Well, we have multiple consequential statements and policies coming out of the White House today.
There's no doubt Trump is banging the war drums.
Now, whether or not he's intending for this to get into a bigger war or not, I suppose, we can only speculate.
But the war drums are being banged, let's say.
And then one of these statements from President Trump indicates that even he's preparing for potentially something larger than what we already have seen in Venezuela or the Middle East or Ukraine.
And there's some other signs that indicate we could be escalating these situations.
You'd like to think this isn't the case, and yet it does seem that the White House is preparing for that to be the case.
Plus, a new health policy out of the White House and a statement from President Trump on policy considering what to do about the housing market and one of the big issues that we've talked about for a long time in the housing market.
So we got those statements coming up.
The big news of the day, at least the story that's getting the most attention is Minnesota, where an ICE agent shot and killed a lady.
And we have the video.
She's driving her car, gets into a confrontation with the ICE officer, tries to drive off, and then gets fatally shot.
So we will play this video.
Got a couple angles, and then I've got a zoomed in slow motion to really analyze it.
But quite frankly, it's just a distraction.
And that's not to take away from the loss of life.
And that's not to take away from the left that is certainly going to try and use this to stir up their next wave of protests.
But it's really all a distraction.
And here's what gets lost as we're all focusing on what happened with the lady getting shot.
Here's what get lost.
Why is this happening?
Why is this happening from the things that aren't being done perspective?
And then why aren't these things being done?
So we'll cover all that.
But really, for the most part, that's barely even a big story.
Okay?
It's just a distraction.
It's just the left and the mainstream media hyping this up because it gets the views.
And now the left is obviously the Democrats are going to use this to try to start some new wave of protests.
So that is now inevitable.
And this is exactly what they wanted, by the way.
This is exactly what they wanted.
Now, I've got a huge stack of geopolitical news dealing with Venezuela, Cuba, now Nicaragua in the conversation.
Obviously, Russia.
And what's the deal with this new oil tanker?
Apparently, two additional oil tankers have been seized by the U.S. One of them flying a Russian flag.
The other, they just are assuming was some shadow fleet, part of a Venezuelan shadow fleet smuggling oil or something else.
And it does appear there's more evidence now that Venezuela was working with Russia and China and maybe other countries to get a lot of stuff out of Venezuela before the U.S. invasion or the capturing of Maduro, however you want to put it.
And so it looks like the United States is searching for a lot of this stuff.
It looks like the United States is roaming the seas trying to find the ships that Venezuela and Russia and China are smuggling precious metals, weapons, oil, anything out of Venezuela.
Because I will say this, and eventually I'm assuming this is going to come out.
We'll see how tight-lipped the military is on this.
But that ship, that Russian ship that they seized, the oil ship that they seized, there's probably no oil on it.
And I'm not insinuating I don't, I don't think they're that stupid to seize a ship without oil.
I think they knew there wasn't oil on it.
I think they were looking for something else.
So that's all coming up in more today.

On the cutting edge of news and analysis, the Owen Report with Owen Schroyer.
I do want to jump right into the news, but I suppose we'll have a quick opening monologue here because the first thing I'm going to go to when I get into my stack is a statement from President Trump today where he's urging defense contractors to raise their standards as far as their production is concerned.
Now, you have to understand the constellation of the Trump policies, geopolitics, domestic policies, all of this stuff.
You have to kind of understand the constellation of it to understand the significance of something here.
And there's a lot of instances, and now I think including this one, where Trump is trying to have his cake and eat it too, because he loves to point at the stock market as an indicator of how great the economy is going.
But of course, most people are not in the stock market and most people don't make their living in the stock market.
So that really doesn't really work.
But the people that Trump surrounds himself with and the donor class, the special interests, his friends and his family, obviously they're rich and they have a lot of money in the stock market.
So this is good for them.
But it sounds like with this statement that we're going to go to, that Trump is kind of telling the defense contractors, who quite frankly have not seen the biggest boost in the stock market compared to tech.
It's mostly been tech, some energy, but it's mostly been tech.
The defense contractors, the weapons manufacturers, they've been up and down, but nothing real groundbreaking.
And yet Trump seems to be scolding them, saying, hey, you're focusing too much on shareholders and not enough on quality of product.
Now, that's quite a thing to say because you're insinuating that the equipment that they have been providing to the U.S. military is not up to standards.
You're insinuating that the defense contractors are more concerned about their shares, stock market, than they are about quality of product.
Okay, so you've got all that going on.
But why now?
Why would Trump be urging this now?
And that's really, I think, the question.
And you have to understand, and this is why I say you have to understand the larger constellation of Trump.
There's a couple of things that are pretty clear right now.
If there is any plan or any coordination with all of this, there's only one man that knows that plan, and that's Donald Trump.
Nobody else does.
Donald Trump is the only man in his own head, and he keeps everything around him very chaotic so that he can be the only stable one and he knows what he wants to do and nobody else does.
Now, European leaders are starting to get frustrated with this.
I think you're seeing some frustration now in South America, especially after the Maduro capture.
So, you wonder, does Trump just operate like this?
And it's just a day-to-day and just, okay, we'll deal with it the next day.
Here's what we're going to do today.
What happens?
Who knows?
We'll deal with it the next day.
Or is there really a larger plan?
So, I'm looking at all of this, and it kind of hits me today when I'm looking at the geopolitical news and some of the things that are coming out of the Republican Party specifically.
I mean, they are banging the war drums, folks.
And, you know, I'm not going to say for sure, but I've got people, multiple people all week basically telling me the Iran invasion or strike or something is imminent.
And I've got, you know, people that are trying to get me to do an exclusive show because they want me live when the strike happens.
They think it's going to happen before the end of the week.
But so a lot of people now think there's a major escalation happening with Iran.
Now, we already know that Israel and Mossad are on the ground trying to run this regime change war.
I think they're trying to do it without the military.
They're hoping the people can do it, or they're hoping the regime just steps down, whatever.
Maybe they'll even help escort them to Russia or somewhere where they can have safe harbor.
But it looks like that attempt with every passing day is less and less likely to get them the desired outcome.
Now, meanwhile, for what it's worth, just to juxtapose it, there are massive protests happening in Israel as well against Netanyahu.
So all of this is going on.
But many people seem to believe an Iran strike or invasion is imminent.
So I look at Trump putting out this message about the military equipment and how it needs to be higher standards.
And I'm thinking, okay, now Trump thinks we're actually going to war.
And now President Trump is signaling to the defense contractors: hey, get ready.
We need to have the best equipment for our boys because we're about to go to war.
That's how I interpret it.
And so I look at the larger picture, and it was a bit pacifying, not to be ironic, but it was a bit pacifying today.
I think I've accepted something.
Now, again, the question is whether Trump actually has a plan or is just day to day, I'll deal with the next thing tomorrow.
That's kind of the big question here.
But it was pacifying today because I think I realized something.
And I was kind of starting to realize it during yesterday's broadcast.
But then as I'm preparing for today's broadcast, I think it hit me.
And I'm confident enough to say this today on air.
I don't think you're getting any deep state arrests.
It's like, oh, wow, what a.
No, I don't.
I think that that's the policy.
I think that that's the policy.
I don't think there's going to be any deep state arrests.
Now, the administration loves throwing the red meat out there.
And we got an example of this.
We've got an example of this from Caroline Levitt today, the red meat.
Like, oh, we're going to do the deep state arrest.
Folks, I don't think they're doing the deep state arrest.
I don't think it's happening.
I don't think anybody's looking into it.
I don't think it's on anybody's agenda.
And I think that's Trump's policy.
He doesn't want it.
He doesn't want to do it.
And when you go back to the first administration and he talks about not arresting Hillary Clinton, and then you get to this administration and he's like, oh, well, we're not, we're the nice guys.
So we don't go after our political opposition.
Now, it's frustrating for us because we feel this is of top priority.
We feel that arresting the deep state is a top priority.
We look at the criminals in the Democrat Party.
We look at the criminals in the deep state and we say this isn't about being mean or nice.
This isn't about revenge or vengeance.
This is about justice.
This is about arresting criminals in D.C. that have corrupted our country and sold us out and putting an end to it and sending a message that whoever tries to do this, this is what's going to happen to you.
So I still say it's important.
I still think it's a top priority, but it kind of hits me.
I don't think it's happening, folks.
I think it's time to let it go.
And that's not to say that we don't make noise and we don't raise a fuss and we don't point it out that it's not happening.
I just mean I think it's Trump's policy.
They're not going to do it.
And he's not going to change his mind on this.
So whether that's because Trump is friends with all of these people, whether it's because Trump has cut a deal with all of these people, or whether it's because Trump doesn't want his legacy to be arresting criminals or starting a civil war, however you want to put it, I believe it's Trump's policy.
His mind is made up.
They're not doing deep state arrests.
It's not happening.
And maybe that ties into the Epstein client list too.
And you can talk about his buddies in Israel and Mossad and Epstein and even his buddy Epstein.
And that might have something to do with it.
But we all know that goes right back into the deep state.
That ties right back into the deep state.
So it's all the same story.
I don't think they're happening.
I don't think they're happening.
And I think that's Donald Trump's policy.
Now, how you handle PR for that if you're Dan Bongino, I don't know.
He's not handling it too well, by the way, as you can tell.
How you handle PR for that if you're Kash Patel, I guess you just go fly around on private jets and hang out with your girlfriend.
Okay.
How you deal with that from a PR perspective, if you're Pam Bondi, I guess you just go on Fox News and flap your gums all the time and do the heron makeup.
But I think it's pretty clear that's Trump's policy.
We're not doing deep state arrests.
We're not arresting Democrats.
We're not, there's no COVID justice.
There's no stolen election justice.
I think whenever they talk about it or whenever they throw this red meat out there, I think it's just that.
I think it's just something to distract you.
I think it's just something for you to chew on.
Now, here's why I say that.
As I'm watching the developments here and I'm seeing the Trump administration push the gas on Venezuela and Greenland and all this other stuff, I think Trump's agenda, I think Trump's legacy in his eyes is he wants to be like the next Louisiana purchase president.
He wants to be the president that can put his name on all kinds of stuff.
You know, like the Monroe doctrine.
He wants to have a Trump doctrine.
He wants to have a Trump canal.
He wants to have a Trump embassy.
He wants to have a Trump purchase.
He just wants to brand everything Trump, seal his legacy, and have it be something about American empire, imperialism, expansionism, global domination, hemispheric domination.
And maybe he has the wherewithal to pull this off.
The only question is, how much resistance are you going to get from China?
How much resistance are you going to get from Russia?
Or can you settle a deal with these countries, establish hemispheric domination, and everything will eventually cool down.
But to me, that's where this is going.
And that's what Trump's statements are telling me.
That's what Trump's actions are telling me.
That's what the administration and its actions and statements are telling me.
That's the legacy Trump wants.
And so he's begging.
He's begging you to go out and vote in the midterms because he's afraid that if the Democrats win the House or the Senate and or the Senate, then he'll be tied up with impeachment.
And this time it might actually stick, and he won't be able to seal that legacy.
Now, the problem is it's a tough sell for him now because you can't sell us on voting on deep state arrests if you're not going to do it.
You can't sell us on declassification if you're not going to do it.
You can't really sell us on the economy yet because it's not going so well.
You can't sell us on being the peace president because obviously that's not the case.
And I don't really know if it works to sell yourself as an empire builder.
Now, on some sections of the right, it does.
The neocon right, the cheerleader right, you know, kind of the good old boy patriotic right that likes to see a jet bomb a country.
Makes them feel good.
So there is an audience for that, but it's not enough to win an election.
It's not enough to win an election.
So this is where they're going to run into trouble.
They've done so much damage to themselves reputationally.
They've done so much damage to themselves politically.
Now, the only thing they can ask you is please go vote to keep Republicans in power so Trump doesn't get impeached.
But he's insulted much of his voter base.
He's betrayed much of his voter base.
So it just, they don't really care.
They don't really care.
Some of them probably want to see Trump impeached at this point.
So that's going to be the battle that the Trump administration and the Republicans have moving forward.
They do have about 10 months to correct these issues, if possible.
But to me, that's what this is all about.
That's what this is all about.
And when you look at what he's saying to the defense contractors and when you look at what he's saying to the major real estate developers today, it sounds like he's saying, all right, hey, look, I made you guys rich.
Okay?
Or just in general, the system made you guys rich.
You guys have made so much freaking money that it's ungodly how much money you have.
So now it's time for you guys to actually invest in the United States of America here the way he sees it by putting more quality control over weapons and defense manufacturing and telling the guys that he's about to give Venezuela and he's about to give Ukraine in these deals because that's what's happening.
He's going to give the oil companies Venezuela and he's going to give the big contractors, the development companies, Ukraine.
So he's telling them, he's like, look, I'm about to make you guys so rich and powerful that this is exactly what you want.
But in return, you're going to make housing affordable for Americans.
In return, you're going to up your quality standards for the military when we're about to go to war.
Now, I'm not telling you that's a good or a bad thing.
I'm not telling you you need to support that or not.
I'm just saying that's where I see this going.
Now, that's not what I voted for.
And I don't think this is going to solve our country's problems, but this is what Trump wants.
This is Trump's vision.
This is what he wants his legacy to be.
Call it a vanity project.
Call it a narcissistic, ego, maniacal president.
Call it whatever you want.
That's where I see all of this going.
And I think now there was kind of this resentment in the beginning to people that weren't that loyal, weren't loyal enough to Trump because you know he demands loyalty, right?
They used to make these big stories about it.
So there was this resentment when we didn't have that loyalty to the man.
And so some of the things that we were saying, warning about the midterms, because of the resentment, they didn't want to hear it.
So they called us pannikins.
They said they didn't need us.
Well, now here we are in 2026 and they're looking at the midterms and they're like, oh, crap, we do need them.
And they were right.
But all they can pitch to us is we're not Democrats.
All they can pitch to us is help us make sure Trump doesn't get impeached.
That's all they can pitch to us.
And that's not going to work.
So they're saying, well, it looks like now we got about 10 months to get all this stuff done.
And that's why things are moving at hyper speed.
And that's why people think that the Iran strikes or invasion is imminent before the end of the month, even maybe before the end of the week.
That's why they're talking about Cuba.
And you're going to start seeing a lot of anti-Cuban propaganda coming up soon.
I don't know.
Nicaragua has been thrown into this.
I'm not against purchasing Greenland.
And it's funny, whenever this Greenland deal either goes down or doesn't, there is no doubt now the European leaders are going to try to stop it from happening.
They're going to try to stop it from happening.
Now, they're greedy bastards, just like everyone else in politics.
So they have a price.
So they have a price for Greenland, and they'd all like to get their cut.
So I do think it's possible to just outright buy Greenland, but I do think the European countries are at least going to pretend like they want to stop it until they can get enough money out of the deal.
Now, what I'd like to see happen, some of these European leaders have come out and said, if Trump tries to take Greenland, then NATO will fall apart.
Well, this sounds like a great deal to me.
So you're saying that we can get Greenland perhaps without any military invention.
I mean, I don't know what military invention you can have anyway.
