While I have made a few contributions over the years to Democrats, such as Representative Ro Khanna — I don't see him, but I hope he shows up today — He sits on the Democratic side of the Oversight Committee.

I also hope they will understand that some members of this committee will engage in absurd attacks and efforts to try to deflect attention from the facts.
And I will present today by questioning my integrity and my patriotic duty.
You may see me speak passionately at this hearing, but for good reason.
Not only was I willing to die for this country, every single male member of my immediate family was willing to die for this country.
I want to be crystal clear.
From my direct personal experience and what I've subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was the brand being sold by the Biden family.
His family's foreign influence peddling operation from China to Ukraine and elsewhere sold out to foreign actors who are seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.
Joe Biden was more than a participant in and a beneficiary of his family's business.
He was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despised being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.
I asked this big question.
If there's no evidence of corruption here today, if Joe's conduct and the conduct of his family were fully legal and proper, then why are they so dishonest about it?
Not just slight misrepresentations of fact, but deep untruths about the entire corrupt enterprise.
Hunter Biden gave his transcribed interview on February 28th and lied throughout his testimony.
Here's just one egregious example of Hunter's perjury.
He lied to the committee on important details concerning his money demands and threats to CFC in text messages on July 30th and 31st, 2017.
He leveraged his father's presence next to him in that infamous text to strong-armed CFC to paying Hunter immediately.
Jim Biden also lied extensively throughout his transcribed interview on February 21st and perjured himself.
An example of that, on page 100 of his transcript, Jim is asked specifically, do you recall having a meeting with Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski, and Joe Biden?
Jim's response, absolutely not.
The committee was so shocked by his perjury that they asked him the same question multiple times, each time he denied meeting with me and Joe Biden.
After the committee showed him text messages confirming that I met with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and Jim Biden at the Beverly Hilton in May 2017, Jim Biden, with a former U.S. attorney lawyer sitting next to him, still denied that meeting took place.
Hunter Biden in his own transcribed interview confirmed that that meeting took place.
Hunter confirmed his uncle perjured himself in front of this committee.
I'm simply here to tell the truth to the American people and I hope each and every one of you
you No wonder Hunter Biden didn't want to show up.
By the way, just as a forward thinker here, there's going to be more testimony, ladies and gentlemen, and there's going to be more times where Hunter Biden or James Biden are called to the stand and they won't show up.
Now, as I've said, I hope the Republicans have a larger strategy dealing with this and looking at all the angles, considering all the prospects here.
And how can we make sure the American people see and hear this?
When he said his chairman, he was talking about his dad.
This is from Rob Walker.
It didn't seem to make much sense to Rob Walker either.
So he said that when Hunter, he said this to you, when Hunter was talking about his chairman, he was talking about his dad.
When Rob Walker came in to give his transcribed interview to the committee, he basically said Well, Hunter was high or confused or mad.
And Rob Walker said that he was just trying to calm things down between you and Hunter.
But that doesn't really answer the question about who Hunter Biden is talking about.
Hunter Biden lied to this committee.
So here, clearly, he says, Rob Walker's saying he's talking about his dad.
So I want to be very clear.
We've established that Zhang is not the chairman, obviously.
Is that correct? Yes or no?
Correct. Let me show you another message.
This message doesn't call Zhang Chairman Zhang, does it?
It just says the Chinese want to do business with the Bidens.
As a matter of fact, it says, both coming to be my partner, to be partners with the Bidens, with an S. He, Zhang is implied, has implied that the number one has made it clear and available to him.
This was in 2017, but I would like to make it known for this committee that Joe Biden told the press in 2016, as a matter of fact, I quote, Yeah, I am.
I am going to run in 2020.
He told the press in 2016 that he was running for president of the United States in 2020.
So here is the Bidens doing business in China in 2017 when everybody knew he was planning to be president of the United States.
Bobuletsky? I do, and I wish this committee would thoroughly investigate it and focus on all the evidence that the SDNY has on CFC. They had FISA warrants, so they were recording conversations, and I wish they disclosed all that data and fact to this committee.
One, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden let their Chinese business partners know, before the American media and the American people, they let the Chinese communists know that Joe was running for president years before he announced it.
Insinuating a guaranteed win as well.
Insinuating that, hey, we're making these deals under the assumption or foreknowledge that Joe is going to be president.
And then, of course, everything that happened in 2020.
Now, there is a lot more to be investigated as far as that is concerned.
The questions to be begged are quite obvious.
But let's not get lost in the sauce of that, but let's point that out as extremely significant.
Now let's look at one other thing. So when you're sitting here hearing about this TikTok ban and China, China, China, the President of the United States is in bed with China.
Do you really think the TikTok ban is about China?
Give me a break. The President of the United States who will sign the TikTok ban or forced sale is really what it is.
It's the forced sale of TikTok.
From a Chinese national.
A Chinese business.
And Biden's going to sign that bill saying this is all about keeping China out of our business?
When Joe Biden is in bed with Xi Jinping giving him political handjobs?
Pause it right here and maybe just rewind it 10 seconds.
This is so key, it's unbelievable.
Now again, what have we been saying right here?
They have the bank records, they have the wire transfers, they have the 10% for the big guy, the flow chart, all of it.
They already have all the evidence they need.
Now, Biden and Donald's is presenting some of it.
But again, this is in 2017.
The Bidens are guaranteeing their Chinese business partners that Biden is going to be president in 2020.
And that they're going to be able to make these certain deals.
And then recall, Joe Biden gets into office and he sells the oil to the Chinese companies.
at the lowest market rate.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is beyond, I would say now, the Biden crime family engaging in pay-for-play is just a

