Why would you pat on Goliath when we got fed tavid?
Value payment, giving values contagious.
This world of entrepreneurs, we can't know value to hate it.
I'd be running, homie, look what I become.
I'm the one.
All right, so if you're tuning in, it's because it's an emergency podcast.
Trump found guilty on all 34 counts.
We're going to go through a few different things on what others are saying, what the market is talking about, what is this going to look like.
We'll share some of our thoughts, and then we'll wrap up as well as give you some other people that you may use to ask questions of.
Let me go through some of these things that just came in.
So less than an hour ago, or about an hour ago, Trump found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.
This is related to the $134,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels by his then personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, before the 2016 election.
Cohen testified during the trial that Trump directed him to pay to Daniels in the 2016.
Obviously, we know what happened with Cohen.
Trump's the first former U.S. president to be charged with a crime.
If you notice in a marketplace, what is very consistent with what everybody is tweeting, they're using the same exact phrase by everybody.
Convicted felon.
Convicted felon.
Remember Russia collusion.
Remember convicted felon.
Remember, you know, racist.
Remember all this stuff.
This is the new two words.
So we're learning English with these guys on how they're handling it.
At least maybe for me as EFL guy, English as a fifth language.
The next two words that's going to be popular the next five months will be convicted felon at the debate everywhere.
Watch this.
Potential jail sentence, four years per each count.
However, Trump could serve the sentence concurrently rather than consecutively.
So he could be looking at four or 136 years in jail.
According to CNN Judge Merchin, denied Trump's move for an acquittal and set a sentencing hearing for July 11th at 10 a.m.
Four days before the RNC in Milwaukee, Trump remains free without trial.
The 12 members jury deliberated less than 10 hours over two days before sending out a note to Judge Merchant saying they've reached a verdict.
Before the announcement, Trump's lawyers, prosecutors reported, expected the jury to be dismissed for the day by at 4.30.
Trump faces three more pending criminal cases in two of these cases.
Trump is charged with criminal related to his efforts to overturn her 2020 election.
That's one.
One of these cases is federal court in D.C.
The other is in Georgia and Atlanta.
Trump is charged with federal court in Florida with crimes related to his retention of classified government records after he left the White House in January 2021.
He also faces a civil judgment in Manhattan Court, which we know that about $450 million.
Also a couple other for Egypt Carroll.
And he's obviously peeling the verdicts in the three civil cases.
Let me share with you what he said when he got out of court.
Rob, if you can play that clip, this is him right after he leaved the court.
Ford.
This was a disgrace.
This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who was corrupt.
It's a rigged trial, a disgrace.
They wouldn't give us a venue change.
We were at 5% or 6% in this district, in this area.
This was a rigged, disgraceful trial.
The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.
They know what happened here, and everybody knows what happened here.
You have a sore respect, DA, and the whole thing.
We didn't do a thing wrong.
I'm a very innocent man, and it's okay.
I'm fighting for our country.
I'm fighting for our Constitution.
Our whole country is being rigged right now.
This was done by the Biden administration in order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.
And I think it's just a disgrace.
And we'll keep fighting.
We'll fight till the end and we'll win because our country has got to hell.
We don't have the same country anymore.
We have a divided mess.
We're a nation in decline, serious decline.
Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists.
And they're taking over our country.
We have a country that's in big trouble.
But this was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case.
Never.
And we will fight for our Constitution.
This is long-term offer.
Thank you very much.
Why is it by ourselves?
No, no, listen, back up.
It's important because this is telling you what their game plan is going to be.
Listen very carefully, folks.
Go ahead.
This is long-term offer.
Thank you very much.
Why is it by ourselves for economic health?
Are you going to draw out?
Okay, pause it.
Why should voters vote for a convicted felon?
Just remember, that was the first question.
Whoever she represented, that voice, that's what they're going to be going with the next four and a half, five months.
Okay, so brace for impact.
That's what we're hearing.
Now go to the market.
Let's see what some people are saying.
Rob, start off with the people on the left and go to some people on the right, whoever you have.
So, okay, Keith Oberman, bingo.
Obviously, he's a sweetheart.
Next, Jeff Tiedrich.
Trump is guilty as F. Ha ha ha.
Oops.
I meant how terrible as guilty as F. Donald Trump.
Now go to his profile so people know who he is and what his profile says.
Look at his face.
It says, don't blame me.
I voted for the email lady.
Okay, you know who he's talking about.
You know where he stands.
Next, Brian Krassenstein.
The verdict is in guilty on all counts.
Trump is officially a convicted felon.
You're either now planning to vote for a convicted felon for president, or you're not stopped pretending that the side that is not voting for the felon is a crazy one.
If I ask any American in 2016 whether they would vote for a convicted felon, 99.9% would have said heck no.
You changed, not the American justice system.
Go to the next one, Rob.
Brian Tyler Cohen, guilty, guilty, guilty.
Go ahead, let's see what Don Lemon has.
What's Don Lemon's got, Rob?
Breaking news, guilty on 24, 34 counts.
He is now a convicted felon.
Notice the key words, convicted felon.
That's the marketing, Lincoln Project.
They have a clip, if you want to play this clip.
Is this the same clip, Rob?
You just had the clip.
Yeah, watch this clip from Lincoln Project.