I mean, if the U.S. military goes in there, who's going to stop them?
Nobody.
Denmark?
Give me a break.
So if the U.S. wants to go in militarily and just claim Greenland, nothing's going to stop them from doing that.
I don't think that's what Trump wants.
I think Trump wants to make a fair purchase.
And then maybe as an added bonus, we buy Greenland.
And then the European countries say, you have destroyed NATO.
And we say, okay, we're out then.
And by the way, all of that money that we spend annually on NATO, now we can use that to purchase Greenland.
I'm for that plan altogether.
I like that plan.
But this is part of Trump's larger plan.
So it's going to come down to is Xi Jinping willing to play along with this?
Is Russia willing to play along with this?
And can Trump do it all in 10 months and maintain peace?
That's quite a heavy lift.
That's quite a heavy lift.
But this is what we're up against.
So we can bang our heads against the wall because it's unlikely we'll get anything on Epstein.
And we can bang our heads against the wall because it's unlikely we'll get any deep state arrest.
And here's what I think they're misinterpreting and mismeasuring through this whole thing.
Even look at this shooting in Minnesota today, which is no doubt going to give him a headache.
You are going to have issues that are propping up almost every week that are going to throw a wrench into the gears of all of these plans.
It's going to happen without fail every week because you didn't arrest the deep state.
Now, the Epstein client list, getting it or not getting it could be inconsequential.
It could mostly be defunct.
That doesn't mean we still don't want it and we want to expose the blackmail operation and maybe correct course from the things that happened because of it.
But I don't really know if that's going to cause them much issue as far as the larger projects are concerned.
But not arresting the deep state and the people that remain in these bureaucracies and the corrupt criminals in D.C., that's going to cause you issue after That will continue to throw wrench into the gears of your plans.
Same thing today.
Because Pam Bondi has failed to shut down the radical left and their protest groups, organizers, fundraisers, terrorist wings, you're going to have more events like you had today in Minnesota.
And now, because that happened in Minnesota, which is exactly what the radical left wanted, because now they have a new cause.
Now they have a new cause and a new name and a new face and a new event that they can get people out on the streets to protest.
Now, I don't think anybody wants to see another George Floyd.
And even the mayor of Minneapolis, Fry, Fray Fry, came out and said, we don't want to see another George Floyd, but we should be in the streets.
So nobody wants that.
And really, unless it's Black Lives Matter, I don't think you're really going to get that anyway.
But there will be new protests.
And this will reinvigorate the radical left and their protest wing and their terrorist wing.
And there will now be protests probably nationwide once again in response to this.
So that's going to throw a wrench into the gears of your plan.
So that's why it's like, it's not just that we're frustrated that you're not doing it when you said you would, but you're mad at us because you can't get the gears of your plan to go smoothly because you refuse to do it.
So the deep state will continue to bother you.
The radical left protest groups, activist groups, they'll continue to bother you.
And until you shut that down, they're going to continue to gum up the works of your plans and it's not going to go smoothly.
And that's not anyone's fault other than this administration's.
So you can blame Pannikins who ended up being right.
You can blame Thomas Massey or libertarians, all the different stuff that they're going to try to blame it on.
But you'll have no one to blame but yourself because you didn't do it.
And you should have already done it.
You should have already done it.
All right.
Now, I guess that was a bit more of an extended monologue than I had anticipated.
But let's go to the, let's get into the stack now.
President Trump says executives of U.S. defense contractors will no longer be allowed to make more than $5 million unless they build new and modern production plants.
Trump also says he is banning dividends and stock buybacks for defense companies until these problems are rectified.
Here is the statement from President Trump.
I will read it in full.
All United States defense contractors and the defense industry as a whole, beware.
While we make the best military equipment in the world, no other country is even close.
Defense contractors are currently issuing massive dividends to their shareholders and massive stock buybacks at the expense of detriment of investing in plants and equipment.
This situation will no longer be allowed or tolerated.
That's a strong statement.
I mean, that's right at the military-industrial complex, folks.
That's a lot closer to the Trump we elected.
But it also signals to me: hey, this isn't just normal military-industrial complex activity and profits.
It's time to start focusing on getting in a war setting.
It's time to start getting into a war mindset production-wise, spending-wise.
Trump statement continues.
Also, executive pay packages in the defense industry are exorbitant and unjustifiable given how slowly these companies are delivering vital equipment to our military and our allies.
Salaries, stock options, and every other form of compensation are far too high for these executives.
Defense companies are not producing our great military equipment rapidly enough, and once produced, not maintaining it properly or quickly.
From this moment forward, these executives must build new and modern production plants, both for delivering and maintaining this important equipment and for building the latest models of future military equipment.
Until they do so, no executive should be allowed to make in excess of $5 million, which, as high as it sounds, is a mere fraction of what they are making now.
Additionally, the maintenance and repair of equipment, once sold, is far too slow and must be immediately enhanced.
As president, I am demanding that maintenance be spot on on time.
So, let me kind of maybe go into a little more detail with some of these statements.
So, it sounds like he's asking because the military already has their people doing spot checks and quality checks and maintaining and repairing equipment.
Obviously, they have their own people.
So, it sounds like Trump is asking for more assistance in that regard from these companies.
And he's asking them to make that investment to pay the people to maintain and repair this stuff.
And he obviously addresses, you know, the $5 million a year seems like a high number, but they make so much money that it shouldn't even be an issue.
So, again, this is a pretty strong statement.
This is the directional statement from Trump that's like aimed towards the deep state looking for reform.
It's like, yeah, not burning it to the ground, but kind of requesting reform, but in a kind of a nice way, like, all right, guys.
But here's what's frustrating when I read this.
We have given so much of our military equipment to Israel and to Ukraine that that's probably why this is necessary.
That's probably why this is such a necessity in such short order, not to mention everything that was lost in Afghanistan.
But so, you have everything that was lost in the Middle East.
You have everything that was laundered and given to Ukraine and then laundered back into the Middle East.
You have everything that was given to Israel and then just burn out, gone.
So, unless you're going to address those factors, I don't really see this problem going away.
So, you can try to raise production rates, standards, quality.
You can tell the defense industry, hey, it's time to cut your own profits and invest in the product and the principle.
But if we're just going to continue to give military equipment away, then the problem is going to persist.
The other thing this second paragraph tells me that Trump is just moving day to day.
That Trump, I don't know, I'm sure he has some idea of a plan.
That's what he likes to say, a concept of a plan.
I'm sure he has some vision or concept of a plan here, but he's clearly just moving day to day and just dealing with each issue as the day comes.
Makes a decision that day, and then whatever has to happen the next day, because of that decision, he does it then.
So, it tells me he's just firing from the hip.
So, here's the final paragraph from the statement: Therefore, I will not permit dividends or stock buybacks for defense companies until such time as these problems are rectified.
Likewise, for salaries and executive compensation, military equipment is not being made fast enough.
It must be built now with the dividends, stock buybacks, and overcompensation of executives.
Rather than borrowing from financial institutions or getting the money from your government, longer term, this is good for both executives and shareholders because it will make rather it will be great for our country.
So, to me, that's Trump realizing now, yeah, you know what?
Maybe I kicked the hornet's nest a little too much.
Maybe we kicked the hornet's nest a little too much, and maybe our military might have to be prepared for something a little more extreme, a little more intense than we had originally thought.
That's what it tells me.
That Trump now believes a potential larger war or larger escalation or defense strategy is going to be needed in a very short term, that he's asking these companies now to increase production.
That's what it tells me.
That's what this statement tells me.
So, that's a pretty big one.
I would say that's a pretty big one.
Now, when all of this goes down, when all of this goes down, you might as well just start thinking about it now.
Where do you land on if you support this or not?
Do we support nation expansion?
Do we support, is it manifest destiny?
Is it the Monroe Doctrine?
People have made the argument that, oh, this is the Monroe doctrine.
Others have had the response to that, but they're saying, yeah, that was for a different time period when it was European expansion that we were preparing for.
You know, I look at it and I'm just thinking to myself, okay, I'm open-minded to this.
It's not what I voted for.
It's not policy that I would really think about or support, but I'm not.
If Trump can pull this off, whether he does it for his own vanity reasons or his own narcissism and ego or because he really thinks it's going to help the country, If Trump can pull this off and reform our entire footprint on the earth so that things start to be moving inward instead of outward, then that is what I support.
So, in other words, I guess to put it more simply, if instead of just giving money away to foreign countries for free, we're instead going to use that money to basically just go conquer countries and just make them ours, it's a crazy idea.
It's like, okay, we're inviting new people into our country here.
And we're not talking about small purchases like Hawaii.
No, this is the equivalent of Trump going for the Louisiana purchase.
This is the equivalent of Louisiana Purchase 2.0 with Greenland and wherever else he decides to plant a flag.
I mean, we'll see what happens in Venezuela.
I got a whole stack of geopolitical news that we'll get into with that.
But it looks like that's where things are going.
It looks like that's going to be the conversation, and that's what Trump is pushing.
Now, he's going to have a hard time avoiding criticism when it's all of his friends and donors, and it's the BlackRocks and the Vanguards and all these big companies that the American people view as corrupted and greedy and monopoly men.
It's going to be hard to sell all of this when they're the ones running it and they're the ones profiting off of it.
But it does look like that's where this is going.
That's what I see this year being about for the Trump administration.
So he doesn't, yeah, yeah, he doesn't want to hear about the Epstein files.
He doesn't want to hear about deep state arrests.
He's got his eye.
He's got his mind on expansion.
And I guess, as part of that, AI dominance.
So these are the discussions.
These are the discussions.
And that's why I'm not, look, I'm just as frustrated over no deep state arrests.
I'm just as frustrated over no Epstein list.
I'm just as frustrated as anybody here, but we can talk about that forever.
It's not going to change.
The conversation we have to have now is: do we support this new American expansionism, American imperialism?
Is it going to benefit us or not?
Who is it to benefit?
Why are we doing it?
Is it the right time for it?
Are we putting the cart in front of the horse here?
Are we moving too fast here?
Is this something we can pull off right now?
Do we have the might?
Do we have the power?
Can Trump negotiate these deals?
And then I think more existentially important is where are the guardrails going to be put in place as far as AI and government are concerned?
Because that's what's coming too.
That's the big one.
What are we going to do with all of this AI and the need for energy, the need for water, resources, and then ultimately when it gets applied to government and surveillance?
So it's like, you know, we can criticize the administration, lack of Epstein files.
We can criticize the administration, lack of deep state arrest.
We can criticize the administration, lack of shutting down the radical left terrorism.
And those are all fair conversations and those are all fair criticisms.
But I think it's clear now they're not doing that.
It is not going to happen.
So state your piece.
And now let's talk about what they are trying to do.
Let's talk about what is happening and see if we can't maybe maneuver that ship in a direction that we like.
I mean, they can't even get the Clintons to sit down for a hearing.
Now, the Clintons are supposed to be in a hearing next week for the Epstein Files, but they've delayed it already.
So they were supposed to be in last month.
They didn't.
So do you really think that's going to happen?
We'll see.
Even if it doesn't, it won't matter.
The Biden crime family, nothing.
All these radical left fundraisers, organizers that cause these events where a woman now gets shot by ICE.
Nobody's shutting that down.
Justice for the January Sixers, justice for the stolen election, justice for COVID.
None of this is happening.
None of this is happening.
So we can talk about how it's not happening forever, but now you're in a redundancy factor and you're not addressing the things that are happening.
Trump's plans for American expansion and imperialism and how this is going hand in hand with the rollout and the application of AI for full surveillance and government.
Now, I do want to get into the lady that was shot and killed.
The lady that was shot and killed today by ICE.
We are going to get into that with the geopolitical news coming up here in the second hour.
Now, I'm sure you've seen that precious metals, gold and silver, have reached all-time highs.
Now, a lot of people are more confident in these precious metals than the stock market right now.
It's all over the news.
But you could argue it is the safest investment right now, gold and silver.
And a lot of people think it's only going up from here.
But if you are afraid of maybe the dollar losing its value, the stock market collapsing, what are you doing?
Go to protectwithowen.com.

let's look into this Minnesota shooting that happened today.
And I do have the videos of this.
I want to just cover the news and the headlines, and then we'll hit some of the videos here.
And we've got a zoomed-in slow-motion video, and you can, you know, make up your own mind.
But here's the story: here's the headline: Minneapolis driver shot and killed by ICE officer during immigration-related operation.
DHS says the Department of Homeland Security says it was a vehicle ramming related incident.
ICE agents were conducting targeted operations in the city when a woman, 37 years old, allegedly, quote, weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them.
Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.
Now, I will say this: the administration and the Department of Homeland Security are in an all-out defense of this ICE agent today.
And they've got all their social media team on it.
So all the people that are on their social media payroll, they're all posting defense of this person.
Every person that's made a public statement is in total defense of this person.
And you got to admit, you know, when we see these, when we see these police officers get railroaded by the system and many times getting thrown under the bus by their own police chief, commissioners, whatever.
I will say, you know, no matter what I think about that actual incident, and when I play the video, I'll tell you what I think and maybe get into opinion.
So that must be nice for the officer that shot her.
Because normally you see the police just get railroaded.
You see the law enforcement just get railroaded.
Look no further than what happened with the George Floyd incident.
Of course, here we are in the same city virtually, same place.
And this is much worse than the Floyd situation, by the way.
So, I mean, if that's the precedent, this agent is probably going to have a tough go of it.
But we'll get to that later when we play the video.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey pushed back on DHS's narrative in a press conference, said they are already trying to spin this as an action of self-defense.
Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly that that is bullshit.
Well, you can decide for yourself here in a moment.
All right.
So it kind of just gets into the details that we've already covered.
What they are doing is causing chaos and distrust.
They are ripping families apart, sowing chaos in the streets.
In this case, quite literally, killing people.
This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying and getting killed.
The mayor went on and told ICE to get the F out of Minneapolis.
We do not want you here.
Your stated reason for being in this city is to create some sort of safety, and you are doing the opposite.
Homeland Security Secretary Christy Noam said that the agents were being attacked when the woman was fatally shot.
ICE agents fatally shoot woman in Minneapolis.
So there you go.
So obviously conflicting narratives.
The administration running total defense, all-out defense of the ICE agent today.
And of course, the Democrats are going to run with their narrative as well.
Now, I must say, for whatever it's worth, and whatever the reason may be, the Democrats are way less radical over this shooting than they normally would be with a law enforcement shooting.
That I have to say is maybe a good thing, actually.
Maybe it shows that they've realized that their extremism in response to these things is not helping anybody, including themselves and their own people, their own cities, their own towns, their own voters.
So, maybe they realized that because this is bigger than just their average hatred for a police officer or their desire to stir up some racial tension with blacks and whites or law enforcement, like we saw in the George Floyd case, because to me, this is way worse than George Floyd.
I mean, this is like a hundred times worse than George Floyd.
George Floyd's incident is like a one-on-one a Richter steel compared to this, and yet the Democrats are kind of coming out and saying, okay, this is bad, but let's not have too much of a reaction.
We don't want another protest situation like after George Floyd.
