| The Democrats have to have these cases done before the election. | ||

| And anybody who's been caught up in the court system recently knows that getting stuff moved through the system is extremely hard. | ||

| And especially if the two sides can't reach an agreement or one of the sides or both of the sides, in this case it's just one of the sides, wants to delay. | ||
| Usually it's the government that wants to delay as long as possible. | ||

| So, that's their big setbacks. | ||
| And we can get into all the details of the corruption with Fannie Willis and the sleeping around and paying the prosecutor that's her little joystick there and everything else. | ||
| But at the end of the day, their big issue, the individuals don't even matter. | ||

| And the game is they have to get these cases through the system and get Trump convicted before the election. | ||

| And then they say, oh wait, you never did an insurrection, so yeah, you're good. | ||
| Oops, another L. Now obviously, obviously, Trump's team is appealing the E. Gene Carroll decision. | ||
| And the attorney for E. Jean Carroll is immediately hitting the media saying, nope, that's absurd. | ||
| What's done is done. | ||
| E. Jean Carroll's lawyer rebutted a claim that she was mentored by the judge who oversaw the rape defamation trial of former President Trump. | ||
| So Trump didn't rape her. | ||
| That's what a jury decided. | ||
| But then she wins a defamation case for saying he didn't rape her. | ||
| That's the Twilight Zone clown world That this trial existed in. | ||
| The attorney, Roberta Kaplan, said there is no basis to toss the recent $83.3 million verdict against the former president in Carroll's favor. | ||
| Oh, I don't know. Maybe her going on the media saying, I'll do anything to destroy Trump. | ||
| Maybe her going in front of the cameras on MSNBC laughing about the judgment. | ||

| Kaplan blasted Trump's attorney, Alina Haber, For raising false allegations of a mentor-mentee relationship between Kaplan and Judge Lewis Kaplan when they both worked at the prestigious and large New York law firm Paul and Weiss. | ||

| The other thing that I noticed at the hotel as well is there's a lot of law enforcement that's staying there, whether it's state troopers, whether it's federal agents and representatives as well. | ||

| I'm here. We did a tour earlier today inside Shelby Park with an Army major that was fascinating. | ||
| He was telling us some of the stories about what's been going on over the last couple months. | ||
| Basically what happened was thousands of people came over in December and now it's down to like dozens per day in the area. | ||
| There's an area called Normandy just a few miles outside Eagle Pass. | ||
| That's where the most recent sort of caravans have come over. | ||
| For lack of a better term, I think 35 people crossed over earlier today, just a few miles elsewhere. | ||
| So you're exactly right. | ||
| It's like whack-a-mole. They plugged up the Shelby Park, but then the migrants just pop up a few miles that way or a few miles that way and cross right over. | ||
| Yeah, and of course, the Texas border is, I think it's some thousand miles. | ||
| So the only way to really practically do this is to either station the military or have a really high-tech infrastructure or build a wall. | ||
| Or build a wall. | ||
| Those are really your only options because the only thing curtailing this right now is the American media showing it. | ||
| And then as soon as they find out the hotspot, the media goes there and the Biden administration shifts them to 100 miles over, 200 miles over, whatever the deal is. | ||
| And then it's like, see, there's nothing here. | ||
| Yeah, exactly. And I will say that of the members of the military that we've spoken to and members of the state guard that we've spoken with, there is sort of a frustration with the federal government. | ||

| So they can secure the park, but if they're not given orders to go down three miles and secure the next path that's main traffic across, then they can simply do it. | ||

| This is really an example of just straight up bad leadership. | ||

| Here's another one. Biden administration pauses deportations for 100 days and suspends Remain in Mexico policy for asylum seekers. | ||

