They're pledging to bring manufacturing back to help build the U.S. economy, and Trump's all about that.
But then we start hearing about some of these new AI plans and mRNA health injections, and people obviously start to get extremely concerned, and you cannot blame them.

I think Trump knows it's very unpopular with much of his base.
And we'll have kind of an honest conversation about this.
You've got to take the good with the bad.
And so a lot of people are just rightly concerned when you start hearing about AI, mRNA, becoming a part of the administration agenda.

And then, I mean, Trump is just making a bunch of news.
I mean, every stack here is Trump's pardons, Trump's foreign aid freeze, deportations have begun.
We got the confirmations.
Well, the Democrats are starting to anger.

Because John Thune hasn't really earned any keep in the MAGA movement.
If anything, he's kind of earned a little sourness from the MAGA movement.
But I think the Democrat tactics, when it comes to these confirmation hearings, are making John Thune reconsider where he stands politically.

Maybe this will turn John Thune a little more hardcore in dealing with these dirty Democrats.

How can Mitch McConnell even have any influence?

Donald Trump plans to enact 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada by February 1st.
So this is really flying by.
It's hard to believe that in 10 days it'll already be February.
So it looks like he's trying to apply some pressure on Mexico and Canada as these are not happening day one or even week one.
President threatens the tariffs due to fentanyl.
Coming in, undocumented migration, and Mexico and Canada not doing anything to stop it.
So, and by the way, anybody who's going to sit here and complain about this, not only is it just straight shooting from Trump, because this is the tariff price that they enact on us, so what, America just has to pay more?
Americans are just expected to pay more and the President of the United States negotiating for Americans is a bad thing.
No, you'll quickly find out that actually the bargaining power has been in the favor of the United States the entire time.
All right, so we got that in the works.
Some other things that are in the works that need to happen immediately, quite frankly.
Trump's proposals on no tax on TIPS, overtime tax.
We did not get those executive orders.
I would like to see a large tax reform coming from the president's desk.
And maybe it does require a little more thought.
Maybe he is waiting for all of his confirmations to get through.
A big part of Trump's campaign.
And so no tax on tips is good and no overtime tax is good.
It needs to go well beyond that.
He flirted with the idea of no more federal income tax.
Absolutely.
I wouldn't stop there, but...
I mean, if he gave us that, it'd be a victory.
So no federal income tax.
No tax on tips, no tax on overtime.
It could go a lot farther than that, but I'd take it.
But we need massive tax reform.
Americans are taxed way too much.
Property tax, income tax, I mean, you name it.
So, let's just start slashing taxes.
Let's have a massive tax reform coming from the White House, coming from the desk of...
President Donald J. Trump, but nothing so far when it comes to the no tax on tips, no overtime tax.
I'm hoping that's because he's taking his time to have major tax reform, but we'll wait and see about that.
Trump says he will quickly release JFK, Robert Kennedy, and MLK assassination files.
All right, let's also get that Epstein client list, too.

After Kash Patel gets confirmed as the FBI director, they have announced the confirmation hearing date for Kash Patel.
I'll have that coming up for you shortly.
But I don't expect any of these declassifications until after Kash Patel becomes FBI director.
And then when that happens, I would imagine that there will be a lot of things flying.
The Epstein list, JFK. Robert Kennedy, MLK, and a lot of other things, I would say, coming out of the FBI. But they're going to wait until Patel gets confirmed.
Now his hearing is January 29th, so that'll be next week.
The Senate Judiciary Committee intends to hold a confirmation hearing for President Donald Trump's pick to lead the FBI, Kash Patel, on January 29th.
That is what Dick Durbin told reporters.
So they've received all of Patel's background investigation materials, and they will be ready for the hearing on the 29th.
Now, Dick Durbin has already said he will not vote to confirm.
He said, Kash Patel has neither the experience, the judgment, nor the temperament to serve as head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Well, if Dick Durbin doesn't like him, I like him even more.
How about that?

