| There is going to be a battle for who's going to be the majority leader in the House, the Speaker of the House, which it does look like Republicans will barely hold onto that. | ||
| They're still counting votes with one seat left for the Republicans to get the majority. | ||
| They're still counting votes for Democrats in New York and California and Oregon and Maryland and Colorado. | ||
| They're still trying to steal it. | ||
| It's as obvious as the... | ||
| The sun at high noon without a cloud in the sky, but they're going for it. | ||
| So if the Democrats win 18 seats in a row magically pulling it off, you'll know it's full-on one-party rule at that point. | ||
| I mean, now the Republicans have like a little bit of a foot in the door, about all we have. | ||
| But there will be a fight. | ||
| For Speaker of the House between Andrew McCarthy and now I think Matt Gaetz arriving as the real challenger. | ||
| And when he says stuff like this in his push, how can you not support it? | ||
| Here's Matt Gaetz on what he's looking for from the 118th Congress. | ||
| I believe that no member of Congress, by House rule, should be allowed to accept a donation for their campaign from a federal lobbyist or a federal political action committee. | ||
| That money all has strings attached to it. | ||
| And anybody who tries to tell you otherwise is lying. | ||
| And when members take hundreds of thousands of dollars from lobbyists and PACs, they work for them more than they work for their constituents. | ||
| And guess what? I intend to offer that amendment On the House floor in January, and I already have Democrats ready to vote for it, maybe even all of them. | ||
| The second thing I would suggest is that if someone is a member of Congress, they should be prohibited from lobbying for life. | ||
| Why is it so hard to say that you should choose one side or the other to be on? | ||
| You're either in the lawmaking game or you're in the influence peddling game. | ||
| And those who choose to be in the influence peddling game, go ahead, but you should sacrifice that when you get the privilege to represent 750,000 people. | ||
| I intend to offer that amendment on January 3rd, and I expect that there will be Democrats voting for it. | ||
| I will also introduce an amendment to have a ban on members of Congress trading individual stocks. | ||
| How can we say that that is not something that dilutes our trust in markets and in governance when people are essentially able to bet on the outcomes that they have an ability to somewhat control? | ||
| And I expect Democrats to vote for that. | ||
| And finally, I would observe something that has really worked well in the state of Florida. | ||
| A single subject rule. | ||
| A bill coming to the floor should only deal with one subject. | ||
| I was incensed as a freshman when I had to vote on the farm bill and whether or not to authorize war in Yemen in the same vote. | ||
| And we can still have broad bills that relate to insurance or education or appropriations. | ||
| But the notion that we lash all these things together does not serve our constituents and the American people. | ||
| And I would expect, if we're in the majority, Democrats will vote for my amendment for a single subject rule. | ||
| That's common sense stuff from Matt Gaetz. | ||
| And that's more that I've heard that makes sense to me, that resonates with me from Matt Gaetz. | ||
| In the last 24 hours than from Andrew McCarthy in the last 24 months, perhaps. | ||
| But McCarthy is posturing himself as a Trump loyalist, and some of the other Trump loyalists are having his back right now, like Marjorie Taylor Greene. | ||
| So it's going to be an interesting one to follow. | ||
| Now, we are expecting Trump to announce he's running for president tonight. | ||
| I am expecting that. | ||
| And there's already a big crowd gathering in front of Mar-a-Lago expecting the announcement. | ||

| The midterm election is now on day number seven. | ||
| And they've counted enough votes for the Democrats to take the Senate. | ||
| And now they're going to keep counting votes until the Democrats take the House. | ||
| At least that's the plan. We'll see what happens. | ||
| Republicans need one more seat for a majority. | ||
| But magically, they've withheld calling some of these races. | ||
| Votes for Democrats keep piling in in western Maryland and in eastern California and eastern Oregon and western Colorado and western New York and they're just stuffing and stuffing and stuffing until that Democrat gets ahead. | ||
| And we're just all supposed to sit here and say, this is fine. | ||
| This is normal. Yes, we will wait until the Democrat is ahead to call the election over. | ||
| Yes, totally normal. Totally fine. | ||