| Biden administration ends Trump-era Remain in Mexico policy. | ||
| Biden administration sues Arizona over attempt to fill in border wall. | ||
| Biden administration demands Arizona remove border wall. | ||
| Proclamation of the... | ||
| So he ends the emergency. | ||
| I mean, it's all of it. It's just left and right. | ||
| The Biden administration opened the border. | ||
| Speaker Johnson in front of Congress today gave a speech outlining 64 different actions | ||
| that Biden has taken directly to make the border less secure. | ||
| The House Republican released 98 executive orders that Biden has enacted to make the | ||
| border less secure. | ||
| And yet Biden says I'm doing everything. | ||
| Green Jean Pierre says, I'm doing everything. | ||
| It's clear at this point this is the political football. | ||
| The Biden administration is using the open border for a political agenda, but then also to get the Republicans to fund everything they want. | ||
| Trans shrimp running on treadmills, endless wars in Ukraine, whatever it is, they say, oh, you want money for the border? | ||
| Well, we want gay squirrel turds being studied. | ||
| Absolutely. I can't believe how obvious it is now and just apparent the level of reason in terms of our federal government's priorities when they do everything they can to protect the borders of other nations, whether it's Israel or whether it's Ukraine. | ||
| And they're even doing it explicitly at the expense of our own border where they've literally tied our own border issues to the border issues faced by our so-called allies overseas. | ||

| Today. And what did you learn in that meeting? | ||
| I learned that backpack guy, January 6th backpack guy, not to be confused with January 5th backpack person, backpack guy was a non-uniform, plainclothes police officer in the employ of the Capitol Hill Police. | ||
| The person who found the pipe bomb, the person who, D'Antuano, who was leading the investigation, say, oh yeah, the person who found it, it'd be Investigation 101 that they would be a suspect initially, until ruled out. | ||
| You're saying that person was an undercover, plainclothes, Capitol Police officer, and the Capitol Police confirmed that to you today? | ||
| They confirmed that to me today, yes. | ||
| Which, so, by the way, it makes... | ||
| What does that mean to you? Well... | ||
| It heightens some of my concerns and reduces some of the other concerns. | ||
| One of the concerns that's heightened was trying to give the Secret Service and the Metro Police Department the benefit of the doubt when they took four minutes. | ||
| They finished their lunch before they went and dealt with this pipe bomb. | ||
| I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and think that Well, if it's just some random passerby and he said, hey, there's something shiny over there, could be a lawn sprinkler, you know, not sure, maybe want to check it out. | ||
| But that's not what it was. | ||
| It was a person who was, you know, they say, again, when I relate this to you, I'm relating what the Capitol Police have told me. | ||
| They say it was a Capitol Police officer who found this bomb and that he told them it was a bomb. | ||
| And he radioed it in, said, we've got the device. | ||
| We found another device. | ||
| Remember, here's the other just amazing timing, is that the first pipe bomb, the one at the Capitol Hill Club... | ||
| Now, they call it the RNC pipe bomb, but they really should be calling it the Capitol Hill pipe bomb. | ||
| I mean, the two buildings are next to each other, but it was like... | ||
| The Capitol Hill Club, which is an entity where Republican members of Congress socialize and fundraise. | ||
| Right. The reason I'm making that distinction is Darren Beattie, who's done amazing work on this, okay? | ||
| He's the guy who's said, hey, you should be asking some of these questions. | ||
| And I said, you know what? You're right. | ||
| I will be asking those questions. | ||
| He points out that the RNC-DNC narrative was made up after the fact. | ||
| It was really the Capitol Hill Club DNC narrative that they should be talking about, but it just sounds a lot better that, oh, we knew to go look at the DNC once we found one at the RNC. Interesting. | ||
| Well, if you thought somebody was going to blow up the RNC, don't they hate Republicans? | ||
| Why would they also want to blow up? | ||
| Anyways. So, you know, they come down. | ||
| This plainclothes police officer who had been in the vicinity of that one, they had just found that. | ||
| The timing is remarkable because it was found five minutes before the breach of the bicycle racks at the perimeter of the Capitol. | ||
| Just a miraculous timing that would have provided exactly the right timing to distract. | ||
| After sitting in an alley for 17 hours, You know, found by somebody who says she was going to go do her laundry. | ||
| Okay. Then within, you know, they respond to that. | ||
| They secure the area. | ||
| And 15 minutes later, they find this other bomb. | ||
| Like, what miraculous timing. | ||
| Well, I definitely don't believe that the Capitol Police would purposefully go and set a bomb anywhere that could potentially blow up and do anyone harm. | ||
| I am not there, that they would do something like that. | ||
| However, you seem to point out in questioning with the ATF director that this wasn't an operational bomb that was going to blow up and hurt anybody. | ||
| Remember that? Right. | ||
| The assistant director in charge, he went on TV and said these were operable bombs and offered a reward, put out a message that they played on TV. And so in the beginning of my transcribed interview with him, he still maintained that they were operable. | ||
| Well, hold on. We're going to get the ATF director's take on that. | ||

