeah.
Yeah.
Of course the fuck it is.
Tranny.
Yeah, tranny, tranny, tranny.
Taking my bush and going home.
Okay, Adam.
Thoughts on this exchange with Nancy Mace?
Well, the second one or the first one?
First one.
The first one, I actually think Nancy is mostly in the wrong.
You're at a public forum.
You're at what looks like a CBS or a Walgreens or whatever.
The guy was not as sassy as the article made it out to be.
His shorts were a little bit lower than I thought they would be, no doubt.
He's like, he basically said, hey, when's your next town hall?
He wasn't like, fuck you.
I hate you.
He said, when's your next town hall?
And she was quick on the trigger.
I mean, she's, I think she went to the Citadel, right?
She was like one of the first women, if not the first person, to graduate from the Citadel, from some certain segment of the Corps of Cadets of the Citadel.
You can fact check that.
So she's a badass.
I get it.
But, you know, sometimes when you have a trigger finger, you're a little quick on the trigger.
So all he said was, hey, when's your next town hall?
And it devolved into, no, you, no, you.
What?
I think it's a little aggressive on her part.
Not a good look for her.
Yeah, go ahead, Tom.
I'll let you know what I got to say.
So do you know how many times, you know, you can't go to the store as a House of Representative or a senator or anybody.
You can't go out.
You can't go to dinner.
You can't go places.
We see it.
People just get in your face.
And so does she have a quick trigger?
Maybe.
You know, this guy was playing this little game of kind of you didn't answer the question, you didn't answer the question.
She said I did 12 town halls last year.
I'm doing town halls this year.
Why don't you go to the last year this year?
So I agree that she was a little maybe quick on the trigger.
But how many times do you think folks are getting in her face?
And so they end up with a naturally quick trigger.
Look at the way athletes evolve as they get fame.
There are those that know how to deal with it and they have a handler, get you in and out of restaurants.
And they have those sometimes gets a little, you know, they get a little chippy with people because, you know, you dropped the ball, you did all this.
And in this case, yeah, she's a little quick, maybe a little quick, but you know what?
I'm for, I'm for because you know what?
She is a female, a rape victim female that's pro-woman, obviously.
She's been sticking up for women.
She's sticking up for women not to have men be in the bathroom with women in Congress.
And did you see the backlash specifically?
And schools.
Did you see the backlash of death threats and things from the LGBTQ trans whatever community threatening her life to kill her all over the internet?
And that's when you're just fed up with it, Adam.
When that whole and mind you, they all lumped in.
Since you guys all want to be in this community under the same umbrella, the rainbow umbrella, I'm sorry.
She's fed up with it.
It's like, bro, this is one issue that she's staying on.
And guess what?
She should.
No man should be in any bathroom with if I walk into a bathroom and a guy dressed as a woman is in the bathroom and his daughters or my sister or my niece is in there, it's going to be a problem.
Period.
End of story.
And this guy, this transgender who changed his voice into this, picked up a plant.
The second clip.
Hey, he picked up a plant.
He was ready to throw it at her.
That's the dude.
They're the violent ones.
It's them.
There's no transgender left.
I totally agree.
Nobody's scared of transgenders, bro.
Just do your thing.
Our thing is stay out of the bathrooms and leave the kids alone.
It's that simple.
And if you're going to step to her in public, she can say whatever the hell she wants.
Leave her alone.
Leave her alone.
So do I agree with her policies?
Do I agree with her beliefs?
So I understand that she had a sexual assault.
I think at one time I know that she's definitely against men and women.
I fully agree with her.
But let me tell you how things work.
Because how many times have you been approached in public, PBD?
How many times?
A lot.
So much you can't even count.
If every single time you're ready to have a fight with somebody, you're going to have a very miserable life.
You're going to have a very miserable existence.
You know, I remember one time we were at your favorite Chinese restaurant, Japanese restaurant in California.
Yoshi Noia.
Okay.
And some guy steps to PBD.
I don't agree with you.
At 11 p.m., this is right after we were at the debate.
The Republican debate in California at Simi Valley and Reagan.
And some guy, he was a, you know, you could tell he was a worker.
You know, he had paint on his overalls, kind of a guy.
And he kind of like stepped to PBD, not disrespectfully, but he kind of came up almost like this guy challenging Nancy Macy.
He goes, Yeah, I don't like that you talk trash about California.
And then PBD's initial reaction was, oh, really?
Tell me why.
He's like, you don't like how you're calling out California.
I love California.
And PBD said, well, let me ask you something.
And what happened was a very contentious situation that could have been bad actually being a very harmonious, great conversation.
So that's the type of thing that these politicians who are quick on the trigger should probably do.
Because how many times, how many people are going to see this and be like, oh, if I run into this lady in public, I know it's on.
It's a very, it's very unfun existence.
If she would have said, well, actually, we do town halls next month.
It's coming up.
Should I send you an invite?
Nice shorts.
Well, yeah.
Like, do you really want to go around life like that challenging every single person?
The guy wasn't that disrespectful.
If a community said, you first, if a community, if community, if a community is threatening my life, Adam, yes, I'm fine.
What do you mean by the LGBTQ committee is threatening to kill her online?
They make videos of her saying, we're going to get you, like, whatever, bro.
I'm not.
Yeah, but that's.
Okay.
What is this, Rob?
This is a video.
This is a video Nancy Mace released after the confrontation with the man in the Daisy Dukes at the Walgreens, where she talks about the confrontation.
Got it.
The Daisy Duke.
Today, her first day as comms director is Daisy Duke's Day.
Yeah, that guy.
It's not the first time I've ever had, I've ever used language with people before, and it certainly won't be the last.
You don't have the right to harass me.
It's not ever going to be okay.
And if you want to get in my face, expect it right back, and I will record you, and I will make you famous.
Bingo.
I don't know.
All right.
What do you think, PBD?
I want to actually get your take on this because let me tell you what I learned a long time ago.
If something traumatic happens to you that creates, causes you to have a certain set of beliefs and value system based on trauma, never debate that person.
There's no point to it.
It's trauma.
If it's not based on reason, for example, you hate guns because your family was all Second Amendment.
You're in Oklahoma.
Your two-year-old daughter accidentally grabs the gun and boom.
Your oldest son may never forgive you and he may never be a fan of guns.
Hypothetically, I'm just making this.
Good luck trying to argue with that guy to say you're wrong.
He said, no, no, no, I will never see my sister ever again.
The last time I saw my sister was two years old.
So, I mean, I get it.
I understand, you know, where she's at, and it's stuff that's happened to her that's personal.
When that happens, you're not going to change your mind.
This is what you get with her.
You know, does she create unnecessary drama?
At the end of the day, we're talking about her on the podcast.
So who knows?
Maybe it's helping her out.
But you're right.
It is going to attract other people that if they want eyeballs, just go up to her because you know how to get under her skin.
Easily.
Okay.
All right.
So let's go to the next story here.
Next story, I'm going to go to Harvard, Tom.
So not I'm going to go to Harvard.
I'm going to go to the Harvard story.
I suppose I'm going to clarify that.
Yeah.
So here's with Harvard, folks.
