		Everything that the left gets behind is a masquerade for their political agenda.

		Progressives have hijacked the pain and suffering of black Americans for everything that they want to push, and it's despicable.

		Stop pimping black people, okay?
		Now, here's the deal.
		Let's go through this in three ways.
		First and foremost, why would anybody in this country want to forgive student loan debt?
		71% of folks with professional degrees have student loan debt.
		You know how much they make over a lifetime in earnings?
		3.6 million.
		Doctoral, 3.3 million.
		Master's degrees, 2.7 million.
		If you have less than a high school degree, you make about 900,000 a year throughout your lifetime if you're lucky.
		Why the hell with someone who dropped out of high school, only has a high school degree, Paid the loan of someone who's gonna make $3.6 million in their lifetime.
		So right then and there, it's nonsensical, it's unfair, and it's stupid.
		Alright, point number two. Who owns this debt?
		59% Asian students, 67% Hispanic, 70% white.
		Where is the racial justice?
		Where is the racial justice that she is talking about?
		Let's go to her district.
		I checked out her district last night.
		4.8% black people in her district.
		Who is she really helping in her district?
		That's correct. 73% white, over 60% graduation rate, more than double the national average.
		It is a gift to her white donors.
		One more thing, let's go with this.
		Who are her donors? Try Microsoft, number one donor.
		You know how many black people work for Microsoft?
		You can go down to the next train station and find more.
		3% are managers. It's one of the largest corporations in the world.
		Now, here's the problem. They keep saying, well, black people have more of a percentage.
		You know, it's harder to pay it back.
		That's not the college loan.
		That's society. That's Microsoft.
		That's progressive corporations who will write a check to a bogus organization that buys a $6 million house instead of really hiring people, training people.
		They're the ones who don't believe in black people.
		Microsoft, the people that progressives are protecting.
		The whole thing is a sham.
		It must stop.
		But here's the reason why. Have you ever asked yourself, why hasn't it stopped?
		If it's so easy for progressives and Biden, why haven't they signed off on this yet?
		Why? Try that the federal government, Biden, is making $23 billion a year off the interest.
		So it's a pretty big economic decision.
		Okay, you want to forgive 1.5 trillion dollars?
		You just want to make it go up in smoke?
		Okay, and then on top of that, 23, 25 billion a year in interest?
		Listen, it's an economic disaster.
		It's a farce. You can't tell me on one hand we're going to help people go to college and then on the other hand tell me college doesn't pay for itself.
		You can't have it both ways.
		One has to be correct.

		Canceling student loan debt.
		And he just eviscerates it right there in about three minutes.
		But what he says at the beginning is so accurate.
		And gay people could say the same thing.

		Muslims, Jews, everybody could say the same thing that's...
		been used by the progressive left as a token before as a mask before Political blackface, political gayface, the rainbow flag.
		All this tribalism, identity politics that the Democrat Party, that liberal progressives engage in, it's all political.
		They don't actually care about your skin color.
		They don't actually care about your sexual orientation.
		They don't actually care about any of this crap.
		All they care about is their political agenda.
		And as soon as you're in one of their supported minority groups or what have you, One of their supported abnormality groups.

