Well, Rhonda Santis is out in front of the media almost daily, handing it to the left,
it to the libs and it's beautiful to watch.
Here's one of the more recent Ron DeSantis classics.
He addresses the problem of the teacher shortage in Florida.
unidentified
|
Ron DeSantis has a really intriguing idea on how to solve that state's teacher shortage, and it's driving liberals absolutely nuts.
Watch. If you served in the military for at least four years, were honorably discharged, have taken 60 college credits, and passed a subject area exam, we want you to be able to teach Florida students.
Our veterans have a wealth of knowledge and experience they can bring to bear in the classroom, and with this innovative approach, they will be able to do so for five years with a temporary certification as they work towards their degree.
For too long, the requirements to be a teacher have been too rigid, with union bosses insisting that all educators get certain credentials that often have little impact on teaching performance.
Every morning, our students recite the Pledge of Allegiance while looking at the Star Spangled Banner, and it's fitting that the teacher in the classroom is somebody who took an oath and put his or her life on the line to preserve, protect, and defend our flag and the freedom it represents.
From devil dogs to salty dogs and dough boys to fly boys, we respect our veterans and know that they have a lot to offer.
Thanks so much and God bless.
unidentified
|
Now this is a really outside the box kind of idea.
It gives a temporary solution to this imminent shortage of teachers while also providing jobs for members of the military, veterans who still have that duty and dedication but have had trouble figuring out ways to exercise their sense of service.
It's a real win-win across the board.
Naturally, Democrats hate it.
Nikki Freed is running for the Democrats' nomination to face up against Governor DeSantis this November.
She said, let me be clear, we should not be lowering the bar for teachers in Florida.
So veterans of our armed services are on a bar lower than your typical elementary school teacher?
Like this person? | ||
At least at my teaching job, I'm very out.
I wear my pronouns and stuff and I'm like...
I, like, correct the kids and, like, the kids have gotten to, like, correcting each other.
Now, here's a guy who claims he's a school principal and he doesn't like it.
Here's what he has to say. An untrained teacher in a classroom will be a disaster.
Meanwhile, journalists also, of course, hate this idea.
So much so, they're lying about it.
Here's a reporter from the Washington Post.
Florida is asking veterans with no teaching background to enter classrooms.
Now that's just a complete fabrication.
Veterans do have teaching background before they get into the classroom.
In fact, here's a list of the criteria for the Troops to Teachers program.
Minimum of 48 months of active duty military service with an honorable discharge.
Minimum of 60 college credits with a 2.5 grade point average.
Passing score on a Florida subject area examination for bachelor's level.
You can see there's a whole lot of criteria there.
So they're just lying about Now, after all this pushback, Governor DeSantis did what he pretty much does best.
He responded. They would be able to get a temporary certificate, be able to teach, and then obviously work to get their bachelor's degree.
And it was unanimously passed by the legislature.
You know, some in the media just recently started attacking us over this.
They said you can't just put any old warm body in the classroom.
And look, as a veteran, I will tell you, like, the people that serve our country are not just some warm body.
unidentified
|
They're people... Now, I know the thought of a Marine Corps gunnery sergeant teaching your first graders does conjure some, well, interesting images.
You will not laugh. You will not cry.
You will learn by the numbers.
I will teach you. Now get up!
Get on your feet! I mean, honestly, would that really be so bad?
Let's face it, if Democrats had their way, the only people allowed in a classroom to teach your kids would be an individual with a bunch of letters after their name with multiple advanced degrees and a doctorate in education.
You know, like this genius.
So say it with me. | ||
Si, se puede. | ||
The future is ours. | ||
Thank you. | ||
That's what kind of doctor she is.
She has a PhD in education.
The bottom line is Governor DeSantis has a- So there you go, Ron DeSantis continuing to hit home runs with policy and approach and attitude to the media and now against voter fraud, 20 arrested In voter fraud charges, Governor DeSantis just announced.
That was in Florida in the 2020 presidential election.
Don't tell a liberal that, though.
They hate the truth. Well, we are living in interesting times in this country's history where one of our political parties, our main political parties, in its lust for power and influence, is currently engaged in political persecution and imprisonment the likes of which this country has never seen before and it just continues to get worse and it will continue to get worse until it is properly dealt with and until there is equal application of law enforcement and justice in this country.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is Thursday, August 18th, 2022.
This is the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
We've got about a mediocre-sized news desk today.
I've got a stack of the news here showing the political persecution at the hands of the Democrat Party.
But what I'm realizing is the only victories that the American left...
is having are fraudulent in nature.
They're not legitimate. They're not legitimate in their elections.
They're not legitimate in their lawfare.
Total illegitimacy of all victories of the Democrat Party currently.
I guess the analogy would be like If you had one baseball team where every player on the roster was on steroids, and then you had another baseball team where nobody was allowed to use steroids.
So it's like the Democrat baseball team uses steroids and they're all on steroids, cheating.
And then the Republican baseball team is not allowed to use steroids and they get drug tested.
Sometimes they even get set up.
Someone puts steroids in their drink or whatever, and then they drink it, and then they test positive, and they say, what?
And then they get removed. So that's the analogy.
But all the victories of the Democrat Party are illegitimate.
So all you have to do is return some legitimacy to this process, some legitimacy to this country, and we won't be dealing with this radical communist anti-American cold civil war that they have brought upon our country.
So I've got a stack of that.
Part of that war the Democrats have launched against the American people is the wide-open border.
The news there just continues to get worse.
Violent crime in inner cities, Democrat inner cities, just continues to get worse, where now...
I mean, we've seen the videos where it's Asian women or Asian men and it's elderly people I mean, let's just call it what it is.
It's Asian people and it's white people, elderly people, that are getting beaten up by black people.
And it's happening in Democrat-run inner cities.
And nobody wants to talk about it because it doesn't really fit the narrative.
And so, I mean, it's like I don't even want to play the stuff.
But it's every day. | ||
Dozens of examples. | ||
But see, that's what happens when you have been driven into a fatherless home, driven into an impoverished lifestyle, driven into a bad education system.
That's what happens. | ||
But that's just kind of the...
That's just the gasoline sitting there waiting for the match to light it on fire.
And then the Democrat Party liberal media propaganda comes in with all the anti-white propaganda.
And then that's the flame to the gas.
And then what you have is all of this clearly motivated by skin color crime happening.
But don't talk about that.
Don't talk about that. | ||
Because it does not fit the party narrative.
It's not politically correct.
Now, you have over a thousand scientists have just come out, 1,200 actually, and declared there is no climate emergency.
Well, this happens every other year or so.
A group of thousands of scientists, the owner of the Weather Channel Network and all this other stuff, they come out and they say, look, calm down.
The weather fear-mongering.
It's not real. There's no evidence of it.
The evidence would say the opposite, actually.
We're going into a cooling spell, but it's not going to happen.
It's not going to kill the planet.
It's not going to kill all people on Earth.
It's not going to melt all the glaciers.
They're just lying about all of it.
But see, these scientists don't matter.
You understand? 1,200 scientists saying there is no climate emergency, they don't count.
The mainstream media only wants the scientists that say we are in a climate emergency.
unidentified
|
See, that's how that works.
But then we've got more of their climate propaganda on the docket today as well.
20 arrested in Florida for voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
Now, where have you heard this before?
As if this is breaking news, but it's NBC News now, so it's official.
Sex between men, not skin contact, is fueling monkeypox outbreak.
unidentified
|
Wow. You don't say. | |
Huh. Who could have seen that coming?
So you go back to the stories of the dogs and the kids.
Now, there is some legitimate cause for concern here.
If you are having gay orgies or around men that have gay orgies, perhaps there's some cause for concern.
If you're not, there's no cause for concern.
But they really want to ramp up the fear here.
They really want to ramp up the fear.
But now they're telling you what we all knew all along.
It's basically a sexually transmitted disease that was caused by our Gay Pride Month orgies.
So now they have a toddler in Texas that has monkeypox.
So they're saying now a toddler has monkeypox.
Seventh year? Pediatric case of monkeypox, but first time in under two years.
And then you read the story, and actually the toddler doesn't have monkeypox.
It's actually presumptive monkeypox.
They say it's presumptive.
Yeah. Man's nose rots due to monkeypox.
I don't want to know where that nose has been.
I don't want to know where that nose has been.
Jordan Satchell has just published dozens of testimonies that he's gotten from soldiers himself who were forced to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
At the threat of being thrown out of the military and now are suffering serious side effects.
We'll read some of those.
Another young football player dies suddenly.
Pennsylvania's just got Democrats running rampant right now.
They're going to be masking kids in Philadelphia all school year.
Masking kids. We now know the science.
Trust the science. | ||
Trust the science. Okay, what does the science say?
Kids are not at risk of COVID and the mask doesn't stop spread of COVID and the vaccine doesn't stop spread of COVID. So what do we do?
Make them wear the mask.
Make them take the vax. | ||
Trust the science, they say.
More of the liberal grooming, sexual grooming of children.
That is just stunning stuff.
But see, you realize there's two elements, too.
There's not just the perverts that want the access to the kids for their own sexual deviancies.
There's money driving this, too.
And when you look at the numbers, and we have some today, inside of the hospitals, half of the mastectomy surgeries, or half...
Yeah. Slicing up kids for profit.
Leave it up to liberals. So the political persecution and imprisonment that the Democrat Party is currently involved in against the American people continues...
We do have news on the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Judge orders portions of Trump FBI raid affidavit to be unsealed.
Biden DOG will make redactions.
And so, who knows what...
The final affidavit release will look like, or who knows when we'll even get it.
The DOJ will obviously pour through it and redact anything that would make the Biden regime or the Democrat Party look bad.
Or make all their fake news controlled puppets look bad.
So that's nice. | ||
Oh, they'll unseal the affidavit, but after all the redactions.
Don't you just love liberals, media, and Democrat Party members?
Trump doesn't want you to see the affidavit.
Trump is a coward. | ||
Trump should release the affidavit.
Why won't Trump release the affidavit?
Trump has the affidavit.
He's not releasing it. He must be criminal.
Oh, oops. | ||
They never gave him the warrant.
They never gave him the affidavit.
And Trump demanded the full affidavit be released.
And so instead... | ||
The DOJ will go in there in what is really a cover-your-ass campaign, and it just shows how, for as organized and activated and engaged as the Democrats and the liberal media are against the American people, even they have mess-ups sometimes.
The judge, the Department of Justice, the FBI, all of them should have been telling their Democrat cohorts in the media, hey, Lay off blaming Trump for this.
We're the ones keeping this sealed.
We're the ones that don't want anyone to seal this.
Don't you know this makes us look bad?
No, they didn't know that.
They still think Trump's a bad guy.
So they went on and said, oh, Trump doesn't want you to see it.
Now the truth comes out.
So think about that reversal that we've had in the last week.
Liberal media and Democrats saying Trump won't release the affidavit to Trump demanding the affidavit get released and the Department of Justice scrubbing it ahead of its release.
Amazing stuff. | ||
And of course Democrats are putting anybody they can in jail right now that has supported Trump Over the years, judge sentences Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg to five months in Rikers Island Jail.
Rikers Island. | ||
Now, he got a plea deal. | ||
And I'm sure the plea deal is going to involve him doing something to hurt Trump.
Now, who knows... | ||
If or what he could really even do to hurt Trump, if there's anything there.
But certainly they at least want him to say something bad about Trump under oath.
At the very least. | ||
But see, this is what our FBI, this is what our Department of Justice...
This is what our Democrat law enforcement members are up to, going after any and all Trump supporters.
Now look, I've seen this narrative before where they say, this is proof that he's flipped on Trump.
This is proof he's flipped on Trump.
Never happened. I mean, they ran stories about...
Oh, Schroyer as a witness in the Sandy Hook case.
Proof he's going to flip on Jones.
Schroyer flips on Jones.
And they run stories like, I flipped, and it's all made up.
So there is no flipping here.
I'm sure they twisted his arm.
I'm sure they twisted Weisselberg's arm and said, say this about Trump or say that about Trump.
And we'll give you, you know, we won't make you spend the rest of your life in jail for working for Trump, but we'll still pretty much destroy your life.
We'll still make you miserable.
We'll still torture you a little bit.
