| From my direct personal experience and what I've subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was the brand being sold by the Biden family. | ||
| His family's foreign influence peddling operation from China to Ukraine and elsewhere sold out to foreign actors who are seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government. | ||
| Joe Biden was more than a participant in and a beneficiary of his family's business. | ||
| He was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despised being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability. | ||
| I asked this big question. | ||
| If there's no evidence of corruption here today, if Joe's conduct and the conduct of his family were fully legal and proper, then why are they so dishonest about it? | ||
| Not just slight misrepresentations of fact, but deep untruths about the entire corrupt enterprise. | ||
| Hunter Biden gave his transcribed interview on February 28th and lied throughout his testimony. | ||
| Here's just one egregious example of Hunter's perjury. | ||
| He lied to the committee on important details concerning his money demands and threats to CFC in text messages on July 30th and 31st, 2017. | ||
| He leveraged his father's presence next to him in that infamous text to strong-armed CFC to paying Hunter immediately. | ||
| Jim Biden also lied extensively throughout his transcribed interview on February 21st and perjured himself. | ||
| An example of that, on page 100 of his transcript, Jim is asked specifically, do you recall having a meeting with Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski, and Joe Biden? | ||
| Jim's response, absolutely not. | ||
| The committee was so shocked by his perjury that they asked him the same question multiple times, each time he denied meeting with me and Joe Biden. | ||
| After the committee showed him text messages confirming that I met with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and Jim Biden at the Beverly Hilton in May 2017, Jim Biden, with a former U.S. attorney lawyer sitting next to him, still denied that meeting took place. | ||
| Hunter Biden in his own transcribed interview confirmed that that meeting took place. | ||
| Hunter confirmed his uncle perjured himself in front of this committee. | ||
| I'm simply here to tell the truth to the American people and I hope each and every one of you | ||
| congressmen and women give me the opportunity to do that instead of focusing on Russia or smearing my family's name | ||
| or Focusing on facts that are irrelevant today | ||

| So I want to show you another text. | ||
| When he said his chairman, he was talking about his dad. | ||
| This is from Rob Walker. | ||
| It didn't seem to make much sense to Rob Walker either. | ||
| So he said that when Hunter, he said this to you, when Hunter was talking about his chairman, he was talking about his dad. | ||
| When Rob Walker came in to give his transcribed interview to the committee, he basically said Well, Hunter was high or confused or mad. | ||
| And Rob Walker said that he was just trying to calm things down between you and Hunter. | ||
| But that doesn't really answer the question about who Hunter Biden is talking about. | ||
| Hunter Biden lied to this committee. | ||
| So here, clearly, he says, Rob Walker's saying he's talking about his dad. | ||
| So I want to be very clear. | ||
| We've established that Zhang is not the chairman, obviously. | ||
| Is that correct? Yes or no? | ||
| Correct. Let me show you another message. | ||
| This message doesn't call Zhang Chairman Zhang, does it? | ||
| It just says the Chinese want to do business with the Bidens. | ||
| As a matter of fact, it says, both coming to be my partner, to be partners with the Bidens, with an S. He, Zhang is implied, has implied that the number one has made it clear and available to him. | ||
| Who is the number one? | ||
| The number one is Xi Jinping. | ||
| Xi Jinping, the president of China? | ||
| Yes or no? The leader of the Communist Party, the CCP? Yes. | ||
| Is the number one? | ||
| Yes, that's the number one that Hunter was referencing in that message. | ||
| Now, let's be very clear. | ||
| This was in 2017, but I would like to make it known for this committee that Joe Biden told the press in 2016, as a matter of fact, I quote, Yeah, I am. | ||
| I am going to run in 2020. | ||
| He told the press in 2016 that he was running for president of the United States in 2020. | ||
| So here is the Bidens doing business in China in 2017 when everybody knew he was planning to be president of the United States. | ||
| Do you see that to be a serious problem, Mr. | ||
| Bobuletsky? I do, and I wish this committee would thoroughly investigate it and focus on all the evidence that the SDNY has on CFC. They had FISA warrants, so they were recording conversations, and I wish they disclosed all that data and fact to this committee. | ||
| Okay, two huge takeaways from that exchange. | ||
| One, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden let their Chinese business partners know, before the American media and the American people, they let the Chinese communists know that Joe was running for president years before he announced it. | ||
| Insinuating a guaranteed win as well. | ||
| Insinuating that, hey, we're making these deals under the assumption or foreknowledge that Joe is going to be president. | ||
| And then, of course, everything that happened in 2020. | ||
| Now, there is a lot more to be investigated as far as that is concerned. | ||
| The questions to be begged are quite obvious. | ||
| But let's not get lost in the sauce of that, but let's point that out as extremely significant. | ||
| Now let's look at one other thing. So when you're sitting here hearing about this TikTok ban and China, China, China, the President of the United States is in bed with China. | ||
| Do you really think the TikTok ban is about China? | ||
| Give me a break. The President of the United States who will sign the TikTok ban or forced sale is really what it is. | ||
| It's the forced sale of TikTok. | ||
| From a Chinese national. | ||
| A Chinese business. | ||
| And Biden's going to sign that bill saying this is all about keeping China out of our business? | ||