| Now, I've got a bunch of political news today, and I will just say that I think we are gearing up for a 2016 repeat. | ||
| And I've got an old story in front of me that you may remember from February of 2016 when the conservative establishment and others came out against Trump. | ||
| And I kind of want to do a refresh. | ||
| Rewind into that and then show you this image that was just on Fox News before I went live that showed the potential 2024 Republican candidates for president. | ||
| And it was missing a certain face, a certain orange man, if you will, who we all expect to announce tonight, which would be the only one to announce. | ||
| And yet somehow he's not on the list of Fox News' potential candidates. | ||
| Candidates. So we're gearing up for 2016 all over again. | ||
| And I don't know about you, but I'm actually looking forward to it, quite frankly. | ||
| I'm looking forward to it. | ||
| I think the sequel's gonna be great. | ||
| Sequel's not all the time bad. | ||
| You know, sometimes sequels really suck when it's a forced sequel. | ||
| Sometimes sequels can be really good, maybe even better than the original. | ||

| Only because the new strategy for Democrats, you may have noticed, they don't have to campaign. | ||

| They don't have to do debates. All they have to do is drum up as many ballots as they possibly can. | ||

| So there's all these ballots out there, and then whenever election day is over, they can look at the margin they need that they're behind by, and then go out and harvest all those ballots and say, oh, we've got to keep counting, we've got to count all the ballots, and then just keep counting these ballots they threw out there until the Democrat is ahead. | ||
| Or you can look at the Mike Lindell coverage and say, well, maybe they're doing that with the ballots as well, but the issue is always internally with the machines. | ||
| And I think there's a balance there. | ||
| But those are the two big issues. | ||
| But either way, I think after Trump announces tonight, that's supposed to happen. | ||
| I think it's going to be 8 o'clock or 9 o'clock Eastern. | ||

| Maybe Chicago, maybe Vegas too. | ||

| And so I am looking forward to a sequel of 2016. | ||
| And that's not to forget about the state of our country and how dangerous these times are and how corrupt our politics are right now. | ||
| It's just to say, I think it's going to be a good thing. | ||

| And it's going to have a lot of different and new angles and perspectives and arguments this time. | ||
| But 2016 was a victory for us, a victory for Trump. | ||
| And if the Republicans have learned anything from the midterm elections, there is a path to victory for Donald Trump or anyone else, let's say, in 2024. | ||
| But they have to make the right adjustments that we've been discussing and that we'll get into more today. | ||
| So I've got a big stack of political news. | ||
| I'm going to give you the best kind of You know, pictures on the wall, strings and lines and notes and everything of the FTX, Democrat, Ukraine and Republican money laundering operation. | ||
| And I think it's important and it's clear that we're fully honest here. | ||
| Yes, most of FTX and SBF money laundering was for the Democrats. | ||
| Obviously. When we get the final numbers, it'll probably be about 90-80% of the money laundering was for the Democrats. | ||
| But the Republicans were getting some of this Ponzi scheme slush fund into their own pockets as well. | ||
| Specifically, the Republican establishment types like Mitch McConnell. | ||
| So we're going to connect all those dots. | ||
| But we should be able to throw the politics out here. | ||
| I mean, yes, let's tell the story of where the money went and who was involved, and we'll do that today. | ||
| But we should just throw the politics out and say, look at how corrupt this is. | ||

| This is how they steal money from you and launder it back into their own pockets. | ||