Obviously, these guys are amazing.
Donald Trump found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first place.
You're a criminal, Donald.
This brand is coming.
Pay attention.
Not the deep state.
Not the Democrats.
Not the Biden administration.
A jury.
Regular people who saw the evidence and felt sick.
Oh, no.
You're a criminal.
And you did it to yourself.
Nobody's ever seen anything like this.
It's a shame.
Your defense was weak because you were weak.
They had no argument because there is no argument.
You were too scared to testify because you knew Donald.
You know.
You're guilty.
Guilty as sin.
There you go.
So, let's look at the project.
As charged.
Well, yeah, the Lincoln Project.
How many of them were pedophiles?
Oh, the pedophile.
One of them was registered for a Russian agent.
Another ones were cheating on sexuality.
Your friend, Steve Schmidt, the United States of America has entered a constitutional crisis.
There is no question about this or the consequence of the fidelity we're about to see from the Republican elected officials to the convicted felon.
Go to the next one.
Loser.
Biden immediately.
There's only one way to keep Donald Trump out of Oval Office at the ballot box.
Donate to our campaign today.
Go to the next one.
No one in this country is above the law.
This is the same guy that Rob said pulled the fire alarm.
And then he got away with it.
So being convicted for falsifying business records with hush money, go to the next one.
You need to see all this stuff, guys.
Now go to what Tucker and some of the people on the right are saying, Rob.
Important, the third world, import the third world, become the third world.
That's what we just saw.
This won't stop Trump.
He'll win the election if he's not killed first.
But it does mark the end of the fairest justice system in the world.
Anyone who defends this verdict is a danger to you and your family.
Go to the next one.
Megan Kelly, guilty on all counts.
The country is disgraced.
Alvin Bragg should be disbarred.
They will rule the day they unleash this lawfare to corrupt presidential election.
Go to the next one.
What an F and scam.
F all these commies.
Go to the next one.
This is a dark day for America.
Go to the next one.
Who is this?
Ron DeSantis.
I'll read this one to you because it's Ron.
Today's verdict represents the culmination of a legal process that has been bent to the political will of the actors involved, a leftist prosecutor, a partisan judge, and a jury reflective of one of the most liberal enclaves in America in all effort to get Trump.
This case involving alleged misdemeanor, business records, violations from nearly a decade ago was even brought as a testament to the political debasement of the justice system in places like New York City.
This is especially true considering the same district attorney routinely excuses criminal conducts in a way that has been endangered law-abiding citizens and jurisdiction.
It is often said that no one is above the law, but it's also true that no one is below the law.
If the defendant were not Donald Trump, this case would never have been brought.
The judge would have never issued similar rulings, and the jury would have never returned a guilty verdict.
In America, the rule of law should be applied to this passionate, even-handed manner, not become captive to the political agenda of some kangaroo court.
Go to the next one.
Biden guilty of abuse of power.
Biden guilty of turning our country into a banana republic where those abuse of power, law to go after political opponents, guilty of undermining our Constitution and the freedoms guaranteed therein.
Biden has proven he is unfit for the office of presidency.
Anyways, we can say a bunch of different things by a bunch of different people.
Trump's website is down right now.
If you can go to people wanting to donate, so you're seeing how people are reacting.
If you can refresh his website so we can just see it, Rob, refresh it.
Uh-oh, it's down.
Go to the next one.
Under maintenance.
Okay, now it's back.
Never surrender.
Can you now give money or no?
If you can go, Laura, complete my, you can.
Okay, so this one's back up, which means what does this tell you?
So you could, traffic is going so much to the website where people are reacting in a way.
Rob, can you go to my last tweet just to kind of give my thoughts?
And then I'm going to come to you guys to get some thoughts here.
Here's what I think.
This is exactly what my position is with this.
It's two things.
Okay.
Number one is expect two things.
Number one, more businesses leaving New York.
Just guess what?
If you're a business owner in New York, here's the decision you have to make.
For the rest of your life, you can never have conservative political aspirations.
And you can't be a billionaire.
You can't be aspirational.
You can't be too loud.
Or else they're going to destroy.
They're going to try to destroy your life.
New York's about to have more business owners leave there.
A lot of people I'm talking to who have stayed there asking.
There's even people saying, I'm waiting to see what's going to happen here because if it's just a, you know, a show, circus show, I'm staying.
It's not a big deal.
But if they go here, I have to leave because I may be risked 5, 10, 15, 20 years from now.
Number two, polls reacting positively towards DJT's favor.
Americans are not dumb.
What the left hopes this will do will shockingly surprise them.
Future looks bright, but at the same time, stay extremely paranoid.
Tom, your thoughts on what happened today and what was announced.
Well, this all started with Alvin Bragg, who's a political tool.
And he took those misdemeanor counts.
We covered it on the podcast.
Actually, we covered it a day before it was unfolded in other forums, talking about how he had contrived it into a set of things, technically calling it a felony.
And so that's a complete tool.
The jury instructions, I could go on in this, and there are very learned legal experts and scholars are saying, listen, this is for election year because under appeal and where this is going to go, this is weak.
This is weak like Colorado Supreme Court was weak and was ultimately overturned by the Supreme Court.
But look, they're also trying to put the sentencing right there four days before the RNC in Milwaukee.