| On August 3rd, they actually stipulate through WhatsApp text messages the exact stipulations of the deal. | ||

| Mr. Chairman, I want to submit for the record a portion of the bank statement for the time | ||
| period August 3rd of 2017 to August 31, 2017, stipulating $100,000 going from CEFC into | ||
| the bank account of Hunter Biden through a Wasco P. | ||
| Pause it right here and maybe just rewind it 10 seconds. | ||
| This is so key, it's unbelievable. | ||
| Now again, what have we been saying right here? | ||
| They have the bank records, they have the wire transfers, they have the 10% for the big guy, the flow chart, all of it. | ||

| The Bidens are guaranteeing their Chinese business partners that Biden is going to be president in 2020. | ||

| On August 8th, four days later, $5 million is then transferred from the Northern International Capital account of $5 million to Hudson West III. Hudson West III is a bank account controlled by Hunter Biden and Mr. | ||

| That money comes from a Northern International Capital bank account, a bank account that is tied to the CCP. Mr. | ||

| Batarino was committed to a, quote, hard order of $10 to $20 million in a burdened investment banking client. | ||
| In an effort to build this financial platform, I engaged in a lawful conduct. | ||
| Our companies were entrusted with $11 billion of union pension money, pension fund money, whose trust I betrayed. | ||
| I pleaded guilty. | ||
| I've had eight years in federal custody to reflect on my actions. | ||
| I'm profoundly sorry for committing these crimes. | ||
| I deserve the lengthy sentence I've received. | ||
| Nevertheless, as I set out more fully in my full statement, I believe the SBMI prosecutors did not indict Hunter Biden on the same deal for political reasons, despite then-available documentation that we were partners, were involved in decision-making, that involved illegal self-dealing, and all of us had financially benefited from these schemes. | ||
| In fact, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer's company received $15 million from the tribal bonds fraudulent scheme to be invested in the burner brew. | ||

| I've been appealing this rehearsal and with each stage, the BOP reason for my denial has changed. | ||
| During this period, the period beginning in January 2023, I was sexually assaulted by a member of the prison staff at FPC Pensacola. | ||
| He persisted in sexually harassing me for many months thereafter. | ||
| I had hoped to receive home confinement to remove me from danger. | ||
| My judgment was clouded by the shame I felt for not being able to prevent the attacks. | ||
| I was well aware, as all inmates are, that the Bureau of Prisons had a horrible record on these matters. | ||
| I believe my disclosure would have made things worse for me. | ||
| Unfortunately, the sexual harassment continued until early August, when the prison correctional officer's comments became more threatening. | ||
| I feared for my safety, and I decided to seek counseling from Chaplain Dixon the next day, on August 10, 2023. | ||
| The chaplain was visibly upset by the events and asked to bring in Warden Salisbury, who quickly opened a PREA investigation, which is a reference to the Prison Rape Elimination Act passed by Congress. | ||
| After further debriefings, I was immediately escorted to a vehicle and driven by senior staff hours to FPC Montgomery, a separate facility. | ||
| I'm grateful the committee has opened up an investigation of these matters and I appreciate Chairman Jordan and Comer and Subcommittee Chairman Biggs signing the letter. | ||

| Six classmates, eighth graders in Southwick, will face criminal charges for their alleged role in a mock slave auction, according to the Hampton County DA. Several students uttered hateful and racist comments. | ||

