| Geopolitical things like the Afghanistan disaster, the Ukraine invasion by Russia, and then domestic issues, the gas prices, the inflation, the violent crime. | ||
| And then just a lot of the promises not fulfilled. | ||
| You have liberals, leftists upset. | ||
| Biden hasn't relieved all student debt. | ||
| Biden hasn't given free money to black people. | ||
| All this other stuff, so they're upset about that. | ||
| But despite how bad all of that is, what is actually probably worse than anything else Is what we saw on Sunday, on Easter Sunday, which we've seen so many times now, most recently before Easter Sunday, when Obama was in the White House and he was upstaging Biden at every turn. | ||
| And then Biden was getting visually frustrated and upset. | ||
| And then spinning around, not knowing where he is, getting ignored by the entire room. | ||
| I mean, this is supposed to be the president getting upstaged? | ||
| Hmm. And then, again, the confusion and the haze, the bewilderment, and then the anger and frustration, all signs of dementia, but more importantly, irrelevancy. | ||
| And it's the same vein of him going to the Vatican to meet with the Pope and crapping his britches and them having to delay it. | ||
| Him getting lost at the G20. Him having to switch to these special sneakers that they have because he can't walk in the dress shoes for very long. | ||
| The bathroom issues, all of it. | ||
| And then it's again on Easter Sunday. | ||
| He's just fumbling around the White House. | ||
| He's speaking off the cuff saying, it's kind of like a joke. | ||

| And then Jill's directing him, telling him what to do. | ||

| The Easter bunny mascot has to come and corral him, tell him where to go. | ||
| So, the geopolitical stuff, the domestic stuff that actually takes some intelligence to really understand and comprehend without just falling for whatever the mainstream propaganda is, that almost doesn't hurt him as much as the images of him roaming around the White House, not knowing where he is, having to get corralled by an Easter Bunny mascot, which, by the way, I think we know who that is, and I'll forget about this. | ||

| It was somebody that was in the Biden campaign staff Somebody in the Biden campaign staff just trying to keep him under control. | ||

| Again, you've got the judge overturning the CD mask mandate for public transit. | ||
| Thank God the airline should be sending her bouquets with exotic flowers and rare birds and exotic pets and chocolates from all over the planet and wheels of cheese and charcuterie boards and scents and perfumes and there should be performances. | ||
| Because I would bet airline travel, I mean, we'll see if this gets executed or not. | ||
| The minute they take the mask mandate off of airplanes, airline travel is going to skyrocket. | ||
| Their stocks will probably skyrocket. | ||
| So if this sticks and becomes the precedent, they should all be thanking U.S. District Judge Catherine Kimball-Mizell, as we all should today, giving us hope that there's judges out there that still believe in freedom. | ||
| And that the American person and the individual knows what's best for them. | ||
| Because that's what it comes down to. | ||
| And that's the hubris of an Anthony Fauci, that little dictator, that mini Hitler, when he goes on air and he says, yeah, we do lockdowns to convince people to get vaccinated because they're not immunologists. | ||

| how Joe is not even in control of his own actions with his own cognition, but also | ||
| there's clearly a board or a commission or a think tank or something of people | ||
| whose job it is to decide what Joe Biden's going to do, when and how, and how they can properly | ||
| babysit him through this process so that they get through the day by day and the world doesn't see | ||
| how really truly declined Biden actually is. Which we have hints of here and there | ||
| that they try to keep raps on like the Vatican story of Biden crapping his britches or him | ||
| getting lost at the G20 or them switching his shoes so that he can walk. And then of course | ||
| there was Easter yesterday. | ||
| So most people don't understand all the geopolitical failures of Biden. | ||

| What did it take for us to finally get to this point where Judge Mizell has finally struck down this illegal and nonsensical mask mandates on public transit that's way overdue? | ||

Well, thank you. First, I'd like to say that I'm not one of the founders of Health Freedom Defense Fund. | |
| I'm just a lawyer for the organization. | ||
| Leslie Mnookin is the founder and president, and it was thanks to her support and her efforts of pushing this along that it got done. | ||
| We filed this lawsuit back in July of 2021, and our strategy all along was to simply show that, like other The CDC has entered during the COVID pandemic, such as the eviction moratorium and its mandate that basically shut down the cruise lines, that the CDC overstepped its statutory authority. | ||
| And also, in addition to that, the CDC failed to adhere to the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act Which are designed to ensure that when an executive agency makes rules that have the force and effect of law, that it follows certain procedural requirements to ensure at least some modicum of a democratic and deliberative process. | ||
| Well, thank you for clarifying. You were the legal representation on this thing. | ||
| And so, Leslie, you are actually the founder and president of Health Freedom Defense Fund. | ||

| So, Leslie, talk about what you've been going through to get to this point. | ||

