War Room Live Inauguration Day Recap: A Review Of Trump’s Executive Orders, Presidential Pardons & Liberal Media Meltdown
The InfoWars War Room discusses various topics related to former President Donald Trump. They
mention his executive orders, reactions to his presidency, political prisoners still being held in
D.C., and Biden's final act as president - pardoning his family and Anthony Fauci. The show promises
updates on these topics throughout the program. The video discusses actions taken by President
Trump such as commutations for individuals involved in Capitol riot, Mitch McConnell's criticism of
broad pardon, speech at inaugural rally party, signing deal for new Air Force One before it got
canceled and more. It also includes a discussion about an event where a bishop spoke at the
celebration for Trump supporters spreading misinformation and fear-mongering. The speaker discusses
how American citizens have been financially enslaved by anti-American globalist policies coming out
of Washington D.C., and emphasizes on criminal justice reform to address issues within Bureau of
Prisons (BOP) system like treatment of inmates, radio access for maintaining a connection with the
outside world while incarcerated etc. Enrique Tarrio discusses his experience in solitary
confinement and how he was treated like a violent criminal despite being wrongfully incarcerated. He
also talks about legal action against those who continue to spread lies about him and Proud Boys as
extremists. Finally, he mentions his recent illness after attending events in D.C., promotes Atomic
Defense supplements for immune system support. The speaker discusses ongoing situation of political
prisoners arrested during January 6th event at the Capitol who have not yet been released despite an
executive order from Trump. They mention concerns about their treatment in detention, lack of
communication or action from lawyers representing them and potential legal consequences for those
responsible for holding these prisoners. President Donald Trump discusses various topics such as
Hulk Hogan potentially competing in the Royal Rumble and his administration's actions during his
first day in office. He also addresses rumors about him being fired from U.S Department of Homeland
Security, pardons given by himself and Joe Biden, criticizing Biden for granting pardons to
criminals while questioning why there is no coverage on his own actions regarding this matter. The
speaker discusses how Los Angeles officials are finally taking action against wildfires after the
whole city burned down due to negligence of Mayor Karen Bass who did not heed warnings from Trump
and their own police chief earlier. They criticize her for celebrating an emergency order years too
late. The speaker then discusses Elon Musk's speech at a recent event where he talks about creating
rocket travel as part of his vision for humanity's future. The video discusses various topics
related to politics in America including false claims about Elon Musk at Trump's rally, cabinet
picks facing opposition from Democrats, Chicago preparing for deportation plans, and Trump meeting
with Apple CEO Tim Cook. Alex Jones shares his personal experience of losing weight through
intermittent fasting, taking high-quality supplements, and eating healthier while promoting various
products available on thealexjonesstore.com such as sea moss concentrate, Ultimate Turmeric,
elderberry (Sambuscus), and Ultimate Iron for their numerous benefits including natural energy

Ladies and gentlemen, it is Tuesday, January 21st, 2025. This is the InfoWars War Room.
Your host, Owen Schroer, back in the chair.
I hope you didn't miss me too much.
I did miss you, though.
I did miss you.
I did miss the crew.
And D.C. was alright, but it's not as fun as it is with the crew, I gotta tell you.
I think I would rather be here.
I think I'd rather be here.
So great to be back with you, even though it might be colder in Austin today than it is in D.C., if you can believe that, with the snow happening in Florida, in Texas.
What the hell is going on in this global warming?
Bring back global warming.
Make global warming great again.
All right.
If you missed anything from yesterday's inauguration, we have your back.
If you missed anything, we've got your back today.
We've got all the executive orders.
We've got Donald Trump at both desks.
He was at the desk at the inauguration party, and then he was at the Oval Office Resolute desk.
Signing executive orders left and right.
Stacks of them.
Just stacks of these.
Executive orders.
And, you know, it's so nice to have Trump back in office.
Serious leadership.
A real president.
Somebody who actually wants to be a chief executive and can be a chief executive.
But there's, you know, there's some of the things that are reminiscent from his first four years.
Standing at the desk, the leather-bound binder, signing the executive order, showing them the media, taking questions, giving them access.
We haven't had that for four years of Biden.
So we're going to show you all of those.
Of course, the liberal meltdowns happening.
So far, it hasn't been as bad as, let's say, 2016. But they're out there.
They're hanging around.
So we're going to look at all the executive orders, what they mean, the response, and then just other developments in the last 24 hours or so since Trump has officially been inaugurated.
And really, it's all good.
I would say...
Meeting expectations, maybe even going beyond expectations at this point?
I mean, the pardons day one was huge.
And that was all Trump, by the way.
And so you kind of figure out now, since the election, Trump has basically been working.
Working on these executive orders so that they were ready to go on his desk with his signature day one.
And the pardons was all Donald Trump.
And yes, of course, he has his advisors.
But just like you saw from Pam Bondi during the hearings, just like you even saw from J.D. Vance doing media interviews, oh, well, we need case by case.
We need this.
But no.
It was Trump that said, no, day one, we're releasing the hostages, we're releasing the political prisoners, and then there's a couple sentences that will commute, and then we can go back and kind of re-litigate that, investigate that later.
Stuart Rhodes was one of those cases.
Now, we will be joined by Enrique Tarrio.
We are also going to be going outside of the D.C. jail cell today, where they're still holding.
Some of the prisoners.
And so I can kind of tell you what's really going on with that, having been through the system.
I've actually been through the D.C. prison system and then the federal prison system as well.
So I can kind of tell you why they aren't releasing them.
And really, there isn't a good excuse, but it's just they hide behind the bureaucratic paperwork and just say, oh, well, you know, we can't release them yet, which they could, but, you know, they have all these technicalities.
We'll give you an update on that as well.
But what about Biden's final act?
Pardoning his family.
Pardoning Anthony Fauci.
I'm going to tell you what is really going on with that story as well.
Oh, and we're all focused on D.C. right now, but the L.A. wildfires are still going.
Two or three are popping up new ones every day.
Now they're happening in San Diego.
Wait till you hear what Karen Bass did today.
Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles, released an emergency order today.
Just wait.
Just wait till you see this.
Well, the countdown is over.
Donald Trump, sworn in as the 47th president of the United States, and the fanfare that came along with it was second to none.
I don't know if they're...
It's hard to...
Look back on 2016 in a moment, 2017 really, in a moment, and compare that to this inauguration.
You look at the first term of President Trump and you remember having a serious chief executive who could talk to the media, who was transparent, who told the truth.
He was actually acting as the U.S. president.
But in a flash, I don't really go and look at the inauguration and think, okay, you know, this is how it felt.
This is what it was like.
This was such a major shift in the paradigm.
This is a major shift in energy.
But this inauguration certainly was.
No doubt about it.
And I don't know if that's just a refreshing breath.
Breath of fresh air with Trump coming back into office.
I don't know if it's because Trump is now more popular than ever.
And it's a bigger movement than it was.
Maybe based off the actions Trump took in his first hours as president, we have a really high hope for the next four years in what he calls the golden age of America.
But this vibe shift is second to none.
Second to none.
Now again, if you missed anything from yesterday, we're going to have it all for you here today.
The executive orders, the leftist media meltdown, not as bad, not as bad as it used to be.
And I think that's because they're kind of looking around and realizing they are in the minority now.
The people that don't like Trump or the people that think nothing but negative things about him or he can do no good, They're now in the minority.
And if they really want to isolate themselves from any potential audience that they might have, they better come around and at least start reporting on Trump neutrally, if that's possible for them.
But the constant negativity and attacking is just going to make their ratings drop to nothing.
Now, let's review some of these executive orders that Trump wasted no time on.
He had a stack of them at the inaugural ball or party at the Capital One Arena where there were a bunch of guest speakers and his family was all lined up behind him.
He had a stack of them there that he signed immediately.
After he was inaugurated to the Capital, they went to the Capital One Arena and had a stack of executive orders.
And then they went through some of the festivities and some of the fanfare.
Then he went to the Oval Office, sat at the Resolute Desk, and had another stack of executive orders.
So this is what Trump has been doing since...
His election.
And he had this stuff ready to go day one.
Trump's first executive orders preview his second administration's chaos and cruelty, says MSNBC. Oh.
Oh, what?
The projection is back.
Chaos.
Oh, it hasn't been chaos under Joe Biden.
No, no, no, no.
With the inflation and the grocery prices and the energy prices and the gas prices and all the wars and the wide open border.
No, that's not been the chaos.
A serious president, a man sitting down and taking charge of the situation, trying to end the chaos.
That's chaos, says MSNBC. I see.
So it's the reverse reality strikes again.
Second administration's cruelty.
Oh, no, it's not cruel.
The open borders that cost Americans so much money, cost so many Americans their lives.
Oh, the cruelty of inflation, the cruelty of higher prices, the cruelty of the war and all the death.
No, that's not the cruelty.
Trump coming in to try to end all that, that's the cruelty.
I see.
I see.
So he signs an executive order ending birthright citizenship.
Now, some people have briefly talked about this, but it hasn't really hit.
But basically, this would mean Kamala Harris cannot run for president.
Kamala Harris is no longer eligible to run for president based off of this executive order.
States sue to stop Trump's order blocking birthright citizenship.
18 states are suing.
Of course, every single one of them is a Democrat state.
So no surprise there.
And this is basically what governors like Gavin Newsom have said they're going to do.
They're going to use whatever power they have with the state to try to stop Trump's agenda.
Gavin Newsom got $50 million to Trump-proof California, whatever the hell that means.
They can't fireproof it, but they can Trump-proof it.
So I expect a lot of this.
I expect these Democrat states to do everything they can to try to stop Trump's agenda at the state level.
Really, with the deportations is where I think the rubber is going to meet the road.
There's really nothing they can do about the birthright citizenship executive order.
And it really shouldn't even impact anything at a state level.
So it's just a matter of them trying to stop Trump at every turn.
Everything he does.
Trump executive order on border to use military to repel invasion.
He declared an emergency at the southern border.
He declared the cartels to be a terrorist group.
So now military action, even lethal action, can be used against them if necessary.
Let's see how that one turns out.
I hope we don't see a situation where there is bloodshed, because that would be tragic.
But hopefully the message here is loud and clear.
Hopefully the message here is loud and clear.
We're not going to let the cartels run the southern border, the drug trafficking, the human trafficking.