		I mean, now that I'm just thinking about it, I was gonna say not only one thing, but it's not only like 30 things, but we'll keep the list short.
		Not only... Has the Biden administration gone into our strategic oil reserves?
		Not only have they already, because of their policy, seen the price per gallon skyrocket since he's been in office.
		And you could do not only, not only, not only.
		Well, now the latest slap in the face for Americans, the latest insult from the White House, the strategic, our strategic oil reserves...
		That the Biden administration released because they didn't want the negative headlines about low gas prices.
		And they, of course, are getting asked, what are you going to do about these gas prices?
		Well, they don't have an answer. So they say, well, let's just put the strategic reserves out.
		And all that's done is really just steadied the gas prices momentarily.
		So they released the strategic oil reserves that are supposed to be strategic, not strategic to save your falling approval rating, not strategic to save your hopes in the midterms, but strategic if the country needs it.
		No, but now it's strategic for the Democrat emergency that is Joe Biden.
		So all it's really done is just steady the price.
		So really the price should still be going up.
		But they've synthetically leveled it out momentarily until we run out of the strategic reserves.
		I guess they're just going to tap into them until we run out, is the plan, I suppose, so that you can keep paying $7 or $8 a gallon instead of $9, $10, $11 a gallon, which is where it'll be.
		But no, not only tapping into our strategic oral reserves, not only Shutting down our oil, raising the price and everything else.
		Now they announce they're sending the United States strategic oil reserves to Europe.
		How do you like that?
		And it doesn't stop there.
		They're also going to raise the taxes.
		As the Biden administration says, hey, we're transitioning.
		We're transitioning because we're going green.
		So we're going to have these new green taxes and we're going to be taxing gasoline even more.
		And you have to understand, this is the entire...
		This is not a mistake.
		This is the plan.
		The plan is to price you out.
		The plan is to price you out from driving a car.
		The plan is to price you out from heating and cooling your home.
		That's the great reset.
	A giant middle class...
	Where the average citizen has affordable access to energy and commerce and commute and everything else.
	So yeah, you can even be low-class, low-income, Here in America and still afford to pay your bills and drive to work.
	Not under Build Bag Better.
	Not under the Great Reset.
	And it's all by design.
	If they can't convince you to be a good New World Order slave, if they can't convince you to live in a pod and eat the bugs...
	And own nothing and have no privacy and be happy.
	If they can't convince you, they'll just price you out of that lifestyle, which works better for them anyway, because then they can just sit on top of humanity for eternity as the upper class in this top-down revolution that they're engaged in right now.
	So understand, when your gas price eventually goes back up because they've run out of strategic oil reserves, that's by design to train you and to teach you, you don't drive anymore.

	You are a parasite. You are a cancer on this planet.
	And Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab...
	And the World Economic Forum and the Bilderberg Group and the Davos Group have all decided it's time to phase humanity out.

	Because in their minds, they say, well, we could just nuke you.

	The strategic oil reserves that never should have been tapped to begin with.

	And now they're sending our strategic oil reserves to Europe.
	As put in Bloomberg today, oil from US Strategic Reserve heads for Europe amid global supply crunch.
	And that's our duty, isn't it?
	It's not Saudi Arabia's duty that's sitting on more strategic oil reserves than everyone else on the planet.
	No, it's not their duty.
	It's not the duties of those oil-rich nations that have the big strategic reserves.
	No, it's not their duty.
	It's our duty once again.
	Our money being stolen.
	Our treasure being stolen.
	Our resources being stolen.
	And we're sick of it.
	Our borders wide open.

	It's a weird phenomenon.

	Individuals were on the airplane recording.
	When the announcement was made that they could remove their masks and that the government said you can breathe air again, and everybody celebrates, everybody claps, everybody takes their masks off, and it's a big celebration.

		Everybody wants to take the mask off.
		They all celebrated. The pilots, the airline workers, the customers, everybody celebrated.
		Everybody took their mask off. So why is it we needed the government's permission to do it?

		The mental slavery?
		The physical slavery? The government oppression?
		The absurdity?

		Biden, on whether people should mask on planes, that's up to them.

		Some people may have immunocompromised people.
		Some people might be afraid. Some people might have friends that are afraid.

		Bill Gates just buys up all the farmland and does nothing.
		Monsanto just sprays all the crops and then sues you when things get cross-contaminated.
		And then... With the Green New Deal and all this other progressive Democrat policy, the farmers basically get priced out of farming.
		And so now the farmers are warning, okay, hey, you're about to take some of the food supply, which may or may not impact your ability to get food until the cars can't run anymore.
		They're not going to be able to feed their livestock.
		So again, that's what I'm saying is this is so obviously by design to destroy us, but if you thought these people were genuinely trying to help, you'd realize by now how stupid they are, how incompetent they are.
		Oh, we need oil badly, so go get it.
		Go drill. Open the pipelines.
		Make better oil deals.
		No, we don't get any of that.
		We're going to drill. Then we're going to take the food from the animals that you're going to eat.
		Now you're not going to eat them, and we're going to put that in the gas to just, again...
		Try to get as much out of this strategic oil reserve as possible to protect the Biden administration, which is really what it is.
		So they know, I mean, using the strategic oil reserve to power America's daily travel is not exactly what it was designed for.