| I got into the health freedom movement because I myself have been injured by a shot and I had no idea that there was any downside and so when 2020 rolled around and all the news was coming out of China I have been doing research for 20 years and I had a very good idea where this was going and you know there's this saying nowadays that what we What's a conspiracy theory is the fact in six months. | ||
| And they said they weren't going to pass mask mandates. | ||
| They said they weren't going to pass vaccine mandates or anything like that. | ||
| But I founded Health Freedom Defense Fund because I had a feeling that they were going to do this. | ||
| And so I'm doing everything I can to educate people about our freedoms and our rights, our God given rights. | ||
| And help them to understand what the law is and then pushing back. | ||
| And I'm just so grateful to have such brilliant attorneys like Brandt supporting me because he really wrote just stupendous complaints. | ||

| I don't think if we had not had such astute and talented attorneys that we would have prevailed, despite the fact that we do have the law on our side. | ||
| But, you know, that's what's motivated me is I want to protect people. | ||
| I want to protect our individual rights. | ||
| I want to be free. And I want the government to stay within the rule of the law. | ||
| That's it. And Leslie, just quickly, what was your vaccine injury story that led you to start this movement? | ||

| I graduated from the University of Chicago with an MBA to go and start my big job at Goldman Sachs, which is where I worked for many years. | ||
| And I went and got every single shot that they would give me before I went to Southeast Asia. | ||

| Chronic migraines. | ||
| Sound sensitivity, light sensitivity, smell sensitivity, multiple chemical sensitivity, numbness and tingling, a sleep problem, digestive issues, food allergies. | ||

| It's incredible. And I just thank God that I'm actually old enough to recognize, you know, I was 28, so I was able to see, oh my gosh, I'm not the same person I was. | ||

| I mean, I'm allergic to all things that I wasn't allergic to three weeks ago or two months ago, and now all of a sudden my life has changed. | ||
| Children can't tell you that, right, when they're a year old for two years? | ||
| A long laundry list of the things, and we played a clip earlier of a mother who had twins, and they were old enough for them to have a personality, you know their cognitive skills and traits, and these twins, and the boy got a shot. | ||
| And then immediately started developing signs of autism, was diagnosed with autism. | ||
| She didn't give the shot to the girl. | ||
| And now she's the same. | ||
| She's making straight A's. She's learning different languages. | ||
| The boy is suffering from severe autism. | ||
| So there's all these cases. | ||
| It's just so obvious. We know what's going on. | ||
| Brant, what comes next here? | ||
| Obviously, the mask tyrants are not going to stop coming for our faces to be covered. | ||
| So where is the current struggle right now to keep the mask mandates off of airplanes? | ||
| What do you suspect is going to come next? | ||

It's largely, I think, going to be a political question at this point. | |
| The Biden administration now has to decide what they're going to do. | ||
| Are they going to try to double down and appeal this? | ||
| Are they going to abide by the ruling, which is now final and binding on the government? | ||
| Or are they going to attempt to defy the ruling? | ||
| And of course, there's the The stakeholder aspect of this in terms of the airlines and passengers, I think there's definitely a tipping point has been reached in which the airlines and the public have expressed predominantly a view that these mandates are counterproductive and that it's time to move on. | ||
| What is, I mean, you say defy the ruling. | ||
| I mean, can people get on a plane right now without a mask and say, hey, there's no law for this? | ||

Or how does that go? Well, the federal government at this moment is unable to tell people that they must wear a mask, that it's a violation of federal law not to wear a mask. | |
| Now, whether an airline crew member or anybody tells you differently, some airlines may choose to keep their own rules in place for now, although my understanding is that the major airlines are very much in favor of the mandates being lifted. | ||
| My advice to anybody in the traveling public would be don't make a scene, you know, don't be rude or disruptive because that can get you in trouble. | ||
| There are other laws in existence on that and you don't want to, you know, you don't want to give the government, the FAA, particularly an excuse to come down on you. | ||
| So essentially the answer is right now the option is in the airline's hands. | ||
| So if you get on a Southwest or American or whatever, it's now their decision whether they're going to make a mask mandate or not. | ||

| And it's also the Biden administration, which is in charge of TSA, also has to decide how they're going to respond. | ||

| When you get on an aircraft in the United States, they will announce that it is federal Law that you are required to wear a mask. | ||
| And that is actually not true. | ||
| There has never been a law. | ||
| Congress makes law. Federal agencies can promulgate rules as long as they follow the proper Administrative Procedure Act guidelines. | ||
| And they didn't do that. They didn't do that. | ||
| There's never been a law. They have literally... | ||
| I believe what's been happening is that the airlines are using the cover of the federal government | ||
| saying that there is a law, or that the federal government is using the airlines | ||
| to basically do its bidding, essentially, is what's happening here. | ||
| Yeah, and they both kind of cover each other. | ||
| We're about to go to a break here, so let's expand on this on the other side, | ||
| and let's get Brant's response, too, because it's like, oh, the airlines have the perfect excuse, | ||
| blame the government, but then the government has the excuse, oh, blame the airlines, | ||
| and then the people just have to suffer and breathe in their own carbon dioxide emissions | ||
| as they fly uncomfortably on an airplane for three or four hours. | ||

