| People who have been involved in this profession and politics and analysis and news much longer than me, and I just basically do a mind meld of the individuals I consider the most wise and experienced, knowledgeable, truth-telling, and I just try to do a mind meld here. | ||
| Rush Limbaugh, for years, The Democrats' ultimate plan is to end elections. | ||
| Now, they might still have the ceremony of elections, but for all intents and purposes, there are no real elections. | ||
| You already kind of get a hint of that. | ||
| But now, when you see what their moves are, You realize that, yes, that is actually what the Democrats want is no more elections. | ||
| Or if there's going to be elections, there's going to be so much shenanigans and horseplay and fraud that eventually it gets to a point where nobody trusts them and maybe they decide just to not vote anymore and then they just cancel them outright. | ||
| But the fate of Donald Trump will ultimately be the fate of U.S. elections. | ||
| Because whether you like Donald Trump or not, or whether you want to vote for him again, that's fine. | ||
| But if you're being honest with yourself, you know Donald Trump is clearly, it's not even close, the favorite to become U.S. president. | ||

| It's like, who's the best basketball player or baseball player, whatever. | ||

| So, he should win the nomination, he will, and then he'll win the general election, that is, unless all of the fraud. | ||
| Just like in 2020. And so, oh, well, no point in voting anymore, so I guess we just got to install our presidents. | ||
| And now Zelensky is threatening to not have elections in Ukraine. | ||
| Oh, he's so pro-democracy. | ||

| Now Zelensky's going to cancel elections. | ||
| And he's essentially telling the United States, if you want me to have elections, you better give me more money. | ||
| I mean, that's what he's done. So, no, the Democrats' plan is to get Donald Trump off the ballot. | ||

| And when you look at some of the headlines talking about it today, now you see that this has been a long game. | ||

| It's about the United States of America. | ||

| They wish they could get Trump saying insurrection in a message or an email or anybody saying it | ||
| But they haven't been able to produce that But that's what they need. | ||

| But this, March 4th, 2024, is the day before Super Tuesday. | ||
| One of the most important days in the election year. | ||
| Super Tuesday, first votes are cast for 2024 elections on Super Tuesday, which is March 5th, and they got the Trump trial the day before. | ||
| The day before. | ||
| And you know what's ironic? | ||
| And this will eventually probably become more of a story. | ||
| These same courts and these same judges that are pushing this Trump trial to the front of the line to get it done as quick as possible, these are the same courts, these are the same judges that were pushing trial dates back years, years and years and years and years. | ||
| Specifically with J6 defendants, but with any cases, pushing them back years and saying COVID or this or that, and those cases get pushed back years and years. | ||
| Oh, but this case they want to put right out there, front of the line, they want to get it done, and they want it to go right before the first votes are cast. | ||
| But really that's irrelevant because not a single... | ||
| Trump voter is going to change their vote because of this trial. | ||

| Separate from the criminal cases, over the past few weeks, a growing body of conservative scholars, oh yes, like Mike Pence, have raised the constitutional argument that Trump's efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election make him ineligible to hold federal office ever again. | ||

| Okay. Trump's efforts to overturn the election. | ||
| Now this is why they need the American people stupid and ignorant. | ||

| That disqualification argument boils down to Section 3 of the United States Constitution 14th Amendment, which says that a public official is not eligible to assume public office if they, quote, engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States or had, quote, given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof, end of quote, unless they are granted amnesty by two-thirds votes of Congress. | ||

| It's kind of like what I was saying about Harry Sisson, this young individual who gets paid by the Democrats to promote their propaganda, but he's like a child. | ||
| So they put out their most ludicrous... | ||
| Agenda points and narratives from the mouth of a child with a big social media following so that they don't look stupid for promoting it, but then it kind of starts to grow like ripples when you throw a pebble into a pond, and then other outlets can pick it up, but, oh, the source is just this child, so it's not really serious. We're just pontificating on potentials here. | ||
| Like, Donald Trump should be arrested for violating his conditions of release for posting on social media. | ||
| But that didn't really happen. | ||
| So their big push again is to get Trump off of the ballot in 2024. | ||
| And I was just explaining how this has been a long game. | ||
| It's why they use the term insurrection. | ||
| It's specifically in the Constitution's 14th Amendment. | ||
| And here's the other interesting thing. | ||
| As I was studying more about this and thinking more about this, one of the big knocks on Trump Has been his lack of help or defense for the January 6th defendants. | ||
| But maybe Trump or his lawyers understand something here. | ||
| Because let's go back to the 14th Amendment. | ||
| Which says... | ||
| So folks... | ||
| If Donald Trump starts helping January 6th defendants, they're going to argue that that violates the 14th Amendment and makes him ineligible to run. | ||
| So you see, that's their big effort here. | ||
| So they've got to land insurrection somewhere, and they've got to be able to label some of the associates of Donald Trump, some of his supporters, as enemies of the state. | ||
| And therefore, if Donald Trump gave them any help whatsoever from a free night stay at a Trump hotel or $1,000 in legal aid, they will say he's violated the 14th Amendment. | ||
| He can't run for office again. That's the games that they're playing. | ||
| These are the splitting of the hairs we're dealing with, and they're trying to get Trump ineligible to run. | ||

| You've got to notice all these keywords like advocacy groups, legal groups. | ||
| These are the think tanks. | ||
| Advocacy groups have long argued that Trump's behavior after the 2020 election fits those criteria. | ||
| The argument gained new life earlier this month when two members of the Conservative Federalist Society, William Bowd and Michael Stokes Paulson, you ever heard of either one of those? | ||
| Endorsed it in the pages of the Pennsylvania Law Review. | ||
| If the public record is accurate, the case is not even close. | ||
| He is no longer eligible to the Office of Presidency. | ||
| The article reads, Oh, but see, notice how these lawyers are trying to have their cake at 82. | ||

| So in other words, if the Democrats lie about everything, and the media lies about everything, | ||
| or it's nothing but lies allowed in the courtroom, when that's the public record, well then if it's accurate, | ||

| Because they had to get Trump out of office first to run any of this. | ||