So I think what they have done, and I'll quote the Japanese emperor, I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant.
Actually, I don't know if it's the emperor that said that or it was the head of the Japanese Armed Forces, but after World Pearl Harbor, he says, I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant.
And I honestly fear for the country because it shows that now in elections in the greatest democracy in the world, at least one side is so unafraid to do whatever it takes in an election, even walking across lines like this.
And so that makes me sad for the future, even as I'm very confident on how this is going to appeal, but they don't give a crap about appeal.
What they want is this disruption right now, and they want the word convicted felon.
The script is out, and it's used the word convicted felon, beat him to death with that.
Adam, I'm probably not, it's very weird where I'm at with Trump right now.
We know I wasn't a fan, but now I'm 100% out on Biden, and I've been suddenly rooting for Trump.
Like, meaning, like, come on, man, like, let's get this thing together.
I'm so non-emotional about this that I'm actually just being completely logical about this.
I have zero emotion.
People are going to be like, well, fuck you.
How could you not?
People are going to be like, how could you not hate Trump?
Zero emotion, which is crazy right now.
I get it.
And I'm just looking at the facts.
You know, last week we did a podcast.
We talked about James Comey.
We talked about his interview.
And do you remember what he said in the story?
He said, James Comey, this is the story that was in the media.
James Comey predicted that Trump would be convicted in a hush money trial and defends Alvin Bragg bringing the case.
I said, wow, this is a pretty big sense.
This is the former director of the FBI.
Yes, he's biased.
But to come out publicly and say this, I was like, what is this?
Does he know something we don't know?
He said the following.
He predicted an interview with Dan Abrams that the former president Donald Trump would be convicted in his hush money trial.
This is a week ago.
Is this a clip?
This is it right here.
Quote unplayed.
I think there's an overwhelming chance of a conviction.
See this.
What do you think is going to happen?
I can't imagine there'll be anything but a hung jury, but that's just my.
Actually, I have a different take.
I think there's an overwhelming chance of a conviction, a significant but much smaller chance of a hung jury and zero chance of an acquittal.
Why?
Because he knows people.
Why is zero chance of a kid?
No, no, no.
Why do you think there's more of a chance of a conviction than a hung jury?
Because they built a very strong circumstantial case.
They built a building out of a series of bricks that really couldn't be crossed because they were documents, they were texts, they were the words of the defendant before they went to their cooperator at the end.
I bet they even debated whether they needed to call Cohen as a cooperator.
And that circumstantial case, at least in my experience, having tried a lot of cases, is very, very powerful with the jury.
But it seems to me that this is a different kind of case, right?
That the typical legal analysis that I end up doing on typical cases doesn't apply here.
That the questions that jurors maybe aren't supposed to be evaluating, like, are we really here over a payout to a porn star with the former president of the United States who's now the Republican nominee sitting here?
This is what this is all about.
I think that may factor into some of the jurors' thinking, even though that's not what the judge is going to instruct them.
Maybe.
But my gut tells me, and a lot of experience, that they'll be impressed with the way in which the prosecution connects it to broader themes.
You can possibly.
What are the chances, Adam, you think Comey was speaking to judges and people involved that for him to know what the verdict's going to be?
What do you think he was?
Once an FBI guy, once a CIA guy, always a CIA guy, highly likely.
Okay, highly likely.
Okay, how about you?
Continue.
We're on the same page.
Cool.
So again, I'm just following the numbers here.
As our friend, the BizDoc says, people talk, numbers scream, right?
Numbers yell.
Words talk, numbers scream.
There it is.
You know, I did an episode about two weeks ago when I had people on SASCAS talking about the likelihood of Trump being convicted, not convicted.
Here's Trump supporters.
Here are the numbers.
And this is where am I going with the election?
I think this is enough to sway the election.
I'm sure we'll talk about what the charges will be and look like and what the penalty will be.
But 80% of Trump voters said they would still vote for him no matter what.
4% wouldn't.
4%.
16% said they would reconsider.
So what's 4% of how many people voted for Trump last time?
75 million people.
So how many millions is that?
3.2 million.
Okay.
Listen.
3 million.
All.
I mean, if you look at the national polls, Trump's up to.
If you look at the swing states, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, he's up five to seven points.
Even if this is a he doesn't go to jail, Godfrey, I do not want to see Trump in jail.
100%.
I think that's bullshit.
I've talked about win the game on the field, not in the pregame.
But if these numbers move just a little bit, boom, boom, boom, all of a sudden that 2% is even.
All of a sudden, that 5% is now 2%.
You're within the margin of error.
We'll see what happens.
But I think it's an overall very sad day for our country.
Of course, Trump's going to say he's not guilty.
Of course, the people that love Trump are going to be angry and pissed, angry patriots.
And of course, there's going to be the left people and the left that are excited for this day.
I'm so not on either camp.
I just want the best for America.
Let's see what happens.
And by the way, while you're talking about this, Vinny, I'm going to come to you.
This is what Chuck Schumer said.
We've talked about this many times.
We've shown this clip.
Play this clip, what Chuck Schumer said about the power of the justice system.
Go ahead.
He's taking these shots, this antagonism that's taunting to the intelligence community.
You take on the intelligence community.
They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were motivated?
I don't know.
But shit from toast.
