278 days till the presidential election.
It's Thursday, February 1st, 2024.
This is the InfoWars War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
Already February 2024, already flying by.
Ladies and gentlemen, coming up for you today on the fastest three hours on the internet.
We've got really embarrassing news today for Ronna McDaniel.
Of course, she's been a disaster.
We've been calling out the disaster that Ronna McDaniel is as the head of the RNC. But now we have FEC records showing just how bad of a disaster she truly is.
And this is...
Can it be worse than we thought?
It might be worse than we thought with Ronna McDaniel.
So you've got to wonder what Ronna McDaniel is even thinking, what her agenda is.
But you get a bit of an idea now.
You get a bit of an idea now with these FEC records.
So we're going to go through that.
We do have some announcements from the Biden administration.
So we're going to give you some updates on what Joe Biden has been up to.
And then the Democrats, they are all over today.
They really love criminals.
I mean, they love them. They love them.
They love criminals. They love them even more if they're illegal, but they just love criminals.
They want to keep them on the street.
And when bills get put in front of Congress to vote on, to deal with criminals, the Democrats say, no, you will not believe the bills that the Democrats voted against today.
Or you might, actually.
You might. But it's just, it's truly stunning how corrupt the Democrat Party is.
And they don't even hide it.
Here's a bill to arrest criminals, drunk drivers that get in a car accident and hurt somebody and they say, nah.
Nah. We want to go after those pro-life protesters.
We got a jail cell for them.
Yeah, those illegal immigrants that jumped and ambushed and tried to beat that cop to death, let them out of jail.
And we don't want to sign bills that would put them in jail or deport them.
We're not interested in that.
That's your Democrat Party.
So, we've got that going on.
And then other news with the illegal immigration situation.
It's just stunning now, too, where the Democrats sit here And they want to talk about how great they are for black people.
They just love black people.
And so if you're black, you better vote Democrat.
And then what do they do to the black community?
Well, they completely destroy it.
All the cities that they run, all the cities Democrats run are destroyed.
And now they're going into black communities and just giving away their resources to illegal immigrants.
So obviously black Americans are very upset about that.
So we're going to hear from one.
We're also going to hear from Senator Josh Hawley on a situation with Facebook.
Zuckerberg did have to testify yesterday in front of Congress.
Dealing with the pedophilia that goes on on Facebook there.
So we're going to be hearing from him.
We're going to be hearing from Ayanna Pressley, who's upset because Walgreens are getting shut down because the looting is driving them out of business.
And then she says that's racist.
Walgreens shutting down because of the increase in theft is racist.
And then MTG introduces a resolution to censor Ilhan Omar for her loyalties to Somalia, which she doesn't even hide.
She just comes out and says it.
So we are absolutely loaded.
And we also have Viva Frye to talk about some of these developments with the E. Gene Carroll case, which are very odd.
And then Jesse Lee Peterson joining us in the third hour.
So here we go.
The InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
We'll be here for the next three hours.
Glad you're along for the ride.

There is a man who is whatever America needs him to be.
Not the hero we deserve, but the hero we need.

Shining. They'll hunt him.
They'll set the dogs on him.

good leadership?
you Could you imagine the potential politically that the Republican Party would have right now with good leadership?
It's a populist movement behind it.
It's really just the party of common sense now.
And the Democrats have just gone so bat crap crazy, they shouldn't be too hard to eviscerate politically.
But yet here we are, Dealing with Ronna McDaniel.
And so we knew Ronna McDaniel was a disaster for multiple reasons.
She really showed what an embarrassment she was and what a disaster she was as the RNC chair during the primary process.
Where Trump's opponents were outspending him 4-5-1 and Trump is still mopping up at the polls and Ronald McDaniel is allowing it to happen.
Hundreds of millions of dollars spent on losing campaigns.
Losing campaigns.
And instead of rallying behind Donald Trump, which is obviously where the Republican voters are right now, and instead of focusing financial assets on strong campaign ads and TV ads and other down-ballot candidates, Ronna McDaniel was spending hundreds of millions of dollars on losing campaigns, but now we find out it's much worse.
Now we find out it's much worse.
So not only is Ronna McDaniel a nothing of a leader, no leadership abilities at all, no vision.
What vision does Ronna McDaniel have that she's bringing to the Republican Party?
Well, now we find out that her use of finances is even worse than we thought.
It's even worse than we thought.
Now, the story broke on Red State yesterday, last night.
RNC spent $1.5 million on floral arrangements, limos, And management and media consultants.
FEC records reveal RNC's extravagant spending compared to DNC. Prioritizes luxury over election strategies.
Ronna McDaniel has got to go.
They were...
When the process of selecting the RNC chair was going on, there were other good candidates.
And we got Ronna Romney McDaniel.
Gross. So here's some of the breakdown.
The RNC, wouldn't you like to know what type of floral arrangements cost $70,000?
unidentified
Ever seen one?
owen shroyer
Ronald McDaniel could tell you all about it.
The RNC spent $70,328 on floral arrangements.
The DNC spent $795.
Floral arrangements. I mean, it's not quite a Barack Obama hot dog party, but it really makes you wonder.
On consultants...
The RNC spent over a million dollars.
Basically, $1.1 million spent on consultants.
The DNC spent $114,000.
Consultants. What consultants?
What are they consulting on? There's nothing I've seen that would make me believe anything's being consulted on or directed, so I'm just curious.
What these consultants...
Ronna McDaniel should be forced to step down after this.
That's how bad this is.
She's so bad at her job she needs a million dollars of consultants.
What are they telling her what type of lip filler to get?
Office supplies.
The RNC spent $297,000 on office supplies compared to $45,000 by the DNC. What?
For a calendar year, for a calendar year, what type of office supplies are you getting for $300,000?
Ronna McDaniel should be forced to step down after this.
Limousines. The RNC spent $263,000 on limousines.
The DNC spent $7,000.
Limousines. Who's riding around in limousines?
Where are they going? Will Ronna McDaniel have to answer these questions?
And the Republican Party should be outraged as well.
Republican candidates should be outraged.
They're trying to run a good campaign, but they can't get any money from the RNC because Ronna McDaniel is moving $300,000 worth of office supplies with her consultants in $300,000 worth of limousines picking up her $70,000 of flowers.
Here's an interesting one.
Voter file maintenance.
Well, the DNC does well there.
The RNC spent $39,000 on voter file maintenance.
The DNC spent $235,000 on voter file maintenance.
Now, you know what that tells me?
It tells me exactly what we thought the Democrats were doing.
Why do the Democrats spend so much money on voter file maintenance?
Well, they want to know about the voters.
They want to know who's voting, who's not voting, who's registered to vote.
They want to register people to vote.
They want to vote for people.
They want to harvest votes.
They want to know who's registered that might have moved or might have died.
And then they use that information however they can to win elections.
The RNC is not even on the field.
Not even on the field.
Could you imagine?
You have Scott Pressler, who pretty much just volunteers and has probably registered tens of thousands or maybe even 100,000 voters to vote Republican.
Can you imagine if he was let loose with this money from the RNC to get people to register to vote and then have strategic sessions saying, hey, let's go to this area, let's go to that area.
Hey, we're missing an opportunity over here, let's go over there.
But no! Not with Ronna McDaniel.
unidentified
GOTV texts.
owen shroyer
The Democrats are...
Whooping the Republicans' ass here.
You know, stuff like text alerts and probably other campaign ads and push notifications.
The Democrats are making sure people hear from them.
They spent $1.6 million.
The RNC spent $86,000.
So that tells a big story right there.
Perhaps the biggest story.
So forget about all the posh and luxury and floral arrangements and limousines.
Forget about all that. Yeah, okay.
Ronna McDaniel obviously not spending money wisely and likely very selfishly.
But, okay, the Democrats are focused on what?
Reaching the people.
The Democrats are focused on reaching the people...
And then having files and data on the voters.
Pretty good strategy.
What's your strategy, Ronna?
unidentified
Well, I've got some new flowers.
owen shroyer
I'm getting picked up by a limousine, and me and my consultants are going to go have wine.
And pick up some office supplies.
What do you think about that? That's what Ronna McDaniel's up to.
So, this should be it.
This should be it for Ronna McDaniel.
And there should be outrage from Republicans in Congress.
There should be outrage from people who are running for office as a Republican.
There should be outrage from Republican donors, from Republican voters.
So there's more in this story at Red State that shows what Ronna McDaniel has been up to, riding around in limos, picking up flowers.
Were those throw pillows considered office supplies, guys?
Is that what that thing was? Well, I guess she's got to take a nap from all of her limousine rides.
So she has a bunch of throw pillows with stupid little catchphrases on them.
Spending hundreds on this stuff and fancy restaurant gift cards.
This should be it.
Ronna McDaniels should be out.
There should be outrage from all Republican voters and representatives.
But, you know, somehow I feel like...
Ronna's gonna survive another year.
Somehow, I feel like we're gonna be stuck with Ronna McDaniel with 278 days to go till the election, and we're gonna be stuck with Ronna McDaniel.
And by the way, the crew is just pouring through all these documents.
It's all publicly available, and so if you want to go see how bad it is, You can go see for yourself at redstate.com.
And they link to all of this FEC data and all the receipts so that you can see what Ronna McDaniel likes to spend Republicans' money on.
Very important stuff.
What do you think she got at Bed Bath& Beyond, guys?
Anybody want to make a guess as to what Ronna McDaniel was getting from Bed Bath& Beyond?
When I think election, I think bed, bath, and beyond.
When I think politics, I think I gotta make myself a stop at bed, bath, and beyond.
It's bed, bath, and politics now.
So, I'd like to hear something from the speaker on this.
We'll see what happens.
We'll see what happens tonight if some of the heavyweights in cable news decide to come after Ronna Romney McDaniel.
But this is such a catastrophe that she should...
Really, she should just resign in disgrace.
But I guess we shouldn't anticipate that, should we?
Now... What about Joe Biden?
What's he doing? He is trying to go around Congress that said, or well, go around the Supreme Court that said, no, you can't pay back student loans.
So he made this statement.
Joe Biden, I promise to ease student debt for millions of folks.
Millions of folks, he says.
The Supreme Court blocked me, but it didn't stop me.
I found another way to help more than 3.7 million people, teachers, nurses, police officers, firefighters, with over $130 billion in relief.
So taxpayers are paying other people's bills.
So Joe Biden is reaching into your pocket to pay somebody else's bill.
That's the Democrat way.
He's buying votes.
He's reaching into your pocket to buy votes.
We've become so used to just being used and abused by our government.
We should be outraged.
We should be outraged at how these people steal our money and spend it and give it to other people and try to buy votes with it.
Our money, your hard-earned dollars, which are worth less than ever in the Biden economy, and they still steal them from you and try to buy votes with them.
But notice, this doesn't address the problem.
So, oh, okay, we've got all these people that can't afford their student loan debt, so we're just going to give them money.
Well, what's the problem? Why are they in all this debt?
Why don't we look into that? By the way, how many of these individuals go to Ivy League schools like, say, Harvard?
Guys, pull up Harvard's endowment.
You could probably just pay it with Harvard's endowment.
They've got billions of dollars.
They've got the largest endowment.
Why don't we just pay back?
Why doesn't Harvard all the individuals that are in student debt because they went to Harvard...
Why doesn't Harvard reach into their own piggy bank, into that billion dollars of endowments, and why don't they pay the student loan debt?
$50 billion in endowments for Harvard.
Maybe they could pay off some of the student debt.
So, in other words...
People recognize that college is way overpriced, overvalued.
Most college degrees now don't even serve much of a purpose.
Many universities are just now leftist indoctrination daycare centers.
So you go there and then you get in debt and then Democrats take the hard-working plumber's money from down the street and reach into his pockets and then give it to you because you wanted to go to a liberal university and learn that there's 500 agendas.
Biden is, well, he's saying he's going to be visiting East Palestine, Ohio.
A little late, Joe.
Biden to visit East Palestine, Ohio a year after train derailment.
Just a little late, Joe.
What's the point now? Huh.
Joe Biden says he's going to be visiting East Palestine.
We'll see. East Palestine resident says he sees right through upcoming Biden visit.
He's doing it because it's an election year.
The mayor of East Palestine had some choice words for Joe Biden as well.
They're not fans. You might be surprised.
They're not big fans. Not big fans of Joe Biden.
No, not too big of fans of Joe Biden.
It's hard to find a Biden fan, actually, isn't it?
