| He disappeared for weeks. | ||
| Nobody would even notice, including himself. | ||
| So, it's kind of an interesting little time in D.C. right now. | ||
| So, we're going to get you up to date on all that. | ||
| Now, Trump is still making public statements on his Truth Social account. | ||
| So, we'll read those for you. | ||
| But we'll show you where the Republicans are at. | ||
| We'll show you where the White House is at. | ||
| We'll show you where Elon Musk is at. | ||
| In this kind of triple threat match over the big beautiful bill, if you will. | ||
| You have Mike Pompeo and Lindsey Graham. | ||
| I don't know, there's really no other way to describe it. | ||
| Undermining President Trump right now in his negotiations, in his strategy quite frankly, on trying to bring peace to the region, Ukraine and Russia. | ||
| And Graham and Pompeo were over there undermining the president and basically telling Zelensky and the Ukrainians a different story than Trump is. | ||
| That's interesting. | ||
| So we'll get into a little more details with that, including a statement from President Trump about a phone call he had with Vladimir Putin earlier today. | ||
| So you've got that going on. | ||
| This story is, it's getting some good attention. | ||
| But I feel like people are kind of missing the relevance to the Chinese nationals arrested for smuggling potential agro-terrorism fungus into the United States. | ||
| Now, there's been other stories with Harvard scientists like Charles Lieber and other Chinese nationals trying to bring in organic material or biological material illegally. | ||
| It's happened before. | ||
| In fact, I think you just had some deal where they were trying to sneak in a bunch of frog embryos or something. | ||
| That's not a joke. | ||
| So this stuff kind of happens, but the reason why this one is interesting is because of some big stories that have been in the news lately, and nobody seems to be connecting the dots here. | ||
| So we're going to do that for you. | ||

| We've got Democrat crazies. | ||
| We just, you know, there's just so much of it. | ||
| How can you ignore it? | ||
| They're just everywhere. | ||
| What they do to the cities that they run. | ||

| And yet anywhere where there's a liberal or a progressive or a Democrat that has some form of administrative control, creative control, they're gonna make sure you know. | ||

| Like when you're having a press conference about an attack in Boulder, Colorado, and the backdrop is gay flags. | ||

| So, Real Clear Politics has put out their approval ratings. | ||
| Presidential approval ratings, job approval ratings of the president. | ||
| And we have them for Trump, Obama, and Bush, second term job approval. | ||
| So we're just measuring this the same time for Obama and Bush in their second term for Trump. | ||
| And Trump has the highest approval rating of all of them. | ||
| At 48%. | ||
| Obama, 47%. | ||
| Bush, 46%. | ||
| So Trump has the highest approval rating of the three, which of course shouldn't surprise people that are paying attention. | ||
| They know Trump is more popular than any president in modern American history. | ||
| But when you consider all the propaganda, when you consider all the lies, When you consider everything that's been done to Trump personally, his family, his reputation, his politics, and all those propaganda attacks on him, to think that he has a higher job rule than Obama, who is a media darling. | ||
| The corporate news media loved Obama. | ||
| He could do no wrong. | ||
| They still say he was the only scandal-free president. | ||
| What an absolute lie. | ||
| But think about that. | ||
| Trump is so popular. | ||
| And the American people think Trump is doing such a good job that he has overwhelmed all the corporate propaganda and has a higher approval rating than Obama or Bush did at this period of time in June at the beginning of their second term. | ||
| Now imagine if you had an honest media that just treated Trump fairly. | ||
| Not to say there isn't fair criticism of Trump. | ||
| Yesterday, Was one of the more critical shows I've ever done on Trump. | ||
| So it's not to say that, oh, Trump just gets positive coverage all day. | ||
| No, he gets 99% negative coverage in the corporate media. | ||
| And we're talking the mainstream where most people go to just kind of graze all the network nightly news, primetime news, the local news, and of course the cable network news. | ||
| Except the outlier. | ||
| And then, you know, there's some other emerging, like, Newsmax. | ||
| But they're not really hitting the big numbers. | ||
| But okay, they're there, so they get recognition. | ||
| So imagine that. | ||
| Despite all the attacks, all the propaganda, Trump has a higher approval rating than Obama and Bush. | ||
| And can you imagine if he got fair and honest coverage? | ||
| But it's not just about Trump. | ||
| He's just kind of the barometer of all of this. | ||
| Think about how much better it would be for America. | ||
| Think about how the attitude towards America, the feeling towards America, think about how much better it would all be if we had an honest corporate media, an honest mainstream media that did fair coverage and wasn't propaganda, wasn't politicized, wasn't meant to deceive. | ||
| Would be doing so much better and could unify behind things that are common sense and good for the country and good for the future. | ||
| So to me, the story isn't just that Trump has overwhelmed all of that to have a higher approval rating than Obama and Bush, which we all understand is an accomplishment. | ||
| That's a story. | ||
| It's if we had an honest media here, the whole country would be better off. | ||
| The whole approval rating for the country. | ||
| And for patriotism and for America, would be better off. | ||
| Now on that, speaking of the corrupt corporate media, you know, here's what goes on. | ||