| In a mock slave auction directed at two juveniles. | ||

| But highlight the fact that they continue to use the number 85,000, but really it's | ||

| Yeah, so the 85,000 are from the first year of the Biden administration, and they won't release 2022, 2023. | ||
| And the reason why I know this number is much higher was because the reason why I ended up blowing the whistle is that I got an email from my bosses stating we lost children. | ||
| We gave children to the wrong people. | ||
| IDs did not match. | ||
| And the word was that this was six weeks worth of children. | ||
| And when you count six weeks worth at the amount of escorts that we have in an office, that's thousands of children. | ||
| I want to say about 20,000 children. | ||
| And this is inside the company that you're working for that's contracted by the government to deal with all the illegal immigrant children that come across the border, and then your guys' job is to get them to their final sponsors or destinations. | ||

| So the 85,000 missing are from 2021. | ||
| So that number is much higher. | ||

| Why do these children get used essentially like a bus pass? | ||
| If you are a single man from Honduras or from El Salvador, from Haiti, chances are they're going to deport you. | ||
| I mean, some people do get deported. | ||
| It's not like everybody just comes over here and gets set free. | ||
| I mean, some people do get deported. But if you are, you know, allegedly the father of a child, you're part of a family unit, well, you know, maybe they'll let you stay, right? | ||
| And you'll get a court date, and then that'll be eight years in the future, but then that actually happens. | ||
| Now, you know how gruesome the trek is from Ecuador across the southern border. | ||
| You really went through it. | ||
| And were you surprised to see how many children are making this trek? | ||
| You know what? Honestly, it didn't really shock me. | ||
| This is on the screen. | ||
| I mean, this is what I was talking about. | ||
| You see videos like this. I mean, look at that girl. | ||
| You tell me what that is. | ||
| You know, it was funny. I actually was. | ||
| Maybe I shouldn't. You know what I will say? | ||
| So I was, you know, in talks with Dr. | ||
| Phil's team because they were like, maybe you could come and talk to us about trafficking. | ||
| But what evidence do you have? And so I show this video to them and they go, well, I think they got scared and just didn't want to play because they go, well, we don't know if that's evidence of trafficking. | ||
| We don't know if that girl was asleep. | ||
| I'm like, what are you joking with me? | ||
| The point is, there's a lot of people, there's powerful people that they don't want to go near this kind of stuff just, you know, for certain reasons, which I'm not really too sure about. | ||
| But, yeah, I mean, that's a little girl getting trafficked as far as I'm concerned. | ||
| She's knocked down incapacitated. | ||
| She's not asleep. But, sir, what was your question exactly? | ||
| Just if you were surprised by the number of children you saw on this journey. | ||
| But, by the way, there's other evidence out there as well. | ||
| And, look, if you're Dr. Phil's people, I understand you're afraid to cover this. | ||
| I get it. But, you know, Anthony Aguero has also captured footage of dozens of children that seem to be drugged and incapacitated sitting at the southern border. | ||
| Right. Yeah, 100%. | ||
| 100%. I mean, that's what's going... | ||
| You know, and this is what I was talking with you about earlier, that these kids get trafficked into the country. | ||
| country, they have a name written. | ||
| I mean, it could be, it could be any type of situation. | ||
| It could be a kidnapped kid. | ||
| You know, it could be a family back home in El Salvador or in Venezuela or wherever | ||
| that owes the cartel money and, you know, puts up their child instead. | ||
| Right. | ||
| And then the child gets sent over here with a, the name of somebody. | ||
| And they say that this is, you know, my parent or guardian, but really | ||
| it's a human trafficker and they pay off the cartel that way. | ||
| That's a hundred percent legitimate. | ||
| By the way. | ||
| I mean, we just talked about this footage. | ||
| If you're an audio audience member today, it's a young woman. | ||
| I mean, she can't be at the oldest 30. | ||
| I mean, she looks like she's in her 20s. | ||
| Young woman, carrying this girl, maybe five or so years old. | ||
| Knocked out on her shoulders. | ||
| I mean, just a solo woman, trekking through the jungle. | ||
| I mean, you can't even believe this stuff, but there it is on the film. | ||
| You captured it. Here you are on the death train, by the way. | ||
| So, Carlos, let's talk about what happens when they get into the country, because I think this is really... | ||
| This is where it really gets gruesome. | ||
| This is when it really gets heartbreaking. | ||
| Because you, the teams that you've worked with and managed, you deal with a lot of these children firsthand and what are called the escorts, which are the people that receive the children and then are supposed to get them to their final destination. | ||
| And as you said, they treat it just like an assembly line, not like it's a human. | ||
| But you were telling me earlier how a lot of these kids, they don't want to be here. | ||
| They want to go home. | ||
| They request to go home. | ||