| The FTX money laundering with Ukraine and the Democrats. | ||
| No, it's about crypto is the problem. | ||
| It needs to be regulated. | ||
| We need government in charge of that. | ||
| And so that's the way they're trying to flip this. | ||
| But that's going to be kind of the operational response to this. | ||
| The media response to this, you watch, and there will be an element of truth. | ||
| But you watch. This story is too big, and I don't think they can cover it up, and I don't think they can lie about it. | ||
| Most people are going to see what really happened here. | ||
| They're going to twist it and say that it was Republicans, is what they're going to do. | ||
| They're going to twist it and somehow blame the FTX, SBF on Republicans. | ||
| You watch. Because it's too big, it's all going to come out with the money laundering and everything, and the media will find a way to spin it and blame Republicans, and there is enough here, thanks to Mitch McConnell, that they'll be able to do it. | ||

| meeting. So as we expect Donald J. Trump to be the first to announce his 2024 candidacy here for | ||
| president this evening, Fox News, which was avidly against Trump in 2015 and 2016, | ||
| hedged once he got into office, is now putting graphics up, this was right before I went live, that says potential 2024 GOP candidates and Trump is not on the list. | ||
| I mean, give me a break. Even if you don't want the guy to get elected, like, he's obviously the top candidate. | ||
| So, okay. But I don't... | ||
| We're going to see what the Republicans want to do because I have to look at things through a certain lens now to be as accurate as possible here. | ||
| And we have to start looking at things through a lens of 2016. | ||
| And I wasn't going to maybe go off onto this tangent, but I think it's important that I do. | ||
| Because you have to understand, there's a lot of people tuned into Infowars every day now that weren't watching in 2016 and weren't watching in 2017 or 2018. | ||
| So there's a whole experience that there's a lot of new listeners that weren't even politically | ||
| active or involved or even concerned or cared at all. | ||
| They're now tuned in every day, curious, learning things for themselves. | ||
| And the problem is it's harder now than ever before with all the internet censorship to | ||
| get a perspective of 2016 and 2015 and the events that led up to it, eventually Trump | ||
| getting the nomination and winning the presidency, that you couldn't even go dig through the | ||
| internet or YouTube or Twitter or anywhere to find because it's just been erased. | ||

| So I think I need to go off on this tangent a little bit just to explain. | ||
| Because people that weren't paying attention in 2016 maybe started paying attention in 2018. | ||
| People that weren't paying attention in 2018 maybe started paying attention in 2020. | ||
| Whether it was the pandemic or the election with Trump. | ||
| And now you have the same phenomenon of people... | ||
| Who are paying attention because they got involved in Arizona and they can't believe that they lost. | ||
| They got involved in other races, in House races, in Senate races, in Governor's races, and they can't believe they lost. | ||
| And they see the infinite counting of votes and counting and counting and counting and counting. | ||
| Now a week after Election Day, we're still counting until the Democrat gets ahead and they call it. | ||
| And so now more people are waking up. | ||
| And there's a phenomenon happening. | ||
| And most of this, I've noticed, is coming from Georgia and Arizona, where Georgia was let down. | ||
| They assumed they were a red state. | ||
| Fair enough. And they got trounced because of the tri-county area in Atlanta, where Democrats get 80% of the vote in the three most populous districts. | ||
| It's game over. State race. | ||
| Forget about it. The Democrats now own Nevada. | ||
| Now, the Republicans have a shot. | ||
| It's a narrow shot. They can thread the needle and maybe get the job done in this runoff election. | ||
| Sadly, but I gotta tell you the truth. | ||
| My opinion is it ain't gonna happen. | ||
| Warnock's gonna win. Sorry to say, folks. | ||
| Go out, vote. You gotta vote. | ||
| Tell 10 friends to vote. People in Georgia gotta vote. | ||
| I mean, we gotta at least show our faith in the system that we still believe in the system. | ||

| To show that we believe in the integrity of the system when it's not rigged. | ||
| Because if you stop voting and you give up, then they cancel elections. | ||

