And I'm still not too pleased, but there are signs of life, not just from Kevin McCarthy, but within the Republican Party, mostly from Marjorie Taylor Greene.
And she did a great job earlier today on the Alex Jones Show, but more importantly, she's doing a great job as a congresswoman and showing what an example is of a good person doing the right thing in Congress.
And I've always said I've never seen somebody get above a C grade.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is flirting with a B-minus today.
We might update Marjorie Taylor Greene to a C-plus today.
She's leading the class with a C-plus.
Now, I want to just play a little bit of the segment that was important today.
Marjorie Taylor Greene on with Alex Jones in what she calls impeachment week.
And she's already filed multiple files of impeachment against multiple people.
And she hinted as well that there's going to be more coming.
Sounded like maybe even against Joe Biden.

It actually matters if they are a good executive officer.

I think it's important to say that in any given election, even if you try your hardest, if you've got 100 million votes, there's going to be some amount of fraud that is not zero.

Because if they did, they would understand that there's two main points of inquiry into the 2020 election.

And you could go off further down the list of hoaxes, Trump-Russia collusion, everything else.
But that directly certainly impacted the 2020 election.

But the more important one, which Elon Musk...

He says, well, there might have been a little election fraud, but it can't overturn the election.
Wrong! A little election fraud in the right area can completely steal an election.

You get those five counties, you steal the whole election.

I mean, we're going everywhere getting these people.
And these two people were especially bad.
I mean, one of them, Jeffrey Rose in Las Vegas, had a trial coming up for a child molestation case in 2002 that he honestly looked like he was going to get off on because he actually got out of prison early because...
From what I understand, not enough evidence on him for actually molesting those kids.
But now, because of us exposing him for having a lot of child porn, he's back in jail on those charges.
And of course, the child pornography charges are going to railroad him in court.
I mean, the guy in Rogersville, Alabama, we caught Lauderdale County, he was on bond for another addiction because he was a meth head, but he's never had a sex crime before.
But he was messaging us since, like, October 2022, just spamming us with his private parts all the time.
And finally, we found his address, so it was pretty easy.
He had a very funny meltdown, so I'm glad he's finally off the streets.
I mean, at this point... I think they have to because we're pretty much gift wrapping the case a lot of times for law enforcement so you know it's not like it's not like they arrested them despite us it's they arrested them because of us so I think at this point credit has to be given.
Well that's amazing and so I guess you're on the road now I don't know if it's an undisclosed location but but you're back on the road now are you getting ready for another one?
And on this West Coast trip coming up, we have like 31 people to go get.

And I just, like, had a big old stack of papers, and I'm like, dude, I have all of your images here in these stacks.

And he believed it, so, I mean, good for us, I guess.
What I noticed, they're following pages with, like, Russian letters on Instagram.
That's where a lot of it's produced.
It's produced in, like, Eastern Europe, not just Russia, but Ukraine, Russia, all of those places.
And a lot of it's coming from overseas.
So we think...
I mean, I have, like, a nerd kind of look at this up, but there's this one page on Instagram, I'm not going to say the name, obviously, that we know to be a very big trader of this stuff.
And... I had a nerd look into it, and he thinks it's somebody from Greece doing this.
So it's pretty much impossible, even for, like, the FBI to do anything about it, I think.
Or at least it's a lot harder for them to do anything about it, because all this stuff is coming from overseas, and it's being distributed to these Americans.
So that's what you guys have boiled it down to, that this is coming from other countries, and so therefore, American law enforcement, there's only so much they can do.
Right, right. Because the laws in other countries are a lot less strict with this stuff.
So, I mean, either they don't crack down on it like they should, or...
Maybe it's even legal over there, because I actually, you know, I know the FBI, like, obviously is terrible with some things, like January 6th and whatnot, but at least from my experiences, at least with child exploitation, they take it very seriously and do a good job with it, and I think there's just way too many predators and pedophiles that it takes everybody to go do it, not just one person or the other.