So, I don't know if that if that's the Democrats realize that they went too far and they've become too radical or they don't want these protests to happen.
But to me, that's kind of a good thing.
And again, from the law enforcement side, usually these agents, these officers get thrown under the bus immediately, and the administration is in an all-out defense right now of the officer that shot and killed the woman.
So those are just kind of two developments that I look at here and I say, okay, well, that's different for whatever it's worth.
But here we go.
Let's show you the video if you haven't seen it.
I've got two angles, and then we'll show the slow motion, then we'll show the slow motion zoomed in version.
The volume here is basically worthless.
It just kills my audio.
But here you go.
Here's the one that most people have seen.
Probably the best angle that we have so far.
I guess the context here is like they said, they're doing some operation.
I don't know if it's a raid or whatever.
They're doing some operation, and you've got cars, you've got chaos, and this car drives away.
And I don't know what the story with this car here on the left is, but this is going to be the car in question right here.
And so just the points of emphasis are going to be the right side of the vehicle where she eventually goes, and then the front left of the vehicle, where you're eventually here in a minute, going to see two ICE officers approach the vehicle.
And then ultimately, the collision is going to happen on the front left.
And then that's where she's going to take the shot from.
So those are just your points of emphasis as you watch this.
So here comes the ICE agents now.
They say, get out of the car.
She does not comply.
And then she gets shot.
Multiple eyewitnesses, multiple videos.
Here's an angle.
I guess we can just keep that video up.
Let's go to the second angle.
This is going to be from farther away, but so far from what I've seen, and there could be new angles out there.
I just haven't seen them yet.
But I think this is the only angle we have from the front side of the vehicle.
It doesn't really add too much.
It doesn't really give you too much to go off of here.
But I figured I'd show you this far view that actually comes from a bit of the front side of the vehicle here.
Again, this is what's happened right here.
So there you go.
And then now she's dead.
And obviously her foot is pinned to the gas or some situation like that.
But it's very quick here.
You see the agent right here.
The vehicle's right here.
And Yeah, I mean, again, this is it's it's it's the only view I've seen from the front at all, so I just figured I'd show it to you, but it's from so far away.
But um, that gives you an idea right here.
You can see the agent, he's still kind of in front of the car.
You can see the headlight, part of the front left headlight right here is blocked.
Um, the first shot has already been fired.
It sounds like there's three or four shots to me.
Uh, a lot of these details have not come out yet.
I imagine the local police will probably provide these details.
Um, and then we'll see if DHS wants to make any statements in their defense.
Uh, but one more time, here's the far away angle.
And at this point, she's obviously dead, so it looks like the pressure on the gas stops for a second and then she dies, and then the pressure on the gas increases, and that's when she slams into the car here.
So, okay, uh, let's show you the now.
This is the zoomed-in slowed-down version of the first video, which is probably the best quality.
Uh, but but here's the zoomed in, slowed down again.
the point of emphasis, same place.
And the two agents here, you're going to see on the left side of the vehicle.
So this is where she's officially resisting arrest.
Again, there's there's little detail, there's little detail, at least from what I've seen so far.
There's little detail on what led up to this, there's little detail on why they were trying to detain this woman or question this woman or have her get out of her car.
There's very little detail on that so far.
Um, now, this stuff could have could have there could be more information since I've been on air here for the last hour, but I haven't seen it on the news.
I'm monitoring the news, I haven't seen any breaking news.
So, so it seems like there's still an unknown factor of what exactly led to this.
Sorry about that audio.
We'll just turn the audio off.
So, now she kicks it into Gride.
Okay, so this is really, I would say that this is the important frame right here.
So, she's already been told, she's already been told at this point to get out of the car.
You see the ice agent on the left, and by the way, he's not grabbing his gun, he's grabbing the open window and the door handle, and now he's trying to reach in.
So, I don't know what that is.
So, now you see right here, the car was in reverse.
She's obviously probably switching it into drive right here.
Now, the officer in front of the vehicle grabs his firearm right there.
Okay, so firearm is grabbed right here as soon as she puts the car into drive.
Now, she starts moving forward.
He's pointing the gun right at her body or head, takes first contact right here on the front left of the vehicle, and fires the shot as he takes the first contact to his left leg, which he doesn't seem to be too bothered by that.
So let's watch this in slow motion here, zoomed in, without me pausing it.
Ice agent comes up, and there you go.
And then there she goes.
Let me now let me turn the volume on for this go.
And I know the volume is a little awkward since it's in slow motion and it's obnoxious.
But let's listen to the volume of it now so you can hear the gunshot in comparison to when she moves her vehicle forward towards the ice agent.
All right, there he goes.
Sorry about the shamoo, the shamu, the whale sound there.
I suppose we can watch it one more time because there's three shots.
I want to process the timing of the shots versus the timing and the location of where the officer in front of the vehicle.
Here's his first approach.
She kicks it into drive.
At this point, he is in front of the car.
And now the car starts moving forward.
Now he's pulled his gun.
Now, you know, as far as if this is what they're trained to do, I'm not going to tell you I'm an expert on that.
And I think a lot of this just becomes instinctual.
So it's a matter of training versus instincts.
So it was either his instincts or his training that kicked in.
And when he's in front of a car and there's a car moving towards him, he decides to point the gun at the driver.
Now, the big question is going to be, what were they doing?
Why was it so important to get this woman out of her car and to stop the vehicle?
That's going to be a very important detail, I think, as far as what people think about this incident.
You know, if this is a, let's say this is a gangbanger, let's say this is a sex trafficker, a rapist, a murderer, something like that, then people are probably not going to feel so bad.
If this is a woman who they think might be an illegal alien that they're just trying to bring in for deportation, now you're probably going to have problems.
Now you're going to have a lot harder time winning over public support of this if this is just a woman that you thought was an illegal alien that you're trying to ask questions to or detain.
Now, obviously, after she resists arrest, you're probably getting detained anyway.
Now, when I see this, and this is why I think he could be, I think this officer could be in trouble, because it looks to me like, okay, right here, you see he's pointing the gun at her.
Like I said, that's either training or instincts, but he's really, I mean, he is in front of the vehicle, but you can see his left leg is now to the side of the vehicle.
So he's not standing directly in front of it.
Again, this is all going to be debated.
This is all going to be open for interpretation, whether or not his life was in danger or whether or not she was trying to use the vehicle to ram through him.
Quite frankly, I think the officer has a problem here because if the lady wanted to run him over, she probably could have done it.
And, you know, she clearly is trying to go to the right and maybe not hit him.
I don't know.
This is going to be all up for interpretation.
But, but, okay, that'll determine whether or not this guy's going to get a good outcome in a court case.
But this is the part where I think he's going to have the most trouble.
So, okay, so right here, you can see the wheel has turned left.
He's behind this officer, so it's tough to see, but you can see his left, that's his left heel right there for sure.
And then there's a question of where is his, well, I guess actually that's his right heel.
I apologize.
That's his right heel.
And so the question is, where is his left leg at this point?
There is some contact.
And if you go back to the other video from far away, it looks like his left leg at this point is right in front of her left headlight.
So this is, but this is why I think the officer is going to be in trouble.
So here's the first point of contact right here.
This is where the officer is struck by the vehicle right here.
And the reason I say that, if you watch the gun.
Okay, if you watch the gun right here, he's got the gun.
He's pointing it at her.
Now, if you watch the gun right here, it's stable.
It's stable.
And then boom, he gets hit.
And you can see the gun goes down like that.
So now he's been hit.
Now you see his left leg.
So this is his left leg.
It just got hit by the vehicle.
His left leg has been lifted off the ground.
So he was anticipating the blow.
He took the weight off of his left leg.
When the contact was made, his left leg was lifted off the ground.
His gun that he was pointing at her has now been jilted.
But here's first contact.
I don't know.
This could be favor.
This could favor him or not, but I think this is going to be the big moment.
So this is first contact.
So he has now been contacted by the vehicle and it is about to make its pass.
And then he fires the shot.
Now, the two shots after that could be what gets him in trouble.
Because I think no matter where you stand on this, you know, you get hit by a car and there's going to be an instinctual reaction when you have a gun in your hand.
That's going to be his defenses.
I was hit by a car.
I was hit by her.
And of course, DHS saying she weaponized a vehicle.
That is going to be their argument.
That's going to be the defense they use for him.
But contact is made right there.
And then there's your shot.
Now, right here, as you can see, contact is over.
First shot has been fired.
And the vehicle has now cleared the officer, meaning there is no other contact that's going to happen.
There is no other imminent contact that's going to happen.
And then he fires off two more shots.
That's where I think the officer is going to be in trouble.
And they're probably going to have to determine, if they can, which shot killed her.
And if it's one of those two following shots, that's where he could get in trouble.
Now, again, if this is, say, a murderer, a rapist, you know, a really bad person, then you can say that this was justified or that maybe that argument opens itself up to say it's justified.
But I don't know.
I don't know the details of why this woman was going to be pulled over or asked to get out of her vehicle.
I don't know why she decided to evade arrest, but there you go.
So really, to me, folks, this is, you know, it's what they call a bang bang play in sports.
No pun intended.
But this is what they call a bang bang play.
It just, it's just, it's so close.
And I think, you know, here's how I look at this.
I think you have a situation where both sides are on the wrong.
I can't defend this woman.
I can't do it.
You resisted arrest, and then you took it to such an extreme that you tried to drive through or around an officer when they were trying to get you out of your vehicle.
So you fucked up.
You fucked up.
Now, did you deserve to die?
Probably not.
I would say probably not.
There's more context needed, but I would say, you know, 98%, this woman did not deserve to die today.
She did not deserve to die.
And I don't think they're going to be able to argue deadly force was necessary in this case.
I really don't.
I mean, can they even argue that it was necessary to point a gun at her in the first place?
I don't know.
This is all going to come down to training protocols.
This is all going to come down to why they were trying to detain this woman.
But you have to be honest, folks.
If you do not cooperate with law enforcement, you up.
You made the decision.
Now, that doesn't mean you should die.
That doesn't mean you deserve to get shot.
But it's like if you go skydiving and you have a parachute malfunction and you die, well, am I going to sit here and say you deserved to die because you went skydiving?
Of course not.
But you went skydiving and you knew there's a risk.
So you didn't obey law enforcement.
You know there's a risk that comes with that.
You had a guy pointing a gun at you and you still resisted law enforcement and so you got shot and killed.
So again, I'm personally, I think the officer is probably cooked.
I think he's probably going to jail for a long time.
This is worse than the George Floyd case by far.
And if that's the standard, and if that's going to be the precedent in the courtroom, which is going to have an unofficial or official precedent either way, this officer is probably cooked.
He's probably going to get sentenced and going to get a long sentence, is my guess.
And I think that it's the final two shots that dut him in.
If he just fired the one shot when the contact was made and he was in front of the vehicle, then maybe he has a pretty strong case.
But when you fired the two extra shots when the vehicle was clearly past you and there was no further risk of harm to you or others in that immediate moment, to me, that's what cooked you was the two extra shots.
And if they determine, if they can determine, but if they determine it was one of those two shots that killed her, you're cooked.
You're going to jail and they're going to claim you killed an innocent woman, no matter what she was guilty of that you were trying to pull her over for.
So I think this officer is probably cooked.
And you can say, as they are, this woman was resisting arrest.
This woman contacted him with her vehicle, and that is true.
But if you're law enforcement, it's true.
They hold you to higher standards in a courtroom.
It is just true.
You are held to higher standards, and probably you should be because you do have authorized deadly force.
So you should be well trained.
You should be held to a higher standard.
I understand you're still a human.
You still have a right to self-defense.
You still have human instincts despite the training, despite the standards.
And, you know, maybe here's another question that comes up: when did this guy join ICE?
When did this guy become a law enforcement officer?
Is this a longtime ICE agent?
Is this somebody that has a lot of experience?
Or is this somebody that they just hired off the streets a couple months ago because he wanted a bonus and he needed a job?
That could also be a very important aspect of this.
And if this is some agent that they just picked up off the streets in this new drive to get more ICE agents, not only is the agent going to be in trouble, now the whole ICE operation is going to be in trouble.
And the Democrats are going to start looking at protocols to see if they can get some of these ICE agents out of the streets that they just hired in the last couple of months because of this.
So there could be major blowback there.
Now, again, these are some of the details we don't know yet, how long this guy's been on the force.
I would have to say, I'm guessing this is a new hire.
I don't think somebody that has years of experience fires those second two shots.
Maybe the first shot.
Maybe the first shot is understandable and forgivable.
But the second two shots, I think that's where you're going to run into trouble.
And I don't think an experienced field agent fires those extra two shots.
Anybody could fire that first shot.
Now, I would say an experienced agent that has the best training and the strongest, soundest mind probably does not fire a single shot.
Probably does not fire a single shot.
And obviously, the defense is going to be, I thought the car was going to run me over and kill me.
That's the obvious defense.
And that could be true.
But that justifies one shot, not three.
Not three.
So those final two shots, I think, is why he's going to be cooked.
And if it's one of those two shots that is determined to be the fatal shot, then I think he's really cooked.
And if this is an agent with not much experience, now ICE is going to have a whole new issue on their hands.
And the Democrats are going to be trying to review every agent they hire and pull agents off the streets.
And who knows what other type of protocols they may try to enact in response to this.
But you notice, again, their approach here is way different.
They're not pushing for riots or protests or doing some major social justice warrior here.
They're going to be very judicious and tactical about this, folks.
So no matter what the DHS says, no matter what the administration is doing in defense of this guy, I think those final two shots are going to be what cooks him.
And I just don't see any way out of it for him, especially if those are the fatal shots.
I just don't see how after the vehicle clears him, they're going to say he had the right to use deadly force.
When the vehicle is in front of, he's in front of the vehicle and he fears for his life being run over and he fires a shot, that can probably hold up in court.
That is probably going to hold up in court.
And there's probably other protocols, training, whatever that could even clear you.
But once you fired those two bonus shots after the vehicle cleared you, now you're probably cooked.
Now you're probably doing decades.
And if George Floyd is the standard, then this is 100 times worse than George Floyd.
Now, part of that was kind of the social justice warrior, political pressure to have those officers thrown in jail.
And while I do think that environment is a lot less intense as far as the public pressure is concerned, this case is a lot worse.
This case is a lot worse because we're not talking about a guy that, now we don't know the crime this woman committed.
Again, we're lacking a lot of details that might give us some better context.
But, you know, this isn't George Floyd resisting arrest.
This isn't George Floyd having the cops called on him and then, you know, overdosing on drugs and everything else that happened.
This is a cop pointing a gun at a woman, pulling the trigger and killing her.
That's what it is.
So I think this officer is probably in a lot of trouble.
And then, you know, we'll see where the defense goes as far as the administration and the Department of Homeland Security is concerned.
We'll see if they stick with this, you know, full force defense of this individual, which might be for their own protection as well and the protection of the cause for deportations.
But they also may realize, yeah, deadly force was not the option here.
And once he fired those bonus two shots, there's really no defense of him anymore.
But we'll see.
This is all going to come out.
There are still a lot of details that need to emerge.
But this is not good.
It's not good for ICE.