There's some interesting things going on over there.
Where is that story?
Is that story on the addendum, Rob, or is it on the Rob, if you can do me a favor?
Yes.
Because it's the sequencing, right?
Because first, the Trump administration says, we're not going to be funding you.
Then two, Harvard sues the Trump administration, right?
Then three, Trump's administration, I rate at Harvard, plans to pull additional billion dollars in funding.
This is the page three Wall Street Journal, Rob.
It looks like you got a video here.
I'll read this and then if you want to play the clip.
The Trump administration, furious after Harvard publicly released a long list of demands sent on April 11th, plans to pull an additional billion dollars in health research funding.
The demands included federal government oversight of admissions, hiring, and the ideology of students and staff.
Harvard's president Alan Garber stated the intention is not to work with us to address anti-Semitism in a cooperative and constructive manner and confirmed we will not accept their proposed agreement.
The administration initially planning leniency now seeks to pressure Harvard from more than Columbia University.
Harvard's release of the demands letter from the task force to combat anti-Semitism, which was not marked private, positioned the university as a face of resistance.
The administration froze $2.26 billion in funding and threatened Harvard's tax-exempt status and international studio enrollment.
Go ahead, Rob.
I think what they did was a disgrace.
They're obviously anti-Semitic, and all of a sudden they're starting to behave.
But when you see where they, what they were saying, what they were doing, when you see the way they took care of events, when you watch that woman, that horrendous president that ruined the image of Harvard, maybe permanently in Congress, in the halls of Congress, when you take a look at what happened there.
What was her name?
Yeah.
It was horrific.
And, you know, I've looked at a lot having to do with it.
I'm not involved in it being handled by lawyers.
I read about it just like you did.
But tax-exempt status, I mean, it's a privilege.
It's really a privilege.
And it's been abused by a lot more than Harvard, by a lot more than Harvard.
So we'll see how that all works out.
I don't think they've made a final ruling.
Tom.
I don't believe they've made a final ruling, but it's Tom.
So starting, we have to remember this started.
This didn't start with Trump.
This started with, you know, Jewish students on campus not being protected.
And then a president sitting in front of Congress admitting by saying, oh, I'm not answering that question.
That's not what we've done.
But admitting it.
And then she suffers a consequence when she goes back because he's right.
And now what they're saying is saying, look, you seem to say you're a private institution when that works for you.
And now you're upset at me.
This is public money.
This money that they're getting from the U.S. government for research or whatever they're doing at the university started with the taxpayers, started with you.
You gave $4 to Harvard last year, Vinny.
You just don't know it.
Right?
I mean, you take a look at the hundreds of millions of dollars that went there.
Vinny?
You're not?
You give money to Harvard last year?
No, I didn't.
Yes, you did.
$40 in your taxes.
Literally, that's what he's saying.
That's not $4 in your house.
Public money is out of your taxes that they collected.
$2.26 billion of it went to Harvard last year.
So you're probably $4 of it or $200.
I'm not sure.
I'm not happy with it.
Go ahead, Tom.
There you go.
And so Harvard likes to say, oh, we're private.
Leave us alone.
We're private.
And then the government is saying, okay, well, then you go live your private life.
I'll just turn off this valve and I'm not going to send you this money.
And they're like, wait a minute.
Right?
It reminds me, you know, of you can't live in two worlds.
And Harvard's trying to live in two worlds right now.
And they are getting called out.
But what they're getting called out is the onions getting peeled back.
You had the Yale case where Yale got sued by Asian students saying we're being discriminated against.
And when you line up the applications and our credentials and our test scores, numbers, why aren't we getting admitted?
Well, because we're doing some other things.
Yeah, you were.
And then Yale ended up in front of the Justice Department under Biden.
Harvard's heading for the same place.
And Harvard is absolutely in the wrong here.
And now you've got, I love Linda McMahon.
Okay, well, then there's no problem telling us all about your sources of foreign funding and where you're getting it.
But you're private.
I did not want that.
They don't want to talk about that.
And then he's saying, you know, I have filed Section 117 reports for decades.
Okay.
We're not asking if you filed Section 117 reports for decades.
We're asking if you can identify all the sources on all Section 117 reports, or maybe did you not file all of the reports you're supposed to?
This is not good for Harvard because when discovery comes, by the way, this is Scott Jennings, the COF CNN, having a conversation with Jamil Hill.
Is that Jamil Hill?
I want to say correctly.
Watch this exchange about Harvard and look what her logic is.
Go ahead, Rob.
You admit that you want universities to exclude everyone.
Because there's no proof that they're actually being excluded.
No, there isn't.
96% of contributions from Harvard faculty went to Democrats.
What else you got?
Okay, so you're talking about contribution.
I'm talking about what people on campus is teaching.
How you contribute is what you teach.
Believe me.
Okay, so clearly you used to teach there, right?
Yeah, I was treated like an exotic zoo animal.
Trust me.
Oh, I'm so sorry.
Faculty is not conservative, believe me.
Oh, okay.
So at Harvard, I just imagine all of these conservative politicians that go there, they go there because they don't feel welcome.
They just go there to go there.
If you're trying to come on here tonight and argue that Harvard is a hotbed of conservatism, I'm just saying.
So, are we going to do the same thing at Baylor?
Are we going to do the same thing at Liberty?
Are we going to invite more liberal thoughts?
I take those universities.
I think if public universities or any university taking public funds is violating the civil rights of Jewish students or actively screening out conservatives and conservative viewpoints, we need to have a conversation.
Boom.
By the way, so let me tell you what happened with me.
I got accepted into this program with Harvard called OPM, Owner President Management Program.
And I went in 2015.
And I'm excited.
So we get an RV and we, you know, get the RV out there.
It's me, Mario, and Paul.
Okay.
And while I'm there, the experience was a great experience because the attendees that are there.
But guess what day it falls on?
It falls on the day because you'd be in jail.
Debate.
What?
This is 2016, Trump versus Hillary.
Right.
My 10 years ago.
I am in the chow hall.
Chow hall is what it's called because a man named Chow gave $100.
Not military, Chow.
Not Chow Hall, like military.
The man said, go to Harvard, type in Harvard, Chow Hall.
Chow Hall.
Like Mr. C-H-A.
Yeah.
Brother Chow.
C-H-A-O.
Chow Hall.
Chow.
Oh.
Oh, Rob.
Chow Hall.
Chow Hall.
Oh, Rob is not going to get it.
Ruth Renzo Chow Center.
Okay.
Anyways, it's a place where we're eating food.
So they say everyone's going to watch the debate in the Chow Hall by the stairs.
What do I do?
I go.
Okay.
And keep in mind, this isn't at a time where we're doing PBD podcasts.
This is 2016.
We're not doing PBD podcasts.
We're not doing any of that stuff.
And I'm there and I sit and watch everybody.
I don't make a single noise.
Vinny, do you know how many people out of the 300 people in the room rooted for Trump once?
Do you know how many people?
Zero.
Zero.
You know what?
So the next thing I did, I went straight to the administrator.
I said, can I ask you a question?
Do you guys like debate here?
Of course we do.