President Biden to name John Podesta.
He's back. Podesta is back.
Is that the old spirit cooker there?
President Biden to name John Podesta as top U.S. climate diplomat to replace John Kerry.
So John Kerry is out.
He's flying all around the world on his private jets, telling you you can't fly on private jets.
But Kerry is out, and the 75-year-old Democrat John Podesta is back.
John Podesta is back.
Was it the Podesta emails with the old spirit cooker there?
The old spirit cooker there, Marina Abramovich?
Was that the Podesta emails?
It's hard to keep track with all these Democrats and their spirit cookings and their hot dog parties and the kids in the hot tub for their entertainment.
But they're Democrats.
So, okay, Podesta.
So now we're going to have to be staring at Podesta and dealing with Podesta going to tell the world how bad climate change is.
I don't think John has a private jet, though, like John Kerry does.
I don't think John Podesta has the John Kerry Express.
Maybe John will loan it to him.
Squad members Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush are only congressmen to vote against Bill banning Hamas terrorists who took part in October 7 terror attack from U.S. So, what?
I mean, this is next level.
This is truly next level.
Cori Bush and Rashida Tlaib would welcome in Murderers would welcome in killers and terrorists and they aren't even shy about it.
Only members of Congress that didn't want to ban terrorists from the United States.
unidentified
That is next level right there.
That is next level.
owen shroyer
But that's not all.
That's not all.
Because you won't believe what else the Democrats voted against today.
Well, you might. So, oh, here's a bill banning terrorists.
A couple Democrats said, nah.
Nah, we're good We're good. Are there any let's find some pro-life peaceful
protesters Can we ban them? We'd like to ban them.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we'd like to ban Trump supporters.
Can we get a bill to ban Trump supporters?
No, but here's one for terrorists.
Oh, no, no, no. We want the terrorists.
We're Democrats.
We're Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush.
By the way, the whole Cori Bush security story isn't going anywhere.
But she's doing the media rounds and MSNBC and CNN are fluffing her.
But I'll tell you... I don't think she'll get removed from Congress, but if there is an investigation and we get the information to see how much she was spending and when and how she was spending it on security, that will be interesting to see because I think it's going to be embarrassing for her.
And I think more people are starting to get into my theory from yesterday that why did Cori Bush decide to marry her security guard?
Why did Cori Bush decide to marry her security guard?
Or better yet, why did Cori Bush's security guard decide to marry her?
Maybe that's the question.
Maybe that's the question.
And maybe we'll get a little bit of an idea if Republicans do this investigation into her for the campaign spending violations and if we get to see that Information publicly, maybe we'll get a little bit of an idea.
Maybe we will get a little bit of an idea.

Alright, we've got some border news, some illegal immigration news.
And guys, do me a favor with this story here as we start to go into this stack.
Because it's actually even worse.
When you go to the New Yorker, this was their headline story earlier this week.
Do I have to come here injured or dead?
And it's all about illegal immigrants making the journey to the United States of America to get in here illegally and how dangerous it is.
And it's Trump's fault. It's Trump's fault!
Yeah, there it is, guys.
Thank you. Keldy Mabel Gonzalez Brebede Zuninga was one of the first mothers separated from her children at the border by the Trump administration.
The cruelty she suffered in the United States was matched only by what she was forced to flee in Honduras.
Forced to flee. She chose to flee, I'm sure.
And probably wouldn't blame her.
But let's be clear.
The separation policy was a Democrat policy.
A Democrat policy.
But... You come to this country expecting free stuff and to be taken care of.
But that's not all you want.
That's not all you expect. You want the whole world.
You want free money and you want everybody to do all your bidding.
So I guess they're going to try to rebrand the border issue as Trump's fault.
That's amazing. Look forward to that gymnastics event.
Illegal immigrant convicted of assault last month.
Among three arrested again in Sanctuary City robbery.
So they were already arrested and they already got released by Democrat liberal attorneys and judges.
Put them back on the streets and then what do you think they did?
They committed another crime.
How about that?
Who could have seen that one coming?
A Democrat releases them from jail, and then they go back on the streets and commit a crime.
Of course, they're illegal immigrants, so they should have been deported, but that doesn't happen.
Illegal immigrants who beat cops near Times Square should be locked up, New York Police Department chief says.
As three more suspects are sought, they ended up finding all of them.
Fifth suspect has just been released without bail.
Now, this is a guy who attempted, with his friends, they ambushed a cop, beating on a cop, and he gets released without bail from prison.
But if you grazed a police officer walking by him, or you shook a police officer's hand on January 6th, you said, We support you guys.
You're going to jail and they're locking you up and they're calling you a terrorist.
But if you're an illegal immigrant and you try to ambush and jump a cop, you get released without bail.
Now, he was filmed as he was released from jail without bail.
And he had a little message for the cameras.
He had a little message for the cameras.
Yeah, go ahead and put that on the screen, guys.
There is the illegal immigrant that beat up a police officer and was released from jail.
Should have been deported, but the Democrats released him from jail.
And here they are, flicking off the cameras.
How about that?
Flicking off the cameras.
Now, there's another underlining story here.
Why do we even see this?
What's going on? Why are they behaving tribally in this attack on the police officer?
The illegal immigrants are now behaving in a tribal manner and committing robberies in groups, beating police officers in groups.
When they see a police officer trying to arrest one of their own, they jump in and they try to beat him.
What is this tribalism that illegal immigrants are bringing into the country now?
Is it like an illegal immigrant identity thing?
Or are these just gangs that are now coming in?
A serious question.
So you're an illegal immigrant.
You already should have been deported or put in jail.
But the Democrats let you in and give you free stuff.
Then you rob a store.
The Democrats let you out of jail.
Then you beat up a police officer.
And again, the Democrats let you out of jail.
Can you believe this stuff? Can you believe this stuff?
You won't believe what else the Democrats are doing, but we'll tell you that in the next segment, what's going on in Massachusetts and how locals are getting really angry.
Yesterday, the House voted on a bill to deport illegals and foreign aliens, illegal immigrants, who commit Social Security fraud.
How do you think that vote went?
155 House Democrats, that's 75% of the Democrats, voted against deporting criminal illegal immigrants who commit Social Security fraud and rob our senior citizens.
What? They voted against it.
Democrats voted against deporting illegal immigrants who commit social security fraud.
150 Democrats voted against a bill to deport illegal immigrants caught driving while drunk.
There's a theme here.
Why are they even in the country?
If an illegal immigrant gets caught doing anything, they should be deported.
I don't care whether it's drunk driving, social security fraud, beating a police officer, robbing a store.
Send them home.
But no! No!
The Democrats want them protected.
And they vote to protect them.
You ever had your car get hit by an illegal immigrant?
I have. I hope you got uninsured driver insurance.
You might want to get that.
Oh, and don't worry because they'll commit a hit and run and you'll call the cops and they won't be able to do anything.
But you'll have to pay for the whole thing.
With all the illegal immigrants coming in, you might want to prepare yourself.
Here's Biden's acting ICE chief confirming that they caught a known terrorist at the border and accidentally released him in clip six.
unidentified
Thank you. We recently reported that ERO had arrested an al-Shabaab member in Minnesota.
I'm wondering, with that case, he was deemed a mismatch by Border Patrol and released into the interior of the country in March, but it took almost a year to actually nab him.
How many other terrorists have been apprehended in the interior after coming through the border?
Well, I can say for this individual, within 48 hours, excuse me, of ICE becoming aware of his status on the watch list, within 48 hours he was apprehended.
And I want to commend our personnel because as soon as we became aware of that, within 48 hours he was apprehended and he's currently in ICE custody.
So I think that's an incredible result and just a testament to how professional and quite honestly how capable our personnel are.
owen shroyer
But you didn't answer the question, actually, though.
The question was, how many terrorists have you guys caught at the southern border?
And you just commented on the one that you released, actually.
So, I guess you didn't answer the question there.
But we know that if the number is higher than one, it's too many.
But they caught one and released him.
You also had Democrats trying to stop other bills like the Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act which would impose criminal penalties against Illegal immigrants who intentionally evade a federal officer while driving.
So all these high-speed chases and stuff that the illegal immigrants get into with Border Patrol, many of them end up being deadly.
So the Democrats try to pass bills to stop, excuse me, the Republicans try to pass bills to stop that.
And the Democrats, they're not down with that.
They like crime.
They like illegal aliens.
It's their thing. So we just heard about Those criminal, illegal immigrants, they're just criminals that the Democrats protect.
And they get busted robbing stores, they get busted beating up cops, and they get released from prison without bail.
And I think this juxtaposition that we have on the screen here now from Libs of TikTok, and we could do these juxtapositions all day long, whether it's the pro-life protesters versus the Democrat rioters, But this juxtaposition is really everything.
Both in New York.
One of these people is in our country illegally, beat up police officers, and was released without bail.
The other is a former Marine who protected riders on a subway from a violent psychotic, and he is facing criminal charges and was released on a $100,000 bail.
Democrats soft on violent crime and no bail policies in action.
But see... It's beyond...
You could obviously point out how Democrats are soft on crime.
You could point out how Democrats make environments where crime thrives.
That's been proven.
But it's beyond that now.
They will politically persecute anybody they see as their opposition.
So, you're a Marine. You're protecting people on the subway from a violent psychotic.
The Democrats are going to target you for destruction.
But if you're an illegal immigrant that beats up cops and robs stores, the Democrats are going to target you for protection.
That's what you get. Now, what's going on in Massachusetts?
Here we go. Let's first start.
Let's first start. Here's the report with the new...
Recreation Center turned into a migrant camp in Massachusetts by the Democrat governor and the Boston mayor.
And so here you see the new migrant camp.
unidentified
Very nice, guys. Go ahead. Inside the new temporary shelter, which will be a safe space for hundreds of families over the next few months.
The Melnea Cass Rec Center.
A recreational center in Roxbury, now a temporary safety net site with beds, play areas and other necessities for incoming migrant families that the governor and community leaders toured today.
We're here today because We really don't have a choice.
State and city leaders say they've all been moved by the plight of families, many now camping out at Logan Airport with no place to go, and a state shelter system stretched to the limit.
Children are asking, Mommy, where are we going tonight?
Where are we going to sleep?
It's a human crisis.
Where'd they come from?
But the plan has received mixed reviews in the community, since the recreation center is also a vital resource for youth and adult programs.
We sympathize with them.
We as a people in our community, we love, but sometimes we love so much that we spite our own selves.
Alternating toe touches.
Tony DeRocca with Boston United Track and Cross Country coaches young athletes in a free weekly program here.
Not anymore, you don't. Now they know where they'll go with a meet set for Sunday.
We have kids who are also impacted negatively, and our program is one of the very few stable times of their life.
I've been going here for like two years now and like it's been like a second home to me.
But the decision to make it a temporary home until May 31st for migrant families is called humanitarian but also difficult by some and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu acknowledged that today.
This is not the first time that this community has been asked to sacrifice over and over again and so we'll continue to work with the state and ensure that all options are on the table.
Now, the governor says she hopes the community will be helped, not burdened by the plan, saying local vendors will be used to provide food and other necessities here.
And there's the money angle. And funding will be provided for long-awaiting upgrades to the Melnia Cass Recreational Center once the temporary shelter is closed.
Reporting live from Roxbury, I'm Beth Germano, WBZ News.
owen shroyer
All right, Beth, thank you. Yeah, what happens if you...
Are filling a water balloon and you got it attached to the hose and you never turn the hose off while the water balloon explodes.
That's what we have here.
That's what we have here.
So these cities are exploding with the illegal immigrants coming in.
And you heard the governor of Massachusetts saying, well, we have to do this.
We don't have a choice. We don't have a choice?
We don't have a choice. We have to bring in...
Ten million illegal immigrants?
That's what, we just have to do that?
There's no choice? No, there is a choice.
There is a choice. There is absolutely a choice.
We choose to bring in tens of millions of illegal immigrants and then flood the inner cities with them.
That was the choice. And you're part of that choice.
And you're a Democrat. You're facilitating that choice.
And then she tells the people, we didn't have a choice.
We have to do this. So here's one local resident, not very happy about it in clip seven.
unidentified
And I saw your outrage.
Why are you outraged?
Because this place was, like you said, it's free.
It was a place for our children.
Our children. I have four children, and it's sad, you know, I have four boys, you know?
And we really don't have nothing in the community that's free for us.
