The silent majority is no longer silent.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroyer.
owen shroyer
Please stand by for further details.
unidentified
We return you now to your regularly scheduled program.
owen shroyer
Ladies and gentlemen, it is Monday, December 2024. Yes, you heard that right.
It is December.
Hard to believe it.
It's already December.
The year has certainly flown by, and I'm sure this month will as well.
And the Infowars War Room is live yet again from the Infowars World Headquarters in Austin, Texas.
And we haven't been live since Wednesday.
So you can imagine how much news we have today.
I mean, just...
The whole desk covered in news.
We've got updates on Donald Trump's next administration.
There were some nominees over the Thanksgiving break.
We'll be telling you all about them.
Some good news.
Some really good news.
And then some bad news.
So we'll give you the updates there.
As well as some developments in the Department of Government Efficiency Front.
We'll be following every move, every statement, every comment.
Of course, the big story today that everybody's talking about is the pardon of Hunter Biden.
But while people are focused on the aspect of, oh, they said they wouldn't pardon him.
Oh, Joe Biden lied.
Karine Jean-Pierre lied.
The media got it wrong.
And so forth and so on.
Well, why did Joe have to pardon his son?
It's because it's his son and he wanted to do him a favor?
He's a loving, caring father, as they all say.
Is that what it is?
Or is there something else going on?
Is there another reason why Joe had to pardon Hunter in a blanket pardon that is really unprecedented in U.S. history?
Why?
Why did he have to do that?
Well, we'll tell you why.
We'll tell you why.
Of course, if you're tuned into this, you might know why, but the story isn't really getting covered.
The focus needs not to be on, oh, he lied.
Oh, let's laugh at the media getting it wrong.
Let's laugh at Karine Jean-Pierre carrying water for the lying Biden crime family.
No, that's not really the story, though, is it?
That's kind of some nice fluff that we can laugh about and cut some nice clips of and maybe they go viral, but that's not the real story.
And of course, you listening to this, if you were guilty of those crimes, well, you'd be not listening to this because you'd be in prison.
We've got a bunch of geopolitical news.
Lots of developments in the geopolitical world.
Daniel Penney One many of you as a hero for stopping a vagrant, a psychotic even, on the New York City subway is in court awaiting the decision in his trial.
We'll be telling you all about that.
And then we got guests coming up in studio with some big breaking border news.
Some exclusive information as well.
And then we've got a guest in the third hour.
That's in the second hour in studio.
And then we have a guest in the third hour.
The select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic has just released their final document in the House of Representatives.
And, of course, we had it all right all along.
All right, all along.
Next year's news today.
That's InfoWars.
This is the InfoWars War Room.
We kick it off on the other side.
Still counting down the days till Inauguration Day.
48 days, 19 hours, and 53 minutes.
Counting down to the inauguration of Donald Trump.
The 20th of January, 2025. Still about a month and a half left.
Of what is likely to go down as the worst presidential administration of all time.
And that, of course, is the Joe Biden administration.
What will the history books say as we turn the page on another chapter today?
And that is the pardoning of Hunter Biden.
If you or I committed these crimes, of course, we would be in prison.
The tax evasion.
In fact...
I didn't even plan on covering this today, but I mean...
I got my annual letter from the IRS telling me I owe them money today.
Of course I don't.
I pay all my taxes.
It's kind of embarrassing to admit, but I do pay all my taxes.
But they're coming after me again, claiming I owe them a bunch of money that I don't.
So, gotta get lawyers involved again to go after the IRS in my defense.
It's fine.
It's fine.
So I pay all my taxes and I have to deal with the IRS. But Hunter Biden gets pardoned.
And then the party of Common Sense Gun Control...
And red flag laws and everything else.
Oh, but Hunter Biden with the guns and Hunter Biden ditching the guns, that's no problem.
But see, this is all surface level stuff.
This is all the stuff we know about.
What about the White House cocaine?
What about the Biden crime family and the money trail and the rat holes and the 10% for the big guy?
Ah.
So why did Joe Biden have to give an unprecedented, never-before-seen pardon to his son, Hunter?
Because, ladies and gentlemen, the crimes potentially committed by Hunter Biden could circle all the way back to Joe Biden, and likely would.
Now, do you think it's a coincidence that this happens after Thanksgiving?
Or maybe?
Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, sitting at the Thanksgiving table.
Hunter makes a couple of remarks about his case coming up and how it could be bad news for Joe Biden.
Joe says, hey, hold on a second, Hunter.
Excuse us, excuse us.
Hunter, come to the next room with me.
Why you got to do this at Thanksgiving dinner?
Well, gee, Dad, don't know when I'm going to see you again.
You're about to head to Africa.
You know, your health is questionable, too, and I'm sitting here facing jail time with some serious charges, and You know, some of this stuff might lead back to you.
In fact, I might even feel inclined to make sure it does.
Oh, come on.
Come on, man.
Come on.
What you saying?
What you saying, son?
Well, pops, you better give me that pardon or I'll be warming your prison cot right next to mine.
unidentified
Get it?
owen shroyer
Just hypothetically, maybe that's how it all went down after Thanksgiving in the Biden crime family house.
But of course, that's what this is all really about, isn't it?
So the official statement, and again, this is unprecedented, we're talking about crimes he hasn't even been charged with.
A full and unconditional pardon from Joe Biden to Robert Hunter Biden for those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024. May have committed or taken part in.
What could he possibly be talking about there?
Now, 2014 is significant because when you look at the emails and the text messages and the communications with Ukraine, China, Russia, with Hunter Biden and his business partners, all that seems to come to fruition in 2014. The famous Council on Foreign Relations statement from Joe Biden...
That's all beginning in 2014. Biden's final years as the vice president under Barack Obama.
So is that why Joe Biden says may have committed or taken part in leading back to January 2014?
Obviously, that's why.
Obviously, that's what this pardon is about.
Think about all the potential crimes on that laptop.
Think about all the potential crimes involving Joe Biden and the rest of the Biden crime family.
That's what this pardon is really all about.
We may find out in the near future, let's say within a year or two, can this pardon even hold up?
Hasn't been charged with a crime.
A blanket pardon.
Now, think about how crazy that is.
Well, what if, hypothetically speaking, and I'm not even saying this happened, I think Hunter Biden pays his hookers well, but what if Hunter was charged with rape?
Does that count?
Say video evidence, really strong evidence, comes out.
Woman charges him with rape.
Does that count?
Is that a blanket pardon?
unidentified
Nope.
owen shroyer
Can't.
Nope.
No good.
Did he pardon him for rape?
So no, this is about Joe Biden protecting his own ass, likely being blackmailed or threatened even over Thanksgiving dinner because Hunter didn't want to go to jail.
And the crimes committed by Hunter, maybe this is why he wasn't paying taxes on the money coming in from foreign countries.
It all leads right back to the big guy.
Even Politico admitting, haven't seen a pardon as sweeping as Biden's.
Unprecedented, extraordinary political act with extraordinary legal breadth.
And maybe it'll even be tested.
So the oversight committee in the House comes out and re-releases their evidence and The Biden's influence peddling timeline.
And, of course, they put out a video documenting all of this as well.
Yeah, go ahead and put that on the screen.
you You know, with the Chinese nationals.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, and see when that date starts right there?
See that date right there?
Yeah, guys, actually, let's just start it at the top if we can.
Okay, yeah.
Oh, oh, oh, 2014. There might have been dealings before 2014. What about 2000?
Oh, he's making deals with the Chinese, the Kazakhstanis, the Russians.
The Russians.
unidentified
The dirty Ruskies.
owen shroyer
Ukraine.
All there in 2014. What if Biden screwed up, though?
He should have included 2013. 2013. Maybe even before that.
Romania, China, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia.
And this report goes all the way back in detail to November 2013. And of course you have the Biden- Business partners, Tony Bobulinski, Devin Archer, who have both said what was going on.
Is treason a pardonable offense?
Just questions.
But see...
What is the meaning of all this now?
Will the House Oversight Committee move against the Biden crime family?
They already waited this long.
Why would they do anything now?
Biden lost the election, so is it...
Well, the Democrats lost.
Biden's dropped out.
So what are they really afraid of?
Well, they're afraid of justice, ladies and gentlemen.
They're afraid of justice.
And they fear justice...
Could finally be coming from the Biden crime family once Trump gets into the White House.
But the legal ramifications of this could still be tested.
They could still be tested.
unidentified
And...
owen shroyer
I mean...
You should test...
You should test the legal strength of these pardons.
Or this pardon.
And you should also reinvestigate all of this, probably have more hearings and have grand juries and file charges.
I mean, the stuff on the laptop, the foreign payments, the 10% for the big guy, this is ridiculous.
Biden didn't pardon himself.
He didn't pardon the rest of the Biden family.
We've been told at least six members of the Biden crime family are taking these payments.
So that's what this pardon is really about.
Now, I've got all the clips and compilations of them saying he'll never pardon him.
And, you know, Joe Biden saying no one is above the law here.
He's now getting community noted.
The ex-community notes saying, oh, except Hunter Biden because you pardoned him.
You got CNN analysts like John Harwood.
People who insist Biden will pardon Hunter after specifically ruling it out are telling on themselves.
They can't imagine someone acting on principle and keeping his word.
Yeah, he said that in June.
The CNN Wall Street Journal liberal John Harwood.
Oh.
Yeah, Joe Biden acting on principle.
unidentified
Hmm.
owen shroyer
Keeping his word, huh?
How's that crow taste?
You gonna wipe that egg off your forehead?
So I could play the clips.
Got clips for days.
Democrats in Congress, the mainstream media, Kareem Jean-Pierre, Joe Biden himself.
There will be no pardon.
I mean, do you just want to get a little taste?
I mean, we got them.
We might as well just give you a taste.
Oh my gosh.
Go ahead and go to...
Clip one.
Go to clip one first.
unidentified
No one is above the law.
alex jones
Nobody is above the law.
unidentified
No one is above the law.
owen shroyer
No one is above the law.
unidentified
Nobody is above the law.
No one is above the law.
owen shroyer
Except Hunter Biden with his white privilege.
Or is that liberal privilege?
Or is that Democrat privilege?
Or is that Biden privilege?
Oh, son of a bitch.
unidentified
So I've answered this question before.
It was asked of me not too long ago, a couple of weeks ago.
And I was very clear and I said no.
Let me go back to the first question of the briefing.
I know you said not a lot has changed since yesterday and that it's a personal matter, but from a presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?
No.
You've also said several times that the president would not pardon or commute the sentence for his son, Hunter.
I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.
The president's saying it would not.
It's still a no.
Always an email.
It's still a no.
It will be a no.
It is a no.
And I don't have anything else to add.
Will he pardon his son?
No.
On this monumentous day in American history, we are sending the message...
Under the Biden administration, nobody is above the law.
Who's that crackhead?
Oh, that's nobody.
I'm nobody.
I'm nobody.
owen shroyer
Stabbers.
unidentified
I'm nobody.
I'm nobody!
owen shroyer
First Amendment violators.
unidentified
You're under arrest.
Oh, whoops.
Guess I'm somebody.
Because nobody is above the law, we'll make sure somebody gets punished.
I'm somebody.
I'm somebody.
But in my country, nobody could get away with anything.
Biden 2024. Justice for nobody.
owen shroyer
From the great freedom tunes there.
I've got a 10-minute clip.
Again, it's not the story.
It's fun.
It goes viral.
The real story is, why is Joe Biden getting paid by multiple foreign countries?
And that's why he pardoned Hunter, because Hunter threatened to expose the whole thing, or it was all going to come out in the tax evasion case.
That's the story.
Not the Democrats lying.
Now, is there an impact on the American people?
That will impact maybe, say, a midterm election coming up?
Oh, gee, the Democrats lied again.
Well, if you haven't figured that out by now, I don't really know if this changes anything for you.
Most people are tuned out to political media after an election anyway, over a holiday as well.
Why do you think he did it over a holiday right after the election?
But Speaker Mike Johnson has something to say.
Speaker Johnson says, By the Bidens and their use and abuse of it.
Real reform cannot begin soon enough.
Well, gee, if only Mike Johnson was in Congress.
You know, that'd be great.
If only Mike Johnson was the Speaker of the House and really had some power behind a gavel.
Oh, that's right.
He is.
Aren't you sick of this?
The Biden family committed serious crimes.
Then do something about it!
You bum?
So Donald Trump weighs in.
unidentified
Thank you.
owen shroyer
Does the pardon given by Joe Biden to Hunter Biden include the January 6th hostages who have now been imprisoned for years?
Such an abuse and miscarriage of justice.
I mean, how can you not want blanket pardons now?
How can you not say throw the book out when it goes to the case-by-case and just blanket pardon?
Because this is outrageous.
Now, what was that that you guys had on the screen there with Mike Johnson?
Was that a new clip?
Let's go ahead then and listen to...
Oh, it isn't new.
Oh, oh, oh!
Well, that's even better!
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, we don't need to download it.
Put it back up for a second.
unidentified
Yeah.
owen shroyer
I'm sick of this lip service from Mike Johnson.
This was back in October last year.
Oh, we're going to subpoena Hunter Biden.
We're going to move aggressively to address the Biden family corruption.
And what did they do?
They did nothing, and now Hunter Biden is pardoned.
Now there's certainly still windows of opportunity to go after the Biden crime family.
Maybe still through Hunter.
Maybe through Joe.
Maybe through Joe's brother.
Maybe through the other family members that were getting paid.
Certainly there's still a window of opportunity there.
But do you think these Republicans are going to do anything?
Do you think Mike Johnson is going to do anything?
He's been talking about it for years.
They've all been talking about it for years.
They literally put together a spreadsheet of the millions of dollars coming in from foreign countries and going to the Bidens and did nothing!
And then I'm sitting here watching the media landscape all day, watching everybody posting their clips on X and the compilations on X, and I'm sitting here banging my head against the table.
He's covering up his own crimes!
Biden was committing the crimes when he was vice president.
Hunter Biden was his rat hole, along with his brother Jim.
And you think the story is, oh look, Karin Jean-Pierre lied.
Oh look, the liberal media got it wrong.
unidentified
And then we all have a good laugh.
owen shroyer
That's not going to impact jack crap.
Oh, but we're all having a good laugh.
Oh, this will expose the Democrats.
Finally, people will realize they're lying.
Oh, that's fun.
How about we expose the Biden crime family selling the country out for millions of dollars?
