I view that as being inhuman.
I view that as I would never do that.
So, and then right when there was some things that I was trying to do that I felt were important, things that I felt were to help other people started happening to me.
Went to jail for some bullshit.
Got convicted. Well, not necessarily convicted, but because I didn't do no time, no real time, but little shit started happening.
You know? And I never, I didn't even address this shit, really, because who the fuck?
When you know, and when you're a celebrity, bro, when something happens, whether it's true or it's not true, once it's been said, For most people, it's true.
Because people don't do research to find out if something is true about a person or not.
Whatever they hear, they deem it to be truth.
So I didn't go hard on, oh, I didn't do that.
I didn't do this. I didn't do that.
It never happened. I just let the guy down.

So, let me just start getting into the news now.
Let's start with something the Democrats are doing right now ahead of the midterms that shows how desperate they are.
Not confident in the success that they may desire heading into the midterms.
And so what they've now done, and we've seen them pivot, and we've seen them sway and switch and flip-flop.
What's the big issue? What's not the big issue?
Testing all the waters.
And they've had one card.
They've had one card in their deck.
That they've been holding back for a long time.
That they've now decided to play.
I'm stunned they're doing this in an off-election year.
I'm stunned they're doing this in a midterm.
I'm stunned that they've decided to pull this card out so late in the game heading into these midterms.
But it really shows how desperate they are.
And that is the legalization of marijuana card.
It's a single-issue voter card that realistically, could it sway an election?
Maybe not, but the Democrats are desperate for any added weight right now that they're going to go ahead and play.
And so Beto's been playing it heavy, and now Biden is playing it heavy from the White House.
Now again, let me explain.
This is a card that the Democrats have had in their back pocket for a long time.
And some states, it's become a big issue, but not really on a nationwide basis.
And there's a reason for that, because it's probably not going to sway many people.
It's a single-issue voter thing.
And most people, whether Democrat or Republican, probably don't really care much about marijuana laws.
But you had Biden up all night last night tweeting about legalizing marijuana.
You had Biden announcing his pardon for federal marijuana charges.
Now, remember yesterday we said, well, we'll see what the numbers are.
And we have the numbers now.
But again, understand...
This is the legalized marijuana card that the Democrats have looked at as an easy political victory.
Maybe not the heaviest that they could get, but you know what?
It's there. It'll get people out to vote.
It'll turn some neutral voters to their side.
And so they're playing it now.
I thought they'd play it in the presidential election in 2024.
They're playing it now. That's how desperate they are.
But what is Joe Biden actually doing?
That's the question. So, all kinds of tweets last night.
He makes a statement. He's going to pardon marijuana charges.
But, of course, there's always something there.
There's always a hollow man, isn't there?
There's always something shallow or hollow about what the administration is up to.
So, here's Joe Biden last night.
Sending people to prison for possessing marijuana has upended too many lives and incarcerated people for conduct that many states no longer prohibit.
That's before you address the clear racial disparities around prosecution and conviction.
Today, we right those wrongs.
A lot to unpack there.
So, okay. He's pardoning people because being in jail for marijuana is a bad thing.
Keep that in mind. We're pardoning people because being in jail for marijuana is a bad thing.
I think most would agree with that.
I would agree with that. Then he says that it's a racial issue.
Wow. Well, I'm not sure what to take from that.
Are you saying only a certain race of people smoke marijuana?
Is that what you're saying?
Or are you saying that drug laws are only used against people of a certain skin color?
Wait a second. I remember when Joe Biden passed the crime bill, he made sure that rich white people snorting cocaine wouldn't get as heavy charges as poor black people smoking crack would.
That was Joe Biden.
And now he's going to talk about racial disparities around prosecution and conviction?
Well, he would know all about that.
And so would his vice president, Kamala Harris.
I think it was the Los Angeles Times, or who was it, that published a story about all the minorities that Kamala Harris had put behind bars for marijuana possession.
You know, the blacks and the browns that the Democrats love so much.
Kamala was locking their ass up!
By the tens of thousands!
She was a madwoman when she was the state attorney general.
It was a big story.
Minorities in California didn't like Kamala Harris too much for that reason.
Most people knew someone Kamala Harris had put in jail.
But now Biden says they're going to right these wrongs.
So I'm waiting for Kamala Harris to apologize to all the individuals that she locked up Specifically, I'd like Kamala Harris to specifically apologize to black Americans and brown Americans.
You know, anybody but a white American, really.
I would like Kamala Harris to apologize to them.
I am waiting for the press conference where Kamala Harris apologizes to all the minorities she put in jail for marijuana, especially now that Joe Biden says it was the wrong thing to do.
So certainly, we're going to be anxiously awaiting Vice President Kamala Harris press conference apologizing to the tens of thousands of people she convicted, minorities, on marijuana charges.
But now for the icing on the cake, ladies and gentlemen.