		Not working. They're running out of that, so they're going to try to extend that a couple months by using the ethanol now.
		And then the farmers are saying, we're not going to be able to feed our cattle, and so now you're just going to starve, and eventually the gas is going to go back to $10 or go up to $10 and be out again anyway.
		So they're just delaying the inevitable, hoping they can push this past midterms and maybe save themselves.
		But they just gave another deal for green energy.
		Tesla Graphite Supplier lands $107 million US loan for plant.
		And it's not even an American company.
		Sierra Resources Limited is an Australian company.
		And they've cut the deal to get this loan from the U.S. government for plant expansion so that they can get the graphite needed for the electronic car batteries, which, guess what?
		Still need lithium.
		That need isn't going anywhere.
		So you've just been guaranteed more lithium mining.
		But all the globalists...
		And all the politicians that have invested in the green energies because they knew that they were always going to do this, they knew they were always going to go here, so they all invested in all these green energy companies and planned out all these subsidies to pay themselves and their friends, and so now that's what they're doing.
		So this isn't about saving the planet.
		This isn't about green energy.
		This isn't about efficiency or saving the planet.
		None of that stuff. That's all bullcrap.

		We can give tens of billion dollars to Ukraine, but we can't even get basic innovation like a speed train in Texas that takes you from Dallas to Houston, which would be great because then you could have one from Dallas to Austin and Austin to Houston.
		Austin to San Antonio, and you could connect all the four major cities in Texas, and you could be there in an hour and a half, always.
		It'd be awesome. You could do business, you could see more culture, you could see friends and family, but oh, here's the government saying, nope, you don't get that until you pay us.

		It's all deliberate. Our politicians have called our federal election in May.
		And so they're all scrambling because they know we haven't forgotten what they've done to us for the last two and a half years.
		And so what we're seeing now is our politicians trying to hide the fact That they have locked us in our homes for two years, that they have taken our basic human rights from us.
		And so we have our two major political parties as well as our minor parties over here trying to fight for the people's vote.
		So we're seeing a lot of our restrictions eased.
		We're seeing a lot of travel opening back up over here, but unfortunately those of us who have been through absolute hell and back are not really believing what we're seeing from our politicians.
		And as soon as this election is over, it wouldn't surprise most of us if we go straight back to lockdowns, Unfortunately, if some of our minor political parties and our other major political parties get in power, we're probably going to be in lockdown for climate change because they are our Greens Party, our Labour Party, and they have basically said publicly that we are going to go complete renewable energies in a matter of years.
		I'm a little bit terrified because I don't think it's over.
		Some people think, yes, we're free, but I think we're yet to see the worst of what is to come from Australia, particularly after the election results coming up in May.

		I'm not sure if you heard recently, we had our Sydney Royal Easter Show, which is like a big carnival sort of thing over here.
		And New South Wales Health, as well as the Sydney Royal Easter Show, worked together and basically came up with a plan that all vaccinated children are able to enter this carnival for free.
		But if you have unvaccinated children, you as a family have to pay the full price to enter.
		But then they also stipulated, never fear, peasants, if your children are unvaccinated, we will provide a vaccine hub at the Sydney Royal Easter Show for you to vaccinate your five-year-old children.

		So this is a classic Easter tradition in Australia.
		Historically, people, families, everyone gathers.

		Are they going to have two lines?
		One for the unclean, unvaccinated, and one for the families who are vaccinated.

		And unfortunately, our five to 11 year olds, which is who they are targeting really hard with the push for vaccines right now, they're the ones who are going to wear the brunt of this segregation and discrimination.
		And this will be normal for them.
		That's not what childhood should be about.
		That's not at all what our kids should be, you know, getting raised under those sorts of conditions.
		We also have buses right now, booster buses, where nurses are in these big buses traveling around the state trying to get people to get their booster shots.
		It's unbelievable, this sort of propaganda and the time and the money that our government are putting in, still to this day, What a shame.