There's also another situation happening where something to do with the Maricopa County Supervisor's website or Tabulator's website where Carrie Lake's people have now found them changing all of their metadata and Ahead of having to present it in court, which is obviously illegal.

So I mean, look, anybody that's not talking about the election issues is just not being honest.
There are massive election fraud issues, and we know which way the table is slanted.
What happens, though, when your city gets overrun by Democrats?

Austin drops for the third year on best places to live in the USA. It was number one in 2019.
And I think it was number one in 2016 when I moved here.
Now this guy has to give Biden directions because he's confused where he is.
Now he gets confused by the clapping.
And then now you can see the woman's frustration already that Biden doesn't even know where he is.

He's falling asleep. And Wilbert Mora and Detective Summit Sulan of the New York City Police Department, who put themselves in the line of fire to protect a mother and son from an armed man threatening violence in their home.
Officers Rivera and Mora positioned themselves between the assailant and the other occupants of the house.
They were ambushed, shot multiple times, and died from their injuries.
Detective Sulan ensured the safety of the civilians on the scene and struck down the gunmen with a service weapon, bringing an end to the deadly episode just 45 seconds after it begun.
Together, the officers' poise and valor saved lives, and officers Rivera and Moore's sacrifice will never be forgotten.
And then I guess, I don't know what went on there.
I don't know if he was supposed to give her the medal or what.
He's obviously confused and struggling through this.
Who knows what he's saying.
But I'd be disgusted with a Democrat trying to honor my fallen soldier or my fallen officer family.
This is the party that hates the police.
And so there's that moment right there where she looks over and kind of rolls her eyes in frustration.
So I wanted to give the whole context of it.
Clearly she is showing some sort of frustration there in Biden's presence.
I don't know what it's over, but I wanted to show the full video there.
But I would imagine it's hard if you're the family of a police officer or a fallen police officer in the line of duty To sit there and have the Democrats virtue signal like they care about you when they're the ones that want to defund the police.
They're the ones that put the target on the police officers back.
They're the ones that support the ambushes and attacks on police officers.
So again, wanted to show this full thing.

They all knew this was a fraud, a fugazi, yet they moved ahead at full speed.

So, I mean, aside from this being the biggest political scandal that you've ever seen as well, has the media ever been involved in a scandal like this?
I mean, normally at this point, the media would break from the official narrative, but they're tripling down, quadrupling down.
They're saying, oh no, this is proof that there was Russian collusion.
Are they reading a different report than us, Roger?
It doesn't matter how debunked, how disproved, how discredited any of their BS is.
If you wait a couple weeks, they'll be right back at it, recycling it again.
Nobody worse, for example, than NBC News and Longtime CIA operative and shill Ken Delanian.
He's saying, oh no, the Senate Intelligence Committee report and the Mueller investigation both proved Russian collusion.
That's a lie. The Senate Intelligence Committee report is a pasted-together compendium of every fake news media claim and smear in the world, none of it proven or documented.
And Mueller, in fact, found no evidence of Russian collusion.
That's why he shifted his entire focus to alleged obstruction of justice, and he couldn't prove that by Donald Trump either.
For all of those people out there saying, you know, are you going to sue?
Can you sue? Now, let me point out, it's very, very clever.
Neither Flynn nor Manafort nor Papadopoulos or anyone else was actually accused of any crime that related to Russian collusion.
That's because there was no Russian collusion.
So, for example, I was charged with lying to Congress about Russian collusion that never
happened.
I was accused of obstructing a federal investigation when there was nothing to investigate.
On the other hand, as Mr. Durham makes absolutely clear, John Brennan lied to Congress about
this very issue.
And, of course, no charges will be brought against Mr. Brennan for lying to Congress
about the origins of the Mueller investigation.
And guys like Adam Schiff or Ken Delaney or Rachel Maddow.
They're out there today just recycling the same crap over and over and over again.
So, yes, Donald Trump is exonerated.
No, this is not going to restore to me all those things I lost.
My home, my savings, my insurance, most of which I lost, my ability to make a living, my ability to travel safely in any major American city.
Those things will never be restored to me, nor my good name, because you can go on Twitter right now and still find dozens of trolls calling me a Russian traitor when there was no Russian collusion to cover up.
Well, this has to be, I mean, from your perspective, the craziest thing, because now, like you said, hey, how can I get charged in a crime that never existed?