We're going to have policies that stop it, and if they do try to get involved, then we will use the military against them.
So that's what this means to me.
Trump to revoke clearances of ex-officials who signed a letter saying Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
Well, really, there needs to be a whole other policy here.
This is kind of, I think, a more direct shot from President Trump.
But it was the intelligence officers that signed the Trump-Russia collusion letter that was BS. Then it was the intelligence officers that signed the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation BS. So they've all...
Lost their clearances.
Really, though, you just need to have a new policy.
Once you're out of these bureaucracies, you shouldn't even have an intelligence clearance, really.
I think it's how that needs to be done.
Why should these people still have these clearances, these security clearances, when they're not even a part of the administration or these bureaucracies anymore?
Some of the names that...
Some of the names that have lost their clearances, like James Clapper, John Brennan, Leon Panetta, and John Bolton.
John Bolton is crying tears today.
John Bolton disappointed after Trump removes his Secret Service detail.
Sorry, John.
The war walrus loses his security clearance, loses his Secret Service detail.
I wonder if some of these corrupt...
I wonder if some of these corrupt administrators would do the things that they do if they didn't get security clearance and Secret Service detail.
You know, I wonder.
I wonder about that.
So this is part of draining the swamp.
But really, they should be punished beyond...
Just losing their security clearance.
They knew damn well they were lying about Trump-Russia collusion.
They knew damn well that they were lying about the Hunter Biden laptop.
They knew that.
They deceived the American people.
They did it intentionally.
They used the aura of their security clearances to claim that they had some sort of authority to the American people.
It was illegitimate.
And they knew what they did.
It was intentional deception.
They should be investigated to figure out why they did it and who put them up to it.
Trump signs executive order to promote free speech on social media, says he will end government censorship online.
Immediately stop all government censorship.
A sweeping action that could chill years of efforts to combat the proliferation of false information online.
Oh.
And then, of course, it's them.
So you can say the Trump-Russia collusion story was real, which it was fake, and then they give you an award for it.
You can say the Hunter Biden laptop was not real, that it was Russian disinformation, and they'll give you an award for that, knowingly promoting propaganda, knowingly promoting false information.
Or should we get into the COVID years?
The vaccine, the origin of the virus.
So you lie about that stuff, then you're good.
You tell the truth about that stuff, you get censored.
But this is the Washington Post.
The Washington Post says we can't have false information online.
Says the Washington Post that promotes false information online.
Isn't it ironic, as they say?
Trump orders U.S. exit from World Health Organization.
He got that one on his desk.
He said, oh, this is a big one.
This is a big one.
Pretty big right here.
So, good.
That's a good start.
Yeah, get out of the World Health Organization.
We should probably just get out of NATO next.
That would be the next best thing to do.
Any of these illegitimate, acting as legitimate government global institutions, the United States should just remove itself from.
So I would say NATO. Would be the next one to remove from.
And then maybe, you know, the U.N. Trump suspends U.S. foreign assistance for 90 days pending reviews.
Well, this is just beautiful.
Imagine that.
No more hundreds of billions of dollars to foreign countries.
So this is a good start.
I don't think people really know.
Or comprehend just how much money the United States spends on foreign aid.
It's trillions of dollars.
Trillions.
And you can go to the USAID website, and this is just the basic USAID programs, not the special deals where they send more money to Ukraine or Israel or Taiwan or anywhere else.
That's just their basic...
Like, yeah, we cut these checks every year.
Hundreds of billions of dollars.
Imagine.
Imagine.
Instead of sending hundreds of billions of dollars to foreign countries that do nothing for us, instead, we just kept that money ourselves.
Injected it into the U.S. economy.
Oh, those countries in Central America that do so much for us.
No, you know what they do?
They send people to our southern border to come here and get on welfare.
That's what they do.
And all the money, all that money that we've spent on foreign aid to stop them from coming here, to help build their democracies, all that money that we've helped to try to build up these third-world countries hasn't helped, all get stolen, and they still send their people to our southern border to come here and live on welfare.
So, okay, 90 days, and then maybe permanently is how I think that should go.
Now, Trump did pardon 1,500.
January 6th, political prisoners, and commuted some other sentences as some others are pending review.
We're going to have more news on that coming up in the second hour.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I did receive a presidential pardon from Donald Trump.
And while for me it is mostly ceremonious, it does mean a lot to me.
It's kind of cool to get a presidential pardon, just for the purposes of saying it.
But thankfully for me, all my legal stuff ended actually this month.
So, you know, all the probation I had to go through after my prison sentencing had just ended this month.
But for the others out there that were still in prison or still on probation and all the other stuff that came along with it, very meaningful to them.
But for me, yes, I did receive a presidential pardon.
It is a great honor that President Trump recognizes that I was a political prisoner of the Democrat Party, of the Biden regime, and he did the right thing by pardoning the January 6th defendants.
And so here he is talking about that while signing the executive order in clip five.
We're looking at different things, but the commutations would be the ones that we'll take a look and maybe it'll stay that way or it'll go to in a full pardon.
It's nice to have an actual chief executive sitting at the resolute desk instead of this frail— Phony, corrupt Joe Biden.
And who really knows who was running things while he was president?
Certainly wasn't him.
So that's the man in charge.
Mitch McConnell criticizes Trump's broad pardon of Capitol riot defendants.
Mitch McConnell.
Pathetic.
Pathetic, Mitch.
And I would bet that there are people from his state.
In fact, of course, there were people from his state.
Went to prison for January 6th, but he doesn't care about them.
But you always have to wonder, too, if Mitch McConnell even speaks for himself anymore.
Mitch McConnell might be worse off than Joe Biden.
If you want to talk about public health incidents, Mitch McConnell has had worse moments than Joe Biden, even.
Blacking out in front of the media on two separate occasions after disappearing for weeks, reemerging with bruises and cuts and everything all over his body.
Geez.
The day Mitch McConnell is out, it cannot come soon enough.
Oh, he's upset that Trump would release political prisoners of the Democrat Party.
He is upset.
Now, Trump also said this, and I wonder if he's going to be doing anything about this.
He's not shy.
But he said the election was rigged, and then he also, from the Oval Office Resolute desk, was talking about the war in Israel.
unidentified
He had an interesting thing to say about that in clip 10. I'm not confident.
So you've got to wonder if anything will be done about the stolen election.
Kind of a major crime, you know what you think?
Kind of a massive crime to steal an election.
And then, as he points out, everything that happened as a consequence of that.
Yeah.
Maybe something should be done about that in the states that broke the law so that they could cheat and steal the election and stuff mail-in ballots in 30, 40, 50 at a time.
And then when they got caught, they started wearing gloves so that their fingerprints couldn't be identified.
They started wearing masks so that their faces couldn't be identified.
Kind of a big crime.
Kind of a big heist, if you think about it, with major consequences.
So, I don't know if Trump Plans to follow up with anything dealing with that.
But something should be done.
You've also got confirmation hearings going on today and next week.
The first confirmation was done today for Marco Rubio.
I'll have that news coming up, as well as some other sights and sounds from the inauguration, including Trump dancing and swinging a sword around.
Before he cut the inaugural cake.
Okay, so we're really having fun now.
Trump doing the Trump dance now with a sword.
And that's fun.
Even Melania was having fun with that.
So we'll have all of that coming up.
Remember, folks, at TheAlexJonesStore.com, that's how you support us.

I just got that product.
I'm in better shape.
I'm feeling healthier.
Well, that's the goal.
That's the goal when you shop at thealexjonesstore.com.
Yeah, they're playing YMCA at the inaugural rally party, and Trump is swinging a sword around wildly like a complete madman.
You remind me Blowing kisses to the audience, getting Melania to dance, or maybe she was like, keep that sword away from me, please.
You think he's having fun?
Seems to be enjoying himself.
Melania looking incredible, by the way.
And then he and Vance cut the inaugural cake.
Go ahead and show them.
Show them the cake being cut.
Go ahead.
Let's all look at the cake.
It's a big, beautiful cake.
By the way, is Trump...
I think Trump gets the new Air Force One, doesn't he?
He signed the deal for a new Air Force One.
And then I believe it got canceled.
I wonder if they're going to bring that back.
New Air Force One.
That's good.
Biden didn't deserve it anyway.
You can see the new colors there.
But that was supposed to be the new color scheme of the new Air Force One.
So I'm wondering if that is a little teaser here that they're going to be bringing in the new Air Force One after all with the Navy on the bottom instead of the light blue.
I think the Navy looks better.
So somebody set Trump up.
They brought in all these different people to preach, and somehow this lady made her way up there, a bishop, a quote-unquote bishop, who has been known as a woke lefty for years.
You can go back for years and find clips of this strange person just espousing leftist ideology, woke politics, and somehow she makes her way onto the stage.
Lecturing Trump about trans children and illegal immigrants.
I'm going to play the full clip.
We also have the clip where Trump and Vance are, somebody's just filming their response.
Trump, I'd say Trump maintained a straight face, but Vance not so much.
Vance started hearing this and started looking at his wife and looking around like, what in the hell is this crap?
And that's exactly what it is.
So here's your gay, here's your lesbian Fake Bishop lecturing Trump and Vance about trans kids and illegal immigrants in Clip 6. In the name of our God, I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country.
I'm so sick and tired of this, man, and I've been hearing it everywhere today.
Everywhere today.
You turn on a headline show.
You turn on a local radio station.
You flip on the news.
Everywhere.
Everywhere.
And they always say, immigrants aren't this, immigrants aren't that, immigrants this, immigrants that.
We're not talking about immigrants.
We're not talking about immigrants.
We are talking about criminal illegal aliens.
We are talking about illegal border crossers.
We're talking about fake asylum seekers.
Fake refugee status seekers.
That's who we're talking about.
Not an immigrant.
So you have to think.
They are either too stupid to know the difference.
Could be.
This woman, probably not very smart.
So they're either too stupid to know the difference between an immigrant and an illegal alien, or they're intentionally engaging in propaganda so that people just don't understand, and they think, oh, I'm an immigrant.
I'm in trouble.
I'm an immigrant.
Trump wants to deport me.
And, of course, that's completely inaccurate.
So what is it?
What is it?
You don't know the difference between an immigrant and an illegal alien, or you do, and you want everybody to be in fear.