How about that one?
I'll take that one, please.
Well, maybe the new FBI director will have something to say about that, Kash Patel.
We'll be talking about that.
But let's just have a quick laugh.
Hey, hey, hey.
Don't say Joe Biden lied about it, alright?
Just don't say that.
We gotta have narrative control here, says Whoopi Goldberg on The View.
A very trustworthy source of information.
unidentified
Clip 7. I respect it as a parent.
I understand why he would do it.
But I wonder to understand, why lie about it for so long?
I'd stop calling it a lie.
breanna morello
Why repeatedly say you're not going to and you do?
unidentified
And secondarily, for the part of this country, half of it that- That's good.
owen shroyer
Don't call it a lie.
It's a lie.
Yeah, but just don't call it a lie.
By the way, before they took off for Africa, Don't call it a lie.
The White House is making a public statement saying, well, he wasn't lying.
He just decided to do it over Thanksgiving.
Okay, so you have one or two options.
Either he did lie the whole time, which is true, and or he got blackmailed by Hunter Biden over Thanksgiving, which is probably also true.
I'd say they're both true.
I won't, oh, you don't call him a liar.
But he lied.
He said he would not do it and then he did it.
Don't call him a liar.
You never call a Democrat a liar.
Never.
They're never lying to you.
They either misrepresented or forgot the facts or it was taken out of context.
You never call them a liar.
But if Donald Trump tells the truth, then he's a liar.
That's liberal logic.
unidentified
Is the president of the United States above the law?
Bye.
No person is above the law.
No one is above the law, not even the President of the United States.
No one is above the law, not even the President of the United States.
This President believes he is above the law.
And no one, not even the President, should be above the law.
No one is above the law, and certainly not the President.
Oh my God!
Again, I'll repeat, no one, not even the President, is above the law.
owen shroyer
Oh my god, do you know what this means?
unidentified
We finally got him!
owen shroyer
We have a president who believes he is above the law.
unidentified
No person is above the law.
Nobody's above the law.
We don't believe that anybody should be above the law.
breanna morello
He is not, as some people have tried to suggest, above the law.
unidentified
The president is declaring himself above the law.
No one, not even the president of the United States, He's above the law.
Donald Trump has tried to put himself above the law.
And that's not how it works.
That's not how any of this works.
You are above the law.
In my view, there is nothing more dangerous than an unethical president who believes they are above the law.
You guys think you're above the law?
No.
These are felony crimes in New York State, no matter who you are.
No one is above the law.
Nobody is above the law.
We must ensure that no one is above the law.
I mean, dear God, this guy cannot in any way be allowed to be above the law.
This is the United States of America.
No one is above the law.
No one.
No one.
No one is above the law.
No one is above the law.
It's not Donald Trump, not anybody.
I tend to think that nobody is above the law.
hernando arce
No person above the law.
unidentified
No one is above the law.
Looks like Donald Trump may have broken the law.
No one is above the law.
No one, not even the president, is above the law.
Oh, son of a bitch.
Adjourn.
owen shroyer
Ah, yes.
Who are they talking about there?
Donald Trump or Joe Biden?
Nobody.
Nobody is above the law.
Alright, we've got some updates on Donald Trump's next cabinet.
And we had a couple big victories over the holidays, over the Thanksgiving holiday, and then we had one just stinker.
I mean, just stinks.
But let's start with the good ones and show some of these clips of your incoming FBI director.
Now, Ray either has to resign or be fired.
He said he wouldn't resign, but that was before Trump announced Patel.
So maybe Ray does resign.
Maybe Ray waits until Trump's president to take the you're fired.
I don't know.
But Patel is incoming with a lot of momentum.
Now, the narrative all over the left-wing media, all over the Democrat Party.
Unqualified.
And these are mostly disgraced, corrupted FBI agents that are telling you this, of course.
Kash Patel is a dangerous and unqualified pit for the FBI. I'm a former FBI agent.
Kash Patel's problems go beyond his incompetence.
John Bolton compares Kash Patel to Stalin's right-hand man.
Trump is Stalin and Patel is his right-hand man.
So they're panicked.
Like disgraced FBI agent Andrew McCabe.
unidentified
Saying this on CNN in clip 10. But former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe has this to say about the Patel choice.
It's a terrible development for the men and women of the FBI and also for the nation that depends on a highly functioning, professional, independent Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The fact that Kash Patel is profoundly unqualified for this job is not even like a matter for debate.
owen shroyer
It's not even a matter for debate.
All right.
unidentified
All right.
owen shroyer
That's good.
I think it is, actually.
unidentified
Because...
Ha!
owen shroyer
MSNBC writer...
MSNBC writer says Cash Patel as FBI director would be like if you crossed Alex Jones with J. Edgar Hoover.
Oh, well.
I don't know about the Hoover reference, but we'll take Jones there.
No, screw it.
Patel, you're out.
We're Jones in.
Cash Patel's background.
He's unqualified, guys.
He's unqualified.
Cash served as the Chief of Staff to the Department of Defense and Deputy Assistant to President Trump.
His responsibilities included implementing the Secretary's no-fail mission with our 3 million-plus employees operating a $740 billion budget and $2 trillion in assets.
unidentified
Hmm.
owen shroyer
Sounds pretty qualified.
Cash served as Deputy Director of National Intelligence, where he oversaw 17 intelligence community agencies.
He led the director's mission to synthesize our intelligence holdings and create the president's daily briefing.
Prioritized intelligence collection to focus on hard targets and global threats.
So this guy sounded pretty qualified.
Cash led President Trump's counterterrorism mission as Deputy Assistant to the President and National Security Council.
unidentified
Hmm.
owen shroyer
Cash was responsible for creating and implementing our nation's policy to safeguard the homeland by overseeing the integrity, the interagency implementation of the National Counterterrorism Strategy.
Cash served as the National Security Advisor and Senior Counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
And he exposed the fake Russiagate.
That's why they're really scared of him.
He exposed the fake Russiagate.
Concurrently, he led congressional oversight of sensitive programs for the IC and the U.S. Special Operations Forces and worked to enact legislation to fully fund the multi-billion dollar budgets supporting intelligence and counterterrorism operations worldwide.
Cash served as the national security prosecutor at the DOJ under Obama's He also served as the DOJ Liaison Officer to Joint Special Operations Command, working with our nation's most prestigious counterterrorism units,
the Special Forces, to conduct collaborative global targeting operations against high-value objectives in almost every theater of war.
Cash began his career as a public defender, trying scores of complex cases in federal and state courts, ranging from murder to narco trafficking to complex financial crimes.
Now, does that sound unqualified?
Certainly not.
His resume is extensive and impressive.
So when they say unqualified, what is that?
He's not corrupt.
He's not a Democrat.
He's not a liberal.
He's not a progressive.
He's not anti-Trump.
Is that what they really mean when they say unqualified?
Because certainly the resume is there.
Better than McCabe's resume.
I promise you that.
McCabe.
Patel.
Maybe there's a reason why McCabe is scared of Patel.
Maybe it's something he's said in the past, like in clip 12. No?
No clip 12?
unidentified
Cash Patel is profoundly unqualified for this job.
To get the bigger fish like the Andy McCabe, who is the biggest fraudster next to James Comey.
Ah!
owen shroyer
Sounds like a personal beef there.
What Cash Patel has said about releasing the Diddy List and the Jeffrey Epstein flight logs.
He said he's supportive of it, actually.
unidentified
He said that he likes that idea.
owen shroyer
You know, we're going to hear more from Cash Patel coming up later.
I left some clips off this list, guys.
Just some other things he said about the Epstein list and the clients and the corrupt FBI and defunding it and basically just gutting it.
So that's nice.
Epstein and Diddy list to be released under Trump administration, says Firebrand FBI Director nominee Kash Patel.
Long overdue.
That's nice.
But he had to give us this juice in one of his first televised interviews post-nomination in clip 11. We will shut off the machinery that feeds money into Iran.
kash patel
We will no longer have a hundred hostages still in captivity, Israeli and American and otherwise, by Hamas and Iran's Hezbollah mercenary forces.
We need America to wake up and prioritize Israel and bring home Israelis and make sure we stand by our number one ally in Israel.
unidentified
Every time, you can't just leave us alone with that deal.
owen shroyer
But yeah, The hostages should be brought home.
That's long overdue as well.
Hopefully they're still alive.
Oh, funding money to Iran.
Okay, well, you want to compare and contrast the money that goes to Iran versus the money that goes to Ukraine or Israel or any of the U.S. aid programs?
It's really not even close, but I get it.
We don't like Iran, and that's Israel's enemy, so we gotta target them.
Always the same story.
Now, Representative Clay Higgins, some pretty sharp words for outgoing FBI Director Chris Wray.
He said, Mr. Wray, remain close to D.C. Your presence will be commanded repeatedly.
In this holiest of seasons, as you box up your mementos of oppression, may visions of the thousands of American J6 families you've destroyed dance through your head.
Merry Christmas.
Higgins.
unidentified
Out.
Cool.
Sorry.
owen shroyer
This thing was smoking.
This thing was hot.
Trump also had a nominee for the CDC... This was another good one.
David Weldon.
Trump's pick to run the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Look at some of these headlines.
Anti-vaxxers and abortion opponents celebrate Trump's pick to run CDC. He is one of us.
U.S. anti-vaxxers rejoice at nomination of David Weldon for CDC. Why Trump naming David Weldon as CDC chief worries public health experts.
Oh, those public health experts that got everything wrong and have led us into the most diseased and obese and unhealthy nation on the planet.
Yeah, those public health experts.
I see.
Now, guys, if you would, I sent you a tweet detailing this Trump nominee for the DEA. This is a bad one.
This one's a real stinker.
Trump picks Florida Sheriff Chad Chronister to lead DEA. Guys, pull up that tweet in a moment.
This guy's got all kinds of problems.
And I'll show you some of those when the crew pulls him up on the screen.
But at least two Republican senators have already come out against him.
Clay Higgins, apparently being a vax stormtrooper is okay with some, not me.
Forced vaccine policy was a nightmare that millions of Americans were smart enough to oppose, and every elected official who supported unwanted medical experimentation on free Americans will damn sure be held accountable in this life or the next, just saying there's a line.
And of course he's talking about Chronister, who had people arrested for violating their COVID protocols down there in Florida.
We'll get to more of these details coming up in a second.
Higgins on fire.
Thomas Massey.
I'm going to call him like I see him.
Trump's nominee for head of DEA should be disqualified for ordering the arrest of a pastor who defied COVID lockdowns.
And, of course, that was Rodney Howard Brown, a frequent guest on the show.
This one is a stinker.
I don't know how this guy gets in there.
Trump's DEA nominee slammed by conservatives for heavy-handed COVID oppression.
But pull up as more information is coming in with this guy.
I don't think this guy makes it.
And it's going to be Republicans that stop him, ironically enough.
But here's what's going to play out when these nominations happen next year.
The Democrats are going to try to stop all the good ones from getting past the confirmation process.
And then Republicans are going to stop the bad ones from getting confirmed, like this guy.
This guy will fail at the Republican votes, I promise you.
I will guarantee you, we already know Massey and Higgins are going to go no.
Ron Johnson, probably no.
Rand Paul, probably no.
But a guy from Tampa here, Spence Rogers, is documenting this guy's career.
His office promotes transgendering teens by participating in the Tampa Pride event.
And created a liaison office for transgenders and other pride affiliates.
He shares all of the stories and the evidence of his claims here.
He was big into DEI programs.
Again, arrested a local pastor, fined his church, a Democrat donor.
Week on crime, week during the BLM riots, let the cities burn.
Supports red flag gun confiscation.
Has even used the policy according to these headlines.
I don't think this guy makes it past the confirmation process.
May even have to withdraw.
And take a big L. Because you've already got two Republicans that will stand against him.
Two more predictably will stand against him.
And that will create a wall that will stop it.
But who knows?
Maybe the Democrats vote for him.
I don't think he makes it.
I don't even know if he makes it to the process.
You gotta wonder who gave Donald Trump that bright idea.
I hope it wasn't Pam Bondi.
But whoever suggested that name to Trump, you might be in for a tongue lashing.
Because that's a disaster.
Hey, by the way, before we move on here, you know, there's still a would-be Trump assassin sitting in jail waiting trial.
It's kind of an interesting little piece in all of this, isn't it?
Prosecutors request indefinite delay in trial for Trump assassination attempt suspect Ryan Routh.
Federal prosecutors requested an indefinite delay in scheduling the trial of Routh, the suspect in the second assassination attempt of former President Trump, now President-elect Trump, citing an enormous amount of evidence gathered since his arrest.
In a filing on Wednesday, prosecutors asked Florida District Judge Eileen Cannon, Same judge that was stonewalling and stiff-arming Jack Smith, who took the big L, to officially designate Root's case as complex.
Prosecutors revealed the scope of the investigation, which spanned multiple states, involved hundreds of interviews and including hundreds of digital media for review, The government has worked diligently since September 15th to investigate the incident.
Over the past two weeks, the United States has interviewed hundreds of witnesses.
It has also executed 13 search warrants in Florida, Hawaii, and North Carolina and seized hundreds of items of evidence, including multiple electronic devices.
So this thing is just sitting out there like a ticking time bomb politically.
Because this guy's history is extremely extensive, traveling overseas, involved in Ukraine, has all the earmarks of like an intelligence cut out.
Was he supposed to survive this attempt?
Did he think he was going to get away?
Did somebody motivate him to do this?
Was he in contact with foreign assets?
Was he getting paid off by foreign assets?
The fact that this case is in Florida makes you think that you might get an answer or two.
But you know, that's just kind of hanging around.
The Department of Government Efficiency...
Vivek Ramaswamy, the co-head of that with Elon Musk.
Most government projects should come with a clear expiration date.
That's why we've set one for the Department of Government Efficiency.
July 4th, 2026. Talk about a build-up.
By the way, isn't that when the 250-year...
Celebration of America ends too?
Isn't it like, I think it's, is it July 4th, 2025 to July 4th, 2026?
I mean, you know, I want to live in the golden age here.
I want a golden pill.
I want a gold pill right now.
July 4th, 2025, we start the 250 year of America celebration.
And in that process, we start slashing the government, just cutting, defunding, arresting, charging, exposing, declassifying for an entire year.
For an entire year, we celebrate America, we celebrate freedom, and we crush the federal government, only to conclude after a year-long celebration on July 4th, and we declare our independence again.