What else is going on here between the Bidens and the Chinese that resulted in Joe Biden somehow becoming president in 2020?
I would guess that anybody that is really curious would start to ask those same questions.
This seems like there was an alley-oop to get Biden into office in 2020 between the Democrats and the Chinese Communists.
That's what this looks like.
And then Biden, who's getting 10% from his son's business dealings with the Chinese Nationals, is going to sign a TikTok ban because of Chinese influence?
Give me a break. What involvement did China have in our 2020 elections?
For the time period August 3rd of 2017 to August 31, 2017, stipulating $100,000 going from CEFC into the bank account of Hunter Biden through OWASCO PC. Without objections ordered.
On August 8th, four days later, $5 million is then transferred from the Northern International Capital account of $5 million to Hudson West III. Hudson West III is a bank account controlled by Hunter Biden and Mr.
Ganwang A.K.A. Kevin Dong, who is a CEFC associate.
That money comes from a Northern International Capital bank account, a bank account that is tied to the CCP. Mr.
Chairman, I want to submit for the record the bank statement demonstrating that transfer.

On August 8th, the same time period, there is a wire transfer of $400,000 to a Wasco PC from the Hudson West III bank account.

Chairman, we have the deposit reference into Sarah Jones Biden's account on the same day she withdrew it from Lionhall.

Last document. On September 3rd, 2007, from Sarah Biden's own personal account, there is a check that is written to Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., the President of the United States today, For $40,000, signed loan repayment, a loan repayment, by the way, that Joe Biden's own personal accountant, Mr.
To the members of the committee, it is clear that the source of this money came from CEFC, and that CEFC is a company that is directly linked to the CCP, and actually the chairman of the CCP, the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party, Chairman Xi Jinping.

However, IRS whistleblowers shared evidence that the Biden family made at least $1.1 million from their business with China, including $100,000 in payment from CFC, China Energy, and a $1 million payment in exchange for legal services that were never provided to a CFC official, Patrick Ho. Mr.

The ranking member just said that Joe Biden was opposed to corruption.

Because when Hunter Biden did his deposition under oath, he said, I don't know who it is, even though he was copied on an email that said H will hold 10% for the big guy.
A thousand percent. And there's other text messages that back that up, that the brave whistleblowers Shapley and Ziegler have produced, not from my phones, not from my Blackberry that I took screenshots from.
They took them from subpoenas directly from Apple's iCloud that back up the fact that Hunter knew the big guy was Joe Biden.
The big guy is the one who showed up at golf outings, who took phone calls and meetings and lunches and dinners with Hunter Biden and his business associates.
A lot of the Democrats back and forth with Bobulinski, but it's really not worth it because you can pretty much expect exactly what's going on.
They're just lying and running cover for the Bidens.
They're denying there's water in the ocean.
They're denying that there's a sun in the sky.
They're denying that grass is green.
And so it's just, it's not even worth it for the sake of time.
We will play some of it.
But first, here's another witness that believes he was politically persecuted for blowing the whistle on the Biden crime family.