That is going to be the most interesting hearing yet.
And I would imagine Tulsi Gabbards will be good.
RFK Juniors will be, I think there'll be a lot of stuff that comes out of that as far as health debates are concerned.
But Kash Patel's is going to be, that one is going to be fun.
I think the most fireworks and clippable moments are going to come from the Kash Patel hearing.
Because aside from Pete Hegseth, I think that the Kash Patel nomination angers the Democrats.
They definitely, right after Hegseth, they do not want to see Patel as the FBI director.
They just really want nothing to do with that.
So, still only Marco Rubio has been confirmed.
We've already seen the hearings for Bondi and Besant and many others, but still waiting for confirmation.
Way more hearings to come as well.
When we get the dates of all of these set in stone, we will let you know.
But now, the Democrats are doing everything they can to delay these hearings and confirmations.
They're doing everything they can.
And they continue to try to bring more information against HEGSF, and now they're complaining, oh, well...

When she does live streams, but she's going to sit here and post videos about how Hegseth is a drunk and an abusive drunk.
Now, Hegseth denies these claims.
If I'm Pete Hegseth and these claims are unfounded, not true, then they should rank as defamatory and slanderous.

I'm not sure if there's anything at the federal level, but I would say, because $308 in one day, I mean, I don't know, maybe that's a max capacity for a day.
I doubt it.
I mean, they could definitely do more if they wanted.
But $300 in a day is, you know, hardly anything to celebrate considering how bad the issue is.
I suppose it's better than zero.
But I guarantee you, if they did do a $750 bounty and people found out about it, oh yeah.
U.S. military ordering thousands more troops to southern border.
Donald Trump mandated that the U.S. military step up its presence at the southern border and immediately will send around 1,500 troops, 1,500 additional troops to the southern border.
I wouldn't be surprised if that number increases before long.
But hopefully this is just the beginning.
I mean, again, 300 deportations, maybe 3,000 in a day, and we can talk about how we're getting serious.
And, yeah, tens of thousands of troops at the border to stop the invasions would be nice as well.
And that would be a much more useful, that would be a much more better use of our military than what they've been doing elsewhere around the globe.
So hopefully Trump can repurpose our military assets to things that will actually benefit America and not foreign countries or foreign agendas or just the military-industrial complex at large.
So these things are moving fast, and there is a way to drain the swamp.

Nearly half of federal employees say they plan to resist Trump's incoming administration according to a new poll.
I'd just fire them.

A poll conducted by RMG Research reveals a startling number of federal government managers who say they will actively oppose the incoming administration when Donald Trump is inaugurated.

But let's just try to look at this in a vacuum here and just put that aside for a second.

They can build these data centers and have their own nuclear reactor to power them.
And that's what's going to have to be done to power all this stuff.
Because it's just a power drain on the grid, massively.

Versus somebody that believes that God, the Creator, has already provided us with all of these answers.

So if you're going to promote that and you're going to say this is the future here, let's hear from the other side.

There's no reason for, by the way, high-speed chases.

And so AI can be applied, the logic can be applied the same to AI. I think the threat that Our founding fathers understood in their wisdom and their genius in building this country was that any power can be abused ultimately.

And thus you have the Republic.
Thus you have the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence.
So the logic behind some of the stuff he says is perhaps irrefutable.
But the arguments that you're not hearing is, well, how do you maintain a civilization that doesn't get conquered by this?
How do you maintain...
A power structure that doesn't take the privacy rights, the individual rights, the civil rights, the basic humanity away from the citizens.
How do you do it?
And maybe this is going to be one of the existential debates that is upon us because they are really pushing AI. They are really pushing AI. And obviously this was never going to happen under Joe Biden.

You cut the inmate numbers in half, and then that probably solves.
I think the way I put it at the time was, whatever money you're requesting, find out how many inmates annually cost that much money, and then just free those inmates.
And then you can go case by case and probation and everything, whatever, but that's how you can get your $2 billion.
You don't need more funding.
So when I was in the shoe, And nobody could get in touch with me.
Members of Congress couldn't get in touch with me.
My lawyers couldn't even get in touch with me.
They couldn't even come have a visit with me.
Matt Gaetz tried to have a visit with me.
They wouldn't even let him.
And so they're up there begging.
I think the number was $2 billion.

You have political prisoners like Owen Schroyer that can't even hear from their lawyers or members of Congress.
Why should we give you this money when this is the type of institution you run?
So we're going to try to pull that clip when he brings that up and get that number.
So why don't we just let the crew kind of do their due diligence and get everything sorted out before I try to pitch that.