We're Democrats after all.
So, there might be some tax evasion there.
But see, now you get into the range of equal application of law enforcement.
Was Weisselberg actually guilty of tax evasion?
Perhaps. Might have just been a rigged case, but okay.
Maybe he is. So let's do a proper investigation of the others, shall we?
Let's do a proper investigation of the Bidens or the Pelosi or the Schumer's.
unidentified
|
No no no no no no no no no no.
Only Trump. Only Trump and his associates.
Only Trump and his supporters.
Don't you see? That's how this goes.
So another political prisoner of the Democrat Party.
Five months, Rikers Island.
And there's not going to be any flipping on Trump.
This is just... | ||
Going after any and everybody who ever has supported Trump or worked for Trump over the years to just get any sort of charge attached to Trump's name.
That's all it is. | ||
That's all it is. | ||
Now, do you ever just wonder, how is this my reality?
Am I in upside-down world?
Am I in the twilight zone?
Am I in bizarro world? Because none of this makes sense to me.
And I'm not even getting into the trans kids crap that I gotta cover later up.
General Michael Hayden, former CIA director, agrees with this message.
I've covered extremism and violent ideologies around the world over my career.
Have never come across a political force more nihilistic, dangerous, and contemptible than today's Republicans.
Nothing close. Edward Looch.
And Michael Hayden says, I agree, and I was the CIA director.
Well, yeah, that's the problem, is you were the CIA director, and you don't even live in reality.
You're a liar. You're a con man.
You're a politically charged hacktivist.
So, yeah, that's the problem.
But aside from the CIA director admitting he's politically charged against conservatives and Republicans, as dangerous as that is...
The statement he agrees with is so wrong, it's unbelievable.
How do we live on completely different planes right now?
How is it that somebody like Michael Hayden lives in a totally different reality than you or I? Where he believes that Republicans are the most extremist party that he's ever seen.
Really? Was it Republicans that burned multiple cities to the ground in the summer of 2020?
No. Was it Republicans that arrested hundreds of their political opposition?
No, that was Democrats.
Was it Republicans that ran impeachment frauds?
No, that was Democrats. Was it Republicans that raided the former president and their top political adversary's house?
No, that was Democrats. Was it Republicans that formed the Weather Underground?
No, that was Democrats. Was it Republicans that came from the KKK? No, that was the Democrats.
I mean, do I have to go on?
So that's what I'm saying is, how do I live in this bizarro world where everything...
He says that Republicans are nihilistic.
Nihilistic? So what is it?
That Republicans are Christian conservatives that believe in America?
Or are they nihilistic?
Which is it? Nihilism is belief in nothing.
Last I checked, Republicans, conservatives, they believe in America.
They believe in the idea of individualism and independence and freedom.
And they believe in God.
That's the exact opposite of nihilistic.
Liberal Democrats are the atheists.
Hell, they don't even believe in men and women.
How do we live in this world where they don't even live in reality is what it is.
They don't live in reality.
How did they get to this point?
And is it possible to even bring them back?
unidentified
|

So, do you believe that Joe Biden actually won the 2020 presidential election?
Do you believe that liberals and Democrats aren't censoring their political opposition?
Do you believe Democrats...
Aren't going after all of their political opposition, persecuting them, imprisoning them?
No, of course, they're doing all of that.
They are doing all of that and then some.
But none of it's legitimate.
None of it is legitimate victory.
It's all fraud. It's all theft.
Where are the real victories happening?
Well, on a level playing field, Trump would have won the 2020 election.
On a level playing field, conservatives would be all over social media, probably dominating it.
And on a level playing field, it would be Democrats most likely going through criminal investigations and scrutiny and mainstream news for their lies and Big Pharma for their lies and Anthony Fauci for his lies.
But I digress. Because the American people are more politically informed and awakened than ever before.
And evidence of this is that 8 of the 10 Republicans who voted for impeachment of Donald Trump have lost in their primaries.
Despite getting support from the Republican Party and Kevin McCarthy.
So there you go. | ||
And for Liz Cheney, who's on the January 6th committee, the daughter of the war criminal Dick Cheney, she lost by a historic amount in her primary.
So that is a legitimate victory.
Now, Brian Stelter has been an illegitimate TV host for a long time.
Probably made millions of dollars as the worst TV show host ever.
And he has finally been canceled.
Really a sad day for the media.
We can no longer tune in to reliable sources with Brian Stelter on Sunday night.
And so you don't get your Sunday night comedy routine, sadly.
But guys, give me clip five here.
As we watch Brian Stelter go out the door, this was a long time coming.
We knew Stelter wouldn't last.
It was a coffee boy. He was a coffee boy hosting a TV show.
He never belonged there. It was a prank, I think, that the CNN producers and executives put on the planet to put Brian Stelter on TV. I think it was just a prank.
Hey, let's put a coffee boy on TV. The American people will believe anything.
And some now in the departure of Stelter from CNN are asking, would an actual potato be a better CNN host than Brian Stelter?
Asks Kylie Griswold of The Federalist.
But nonetheless, the talking potato has lost his TV show.
You know, that's too bad, Brian.
It's funny because, you know, you've tried to censor this show off the air, and yet here we still are.
You lost legitimately because you're not a good host and you're fake news.
You've tried to illegitimately give us the loss, but we're still here on the air every day.
Yes, rumor has it, Brian Stelter might be attempting to fill the A few of those new IRS positions.
I say a few because he qualifies for more than one body.
So be on the lookout for Stelter with a badge and a gun going into Trump supporters' homes.
unidentified
|
Freeze! Brian Stelter, potato man here!
And you haven't been paying your taxes!
Get on the ground! | ||
unidentified
|
Bend over! Yeah, bend over!
Coming soon to a house near you.
Brian Stelter, the IRS, Pennywise, the clown agent.
They were continuing to censor the liberals, the Democrats.
Big censorship news yesterday.
Facebook bans libs of TikTok.
YouTube suspends Steven Crowder.
And, of course, you had gays against groomers get censored off Twitter yesterday and then have their website pulled down while we were interviewing the founder.
That was a case of censorship as well.
Now, the website's back up, but they're going to have to make some changes there because they are dealing with attacks on their website now.
So that's what you get, the tolerant libs just censoring everybody that they disagree with.
You know what they say. | ||
You want to anger a conservative, you lie to them.
You want to anger a liberal, you tell them the truth.
And we got more evidence of that coming up later on.
But again, getting back to the story here.
From the Wall Street Journal, Americans spent more time streaming than watching cable TV in July, an all-time first.
I'm not sure that is an all-time first.
I think we probably crossed that threshold a while ago, but it's harder to measure the metrics of streaming.
But nonetheless, let's just consider it Passing a Rubicon where streaming content off the internet is now a more popular means of media consumption than the television.
And that is not good for the deep state.
That is not good for the globalists.
That is not good for the Democrat Party.
They're able to control the TV a lot easier than they're able to control the internet.
They're able to control the TV a lot easier and so that's why they're engaged in all the censorship on the internet now because that's like the wild, wild west of information and research.
So that's why they're in a rush to get control of the internet and ban their opposition.
They've been in control of the TV for long enough with deep state and false flags and war crimes and everything and big pharma.
They've got that pretty much totally controlled, but they don't have the internet under total control.
Now they're going for it.
There shall be no dissent.
There shall be no dissent from the mainstream media narrative.
There shall be no dissent from the Democrat Party.
There shall be nothing.
You must conform. | ||
You must conform to the neoliberal world order.
You must conform, conformist.
Conform, conformist. | ||
They don't like that. | ||
They don't like Steven Crowder having views on YouTube.
They don't like InfoWars and Alex Jones having the most popular live streams on YouTube.
They gotta get that out of there.
And they did. Speaking of getting out of there...
California is running out of U-Haul trucks because so many Californians are leaving not to come back.
U-Haul runs out of trucks as Californians flee the state.
And so we've got a news report on that for you.
This is just hilarious, ladies and gentlemen.
You can't even get a U-Haul.
Why? Well, because Democrats...
unidentified
|
Clip 6, guys. Played California since the height of the pandemic when people were leaving the state in droves.
Well, that trend seems to continue because as people leave, well, they're taking U-Haul vans with them, creating a shortage.
Assemblyman Kevin Kiley is showing us now with more on the problem.
I mean, I really thought that this was isolated maybe to pandemic and post-pandemic movement when people were moving, but it's happening now.
Well, sure. And in fact, it's been happening for some time and it's good to be with you, Hunter, as always.
We've seen for quite a while in California this mass exodus.
It's been building and building and building.
I mean, no one needs me to tell them that.
They have their friends and neighbors and family members who have been leaving the state for Florida, for Idaho, for
Tennessee, for just about any other state, because it's become so hard for so many people to get by in
California, not because the greatness of our state is somehow diminished in terms of, you know, everything we
have to offer in terms of the climate, the natural beauty, our amazing people and companies and culture and everything
else. | ||
It's the government. But as Democrats, they're so bad that they overwhelm all the good.
All the good weather and nature and everything from California.
Democrats are so bad, it overwhelms how good California is.
Wow. So, soon you won't even be able to leave California because there's not going to be any U-Haul trucks there.
There's not going to be any movers left.
They're all gone. All the movers are tired because everyone moved and the U-Haul trucks never came back and you're stuck in a Democrat hellhole.
Yeah, you know... The crew in the break was thinking about a business opportunity.
I probably shouldn't be telling you about it here on air.
You'll sweep the rug out from under us.
Go to California and start a moving company.
Everyone's trying to move out, so just start a move out company in California.
You will be You will be making money.
That's a capitalist right there.
That's a capitalist idea right there.
Go down to California, start a move-out company.
Business will be booming.
You all can't even keep up with it.
That's how quickly people are fleeing the Democrat hellholes.
Ladies and gentlemen, As you know, we fund ourselves with products that we sell at Infowarsstore.com.

Get that while supplies last.
Ladies and gentlemen, I forgot to mention, in the last hour of today's transmission,
we're going to be hearing from Bob Barnes and Michael Malice, just the latest details
and applications of the Alex Jones Sandy Hook case.
So what does it mean for free speech?
What does it mean for the rest of the media?
And just in general, where does it stand right now as far as the judgment is concerned with the number they put out there versus what the final number will actually be, plus the appeals process and so much more.
So Michael Malice and Bob Barnes are going to be taking over in the third hour.
So look forward to that with those latest details.
In the meantime, let's take a look at what we have...
In some of our international news, Putin accuses U.S. of trying to prolong Ukraine conflict.
Oh, well, of course. Why would the U.S. want to prolong the conflict in Ukraine?
I know. Billions of dollars!
That's why. Billions and billions and billions of dollars.
With no oversight. | ||
Beautiful. Beautiful.
So, of course, the U.S. wants to prolong that.
Boy, how does that look for the world...
Whether you like Russia or not, the U.S. meddling in foreign entanglements for profit.
Liberals used to be against that.
Not anymore. Now they love it because they're just brainwashed by the TV. So when the TV tells them war is bad, war is bad.
When the TV tells them war is good, war is good.
So right now, war is good in Ukraine.
So U.S. politicians...
Loving a war in Ukraine because they can profit off of it and have no oversight of billions of dollars going over there and they got business interests there.
War is good now. Don't you see?
War is good now. | ||
Come on. Liberals don't have principles.
They have a television in front of them.
More than $7 billion in U.S. military equipment seized by Taliban, according to Pentagon Watchdog.
That was the Afghanistan pullout, that disaster, that debacle, 13 dead, $7 billion in U.S. military equipment taken by terrorists.
Very nice. Very good. | ||
Very good job, Joe Biden.
Now, here's a funny one. And I think...
What I notice about European leaders these days, and you could say it about Trudeau, too.
I mean, Canada is basically Europe.
Canada is one of two things.
Canada, and you make your choice as a Canadian.
Choose wisely. Canada is either Far West Europe, or Canada is the largest national park of the United States of America.
Which one do you want to be, Canada?
But my point is that I noticed that these European leaders, they're just not serious people.
And it'd be one thing if we weren't living in serious times, but they're just not serious people.
Like, I mean, Zelensky, he's not a serious person.
And so now you have this new prime minister, Santa Marin, big leftist, big pro-trans kids.