These people are in fear because, you know, they clean our toilets.
They clean our dishes.
They pick our crops.
The Democrat Party talking points.
I mean, right off the Democrat Party script.
Oh, they live in fear.
And then she's up there lying, saying immigrants are being targeted.
No, they're not.
An immigrant is here legally.
An immigrant went through the process to become a citizen.
Big difference.
So you're either too stupid to know that, and if that's the case, you shouldn't be talking about politics or policy because you don't even understand basic words and meanings, or you're a liar intentionally trying to put people in fear.
We need to prioritize trans kids and non-citizens.
How about no mercy on people like you?
How about that?
How about you get a little lack of mercy like the American people have had to deal with from the American left for years now?
You want us to be hardcore?
You want us to be the right-wing extremists you keep labeling us as?
Keep it up.
Keep it up.
Because we're feeling pretty good right now.
We got Trump in.
We got some good stuff going on.
You want to start shoving this crap down our throats again?
Keep it up.
Keep it up.
And the average parent that just wants to live their life and be able to send their kids to school without worrying about what they have to deal with or be taught, oh yeah, they'll become the quote right-wing extremists you're so afraid of real quick.
Yeah, you want to radicalize American parents?
Why don't you have perverts go into the classroom and freaks like that go lecture them about trans kids?
Let's get a little, that was just, okay.
Here's a real pastor.
This is what a real pastor sounds like.
Lorenzo Sewell, who I thought was incredible, opening up the inauguration.
So we'll get a little refresher.
So that's a fake bishop.
Here's a real man of God in clip four.
unidentified
Heavenly Father, we're so grateful that you gave our 45th and now our 47th president a millimeter miracle.
We are grateful that you are the one that have called him for such a time as this, that America would begin to dream again.
We pray that we would fulfill the true meaning of our creed.
That we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.
We pray that you use our president, that we will live in a nation where we will not be judged by the color of our skin, but by the content of our character.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we are so grateful today that you will use our 47th President, so we would sing with new meaning, my country, tis of thee, sweet land of liberty of thee I sing, land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrims' pride from every mountainside.
Let freedom ring, and because America is called to be a great nation, we believe that you will make this come true.
So let freedom ring from the perditious hilltops of New Hampshire.
Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.
Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.
Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.
Let freedom ring from the curvaceous hilltops of California.
We're asking you not only that.
Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.
Let freedom ring from every hill and every molehill in Mississippi, from every state, every city, every village, and every hamlet.
And when we let freedom ring, we will be able to speed up that day.
All of your children, black men and white men, Thank you, God Almighty.
We are free at last.
If you believe what the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
Come on, put your hands together and give your great God great glory.
Well, we're not talking about segregation or slavery.
We're talking about an American population that has been financially enslaved by...
Anti-American globalist policy coming out of Washington, D.C. We're talking about the American citizen that has to pay 30% of what it earns in taxes, the majority of that going overseas to foreign countries.
We're talking about the American citizen that used to be able to get a job in a major metropolitan area at a manufacturing plant, a production facility, and live in the middle class and afford a home, raise a family, send his kids to school.
This has all been ripped away from us.
We're talking about an American citizen in the military that then has to go fight wars for the military-industrial complex and foreign nations.
We're talking about an American citizen that has been so burdened by anti-American policy, foreign citizens pouring over our border, making our cities, our towns less safe, costing us hundreds of billions of dollars.
An American parent.
That pays taxes for a public school where they want to send their kids without leftist liberal indoctrination and perverts getting access to them without any oversight.
That's free at last.
That's free at last.
And that's what we've been dealing with now for far too long.
Now, I asked the crew to pull back and go to that spot right there because this is kind of meaningful here to me personally.
Right there, guys.
If you pause it right there.
Right there where the podium is.
Put it full screen so it's easier for people to see.
You see the statue and the podium right in front of it.
Five years ago, I was arrested at that exact same spot.
I was arrested at that exact same spot because I had a piece of tape over my mouth.
I was arrested for my speech because Nancy Pelosi and the D.C. Police Department put them on notice that if I go into that building, I would be arrested.
And the police told me that before I even went in.
And even that officer right there, Tariq Johnson that you see, he came in studio a couple months ago and...
Broke it all down, mostly about the January 6th stand-down, more than anything.
But how funny is that, that also me and Tariq, who called in for the arrest there, we're friends now.
I walked into the Capitol that day, and the Capitol Police said, Troyer, what are you doing here?
I stood right in front of that statue and got arrested for my speech and yesterday Donald Trump and the rest stood right in front of that statue and declared that America is back and free at last.
It's kind of eerie.
Because some people saw where this country was going with the censorship and the political persecution.
Let's go ahead.
Let's play the audio.
Five years ago, Five years ago, me at that exact same spot getting arrested for my speech.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Sir, the impeached Trump protesters come here every single day.
We saw them here.
We actually confronted them.
Is there a reason why they aren't arrested every day?
How come the impeached Trump protesters are allowed to be out here every day?
We saw them the other day.
They were standing out here.
No one came up to them.
Is there a reason?
You want to arrest me?
Okay, I'm dead.
I don't want to stay with you.
No, I don't want to go to jail, but if this is how free speech is going to be violated and you want to arrest me in front of all these people, go ahead.
Absolutely.
There you go, ladies and gentlemen.
No, no, no.
Arrest me in front of all these people so they can see the censorship in this country.
Go ahead.
I want everybody to see the censorship in this country.
Impeach Trump protesters come here every day and have never been arrested.
But I'm arrested today because I have this sign.
That's the attack on free speech in this country.
That's the two-tiered justice system that we're dealing with.
If you're an impeached Trump liberal Democrat protester, you get to come here every day with no consequence.
But I have security all over me because I'm standing here silently.
And if that doesn't show you the attack on free speech, if that doesn't show you the two-tiered system, I don't know what will.
How many warnings do you give to the impeached Trump protesters when they come here today?
How many warnings do you give to the impeached Trump protesters?
How come the impeached Trump protesters are allowed to come stand out here and he cannot silently stand here?
You're asking me in front of all these people here today.
And if that's what you guys want to do, then that's what you want to do.
Gentlemen, no one can answer me.
How come the impeached Trump protesters are allowed to stand out here and he's not?
Marco Rubio is the first confirmed member of Trump's next cabinet, unanimously confirmed as Secretary of State, becoming the first member to be confirmed.
Now, I go through the list, and it looks like everybody's probably going to get through.
There are some that might not get a single vote from the Democrats, but they'll have enough votes from the Republicans to get through.
The only one that's questionable right now is Pete Hegseth.
Because of the anti-Trump Republicans in the Senate might not go along with them.
And now they're putting out new information.
Senators receive affidavit containing new allegations against Pete Hegseth, who denies the claims.
So Hegseth is probably going to be the one right now that has the toughest time.
RFK Jr. might have a little uphill battle.
Maybe Tulsi Gabbard.
The rest, I think, will probably be able to get through.
And we can go through this list.
We can go through the list here sometime today as well.
But here was Marco Rubio.
He did an interview after being confirmed to Secretary of State, and he said this in Clip 11. My job is to focus on the president's foreign policy.
And it's going to be a foreign policy that's, frankly, as straightforward as any in modern times.
And that is that the priority of the Department of State of the United States is going to be the United States.
And that's what we're going to focus on.
Today we'll have a meeting with the Quad, with foreign ministers from Australia and India and Japan to reaffirm the importance of working with allies across the world on the things that are important to America and Americans.
And that's what I'm focused on moving forward.
And so, you know, I hope you guys all understand.
I mean, my days, at least in the time I'm at Department of State of engaging in domestic politics will be put aside as I focus on the affairs that the United States has around the world and the engagements we have to have to make our country a safer, stronger, more prosperous place.
And again, I think that the Republicans will rally behind everybody else.
Hegseth might have an uphill battle, but I think the Republicans can get everybody else through.
We'll find out relatively soon.
We'll obviously be covering that extensively right here on the Infowars War Room.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to be covering the January 6th pardons for the next hour.
We're going to be going to Enrique Tarrio, fresh out of prison.
We're also going to be going to Kristen Harris, who's outside of the D.C. jail right now, where they're refusing to let some of the political prisoners out.
We've also got some other video and audio.
From some others that have been released.
So all of this is coming up next.
And it's really great.
I gotta tell you, seeing these men freed after the torture and the torment and everything they went through, having been through it myself and just what it means to finally get released, my heart goes out to them.
It's just, it's incredible.
Trump is riding so many wrongs in day one.
Alright, the political prisoners are being released.
And we are still expecting and anticipating more to be released, hopefully from D.C. today.
We're going to go to the ground in D.C. coming up in about 30 minutes.
We're going to be hearing from Enrique Tarrio, freshly released here in about five minutes.
This is Robert Moores, who just got released, and he wasn't even thinking about himself.
He was thinking about his other fellow political prisoners and the ones that are still being held in his first interview here in clip 15. Good morning, everyone.
unidentified
I'm here with Robert Morris, a J6 hero who was just recently released last night from Pennsylvania.
And instead of taking in all of the glory that he could in his newfound freedom, he decided to make his way here to Freedom Corner.
Robert, tell folks how you're doing and just tell them what's on your heart.
Sure.
Thank you for the opportunity.
I appreciate it.
What I will say is this.
There's absolutely no excuse for me to be standing here in front of you talking right now.
Having received the same pardon that Donald Trump gave everybody and men still be inside these walls.
It's absolutely disgusting and it's a disgrace.
But it's par for the course for the D.C. Gulag.
And this isn't something that's exclusive to January Sixers.
They've been doing this for generations and generations of the African-American men that have had to suffer behind these walls.
So I hope that something can be done about this jail once and for all.
And I hope that these political prisoners can be set free.
It's in my blood as an airborne ranger not to leave anybody behind.
So that's why I'm here.
You know, I definitely could be in bed right now.
You know, I'm definitely tired.
Haven't slept in a while.
However, my place is here.
I got people back there, and I hope that soon they let my people go.
Robert, tell us how long did you spend inside the system?
Sure.
So I did three and a half years of hard time, and I was in the halfway house for four months.
But those three and a half years were dispersed throughout multiple locations.
I went through this facility twice.
I was in Allegheny County Jail.
I went to Northern Neck in Warsaw, Virginia for 13 months.