I agree 100%.
What year was that?
Well, when Trump was, Trump was in, when Trump was talking about the Department of Justice and how they're all corrupt, mind you.
Just find out what year that was.
I don't think that was recent.
No, it wasn't.
Of course it was.
No, it wasn't years ago.
It doesn't matter.
It was words that he was saying.
January 9th of 2017.
Okay.
Yeah, but that's when he first took off.
Yeah, when he started to circle back, when Comey basically was his guy and got fired.
That's what he's went to.
Donald Trump came and said the swamp, the deep state, those are who he saw.
And that little weasel looking under his glasses, how can you even trust that that guy represents us in Congress?
And I think, listen, PBD, this verdict doesn't humiliate Trump.
It's a humiliation on the country, on the United States.
And for all the people out there that can't see this for what it is and are like praising and celebrating the Don Lemons, they are the problem.
Okay.
And lady justice, you guys know who Lady Justice is.
Robbie, that's so Pat, this Lady Justice, this symbolizes fairness and the judicial system.
And she's blindfolded because it's impartiality.
All right.
The scales are to balance, weights, evidence to ensure fair judgments.
The sword represents the power to enforce justice and the vices of law.
And she's a woman, embodies a virtue of moral integrity.
And the robe is judicial authority.
It reflects this psalmy of tradition and the legal system.
She is that blindfold is off.
She's finished because this just shows you how everything, everything that Trump said, the deep state, the people, by the way, the Department of Justice is done.
The FBI is a joke.
The judges are bought and paid for.
Let me ask you a question.
The Clintons, with everything that they've done, Bill and Hillary, how many charges and how many trials?
None.
Zero.
Okay.
Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, documents, drugs, crack, guns.
How many, PBD?
None.
Dr. Fauci, probably responsible for millions, Tom.
How many people?
How many?
Bush Jr., Dick Cheney, everything that these people have done, with all the deaths, with all the blood and all the stuff that they've done, this is what you're going to give the ex-president 35 counts, and these people are happy in the street.
It's a sad day, PBD.
I'm so happy that when he said, you know how we're going to do this, that's a fighter.
He said, on November 4th, that's how we're going to show them that we're still going to win.
And that's it, because you said this today.
You said this today.
The only other way, his character assassination, now they're going after his money.
They've knocked those two out.
They will stop at nothing to stop this guy because he's all for us.
He's been saying it since day one.
And I've seen videos, Pat.
We've all seen this.
Everybody out there that's watching this have seen videos of him in the 80s on Letterman, on Oprah.
All this guy has ever said is, I love America.
I love our country.
Everybody's screwing us.
China's screwing us.
Everybody's screwing us.
And now you're seeing what they're doing to him because he loves us.
Let me ask you a question.
Let me ask you a question.
Yeah.
So Adam said 4%, right?
I think we talk about the 4%.
4% on 75 million is what?
3 million.
Exactly.
It's 3 million people.
So 3 million 75 brings you to 72.
Okay.
In the middle today, the question then becomes, how many Democrats who maybe are on the opposite side of the 4%, who are like, dude, you've just freaking completely lost it.
You're an idiot.
I can't even believe you're doing this.
Are you freaking kidding me over some like this?
I'm not a Hillary person, but this is ridiculous.
What percentage of Democrats are now coming like, dude, come on, this is embarrassing.
You're forcing me to not vote.
Okay.
So vote Trump go away's 4%.
I'm not voting for Biden.
Okay.
Like, no, no, meaning like, I'm just stepping away.
What's that percent?
I actually think the people sitting this one out, a couple podcasts ago, you know how they said 2020 was the most popular podcast of all, popular election of all time?
76%.
And then you said this is going to be least?
Yes.
Okay.
I think for the them side, I think it could be a dramatic drop of people that don't want, again, case study.
We don't know this stuff.
Like, we're going to find out exactly what's going to happen.
But I would be curious to know what percentage are sitting this one out because they're flat out sick of Biden, period.
Then, in the middle, take the middle.
What percentage of the middle do you think with this has gone this way over this way?
What do you think it is?
The middle right now is 20 points.
Tucker said it's around 20 points.
Different people said it's around 20 points.
40, 40, 20 is what we're looking at.
What percentage do you think went this way because of this?
Out of the 20, what percentage do you think went this way?
I think, so these are the middle.
These are the independent people that are just in the middle.
I think if they have a brain and they're not just tired and anti, I think, I'll say right down the middle are going, you know what?
This is ridiculous.
They're going to vote Trump.
Maybe the other 10% is going the other way.
2020 was what?
Trump got $75 million and Biden got what?
$81 million?
He got 1 million votes.
Okay, so that's what?
156, right?
156 million total votes.
20% of that, let's just say, is what?
20% of 156 is 31.2 million.
Out of the 31.2 million, not yesterday, today, what percentage of the 31.2 million do you think just went, this is not fair?
I'm going this way.
They were undecided, they're going to go right.
Maybe 10%.
Wow.
So then that's an even swap right there.
Okay.
So 10% of the 31.2 is 3.1 million.
Okay.
You said 4% of the 75 million is 3 million.
So this becomes a wash.
So then it's an even match to see who's going to win.
It's off to the races to see.
If that's what the average person that's watching is speculating on, that's what they will look at.