I mean, you just name it. And so, I have no problem with people having fun, but you're just not a serious person when you're the Prime Minister of Finland and you're doing what she's doing on video.
So, to me, it's just these are not serious people running these countries.
These are not serious people that we have as leaders.
And it'd be one thing if they had no power and influence, because you just slough them off, you're back.
It wouldn't matter. But they're railroading through green policy, climate change policy, no more meat policies, global government policies, pandemic policies.
So there's too much power and influence, and these aren't even serious people.
So here is the new Finnish Prime Minister, Santa Marin, partying it up, guys.
Go ahead and roll clip 10.
unidentified
|
Let's take a look here. She's in the bottom left.
She's getting after it. Oh yeah, you get it, girl.
So gyrating, humping the air, partying with friends and dancing for the internet.
The show goes on. | ||
Now here she is on the floor gyrating and humping.
Very, very nice. | ||
As a toxic masculinist, I support this activity.
I encourage... I encourage Liberal, Finnish, Prime Minister, Santa, Marine, please continue.
We really enjoyed that.
Us toxic masculinists, we really enjoyed your little dance routine there.
Very nice. Very cute. | ||
Very sexy. | ||
Very nice. Very good for you.
But you're a prime minister, you know?
Maybe you don't do the sexy stripper dance for the camera as the prime minister.
Maybe. Maybe not. | ||
Maybe you do. No, not maybe.
You did. You did do it. | ||
So it's just... These just aren't really serious people, I feel like.
And it'd be one thing if the times we were living in weren't so serious, but they kind of are.
So it's a bit of a problem, if you ask me.
Man, oh man. You know, speaking of international news, guys, roll clip 18.
This is an Ikea in Shanghai.
Where they announced a COVID outbreak and a quarantine.
And so there was a mad dash for the exits because they learned that they were going to be shut in, basically kidnapped in an Ikea in Shanghai, China.
And I see this because we've seen all the horror films coming out of China during the lockdowns and the suicides and the people jumping off buildings, locked in their apartments, starving to death, and all of it.
And I just think as I watch this, you know...
That's a micro example of trying to escape communism right there.
And you see them trying to get, the police try to lock them in the Ikea, and the people push their way through the small police force there for their freedom.
Now, again, this is just a micro example, but...
This is also the larger example too.
People have to flee communist tyranny.
People have to flee big government oppression.
And that's what you see as the police are trying to lock these people in an Ikea because someone tested positive for COVID and they have to force their way out.
Everybody wearing the mask that doesn't work and makes you sick.
It's crazy to think that this is where humanity is at.
You know, we think we're so smart because of our technology.
We think we're so advanced because of the innovations.
But really, the average human is as dumb as it's ever been.
We might have access to cool new tools and cool new toys and cool new technologies.
But the average human is dumber than they've ever been.
But see, they're forced to do that in China.
And so that's the point. You're forced to do dumb crap under a big government.
You're forced to do dumb crap by dumb communists, like wear a mask or lock yourself in an Ikea.
Do you really want that in America?
Is that what we really want here?
Elevave TP, PQQ, GoQ10, the list goes on and on.
Those are the ingredients in our flagship product, DNA Force Plus.
Finally, after almost a year of being sold out, Back in stock at InfoWarsStore.com.
This product is incredible, what it does to all cellular function.
The PQQ and CoQ10 are on record helping your telomeres last longer.
That's your DNA. This product is amazing.
It blows away all the competition and it's even more incredible because it funds our operation against the New World Order.
You can buy some great supplements out there from great companies.
But are they funding the tip of the spear?
No, they're not. So if you haven't experienced DNA Force Plus yourself, or in the last year when it's been sold out, you couldn't get it, it's finally back in stock at InfowarStore.com.
DNA Force Plus is 50% off, 50% off for a limited time at InfowarStore.com.
All right, let's go into the mind of a liberal Democrat here, if you dare.
So beware. This can get real dark and twisted.
But this is Sam Harris. | ||
I don't know who this interview is with, but this is a big liberal Democrat here.
And he admits, and I'm actually glad they're honest.
I mean, when a liberal Democrat's honest, I actually appreciate it.
So Sam Harris is actually being honest here.
Here's what a liberal Democrat really thinks about internet censorship in clip 13.
I mean, Hunter Biden, at that point, Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement.
I would not have cared, right?
It's like, there's nothing.
First of all, it's Hunter Biden, right?
It's not, it's like, it's not Joe Biden.
But even if Joe, like, even whatever scope of Joe Biden's corruption is, like, if we could just go down that rabbit hole endlessly and understand that he's getting kickbacks from Hunter Biden's deals in Ukraine or wherever else, right?
Or China. It is infinitesimal compared to the corruption we know Trump is involved in.
Now, pause it right there. It's like a fire.
Now, this is the key moment, guys.
I want you to just rewind it.
Just rewind it 10 seconds.
That's his trigger-nometry, the podcast he's on.
What did he just say? | ||
Whatever the Biden crime family crimes are, they pale in comparison to Trump's crimes.
unidentified
|
What crimes? But see, they didn't ask him that.
You ask any liberal Democrat Trump hater, what crimes has Trump committed?
They cannot answer the question.
So, oh, the irony. | ||
Sam Harris knows enough about Hunter Biden's laptop that he knows that Joe and Hunter are engaged in international deals that Joe Biden lied about, probably are illegal.
They know that the Biden crime family has sold out the American people to make profit.
They know about Hunter Biden's crack addiction, sex addiction, porn addiction.
He throws guns in dumpsters behind school yards.
So, I mean, even Harris, he knows all that.
He knows all the crimes. But he says, even if the Bidens had dead bodies in their basement, I wouldn't care.
Because Trump's crimes are far bigger.
But I guarantee you, as sure as I'm sitting here with a burgundy shirt and a red pocket square, Sam Harris could not answer the simple question that he just proposed with such vigor that Trump has committed worse crimes than Biden.
I guarantee you Sam Harris could not answer the question, what crimes has Trump committed?
I guarantee you he couldn't do that because to this day, I am yet to find a single liberal that can.
Now let's continue here in the mind of the whacked out left.
Or should we have Sam Harris playing it again, saying...
Do we have it still queued up to that point, guys?
Yeah, yeah. So here it is, though.
But Sam Harris, he's convinced Trump has had more crimes than Biden.
unidentified
|
Let's hear it one more time....or wherever else, right?
Or China... It is infinitesimal compared to the corruption we know Trump is involved in.
So he knows Trump is involved in corruption, but I guarantee you he could not name one instance.
He knows it, but he doesn't know anything.
Now here's a liberal in Portland who admits that she wishes Trump supporters would die in clip 15.
unidentified
|
Portland. There's a shooting of a Trump supporter recently.
Awesome. I don't think I've heard of another Trump supporter being shot.
So the f*** what? He got shot.
unidentified
|
Is he alive? I believe he died.
Tough luck. Don't be a f***ing Trump supporter in Portland.
Yeah. Hey, we're tolerant liberals.
We'll kill you if you don't like our guy.
We'll kill you if you don't join our cult.
Yeah, don't come around here.
By the way, didn't we tell you how tolerant and loving we are?
We also chop up little kids' genitals because of how much we love them, too.
Yeah. I find it funny when the mainstream news admits what we all knew all along, and then they act like they're breaking the news story.
NBC News. | ||
Sex between men, not skin contact, is fueling monkeypox, research suggests.
You just figured it out?
Right after Pride Month, you just figured it out, huh?
You just figured it out.
And so now, you gotta ask.
The gay couples whose children had monkey pox?
The gay couples whose dog had monkey pox on its privates?
Hmm. Yeah, did you see the gay pride parades?
They had a lot of puppy kink play.
You know about that? They dress up as puppies and do stuff.
And then the dog gets monkey pox?
Hmm. Yeah, let's not go down that road.
So, NBC News admitting what we all knew all along.
Monkeypox came. | ||
The Monkeypox outbreak followed the Gay Pride Month orgies.
Okay, well now you gotta wonder about those dogs and kids with monkeypox.
But see, this story they're just trying to build up.
I don't think this is a real monkeypox case.
Perhaps we'll see. But they made sure to run this everywhere for the fear-mongering.
Harris County toddler tests presumptive positive for monkeypox.
Oh, presumptive positive.
He has rashes on his body.
And they're just saying it's monkeypox, but he'll be fine.
So it's just more of the fear-mongering, and it's one of the most corrupt judges in Texas, Judge Lena Hidalgo, making the announcement.
So she just probably wants to drive up the fear-mongering, and they just say this toddler has monkeypox, and they just say, well, we just presume.
We're just assuming it's positive.
We're not going to run a test because we want to run the fear-mongering up.
That's what we want to do.
So what are they going to do? Sell you a monkeypox vaccine next?
Oh wait, they already are.
They already are. And it's such a for-profit motive that they're now taking the full vaccine dose, cutting it in half, and then selling that as a full vaccine dose.
So it was never a full vaccine dose, or it never will be a full vaccine dose, or it's all just BS anyway.
Yeah, and look, it says, oh, the baby is asymptomatic with a rash.
They say, oh, it's monkeypox. Everybody's got monkeypox now.
Get your vaccine. See, even the kid has monkeypox.
He should have had more vaccines.
No, the kid probably doesn't have monkeypox.
You just want to drive up the fear.
But then the kids that do have monkeypox and the dog with it on the privates, you don't want to investigate that.
And then they sell you a bad vaccine.
Jordan Satchel has an amazing story he just put up on his sub stack.
Military whistleblowers, Department of Defense legally dubious mRNA mandate has harmed readiness,
produced widespread injuries, dozens of first-hand testimonials and internal documents.
A group of active U.S. military pilots are coming forward as whistleblowers to challenge both the legal and moral
nature of the Department of Defense mRNA vaccine mandate and they've
produced some shocking testimonials that challenge virtually all of the mainstream narratives
about this supposedly safe and effective mRNA vaccine.
Let me read Of the dozens of examples that he has, let me just read a few of them for you right here.
Case 112, USAF non-commissioned officer, female in her 30s, sent to emergency room post-vaccination and diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome and partial paralysis of her face.
Quote, I'm in tears every day.
No one is fighting for us.
Will someone please fight for us?
This is not what I signed up for the military.
Oh, it's heartbreaking. It's heartbreaking to think of all the people that have had to suffer at the hands of this new world order.
Suffer at the hands of neoliberalism.
The people that they have suffering in jails.
The people whose lives are ruined because of the vaccines they lied to us about.
Because of the pandemic they lied to us about.
unidentified
|
It's just... It's so evil.
Oh my gosh, it just breaks your heart.
None of this had to happen. None of it.
This poor lady, who now is paralyzed, never had to happen.
Just miserable now. | ||
Just living in misery now, and the people that did this to her smile, they have a great time.
USMC officer first lieutenant male, mid-20s, after receiving his religious accommodation denial letter, elected to receive his first COVID shot in October.
After this shot, he had a significant decrease in physical stamina with chest pain.
Symptoms worsened after second shot in November, along with the development of purpura in his legs.
The Navy doctor was not concerned.
In February of this year, the first lieutenant reports that his wife has difficulty waking him up in the morning, along with dizzy spells.
Additionally, his body temperature changed from generally warm to consistently cold.
A heart rate monitor showed his resting heart rate was at 28 beats per minute.
Only then did the Navy doc refer him to a cardiologist where he was diagnosed with Bradycardia caused by myocarditis from the vaccine and is seeking further treatment with blood thinners to decrease the risk of thrombosis.
So hard to read these. | ||
But you know, see, I sit here in the wake of all the attacks against me and the lies against me and the media and the lies against InfoWars and what we stand for.
And I'm so shielded from it because I know I wasn't a part of this.
I know I wasn't a part of destroying people's lives for profit.
And I never have been. | ||
And that's what you sick freaks have done with this vaccine.
You sick, demented, mad scientist freaks.
And you don't even care.
You have no remorse. | ||
You'll continue to push for vaccine mandates even though they're killing tens of thousands of people.
Let me read one more. | ||
I can barely get through this because none of this was ever necessary.
Totally inorganic. Totally unnatural.