| Let me just give you a little mainstream corporate news update. | ||
| And this is just generally speaking. | ||
| Fox News does pretty good coverage. | ||
| You can tune into Fox News and you'll get a pretty good idea of what's going on. | ||
| They'll give you the big stories. | ||
| But really, the thrust of Fox at this point is just pro-Israel. | ||
| And they really love to have the latest, greatest young Jewish girl on there with her Star of David necklace right over her cleavage. | ||
| And that's basically what you're getting on Fox News primetime. | ||
| CNN is trying to remain relevant. | ||
| They try to do news. | ||
| They always have the anti-Trump slant. | ||
| They always have the leftist slant. | ||
| They have some decent panels. | ||
| But it's still CNN. | ||
| It's still basically fake corporate news. | ||
| But it's like they're trying to have some news coverage. | ||
| They're trying to make it so that you can actually watch and not just get hate Trump 24-7. | ||
| Like they do a whole nightly primetime show now completely dedicated to the Diddy trial. | ||
| They won't even mention Trump. | ||
| So you could have hours go by on CNN, they won't even mention Trump. | ||
| Then you have MSNBC. | ||
| And I'm watching MSNBC last night, and I'm actually thinking some things. | ||
| I'm thinking, there's something going on behind the scenes there, and I know that they have some financial issues, and there's been talks about a fire sale happening, there's been jokes about Elon Musk buying it, or Trump's buying it. | ||
| Well, I don't know if any of that is true. | ||
| I would doubt it. | ||
| But there's definitely something going on at MSNBC and nobody's talking about it. | ||
| Something is not right at MSNBC. | ||
| Now, they're pretty much 24-7 hate Trump, 24-7 anti-Trump. | ||
| But I'm watching last night and I'm thinking, how is nobody talking about the state of MSNBC? | ||
| And maybe it's just they're that relevant? | ||
| It's not even worth talking about. | ||
| They're just completely irrelevant now. | ||
| Nobody cares. | ||
| Nobody is watching. | ||
| I'm sitting here and I'm like, this is Lawrence O'Donnell up there looking like a frumpy old man just filled with hate and anger. | ||
| I'm not even sure if he physically can smile. | ||
| So here's this frumpy old man complaining all day long. | ||
| With no value, unless you hate Trump, then maybe you like it. | ||
| Then you have what was supposed to be Rachel Maddow's slot, and I guess she's just given up. | ||
| I don't know what that is. | ||
| She's just gone. | ||
| Again, it's like, what's going on here? | ||
| Nobody's talking about it. | ||
| So Maddow making tons of money, tens of millions of dollars, and she's just like a no-show. | ||
| And to Jen Psaki's credit, she tries to do a good show, and they do some creative stuff. | ||
| Like, they pretend she's the press secretary and they take the questions and then she answers them. | ||
| I mean, she gets almost everything wrong, but it's like, the only show that's even trying to do anything is the Jen Psaki show. | ||
| But it's like, is she even really there? | ||
| Could Maddow come back and they kick Psaki out? | ||
| So she's trying, but she's getting the worst ratings. | ||
| Because I guess the Maddow fans aren't interested in seeing her. | ||
| And then you have Stephanie Ruhle. | ||
| Now, pardon my French here, but I don't see any other way of putting it. | ||
| Stephanie Ruhle has to be the most pretentious B.I. itch, see you next Tuesday, in the history of cable news. | ||

| But she does a segment where, oh my gosh, there is a scandal because Trump hasn't been seen for three days. | ||
| Now it's four. | ||
| Unless he goes live sometime later this evening. | ||
| And it's a big scandal. | ||
| Trump gone for three days. | ||
| What's going on? | ||
| Is it a health crisis? | ||
| What is he hiding? | ||
| Is he embarrassed from Musk? | ||
| Is he embarrassed on the beautiful big bill? | ||
| And I'm scratching my head. | ||
| I'm like, okay, yeah, I noticed Trump hasn't been seen for a couple days. | ||

| Probably be day number four today. | ||

| And they'll attack them, and then people will see that, and it's just political propaganda, and be like, oh wow, Massey is going to get primaried. | ||
| Rand Paul is going to get primaried. | ||
| Chip Roy is going to get primaried. | ||
| Well, I'd have to assume the things about Kentucky, because I don't live there, but based off of election results and poll numbers, Massey and Paul ain't going anywhere in Kentucky. | ||
| They are very popular. | ||
| But people fall for those digital influence campaigns, and they think, oh, look at all these big Trump supporters. | ||
| Massey and Paul aren't popular anymore. | ||
| Actually, they're extremely popular. | ||
| These are national digital influence campaigns. | ||
| It's basically just political propaganda. | ||