| Take a listen. Also, I see that you're cooperating with the FBI. The ATF is on the January 6th pipe bomb investigation. | ||

| Do you know how the pipe bomb was discovered at the DNC? We've been told how it was discovered at the RNC, and according to a press release from the FBI, you're working with them on this investigation. | ||

| I believe, based on discussions with police, with FBI, and with former ATF, who now works for Capitol Police, that the bombs went to Quantico For inspection, not to the ATF. Now, he could have just told me that in the hearing, right? | ||
| Oh, interesting. He could have said, well, we didn't look at the fragments after we blew these things up. | ||
| It was actually FBI, Quantico looked at them. | ||
| But he wouldn't even tell me that. | ||
| So he either doesn't know it or just is so stuck on it like a broken record on it's our longstanding policy not to come in. | ||
| So we're in this meeting last night, and one of our Republican colleagues turns to you as you're explaining how long it's been that this has been an open investigation, these videos that show the strange behavior of a person we now know was a plainclothes Capitol Police officer. | ||
| And one of our Republican colleagues kept pressing you and saying, but Thomas, why would they do this? | ||
| Why would anyone try to... | ||
| Plant these phony, fake devices in order to create confusion that day. | ||
| And, you know, we don't know the answer to that question in all honesty. | ||
| Do you have a working theory? | ||
| Yeah, well, again, I don't know who did it, but I can tell you a consequence of this. | ||
| Because this is buried in the back of the January 6th committee report that... | ||
| There was a call to bring more bike racks to the Capitol. | ||
| They had hundreds of them loaded up, ready to bring to the Capitol, to reinforce the Capitol. | ||
| And it turns out those never made it because this DNC pipe bomb was discovered and they set up a perimeter and blocked them from coming. | ||
| So if there was a booby trap intended to have people commit a technical violation of federal criminal law with no intent to break the law, that was facilitated perhaps by the very interestingly timed discovery of these two devices. | ||
| Yeah, whether there was intent or not, the result of this, according to the January 6th committee, was that it made it easier to breach the Capitol because the reinforcements couldn't be brought to the Capitol. | ||

| Sure enough, the original journalists that shot it, you know, these Michael Nigro and the Nigro Times journalists and Sandy Bauckham and that like. | ||

| Those despicable people have never come forward and said, that's a fraudulently altered video. | ||
| That his timestamp has been changed. | ||
| It's off by two hours. | ||
| This whole argument for removing Donald Trump from the ballot is based on a lie. | ||
| We know it was a lie, but now you can even see that the fraudulent evidence exists in the Colorado lower court case. | ||
| It's been entered and injected into the Illinois case. | ||
| It's been interjected in the Colorado Supreme Court case, and it now sits injected into the United States Supreme Court. | ||
| And yet, where are anyone to come forward and say, Hey, wait a minute. | ||

| This video was an altered fraud, and none of these things that we've based or hedged our bets on are the entire basis of our case from people like Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. | ||

| He admits that he only pulled the video down from the government website. | ||
| He didn't check it for authenticity. | ||
| Apparently, he just took it face value, the select committee. | ||
| Isn't it sad that a group that has the power of Well, these are supposed to be punishable offenses. | ||
| These are supposed to be punishable offenses, but notice With the case that you're talking about, it's the same thing with the January 6th pipe bomber. | ||
| Once they get caught, they don't want to talk about it anymore. | ||