How come all of you are for Hillary?
No, we're not.
I said, tell me one person here is not for Hillary.
Go ahead.
You know me when we go to chops and I'm going to bring up the conversation.
So tell me, how come none of you guys are rooting for Trump?
You don't like he's not a good guy?
Is that what it is?
So all of you guys know what's right for the rest of us.
Is that what it is?
I said, I can't come back to Harvard again.
Why?
Because you guys don't believe in debate.
This is not a place where you guys believe in debate.
This is a place where you guys want to brainwash everybody to think the way you think.
This is not a place where you welcome debate.
You all look down at people like me.
You all look down at people like us who have a different opinion on what could happen, right?
And Harvard's going through right now.
I'm telling you, if discovery opens up, it is going to be horrible for Harvard.
Adam.
Well, this is a shock to nobody.
I mean, how many?
What percentage of university professors lean liberal versus conservative?
I think it was 13 to 1.
It could be even higher at this point.
13 to 1.
Yeah.
For every one conservative, 13 is liberal.
Yeah, there's actually a new report out there that could be as high as 28 to 1.
Harvard studies indicate that over 80% of Harvard faculty identify as liberal.
Only 2% identify as conservative, which is 18%.
Is that according to Chad GBT?
This is according to Chad GBT.
Can you tell Rob to ask this question?
Because Chad GBT is owned by OpenAI.
What question did you ask, by the way?
I said, what percentage of university professors are liberal versus conservative?
And then find out what Howard was.
I'm sorry, Harvard was.
Howard is a different university.
But nobody's shocked to hear what's going on here.
And, you know, you talked about the hotbed of this type of mentality.
Harvard is the tip of the spear with this.
Yeah.
Go a little lower.
And then ask specifically about Harvard.
Yeah, it should maybe pop down over there.
Ask about Harvard.
But it's as high as possibly 28 to 1.
33 to 1 ratio?
Yeah.
So.
I'm not in favor of government overreach or the federal government stepping in here.
But when you have a massive monopoly, what's the definition of monopoly?
Over 50%, over 75% of market share, whatever it is.
This is 98, 99%.
By the way, what's very liberal.
Like you think Hamas should run the country somehow, something like that.
So like the guy that's running against Cuomo in New York.
You know, I remember when we were researching Harvard, when Claudia and Gay and the university professors are getting grilled by Elise Stefanik and I was like, what the hell is going on here?
And Harvard, there's a, it's called FIRE, like Freedom Index of find that, freedom of speech.
Harvard was the least free university for free speech, Harvard.
It's called Fire Free Speech Rankings.
Here you go.
Fire 2024 college free speech rankings.
Harvard University received a score of zero, placing it last among the 251 universities surveyed.
The score is considered abysmal and significantly lower than average.
Harvard's actual score was negative, negative 10, which is rounded up.
What does that mean?
Negative meaning like suppressive.
Suppressive.
That's a good, that's a good word.
When PBD tells the story about he went to Harvard and everyone was against Trump.
Everyone was rooting for Hillary.
This is no longer.
And by the way, Adam, keep this in mind.
Everyone in the business department.
Do you understand?
This is not polysynchic law.
This isn't liberal.
It's business.
Insane.
Yeah.
So when you talk about the East Coast liberal elites and their ivory towers, Harvard is center stage for that type of mentality.
By the way, there's a trickle-down effect, whether it's Starvard, Stanford, whether it's Cal Berkeley, whether it's GW, whether it's Columbia in New York, whether it's GW.
This type of mentality is now pervasive.
So now we have adults who are going to send their very smart children like Tom Ellsworth, who are, should I go and send them to Harvard?
Should I send them to Stanford?
Or should I send them to Rice?
It's like, well, let me actually go to a university that they're not going to come out indoctrinated with basically Marxist ideology.
It's very concerning.
If Tico was in Harvard, in three days, you'd get a phone call and be like, I can't.
He can't.
Maybe one day.
He wouldn't be able to.
I don't know how they do it.
And then we wonder why all the youth, a lot of them have lost their freaking minds.
Well, there is a video that's gone viral on X.
And it's these identical twins in Australia who are literally speaking in sync at the same time.
Rob, I don't know if you have to.
You know what it is?
So they're identical, Bat.
They witnessed an armed carjacking in Queensland, Australia, and the twins- This is real.
This is a fake.
Guys, this is not fake.
I looked it up.
Trust me, I not only looked it up, I googled it, and I chat GPT'd it.
Bridget Powers and Paula Powers explain how their mom came face to face with a carjacker.
If this doesn't make you laugh and make your day, I don't know what can.
Let's see this, Rob.
Witnesses are recounting some of the drama that unfolded on the Sunshine Coast this afternoon.
Two sisters have told how their mother and man raced to help when the carjacked SUV rolled on Steve Irwin Way only to find the gun-wielding car thief emerging from the wreck.
Here's some of what they had to say.
And one guy, he was up there with our mum and he went up there and he was coming back down towards us and he goes, run, he's got a gun.
And our hearts overnight.
And I said, well, mum, where's mum?
And poor, poor mum was stuck up there, but apparently our brave mum.
She goes, are you all right?
Because he had all blood on his face.
And he goes, I'll shoot you.
She goes, hey, I'm here to help.
And she's strategy.
You need to make him look the other way.
And he looked the other way.
And he ran into the bush behind the fence.
And then I'll find you and I'll shoot you.
That's all I was thinking about when we were running.
I hope he doesn't hire.
Yeah, we were.
She almost went off close to him.
This reminds me of the clip that you play of the mainstream media where they're all saying the same thing in unison.
I don't know if you're a information you see on the internet is not exactly entitled to believe.
You pay to bring them here and you interview both of them at the same time.
Well, from a parenting perspective, this is a miracle because I think as Pat, myself, anybody that has multiple children, getting the same story from two children at the same time is rare.
You know what, Tom?
Maybe there's something there.
If Elsie and Elsie and my brother, I'm like, yo, can you shut up for two seconds and let me finish?
Maybe there's something there.
Maybe there's something there.
It's so freaking funny, man.
Maybe there's something there.
All right.
So I want to show you guys this here, Rob.
Okay, this here is a clip.
Rob, if you can go to the stories that I have, it says man needs two guy nights a week to stay healthy.
Studies say.
Okay.
Go to it right there.
Zoom in a little bit if you could.
An Oxford University study finds men require two guys nights a week to maintain mental and physical well-being, led by psychologist Robin Dunbar.
Researchers say meeting up twice weekly with your closest friends whenever over a pint or a football match strengthens bond and protects against depression and job-related stress.
The team linked regular male gatherings to lower anxiety levels, quicker recovery levels from illness, and even increased generosity among participants.
Yet roughly 40% of men currently manage only one weekly meetup, falling short of the twice weekly threshold for maximum benefits.
Do you know why that's I have, you know why I bought bunk beds for my house?
So Tom comes over twice a week.
Is that what you guys are doing now?
Tom stays over.
He gets the top because I respect him.
You know what I mean?
Tom stays over and I don't drink.
Tom doesn't drink like that.
And then we just, we just put on a football game and we just get into it.