Don't get me wrong, it's great that they want to help the immigrants, but what about the Americans that are already here?
What about the people that are already here that don't have homes, that don't have jobs, that are sleeping on the street already?
These people came from the airport here, probably on boats, probably on buses, and probably all for free.
Now they're getting stipends.
They're getting what else?
I need money for me and my kids, and I was born here.
Like, you know, I know life is a struggle in itself, but this is not the answer to help them.
Now it's gonna destroy our community more and mess our children up more.
Like this is sad, I know a lot of people don't even know about this.
I came here last night when my aunt saw a lot of stateies, a lot of police, and this paper wasn't there yet.
They just did this probably two, three in the morning when they brung them here.
When everybody sleep, that's when they brung them here probably.
On buses, I saw New York plates.
I saw Washington DC plates.
So they have that much money to come from Washington, D.C. to do this, to do that.
Why are they not helping the people here first?
We need help.
Let's talk to one of the counselors.
Ms. Murphy, thanks so much for joining us.
When you hear the passion right here from That's what I hear in my office all the time.
And it is a balance.
Like I was telling you earlier, the state owns this building, so the governor has to make a decision on where to put the overflow migrants.
owen shroyer
So if you're just an audio audience here, you're not seeing the screen.
I mean, they've turned... I mean, you can imagine a local...
That's good with the report, guys. You can imagine a local rec center.
It's got a nice big gymnasium.
It's got an area where the kids can play with a little playground.
And it's just been turned into an illegal immigrant shelter.
And they've got all the beds set up.
And they've got all their clothes laid out.
And there's going to be a bunch of people working around the clock making sure these illegal immigrants are taken care of and having all their needs met and feeding them and everything else.
Now, American citizens don't get that treatment.
Only the illegal immigrants.
What... What world, what country does this?
Only a country, only a world where Democrats exist.
This insanity can't go on forever.
This insanity can't go on forever.
And you know, the America that we have to leave for the next generations has to be a Democrat-free America.
It just has to be.
There's no other way around it.
And anybody who understands the dynamics of this, I happen to well from working in youth development in St.
Louis when I was younger. Anybody who understands the dynamics of this, which they obviously do in the local community, when you take rec centers away from I mean, specifically from children who might be growing up in a rough area or might not have a mom and dad at home or anywhere to go after school, you're really setting them up for trouble.
You really are setting them up for trouble.
For many kids, rec centers like this is the only safe place where they can go after school or during the day sometimes.
Only place. It's the only place they can go and have an adult that they feel comfortable with for a lot of these kids.
And the Democrats ripped that away from them and are now serving the illegal immigrants hand and foot.
It's just...
unidentified
It's really incredible, isn't it?
owen shroyer
It's really incredible stuff.
Boy, oh boy, what...
This country would look like if we didn't have Democrats.
The America we leave for the next generation has to be a Democrat-free America.
It's the only way.
It's the only way to go.
And maybe all these individuals that likely are Democrat voters will finally realize that too.
It's not to say Republicans are the answer.
We spent the first half of the show ripping Republicans.
But Democrats are certainly the problem.
These people are whacked out of their minds.
They're a brain-damaged bunch, and they're corrupt to the core.

That was found in Hakumba, California.

owen shroyer
And my next guest is Viva Frye.
It's been said he has the best hair in podcasting.
This is what they say...
And so he's about to join me, and I wanted to get him on when I saw something he noticed and some of his audience noticed about the E. Gene Carroll findings.
And so, Viva, I want to dig right into this.
You published this on your Twitter account, at The Viva Frye.
How did the jury not answer question three and nonetheless proceed to answer question four in the affirmative?
We'll put this on the screen.
But let's get into this.
You went into the legal documents.
You went into the paperwork. You saw some anomalies.
So kind of lay into this for us.
viva frei
Well, this is not as much of an anomaly as one might have otherwise thought.
When I asked the question on Twitter, it was a sincere, legit question.
I'm looking at the form, and I understand question two says, if you answer yes to this, skip right to question, I think it's five.
And the answer is relatively simple and innocuous that under New York law, you can have a lesser and included charge.
So once they ask for rape, If they say yes to rape, then in theory they would have skipped the next two questions because those are lesser and included.
They answer no to rape, so they go to sexual abuse.
Did he sexually abuse E. Jean Carroll?
And by answering that question in the affirmative, you skip over the forceful touching or non-consensual touching, I think was the next question.
So, that's less of an anomaly than how the judge still gets around to saying that Donald
Trump raped or effectively indeed raped E. Jean Carroll.
So, I mean, I liked it.
The internet gets the answer.
Once you say yes to sexual abuse, the question of forcible touching becomes academic because it's sort of built in lesser and included into sexual abuse.
owen shroyer
So it's a pecking order. It's essentially a pecking order of charges.
Now, okay, so what you're getting into now, you also addressed from Judge Kaplan.
Maybe you found an explanation for this, too, when the decision was, no, Trump did not rape E. Jean Carroll, but yet in the filings, it was determined he did.
So maybe, did you get an answer for that, or is that even worse?
viva frei
That's the one that's the worst one.
The other one, it's interesting, you know, I'm trying to conceive of a type of sexual abuse under New York law that doesn't involve forcible touching.
I guess there isn't, so academic to answer that third question.
How does the judge come out and say that Trump indeed raped E. Jean Carroll?
When the jury verdict came to the conclusion, the answer was no to that question.
It's also just set aside how it's totally illogical that a jury could come to the conclusion that they do not believe E. Jean Carroll when she says that Trump raped her, but they do believe her when she says that Trump sexually abused her.
It's like, okay, we don't believe your story in its entirety, but we believe it enough that we can come to this conclusion of sexual abuse.
How did the judge say this?
Sorry, I'm choking on my own tongue again.
It's wild. The judge, in that footnote, referencing another decision in the E. Jean Carroll 1 case, basically says, look, under New York penal law, Trump didn't rape E. Jean Carroll because the jury said no.
But, colloquially speaking, in a sense, that's broader than New York penal law.
Penetrating her digitally is what he says.
Most people consider that to be rape.
So yeah, when he denied the rape, he is making a false statement because most people take what he did, as per the second question, to be rape in any event.
So, under the penal law, he didn't rape her because the jury came back and said no.
But, colloquially speaking, most people think he did, going beyond the bounds of penal law.
So, It's false for him to say, no, I didn't do it.
It's partisan corruption at its highest level.
I don't know enough about this judge, but people who know more say this judge has been It's a biased, corrupt, crooked from day one, but that's how he gets around it.
So now he can say that he indeed raped her in the colloquial sense, and then the headlines now say Trump raped her, and now people are out there saying Trump raped her, even though the jury came back and said, no, we don't believe crazy E. Jean Carroll on the rape, but we'll compromise.
We'll give her a bit on the sexual abuse.
owen shroyer
Well, I want to get more into kind of the civil case and then this criminal case, but let me lean into what you're talking about with the jury here.
And from your experience in courtrooms and talking to other lawyers about how juries go.
Lawyers like to talk about juries and try to figure out how to get a jury that might help you in your case.
So you have to study these things.
I mean, this sounds very strange for a jury to say, we think you were lying, we don't trust you, you were lying about X, but we'll trust you with Y. That seems like it would be not normal behavior for a jury.
You'd think if they say, hey, we don't trust you with this, we don't trust you at all.
viva frei
Look, it's normal when you're dealing with partisan hackery.
Look, I was a Quebec civil litigator, so we don't even have jury trials for these types of matters in Quebec anymore.
You do for criminal, but I never practiced criminal.
But bottom line, look, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know And I've said it, you know, in my analyses, this is the modern day racial prejudice motivating convictions, except replace racial prejudice with political prejudice.
You get a Southern, I think it's Southern District of New York, right?
It's in New York. A jury saying, look, we want to get Trump on something.
And you go back to the questionnaire where it says, did he rape her?
No. Okay, well, let's go on to the lesser one.
Did he sexually abuse her? Had they said no to that, they would have gotten him on improper touching on the third one.
Look, we don't believe that he penetrated with his genitals, which I believe is presumably the legal definition under New York penal law.
But we're gonna believe that he penetrated or touched her with his finger, and therefore answer yes to that.
How do you say we don't believe you on one part of your fabricated 25-year-old evidence-free allegation?
Well, we'll give you the lesser thing.
And we just want to get Trump on something.
And then notwithstanding that, you get Judge Kaplan.
Through this mental gymnastics outrageous logic to say, well, they didn't get him on the rape, but I really want to be able to say that he's a rapist.
So let me shift from the penal code definition of rape to the colloquial how people understand it so that I can say Trump is indeed a rapist so that everyone else can say it.
The whole thing. It's wild.
And someone put out a graphic.
It's like, oh, here's where Trump was convicted of being a rapist.
Here's where he was convicted of being a fraudster.
Here's where he was convicted of X, Y. And you look at all three of these buildings, they have one thing in common.
They're in New York. This was a political hit job from the beginning.
And if I open another tangent.
In 2020, we all read that Time Magazine article, how they fortified the election, a secret cabal of well-funded, influential people, changing rules and laws.
That's what Time Magazine bragged about as to how they fortified the election in 2020.
They changed laws specifically to allow E. Jean Carroll to file this bogus claim.
That's right. The adult survivors. That's right.
According to E. Jean Carroll's own lawyer, she was instrumental in getting that legislation passed.
They changed this law, which allows alleged adult survivors of sexual assault to sue for
that which would have been barred by the statute of limitations.
They have a one year window within which to do this.
That window has closed in November 2023.
Conveniently enough, a number of people have gotten caught up with this law.
But it's almost like it was changed specifically to go after Trump to get, I believe she's
To get a crazy lady to fabricate a bogus charge, get in front of a partisan, politically motivated jury pool of his peers, my bottom, so they can get this conviction.
Sorry, it's civil. So they can get this jury finding, so they can run with the headlines that Trump is a rapist.
Replace racial prejudice with political prejudice, and we are witnessing the modern-day lynch mobs.
owen shroyer
I would be curious, and I don't know if there's an avenue for Trump to do this, but if I were Trump, I'd want to see if there were any communications between Kathy Hochul, the governor of New York that signed the bill, basically teed it up for E. Jean Carroll to do this.
If the Democrat governor doesn't do this, she has no case.
So I do believe this was a serve and a spike.
I do believe this was a volley and a spike.
I do believe that they teamed up to do this specifically for this reason.
Of course they did. I mean, is there any way Trump can say...
I mean, I guess since the case is already over, I don't know what happens with the appeals, but it's like, if I'm Trump, I'm thinking, I want to find communications.
Was Hochul in communication with any of these lawyers?
Was Hochul in communication even with E. Jean Carroll?
Were there any communications about why she signed this?
Because I think that was the entire reason why she made that law.
viva frei
It was, I mean, look, past is prologue.
Changing rules and regulations so you can have mail-in voting.
facilitate everything that would fortify a Biden election in 2020.
The E. Jean Carroll is instrumental in passing this piece of legislation because she had
alleged that Trump sexually assaulted her, raped her in 2019.
And as far as I understood, statute of limitations was up, time barred.
Well, let's work our way around that.
Let's just open up a one year window.
owen shroyer
Yeah, let's just add time to the clock for this lady.
viva frei
for the adults because they were through duress or whatever, unable, unwilling to sue.
And now we're just going to open up this brief little window.
And E. Jean Carroll, funded by Reid Hoffman, is going to go and petition, lobby, be instrumental in getting this passed.
Have her lawyer in interviews boast about it.
And if anybody thinks, like, I'm crazy...
I get the video.
You get the videos of this. It's all out there.
You just have to put it together. It was nothing more than an iteration of what they did in 2020.
And they passed this law, and she filed suit, according to her lawyer, the midnight the day this passed, and she got a jury that was willing to do the dirty work so they could run with the headline.
But no, Trump has got to it.
I mean, he is appealing. It's a no-brainer.
It has to be overturned in appeal.
And I dare say this has to go one step further.
What Judge Kaplan did, In my humble opinion, as a Quebec civil litigator former, I don't think you need to be a rocket scientist to know that it is judicial corruption of the highest order.
He basically went in there and said, yeah, he was found not liable for rape, but I'm still going to tell the jury that he indeed raped E. Jean Carroll, such that when he asserts his innocence by saying, I didn't do it, it's factually incorrect.
And understand this also, he came to these findings.
On a summary judgment.
His summary judgment basically said, there are no issues of fact to determine here.
It is defamatory.