It was not the only time I heard Hunter speak with his father for business reasons.
I was present when Hunter called his father on May 4, 2014 on a cell phone, put it on speaker mode to have him say hello to Yelena Batarina, a Russian oligarch and an investor in Rosemont Projects, and her husband, Yuri Luzkov, the former mayor of Moscow.
Devon Archer was also there.
Hunter said, quote, I'm here with our friends.
I told you we're coming to town, and we wanted to say hello.
The vice president said hello, some pleasantries, and I hope you had safe travels, and Matt said, quote, okay, you be good to my boy.
Hunter responded by saying, everything is good, and we are moving ahead.
The vice president said something about, quote, being helpful, and Hunter ended the call by saying he was going to call his father later.
Before this call, Hunter sat and I heard him speaking on business matters generally.
A few days after this May 4th party, an email my lawyer provided to this committee shows that Devin had confirmed Ms.
Batarino was committed to a, quote, hard order of $10 to $20 million in a burdened investment banking client.
In an effort to build this financial platform, I engaged in a lawful conduct.
Our companies were entrusted with $11 billion of union pension money, pension fund money, whose trust I betrayed.
I pleaded guilty.
I've had eight years in federal custody to reflect on my actions.
I'm profoundly sorry for committing these crimes.
I deserve the lengthy sentence I've received.
Nevertheless, as I set out more fully in my full statement, I believe the SBMI prosecutors did not indict Hunter Biden on the same deal for political reasons, despite then-available documentation that we were partners, were involved in decision-making, that involved illegal self-dealing, and all of us had financially benefited from these schemes.
In fact, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer's company received $15 million from the tribal bonds fraudulent scheme to be invested in the burner brew.
I've often supplied this information to the government about Hunter Biden's crimes, but the prosecutors have been uninterested.
And my request for commentation I filed in DOJ in December 2020 did provide information about Hunter's culpability.
The DOJ has retaliated against me and vigorously objected to my being placed in home confined pursuant to the CARES Act.
I applied for home confinement on February 4th, 2023.
It was approved on June 9th.
On June 12th, this committee issued a subpoena for Devin Archer, and the DOP reversed my approval on June 13th, with the SDNY prosecutors strongly objecting to my release.
I've been appealing this rehearsal and with each stage, the BOP reason for my denial has changed.
During this period, the period beginning in January 2023, I was sexually assaulted by a member of the prison staff at FPC Pensacola.
He persisted in sexually harassing me for many months thereafter.
I had hoped to receive home confinement to remove me from danger.
My judgment was clouded by the shame I felt for not being able to prevent the attacks.
I was well aware, as all inmates are, that the Bureau of Prisons had a horrible record on these matters.
I believe my disclosure would have made things worse for me.
Unfortunately, the sexual harassment continued until early August, when the prison correctional officer's comments became more threatening.
I feared for my safety, and I decided to seek counseling from Chaplain Dixon the next day, on August 10, 2023.
The chaplain was visibly upset by the events and asked to bring in Warden Salisbury, who quickly opened a PREA investigation, which is a reference to the Prison Rape Elimination Act passed by Congress.
After further debriefings, I was immediately escorted to a vehicle and driven by senior staff hours to FPC Montgomery, a separate facility.
I'm grateful the committee has opened up an investigation of these matters and I appreciate Chairman Jordan and Comer and Subcommittee Chairman Biggs signing the letter.
I believe I've been a victim of a pattern of retribution by the Department of Justice.
I believe I'm putting myself at grave risk within the BOP for providing information on these matters concerning the President and his son.

They can't win on witnesses. They cannot win in a form of discussion, discourse, or debate.
All they have left is violence and rule behind the barrel of a gun.

This is a universal issue that we must face as one unified community.
Developing news now from Western Mass, a group of eighth graders facing criminal charges for allegedly setting up a mock slave auction on Snapchat.
Boston 25 News reporter John Monahan live not far from the school.
And John, the DA calls this behavior vile.
That's right, he did, Vanessa, and he also says the fact this happened in a middle school is very unsettling.
We also spoke to the mother of one of the victims here, and she tells us this alleged incident of a mock slave auction is not the only time her daughter has faced an incident of racial bullying.
Six classmates, eighth graders in Southwick, will face criminal charges for their alleged role in a mock slave auction, according to the Hampton County DA. Several students uttered hateful and racist comments.
The DA. Notions of violence toward people of color.
The DA. Racial slurs, derogatory pictures and videos.
In a mock slave auction directed at two juveniles.
The mother of one of the students targeted, who spoke out when allegations first came to light, applauded the DA for filing charges.
In a statement, she says in part, your dedication to upholding justice in our community is commendable and provides a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness of this traumatic incident.
The incident took place on Snapchat among several 8th grade students on February 8th and 9th.
It was reported to school officials on February 9th and an investigation began.
Which aims to hold accountable those who committed provable criminal acts.
Now there's little to no context available in regards to this story.
And certainly, I don't know anybody that would argue, if it's as bad as it sounds, in support of 8th graders having a mock slave auction.
But there's little or no context available.
But even in its worst, even in the worst case scenario here, the district attorney getting involved charging 8th graders for doing something stupid?
This should be settled within the school, however they deem fit, with the parents, however they deem fit.
Why is the district attorney getting involved with eighth graders?
What are we talking about, 15, 14 years old, tops?
And the district attorney says they're criminals, but can't cite a crime?
Again, let's say it's as bad as it sounds.
Let's say it's the worst case thing.
Where's the crime? The district attorney.
Eighth graders being charged with a crime.
But if you're Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, you can sell this country out, you can launder money, you can do political pay-for-play, you can skip congressional subpoenas, you can hold classified documents, share them with unauthorized people.
Nobody gets charged.
You're above the law. But if you're an eighth grader that does something stupid and racially charged, the district attorney is coming after you.