It's not good for DHS.
It's not good for the deportation agenda.
It's just not good.
But I'll say this.
I'll say this before we move on.
Because obviously the debate is going to be: was it justified or not?
You know, what should happen to this guy as far as the court case is concerned?
We'll wait on details.
But I'll just say this.
I don't think this happens if Pam Bondi is doing her job.
Straight up.
I do not believe that any of this happens today if Pam Bondi is doing her job.
Let me kind of take a sidestep, but this will lead us back to the conclusion I've reached about Pam Bondi.
But let me take a sidestep.
Yesterday was January 6th.
Justice for January 6ers, I guess, is we're not going to get it.
But what is the aftermath of January 6th?
Have you seen a single right-wing protest since January 6th?
Okay, you know what?
Let me rephrase that because there have been a couple.
We've covered a couple of them.
But let me just rephrase that.
Let me recalculate that.
Have you ever seen a major right-wing protest?
I mean, a big one.
Thousands of people, hundreds of thousands of people.
Have you seen a major force for activism?
Have you seen a major force for organization?
Have we ever seen anything like that from the right wing after January 6th?
And of course, the answer is no.
You've had some small protests that get some social media clout, some social media attention, but maybe it's a couple hundred people.
There's no major institutional support.
There's no major institutional funding or organizing.
That all got killed after January 6th.
Nobody wants to do a big protest.
Nobody wants to fund a big protest after January 6th.
So because the Democrats persecuted right-wing protests, nobody on the right-wing wants to do it anymore, other than a couple of people that go out there and get their social media high and everything else and get some media attention.
But it's a couple hundred people max.
So as far as institutional support and funding and organization, there is no agency for that.
Post-January 6th, all major right-wing ideas or support for a major protest, done.
Not happening.
So the Democrats did that.
Now, if Pam Bondi does her job and goes after the left-wing institutions that fund the radical terrorism and the left-wing institutions that are organizing all of these protests to try to stop ICE from doing their job, and that's what this is, if Pam Bondi shuts this whole thing down and goes after the organizers and goes after the fundraisers, these people are not in the streets.
And the illegal aliens or the criminals, whoever it is that ICE is going after, they're not so emboldened to decide they're going to try to evade arrest or run from police.
All of this would be shut down if Pam Bondi was doing her job.
And so if you go back to the first hour, if you go back to my opening monologue, this is what I'm talking about.
You will continue to have these wrenches thrown into the gears of this administration until you arrest the deep state and until you shut down these radical left-wing terror groups.
And so the administration might figure, well, this doesn't really get in the way of our larger agenda.
And the deep state, for the most part, either we're in control of it now or it has such limited corners of power that there's really not much they can do.
But they can still throw a wrench into your gears and block up the system, just like now.
So now ICE is going to have legal problems.
DHS is going to have legal defenses.
They're going to have to review the entire hiring policies.
They're going to have to review the entire deportation policies.
And so now, because Pam Bondi did not shut down these radical left-wing groups that are funding and organizing these protests that are getting in the way of law enforcement and trying to stop the deportations, it's all being done intentionally.
So because Pam Bondi did not eradicate this, today happened.
And that's the truth.
And this will continue to be the truth.
So until you address the root causes of these issues, you're going to continue to deal with this crap.
But I guarantee them to you, if Pam Bondi would have eradicated the radical left-wing groups that fund and organize these protests, I guarantee them to you, this doesn't happen today.
But she didn't.
So now they're emboldened and they're out there and they're interfering and they're instigating and they're resisting.
And it's all because Pam Bondi didn't do her job.
And now this officer is probably going to jail for two decades.
I don't see how he gets out of it, folks.
And again, you know, I see the talking points.
I know the Trump administration has sent their social media armies out there to defend this person.
And you know what?
Whatever.
Fine.
Those two shots after the vehicle clears him, it's going to cook him, folks.
It's going to cook him.
There's no way around it.
There's no way around it.
So, yes, is the woman in the wrong?
Is the woman a criminal?
Is the woman an idiot for resisting arrest?
Absolutely 100%.
I am not defending that woman's actions at all.
You resist arrest.
You're risking your life.
And you know that.
But you're a police officer and you use your firearm.
You also know risks come along with that.
So I think both parties are in the wrong here.
One woman is dead and the officer is probably going to jail for 20 years.
I don't really see this going any other way.
Now, we'll see what happens when details emerge about this woman and what led up to this.
We'll see what happens when details emerge about this officer and how long he's been around and his background.
But I don't see how you can defend those last two shots.
And I don't see how you get around the fact that there's already a precedent with George Floyd in Minnesota.
And this case is much worse than George Floyd.
So I don't think this goes well for DHS.
I don't think this goes well for ICE.
I don't think this goes well for that officer either.
I just, I just don't see it.
You know, maybe if it comes out this woman is a rapist and a murderer, okay, maybe it's maybe you'll be all right.
Maybe if it comes out that she had a weapon, but I think we probably already know that by now.
I don't think that's the case.
And maybe we even learn about training and protocols.
If you're in front of a vehicle and you're trying to operate a stop of the vehicle and that vehicle comes towards you, then you can use deadly force.
Okay.
But once that vehicle clears you, I don't think you can use that defense anymore.
So more details will give us a better picture.
But I just don't see how this person walks.
I really don't.
There's too much video.
There's too many eyewitnesses.
There's too much public scrutiny and pressure on this situation already.
And I would just say, from the details that we have, I think both parties were in the wrong.
And I might be willing to defend the officer for the one shot when she almost runs him over.
And when she makes contact, physical contact with the car as he's standing in front of it, I could probably defend the first shot.
But the two shots after that, I don't think those are going to be defendable.
I don't see so.
And if it turns out that this guy just got hired off the streets and maybe has a questionable background to be handling a firearm as a law enforcement officer, now you're going to have huge problems.
But we don't know those details yet.
So we'll have to wait and see.
But this is an interesting one because I already see the people in the comments that are disagreeing with me.
I'll take calls and you guys can tell me why I'm wrong.
I don't have any problem with you disagreeing on this, but I will just say: just be careful, folks.
Just be careful because propaganda goes both ways.
And it doesn't work on me.
So just be careful.
But I'm more than willing to hear why you think I'm wrong.
So I'll open up phone lines and you can have at it.
But propaganda goes both ways, folks.
And you have to be able to see through it and be honest with yourself.
But let's move on.
Let's move on.
But I'll take criticisms.
I'll open phone lines and take criticisms or super chats and take criticisms.
I have no problem with you disagreeing.
I think this is a bang bang play.
I think it's open for interpretation.
I don't think it's black and white.
But I'm not racing to any conclusions like other people out there.
I'm not racing to the defense because I'm loyal to an administration or I'm loyal to whatever.
I'm going to call it as I see it.
And that's how I see it.
But we'll see if we get more details.
The U.S. has only released 1% of the Epstein files so far.
So they're literally breaking the news.
They're breaking the law on this deal now.
After releasing thousands of files related to the disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, the Department of Justice has said there are more than 2 million other documents being reviewed.
Some 12,000 files, photos, notes, legal documents were released last month, but they represent less than 1% of the material the government has.
So in this regard, they are outright breaking the law.
They are outright breaking the law.
I'm going to go back to this Dershowitz video, but let's just recall here: the Clintons were supposed to be testifying on this.
Now, this was last month, December 12th, 2025.
Chairman Comer, the Committee on Oversight, chaired by Comer, Clintons must appear for depositions or face contempt of Congress.
Now, this was supposed to be December 17th and December 18th, but ultimately these dates got pushed back.
How convenient.
House Oversight Chair threatens Clintons with contempt in Epstein subpoena feud.
So now they're trying to avoid having to testify at a hearing.
So now the Clintons are supposed to be testifying January 13th and January 14th.
That is next week.
Now, we'll see.
They may be able to delay that one as well.
Thomas Massey, who's probably been applying the most pressure on this in the House, made a brief statement to reporters outside of the Capitol last night.
I mean, they've never wanted to release the documents in spite of what the vice president said during the campaign and the attorney general, even after she took office.
I think they're still trying to protect rich billionaires, politically connected people.
And I think they're also trying to obscure the involvement of our own intelligence agencies in this.
And I don't know how anybody could reach any other conclusion.
And I think it's pretty clear to most people now that the victims they're talking about protecting, the victims are actually the clients or the people that were getting blackmailed or the people that were having money laundered.
That's the victims that they're talking about.
But of course, there's one group of victims that Alan Dershowitz really wants you to know: who are the real victims in this?
unidentified
She focused on a woman named Farmer.
Now, Farmer accused lots of people.
All of them were Jewish.
She said, quote, I have a hard time with Jewish people.
All the Jewish people I met are pedophiles who run the world economy.
She talks about the Rothschilds.
She is a blatant anti-Semite and a liar.
She said she didn't accuse me, but she said she saw me in Jeffrey Epstein's house before I ever met Jeffrey Epstein.
And so what we have because she focused on Yeah, that's what Virginia Jewfree said too, who changed her name after she escaped the island to Virginia Jufree.
So these women allege that they were raped by rich and powerful men, and they say that they were Jewish.
And Dershwitz says that's anti-Semitic.
So I guess if a black person rapes you and you say that person raped me, that's racist, huh?
Is that the logic we're going with here?
All right, let's move on.
Alan Dershwitz.
All right.
Epstein's lawyer.
Did you guys hear about this?
Kind of went under the radar.
LaMalfa's death further depletes House GOP majority.
So technically, this session of Congress just started.
And on the first day of this session, two Republican congressmen, well, one died.
One of them is in the hospital.
The California Republicans, this is LaMalfa.
The California Republicans' sudden passing on the same day that Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene's resignation took effect made the party's house math that even trickier, which, of course, you see them begging about the midterms now because they see how much trouble they're in.
The sudden death of Representative Doug LaMalfa, Republican of California, cast a pall over the first day of the new session of Congress on Tuesday when House Republicans mourned their colleague and also watched their tiny majority dwindle to the bare minimum of 218 votes.
LaMalfa died during an emergency surgery after a medical issue.
Now, I don't know.
That race, it's a red district, but I suppose, you know, nothing is safe right now.
And the Democrats have flipped a lot of other traditionally red seats.
And Republicans just have no voter drive right now.
So that could be a problem, especially considering that Thomas Massey seems to be committed to being a thorn now in this administration's side.
U.S. Representative Jim Baird hospitalized following reported hit and run crash.
Representative Jim Baird, Republican of Indiana, District 4, was hospitalized following a car accident.
In a statement from Baird's office on Tuesday, officials said that Baird was in the hospital and expected to make a full recovery.
He was struck in a hit-and-run accident.
Now, conspiracy theorists obviously don't believe any of this is coincidental.
And with a new session of Congress and now a bare minimum majority for the Republicans, this is when some big bills like to get passed.
Some very consequential bills find their way across the aisle when things like this happen.
So we'll be monitoring that.
We'll be monitoring that.
Meanwhile, the case against Brian Cole Jr., this is the alleged January 6th pipe bomber that more and more people are questioning if they even got the right guy.
The defense demands pipe bomb suspect Brian Cole Jr. be immediately released due to no preliminary hearing and no valid indictment.
His continued detention is illegal.
Folks, this thing is getting wild.
The incompetence of Pam Bondi's Department of Justice is insane.
It is insane.
They can't get James.
They can't get Comey.
They can't get the alleged January 6th pipe bomber.
The lawyers for Brian Cole Are demanding evidence of his alleged confession.
So they said they had a confession.
Nobody's seen it.
Nobody has seen the confession.
Cole's lawyers have filed a request for the prosecution to provide evidence of his confession, including any recordings.
This request is based on the Brady versus Maryland Supreme Court case, which requires the disclosure of such evidence.
They're demanding evidence of his alleged confession.
So they said he confessed, but nobody has the evidence.
Now, keep in mind, this is a guy who, I don't know if they've given the exact medical definition, but I guess he has some form of autism, at the very least, some form of autism.
So, you know, somebody like that probably has a lot harder time dealing with this stuff or knowing how to deal with this stuff or how to communicate what to say, what not to say.
So it's an easy person to just blame and bring in and just shut the whole thing down.
And they just said, oh, we got him.
And he confessed.
Well, the lawyers have not seen the confession.
Nobody's seen the confession.
They just claimed he confessed.
Nobody's seen it.
And the lawyers are sitting here.
They're saying, we have not seen the evidence for the indictment.
We have not seen the evidence of the confession.
He has to be released.
How can this be?
Now, let's say they got the guy.
Let's say you believe they got the guy.
So why aren't they giving the evidence over?
It doesn't make sense.
They could do it like that.
They could do it yesterday.
They could do it today.
They could do it tomorrow.
They can present the evidence that, you know, Bongino, who's having his own little crash out, Bongino claims they got the guy.
That was his big moment.
This is his big deal, folks.
This is Bongino.
The only thing Bongino can take back to his audience, really, is that they got the pipe bomber.
You can say we got homicide rates down.
You can say we arrested more sex traffickers, more pedophiles.
You can say that, and you can say that one time.
One time is all you get to say that, because really that's just your job.
So you can say that, and you can feather your cap one time with that.
That's only going to fly one time, but that's all he's going to have to lean on.
So this is supposed to be his big case.
Brian Cole, the January 6th pipe bomber, this is supposed to be Dan Bongino's big get, his big scalp.
And then he leaves the FBI before the guy can even be found guilty.
It's a little strange.
How can Pam Bondi's DOJ or the FBI be so incompetent that they can't provide the evidence for the indictment and they can't turn over any evidence of a confession, which is what they claimed the reason is why they were holding him because he confessed.
And this is a mentally ill person with autism that nobody believes did it in his social circles, in his family.
And quite frankly, I'm not convinced either.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say it wasn't him.
It just doesn't add up.
But if they have the evidence, why not turn it over?
What is going on here, folks?
This is either outright incompetence or outright corruption.
Maybe both.
So how is Dan Bongino going to deal with that when he returns?
I do have a Dan Bongino thing coming up later when we get to it in the third hour.
Warner Brothers Discovery officially rejects Paramount's revised offer, stands by Netflix deal.
Paramount released a revised tender offer last month with Larry Ellison agreeing to personally backstop the deal.
Warner Brothers says the offer would be the largest LBO in history, but Netflix gets the deal.
Netflix gets the deal.
And it turns out Warner Brothers tells shareholders that Larry Ellison didn't have the money.
Warner Brothers tells shareholders that Larry Ellison's wealth isn't enough to best the Netflix bid.
Now, folks, have you noticed there's a trend here?
I've been saying it.
The money isn't there.
Now, with Ellison, you might say he spread too thin.
But folks, I'm telling you, all of the people that are surrounding Trump and these billionaires with all their big plans of bringing back manufacturing and all this stuff, folks, the money isn't there.
It's not there.
Now, I don't know how they're reaching their numbers for their wealth.
I don't know how honest they're being about these numbers.
I don't know if they're being honest with Trump.
I don't know if Trump has a full grasp on it.
But all these numbers that they started throwing out, all the investments, all the deals, all the manufacturings and the chip deals and the plants and all this were all billions and billions.