I was in Lewisburg for six months.
I was in Philly for two months.
I was in Loretto for almost a year.
And it's just a way to try to break you down.
In every which way, they want to crush an inmate so that, one, they can guarantee that that individual will come back.
But I will tell you that it was an honor to do time in this regard.
As it says in the Bible, if you're going to suffer, don't do it because you're a murderer or a thief.
Do it because you're a Christian.
And that's exactly what I think is happening here.
We were lured into a lobster trap that day because we stood on Jesus Christ's promises and our responsibility and our duty within our American Constitution to address the grievances that we have with the government, to peacefully assemble.
And the communist government that we had for the last four years under the imposter president tried to snuff that out of the American people.
Well, it all backfired.
Okay?
America's back better than before, and we're not having that communist garbage any longer.
One last question, Robert.
I know that you're committed to getting everyone out, but if there's one personal thing, like just on the bucket list that you've been dreaming of, that you want to make a point of experiencing, hopefully you can see it in your day book.
All right, now we'll follow up with some of these things with Enrique Tarrio coming up shortly, like the constant transferring of the prisoners, something they did to a lot of them, and it was by design.
Now, Mike Lee posted this last night.
Is D.C. ignoring Trump's pardons?
If this is, then it definitely is time to repeal.
The D.C. home rule.
D.C.'s government has no right to exist constitutionally.
Congress shouldn't have delegated its lawmaking authority over D.C. Time to take it back.
Well, look, unfortunately, I've been through the D.C. prison cells.
They are probably the worst ever.
And so, yeah.
Let's quickly, Big O released from prison, clip 16. I can't get my seatbelt off.
He was the one that had his feet up on Pelosi's desk.
It's great to see him free.
I've sent him a line.
I hope to hear from him soon, but I'm sure he's busy right now.
Enrique Tarrio, fresh on his freedom, coming up next.
Joining me now on the phone line, a man who's been tormented and tortured for years by the Biden regime.
He's going to tell you all about what he went through.
Enrique Tarrio joins me now.
But, you know, Enrique, I would imagine, you know, obviously the wave of emotions and just getting your life back or rebuilding your life after the years you spent in prison.
You probably would rather focus on the positives right now.
I would imagine you're feeling pretty high right now, getting to feel the sunlight on your skin outside of the prison walls.
Well, before we get into some of the details that you'd like the American people to know about what you went through and others went through as well, I mean, I think the serious discussion that's going to need to be had someday soon is going to be, what does justice look like for January 6th defendants?
What does justice look like for the politically imprisoned?
Have you thought about that much?
Did you think about that while you were in?
Have you had a minute to think about that since you've been out?
Yeah, I mean, half of my dreams got when the Biden Trump family pardons the January 6th committee, because I would like to see, you know, what happened.
The people that did this to us, I want to see what it is that we went through.
The real criminals need to be put behind bars.
That would be sweet justice.
But I won't get to see that.
But focusing on everything else, I think justice is something needs to get done.
I mean, a lot of these guys spent four years plus time of their life inside a concrete box.
And they need to be compensated for it, Owen.
They need to be compensated for it.
They've been away from their families.
Suffering these families went through.
It's unreal.
Broken families, fathers, broken homes.
They turned doors into toothpicks to get into the...
I mean, you've heard it all on your show already, so...
Well, I think that would be a good start, would be restitution.
Just straight up, cut these men checks, cut the women checks, all the political prisoners.
Restitution for what's been done to them.
You know, I would like there to be some sort of a follow-up.
Why did the D.C. police get stood down?
Why did they stand down the National Guard?
What was the role of the federal agents on the ground that day?
And that might open up some other windows of opportunity for justice here, because Biden pardoned some, but at the end of the day, there were far more people involved than just the criminals on the January 6th committee, who, by the way, and I don't know how much access to information you had while you were away.
But, you know, they deleted evidence.
They deleted evidence at the turn of the last Congress.
Yeah, and I don't believe that Matthew Graves got a pardon either.
And he was responsible for a lot of the treatment.
I wouldn't be surprised if maybe he had an involvement in the constant transferring of these prisoners.
And I'd like to kind of get into that with you now.
And just so people can understand why they do this, it is a total torture technique.
they don't want you to be able to establish yourself inside an institution, get into a routine, even have friends there, have some semblance of camaraderie with the other men that you're serving with.
So they constantly move you around, shift you around so you can never get on your feet and have some sort of a stabilization.
So ever since I was arrested on March 8th of 22, I've been moved to about 40 different facilities And the way that they transport me was a little different than they transported other inmates.
I couldn't be on the regular BOP bus.
It had to be on a regular van.
I had to use box handcuffs.
For those not familiar with that, it's pretty much a torture device.
It's a box that goes over the handcuffs and doesn't allow any movement whatsoever.
It feels like they're bending your bones.
I think it was like two months ago.
The maximum that you're allowed to keep an inmate in those box cuffs, I think, is six hours.
They had me for 26 hours on a drive from Washington, D.C. all the way to Pollock, Louisiana, in box cuffs.
No food.
I had to pee inside a water bottle because they didn't want to let me out because, you know, the terrorizing terrorists.
It's inhumane.
The things that they've done, not just to me.
You know, I'm not going to sit here and complain as much as, like, things were bad.
There's a lot of people that have gone through a lot of crap, Owen, and it's insane.
It's insane how—it's called diesel therapy, by the way.
It has a name, and the BOP knows it.
It's not on their policy.
Like, it's against their policy, but if it's not on the policy— Then they could get away with it.
But they know exactly what they're doing, and there were other things that they did too, and I'm curious, did you spend any extended amount of time in solitary confinement?
Almost my entire time incarcerated was in what they call the SHU, the segregated housing unit.
While I was moving from jail to jail, they had to put me, as per the orders of the Biden regime, I had to go from shoe to shoe, which, to describe that, is alone in a cell, 24, not 23 hours a day, 24 hours a day.
You get out to shower once every three days, and sometimes that wouldn't even happen.
Cold meals three times a day.
No sunlight.
Forget about sunlight.
You don't have a window.
You don't have any of that.
That doesn't exist.
That was what I did for about three years of my life.
Yeah, and it's hard for people to really understand what that's like.
the only sense of time you have, and it might be different in every other prison, the only sense of time you have is when the guards do their wellness checks.
Yeah, well, here's the thing, and I'm going to specifically point out this facility in Atlanta, which is the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta, They don't even do wellness checks, Owen.
How you could tell the time there was with meals, and it wasn't even that accurate.
But at no point did they do wellness checks.
I have witnessed multiple people pass away, literally die in their cell, and by the time they notice, they've been dead for hours.
This is such a great conversation to have because there are ways we can turn this into good.
BOP reform is so necessary.
I mean, it's hard to even put it into words for people that's never been through it, but the treatment of these men, and many of these men are nonviolent criminals, but the way they treat you in these prisons Is like you're the scum of the earth.
And so you don't even get basic dignity.
You don't get any respect.
And so this is kind of how the treatment goes when you're in there.
And again, most of these men don't even belong in there.
But I'm happy in a sense where now people can see and we can talk about these things, and there has to be criminal justice reform.
There has to be reform on how we treat people that are incarcerated.
Most of the inmates in the Bureau of Prisons are nonviolent, and they get these ridiculous sentences.
They get treated like crap.
So that's something I think I'm going to focus on moving forward, because there's a lot of good people in there that, you know, they screwed up, and they know they did, and they know they should be doing time, but not 10, 15, 20 years for victimless crimes.
Well, and one of the phenomenons you learned pretty quickly just from talking to the other people there, you get busted, you know, selling some marijuana.
And now, you know, selling marijuana where it's still illegal, but even guys that got caught selling marijuana in states that it's now legal, they're facing multi-year sentences when chomos, child molesters, they get light sentences.
Everybody in the BOP knows child molesters, kid abusers, they get the lightest treatment of all.
Yes, in my last spot in Pollock, Louisiana, I was able to be in general population, but the problem is we were locked down probably six days a week.
The only joy I had was that one day where I got to come out, call my family, get some son, and by some son I mean sit by a window because they weren't letting us out on the yard.
But the rest of my time there, the rest of my time incarcerated has been pretty much in the chute.
So it's not just that we got Incarcerated wrongly It's how they Treated us when we were in there we weren't even Treated like regular inmates which are already Treated like dogs for the most part Now Earlier you had mentioned your Radio people probably don't It's probably impossible for people to appreciate how important that radio is.
It's like your only connection to the outside world.
Did you have a crank radio, or did they let you guys have batteries in there?
You go through some of these details, and again, it's hard for people to fully appreciate what it is, but I just want to reemphasize what you're explaining here to the audience.
He would get three cold meals a day, likely of slop.
He would sit inside a concrete room all by himself.
He'd get out to shower maybe three times a week.
That's what it was like at the SHU I was in, three times a week.
The shower was cold.
It wasn't even a hot shower.
It was a cold shower.
I mean, it's the worst experience that you can imagine.
And again, you're being treated like a violent criminal.
You're being treated like a...
Like an enemy of the state, when, of course, that's not the case at all.
You were obviously wrongfully incarcerated.
But even the nonviolent criminals don't deserve this treatment.
It's absolutely insane.
You know, I'm curious about one thing here, and you don't have to tip your hat if you don't want to, but since the pardons, I've been paying attention to the media, and they continue to describe yourself and the Proud Boys organization as extremists.
Would you like to offer a response to that, or would you...
Yeah, and again, that just gives an idea of what it's like.
Well, look, it sounds like you kind of have the same attitude as me, and I mean, I'm not surprised, because really, we're just God-fearing American patriots that just love freedom and country.
And so, we're not litigious people that sit around all day looking to get into legal fights or legal battles, but my stance in the last couple months has completely changed, and my lawyers, my legal team, and I, we don't just play defense now.
We go on offense.
And, you know, unfortunately, it's what we have to do.
It's like, I don't want to do it.
I don't want to sit here and have legal meetings every day and, you know, follow the news every time somebody publishes a story libeling me or defaming me.
But it's what we have to do now.
Because I'm sick of it.
You are not an extremist.
Your group and the great men in it and the veterans in it are not extremists.
They're normal guys.
They like to drink a cold beer and play pool and talk shit.
Yeah.
want to trans kids and open the borders and God knows what else.