It was issued with actual malice, constitutional actual malice.
On summary judgment from E. Jean Carroll, he says, there is no issue here to try other than quantum.
And that bullcrap, I won't swear on Mad Max, that bullcrap trial that we witnessed Well, and let's recall the other judge, who now we find out that goofball Now we find out this guy likes to take selfies of himself naked, but that's okay, whatever.
owen shroyer
I will admit for like an 80-year-old man, he does look pretty good.
So, I mean, I'll give him that.
He looks like he's in good shape for an older fella there.
But he's obviously a goofball.
But remember what he said.
He said, publicly, he said, oh, well, if I look at a jury and I think they got the wrong decision, well, then I'll just rule.
I'll just overrule the jury.
So basically, now there are two judges handling Trump cases that are just going to decide for themselves.
They don't care what the jury decides.
They don't care what the evidence exists or doesn't.
They're just going to do what they want.
viva frei
It's even one step worse than that.
For those who don't know this or are not yet familiar with it, Judge Ingeron, he's the judge in the New York fraud case under Leticia James.
There's a video from eight years ago where he's giving a speech to, I think it's a group of journalists, basically saying, you know, I'm a judge.
Am I following the law or am I making the law?
Well, I'm a human.
I have my own biases and I have these tools.
And he talks about estoppel.
He talks about summary judgment.
And he talks about what is effectively Janov.
Judgment notwithstanding a verdict.
Which basically is how you bypass a jury verdict.
Now, that's a legal tool.
It is. In fact, it was used in Michael Flynn's partner's case.
I forget his last name.
It was used in that case where a judge said, look, no jury could reasonably come to a finding of Farrar violations.
Berserkian? I forget his last name.
But that's a tool.
But you have on the one hand anger on publicly boasting about all the tools that judges have to arrive at their biased conclusions.
But what's the most egregious thing is Kaplan didn't override the jury verdict by way of judgment notwithstanding a verdict.
He didn't even do that because that would have itself left its own legal paper trail.
He just linguistically bypassed it.
Which is even more atrocious.
But these judges, they're partisan hacks, corrupt partisan hacks of the highest order.
They tell you what they're doing.
They tell you how they're doing it.
Judge Angeron says, I have tools.
I got summary judgments. Kaplan used one.
I've got estoppels. We can bar people from making certain arguments.
Judge Angeron said, I could tell someone that they can't make that argument because they made a different argument months ago in a different case.
So they can control what the defendant can say.
They can control or strip the defenses of the defendant.
They've got summary judgments so they can bypass the jury altogether and just say, I get to judge this as a simple matter of fact on a summary judgment so they can twist the entire process.
Kaplan has gone far beyond excusable legal errors.
I think the guy needs to be impeached, and he needs to be disbarred.
But it takes people, politicians, to file the impeachment proceedings to do what's required to get that done.
Because it's over the top what they've done.
owen shroyer
Well, and I've been saying this for a long time now.
I think people need to realize, whether it's a judge, whether it's a doctor, whether it's a teacher, if that's a liberal, if that's a leftist, that's really what they are.
And then whatever their occupation is, is secondary to that.
These are all leftist activists.
I don't care if they're wearing a doctor's outfit or in a judge's suit.
They're leftist activists.
And I think that they're proving that, certainly in this case, what they're doing in the classrooms.
But that's another story. So, okay, getting back to the jury here.
I'm trying to think. Well, like, let's get into their minds here.
Because to me, what they're saying is, okay, rape, they likely don't believe anything E. Gene Carroll is saying, but they hate Donald Trump enough and they're part of the Democrat Party propaganda and agenda to get rid of him.
So they're thinking, okay, well...
Yeah, rape might just be a little too much, so we're not going to go with the rape deal.
We don't believe you on the rape, but we'll give you sexual abuse.
So it's almost like they're consciously playing the game, saying, hey, rape might be too obvious and too heavy, so let's just ratchet it back down.
Let's just go with sexual abuse.
viva frei
Go ahead. I mean, I don't want to be crass.
He didn't insert a phallus.
He inserted a digit. So we don't believe her story on the rape part, but we believe that he might have touched her and put a thing.
The whole thing is concocted nonsense.
It's a 25-plus-year-old claim of a woman who has not a shred of physical evidence, and on the contrary, a bunch of contradictory evidence, allegedly wearing a dress that apparently didn't exist at the time of the incident.
Trump, who's basically prevented, and not basically, they Alex Jones-ed Trump in terms of saying you can't say certain things in your own defense.
You can't bring in certain evidence.
You can't bring in the evidence that she's posted a number of social media posts about how she learned everything about sex from her dog, like a dog chases another dog until it gets exhausted, and that's how sex happens with dogs.
What was the other one? Her cat's name is Vagina T. Fireball.
owen shroyer
She said rape is sexy to Anderson Cooper.
viva frei
Rape is sexy. Oh, and I think you're fascinating to talk to.
owen shroyer
Ooh, ooh. Yeah. Cooper was like, uh, tone it down here.
Cut to break. Cut to break.
viva frei
Cut to break. And Rachel Maddow the other day when she's going around doing her victory dance, how she's going to spend Trump's money by taking Rachel Maddow...
On a shopping spree. Everybody knows that she's crazy.
owen shroyer
So what about that? Does that, because to me this has to help Trump in the appeal.
I mean obviously the whole thing is corrupt.
But you've got this lady going around bragging and laughing.
I mean doesn't that help, does that help the appeal?
viva frei
I don't know what would be admissible in terms of after-the-fact statements.
So, you know, they're going to say it's not admissible because it has nothing to do with how the jury came to their findings.
That's what I presume would happen.
But nothing good can happen from her continued talking.
But it is just like it shows a woman who's not running around doing interviews as a sexual abuse victim, but rather as a lottery winner.
And when I say everybody knows that she's crazy, Anderson Cooper knows that she's crazy, Joy Reid knows that she's crazy, Rachel Maddow knows that she's crazy, but she's a useful tool.
And so much in the way that the Democrats, maybe everybody in politics will use a crazy person or a deficient person, they will exploit those who are mentally unwell for their own political purposes.
So she just happens to be a useful mentally unwell person that they will exploit to the fullest extent of a partisan We're good to go.
owen shroyer
I mean, seriously, who went into the woods and dragged that nut job out of the woods, literally, to get in this?
I really wonder how the Democrats found this woman, or if she found them, because that is one crazy lady right there.
Now, going from the civil case into the criminal case, there's something that people kind of don't talk about enough here, and I think this may be the most egregious thing of all of it.
So, They say, Trump did not rape her.
Okay, so, okay, Trump did not rape her, but by Trump saying, I didn't rape her, that's defamation.
I mean, how is this, like, this has to be the craziest thing you've ever heard.
Trump didn't rape her, it was found innocent, he was found innocent of any rape, so there is no, Trump did not rape her, but Trump saying, I didn't rape her, is somehow defamatory.
viva frei
Defamatory subsequent to a summary judgment, a motion for summary judgment where the judge says, we don't even need to submit this to a jury.
I determine it's defamatory with actual malice, actual constitutional malice.
It's a game. I mean, it is what Judge Engron boasted about.
They have these tools and they've been railroading people for decades.
I mean, I'll stop making the racial analogy, but they've been using this to To railroad people for decades.
They just haven't done it so brazenly against the most powerful person in the world or the former most powerful person in the world who's got an audience and a bullhorn to put it on blast.
They've been getting away with this crap like this forever.
And they've just happened to get gotten so brazen and so desperate.
They're using it on Trump who's pushing back and who's got people who are scrutinizing all this in real time.
It's I don't know it.
I don't know where to stop on this.
It's outrageous.
But it's happening in real time.
They're getting the headlines that they need.
And in the meantime, the award, that's what we didn't talk about.
The award is so insanely ludicrously astronomical.
It's almost like it's not quite as bad as Alex Jones' $1.2 billion.
$65 million in punitive damages for two truth social posts in which all he basically says is she's a crazy woman.
I've never met her. She snapped a picture with me at one point.
She's doing this for ulterior purposes to sell a book or whatever.
$65 million punitive damages?
This is political lottery right here.
And $7.3 million for reputational damages for a woman who got on CNN and said rape is sexy, made Anderson Cooper shake in his boots.
I mean, it's preposterous.
owen shroyer
Isn't there, I mean, there's some sort of precedent dealing with punitive damages, and there is a bit of a burden of proof, but it seems like all that's been thrown out the window.
viva frei
There is, the only precedent now is take down Trump.
I don't know what it comes down to if there's a cap on punitive damages under New York law.
I mean, these are not, the fine legalese I'm not up to speed on, you know, as far as New York law goes.
But $65 million for two, it was merely two truth social posts and her evidence she didn't have because she was deleting alleged messages of death threats to her.
The correlation was very questionable.
I have no doubt E.G. and Carol's getting threats and harassment online.
People out there don't do it because that's all that they want so that the aggressors can pretend to be the victims.
But there was no evidence of correlation that Trump puts out a truth social post and she gets death threats and they blame it on Trump.
I mean, it's denying basic human agency.
And what it is, is it's nothing more than an attack on the First Amendment But done only because Trump is so bad, so evil, everything goes.
He's literally Hitler. So anything they do to prevent him from ascending to power is justified.
owen shroyer
Well, that's how they view it.
And they've gotten so many people to buy into this that I don't know if we've witnessed the worst of it yet with this case.
But I'll tell you what, let's get in.
We got a break coming up here.
Let's do one more segment. And I'll ask you, what do you think is more egregious?
Is it this E. Gene Carroll stuff?
Or we can go down and look at how they're trying to argue that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $20 million.
I mean, folks, this stuff is so ludicrous.
If you wrote it into a TV show or something, the producers would throw it out and say, this is garbage.
Nobody would believe it. We'll be right back.
Viva Frye is our guest. Don't go anywhere.
Alright, so this is all ridiculous.
We're getting into it with my guest, Viva Fry, at TheVivaFryOnX.
He also does a great podcast.
Himself and Robert Barnes do a great show.
I've been a guest on their show as well.
You can check that out on Rumble.
Very popular there.
Alright, so, I don't know.
It's hard to measure. What is more ludicrous?
Trump's innocent of rape, but he's defaming, he's guilty of defamation for saying he didn't rape her, but then we go down to the Mar-a-Lago case, and they want to claim Mar-a-Lago is worth $20 million.
I mean, this is so outrightly corrupt and ridiculous, you almost can't even believe that it's going on, but that's their argument.
They're saying Trump lied, it's only worth $20 million.
I mean, a A five-year-old that has interest in real estate could tell you that Mar-a-Lago is worth more than $20 million.
Do they just assume that it doesn't matter how openly corrupt they are?
It just doesn't matter because they can get away with it?
viva frei
They find the legal tools to justify the conclusions to which they want to come.
Engron went with the county appraiser to say, oh, it's appraised at $18 to $27 million, and it's got these restrictive covenants on it, which might otherwise reduce its value.
By the way, summary judgment in that case as well.
Just these tools. Let's bypass juries.
Let's bypass evidence.
Let's exclude their expert evidence.
Let's just say, now we're going to disregard that affidavit and come to this ridiculous finding on a matter of summary judgment.
What's truly amazing, and people should appreciate this as well, they're going to wildly undervalue the assets.
He overestimated them.
Then they're going to try to disgorge them through whatever it is the equity-based compensation process.
And by saying, well, now we're going to discourage you for like $300 million.
Oh, but Mar-a-Lago is only worth $20 million.
So now you've got another $320 million to pody up.
Ingram hasn't come down with this decision yet.
But this is nothing more than the lawfare state seizure of private assets.
Which is also, I like to say, is a form of communism.
Just like, hey, you got some nice assets there.
Let's find a way to screw you out of them so the state can take them.
And we're seeing the same thing, mutatis mutatis, with E. Jean Carroll.
She gets on with, what's her face, Rachel Maddow, and says, what are you going to do with that Trump money?
You have basically a legal system saying, you got money, we want it, and so we're gonna find a nice lawfare way to transfer your assets to a thinly veiled state actor through E. Jean Carroll or straight to the state through Fannie Willis and Engron.
It's nuts. There was an empty lot.
I forget, you know, there's an empty lot that's selling for tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions.
There's a limited real estate on that entire area.
It's a joke. It's a preposterous joke on its face.
The only thing is, the Court of Appeals, or the highest court of New York State, had better intervene to overturn this, because otherwise, what are people left to do when they have no faith in politicians, they have no faith in law enforcement, and they have no faith in the courts?