I'm writing a movie script here.
Senator Mike Lee asks, the crucial question for Doge is this.
How can we reverse the dangerous modern trend in which Congress, one, recognizes no limits on federal authority, and two, delegates most of its lawmaking power to unelected bureaucrats?
This wouldn't happen if we stuck to the Constitution.
Elon Musk says a thousand percent yes.
See, that's such a key here.
I wish we had more senators like Mike Lee.
Congress is supposed to be above these federal bureaucracies, but somehow that's gotten lost in translation.
And we've given all this power to unaligned bureaucrats who just never leave.
It's called the deep state.
Vivek Ramaswamy weighs in again.
We need to scrutinize U.S. government funding of non-government organizations.
It's an oxymoron that represents a waste of taxpayer dollars, but the real problem runs deeper.
Americans deserve transparency on opaque foreign aid and non-profit groups abetting our own border crisis.
Ooh!
Abetting!
Abetting!
Yeah!
Oh!
You mean like aiding and abetting in crimes?
You mean like aiding and abetting in murder?
Aiding and abetting in rape?
Aiding and abetting in sex trafficking?
And child trafficking?
And human trafficking?
Oh yeah!
Yeah, that's the one!
Uh-huh.
unidentified
So here we go.
Here we go.
owen shroyer
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
By the way, we're going to have a lot of news coming up in the next hour on the border crisis.
It's completely insane.
We still have a bunch of geopolitical news coming up.
Big news on all the COVID crimes and cover-ups as well.
And wait till you see the new White House Christmas decorations.
It's right out of a circus.
I'm not even kidding you.
It looks like it's circus Christmas.
All right.

Well, Trump's cabinet is just too white.
You see, it's too white.
And the Democrats don't like whites.
Liberals don't like white people.
Trump's cabinet has only three people of color.
People of color.
Says Politico.
Well, God forbid you make choices based off of merit, experience, and ability.
God forbid.
You see, you should be making decisions off of skin color.
We used to call that racist.
But not when liberals do it.
So...
Not enough people of color for Politico.
It's too white.
They don't like us white folks.
Expect that to be a calling card for the next month or so.
Too many whites!
We don't like the whites!
Okay.
By the way, Here's another white that they hate.
That's Daniel Penny awaiting the verdict in the case.
Daniel Penny returns to court for start of closing arguments in Subway chokehold trial.
All the witnesses are in his favor.
Let's see if it works for him.
It could be just another liberal Democrat PAC jury.
They just want to throw the white man away.
Witnesses in Subway chokehold trial testified they were scared for their lives, thanked Daniel Penny for intervening in court.
They were thanking him.
Defense attempts to paint Penny as a savior in closing arguments of his trial.
Penny defense rests as final witness reveals Jordan Neely had open warrant.
Well, he was a known schizo hanging out on the train, making people extremely uncomfortable and fearful.
And you had a bunch of anti-white liberal bigots outside of the courthouse chanting guilty today.
Daniel Penny greeted with chants of guilty as closing arguments begin in Neely Chokehold case.
Well, could be another situation...
Like George Floyd, because one doctor in the trial said that it wasn't even the chokehold that killed him, but it was the drugs.
But see, that doesn't matter when it's a white man as the defendant and a black victim.
Then it's always the white man's fault.
So the truth is, Penny was in a bad situation that you never want to be in, and that's being forced to defend somebody in public or multiple people in public from a deranged psychotic in a drug-fueled incident.
But he stepped up to defend the people, and the worst happened.
The man who needed serious mental care that nobody was taking care of died.
And now Penny is facing up to 15 years in jail.
I don't think it looks good for him knowing how these cases go, but who knows?
Maybe they'll do the right thing and find him not guilty.
Should he be found guilty?
Trump should pardon Daniel Penny.
But you know who doesn't deserve a pardon?
That's Jill Biden with her most recent White House Christmas decorations.
This is just an abomination.
It literally looks like you're walking into a circus, a clown show, and the official White House Christmas tree is a merry-go-round.
Looks like it was drawn up by a two-year-old, and they have these circus clown curtains all over the place.
I mean, it's such a story.
It just shows Jill Biden has no sense of Class or decor based off of what she wears.
Her Christmas decorations.
It's tacky.
It's ugly.
It's hideous.
It's not graceful.
I mean, it's just yet again, Jill Biden finds a way to butcher Christmas decorations.
Just wait till the gays start dancing.
Soon, Jill Biden will invite the gays and the blacks to To start dancing at the White House.
To really just rub your nose in it.
Alright, we're joined in studio now by a couple of border security enthusiasts, I think.
Justice enthusiasts, probably fair to say.
Hernando Arce and Ryan Mata.
And you guys have been working on multiple documentaries.
You've got a new one that just came out dealing with the border and all the issues that come along with it.
Specifically the trafficking involving children.
I've got some other border news I want to go over with you guys, too.
And I know you have some other things that you guys want to announce with some upcoming projects that's very exciting.
Where do you think we stand right now as there's another caravan headed to the southern border?
Clearly, the Democrats are trying to get as many illegals in the country as possible right now.
They're changing policy.
You don't even have to go through ICE or Border Patrol now.
You can just use the app on the phone and it just, like...
Speed you through.
It's like a fast pass or something at a theme park.
That's what this whole thing is, like a clown theme park.
Do you think we can really deport all these people?
What is going to be the Democrats' plan to keep them all in?
And then we can get into some of the details of the documentary that's coming out.
Or is already out, actually.
ryan matta
Yeah.
hernando arce
Well, yeah, regarding the number of multiple caravans in Mexico right now, it's going to be interesting to see what the new president, Claudia Schaubaum, is going to do.
We're getting reports from Oscar Blue and Todd Benzman from CIS that they're actually there are thousands of illegal aliens in Mexico City and Monterrey, which are their main metropolitan cities.
They're camping out outside the cities, thousands of them.
So they're waiting to see what what the National Guard is going to do, whether they're going to come to the border or not.
You know, the tariff, the 25 percent tariff has been a deterrent.
So it's we're going to see how it plays out in the next few months.
I know we're watching it closely.
We just came back from the border.
We were in Eagle Pass this weekend.
So we shall see what happens in the next few weeks.
owen shroyer
Well, there were kind of conflicting reports.
And, you know, obviously the liberal media always spins things.
Trump declared victory in his negotiations with Scheinbaum, saying, okay, my tariff policy is going to work.
She's not going to let them cross through anymore.
But then the liberal policy papers were saying, oh no, Scheinbaum won the negotiations.
Where do you see that?
hernando arce
Well, which still is very fluid in terms of what's going to happen.
Sean Baum is a communist.
She's a protege of the former president.
And yes, the left, I believe, do control her.
However, there is also corporate Mexico with their automobiles and manufacturing that plays a major role as well.
So I think she's going to bend.
I don't see them getting...
ryan matta
Let me jump in on that too because it's those tariffs which force the automotive companies to start pulling back manufacturing from Mexico.
So all of those jobs that the automotive industry has brought down there play a major role in the political landscape of Mexico.
And this is according to Oscar Blue who said as soon as Trump starts putting pressure on them and starts saying hey...
We're going to force those companies to pull out of Mexico.
They won't be able to profit from manufacturing vehicles anymore.
Those tariffs are super, super important.
So from the sound of it, at first she said she wasn't going to play along.
And then according to Oscar Blue, now she's kind of back playing and saying, OK, OK, well, we need to address some other issues.
But from the sounds of it, I think it's going to happen.
owen shroyer
Well, we can talk tariffs and policy coming up, too.
I wonder where Scheinbaum feels about the cartels, because I look at this as kind of a corporate versus cartel situation, right?
I mean, the cartels have a lot of influence in Mexico.
I forget how many elected officials they killed in the last election cycle.
unidentified
It's a lot, like 86 or 102. Yeah, I mean, it's a common thing.
owen shroyer
If you get elected and you're not friendly with the cartels, your life is in danger.
I don't know how Scheinbaum feels about that.
As the president, obviously, higher up, more protection.
But it's kind of the corporate influence versus the cartel.
Are you going to be willing to cut the cartel flow of money off with a policy with Trump dealing with tariffs?
Are you going to be willing to cut the corporate money off potentially by saying, nope, we're going to keep the border going?
I mean, where do you think that plays in here, cartel versus corporate?
ryan matta
I think they're going to have no choice but to bend a knee.
I think because Trump's going to do everything to stop the migrant flow coming across that border.
So you're going to take out that incentive, right?
All these people that are coming here, they're getting paid to come here.
This is the policies that Mayorkas has put into place by dismantling every single one of Trump's immigration policies.
So I think as soon as we start enforcing the law, that's going to be a huge deterrent.
I think when you start arresting people, these criminals, for smuggling people across the border, I think it's going to be a huge deterrent.
I think that, in combination with the tariffs, I think there's going to be change.
hernando arce
As well as marking the Mexican cartel a terrorist organization.
Tom Homan said he's going to do that.
And that opens up a whole different ballgame once he does that.
The problem with that is if you designate the Mexican cartel a terrorist organization, you may have now these Mexicans wanting to come over as refugees because now they're designated as terrorists.
So it opens up a can of worms at the same time as well.
So we have to be careful with that.
owen shroyer
Yeah, well, and two...
Again, they're not just going to...
The cartels in Mexico are serious business.
I mean, they've got political influence.
They've got business influence.
They've got tons of money.
I mean, it's a seriously powerful thing.
They're not just going to take it lightly either.
And so that's why I kind of wonder how much influence the cartel has on even the office of the president, not just local officials, border officials.
It's like, do they have enough leverage even over the president to say, hey, no, we're keeping the human trafficking and the drug smuggling going?
ryan matta
See, I think that there's so much money, and they've made so much money now, and there's so many legit businesses, where I think that if they cut out the human trafficking and got to keep everything else, I mean, they're still making billions, if not hundreds of billions a year.
owen shroyer
So you think they'll kind of just cut what they've won and say, we're good?
ryan matta
I think it's risk versus reward, right?
If Trump really starts putting pressure on them, and all of a sudden drones start landing in cartels, front yards, I think it's serious.
I mean, once we label them a terrorist organization, there's a lot of power that comes along with that.
owen shroyer
Would the Mexico military or law enforcement cooperate, do you think, with a Trump administration going after the cartels?
unidentified
Mm-hmm.
hernando arce
Well, if from what Donald Trump is saying to the president of Mexico is you take care of them.
And what she wanted from Trump was you stop getting the American people to buy these drugs because we are the number one consumers of drugs and the child trafficking.
So I think the talk went like that.
I'll take care of the Americans and try to get him off this drug and show him how dangerous it is, which he said he's going to start a multi-million dollar campaign to stop these Americans, try to stop them from doing these drugs.
At the same time, she's going to have to take care of the cartel on her own.
Now, I could see some covert operations with special forces in the CIA. That's what they specialize in, in trying to squash the cartel.
And I think it's possible, in my opinion.
owen shroyer
I mean, it was done in El Salvador.
If they can do it in El Salvador, certainly a coalition of Americans and Mexicans in the military, they can do it too.
ryan matta
I just got back from El Salvador.
And what Bukele has done to that country is nothing short of amazing.
owen shroyer
Yeah.
Well, you think about it.
And again, the cartels in El Salvador, nothing compared to the cartels in Mexico.
But you think about how much influence the cartels in Mexico have.
And by the way, there's a lot of gang activity in America that...
That basically lives off the Mexican cartels too, dealing with mostly their drugs.
They get them almost exclusively from the southern border.
I happened to learn a lot about that when I was in prison.
They know where it comes from.
They know who they're dealing with.
They know how their money is made.
So it's a crazy concept to think.
If you actually take out these massive gangs and all their drugs and their money, it's like things clean themselves up.
I mean, El Salvador is the perfect example.
ryan matta
Bingo.
It is such a perfect example.
It is the safest country.
I was watching 14-year-old girls walk down the street in the middle of the night in what would have once been bad neighborhoods.
Bukele has went into every single neighborhood, and the cartels had a stronghold in that neighborhood.
So they had their headquarters that basically ran an entire town or city.
So when Bukele came in there with the military, they took over that town, and then he actually took over the cartel's headquarters and turned them into police stations.
So almost every town I went in, there's police stations.
Every gas station you walk in, there's an armed guard there with a shotgun.
Just to show force, I think it was like a year ago, there was a murder right on the edge of the border in El Salvador, and Bukele sent a thousand-man army to hunt down two gentlemen, just as that show of force that if you mess around in El Salvador, you're going to find out.
If a child is raped in El Salvador and, say, a 12-year-old gets pregnant and she goes to the hospital and she reports that that was her father or brother or an adult of any age, that man's immediately arrested, the trial is speedy, and it's an automatic 20 years.
Gone.
So Bukele is one of these towns and he's completely cleaned them up.
And watching the reaction of the citizens and how happy they are and how much joy...
I walk into Chicago, I walk into Philly, I walk into New York, and it's depressing.
Everybody's sad.
The citizens are just miserable to live there.
And you go into the poorest neighborhoods in El Salvador, and it was the happiest people.
The guy pumping your gas couldn't have been more happy to pump your gas.
The girl checking you out at the cash register was just so happy, and it was so much joy and optimism.
Hopefully that's what we see when we start fixing these cities here in America.
owen shroyer
And obviously that has more to do with just the open border situation.
That hasn't helped even cities, you know, on the other side of the country, away from the border, like New York, Philadelphia, just because they're, you know, 20 million come in, they got to go somewhere.
They hide them in these major cities.
Crime rates go up there.
So I don't know.
That's kind of, to me, when I look at the economic prosperity and potential, it's something I can envision.
I can kind of see it playing out in my head.
You know, cutting out the illegal immigration in the cartel crime community is kind of more of a mystery element.
I just look at El Salvador and I say, wow, OK, they arrested thousands of cartel members.
They turned a country around in like two years.
Buckele basically took El Salvador from a crime central to a blossoming economy, blossoming civilization.
ryan matta
It is absolutely gorgeous there.
The city is thriving.
Every town I was in was thriving.
The citizens are happy.
That's what we need to see here in America.
And he did it in two years just by arresting those criminals.
And as soon as we start cutting off their money and cutting off their funding, it'll weed itself out.
owen shroyer
Yeah, and it's really all just policy.
I mean, if you put the...
You don't even have to be heavy-handed.
I mean, you can make a choice.
You can go into Mexico and, you know, cut it off at its head, if you will.