		I don't know if they'd say the same thing with what's going on there in the last two years.
		What about China?
		Australia had it really bad.
		China now is probably the worst place to go as far as the COVID restrictions are concerned.

		Is there an outrage? Is there an uproar?
		Are people... You know, feeling that went through the COVID oppression in Australia?
		Are they feeling kinship with the Chinese?
		What about the media's coverage of the China situation?

		It's not very objective. The last time the Australian government dared to speak out against what was happening in China, we basically were threatened by an embassy member in Canberra, a Chinese embassy member who said, if Australia are going to go criticising us, we're going to up their beef prices.
		Their wine prices, their wheat, and all these sorts of threats were made.
		And so I don't know whether it worked, it was successful, but we're not hearing the outrage that you would think with this sort of footage that's coming out of China.
		But those of us who remember what happened in February and March of 2020 are quite suspicious of everything going on in China, because in Australia, that's when we started getting our mainstream media all the way back then showing us videos from China of people I'm looking at what's happening in China, being in Australia, and going, please don't.
		Please don't, Australian government.
		Is this, like, leading us up to another lockdown which would fall in place after the election?
		I'm not sure, but very suspicious of the whole thing.

		And we've seen that over the last couple of years, particularly on display.
		And so they want us unhealthy.
		They want us to depend on the system.
		They want us to depend on big pharma, all so that they can continue to control us and they can control our vote and we can keep voting them in power.
		But we literally cultivate a very narcissistic culture.
		And if you actually look into narcissism, one of the biggest things about it is the fact that people have low self-esteem.
		You would think the opposite. You would think that people who are narcissistic have a really big ego, but the fact that they have this big ego is because they're covering up the fact that they're very insecure.
		And the way that they cope with that Is by bringing people down to their level so that they feel superior and that's what they're trying to do.
		They want us to be unhealthy like them.
		They want us to be miserable like them.
		They want us to be dependent on daddy government like them because they can't handle the fact that they're actually really weak and pathetic and they're losing the battle within themselves more than anything else.

		They get so upset We're good to go.
		Take your choice. And then they get so mad at the choice even.

		We all know being healthy is the best thing for your mental health.
		Being physically fit, being active, being able to participate in sports is one of the best things you can do, again, for your mental health.
		And you look outside and see the state of kids today.
		And as you said, the trajectory that we're on, especially for our children, is terrifying.
		It absolutely breaks my heart.
		But what I think we're going to see, if the same powers are in place, If the same governments are in place, they're going to make it increasingly difficult for people like you and I to raise normal children.
		They're going to almost ban us from being able to homeschool our kids because obviously that means they can't indoctrinate them.
		They're going to probably ban healthy foods.
		We already know that they want to ban red meat because of climate change.
		And in Australia, I found out after that Raw Milk tweet, it's actually illegal in Australia to sell We're good to go.
		The French will probably suffer from that because they love their raw eggs.
		They often crack like an egg over the top of mince.
		I forget the name of that dish, but my dad used to make it for me growing up because he's a little Frenchy.
		But anyway, it's going to be increasingly more difficult for those of us who want to push back against the agenda to raise our kids in that way.
		The prices of red meat in Australia are unbelievable.
		If you want to buy a Scotch fillet cut steak, which I had for dinner last night, You're looking at 40-something dollars a kilo.

		And it was from, I think, about a year and a half ago.
		And I had some new ground beef that I just got from the same grocery store.
		Ground beef has gone up about 60% in the last two years here in America.
		So it doesn't seem like much.
		It's like, you know, it's like $6 to $9 or something, but yeah.

		That's like what we do here at the farm.
		And if you go back to 2013, 2014, not that long ago, you'd sell a whole cow for maybe $800.
		If you go all the way back to the early 2000s, you were selling cows for $200.