| So Leslie, talk about how there really was no actual law to enforce this stuff. | ||

| Congress passes laws, not federal agencies. | ||
| Federal agencies are part of the executive branch and they can only issue rules which have the binding effect of law if they are promulgated Commented on by the public so the public gets proper noticing and comment period. | ||
| And none of that was done. But there's another piece, Owen, that is so important that people understand. | ||
| And that is that almost all masks in this country were only deemed emergency use authorization. | ||
| They were granted emergency use authorization by the FDA. And as such, they cannot be mandated. | ||
| They must be voluntary. | ||
| Not only that, but FDA also said that they can never be marketed or construed to prevent transmission or infection of any Any kind of virus or bacteria or infection. | ||
| So what the heck is CDC doing? | ||
| They have zero justification for this policy. | ||
| You know, that's incredible that you say that, because so much of what they've done has been under the guise of the Emergency Use Authorization Act, including the pushing of these vaccines. | ||
| I mean, they don't have to tell you even the side effects now. | ||
| They just say, hey, go take the vaccine, mandate it, mandate the mask. | ||
| It's all illegal. Really incredible. | ||
| Brant, your response to that, I mean, truly, the mandates have been illegal, yet they get away with forcing them. | ||

Well, this is sort of the post-constitutional moment that we found ourselves in for some time now. | |
| That, especially on the left, you'll have the demand for a certain policy. | ||
| And our constitutional framework is designed for a deliberative process. | ||
| And so that before the government does things that interfere with your life or change the rules that you live by, There has to be a broad consensus among the political branches and it has to be based on an enumerated power of the federal government. | ||
| We've seen in recent presidencies to have gotten beyond that and the Biden administration has been particularly egregious in staking out unprecedented territory. | ||
| But this The sort of pattern from the CDC preceded Biden, because you will remember the eviction moratorium that was struck down by the Supreme Court, that was enacted during the Trump presidency. | ||
| There was another CDC order that basically shut down the cruise lines that was enacted during the Trump presidency. | ||
| And so we have had, under COVID, we've had a lot of extraordinary and unprecedented Exercises of federal authority and you know when judges look at a situation like this where you have a an executive agency claiming an unprecedented scope of authority under a statute that has existed for many decades and under a federal state relationship that has existed since the founding of the republic The judges really are going to have to take a close look at that, and Judge Mizell clearly understood her obligations as an independent member of the Article III branch of government to take a close look at what the administration had done and to scrutinize it under the statutory authority they had claimed and under the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act. | ||

| Unfortunately, there have been several other cases in recent months and years where, especially in the last year, where the federal government has essentially said, don't pay attention. | ||
| Don't pay attention to the EUA. Regulations and law. | ||
| Don't pay attention to this or that. | ||
| You know, we're just going to mandate the jab anyway or do anything. | ||
| So I'd like to think that it's totally over, but I'm not 100% certain of that. | ||
| What I am clear about is that there have already been two other cases, one related to the cruise lines and another related to the eviction moratorium that Brant mentioned, that one of those went to the Supreme Court. | ||
| And so we have, you know, I think if they want to appeal it, This is going to go to the Supreme Court and we're going to win because we have the law on our side. | ||
| And it's not just the law, but there's another piece of this which is so important, which is that the CDC itself has admitted recently that masks don't do anything, that they have negligible impact, the vast majority of masks. | ||
| So what is this all about? | ||
| And the point is that if FDA says that they don't do anything, that they can't be construed as causing or marketed as preventing transmission, then essentially it's compelled dress. | ||
| That's what it is. And that's absurd. | ||
| Nobody in government has the power or authority to tell us how to dress ourselves. | ||
| And that's what's happening. | ||
| And so I hope it doesn't go any further, but it very well might, because we've seen other situations where it has recently. | ||
| Yeah. And it's the medical theater and they just can't let go of this authoritarian bent that they're on right now in the name of COVID. Brant, when you see the precedent set by all of this, I mean, what is the recourse for the American people? | ||
| The federal government is overreaching its authority. | ||
| It's overreaching with these illegal mandates. | ||
| It's breaking the law. And then we have to get in front of a judge just to have a victory. | ||
| I mean, what precedent does this set? | ||
| Does this seem like a dangerous thing going forward that they can just have this authoritarian stance when there's a virus or anything happens and then we just can't do anything about it? | ||