And you had Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff promising the American people in front of Congress that they have the evidence.

So that those who had already figured out—and there were many of them in the alternative media and many others in the conservative and Trump world communities—who had figured out and insisted there was no Russian collusion, somebody had to put a stopper on that.
So therefore, the appointment of Durham was a holding action.
And they could say, well, just wait until Durham's report has come out.
Well, Durham purposely waited five years because that way the statute of limitations has run out and none of the culprits here, not Hillary Clinton, not John Podesta, not Robbie Mook, none of these characters who are clearly exposed in the Durham investigations and the Durham report can be prosecuted.
No, Roger, Roger, that's just a coincidence that Durham, right when the statute of limitations comes out, releases the report he's been holding onto for years.
Let's talk about that on the other side of this break.

Now, obviously, we both agree Durham was there to run out the clock so that nothing could be done.
But the American people still see what's going on here, Roger.
Do you have any hope that there will be justice with this case?
Well, Owen, first of all, let me say it's great to be back on The War Room.
I'm feeling kind of sentimental because this was my home, riding shotgun with you for well over a year, perhaps the best year of my entire life.
Before I was targeted in the Mueller investigation and until 29 heavily armed FBI agents stormed my home at 6 o'clock in the morning to arrest me for the completely fabricated, non-existent crime of covering up the Russian collusion by Donald Trump.
Russian collusion that Mr.
Mueller's investigation could not prove, Russian collusion that Mr.
Durham now tells us never happened.
It is very clear that the statute of limitation on the specific crimes by Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, and everybody else who is outlined in the Durham report has run.
So, unfortunately, Kevin McCarthy and the House Republicans Are the only ones who can get justice in this case.
It is very clear from Durham's report that Joe Biden was in the room with President Barack Obama and the CIA director and the FBI director when this illegal scheme was hatched.
And a decision was made to use the Steele dossier, which they knew was completely and totally fraudulent, that was false.
This is the dossier that accused Donald Trump of being entertained by Russian prostitutes peeing on a bed in a Moscow hotel, none of which actually happened.
And therefore impeachment is the only ultimate source of justice here.
On the other hand, if you don't want to impeach Joe Biden over his role and knowledge of this, you can impeach him over the epic corruption that is documented in his son's laptop.
I know about this only, of course, because I read about it in the New York Post.
Nonetheless, Owen, you'll be happy to know that as if I don't have enough legal issues with the lawfare against me and my wife, Joe Biden's very expensive lawyers are threatening to sue me.
Because I have publicly discussed the contents of the laptop on my daily show at StoneZone.live.
And they've demanded an apology, which they're not going to get.
So the battle continues.
But if the House Republicans don't take action, Because they have more than enough evidence now to impeach Joe Biden.
Far more evidence than was ever supplied to rationalize the two bogus impeachments of Donald Trump.
It is that is the only other way to get justice beyond that.
Matt Gaetz is correctly pointed out that the House continues to hold the purse
strings for the FBI, for the Central Intelligence Agency and for the administration, and they have to use that power.
Now, I could get into the issue of impeaching Joe Biden, I think
there might be some internal struggle there.
Do you really want to impeach Biden and put Kamala Harris in charge?
I mean, justice be done's may the heavens fall if that's your approach there.
But let me talk about Kevin McCarthy for a second, because here's a man
who fought tooth and nail, scratched and clawed to get the gavel to become the House speaker.
He wanted it. He wanted that role.
He wanted this important role.
He wanted to be a figure, an icon in American history.
And now here we are, and he's a disappearing act.
I mean, this is unreal.