And I really want to get serious with you guys because we actually had discussions earlier today with some special reports and interviews I'm going to be dropping later this month with you.
But, before we get serious, you guys tried some of our coffee, didn't you?
Yeah, so the 85,000 are from the first year of the Biden administration, and they won't release 2022, 2023.
And the reason why I know this number is much higher was because the reason why I ended up blowing the whistle is that I got an email from my bosses stating we lost children.
We gave children to the wrong people.
IDs did not match.
And the word was that this was six weeks worth of children.
And when you count six weeks worth at the amount of escorts that we have in an office, that's thousands of children.
And this is inside the company that you're working for that's contracted by the government to deal with all the illegal immigrant children that come across the border, and then your guys' job is to get them to their final sponsors or destinations.
And I believe what we were discussing is, if I had to take a guess, It's either a little bit below 200,000 or a little bit above it, where I would put it at.
Because of the amount of children that are moved and just lost, you know.
And it's college-age kids, high school kids who move these children.
And I think there's a direct quote from Secretary Becerra.
Where he says that this should be treated as a factory line and that we should get children out just as if it was a factory line.
And they told the director of the children program ORR that if she can't do it, he'll find someone else to do it for him.
And we'll get into more of the details dealing with what happens inside of the country.
And I mean, these are young kids, a lot of these workers.
I want to go to the other side of the border, Anthony, and let's talk about what you've seen being embedded on the illegal immigrant caravans dealing with children, minors, pregnant mothers even.
Talk about that aspect of what goes on before they get into the country.
You know, if the crew could pull this up real quick, it's on my Twitter timeline, which you guys should be able to find it quick.
For example, you know, you go as far south as the Darien Gap, and even there, when I was trekking through, there was a woman that was carrying on her shoulders an incapacitated child.
Yeah, I mean, you guys might have to search for it in my Twitter timeline.
It's going to be back in November.
But, yeah, I mean, you see that.
You know, you see women or people carrying incapacitated children through the jungle.
You know, you get onto the train of death and you see loads of children.
You have no idea if those are the actual parent or guardian.
Right. Right. I mean, these kids are brought over here, and Carlos could attest to this as well.
There is no DNA testing, and they're part of recycling rings.
This is like a quote-unquote conspiracy theory.
That's what they tried to play it off as, but it's not.
There are stories of kids that are brought over multiple times.
They'll be brought over by one group of men, and then they'll be smuggled back over into Mexico, and then they'll be used again, and again, and again, and again to get more military-age men to the country.
If you are a single man from Honduras or from El Salvador, from Haiti, chances are they're going to deport you.
I mean, some people do get deported.
It's not like everybody just comes over here and gets set free.
I mean, some people do get deported. But if you are, you know, allegedly the father of a child, you're part of a family unit, well, you know, maybe they'll let you stay, right?
And you'll get a court date, and then that'll be eight years in the future, but then that actually happens.
You know what? Honestly, it didn't really shock me.
This is on the screen.
I mean, this is what I was talking about.
You see videos like this. I mean, look at that girl.
You tell me what that is.
You know, it was funny. I actually was.
Maybe I shouldn't. You know what I will say?
So I was, you know, in talks with Dr.
Phil's team because they were like, maybe you could come and talk to us about trafficking.
But what evidence do you have? And so I show this video to them and they go, well, I think they got scared and just didn't want to play because they go, well, we don't know if that's evidence of trafficking.
We don't know if that girl was asleep.
I'm like, what are you joking with me?
The point is, there's a lot of people, there's powerful people that they don't want to go near this kind of stuff just, you know, for certain reasons, which I'm not really too sure about.
But, yeah, I mean, that's a little girl getting trafficked as far as I'm concerned.
She's knocked down incapacitated.
She's not asleep. But, sir, what was your question exactly?
Just if you were surprised by the number of children you saw on this journey.
But, by the way, there's other evidence out there as well.
And, look, if you're Dr. Phil's people, I understand you're afraid to cover this.
I get it. But, you know, Anthony Aguero has also captured footage of dozens of children that seem to be drugged and incapacitated sitting at the southern border.
If you're an audio audience member today, it's a young woman.
I mean, she can't be at the oldest 30.
I mean, she looks like she's in her 20s.
Young woman, carrying this girl, maybe five or so years old.
Knocked out on her shoulders.
I mean, just a solo woman, trekking through the jungle.
I mean, you can't even believe this stuff, but there it is on the film.
You captured it. Here you are on the death train, by the way.
So, Carlos, let's talk about what happens when they get into the country, because I think this is really...
This is where it really gets gruesome.
This is when it really gets heartbreaking.
Because you, the teams that you've worked with and managed, you deal with a lot of these children firsthand and what are called the escorts, which are the people that receive the children and then are supposed to get them to their final destination.
And as you said, they treat it just like an assembly line, not like it's a human.
But you were telling me earlier how a lot of these kids, they don't want to be here.
Correct, correct. And they see it that way because they get fed the same milk every day, they get fed the same ice cream every week, and they get really tired of it.
It's the same movie, they only approve one movie for them, and they want to go home, and they tell them, you're not allowed to go home.
And if a child is molested or anything like that in the home that they end up at, What happens is the government takes them away from that home, say it's in Florida.
They'll take them away from Florida, and then they'll bring them back to Texas to put them in a new shelter, and they start the process all over again.