Total criminal. | ||
USAF major F-35 instructor pilot, male in his 30s, nearly lost consciousness after second dose of Moderna with convulsions over his whole body lasting 24 hours, pounding chest pains in the hours after vaccination, ongoing chronic bilateral tinnitus, no diagnosis yet for fear of losing his flight status.
So you've got vax-injured pilots up there.
Who don't want to lose their jobs.
You know, I wish I could sit here and tell you that some days the perpetrators of this great crime against humanity, the creation of COVID, and then the follow-up with the vaccine mandates, I wish I could tell you that they would be brought to justice, but I have no confidence they will be.
I have no confidence at all.
And the fact that Donald Trump himself Still promotes these clot shots, these killer shots.
Ugh. Disgusting. | ||
It's like you want to support the guy so badly, you see the political persecution he's under, and then you see him out here promoting the death shot, the clot shot, and you're just like, you, you bastard.
Luke Knox, younger... | ||
Brother to Buffalo Bills Dawson Knox, Florida international football player, dies at age 22.
Dies suddenly. No answers.
Dies suddenly. Perfectly healthy 22-year-old football player.
Dies suddenly. | ||
Pre-K schools have to mask up in Philadelphia, folks.
This is just nuts. Look at this in clip 11.
unidentified
|
August 29th is the first official back-to-school day for Philadelphia School District students.
And kids will have to mask up for at least the first 10 days.
While kids in pre-K, get this Rachel, have to stay masked all year long.
In Philadelphia. It's just crazy.
Insane. Pre-K kids mask up all year long in Philly.
This news comes just days after the CDC dropped a majority of COVID-19 protocols, regardless of whether you're vaccinated or unvaccinated.
Wow. Child abuse. That is a freak show.
100%. What is going on? | ||
More out of Pennsylvania. Kids for cash judges ordered to pay more than $200 million.
Pennsylvania's kids for cash judges who orchestrated a scheme to send children to for-profit jails in exchange for kickbacks have been ordered to pay more than $200 million to their victims.
Boy, what is going on in Pennsylvania?
Democrats! That's what Democrats.
So my crew is like, hey, how are you just going to breeze over that story?
Well, I mean, you know, it's just typical Democrat activity.
But yeah, I mean, I guess that's pretty hard to just breeze over Democrats masking kids in classrooms for the entire school year, even though all the studies now that we have on the masks, not only does it not stop COVID, it actually increases your likelihood of getting sick.
They're still putting it on your kids in schools.
And then the Kids for Cash.
You know, it's so obvious. The name of the program was Kids for Cash.
That was the name of the program.
I mean, what does that sound like?
So yeah, they had a deal with these for-profit prisons to send kids to them and the judges got a kickback.
unidentified
|
Kids for Cash. | |
Wow. I mean, you talk about dirty deeds.
You talk about dirty dealers.
You talk about political corruption.
Man. But, you know, we're still playing politics and stupid games with January 6th, and we're playing politics with Donald Trump, and we're playing politics with masks that...
$200 million payout because judges were sending kids illegitimately to jails to make money?
Ah, we don't really. | ||
Eh, whatever. Eh, whatever.
It's no big deal. It's perfectly fine.
What's the big fuss? | ||
What's the big fuss about?
Well, the big fuss at Infowarsstore.com now is that DNA Force Plus is back in stock and 50% off.

10% off site-wide right now at PrepareToday.com and we hope you will take advantage of that sale as well.
Alright, let's look at some of this other news we have on the desk here.
Paul Gosar and Thomas Massey and Marjorie Taylor Greene are pushing forward something that I think we should all get behind here.
Gosar puts it like this when he talks about the foreign aid moratorium.
It's irresponsible and immoral to send hundreds of billions of dollars overseas when American
mothers and fathers are being forced to choose between putting gas in the tank or food on
the table. | ||
America needs a foreign aid moratorium and we need it now.
Absolutely could not agree more.
Here's the problem. Our politicians are so corrupt, they make money off of the foreign aid.
So they don't want that foreign aid slush fund to go away.
We should cease all foreign aid.
In fact, it should be a common sense policy.
No more foreign aid until we have no more homeless people in America.
How about that? No foreign aid until we don't have people here that need aid.
Now, of course, I understand that's not going to help the homeless people anyway, but that's the point exactly.
All the foreign aid that we give out doesn't do a damn thing.
All the foreign aid that we've given to Central America, hundreds of billions of dollars we've given in foreign aid to Central America and then what happens?
25% of the Central American population illegally immigrates to the United States.
So how's that for foreign aid?
Where does that foreign aid go?
It's going to help the people.
Really? Because all the people are moving here.
And then they get more aid.
And we're paying for all of it.
The American worker should be so rich it's ridiculous.
The American worker, nobody in this country that has worked into its 40s should not be able to retire.
That's how much you've had your money stolen from you.
You have had to pay for so much bullshit That you have to continue to work every day.
You have to pay for the foreign aid.
You have to pay for the illegal immigration.
You have to pay all the taxes.
You have to pay all of it.
So instead of you the individual being empowered and independent because you worked your whole life and you've got some money...
You've got a little fortune there because you worked hard in America.
No, it gets stolen from you by our dirtbag politicians and spread out all over to their special interests and foreign interests.
The average American should be filthy rich, but because we get robbed and looted and stolen from so much by our government, poverty continues to increase in this country.
Now, what do you think about this marketing campaign?
It's interesting. | ||
Conservative nonprofit fights back against woke ideology ahead of midterms.
Citizens for sanity. | ||
And they put billboards up like this.
Open the jails. | ||
Open the borders. Close the schools.
Vote progressive this November.
It's an interesting strategy.
With the whole accelerationist mentality or the whole...
Culture jamming mentality.
Here's the problem. I think that it's a good idea.
I don't like their execution at this point.
I think the execution can be better.
Most people won't understand this, and it's not extreme enough to really cause a response.
If you're going to do the culture jamming marketing, which I think is a good strategy, it has to be more aggressive.
It has to be more in your face.
Not just text on a billboard.
If you want to do something like with the open borders is, I would, because this looks to be a digital billboard, and that's what I would do is I would just put on a digital billboard just the footage of the hundreds of thousands of people pouring in, the footage from the shantytowns at the southern border in Texas, footage of Arizona, footage of the crimes, footage of the dead body, and be like, Democrats for open borders, vote Democrat this election.
Just the text on the billboard is not going to do it.
So I think the idea and the heart is in the right place.
I think the execution needs a little more work.
So maybe they should...
I mean, that's what you do.
Or you run another one where it's like, we want to mutilate children's genitals and then just show the hospitals performing all the trans kid surgeries, show all the pro-trans kid stuff.
Yeah, here's another one from them.
That's a digital billboard.
Too much freedom is a bad thing.
Get your IRS audit today.
It's okay. There's way too much of an assumption there that the average passerby is going to understand what you're talking about.
They're not. So again, I think the heart and the idea is in the right place.
I think the execution is terribly flawed.
The text on the board doesn't do it.
You've got to have videos of the open borders.
I would do videos and texts and stories of the drag queen storytimes and the trans kids activists.
I mean, that's what will do it.
That's what will grab people's attention.
That's what will draw people to make sure they don't vote for whatever that crap is.
But just the text on the board, I think it needs a little work.
So I think the idea is good, and I support the non-profit Citizens for Sanity.
But I think... I think the execution, I think the game plan needs a little spiced up.
A little more spicy. | ||
Alright, when we come back though, we'll show you what liberals are doing to kids.
And well, it's the same crap they've been doing.
It's disgusting, but no one's stopping them, so they keep doing it
The cavalry For your immune system.
The cavalry for your health.
And the cavalry to keep InfoWars on the air with funding has now arrived.

Take action now. Christopher Ruffo is one of the many journalists covering the leftist liberal Democrat sexual grooming of children.
And he makes a statement here that I think really sums it all up.
From Christopher Rufo, I post documents from left-wing public schools.
Libs of TikTok shares videos from left-wing social media.
Matt Walsh interviews left-wing activists on film.
The furious reaction against us is easy to explain.
They cannot tolerate their own words making contact with the public.
It is odd, right? | ||
And I think the element of this is...
Not as much that they don't want it reaching the public.
They do want it reaching the public.
They want it to reach the public with the rainbows and the unicorns and the fairies and the fairy dust and the pixies.
And it's like they want it to reach the public, but they want it to be in a beautiful gift-wrapped package that this is good.
This is the future. | ||
This is the truth. This is your truth.
This is magical. | ||
This is mystical. Look!
Rainbows! Unicorns! | ||
Yay! And so when Christopher Rufo or Libs of TikTok or Matt Wall's blog just takes that packaging away, takes that framing away, takes that context away, and just gives you the data just raw, whoa, now you realize, wait, this is just sexual grooming of children.
Once you take away all the ribbons and ponies, this is just sexual grooming of children.
That's what they don't like about it.
So really what Rufo, Libs of TikTok, and Walsh do is they just remove the bows, remove the rainbows, and just say, hey, look, this is what they're doing to your kids.
That's what they hate about it so much.
They want to be able to present the grooming of children and pedophilia as a beautiful thing, not just as what it is, grooming of children.
So... And again, now you've got the issue of how much is this just for profit?
So again, Rufo reporting.
The left-wing NBC News activist Brandi Zradozny, who we played yesterday talking about Pittsburgh
giving puberty blockers to trans kids and other such surgeries,
she claims that Rufo's tweet sharing a multi-billion dollar medical institution's
publicly accessible video, the video we played yesterday, is targeting a children's hospital. See?
No. The precedent's been set, folks.
It's been set right here.
They do an interview, or they publicly post a video with them in it, and then you respond to it, and they say, you attacked me.
See what they've done? | ||
That's what they did to us in the Sandy Hook case.
They do public commentary.
We comment, and then they say, we're suing you.
Now they're doing it to Rufo.
They do public commentary.
They publish the video.
You comment on it, they sue you for attacking them.
So, there was a little more research into this.
She claims, because she went to NBC News for a story, she claims in the story that Boston Children's, this is another doctor, so there was the Boston Children's doctor and the Pittsburgh doctor, rather, That we played.
And they reached out to both of them in NBC News.
And the Boston Children's doctor says they don't perform genital surgeries on minors.
You go right to the Boston Children's Hospital website and there's a whole page for gender surgery.
So they're lying. | ||
Boy, see, I'm telling you folks, don't doubt me.
Just do not trust a liberal.
I wouldn't trust them to be your doctors, your lawyers, anything.
They're straight up liars.
This is a doctor. | ||
She's lying. | ||
She goes on TV, brags about the trans kids program.
Then people criticize the trans kids program.
She says, you're attacking me for talking about the trans kids program.
By the way, it doesn't exist.
You go right to their website and there's the page for the program right there that she said doesn't exist.
These people are dangerous, folks.
Why would they be such blatant liars?
Rufo follows up with more research because they also said that they don't do mastectomies.
Oh, turns out 177 double mastectomy surgeries, approximately half of them were on girls aged 15 to 18.
And that's from their own literature.
Unbelievable stuff. | ||
So, again, these are leftist liberal Democrat doctors that want to genitally mutilate children and give them pills to chemically alter them.
They do public videos promoting it.
News media covers their public videos.
They say, how dare you attack me?
We don't do trans kid surgeries.
You go right to their documents.
It's all they do. | ||
So how much of this is just a profit thing?
How much of this is just doctors and hospitals making millions of dollars chemically altering children and slicing children up?
Let's go to a Yale doctor.
Listen to this. A Yale doctor, folks.
A Yale doctor talking about trans kids in clip 7.
unidentified
|
I'm a clinical psychologist by training and I am the director of the Yale Gender Program, which is an interdisciplinary program working with gender expansive individuals, 3 to 25, and their families.
We help individuals who are questioning their gender identity or who identify as transgender or non-binary.
We help them With their gender journey, thinking through that, thinking through the risks and the benefits of medical intervention, starting...
From Yale. This woman's from Yale. This is what they teach them.
unidentified
|
And also building support around them.
I love what I do, so it's really...
Oh, I bet you do. Yeah, I bet you love grooming children.
So then you had a drag queen that stole money from a woman's purse.
This is just hilarious. A drag queen steals money from a woman's purse, but she's a drag queen.
She gets to take your money. Watch this in clip eight.
