It was late in 2011 when the NSABB, which is the NIH's advisory board, stopped two scientists from publishing an influenza gain-of-function study that I believe Dr. | |

| And they stopped it because they were afraid it could educate bioterrorists. | ||

| Over a decade ago, Sciences had figured out how to make H5N1, which is highly pathogenic avian influences, more contagious. | ||
| In 2012, those two scientists and 39 others implemented a voluntary gain of function research pause on influenza experiments. | ||
| In early 2012, Dr. | ||
| Fauci encouraged all influenza scientists to pause, gain a function, and said, and I'm quoting Dr. | ||
| Fauci, 2012, it's essential we respect the concern of the public domestically or globally and not ask them to take the word of the influenza scientists. | ||
| It's interesting to me that Dr. | ||
| Fauci was focused on the messaging, but he still wanted to continue the gain-of-function research. | ||
| Again in 2012, Dr. | ||
| Fauci also said, almost prophetically, that he worried about unregulated laboratories, perhaps outside of the United States, doing work sloppily and leading to an inadvertent pandemic. | ||
| And he went on to say the accidental release is what the world is really worried about. | ||
| I go forward to 2014 now. | ||
| After biosecurity accidents in the United States research labs, which our witnesses have talked about, the Obama White House implemented the second gain-of-function moratorium on influenza plus MERS and SARS because of the potential risk of lab accidents and inherent gain-of-function danger. | ||
| But gain-of-function still continued at the University of North Carolina. | ||
| Research later that we shared with Dr. | ||
| Xi, the Bat Lady. | ||
| Nevertheless, clearly the U.S. government and Dr. | ||
| Fauci knew that the viral gain of function research was very concerning. | ||
| And almost counter-intuitively, while Dr. | ||
| Fauci encouraged United States scientists to pause their GOF studies, Dr. | ||
| Fauci offshored the pause research to China, not once, but twice. | ||
| In 2012, Dr. | ||
| Fauci gave a new grant to Peter Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance for influenza research in China. | ||
| And then again in 2014, Dr. | ||
| Fauci gave another grant to Daszak for SARS research in China. | ||
| Daszak partnered with who? | ||
| The Wuhan Institute of Virology. | ||
| In late 2017, the NIH announced a lift on the gain-of-function moratorium, what became known as the P3CO framework, which we referred to, apparently without consultation from a Senate-confirmed State Department head or national security leadership. | ||
| Also significant there was no OSTP director in place and only an acting HHS secretary at the helm. | ||
| So what was the result of this? | ||
| NIH essentially lifts the moratorium on their own by slipping it in between administrations and self-policing. | ||
| And today we can't see the research record for Dr. | ||
| Fauci's offshore projects because the Chinese Communist Party supposedly has EcoHealth's records and NIH resists sharing theirs. | ||
| So I'll get to my question now. | ||
| Dr. Ebright, could EcoHealth's research in China have led to the COVID-19 pandemic And Dr. | ||
| Fauci's worst fears in a lab accident in a foreign lab became reality. | ||
| Yes. Lapses in U.S. oversight of gain-of-function research of concern may have caused the current pandemic and could cause future pandemics. | ||
| The U.S. government funded high-risk gain-of-function research and high-risk enhanced potential pandemic pathogens research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2016 to 2019. | ||
| The research overlapped the pause that was in effect in 2014 to 2017 and met the criteria to be paused but was not paused. | ||
| The research also overlapped the subsequent policy, the P3CO framework that has been in effect from 2018 to the present and met the criteria for federal risk benefit review under the P3CO framework. | ||
| So ladies and gentlemen, we have more of these clips coming from the gain-of-function hearing and what's incredible watching this and hearing this Everything Infowars reported was true. | ||

| are categorically separate and more justifiable than other components of gain-of-function research of concern. | ||
| For example, currently SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID, is present in millions of humans and is generating variant after variant. | ||
| Gain-of-function research of concern on SARS-CoV-2 involving the creation of new variants and analysis of the threat posed by them arguably can be justified because this is not creating new health threats that won't arise without intervention, but is addressing a health threat that's in place currently. | ||
| For that reason, and for reasons like that, I believe enhancing the oversight of the research is a more effective and more prudent strategy than simply banning it. | ||
| I would say improve oversight, but would you also agree dramatically limit it? | ||
| Absolutely. But we're talking about a virus that has a less than 1% mortality rate. | ||
| I know you got lied to about how deadly COVID was. | ||
| They lied to you about everything, Fauci and the mainstream media. | ||
| But we're talking about a virus that had a 99.9% survivability rate that they were playing with in labs to make as contagious and deadly as possible and then released to the public. | ||