Rob, what's this year that you have?
What did you want to do?
I found this clip.
This is from 1981.
And I wanted to play this as to Vinny's point.
If you listen back to Donald Trump in the 80s, he's being asked, why would you ever consider running for president?
And it's very telling his response.
And this is 81.
1981.
He's 34 years old.
Okay.
Why wouldn't someone like yourself run for political office?
You have all the money that you possibly need.
You've accomplished a great deal.
You know, you are on the job.
I know there's a lot of things that you're doing in the years ahead.
Why wouldn't you dedicate yourself to public service?
Because I think it's a very mean life.
I would love, and I would dedicate my life to this country, but I see it as being a mean life.
And I also see it that somebody with strong views and somebody with the kind of views that are maybe a little bit unpopular, which may be right, but may be unpopular, wouldn't necessarily have a chance of getting elected against somebody with no great brain but a big smile.
Wow.
And that's a sad comment.
Television in a strange way has ruined that process, hasn't it?
It's hurt the process very much.
I mean, the Abraham Lincolns of the world, Abraham Lincoln would probably not be electable today because of television.
He was not a handsome man and he did not smile.
Well, Joe Biden's a smiler.
Notice how stoic he used to be.
I mean, now he's a little bit more ramped up, obviously, but he was just cool, calm, collected back then.
As a fellow veteran, as an immigrant whose family and they came, like you've seen this, because Umberto in the back, I walked in there, he looked like he was about to have a heart attack because he came to this country and he's like, what the hell are you guys doing?
What does that do to you?
Like, honestly, because I know you came from a meeting, you came in here.
I'm furious.
Yeah, well, no, I trust God.
I trust that, you know, what these founding fathers built, they built a great system.
I think the Supreme Court, the same way they got involved for Colorado, and it was a done deal, I wonder if Supreme Court's going to get involved with this and say you guys are out of your minds with what you're doing.
There's way too many things with the system that I trust that's been built.
Do not confuse with my lack of trust and support for what the DOJ, the FBI, any of that stuff has done.
I don't know why I am extremely confident in the people, enough of them realizing what the hell is going on.
I don't know why to me, I'm coming from a different place where I'm sitting there.
This guy four years ago, you know, when the name Trump would come up, he had bought into for a lot of the Russia collusion stuff.
And now he's at a place.
And how many people you think are like him?
I think a lot of people.
I think there's a lot of people in America that are in a position right now.
They're just, they love America.
They maybe not even like Trump, but they're sitting there saying, I can't believe what's going on with this.
Now, here's what I will say to you.
I think what the left is going to do is the following.
Okay, let's go through dates, calendar, okay?
You got June 27th is what?
Debate.
Yep.
During June 27th, how many times do you think Biden is going to use the word convicted felon?
What do you think the number will be?
My God.
That's it.
How many times do you think?
Okay, and how long is the debate?
An hour?
It's a two-hour debate.
How many times do you think he's going to be a bit more detailed?
You can say over under.
100 times.
Well, I'll tell you.
20?
Once a minute for each minute he's speaking.
Once a minute for each.
So if he speaks 45 minutes, moderators ask him a question sometime.
Let's just say 45 minutes.
Take the commercial out.
So you think he's going to say 45 times?
Correct.
Okay.
Adam, how many times do you think he's going to say?
Yeah, right.
I mean, he's non-stop.
All right.
So he's going to be promoting that.
So watch this.
June 27th is the debate.
July 11th is the hearing.
That's four days before the RNC.
When is the RNC right?
Oh, the sentencing hearing, yeah.
The sentencing here is July 11th.
The RNC, if I'm not mistaken, is July 15th.
Okay, there you go, 15th through 18th, which he's probably going to be speaking at the end or whatever the, you know, Friday or the Wednesday it is.
Okay.
So they're trying to create a setting of going into this.
I actually think the sequencing doesn't favor them because I think the debate's going to piss off even more where it's going to create a lot of momentum at the RNC, where the fire at the RNC is going to be ridiculous of people wanting to be there because it's right after the debate.
It's right after the sentencing then comes.
So now on the sentencing side.
When's DNC let's put the DNC?
DNC is August.
I think DNC is August 13th or something like that.
But let me tell you where I'm going with this, Tom.
Sentencing is August 19th.
DNC is August 19th through the 12th.
Let me tell you what's the one part that's kind of weird.
I don't know how dark these guys are going to get.
Would they, if the sentencing is what?
July 11th.
When does RNC start?
15.
What's the likelihood that on the 11th, these guys go so crazy that they prevent him from going to the RNC?
What's the likelihood?
Because the timing is a little bit weird.
You don't think July 11th is intentional?
Like you think these guys pick dates accidentally?
No.
For 20 years, we put events.
We've always chosen our dates intentionally.
Always.
You get married.
It's an intentional.
Everything is an intentional date that you choose.
The judge selected it based on the court docket calendar.
Right.
The judge selected it.
So July 11th is four days before RNC.
Could they potentially do something for him not to go to the RNC?
They know if Trump doesn't go to the RNC, RNC is going to be dead.
The energy is not going to be the same without Trump being there.
I don't know.
All I'm saying is, if I'm sitting on the DNC side, everybody reacts today.
Everybody goes to sleep today.