Yeah, you get it, dude. | ||
Takes this woman's purse and just steals a wad of cash.
And then just says, oh, this is mine.
unidentified
|
And then just walks away. And everybody just cheers.
Don't you get it, folks?
Don't you get it? Update.
unidentified
|
Yeah, here, let's listen. We did get a letter from Voss.
And basically, they're telling me that I'm citing violence.
I'm a liar. I'm a liar. | ||
But they will give me $700 back.
You guys, roll clip nine now.
unidentified
|
The main drag queen, Brian, I think his name's Welch.
He's got short hair and it sticks up.
He's the main guy with the show.
It's called Drag Brunch, if you look it up.
He decided to come and grab my purse, walk around like this with it as he's going and collecting his dollars.
And then at the end, when he returned my purse, he proceeded to open it up and take a wad of cash.
And then just walks away.
It was $1,300 she had. | ||
So let me explain something here, and I know this is kind of a complex thing.
And if you listen a lot, maybe I understand it.
And I hope I'm explaining this correctly.
Because I just don't think enough people explain the psychology of the liberal left.
Why does this individual walk up, steal money, and walk away?
Folks, it's an entitlement thing.
They create a victim economy.
They create a victim class.
Then they pose themselves, posture themselves as the victims.
And so then, therefore, they're entitled to whatever they want.
Oh, I'm black in America, so I'm entitled to slavery reparations.
Oh, I'm a transgender dancer.
I'm entitled to rob you out of your purse.
Don't you see? That's what this is.
It's all creating... This system where they just are entitled to everything and you better not say a damn word about it or you're a bigot.
And you don't say anything about it or you're being politically incorrect.
So she just robbed a person and got away with it.
Don't go throwing yourself off a cliff just because Brian Stelter got canceled.
Ladies and gentlemen, stick around third hour.
Robert Barnes and Michael Malice with the latest details in the Alex Jones Sandy Hook lawsuit.
And remember, of course, to shop at Infowarsstore.com.
DNA Force Plus back in stock and 50% off right now.
All right, let's look at this border news that we have here.
Bill Mellogen reporting, and it's just shocking stuff.
All the reporters that I follow at the border, some of them just stay down there all the time, like Bill Mellogen.
Folks, it's every day they have footage.
We'll air more footage right now, and we air footage every day from the southern border.
It's different footage every day.
We're not rolling the same footage of thousands of people crossing over the southern border every day.
It's not the same footage. It's new footage every day.
You're watching. This is a brand new video.
It's new videos every day surfacing of the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants crossing the border.
So yeah, yesterday we had the Biden administration sent Border Patrol to chop open a fence that the Texas National Guard locked up because there were immigrants waiting outside to get in.
Biden's got to sex traffic those in.
Bill Melligen reporting here.
Two days in a row, Border Patrol agents at the port of entry in Nogales, Arizona, seized colored fentanyl pills from smugglers with a candy-like appearance.
Today, 15,000 pills. | ||
Yesterday, 25, excuse me, 250,000 pills.
Border Patrol says it could be the start of a new trend with cartels.
And guys, they're rolling B-roll from the border.
Look at the image that I have here of these candy fentanyl pills.
They definitely look like candy that's definitely by design to be sold to children.
Absolutely. And this isn't the first time it's been done I remember when they used to market ecstasy for kids in high school and in college.
And so it was ecstasy wasn't enough.
And then they had Molly.
And they had different ways.
And it was always like, oh, it's like pixie dust or it's like candy.
And the pills would look like a piece of candy or look like, you know, sugar, like pixie dust or something.
So now that's with fentanyl.
And I remember because it was with ecstasy, it was like you didn't know if it was going to be laced with crack or cocaine or meth or any of this stuff.
And so it was always for me, like, I'm not interested in that.
But now it's just straight up fentanyl.
It's not like you might be worried about getting some meth-laced ecstasy.
So they called it molly if you knew it wasn't going to be laced.
It was always marketed for the youth, for kids, at music festivals and stuff.
So now it's going to be fentanyl, though.
So it's not, oh, is this ecstasy, is this MDMA laced with some crack or some meth to give it more of a kick that could hurt me?
No, no, no, no, no. This is just straight up fentanyl pills that could kill you.
But yeah, then on top of that, I mean, you saw the B-roll.
My crew is just rolling there as I'm covering all this.
It's just wild. I mean, it's just absolutely wild.
We have an open border. | ||
We have an invasion. Where are they coming from?
What are they doing here?
Where do they go when they get here?
It's just crazy. | ||
It is just absolutely crazy, folks.
We're talking tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors getting snuck into this country and given to people without any background checks.
God knows where they end up.
And I think we got an idea of potentially what happens with that 10-year-old rape victim, raped by the illegal immigrant.
And then they say, no, no, no, she wasn't raped.
Really? Notice how that story's just gone away.
But they keep pouring over that southern border.
Boy, do they. Horror! | ||
New York City cabbie beaten to death in New York City.
Fair evaders kill taxi driver during confrontation, authorities say.
And, guys, I sent you a video of this.
I'm not seeing it on my list.
Did that not get through? It's in the story at newswars.com or infowars.com.
New York City cabbie beaten to death and it shows the suspects.
Maybe I didn't send it. I can send it again or you can go into the story.
Folks, this is so hard to watch.
Yeah, thank you. Because watch.
Okay, so they beat this guy to death on the street and then they just walk away casually like no big deal.
And they just go about their day and they walk in their apartment and they're smiling and they're jovial and they're laughing and they're having a good time.
They just killed a man and it's like it didn't even affect them.
That's just normal activity.
We're going to evade this cab fare, and then we're going to kill the guy.
And they aren't emotionally impacted at all after they killed a guy.
Literally, folks, nothing.
They said, we're going to get a cab ride, we're not going to pay, and you're going to sit there and take it, and if you stand up, we're going to kill you.
And they killed him, and then they slowly walked away smiling and laughing.
Wow. How you could live in a Democrat city in these days, if you have the means and resources to get out of Democrat-runner cities, folks, you've got to do it.
You have no idea how violent it's getting.
You have no idea how bad it's going to get.
All the different elements of this.
The race elements, the starvation elements, the poverty elements, the homelessness elements, the drug abuse elements, the gun crime elements.
It's all reaching a boiling point, and the Democrats are just turning up the heat.
Just turning up the heat.
Unbelievable stuff. | ||
Oh, man. But see, oh, but what's this, though?
This is just, this story just broke.
Secret FBI watch list leaks online and boy, do the feds think a lot of people are terrorists.
Now, what was my big story last week after the Mar-a-Lago raid and then after the media Democrat response?
What did I say? The feds are creating a secret list right now of anyone and everyone who's responding to the Mar-a-Lago raid in a way that they don't like.
So, they've already had these lists.
According to this story, the list had almost 2 million Americans on it.
They already have all these lists, folks.
The lists are just growing.
They've already got millions of Americans on lists.
They've got millions of Trump supporters on lists.
They've got millions of people that post on social media against the government on lists.
We're all already on lists.
And this Mar-a-Lago raid is just going to up the ante now.
Or you say anything about the open border.
Or you say anything about the sexual grooming of children.
Or you say anything about voter fraud or that Biden didn't win.
You're getting put down on a list and now they're going to hire 87,000 IRS agents for their Democrat-Liberal law enforcement wing just to expand the control they already have in the FBI. Sickening stuff.
But don't you dare say anything about election fraud, even though we continue to catch more criminals.
20 arrested, charged with election fraud in Florida, 2020 presidential election.
Mike Pompeo, did you know that Adam Kinzinger was begging for a job in the Trump administration?
I didn't know that. Mike Pompeo divulged that detail this morning, and he says this, Adam Kinzinger repeatedly asked me for a job in the Trump administration, Air Force Secretary or Ambassador, and a job for his wife.
So Kinzinger begged Pompeo for a job for him and his wife.
Now, Kinzinger attacks our Afghan plan that saw no U.S. fatalities, no Taliban takeover, no Americans left behind.
Adam, I enjoyed our work in Congress.
What's happened to you?
You should know better.
What has happened to Adam Kinzinger?
Was he always a hack? | ||
Was he always a Democrat? Or did somebody compromise him somehow?
Or was he trying to get into the Trump administration as a spy for the Democrats?
unidentified
|
Hmm... Very interesting.
Judge rules Twitter must turn over hidden documents to Elon Musk.
We'll see if anything comes to this. I feel like Elon Musk isn't even interested anymore.
I feel like he had his fun with Twitter and now it's just kind of a toy that maybe he'll move on with or maybe he'll sell his stock or who knows.
But I don't think we're going to find anything out about this.
I don't think Twitter... I don't think Elon Musk really cares anymore, to be honest.
So I don't think we're going to find anything about how Twitter shadow bans or censors or their algorithms or anything.
Because I think this thing is kind of losing steam.
But it's there. Speaking of losing steam, Alabama sororities reject biological male recruit.
You may remember we played the video.
It was a dude in makeup and a dress trying to get into Alabama sororities.
No luck. No luck. | ||
Still for women only. | ||
Sorry. PQQ and CoQ10 are on record as making the telomeres in your DNA last longer.
This is as close as the fountain of youth as you're gonna get.
And on top of that, this great product funds the Infowar, which defends liberty and freedom and your Second Amendment and your First Amendment and so much more at a critical time.
So it is a true 360 win-win situation when you go to InfowarStore.com and get DNA Force Plus, finally, our flagship product back in stock.
It keeps us on the air. | ||
And it's going to sell out quick.
But despite that, we're offering it for 50% off at InfowarStore.com to support our long-time viewers and listeners and for new folks to take advantage of it.
Alright, the race between Fetterman and Dr.
Oz has turned to be just a complete clown show, quite frankly.
But what do you think would happen if Dr.
Oz... Chased an unarmed black man through the streets with a shotgun.
What do you think would happen if Dr.
Oz chased an unarmed black man through the streets with a shotgun?
Well, I don't know. | ||
What do you think would happen if John Fetterman chased an unarmed black man through his streets with a gun?
Well, I guess we don't have to ask what if.
Because he did! | ||
unidentified
|
And he admitted it during a media interview in 2013.
This is hilarious. | ||
John Fetterman says he did the right thing chasing down an unarmed black man with a shotgun.
This is hilarious in clip 12.
unidentified
|
I believe I did the right thing, but I may have broken the law during the course of it.
And, you know, I'm certainly not above the law.
unidentified
|
And new at 6 tonight, the mayor of Braddock admits to pulling a shotgun after chasing a man he suspected of firing a gun near his home.
And it turns out that man was just an innocent jogger.
Innocent jogger. | ||
Wow. Innocent jogger. | ||
John Fetterman chased an innocent black jogger through his neighborhood with a shotgun?
unidentified
|
No. Couldn't be. | |
Couldn't be. Certainly the media would be up in arms.
Certainly the Democrats wouldn't put a guy like that up for office.
So can you imagine if Dr.
Oz chased an unarmed black man with a shotgun through his neighborhood?
Can you even imagine? | ||
Oh, it's just... | ||
Oh, it's so rich. | ||
unidentified
|
Whew! It's just... | |
We are living in a clown world.
Ezra Miller breaks silence on criminal allegations.
I am suffering complex mental issues.
You don't say. | ||
You don't say. Isn't that amazing?
So Ezra Miller, honestly, I can't even keep up with all the weird stuff that's been going on with this guy.
The shoving of women, the physical abuse of people, the kidnappings.
I mean, honestly, it's so weird what I've heard about him, and then it's like it gets no coverage.
But see, he's a proud liberal Democrat gay guy.
So they can't burn him, you see?
He's a strong liberal Democrat, and he's gay, and so he can't get in trouble for all the stuff that he's doing.
So what does he have to do?
He just has to come out and say he has a mental disorder.
And then all is forgiven.
Oh, all the accusations and charges and criminal behavior, I just have a mental disorder.
Well, yeah, you're a liberal.
So at least you're finally admitting the problem here.
You do have a mental disorder.
It's called liberalism. So it's funny, they admit that all of their Hollywood stooges are mentally disabled, but then that just ends up being the excuse so they get away with crimes.
So, oh, all these criminal allegations, well, I'm mentally disabled.