And then that's it.
And then we fall asleep twice a week.
You know what I mean?
Monday and Friday.
I see this.
You know what I think?
That's not gay at all, Vinny.
No, what do you mean?
Adam, it's for his health.
Totally masculine.
Oxford find out that, look at that word, requires two guys' nights.
I'm helping.
What are you talking about?
He needs it.
You know, he needs it.
Whenever you see a university does a study, somebody paid for the study.
Yeah, for sure.
Right.
Like this public.
So who would pay for this?
A bar?
Yeah, it's the London Association of Pubs.
Probably paid Oxford for this.
You're going to bars not enough time twice a week.
The conclusion of our study is two nights a week.
You need to be at the pub.
And drink.
Pub owners rejoice at results of new studies.
Yeah.
But I mean, can you see, probably, let's just say somebody's, you know, I'm married and it's just, he's at the house with the family, with the kids, you know, and they're just all about that.
A break to be, because I don't know, because I'm a single guy.
Like, don't you think to be with your friends and get that vibe is?
Oh, no, for sure.
Increase generosity, too.
Yeah.
You want a beer?
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
For sure, it's necessary.
There is no question about it.
That camaraderie, the community to be a part of.
For sure.
Adam, your thoughts on this?
I'm a man.
I'm 40.
You ever seen that clip?
Yeah.
So, yeah, every guy needs to have buddies.
But, you know, you see these reports out there that compared to 1980 to basically 2025, men have way less friends that they used to have.
Have you ever seen these reports out there?
Yes.
You know, I say this all the time about social media is not socializing.
So many people are like, ah, you know, COVID killed everybody.
Like that.
But they forced us all to stay as a recluse in our homes and stay on social media and keep our faces and screens rather than being interacting with others.
You know, the most important thing that you can possibly have in your life is health.
The next thing is relationships, whether that's friendships, whether it's partnerships, whether that's actually hanging out with people, any sort of relationships.
I fully advocate that guys get out there and do guy things with other men.
I don't think you need to go get bunk beds like Tom and Vinny out of here.
But I think that, you know, behind the scenes, nobody understands that it's just guys just hanging out and having guy friends.
That's just really what this comes down to.
I also believe the same thing about girls.
Show me a girl that does not have girlfriends and only has guy friends.
I'll show you a girl that probably has a lot of guy friends.
Show me a guy that only has girlfriends and no guy friends.
I'll show you a very weak, feckless man.
Does he wear shorts?
Sometimes he wears shorts.
Very short shorts.
So a lot of guys hit me up at Minect and say, hey, in Miami, how do I go out there?
How do I meet women?
I said, before you go out there and meet women, make sure you have guy friends.
Like go out there and hang out with guys.
Like try guys first before you try to get a bunch of people.
Definitely don't.
I'm definitely not advocating that is that if you want to go out and have like people to hang out with, don't be that dude who's just running solo status like a lone wolf.
Have some buddies to hang out with.
So whether it's going out, trying to meet some people, whether it's business, whether it's networking, a guy needs to have guys to hang out with.
And if you have a friend that's married, you know what?
Invite him over twice a week, right?
Tom?
What is happening between Vinny and Tom?
I love it.
This is, as much as we're joking, this is so important.
As much as we're joking, this is so important.
Men need this.
As much as we're joking, this is so important for guys to have guys to just sit down and talk to you are going through similar issues that other men are as well.
You're not alone.
Marriage is tough.
Being a man, you know, paying bills, taking care of yourself, health, finances, economy, kids, all that stuff.
It's a lot of work.
It's a lot of work.
And the pressure's on you to perform.
So that's why you need the company to be around other men.
Okay.
All right.
Let's go to the next story here.
Rob, can you pull up Ben Affleck's clip?
Folks, watch this here.
So Ben has got a movie coming out with Is it already out by?
One of my favorite directors, I think, is coming out this weekend, Gavin O'Connor, son of a guy, accountant too.
Okay.
And this is Ben Affleck being asked about California and the movie industry.
Watch what he said.
He did not hold back.
Go forward, Rob.
Other places will have like better exchange rates or tax rebate deals that are meant to lure this industry there because they understand how stimulative it is for their economies.
I think part of the problem with California is that they came to take this industry for granted a little bit.
Now, I will say the current governor, I think, doubled the tax rebate amount in bulk available, but the percentage that you get back in terms of the actual budget doesn't compete with places like England, which is why you see a lot of these big, huge movies shoot in the UK or even, you know, I mean, there have been New Mexico and Louisiana and Texas and Massachusetts and New Jersey, a lot in Georgia.
Yeah, people give these tax rebates and they've been sort of controversial.
But one of the things that happens is that it does cause people who, where this used to be the center of that, to move to other states for work.
And it's really the technicians, the crew that make or break your movie.
And you need the best people.
You need good people.
I, as a director, I know that to be true.
And so if people move away, you know, that really hurts the industry.
Tom, thoughts?
Well, there you go.
It's simple.
It's choice.
It's a freedom of choice.
And if it's a constrictive environment full of regulations and taxations, and Georgia or New Mexico or any of those other states or England says, hey, you know what?
If you want to film movies here, we got a special tax rebate for you because we know you provide a lot of temporary employment and project-based employment.
It's kind of seasonal for your movie.
And we'd love to have you here.
You know, have had it.
And we got a lot of wonderful scenery here in London to go film, you know, wherever you want to be.
And then there you have it.
And so what is that clip you just pulled up?
Vinny just sent me this.
This is a Rob.
This is Rob Lowe and the actor from, you know, him.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Parks and Stepbrothers.
Yes, Parks and Rec.
He goes in on Hollywood and how it's cheaper to bring 100 Americans to Ireland than go right across the Fox lot and go there.
This is, I think, this is like a month ago.
This is actually a really good clip.
Go ahead, Rob.
Floor.
There.
It's cheaper to bring 100 American people to Ireland than to walk across the lot to Fox past the sound stages and do crazy.
Do you think if we shot parks right now, we would be in Budapest?
100% we would be.
We'd be in Budapest.
We would be.
It's so weird.
There's nothing shoots in the law.
Nothing.
I had my next show already done.
Scripts, deals closed.
And they said, we're shooting this in New York.
And I said, I'm not moving to New York to do this.
And it went away.
The show's done.
Not doing it.
Wow.
Wow.
He's finished not doing it.
Not shooting.
Just because he doesn't want to go to New York.
Yeah, he doesn't want to move the whole.
Yeah.
Is that it, Rob?
Well, if Trump hears about this, he's not going to be a fan of this because he's trying to keep jobs in America, okay?
He's going to put tariffs on every other country.
They're trying to export these actors to other countries.
Exactly.
Is this an industry saying exactly what individuals have been saying?
Like what I said and what Pat said when we left California and went to Texas.
And then we went from Texas to here.
We weren't upset with Texas.
There's just tremendous opportunity down here.
And we had some businesses that were getting built.
So that's it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And the Hollywood monopoly on the acting and film industry has completely bursted.
What did it say over here?
That 58% decline, Film LA reported, and annual production from 2021 to 2024.
So they no longer have a stranglehold on this.