Or sometimes in these shelters, there'll be incidents of rape or physical abuse or whatever, and they'll say, oh, we don't want to report this to law enforcement.
Let's keep this in-house. Let's make sure people don't find out.
Carlos has worked with the contractors that are essentially, you might say, the middleman between the illegal immigrant, the minors, the children showing up, and then reaching their final destination.
Huge money in this. Hundreds of millions, by the way.
But I don't want to get into the money aspect.
I want to stay focused on the issue.
Okay, 85,000 in one year.
You think the number's closer to 200,000 now.
Talk about this process.
What happens when one of the escorts for these contractors, usually a young person, shows up at the airport to take the child from the plane to supposedly the guardian or the sponsor, and what happens?
They show the wrong ID. It's not the person that's approved.
What happens next? So what happens next is they're supposed to talk to a supervisor, There's no supervisor on call.
There's no supervisor with them.
And that means that the supervisor is not going to find out that a wrong ID was accepted until 24 hours later because the escort does not fly back home until the following day.
So, it could be 24 hours until the supervisor finds out that the child was handed off to the wrong person.
Sometimes it could be 48 hours because you fly back from New York City, you have a delay, you don't get back to the office until 7, 8pm at night, the supervisor that was there that day is gone for the day.
So they will not see the files you're turning in of the person who showed up until the second day.
So sometimes it's 48 hours before they even find out that you gave the child to the wrong person.
I mean, there's 85,000 lost, and when they try to find them, it's addresses that lead to empty parking lots, empty retail buildings, or some haven't even been strip clubs that they've led to.
So these are children that we're never going to see again.
How do you find them, you know?
How do you find a child that's not in any system?
Yeah. Except for the ORR program, but no one's allowed to go into that ORR program.
They don't report to...
There's no oversight for them.
Only they get to see the files of the kids and no one else.
Yeah, this is, well, there's a couple videos I see playing, but basically it's the footage of these escorts that are moving the kids, you know, through McAllen International Airport in that particular video, or plenty of other airports.
This is at McAllen International Airport right here.
I'm questioning them, saying, hey, are these your kids?
What's going on here? Of course, they don't actually talk to you.
They just turn their backs.
I mean, this particular individual, I mean, tells me to stop filming, tries to convince me that it's illegal.
Of course, it's not. And, you know, they move these kids all across the country.
And I mean, this kid very well has never been heard from again.
I mean, I don't really know. But very well possible.
And, you know, we then followed them to these different foster homes and investigated the foster homes.
And some of these foster homes are ongoing court cases for some serious sexual assault allegations.
I mean, like, really serious stuff where, like, children allegedly had to be hospitalized because they were sexually assaulted that brutally.
And yet they're still receiving...
At this moment, millions of dollars in federal taxpayer money.
There's videos where some of them are crying because they run into groups of 30, 20, that many undocumented, unaccompanied minors together, crossing together.
And it's creepy.
You know how does a group of 20 underage kids just cross the river all at once in Eagle Pass?
And the Border Patrol agents break down because you see the kids crying and all you do is you see phone numbers on their cell phones and you don't know who they lead to.
And sometimes you see kids there that are three, four years old and it's how's that kid going to tell you who their sponsor is, you know?
And then a lot of the times is that you run into co-workers and they're gone and then you ask around and the answer is, well, their background came back and it was dirty.
That's why they're not here anymore.
And you just figure like, so they were working here for a month, two months, three months.
And their background was dirty the whole time and they had access to children.
A lot. Especially the second time around, we were all on the inside of that thing.
You know, percentages, it's hard to say, but there were a lot of children.
I mean, Imagine one for every couple of military-aged men on there.
Yeah, and I was truly wondering if those were actually the children, obviously there's no way to tell, but if those were actually the children of the adults that they were with.
Because, you know, what kind of adult is going to bring these children along with them, right?
What kind of loving parent would actually do that?
And you wonder the same thing when you see groups coming across and, you know, just ironically, right, every single adult happens to have a child with them.
It seems a little bit bizarre, right?
And a lot of times they're like super young infants or toddlers.
Like, you know why everybody has their metro card.
That's how they get on the train. Exactly.
Yeah, we know why they have the kids.
That's how they get into the country. Exactly.
Now, are they, because you've also documented how they're coached along the way in the apps with some of the people that you talk to in the groups along the way, and they're kind of coached on how to get in and how to beat the system.
Do you hear that type of a talk?
Like, hey, you know, bring this minor across from you.
You'll be fine. Did you ever hear anything like that?
Yeah, yeah, so you're starting to hear about organ harvesting going on in northern Mexico, offers of young kidneys, and they say, oh, it came from a child, and it's a healthy one.
And there's a lot more reports lately, not just from adults, but from children, mentioning it to people that there's organ harvesting going on in the northern cities of Mexico.
Well, it's a circus in New York, Owen, and that's exactly what we have here.
These four suspects are accused of just dismembering these two victims and then placing their body parts throughout Long Island.
They were found at several Long Island parks.
And while the Suffolk County District Attorney over there was only able to charge them with dismembering the body parts, they don't have enough evidence quite yet, and that's what he's saying, to secure a murder charge on these four individuals.
So what does that mean?
Well, back in 2018, New York Democrats pushed forward legislation that was egregious.