It's how societies basically degrade in real time.
owen shroyer
Yeah, and we're living it right now.
And so, again, to say Mar-a-Lago, you can go on Zillow and all the properties around Mar-a-Lago that are like one-tenth or less the size are going for $40 and $50 million.
And then you see the biggest, most luxurious palace on the beach.
Oh yeah, $20 million. We'll get you to believe that.
And then I guess they do.
But what's sad is, when Infowars and Alex Jones went through this first, And, you know, because it's kind of the same story for a while.
It's like, oh, I don't want to talk Infowars.
I don't want to touch Alex Jones.
But that was really their trial, just like with censorship.
Alex was their censorship trial.
They got away with it. Alex was their lawfare trial.
They got away with it. So now they're going after Trump.
Now they're going after Mike Lindell. Now they're going after Clay Clark.
Now they're going after all these other people.
And so I don't know where it ends.
I don't know who wants to stop it or if it can be stopped.
Because if they get away with doing this to Donald Trump, then it's official.
It's done. The Justice Department is now a weapon of the Democrat Party, and there is nothing we can do to stop it.
viva frei
It's the Alex Jones tactic through and through in all respects.
Use the media to demonize somebody so that when they do these egregious judicial injustices, persecutions, deplatforming, the general public is sensitized or hates the person, thinks they hate the person.
And so they tolerate it.
Oh, he's a bad person. It won't happen to a good person.
They de-platformed Alex, media demonized him so they could then run the judicial train on him as they did.
It's exactly what they did to Trump.
It's what they did to Steve Bannon, to Roger Stone.
Stripping of defenses in court so that you have a show trial on Quantum only is worse than what they did to Otto Warmbier in North Korea because at least there they had a trial, a one-hour trial, after which they sentenced him to 13 years hard labor and killed him.
But they had a trial.
I mean, they're not even doing the trials anymore.
Just guilt, summary judgment, in Alex's case, default verdict, so we can skip all substance and go to quantum.
But the general public doesn't understand it, and they think they just saw a trial on the merits when all that they saw was a bogus kangaroo court show trial on quantum because the court system found a way to avoid a trial on the merits altogether.
When will people get fed up enough?
I don't know. It's got to happen to someone they know.
owen shroyer
Well, and it will, actually, is what's going to happen.
It is going to happen to somebody they know.
And kind of what I've noticed, you know, that was a good way of putting it earlier.
You said, oh, this only happens to bad people.
It won't happen to good people. It won't happen to me.
And the more this starts to touch people personally, the more they'll realize that that mindset is completely inaccurate.
And so I remember...
When these Trump trials first started and some of his attorneys were speaking very confidently about how they're going to win and their defense and their evidence and all this stuff, because if there was justice, then yeah, obviously.
But there isn't justice.
And so now they've kind of learned that, wait a second, the justice system we thought we had, it doesn't exist anymore.
viva frei
They're denying the evidence.
They're not allowing. They did not allow Trump to adjuice evidence, to make statements.
The judge, and I'm getting mixed up between the cases, it was the E. Jean Carroll, severely restricted what Trump could say in his own defense.
Wanted to vet Alina Habba's questions and know the answers before they were asked.
What could be more scripted of a show?
owen shroyer
Yeah, I need you. It's like I'm in a Major League Baseball game.
It's like, I need you to tell me every pitch you're going to throw before the game.
And then that way I can hit it out of the park.
viva frei
It's like, what? And by the way, another element which is sort of incidental or tangential, they go after the lawyers.
Going after Trump's lawyers the same way they went after Norm Pattis, the same way they went after Jones' lawyers.
They make it so that the individual is a liability to touch.
It's just an absolute destruction of the pillar of a free and democratic society, the judicial system.
So the Supreme Court, in as much as they can get involved, had better get involved and fast.
I was talking about it with Barnes, Robert Barnes, on our Sunday show.
It was the Supreme Court's actions in the Dred Scott decision that basically forced the Confederate and Union states to go to civil war.
The Supreme Court ducked out of the 2020 election cases.
And it creates the conditions for another civil war.
And if they don't get involved in here, and I don't mean civil war like back then, it'll be a different iteration of conflict, like what we're going to see in Texas.
When the Supreme Court sits on their hands and says, no, we're going to basically force a confrontation between a state, Texas, now supported by 25 other states, and the federal, by virtue of their unwillingness to adjudicate, they are pushing America towards a situation of collapse.
They better step in to fix it.
owen shroyer
Well, I don't think they have, if they don't see how they're destroying their own future, but that's what it is.
They've become so destructive, they've had so much hate in their heart that they can't even see how they're hurting themselves at this point.
They don't even see how they're just completely destroying the country.
By the way, you mentioned my attorney, Norm Pattis.
He is going to be on the show with me tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen.
We have an update in my case.
They tossed my appeal.
We argued First Amendment. They said First Amendment never heard of her.
So they tossed my appeal.
And we're going to have a big announcement on what comes next with that.
Viva Frye, let people know where they can find your podcast on Rumble and on Twitter.
And thank you for your time today.
viva frei
Anytime. So on Rumble, it's Viva Frye.
Locals is VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
Twitter is TheVivaFry.
And no, look, I'll be shouting from the rooftop because I've seen what happens in Canada.
When the court system doesn't defend the people, it leaves the people in a state of desperation.
This is intended to be demoralizing and it's intended to be provocative.
So don't do anything stupid, but shout it from the rooftops and make even the bluest of Democrats understand this is how countries fail.
owen shroyer
Yep. Well, unfortunately, I feel like destruction is the name of their game, and they're too dumb to realize that they're destroying themselves.
Viva Fry, great time as always.
All right, there goes the best hair in podcasting.
Goals. Hair goals.
If I grew it out, if I grew it out, I might be able to pull it off.
I'm feeling inspired by Viva Fry's hair, though.
I'm feeling a little inspired.
Back here on the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com where we have Nitric Boost back in stock and better than ever on sale, 40% off.
And this has been backed by doctors that come on the show and promote this product.
And over the last 12 months, there hasn't been a more dynamic, more important product at the Infowar store than Nitric Boost.
And in the last year, we had only been able to discount it at no more than 25% off, but now it is at 40% off.
Nitric oxide is a molecule that plays various...
Important roles in the body contributing to both physiological and pathological processes like visodalidation, cardiovascular health, immune system support, exercise performance.
It's all about blood flow and cardiovascular health.
Vasodilation. Let's make sure I can pronounce that.
Vasodilation, ladies and gentlemen.
Blood flow, cardiovascular health, nitric boost is the answer.
40% off at infowarsstore.com.
And so you got to think about heart health.
You got to think about blood flow.
And we provide you the best supplement to not have to worry about that.
Nitric Boost, 40% off at InfoWarsStore.com.
And of course, it's your support there that keeps us on the air.
All right, we've still got a lot to cover here, and we've got Jesse Lee Peterson coming up.
Let's start going into some of these clips.
Boy, oh boy, there's so much to get to now with the latest from January 6th.
And a PBS documentary where the Democrats essentially, and Republicans involved in it too, essentially admit that the whole thing was just a stunt.
Incredible. But I guess they're stunting for the cameras for the PBS documentary, and that's why they brought in a television producer.
So here's just a brief from the PBS documentary.
And remember, Nancy Pelosi was shooting her own documentary that day, too.
It's like they knew something was going to happen, kind of like somebody knew those pipe bombs were fake, I guess.
So here they are bragging in this PBS documentary about how January 6th was just a stunt, a political stunt.
unidentified
Thompson's committee had gathered a trove of information.
The challenge, what to do with it.
The one thing that we knew was the information that we have is compelling.
The thing we needed to do was tell that to the American people in a compelling way.
So that's why we brought in the former president of ABC News.
owen shroyer
And we brought in a TV producer.
unidentified
Yeah, I got a call pretty much out of the blue from the January 6th committee.
They wanted a storyteller.
And while they were brilliant lawyers, storytelling for a mass audience is not what they do.
All is done. Bringing a guy like this who would think outside the box really did prove to be fruitful.
And it was Goldston who really began to envision this as a kind of miniseries, that there would be, you know, sort of nine episodes and that these episodes would tackle particular themes.
Attack on the Capitol.
The investigation.
The first hearing was primetime television.
The nation is about to witness a defining moment.
owen shroyer
I mean, they're doing a documentary on their own copy.
viva frei
This is incredible stuff.
unidentified
This is an extraordinary moment in American history.
When it came to that first hearing, we knew how high the stakes were.
Is about to hold its first primetime hearing.
We were either going to, you know, make people realize that this was important You know, or once you've lost them, you've lost them for good.
On the evening of June 9th, 8.01pm, the doors opened.
kevin corke
My heart was beating pretty fast on June 9th.
owen shroyer
Yeah, you were on a show. It's all theater.
unidentified
And it was a real question of, is this gonna work or not?
What gonna work? Oh, they're propaganda.
I'm in this tiny control room right up the stairs from Cannon Caucus.
And we count down to the start of the hearing.
And at that point, what can you do?
Here we go. In three, two, one.
The select committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol will be in order.
owen shroyer
So you've got E. Jean Carroll running around doing her victory lap, talking about how she's going to spend all Trump's money and get a penthouse and all this stuff, laughing about how rape is sexy.
And then you've got a PBS documentary covering how January 6th and the January 6th committee was just a propaganda political stunt.
So, I mean, it's just like...
Are they getting ahead of themselves, or do they feel like they've already conquered the country?
Are they getting ahead of themselves, or are they just taking their victory lap now?
It's like, yeah. Well, yeah.
Let's admit it to the American people.
The whole January 6th committee was a sham, and the whole narrative was a propaganda stunt by the Democrats.
And I guess they feel they've had the victory.
So it's like, hey, let's do a documentary about how we tricked the American people.
Let's do a documentary about how we destroyed America.
Let's just tell the people the whole thing was made for TV. Let's just do it.
Hey, I'm Eugene Carroll. Let's just go on TV and brag about how I'm taking Trump's money to the bank and getting a new penthouse and a new car.
Like a lottery winner. I'm going to go on with Anderson Cooper and talk about how sexy rape is.
Yeah, I'm a victim. They really are feeling this.
This is their victory lap. So there you go.
They're not even hiding it. They're not even hiding it.
Speaking of not hiding it, kind of like Ilhan Omar's hate for America.
She's not a fan of the country.
She pledged her loyalty to Somalia.
And so here's Marjorie Taylor Greene introducing a resolution to censure her for this disloyalty in clip 11.
marjorie taylor greene
Censuring Representative Ilhan Omar of Somali, I mean Minnesota, whereas elected members of Congress take an oath to bear true faith and allegiance to the United States without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
Whereas Representative Ilhan Omar took an oath of allegiance to the United States upon becoming a citizen, declaring, I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a
subject or citizen.
Whereas on January 27, 2024, Representative Omar gave remarks at an event in Minneapolis
in which she made treasonous statements.
Whereas Representative Omar said she has spoken to many Somalians who asked her to intercede
for the Somali government by pressuring the United States government into certain actions.
Whereas Representative Omar assured the Somalians she spoke to, the U.S. government will only do what Somalians in the U.S. tell them to do.
They will do what we want and nothing else.
They must follow our orders, and that is how we will safeguard the interest of Somalia.
Whereas Representative Omar continued for as long as I am in U.S. Congress.
owen shroyer
So, it's just so pathetic.
You had the Democrats voting against banning terrorists from coming into America.
You can't even make that stuff up.
But the Republicans won't do anything to them.
You have Ilhan Omar running around talking about how Somalia is her number one priority.
The Republicans won't do anything. I mean, you got Democrats that go into the Senate chambers and have butt sex.
And they won't even do anything about that.
They've concluded their investigation.
Remember that guy?
Remember the little congressional butt boy?
Little butt boy there? How many congressmen have been in his butt, I wonder?
Pardon my French. U.S. Capitol Police conclude investigation into Senate hearing gay sex scandal.
No evidence of criminal activity found.
Just the little congressional butt boy.
I'm sure they've filled that hole.
I'm sure that Congress has filled that hole that was left with his ouster.
The little 24-year-old butt boy.
I'm sure they got another one, though.
Oh, you know it. You know it.
unidentified
Good Lord. Good Lord.
owen shroyer
Here's Joe Biden lying to the family of Kennedy Sanders who died in the drone strike.