Oh, it's over.
You know, when you add up Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Paramount, this, that, the other, social media, Instagram, not to mention YouTube, Spotify, everything there.
You have so many options how to make movies these days and how to put your get your distribution out there.
And then you add on a little bit of Hollywood literal fairy dust, go woke, go broke.
You're going to look into other options.
There's other competition.
You get tax rebates that Ben Affleck was talking about.
You have states like Georgia.
You have states like Louisiana, New Mexico, I believe, that are going to incentivize you to basically shoot elsewhere.
So you no longer need to be in Hollywood.
And either they're going to adapt or they're going to die.
And what Darwin has done.
And you nailed that.
Everybody, even Dennis Quaid said it.
He's bragging about Texas becoming the new Hollywood.
And it's like, bro, California used to be the Texas.
And Georgia, like you said, Georgia, Texas are.
Spaghetti West.
Taxes are lower.
The regulations are looser.
And they're actually welcome.
But, bro, you know, I blame California?
The governor, Tom.
California used to be the beating heart of the end.
It's Hollywood, California.
Okay, now it's just crime, no water, no leadership, no nothing.
Hollyweird.
He taxed the industry to death, and then he let crime and homelessness run wild.
He pushed everybody out.
And even you mean to tell me taking 100 people, and that's a big production, and you guys can't shoot here.
You have to fly the whole crew to Ireland, bro, instead of going to Fox.
That is, dude, that is not good, man.
It's, it's, it's.
That's why Connor McGregor says he's coming in an invasion.
Texas is a new Hollywood because California became Detroit with a coastline.
That's what happened.
Whoa.
That's what happened, Tom.
There's a team.
And by the way, did you guys see Jeremy Gray was at the White House?
I saw Vince Vaughn.
Yeah, Jeremy Gray, Vince Vaughn from Wedding Crash.
Oh, Jeremy Gray.
He's a maple serum collaboration.
I thought this was a joke.
That's hilarious.
Yeah, he went to the White House.
Look at him.
Look how happy he is.
One of the best, one of my favorite, favorite actors of all time.
Period.
Is this guy?
Period.
He's just so likable.
Yep.
He is so likable.
We watched Old School the other day with the boys.
I told him, I said, listen, guys, you can't go to school and tell him your dad let you watch Old School.
Period.
But I'll announce it on the podcast.
No one will know.
Pat, I just got one thing to tell you, man.
You're my boy, Blue.
You're my boy.
I just want you to let you know.
By the way, Vince Vaughn, you know how you're saying he's one of your favorite actors?
You know where he is on my list?
Numero Uno.
That's my guy.
I love Vince Vaughn.
I had a chance to interview him.
I was like, hey, I work with PBD.
He's like, okay, yeah, you know exactly who you were.
Where the hell is Vince Vaughn these days?
He's chilling.
Talk about.
I mean, he's chilling.
He doesn't need to work anymore.
He's good.
What do you mean he doesn't need to work anymore?
We need him working.
No, I know, but it's not about needing.
Pat, what were your thoughts on that?
But let me just say something about Vince Vaughn.
He got shamed, I think, for shaking Trump's hand in 2020.
That's what.
And he was allegedly run out of Hollywood.
I don't even think he's a hardcore conservative.
I think he was just like a libertarian, right?
Didn't you say that he's sort of a libertarian, PBD?
Yeah.
But Newsflash, 50% of the country identifies with the Republican Party or the MAGA movement or as conservative.
So to shame somebody for who they voted for is very un-American.
This is that video right here of him simply talking to the president of the United States and that very attractive woman who may or may not be Melania right there.
Yeah, there is.
Okay.
But the fact that he was shamed and allegedly run out of Hollywood for shaking Trump's hand is so un-American and it's despicable.
What are your thoughts on Ben Affleck saying it and the whole look?
At the end of the day, numbers makes you honest.
Yeah.
Numbers will make you honest.
It will.
Because now he's a director.
So a director, you're no longer just an actor.
So a director now has a different pain.
You need to find talent.
As an actor, they just pay you, go do the work.
You're like, I don't give a shit.
It's your problem.
It's not my problem.
Once you become a director, it's all your problem.
So he has graduated from being a, you know, just a salesperson to sales leader to the CEO of the business that's the director.
No, you need to, you need help.
And, you know, he's going through right now.
But let me read the story here in California.
Gavin Newsom catching heat again as LA's 2028 Olympics in peril.
Rob, do you have this clip?
So I actually pulled a clip.
This is from January.
I don't remember.
I don't know if you guys remember this, but this was Governor Newsom talking about why they needed to rebuild California during the wildfires and how it ties back to the Olympics.
Is this Vinny or is this Gavin Newsom?
This one was Gavin.
Okay, go ahead.
Actually, for the next several years, Los Angeles will be host to the World Cup and then the Super Bowl and then the Olympics.
With this rebuilding effort needing to take place, is LA going to be ready for all of those global events?
My humble position, and it's not just being naively optimistic.
That only reinforces the imperative moving quickly, doing in the spirit of collaboration and cooperation.
President of the United States, Donald Trump, to his credit, was helpful in getting the Olympics to the United States of America to get it down here in L.A.
We thank him for that.
This is an opportunity for him to shine, for this country to shine, for California and this community to shine, the opportunity with all of that and all that opportunity and that pride and spirit that comes from not just hosting those three iconic games and venues, but also the opportunity, I think, to rebuild that.
That's why we're already organizing the Marshall Plan.
We already have reimagining LA 2.0, and we are making sure everyone's included, not just for the money.
He's saving money.
He no longer needs 2028 financial meltdown could cost, with costs rising by $267 million, and major sponsors like Salesforce, Toyota, Panasonic withdrawing, leaving only Delta Airlines and Comcast.
As Eric Sheehan of Olympics, LA stated, it's an unacceptable gamble of public money.
And everything that we were told about these Olympics from the start has turned out not to be true.
Gavin Newsom rebrand of the Recovery Games drew criticism with the People City Council claiming it will be used as an excuse to funnel money to the Olympics, policing and surveillance, while conservative Trish Reagan posted, Gavin Newsom claims the coming Olympics is why LA must be rebuilt.
Is he high?
Transportation delays threaten chaos with LA's Metro's 28 planned projects reduced to 10 incomplete by 2028.
Tom, your thoughts?
Well, this goes back to 2017.
Vinny, the Olympics is about competition.
Yes.
How many bidders was LA competing against in the final round to get the Olympics for 2028, Summer Olympics?
Two?
Zero!
Because the others had backed out.
The others that were in there, I think it was Budapest, Hamburg, and Rome.
They backed out.
And Paris already had 24 locked up against the competition, one of which was LA.
And then nobody wanted it.
You know why?
Because if you go take a look at when the Olympics were in Greece and you go back and take a look at what all those things look like, they spent billions of dollars.
They built all these facilities.
The facilities are now rotting.
These little state, oh, we're going to bring all this stuff here.
London, London, before and after the Olympics.
You ready for this?
Tourism dropped the year and the hotels complained about it before and after.
You know why?