| And now, in Arizona, mostly, but in other areas as well, mostly Arizona, they're calling for massive protests. | ||
| And they want massive people in the streets, millions in the streets, and they're saying... | ||
| The question is, the trend on Twitter is, when is America going to get its Brazil on? | ||
| Because they see the millions of people on the streets in Brazil protesting the fraudulent election of Lula, the communist. | ||
| And they're saying, why aren't Republicans upset? | ||
| Why aren't people in the streets? | ||
| And folks, they genuinely don't understand what happened on January 6th. | ||
| They genuinely have no idea. | ||
| They never got the real story from the media. | ||
| And it's impossible to even go back and find out, even though we do have big news on that today, which we'll cover later. | ||
| We had that moment. We had millions of people in the streets peacefully supporting Donald Trump. | ||
| We got set up. We got provocateur. | ||
| We got trapped. And now we're all on the government big brother watch list And censored and treated like criminals in our own country. | ||
| Innocent men and women, innocent patriots, God-fearing Americans treated as criminals in their own country that, yeah, you're right, they don't want to go in the streets. | ||

| They don't want to get active because they've seen what's happened to themselves, their family members, their friends, their neighbors. | ||

| So what is going to come of that phenomenon With a bunch of conservatives just realizing how corrupt things are and rigged things are, demanding millions in the streets, forgetting that we already had that in January of 2020 and we got set up, thousands of us arrested, thousands of us persecuted, many of us still being tortured and tormented in jail cells, many of us still being tortured and tormented with the process and the lawfare, like yours truly. | ||

| It shows the awakening is on, the renaissance is on, the revival is on, whatever you want to call it. | ||
| And folks, I've got numbers out of New York to me that show where we're really at as a country. | ||

| When did our elections really get so muddled that we're here at this point today? | ||
| And it was actually in 2000. | ||
| When Gore lost to Bush. | ||
| So folks, again, I don't want to go too out into left field here, but after 2000, the Democrats were so convinced that George Bush stole the election from Al Gore, and they were so convinced that Al Gore lost because of the elections being stolen and rigged, That they changed their mentality entirely and changed the very concept of how we vote entirely. | ||
| And so that's how we started getting these machine counting votes. | ||
| That's how we started getting early voting and mail-in voting. | ||
| It all really started then. | ||
| Now, they codified it and amplified it and made it into law, or tried to. | ||
| Actually didn't make it into law, not legally at least. | ||
| They just wrote it and claimed it was more color of law. | ||
| With the COVID-19 fake pandemic in 2020, but really it all started in 2000. | ||
| And so you have to understand, when Joe Biden says we have built the greatest voter fraud infrastructure of all time, he's talking about what the Democrats have been doing for more than 20 years now, since Gore and Bush. | ||
| And so their strategy had completely changed, folks. | ||
| They didn't care about votes anymore. | ||
| They cared about ballots. | ||
| So they've mastered this. | ||
| Now, the Republicans, the playing field has already been set. | ||
| So the Republicans can pick up as much ground as they want in a single election cycle. | ||
| All they have to do is exactly what we've been talking about. | ||
| Start mailing out ballots, just like the Democrats do, to your aunt, your uncle, your dead grandpa, your dead neighbor, your dog, your cat, your hamster, all of it. | ||
| That's what the Democrats do. And then have rallies, have voter registration set up at the rallies, and have them right across from early voting stations. | ||
| And they can just, boom, go to a rally, register to vote, go vote. | ||
| Right there. Right, boom, just like that. | ||
| Republicans can do that tomorrow and get on the same playing field with Democrats. | ||