Folks, the money isn't there.
It's not there.
I don't know where they're getting these numbers.
It's not there.
And even NVIDIA that we thought like this was the big one, NVIDIA, they're having to run to China to try to sell chips.
China rejected it.
So now NVIDIA is moving into Israel to try to sell chips because the money's not there.
The money's not there.
The manufacturing isn't there.
The production isn't there.
So how can you hand over Taiwan while we still don't have the production capacity?
And I don't think anybody's thinking about this.
Tell me, everything's day-to-day with this administration.
But yeah, Ellison makes this big bid.
It's like, yeah, we got all this money.
And then they look into it and they're like, no, wait, he doesn't have all this money.
So now, all right.
I'll tell you what, we're about to get into all the geopolitics here.
So let's take a quick break.
We're going to take our third hour break a little early here.
We're going to take a quick break.
We're going to come back.
I got all the stacks of geopolitics.
I'm going to go to your super chats and I will open up the phone lines to the people who disagree with my take on the ICE shooting, the fatal shooting.
So I have no problem with people that have a disagreement and I'll hear your points.
So we have that coming up in the third hour.
We take a bit of an early break so I can really focus on the geopolitics and then open up phone lines and read your super chats.
Third hour of the Owen report coming up next.
unidentified
You're listening to The Owen Report on the Wynn Network.
Ladies and
gentlemen, your home for political play-by-play, THE OWEN Report.
All right, we've got the geopolitical stack coming up for you here.
I also have just some other odds and ends in the news today, some health news, some other things coming out of the administration.
We're going to do our best to get it all done and then still have time for phone calls.
But I wanted to take the second break a little early today so that we could have a little extra time this hour to get it all in, to fit it all in.
And by the way, again, guys, I will open the phones.
I will read your chats as far as your disagreement on the ice shooting today.
So just hold your horses with that.
Let's get through the rest of the news.
So more evidence here to me that this is just a day-by-day thing and there is no larger plan, or maybe even Trump is just not communicating with anybody.
And either that's because it's the standard Trump protocol of keeping everybody on edge and not knowing stuff, or it's just this is the day-to-day of the Trump administration.
Do thing one day and then see what happens and then react the next.
But clearly, the Republicans have no idea.
They have no idea how to message on this.
In a similar fashion, it's like when Ted Cruz got embarrassed on the Israel issue with Tucker Carlson, it's because they had no, they've never had to defend the Israel issue before until now on the right wing.
They've always just been able to say, oh, if you don't support Israel, you're a leftist.
Well, that doesn't work anymore.
Well, now they're unprepared to defend what Trump has just done in Venezuela.
They're clearly unprepared.
They just have no idea what to say.
They have no idea how to say it.
And I think that's because these things are just moving in a day-to-day process.
I don't think there is a larger plan.
I think we're going to do this today and we're going to see what happens tomorrow.
And then we'll respond accordingly.
So here's Mark Wayne Mullen put on the spot to try to defend this stuff.
No, what we did is we took out an illegitimate president.
He was never duly elected.
So there can't be regime change if he should have never been put in place to begin with.
Was his vice president duly elected?
You know, I don't know how their elections happened.
I don't know if they're on the same ticket or separate.
I don't know that works, but I know if we were interested in having a full regime change, we're interested in taking over Venezuela, we would have left our force in place.
Again, whether you support it or not, this is so bad.
He says, we removed an illegitimate president who wasn't elected.
Okay.
Then they say, well, what about the vice president?
What about whatever's left of the regime?
He says, I don't know how their elections work.
What are we doing?
So you claim we removed an illegitimate president and then you claim you have no idea how their elections work.
So if you don't know how their elections work, how do you know he's an illegitimate president?
Now, people are kind of making jokes about, is it regime change?
And you do have to wonder, where does it go from here?
What was the purpose of this?
Honestly.
And again, this is just, I'm convinced now the Trump administration is in Trump himself.
It's all day today.
They have no idea what they're doing.
They might have a concept of a plan.
They might have a vision of how they want it to go, but they really have no idea.
Somebody just decided or Trump decided, we're going in, we're getting Maduro, and we're going in for the oil.
Well, what about what's left of the regime?
I don't know.
We'll see.
Well, how are we supposed to defend this to the media?
I don't know.
Figure it out yourself.
We removed a illegitimate president.
Well, what about the vice president?
I don't know.
I don't know how elections work.
That is embarrassing.
Now, I mean, I guess I give him credit.
He tried to answer.
He tries to, you know, support it or whatever.
He doesn't know.
He doesn't know.
Nobody knows.
So what happens now?
There is the Maduro regime.
Maduro is still considered president as far as Venezuela is concerned.
So what are we doing?
So is it regime change?
Is it not regime change?
What are we doing?
Maduro.
Oh, he's a drug kingpin.
Okay, never mind.
The drug gang we said he runs doesn't even exist.
He's in New York.
He's in a prison.
He's going to be a liberal judge on the case.
What is even going on?
I don't think anybody knows, folks.
I'm telling you, I'm convinced that the Trump administration just does, they just do stuff.
And then they see what happens and then they respond to it the next day.
Now, here's the big one from today.
U.S. forces dramatically seize Russian-flagged oil tanker in the Atlantic.
Now, I don't claim to be the expert on this, okay?
But I listen to experts.
And basically, there is coverage going around that this did not have any oil on it.
Now, I'll get to that in a second.
An oil tanker making its way to Russia and linked to both Venezuela and Hezbollah has been seized by U.S. forces in a daring mission in the Atlantic.
Now, whether that's true or propaganda, you can decide.
And they want to tie everything into Hezbollah.
So my guess is that's just, that's probably just Israel intelligence propaganda.
Like when we had all the drones flying around and Israel's intelligence told our representatives and told our media that those were Iranian drones, it was an outright lie.
Israel intelligence lied to our Congress and lied to our media.
And by the way, they don't even care.
They don't apologize.
The members of Congress that said it, the media that said it, that they got lied to, they don't even care.
So Israeli intelligence does that all the time.
Now, the truth is Israeli intelligence that actually spies on everything that we do, they give members of Congress and they give members of the media exclusives that you see on social media, these people getting exclusives.
A lot of that comes from Israeli intelligence.
You say, how did they get this stuff?
Because spies gave it to them.
But a spy is not going to go on air and say, I found this, obviously, especially a foreign spy.
So instead, they find channels and they give it to members of the U.S. media, and then they get to grow their social media accounts to millions of followers.
And now they've got a propaganda outlet.
But I digress.
There is evidence that Venezuela was coordinating with Russia and even potentially China to get as many assets out of the country before this invasion happened.
So obviously the U.S. military gathering on the coast of Venezuela, and they're like, okay, we got to get some assets out of here.
So it sounds like Venezuela was able to get some assets out of there, maybe some oil assets, some gold, some silver, some other stuff.
And so it seems like the United States was looking for whatever it was Venezuela snuck out.
And I think that that's what this is all about.
Now, again, I'm not the expert, but this is what I was told.
So you see this picture.
If this ship was filled with oil, the water line would be closer to this blue right here.
Again, if you're out there and you're saying, gee, Schroyer, you sound like an idiot, I apologize.
Again, this is what I was told because the rumors are swirling and maybe it'll go mainstream that this ship that they commandeered didn't have oil on it and they weren't even looking for oil.
They were looking for something else.
So what I was told was that the indicator that there's no oil here is because the ship is so high on the water that if it was filled with oil, the water line would be right here where you see the blue and the gray separated in the paint.
Okay.
So people think they're looking for something else, military equipment, gold, whatever.
They think they're looking for something else that Russia was trying to smuggle out and this other shadow fleet was trying to smuggle out of Venezuela without the United States taking control of it and before they went in and removed Maduro.
So really it all adds up.
It makes sense to me.
And I don't anticipate we'll ever know.
I don't anticipate we'll ever know.
U.S. seizes Russian-flagged oil tanker linked to Venezuela after weeks-long pursuit.
The White House said the crew on board the Marinera, originally called the Bella, which has been reflagged as a Russian vessel, will be brought to the United States for such prosecution if necessary.
The operation to seize the sanctioned vessel, which changed its name from the Bella One to the Marinara after fleeing the American blockade of Venezuela last month, was carried out early Wednesday.
The U.S. also announced the seizure of another sanctioned tanker, the MT Sophia, which has said it was conducting illicit activities in the Caribbean.
So it does look like there's some sort of cooperation here between Russia or maybe China to try to help Venezuela protect some assets or Maduro protect some assets before the capture and the invasion.
Who knows how many other ships they might have gotten by?
There's supposedly an oil flotilla that's trying to break the U.S. blockade that's heading in to get the oil.
So this case is certainly not a settled deal by any stretch of the imagination.
And I don't think it was oil that they're looking for.
And I don't think it was oil that they found.
And I don't think we'll ever know the truth, by the way.
Russia floats horror World War III nuclear threat as U.S. seizes tankers, sink American boats.
U.K. forces supported the seizure carried out by U.S. special forces of the Russian-flagged oil tanker Marinara.
Well, they're all anti-Russia, so that would add up.
A high-profile member of the Russian Duma issued a chilling threat to the states following the seizure of two oil tankers believed to be part of the so-called ghost fleet.
Aleske Zuravlov, the first deputy head of the defense committee, went so far as to suggest nuclear weapons could be deployed in response as per the military doctrine of the country.
You may hear more about this, but the story is that Vladimir Putin has been so patient in Ukraine and with Western leadership to try to avoid a larger war or an escalation of war.
And you have to understand Whether you agree with my Putin analysis or like or hate Putin, you have to understand the people standing behind Putin, the people next in line to Putin, they're so ready for an all-out war, they can't even stand it, folks.
They can't even stand it.
They're growing frustrated with Putin's patience in Ukraine.
They want Putin to just go in and take it all tomorrow.
They want him to move him on beyond the Dnipro River tomorrow.
They want him to take Kiev tomorrow.
They want him to end this thing and take Ukraine tomorrow.
And Putin is saying, no, we're going to say, we're going to stay slow.
Same thing now that the U.S. has been funneling and aiding Ukraine in its war that's killing Russian soldiers and now taking this Russian oil tanker.
And they're saying, this is our military doctrine.
We can strike.
And they want him to strike.
You could argue Putin is the only one stopping World War III from happening.
Because you know, Europe would love to see some alignment of forces against Russia to take Putin out.
You know that they would love that.
And probably some people in America would really get gung-ho about that as well.
And the leaders behind Putin are saying, hey, let's do it.
Screw him.
The U.S. military is depleted.
It's spread too thin.
Ukraine has nothing.
Move in.
Take Kiev.
And Putin is hoping there's a diplomatic solution to all of this.
But I have a feeling that it's not so good.
I'd like to think Trump has things under control to avoid World War III, and I'd like to think that he would like to avoid World War III.
But some of the statements and actions make me start to wonder otherwise.
And now I wonder if Trump can even trust anybody on the national stage anyway to try to avoid this stuff.
Buy Greenland, take it.
Why?
An old pact already gives Trump a free hand.
Analysis say the Cold War agreement allows the president to increase the American military presence almost at will.
So maybe that's the move he makes.
There's no military takeover.
You know, I mean, I guess you could just put a bunch of military there and raise the U.S. flag and say, what are you going to do about it, Denmark?
What are you going to do about it, NATO?
And then we could get out of NATO, which sounds like two wins right there.
That's like killing two birds with one stone.
We get Greenland and we get out of NATO.
That's a total victory.
So we'll see what the strategy here is, but they're bringing it back up.
I wonder how serious they are about it.
And then it's just like, you know, okay.
So we can go out and purchase Greenland with whatever amount of money, even though we're 40 trillion in debt and Americans are broke.
Again, I'm not even against it.
I'm probably for it.
It's just the larger issue of it just shows how money is fake.
So why even pay taxes?
Denmark will shoot first and ask questions later over Greenland.
Danish defense ministry confirms 1952 rule of engagement requiring soldiers to attack invading forces following U.S. threat.
Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen.
I don't see that happening.
Danish soldiers will be required to shoot first and ask questions later if the United States invades Greenland under the Army's rule of engagement.
The defense ministry also said the rule remains in force.
Same rule we just talked about from 1952.
I don't see any of that happening.
I really don't.
The question is, if Trump is serious about acquiring Greenland, how he plans to go about it.
Denmark is not going to stand up to the U.S. military.
And NATO will end up in quite a predicament because they're going to declare that this is a NATO defense strategy, but the United States is the number one funder of NATO.
So what are they going to do?
What are they going to do?
The best option here, if they're serious, is to just buy it.
Or you know what?
You know what?
Maybe not.
Maybe just go in, move the military, and just raise the flag and just say, what are you going to do?
What are you going to do?
Oh, NATO's upset with us?
Okay, we're out of NATO.
It doesn't cost us a dime.
We conquer the land and we get out of NATO.
I actually don't mind that plan.
But we shall see.
We shall see.
Because for whatever reason, they're pushing this Greenland expansion again.
Trump plans to build luxury ski resort in war-ravaged Syria to help ease Middle East tensions.
I guess that might help ease tensions.
Go for a ski trip.
The proposed peace project, if one of many Trump is juggling in 2026, well, yeah, that's what they want to do.
They want to bring peace to the region, just like every other president before them has tried and failed.
Donald Trump is plotting a jaw-dropping luxury ski resort in Syria in a bizarre bid to ease tension between Israel and the Arab state.
Like I said, you're going to have Trump ski resort, Trump Golf, Trump Gaza, Trump Plaza, Trump Yaza, Trump Laza.
It's just, it's just vanity stuff.
But again, we'll see how serious any of this stuff is, I think, in a couple of months.
Iran on the brink as protesters move to take two cities and appeal to Trump.
Abdanon and Malakshashi cities reportedly taken over by people celebrating in the streets, chanting death to Khamenei.
Now, this is all being led by Israel and by Mossad.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
They've said it.
They've admitted so.
So before all the people start freaking out, oh, you always make it about Israel.
No, they said Mossad is there leading this.
So just stop.
And of course, everybody knows Israel wants regime change in Iran.
So just stop.
Just live in reality with the rest of us.
But it appears that this is not going to happen.
So now either Israel and the U.S. is going to have to make a military move or Iran is going to have to make a military move.
And Trump said if they started shooting protesters, that they would act.
Well, protesters have been killed.
Dozens of protesters have now been killed in this.
And so it seems like Iran invasion or strikes are imminent now.
It seems like it's just a matter of time.
And then they'll come out and say, we actually saved lives because everybody was going to die in this.
It's the same excuse they always use.
Iran sees largest day of anti-regime protests.
Large-scale anti-regime protests swept across Iran on Wednesday in what rights groups described as the biggest day of unrest so far.
And again, dozens have now died.
So this is rather imminent, I would say.
It's just a matter of when.
It's just a matter of when.
And I guess this is Israel's attempt.
They're going to say, well, we'll try to do a color revolution on the ground, but if we fail, we're calling up the U.S. military, just like they did last year.
Not going so well in Venezuela either.
Maduro is gone, but repression in Venezuela has intensified.