So I'm glad to hear that, you know, you're considering legal offense now.
It just feels like now's the time.
Trump is back into office.
We've won the political war.
I think we're winning the cultural war.
And so the message needs to be sent.
You can't just lie about us, defame us and libel us without hearing from our lawyers.
You're going to be back with your friends, I'm sure, before long.
You'll be here at the Infowars studios.
Congratulations.
I know it's obviously meaningful to you to get the presidential pardon, but to get your freedom back when you were still facing years, it's probably unexplainable to tell people what that means.
Great to hear from you, Enrique.
I look forward to hearing from the rest of your boys.
And you let them know, if any of them want to come on here and tell their story, that they're welcome, too, because I know they're all being flooded with messages.
But God bless and Godspeed to you, your family, and the rest of your boys.
All right, we're about to go outside the D.C. gulag live with Kriston Harris, who is reporting on, well, are they going to release the prisoners that Trump's executive order told them to, or are they just going to hold them hostage forever?
We're going to find out shortly.
I have a regret, unfortunately, to Report to you right now.
I was in D.C. over the weekend, attended some galas and balls.
I was a guest speaker at a couple events.
And, you know, shook a bunch of hands, met a bunch of great people.
And because I didn't take my atomic defense, natural health defense, with me, I brought back a little something.
I was pretty ill last night, to be honest.
Had a pretty high fever.
Kind of sweated out last night.
Came here anyway.
The last time...
I went to D.C. in January and came back was when COVID happened.
I was out for like a week, extremely ill.
So let's hope it's not a similar thing to that.
I was thinking maybe I just ran myself ragged probably more than anything.
It was a fatigue thing, but I didn't care.
I said, I got to be back in studio today.
Wild horses couldn't drag me a race.
So today I'm really medicated.
Let's just say that.
So I should have brought my Alex Jones Atomic Defense with me.

All right, we're going to go live now.
Crew just brought me some breaking news.
I'll have to review this.
Let's go live now outside of the D.C. Gulag to Chris Dunn-Harris, who is following up.
on the issues that we saw last night where they were refusing to release some of the political prisoners as ordered by Trump's executive order.
So, Kriston, why don't you just give us the latest on the situation there?
I know there's a group of activists and American patriots and some January 6th defendants that got released themselves.
I'm outside the D.C. Correctional Detention Center here in Washington, D.C., where hundreds of local supporters as well as family members are waiting for their loved ones to be released as political.
I would say they're being held against their will at this point because of the pardon.
A lot of people believe that they should have been let go at this point, and they still have not released any of these January 6th prisoners, these political prisoners, at the D.C. Correctional Detention Center.
And the Freedom Caucus showed up a few hours ago, seeing if they could expedite the situation.
But to their dismay, it doesn't seem like we've seen much progress in that light.
And I'm hoping that soon that we'll see some of these January 6th political prisoners be released and that they can get back to their home and family as they've been calling out here to some of the activists and friends and they've been putting them on the radio here to speak with the local supporters that are out here relentlessly all night in support of getting these January 6ers out.
Now, I'm not quite sure what the issue is on why they're not being released.
I know the pardon should have been...
suffice, but I think there's a little gray zone people were talking about since a lot of these people have not been prosecuted, that they haven't, they don't qualify for the pardon.
They have to wait for release accordingly and the paperwork to be processed.
So we're hoping to see some progress here shortly.
I'm out here in D.C. hoping we can get that.
And it's kind of like a block party out here.
There's a bunch of different political organizations out here.
Stuart Rhodes was here.
I just spoke with him a little bit.
And it seems as though a lot of people are here trying to bring awareness that at this location in particular, there's still about almost two dozen January 6th political prisoners still incarcerated.
And they thought they'd be let out yesterday, but here we are now almost 24 hours since the pardons have been signed, the executive orders, and they are not releasing them, to my knowledge, anytime soon.
There's been some rumor that they're just waiting for the paperwork to be processed and that they'll be out by 3 o'clock was the latest we heard, but here it is.
It's now 540. And we haven't seen anybody released.
It's not saying that they won't be released.
I'm hoping that we see some people released here yet tonight.
But I'm thinking that this might go on until tomorrow.
And like you mentioned, this particular correctional detention facility is known to be one of the worst.
I spoke with Rachel Powell, who was released yesterday, last night, or it was early this morning.
She said like 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning.
And she said it was one of the most...
Filthy environments that she's ever been in and that they are constantly mistreating them.
There was calls coming in last night from the prison of people excited that they were going to be pardoned, and they were also mentioning these dire environments of the prison complex and the fact that the prison guards were...
They were trying to be a little rough with them, it sounds like, last night, trying to get their last intimidation and their little power trips that they like to have, and trying to dishearten them any way possible.
And it's kind of odd to see that you have such a corrupt system in place where people who are pardoned to be released immediately.
Immediately.
That doesn't mean tomorrow or the next day.
That means immediately by the president of the United States, and they're not adhering to these executive orders.
It's rather interesting to see that there's some kind of pushback from a...
A local jail and prison here.
Some people were asking the U.S. Marshals to step in, that they could come in and actually remove the prisoners.
There's been a chance for National Guard to come in.
And last night, I know a lot of people approached the front doors to a point where law enforcement came out and pushed the media and the supporters of the January Sixers that are being released back.
I got a little pushy, and you can find those on my Twitter on x.com forward slash ChrisDontiers.
All those videos are there for you guys to see.
It's rather, rather interesting, and I think that as the story goes on, they will have to be released.
The question is, and people are worried about what condition will they be released in.
Are they being mistreated right now as they've been reporting?
And I'm hoping, and we're praying, there's a big, as you guys can see behind me.
There's probably a good almost 200 people here looking to see their loved ones.
And last night I had Daniel Ball's father here, and he was speaking with his son over the phone that was being audio broadcasted for everyone to hear.
And his son said that he got a pardon and his father broke down in tears.
So it's a very emotional time.
These people are just waiting for their loved ones to be released.
They know the pardons are there.
They're waiting for the paperwork to take place.
Why is it that this one correctional detention center, out of all the ones in the United States, is taking their time?
Is it in spite of, you know, Donald Trump to say, hey, you don't have that kind of authority?
Or is it a paperwork issue or jurisdiction issue like you mentioned?
Oh, and that D.C. is kind of its own country and they can kind of do a little bit of what they want and take their sweet time.
So I do believe that they will be released.
People here have said that they've heard that they will be released by tonight.
But the closer we get to 8 o'clock, the less likely I feel that's bound to happen and it might be sometime tomorrow.
Yes, ones that were, I guess, incarcerated and already convicted.
Like I said, Rachel Powell was released earlier.
She warned about the Dyer.
The other interesting thing is how incompetent the media has been at covering this, including the mainstream media that's here.
When they had the opportunity to ask Rachel some real questions, they wanted to know what her first meal was, what she was going to eat, and I asked Rachel, well, how do you feel about Joe Biden pardoning the whole January 6th commission?
And she was very disheartened about that.
And she just goes to show the guilt and the wrongdoing behind what was done to these January Sixers with these heavy handed responses and jail time that was dished out.
Consequently, due to them being in D.C., a lot of them.
We're hearing that they're trying to encourage more and more people to come down here to put pressure.
The D.C. Correctional Institute to go ahead and release these political prisoners.
They're planning on making it like a block party.
And the more people that have showed up, the more law enforcement that has been showing up trolling around in their little bicycles and making sure that everyone stays where they're supposed to stay and that nobody approaches the detention center.
But right now, what you're seeing behind me is basically a group of several hundred.
Supporters singing, often rocking out to music, giving their testimonies on January 6th about their loved ones that are in jail.
And of course, some of the people that have come out, like Rachel Powell, have spoke out and spoke to the media about their experiences.
And the experiences there don't sound wonderful.
It doesn't sound good.
It doesn't even sound healthy.
And it doesn't sound like a legit system there anymore.
Are we now just putting political prisoners in jail?
And now we can't hold the people that put them in jail wrongfully accountable because they're getting pardons by Joe Biden, you know, and these preemptive pardons because they did wrongdoing.
And that's something we need to take a look at as well.
And I think it's kind of scary, the political climate and how it's gotten, especially on the left where they weaponized the law enforcement and the FBI to go after their political adversaries.
Because that's essentially what this was, was a Bolshevik-style communist plot to go after their political adversaries and use the system to arrest them and put them in jail.
And January 6th was just that.
They went ahead and they used it.
And now Donald Trump was elected, showing that the people's voice is being heard.
And he went and pardoned these individuals.
And now this local Correctional Institute seems to not have any interest in making this happen.
I would say the retribution for the political imprisonment or justice for the January 6th defendants is something that we certainly can deal with in the near future, but we've got to get these people out first.
Are any of the lawyers out there, any of the defendants' attorneys, made any statements?
Just a bunch of activists and or independent media has been making statements.
I didn't hear any statements either from the Freedom Caucus, per se.
But they're feeling that there might be some results.
There's been really no real communication from any of the lawyers at all at this event up to this point.
I've been out here for two days.
I may have missed it because there's a short period of time.
I had to go grab something to eat or charge my batteries here, but I haven't seen any.
But if there is some progress along the way of lawyers and communication there...
Other than what I'm hearing secondhand or thirdhand, there's been no real representatives of these individuals that are in this gulag here, this horrible detention center who are being mistreated.
There's been no word at all, to my knowledge, from any actual reporters that are here.
Well, and I believe that there are even veterans that are still being held in that prison right now.
Veterans, as Donald Trump has put it, they're being held hostage.
I would guess that if they aren't released tonight, which I'm now extremely doubtful of considering the time, but if they're not released tonight, the pressure is going to get really hot because Trump is going to have to say something.
I mean, that's just ridiculous.
Two days after the executive order would be signed that they're still holding them in there.
And so Trump is going to have to say something.
But, you know, the American people, Trump supporters, the other January 6th defendants, the families of these people, their lawyers, they're not going to take this lightly either.
And they're not going to sit here and just be given the silent treatment when their clients, their family, whoever it is, is still being mistreated as a political prisoner behind bars.
They're not going to stand for this.
And I would imagine if they're not released tomorrow, this story is only going to get bigger and it's going to get more attention.
And they're going to have to answer as to why the hell they didn't do what Trump told them to.