| This is a voter swing map in New York that you can see shows the entire state, including New York City that still went Democrat, most of it, The entire state basically moving red. | ||
| Now you tell me how that happens and you still don't have massive victories in New York. | ||
| Folks, you have to understand. | ||
| The red, the tidal wave, it would take a red tsunami to beat the blue dam of voter fraud. | ||
| Look at that. | ||
| Look at that margin of change from 2020 to 2022 in New York. | ||
| And overall, New York obviously still stayed blue, even though it moved conservative. | ||
| Folks, no. | ||
| New York moved way conservative, but the dam of Democrat voter fraud is so tall that even a massive shift in the margins like this does not result in a victory. | ||
| And what you learn when you dig into this, as I have many times, what you learn is that somehow magically, the phenomenon plays out like this. | ||
| You have a massive shift from blue to red, say for 20,000 votes in a district. | ||
| And so that district now leans more red, but then what you'll see is somehow the Democrats get 30,000 extra votes and still win the seat with the normal margins, but 50,000 more votes than the year before. | ||
| So, I don't know why you have record voter turnout every election cycle now, which you | ||
| do, other than to say it's ballots, ballot harvesting, and voter fraud happening in mass | ||
| that masks the actual results of every election like what we just saw in New York City. | ||
| Oh, I'm sure it's just a coincidence the guy's name was Bankman. | ||
| I mean, sometimes God has a sense of humor, though. | ||
| Now, I'm going to try my best in this segment and the next to try to tie together this crazy FTX money laundering Ukraine SBF story that's just wild. | ||

| And it's because it actually is a perfect representation with the caption, live view of SBF resigning as CEO and FTX filing for bankruptcy. | ||
| And it's a little clown cartoon plane leaving a war scene. | ||
| So it's like you got a real war scene, but then you have the clown cartoon plane. | ||
| And why are memes so accurate? | ||
| Well, because there's the nuanced element of truth inside of them where SBF was basically a clown boy, a fall boy, most likely an individual with a learning disability or autism that was used by these deep state money launderers And he just ends up being the fall boy, not even realizing what he's doing, and then the whole thing blows up, and then he's like, oh, I'm just going to fly to the Bahamas now! | ||
| But okay, let's actually get into some of these connections. | ||
| It's worse than just some of the images that obviously you've been seeing going around, where it's Gary Gensler, the head of the SEC, Making transactions with Sam Bankman-Fried, SBF. And then there's Glenn Ellison, who's also involved with the government and the Democrats, both also working at MIT, which was connected to Epstein. | ||
| And then his daughter, Caroline Ellison, who was allegedly dating SBF at one point and was also the CEO of Almeida, who, just like SBF, most likely has learning disabilities and autism. | ||
| And so yesterday I was hinting that I was reaching a conclusion that I still believe is the case, that you had these dirtbags like Gensler and Ellison and others using their mentally impaired sons and daughters for money laundering. | ||
| That's how sick and twisted these people are. | ||
| And don't be so surprised that the Democrats use their children for political weaponry. | ||
| That's par for the course. | ||
| Just look at how they're chopping up and mangling their sons and daughters in the names of trans kids surgeries, which has nothing to do with trans kids, folks. | ||

| So who was Sam Bankman Freed? | ||
| Well, his dad was always kind of into alternative currencies, currency speculator, theorist, all of this stuff. | ||
| Well, who was his mom? | ||
| His mom is a known Democrat operative, known Democrat fundraiser, everything. | ||
| You can go look at Barbara Freed. | ||
| So Barbara Freed, highly connected Democrat, son, Sam Bankman Freed, working with Gary Gensler, who works with Melissa Hodgman, who is Peter Stroke's wife. | ||

| Who did Gensler work with and train? | ||
| Well, that would be the father of the CEO of FTX, Caroline Ellison. | ||
| She was the CEO of Alameda Research that was the partner of FTX. So you have the daughter of a top liberal Democrat, Caroline Ellison, who worked with Gary Gensler, who worked with Hodgman, whose husband is Peter Stroke. | ||
| And then you have SBF, whose mother was a top Democrat as well, Barbara Freed. | ||
| So you literally have the son and the daughter of known deep state Democrat actors set up as the CEOs of these companies that the deep state was using to launder money, and now those two kids are going to be the fall guy and the fall girl. | ||

| What has gone down in the last seven days in Harris County that has you so alarmed and alerted and warning the public about the voter fraud, election fraud that happened in the Houston area? | ||