| It was likely their own people running the op. | ||
| Same thing with this 14th Amendment issue to get Trump off the ballot. | ||

| Nobody who gets caught up in an entrapment scheme of the FBI should ever face prison time. | ||
| And I think that ultimately that needs to be a precedent and then it needs to be applied towards January 6th as well. | ||
| Oh, and so think about this. | ||
| Entrapment, estoppel, First Amendment arguments, they're all precluded in all January 6 cases. | ||
| You're not allowed to raise this argument. | ||
| If you're not allowed to raise the argument, then you have nothing to go on an appeal, so you have this opportunity presented to you like these fellows are the individuals you just spoke of. | ||
| But you talked about injustice and being above the law before we went to break, and I want to bring something up if you don't mind. | ||
| Owen, you're on federal probation like I am. | ||
| And I'm pretty sure you read that paperwork carefully because like you, I don't want to go to jail either. | ||
| Interestingly enough, I was told that on probation that I had to communicate any contact with law enforcement. | ||
| That means if you get a jaywalking ticket or anything else. | ||
| Or just you get pulled over for a traffic stop. | ||
| That's right. It doesn't matter. | ||
| Whatever it is, just communication with law enforcement. | ||
| And then they see you're on probation and they give you the full frisk and cart search treatment. | ||
| Well, the good news is I think here that people are waking up to this and they're starting to see this J6 thing. | ||
| When they see those little red dot, you know, red line come across showing you as a terrorist as Ryan Zink exposed, that that's not exactly, these people have lost all faith in that, that, you know, sheriffs and policemen around the country are starting to recognize the problem. | ||
| But in March of this year, Owen, and you know if I'm lying, I'm going to be in trouble, right? | ||
| You know how it works. | ||
| In March of this year, the FBI tried to give me a job. | ||
| They offered me to work for them. | ||
| They didn't say specifically to do what? | ||
| But they offered payments of up to $30,000. | ||
| And they talked about monthly payments. | ||
| Now let me ask you this question. | ||
| When you're told, read between the lines, that you need to know what's good for you and your family. | ||
| We can help you avoid future prosecution. | ||
| We can help you out with this, Mr. | ||

| Don't tell the judge, don't tell your lawyer, and don't tell your probation officer. | ||

| In April, you can read this, you know how to use PACER. In April, the federal judge Oh, wait a minute. | ||
| You guys have opened an investigation into this matter. | ||
| Well, that's fantastic. So apparently the DOJ is investigating the DOJ about what they did illegally trying to get me to do something, coerced me to break the law yet again, which I refuse to do. | ||
| And exposed it to the judge and everyone that I should have exposed it to. | ||
| And yet, they opened that investigation in April. | ||
| We're going to be in February tomorrow. | ||
| And nobody's ever talked to me. | ||
| Last time I checked, when you investigate something, you talk to the two parties. | ||
| The DOJ, let me give you another one, Owen. | ||
| You're not going to believe this one. You can read it on the record as well. | ||
| On my court case, it was sealed for a long time. | ||
| It's all open now. The DOJ covered up for 15 months that I captured a federal human trafficking fugitive in the state of Texas, in San Antonio, Texas, while I was on pretrial release. | ||
| And then when they got caught by the judge, they then called me a vigilante. | ||
| This wasn't me rolling over on my buddies or telling somebody something I knew about. | ||
| A federal human trafficking fugitive escaped from prison. | ||
| They put it out on the news. | ||
| I brought the person to justice, and they lied and called me a vigilante. | ||
| I did this while coordinating it with the FBI and the U.S. Marshals. | ||
| Hold on a second. I'm at a loss here. | ||