Or you just station the military at the border.
Anybody crosses, you're arrested.
You're done.
Shuts it down immediately.
Find a new business.
Find a new home for business.
Not happening here.
ryan matta
Think about this.
When Trump left office, only 16,490 unaccompanied migrant children arrived at that border.
That's it.
Was the demand not here?
I think it was.
They didn't have a way or a possibility to get those children across the border.
So very few showed up.
Now we're taking hundreds of thousands.
And we're losing all of them.
owen shroyer
Well, and I know that that's what the documentary you have.
We can talk about that now.
I know specifically focusing on the issue of the missing children is something that's in your new documentary.
And a lot of this footage we're showing on the screen has been shot by either one of my guests, Ryan or Hernando.
Let's talk about the documentary.
memory.
ryan matta
So the documentary is called Operation Amber Alert, and I really wanted to focus specifically, because this is now our second documentary on child trafficking.
We had the What Is Treason series with my partner, J.J. Carroll, where we did the documentary Traffic.
You brought him on here.
We talked about that last time.
This one I did by myself.
So that one we had kind of put behind a paywall, right?
Even though we gave Traffic the Way for Free with Invaded, it was still behind that paywall.
And I think with dealing with child trafficking, if any people are like, I know it's happening, but I just kind of don't want to...
I don't want to see it.
So if I have an excuse of a paywall not to see it, I think that hurt its reach.
So this one I went out by myself and I funded out of my own pocket.
I spent $25,000 on it and I just got one out.
And then this one I gave away for free.
So it's pinned to the top of my Twitter at RyanMattaMedia.
Anybody can go out there and watch it.
And I want to really focus this one on the public-private partnership that DHS has created with the Mexican cartels and that HHS has created with these NGOs.
So we have what Mayorkas has done has created a system to where you see cartel members now delivering their merchandise to the border and handing it over to Border Patrol.
Never in American history have you ever seen a cartel member deliver pounds of fentanyl to our border and hand it over to Border Patrol.
unidentified
Why?
ryan matta
Because Border Patrol is going to seize it.
That package, that merchandise is never going to get to the buyer in America if that happened.
This system that they've created, we now see children, those ones you guys were just looking at there on the screen.
They are tagged and branded by that cartel member with a buyer's name, address, and phone number.
After that child is captured by Border Patrol agents, he's processed into the system, and that information is put into a system which the child is then handed over to HHS. And they take over the system from there.
They're supposed to vet that number, that sponsor.
They're not vetting them.
And they're ordering the delivery of these children to an adult.
So what you see here is our government has taken over the most two dangerous legs of the journey for a child trafficker.
So when we talk about child trafficking, there's two very dangerous parts for the trafficker.
Bringing the merchandise across the border is number two.
And the first most dangerous is delivering that merchandise to a buyer in America.
The system that Mayorkas and Basara have created, now our government takes over those most two dangerous legs of the journey for the cartel member, and they're delivering children to buyers here in America.
So the first documentary was we went into the organ harvesting, we went into the adrenochrome, we went into all the crazy stuff, the sex trafficking, the damage that's done to a five-year-old child who's chained in a basement and raped seven to ten times a day by a grown man.
We dug into all of that.
This one I just focused specifically on the policies and the funding.
That way, right, there's no reason that anybody can't watch it, everybody can't watch it.
And specifically, who's funding this, right, Owen?
Speaker Mike Johnson's, the ones who lectured us for two years on using the gosh damn power of the purse, right?
They have given more money and more funding to these NGOs than Nancy Pelosi.
So Republicans have funded the NGOs that are running the world's largest child trafficking network with more money and resources than the damn Democrats.
So that's what our documentary is about.
owen shroyer
Well, and that's just not some cliche, some political saying that, oh, they're funding child trafficking.
They're literally funding child trafficking.
And we can get more into the details of some of the things you just mentioned.
It sounds crazy.
You can't even believe this.
The government being the final leg in the human trafficking pipeline?
Well, we've documented it.
You've documented it multiple times.
And then, Hernando, you've been down there.
We're putting a lot of your footage up on the screen here.
How often, when you just go down to these different border towns, depending on where the...
The most traffic is at that time for illegal immigrants How often do you see children?
How often do you see unaccompanied children?
hernando arce
Well, I report from the border, and I also report from San Antonio, Texas, at one of these influx centers, as I finally call it, the American Replacement Center.
So the illegal aliens that I receive here in San Antonio are mostly family units.
And they're from Central America and South America, mostly from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti.
And so the ones I interview in San Antonio, they have been, and I know this is contrary to To opinion.
But every time I ask them, have you been DNA tested?
They tell me yes.
And I believe it because I interviewed hundreds of them.
And 99% of the time they tell them they're doing DNA tests.
Now, there's a reason why this certain sector of the border is doing DNA tests, in my opinion, is because the people in power, they actually know that these family units are really their family units.
Because you can just tell by looking at them.
And they're just doing that program in certain sectors and other sectors where they're not family units.
They're not doing a DNA test.
So I think they're doing that in purpose.
So getting back to your question with the children.
owen shroyer
And they'll get this information.
The cartels will know.
hernando arce
Yeah.
owen shroyer
This is where you go to avoid the DNA test.
hernando arce
Exactly.
So the border is controlled by the cartel, Mexican cartel, not DHS. So the children that I have interviewed...
That come from these countries are their family units.
Now, that may be different in other sectors.
But yes, the CBP-1 program is something that's important with the documentary of Ryan Mata here, exposing these NGOs.
And I've gone to their offices.
I've gone to these headquarters of these NGOs and been thrown out of there physically, right?
We're actually doing some recon today, five miles from your studio.
Oh, and you have one of the largest NGOs in the country.
I'm not going to name who they are, but we did some recon today, and we're going to pay them a little visit.
But it's time that we go on the offense with these NGOs and expose them for the billions of dollars they received, $6 or $7 billion per year on these NGOs for funding this.
And so it's important that we keep the light on that and keep exposing them so that the next Trump administration does take action in auditing them and investigating where did the money go.
owen shroyer
Well, Vivek Ramaswamy actually called out the NGOs yesterday talking about how we need to either audit them or just cut off the funding.
In fact, I would cut off the funding and audit.
That's what I'd do.
I'd cut off the funding first and then audit.
And then once you go through the books, you'll realize what a scam it's all been.
We've had other whistleblowers in here, too.
And they talk about the books.
Some whistleblowers we have in studio, they talk about the books and how it's like you can charge whatever you want for a roll of toilet paper.
You can charge whatever you want for feminine products because nobody's auditing.
Nobody's checking this stuff.
You can charge full rate for a hotel room, book the whole hotel with illegal immigrants.
Nobody's checking this stuff.
You're not cutting any deals to the government.
You're upcharging it as much as you can.
And so we've also had, and getting back to what's in your documentary, we've had the whistleblowers coming on here talking about how these unaccompanied minors will come in and they'll get put into the custody of somebody that's not had a background check.
They'll get put into the custody of strangers, no background checks.
You drop them off with the sponsor, whatever it is, and then that's it.
And then it's gone.
And they might try to do a follow-up, and then the vast majority of time the follow-up fails.
They don't know where the kid is.
It's not at the address they get dropped off at.
I mean, that has to be the craziest thing, especially when you document it yourself.
I mean, because I know how it is when you're down there and you're filming it, you're in kind of that mode.
And then you shut off and maybe you go to dinner or you're laying in bed trying to sleep.
And it just hits how insane it is.
It's like, no, you just documented the U.S. government bringing in unaccompanied children and handing them to potential traffickers.
And like you said, the cartel doesn't even have to do it.
unidentified
The government finishes the project.
That's it.
ryan matta
Right?
And I want to give a big shout out to a couple other people like Anthony Rubin from Muckrakers.
You guys have had him on here.
Anthony Aguero, Jeff Rainfort.
These are all a lot of gentlemen who you're watching some of their footage.
Hernando, Arcee, and all the guys at InfoWars.
You guys do amazing work too.
So there's a lot of, it's a big collaborative effort to put this documentary together.
And I just want to give everybody a big shout out.
owen shroyer
Well, and just talk about how insane it is.
Because, again, it's hard for people to comprehend it.
It sounds crazy.
I mean, we talk about the border.
We talk about the trafficking.
It's like, no, no, no, no.
They are literally bringing in trafficked children and giving them to the government to complete the process.
That's literally happening.
ryan matta
Listen, so to put that into perspective...
Yesterday alone, there was 20 Amber Alerts in Guatemala.
Have you guys received 20 Amber Alerts today?
That's how many trafficked children are getting kidnapped all around the world, and they're getting funneled into Mexico.
And then the Mexican cartels traffic them into America because there's such a demand.
So to put that into perspective, the amount of children, right, there's 323,000.
That is what our government has openly admitted to losing.
These are minor children between the ages of 0 and 17 who have been delivered to an adult buyer in America.
And our government has lost communication with the buyer of that child and the child itself.
So what that means is that in a normal child trafficking operation, the second that a child crosses the border in America and is delivered to a buyer, there's less than a 1% chance that that child's ever seen alive again.
The average life expectancy of a trafficked child is 24 to 36 months.
So our government has potentially delivered 323 children to human traffickers in America.
owen shroyer
323,000?
ryan matta
323,000.
And that means that from the first day of Biden taking office by March 20th of 2021...
60 days into his presidency, they lost $20,000.
Then by the two-year mark, it was $85,000.
Those children are hitting their expiration date.
Every day, 255 on average are hitting that expiration date.
And our government's doing not a gosh-damn thing to stop them.
Tim Ballard, Sound of Freedom, those guys go on operations to rescue 50, 25, 100 children.
It takes 6 to 12 months.
And then it takes down a network that stops a thousand.
In four days, a thousand go missing in America.
What are we doing here as a country?
How are we allowing this?
It's absolute insanity.
owen shroyer
Well, and, you know, obviously there's some Hollywood dramatization and you take the worst case scenarios and then you kind of desensitize people.
But it's a movie like Taken.
Most people have probably seen the movie Taken, Liam Neeson, you know, great film, but it's like there's a reality to that.
They took a lot of real-world situations and put it into that movie to tell that story.
That's a real situation that a lot of these children have to go to.
If it's 1%, if it's 1% of 323,000, that means 3,000 children have been trafficked.
That's just 1%.
That's just 1%.
That right there is unfathomable.
The suffering children that are happening because of this policy.
But to think, everything you're saying here, everything we've talked about, Mayorkas has to know this is going on.
ryan matta
Owen, it's happening at the facilities where the children are being held.
So we know they are getting raped and assaulted by staff because the DOJ has an open lawsuit.
So it's not like, we don't have to guess about what's happening to the children after they leave these facilities.
I can just tell you the horror stories that's coming from directly inside these facilities.
owen shroyer
Yeah, and maybe we'll talk about that on the other side of this break because I also had people reach out to me saying the children they have in some of these influx camps that are supposed to be temporary end up being permanent.
Like, we're talking young kids that are performing sex acts on each other, and that's a sign that that's happened to them.
Like, usually, you know, six-year-old, seven-year-old, they don't know how to do this stuff, but until it happens to them, now they reenact it.
All right, we got Ryan Mata and Hernando Arce in studio.
And these guys really do some of the best work at the border.
And we have so many great border guests.
They work with a lot of them, too.
It's really important we get this information out.
We'll talk more about the documentary.
And, you know, I forgot to ask you in the break.
You've got some other news dealing with another foreign country.
I don't know if you want to get into that today that you were telling me earlier on the phone.
But you were talking about this NGO that you work with.
They try to help a lot of these rape victims, a lot of these trafficking victims and and just the horror stories.
You know, that that's like this.
We're talking about like the utmost of evil here and.
And especially when you talk about trafficked children, I mean, it's the utmost of evil that you can even comprehend, and yet it's our own government and it's our own policymakers that are enabling this.
It's just like, I just sit here and I look at the next administration, it's like, hey, look, if we get, you gotta be realistic, if we get 50% of what we hope for, I'll consider it a victory.
It's sad that that's how corrupt our world is, but yet, okay, here we are.
If we get 50% of what we want, I'll consider it a victory.
For the love of God, can we stop the trafficking at the southern border?
I mean, you've seen the horrors.
You were just talking about just the utmost horrors that you've seen.
ryan matta
Yeah, man.
The atrocities that are being done to these children at the border, they're going to go down.
The historians will write volumes about what it was done to these children.
It's going to be a stain on the soul of America.
We are talking about torturing.
Like Owen was talking about, you know, sometimes they spice things up in the Hollywood movies.
The worst, most horrific horror movie that you've ever watched in your life doesn't even hold a fraction of what is being done to these children.
children.
We're talking about girls, five, seven years old, chained in a man's basement for two years.
And every day she's raped seven to 10 times by a bunch of grown men.
And every night that man, that man throws her food on the ground, rapes her, and then puts a cigarette butt on her arm every single night.
That's just one story.
The stories that Oscar Blue could tell you about these women coming through the jungle.
This was there.
I forget what he said.
It's, What kind of cartel runs the Colombian jungles?
hernando arce
The Colombian.
ryan matta
The Colombian cartel has taken over the entranceway to the Darien Gap.
So you do not pass through the Darien Gap without paying or going through these cartels.
So they see all of the women and children.
So there's a 13-year-old and a 19-year-old, I believe.
They were going through this mountain.
The cartel shows up at the ladies' tent.
So it's the two girls and the mother.
They show up and they say, we want your 13-year-old.
They take the 13-year-old from the mother and they force her to give oral to six men.
They drop her back off to the mother.
They go back on this journey.
Now this girl, when Oscar heard she was crying, she was puking, she was thrown up because of what just had taken place because she was just forced to do that.
The cartels show up.
Once they get them up on top of this mountain and the girls are trying to hide, they go tent to tent to tent until they find these two girls.
They take these two girls.
They force the 13-year-old to watch as six men gang rape her sister.
And after they're done with the 19-year-old, they force the 19-year-old to watch as they gang rape the 13-year-old sister.
And these girls were both delivered back to their mother.
And that is just one.
Just one.
And this is happening to 70-80% of the women and children that make that journey to America are raped or sexually assaulted before they get here.
And I could tell you horror story after horror story after horror story.
Go follow Oscar Blue.
He's doing such amazing work and there's no man that knows more about the damage that's being done.
If anybody should be brought in here to testify, it's Oscar.
owen shroyer
Well, I'll certainly reach out to him.