Because the hotels did all these refurbishments and upgrades, getting ready for the Olympics and all the people that would be there for the Olympics.
And then they raised their room rates to help cover some of the improvements they made to their hotels.
And then people didn't come to London.
So London tourism, by the numbers, was down before and after the Olympics.
Having the Olympics usually costs a ton of money and you don't get the benefit to the local businesses or local infrastructure.
And the last point that Pat made in there, when LA won the bid in the, please take it, we'll give you about a billion dollars, which is what the IOC said.
Please take it.
Just say yes.
We'll give you about a billion dollars.
And guess what?
They committed to all these transportation projects and that 28, 10 out of 28. are probably going to be finished.
The other transportation.
Wait, you have terrible traffic.
Don't worry.
We have 28 projects that we're going to do here.
Well, right now, the original budget was 5.3 billion.
The loss of sponsorship and what they think that the media is going to be, they believe they're sitting right now at about $4 billion with tickets and everything.
Losses.
And ready for this?
Here it comes.
Here it comes.
The current budget estimated for everything they need is $6.9 billion.
So they're estimating right now that it's probably $2.5 billion gap they have right now.
And lastly, the Dems, including Karen Bass, who have now pulled their comments back to sit with Gavin Newsom, they were concerned about police militarization.
You know what that means?
The homeless and everything else, they have to clean up the city because the entire world will be there with their cell phones taking pictures of LA and they want it to look good.
Do you remember what the mayor of San Francisco did when he had the International Council of Mayors?
Willie Brown shipped out all the homeless to Sacramento and they were hitchhiking coming back in, but he cleaned up the city by artificially shipping people out and they got a lot of heat for it.
So there's people saying, we're worried about police militarization.
Wait, why?
Because they know it's a hellhole and they know the cops have to crack down on homelessness.
They got to ship homeless and they got to crack down on things.
So it'll look good and be nice for the 14 days of the 38th Summer Olympiad or whatever it is.
And you now have organizations in LA, as reported by the Daily News, that are saying you're talking about tearing down homes for some of these facilities.
It's called Eminent Domain.
This is a, I'll say it, this is a shit show.
And it was, now remember, Eric Garcetti led the charge and Trump supported and said, hey, it would be nice to have it in LA.
Trump's just given support with his voice.
He's not the guy.
Eric Garcetti said, we have a plan.
We're going to do all this.
And now the guy standing there now, well, we're rebuilding LA anyway because of all these fires.
We'll just finish the rebuild and we'll call it the rebuilding year, the summer of rebuild.
And so Newsom deserves all the heat he's getting because other cities refuse the Olympics because what you end up afterwards is none of the benefits you thought you'd get.
Is there any way to say, you know what?
We're to what, two years out, Tom?
Two and a half years out?
We're almost three, how much?
$3 billion short?
How about, we're sorry.
There's not, we don't have, California has no business having games right now.
That's my attitude.
Can they just say, listen, we're sorry we won the bid, but we can't afford anything right now.
I want to know what's going to happen.
And I think, you know what?
I think what's, by the way, there are Democrats upset at Newsom because they are going to Washington trying to get grants from our tax money for the Olympic shortfall the same week that Gavin Newsom says, I'm suing the president.
Yeah.
It was the same week.
They were in Washington talking to him about money.
I'm actually excited for the Olympics.
When was the last time the United States hosted the Olympics?
I think it was in 1996, Atlanta, Georgia, I want to say.
Or was it the city Winter Olympics?
Yeah, who cares about the Winter Olympics, Tom?
We're talking about men's sports here, bro, not fucking figure skating.
Sorry about that.
But I'm excited for the Olympics.
I mean, I'm sure that there's going to be perpetual mishaps and drama and screw-ups in California.
That's what they do.
So there's no story.
You have an opinion?
Yeah, I'm excited for the Olympics to be in America.
Okay.
Because I'm a proud American.
I got you.
And I like patriotism.
I'm waiting for a point.
I'm like, you didn't even let me get to anything.
It's going to take you 17 seconds to say you're excited for it.
I'm going to call out anybody that doesn't make their point in three seconds moving forward.
Yeah.
Okay.
So let's go to the next one.
What's your point, Vinny?
Let's go.
Yeah, he'll make it.
He'll make it.
Hang tight.
20 minutes later.
All right.
Rob, can you do me a favor?
Nancy May story is.
Do you have the Connor McGregor clip?
Do you have the Conor McGregor clip?
Connor McGregor blasts mass migration as a genocide in Ireland.
Okay.
So let's see what this is all about.
Rob, this is the clip.
Yes.
Go ahead and play the clip.
Never in a million.
But if they're paying foreigners to have kids while you can't afford to have kids, if they're shaking you down with the armed police, but allowing foreigners a pass, if they're paying to fix foreigners' cars, but not yours, they hate you and they're trying to kill you, right?
It's an erasure.
It's an attempted erasure of our people.
That is it.
I could have went all that way in the White House.
I had to climb.
We have to go incrementally up, right?
You go in.
Hey, you talk about a genocide.
This is a genocide of our people.
Obviously.
Yeah.
And then, Rob, can you do me a favor?
While he's talking about this, there is a clip that's in the in the in my notes.
If you go to it, it's a clip about what's happened.
Vinny, I'll come to you first.
Who had opinions on this one?
Was it you?
I think it was Conor McGregor.
Adam, you had some thoughts on this.
And I had a clip I want to play for you guys that you got to see.
Go for it, Adam.
Well, there's another clip that I actually want to show where he talks about.
I don't care about, he's like, I'm not center left.
He's like, I'm not left wing, right-wing.
He's like, I don't even know what that means.
He goes, I'm centered.
I'm on the ground.
I'm two toes down on the ground.
I stand for what I believe.
It's such a great clip because it basically shows, listen, I don't give a shit what you call me, left-wing, right-wing, whatever you want to call me.
I stand for what I believe, and I stand two feet down, and I'll double down on what I believe.
He's like, I'm a family man.
I'm family first.
I'm Ireland first.
Is this the clip?
Yeah.
Go ahead.
Go forward, man.
CNN has described you as the leader, and I'm quoting, of Ireland's far right.
Who has CNN, which is a news channel in the United States?
Far left, far right.
All of these terminologies mean nothing to me.
I'm a family man.
I'm an employer of the country.
You know, I'm a supporter of many people.
And I care about my land and the safety of its citizens and the prosperity of its citizens.
I want preference.
I want peace, preference, and prosperity for the citizens of Ireland, for my people.
And isn't that fair for our country, men and women?
It is.
It is our country.
Ireland is for Ireland.
That's right.
You know, and that is it.
I love right, left.
You know, I feel I'm centered, grounded.
That is what I feel.
In fact, I ground myself every day.
I walk out and I ground myself every day, barefoot in the grass, barefoot as king.
I fought in the octagons in the cages all around the countries of Ireland and then into the United States of America barefoot.
So I am a grounded man either left, right?
Doubt Conor McGregor all you want.
But if Trump did anything, he basically burst the bubble that you need to just be a perfectly polished and politician and say exactly what everyone always says.
F that.
This guy's a fighter.
He's a winner.
He's a brilliant speaker.