| The court system is upset with you because you brought in a fugitive. | ||

| Well, Owen, you know, we met a long time ago at an event, and I'm trying to explain this as best I can. | ||
| The federal government, there's no question about it. | ||
| Again, they put it on TV. The Bureau of Prisons said that there was an escaped fugitive that escaped from prison for human trafficking. | ||
| We got in touch with this person. | ||
| I can't say how, it's a long story. | ||
| But I was able to make contact with this individual. | ||
| The individual, I got to come to a certain location, my office. | ||
| At that point, the fugitive was captured because I had worked this out and coordinated with the FBI and the US Marshals. | ||
| Then they covered it up as if it never happened. | ||
| Oh, and I think, you know, they normally give you credit for doing something like this, right? | ||
| You usually get a medal or, you know, the city recognition or what have you. | ||
| But no, not in my case. | ||
| I was a January 6 terrorist that was guilty of saying, don't harm the building, don't, you know, don't harm the police, don't damage the building. | ||
| Oh, you didn't commit the crime of chanting USA? Oh, wow. | ||
| I mean, good thing for you. I actually, oh, and you got to watch the videos. | ||
| I actually led the national anthem inside the building. | ||
| So that was my big crime. | ||
| They probably really hated that. | ||
| And the Pledge of Allegiance. | ||
| Oh, that's a double homicide to the Democrats. | ||
| Yeah. Anyway, so after capturing the fugitive, so my attorney and I, Steve Metcalf, were communicating with the government saying, hey, you need to put this on the record. | ||
| You need to put this out. And they refused. | ||
| And they kept refusing. And then they said it never happened. | ||
| And then they called me a liar in court. | ||
| The judge was pretty baffled by all this. | ||
| And we got it straightened out finally. | ||
| They sent an email at 8.05 in the morning, the morning before my sentencing, admitting that they had held this information that had been in their possession for 15 months before I was sentenced. | ||
| When we went into court, the judge was a little concerned about this. | ||
| He said, wait a minute, you mean to tell me that this is true, what this man has been saying all this time? | ||
| You've been calling him a liar. | ||
| I've been cautioning him about being a liar. | ||
| You mean to tell me this is actually a true story that this guy's stuck in two? | ||
| And I've been very concerned about Mr. | ||
| Evans saying these things because I could be in a lot of trouble for lying to a federal judge. | ||
| And they had to come clean and admit, well, yes, Mr. | ||
| Evans may have done this. We're not disputing it. | ||
| They didn't actually say I did it and give me credit. | ||
| They said, we're not going to dispute that this happened. | ||
| And we did get information that Mr. | ||
| Evans wasn't somehow involved in this fugitive capture. | ||
| But still, we don't need vigilantes. | ||
| They called me a vigilante. | ||
| This was the words of Francesco Valentini. | ||
| What a wonderful individual he is. | ||
| Francesco Valentini made the statement to the judge, we don't need vigilantes like Mr. | ||
| Evans running the streets. | ||
| And the judge quickly responded, isn't this what you wanted when you said, contact us if you have information? | ||
| And the man did that, and then the person was arrested? | ||
| And now you're calling him a vigilante? | ||
| You put out a bolo or you put out a reward, it's like that's the whole purpose. | ||
| I didn't want the reward. | ||
| I didn't want any money. I just wanted my name cleared on this January 6th. | ||
| I wanted the truth to be told. | ||
| Then the FBI did this nonsense to me. | ||
| This is in March of 2023, Owen. | ||
| March of 2023. I've only told this story a couple times. | ||
| I told it on stage with Tom Holman just the other day and his mouth was hanging open. | ||
| The FBI came to me this March of 2023 when I went to pick up my property. | ||
| Finally, I had finished my prison sentence, I'd finished all my stuff, I'd paid all my restitution, and all I wanted to do was collect my electronics back, my computers, my phones, and so forth. | ||
| And when I got there, they sat me down and we had a conversation and a guy slowly filling out the paperwork. | ||
| I needed to use the restroom. | ||
| Then they walked me further, deeper into the building, as the government likes to say, so deep as into the building that I had no exterior windows or doors, and sat me down in a room and talked to me about what I needed to do for them. | ||