I mean, you do documentaries, but I feel like somebody should do, and maybe The Sound of Freedom was a little bit of it, but it's like somebody should do some form of a, like, Punisher-taken cinematic movie of the border.
So it's like you go through all these different areas, the Darien Gap, Mexico, whatever, and it's just, you know, some super badass guy runs into the cartels, sees them raping a bunch of kids, whatever, and just, you know, kills them all, just some Hollywood, you know.
But yet again, it's like, that's the reality.
Like, that's what you will witness if you go through this journey.
Where are the heroes stopping it?
By the way, Hernando, when you talk to Border Patrol agents, when you're down at the border, and I know a lot of them, you know, they don't want to be filmed, obviously.
There's punishment if you tell the truth about what's going on or you try to resist it.
What about some of the stuff that you hear from them?
hernando arce
Well, there's only one agent out of all, 16,000 Border Patrol agents that are active that said, I'm not doing this anymore, and that was Zachary Apotheker, who you had in the show a few months ago.
owen shroyer
And he's been punished.
hernando arce
And he's been punished.
He's now in...
He's administrative.
They took away his gun and his badge.
So it's unfortunate.
Yeah, you know, being that I'm mostly my documentation in San Antonio, I don't deal much with Custom Border Patrol or ICE. But, you know, I hear that their morale has started picking up after the election of 2024. So that's a good sign.
And I think it's going to be all hands on deck with the new czar, Tom Homan.
In terms of law enforcement, because if you look at the numbers, there's only 14,000-15,000 CBPs.
There's only 6,000 ICE agents in the interior that does the removals.
That's 21,000.
So they're going to need to do some more hiring.
owen shroyer
A lot of hiring.
hernando arce
And it may take some more private citizens.
There are 300,000 military veterans in Texas alone.
Which is a large, by the way, it's a large area of unaccompanied children.
The largest unaccompanied children states where they stay, where they live with their so-called sponsors.
They're living in Texas, California, and Florida.
So that's interesting.
Yeah, this is going to be all hands on deck, and I'm hoping to get deputized.
I've been telling all my followers.
I want to get deputized, maybe become one of those media press to document the mass deportation.
owen shroyer
Well, they're certainly going to be hiring.
I think that that's inevitable, and it's just a sheer numbers game.
They're going to need numbers in order to deport all these people.
If they're going to be serious about it, they're going to need a lot more numbers.
Talk about maybe giving veterans a job, getting them back involved in this.
Maybe the military comes into play in some scale here.
I think there's a way to get them to deport themselves if you just cut off the welfare.
But see, this is where the political aspect comes into this.
It doesn't maybe get talked about enough.
There's a lot of money that people are going to lose.
All these hotel owners, all these NGOs, all these different charity groups, they're set to lose millions.
I mean, they're making millions on this open border situation.
I mean, they're not going to just let their millions go.
I wonder what that resistance is going to look like.
hernando arce
Well, I think you're going to start seeing resistance in terms of the Antifa people.
They're going to be going to these ICE agents' offices and start protesting.
They're starting to do that now.
owen shroyer
So using the street mobs?
hernando arce
Yeah, they're going to use the street mob, which, by the way...
It's connected to the Tren de Aragua with Venezuela.
The Tren de Aragua is a paratrooper arm of the president of Maduro, and he's...
It's public information.
Everybody knows that in Venezuela.
owen shroyer
Well, he's the one that released him and sent him here.
hernando arce
Right.
So they are like the Antifa of Venezuela.
So you can expect them working together with Antifa in the very few months, weeks coming ahead.
owen shroyer
Yeah, which means our CIA. That's going to be interesting to see, because you know there's going to be some form of resistance...
You know, a lot of these Democrat, you know, puff mayors are like, ooh, yeah, let's see if that happens.
We'll see if they end up wanting to volunteer to go to prison to stand up for illegal immigrants, but maybe they will.
Maybe they will just to get their names in the press.
hernando arce
New York City is not.
New York State is not.
owen shroyer
No.
Well, the Democrats in Chicago and New York have basically been forced kind of on their heels now because there's been so much citizen outrage.
hernando arce
That and Eric Adams is being investigated.
owen shroyer
He's got his own problems.
hernando arce
He's made a deal, I think, behind the scenes with Donald Trump.
owen shroyer
Yeah.
hernando arce
Cover my back.
My enemy of my enemy is my friend.
And that's why you're seeing him.
His police department in New York City is cleaning up the streets of New York City in my hometown of Jackson Heights, Queens.
You see the footage where all these illegal aliens are on the streets selling all kinds of merchandise.
A lot of it's stolen from people.
owen shroyer
Like open air bazaars.
hernando arce
Yeah.
And so he's cleaning that up.
We have footage of it where they're just going with trucks and cleaning it up.
So I think you're going to see New York City, New York State, because the governor just said that she's going to work with the federal government, Tom Homeland, to get this cleaned up.
So it'll be interesting to see how it goes.
owen shroyer
Yeah, we'll see if these other liberal cities that are suggesting, like Boston and Denver and Seattle, like, oh no, we're going to stop it.
Okay.
See how you can stop it from jail if you're willing to go like they claim.
You know, and quickly on the tariffs issue too.
I feel like Using the power of the tariff is a huge negotiation tactic for Trump now.
And it's not just using the power of the tariff for foreign policy.
It's a win-win.
You know, all these people attacking it.
Oh, we don't like tariffs.
It's going to raise the price of goods, all this stuff.
So there's some truth to that.
The ultimate goal here is to use your will on foreign policy using tariffs.
And then if they say, OK, well, we're not going to abide by the tariffs.
Well, then you just now make it financially viable for these companies to produce and manufacture in America again.
I mean, that's the goal here.
And, you know, of course, the media is never going to give fair coverage to Trump or his policies.
But to me, this is a win win.
Either they abide by the tariffs and you can implement foreign policy with with with that power, or you make it financially viable now for the companies to come back to America.
And you just say, OK, well, guess what?
100% tariffs on your goods.
Oh, well gee, I can't afford that.
Okay, we'll come back to America.
ryan matta
america you don't have to pay that tariff it's a win-win and half the time it's not even more expensive to manufacture them out in in another country or in america it's because of our regulations so the second that trump starts cutting those regulations as well it's also going to drive down the cost of production in america and i think we're going to see a lot of those jobs that are maybe slightly more profitable to manufacture in mexico but why wouldn't you want to manufacture them in america if you could and it was a little bit more money and your end consumer is not going to notice a difference so i think we're going to see a lot of that coming
owen shroyer
Yeah, and I do find it funny now that Democrats, liberals in the media are saying, raising taxes will raise the price of goods.
It's like, what have we been telling you for years?
Like, you keep talking about raising taxes.
Tax the rich, tax the corporations.
That's going to...
Hurt the economy.
No, it's not.
It's like, oh, now they admit it.
So that's been an incredible thing.
Do you want to talk about the next project that you're working on?
I don't know how much you can divulge right now.
ryan matta
Yeah, I want to kind of be really careful because I'm going into probably a dangerous situation where I don't want to say too much about where I'm going.
But I've been invited to come and visit a third world country, let's just say, that has having a major issue with child trafficking and those children being trafficked into America.
We have NGOs over in those third world countries, which kind of act like, I don't know, money laundering arms for the CIA, for the deep state, for the corrupt government that we have.
And they use this power in these third world countries because, you know, the cost of living there is so cheap.
So it's so easy to buy off politicians, to buy off media outlets, to buy off and build basically like your own little...
Regime change armies, if you will.
So I'm going to be headed down to one of these countries and I'm going to be bringing you back some really interesting information on what's going on with human trafficking and child trafficking down there and how it's continuing and some corruption in their government.
And these countries want to stop the flow of migration, right?
And they want to send a message to Trump saying, hey, our country wants to end this.
The citizens here want to end this.
So hopefully Trump will do what's right.
You know, Todd Benzman had just got back from Colombia and And he's saying, hey, you know, Trump needs to not consider Columbia an ally and consider and label them a terrorist organization or an adversary, right?
Because the cartels have taken over that territory, so we need them to understand.
We need to put that pressure on these countries to say, hey, we're not going to sit here and allow 12-year-old girls to be sold at a coffee shop.
You know, in Columbia, some areas are so corrupt, you can literally order a 14-year-old girl like a cup of coffee at your table, and then you pay the waiter to take her back to your room.
That's how disgusting some of these countries have turned because they are completely ran by Trendiagua or the Colombian cartels or all these other different facets.
And these basically, I don't know what you want to call them, these cartel armies that have been created by our government, our policy, things that we've gone into these third world countries and tried to do regime changes that have completely failed.
And we've given so much power because we're funding both sides of the armies.
We're funding the cartels and we're funding the resistance or the opposition and the government.
And it's just like our government created these policies.
And now some of these areas, I mean, they're just like they're the hubs.
They're the heart of this human and child trafficking operations.
And this is where all these children are coming from.
owen shroyer
Well, and I was explaining this to you guys in the break, how they have to bring these foreign cartels, these foreign gangs into the country to kind of be the final receiving end of the child sex trafficking.
Because based off of my brief experience in a prison with some of these North American gangs, they don't really cross that line.
That's like a red line for a lot of these North American gangs.
They do drug dealing and maybe some other stuff, racketeering, whatever money stuff.
But they don't do...
Kitty stuff.
They don't do sex trafficking with minors.
They don't do it.
It's like a big red line.
In fact, a lot of them have policies where if you're in prison and you see a child molester, you have to beat them up.
Or your gang's gonna jump you, basically.
So that's why they have to bring in all of these foreign cartels and Trendo Aragua because they need a receiver here.
They need somebody to receive the final product and kind of...
So it's like, imagine.
I mean, it's just insane that they're doing this.
And really...
Everybody responsible for this needs to be charged.
I'm going to stand on that forever.
Anybody involved in the funding, transportation, housing, everything of an illegal alien that rapes, murders, whatever gets caught committing a crime, everybody needs to be charged with aiding and abetting.
It has to happen.
We have to set that precedent now to stop it from ever happening again.
But, okay, here comes the kid, you separate from the cartel, the government funnels the kid in through their system, and then eventually the cartel re-receives them on the other end of the border, and it's just like, boom, job done.
Keep their hands clean.
And it's all based on policy.
ryan matta
Yep, and plausible deniability, right?
It's this organization does this.
Border Patrol does this.
HHS does this.
The NGO does this.
HHS is sending the background checks to a third-party company.
So it's so decompartmentalized that it's so easy for people just to go, yeah, I'm just doing my job.
I'm just doing my job.
But now it's getting to a point where it's becoming so obvious that these Border Patrol agents should be becoming whistleblowers every single day.
They know that when they're taking that child at this point in the game, that they are going to deliver that child for the cartels.
So if they're not willing to step up and say, hey, and blow that whistle, I hope that Tom Holman starts to investigate some of these guys.
Because at this point, is it just you're just not, I'm just doing my job, or are you getting paid off?
owen shroyer
Well, I have a feeling there'll be some form of a open border commission next year, and they'll just sit some people down and do an investigation into all this.
It has to be done.
They know how bad it is.
Tom Holman knows how bad it is.
He seems like a serious dealer.
So I think there will be some sort of commission.
Whether it has any fangs to bite some of the criminals responsible is kind of a different story, because usually we just get nothing but talk.
hernando arce
Can I mention something about the mass deportation and how that's going to play out?
Because you did mention before there's going to be a lot of self deportations by themselves and I think that's true.
A lot of these illegals are going to self deport because of the EBT cars and the cash assistance is going to expire as it has already in New York.
But the numbers I see is about 33% will self deport.
Especially when the spigot of these welfare programs end.
And most of them are not happy here.
You know, they come here to work.
They were sold alive by the Democratic Party.
They want to go back home, which is why it's so important to get a new administration in Venezuela.
You know, the president said he won the election.
We all know he stole it.
But we're going to see how that plays out, whether he will be inauguration in January in Venezuela.
I'm hoping he doesn't get inaugurated because we like to see these Venezuelans go back home.
There's about three million of them here in America.
The other 33% are not going to deport.
They're the ones with the criminal records.
We have over 1.5 million illegals that have final removal orders by DOJ judges.
1.5 million.
So that's the low-hanging fruit that we need to go after.
And Owen, I think the last 33% will never deport themselves.
They're going to stay in the shadows, basically.
So we're lucky we get 60-65% of them out.
The last third, they're going to get a lawyer up.
They know how the game is played.
They're not going to have any felonies.
They're going to have work authorization cards.
They're going to have families here, anchor babies here.
And I just don't see it happening.
I don't think the American people have the appetite of seeing ICE handcuffing mothers and kids and putting them in the back of a truck, a paddy wagon, to be deported.
So that's how I see it playing out.
32, 32, and 32%.
owen shroyer
Okay.
I mean, I think that's a realistic expectation.
But I do think, ultimately, the welfare drying up, a lot of these people are just going to say, I'm out.
I mean, I'm done.
And maybe, too, making examples of the people that do commit crimes.
And basically, you're arrested indefinitely.
And so you can make a choice.
You know, you can either get charged here, and then we're going to quadruple your sentence because you're a non-citizen.
Or...
We're deporting you with pending charges, and then your home country can deal with you.
I mean, there's different ways to do this.
I would even say, because I've heard other ideas when I just listen to kind of roundtables about this, it's like, how do you get people to self-deport or self-regulate, if you will?
You could have something that says, hey, look, if you're serious, if you want to become a citizen of this country and you're serious, then you have to turn yourself in.
And if you don't, and we catch you, Never.
100%, you're never coming in.
Two generations never coming in.
You have to find creative ways to deal with this.
This problem is so out of control.
You have to find creative ways to deal with this.
I think that's another good policy to say, too.
It's like, hey, look...
Turn yourself in.
We're not going to paddy wagon you.
We're not going to put you in cuffs.
We'll have some detention centers, whatever.
Some of them are nice.
You got toys for the kids, flat screen in every room, whatever.
Nicer than some Americans live.
But just turn yourself in.
We'll get you with the proper lawyers.
You're going to have to be deported, but there will be a pathway for you to come.
If you're serious about becoming a citizen, you can come in the legal way.
But if you don't self-deport and we catch you, ban for life and two generations until somebody can come in.
hernando arce
Getting back at a line, right?
There's a line already there.
unidentified
Yep.
ryan matta
First in, first out.