Listen to Joe Biden lie in clip five.
unidentified
There's nothing anybody can say or do to use the pain.
I've been there. And by the way, we're promoting her posthumously to sergeant.
Oh, wow. That is the best news I've heard today.
Thank you so much.
You don't know how much that means to us.
Oh, well, I tell you what, it means a lot to me.
My son's been a year in Iraq until I lost him.
owen shroyer
There it is again.
So Joe Biden calls the family days later, and you can tell he's even struggling there on the phone call.
He can't do an in-person visit because he might smell like whatever's in his bridges.
So he says, oh, I've been through that.
I know what it's like.
My son died in Iraq. A total lie.
A total lie that he's repeated over and over.
His son did not die in Iraq.
Did not happen. Maybe he doesn't even know that.
Maybe Biden's brain is completely just...
Busted that he doesn't even know his own son didn't die in Iraq.
Russell Brand went on with Tucker Carlson, and it was a very intriguing interview.
One of the subject of discussion was Alex Jones and how the conspiracy theorists ended up being right.
Here's Russell Brand and Tucker Carlson talking about it.
russel brand
Terrifies me to contemplate, Tucker, that people like Alex Jones and, in our country, David Icke, who, aside from some views that are impossible to corroborate around quite occultist and, shall we call them, marginal ideas, difficult to corroborate ideas, when it comes to the subject of globalisation and the increasing authoritarianisation of our planet, appear to have been ahead of the curve.
You can see them 20, 30 years ago saying the empowerment of NATO, the empowerment of World Banks and the WHO. It's extraordinary.
And it seems to me that the disempowerment of ordinary people, the condemnation, the demoralisation of the public to create people that just are weary and broken If not enslaved, then so dependent it amounts to a form of slavery.
Cannot be inadvertent.
It seems to be a denial of something fundamental that I, in my language, I would call spirit.
The right to be who you are.
That there isn't something fundamentally ugly or wrong with you.
That you are allowed to be who you are.
And I see that as a universal principle that will be applied all the way from the left to the right across various ways that people claim their individual identity now.
It seems to me that yes, that if you start to attack those pivotal infrastructural roles.
I was struck when speaking to some of the people that you work with A man that's been a cop for 26 years in New Jersey, 35 years in the security services.
These are people that give their lives for a country.
So to tell those people that your country doesn't mean anything or to alter the meaning of what a nation is or alter what your contribution has been, It seems to be about a kind of disorientation, and it's difficult actually sometimes.
The reason I mentioned at the beginning of this rather corroming answer, figures that are broadly condemned as conspiracy theorists, but then aren't we all these days?
The reason I mention them is because they talk specifically about ideas that...
To do with spirituality, morality, and ethics.
And it's hard for someone like me to consider that the goals of this global establishment are anything other than power, finance, dominion.
But when you talk about this loathing of nature, whether that's human nature, or botany, or the Great Expanse, it's difficult to think that there isn't something dark at its core.
owen shroyer
So, yes, there's also a story up at Infowars.com.
Watch. Russell Brand celebrates Alex Jones for predicting globalism, warns of dark force attacking spirit of humanity.
And so what I do see happening politically and even with the media is there's kind of this catching up, if you will, where people are starting to realize that, yeah, the worldviews expressed here, the predictions made here, The coverage here is way more accurate than it was ever given credit for and has been way ahead of the curve on all this stuff.
But now you're starting to see it catch up in the media to an extent.
Now you're starting to see it catch up in politics with at least some representatives like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who we heard from earlier, that understand this and are willing to tell it like it is now and understand the threats to our country.
The question is, can that process happen fast enough or faster than the process of destroying America?
That's kind of the question.
It's a race against time in a way.
It's like, can the next Congress be closer to Marjorie Taylor Greene than to Kevin McCarthy?
And what would that mean?
Would we actually start to get some results from Congress for once?
A little less conversation?
unidentified
A little more action? I don't have to tell you things are bad.
Everybody knows things are bad.
It's a depression. Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job.
The dollar buys a nickel's worth.
Banks are going bust.
Shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter.
Punks are running wild in the street and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do and there's no end to it.
We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat.
We sit watching our TVs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had 15 homicides and 63 violent crimes, as if that's the way it's supposed to be.
We know things are bad, worse than bad.
They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore.
We sit in the house, and slowly the world we're living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms.
Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radios, and I won't say anything.
Just leave us alone. Well, I'm not going to leave you alone.
I want you to get mad!

The War Room with Owen Troyer.
the internet will never be the same.
unidentified
Alright ladies and gentlemen, third hour of the Info Wars World of Warcraft.
Welcome to the Info Wars World of Warcraft.
owen shroyer
This is the Info Wars World of Warcraft.
unidentified
We really like Jesse Lee.
He's one of the best blacks. We like to listen to his show.
owen shroyer
So he's about to be joining us.
He's getting his studio all fired up.
Ladies and gentlemen, remember InfoWarsStore.com.
It's your support there that keeps us on the air.
Turbo Force Plus, the great energy drink.
40% off at InfoWarsStore.com.
One scoop of Turbo Force Plus, 10 hours of clean energy.
Trust me, I take it every day right about 2.30 before I go on air for maximum energy, and then I get the focus from the Brain Force Plus.
Both exclusively available at InfoWarsStore.com.
So, some of the topics we're going to be getting into with Jesse today.
The illegal immigration being out of control.
Them going into these Democrat cities, but black Americans finally starting to realize that Democrats don't actually care about them.
We'll talk about the floundering Joe Biden as well.
And it's just disgusting.
Joe Biden continues to lie.
He calls the Gold Star family And lies to them about his son dying at war, saying, I can relate.
It's just a total lie. So, Jesse Lee Peterson, what a fitting time.
Black History Month.
I know it's your favorite time of the year, Jesse.
You really love your Black History Month.
jesse lee peterson
What's wrong with the blacks?
owen shroyer
They vote Democrat.
jesse lee peterson
What a mess.
What a mess. And you're right.
This is Black History Month.
It should not be. It should just be, other than white history, mine, it should just be American.
You know what I mean? And the problem is that we are so divided today that every culture now, race, have their own day.
And as long as we're doing it that way, it's never gonna get right.
owen shroyer
Jesse, I think they're going to have to start putting more months on the calendar because there's like the LGBTQ +, CFI, 69er, Elephant Tusk.
I mean, we're going to need to put like more months on the calendar so they can celebrate all these different sexual things that Democrats like to do.
jesse lee peterson
And now that they're cutting off the boys' body parts and putting girls' body parts on it, and then they're turning off the girls' body parts and putting boys' body parts, we're going to have to have different body parts month.
It's a mess, man.
owen shroyer
Yeah, general mutilation month.
jesse lee peterson
Yeah, something like that.
owen shroyer
What a mess. Let's not give them any ideas.
They'll actually do something like that.
jesse lee peterson
Yeah, because everybody wants to be a victim now.
We don't have individuals who want to be individuals, who are willing to stand alone and live and do what's right.
They join groups now because they're so weak.
We have a very weak We have a group thinking society.
And until we come back to being individuals again, I'm telling you, it's only going to get worse.
And that's why I'm trying to encourage all people to become individuals again, not all this group thinking, all this you got to identify with some group.
Why not just be an individual?
Life works better that way.
It's never going to work as long as you work as a group or identify with a group.
owen shroyer
Well, and it's all about this divide and conquer tactic, too, is make you put you into these identity groups and then divide them and then conquer them.
It's the left strategy worldwide, really.
It's been that way forever.
But speaking of, so let's get into this illegal immigration issue because what I'm seeing now, and I think This is only going to get worse.
We've seen it in Chicago.
We've seen it in New York, most recently in Massachusetts, where the Democrats run everything, and they had to turn a popular rec center into an illegal immigrant facility.
And so this is a very popular rec center.
Obviously, kids go there.
I mean, you talk about the issue with young boys that don't have father figures or don't have fathers in their homes.
Well, sometimes for young boys, a rec center...
Might be the only place where they get an email leadership like that.
And so now the Democrats are shutting down the rec centers and putting illegal immigrants into their facilities and locals are getting mad.
But do you think they find, do they get it that it's the Democrats?
Do they get that that's the problem yet?
jesse lee peterson
Some do, most don't.
And the reason for that, they still believe the lie that the Democrats bring to them.
When the Democrats are found out, they say, well, it's not us.
It's the Republicans.
We tried to do the right thing, but the Republicans wouldn't allow us to do it.
And because most people don't think for themselves, they fall for the lie again.
And so until they start thinking for themselves, it's not going to work.
And they have done that.
Day in and day out, we all know that illegal aliens is a major problem, major situation in our country today.
It affects all communities now.
But yet, they listen to the Democrats.
Look what the Democrats are doing now.
Instead of saying, you know what, we were wrong, We're sorry.
We should have put a wall around the borders.
It's our fault.
We're going to get it right right now.
They blame the Republicans for it because they have no intention to make it right.
The government is now creating problems for the American citizens rather than solving the problem because the government is about the government.
They are not about the people.
They are not about working for the people.
It's about money and perceived power for themselves.
So no, most people are not going to get it.
And the government will continue to do what it's going to do because if they were going to change, they would just make the change.
They would just put the wall around the borders, send the illegal aliens back where they came from.
But they're not doing that because they don't intend to do it.
No matter how loud the people cry out, until the people vote them out, it's going to be the same or even worse.
And it's bad.
It's not crime.
I saw where the illegal aliens, according to the report, some illegal aliens attacked the police in New York the other night.
The police were telling them to move along, according to the report.
Move along. They were standing on the street there, on the sidewalk.
And instead of moving along, they attacked the cops.
They kicked them.
And they don't care.
The illegal aliens don't even respect the American citizens.
owen shroyer
They got released without bail.
They're back on the streets. They flicked off the cameras.
The cameras were there when they got released.
They were flipping off the cameras, letting them know how they feel about us.
jesse lee peterson
Because they know they can get away with it now.
They know that our government, the Democrats, and to be honest with you, the Republicans too.
We have a one-party system now.
We do not have a two-party system for the most part.
The Republicans are about money and power themselves.
All they ever do is hold meetings about this or that, and they never Do anything to change what's going on.
But they want us to think that they're trying to do it, and they're not.
And so these illegal leakers are attacking the cops and giving fingers to the cameras because they know they can get away with it.
They don't have to go to jail.
They get free hotels.
They get free phones.
They get free everything.
And they know that they're not going to be punished for it because they have been welcomed into this country without us even knowing who they really are.
It's just got to get worse.
owen shroyer
Yeah, I can just imagine when we watch these communities, again, they speak out in Chicago and New York, and it's now Massachusetts, and you watch them, and then it's like, I wish someone would ask me, like, okay, so who are you going to vote for?
And then they're going to say, well, I vote Democrat.
And it's just like, well, then you're causing the problem.
jesse lee peterson
You're part of the problem. You know, I'm looking at the blacks in Chicago and other areas.
They're yelling at their government, local government there.
They're telling them, we all want to be first.
We wanted this. You're supposed to take care of us.
But it's going to be interesting to see how they vote.
Come November, will they vote out the mayor of Chicago, the mayor of New York?
Will they vote Democrat or will they vote Republican?
I can almost guarantee you, I could be wrong.
I'm black and slow, so I could be wrong.
Most of them are going to vote for the same Democrats over and over again.
They love complaining.
They love their misery.
They love their hell.
But when there's an opportunity to come out of their hell, most of them are not going to take it because they're going to be told that the Republicans, especially with the great white hope Donald Trump, Donald Trump is Hitler.
Donald Trump is this.
I hope I'm wrong, man, but they're going to vote for the same Democrats.
Some won't, but most would do the same thing.
They're going to vote for the Democrats.
Only because they're black and because they're Democrats.
owen shroyer
Well, and the whole propaganda campaign that the Democrats use, it's like, oh, Republican equals racist, and so therefore I can never vote Republican.
I do think, though, Trump's popularity...
Amongst black voters is probably the highest than any other Republican.
And so there could be a major shift just with Trump's name in down-ballot elections.
And that would be big.
I think that that would be big. The problem is we know what they do in Philadelphia and Chicago, and they just stuff those ballots to try to keep Trump from getting in.
jesse lee peterson
But you know, even with this idea that Donald Trump is winning in the black community, a lot of black...
And that might be true. But because the liberal media is saying that, and they are pushing that really hard, it almost feels like a setup to me.
It almost feels as though they want us to think that, but behind closed doors, something else is going on.