| I made all these offers and then told me not to tell the judge, not to tell probation, and not to tell my lawyer. | ||
| That's illegal. What they did was illegal. | ||
| And it's very disturbing because I now wonder, what's the next shoe to drop? | ||
| What are they going to do? They're obviously not done. | ||
| Well, see, but that's the realization that many people, fortunately, most people haven't had to directly go through. | ||
| You have, I have, more people every day are going through this. | ||
| And every day that passes and the real criminals aren't brought to justice, the numbers will increase. | ||
| But, you know, that's kind of the ultimate, I kind of compare it to being in the twilight zone, but really it's much more of a nightmare. | ||
| When you're in or you're on the wrong side of that courtroom and you realize justice was never part of the equation and the real criminals are going to be able to do whatever they want to you. | ||
| And so it's a real lonely, sinking feeling to be actually experiencing that. | ||
| And there's really no way to put it into words. | ||
| I mean, I try my best right here in this segment. | ||
| You can try your best too, but that's what it is. | ||
| It's a very sinking, lonesome feeling when you realize, wow, the criminals are really running the show and justice was never part of the equation here. | ||
| Oh, and I know, look, there's thousands of people around this country that had looked over their shoulder, waited for that knock at the door, felt it coming, had never been in any trouble, no criminal history, and they've experienced that. | ||
| What about the thousands more that are wondering every day if that knock in the door is coming, that have been looking over their shoulder for three straight years? | ||
| Oh, and I'm going to give you one more. | ||
| You're not going to believe this. I know that it's a little bit much, probably. | ||
| The federal government attempted to entrap me They had a man communicate with me after January 6th for months, two months, trying to get me to drive a truckload of ammunition to New York and then to go to Michigan. | ||
| Whatever the hell that was about, I don't know. | ||
| All I know is that my attorney, I was calling and saying, look, I want nothing to do with this. | ||
| She reported this crime to the FBI. The FBI then communicated with me. | ||
| Shortly after we got in touch with them and explained this all to them, guess what happened? | ||
| I got arrested for January 6th, March 4th of 2021. | ||
| After being arrested, they claimed to have opened an investigation into this matter and we never heard anything more about it. | ||
| Heard from the New York field office and nobody ever talked to us again. | ||
| Let me explain to you how screwed up this system is. | ||
| The federal government, I captured a fugitive while on pretrial release for what should be a misdemeanor trespassing, really, in all reality. | ||
| Or whatever misdemeanor it is. | ||
| The federal government did exactly what I told you they did. | ||
| They lied to the judge. | ||
| They lied to the court. Nobody's in trouble. | ||
| No one's been arrested. | ||
| There's no jail sentence that's been handed out. | ||
| They tried to entrap me in another deal. | ||
| And Owen, after this show, I'll show you who this individual is. | ||
| And I think we'll have to be back and talk about that. | ||
| But let me tell you this. | ||
| Then they come to me and try and force me To work for them by coercion and putting me in a position asking me to do what's illegal. | ||
| And I speak out against it and I go immediately to the court. | ||
| Did you hear the judge order? | ||
| Hey, where's the marshals on this? | ||
| Who's reported this crime anywhere? | ||
| Where's the report of the crime? | ||
| But when we FOIA the information, they say it's a matter of ongoing investigation. | ||
| How long is it going to be ongoing? | ||
| Until the statutes run out on it? | ||
| Until there's a regime change? | ||
| How is that working, Owen? | ||
| Think about the millions of Americans. | ||
| How many other people did they do this to? | ||
| And did they succeed? | ||
| Did they get them to flip? | ||
| Did they scare them into doing their bidding? | ||
| Is this how these entrapment things work? | ||

| They got caught in Michigan. | ||
| They've been caught multiple times. | ||
| And when there's a jury of our peers, Americans, that aren't completely brainwashed and duped, then they find the right verdict like they did in Michigan and in other cases. | ||

| You shouldn't be allowed to run these entrapment schemes. | ||
| And then you walk away from the crime, and then these people that otherwise would be innocent, they have their entire lives ruined. | ||