| They request to go back to their families. | ||
| And yet, what happens? | ||
| So they tell them, you're not allowed to go home. | ||
| You're now under federal custody of the United States government. | ||
| And the only way you're going to leave this place is if you go to a sponsor. | ||
| And that's it. And the thing behind it is that these kids will flat out tell you they're not going to go to school. | ||
| They're not going to go to school for eight hours. | ||
| They won't even go to school back in their country. | ||
| They tell you, oh, back in my country, I used to stay out until 3, 4 in the morning out in the street. | ||
| And these are like 12-year-old kids telling you this. | ||
| They're not used to the rules, to the structure that we have here, and they don't want to accept it either. | ||
| They want to live the way they used to. | ||
| So after a while, they get tired of it. | ||
| They get tired of being woken up at 6 a.m. | ||
| to say, hey, you got to go eat breakfast because in two hours you got to have your English class. | ||
| Well, essentially you're being treated like a prisoner. | ||
| Correct, correct. And they see it that way because they get fed the same milk every day, they get fed the same ice cream every week, and they get really tired of it. | ||
| It's the same movie, they only approve one movie for them, and they want to go home, and they tell them, you're not allowed to go home. | ||
| And if a child is molested or anything like that in the home that they end up at, What happens is the government takes them away from that home, say it's in Florida. | ||
| They'll take them away from Florida, and then they'll bring them back to Texas to put them in a new shelter, and they start the process all over again. | ||
| Or sometimes in these shelters, there'll be incidents of rape or physical abuse or whatever, and they'll say, oh, we don't want to report this to law enforcement. | ||
| Let's keep this in-house. Let's make sure people don't find out. | ||
| Yeah, they want to keep it in-house because of the contracts and all that. | ||
| And they're more scared to lose the contracts than anything. | ||
| Because you're talking about $400 million, $500 million contracts. | ||
| So let's get specific now again. | ||
| Carlos has worked with the contractors that are essentially, you might say, the middleman between the illegal immigrant, the minors, the children showing up, and then reaching their final destination. | ||
| Huge money in this. Hundreds of millions, by the way. | ||
| But I don't want to get into the money aspect. | ||
| I want to stay focused on the issue. | ||
| Okay, 85,000 in one year. | ||
| You think the number's closer to 200,000 now. | ||
| Talk about this process. | ||
| What happens when one of the escorts for these contractors, usually a young person, shows up at the airport to take the child from the plane to supposedly the guardian or the sponsor, and what happens? | ||
| They show the wrong ID. It's not the person that's approved. | ||
| What happens next? So what happens next is they're supposed to talk to a supervisor, There's no supervisor on call. | ||
| There's no supervisor with them. | ||
| And that means that the supervisor is not going to find out that a wrong ID was accepted until 24 hours later because the escort does not fly back home until the following day. | ||
| So, it could be 24 hours until the supervisor finds out that the child was handed off to the wrong person. | ||
| Sometimes it could be 48 hours because you fly back from New York City, you have a delay, you don't get back to the office until 7, 8pm at night, the supervisor that was there that day is gone for the day. | ||
| So they will not see the files you're turning in of the person who showed up until the second day. | ||
| So sometimes it's 48 hours before they even find out that you gave the child to the wrong person. | ||
| How often are these children ever located again? | ||
| Oh, man, no, they never again. | ||
| I mean, there's 85,000 lost, and when they try to find them, it's addresses that lead to empty parking lots, empty retail buildings, or some haven't even been strip clubs that they've led to. | ||
| So these are children that we're never going to see again. | ||
| How do you find them, you know? | ||
| How do you find a child that's not in any system? | ||
| Yeah. Except for the ORR program, but no one's allowed to go into that ORR program. | ||
| They don't report to... | ||
| There's no oversight for them. | ||
| Only they get to see the files of the kids and no one else. | ||
| You've also told me that young children have just straight up gone missing from hotels, just gone. | ||
| Oh, yeah. In New York City all the time because, you know, you're a block away from Times Square. | ||
| They walk out the front door. | ||
| And how are you going to find a 10-, 12-year-old that walked out? | ||
| In the middle of Times Square. | ||
| It's impossible. And then during times like New Year's Eve, Christmas time, you're not going to see. | ||
| We've had kids who walk out the hotel. | ||
| We had pregnant mothers lost in Central Park who only speak Russian, who only speak some foreign language. | ||
| You're not going to find them. | ||
| Every time we had a case like that where we lost someone, we never found them. | ||
| It was always a, well, may God be with them, and then somehow they end up back. | ||
| May they somehow end up back at the hotel. | ||
| Carlos Serenato, he is a whistleblower. | ||