First ones turning themselves in will be the first ones that we accept back.
owen shroyer
Yep.
So, I mean, there's different creative ways I think you can go about this.
By the way, crazy statement here.
I want to play clip two, guys.
This is UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer saying what we've been saying all along, that this was all part of an agenda.
Clip two.
unidentified
What the British people are owed is an explanation.
Because a failure on this scale isn't just bad luck.
It isn't a global trend or taking your eye off the ball.
No, this is a different order of failure.
This happened by design, not accident.
Policies were reformed deliberately to liberalise immigration.
Brexit was used for that purpose, to turn Britain into a one-nation experiment in open borders.
Global Britain.
Remember that slogan?
That is what they meant.
A policy with no support, of which they then pretended wasn't happening.
owen shroyer
By design.
That's the key.
It is the same thing here in America.
It was all by design.
And that's why the people, the designers and the implementers, I think, need to be investigated and charged as well.
ryan matta
Biden?
No, Biden didn't have the ability to come up with this on his own.
Jell-O-Brain?
No way.
This is Mayorkas' brainchild.
Every single policy...
From ADT, alternative to detention, to catch and release, to the parole, to the CBP-1, Mayorkas, Mayorkas, Mayorkas, Mayorkas.
And in our documentary, we go through the timeline of these 93 executive orders that Joe Biden signed day one, and we show you, we highlight the keys.
With Mayorkas, it was behind a majority of them.
Right after Mayorkas, it was Blinken.
It was Merrick Garland, right, in a coordinated effort.
All of them, the State Department, the DOD, had a role.
They stopped the border wall.
So we had our military, we had the DOJ, we had DHS, all of them, in a coordinated effort, carried this out.
This is their agenda, and every single one of them should be investigated.
Hopefully that's when it catches Patel's top priorities.
owen shroyer
Yeah.
Why?
You know, wouldn't you just like to, if Mayorkas could ever be honest in any of these hearings, and we know how they basically just kind of scoff at the questions and run out the clock, you know.
Well, congressmen, you know, every time.
ryan matta
I'm glad you asked that question.
owen shroyer
Yeah, oh, thank you so much.
I'm glad to have this time with you to explain this.
They just run out the clock during these hearings, and then they just lie with the time remaining.
Why?
Why do you think Mayorkas did this?
Why do you think he wanted to bring 20 million people in?
Money?
I mean, what is it?
Does he just hate the country?
hernando arce
Well, we're leaving out the United Nations and the global compact of migration.
If you look at the pyramid, it all starts with the United Nations and the USAID. We're doing some investigation with USAID and the Department of States and these global...
You know, these global elites, they don't believe in borders.
It's their ideology.
So it starts with the U.N. And, you know, Obama got us into that international treaty.
Mexico changed their constitution to add a line in their constitution, Amendment 11, I think it's called, Oscar Blute was telling us this, that, you know, to allow international treaties.
So it all starts with the U.N. And this is not just a U.S. problem.
This is happening in the U.K., like you just saw.
ryan matta
The Global Migration Compact, right?
hernando arce
Yes, that's what we need to get out of that.
ryan matta
The Global Migration Compact needs to be the first thing that Donald Trump pulls us out of, period.
From there, defund every single NGO. From there, investigate every single NGO. Every penny that has went to every one of these NGOs will be the paper trail that starts draining the swamp because it is all connected, all throughout our government.
Every three-letter agency, every one of them needs to be investigated.
Everyone that played a role in this migration crisis, even the Department of Prisons, were using their buses to transport these migrants.
Every single government agency that played a role needs to be investigated.
owen shroyer
By the way, you mentioned the State Department and the U.S. aid.
Both of those should just be cut.
I would just cut them day one.
Hundreds of millions of dollars, probably billions of dollars overall, that just completely unnecessary, does nothing positive for our country.
All right.
Ryan, let people know where they can follow you and see the documentary.
ryan matta
You guys can follow me over at RyanMattaMedia over on X, RyanMatta on Rumble.
You can find it on both of those locations.
I've also had it translated into Spanish as well.
So if you have friends or family members that are thinking about making this migration journey, Please share this documentary with them.
Warn them about what they're about to get themselves into before it's too late.
And that's it.
And make sure you guys are swinging over here and following Hernando Arce as well.
owen shroyer
Yeah, where can they follow you?
hernando arce
Yeah, you follow me on X, Hernando Arce, and Rumble, Hernando Arce.
And we're going to continue to expose these NGOs, and Ryan Mata Media is doing an amazing job.
He's the only one I know that is really putting this front and forward for that the American people don't forget about these children.
Save the children, and we do this for God and country.
owen shroyer
Alright, there you go.
I think, you know, I think what I might do is I might pull up Orion's X account tonight.
I might just stream it live.
I might just do a watch party tonight on my Rumble and on my X. And we can all just watch it together.
So grab your popcorn.
I'll probably do that tonight on Rumble and on X. Alright, Ryan, Hernando, thank you so much.
We just got to continue to put the public pressure on the next incoming administration.
We're paying attention to this.
We want these promises fulfilled.
If you're only going to give us half of the promises, please, please, the border security is big.
All right, coming up, we're about to get into this document.
The Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.
After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The Scamdemic.
The Lesson Learned and the Path Forward.
Basically, we were right.
About everything.
Go figure.
Write about everything as usual.
By the way, a couple other things on the illegal immigrant front.
New York City is now home to over 58,000 criminal migrants and more than 1,000 gang members, according to ICE. More than 58,000 criminal migrants and more than 1,000 gang members.
I mean, brought in by the Biden administration.
Brought in by Mayorkas.
Brought in by the Democrats.
It's just insane.
It's criminal.
Army vet, 94 years old, kicked out of New York City nursing home to make room for migrants.
Well, you gotta put them somewhere, so get that dirty American.
Get that dirty veteran out of there.
We got migrants to house.
We got migrants to feed.
We got migrants to take care of.
And we're getting paid big money to do it, so get the hell out of here, veteran.
Worthless veteran, get the hell out!
I got migrants coming in.
Pathetic.
Absolutely pathetic.
Another victim of Democrat soft on-crime policies.
Illinois police officer killed in the line of duty.
Will Detective Alan Reddins get the star treatment from the media?
The great Detective Alan Reddins of the Oak Park Police Department.
A habitual criminal has been charged in the Friday morning In the shooting death of Oak Park, Illinois, Police Detective Alan Reddins, according to Oak Park Police, Gerald Thomas, 37, has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder of a peace officer, possession of a stolen firearm, and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon in connection with the shooting.
A habitual criminal with a long rap sheet including multiple arrests for aggravated battery to a police officer, domestic battery, And resisting a police officer.
Back on the streets, let out by Democrats, let out by progressives, let out by liberal attorneys, and then kills one of the good guys.
But you won't see the big TV funerals.
You won't see the big marches and riots.
Not for Detective Alan Reddins.
It's really a shame.
It's really all upside down, isn't it?
These are the ones that should be memorialized and glorified.
The good guys.
The good guys.
By the way, new allegations in a new Diddy suit, actually.
Sean Combs accused of threatening to kill a woman and dangling her off a balcony.
Did this really happen or is this just the chum in the water phenomenon that comes along with these lawsuits?
Didn't that happen in Wolf of Wall Street?
Fashion designer Brianna Banna Bonglin claims the music mogul once called himself the devil and dangled her off Cassie's balcony in 2016. Combs has denied these claims.
A woman has sued Diddy Combs for allegedly threatening to kill her and dangling her over a 17th floor balcony, according to court documents obtained by the Rolling Stone.
These lawsuits and allegations against Diddy continue to get crazier and crazier as he is sitting in prison.
So, the Diddy list, the Diddy parties.
I don't want to see the blackmail tapes that Diddy had or that Epstein had.
But, you know, if that stuff maybe somehow got leaked and people could really see what this scum was up to, it would be disgusting but maybe healthy.
Well, we need a lot of reconciliation here and we need a lot of justice here.
And I think there's going to be a process of this with the incoming confirmations of people like Dr. Nishawat and this new DEA nomination.
I think a couple of the members of the Senate are going to grill them pretty good on some of the things they've said and been a part of over the years.
Especially now...
The COVID subcommittee just released their final report.
I have this nice little government document here in front of me.
Select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic.
After action review of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The lessons learned and a path forward.
Of course, the irony here being that...
It took the government to learn these lessons four years.
We knew them day one.
So yet again, you're smarter, more effective, more efficient than the U.S. government.
Joining me now is Brianna Morello.
She has gone into this document and unfortunately realized that, yeah, we were right, they were wrong.
Tell us what we need to know about this document and any potential aftermath here, Brianna.
breanna morello
Yeah, and so for the last five years, we've been telling you all of this.
The government has labeled it as conspiracy, most part, but it is now factually true.
So kudos to us.
Nothing truly explosive, right?
Like, we've known all of this for quite some time.
It's the part that now they're acknowledging what we've already been telling you.
So to give you some overview, it's about 500 pages, the full report.
But just to condense it down, they're going over NIH and pretty much saying that, yes, NIH did, in fact, misuse your taxpayer money to fund these experiments.
And they weren't supposed to do so in the first place.
So they do call that out.
But they also call out the Biden regime for obstructing their investigation.
They said they did it on multiple occasions, but there's no recommendations of criminal charges, really.
And so that's the part that I find to be deeply alarming as well.
But Dr. Fauci, they tell us everything we've already known that he likely did lie to Congress and that he did things he wasn't supposed to do.
But again, they're not recommending him for criminal prosecution.
It also goes on to say that the federal and state government did knowingly put a lot of Americans, millions of Americans at risk.
And they did so by just putting out the wrong information.
Vulnerable populations are calling out.
They also did partake in cruel elements of, you know, just ruining healthy people and happy people and also ruining their financial stability.
Now, it also goes into detailing how both the federal and state government misused COVID-19 relief funds.
We knew that.
But of course, again, no criminal charges being recommended on that front, which I think is deeply, deeply concerning.
And then they go on to talk about the vaccine mandates, which you know, I obviously have a personal issue with.
But it goes on to say that the vaccine mandates did trample upon your freedoms, and it also did harm our military's readiness, which is a big issue.
And it also calls out how a lot of these COVID orders did result in small businesses closing.
Specifically, we have a number now.
There's 160,000 businesses that were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and about 60% of those will never return back.
And so that's what's really upsetting.
It also calls out what they did to children.
And as many of you guys know, they ruined children in this country for years.
Now, so many children are dealing with learning losses.
They also have a high level of...
Psychological issues is the best way to phrase that.
And they also have decreased physical well-being, which means a big win for big pharmaceutical companies, right?
They could push all these antidepressant pills onto kids, put kids onto weight loss pills and medications and say it's for a better country if we get these kids started early.
I mean, it's garbage.
owen shroyer
Turn them into hypochondriacs.
I mean, I can't even imagine.
breanna morello
It's heartbreaking because, as you saw last week, the Biden regime is now asking Medicaid and Medicare to pick up that expense as well for Zempic and other drugs, which is just insane.
Instead of teaching people healthier eating habits, they're pushing them onto medication, which is a win for big pharmaceutical companies.
And the whole pandemic really was for that as well.
owen shroyer
Well, that's why they're so panicked about RFK Jr. He's like, hey, you know, if you exercise and eat healthy, you don't need these drugs.
breanna morello
Yeah, and it's simple.
It's literally just go to, like, our basics.
Go back to eating meat, don't eat processed foods, eat your vegetables, and, like, that's it.
And that's why they're so fearful of him.
But I also, what I thought was interesting, is there a meeting?
Not a conspiracy anymore, folks.
This virus was created in a lab in Wuhan.
That's the big one.
And then they also call out the EcoHealth Alliance for misusing taxpayer money to fund this gain-of-function research.
And the really disappointing part, though, that I have to say is...
Let me pull up that quote because it really got me going.
They refer to the Operation Warp Speed, and they say that it was a tremendous success and should be a model.
Here you go.
Moving forward for any future pandemics that they send our way.
So it's not really a big win.
They did also, and this was out earlier, but they call out Andrew Cuomo, who intentionally put elderly folks in nursing homes with COVID patients.
They call him out for medical malpractice and then also the cover up in regards to the total number of fatalities in those nursing homes.
And they did actually refer him for criminal prosecution for lying to Congress, but no word the DOJ has taken that up yet.
owen shroyer
Well, certainly this DOJ won't.
Maybe there's some pardons that will follow this document.
I mean, we can get into some of the details here.
I'm not surprised.
You know, here's the problem with our Congress.
It's filled with cowards.
And I think the reason why a lot of them will back off of Fauci here, despite the typical harsh rhetoric, is if there's even the tiniest fraction of a percent that somehow it will come back on them, some activity, some vote, something that they were involved in along the lines that might come back on them, then they just, sorry, we can't go after Fauci because it might come back on them somehow.
I mean, it's almost like an insurance policy that they never go after any of these corrupt officials, bureaucrats, what have you.
Because they're just so scared it might somehow wind back up on their desk.
I mean, I just can't fathom any other reason why they wouldn't want to go after Fauci.
Now, this incoming administration might be a different story with somebody like RFK in there and others that have been very critical of Fauci.
But to me, it's just more of the same from this House of Republican leadership.
A lot of bark, no bite.
breanna morello
They do that constantly, though.
You know, Senator Rand Paul is the only one that I've seen who's really been out there pushing for prosecution of Anthony Fauci.
He actually made two criminal referrals.
And so, again, the DOJ obviously not going to take that up since they're so partisan right now.
But we hope that they will.
Anthony Fauci in email openly admitted that when he sat there and told you at home that it was a conspiracy that this virus was created in a Wuhan lab, he had all the evidence at his fingertips.
They knew damn well that this virus was created in that lab.
And they did everything possible to cover it up because they knew that the financial linkage to it was too significant for all of their future studies that they were looking to conduct as well.
So they didn't want to get defunded, and that's the reason why they did that cover up.
But thankfully, we have all the emails, and they were dumb enough to put it in emails.
In fact, they probably just thought that this day would never come, that there would never be accountability.
And so I think that's why they were so emboldened to do that.
Now, you mentioned RFK, and we really hope that they do make these cuts.
I know we've heard threats of NIH is completely getting wiped off the map, and we hope that happens as well.
But I wanted to talk about something, because a lot of these picks do come from Fox News.
And as you know...
unidentified
Wait a second, hold on.
owen shroyer
Pause it right there.
I promise I'll bring this back up, the Fox News thing.