| I started getting phone calls, messages, DMs of polling locations not being open at the time that they were supposed to, machines breaking down, paper ballots not being delivered. | ||

| And Harris County's elections department runs on a $30 million budget. So there is no excuse for | ||
| them to have had this many kind of problems, especially with the voting machines. They just | ||
| spent $54 million on new voting machines last year. So to have all of these voting machines | ||
| break down specifically in Republican strongholds, it's a little fishy, don't you think? | ||
| Well, you're not the only one that thinks that. | ||
| Obviously, we just played the clip of Aubrey Taylor, a voter fraud investigator. | ||
| You've got dozens, if not hundreds, of people out in the streets protesting this. | ||
| Even Governor Abbott has now made a statement that he's going to be investigating. | ||
| So, I don't, I mean, do you think they get away with this, or where do you think it goes from here? | ||

| If we can clean up these voter rolls and start to get a better idea of what these results will be | ||

| And also, one thing was, Harris County has over 782 polling locations. | ||

| Yes. And so, when you start to add up, you know, 100 people here, 100 people there, like, just at two polling locations, they had to turn away 350 voters. | ||
| So when you start to add up the 782 That's 78,000 voters right there. | ||
| And the Democrats down here won by razor-thin margins, like 10,000 votes, 5,000 votes. | ||
| So when you start to add all of these polling locations that had all of these problems... | ||

| Probably believed he was direct messaging intelligence sources or whatever, like a QAnon. | ||
| And so he was told go into the building. | ||
| This is your job. You've been recruited now. | ||
| And so that's what the FBI does. | ||
| They lure in people that have learning disabilities and mental disorders. | ||
| And they lure them in. | ||
| And then they set them up and entrap them. | ||
| And then they say, oh, see, look, there's violent people. | ||
| We need to take care of these people. | ||
| Even though they're just total products of the FBI propaganda. | ||
| Like QAnon. Which is what I believe it is. | ||
| So that already came out. | ||
| Now I think they've reached the point where they've kind of run out of steam on the January 6th as far as its effectiveness politically is concerned. | ||
| Now don't get me wrong, they're going to continue to maintain their detainment and torture of the January 6th political prisoners as a threat to you if you ever step out of line, if you ever speak ill of the government, you'll be next. | ||
| And they'll be ongoing with their persecution under the guise of January 6th. | ||

But I think now that we're getting more of this information in some of these cases, I think they're going to back off of it a little bit politically because it's going to come out, folks, 110% it was federal operatives on the ground that day and probably federal operatives running QAnon. | ||

| All feds. So it's coming out now as the Stuart Rhodes trial is getting interesting here. | ||

| A man who served as number two to Stuart Rhodes, the group's leader, is said to have secretly reported to the FBI in months leading up to the January 6th attack. | ||

| I will just tell you, the FBI is very interested in Oath Keepers, so I don't know if allegedly the number two at Oath Keepers, Greg McWhirter, was always an FBI informant, or now he's cut a deal with them, but that's going on in the case. | ||

| But let's just say my best summary of what I think is going to play out here is that they probably have either audio tape or digital communications between Stuart Rhodes and other Oath Keepers where Stuart Rhodes or other Oath Keepers are openly talking about violence towards politicians. | ||
| And so it brings up an entirely new issue now of if you send a text message to your friend and you say, boy, I hate ex-politician. | ||
| I'd love to see them dead. | ||
| Well, are you now in the grounds for an investigation and a detainment and indefinite detention? | ||
| Because that's what's really at stake here. | ||
| So, you can talk about Proud Boys, you can talk about the Oath Keepers, you can talk about the bad rhetoric, you know, maybe they have stuff out there about, again, threatening politicians. | ||
| So, but at what point now, so is it now illegal to even talk about your politicians in private? | ||
| Can you even say anything negative about a politician in private? | ||

| Oh, someone's got your text messages. | ||
| Somebody's got your emails. | ||