| What is going on here with the children that you have at this airport on the video here? | ||
| Yeah, this is, well, there's a couple videos I see playing, but basically it's the footage of these escorts that are moving the kids, you know, through McAllen International Airport in that particular video, or plenty of other airports. | ||
| This is at McAllen International Airport right here. | ||
| I'm questioning them, saying, hey, are these your kids? | ||
| What's going on here? Of course, they don't actually talk to you. | ||
| They just turn their backs. | ||
| I mean, this particular individual, I mean, tells me to stop filming, tries to convince me that it's illegal. | ||
| Of course, it's not. And, you know, they move these kids all across the country. | ||
| And I mean, this kid very well has never been heard from again. | ||
| I mean, I don't really know. But very well possible. | ||
| And, you know, we then followed them to these different foster homes and investigated the foster homes. | ||
| And some of these foster homes are ongoing court cases for some serious sexual assault allegations. | ||
| I mean, like, really serious stuff where, like, children allegedly had to be hospitalized because they were sexually assaulted that brutally. | ||
| And yet they're still receiving... | ||
| At this moment, millions of dollars in federal taxpayer money. | ||
| This is so crazy to witness your footage here from McAllen because we captured what is essentially the exact same footage and it's wild. | ||
| It's like you're capturing blatant criminal activity. | ||
| This has been well documented for three years, and it just continues. | ||
| It just never stops. The same vans, the same drivers, the same Catholic charities, the same buildings, the same all of it. | ||
| This is a never-ending pipeline. | ||
| It's really hard to even put into a proper context. | ||
| It literally never stops. | ||
| Yeah, that's right. I mean, that's what I keep saying. | ||
| The whole southern border crisis, and I hate to kind of look at it like this, but it is. | ||
| It's a never-ending, bottomless pit of journalistic content. | ||
| I mean, it just goes on for infinity. | ||
| I mean, it's the most horrible thing in the world, and it's probably the biggest crisis facing our country. | ||
| I think it's bigger than a sovereign debt crisis and a collapse of the dollar, honestly. | ||
| Well, we're talking about hundreds of thousands, potentially, of children that are being trafficked. | ||
| I mean, that's a very real... | ||
| Now, I'm just curious, Carlos, when you talk to, I mean... | ||
| Members of Border Patrol or other individuals involved with this contracting stuff, do they ever talk about their concerns with this? | ||
| Yeah, there's a lot of them. | ||
| There's videos where some of them are crying because they run into groups of 30, 20, that many undocumented, unaccompanied minors together, crossing together. | ||
| And it's creepy. | ||
| You know how does a group of 20 underage kids just cross the river all at once in Eagle Pass? | ||
| And the Border Patrol agents break down because you see the kids crying and all you do is you see phone numbers on their cell phones and you don't know who they lead to. | ||
| And sometimes you see kids there that are three, four years old and it's how's that kid going to tell you who their sponsor is, you know? | ||
| It's terrible. Well, talk about what happens when a group of minors show up They get contact with their escort. | ||
| Could be four, could be two, could be ten. | ||
| And let's say that the plane gets canceled, doesn't show up. | ||
| And by the way, these are escorts that don't receive proper background checks. | ||
| You don't even know what criminal history they might have. | ||
| What happens in that situation? | ||
| So it happens a lot where DFW is very famous for canceling flights, delaying them. | ||
| And when you're from Texas, you know that very well, especially during the wintertime. | ||
| And when they cancel your flight on you, and for example, I moved a lot of teenage girls by myself. | ||
| I had a lot of times where they would say, you know what, you took the children already out. | ||
| You took the girls out of the shelter. | ||
| They're completely out of their system. | ||
| There's no record that they were ever there pretty much because they're with you now. | ||
| And if we take them back, it's going to look bad on us and we could lose the contract. | ||
| So stay with the girls. | ||
| We're going to get you a hotel room. | ||
| You stay on the couch. | ||
| They stay on the bed. | ||
| And that's the only guidance you ever get is that they hope that you do the right thing and you don't do anything bad to these children. | ||