And I tried warning Americans about this But not many people were paying attention.
But that's why these four individuals are free right now.
It's called, I refer to it as a criminal bill of rights, but it's called criminal justice reform and it was shoved into New York State's 2019 budget.
Yes, their budget. So when New York Democrats voted on this legislation, they actually voted on this criminal justice reform.
And well, once you read through it, like I did, I picked up and left New York because I knew this was going to be horrifying.
Ultimately, it wasn't just dismembering body parts that was one of their non-violent offenses that had the bail eliminated.
It was also possession of child pornography as well as manslaughter.
And so now what happens in New York is instead of going in front of a judge and a judge deciding whether or not you're a risk to society and they need to put you in jail while you wait your trial, the judges have no say in any of this.
And so ultimately what happens here is that you could stack up a list of convictions and charges And then, well, let's say you chop up a body and you dismember the body parts and you toss them all around Long Island.
The judges can't step in and say, we're going to hold you because New York Democrats eliminated that option.
And so one of those suspects, after being charged with this crime, was caught stealing from a CVS, allegedly.
And, well, when a local news station caught up with the suspect, she ultimately admitted to doing it, just saying she didn't want to go back to her, I believe, his car to get her wallet.
And so that's why that took place.
And, well, we know she was there because she had an ankle monitor on.
And so that's what adds to this different tier.
But, Owen, we've been warning about this for quite some time now.
It's egregious what's going on in New York.
It's been going on for quite some time.
And New York Democrats are looking the other way.
They pretended like they fixed the law a little bit and got rid of the child pornography issue that was there because, well, once people learned that child porn was considered a nonviolent offense in New York, it did spark a little bit of outrage.
But ultimately, what's going on here is now judges can't weigh in, and it's even more egregious.
In that piece of legislation as well, Owen, and feel free to cut me off from going on for too long because you know I have a habit of doing so, in that legislation, they are also now allowing individuals To, let's say, you, I, I'll use myself as an example, I'm on a subway, a man gropes me, I call the police, I have him arrested.
If I want to file charges against that suspect, he now has access to my contact information, my phone number, and my address.
And the reason why, and it sounds absurd, you're wondering why would that take place.
Well, you speak to local members of law enforcement, and I'll give you an example.
If someone pulls a gun on you in a road rage incident, and, well, the cops pull him aside and charge him because you wanted the charges filed, Ultimately, the police officers are saying, hey, we have to tell them that their contact information might get passed over to that individual who pulled a gun on you.
And well, as most victims would do, they don't want the issue to get any worse.
And so that's why so many New Yorkers aren't filing charges.
So when we sit there and say that crime's up in New York, it's actually significantly higher than what you think because so many victims just don't want to come forward.
But wait a second. I want to get back to this body parts issue because the details of this are even crazier.
People are just finding dismembered arms and legs just like sitting in the woods or by creeks or they're out on a walk and there's just a bloody arm and stuff.
And so, I mean, I guess it's an assumption to say it's gang-affiliated activity.
I mean, I don't know who else is dismembering people and throwing their body parts around the city, but I guess that's a bit of an assumption or leap here.
But, okay, let's try to just make this understandable, because this is what's so confusing to me.
So they've eliminated bail, meaning that you can get charged for some of the most sordid,
violent crimes, but essentially saying that a judge can't put a bail on you, they can't
put any number of a bail on you, and you just get released?
So if you were charged with murder or if you were charged with terrorism, that would be fine.
You would go in front of a judge for that.
But everything else is no longer at a judge's discretion.
They've completely removed that.
And so that's what you have here.
They created these nonviolent crime lists.
And honestly, after reading through it back in 2018, I just figured it was the left-wing activist groups who wrote it and the lobbyists.
And that no politician even looked at it, because it was a lot to read through.
But they've created this list of nonviolent offenses, and that's what they pushed forward.
Yeah, it's pretty strange that they did all of this, but it's expected.
I mean, New York Democrats openly also admitted that they never even had a second to read it.
It was at the time Andrew Cuomo who pushed this through, and so that's why you have stories like this.
I mean, there was a woman who was mowed down by an illegal immigrant back at the end of 2018, and because it was just days away from this law Being put into place, that illegal actually was released after mowing her down with his car and leaving and fleeing the scene.
Now, in that situation, ICE actually got involved, and thankfully, they were able to catch up with him before he fled.
Yes. And I actually do believe that they didn't read it because it wasn't just these two pieces of legislation that they were all just shoved into one.
It was actually so it was the state's budget.
It was criminal justice reform.
It was also a plastic bag ban in New York.
And it was also, there's one more thing that I'm missing.
There was another, there was a fourth, oh, congestion pricing, which a lot of people are speaking about now because it just went into effect.
So all of that was crammed into one vote.
So they didn't have time to actually go through it.
There's no way that they did. It was hundreds of pages long, and there was no way that they could have went through it.
And then the media didn't report on it fairly, of course.
They actually just said that this was All about banning plastic bags.
They ignored everything else that was involved here.
So I do believe it. And Kathy Hochul, who now is the governor in New York, she's actually criticizing the Suffolk County District Attorney and saying that it's his fault because he should have charged him with murder.
Only a couple of- Some do. Why do they vote for it?