| And they tried to do the same thing with Chip Roy. | ||

| And I remember the last time the digital influence campaign came after Chip Roy and tried to primary him. | ||
| Of course, it didn't work. | ||
| And I remember telling people that thought he was done, I said, no, you don't get it. | ||
| Chip Roy is very popular in his district. | ||
| And he's very much even boots on the ground in his district, so he knows the people well. | ||
| But they're going to come after him again because he's going heavy on these dose cuts. | ||
| That the White House is not pushing as much as we'd like to see. | ||
| So from Chip Roy's press office, Representative Roy introduces legislation to make Doge permanent by giving Congress permanent and effective tools to go after waste, fraud, and abuse in our government in real time. | ||
| Representative Chip Roy said, Doge lifted up the hood of the federal government spending and put on full display the massive programs and inefficiencies wasting American taxpayer dollars. | ||
| So this is the kind of stuff that the Republicans should be getting behind. | ||
| But now you'll have all this politicking and you've already got people that don't like Roy that support Trump that will try to stop him from accomplishing this when it's a good thing. | ||
| When it is a good thing. | ||
| Now I think the White House heard some of the complaints. | ||
| It doesn't even nearly scratch the itch that we have. | ||
| And yet the White House sent Congress a $9.4 billion Doge rescissions package, slashing $1 billion from NPR and PBS and cutting $8.3 billion in foreign aid and USAID funding. | ||
| Now, this is what's interesting here. | ||
| Okay, so the Trump administration and the White House heard our complaints that, hey, don't talk to us about a big, beautiful bill. | ||
| Until we get massive dose cuts. | ||
| Now, 9.4 billion is maybe 1% of what we want, what we need. | ||
| Let's say 1%. | ||
| Let's just give it a nice clean number. | ||
| That is 1% of what we want. | ||
| 1%. | ||
| Better than 0%, but it's still only 1%. | ||
| Now here's what's funny about it. | ||
| If all it takes... | ||
| If all it took was the White House to send this to Congress and say, give these doge cuts, then all the excuses we've been given about why they can't do the doge cuts were a lie. | ||
| Were a lie. | ||
| So you can do the dose cuts. | ||
| You don't want to do the dose cuts. | ||
| No, you want to do them for NPR and PBS and USAID. | ||
| That's great. | ||
| Fully support that. | ||

| Donald J. Trump had a conversation with Vladimir Putin earlier today, and I would suspect at this point, Putin is a lot more tight-lipped about what he's actually thinking and wanting to do when he's talking to Trump than he may have been in the past. | ||
| From Trump's end, he might be a little less receptive of what Putin is saying based off of some of the recent developments. | ||
| But Trump posted this earlier today after the phone call. | ||
| He said, I just finished speaking by telephone with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. | ||
| The call lasted approximately one hour and 15 minutes. | ||
| We discussed the attack on Russia's docked airplanes by Ukraine. | ||
| It was a good conversation, but not a conversation that will lead to immediate peace. | ||
| President Putin did say, and very strongly, that he will have to respond to the recent attack on the airfields, when he also discussed Iran and the fact that time is running out on Iran's decision pertaining to nuclear weapons, which must be made quickly. | ||
| I stated to President Putin that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, and on this I believe we were in agreement. | ||
| President Putin suggested that he will participate in the discussions with Iran and that he could Now, the Iran nuclear situation is strange. | ||
| The assumption here is Iran with a nuclear weapon is going to what? | ||
| Blow up Israel. | ||
| I guess that's the worst assumption that people are making. | ||
| Now, whether you believe that or not, put it aside. | ||
| Let's say that's the assumption, and so Iran cannot have one. | ||
| Or maybe, who knows, maybe they think they're crazy, they'll bomb anyone, bomb the United States. | ||
| Iran is arguing, no, we just want to have nuclear power for consumption for our people, is what we want. | ||

| But I do think it's ironic, you know, this idea, hey, everybody has the right to self-defense and, you know, countries can determine their own defense capabilities or offensive capabilities, except Iran, because Israel says so. | ||

| But getting back to what he's saying with the response to the attack that Ukraine just launched, remember, the propaganda media was saying what a big victory it was for Ukraine to blow up all that Russian aircraft, saying it was Russia's Pearl Harbor, as if they don't remember what the response to Pearl Harbor was. | ||
| Now, is Putin going to decide to nuke Ukraine? | ||

| But obviously a response is being discussed right now. | ||
| And that could be the final straw, as far as the Russians are concerned, about not going into Kiev. | ||

| And if he can get a peace deal done between Ukraine and Russia, plus get our money back from Ukraine that was stolen, either in resources or strategic military bases, whatever it is, that's what he's trying to do. | ||