| And it's awkward because it's also running through your mind. | ||
| It's like, well, are these girls going to lie and say that I touched them and then I end up in prison? | ||
| Like, is this job worth it? | ||
| Because if the girls say that, they're going to listen to them first before they listen to me, and I'll end up in jail while they investigate. | ||
| And, yeah, it's a very compromising situation for both parties, for all parties involved. | ||
| I mean, we're talking about no background check, escorts, receiving minors, and then being put up in a hotel with them. | ||
| Yeah, yeah. | ||
| And then a lot of the times is that you run into co-workers and they're gone and then you ask around and the answer is, well, their background came back and it was dirty. | ||
| That's why they're not here anymore. | ||
| And you just figure like, so they were working here for a month, two months, three months. | ||
| And their background was dirty the whole time and they had access to children. | ||
| It's insane. I mean, I'm listening to this and the whole thing sounds Twilight Zone. | ||
| I can't even imagine what it would be like to actually experience that. | ||
| And that's why you became a whistleblower. | ||
| And that's why you need to be testifying. | ||
| I mean, these stories need to be heard by Congress. | ||
| This is just unreal. And this is all... | ||
| The Biden border policy. | ||
| Now, Anthony, I know that you were on the, as they call it, the death train or the beast train. | ||
| People have seen those viral videos. | ||
| You actually took the ride twice after you had to go back a second time because the cartels kidnapped you and took your footage. | ||
| How many children did you see on that train? | ||
| Oof. A lot, man. | ||
| A lot. Especially the second time around, we were all on the inside of that thing. | ||
| You know, percentages, it's hard to say, but there were a lot of children. | ||
| I mean, Imagine one for every couple of military-aged men on there. | ||
| Yeah, and I was truly wondering if those were actually the children, obviously there's no way to tell, but if those were actually the children of the adults that they were with. | ||
| Because, you know, what kind of adult is going to bring these children along with them, right? | ||
| What kind of loving parent would actually do that? | ||
| And you wonder the same thing when you see groups coming across and, you know, just ironically, right, every single adult happens to have a child with them. | ||
| It seems a little bit bizarre, right? | ||
| And a lot of times they're like super young infants or toddlers. | ||
| Seems a bit ironic, to say the least. | ||
| Well, it's like, yeah, it's like if you go through the subway and everybody has their metro card. | ||
| Right. Exactly. Exactly. | ||
| Like, you know why everybody has their metro card. | ||
| That's how they get on the train. Exactly. | ||
| Yeah, we know why they have the kids. | ||
| That's how they get into the country. Exactly. | ||
| Now, are they, because you've also documented how they're coached along the way in the apps with some of the people that you talk to in the groups along the way, and they're kind of coached on how to get in and how to beat the system. | ||
| Do you hear that type of a talk? | ||
| Like, hey, you know, bring this minor across from you. | ||
| You'll be fine. Did you ever hear anything like that? | ||
| No, I'll be honest with you, my Spanish is good enough just to get by, so if they're rambling like that, I wouldn't know. | ||
| I mean, that's where Carlos would hear a lot more of that. | ||
| Actually, Carlos, didn't you hear at the border recently where they were talking about, like, organ harvesting? | ||
| Can you speak on that, or is that not something you can talk about? | ||
| Yeah, yeah, so you're starting to hear about organ harvesting going on in northern Mexico, offers of young kidneys, and they say, oh, it came from a child, and it's a healthy one. | ||
| And there's a lot more reports lately, not just from adults, but from children, mentioning it to people that there's organ harvesting going on in the northern cities of Mexico. | ||
| Tijuana, to be exact. | ||
| Well, and you can't even imagine. | ||
| I mean, we're talking about tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of children that are just missing. | ||
| They're just lost in the world. | ||
| Anything could happen to them, and there's no record of it. | ||
| Carlos, I hope that you get to testify in front of Congress. | ||
| I know you've got some other things that you're working on, too. | ||
| I hope God protects you and gives you just his blessing along the way to keep exposing this. | ||