You know, Trump, after he got shot in the ear, came up and said, fight, fight, fight.
This guy's a freaking fighter, and he's fighting for his country of Ireland.
Okay, watch this clip, guys.
Watch this clip.
This is what Ireland is worried about.
Yeah.
Okay.
Go ahead and play this clip, Rob.
Go ahead.
The mayor of London is Muslim.
The mayor of Birmingham is a Muslim.
The mayor of Leeds is Muslim.
The Mayor of Blackburn is Muslim.
The Mayor of Sheffield is Muslim.
The Mayor of Oxford is a Muslim.
The Mayor of Lutton is a Muslim.
The Mayor of Oldham is a Muslim.
The Mayor of Rochdale is a Muslim.
All of this was achieved by only 4 million Muslims out of the 66 million people in England.
Today, in England, there are over 3,000 mosques.
There are over 130 Sharia courts in England.
And there are more than 50 Sharia councils.
78% of Muslim women do not work and receive state support and free accommodation.
63% of Muslims do not work and receive state support and free housing.
State-supported Muslim families have an average of six to eight children who all receive free accommodation.
Every school in the UK is required to teach about Islam.
The number one most common baby name in England is Muhammad.
This is not immigration.
This is invasion.
The mayor of London is Muslim.
I mean, I was just looking at the numbers.
The Ireland saw 149,200 migrants and 69,000 emigrants, resulting in a net migration of 79.3.
Foreign-born population is 1.2 million by the end of the year.
Crime is up almost 4%.
Sexual offenses rose to 8% compared to the previous year.
And yeah, I mean, they're getting flooded with, you know, these migrants under the lie of compassion.
Sounds familiar.
We had the same situation here, but it's not compassion, it's control.
And they're stuffing the hotels with people.
The crime is up.
Like I said, the numbers are up.
And the women don't feel safe.
What is like my question is: the current sitting government, what is the purpose of letting happen?
I mean, we know why it was happening here for the votes and all that stuff.
And they didn't give it.
They want to change the voting block and the dynamic.
I'm just curious to what's Ireland's excuse?
What is the point?
Who's in charge right now in Ireland?
Who's the person that's leading it?
What are you saying?
Like, why are they, if they're seeing what's going on with the UK, why are you doing the same thing?
Exactly.
Why?
And who's behind it?
Who's giving it the okay to just have all these people?
Because it is, listen, it's not immigrant, it's an invasion.
That's probably what Connor is talking about.
And by the way, it's purely matching values.
Here's, Rob, this is a Islam Makes You Defend.
Can you play this clip?
What's this?
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
Consent to your six-year-old daughter marrying a 54-year-old man.
My six-year-old daughter.
Your six-year-old daughter.
The fact that you have an instance of money.
Would you consent?
It is really concerning.
The fact that you have to think this over is terrifying.
It is terrifying.
It is terrifying that you might.
You don't ask me that.
Okay, let me.
Would you allow your six-year-old daughter to marry a 54-year-old man?
No.
Would you?
Hell no.
I would slay any man in the middle.
Now, would you allow your six-year-old daughter?
See how quick that was.
Would you allow your six-year-old daughter to marry a 54-year-old man?
If it was the Prophet Muhammad, do you advocate for changing the law that would allow six-year-olds to consent to marriage?
In this country.
Yes.
Do I advocate for it?
Don't answer it, don't answer it.
Don't answer it.
It's a simple question.
Why is he embarrassed to answer that question?
21st century.
Why is this coming to the moment?
All right, let me ask you this question.
Do you think Saudi Arabia should allow six-year-olds to get married?
All you have to do is say no.
No, no, no.
Somebody will come across this.
Guys, this is not a hard question.
It's a simple yes or no.
Do you think that Saudi Arabia should allow six-year-old children to marry?
Yes and no.
Yes and no.
Ladies and gentlemen, that should shock you.
He has stood here and said that six-year-old children should be allowed to marry.
That is a problem.
And it is a problem that emerges out of the example of Muhammad.
And that is exactly why, as a Christian, I reject the example of Muhammad and are a follower of Jesus Christ.
See, and by the way, if 98% of your country has bought into that mindset, it works.
Meaning, if you're a Muslim country, Muslim nation, and that's what it is.
But if you try to bring that mindset into another country and try to convert and change their culture and bring that to them, that's a problem.
You know, there's a guy that's being interviewed and he says, so what about if we send a bunch of Christians to your Muslim country to start converting you guys to Christianity?
He says, you can't do that.
That's not allowed.
He says, our country would never allow that.
We would never allow that.
You guys allow that.
We would never allow that.
Yeah, of course.
This is the part where I think more and more people are starting to realize through common sense, some of this stuff just doesn't make sense.
Some of this stuff is a little bit crazy.
Connor is getting a little bit dumb with it himself and he's trying to do it in his country.
Tom, do you have any thoughts on this?
No, I think you echoed it.
You know, it's a one-way street.
You can't come here and offer to teach us.
We want to go there and look at what they've organized.
They get elected into government and now they're favoring themselves of free accommodation and supporting this.
And look at the generation they're creating.
The average was six kids.
There you go.
You know what?
Count 18 years.
Count 18 years from right now and it's over.
If you look at tourism books and things like that, they call it Lundanistan because there's so many, you know, the population of Muslims there is so great.
And that's it.
And it's a generation of children and generational change, just natural.
These people are going to grow old and die.
And then these people have had one kid.
These people have had six.
So what does that population look like 18 years from now?
It's over.
Well, it's the Islamization of Europe.
And I'm not talking about secularist Islam.
I think there's awesome people out there.
I have many friends that are Muslim.
I'm talking about the Islamists and the jihadists.
And what they want to do is they want to infiltrate and then they want to occupy countries.
Why is it that only white Christian countries are the countries that get called out if you're not being more inclusive?
So if you go to China, it's all Chinese people.
It's all Chinese politicians.
Same thing in Russia.
Same thing in Japan.
Same thing in Saudi, same thing in Iran, same thing in Brazil.
But except for white Christian countries in Europe, also including Canada and possibly even the United States, whether it's Ireland, whether it's Scotland, whether it's Sweden, whether it's Denmark, whether it's the UK, I can't tell you how many times I hear people saying that the UK is falling, London is falling.
You're seeing that example right there of how many Islam, Muslim politicians are in the UK.
Go ahead and reverse it.
And then, how many Christian, there's zero Jewish politicians anywhere in the Middle East, but how many Christian politicians are in any of the Middle Eastern Muslim countries?
I would argue that maybe, maybe Lebanon, which used to have a decent Christian population, and I want to say that like their president has to be Christian.
But other than that, you know, maybe Egypt a little bit, but if you go down the list, Coptic Christian in Egypt.
But if you go down the list between Syria, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, the list goes on and on and on and on.
You're not going to find anybody that a Muslim that is in charge of the government there.
So even if you go to Israel, people don't know this about Israel.
20% of Israel, 20% of Israel are Palestinian citizens.
They can be in the government.
They can have jobs.
They're in the army.
They are full-on citizens.
I challenge you to find one Jew, not 1%, who's in Palestine, who's in Afghanistan, who's in Syria.