		Today, I sell a cow for nearly three and a half thousand, four thousand dollars.
		So it's really good for us farmers.
		But unfortunately, how that translates to having beef on the shelves is another story.
		I actually butchered my own cow at the end of last year and I have a deep freezer Full of meat that will last me probably a year, which is really good.
		But unfortunately, not many people are probably in a blessed position like I am when it comes to that sort of thing.

		So they're going to cancel flights.
		They're going to cancel all this stuff because they're so afraid.
		And it's just the irony of they think that somebody not wearing a mask is somehow a threat to them.
		We realize that this medical tyranny, this communism, this world government is a threat to all of us.
		They don't seem to get that.
		They like it. They have Stockholm Syndrome.

		So... What is going on, Tyler? It's always good to be back on Infowars, and this money bomb is critical this weekend.
tyler nixon ▲ ● ▼		I'll tell you what, I've worked in the mainstream of the Republican Party and of the American political establishment going back to the mid-80s, and Infowars is the center, the ground zero for truly the resistance against the toppling of our republic.
		So I would urge everybody to tune in and donate, buy anything you can.
		It's critical. I mean, I cannot imagine not having Owen Schroer's voice, not having Alex Jones' voice out there in the mix and constantly on the ramparts for freedom, for liberty, and against the evil that's growing in our world.
		Owen, I tell you what, Elon Musk, he stepped up.
		But I'm shocked. I clerked for the Delaware Chancery Court, which is where these corporate control disputes are hashed out.
		And where, you know, all the fine particular rules of fiduciary duties are applied to corporations, to boards of directors.
		And I am shocked, frankly, thus far, and have been talking to others about potentially launching what's called a derivative action, which is essentially a shareholder class action against Twitter.
		Because Twitter has basically, the management of Twitter, I should say, Upper management has sacrificed the health and welfare of the company as well as the shareholders value to their own political agenda.
		You know, the fiduciary duties require duty of loyalty, duty of care, duty of good faith.
		And these people are sorely, sorely lacking.
		And it's just, you know, it's out of control in, frankly, you know, tech world in Silicon Valley.
		These people are so arrogant and drunk on their own sense of power because nobody's been able to, frankly, pierce their, you know, the wall of leftist autonomy out there.
		That they just get away with it.
		I mean, what they've done over the past several years, putting their thumb on the scale of American politics and American democracy in our republic, is just unconscionable.
		And it has no relation whatsoever to their fiduciary duties to maximize the shareholder value and to make the company profitable.
		So if this were to be the case, Under Delaware law, certainly, a derivative action only requires a shareholder to step up and say, you guys have harmed me.
		You have violated your fiduciary duties.
		I'm a shareholder of Twitter, actually.
		And after that, what you would have is basically like a regular court case where they probe into...
		And you have the right to eventually, you know, you survive certain motions.
		It's really a motions practice, meaning it's competing motions between the two parties where basically any shareholder of a corporation under Delaware law has the right to inspect books and records.
		And part of that is to understand what were the decisions being made and why were they being made by management that harmed shareholders.
		I mean, as I remember, Twitter's share price, for example, Plummeted after they dumped, or excuse me, if they banned Donald Trump.
		You know, what kind of a platform, how do you build a subscriber service and get eyeballs on your content when you have, you're literally, your management's strategy is to just eliminate as many people with differing voices from their own ideological agenda.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well yeah, let's rephrase that, considering the law here.
		So in other words, you know, they want the benefits of the public company and their shareholders and everything,
		but then they're actually making private business decisions that really only benefit themselves,