We're really going to know the impact of this in one to four weeks.
June is a case study to see what this is going to do.
Thems are going to look at the polls in a week or two and they're going to say, okay, guys, it's working on our favor.
Look what's going on over here, Wisconsin.
Or they're going to say, oh, shit, Arizona went from 11 to 14.
Oh my God, Pennsylvania.
Oh, this is not good.
Then my fear is exactly what Tucker said.
This guy needs to double down on security.
I agree.
They only have one thing after this.
I'm telling you, the level of whatever the amount of things they feared, they feared with Twitter files.
You know, the amount of things with Matt Taibbi and Berry Weiss and Schellenberger, the amount of things they feared with Twitter files, bro, we don't have Google files.
We don't have YouTube files.
We don't have Facebook files.
But imagine getting FBI files.
Imagine he puts in somebody that gets the CIA files.
Imagine he puts all the people.
Imagine he gets the, you know, where you find out Mallorcus, what email exchange he said.
If he puts the border security, Majorkas, we get those files.
It's over.
What is that going to look like?
Is it the banana?
Are we, that's the, I am so at a point, I'm convinced, that they're frightened of the American people finding out how nasty and dirty and who's been involved.
If there's one thing that's kind of weird, notice, you know, I think Obama has been low-key a lot.
Why?
He's been low-key a lot.
I don't know.
A lot of pictures.
He's been in a lot of people.
He was in England for the, yeah, but he came and left.
It wasn't like he.
Yeah, he was quick.
He was quick.
But he's been very low-key.
You know, you got to watch what he's going to be doing because, you know, Clintons don't carry weight when it comes down to campaigning.
I'm watching a lot of different things, but I'm sitting there.
I guarantee they're sitting there saying, let's see what kind of reaction the market's going to have to.
Polls are, how soon are we going to get some polls to this?
How soon you think we're getting some polls to see what's going on?
This weekend, no doubt.
Okay, so next week, we're going to see America's reaction to this.
It'll take one week.
All the good polls need about 600 registered voters.
They're going to wait for the cooling out period over the weekend, and they're going to see what people think about it, like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
I look for snap polls to be early but flawed.
But a week from now, there's probably going to be more.
I want to see somebody run a Battleground State poll and bring it out next Friday and take it Tuesday, Thursday.
And I'm not speaking by speculation.
I'm speaking polling methodology that I've read.
And you mentioned, sorry, Adam, because I know you want to say something.
And I want people to understand when you say that, you're not just being facetious.
You're just throwing it out there.
When you're talking about the real, they cannot let this man win because he's going to do exactly that.
So that stopping him, like actually trying to get rid of him, let's not pretend like JFK, nobody in the government or CIA, they're still trying to protect those documents.
But I'm telling you guys right now, PBD, if something happens, Adam, God forbid, a plane crashes or something happens and Donald Trump does perish, that civil war, that movie that we saw and all that shit that they're trying to get us to, PBD, that's what's going to happen because that's going to be the spark that lights this whole bitch ablaze.
Because that's the only way they could stop this guy.
Because the way that we're seeing it, he's winning.
This is just embarrassing.
So I worry about the waterfall effect, and I agree with what Pat just said.
If you are a strong candidate, the words you use, I will defeat him.
If you are not a strong candidate and you're playing boogeyman politics, it's like you're voting not Trump, then it's he won't win.
So I will defeat him becomes he won't win.
And then in a moment of desperation, you end up in a really bad place where he can't be allowed to win.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying to you.
Because I'm telling you, that's the last car.
That is the last car.
We're there.
Yeah.
But I don't think we're there.
I think there is, hear me out what I'm saying.
What I'm saying is, okay, we've seen mob movies, right?
We've seen them.
Of course.
Okay, Godfather 2.
What did it take?
What did it take for Pacino to kill his brother?
When he betrayed him, when he went to Salazzo and he.
But how long did he know that he was betraying him?
Oh, for a while.
When he went to the casino, he talked to him in a way.
He's like, what are you doing talking to my brother?
Why are you letting this guy talk to you the way he does?
You're letting him talk to you like this and hit you on your head?
You're disrespecting a family.
Nobody does that to the Cordion family.
Okay.
And then he went to Cuba and he realized, oh, Johnny Olaf took me everywhere.
And then Pacino.
He knew Johnny.
He knew Johnny Olaf.
He knew he'd completely betrayed the family.
Then Pacino comes back.
Him and his wife are going through the arguments, the big fights.
She wants to leave.
He says, you think I'm going to let you take my kids?
And remember that one time she comes to the door crying.
And he closes the door in her face.
The sister on this side is realizing, oh, shit, he is the boss.
You best come recognize.
Okay.
She does.
Then he's sitting by himself, knowing what he has to do last.
Yep.
Knowing.
And then what do they do?
Hey, you want to go fishing?
No, no, we're going to take him away.
And he goes fishing and boom.
It's game over.
Swimming with, you know, the officials.
Okay, so to me, I don't think they're there right now.
I think someone reasonable, excuse me.
I think someone reasonable on the left is saying, guys, we can't get to that point.
Because think about it this way.
Think about it this way.
Do you think how many different ways, if you really wanted to take somebody out, how many different ways can you spin it?
How many different ways can you spin it?