But I want to go back to the lab.
I want to go back to the lab story here real quick, because...
I get it.
And especially for you and me, probably more so than the audience, we kind of have to live in this constant path forward, right?
I mean, the train always moves forward when you're in media.
I mean, depending on your role, maybe if you're playing the role of investigative reporter, journalist, and just honing in on a story, we can focus on something like this for months at a time.
You host a daily show.
You're constantly moving on to new stories, interviewing members of the Congress and big interviews and stuff.
So, you know, we kind of have to be constantly on this.
We're moving forward.
We're keeping pace with whatever's trending, whatever's topical.
But to sit back and have this now quadruply, quintuply confirmed that it came out of a lab should be a bigger story because they censored people over that.
They covered it up and lied about it because of the government funding and Fauci's involvement in EcoHealth Alliance and everything else.
I mean, what they were doing was illegal.
So they covered up their illegal activity with the real truth about the COVID origins.
Now, it came from this lab.
They admit it.
But it's just like, oh, well, we're just going to move on and we're just going to play dumb and we just got it wrong.
Well, no.
There need to be mass apologies for the censorship.
I mean, I don't even know what the mainstream media that lied about this whole thing would do.
If they were responsible or had any ethics, they'd come out and make a big correction and apology as well.
I don't anticipate that to happen.
But, you know, this is what's even crazier about it to me, from the side of being, you know, a journalist, a broadcaster, covering news.
We broke this story at InfoWars.
I mean, it's honestly crazy.
I interviewed Dr. Francis Boyle in January of 2020, and he literally broke this news on InfoWars, that it came out of a lab.
Nobody was talking about it until he did that.
We literally broke that story.
I didn't get into this because I wanted to win Pulitzer Prizes.
I didn't get into political media expecting to have a cabinet full of awards.
When you go against the establishment, you know that's never in line for you.
So that was never really something that I was motivated by anyway.
I planned on going against the establishment, so I planned on being censored, sued, imprisoned.
And that's what I've gotten.
So those are my awards.
My awards is the censorship, the imprisonment, the lawsuits.
The IRS sends me a new letter today.
So those are my awards.
Those are my Pulitzer Prizes telling me I'm doing a good job.
But I mean, just from a journalistic perspective, how insane is it?
This is one of the biggest stories of our lives.
They claim this was the worst pandemic ever, killed hundreds of millions of people, shut down the planet, tried to institute global government, and the whole thing was a lie.
And the people that had it right got shamed, they got censored, they got scolded, and we were right all along.
So just from a journalistic standpoint, as somebody that, you know, you can say lost a job because of the vaccine mandates, Just talk about how insane that is, and then we're just supposed to sit here and move on.
breanna morello
Well, the cover-up is the fear that we will get sued, probably by every other country, for creating it because we helped fund it, right?
So our taxpayer money went to creating this virus.
And the people at the top are fearful of the retaliation of all of that.
So I think that's one of the reasons for the massive cover-up.
Now, you're talking about, too, the media, which is probably not even going to acknowledge this report being dropped earlier today.
And I like how it was dropped on a Monday, so they literally have all week to cover it.
And they probably won't.
But I want to remind your audience, and I don't think this got enough coverage.
There was a FOIA request that was made public by The Blaze.
And in this FOIA request, it specifically outlined all of the major cable news outlets that took money from the Biden regime to push the vaccines.
Now, we don't know the exact dollar amount because in a follow-up request, they redacted that and they said they cannot give that information out.
But it could possibly be millions and millions of dollars.
These outlets were paid off by the U.S. government to To provide favorable coverage is exactly what happened.
I saw it at Fox.
We literally edited interviews with Peter Navarro, and I saw it happen.
So when we're talking about why the media won't cover it, realize they all had their hands in not only the pot, but also on the crime scene.
Their fingerprints are all over the place.
They sat here and lied to the American people and allowed this to all happen.
Now you have people Like Mark Zuckerberg, who you remember censored the story on his platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Now he's trying to make his rounds and get into the good graces of President Donald Trump because he doesn't want to be on the wrong side of this when reports like this blow it all open.
They've all lied to the American people.
Now, I don't know what we do next, right?
Do we just sit here?
We know your audience is well-versed on all of this.
How do we get the rest of the country to wake up and realize that they've been lied to and the fact that their taxpayer money went to creating a virus that they claim has killed millions of people all across the world?
owen shroyer
I have the answer.
I'm sure you know it too, but I know what the answer is.
Anthony Fauci in handcuffs.
That's your answer.
That'll get seen.
300 million people will see that.
breanna morello
Yeah, but why aren't they doing that?
owen shroyer
For the reasons you just laid out and the reasons I previously mentioned.
They're afraid it'll come back to them.
They don't want to take the responsibility.
We have a Congress of cowards.
breanna morello
Yeah, yeah.
And the part that's so infuriating, too, is a lot of the information regarding these vaccines, too, or you shouldn't even call them vaccines.
They actually, in the report, say they're not vaccines, they're therapeutics at this point because they don't actually provide immunity.
But the interesting part in all of this is the cover-up in this.
When they knew all these facts, like women who were out there trying to talk about how they were having issues with their menstrual cycle on Instagram, and they were either being kicked off or they were getting their posts removed, Why can't those women go out there and sue?
So if you have a fertility issue now due to taking these things and you were forced to take them, but you didn't have all the information at your fingertips, why can't you sue Facebook?
unidentified
Why can't all the outlets like Fox- Well, and that's what they did with this portal.
owen shroyer
They had their little portal so that they could have some- Like a buffer, so they can't say, oh, the government actually censored this.
Oh, we had this little portal, so we didn't actually do it.
We just, you know, sent them some relevant information and made a recommendation.
We didn't actually do the censorship.
And then the...
The section, I forget what it is, that the internet companies use to avoid liability, that's how they do it.
So they have all these basic legalese reasons that they can all avoid liability.
Somebody just needs to come in here, steamroll through all of it, and just say no.
Just say no.
You don't get this liability.
We know what you did.
It's like when people launder money.
It's like, oh yeah, but I had all these different things going on.
It's like, no, you laundered the money.
We know what you did.
You didn't get away with it.
So it's basically what they did.
They laundered censorship.
They laundered bad information so that they could have their deniability.
But they've been caught.
And so maybe the next administration, the next Congress will do something about it.
I wouldn't hold my breath, but perhaps there's hope there.
All right, I want to get to a couple other things before we have to let you go.
I know you got to jump.
Did you call it a Fox News cabinet a minute ago?
breanna morello
Well, there's a lot of people who are now within the cabinet who are from Fox.
They're paid contributors.
A lot of the medical people are the Surgeon General comes from Fox.
The FDA director, so I was going to kind of briefly touch upon it.
Now, I know a lot of people are skeptical about him.
I could speak with experienced folks.
I know him.
It's Dr. Marnie McCary.
He is someone who spent a lot of time in medicine.
And it's unfortunate because you guys know how strongly I feel about these jabs.
Obviously, it's the reason why I'm no longer working in corporate news, no longer at Fox Corp.
But he did post a tweet saying that he was recommending the vaccines to pregnant women.
I know a lot of people are outraged by that.
I know I was too.
But a lot of people didn't have the data, and that's another angle to all of this.
They didn't have the data, and they didn't understand that not even the federal government knew what they were actually pushing out.
Well, no, sorry.
They knew, but they didn't tell a lot of the doctors, and I think that's really important.
So there was a lot of information suppressed.
As many of you guys know, FISA worked really hard to make sure you didn't see that 55,000 pages of data that they had on their jabs.
And that was the fact that pregnant women, it wasn't really tested.
Obviously, there's not a group of women who are pregnant who are gonna want these things tested on them.
But they still pushed it.
Doctors still pushed it because the government told them it was safe and effective.
So he's one of the individuals that did push it.
Just to attest to his character, when I did write him an email saying that I was no longer working for Fox anymore and I appreciated all the time that we did spend booking him and whatnot, he did respond back to me and he was the only one who responded back to me thanking me for sticking up for natural immunity and for standing up against vaccine mandates and did wish me well and did follow through and did stay in touch with me.
So there was a lot of people who were afraid to talk to me.
I know people like Tammy Bruce and others over at Fox unfollowed me, didn't want to talk to me anymore, and it was game over for me.
But he was one of the very few people who still was out there helping me and was still supportive of my work.
And so I know a lot of people are up in arms about the pregnancy thing.
I get it.
I don't think we should have ever recommended it to pregnant women.
But overall, as a person, he does believe in natural immunity and he doesn't believe in vaccine mandates.
owen shroyer
Well, his track record was much better than some of the others, let's say, like this Chad Chronister.
I don't know if you have some experience with him in Florida.
I don't even think he makes it, quite frankly, to the nomination process.
He's so bad.
Dr. Julie Nishawatt, if I'm pronouncing it right, I don't know if you had any experience with her personally.
She's got a whole bag of problems behind her, including the vaccine stuff.
So those ones are a lot more concerning to me moving forward than Mark Ray.
I think Mark Ray probably gets the green light and gets through.
Those two, I'm not so sure of.
breanna morello
Yeah, well, she actually, I didn't book her on any of the shows because I didn't trust her when she was over at Fox.
I listened to a lot of things that she was saying and I didn't trust her, the mask mandates, all of that.
So I never had any direct contact with her because of that.
And you mentioned the sheriff in Tampa.
Oh, he's an interesting one.
He's a big supporter and a big attendee of LGBTQ plus whatever events that they have.
have the parades even brought his deputies there and had them walk in the parade.
He is someone who obviously had a pastor arrested for conducting services during the pandemic.
And although the pastor forgives him, I don't forgive people who violate the U.S. Constitution.
So I wouldn't walk past that.
Thank you.
In Hillsborough, the jail, I should say, he released over 160 individuals.
One of those individuals, and they were nonviolent, of course, but one of those individuals then allegedly moved on to murder somebody after his release.
So that's definitely not something that's worthy of our...
Support.
No, the guy's a disaster.
Oh, he's a mess.
And then he's the DEI king, loves to hire for diversity, not really skill set.
So I don't know how he made it past.
Oh, he also donated $15,000 to Barack Obama, which was a fun little find.
owen shroyer
Yeah, whoever recommended him is going to be in big trouble.
I hope it wasn't Pam Bondi, because the whole...
I mean, you know, the whole attorney general thing has already been a nightmare.
So if it was Bonnie, that just makes it even worse.
I hope it wasn't her.
I don't think he makes it to the confirmation process, quite frankly.
I think they're going to find out pretty soon that he's just not going to have the votes.
I suspect four Republican senators are going to come out against him.
Two already have.
So I don't know.
Unless the Democrats want him.
I mean, so maybe that might be the angle there.
breanna morello
He does donate.
owen shroyer
Yeah, that could be the angle there.
All right, quickly.
I know you have a story you're dropping on Nadler tomorrow dealing with FBI whistleblowers and his heavy-handed approach to them.
But I think the real question that I want the exclusive on right now is you shared your teaser of this earlier yesterday on X with Fat Nadler.
The real exclusive I want, was Jerry Nadler the test patient for Ozempic?
What do we know about that?
breanna morello
That is such a bad picture.
I love every second of it.
I mean, oh my gosh.
If Ozempic causes brain damage, then maybe.
I mean, that man's got nothing up there anymore.
That might be a side effect you should look into.
But yeah, when he waddles around, maybe that's an Ozempic thing.
I mean, that guy, it's pretty scary.
But we're actually dropping the story later tonight.
It has to do with Garrett O'Boyle, the FBI whistleblower.
Nadler actually tried getting him to get...
Prosecuted and charged after his congressional testimony with two other FBI whistleblowers.
And I've got the subpoenas.
So he went after his Twitter and he went after his Apple.
Twitter's still fighting it now.
Not Apple.
Apple gave in.
So we're going to show and reveal all of that tonight.
So it's a big story.
owen shroyer
Is that going to be live on your show?
unidentified
Correct.
breanna morello
At 7 p.m.
Eastern Time, it will be up on Rumble, as well as X, and then we'll be dropping the whole sub stack where you could actually go through the subpoenas and read them for yourself.
It's pretty disgusting.
As many people know, he came forward, tried, I'm talking about Garrett O'Boyle, tried to report.
Report a lot of the abuses within the FBI. And for the last 27 months, he's been suspended.
23 of those months have been on unpaid leave.
So we hope that our new FBI director, Kash Patel, will bring him back into the agency because he's still employed.
So we're hoping Kash Patel helps him.
owen shroyer
Yeah, give him a good job, too.
Maybe probably a pay raise for Garrett O'Boyle.
Oh, well, that's good.
I'm glad that you're going on air after I go off air.
Otherwise, this would have been impermissible to promote that.
unidentified
All right.
owen shroyer
Brianna Morello, thank you for your time.
If you learn anything about Nadler being the test case for Ozempic, you let us know first.
The people need to know.
I mean, look at that.
Fat Nadler.
That is a case right there.
All right.
We've got some breaking news here.
My crew said...
They were like a caged dog trying to bring me this news, but because I had a guest, well, I had two guests in studio and then a guest in the last segment.
So for the last hour and a half, because I had guests, they couldn't bring me this news.
They said they were like a caged dog waiting to bring me this news.
It's something.
It's definitely something.
So we got that coming up, and then we're going to get into this big geopolitical news as well.

Okay, what is this news?
What is this news that my crew said they were like a caged dog trying to bring it to me when I had the guests?
All right, here we go.
DOJ refusing to dismiss Hunter Biden case despite pardon.
Prosecutors urge court not to dismiss Hunter Biden case after pardon.
unidentified
What?
owen shroyer
This is crazy.
unidentified
I'm not sure.
owen shroyer
Why does it say prosecutors brought Bannon receipts?
Is it because Bannon was charged for the crime and Hunter wasn't?
Misrepresents the law.
DOJ refuses to dismiss Hunter Biden charges despite pardon and prosecutors brought Bannon receipts.
I guess that's because Bannon spent time in prison for the same thing Hunter Biden did.
It didn't spend a day.
The special counsel appointed to prosecute Hunter Biden for felony tax crimes in California is refusing a request from Hunter Biden's attorney to have the case against the president's son dismissed despite President Joe Biden issuing a blanket pardon for any federal crimes his son may have committed over the last decade.
Hunter Biden's attorney moved for dismissal of the charges Sunday evening.