Not one.
They've all been kicked out.
And you know what?
They're coming for the Christians next.
So the Middle East used to be an area where Jews, Christians, Muslims, everyone was there.
Not anymore.
All right.
So next story I want to go to before we wrap up.
Rob, can you pull up that Gary Player video?
Tom, I don't know if you've seen this or not.
So to the people that don't know Gary Player, how would you describe who Gary Player is, Tom?
Is it fair to say he's one of the best golfers of all time?
Absolutely.
He's one of only four guys that's won the Grand Slam of the four majors.
Okay.
So here's Gary Player.
This is specifically going to those of you guys that you have a trade you want to improve, or you're a business owner, you're trying to find a way to get better in the marketplace.
Look what Gary Player says here about Tiger Woods.
Go for it, Rob.
Look at Tiger Woods.
Tiger Woods had his career ruined, completely ruined.
Tiger Woods won 14 majors.
And then he wins the 14th major, which is the U.S. Open at Pillow Beach.
He won by 15 shots.
You know what that's like?
It's like running the 100 meters in seven seconds.
The next week, he's having a lesson from a man who I don't know if he played in the Masters, could break 80, couldn't.
But he's having a lesson from this guy.
And then he goes to another guy who couldn't break probably 85 in the Masters with the pressure or the British Open or the PGA on the final day.
And he's having lessons from them.
Why did Tiger do that?
He was so good, but I understand he wanted to get better.
But if he just went along and never changed, he would have won minimum 22, maybe more.
He would have gone down as the greatest athlete the world had ever seen, man or woman, and the planet.
But he made the wrong decision.
And it's very easy to do because we're all trying to get better.
Tom, how do you process this?
Well, I have a lot of respect for the Black Knight.
That was Gary Player's nickname.
He's clearly white, Tom.
No, no, no.
But you see the logo on his shirt?
No.
That's his brand.
Oh, no.
Black Knight.
Black Knight.
They called him the Black Knight.
Got it.
That was his brain.
He wore black on the golf course.
That's what they called him.
Okay.
And I think he's right because if you look when Tiger came up and he had a couple major injuries.
One, he started training and trained with the Navy SEALs and he went to an intensive Navy SEAL training.
And unfortunately, he suffered a big-time knee injury and concealed it.
And so Tiger got distracted and wanted to go train with the SEALs, A.
And B, he did move from his coaches.
And there were Chapters of his life where the coach he had, he was at kind of a plateau.
Um, and he had a falling out with the first coach.
Uh, this coach had a big ego and was sort of trading on Tiger, and Tiger didn't like that.
I don't blame him.
You know, it's like you, you, you have a people understand.
I don't need to make metaphors, right?
People know who the success is, and then other people are like trading on that success, kind of chasing you around like Brimora is the way they chase sharks.
And I believe Tiger would have had far more majors if he had stayed.
He had such insane talent.
And if he had stuck with that thread and not been distracted and got hurt, he got really hurt at a Navy SEAL training.
And if he had not done that, I think things would have been fine because people have talked about the car accidents.
Specific.
What I'm asking about is, I'm not asking about the Navy SEAL stuff.
Specific to what Gary is saying here, taking advice from somebody that shot an 80 or an 85, okay, and having that person give you counsel on what to do.
How do you process that?
He wants to know what your point is, Tom.
I process it very simply.
I think he should have stuck with the coaches that were proven.
And sometimes it's like the latest coach, and you think, okay, I'm going to work with this.
I'm going to work with that.
And I agree with Gary Player.
I don't think some of those later coaches were.
I mean, I look now.
You can look at some of those later coaches now and see who they're coaching.
And I think it speaks for itself now.
It's like, oh, okay, I get it.
And I think moving to these other coaches, I don't think it helped him.
I agree with Gary on that.
I also agreed with Phil Mickelson because Nike was the sponsor.
Nike got into golf equipment and had Tiger using their equipment.
Tiger was winning and using equipment that was inferior to what the other top five players in the world were using at the time.
The Nike equipment was inferior and he was winning.
Yeah, this guy was a special guy, but Adam, go ahead.
You want to say something?
Yeah, I don't.
Listen, are the best professional coaches the best players?
I would argue no.
You know, Phil Jackson, the greatest NBA coach ever, wasn't one of the best players ever.
Either was Pat Riley, Eric Spolstra, Greg Popovich.
So if you want to use the NBA, none of those guys were the greatest coaches.
If you want to go into the NFL, Bill Belichick, greatest coach of all time, not a great player.
The list goes on and on and on.
So in order to coach someone great, you don't need to be great at your sport.
You need to be a great coach.
You don't necessarily need to be a great player.
So I get that Gary Player is one of the greatest golfers alive, by the way.
Sick name, Gary Player.
Go ahead, play on Player.
But I don't necessarily know if I agree with what he's saying.
What you need is someone that will tell you the truth, someone that will hold you accountable, someone that will make you do maybe not what you want to do.
You need a leader.
You don't necessarily need somebody who did what you did because nobody was able to do what Tiger Woods did.
Nobody.
Unless he's getting Arnold Palmer, the famous drink, or he's getting Jack Nicholas to coach him.
Nobody's going to be on Tiger's level.
Nobody's on Michael Jordan's level.
Nobody's on Tom Brady's level.
So I understand where you're getting your counsel from is important.
But when you're one of the GOATs, nobody's going to be on your level.
The only difference I would say is the following.
Coaches also have track records.
Who have you built?
So who have you built?
If you've built somebody, great.
For example, in tennis, who was that guy that ended up building IMG?
What's his name?
Nick Volitaire.
Nick Volitiero built a go-to.
What reputation does he have for building tennis players?
Oh, yeah.
Top-notch.
Yep.
Right?
You can go through a list of names to see what they've produced.
Who was our buddy that was on the podcast?
Who is that?
Our buddy that coached the Williams sisters.
Oh, Mark.
Rick Macy.
Rick Macy.
Right.
He was in the middle.
You may not see what I see, but Rick Macy.
So, the point becoming that you have credibility with the coach that's giving you feedback versus taking it from somebody else.
That was a very interesting observation from Gary Player.
Because whether you like golf or not, there was a moment where Tiger, what he was doing, made no sense.
Whenever a player makes you watch a sport that you've never watched before, you're a transcendent player.
You're a revolutionary player.
And Tiger was exactly that.
Tiger got Middle Easterns to watch golf.
We don't watch golf.
We run away from bunkers.
We have flashbacks.
We get scared of bunkers.
We don't do that kind of stuff.
You guys end up in the sand trap, though, for some reason.
You guys feel very confident.
Yeah, we're not going to do it.
It's just like, we're not going to do something like that.
But the point here is, you know, I like the way he put it down and what he said and where he's at now.
The reality of it is your one good advice away from your life changing, dude, your one bad advice from completely having a massive setback.
And you have to always be aware of that.
No matter what phase of your life you're in, you're a kid, you're an adult, you're a family man, you're married, you're single, you're a businessman.
Always make sure there's credibility of the person that you're taking counsel from.
Anyways, gang, great podcast.