Yeah, there's a lot of question on whether or not that this correctional facility in particular in D.C. will be held accountable and if there's a lawsuit that might come across due to their negligence of the January 6th political prisoners that are located at this facility and for them not letting them go.
There's been a lot of talk about, you know, what could they do to go after the January 6th commission.
What can they do to potentially expedite this situation?
They were giving out phone numbers yesterday for local marshals and congressmen and senators, anything they could do to put pressure on this detention center to go ahead and release the January 6th pardoned political prisoners, but they're not getting any results at this time.
Like I mentioned earlier, the Freedom Caucus was here.
And they really didn't seem to make a lot of progress, either to my knowledge.
But there's been continuous word that, yes, they're going to be released today.
It's going to be 3 o'clock, then 4 o'clock.
And it just seems like nobody really knows the right answer.
But my guess is as good as yours, Owen.
I just hope that we can get them out here to their families soon, get them out of this gulag before something maybe potentially bad happens to them or that they're hurt or punished because they're getting out.
And the sentiment of the people in this prison, including some of the law enforcement, when I try to walk in there, they're very non-welcoming.
It's not a welcoming environment.
And everyone that walks into this place looks miserable, like they hate their life.
So I can't imagine that it's a really good environment at all.
I mean, it is a prison.
It is a jail.
But when you're not in there and you're not supposed to be in there and you're getting pardoned, you would think that they'd want to expedite that and try to say, oops, we made a mistake or we got to get you out of here.
But no, they're doubling down.
They're intimidating some of the inmates there from the January 6th event.
And it's unfortunate that our judiciary system and our prison system has come to the point where they're going to go ahead and just try to flex and be an authoritarian at the end of the day and really go ahead and try to punish these January 6ers one last time.
It's a huge psychological, emotional rollercoaster for these individuals.
Imagine being in jail.
Hearing that you're going to be pardoned, and yet you're due to be out immediately.
And here you are a couple days later, and the local security guards are intimidating you, as they've said over the phone while calling out here to speak to the supporters that are here waiting for them to get out.
They have the prisoners inside.
January 6th political prisoners have said that their attorneys have contacted them and said that they are to be pardoned or to be let go, but there has been no date or time on when that is supposed to happen.
In fact, I published some of those conversations on myax.com forward slash Criston T. Harris, where you can actually hear Daniel Ball express and let his father know that he did receive a pardon.
His father and mother broke down in tears out here yesterday.
And there's been other conversations from other inmates as well who have called out here, which also claim to have received pardons and calls from their attorneys, just that we are not, we're not seeing them.
They're not being released and we don't really know why.
Like I mentioned, I don't know if they're stuck in a gray zone because some of these people haven't been prosecuted.
So they're just waiting for them to get the charges dropped.
And or if it is the system being dirty and being withheld, I think that at this point they should have had all the paperwork done, right?
How hard could it be?
And immediately means right now, right?
So if you're being parted immediately, they're disobeying Donald Trump's orders.
And people here are discussing terms like, you know, treason.
Is it treasonous for them not to be following these orders of going ahead and releasing these political prisoners?
You know, so it's...
One of those things where we are just waiting and as things come out, I'll be happy to inform you guys all over there at Infowars.
You guys will be the first to know.
So make sure if you guys want the latest on the January 6th situation out here in D.C. at the Correctional Institute, make sure you guys are glued to the screen at Infowars here because they're going to be the first ones to have it because I'm here on the ground to get it to you guys.
Well, they can try to hide behind some bureaucratic BS, but it's not going to work.
And people should be punished inside the system that are refusing to release.
They should be punished.
But, I mean, here's an idea.
Nearly half of federal employees say they plan to resist Trump's incoming administration, according to a poll.
They polled federal employees, and they resulted that half of them plan to resist.
So, I mean, this could be an example right here.
Oh, we're just going to refuse to release the political prisoners.
We're going to ignore the executive orders.
So, I mean, yeah, is that considered treason?
To not obey the chief executive here?
To not obey the president of the United States?
But there needs to be some fear here.
And it's Trump that can instill that fear.
Again, if they're not released tonight, I want a strong statement tomorrow threatening punishment.
If not just punishing people tomorrow, maybe.
Just come in and just start punishing people tomorrow or investigating because that's ridiculous.
And again, they can try to hide behind some bureaucratic mess, but they are clearly withholding people now against the president's orders, and this story is only going to get bigger the longer they refuse.
First of all, I've been number one in two Fortune 500 companies in sales.
And when I worked in sales and there was a group of employees at a store that was not following suit, what you do is you hold one accountable or you let one go that isn't doing their job and they all step in line.
It's the same thing here.
People need money.
People will do what they're supposed to do if they're held accountable.
And there's a lack of accountability here.
Really, they don't feel the pressure that they might lose their job.
We all need to be fed.
They all want to have work and a job.
If they don't really care about their job, then they're in the wrong business anyways, and they need to be replaced.
There's plenty of people out here that are looking for work, right, Juan?
So I don't think it'll be really hard for Donald Trump to go ahead and put his foot down in that situation.
But I will say that I do hope that things come across peacefully tonight.
There's been some antagonizers out here, obviously, some political adversaries here trying to stir up the nest, per se.
But I think throughout the night, hopefully we get these...
Just remember, change sometimes doesn't come easy.
Donald Trump got into office, and now he's done a whole bunch of stuff that he said he was going to do, which is something that America is not used to.
He got out of the World Health Organization.
He parted the January Sixers.
He's trying to do things and implement change that are painful, and sometimes this is just the clay on the potter's wheel turning into a beautiful piece of artwork.
His fiancée is communicating with the media, and she just sent out this public statement from Jeremy.
Again, being held in the D.C. Gulag against Trump's executive orders.
Jeremy Brown's public statement.
At approximately 12 p.m.
today, January 21st, 2025, I was told by guards I was being released.
I was taken with other January Sixers to be out-processed.
After two hours, having already called my mom and girlfriend who were already outside the jail waiting, I was pulled aside and told I was not being released because of my conviction as the result of the government's illegal search warrant and framing of me.
I was turned back by the U.S. Marshals because of that Florida case.
I had to recall my mom who broke down in tears apologizing to me as if it were her fault.
I'm now back in my original cell, minus five months of my stuff, which was left behind to be scavenged back to zero.
So close, yet so far.
As I told Laura Logan, I will be in here as long as the American people leave me in here.
Please do not leave me in here by allowing this to stand.
And so people understand, before you get released, you basically have to take all of your property and lay it out for the guards to collect.
And then you're supposed to bag it up and put it out in the middle for the guards to collect, and then it sits out there until you're officially released.
But as you can imagine, when your property is sitting out there, it gets picked off by the other prisoners like buzzards or something.
So I've seen that, and my guess is it's...
I mean, his case might be a little different because, as he says, he has a separate case, but that shouldn't be why they're still holding him.
In D.C. and that shouldn't apply to the other prisoners.
So again, they're hiding behind bureaucratic process.
They're just hiding behind bureaucratic paperwork.
It's total BS. And...
What a shame.
This scum.
This political scum.
Release the prisoners.
They're not gonna...
I... I don't think they're going to release him tonight.
It's going to take Trump applying pressure.
He has to send in the U.S. Marshals.
They're not going to release him.
Just disgusting.
Now, Trump is speaking right now.
Trump announces a $500 billion AI infrastructure investment in the United States.
I believe we still have this live, guys.
Is he live right now?
Let's pick up some of this audio.
So he's talking about the Russia-Ukraine war now. .
Okay.
You know what, guys?
Let's just do this, actually.
Because I'm guessing Trump's probably been speaking for a while here.
Yeah.
Why don't we just reset that?
This is Trump today.
I guess technically day two of his presidency.
Already doing long press conferences.
I'm sure taking questions from the press.
That's why he's probably on the Russia-Ukraine war at a...
AI infrastructure announcement.
So why don't we just pick up that audio maybe in its entirety coming up so we don't miss any of the context of it.
We do have a bunch of other news still to cover.
But I'll tell you what.
How could I not?
Hulk Hogan yesterday after the inauguration goes berserk on television.
I was shocked with Larry because I don't even think Larry does this stuff.
You did a very good job for a guy that doesn't do it much, right?
But he's so respected, and the group, and it's really an honor.
But for Larry to be here and do this is very unusual, because he doesn't do this stuff.
He doesn't need it.
And you don't need it, do you?
You don't need it.
But I just think it's an honor to the country.
It's a great honor that this group, these are the top people that they...
They're going to do it, and they're going to do it here, and we're going to make it as easy as it can be.
A $500 million Stargate project comes in addition to a separate pledge between $100 and $200 billion from, as we know, from MASA, that we talked about before.
Also $20 billion from DMACC, which was great.
And we have many others that...
Some, I just say, just announce it.
It's easier.
But with some, I know them, and they're so highly respected, I'd rather do it this way.
Many would like to do it this way, but we're letting the world know what's happening.
This is money that normally would have gone to China or other countries, but in particular, China, in total, before the end of my first full business day in Washington in the White House.
We've already secured nearly $3 trillion of new investments in the United States, and probably that's going to be six or seven by the end of the week.
Tremendous amounts of money are coming in for many things other than even AI. AI seems to be very hot.
It seems to be the thing that a lot of smart people are looking at very strongly.
Our country will be prospering like never before.
I think that's true.
It's going to be the golden age of America.
As I say, yesterday we had the most ambitious, action-oriented day of any administration in history.
There's never been a first day like yesterday, as you know.
I signed a sweeping slate of executive orders to stop the invasion of our borders.
I launched a government-wide effort to defeat inflation and bring down the cost of daily life and bring down the cost of energy, magnificently bring it down.
And when energy comes down, Larry, I'd say generally speaking, when energy comes down, everything else comes down.
The prices of food and the prices of everything else come down.
Energy is the big...
That's the big baby.
And we declared a national energy emergency to drill baby drill, our term that we use.
We're going to drill baby drill like never before.
We ended destructive DEI mandates across the federal government and returned our country to...
A merit-based system and a common sense system.
As you know, the Supreme Court gave us a decision on merit, where things in this country can be based on merit now instead of a lot of different rules, regulations, and things that really put our country at a big disadvantage.
We permanently stopped government censorship and restored free speech.
That was signed yesterday.
We renamed the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America.