Yeah, you're a liberal, we know that, but so how does that, we're supposed to forget your crimes now?
We know that's why you're above the laws, because we're liberal.
We know you're not getting punished in Hollywood because you're a gay liberal.
We know that. Well, I just, I have a mental disorder.
We know you're a liberal.
That doesn't make you above the law.
He's getting treatment.
The NBA has decided they will no longer be playing basketball games on election days.
That's never before happened.
The NBA says the 2022 schedule will show no Election Day games.
They'll all play on the Monday before the election with the Civic Engagement Night to encourage fans, players, and staff to vote in the election.
So this is all Democrat Party propaganda.
The NBA has always played on election nights.
So they're going to run Democrat Party propaganda all Monday night before the election.
They're going to run it. The NBA still gets about $2 million on average to tune into a game on TV. So they're going to run Democrat Party propaganda for all NBA fans the night before the election.
And they say, oh, this is just to get out the vote.
Oh, then they show you Black Lives Matter.
They tell you how racist America is.
They tell you how much they hate Trump.
They tell you how much the climate's killing everybody.
So they just run all Democrat Party propaganda, but they act like, oh no, oh and in blue areas
where NBA teams play. | ||
All right ladies and gentlemen, remember coming up next is going to be Robert Barnes and Michael
Malice with the latest breaking response and commentary to the Alex Jones-Sandy Hook lawsuit.

Alright, so... If you haven't figured it out by now, I'll go ahead and let you know.
Man-made climate change is a lie.
Yeah, I know. | ||
It's all propaganda. | ||
It's all a lie. You've been lied to.
You've been tricked. You've been deceived.
the same con men who are bent on world domination.
They've used all kinds of different weather lies, climate lies to scare the people into capitulation
from global freezing to global warming to climate change to acid rain to glaciers will melt.
None of it's ever happened, none of it's ever come true and it will never come true because it's all lies.
So now a group of scientists, more than 1200 to be exact, Scientists and professionals declare there is no climate
emergency. | ||
Now these scientists that signed the World Climate Declaration with the actual science that proved there is no man-made climate change that's going to kill the planet in 10 years or 20 years or 50 years, they actually show you the science.
They're not going to get amplified.
Their voices aren't going to get heard.
They're not going to get big TV interviews.
Nobody's going to want to republish this study.
They only want to talk about the fear-mongering when it comes to climate change because that's where the propaganda works and that's how you can control the people.
I'm just at a loss, man. | ||
I just got to tell you, I'm just at a loss.
Because... You reach this certain point where you just say, look, man, if you want to be a brainwashed idiot that takes a vaccine that doesn't work, then just do it.
If you want to be a brainwashed idiot that wears a mask that doesn't work, just do it.
If you want to be a brainwashed idiot that thinks the planet's going to end in 10 years because people are on it, then just be that idiot.
And it's just like, just do it.
Just be an idiot. | ||
Be a loser. Be a brainwashed moron.
I'm done with you. But see, the problem is they want to attach us to it.
They want to take us down with it.
That's the problem. They want us all to believe in their propaganda.
They want us all to be brainwashed.
They want us all to be under MKUltra mind control.
They want us all to be victims of propaganda.
They want us all in their cult.
Just leave us alone. | ||
Go do your stupid crap. | ||
But see, and then there's the aspect of what they do to the kids.
But you know, I noticed something here.
I've got... It's like, oh yeah, look, I'm fighting climate change.
Oh my gosh, I'm so virtuous.
I'm so good. No, you're a brainwashed idiot.
You're a jackass. | ||
Just, guys, put it off the screen.
It's just really angering me right now.
I can't even look at it. | ||
Seeing my fellow man enslaved like that just...
That's what I'm saying. It's like, I don't want you to be a slave.
But if you want to be a slave, fine.
But don't bring me along for the ride.
Not interested. Not interested.
So here's a picture of Obama's mansion in Massachusetts, guys.
Go ahead, if you have it, you can put it on the screen or doc him it.
Let's go ahead and look at this. Let's see here.
Here's Obama's mansion in Massachusetts.
Okay, well, it's on a beach.
He's on a beach, so he's obviously not too concerned with the sea levels rising because he's on a beach.
And then what else do you notice here?
What else? Yeah, go right there.
Focus on the house here.
What do we notice about the house?
Do you guys see anything?
No solar panels. | ||
No solar panels for Obama.
Yeah. Lives on a beach. | ||
Tells you the sea levels are rising.
Promotes solar energy.
Doesn't have a single solar panel on his mansion.
Because Obama knows it's all a lie.
Obama knows man-made climate change is a lie.
Obama knows that solar energy is not the answer.
He just wants you to believe that.
And so it gets even more ridiculous if you can believe that.
How they get... | ||
Is this Nate Burleson, the former NFL receiver?
I'm not sure. He's on CBS mornings and he has to read this report.
How you do this without laughing or how you do this without walking off the set is amazing to me.
Today's children are 30% less aerobically fit There might be a level to the exercising thing for sure, but it's mostly diet.
It's really diet and exercise.
It's the processed sugars, it's the processed foods, and it's the seed oils that we are consuming.
That's what it is. It's seed oils and processed foods.
Foods and sugars. That's what's causing the obesity.
The exercise is definitely part of it, too, but it's more the consumption of the unhealthy foods.
So listen to this reporter.
And then it's racist, too, of course.
So listen to this. I can't believe he's able to read this.
How you could continue to do this job after having to read this on CBS Mornings is just pathetic.

A new study showing how climate change, specifically higher temperatures, is making our children more inactive and more obese.
The study published in a journal Temperature found today's children are 30% less aerobically fit than their parents were at their age.
Fewer children are reaching the World Health Organization's recommendation of 60 minutes of exercise a day.
Now listen, it has been a lot harder.

|
Hotter. And the weather has been crazy.
But I think it also has to do with technology.
You know? Yeah. It's one thing not to go outside.
So that's good. There's no doubt there may be a little technological thing there.
But, you know, maybe that is...
It really is both, though.
I mean, it really is the diet and it really is the lack of wanting to go outside.
It's not the weather. | ||
It's not the weather. It was hot when I was a kid.
I remember how hot it was when I was a kid.
It was stinking hot when I was a kid.
And we had to play on black tops and that old AstroTurf that was so hot.
So, no, it's not the weather.
It's the diet and it's the lack of exercise.
It's all just crazy. | ||
But now, bad news. | ||
Bad news if you're a muscle car fan.
Dodge will retire the Charger and the Challenger.
In the new pursuit of electric vehicles.
Now this is sad coming from Dodge.
Because Dodge was kind of the one pushing back on the whole electric vehicle thing.
And they were building these SRT engines that they were putting in everything.
They were putting it in Jeeps, Durangos, obviously the Charger and the Challenger.
They were even considering putting it in a minivan.
They were going to bring back the Avenger and put one in an Avenger.
And now they're just ceasing it all.
Now they just went the complete 180 on it and are getting rid of all the muscle cars.
Really a sad thing. | ||
But I don't think it's going to last.
And I wouldn't be surprised if Dodge doesn't have a long-term plan to bring back these cars down the road.
And this might just be part of a marketing campaign.
But there's no doubt the agenda to get gas-powered cars off the road is very real.
Even though... The carbon footprint of electric vehicles is pretty much the same as a gas-powered vehicle, all things considered.
Because you know what charges the electric-powered vehicles.
It's gas and coal. So there's that.
Alright, before Michael Malice and Bob Barnes take over, have you seen the video of the snake with legs?
This is the kind of stuff of your nightmares, folks.
They're now making new technology so that snakes can walk around.
This is one of the most creepy things you've seen in this dystopian future now.
Snakes with legs. | ||
I'll pass on that. | ||
And then they've got this video of a spider.
Who's reacting to the iPhone laser, the LiDAR laser on the iPhone, and somehow the spider can see it.
So I can't tell if this freaks me out of what the LiDAR laser on iPhones are doing, or if I want to attach one to my head for the next time I'm confronted by a spider.
But that's wild stuff. | ||
Alright, Bob Barnes and Michael Malice take over from here on out.
I'll see you tomorrow. One of the other things that was very buzzworthy is apparently Alex's attorney handed over all the contents of his phone to the prosecution team, never told Alex, never even said, wait a minute, this is Privileged information, you can't include it into the record.
Because I believe if they sent it by accident, I immediately called the lawyer and says, well, that was by accident.
That lawyer cannot legally use it or look at it.
That really is kind of someone taking seriously.
His lawyer didn't even do that.
He got ambushed with that on the stand.
Apparently, he said he never used emails.
But the plaintiff said, no, no, here are some emails.
So can you break down...
Whether that is accurate. And this all seems very unusual to me.
No doubt. I mean, Alex Jones is once again the canary in the coal mine.
And because so much of institutional conservative opinion wants to distance itself from Alex Jones, that consequently, just like they ignored it during the massive takeout in 2018, Alison Morrow did a great breakdown where she said, go back and look at what they said in 2018.
They were like, oh, this is just unique to Alex Jones.
This won't be more broadly applied.
We don't oppose dissident opinions.
We don't oppose anything labeled conspiracy theories.
This was just unique hate speech.
Of course, they couldn't document what hate speech Alex Jones had ever done.
It was a giveaway. They were seeing what they could get away with Jones so they could ultimately culminate in the President of the United States while he's President of the United States getting deplatformed using the Jones template to do it.
It's not a coincidence.
They take out Jones with weaponized lawfare, and a week later they have the confidence to go after the President of the United States in an unprecedented search warrant and raid and ransacking up his private home.
So it's because they saw one as a green light for the other and because so many civil libertarians like Alan Dershowitz and institutional conservatives like Megyn Kelly and others are not paying attention to the core facts of what happened in Alex Jones.
Because the core fact, the media narrative is going to be, Alex Jones said untrue things about a couple of plaintiffs
related to that were victims of the same, that were parents of the victims of Sandy Hook,
that a jury found him liable for those false statements.
They issued big verdicts because of how much damage it had done, and that will be the media narrative.
Almost all that media narrative is false.
Truth is, Alex Jones is being sued not just for things he said about specific people,
because in fact, he never said anything about specific people that are suing him.
The people that are suing him are suing him on the grounds that they felt emotionally offended and upset
by him questioning the government's narrative about a big public event.
And people need to process what that means in terms of precedent.
Anybody who raises, they actually ask these questions during the deposition stage,
that shouldn't Alex Jones realize, merely questioning who committed a crime,
merely questioning what was responsible or culpable for a crime, what could be offensive
to people that are related to victims of the crime, and that he should be sued for doing that.
That would apply to questioning 9-11, Oklahoma City, that would, to anybody who questioned
anything related to COVID, anybody.
So they're trying to. | ||
And in fact, MSNBC legal analysts were on TV this week saying this can now be used to take out independent content creators in what they call the misinformation space about elections, COVID, Biden family, etc. So that's the goal is to weaponize the legal system to bankrupt people for dissident opinions.
And the question then is, how do they get there?
They got there because they denied Alex Jones his day in court.
I mean, what defines the American legal system?
And we were in the 1930s attacking the Soviet show trials.
First time that language started getting utilized in legal discourse and public discourse in America.
Our point was, hey, the big difference is in America, you always have your day in court.
Alex Jones has never got his day in court.
And they used every trick in the book to deny him.
There's people who still tell me, oh, Alex never participated in discovery.
Alex sat for hundreds of hours of depositions himself personally, plus all the Infowars people, produced over a million pages of documents and information.
Anybody who watched the trial could see they had every video, every text, every email, every piece of information that could be available.
They had depositions testimony from everybody.
They had deposition after deposition after deposition after deposition from Alex Jones.
They had all his financial information.
They had all the company's financial information, all the employment information, information that wasn't even relevant to the case in the first place.
And yet he was denied any trial on the merits to a jury, which is a violation of federal and state constitutional rights in Texas and will happen in Connecticut and in the upcoming case.
And there's another case in Texas.
And to give people an idea of how crazy the legal case is in case people think this is just about Sandy Hook families suing over specific statements about them.
Never was. There's an FBI guy suing Alex Jones in Connecticut.
An FBI guy who has no connection to any victim on Sandy Hook just because he investigated Sandy Hook.