Why do they make that policy? What I was in the middle of saying is only a couple of lunatic activists are like, yeah, we're pro dismemberment guys being let go.
Okay, whatever. You don't represent the left at all.
She goes on to talk about the case we just covered here.
But I mean- Brianna, I have a hard time even analyzing this.
I don't want to get ahead of myself and think that, wow, maybe the American left is finally starting to come to reality, starting to come to terms with what they've done to this country, sounding like a right-wing extremist there, complaining about bail reform.
But, I mean, these are their policies.
These are their movements, their activism, the people they vote for causing this.
I didn't even know... Again, I don't want to sit here and say, my goodness, could the far left be coming back to reality?
I think the reason why they are the way they are and they get so emotional is because they don't know the facts of the argument.
And so when they finally cannot deny it anymore because the facts are in their face, they're outraged and they don't want to believe that they supported these policies.
I mean, Anna has been supporting these policies for quite some time, and so it's interesting to see her kind of come onto the other side of things.
And, you know, I tweeted at her because of this and stated just the simple facts I told your audience just a few moments ago about the possession of child pornography being considered nonviolent now.
And she cited that she was outraged, too, because of California.
California is currently doing the same thing, according to her, with child strangulation.
Well, I don't think they realize. I mean, you know, Owen, we talk about it often.
A lot of Democrats are now publicly, and they're very open about it, siding with pedophiles.
We heard the woman in Kentucky, that senator from Kentucky, openly go out there and advocate for pedophiles having sex dolls.
And, well, now a lot of people are outraged by it, like, you know, Anna, and they don't realize that this has been in the works for quite some time.
You know, the LGBT plus whatever communities these days is calling them MAPs, and they're allowing them to associate themselves with their group.
And they're trying to normalize all of this.
And so they're doing it through legislation.
And through things just like I just explained and so she doesn't realize what she's supporting and I think she's starting to wake up to it but at least she's admitting publicly that she doesn't support these things and maybe it will start waking up others because ultimately that's what we need here.
Well, we're definitely seeing it at the street level.
I mean, we're seeing Democrat voters show up at city council meetings, Democrat voters having, you know, essentially town halls, where they're finally starting to realize that this— because really what happens to Democrat voters is they get tricked, they get deceived, they get put into a corner, and they feel like, oh, well, if I vote for a Republican, I'm a racist, or if I vote for a Republican, I'm a bigot, or I'm a homophobe, or I'm a xenophobe, and it's all these things.
But now they're realizing that that was all a trick— To get them to vote for bad policies.
So we're definitely seeing that at a street level.
But again, you'd think that talk show hosts or even Democrat representatives would be smarter than that.
Here in Florida, if you were to do that, if you were to walk into somebody's home, you'd take a risk of getting shot.
New York can't, really, because, well, let's be honest, they'd put you in prison as the homeowner first.
But as you see here, and there was a video of this homeowner who was trying to confront multiple squatters who were entering her home, and she ended up in handcuffs because...
So yeah, she's arrested because ultimately a lot of these squatters know that they could Print up fake leases and pretend like they're legally living there.
And then you have to wait for the court system.
So during the pandemic, a lot of homeowners and landlords learned the hard way, unfortunately.
The New York courts allowed people literally for over a year to live rent-free in homes and apartment complexes around New York.
And well, you know, they didn't have any rights.
Landlords didn't have any rights.
And they lost thousands and thousands of dollars.
And it's legislation that continues to get pushed through, which give these criminals more rights than the landlords.
And it's so difficult. I mean, there's no reason to own property in New York anymore because, well, I mean, anyone can now squat on your home and say that they live there.
And that woman, by the way, literally just had, after two individuals were arrested for squatting in her home in front of the news cameras, She had a locksmith come, put new locks on her home, and then that guy, who now is squatting again on her home, bum-rushed her door, knocked into it, and police came.
They said, well, he says he lives here.
He has, I guess it was a fake lease.
And so that's why she left in handcuffs, because she was trying to kick him out.
It's just, it's so absurd.
It's hard for people to wrap their minds around.
But again, New York gives criminals more rights than victims and just law-abiding citizens.
They know exactly what they're doing with these squatters' rights, they say.
Thief rights, rights to steal houses, rights to steal private property.
You can't even... It's just...
Oh, I dismembered people.
I'm out of jail. Oh, I stole your house.
You're going to jail for trying to remove me.
Only in a world where Democrats hold office does anything like that happen.
And I guess even Democrat voters are starting to figure out what they've done here and how they're going to destroy everything.