Security forces have boarded buses, searched phones, and interrogated people looking for evidence that they welcomed the capture of Nicolas Maduro.
So now people that supported Trump in Venezuela are getting disappeared, folks.
They're getting disappeared.
So it's like this weird thing.
It's like, well, was it regime change war?
Well, not really.
Now we just ended up taking Maduro and his wife.
And now it's just Venezuela is sitting there waiting for the U.S. interest to come in and take all the assets.
But the people are still there.
The regime is still there.
It's just, again, folks, it's all evidence that there is no plan.
There's just a decision made every day.
And then the next day they see what happens and they make their next decision.
That's all this is.
But to the people in Venezuela now that celebrated this, remember all the American media and they did all their fake videos.
All the American media.
Oh, the Venezuelans are with us.
They're celebrating.
Well, now they're getting rounded up and put into prison.
Where are you now?
Oh, you loved it when you could share fake videos.
You loved it when you could propagandize the American people and say how great it was now and how Venezuela is celebrating and so much better off.
But now that the people are actually getting arrested and having their lives threatened, now you're silent.
Now you have nothing to say.
A good propagandist dude, you've been.
U.S. demands from Venezuela to sever ties with Iran, Cuba, China, and Russia.
So, in other words, just capitulate.
We run you now.
And of course, this is all for the larger geopolitical hemispheric domination.
So you could argue there's two benefactors here.
You have obviously Israel that's trying to get in leadership and presidents across the entire globe that are friendly to Israel, that will make sure that Israel gets the protection it needs to steal land and resources and everything else and kill it will.
And they need regime change in Iran.
They need regime change in Venezuela.
They need the U.S. military to do it.
So, yes, this benefits Israel.
And then, you know, America or some sense of America will benefit from getting the resources, the oil, the land, the cooperation as well.
But the real desired result there, that's just going to help the billionaire class, the donor class, and the special interest class.
And then it's just protecting Israel for whatever it's going to try to do in the region from the political leadership that might try to stop them or fight back against it in Iran and Venezuela.
So that's really what's going on here.
But I guess the United States is saying, all right, we'll let you have power.
We'll let you take control of your country.
We're still taking your resources.
We're still stealing your money.
But if you cut ties with Iran, Cuba, China, and Russia, then maybe we can leave the regime in place and we can work out a deal.
Now, I've seen these reports for a couple of days.
It's now mainstream news.
Who knows what the real story here is?
But U.S. strike smashed math center medical warehouse, Venezuela says.
So I don't know.
Take it all with a grain of salt.
But I will say this.
What's left of the Maduro regime came out?
Played the clips and they said, the attack on Venezuela has Zionist playbook written all over it.
And they're kind of right.
You know, this is what Israel does best.
They just bomb whoever they want get away with it, kill whoever they want get away with it, and then they claim to be the victim.
And that's basically what's happening in Venezuela.
So did America bomb a medical warehouse?
Did America bomb a math center?
I I, you know, I don't know, but maybe this is why they're saying this is has the marks of a Zionist agenda, because this is what Israel does in the Middle East.
So I don't know, i'm kind of taking it all with a grain of salt, but it reached mainstream news today so I figured we'd cover it.
And now they're talking about uh, civilian casualties as well.
So and there is footage of this, by the way, there are videos of these uh, the math center and the medical warehouse being destroyed.
You can see some of the pictures right there.
And now they're claiming civilian deaths.
So this is all blackout.
This is all media blackout in America.
This is all media blackout in the West.
Uh, here's what Caroline Levitt.
Uh briefly, here's what she said about all of this.
Uh, the Western Hemisphere close by the United States authorities in Venezuela, so that that sounds like behind closed doors they're talking about taking Venezuela.
They're just talking about this is ours again.
It's like the Zionists.
All this land is ours.
All this land was promised to us by God.
All this land was promised to us by a book.
All this land was ours as of 3000 years ago, with a covenant with God so we can do whatever the hell we want.
We can take it, we can kill, we can do whatever sounds like.
This is the new American uh mindset.
Oh, this is our land.
Yeah, this is all the Us's land.
Yeah, this is all the U.s's oil.
Yeah, this is all our resources.
This is all ours now.
Yeah, we blew up a medical center, we blew up a school.
It's ours.
And maybe that's why the regime is like boy.
You guys are behaving like the uh Zionist Israelis.
Huh, here's Rick Scott now.
I got to say, this is just funny to see and hear Rick Scott right now who's doing media rounds in support of all of this.
This is one of the biggest healthcare fraudsters ever, so it just shows.
This is why I say folks, you got to be careful with propaganda.
You got to be careful of getting too emotionally and over invested in propaganda.
The entire Republican how can I put it?
I mean, we all saw what happened with the, with the Minnesota Somali fraud, the outrage, the focus, the noise, the intensity, the demands.
We can't let it stand nothing on Rick Scott being one of the biggest fraudsters ever.
Literally, he serves In Congress, he's a member of Congress, Rick Scott.
One of the biggest fraudsters ever.
Silence from the Republicans.
Zero Zilch, Nada.
And he goes around and does.
So, so it's like they'll have Rick Scott on to talk about politics.
And then the next segment, they'll talk about what a disaster Somali healthcare fraud is in Minnesota when the guy that they just had on, Rick Scott, was bigger, was a bigger fraudster than all of them combined.
So that aside, here's what he says about all of this.
unidentified
So proud of what the president did.
And Marco Rubio and Pete Hedzeth and everybody, our military, Maria Corina Machago, and what they did in Venezuela is going to change Latin America.
Did you arrest anybody for facilitating the invasion of this country?
Did you shut down the exact same leftist groups that facilitated the invasion of this country that are facilitating the protests that are getting ICE agents injured?
No.
Again, this all goes back to inaction.
This all goes back to inaction.
This all goes back to incompetence.
This all goes back to Pam Bondi and the lack of deep state arrests and the lack of shutting down the left-wing terror cells.
Governor Walls has released over 470 violent criminals back onto the streets here in Minneapolis.
He has another 680 of them still within his jurisdiction that he could give to us today to face the consequences for their crimes.
Because Governor Walls and Mayor Fry refuse to protect Minnesotans and instead they protect these criminals, that's why we are here.
And we didn't just show up yesterday.
We've always been here.
But we're surging operations because of the dangerous situation we see in this country and because we're no longer going to allow illegal criminals to damage and harm, to kill, to sexually abuse, to proliferate drugs, and to steal American taxpayers' dollars.
He and our federal law enforcement officers are here to bring peace and to bring public safety and to ensure that criminal activity is stopped and that people who perpetuate it will face consequences.
Since we have been here in recent weeks, we have arrested over 1,500 criminals off of the streets.
Our law enforcement has arrested murderers, known and suspected terrorists, child pedophiles, and other brutal criminals that were protected here.
We think we're largely finished with security protocols, which are important so that the people of Ukraine know that when this ends, it ends forever.
But we also think critically that we are very, very close to finishing up as robust a prosperity agreement as any country has ever seen coming out of conflicts like this.
It will aspirationally mean large, large possibilities for the Ukrainian people, for people coming home from war who will find wonderful jobs out there.
We're working with BlackRock, Larry Fink in this endeavor.
And we think it's going to be very, very important for the people of Ukraine.
Over the past few days, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has unveiled shocking new evidence that former President Barack Obama and top aides in the Obama administration conspired to subvert President Trump's 2016 election victory and undermine the democratic will of the American people while publicly pretending to engage in a peaceful transfer of power in private.
Guys, we had no idea that Barack Obama illegally spied on President Trump.
We had no idea that Russia Gate was fake and the collusion hoax was fake and it was all Hillary Clinton paid for propaganda that the Obama administration used to illegally spy on Trump and his associates.
We had no idea.
Wow, you're breaking it.
So when did the arrests start?
So when do the arrests start?
Right, Trump administration declares war on sugar, an overhaul of food guidelines.
Well done.
Well done to the Trump administration here.
Well done to RFK Jr. here.
Processed sugar has been one of the worst things that we've added to our diet, processed sugar.
And then the companies that were producing the processed sugar paid for studies to blame it on meat and eggs and dairy and everything else when it was just processed sugar the whole time.
And so they revealed their new food pyramid today.
And I got to say, well done.
Good job on the administration here.
This food pyramid is much better and more accurate and more realistic.
And it's funny because South Park did that episode.
It was like 10 years or more now, where it was kind of when South Park was in their awkward phase.
They weren't really sure what they were going to do with the show.
It was still on air, but it was like they couldn't really do the topical stuff as much.
They couldn't really do the random stuff as much.
And then they decided they're just going to lean into like current events and do more long form type of a shows that had connections.
But South Park reversed the food pyramid years ago, by the way.
But that's neither here nor there, I suppose.
But it is funny that that was on South Park first.
Here's the wife of Stephen Miller, Katie Miller, with her new podcast.
I've been saying this, if you listen to the Ask the Doctor show, which we have a Ask the Doctor show tomorrow.
But if you listen, I've been saying this for years.
The studies are already in, folks.
The real life studies are already in.
Non-vaccinated children, you can see the difference, especially when it's your own kids.
So here's Katie Miller talking about her experience with some of her children that are vaccinated and some of her children that are not vaccinated.
An inconvenient study is a documentary that you should watch.
And they did that study, but they won't put it out there showing the chronic illness of the percentage is you would be mind-boggled.
By the way, if anyone is thinking of vaccinating their child or unsure, please just watch that documentary because the study was done.
But the guy that did it, who was a lead guy in the best hospital that we could possibly ask to do this, said, I'll never work again if I release the study.
Well, they got their hands on the study and released it.
This is my like weird tick when I hear this stuff.
And it applies everywhere, by the way.
But here they are and they're talking about how, wow, I mean, basically, we've been lied to by the vaccine companies.
We've been lied to by the people that make the studies and fund the studies.
And it turns out that we were basically pushed poison to injure our children.
I mean, that's the conclusion we're mainstreaming now, right?
I mean, that's the conclusion we're mainstreaming.
Katie Miller, RFK Jr., the Trump administration.
It's like we're mainstreaming the conclusion that we've reached here, which is our children have been poisoned and we've been lied to.
So again, I'm just sitting here.
I'm like, so we're talking about mass crime.
When do the arrests start?
But don't worry, we're, you know, we're doing regime change all around the world before we arrest our own deep state criminals that literally poison our children and poison our water and poison our minds.
And what's funny is the people that we go arrest in regime change, they're all saying this too.
Isn't it ironic?
I'd say it's ironic.
Not so funny, though.
MAGA coded.
This is what they're calling the new CBS evening news anchor Tony Dakopil, who was put in by Barry Weiss and Larry Ellison as a favor to the Trump administration, but they're all just pro-Israel.
So there's no MAGA coded.
It's MIGA coded.
MIGA coded CBS anchor mocked for Bizarre Crying segment.
Dude, it's so crazy to watch this.
These are not MAGA conservatives.
Nobody's even heard of these people.
And they say the MAGA coded host, who's career under the network's new right-wing boss, Barry Weiss, Barry Weiss is a liberal.
Like, what are we doing?
Barry Weiss is literally a liberal.
She was a liberal her whole life that clearly has now just been an op.
Clearly, she's now just a right-wing plant.
She's now just an Israel asset right-wing plant.
She is a liberal, a New York Times liberal who broke from the radical left and now is just an operative for Larry Ellison and Israel.
Because when voices like me started coming out after Doge and Musk were shut down and after the Iran strikes happened and after the Epstein list was covered up, we came out and we said this is going to cost us the midterms and Trump is going to get impeached.
And you called us pannikins.
Isn't that funny?
And now you're on Fox News begging people to vote Republican, the same people that you insulted for saying exactly what you're saying a year before you said it.
And by the way, Dana, we all know you were the original anti-Trumper.
We all know you wrote and signed your name to the conservative review of all the Never Trumpers.
So it seems like you keep being wrong on all of these issues.
And now you want to lecture us and you want to demand things from us and you want to pretend like you have some sort of authority over us, even though you are proven wrong on all of these things over time and we are proven right.
I'm so sick of this, this fake old guard right-wing establishment.
You guys suck.
You guys suck.
And you want to sit here.
Dana Lesh has been a voice on the right wing for what, 20 years, 30 years?
And she's kind of a St. Louis native.
And you know, I'm very loyal to St. Louisans.
But Dana, how are you guys?
How are you guys?
How is the old guard on the right going to sit here after 20 years of watching our country get destroyed by liberalism?
Watching our country get destroyed, our culture get destroyed, our foreign policy get destroyed, everything.
You, you, the old guard conservative, look at what you left us with.
Look at what you've left us with.
Record debt, record illegal immigration.
Culture destroyed.
American identity destroyed.
Heritage Americans forgotten on your watch.
And now you're behind everything.
You didn't support Trump.
You weren't worried about the midterms.
And then you want to sit here like a voice of authority.
You want to sit here like you have some sort of posture of authority to make demands on the rest of us?
We are sick of you.
This is the end of your era.
Enjoy what you have left.
You guys are done.
You have failed conservatism.
You have failed younger generation of conservatives, right-wingers, Christians, heritage Americans.
You guys failed.
This all happened under your watch.
You don't get to make demands anymore.
You don't get to come from a position of authority anymore.
You guys are done.
And now you wonder what happens with Dan Bongino.
I won't spend much more time on this.
But he's now realizing he's lost most of his popularity.
He's now realizing that at least probably half of his audience is not so supportive anymore.
And so what is his excuse?
It's all fake.
It's all bots.
None of it's real.
Okay.
Okay, Dan.
This is their new excuse because they can't accept that they're not popular anymore.
This is their new excuse because they can't accept that the old guard right wing is dead.
It's a dying breed.
Nobody's interested anymore.
And eventually the free market of the internet is going to destroy them because we don't need you anymore.
I don't have to listen to Dana Lesh anymore.
I have thousands of options now thanks to the media on the internet.
You don't get to dominate syndicated radio and be a voice of the right, Dana.
Your days are over.
And it looks like Bongino is about to learn this as well.
So their excuse is, oh, like, oh, Candace is popular because of bots or Fuentes is popular because of bots.
No, you guys are just not popular.
You guys are just basically worthless.
And now most people on the right have realized it, so they don't listen to you anymore.
And you're upset because you're losing your influence.
You're losing your status.
And now you're just blaming it on everybody but yourselves, even though you failed.
You are the ones that failed.
Not us, you.
You have been the standard bearer.
You have been the coast guard of conservative and right-wing politics for decades, and you have failed.
So now we want new leadership.
Now we want new voices because we're sick of failure and we're not happy with what you left of us.
And you think you get to dictate to us how to think?
You think you get to dictate to us how to feel or even how to vote?
How dare you?
How dare you?
Your failures.
And now Dan Bongino thinks he can come back to his audience.
This has to be one of the strangest things we've ever seen.
So Dan Bongino, he's going to have war against the deep state.
That's Dan Bongino.
That's the Dan Bongino show.
War against the deep state.
War against the corruption.
And then he actually gets into the FBI and leaves in less than a year and says, I'm declaring war on my own audience.
This is one of the strangest things I've ever seen.
I have to tell you, it's one of the strangest things I've ever seen.