		like censoring Donald Trump, which costs the shareholders, I mean, millions, maybe billions of dollars.
		They don't check on that. And now you could have a deal where, I mean, they're obviously panicked.
		That's why Vanguard came in and bought up more shares than Elon Musk, and they don't want this to go to a vote.
		They're obviously panicked about this.
		But Musk has made a fair offer.
		So, I mean, if the majority of the shareholders want to sell, what's their recourse?
tyler nixon ▲ ● ▼		Well, I think, you know, under Delaware laws, certainly, and I will say that, you know, this is from my studies and also from my time, you know, clerking with the Chancery Court, which, again, made these major decisions.
		Once you have competing bids, the board has no choice but to basically take the best offer.
		And they can no longer do what they did with this poison pill provision, you know, which frankly, I think, should and will, or at least should, Be challenged because these boards of directors adopt these self-defensive measures because they're entrenched, because they don't want some new owner coming in and ousting them because they're poorly serving the management.
		In past cases, the seminal case is Unical v.
		Mesa in the Delaware Chancery Court, in which basically these poison pill provisions were tested.
		And they have to be intrinsically fair, and they have to be for the best interest of the shareholders.
		It can't be just because the board wants to protect themselves and sandbag their position.
		So you look at what Elon Musk – he's not a corporate raider like a Carl Icahn or somebody who's looking to come in and break up the company.
		He said, I want to make Twitter better, and I want to pay the shareholders a premium to take it private and make it as good as it could be, the greatest platform for free speech in the world perhaps, which would be ironic considering right now it's a travesty to free speech.
		But I mean – This is where I find it extremely interesting.
		I mentioned the derivative action, the class action by shareholders for this reason.
		Now, imagine if you were doing it just, you know, set aside the fact that it's politics and ideology and alliances and allegiances in the political or ideological realm.
		And imagine it was just simply a business transaction or business, other companies that these people are favoring.
		You can't do that. You basically, once you've gotten in bed with a certain particular side or a particular company, it's a conflict of interest, basically, because you're not serving the shareholders' interests.
		You're serving your own agenda.
		I'm a shareholder of Twitter, and frankly, their actions with regard to favoring, and there's no question that it's going on.
		This is nonsense. They can live in their dream world, but if you were to get before the chance to record at Delaware, And you were to have, you know, full document production, all their internal emails, and you were to look at the statistics, and you were able to look at the algorithm, it would be absolutely 100% clear that they have targeted political and ideological conservatives and have basically favored and allowed to run amok anybody who is hard left, who shares their, you know, basically communist agenda in many ways.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, so let's juxtapose it like this.
		Because we're all thinking about the free speech repercussions, and they're obviously wanting to censor Twitter.
		But there's another element at play here where, I mean, so, oh, they're taking the poison pill to protect their ability to censor on Twitter.
		Well, what about to protect themselves?
		They lied under oath when they said Twitter doesn't censor.
		Elon Musk gets in there, gets the algorithms, makes them public.
		Now, all of a sudden, maybe they have to have another hearing.
tyler nixon ▲ ● ▼		Absolutely. This is like the whole ball of wax.
		There have to be some people shaking in their boots in Silicon Valley or Twitter headquarters right now, certainly.
		I think Dorsey's probably glad he got out.
		Because if you were to get past, survive summary judgment, survive motion to dismiss, whatever, and get to document production, can you imagine seeing the internal emails?
		And I guarantee these people aren't delicate about it within Twitter's censorship, censorati, whatever you want to call them.
		I guarantee that they lambast and rip into anybody who's a Trump supporter.
		We've seen it. I mean, we've seen it from Project Veritas.