They used to occupy the streets.
I mean, you'd drive by. There'd be parts of Austin, Texas.
There'd be like 20 different parts of Austin, Texas.
You'd just drive by. Massive homeless tent camps.
Like a whole shanty town.
And eventually we voted against that and the cops did a pretty good job clearing it all out.
There's maybe one or two spots in town where they kind of still get away with it or just turn their eye and they just kind of allow it to happen in one or two spots.
But what actually happens, and we'll see, maybe the crew can find this video.

And I've gone in and found others too.
Now what they do is, they go into the woods.

And they're not there to trash things or, you know, just live like heathens.
And so it's like, okay, whatever.
You want to go live in the woods by the creek and you don't trash it and you respect it enough and you're not really a big issue to me.
But what you have here, is this our footage now, guys?

Now, I went and we talked to some homeless people, and we ran into some homeless encampments, and they said, yeah, this one is kind of bad, but you should go check out this area.

And then eventually we get to an area that's basically like a football field.
It's like two football fields and the whole thing is covered in trash.
And we kept going to eventually find, hey, where are the people that live in this?
What's causing all this trash? And they talk to us and they say, well, what happens is...
And they take these shopping carts.
And they take these shopping carts and they go essentially dumpster diving, but they just fill their shopping carts with trash bags or with everything they find in the dumpster.
And so they go empty the dumpster into their shopping carts and then they take it back to the woods and then they pilfer through the trash for anything they might want and then they discard everything they don't want into the woods.
And so if you're an audience, if you're an audio audience here, you're not seeing what we have on the screen.
Again, this is a report from probably like four or five years ago, Harrison Smith and I just going back into the woods and eventually finding a football field full of trash.
I mean, this stuff is crazy.
You couldn't even believe. Now, why am I bringing this up on the other side of a homeless or illegal immigrant coverage?
Because what they say is we have to put them in the hotels.
We have to let them squat in...
