| And whether his legal team is playing stupid, saying, oh, well, We thought these charges would be dropped in the plea agreement, which is not uncommon if you've got multiple cases going on and you can work out a deal with the U.S. court system that they can roll up a bunch of cases into one and have it settled. | ||

| But they're trying to argue that, oh, we thought this plea bargain meant that all other future charges would be dropped, including the investigation into Hunter Biden being a foreign agent. | ||
| And the judge said, no, I never heard anything about this. | ||
| And then they said, well, fine, we're not taking the plea agreement. | ||
| So Hunter Biden is being investigated for being a foreign agent. | ||
| It will lead directly to Joe Biden. | ||