With somebody like this of his stature, Matt?
I mean, it's either a massive security breach, which, dude, he has security watching Secret Service, or it has to be a vehicle.
All I'm saying to you is there's so many ways to spin it, to put health, to put this, to put that.
There's so many ways to do it.
They are professionals in this.
But the timing will go nuts.
I totally get it.
Okay, so let's just say it happens.
Then what are you going to do?
Who's the replacement?
How quickly do you move?
Who do you put in?
What happens then?
Wait, what's the process?
Let me ask you first, Patrick.
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, go for it.
Okay.
They take out Trump.
They commit an assassination.
You go to the convention and there will be a delegate vote because the primary is off.
All the primary results are off because all those delegate votes, delegates no longer are held by an active candidate.
So the floor would vote.
There would be a floor vote and there would be a nomination.
I believe it's five up to five nominees.
There would be a floor vote at the RNC.
That's the way it would work.
The delegates would vote.
Who do you think?
Oh, man.
Well, you think it's someone like Rob?
Yeah, who would step up to be that person?
It's open.
It becomes an open primary.
DeSantis is in play.
Nikki's in play.
Vivek's in play.
The whole field is in play.
And then they would root it down to five.
And then they would have a vote.
And the states would vote because all the delegates that were won fair and square by Donald Trump during the primary become uncommitted because there is no longer a candidate.
You mean a nominee?
But the question remains, here's the question, though.
Let's say, like you said, a health one, his heart, and he has a heart attack, okay?
What does the MAGA base do?
They're not going to believe the rhetoric of, oh, he's old in his heart.
They are going to lose their minds and go and take the streets, period.
The timing.
If anything happens to Donald Trump right now to the election.
By the way, somebody sent me a text message right now saying, have you talked to Candace on what she thinks about it?
Listen, guys, here's all I'll tell you.
This is why we created a Manect.
For some of you guys that are wondering, ask these guys who are following this story closely, Manette Candace.
Ask her, what do you think about this?
Ask specific question.
Ask Cuomo.
Rob, can you stop it from doing that?
Ask Dave Smith.
Ask Tulsi Gabbard.
Manect them.
Those are the QR codes.
Directly, they will respond to you.
Most of these guys respond within 24 hours.
You get to pay and they'll respond to you within 24 hours on Manek.
Most of them will.
But go ahead, Adam.
You were going to say something.
Well, I'll tell you why this makes me sad.
Some people are angry.
You know, some Trump loyalists are super upset.
Some people that hate Trump are cheering for joy.
I'm sad because I know where this is headed.
Pat, you always say, like, how dark and ugly could this get?
How dark and ugly could this get?
You know, you talk about like on one shoulder, you know, you're an optimist.
The future looks bright.
But on the other shoulder, hey, look, only the paranoid survive.
I'll tell you what I'm scared of because I love America.
We all love America.
1000%.
And I truly, truly believe that we have more in common than what divides us.
Unfortunately, the way politics is these days, we are divided.
You're either on team red or team blue.
And no matter what your team does, you're supporting your team.
I get it.
You know, I'm a little bit more purple at this point.
But I'll tell you why this is sad to me.
Because what's going to happen, you talked about mafia movies, and we did a whole segment today about one of the greatest mafia actors of all time, Robert De Niro.
And we saw just a little glimpse of how freaking emotional and livid people got.
Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you.
That's going to be times a million for weeks and for months this entire summer.
And we're going to have Americans who would otherwise get along just be at each other's neck and be each other's throat.
And this is what this is the saddest part probably.
Democrats have had nothing to get fired up about.
Nothing.
Republicans have had a lot of, especially MAG have had a lot of things to get upset about and get fired up about.
Trump, it's a sham.
It's a rig.
They're fired up.
Democrats are sitting around like, I don't know.
I guess we're voting for fucking Joe, I guess.
We all know that the vast majority of people that voted for Biden in 2020 didn't vote for Biden.
They did what?
Not voted against Trump.
So now they're going to have something that does what?
Fires them up.
I told you he was a criminal.
I told you you couldn't be trusted.
Now they're going to go negative because that's what they got.
And it's going to be negative victim mentality versus people who are freaking pissed and fellow Americans are going to be each other's throat.
And for me, that is the saddest thing to hear.
This was the first shot, though.
This is the first that you're talking about, Adam.
And this year, this is the first shot.
And wait till you see, wait till you see the aftermath of the people that came into this border that they're given cell phones.
All these Chinese nationals, all these Middle Eastern guys.
Remember the Middle Eastern guy that's like, soon you're going to know my name?
Wait till you see the shit show that's happening and it's going to keep getting worse.
This is the spark that lit the fire.
Just remember this day.
I was really angry about an hour and a half ago.
I mean, really angry.
And I got through it literally in less than 30 minutes because I have tremendous faith in the spirit of this country.
I have tremendous faith in the sensibility of the citizens.
And I have tremendous faith in humanity itself.
What we are seeing here, it's clearly manipulation.
And I don't need to say it.
I don't need to list it.
I mean, any sensible person can see it.
I worry about things that can happen, But I'm glad that I'm still in the greatest country on earth with the greatest system on earth that still has the Supreme Court and everything that goes with it.
I am anxious to see the polls.
I am anxious to see who wants to rise up and be counted as an American patriot.