| All... All showing what the Biden crime family was up to, specifically Hunter Biden with his drug abuse, his sex abuse, and the other sordid activities he was up to. | ||
| But see, they censor that, they brag about it, say it's misinformation, two weeks later it becomes true, and they never have to suffer the consequences. | ||

| Some big primaries last night, including in the state of Missouri. | ||
| How do you feel about the results in the state of Missouri? | ||

| I've been a friend of Eric Greitens for a long time, but he just had a mountain to climb up. | ||
| The Republicans did him dirty after the FBI did him dirty. | ||
| It's really a disgusting thing to watch, and it makes me sick to my stomach. | ||
| But these Republicans, and a lot of them he believes was Karl Rove and Mitch McConnell, who were leading some of these efforts against him, put out the most nasty campaign and hit pieces against him and ran some of the most vicious ads I've ever seen in my life. | ||
| They went to his ex-wife and used his children against him. | ||
| Which was as low as you go. | ||
| And I believe he thinks that that was Karl Rove who was doing that. | ||
| I'm gonna look into that some more, but that was the most vicious hit pieces I've ever seen to go to somebody's ex-wife, right? | ||
| And have her, you know, say some things. | ||
| And it was ridiculous, too, because Eric takes care of the kids. | ||
| Share the custody of the kids. | ||
| If this woman was so upset and she said he was abusing these kids, then why the hell would she let him have the kids ever, you know? | ||
| Which didn't make sense. | ||
| Eric denied all the charges. | ||
| But, you know, they had millions of dollars to run against him with these ads. | ||
| And for some reason, Owen, and I don't understand this, you might... | ||
| But they just hated this guy. | ||
| The RINOs, the establishment Republicans hated Eric Grein. | ||
| So it was really difficult for him. | ||
| They ran millions of dollars of ads against him. | ||
| Americans for Prosperity ran ads as a co-group. | ||
| And he just didn't have the funds to counter this. | ||
| Eric Schmidt did win. | ||
| And, you know, we're going to see. | ||
| We're going to see. Is he going to be MAGA? He said he did say in the final days that maybe he wouldn't support Mitch McConnell as the majority leader if and when he wins. | ||

| I hope he's not like we have a Senator Blunt right now who's retiring, Roy Blunt, and he's been a Republican squish for whatever 20 years he's been in. | ||

| So I hope Eric Schmidt is going to be better than that. | ||

| If there's any good news that comes from the sabotage of Eric Gritens, it's that Eric Schmidt, not the worst guy. | ||

| how his term as the governor got cut short because of an FBI setup operation against | ||

| The FBI lied and tried to set him up. | ||
| He had to resign for governor because of it. | ||
| Parsons has been, I guess, all right for Missouri, but I think Gridens probably would have been | ||
| better, obviously. | ||

| And here's what I think is sad. | ||
| I mean, look, I like Dan Bongino. | ||
| I think Dan Bongino is one of the best talk show hosts out there, especially when it comes to information. | ||
| But even Dan Bongino was piling on Eric Greitens, and I'm sure that's because some of his Republican people are telling him to pile on Greitens to help get Schmidt over the top. | ||
| It's just, the Republicans shouldn't be this way, and it really, to me, shows the lack of leadership in the Republican Party, not only that they would throw someone like Greitens under the bus, undeservedly, but that they would even have those two running against one another. | ||
| They should have been in separate races. | ||
| We need to spread out these great candidates. | ||
| Right, right. I think the Republican Party is just absent today. | ||
| I really do believe my argument today is prove me wrong, but I believe they're a subsidiary of the DNC. I don't think they do anything. | ||

| I just don't see Republicans doing a thing. | ||
| They went so hard after Eric Grimes. | ||
| I've never seen them be that hard against Democrats. | ||