		We're discussing Elon Musk's attempt to buy Twitter.
		And the tech oligarchs stopping that transaction from happening potentially at all costs.

		Maybe they view that as worth it if it keeps their algorithms out of the hands of the public and Elon Musk and keeps their ability to censor on Twitter strong.
		But there could be other legal complications.
		So, I mean, Tyler, let's just put it like this.
		How do you think this is going to go?
		And what options or what do you see Elon Musk doing in the future here?
tyler nixon ▲ ● ▼		Well, you know, we're dealing with, as you've mentioned, I've said for years, our control freaks.
		So, you know, the question is how far are they willing to go to burn the company down or to burn, you know, their fiduciary duties down.
		And one thing I wanted to mention, the twist with regard to a derivative action, a shareholder class action, is that what has stopped every person who's tried to sue Twitter for, you know, like basically ideological bias and so forth and for banning and censorship.
		Section 230, right?
		Section 230, it does not apply to a derivative class action shareholder suit because it's the owners of the company that are suing the management, essentially.
		So there's no exemption.
		They can't skate out of it like they have with so many decisions.
		And let's not kid ourselves. When you talk about a public company, we've heard all the leftist...
		You know, talking points about how, oh, it's a private company.
		They can do anything they want with it, right?
		Well, you know, it seems to me that when you are – what they are doing with this 230 Immunity is to subsidize these companies because they are avoiding billions of dollars in litigation costs.
		The only person who has that level of immunity, the only entity that has that level of immunity is the government itself.
		Sovereign immunity. You can't be sued unless they give you permission to sue the government, basically.
		So when you've conferred sovereign immunity on an entity, they become an extension of the sovereign.
		So let's not kid ourselves.
		That immunity that's provided to these companies makes them essentially public bodies in some sense.
		So they're not private companies.
		They're being subsidized heavily by the American taxpayers and, frankly, by the people who are denied the ability to pursue grievances and legitimate redress that would otherwise stand in a court because of Section 230.
		So that's the interesting thing, is that if this is brought...
		Their dirty laundry would be aired because the shareholders of the company have righteous claims for fiduciary duty breaches, where these people are running around in bed with politicians, with whatever ideological media entities, and are basically purging How do you run a platform where your business model is to purge people?
		It's insane, and it's ridiculous, and it's counter-common sense.
		Now, to get to what your question is about where it's going to go, what Musk has done, and frankly, it's not that he blundered.
		He just doesn't seem like he's some highly calculated You know, corporate raider whatsoever.
		He doesn't fit that mold.
		But what he's done is sort of just, you know, ambled his way.
		I didn't say blundered. He ambled his way into setting himself up no matter what happens.
		Because now he's created a bidding war for Twitter.
		You know, not because it's worth so much.
		Because they, what you said, they want to salvage, they want to save it from the free speech, you know, zealots out there.
		The people who think, you know, democracy requires speech.
		Unlike the ilk like Max Boot.
		This guy, I mean, where do these people come from?
		I mean, the statements they make are so out there and bizarre.
		It's like, what the hell are you people talking about?
		I mean, what is your conception of free speech?
		And it's not. They're total statists.
		They're totalitarians is what they are.
		But that being said, look, once, and I know under Delaware law certainly, once a bidding war happens, the board of directors is obligated to choose the best Deal for the shareholders.
		And that's just all there is to it.
		There's no question. That's what they have to do.
		That's their duty. And if they don't do it, they subject themselves or open themselves potentially to direct personal liability for the costs and damages they cause the shareholders of the company.
		Because indemnification only comes when they adhere to the fiduciary duties.
		And I think for years they've been breaching them terribly.
		With this censorship agenda, which serves their own political and ideological ends and their cronies in the Democrat Party and the larger corporate propaganda media.
		So, you know, they're cruising for a bruising here.
		And if Musk could get in there, my gosh, it would be, you know, either way, the company's going to change.
		It's not going to be in the same incarnation that we see it now.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		It's going to change. And by the way, you know, the left didn't have a problem when Jeff Bezos bought the Washington Post or Carlos Slim bought the New York Times.
		I mean, all these major leftist publications are all owned by billionaires.

		But here's what's important about that.
		Jeff Bezos doesn't buy the Washington Post for whatever he bought it for because it's worth that much money.
		He buys it because the control of that information and having that as an asset is worth that much money.
		Not the Washington Post. The Washington Post probably bleeds money.
		But it's the power to have a print press or a digital press now and to control that.
		That's where the real value is.
		So Musk kind of...
		Almost counters that value and says, no, I think free speech is worth that much money.
		I guess we're about to find out how much censorship of free speech is worth to the globalists and the tech oligarchs.

		You know, it's interesting because I've often thought about this.
		These people like Bezos buying The Washington Post, they're buying this legacy sort of mantle of what they think is credibility, respectability.
		But who is it really with?