| Release of four suspects in Long Island body parts case inspires new bail law. | ||
| Long Island body parts suspects freed again under New York bail rules. | ||
| The details of this are just quite frankly insane. | ||
| Dismembered body parts... | ||
| And the people found with them just released back on the streets. | ||
| So wait. Okay. Brown, set me straight here. | ||
| What is the story here? | ||
| And how is it that you can be found with the body parts of deceased individuals and get back on the streets in no time? | ||
| Well, it's a circus in New York, Owen, and that's exactly what we have here. | ||
| These four suspects are accused of just dismembering these two victims and then placing their body parts throughout Long Island. | ||
| They were found at several Long Island parks. | ||
| And while the Suffolk County District Attorney over there was only able to charge them with dismembering the body parts, they don't have enough evidence quite yet, and that's what he's saying, to secure a murder charge on these four individuals. | ||
| So what does that mean? | ||
| Well, back in 2018, New York Democrats pushed forward legislation that was egregious. | ||
| And I tried warning Americans about this But not many people were paying attention. | ||
| But that's why these four individuals are free right now. | ||
| It's called, I refer to it as a criminal bill of rights, but it's called criminal justice reform and it was shoved into New York State's 2019 budget. | ||
| Yes, their budget. So when New York Democrats voted on this legislation, they actually voted on this criminal justice reform. | ||
| And well, once you read through it, like I did, I picked up and left New York because I knew this was going to be horrifying. | ||
| Ultimately, it wasn't just dismembering body parts that was one of their non-violent offenses that had the bail eliminated. | ||
| It was also possession of child pornography as well as manslaughter. | ||
| And so now what happens in New York is instead of going in front of a judge and a judge deciding whether or not you're a risk to society and they need to put you in jail while you wait your trial, the judges have no say in any of this. | ||
| And so ultimately what happens here is that you could stack up a list of convictions and charges And then, well, let's say you chop up a body and you dismember the body parts and you toss them all around Long Island. | ||
| The judges can't step in and say, we're going to hold you because New York Democrats eliminated that option. | ||
| And so one of those suspects, after being charged with this crime, was caught stealing from a CVS, allegedly. | ||
| And, well, when a local news station caught up with the suspect, she ultimately admitted to doing it, just saying she didn't want to go back to her, I believe, his car to get her wallet. | ||
| And so that's why that took place. | ||
| And, well, we know she was there because she had an ankle monitor on. | ||
| And so that's what adds to this different tier. | ||
| But, Owen, we've been warning about this for quite some time now. | ||
| It's egregious what's going on in New York. | ||
| It's been going on for quite some time. | ||
| And New York Democrats are looking the other way. | ||
| They pretended like they fixed the law a little bit and got rid of the child pornography issue that was there because, well, once people learned that child porn was considered a nonviolent offense in New York, it did spark a little bit of outrage. | ||
| But ultimately, what's going on here is now judges can't weigh in, and it's even more egregious. | ||
| In that piece of legislation as well, Owen, and feel free to cut me off from going on for too long because you know I have a habit of doing so, in that legislation, they are also now allowing individuals To, let's say, you, I, I'll use myself as an example, I'm on a subway, a man gropes me, I call the police, I have him arrested. | ||
| If I want to file charges against that suspect, he now has access to my contact information, my phone number, and my address. | ||
| That was in criminal justice reform as well. | ||
| Yes, yes. | ||
| So somebody could potentially stalk you or threaten you? | ||
| Yeah, yeah. | ||
| And they'll get contact information from me. | ||
| And the reason why, and it sounds absurd, you're wondering why would that take place. | ||
| Well, you speak to local members of law enforcement, and I'll give you an example. | ||
| If someone pulls a gun on you in a road rage incident, and, well, the cops pull him aside and charge him because you wanted the charges filed, Ultimately, the police officers are saying, hey, we have to tell them that their contact information might get passed over to that individual who pulled a gun on you. | ||
| And well, as most victims would do, they don't want the issue to get any worse. | ||
| So a lot of them declined to file charges. | ||
| And so when we talk about... | ||