But there needs to be major reform at the BOP. And in fact, I was talking to some other people, some of, and we'll get into these pardons now with some other news that I have for you today from talking with my lawyers earlier.
But I was talking to some of Ross Ulbricht's people.
I've talked to dozens of January 6th defendants that just got released from prison in the last 24 hours.
Now, a lot of them basically have said to me, because I told them, I said, look, if you ever want a place to tell your story or talk to the American people, I will offer my show to you, I will offer my platform to you anytime you want.
They were all very appreciative of that, but pretty much all of them, I would say, except a small handful, are basically saying, hey, look, Just kind of want to get back to my normal life.
I just kind of want to spend some time with friends and family, just try to settle in, and then we'll do some interviews.
So that's kind of where they're at right now, including Ross Ulbricht.
But in talking to them and talking to lawyers and talking to some family of theirs, Criminal justice reform has to be a major issue.
And if you recall, when I did get out of prison, I said this was going to be a major issue for me.
It was going to be criminal justice reform.
And so it's kind of coming full circle with me now.
And with all these other people getting out, there's a lot of momentum behind this.
Criminal justice reform is a necessity.
For restoring justice in this country.
And I'll just kind of put it short and sweet here.
I don't want to go long on this deal because I have some other big breaking news.
But here's some of the problems that we can have a remedy of.
The process is broken.
Because the attorneys, the prosecuting attorneys, the U.S. attorneys, all they care about is conviction rates.
And this is so they can have a high conviction rate number, climb the ladder, whatever.
And that's a problem.
When the motivation from the U.S. attorneys is conviction rates and not justice, inherently the system is broken right there.
And I will tell you, it's a very sinking feeling, it's a very lonely feeling to be in the wrong corner of that courtroom when you realize that justice was never in the equation.
You know, you're taught growing up in this country that we have a justice system.
Innocent till proven guilty.
And when you get into that courtroom with that judge and the attorneys and everything, that that's for justice.
And you have a shot.
You have a chance at justice.
And you sit down in that courtroom, and it doesn't take long to realize justice was never in the equation.
Never.
So when the prosecuting attorneys and the U.S. attorneys, when their number one concern is conviction rates, justice has already failed.
When the judges are thinking about how they need to fill the prisons, justice has failed yet again.
And that's what goes on.
And now lawyers have realized this.
So they have to give their clients the best advice.
And so now with these pardons going out, some people are in different situations than others.
Like, if you went to trial and you fought the government, you probably got treated a lot worse if you didn't take the plea bargain.
You probably got extended jail sentences and everything else that came with it.
You got treated a lot worse if you actually went to court.
That was your decision.
But now you have different legal options.
than somebody that took a plea bargain.
But the lawyers know.
They know, hey, this is the tactic.
They're going to try to charge you.
They're going to try to drastically overcharge you so that they can get a plea bargain and they can get a high conviction rate.
So you have two options.
You can either go to court and likely lose and face every single one of these charges and extended jail time, or you can take a plea bargain.
And maybe avoid jail altogether or suffer extremely less consequences.
So what are you going to do?
You're probably going to take your lawyer's advice, like most of the January 6th defendants, or in any other situation, you're going to take the lawyer's advice and you're going to go for the lesser sentencing.
And that's the tactic.
And all the lawyers know that.
So you never have a shot at justice.

Now, that really has nothing to do with the head of the BOP, but it's why the system is so overwhelmed.
There are too many inmates.

So, I don't know the process that went on behind the scenes that didn't give Joe Biggs a full pardon, but it needs to be corrected.

Now, people have also brought the name Tina Peters up and Dexter Taylor up as well.
Now, the problem with Tina Peter's case and Dexter Taylor's case is those are state cases.
The presidential pardon applies to federal cases.
So the best Trump could do is to make a statement about these cases, and he could wield some influence potentially over the governors there in Colorado and in New York.
But certainly their names are worth mentioning.

Dexter Taylor is illegally in prison, in my view.
And Tina Peters is clearly an example of a political persecution.
So they're not eligible for a presidential pardon, but Trump can certainly do something to bring awareness to their cases.
But the veterans now that are losing their benefits because they didn't get a full pardon, that still needs to be corrected.
These two cases are not the same, but it certainly is a complicated web we weep.