So that's the legal precedent they're trying to set that the FBI could sue us for second guessing what they did.
That's how terrifying it is from a free speech perspective.
The second part is how they eviscerated his day in court.
Violated due process rights, rights to jury trials, rights to counsel, rights to confront accusers.
All of it stripped. He was denied rights to dismiss based on his extrajudicial speech.
Speaks that didn't happen inside a courtroom.
They said, you said things we don't like on your show, so now we're going to strip you of your procedural rights.
No right to bring an anti-slap motion.
No right to bring a motion to dismiss.
No right to bring a summary judgment motion.
No right to appeal. Then, at trial, We're good to go.
You know, modern liberal authoritarian, like the statist of the 1920s and 30s.
These are not your free speech Berkeley movement liberals of the 1960s.
Right. Not the same crowd.
And so what happened, they manipulated the jury selection.
If you were a juror and you said you weren't willing to give over $100 million, the highest verdict ever in a comparable case in the history of the world, you were excluded.
Whereas if you wanted that, you were put on the jury.
If you said that you had doubts about whether Alex Jones had been treated fairly always by the media, you're out.
If you said, oh, the media's always been honest about Alex Jones, you're in.
So they manipulated that aspect of the case.
Did his attorneys not have the right to kick people off the jury themselves?
They had limited rights.
So what was happening is normally both sides get only a few what's called peremptory strikes.
The rest are strikes for cause as dictated by the court.
Also, historically, you're not allowed to ask, oh, you're going to rule in my favor at the end of the case.
Yeah, right, yeah. And yet the plaintiffs, that's what was happening.
Hey, are you ready to give $100 million?
Yeah, who's ready to give $100 million?
And if anybody has any doubt about what the case is all about, they can just listen to the plaintiff's lawyer's own closing statements to the jury, which actually used the phrase, take him out.
That's what they said. Stuff that if Jones had said, they would have stuck him in jail.
Yeah. Prevent him from ever being on—not only take him off the air now, prevent him from ever being on the air.
And not just him, anybody like him.
Election deniers, COVID deniers, you know, war, people that deny who's good and bad in public wars, who's good and bad in law enforcement, etc.
And so they stripped him of every rule of due process.
They stripped him of every rule of evidence.
The court, like, issued—people were saying this made the trial an idiocracy— Look like a perfect trial by comparison.
Because you had a judge up there who's over 100 times granting whatever objection the plaintiffs make, almost never granting any objection the defense makes.
She introduced evidence about Alex's statements, out-of-court statements about the jury.
That's never been allowed in the history of America.
They introduced part of my statements about how the case was scripted, but they only allowed five seconds of my statement to be read.
That was not only not relevant, and I wasn't a party opponent,
but also it violated what's called the rule of completeness.
It was 28 years ago that I first got on air.
I'd done a lot of studying, thanks to family and friends that warned me about the globalist threat into their operations.
When I read the books and white papers actually written by some of the heads of major corporations and foundations and government institutions, talking about a post-human world and the end of the family and corporate enforced communism, I knew that I had to resist it.
And that's what we've done here in the last 28 years.
And thanks to your support, thanks to your understanding of what we face, Humanity now has a fighting chance against the globalists.
So as we enter these critical midterms in 2022, it is more important than ever to realize that we really are the resistance.
Infowars and our supporters and viewers are the enemy of the globalists.
They hate our guts. | ||
They hate your guts. We really are the rebel leaders.
We really are the resistance.
We really are the hope for the future.
And I want that to really sink in for viewers and listeners right now who are listening or watching me.
Infowars is the rebel base.
It is the 1776 Americana resisting the Great Reset and Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates and the New World Order.
And without you, we're going to be shut down.
The globalists hate Infowars because we represent populism and justice and freedom.
We represent you. We think like you do.
We come from where you do.
We believe in the same ideals you believe in, no matter what color you are, of justice and family and God and free market.
Whether you're in Brazil, Or whether you're in Eastern Europe, whether you're in Africa, whether you're in North America, whether you're in Europe or Japan, it doesn't matter.
You love justice. | ||
You love freedom. You love common sense.
You love logic. And that's why we're brothers and sisters.
So now, coming to you from the embattled rebel base in Austin, Texas, in direct conflict with the New World Order, I'm asking every viewer and listener now to realize our most important work that we've done in 28 years is now at hand.
Now we try to make it easy to support Infowars with great books, great films, water filtration, air filtration, and high quality supplements so that you get products that empower you and your family You can fund our operation and get a product that makes your life better.
We want you to come back for more.
And because of supply chain breakdowns and other problems, many of our best-selling products in the last year have not been available, and that's what helped push InfoWars into bankruptcy.
But we have a plan to stay on air and to be even stronger if you'll continue to support.
So now, your investment in InfoWars has been amazing.
Your time, your energy, your money, and I thank you for that.
But I'm asking you now more than ever, Keep this operation on air at this critical time.
Now it's been sold out for more than nine months.
It wouldn't cut the quality of the products.
It's finally back in stock with the PQQ, the CoQ10 and so much more.
Incredible for your DNA, for your cells, for your immune system.
This is the Rolls Royce.
This is the Ferrari of supplements.
DNA Force Plus is now finally back in stock.
And despite the fact it's been sold out for close to a year, we are still going to offer it out of the gates for 50% off for a limited time at Infowarsstore.com.
So DNA Force is now back in stock at Infowarsstore.com.
It will empower your life, will make you so much more healthy, and it'll keep us on the air.
A 360 win. Altered clips or altered pieces of a letter or a document and say, present that as the evidence.
You have to present the whole context.
Jones was denied. They wouldn't allow any of that to come in on Jones' behalf.
They wouldn't allow Jones to present any defense evidence whatsoever.
During the punitive damages stage, he wasn't allowed to present any evidence at all.
During the substantive stage, if he ever started defending himself, the judge started scolding him and saying, no, truth is what I say it is.
Truth isn't what you think it is, Mr.
Jones. It was like a 1984 Orwell moment.
Repeat after me, Alex Jones.
Two plus two equals five, and so forth.
And it gave people an idea of how default happened.
The more Alex Jones asserted his innocence, the more he said, I don't have evidence that proves my guilt because I'm not guilty.
They said, ha ha, that proves you're guilty.
That's what they did to him.
I'm back. Sorry, CIA. I apologize one more time to the Clinton family profusely and provocatively.
So why was there any trial at all?
Because you had three movie cameras in the room.
You had a movie camera staring down the jury the entire time.
They knew they were part of a movie.
The people who did the Leaving Neverland documentary were given exclusive rights to film the entire trial.
So you have, that's why all of a sudden the judge who's a mask lover suddenly has no mask because she's going to be featured in the future documentary.
And as long as you have a, there's a legal rule in America that if what you report is what came out of a courtroom, as long as you accurately reported what took place in that courtroom, you can't be sued even if you're repeating a lie.
And so this whole trial was to script a lie about Alex Jones.
And thus, a lot of evidence came in that was against him that had no bearing.
A lot of evidence was presented in an altered manner without completeness.
And he wasn't allowed to present anything.
And none of it had anything to do with what was actually on trial because it was for the movie company.
So they can make a documentary that tells a false story about Alex Jones that he can't sue about because they're just reproducing what happened in the court.
One of the things that I think conservatives don't appreciate, and I'd love to hear your perspective as an attorney, is, you know, they watch all these court shows, and the judge is, you know, this kind of austere elder gentleman or elder woman who's sitting there kind of musing and is kind of tough and no nonsense.
But my understanding is...
When it comes to the courtroom system, very often inside that court, it is anarchy in the chaotic sense that the judges can do pretty much anything they damn well please.
You have some people on the bench, I'm not saying this judge, but who have no business adjudicating anything, and there's no accountability for them whatsoever.
And that's a lot closer to the truth.
You have to be basically an activist in a dress rather than someone who's an austere.
Well, personally, I think this, but the law says this so that my hands are tied.
Is my impression accurate in your opinion?
Oh, no doubt. And this judge, I encouraged anyone to watch it.
People who are anti-Alex Jones were cheering this judge because of how overtly anti-Alex Jones she was.
She got elected saying, I'll give everybody their day in court.
I'll be fair. I'll be neutral.
I'll be impartial. Nobody who watched even a part of the trial came away with the conclusion, if I was Alex Jones, I would want this person as my judge.
If I was, if I was, I would, or thought she was impartial.
She was so overtly, and she has a long social media page of, this is what a social justice warrior as a judge looks like if people want to see what that is, regardless of what they care about Alex Jones.
They get to watch it in live time.
Watch how over the top she is, how sarcastic she is.
She refers to the jury as her jury.
She's praiseworthy of the plaintiffs, hypercritical of the defendants.
And as you note, one of the things that happened was the plaintiff's lawyer gets up and gives a speech, Which you're not supposed to do.
You're supposed to be questioning the witness at the time, in which he claims that Alex Jones' lawyer gave him all of the attorney-client privilege files and personal files.
Now, two things about that.
One is, what that lawyer admitted to was a patent violation of law and ethics in America.
In most courtrooms, they would have sanctioned him, and he would have been up for potential disbarment.
Instead, the plaintiff's lawyer is publicly rewarded.
The same Texas State Bar that's worried about what Sidney Powell said about elections and is going after her is doing nothing about this openly corrupt, rogue plaintiff's lawyer.
Because all of us as lawyers in America, somebody sends us stuff accidentally in the legal world, just happens all the time, due to the nature of technology.
And so what happened here was some information got uploaded to a Dropbox file by a paralegal that was the raw information.
It was the wrong information.
The plaintiff's counsel lets the defense lawyer know this looks like a mistake happened.
What happened is Alex Jones' lawyer wrote back, disregard that link.
Just get rid of that. We'll send you a new one.
Thinking that was the end of it.
Didn't know the plaintiff's lawyer ran in and downloaded the entire file and was sharing it.
unidentified
|
With anybody, even intimate photos of Alex Jones' wife.
By the way, this is a guy who's been defaulted because he never participated in Discovery, right?
And then how do they have his entire phone file if he never participated in Discovery?
That's a lie that people like Megyn Kelly and others are repeating out there.
Now, I don't think Megyn Kelly knows it's a lie because the media just accepts.
It's fascinating to always watch the conservative media's willingness to buy the media's version of events, this sort of, I think, Gellar Mann or whatever it's called, that form of amnesia where you know this is an untrustworthy source and then you start citing it again.
It's the same thing. | ||
We're seeing some aspects of the Trump thing.
David French is the world.
Well, let's wait. Maybe they had a legitimate reason to do this raid.
It's like, come on. You don't have to be a genius to figure out Pravda is no longer reliable.
But this is the same mindset here with Jones, where people are repeating and regurgitating completely false stories about the guy.
So he was completely stripped of his rights to present his own trial, to present his own defense, to have his day in court.
His First Amendment rights are being severely infringed upon.
It turned out this information that the lawyer had was illegally obtained.
Also, a lawyer cannot waive attorney-client privilege.
Only the client can. | ||
And this lawyer was admitting, hey, Alex, I have stuff that you never gave me authorized to have me.
That was an admission of an ethics violation right there in open court.
I mean, extraordinary that he suffered no consequences.
Yeah, that's a good point. If I mail you a bloody glove that I killed somebody with and you're the prosecutor, there may be other things you could do, but you can't use that because it wasn't obtained lawfully.
Exactly. If someone has a faulty search warrant and they find evidence in my house that shows I committed a crime, they can't admit that into court because it hasn't been acquired through ethical legal means.
And to give you an idea of how the disparity is such a joke, compare the other mistake that got made in discovery.
The plaintiffs in Connecticut turned over their medical records as part of the case because they're alleging certain physical emotional injury.
That information was then shared with Jones' Texas counsel because he was going to be stepping into the Connecticut case at one point.
The paralegal accidentally uploaded that to the plaintiff's lawyers in Texas.
When they found that out, they took it down.
What's happened? The courts in Texas and Connecticut are ordering sanctions hearing for Alex Jones' lawyers as to why that ever happened.
So note the disparity. | ||
There, they accidentally turned something over, and they're going to be subject to potential disbarment.
The plaintiff's lawyers deliberately, overtly, by his own admission, steals records that don't belong to him, shares it with third parties, and he's getting rewarded in the court of public opinion.