I mean, I'm curious to see how it goes.
I guess he's back on air tomorrow.
Somebody asked me, are you going to be tuning into the Bongino show tomorrow?
I just was like, I mean, I'm interested to see how it goes, but quite frankly, no, I don't see any value in that show anymore.
Bongino has made it clear.
He's not going to become an FBI whistleblower.
He's not going to tell us why things didn't work out.
He's going to go on there and run cover for the administration, run cover for himself, and go scorched earth on his own audience.
So that has no value to me.
I'm curious to see how it goes.
And the Daily Wire is so desperate now.
This is hilarious.
The Daily Wire is so desperate.
They're now doing an entire show to mock Candace Owens.
So they're like revamping her own show that used to be on Daily Wire.
And now they're going to have some bimbo talk over it in like a live action response to Candace Owens.
So you have to understand: here's what's happening: two things.
The Daily Wire is hemorrhaging their audience.
Nobody wants to listen to it anymore.
And I guess maybe Brett Cooper had some audience there.
I don't know.
But, you know, she's gone.
And so Candace is bigger than the Daily Wire now.
And so the Daily Wire is now trying to bring ratings back by doing an anti-Candace Owens show.
So you have all of these people that are now trying to insert themselves into the Candace Owens popularity.
And they're trying to use social media algorithms and search engine optimization by talking about Candace so that they can get themselves views and themselves clicks.
It's hilarious to watch this stuff, but that's what's going on.
So you have all of these people that are losing their audience.
They're losing the trust of their audience doesn't trust them.
They don't listen anymore.
They're not buying products.
And so now they're trying to insert themselves into the Candace drama, into the Candace popularity, hoping they can get some of those views back by just using the Candace name and algorithms and search engines to try to bring themselves back to relevancy.
If anything, if that'll even work.
If anything, it won't last very long.
But so here's what it is.
So this is the Daily Wire.
Here's going to be their new anti-Candace show.
And I guess this is Candace reacting to the teaser, I think.
So that'll do ratings for one show, and then nobody will care.
It's amazing how you watch the old guard, right?
And it just shows how they never even bothered to actually care about their audience.
They always just assumed that they would get the ratings, they would get the money, they would get the views.
They felt entitled, is what it was.
They felt entitled to it.
And now, Dana Lesh and Ben Shapiro and the rest of them realize there is no entitlement for your audience.
Bongino, there is no entitlement.
People can go wherever they want.
They can listen or they can not listen.
And they're tuning out.
And you're blaming the audience for that.
You're blaming Candace Owens for that.
You're blaming all these other people for that.
It's your fault.
You guys aren't good enough.
And you never were.
It was just access was limited.
Access to radio, access to TV.
It was a limited game.
It was a limited playing field.
Now with the internet, it's unlimited.
And you have to compete and you have to deliver.
And when you don't, people tune out.
And when you carry propaganda, it's easier to see now.
So this is the Daily Wire trying to regain relevance off of Candace Owens, but it's never going to happen.
Shapiro is now hemorrhaging his audience, specifically on YouTube.
Ben Shapiro's YouTube channel has continued to bleed subscribers into 2026, roughly 40,000 subscribers over the past month, an average decline of about 1,300 per day.
I also happen to know that their subscriber base is slowly but surely dwindling as well.
Now, I was told, I don't know this, but it would make sense.
And this is why they talk about being botted.
I was told that a lot of these shows are just straight up botted.
They bought their own ratings.
And that's why they're blaming everybody else for botting their ratings because that's what they've been doing forever.
And it's easier to hide behind a TV rating system or a terrestrial radio rating system, which is very vague, open for interpretation.
But now with the internet, it's really, it's a lot easier to track real numbers in real time.
And theirs just aren't that good.
So they bought themselves and they just assume everybody else is doing it.
All right.
Ezra, let's see here.
We can skip that.
We can do that another day.
We can do that another day.
Let's do this.
Let's close this out and go to super chats and maybe we'll have time for phone calls.
Ron DeSantis with Anna Paulina Luna and a couple others in Congress are trying to ban trading.
Ron DeSantis is really leading the charge on this and he needs to, he needs to do a couple things before he leaves his governor's office in Florida, like end some of the state taxes that they have.
You know, you notice this thing, and it's really odd.
You'll have people get elected to Congress having never shown any investment acumen ever in their life.
And then all of a sudden they become Warren Buffett on steroids.
They're putting some of the biggest hedge funds in America to shame with these stock trades that have these real suspicious timing.
Because, you know, look, if you buy a stock and it goes up 400%, like in like a month, that's like a once-in-a-lifetime investment.
And yet these guys seem to be doing this quite frequently.
And they have access to certain information, I believe, that is helping to fuel that.
So if you look at Nancy Pelosi's portfolio, you know, she has absolutely shattered, you know, a lot of these investment records.
But it's not just that.
There's a whole bunch and it's on both sides of the aisle.
So what Anna Paulina Luna has done is said, we got to stop the insider trade.
It's basically a different form of insider trading.
Like there's certain insider trading on Wall Street, and that does apply to Congress, but they're privy to different types of that's not really contemplated under existing laws.
So, what it should, and what I did, so you know, I was there for three terms.
The day I got in, I stopped doing stocks.
So, I've never done a stock trade since I've been in elected office.
And my reason was, why would I want to be in a situation where like I take some action and then someday someone will say, Oh, well, that's because you know, you own Microsoft or you own this or that.
I was like, No, so it's like 401k, all that stuff, and that's that.
But this, I'm going to buy here, sell here when you're in office.
People, I think it's you know, I think Ron DeSantis has shown really good political instincts.
And I don't know if cultural instincts is right, but you know, he handled the COVID nonsense the best.
And DeSantis, DeSantis' one big mistake was letting the neocons trick him into running against Trump in 2024.
And I had originally thought that that might be so damaging that he wouldn't be able to run for president.
Uh, DeSantis is on the rise, and I wonder if he has the political acumen.
And this is, you know, it's kind of it's not the best politics for purity, but it's it's good politics for continuing to be successful in politics.
If DeSantis, right before leaving his office, cuts a bunch of taxes or does a bunch of stuff, he's going to rise because he has the advantage of not being associated with this administration.
He has the track record of being the best on COVID.
And now, if he comes out and this administration doesn't really cut taxes and he comes out and slashes a bunch of taxes for Florida, DeSantis is going to be a serious candidate.
And I think he'll run.
I do.
He'll be a serious candidate.
His stock is rising.
And that's kind of a Phoenix situation to come out and run against Trump, suffer the major defeat, get the major MAGA attacks, and kind of have to go back to the Florida governor's office and say, okay, well, I tried and failed.
DeSantis is rising.
And he'll be way more prepared to deal with the political atmosphere in 2028 than anybody within the Trump administration because they, I don't know how you, you know, you can already see how they can't even answer basic questions of the administration right now.
So, all right, let's go to the super chats from Taytay from Florida.
Ron DeSantis equals results.
DJT equals thumbs down.
Well, there will be criticism of DeSantis, I'm sure, but I'm just telling you right now, as just a pure political commentary, I'm telling you, get ready for his rise.
Get ready.
From Mama Spamoni, we were deceived with a bought and switched president.
The fact that he called his own supporters names for wanting the truth with Epstein turned me.
He is a fake constitutional president of the people.
Well, I know you're not alone in that.
From Turk Yurdu, it's a ghost ship.
He's sailing.
It'll sink 100%.
Well, there's not oil on it.
I'm not sure I'm convinced it's a ghost ship.
Maybe the other one, but there's something on that other.
I think they're looking for something.
I don't know if they found it, but they're looking.
Taytay, again, Massey MTG 2028.
I do love that ticket.
Fishback 2026.
Good interview with Fishback yesterday.
Did some good numbers on socials as well.
Robert Bickerstaff.
Hopefully Trump just ignores the Democrats.
False flag attempts in Minnesota and wherever else.
They're irrelevant.
I mostly agree.
And that was what I said.
Most of this is just irrelevant and a distraction.
It'll be a local issue.
The left will try to turn it into organized protests and a campaign issue.
But really, in the larger scale of things, it's mostly not consequential.
Now, for the person that died and the family and everything, okay, we're not discounting that.
But yeah, for the most part, I will say if the left turns this, see, but I think that's why they're backing off the protest stuff because they realize it doesn't really help them win elections.
So I don't, I don't, there's going to be protests and marches and stuff, but I don't think, I think they're going to really tamper it down, knowing that when they have these big violent riots and stuff, it doesn't help them politically.
So I do expect it to be way more tame when it does hit the streets.
And by the way, there's already a massive, massive, looks like at least maybe 10,000 people are out in the streets right now in protest of that.
So yeah, there's no doubt they're going to use it, but I think it'll be way more tame.
Let's see.
W Huin, frankly, you need to do some more time.
Buy yourself a book while you're in with me in spirit.
You want to send me back to prison?
Well, you sound like the woke right.
Tay Tay, I see plenty of ICE recruits ads on YouTube and Rumble.
I'm telling you, that's going to be the big one.
Now, I tuned out early of the Noah press conference, so I don't know if she got into details of that officer.
I would guess not.
But it's going to be interesting to see if that was somebody they just hired off the streets or not.
That's going to be a major detail in this.
Dolce Peaks, thank you for your work.
Thank you for the super chat.
Shanty Hum, glad to have you as we experience all this craziness.
Thank you.
Glad to have you in the show with us.
Robert Bickerstaff.
Oh, and I apologize for getting mouthy in the chat when you're just trying to give your honest opinion.
It was uncalled for.
Hey, you don't need to apologize.
I like the heat.
I like the disagreement.
You know, I mean, I'm not too egotistical to deny that I might not have some room for error, but I, you know, I'm the highest batting average right now in the media.
Never doubt me.
But on an issue like this, it is mostly opinion.
On an issue of what just happened in Minnesota, it is mostly opinion.
So I don't have any problem with you having a different opinion.
Get mouthy.
Get as mouthy as you want.
And don't be afraid to direct it at me either.
I enjoy it.
It makes us all better.
PFF 1974.
Leftists have been complaining for decades about police brutality and are still surprised when they see it.
At this point, they should just have situational awareness.
Don't mess with anyone with a gun.
Well, exactly.
And that's why, I mean, I think really my first impression is both both individuals were in the wrong here.
I can't defend that woman.
I can't defend that woman who resisted arrest and made contact with an officer with her car.
There's no defense of that.
I can't defend that.
Now, does that mean she deserved to die?
I don't think so.
But Noam did come out and say that the officer was acting within his training.
So I imagine that was going to be the argument that they made.
And now they've presented that in a press conference.
But I can't really defend either one of them, quite frankly.
I can't really defend the woman at all.
She was an idiot.
And I can't really defend the ICE officer that took the extra shots after contact and the vehicle was cleared.
It's just a mess.
It's just the whole thing is a mess.
I go back to lack of arrests, lack of dealing with the radical left.
If no arrest, cooperation with Mexico is key.
Now it's called the Mexican dream.
Americans make up 65 to 70% of Mexico's immigrant population since COVID.
Well, yeah, I'm not sure exactly the direction of that, but yes, a lot of people have moved down to Mexico.
A lot of white Mexicans now.
As the world crumbles, I'm tired of hearing the government needs to do this.
The government needs to do that.
The government is the problem.
It's we the people now.
Yeah, the government just needs to get out of our lives.
We have become comfortable with our own cowardice and cowardly.
We shall fall, for we are ruled by pedoes.
And here we sit doing nothing, which makes us responsible.
Fair enough.
Corn pop 82, midterms.
I'm going to draw a unit on the ballot and get my I voted sticker.
So, oh, and I'm pretty concerned about what's going on.
You know, mostly with like the expansionist stuff, you know, especially in regards to Greenland, where, you know, I don't think we should be wasting the time or the political capital that puts more of a strain on everything when it's just going to be another foreign incursion while we're being scared at home.
And I was wanting to take calls because people disagreed on the ice shooting.
And I want to kind of move through calls fast here.
So I think you've gotten your point across.
Here's where it's like we're kind of in uncharted territory.
You know, there's never really been in modern American history, there's never really been a world power or a confluence of world power that's ever stood up to the American might.
And obviously, I don't want that to happen.
But you feel like the more expansionist we get, the more corrupt we get, the more we deceive our friends, our allies, other countrymen.
You just, you feel like, you know, eventually these things happen.
Eventually these things come to an end.
And I don't want that.
I don't want that.
I don't think it's necessary.
And I hope it's not some ego, you know, egomaniacal narcissism, some vanity project thinking we're invincible that's going to end up in that situation.
Again, folks, large protests in Minneapolis after the ICE shooting and killing today.
They are tame.
I don't think we're going to see riots and burning and stuff, but they will use this to get ground protest and start moving against ICE again.
So I don't want to hear this that we don't have the power to take care of our own deep state.
I just don't believe it.
And if we know they're criminals and we have the evidence and we know what they've done and we have the support of the people, then yes, we can do it.
Now, I understand what you're saying, but I just can't, when I'm watching what we're doing in the Middle East and Ukraine and Venezuela and God knows where else, I just don't, I don't buy into that to that thought.
I just feel like, okay, if we can do it in Venezuela, then we can certainly do it here.
They did it to Trump.
They did it to January 6th protesters.
They've done it to Julian Assange.
So I do believe we can do it.
The question is, who has the balls?
Who has the balls to do it?
I'm not sure anybody has the agenda right now that has the power.
I'm kind of in agreement that this administration is saying we're not going to do deep state arrests.
Somebody eventually will have the balls.
Somebody eventually will have the balls to go after Fauci.
Somebody eventually will have the balls to go after these state legislatures that broke their own state constitution to steal the 2020 election.
Somebody will have the balls to go after Obama for Spygate, Hillary Clinton for Russia Gate.
Somebody eventually will have the balls to go after Alejandro Mayorkas for the invasion of this country.
Someone will have those balls.
But I guarantee you this, the Democrats, they'll find their balls.
They'll find their balls in about a year and a half when it's time to impeach Trump.
Oh, yeah.
And now they might have the ammo to do it.
And whether that's because somebody set Trump up or he's just doing whatever he wants, we're all kind of anticipating that now.
So you're looking for people to disagree with you.
I agree with you totally on the deep safe stuff.
Pam Bondi could almost be held liable for what happened, obviously not legally, but indirectly.
But the flip side, or I guess the counter argument is, and this happens a lot, I think, with these situations is we're looking at it frame by frame, slow-mo.
We're saying, oh, his leg was three inches past, or the wheel was slightly angled to the left.
I'm not a lawyer, but once you turn the vehicle into a deadly weapon, like you said, it's a bang-bang play, but okay, so the person goes past the cop.
They don't know her intention.
Is she going to run over the next ICE officer that's six feet down the road?
I don't know the legal argument there, but she already turned the vehicle into a deadly weapon.
Like you said, it's a bang bang play at, you know, being really generous.
So I don't know.
I mean, I personally, you might be right.
Maybe the guy does go to jail, but I personally hope he doesn't.
I think, you know, these people put themselves in these situations and, you know, they put the cop in an impossible situation.
And the car's a deadly weapon.