Because we really can't Really can't believe anything that the media tells us now.
They always tend to be opposite of what they're telling us.
And again, I hope I'm wrong.
It's time for the blacks to wake up and start thinking for themselves.
So I hope I'm wrong.
But I just don't put my faith in the media anymore.
owen shroyer
Even Snoop Dogg, who did the video where he depicts the shooting of Donald Trump, even he's coming out and saying, I might have to do a public endorsement of Trump.
jesse lee peterson
Yeah, but will he though?
When he doesn't, then I'll believe it.
But for him to just say it, I have to have a wait-and-see attitude.
Because I know how much the blacks distrust the Republicans.
And as long as the Republicans don't come out and say, well, we're going to do something for y'all.
We're going to give y'all this.
We're going to give y'all that.
We're going to give you free stuff.
You're not going to see a whole lot of blacks coming and voting for them.
You will see some, especially those who are in business for themselves and trying to really make it happen.
But I just don't, and again, I hope I'm wrong, I just don't see a major turnaround in the black community right now.
But something is going on, I just don't know what.
owen shroyer
Well, I mean, but Ronna McDaniel spent $70,000 on flowers.
So, I mean, she's trying to get that vote out.
Ronna McDaniel knows how to spend money on flowers and limousines, so certainly that will help turn out the vote.
jesse lee peterson
What a mess!
owen shroyer
That lady, she's...
Need to get her out of here.
jesse lee peterson
She is a mess! I don't know why they don't get rid of her.
owen shroyer
This should be it for her. I'm going to kind of see what the media does to her tonight.
But, I mean, this report should be the end of Ronna McDaniel.
In case you didn't see, ladies and gentlemen, or Jesse, you should look at this.
Ronna McDaniel, the FEC report came out.
She's spending money on limos and flowers, but not on voter engagement.
That she doesn't like to spend money on.
All right, I want to get your response to a clip from Ayanna Pressley here.
So what we have is, and this is happening in California, But it's happening in New York and Chicago and other areas.
In the downtown areas, shops are getting robbed so much that they're just closing up.
They're just closing up shop and they're saying, look, there's so much crime, there's so much theft that we can't even justify staying in business anymore.
So Walgreens is one of the brick-and-mortar stores that have been a victim to this and they're shutting doors.
So here's Ayanna Pressley.
She says it's racist for Walgreens to close.
Listen to her logic here in clip 12.
unidentified
Mr. Speaker, Walgreens is planning to close yet another pharmacy in the Massachusetts 7th, this time on Warren Street in Roxbury, a community that is 85% black and Latino.
This closure is a part of a larger trend of abandoning low-income communities like the previous closures in Mattapan and Hyde Park, both in the Massachusetts 7th.
When a Walgreens leaves a neighborhood, they disrupt the entire community and they take with them baby formula, diapers, asthma inhalers, life-saving medications, and of course, jobs.
These closures are not arbitrary and they are not innocent.
They are life-threatening acts of racial and economic discrimination.
That is why I joined with Senator Markey and Warren to demand answers from Walgreens' CEO. Why was there no community input, no adequate notice to customers, and no transition resources to prevent gaps in healthcare?
Shame on you, Walgreens.
Having a website with talking points about health equity and underserved communities is not enough.
Walgreens is a multi-billion dollar corporation that needs to put their money where their mouth is and stop divesting from black and brown communities.
owen shroyer
You know, the response from Walgreens should be, okay, tell people to stop robbing our stores, okay?
And then maybe we won't close.
But Jesse, what do you make of that statement from Ayanna Pressley?
jesse lee peterson
She is an evil female who should not be in our government.
If she really cared about what's happening with the blacks and all that mess she just said, she would want to bring back the police.
She would want to bring back Bales Bond.
She would want as many cops on the streets as possible instead of defunding the police, getting rid of Bales Bond, and letting these criminals out of jail.
That woman is a hypocrite.
She's a liar. She is a deceiver.
She does not want What's right at Walgreens or anywhere else.
She want a mess and she want to do what she's doing.
She want to cry racism.
She want to cry what's happening to the blacks so that she can give a farce impression out to the blacks that she is on their side.
She is working against the blacks because if she were for the blacks, she would want as many cops on the streets and wherever else they need to be.
She would want to lock these people up so they can Learn and overcome the crime that they're committing.
But she's just faking it in order to maintain so-called power and control for herself.
She's a hypocrite and she's a liar.
She's evil. She doesn't care about the blacks.
She wants to defund the cops.
It's the cops' job to do this, not Walgreens' job.
owen shroyer
But it's like, we all know the story here.
San Francisco is one of the best examples, but there's many cities.
These stores are shutting down because there's so much crime.
They can't keep the doors open because there's so much crime.
They know that. So what's the logic here?
So to me, what Ayanna Presley is really saying is, give us free stuff.
I mean, that's really the logic here, is that, hey, these people should be allowed to rob your store, and you have to stay in business and just take it.
You need to take the hit.
jesse lee peterson
That's what she's arguing. They want the chaos and the confusion.
They want this happening in our country because it keeps them in office.
They want it, and they want to give the impression that they're trying to help the blacks.
This is reparation.
This is slavery payback.
This is affirmative action.
They want the mask, man.
It's so bad in San Francisco.
I heard a report This morning that there's an older guy going back.
He's moving back to China, I believe they said, because he's been attacked on the streets.
He's been attacked something like two or three times.
And that crime is so bad in San Francisco that he's packing up and moving back to China.
I'm like, what the?
Are you saying that China is better to live in China now than to live in America?
And it is. They want it.
They want these blacks doing this.
They don't want the police to enforce the law.
They want this mess.
They want to accuse Walgreens to give a false impression that they care about the blacks.
owen shroyer
And they don't. Well, Cori Bush pretty much came out and said as much in multiple statements.
She says, yes, we're going to defund the police, but I get security.
I'm more important. It's more important for me to be protected than you.
And now she's in a scandal. She gets married to her security guard.
I'm thinking that there may have been a...
Ulterior reason for that marriage even happening in the first place.
I'd like to look at some of the details this investigation is able to reveal.
But it's the same thing.
St. Louis is one of the most dangerous cities on the planet.
Certainly one of the most dangerous in America.
I mean, literally, walking the streets at the wrong place at the wrong time, I mean, you're putting your life in danger.
And she says, no police for you, but I get hundreds of thousands of security because I'm more important.
They don't even mince their words.
That's it. They really believe they're more important.
jesse lee peterson
She was like, my body is so important.
My body is more important.
My body is needed.
So my body needs protection.
I need it. So that's what, yes, I'm spending all this money on my body.
But she doesn't care about anyone else's body.
She thinks that, oh, she's like, we need more social programs.
So I need to be around and make sure it's something like that.
I need to be around and make sure that happens.
Make sure that they get the social.
I'm like, what's wrong with this crazy female?
Don't nobody need her.
She needs to get out of the way.
She's more of a problem than a solution.
But she doesn't care about anyone else but herself.
If she loves Americans, whether black or white, why is their body not as important as her body?
She's going to protect her body, but everyone else's body can go to hell in a headmaster.
She just want to be around to put social programs out there for the Blacks.
It's insane, man.
They should fire her.
They should impeach her. They shouldn't get...
Because she said, I don't care about y'all.
I just care about me.
I'm more important. I'm going to defund the police for y'all, but I'm going to spend truckloads of money to protect myself.
That doesn't even make sense.
And she said it out loud and expect to get away with it.
owen shroyer
And she knows damn well that the city of St.
Louis is a danger zone.
There's shootings and muggings all the time.
It's well known. And so she knows that the police are needed.
I mean, St. Louis is one of the only areas where, like, downtown, like, cops don't really do ticky-tack stuff.
They really don't bother pulling people over for tickets.
Like, they're only looking for killers.
I mean, they're literally just looking for killers and trying to stop that type of crime.
And she's trying to pull them off the streets.
jesse lee peterson
It's like that in all of the areas where liberals are in control, both black and white, but especially like that where the blacks are in control, whether they're congressmen, senators or whatever, police.
It's like that everywhere.
Because they don't care.
owen shroyer
The whole Cori Bush phenomenon is actually odd.
I kind of dug into it.
How she ended up getting in office is a mystery to me.
She defeated a very strong incumbent Democrat.
She was running for years and could never get more than 10,000 votes.
And then all of a sudden had a massive landslide victory.
And then she hires her security guard to be her husband or whatever.
There's some weird stuff there.
You know, here's another example of what Jesse...
Lee Peterson and I were talking about.
Donut shop owner raising funds for Monterey Park shooting victims is robbed.
The owner of a donut shop in Arcadia, California, set out a donation box on his counter this month and collected $2,000 for victims of a mass shooting.
And when he put it in his car and went back inside his shop for five minutes, the entire cash donations was stolen!
Just like that, right there in California.
Yeah, defund the police though.
And Walgreens should be forced to stay open.
Even though they get robbed into oblivion, they should just give people stuff for free.
That's really what the Democrats want.
But I want to switch aisles here with Jesse Lee Peterson.
jesse lee peterson
Jesse... Can I just tell you this?
Yeah, go ahead. It's so bad in Los Angeles that they're even...
Stopping automobiles, stopping cars on the freeway to rob them.
You get one car in front of another car, they put you in the middle, they run you off the road.
And they go and rob you that way.
That's how bad it is in Los Angeles right now.
It is literally out of control.
And that's why when they elected Karen Bass, As a mayor of the city here in LA, I knew it was going to only get worse instead of better.
I was in one of those Savon stores or whatever it was, and here I am at the counter trying to pay for my item, and two black guys came in with backpacks on, and they went through the store and just stole full of backpack stuff, and they were walking out of the store, and then The manager said to them, hey, are you guys going to pay for that?
They're like, no, we're not paying for it.
And they just walked out.
And so I asked the clerk, does this happen often?
She's like, yeah. It happens every day.
And this store used to be an amazing store.
They had mostly white workers there, and it was stacked with products that you needed, and the service was amazing.
Now all the white people are gone because they're free, and I don't blame them.
And it's just a few blacks and Mexicans.
But the store is empty.
You can hardly find the product that you're looking for.
And the products that are there, they're locked up.
So you have to call over someone to unlock.
Just a good deodorant.
You gotta unlock it.
That's how bad it is in LA. You can't even go and feel comfortable sitting in a cafe right now because at any point they could come in and just rob you right there in the cafe and get away with it.
owen shroyer
Democrat-run cities, it's a story that's too similar and who knows, that shop that you're talking about, I'll probably have to shut that one down too.
All right, Jesse, I want to switch lanes here, and I'm going to have to put you on the spot, okay?
I'm going to have to put you on the spot here, and we're going to play a little game, and so this might be a challenge.
I might be challenging you here, okay?
But I need you to pay real close attention here, okay?
So, guys, we're going to go ahead and roll clip three here.
Jesse, we're going to play a game.
I need you... To spot the man playing women's rugby.
I'm going to see, Jesse, this might be kind of challenging, all right?
But I'm going to play this clip for you.
Let's see if you can spot the man playing women's rugby.
unidentified
Guys, go ahead. Australia.
jesse lee peterson
The New Orleans won the first three.
unidentified
Australia the last two.
Canfield takes a tackle that ended up very dangerous.
Joanne Lagona upending Canfields.
owen shroyer
All right, Jesse, do you think you can spot the man here?
jesse lee peterson
Right away. The one in the red that picked that lady up and dumped her.
That's the man. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
owen shroyer
Wow, that was amazing.
I thought it would be more difficult for you.
You just nailed it just like that.
jesse lee peterson
I really had to look very carefully to make sure I recognized the man.
owen shroyer
Yeah, the fact that it was a...
All right, so if you're an audio audience member, I mean, this man is not even trying.
I don't know if he just selected female or how he even gets on the pitch.
He picks up a woman and does a massive slam tackle.
unidentified
I don't know how she didn't crack some ribcage.
owen shroyer
Whoa! And then even does the chest up?
Like, dude, you're a man.
unidentified
You're playing with girls. That's amazing.
jesse lee peterson
But that's what's happening right now.
That's where we're going right now.
It's going to get worse. You haven't seen anything yet.
owen shroyer
Whoa! There was a male rugby player that was playing with women in this rugby league.
It's called the Sevens. It's like this tournament-style rugby thing.
They travel. Right.
And there was one man that was in the league.