Let's bring it back to the relevancy here.
Okay. Biden pardoning all prior federal offenses of simple possession of marijuana.
So you think, okay, so I guess he's going to be letting some people out of jail, right?
Because he said being in prison for possessing marijuana has to end, and so he's pardoning that.
So, don't look, don't look.
Don't look. Maybe the crew can guess.
How many people, and you in the audience, you can guess, how many people are currently in jail right now for federal marijuana possession charges only?
How many people?
In other words, how many people is this pardon going to let out of jail?
How many people?
Ladies and gentlemen, the answer is... zero.
Zero people are being let out of jail because of Biden's pardon.
Zero. Senior officials stress to reporters that there are currently no people currently in federal prison solely for simple possession of marijuana.
So Biden plays the marijuana card in the midterms.
Because that's how desperate Democrats are trying to get votes.
So Biden plays the marijuana legalization card, or we accept marijuana, one of us, if you smoke marijuana, in the midterms, and then uses the power of the presidential pardon as his platform, as his presentation, and then you dig into it and you realize it did nothing!
It pardoned nobody!
We'll see if anybody even gets a pardon.
It releases nobody from jail.
At the most, there's 6,000 people with simple marijuana charges that could even be receiving this pardon.
6,000. None of them in jail.
And we'll be anxiously awaiting for Kamala Harris to apologize to the tens of thousands of people that she put in jail for marijuana charges, many of which are still in jail.
But this pardon doesn't apply to them because this is federal charges only.
So it's an empty pardon.
It's playing the we're with you if you're a marijuana smoker card, but not fully playing it
But but kind of halfway playing it hoping they can get some votes using this in the midterms though

some headlines and some talks
That the FBI has pending charges looming right now against hunter Biden
Now, quite frankly, I'll believe it when I see it.
And I think it's more likely that if there were ever charges proposed into Hunter Biden, that they most likely were thrown out by Chris Wray.
Now, if you wanted to get real deep state conspiratorial, you might think the FBI was actually using charges against Hunter Biden as blackmail against Joe, perhaps.
But that might be a little more out there.
However, that might be more likely than Hunter actually getting charges.
But you've probably seen these stories, a bunch of these headlines, such as this from Greg Jarrett.
They got picked up by Judicial Watch and others.
How has Hunter Biden managed to avoid criminal charges for so long?
Federal agents reportedly concluded months ago that there is enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with crimes, yet nothing has happened.
Why? I think we all know why.
I think it's pretty obvious why.
But the pressure is It's intensifying now at the FBI and on the Biden family over Hunter Biden, and you feel like eventually the pressure, something's going to have to break here.
And whether that's Hunter Biden leaving his business positions and making some sort of statement like, oh, for the sake of the public and concerns about my business dealings, I step down or whatever, that might be the easy way out.
They might have to charge Hunter Biden with something and do kind of a show trial thing and then eventually, you know, no jail time, slap on the wrist, okay, bury it back under with the rest of the Democrat crimes.
Those are the two most likely scenarios if anything happens, if anything.
But I would not bet that anything is going to happen to Hunter Biden, because if anything happens to Hunter Biden, that would implicate Joe Biden.
And that would be a little too much right now for the Democrat Party and the deep state establishment American regime.
But, yeah, I can't give you a Hunter Biden or a Joe Biden, but how about a Donald Trump?

But now 11 pro-life activists who have never committed a violent crime have been indicted by Biden's DOJ for simply protesting outside an abortion clinic in Tennessee.

Another former Oathkeeper member testifies that he tried to tip off the FBI and other officials after he recorded an Oathkeeper's call he was concerned about in November 2020 before January 6th.

Now, it's unclear whether this Oathkeeper member was a Fed or not.
I mean, you would assume not since he's on trial.
But... This just means that the feds were listening in on the Oath Keepers the whole time, had operatives inside the Oath Keepers the whole time, and you had people inside the Oath Keepers trying to stop crimes from happening on January 6th by calling the feds, warning them, hey, things might get out of hand, you should have presence here, and they ignored all the warnings.

Well, you know, there's so many similar trends or patterns that I notice in media, which to me, it just gives more credence to not trusting the 2020 election results.
You know, Trump gets $20,000, $30,000 in a rally.
Biden gets maybe $100,000.
You know, you look at the social media interaction as well, and I'm not saying there's too much weight in that.
I don't put a bunch of weight in that, but there's certainly something to take away from social media interaction.
Trump had, you know, 30 times what Biden had.
You look at The White House videos and comments, when Trump would post videos on the White House page on YouTube, they'd immediately get a million views, and there'd be tens of thousands of comments, all positive.
Once the Biden team took over the account, nobody goes there anymore, nobody watches the White House videos, and all of the comments were negative, so they had to turn the comments off.
Now, as far as what you're talking about with Facebook, you know, de-censoring, you know, that'll have to be something.
We'll see about that.
That may also be in response to them thinking that Twitter's about to become a free speech platform, and so they may want to, as a business move, try to compete with Twitter as a free speech platform where they all had the previous agreement.
Hey, let's all ban conservatives.
That way nobody has the edge of having liberals and conservatives with free speech on their platform.
But, uh... It's funny, we haven't heard much, not too much of an outrage since Zuckerberg admitting that the FBI told him to censor information and he did it.
This stuff just kind of comes and goes, you know?