This is like the guy on the basketball team that's begging for the last shot, begging for the ball, and now it's the final possession, and he's running off to the locker room.
What is your current thought on Kevin McCarthy?
Because quite frankly at this point, Roger, I'm completely fed up and I think he's basically the John Durham now of the house.
Well, look, I'd continue to try, as difficult as it can sometimes be, to give him the benefit of the doubt.
But there's no doubt that he pledged, and Marjorie Taylor Greene vouched for, his commitment to release all of the January 6 video from all of the government cameras, unedited.
And although it is alleged, we are told, that he handed that over to Tucker Carlson, And that Tucker Carlson had some historic broadcasts utilizing elements of it, he still has not fulfilled his promise.
He needs to put all of the January 6 video material up on a website where scholars, where citizens, where reporters, where lawyers for the January 6 detainees And the American people have full access to it.
He promised to do that.
It was essentially a condition of him getting the 218 votes he needed to become speaker.
And Marjorie Taylor Greene vouched for him repeatedly, but we still haven't seen that material.
I think the American people need to see that material.
So look, one of Stone's oldest rules, use power or lose power.
Kevin McCarthy's hold on the speakership is extraordinarily tenuous.
All he has to do is lose one vote, one vote within the House Republican caucus, and he would not have the 218 majority necessary to continue as the speaker.
And therefore, the question really becomes, when will people like Matt Gaetz, when will people like Lauren Boebert, when will people like Corey Mills, I recognize that we don't want to form the firing squad in a circle, but either he uses the power that the American people have given him, or there is no hope for this republic.
All right, we might be a little early, but it seems that this 2024 presidential race has started off a little early, and I want to see, with your expert analysis, if you agree with what I'm seeing, which is, at this moment, Roger, at this moment, I think the path To 2024 is it's going to be Trump versus Biden again.
And at this point, I see no reason why Biden doesn't win.
Not because I don't think Trump is more popular or would even get more legitimate votes like he did in 2020.
It's the same thing that happened in Pennsylvania that got John Fetterman elected.
He gets 950,000 mail-in votes.
Dr. Oz gets 200,000.
What do you know? He wins that election.
I believe until, whether it's Biden or not, I believe until the Republicans have properly addressed what goes on in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Detroit, Michigan, Atlanta, Georgia and Phoenix, Arizona, there is no path to victory.
The exact same people outlined in the Durham report are the people who hijacked the last presidential election.
They're the same exact people.
And the courts don't seem to have any interest in truth in this matter.
So you can raise perfectly legitimate evidence of election irregularities and anomalies and outright fraud Yet, for some bizarre reason, no state or federal court even wants to consider that information.
So, at the CNN town hall, which I thought Donald Trump performed magnificently in, you heard Caitlin Collins actually say with a straight face, There is no evidence whatsoever that the last election was rigged or that there was any, you know, impropriety.
That is a bald-faced lie.
And then those who say, well, the courts rejected all that.
No, the courts haven't rejected that.
The courts never heard it, never weighed it.
So, look, in Wisconsin, Republicans have both houses of legislature.
In Georgia, they have both houses of legislature.
In Arizona, they have both houses of legislature.
At a minimum, if you do not have election reform, election law You're absolutely right.
If you had an honest, fair, free, transparent election and the choices were Trump versus Biden, Biden after getting beat up badly in a contest with Robert Kennedy, Trump would win an honest election.
The question remains, is this country capable of having You know what, Roger? We prayed for you.
Kind of like disappeared like happens in Thomas, China.
So that's why you're tuned in.
And the truth is, the more support we have and the bigger audience we have and you shopping at the store and telling your friends and family about the transmissions, that's like our single...