| Yeah, I'd say you're putting yourself at risk filing charges. | ||
| Yeah, and so you wouldn't file charges. | ||
| And so that's why so many New Yorkers aren't filing charges. | ||
| So when we sit there and say that crime's up in New York, it's actually significantly higher than what you think because so many victims just don't want to come forward. | ||
| But wait a second. I want to get back to this body parts issue because the details of this are even crazier. | ||
| People are just finding dismembered arms and legs just like sitting in the woods or by creeks or they're out on a walk and there's just a bloody arm and stuff. | ||
| And so, I mean, I guess it's an assumption to say it's gang-affiliated activity. | ||
| I mean, I don't know who else is dismembering people and throwing their body parts around the city, but I guess that's a bit of an assumption or leap here. | ||
| But, okay, let's try to just make this understandable, because this is what's so confusing to me. | ||
| So they've eliminated bail, meaning that you can get charged for some of the most sordid, | ||
| violent crimes, but essentially saying that a judge can't put a bail on you, they can't | ||
| put any number of a bail on you, and you just get released? | ||
| Yeah, yeah, that's exactly how this goes. | ||
| So if you were charged with murder or if you were charged with terrorism, that would be fine. | ||
| You would go in front of a judge for that. | ||
| But everything else is no longer at a judge's discretion. | ||
| They've completely removed that. | ||
| And so that's what you have here. | ||
| They created these nonviolent crime lists. | ||
| And honestly, after reading through it back in 2018, I just figured it was the left-wing activist groups who wrote it and the lobbyists. | ||
| And that no politician even looked at it, because it was a lot to read through. | ||
| But they've created this list of nonviolent offenses, and that's what they pushed forward. | ||
| Yeah, it's pretty strange that they did all of this, but it's expected. | ||
| I mean, New York Democrats openly also admitted that they never even had a second to read it. | ||
| It was at the time Andrew Cuomo who pushed this through, and so that's why you have stories like this. | ||
| I mean, there was a woman who was mowed down by an illegal immigrant back at the end of 2018, and because it was just days away from this law Being put into place, that illegal actually was released after mowing her down with his car and leaving and fleeing the scene. | ||
| Now, in that situation, ICE actually got involved, and thankfully, they were able to catch up with him before he fled. | ||
| But again, manslaughter, nonviolent. | ||
| They consider this to be a nonviolent issue. | ||
| Well, and this is actually happening with Soros district attorneys all across the nation. | ||
| The same thing happened in St. Louis just about a month ago. | ||
| A guy just completely obliterated. | ||
| I mean, I don't say that to be insensitive to the victims, but I mean, this guy obliterated two women in the streets. | ||
| I mean, just mowed them down and got released as well. | ||
| And people are like, what? This is insane. | ||
| Now, do you think Democrats are just using that as an excuse saying, oh, we didn't read it, we don't know? | ||
| I mean, I'm not saying I don't necessarily believe them, but it is a handy excuse. | ||
| But I feel like if that's true, then they're saying, oh, well, this just sounds good on a campaign like we did bail reform. | ||
| But the details of it, they don't want you to actually know about. | ||
| Yes. And I actually do believe that they didn't read it because it wasn't just these two pieces of legislation that they were all just shoved into one. | ||
| It was actually so it was the state's budget. | ||
| It was criminal justice reform. | ||
| It was also a plastic bag ban in New York. | ||
| And it was also, there's one more thing that I'm missing. | ||
| There was another, there was a fourth, oh, congestion pricing, which a lot of people are speaking about now because it just went into effect. | ||
| So all of that was crammed into one vote. | ||
| So they didn't have time to actually go through it. | ||

| He has, I guess it was a fake lease. | ||
| And so that's why she left in handcuffs, because she was trying to kick him out. | ||

| They don't trash it. | ||

| You want to go live in the woods by the creek and you don't trash it and you respect it enough and you're not really a big issue to me. | ||

| And they take these shopping carts. | ||
| And they take these shopping carts and they go essentially dumpster diving, but they just fill their shopping carts with trash bags or with everything they find in the dumpster. | ||
| And so they go empty the dumpster into their shopping carts and then they take it back to the woods and then they pilfer through the trash for anything they might want and then they discard everything they don't want into the woods. | ||