It's odd to say.
I mean... You may have always been the smartest kid in your class or the dumbest kid in your class.

But people that tune into this are more informed than 90% of America's population.
If you tune into Infowars, you understand what's going on more than 90% of the population.
That's just because of the information you receive.
And so what I think is going on is...
I mean, you look at J.K. Rowling or you look at Kanye West...
I'm trying to think of maybe some other examples out there.
Maybe an Aaron Rodgers where...
You have individuals that maybe have some political beliefs.
Maybe they lean left. Maybe they lean right.
But they're just, you know, they're mostly just neutral.
And they want to get along with everybody.
And they already have some status of their own that is attractive to other people.
And so they do stuff with people on the leftist, liberal, Democrat side of the aisle.
They do stuff with people on the right, conservative, Republican side of the aisle.
And I think the confusion you're talking about is they realize, like, huh, You know, the liberals that were supposed to be the good guys, the nice guys, the tolerant guys, they're a bunch of intolerant jerk-offs.
And all this stuff I keep hearing about conservatives and Christians, like, they're actually the nice people.
They're actually the people I like having a drink with, having a conversation with.
I think I actually would rather talk to this conservative talk show host because they're going to tell the honest story and let me speak.
Like Kanye West on with Tucker.
Where he brought up Israel and he brought up Jared Kushner and he was like, you know, I don't know if I can say this on your platform.
And Tucker goes, we're not in the business of censorship.
And then he goes on to bash Jared Kushner.
And so I think the confusion is...
They really don't understand.
The average person really doesn't understand the predatory mindset of the liberal left.
They really don't understand the destructive mentality of the Democrat Party.
And so they kind of approach these situations from a neutral perspective and they learn the hard way that most leftist liberal Democrats that are on that side of the aisle that they deal with are not good people.
And the conservatives that they were told are the bad people are the good people.
So I don't know if that directly answers your question, but I think that that's kind of what's going on.
And that's why I see that in J.K. Rowling.
I see that in Kanye West.
And there's some other individuals I can't think of off the top of my head.
But they're like, they come out, they're centrist, and the left attacks them.
them and so then they're like conservative by default.
Folks, this is, it's bad.
And we've seen stories out of New Orleans and Philadelphia and Baltimore and other major Democrat-run cities where the education system is just failing miserably.

And some of the statistics that the Wall Street Journal has just published in their story, Illinois' shocking report card.
Listen to this. Statewide in 2019, 36% of all third grade students could read at a grade level.

That number drops to 27% for Hispanic students and 22% for black students statewide.
I thought Democrats cared about Hispanics and blacks.
In certain public school systems, the numbers plummet to single digits.
In Decatur, Illinois, 2% of black third graders are reading at a grade level and only 1% are doing math at a grade level.
As the Wall Street Journal says, we aren't often speechless, but the extent to which that performance is betraying a generation of school children is hard to put into words.
Folks, it's like this in almost every major Democrat-run city.
Whether you go to Baltimore or New Orleans or in Illinois or St.
Louis, it doesn't matter.
Numbers are all the same.
Children are not being taught in schools anymore.
They're being indoctrinated.
I mean, it's just, again, you know, I understand.
I've had people reach out and say something to me, Owen.
They've said, Owen... You know, you're sounding a little more mainstream every day.

It was like days before the election.
And so what happened was it was three o'clock in the morning on the actual election night and the whole crew and everybody was burnt out from working five straight days in a row.
And so at 3am it looked like it was all over.
Trump had all the states won.
He had the huge leads. And so we said, okay, let's take a three-hour break.
We'll be back on at 6 a.m.
And so we took a break.
In that three hours, Biden got 10 million votes in the perfect states to win.
And then, you know, and the rest is history.
So this year, I'm going to make sure that we don't make that same mistake again.
And I don't know what Alex has planned as far as our live coverage for the election.
But I'm going to make sure we're not burnt out up here On election night so that we can do an all-nighter that night.
Instead of doing an all-nighter the three nights before when it didn't matter, we should have done it that night.
So we're gonna...
It's alright. We live and we learn.
Now here's something else that we haven't really talked about, but I'll bring it up now.

He has, during his time for the Bush administration, later the Trump administration, sought to undermine the international legal system, ensure that the US is not under the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction.