		I know I've many times had Roger Stone tell me, call me, see the New York Times.
		I'm like, why do you read the New York Times, Roger?
		Why do you subject yourself to this?
		I understand there's a whole generation of people who, that's where they got their news, and it's sort of like they still consider these to be somewhat credible, or at least within the political narrative sources, but they're not.
		What they are is they're sort of like, it's almost like the establishment talking to itself and justifying itself as it goes.
		Because nobody in the mainstream of actual, you know, the actual population, the citizenry, gives a rip what the New York Times or the Washington Post has to say.
		It's basically they're fluffing their nests.
		They're trying to justify themselves.
		And that's why it's a massive, you know, house of cards, a mile wide and an inch deep.
		And who cares who owns it?
		Because it's garbage anyway.
		I mean, Infowars puts out more truthful and accurate and useful information in a week, frankly, than the Washington Post probably puts out in a year, if not the last 10 years.

		It doesn't require having 51% per se to take control of a company to maintain a proxy fight, to replace a board of directors, to do whatever you need to do to control a company that you own.
		But I think there are enough people that see that he's going to do better.
		I mean, look, he's been hugely successful.
		I mean, who would want to turn this guy down?
		I mean, honestly, like Tesla and SpaceX.
		I mean, those are pretty gold brands.
		And for him to take over Twitter and to bring what I think a lot of investors will view as a sort of magic and something that's going to revitalize Twitter because, you know, shareholders or not, I mean, I think they hold it because it is the largest platform, speech platform in the world, you know, the public square, as you want to call it.
		But they do recognize that it is stifled and it is held back.

		Think of how much bigger and better it could be.

		Elon Musk's personal standing right now, because I do agree with you, he's in a kind of a no-lose situation, really.
		But let's say it comes down to a vote.
		I mean, obviously, BlackRock, Vanguard, the rest of these globalist oligarchs are trying to buy up as many shares as possible.
		But I mean, if it comes to a vote, do you think the numbers go in Musk's favor or have the big tech oligarchs and globalists bought off enough shares that they could even win there?

		So, you know, you got to find another competing billionaire probably who's willing to step in and put it all on the
		line To to match his offer, which is you know, excellent. And
		again, he's doing it He said I don't I'm not I'm not looking to break up the
		company I'm not looking to be one of these sort of scavenger corporate raiders.
		I'm looking to make it better. Whereas these other people, all they're trying to do is stop him.
		And I think that's going to become apparent as things go.
		It's like, are they willing to sacrifice their fortune?
		Because if he bails on it after they do their proxy or their tender offer, it's $70 a share to try to beat him.
		And then after that, he gets out in the shares tank.
		I mean, my God, you're talking about people losing billions of dollars.
		And I think when it comes down to that brass tax, Musk will have the support within the shareholder community because he knows Especially the institutional shareholders.
		I mean, they're invested in Tesla, they're invested in SpaceX, whatever have you.
		I think he will have the numbers, and when it comes down to brass tacks, these leftist autocrats, totalitarians, may have controlled the inner management of these platforms.
		When it comes to the brass tacks of money, dollars and cents, They're going to go with, you know, the shareholders are going to go with an Elon Musk.
		And it'll come down to basically, like, the board deciding.
		But, you know, that can be held up.
		That can be challenged. And, you know, and if not, you just will have the same shareholders in a proxy fight.
		Because I don't think they're talking about taking it private, per se, like he is.
		They're talking about just acquiring, controlling interest in the company.
		He's talking about buying 100% of it and, you know, taking it private and making it much better.

		So I would imagine a lot of the shareholders, maybe yourself included, sitting here saying, I've got one shot at the golden Easter egg here, and if the board members don't sell the musk, I better sell now because my stock's going down.

		I think it's anathema.
		I think, you know, just as a shareholder generally, that if you were to, you know, just like probably the larger population, if you were to poll the Twitter shareholder class, you know, excluding The Saudis, these people who are just autocrats and they don't have no use for free speech.
		If you were to poll them, I guarantee it would match the population, which is probably super majorities of people believe in free speech and don't believe in this totalitarian censorship that's going on.
		Ultimately, it could be Jack Dorsey because he holds the bulk of – the board of directors itself only holds, like, I think it's 3,000th of a percent of the company's shares, which is nothing.