And somehow, Jesse, that team, the team that had the dude on it, that team won it every time.
jesse lee peterson
Yeah. I wonder why.
owen shroyer
I mean, who would have figured?
jesse lee peterson
That's right. This is all happening...
Because we have all the wrong people in the right places to make sure my country never come back and to make sure that these kinds of things are happening.
And if you notice, men and women, especially men, they're afraid to say no.
They're afraid to speak up.
They don't want to be called names.
They don't want people to try to get them fired.
And so they are allowing these things to happen.
And I have one little issue with this, though, is that, you know, the women are bitching about this is happening.
And it should not be happening.
But they're upset, real upset about men playing in women's sports.
But when you ask them about women playing in men's sports and women becoming coaches and women want to be in the locker room and doing news reports and things like that, They have no problem with that.
They're like, oh no, equal rights.
We're all the same.
But when the men are now getting into their sports, it's a different story.
As my grandparents used to say, what's good for the goose is good for the gender.
And so guys should not be playing in women's sports, and women should not be playing in men's sports.
There should not be coaches.
There should not be news reporters that can go into the locker room.
They should not be calling the game for men.
owen shroyer
They should do it for women. Oh, I completely agree with that.
By the way, look, Jesse, this actually might be even more ridiculous than we originally thought.
Apparently that actually is a woman.
The crew was digging into it.
Look, I don't know.
The world is so crazy now with these dudes competing with women.
So apparently that is an actual woman.
But who knows? Are you serious?
Jesse, I can't believe anything anymore.
But we can...
I mean, come on!
Joanne Magona? I'm lost.
jesse lee peterson
Well, I don't know if it's a man or not, but it looks like a man to me.
owen shroyer
I'm lost on this one, Jesse.
unidentified
I don't know who said that.
jesse lee peterson
So are they saying that that's not a man?
owen shroyer
Yeah, they're saying that's a woman.
jesse lee peterson
So is it because that's what he wanted to be called?
owen shroyer
A woman? I don't know. I can't.
You know what? I can't make sense of any of it anymore.
Maybe we should just embrace it, Jesse, and we should just say, yep, we're going to just prove that men are the dominant gender and we're going to beat women at their own sports now.
So I can't figure any of it.
But you know what? Here we go.
To get back to what you were saying, a couple weekends ago, because you got the NFL playoffs going on, I actually went because I like watching old nostalgic broadcasts.
I prefer it. And so I was watching an older game of the St.
Louis Rams in 1999.
It was the first NFL playoff game I went to with my dad.
It was a good time. My dad, my neighbors, my friends.
And I went back and I watched it.
And when you go back and you watch these old sporting events, one of the things that did stood out, there weren't women everywhere.
It was so refreshing.
I'm sick of seeing women all over there.
They're on the field. They're part of the coaching staff.
They're the sideline reporters.
I mean, just like, why can't men just have our own thing?
Why can't we just have one thing?
jesse lee peterson
Because men were too weak to say no to the women.
Uh-uh. You do your thing, we're going to do our thing.
They gave in. And once they started giving into that, it just went out of control.
And you're right. They are everywhere involved in everything.
And they're pushing men out of work, out of job opportunities, everything.
But the men are allowing it to happen because they're afraid to stand up to the woman.
They don't want to be called a woman hater or whatever name they call them.
owen shroyer
Yeah, the political correctness.
The men can stop this if they wanted to. Political correctness is what destroyed it.
I'm so sick of it. Jesse Lee Peterson is with us.
Final segment coming up. Don't go anywhere.
unidentified
All right, final segment here with Jesse Lee Peterson.
owen shroyer
I want to cover some news with Jesse Lee.
We'll get a little news coverage here to close out the transmission.
At JLPtalk on Twitter.
And then you can find all of his shows doing so much work.
His radio show, his YouTube channel, everything else there on his Twitter account.
Jesse, this is a story that hit the press yesterday.
So we all know Democrats are anti-JP. Second Amendment, they don't like guns.
Well, now they're trying to ban militias as well.
Democrats unveiled a plan to ban militias.
Congressional Democrats moved to crackdown on militia activity in the U.S. And, of course, they're saying, look, it's January 6th.
So they really hate the Constitution.
They really do. And they really don't like our First Amendment and our Second Amendment because there's a reason why the Founding Fathers put them one and two.
It was a message to tyrants that, hey, you get out of control and try to run our lives.
We're going to talk about it. And, you know, we also have the right to defend ourselves and to form militias if we have to defend ourselves.
And the Democrats are saying, nope, nope, can't do that either.
jesse lee peterson
And you're right. They do hate the Second Amendment.
They do not want us to be free in that way or any way, really.
But this is more about trying to stop Donald Trump, the great white hope.
And they are trying to associate the militia with Donald Trump.
That's why they are trying to compare it to January 6th.
Their main mission right now is to stop Donald Trump, because they know when the great white hope get in, and if he gets in, that he's gonna clean up all this mess that they've been doing in the country, and they don't want that.
But they hate the Second Amendment.
They hate everything, the Constitution.
They do not love law and order.
They love disorders.
But mark my word, This is about trying to make Donald Trump look like a bad guy because it appears that more people are in support of getting him back in office than any other president at any other time.
So it's more about that, man, even though they do disrespect the Constitution as well.
And also, I do want to say to the folks out there, just so they remember that our battle is a spiritual battle.
It's not a physical battle.
It's a warfare between good and evil, right versus wrong.
God in Christ, Christ in man, man over woman, and woman over children.
And they are trying to destroy men because they know the real power is in the man.
It's not in the woman.
The woman was not created to lead.
The woman was created to follow.
And they know that the God above is the God of man, and the God below is the God of the woman, Satan.
And the hell comes through the woman.
And so if they can destroy the image of God, which are men, and women too, once they overcome the hell, then once they return to the Father.
But they know if they can destroy the men, they can take over and destroy the country, destroy the family.
They hate men. And it's not the woman, per se, that's hating the men and the weak men who are just like women.
It's the spirit of evil that's made a home in them.
And I saw it happen to the blacks.
They destroyed the men in the black family, in the black community, black period.
And they brought the black woman and told her that she's a queen and that she is more important than a man.
And they made her try to take the role of the man by stroking her ego.
And now the average black man is not worth a dime.
And they are doing that now to all men.
All men are sons of God, even if they are weak.
They've just been turned away from the Father.
And if men were to turn back to the Father by forgiving their mothers, all men, forgive their mothers for turning them away from the Father.
And when they turn them away from the Father, they turn them away from God.
And she recreated them in her image, which is anger, which is fear, which is doubt, which is worry.
And they have made the woman their God.
If men were to turn back to God, I promise you, without a doubt, they'd get rid of the anger, the fear would disappear, the loneliness, the sadness, the suicidal thought, the revenge, and all that would disappear from him, and things would change overnight.
The power is in the man.
It's not in the woman.
And Satan is using the woman in order to destroy the family, to destroy the country, because women don't have love.
They only have hate.
And it's unfortunate that the people don't see it.
But the battle is a spiritual battle.
And that's why we must return to the Father.
God said that there will come a day when I'll return the children to the fathers and the fathers to the children.
That is a handout.
There needs to be a major push.
To return the children, boys and girls, men and women, back to the Father.
Otherwise, we're going to always have hell on earth, and it's just going to get worse.
Men are the light of the world, salt of the earth.
We've got to bring that back.

And it really is proof that there is a...
I mean, I don't know how to even describe it.
They put up a Satan monument at the Iowa Capitol, and now the guy that destroyed it is facing a felony and a hate crime.
And so if you think about the precedent that could be set by something like this, it's really going to entice Satanists to engage in all types of behavior, even if they're just trolling, and then it's going to be protected speech.
And so they're going to say, oh, you can't speak ill of Satan, or you can't say anything negative about Satanism, and they're going to say that that's a hate crime now.
jesse lee peterson
They're doing that already.
Look, anybody that really speaks honestly about God and God's order, they hate them.
They want to lock them up.
But anyone that worships the devil, worships Satan in his image, they're praised.
This is the right way to go.
They're already doing that.
Why do you think they want to get rid of the white man?
The white man represents Christianity.
Christianity was founded in America by white men.
They created the greatest country in the world, discovered, and created the greatest country in the world with the help of God through Christianity.
That's why they are tearing down the statue of the great white men who made it possible in America, and they are putting up the image of Satan, and they'll wish him in that.
They want to get rid of the white man Because they're trying to wipe out Christianity.
Christianity is the best religion on this side of heaven because it's the only religion that says that we must return to the Father, that we must be born again.
We have to die of the ego and return to our natural nature Which is of God.
The men need to wake up, man.
They need to work on themselves because they are already worshiping the devil.
They even have another so-called religion that's being brought here by the Mexicans.
What's the name of that religion, Sean?
Brujaria. And they worship evil spirits.
They worship the devil.
They're starting to promote that in our country now.
Not Christianity, but Brujaria.
owen shroyer
That's a new one to me.
And by the way, part of that spiritual battle is, you know, these people targeting children, and we know they do this directly now with the indoctrination in the schools.
Here's a short clip, Josh Hawley addressing the child predators that were on Facebook that Zuckerberg had to answer to in clip 13.
josh hawley
He absolutely knows what's going on, Sean, and the reason I know that is because we've had whistleblowers from Facebook come and testify under oath that they collected that kind of information I just shared with you and sent it to Zuckerberg personally, and he ignored it.
I mean, so what he should have said to the families is, I'm so sorry for what we've done and we will do better.
And the way they're gonna do better is they'll hold themselves accountable.
Listen, Mark Zuckerberg's worth $140 billion.
If he devoted just 10% of that To helping victims.
Think what he could do for these families.
And by the way, if he would actually change his platform and not allow pedophiles and sex predators on there, he could do a service to every family in America.
I'll just say this, Sean. He seems to have all the time and attention in the world to censor conservatives.
Facebook leapt at the opportunity to censor any questions about COVID, to label people who had COVID vaccine questions as potential terrorists.
If you question the Hunter Biden laptop, they shut you down.
But yet, they can't lift a finger to take sex predators off their platform.
owen shroyer
So, Jesse, think about that in the last 60 seconds we have here.
The Democrats spend so much time going after their political opposition, if they could just spend half the time going after actual criminals and child predators, they could actually maybe help somebody.
jesse lee peterson
You know what I say to that?
And you might not agree with me on this, but that's just all talk.
That representative ain't gonna do nothing.
Just think about how many times Mark...
Have gone before those committees over the years.
You've gone to them over and over again.
They haven't done anything. Well, they lied on their own.
owen shroyer
They said they didn't censor conservatives.
jesse lee peterson
They did. They haven't done anything about stopping it, right?
And it's because they, too, these people have all kind of lobbies and all people representing them, the media, the Cusokian Media Group.
And the government haven't stopped them over the years.
It just talks. Until they do something to stop it, then I believe it.
I'm sick of the talk.
I want to see action.
No more talk. It's just talk.
owen shroyer
And even if you want to argue, even if you want to say, well, we're not going to get involved in corporate businesses or their right to censor is free speech.
But, okay, they lied under oath and they said they didn't do it.
Now you got them. Jesse Lee Peterson, always a pleasure.
Thank you for your time. Try to stay safe out there.
In California, Jesse.
We'll hear from you again. That does it for the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
You stay classy, InfoWarriors.
alex jones
Look, I need funds, folks.
You know why I haven't gone down there with him?
Because I can't fund to take a few security guys and nobody's going to let me go without security.
I got to have it. I love to hang my ass out there, but I got to go with some security.
I don't have money to travel. I don't have money to do anything.
Now they finally admit the media, Jones has nothing.
He sold his car. He sold his guns.
Like, I give a damn about any of that.
I care about the truth and justice, but...
I need funds.
InfoWars needs funds.
Okay? So, if you want to keep us on air and see us go everywhere like we did at Bilderberg and Davos before and everything else, If you want to put a dog in the fight, you've got to have a badass pit bull that's won like 20 fights.
I'm not defending dogfighter, but you know what I mean.
You have a rooster that's won 50 fights.
You don't feed the damn rooster for a couple weeks.
You're out there and the rooster's going to be dead, okay?
So I'm a rooster that's already won a bunch of fights, and I want to get back in there and tear up some other cocks.
But I can't do it unless you feed me the damn chicken feed, all right?
And I'm not complaining. I'm not bitching.
I'm just saying. I want to attack in the Infowar.
I want to go for their juggler.
But if you don't give the pit bull water and food, he's going to be dead.
So I'm not bitching.