What about this conspiracy theory I've seen on the internet that Alex's attorneys did this on purpose in order to force a mistrial?
No, because they had 25 other grounds for a mistrial.
So this information, I have no doubt that it was done accidentally, because they also turned over medical records.
And this was done by a paralegal.
So these kind of cases have so much discovery.
You usually have a paralegal involved.
These technical errors, they're trying to upload to their own file.
They accidentally upload to somebody else's file.
Happens all the time. What was extraordinary about this case...
Was the plaintiff's lawyers flagrantly violating the rules about this and being rewarded by the judges for doing so?
So what is the next steps for Alex in Texas?
And what are going to be the next steps for him in Connecticut?
Because I believe in Connecticut, that judge as well gave him a summary judgment and Alex is not going to have a back and forth with the witnesses or like that.
The Connecticut judge has been just as egregiously bad as the Texas judge.
And what's been fascinating is people say, well, two different judges have ruled something.
And I'm like, you've got to be kidding me, right?
Yes, I get there are two judges and the whole judiciary as a whole is biased against Alex Jones.
That's a proven reality.
That's like saying, well, both the senators in my state voted for this bill.
It's like, okay, yeah. Exactly.
It's a deference to authority is what it really is.
And judges, particularly state court judges, but judges in general, don't deserve such deference.
And so for Jones, the punitive damages of that first, he has that Texas case, another Texas case, and another Connecticut case.
And by the way, this is a guy who prior to 2017 had never been sued in 25 years.
Then suddenly he's sued or legal claims brought against him in over 25 contexts within 12 months.
Does anybody really think that had nothing to do with his political speech?
Right, right. It's obvious what they're doing is the plaintiff's lawyers admitted the whole goal is to take him out and never allow, like what they said about Trump, when they said, take him out and never allow another Trump to rise again.
Remember when, like, Obama, high-ranking Obama people were saying that?
They said explicitly the same about Alex Jones.
That's what they're trying to do. And ultimately, Alex Jones is everybody and everybody is Alex Jones.
So that's the perils of these precedents.
But he's got another Texas case upcoming.
And then the Connecticut case has like eight or nine plaintiffs.
And it's in Connecticut where Sandy Hook occurred.
These are the same group of people that just shook down the Remington for $77 million on a claim that had no legal basis because it's Sandy Hook.
Because it's guns, because they're all very overtly political up there.
And so all of the Connecticut cases stayed, and the other Texas cases stayed, and the Texas judgment has stayed because InfoWars has filed for bankruptcy.
And that's free speech systems.
And to give people an idea of how ridiculous the plaintiff's case was, they said InfoWars, without Alex Jones, without any commitment or involvement of Alex Jones, on an ongoing basis, If he disappeared tomorrow, InfoWars media company was worth close to a quarter of a billion dollars.
Does anybody think someone's going to pay $230 million to InfoWars without Alex Jones just for the web domain?
I mean, that's literally all you have.
You have a media company. It's a web domain.
That's your only asset.
You don't have any other assets because Alex Jones isn't under exclusive contract.
So that gives you an idea of where it is.
So it's in bankruptcy because Infowars owes more debt than it has in payment.
His goal is to restructure, pay off all of these debts, come to some much more reasonable number, and continue to restore Infowars.
In Texas, he has broad defenses against personal collection.
You can have a residence.
What they call your homestead exemption in Texas can be like 200 acres.
So that's not collectible.
Your retirement's not collectible.
Your 401k is not collectible.
Your wages are not collectible.
A wide range of government payments are not collectible.
Up to $50,000 of personal assets is not collectible.
So Texas has some of the best defenses against personal collection in the country.
So there's limits to how much they can harass Alex Jones.
The punitive damages judgment itself is illegal under Texas law.
It has to be reduced from $45 million to $1.5 million.
What's the law there? | ||
If your only damages are not economic damages, and the plaintiffs here, that's all of their damages were not economic damages, emotional damages, even lost to reputation is considered non-economic, is up to $750,000 or the amount awarded, unless the amount awarded is greater than $750,000.
So what it boils down to is by law, the punitive damages has to be reduced to $750,000 per plaintiff per defendant.
And my understanding also is this something you and I discussed briefly in person.
They're saying that these damages, these emotional damages are on top of their real emotional damages, which is their kids were murdered.
I mean, this is something I wouldn't wish on almost anyone.
And you get that phone call.
I can't imagine what that's like.
You're never going to recover. It's just the most horrific thing ever.
And then also there's some asshole on the internet, you know, running their mouth and talking nonsense about you.
But in terms of which is causing the emotional harm, I think in terms of proportionality, it just seems kind of ludicrous to say, you know, I was having, I was, I was doing okay with this until Alex Jones came along.
Well, at multiple levels, if a jury was allowed, this is why they couldn't allow the evidence to come in.
We had tested it with a range of focus groups and other groups out there.
The average jury verdict, actually half of the jurors were for Alex Jones and were ruling in his favor once they found out all the facts.
So that would have been shocking to the system.
Alex Jones wins the Sandy Hook case, that would have crushed him.
It would have backfired. That's why they could never let him present his evidence in court.
That's why they were always going to default him.
They were going to find any pretext they could because they couldn't allow him to present his evidence, even to a liberal Democratic jury pool like Austin or Connecticut.
Of the other groups, the average verdict was $100,000.
Because in all of these cases, to my knowledge, they never introduced evidence that they ever timely requested a correction, retraction, or apology request.
So if you're saying, you know what, my emotional trauma is not from the death of my son, but is from Alex Jones, what would an ordinary person do?
They would complain about somebody falsely reporting about them.
These plaintiffs never did.
They didn't do it until the very eve of court, eve of trial.
Oh, wow. Okay. When most jurors heard this fact, They're like, okay.
That's huge, because it's one thing to say cease and desist, and in defiance of the cease and desist, Alex is like, screw you, your kid's alive, you're at Christ, blah, blah, blah.
But that never happened. I did not know that.
Exactly. That never happened at all.
It was key, critical, essential evidence that they didn't allow him to present in either trial.
They didn't allow him to present all the times he's apologized, even though Texas law explicitly states, like most states, that if you apologize in any way, issue a correction or retraction in any way, you have a right to present that to the jury as mitigation of damages.
That's germane. The judge struck that, said you're not allowed to hear that, and pretended that he never did apologize when he'd apologized like 25 times in the prior four years.
So briefly, now he gets an appeal in Texas and Connecticut is just trying to figure out the damages?
So all of the cases are stayed, pending the bankruptcy proceeding.
So the Connecticut court was initially going to flagrantly violate a bankruptcy stay and allow the case to proceed anyway, and then got word from the bankruptcy court, federal law still trumps, so quit pretending you can violate a stay.
You're going to have a Connecticut state judge in contempt of a federal court.
That's how crazy these judges are about Alex Jones.
And so because of that, all the cases are stopped.
The bankruptcy court may resolve it.
He has a right to appeal the underlying, the judgment in Texas.
The problem in Connecticut is the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court are just as political and partisan as the trial court is.
So extremely unlikely he could ever get justice there.
The problem in Texas is the Court of Appeals, where he has a right of appeal, is equally political.
Five of the six judges are liberal Democratic judges.
They're judges who have run for Texas Supreme Court on the grounds of screwing Alex Jones over in their Court of Appeals.
That's how bad it is. | ||
The only hope he has is two courts, the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
court, other than the bankruptcy court, correcting a lot of these things.
So the Texas Supreme Court, seven conservative Republicans, at the very beginning of the
case at the time I was involved in the case, the two of the Texas Supreme Court justices
wanted to take it then and stop the whole case then.
He only needed one more and it would have ended the whole charade.
So I think the Texas Supreme Court, if they ever take up the case, will reverse all of
it because there were so many rights violated, so many rules ignored, such respect for the
law thrown out, that even for Alex Jones, they've got to respect the law.
And the Connecticut case's only hope is either the bankruptcy court or the U.S. Supreme Court.
It does implicate U.S. Supreme Court constitutional issues because it goes to Hustler, the Hustler versus...
Falwell case, the Westboro Baptist case, which said there's no such thing as a wrong idea.
You can't sue over an idea.
They're trying to do that here.
And constitutionally, there's a requirement called colloquium, which says you have to identify the person you're lying about or it's free speech.
So here, Alex Jones never named any of the plaintiffs ever.
Everybody's suing him. He never talked about it.
Sorry, go ahead. Quickly, maybe this is a stupid question.
If Alex and Infowars assets are in Texas, Connecticut can still somehow get at them if there's a judgment against him?
No, they ultimately have to go to Texas as well.
So to actually enforce the judgment, they have to go to Texas to enforce that judgment.
They're limited to whatever assets are in Connecticut.
But if there are no assets, including banking assets in Connecticut, then they got to go through Texas.
And Texas law protects Alex Jones even against a Connecticut judgment.
So the other thing is, as you said, the parents who are suing, he did not single them out specifically saying, no, no, everyone else's kids were killed.
You guys lied. So isn't there a huge incentive for some of these other parents to sue him as well?
Or has the statute of limitations passed on that?
So, well, the statute of limitations actually passed on every claim brought against him because the courts just ignored it.
They just changed the rules about statutes of limitations like they changed the rules on everything else.
There's basically an Alex Jones exception to everything.
First Amendment, Second Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Sixth Amendment, Seventh Amendment.
But in the context of constitutionally, The U.S. Supreme Court only back in New York Times v.
Sullivan. One of the things that has not always been well remembered about that case is it wasn't just the actual malice standard for public figures.
And by the way, they said that all of these people were private figures.
Even though they've been all over TV voluntarily.
That's another issue. But in terms of the other aspect of Sullivan was, you have to identify the person, either by name, by image, or they're in such a small group that you have no choice but to know it's about them.
And that usually has been no greater than 25 people.
There's a lot more than that in the context of Sandy Hook.
The Texas Court of Appeals just eviscerated that.
Said, well, we're not going to apply that standard anymore.
The New Texas Standard is if you say something about a public event and somebody can Google somebody's name as being possibly connected to that event, they can now sue you if they're emotionally upset.
But a good point you make, most of the people connected to Sandy Hook have never sued or blamed Alex Jones for any of this.
It's only a very small group connected to plaintiff's lawyers who are making a lot of money off of blaming everybody except the shooter, everybody except the school safety, lack of school safety that was present, because truth of Sandy Hook is politicians lied, so kids died.
You couldn't lock the inside of the door.
This is why they hid information in the FOIA request.
This is why they were destroying evidence after the case that set people on all these crazy conspiracy theories, was because there actually was a cover-up of an actual illicit, in my view, criminal behavior.
The school safety people had pocketed the money rather than spend it on basic school safety for kids.
If teachers had had the mere means of locking the inside of the door, many of the kids would have lived.
And they couldn't allow that to get out.
So they had to hide that.
And instead, if you wanted to blame the gun, you also couldn't let out anything about the lack of bad pharmacological care of the individual, bad mental health treatment of young men in America, inadequate school safety in general, the fact that the more places a gun-free zone, the more it's a crime open zone.
The enemies of humanity recognize that Infowars has something special, something they fear, the research of the globalist operation and how to stop them, and the infrastructure to be able to get the message out to the people.
Ladies and gentlemen, I don't say this from a perspective of bragging.
I say it from a perspective of incredible responsibility.
InfoWars is literally the front lines and the tip of the spear against the New World Order and everything they're doing to attack humanity.
When I look back and I think about who we've influenced and the narratives that we've put out of truth to counter the narratives of lies, and I think about the incredible success That we have had over the years, it humbles me to just an incredible level to know that we've come so far together.
Now, Infowars is on the verge of collapse, just like America is.
But that's the globalist agenda, and we understand that.
But the minute that we're aware of what they've done, the minute that we're aware of their operations, the minute that we understand if we simply rally and come together and spread the word more than ever that they will fail, we win.
So that's why I'm here today talking to all of you about the importance of supporting liberty and freedom like you've never done before.
I know that you understand That Infowars is one of the last lines of defense.
I know that you understand that if you don't come through in the fight for freedom, it won't just be Alex Jones that's destroyed.
It'll be you and your family that are destroyed.