Sounds so beautiful, the Gulf of America, and returned the name of a great president, William McKinley, to Mount McKinley.
They took off the name.
And he was actually a great president.
He was a very, very successful businessman.
He ran for governor of Ohio.
He won and did a great job as governor, ran for president, and he won.
He was assassinated, ultimately, in his second term, unfortunately.
But he was the tariff king, and he...
I don't think he was as bad as I am.
I think I believe in him even more than him, but he believed in him very strongly.
And he raised massive amounts of money.
Our country was at its richest.
From 1870 to 1913, we had the most...
That was when we were the richest, relatively speaking.
We were the richest during that period of time.
That was tariffs from other countries.
And our administration's moving with unprecedented urgency and speed to confront every single crisis facing us, and we'll get the job done.
And again, I want to thank Sam and Masa and Larry for being here.
And you go also take a look at Minneapolis, because I was there, and I watched it, and if I didn't bring in the National Guard, that city wouldn't even exist today.
People were killed, and...
Nobody went to jail.
So these people have already served a long period of time, and I made a decision to give a pardon.
Joe Biden gave a pardon yesterday to a lot of criminals.
These are criminals that he gave a pardon to.
And you should be asking that question.
Why did he give a pardon to all of these people that committed crimes?
Why did he give a pardon to the J6 Unselect Committee when they burned and destroyed all documents?
Which showed that they did what was wrong, not me.
Wait a minute.
Wait a minute.
Why did they give a pardon to all of his relatives, his brother, who made millions of dollars, to all these different people?
He gave pardons.
That's the question you should be answering.
All right, go ahead.
unidentified
Yeah, please.
Go ahead.
Tell us about your meeting with Speaker Johnson, Senator Thune.
Biden and his family, obviously well aware of this, had to pardon, Biden had to pardon his family because this was all coming out and maybe there are criminal charges waiting.
Maybe there are criminal charges pending.
So, yeah, it's basically an admission of guilt and it just shows how pathetic the American media is.
They will never, they will never cover what actually happened.
They will never cover what actually happened.
Even though there's all the evidence.
This isn't that pencil-neck freak Adam Schiff going up there and lying to the American people about, I have the evidence of Trump-Russia collusion.
He never did.
He's a liar.
No, this is Joe Biden getting 10% of foreign payments coming in from his son, from his brother.
Their spouses were getting money as well.
They were all making millions of dollars selling political access and influence to Joe.
And it's all on record.
And more that we haven't even seen yet.
So he had to pardon them.
And it's an obvious admission of guilt.
And I can even go back and I've got the clip and maybe we'll play it later on.
In 2020, the Democrats were all freaking out.
That Trump was going to issue preemptive pardons.
Now, of course, he didn't do it.
But they were all screaming about preemptive pardons and how bad Trump would be if he did preemptive pardons.
But now they're all quiet when Joe Biden does it.
And they even said the preemptive pardon is an admission of guilt.
So maybe we'll cover that.
But understand, the Biden crime family was caught.
Maybe they were likely to get charged or go to prison.
And so Biden preemptively pardoned them knowing it was all about to come out.
Totally caught.
Joe Biden sold this country out.
His family got rich doing it.
I mean, this is one of the biggest scandals in U.S. history.
He was the president of the United States.
He was the vice president for eight years.
He sold this country out to foreign nations, and his family made millions of dollars.
And the traitorous American media is covering it up like they've been doing.
For years.
Unbelievable.
But hey, guess what?
Guess what?
Maybe they don't see the inside of a jail cell.
They're going to be called up for congressional testimony.
And they'll have to sit there with the evidence right there, with their own bank accounts, with their own signatures, with the wire transfers, everything.
All for the American people to see.
Oh, will the corrupt establishment media even cover it?
It won't even matter anymore.
And that'll be the major moment.
When this all goes down and the Biden crime family gets exposed for the entire country to see, that will be the death of the American media.
Because they won't cover it, they'll defend the Bidens, and they'll attack Donald Trump.
And everybody will see.
If you have any honesty, any integrity left in your body at all, and you see how Joe Biden sold this country out, I don't care how loyal to the Democrats you are.
I don't care how dyed-in-the-wool liberal you are.
That will be the moment for the liberal media.
That will be the moment for the Democrat Party voter.
If you do not recognize how you've been deceived and how Joe Biden is a traitor to this country and the media is right there along with him, you're gone.
You have no integrity left.
You have no honesty left.
You don't have any brain cells to rub together.
You do not even care.
You are propagandized into oblivion.
But that's what will happen.
And that's why Joe Biden pardoned him.
By the way, he also pardoned Anthony Fauci.
Why would he do that?
Why would Joe Biden pardon Anthony Fauci?
I don't know, because Elon Musk says prosecute Anthony Fauci and Elon Musk is in Donald Trump's right ear?
All day long?
I don't know, because RFK Jr. wrote the book about what a sick, maniacal freak Anthony Fauci is?
And he's going to be in the incoming administration?
They have been on the phone, Fauci begging Joe Biden for a pardon, afraid he's going to prison.
Because he's guilty.
The Biden crime family.
On the phone, begging Joe Biden, saying, you don't want to see us in prison, do you?
They've got the receipts.
They know that you sold this country out.
They know we all made millions.
Pardon us.
I would say it's all going to come out.
It's all already out.
Now it just...
Now is when the chickens come home to roost, as they say.
But let's just do this.
And maybe we'll go back to that press conference in a minute here.
But here we go.
Let's see if this...
Plays in the year 2025 as it did in the year 2020. Here is a three-minute compilation of the propaganda liberal Democrat media saying a preemptive pardon means you're guilty.
I haven't heard that yet since Joe Biden's last-minute pardon, but here it is, clip 18. Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was innocent of all crime?
unidentified
Who's just an innocent person?
Have you ever heard of that, just somebody getting a blanket pardon and they're an innocent person?
But no, it's the president's own family.
It's people that have been covering up for the president in addition to his own family.
Is there an innocent explanation for someone to seek preemptive pardons for family members?
Would you do that?
If you knew you were innocent and just worried The answer to that is going to be no.
If you haven't done anything wrong, you sit there and go, what do you need a preemptive pardon for?
If he pardons people preemptively, he's essentially telling the public that these people have committed crimes.
And we may not be aware of what they are, but the pardon is clear evidence that crimes have been committed.
I imagine if he decides to issue these preemptive pardons, it will be cast in a way that he is...
Protecting his family and protecting their reputations from, you know, villainous exterior forces that are against him.
First off, we should just take a deep breath and acknowledge the audacity of a president who's so clearly concerned about his own criminal culpability and that of his family members that pardons are a major obsession with him.
The idea of a kind of prospective pardon, this sort of...
Permanent federal get-out-of-jail-free card.
That seems to be what we're talking about in the case of this, right, with Giuliani and his three eldest children who, as far as we know, have not been convicted of a crime.
Maybe they've committed a lot.
And they don't want to face action.
I don't know.
It's weird.
I wouldn't ask for a pardon.
I don't think I deserve one because I don't think I've done anything criminal.
But, like, where does that come from, that concept that you can just kind of wave your magic pardon wand?
unidentified
We have Tish James.
We have Xavier Prezera.
Mimi Rocha is literally my DA in my town.
There will be opportunities to prosecute these people regardless if they abuse the pardon power as they are thinking.
Hopefully, Ellie, there will be a skyfall on this entire crime family, and there will be another day for them to die.
The president does indeed pardon, let's say, Rudy Giuliani or any members of his family.
Would you see that, and I asked Pete Ferrara this question, as essentially an admission of guilt?
I certainly would view it that way.
I think millions of Americans would view it that way.
If there was no belief in criminality, why would he?
I think a pardon was necessary.
CNN has learned President Biden will pardon his son, Hunter Biden.
Won't be any compilations of the same people saying the exact same thing about Joe Biden who actually did the preemptive pardons.
The real crime family.
But it's...
Don't worry.
Don't worry.
They'll have their day.
I believe it.
I don't think the Judiciary Committee and the Oversight Committee is going to let this one go.
And then they shouldn't.
The American people need to know beyond a reasonable doubt what a traitor Joe Biden was.
And everybody in his family that got rich.
And why he did the preemptive pardons.
Everybody in the country needs to know.
Let's really seal Joe Biden's legacy as president with that.
All right, let's go just quickly here back to that Trump press conference, and we'll move on to the rest of the news here coming up in the final segment.
What I really want to have done, I was talking about this with the guys back in the Oval Office.
Los Angeles has massive amounts of water available to it.
All they have to do is turn the valve, and that's the valve coming back from and down from the Pacific Northwest, where millions of gallons of water a week and a day even, in many cases, pours into California, goes all through California down to Los Angeles, and they turned it off.
We got big news out of Los Angeles regarding those wildfires coming up in the next segment.
There were some other fiery moments from this press conference where Trump was smacking down the disrespectful media.
So, I mean, it's back.
Trump is back.
And I expect nothing less.
This is what a real president looks like, sounds like.
This is what a real chief executive looks like and sounds like.
We got none of this from Biden in four years.
Not even one time from Sleepy Joe.
All right, last segment here, the Infowars war room.
We got a lot to cover yet.
We're going to try to get it all done.
Maybe we'll have some bonus time to go back to Trump's press conference because I know there were some fiery moments with him in the media, him slapping them down.
That'll be fun.
That'll be fun if we have time for that.
If not, maybe we'll revisit that tomorrow.

They knew it all along, what they needed to do to prevent wildfires in Los Angeles, and they didn't do it.
They were warned multiple times.
They were warned by Trump multiple times.
They were warned even by their police chief multiple times.
And by the way, now they're trying to put all the blame on her.
And look, you can have your problems with the diversity, equity, and inclusion crap, and you can have your problems because she promotes, you know, oh, we need more lesbians or whatever in the fire department.
But she did warn multiple times.
On official letterhead, her signature and everything, she said, we are not prepared for wildfires.
Your budget cuts and your firing of firefighters and everything has put this city at a great risk.
So she's on record warning that this would happen.
She got ignored.
The point is they all knew it.
Well, today, Mayor Karen Bass released an emergency order.
Ahead of possible rain, Mayor Bass issues emergency order to shore up burn areas and protect watershed and beaches from hazardous runoff.
So guess what they're doing now?