In a Monday response, Special Counsel David Weiss said the federal government opposes the request to dismiss Hunter Biden's indictment, arguing that even when a defendant is pardoned by the president, no law or governing rule requires that the charges against that defendant be dismissed.
So they're basically saying we want to go on with the case, even if the pardon still stands, is what it sounds like.
But now, what did we say in the opening segment?
So this was published not too long ago.
I guess it was like an hour ago this was published.
What did I say?
I said the legal theory here, the legal ramifications were going to be tested.
Did I say this is going to be a pressure test?
So that's a nice one.
That's a Babe Ruth calling his shot before he's even off air.
So this tells me whatever they have on Hunter Biden is so bad that the public needs to see it.
So they're saying, hey, okay, pardon, whatever, he can't get punished or go to jail.
We're going through with this case.
The American people need to see it.
There will be consequences.
Defense counsel asserted, Hunter Biden defense, defense counsel asserted without any legal support that a full and unconditional pardon requires dismissal of the indictment against him, and further, that the pardon requires an automatic dismissal of the indictment with prejudice.
Defense counsel misrepresents the law.
Nothing requires the dismissal of the indictment in this case, said Weiss.
Prosecutors, who also noted that Hunter Biden's attorney failed to send them a copy of the actual pardon, are not seeking to continue prosecuting Hunter Biden.
Rather, they are asking U.S. District Judge Mark Scarzi to administratively close the case against Hunter Biden by terminating his name from the docket and noting that the changes he faced were disposed of by a full pardon.
Yeah, so, okay.
So this is a stress test of this blanket pardon idea that you can just say, oh, whatever crimes, even if he's not charged yet, pardoned.
So that's going to be challenged here.
But I think for Weiss, more importantly, specifically dealing with this case, he's saying that whatever the judge wants to rule as far as the pardon is concerned when it comes to charges, we have to go through with this case.
We have to go through with this case.
After pardoning his son, President Biden issued a statement in which he griped about Hunter Biden being unfairly treated by the Justice Department.
That's just hilarious, isn't it?
Prosecutors also emphasized that they took the same position with regard to dismissing charges following the pardoning of another high-profile individual, former White House strategist Steve Bannon.
unidentified
in.
Thank you.
Thank you.
owen shroyer
Well, no, it's never prosecution if it's a conservative or a Republican or a Trump supporter.
Only if it's a poor little liberal, a poor little progressive liberal Democrat.
They can't do anything wrong.
Of course not.
So they're going to use that as precedent.
I think Weiss is looking at this saying, okay, at this point, maybe Hunter Biden's fate is out of my hands, but the trial doesn't necessarily have to be.
all the work that he's done, all the evidence he's prepared for the court, he wants it to go through.
So this is going to be interesting.
unidentified
Thank you.
owen shroyer
This is going to be interesting.
The Delaware court is certainly not going to be a problem.
I mean, I guess we'll see.
But this California case with David Weiss looks like it's clinging here.
So this will be a big developing story.
But again, Joe Biden basically acting unprecedentedly saying, oh, blanket pardon, 10 years, whatever charges or potential charges or anything that might new come up.
No, can't charge him.
Hmm, that's strange.
So the constitutionality of that will certainly come into question.
You can't, I mean, you can't be pardoned Technically, you can't be pardoned for a crime you haven't committed or been charged with.
So he just says, oh, anything.
Anything you charge him with, pardon.
Well, I don't know if that's how it works.
Certainly he's well within the Constitution to pardon him for the crimes he's been charged with.
But anything after that.
So this is going to be an interesting stress test of this unprecedented pardon from Joe Biden.
But more importantly...
Can David Weiss, at this point now, just make his case to the American people?
Doesn't even matter what happens with the judge.
Most likely, the pardon will come into play.
Hunter will have no punishment.
But if he can make the trial go forward, he's basically just going to present audience at that point to the American people and say, look, this is what we found.
You're dealing with serious crimes here.
All right.
That's crazy.
We'll be monitoring that.
Let's look at this stack of the geopolitical news that we have here today.
A lot of big developments around the world.
So Joe Biden takes off to Africa after pardoning his son.
And what is it all about?
Biden arrives in Angola for his long-awaited sub-Saharan Africa visit.
Well, he's been promising it, but that...
Damn racist, didn't want to go to Africa.
Finally is.
That's Biden fulfilling promise to visit Africa.
And what is it really all about?
Well, they're posturing this as a move against China, a move against Russia.
Visiting Africa as U.S. looks to counter China's deepening influence in region.
They also need new military presence and bases.
U.S. seeks new military basing in West Africa amid withdrawal from Niger.
So Niger booted us.
U.S. military looks for West Africa Plan B after Niger ousting.
So just more expansionism.
And they say, well, we've got to have a foothold in West Africa We've got to have a military presence in West Africa and a footprint here because China is here and Russia is here.
It's all a little bit exaggerated.
So that's what that's all about.
And they finally got Biden to make the trip.
Didn't want to have to go deal with those Africans, did you, Joe?
Didn't want to deal with the West Africans, did Joe Biden, but finally forced to.
And it's all about strategic military location.
Oh, we gotta deal with China.
I mean, what a joke.
China is in our backyard.
China is in our front yard.
China is in our damn kitchen with all the land that they have here strategically located, mind you.
Biden needs to go to West Africa to combat Russia and China's influence in Africa.
Russia and China own Joe Biden.
They've tattooed their flag on his left butt cheek.
Oh, we're combating China.
Give me a break!
This political corruption just never stops.
Then there's Ukraine.
Yeah, we got more, folks.
More aid coming.
It's never enough.
Never enough and always too late.
Biden surges arms to Ukraine, fearing that Trump will halt U.S. aid.
U.S. to announce a new $725 million arms package for Ukraine.
Oh, it won't be the last one.
Last month it was $6.8 billion.
They got another pending $8 billion.
Another pending $16 billion.
And then this $725 million.
It's all for Ukraine.
You get nothing.
The people in North Carolina get nothing.
Ukraine, though.
Very important.
Mike Lee.
Senator Mike Lee.
Remember, he called it out.
He'd been calling it out for years.
Fund Ukrainian corruption and money laundering on someone else's dime.
The American people have had enough.
Yeah, amen to that.
But what is Zelensky's only way out here?
Well, it's Donald Trump.
Zelensky suggests possible peace deal with Russia if NATO accepts request.
Well, NATO and Ukraine just do not belong together.
And that's the whole problem here is the NATO expansion.
So expanding NATO is what's causing this problem.
It's not the solution.
It's the problem.
But Zelensky's got to appease his CIA handlers, and then he has to appease the incoming administration, so he's just talking out of both sides of his mouth.
Ukraine's best hope for peace looks a lot like Donald Trump.
So here's how it's likely going to go, assuming we get Trump in office and foreign policy takes place.
Ukraine will have to forfeit the land that they've lost.
And they will not be guaranteed NATO membership.
There will be some sort of a ceremonious something with NATO just to kind of, you know, like they got to claim some victory, but they'll really have none.
Like Ukraine will be considered for NATO expansion in 2028 or something like that.
That'll be like the big victory for Ukraine.
They will lose the land.
That deal is done.
They will lose the funding.
That deal is done.
Trump might give them like one last care package.
It'll anger all of us.
And then Russia will get the land.
Maybe it matters to them.
Maybe it doesn't.
They'll free the Russian people from the Ukrainian corruption.
But most importantly, I think Trump's filling the void here is he's going to tell Russia, we're going to cut our aid to NATO. We're going to cut our NATO spending, maybe entirely, maybe in half.
But we'll basically stop their aggression by cutting their funding down.
So Ukraine is basically just going to take the L on all fronts, and then they're going to give them the headline victory of Ukraine to be considered for NATO expansion in 2028. That's how this is going to go if all things play out as they currently are.
By the way, in Russia currently...
Russian police raid Moscow nightclubs in LGBTQ plus crackdown.
You're not allowed to have any LGBTQ plus propaganda in Russia.
They're raiding nightclubs under the new LGBTQ propaganda law.
How do you feel about that?
Well, there'd be a couple raids at Fifth Street in Austin.
Basically, the whole block would probably go down.
So, yeah, they did SWAT raids and everything.
A couple of male strippers, I guess.
unidentified
Yeah.
owen shroyer
They got kind of the George Floyd treatment.
So they don't really put up with that in Russia.
Not very tolerant of the LGBTQ plus propaganda, as they say.
You know, we can find a way to kind of balance that out.
Like, okay, we've got the gay club and you go do your thing at the club.
It's for adults only.
unidentified
But leave the kids out of it.
owen shroyer
But you keep pushing it on the kids, you're going to end up having a Russia situation.
Well, we predicted this last week.
This is about as easy as it gets to predict.
Israel broke the ceasefire.
Wow, who could have seen it coming?
IDF strikes Hezbollah amid truce violations.
Even France is accusing Israel of these transgressions.
But of course, Israel is saying, oh, we're acting in self-defense!
Of course, you're always acting in self-defense.
You bomb the whole planet, you'll call it self-defense.
Maybe that's where you're on pace for.
After days of Israeli strikes, Hezbollah hits back, each accusing the other of ceasefire violations.
No, the international community admits it was Israel.
Israel even admits it was Israel.
In their defense as well, it was self-defense.
Oh, I just walked up and punched.
We agreed to a truce, and then I just walked up and punched you from behind, and then I blamed you for it.
That's Israel's approach here.
Hezbollah strikes Israeli position over ceasefire breach.
Israel vows strong response.
So that's all it was.
Israel never wanted to ceasefire anyway.
They just had to appease the international community, the UN, the International Criminal Court, because Israel's not in very good standing on those fronts right now.
And the only reason Israel gets away with any of this is because they basically own our Congress and our government and much of our media.
So, Israel basically runs much of our foreign policy in the Middle East.
They own much of our media, like that nice fellow in the small hat on the screen there.
And they own our Congress with AIPAC. So, that's how they're able to get away with all of this.
But it's got to be wearing thin.
And, you know, I don't know if things change when Trump gets in.
He's certainly on Team Israel as well.
But he was able to have peace in the Middle East at least in his four years as president.
So maybe there's hope there.
But Israel violated the ceasefire, guys.
Wow, how could we have possibly predicted that?
It's like they're just sitting there like their finger is shaking.
Like, oh, bomb.
Bomb.
unidentified
I haven't bombed in like four hours, man.
owen shroyer
Oh, I hit the button.
I hit the button.
Hit it again.
All right.
A couple of odds and ends here before we sign off.
Who was Will Rothschild?
Banking Dynasty's family member dies in Hollywood Hills house fire.
Reclusive Rothschild family member dies in Los Angeles house fire.
A crazy story.
His neighbors called him an eccentric billionaire.
Dozens of luxury, expensive vehicles, properties, everything.
House burns to the ground.
They recovered the body.
A lot of Rothschilds have passed in recent years.
The conspiracy theorist thinks they're all faking their deaths.
William Rothschild dies in house fire.
Does anybody go to the movies anymore?
Genuine question.
Some of my crew goes to the movies.
I used to go to the movies all the time.
I've maybe seen one movie in the theater in the last three or four years.
I used to go to movies all the time when I was a kid, when I was younger.
Now I don't ever go.
But it also used to be a Thanksgiving thing.
I'd go with my family.
We'd always go see a movie over Thanksgiving.
Well, apparently going to the movies on Thanksgiving is back and better than ever.
Thanksgiving weekend at the box office reaches highest grossing of all time.
And they are saying it was the...
There's some Wizard of Oz movie out right now.
Moana 2. The trio...
A week of major movie releases has propelled this holiday stretch to the highest grossing Thanksgiving weekend ever at the box office.
I'm stunned by that.
I don't really know too many people that go to the movies anymore.
Viewers packed theaters to sing with the witches of Oz and a vengeful gladiator faces the horrors of ancient Roman classicism.
Oh, gladiator 2 and then Moana 2. It's always a 2 and a 3 and a 4. So Thanksgiving movies are back.
I think it's a good sign.
I'm not sure how good these movies are.
But, okay, people going out, going to the movies again, I'm okay with that.
I like that, actually.
Joe Rogan says the greatest media psyop in history was waged against Donald Trump, distorting who he is, lying about him.
Well, he's absolutely right.
Donald Trump should be able to sue for trillions of dollars based off the Alex Jones precedent.
Donald Trump should be able to sue for trillions, quadrillion, trillion, bajillions of dollars for defamation, libel, slander.
But, you know, what's really sad about this story is we really should have had the greatest unification under Trump.
The nation really should be unified behind Trump.
And that doesn't mean you can't be critical.
That doesn't mean you can't disagree with him on things, even hypercritical at times.
But just to represent the anti-establishment, being sick of the political corruption and everything else, it should have been a candidate of true unification, bringing back America, bringing back patriotism, American unity, prosperity, everything else.
But because of that media factor, because of the greatest psyop in history, because of the greatest defamation in history, libel, slander, everything else, misrepresenting, lying about Trump, defaming Trump, distorting who he is, what he is, what he represents.
We were denied it by the media.
The media denies us yet again, the corrupt American media.
It's the sickest, most corrupt thing keeping our country down ever.
And by the way, they've got a new term.
Has anybody ever heard?
Maybe I'm wrong.
I'd never heard of this.
Have you ever heard of lake effect snow before?
Anybody?
Lake effect snow?
I've never heard of lake effect snow.
The crew is calling me crazy.
Well then, I'm in a different timeline now, okay?
I've changed timelines.
I'm having a Mandela effect.
Never heard of lake effect snow before in my life.
I doubt it's even a real thing.
But the crew, you're going to take the L on this.
It's fake.
Lake effect snow.
All over the country.
Are you seeing this?
And of course, you know, they'll find a way to blame global warming.
Two feet of snow over here, three feet of snow over there.
Lake effect snow.
I think you guys are having lake effect snow in your head.
Lake effect snow.
That's what they call, how did Hunter Biden celebrate his part in?
Lake effect snow, if you catch my drift.
Hunter Biden celebrated his part in with lake effect snow.
Five feet of snow around the Great Lakes area.
I've never heard of lake effect snow, so this is a Mandela effect for me.
I'm in an alternative timeline.
I've hopped into a different reality, a parallel universe, if you will.
Lake effect snow.
But it made for a fun time last night in Buffalo.
Buffalo.
For the NFL game, a huge lake effect snow as the fans were throwing snowballs around celebrating touchdowns and fumbles and field goals and football.
So lake effect snow.
Enjoy it.