I am anxious to see if the only thing one side has is the bloodlust anger of they think they have a kill.
And I am really anxious to see how the American voter is going to execute and move forward.
Let me tell you where my confidence comes from.
Oh my God.
Watch this.
So I'm pretty calm.
Right now, this is the biggest live worldwide on YouTube.
If you're watching this, we're number one worldwide on YouTube.
Hey, guys.
65,000 concurrent people are right now watching this.
Wow, what's up, guys?
But hear me out.
Hear me out.
I'm not bragging with this.
Why are you watching us?
A serious question for you.
What are you doing watching us?
I'm actually asking a question.
Why are you watching?
You don't all agree with everything we talk about.
Why are you watching us?
Why are you not tuning into CNN or Fox?
I want to look at all their numbers.
Why are you not tuning into the establishment mains?
Why are you not doing that?
Why are you not going up?
Why are you tuning into something like this?
What do you hear?
I don't have a degree from Columbia.
This guy didn't go get a degree in journalism from freaking Fort, you know, Florida State University.
Vinny didn't go do I say, Tom, why are you watching us?
You know what is happening?
There are a lot of people that independently want to talk to people they trust that they relate to.
Regular, we, the people, regular people are sitting around saying, what the hell is going on?
Who do I?
I want to talk to people that are just like me.
My confidence comes that the people that would have typically controlled these types of things, they're losing credibility.
They're losing credibility.
People are not going saying, what do they have to say?
We already know what the mainstream media is going to be saying.
I want to know what regular people are saying.
My hope comes from, my confidence comes from there.
Look, I've said this many, many times.
I'm a very nice guy.
You've been around me.
I'm a very nice guy.
I get along with everybody, white, black.
Right now, I just had a conversation.
The guy from a Patriot front who, you know, oh, they're, you know, we're not with the Feds.
Every one of their guys is masculine.
Like, what the hell is going on with these guys, right?
He's sitting here.
Two hours later, an hour, second half of it, I ask him one question.
He gets triggered.
And you have to watch it to see what the reaction is.
But I want to talk to him.
Why?
I get along with everybody.
I want to see what your position is.
By the time it's done, I know exactly what his position is.
You'll find out tomorrow.
We'll talk to anybody and everybody.
But America's turning, guys.
This may be the last time that they will have the kind of control with social with the mainstream.
They're about to lose it.
This is the last time they have this kind of power.
They're going to lose it.
This is a very, very important election.
And I'm totally fine with people being pissed off.
I'm totally fine with people energizing.
I'm totally fine with people being sick of it.
Whatever you don't hate, you learn to tolerate.
I'm glad more people are starting to hate the fact that this is a situation we're in, that a guy is being getting, what, 34 counts of felony for hush money.
And there's other people that are actually, are you kidding me?
Like, this is what's taking place?
Yeah, I think common sense is going to prevail.
And the right people are finding each other.
More places do I go to where regular day-to-day people come and say, hey, man, you know, I watch you.
Hey, man, I don't agree, but I watch you.
Hey, man, I agree to say, hey, man, I love you.
Hey, man.
More and more people are starting to realize where can I go to trust regular people like me?
And that shift is already happening.
It's already happening.
And that's where, again, by the way, for those of you watching, we believe the future looks bright.
We fully believe the future looks bright.
Fully, so much to the point where our entire brand is run future looks bright.
That's everything we believe in.
Future looks bright.
Some of you guys that are valuers, you know what that logo, the hat is.
These are some of the hats that people wear.
It says, Future, I wear Future Looks Bright hat.
Everywhere we go, people get confused.
The other day, I'm at the soccer game for Dylan, and he's playing a game.
A guy like, hey, I like your Future Looks Bright shirt.
He's like, oh shit, it's you.
Future looks bright.
I want more people to sport Future Looks Bright to say, I am optimistic about what's going to be happening.
These hats right now, you buy one, you get the second one for free.
This whole concept around this, with your military, you like white hats, red hats.
We are optimistic about the future.
That scares the shit out of the opponent.
Anytime you have hope, the first thing they wanted to take away in Germany was hope.
They try to do it.
A guy named Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who believed in God, who was a Christian, who used the most simplest thing that Hitler feared.
Hitler feared people having hope.
The moment people had hope, they couldn't win.
Period.
I have hope.
You have hope.
We have hope.
Future looks bright.
Let them do their thing.
We're finding each other, everybody.
Yep.
We are all finding each other.
And that scares the shit out of the enemy and the establishment.
Very simple.
So that's why I'm very confident about the future.
It's very simple for me.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Unless if you guys have anything else to add, I got nothing else to share.
We can wrap up the live and we can go home.
Where does this go from here?
Like, meaning this was the first major announcement, but there's going to be, from a timing perspective, when are they going to announce some sort of sentencing, Rob?
I believe you had those kind of numbers, didn't you?
Not it was well, July.
July 11th at 10 a.m. is when he will be back in court for the sentencing.
So now he's not getting the gag is done, correct?
The gag is done.
It's done.
He's finished.
The trial is over.
So it's over.
So he can talk as much smack as he wants.
He is free on bail.
Good.
Folks, stay tuned.
We will do this again next week, tomorrow.
We got the podcast with Dave Smith and Chris Cuomo.