By the way, while there are more wildfires starting up every day, guess what they're doing now?
They are redirecting the water to the reservoirs, which should have been done forever ago.
Now they're actually deciding to utilize their water resources for the city, not dumping it into the ocean.
They are finally raking the forests.
They are finally clearing up the debris.
They are finally doing fire breaks.
All of it.
She just released it today.
They're going to capture the storm water.
They're going to capture the water coming from the north.
They're going to stop redirecting the water to the ocean.
They're going to finally do everything that they need to do to stop all these wildfires.
And all it took was the whole frickin' city to burn to the ground for them to do it.
Unbelievable.
And, of course, she's doing a victory lap like she's a hero because of all of this when she should have done this when she got elected.
But she's too stupid.
Isn't she?
Karen Bass is too stupid.
Worst mayor in the history of Los Angeles.
A true moron.
As if L.A. officials don't have enough on their plates, they have another problem.
Arsonists.
Yeah, what about all the arsonists and all the arson burning the city to the ground, too?
They don't really like to talk about that because they want you to think it's global warming.
And they're really in between a rock and a hard place here because they'd love to blame the arsonists to take the blame off of themselves and their own dereliction of duty and their criminal negligence.
But they can't blame the arsonists because that would go against their larger agenda of conquering this country with the...
Climate change bullcrap and betting your future on a false paradigm of man-made climate change.
So they can't do that.
But imagine that all it took was the whole city to be burned to the ground.
We still don't even know what the damage is because the firefighters are still trying to put out fires that are starting every day.
And now they decide to do what should have been done.
After the 2017 wildfires, Trump went there and warned them multiple times, and they didn't do it.
And now they're doing it, and they're glad-handing each other and celebrating as if their heroes are finally doing this stuff, which is just common-sense stuff that should have been done.
So, unbelievable.
So they admit it.
Trump was right about everything.
And her new emergency order proves it.
Trump was right about the back burning, the fire breaks, the debris raking the forest.
The diverting of water?
Trump was right about every single thing.
And that stupid clown mayor is celebrating like she's the hero for issuing this emergency order years too late.
Years too late.
Boy, oh boy.
You know, I've got these clips.
I'm sure everybody saw the Elon Musk salute.
Which, was he trolling when he did it?
Or did, if you hear him talk, the context is he says, I'm taking my heart and I'm giving it to all of you.
So, I mean, he does kind of do it like he's throwing his heart to the people, but, you know, then, of course, they're going to call it a Nazi salute.
They can't help themselves.
I mean, even this was in the Harvard Political Review last night.
The Harvard Political Review published this.
Trump's rhetoric echoes Hitler.
They just can't stop themselves.
They just can't help themselves.
Doesn't really work anymore.
So, I was going to play the whole Elon Musk speech, because it was a great speech, but, I mean, let's go to some of Elon's speech.
Let's go to some of Elon's speech, and then you can see this delusional Democrat Senator, Chris Murphy.
Everybody's Hitler.
Everybody's Hitler.
But here's Elon's, it was really a great speech in clip 12. I think he's having fun.
He's just glad that the government's going to get off his back so he can try to land a rocket on Mars and create a new industry of rocket travel.
You know, let me just explain something here real quick.
Because, you know, sometimes this is a role I need to fill of communicator.
What is he talking about?
The future of civilization, the future of humanity.
What is he talking about?
Because it's a bit of a long-winded, complex thing that he's just sitting there saying it in so many words, but people need to understand.
Because Musk sees it, Trump sees it, most people see it.
All of these different schemes to create a corporate world government have the same ends, which is the individual no longer matters.
The individual no longer has any rights to freedom or prosperity or to live their life as they see fit.
Self-government would be dead.
And in the process of that, dreamers, innovators get crushed.
So Musk has his own worldview with his own dreams.
And he, whether you agree with it or like it or even think it's possible, he wants to colonize Mars.
He wants to put a man on Mars.
He wants to build rocket ships that can go back and forth from Mars and land and get reused.
He wants to create intercontinental rocket travel.
And he wants to actually build into a future like we used to see in the movies.
All these different futurism movies.
It's kind of like...
If you've ever seen the movie Tomorrowland, it's kind of like the premise of Tomorrowland.
And so he sees that we go one of two ways.
We either go into the desolate, dark future of the corporate world government and the end of free humanity, the end of prosperous humanity, the end of self-government, where your whole life is rationed, every decision is made for you before you're even born, or...
You create freedom worldwide, prosperity worldwide, America worldwide.
The Bill of Rights, the Constitution, 1776. So that's the concept at play here.
What is stopping man-made climate change really about?
It's about making you a corporate world government slave under the delusion that somehow your existence is poison, that somehow your existence, you're a cockroach and you need to be put out.
And you, wanting to have kids, or wanting to build, or wanting to travel, you're the problem.
That's the concept that we're dealing with here.
And so they just get that, and they know, okay, now we can choose a different path.
Now we can choose a different path.
And we did.
And that's why we voted for Donald Trump.
All right, let's go back to the speech. - Mars!
unidentified
I mean, can you imagine how awesome it will be to have American astronauts plant the flag on another planet for the first time? can you imagine how awesome it will be to have Bam!
Bam!
Yeah!
How inspiring would that be?
You know...
There's always problems in life.
You know, this problem solved that problem solved that problem.
I was not at the rally, but I can tell you I've been at many rallies with Elon Musk, who loves to cheer when President Trump says we need to send, you know, our U.S. space program to Mars.
Elon Musk is a visionary.
I'm looking forward to his work in DOGE, the Department of Government Efficiency, and look forward to looking how we can be more efficient and effective.
So, yeah, he just couldn't help himself to bring it up at Elise Stefanik's hearing today.
But even the ADL, even the ADL came out and made a public statement saying he didn't Heil Hitler.
So even the ADL that hates Elon Musk and hates America, even the ADL came out and said, no, it wasn't a Heil Hitler.
See, this is where they want to take the rhetoric.
This is where they want to take the conversation.
This is where they want to take the future.
It's downgraded.
It's degenerated.
It's worthless conversation, worthless political discourse like that.
And that's why the Democrat Party must be ended as a political institution.
That's why the Democrat Party can never be anywhere near power ever again.
And it's not going to happen in the next four years.
I think the 2028 election will probably be the determining factor.
And maybe the midterms throughout.
But the Democrat Party just needs to end.
And then you'll basically have a Republican Party that kind of splits into two different parties on other issues like immigration, H-1B visas, foreign aid, stuff like that.
But the Democrat Party institutionally has to die.
The Democrat Party cannot be near political power ever again.
It has to be gone.
It can no longer exist.
And then you can actually have real debates and real discourse that's not just watering everything down to, my opposition is Hitler.
Which is all you get from these scumbags.
Alright.
We talked about the cabinet picks coming up.
Like I said, I think everybody's going to get through quite easily.
It looks like the Republicans will rally around everybody.
Except...
Pete Hegseth.
They're still attacking and coming after Hegseth.
So that's going to be the one to watch.
These Democrat-run states and cities are going to be doing everything they can to try to stop Trump's agenda.
Well, again, it's sad, but maybe that'll be the undoing of the Democrat Party, hopefully, at the local level.
Chicago deportation plans.
Federal authorities have identified dozens of targets for deportations in Chicago area.
So as this happens, The Democrats are already organizing protest groups, and they have leakers on the inside, and they're going to find out where and when the deportations are going to happen, and you're going to have this standoff with Democrat activists in protest groups as the feds are trying to do these deportations.
Now, the Democrats themselves at the political level might back off, and they'll just leave it to these activists, but...
I don't know.
They might try to get their hands dirty in some of these situations, like the Denver mayor who says, I'll be there.
I'll stop them with my bare hands.
I'll go to jail if I have to.
Well, we'll see about that.
Trump goes toe-to-toe with sanctuary cities over deportation as illegal immigration crackdowns set to begin.
Chicago and San Diego have said that they will not cooperate with federal immigration authorities as Trump begins his presidency.
So, not cooperating might not...
But don't worry.
The Democrats will have their massive infrastructure of protesters and activists there ready to go.
But it's quite simple if you want to get the Democrats out of your way.
As the great Stephen Miller puts it, Trump immigration advisor Stephen Miller urges House Republicans to cut funding for sanctuary cities and states like New York to beef up border security.
It's very simple.
Let's use the power of the purse, something Mike Johnson apparently has no idea how to do.
We'll see if he wants to do it now.
Use the power of the purse to crush the Democrats.
It's really that easy.
They need that money.
They need daddy's money.
They need big brother's money.
They need to steal your money for their agenda.
You cut the federal funding to these sanctuary states, sanctuary cities, they will grovel and get on their knees because their states will be crushed without it.
They run at a deficit.
They are broke.
These states and cities are broke.
They are beyond out of money.
They're in debt.
And if they don't get that federal funding, they're crushed.
And all their different programs and all their different agendas and everything else will go broke.
So they'll be forced to capitulate.
Which I see a lot of that going on, by the way.
Trump claims Tim Cook has committed Apple to a massive U.S. investment.
Are they going to start building Apple products?
In the United States, he did mention some of this today at the press conference.
Incoming president says he has met with Apple CEO Tim Cook, who reportedly committed the company to greatly increased investment in the United States.
Ahead of the inauguration ceremony, Trump held a victory rally in which he talked of business leaders promising to invest in the United States.
He named SoftBank, Damek, and Apple.
So that would be huge to bring...
Manufacturing back.
These are American companies.
Apple is an American company.
Well, you might argue with what they've done recently, but started in America.
Apple is an American company.
It should manufacture and produce its products in America.
Nike is an American company.
It should produce and manufacture its products in America.
Shouldn't be that hard to ask.
And everybody can win.
Everybody can win here.
Apple comes to the table and says, well, we'd like to produce in America, but you got these corporate taxes, you got these regulations.
So you say, oh, okay, well, why don't you tell us the regulations and why don't you tell us the corporate taxes here and show us the issue and let's see what we need to do to make it worth manufacturing in America again.
And they say, okay, here's this.
And Trump says, okay, slashing it.
Done.
That regulation that you don't have in China, this, that, corporate tax you don't have in China, we're slashing it.
So Joe Rogan just put to bed the huge controversy online, particularly on X, I mean, trending some days, that I have been replaced by a clone.