So if it was a gun and she fired it and missed him by six inches, that's a deadly weapon.
No one would debate it then.
But because it's a car, people don't think of a car as a deadly weapon.
Well, and just to be clear, I'm not hoping he goes to jail.
That's not my hope.
I'm just looking at this and saying I think the extra two shots are going to be what does him in, especially if it was one of those two shots that ended up being the fatal blow.
I think it's going to be, the argument is going to be that once she cleared the agent and clearly, I mean, you can see in the videos, there was nobody else that she was going to hit with her car, I guess, until she got shot.
But I think it's the extra two shots after the car was cleared of any agents that is going to do him in.
Again, I think that I'm not saying I want him to go to jail.
I just think that that's how it's going to end up.
I think that all, I just think it's all against him.
And even if it was his training and they're going to make the argument, the car was a deadly weapon, and that's all fair.
I think that's all legit.
I just think you're going to be in a jury.
You're going to be in Minneapolis and you're going to have a hard time defending the extra two shots, I think.
Unless this person was a murderer or something like that.
And then you can maybe say, hey, this is a killer.
But they haven't.
We don't know too much about this lady right now.
So I don't know.
There's more details.
I'm not hoping he goes to jail at all.
The whole thing is just really, it's a disaster.
The whole thing is a disaster.
Who knows how long this guy's been on the force?
So I'm not hoping he goes to jail.
I just think that when this thing gets to court, I think eventually that they're going to determine it was unnecessary force.
It was unnecessary, deadly force.
That's just what I think is going to happen.
But perhaps other details could emerge that might change my mind.
But we really don't even know the current status of the details of the officer or the details of the lady.
My only thing is just for the court of public opinion, I hope people kind of put themselves in the cop's position and say, you know, it's so easy to look at it frame by frame in slow motion.
Oh, this lady, there was nobody.
He doesn't, you know, he doesn't have any time to know.
Maybe there was another officer six feet down the road.
Now, we know there wasn't, but he doesn't know that in the moment.
So that's all I have to say.
Just when people are judging this cop, you know, really try to put yourself in his shoes.
Well, and I would say, too, that, because I say this every time there's a police incident like this, you know, we tend to forget that the cop is a human.
You know, these are human beings.
They have human being instincts, and they have a Second Amendment right as well.
Just because they're a police officer doesn't mean they don't have a right to defend themselves.
Now, obviously, we expect, we have higher standards and expectations for law enforcement because they have authority to use deadly force.
But it's like this is one of those moments where you're really on that thin line.
This is one of those moments, you know, to me, the Floyd thing, I mean, that's ridiculous.
Those, those officers obviously got railroaded.
And this is worse than Floyd.
To me, this is much worse than Floyd.
So that's why I just think his fate is probably not going to be so good.
But yeah, people tend to forget when you have these incidents, you know, the police have human instincts to defend themselves.
They have a Second Amendment right to defend themselves as well.
So no, I'm not rooting for anything negative from this officer.
I think we need more details about the officer and about the reason they were trying to pull this lady over.
And that might add some context to what went down.
Again, like I'm saying, I just think, I just think the two shots he fired after the video cleared his body, I think that's what's going to do him in.
I think that's what's going to do him in.
And maybe this is where you could have a difference of opinion to say those shots were warranted or not.
You know, maybe that's where there's room for debate here.
I just think that that's tough.
I think that that's a tough debate to win.
And if, you know, again, if the officers that were there when George Floyd died of a drug overdose are getting huge prison sentences, huge jail sentences, then this guy who pulled the trigger, I just don't really see how it goes well.
You know, I think the guy's going to get beat up in there, but can we agree that hopping out of the car with masks, yelling at a woman to get the F out of the car is a little over the top?
Look, we were warned many years ago about the military-industrial complex.
The intelligence agencies are the reasons why things are being marketed the way they are.
Well, yeah, the intelligence agencies seem to have more power than even the president to a certain extent.
And maybe you could argue that's not the case with Trump, but it certainly has been the case before in our country's history.
Problematic bio spirit from left and right.
Forget circles.
Forget finding something to call woke.
If you are still complaining about men being women and have not even tried to get an anti-whitism bill made, you are a neocon.
Yeah, this whole, this whole punching at the radical woke left is so worthless because they have no political power.
It doesn't make any sense.
We have all the political power.
I don't need to talk about the woke left.
I don't need to address the woke left.
I don't need to be talking about this crap.
We can literally legislate all of it out of existence, at least for the short term.
So yeah, the people that are still kind of clinging to those old, like, oh, let's go after the woke left, they're losing.
They're losing some of their audience, I guess is one way I would put it.
So some details are emerging here.
37-year-old woman shot in the head, shot in the head.
That's even worse.
I know you could say it doesn't matter.
She was shot and killed.
No, shot in the head is going to be worse because they're going to say that was an intentional kill shot.
Yeah, it's not looking good for that officer, I got to tell you.
This is crazy.
37-year-old woman shot in the head in front of a family member in a snowy residential neighborhood south of downtown Minneapolis, just a few blocks from some of the oldest immigrant markets and about a mile from the George Floyd incident where the George Floyd incident happened.
It's a mile.
That is crazy.
Her killing after 9:30 a.m. was recorded on video by witnesses, and the shooting quickly drew a crowd of hundreds of angry protesters.
By evening, hundreds were there for a vigil to mourn the death and urge the public to resist immigration officers.
Oh, really?
Because that went so well today.
What an idiot.
This woman just died resisting ICE agents, so you should go out there and resist ICE agents.
You people are nuts.
You people are nuts.
What, you want to be the next dead person?
What do you think you're going to be a martyr?
You think you're going to be a hero?
You're an idiot.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
Trying to find details on this woman.
Homeland Security Secretary, Christy Noam, said this was an incident, an act of domestic terrorism carried out on ICE officers by a woman who attempted to run them over and ram them with her vehicle.
An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively, shot to protect himself and people around him.
So, see, folks, they know it's bad.
Because I'm sorry, but let's just be honest.
Christy Noam is severely exaggerating the circumstances here.
an act of domestic terrorism protect himself and the people around him There was nobody else.
Killing her made the scene even more dangerous.
So again, he had a car about to run him over.
He fired a shot.
Okay, I don't hold that against him, and I think that that could clear.
But the two extra shots, if one of those were the kill shot in the head, folks, it's bad.
It's bad.
Still not seeing many details on this lady.
This is what I'm trying to find.
So I don't see any details here.
I'm not even sure if they've released a name.
I guess this is the lady here.
They have her picture up on the Drudge Report.
They're saying it was an American.
They're saying it was an American.
Renee Nicole Goode, mother of three.
This is not good.
So I'm sure she was an anti-ICE leftist.
I'm sure she was up there up to no good.
And maybe she was blocking ICE agents in the streets.
Is that what this was?
So yeah, she deserved to be arrested.
And then she resisted arrest and she got killed.
So I'm guessing this is going to be the story.
This is so bad.
And I guess one of her kids was in the car with her.
She had previously been married to Timmy Ray Macklin.
Now she was married to a woman.
Yeah, so this has radical leftists written all over it.
There was somebody, there was a family member, I'm guessing, in the car with her was earlier reports.
I guess it was one of her kids that she was taking or bringing back from her grandparents.
So again, I'm just looking for details on this.
It looks like now, and folks, I don't know.
I'm still looking for details, but it looks like now that this lady just happened to be in the area or maybe, or maybe I don't know why you would bring your kid to one of these protests, but you never know what these radical leftists, they bring their kids to this stuff.
And some of them are so sick, they use their kids as body shields.
That's how sick these leftists are.
So it looks like she's out there.
Maybe she knew maybe one of these leftist groups sent out the notification.
Again, Pam Bondi refuses to shut this down.
So this is on Bondi.
But one of these groups probably sent out a notification, said there's an ICE operation happening in this neighborhood.
They called for action.
They called for people to get out there and protest and help resist ICE.
It looks like, I don't know, from the video, it looks like her car was parked in the street.
Was that to block ICE agents?
So she's parked in the street.
She's using her car to block an ICE operation.
The ICE agents come up.
They say, you're committing a crime.
Get out of the car.
She resists arrest.
Her car makes contact with an ICE officer.
She gets shot and killed.
From the details I can gather right now, it looks like that's the story.
Yo, so I'm looking at it, man, and I'm trying to figure out, like, if this is like, how can I say, it seemed like, I don't want to say a psychopath, but it seemed like whatever's going on, why just say this, whatever's going on, it seemed like the right, you know, established right, they're going to use, or they're using this incident to kind of unify the right,
both sides of the right, you know, the old OG MAGA and new MAGA.
Because we all, we all see, well, I shouldn't say we, but we, you know, but I mean, it's, it's all, we all still kind of love law enforcement.
So we kind of take the side of law enforcement if they're in the right, you know, most of the time.
So it seemed like that's what they're trying to do by pushing this like this because I've seen different commentators talk.
And then I'm just looking at what's going on.
It seemed like everybody's in agreement with what's just with what just happened, except for the people on the left.
Well, I hope my I hope my coverage of this today is not being taken as over opinionated.
I'm not even, you know, I'm vaguely offering my opinion off of the details we have, but I'm not really, I'm not really rah-rah over any opinion here.
I'm just, I'm just breaking it down as I see it and then telling you what I think is going to happen.
I think it's a bang.
I think it's a bang-bang play.
It's like, you know, people are going to fall on both sides of the aisle.
But, you know, I listen to what you're saying and I'm thinking, should that be the case, and we're already seeing some of the signs of that, then this is just going to become another major divisive issue.
It's just going to become another major divisive issue.
And whether or not they can rally the right on it or not is going to be indifferent because it's going to be, it's going to rally the left and it's going to rally something on the right.
And now I think it's going to embolden the left is what I think.
I think it's going to embolden the left.
I think the pro now they have more fuel to organize and activate these protests and they're going to do it.
And now it's going to be even harder for ICE to deal with them since this woman died today.
And by the way, the caller bringing up the Drudge Report on my screen, let me just say, you know, it's kind of an homage.
You know, we do some homages here.
We do some homages to Rush, Rush Limbaugh.
And his studio had the Drudge Report in the background.
What I would like to do, in fact, I'll address just a couple things real quick.
You know, for the people that talk about the music, I can't play music.
Okay.
I can't play music on the show.
They strike it, and I can't do it.
So that's why there's no music.
We're kind of looking into that.
There's some ways around it.
And then you can just pay for the music.
Folks, this is month four of the Owen Report.
I don't have a big budget, okay?
There's no big budget here.
You know, we don't barely have a budget at all.
So we are looking into maybe purchasing the rights to some music, but I just play music that I can.
It's, you know, it's old video game music.
Some people like it, some people don't.
Music is not really a big part of my show.
So it's like I can either not take a break for three hours and wear a diaper on air.
That's not going to happen.
I can play commercials.
Would you rather I could do commercials?
Because believe me, I have clients, sponsors, asking for commercials.
I don't play commercials.
So would you rather hear commercials?
So I just use the music as just a buffer.
You can listen, you cannot, whatever.
I'd love to play music, but I can't.
It hits my channel with strikes, and then the broadcasts get hit, and so I can't play music.
So we're thinking about maybe a workaround, but for now, I kind of just really don't think much about it.
I wanted music to be a part of the show, couldn't do it, so I just moved on and I just don't think too much about it.
Now, as far as the Drudge Report being up, this isn't some endorsement of the Drudge Report, but it's still a nice little landing page.
What I'd like to do, and again, this is all about having a budget, but what I would like to do when we have the budget is I want to hire a web designer to run an Owen report website.
And so maybe I'll just say for people to understand, you know, I am, I have a vision.
I have a vision for the Owen Report.
And I am, I've been in media enough.
I've seen the things that work.
I've seen the things that don't.
I've seen the mistakes people make.
I've seen the decisions people make that end up working out.
And so, you know, I'd like to say for a 36-year-old man, I have a pretty good experience with all things live media.
And I'm moving slow.
I want to do this for the next 60, 70 years.
I want to do this till I'm 100.
I'll die doing this.
I'll die during episode 10 million of the Owen Report.
So this is a long-term project.
And if I'm successful and if the show grows and if we get a bigger budget, then we can start to do stuff like that.
Are we going to buy rights to music?
Are we going to design an Owen Report webpage?
So basically, it's the same thing as the Drudge Report, but it's my own people.
It's my own stories.
It's my own logo.
These are some of the long-term plans.
But right now, it's all about delivering a good show.
It's all about delivering good content, a show that's worth listening to three hours a day.
You know, most of the money comes in from sponsors right now.
And so that's where we're at.
So my agenda, my priority is to do the best three-hour show I can.
And as the show grows and we have success and the budget increases, we can start to expand some of these things and improve the quality of the show.
But it has to be worth your time.
So I saw some comments on that.
The caller said that, so I figured I'd address that real quick.
A couple other super chats here before we sign off.
R.J. Rico, I believe that the majority of people cannot distinguish fact from fiction.
Go watch the video and tell me what you see, not what's benign, not what's being reported.
Yeah, I agree with that.
And I try to distinguish myself and separate myself from the rest of the media that can't do that.
But I do agree with your breakdown.
And that's why I said it's a bang-bang play.
People are going to have different opinions.
I don't mind people that have a different conclusion or opinion than me.
I don't take it personally.
I wasn't so heavy with my opinion.
I said, yeah, you know what?
It's open for disagreement.
But aside from that, there's no doubt.
And not only are people having a hard time distinguishing fact from fiction, there's this new thing on the right where people just hate you for reporting facts.
They just hate you for reporting news.
Any fact, any news that might not be positive for Trump, they hate you for saying it.
They don't want to see it.
They don't want you to say it.
Well, I'm in the news business.
I'm in the truth-telling business.
So sorry if your sensibilities are too delicate and your cult leader, Donald Trump, isn't perfect.
But I'm really not sorry.
Problematic bio spirit.
Get Trump to start a deputizing program before another Floyd is made to be ahead of the riots instead of guessing and anticipating break enemy spirit before.
Well, they're not going to do that.
They're not focused on that.
They're focused on foreign issues and foreign and special interests.
So you're not going to get that.
Hate to tell you.
0 to 100.
I'm guessing you like driving BMWs.
What kind of BMW do you drive?
Owen, I'll F with you as long as you're honest.
Well, I'll promise you one thing.
I'll always be honest.
I'll always be honest.
I'll always call it as I see it.
And if you think I'm wrong, the phone lines are always open and the super chats are always there and we will not hide.
We will never hide.
Never have, never will, ladies and gentlemen.
Quite a show.
Went a little long.
Went a little long today.
Like I said, had a six o'clock meeting.
We were able to delay it.
We'll take care of that business later.
Thanks to everybody for tuning in.
God bless.
Godspeed.
We'll do the same thing tomorrow.
Tomorrow morning, ask the doctor with Dr. Ben Tapper.
That's tomorrow at 11 a.m. Central.
Tune into that.
That's always fun.
We got to discuss the new food pyramid.
We got to discuss the new vaccine schedule.
We'll do that with Dr. Ben Tapper tomorrow at 11 a.m. Central.
