When asked by an Axios reporter whether he was coming under pressure from colleagues over his decision to resign, Buck replied, I think it's the next three people that leave that they're going to be worried about.

And Joe Biden is down by 299,000 at 3 a.m.
And so you just go ahead and you've got your 300,000 votes and you give them all to Joe Biden and Biden wins at the buzzer.

So Biden's final number of votes to beat Trump was about 150,000.

They'd been in there for three, four presidential election cycles.
And they said they'd never seen before what happened in 2020.
People brought ballots to the prison.

Well, what is going on in California?
California is still counting ballots.
86% of the votes counted as of 7 p.m.
Eastern today. What are the mathematical chances of both leading candidates, Garvey and Schiff, having a.01% difference in votes between each other with the number of voters in the millions?

But most U.S. attorneys and judges that become a part of this process just really have no idea what's going on.
They're too busy in their own lives or the stuff on their own docket.
They don't follow the news.
They have no clue what's going on.
They're just ignorant. But not Judge Cannon.
She sees what's going on.
Judge Cannon takes wrecking ball to Trump classified docs case, citing Robert Herr's report.
So not only did she toss out a lot of the charges, I think the number was six, she tossed out six of the charges previously.
Now she's sitting here saying, well, how are we going to arbitrarily enforce these laws?

Judge Cannon on Thursday took a wrecking ball to the Department of Justice case against Donald Trump.
Cannon pressed both defense and special counsel to explain when the crime of willful retention of national defense information begins.
She noted the date in Jack Smith's indictment as to when Trump first violated the Espionage Act.
And she threw some of those charges out.
Oh, oh, and some of the charges she threw out because Jack Smith did not even identify a crime.
He just said, Trump did X, Y, and Z. And Judge said, well, what's the crime here?
You're just saying what he did. You didn't cite any crime.

And Donald Trump made some comments about his rhetoric.
And this is probably the best response I've heard from it when he gets put in a corner by people like Hannity and Ingram.
And they say, well, do you want revenge, Trump? Is this about revenge?
But I think this is the best response when asked in a similar nature about that.
I think they're actually many of them are sick people.
You know, I talk about the danger we have from the outside, but I also talk about the danger from within.
These people, many of them, you know, they make up false stories like Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.

And then we were totally exonerated.

If I didn't fight that strong, and you know how corrupt it was.

The bill that's offered here today, even though I know it's offered genuinely, it could also be named the Facebook Protection and Enhancement Act.
Because it's not the American people who are going to benefit most from this.

Now what are some ways that we could improve this bill?
Well, it should at least have a sunset.
I mean, that's the only reason we're able to debate whether FISA should have warrants in it, because it sunsets.
And what have we observed?
FISA's been abused.
That's my concern with this TikTok ban.
It will be abused.
If it's just banning TikTok and ByteDance and copies of that, why does it need to be 13 pages long?
And I know they say it doesn't ban it.
It forces divestiture of the company.
This sounds like when American companies try to do business in third world countries and a dictator says, well, you can do business here.
You just got to give me your company and now you can continue to do business.
We wouldn't let another country take over Ford Motor Company for selling Ford cars in their country.
Yet that's what we're wanting to do here.
And again, you know, this This is a cure that is worse than the disease.
Who's going to be prosecuted by this bill?
Is it ByteDance or TikTok?
Will they be taken to court?
No! I mean, they're the target of this, but how do you elicit or effect a ban on them?
By prosecuting Americans.
The only way you can ban TikTok and the other companies from being here is to say what this bill says, which is we will bring civil action, the government will bring a civil action suit against you if you so much as host them here.
If you have an app store that allows them to be here.
You are an American or an American company, and you will be the target of this bill.
Those are the only people who can be pursued under this bill.
And I know it's in order to go after TikTok, or so they say.
Well, I would just close by saying that, you know, we're sitting here with phones made in China.
We're wearing suits made in China.
We drove cars here with chips that are made in China.
And they're our foreign adversary.
And by golly, we're going to do something about it.
What are we going to do? You're going to tell Americans they can't put a piece of software on their computer.
They can't go to certain websites that the president designates.
So I urge my colleagues to oppose this well-intentioned bill because it will have bad consequences and I yield back the balance of my time.

There's groups of political Jews that want to be on top of the political totem pole and any threat to their power, let's say like TikTok, or any threat to their narrative, well then it has to be shut down.

They believe God. Well, most Israelis, I know a lot of them. I almost moved there and I decided not to because it reminded me of Southern California with all the condos.
On the Israeli side, the US government should demand that Israel conduct itself with a future two-state solution in mind.
We should not be forced into a position of unequivocally supporting the actions of an Israeli government that include bigots who reject the idea of a Palestinian state.
Israel is a democracy.
Five months into this conflict, it is clear that Israelis need to take stock of the situation and ask, must we change course?
At this critical juncture, I believe a new election is the only way to allow for a healthy and open decision-making process about the future of Israel, at a time when so many Israelis have lost their confidence in the vision and direction of their government.
I also believe a majority of the Israeli public will recognize the need for change.
And I believe that holding a new election, once the war starts to wind down, would give Israelis an opportunity to express their vision for the post-war future.
Of course, the United States cannot dictate the outcome of an election, nor should we try.
That is for the Israeli public to decide.
A public that I believe understands better than anybody that Israel cannot hope to succeed as a pariah opposed by the rest of the world.
As a democracy, Israel has the right to choose its own leaders.
And we should let the chips fall where they may.
But the important thing is that Israelis are given a choice.
There needs to be a fresh debate about the future of Israel after October 7th.
In my opinion, that is best accomplished by holding an election.
Now, if Prime Minister Netanyahu's current coalition remains in power after the war begins to wind down and continues to pursue dangerous and inflammatory policies that test existing U.S. standards for assistance, then the United States will have no choice but to play a more active role in shaping Israeli policy by using our leverage to change the present course.
The United States bond with Israel is unbreakable.
But if extremists continue to unduly influence Israeli policy, then the administration should use the tools at its disposal to make sure our support for Israel is aligned with our broader goal of achieving long-term peace and stability in the region.
I believe this would make a lasting two-state solution more likely.
Now, I know that there are many on both sides who question how we can discuss peace in a moment like this.
It would appear to me that Chuck Schumer knows more about what's going on in Israel or is more honest about what's going on in Israel than he is about U.S. affairs.
I think 30,000 Palestinian women and children are dead.
And at least 10,000 children don't have limbs or arms and their faces are burned.
It makes me want to weep.

One of the great airports of not only Chicago, but the Midwest, and to see it being used as a migrant shelter is very alarming.

And how are they supposed to Arrest the violent criminals in Chicago, the epidemic of violent crime when they're babysitting migrants.

Early Wednesday morning, an officer on patrol spotted the suspect vehicle, a Nissan Armada near East Story Street in Bozeman.

According to Detective Captain Dana McNeil, Gonzalez and Echeverry were the only two men arrested.

According to the charging documents, Gonzalez told police he and Echeverry used a box cutter and a chisel in the attacks.
In court Thursday, Gonzalez and Echeverry each had their bail set at $300,000.
Gallatin County arrest records also indicate that both the men are subject to an immigration detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, also known as an ice hold.
I think that as we grow as a city, we're going to see more violent crime.
